Dems Set to Present Legislation Today to Expand SCOTUS From 9 to 13 Justices in Order to Rule America Forever

FoxNews.com reports that

Democratic lawmakers are set to unveil legislation Thursday to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court.

Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., and Reps. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., Hank Johnson, D-Ga., and Mondaire Jones, D-N.Y., will hold a press conference on Thursday to introduce the proposal on the steps of the Supreme Court.

Given their control of the White House and the Senate, the legislation could allow them to supersede the current conservative majority by “packing” the Court with liberal justices.

Spokespeople for the lawmakers’ offices did not return Fox News’ requests Wednesday night for further details.

The Intercept reported on Wednesday that the legislation will propose expanding the court to 13 justices, from nine.

The Supreme Court has had nine justices since the 19th century, though it is not required by the Constitution.

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, introduced legislation earlier this year that included a constitutional amendment to preserve the current number of sitting justices, as well as provisions prohibiting congress from passing legislation to expand the number.

Cruz first introduced that legislation in October, as some Democrats indicated an openness to expanding the size of the high court following the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Ginsburg’s vacancy was filled by Donald Trump-appointee Amy Coney Barrett, marking Trump’s third appointment to the Supreme Court. Justice Barrett also tilted the ideological power balance of the court in favor of conservatives 6 to 3.

Democrats often attribute part of that shift in the court to the fact that then-Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., refused to consider Merrick Garland – nominated by President Barack Obama in 2016 – to fill a vacant seat during an election year. That seat, belonging to Antonin Scalia, was eventually filled by conservative Justice Neil M. Gorsuch.

Trump also appointed Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

…Biden has previously opposed the idea of court-packing. However, he said in the fall that he intended to set up a bipartisan commission to study Supreme Court reforms.

This week, the president signed an executive order forming the “Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States” to analyze the merits of proposed reforms.

The Democrats desperately want to pack the court so that, like all fascist governments before them, they can rule with impunity.

For the last several decades, and especially during the Obama Administration, the Liberals of the Democratic Party  relied upon Judicial Activism to overturn the will of the American People and to “get their way” on matters of political and societal importance.

Sometimes they won and sometimes they lost.

A big win for the Democrats was the Supreme court ruling allowing gays to get married.

It was taken to the courts by the Democrats after American Citizens voted not to allow gay marriage in their states. Liberal Judicial Activist Judges, some gay themselves, began striking down the referendums passed in individual states, finally leading to a ruling by the United States Supreme Court.

During the Trump Administration, Judicial Activists attempted to thwart some of the actions taken of behalf of the American People by our President, such as their attempts to stop the Travel Ban, designed to keep those who would seek to do Americans harm out of our Sovereign Nation.

According to Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, in the following Federalist Paper, Americans have nothing to fear from the Judiciary when they act alone. It’s when they act in concert with others, such as Liberal Politicians in Congress, that Americans need to be afraid.

Whoever attentively considers the different departments of power must perceive, that, in a government in which they are separated from each other, the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.

As the 2022 Midterm Elections loom in the distance, we, as Americans, must remember that the Majority Party in both houses of Congress and the President are the ones who will shape our Judicial System for decades to come.

That is why we must get out and vote when the time comes.

However, what we can do right now, is let our Republican Representatives and Senators know that not only must they hold the line on keeping the Supreme Court just the way it is, they also must sway at least 3 “Moderate Democratic Representatives to vote with them.

If the Republicans do not prevent the Democrats’ attempt to pack the Supreme Court, our Judiciary will change from one which interprets and enforces the Constitution to one which rewrites and ignores it, while ensuring that Democrats remain in power in  Washington, D.C. in perpetuity. 

This must not be allowed to happen.

We must, once again, rise up, speak out, and let the Democrat Elite know that we are not going to allow them to “radically change” our Sovereign Nation, like we did on November 8, 2016.

Our future as a Constitutional Republic depends on it.

The War on Christianity Returns as the House Passes “The Equality Act”

The Democrat-controlled House of Representatives this past week passed “The Equality Act”, a piece of legislation which they had previously passed in 2019. Only this time, they named it The “For The People” Act.

ChristianPost.com reported before it passed that

The wide-reaching Equality Act championed by Democrats would put the hiring practices of faith-based organizations in “jeopardy” and will create additional religious freedom concerns for Christian schools, churches and ministries, a prominent legal nonprofit argues.

Alliance Defending Freedom officials last Friday detailed the implications of the Equality Act, legislation backed by President Joe Biden that would codify discrimination protections based on sexual orientation and gender identity into federal law.

The legal organization, which has won several religious freedom cases before the U.S. Supreme Court in recent years, warned those watching an online webinar that the Equality Act could widen the definition of public accommodation in a way that could put faith-based institutions at risk.

Senior Counsel Gregory Baylor said that the bill, which passed the Democrat-controlled House in 2019, “dramatically expands” the scope of what constitutes a place of public accommodation.

“Under the law we have right now, it’s actually not that many entities: it’s restaurants, it’s hotels, it’s means of transportation,” he explained.

According to Baylor, supporters of the Equality Act want to expand the definition of public accommodation to include a “much, much broader category of organizations,” including “nonprofit entities like shelters and food banks.”

“The way that they’ve written it doesn’t rule out the possibility that a religious school or even a church in some of its functions might be deemed to be a place of public accommodation,” he continued.

…Noting that many religious organizations have policies that reflect their beliefs about marriage, sexual morality and distinction between the sexes, Baylor warned that the Equality Act “puts all of those in jeopardy.”

“There is some concern that even a church could be deemed a place of public accommodation” if it opens its facilities “for an event that’s open to the public,” Baylor stated.

This coming from the same Congress in which a member had a sexual relationship with a Chinese Spy named Fang Fang.

But, other than that, they’re outstanding Moral Arbiters.

Sheesh.

This push to allow “Transgendered” Americans to invade women’s restrooms in public places, is a logical (at least , using the convoluted logic of Liberals) next step, following SCOTUS ruling which overturned the will of the voters, in the overwhelming majority of states, legalizing “Gay Marriage”.

However, per usual, the hubris of the Political Minority in America, known as Liberals, precluded them from foreseeing the massive blowback that they have received, in regards to this latest attempt by them to make up a new “Constitutional Right”.

One of the arguments that Liberals have been countering the objections to their ludicrous demand with for quite a while now, is the fact that Europe has had Unisex Public Restrooms in place for years.

While that is true, what they fail to mention, is the fact that those restrooms all have PRIVATE stalls, which a common area to wash your hands, after you “finish your business”.

They also neglect to mention the fact that the decades-long degeneration of Morality and Virtue across Europe has lead to the current chaos being wrought by “immigrating” Muslims, who have set up Sharia Law in Europe. The same laws which call for the public execution of homosexuals in Muslim Countries.

What Modern American Liberals still fail to grasp is the concept of American Individualism, a concept strengthened by our American Faith and Traditional Values System, concepts which trace all the way back to our nation’s birth, set in place by our nation’s Founding Fathers.

Modern Liberals seem to have great difficulty comprehending the role which Christianity, the “Faith of Our Fathers”, the professed faith of 75% of Americans, per Gallup, played and plays in this Grand Experiment, known as the United States of America.

Why have Liberals ratcheted up their anti-Christian Vitriol and Negativity since January 21, 2009?

During the Obama Administration, there was a concerted and very visible effort to limit the role that Christianity plays in the day-to-day lives of average Americans.

And now, after installing their demented old puppet, Joe Biden as POTUS, Democrats believe that the “State” can now become America’s Moral Arbiter.

This was already done, decades ago, in Europe, and now, they are suffering the consequences of their actions.

The Christian Post published an article a few years ago reporting that

The Church of England is reportedly considering plans to keep some historic village churches across the country opened only on holy days such as Christmas and Easter due to population shifts and the ever-growing decline in attendance and church membership.

A major 66-page report by the CofE’s Church Buildings Review Group noted that many churches are no longer sustainable, and that about one in four parishes have fewer than 10 regular worshipers.

The report proposes turning some parishes into “festival churches” in order to ease the financial burden, suggesting that they will only be used for key dates on the religious calendar, or occasions such as marriage and funerals.

Festival churches are only one of the widespread changes proposed by the review group, which says it is focused on “securing spiritual and numerical growth and serving the common good.”

“We believe that — apart from growing the church — there is no single solution to the challenges posed by our extensive responsibility for part of the nation’s historic heritage,” the group added.

The CofE has had to deal with sharp decline over the past 30 years, as reported in May by NatCen Social Research.

The group’s Social Attitudes survey found that 40 percent of the British population identified as Anglicans in 1983, but that number is down to only 17 percent in 2014. Presently only 8.5 million Britons identify as Anglicans, the survey said.

People of no religious faith now make up close to half of the population in Britain, or 49 percent, which is up from their 31 percent count in 1983.

With the steady rise of immigration, the rise of non-Christian faiths has also been well documented, with Islam making up close to 5 percent of all Britons in 2014, up from 0.5 percent in 1983.

Why are Modern American Liberals so focused on removing, or, at the very least, marginalizing, America’s Christian Heritage, as found in our System of Traditional Values and Beliefs?

Well, as is usually my wont, I have been doing some “reckoning” about this.

It seems to this ol’ Southern Boy, living here in the Heartland, that America’s Christian Heritage and the very real fact of His influence in building and shaping America’s growth into the greatest country on the face of God’s Green Earth, not only stifles and interferes with Modern Liberals’ “anything goes”, “share the wealth”, “hive-mind”, “man is his own god” Political Ideology, but the reality of God’s very existence, somewhere deep in their miserable, bitter psyches, scares the mess out of them.

Why else would they be trying so hard to fight against the influence of Someone Whom they really don’t believe in?

I see them every single day on the television, on the Internet, on Facebook Political Pages, posting stupid meme (a picture with words on it) after stupid meme, attempting to make fun of The Great I Am and those of us who have given our lives to Him.

They are so hateful, and filled with such bitterness, that it is difficult to engage them in “conversation”.

Perhaps, somewhere in their back of their minds, all of these Modern American Liberals, realize that they are fighting a losing battle.

Christianity continues to thrive in America, despite their best efforts.

America was built upon a Solid Rock.

To ignore our nation’s Faith-Based Founding and Heritage is to live in purposeful ignorance.

As President Ronald Reagan said,

If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.

And, as Hebrews 13:8 tells us,

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Regardless of the ongoing Political Machinations by Modern American Liberals to tear asunder the Moral fabric of the nation for the “Good of the State” and the propagation of the “Hive-Mind”, the God of Abraham, who brought our Founding Fathers to this Land, will have the Final Word.

He always does.

Nadler:…”God’s Will is of No Concern to This Congress”…So We Noticed

Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) triggered a bunch of God-hating Democrats after he pointed out that God makes people uniquely male or female.

“When men or women claim to be able to choose their own sexual identity, they are making a statement that God did not know what he was doing when he created them,” the congressman said.

Steube accused Democrats of trying to define what it means to be male or female.

“The gender confusion that exists in our culture today is a clear rejection of God’s good design. Whenever a nation’s laws no longer reflect the standards of God that nation is in rebellion against him and will inevitably bear the consequences,” the congressman said. “We are seeing the consequences of rejecting God here in our country today.”

That comment drew a fiery response from Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY).

“What any religious tradition describes as God’s will is no concern of this Congress,” added New York Democrat Jerry Nadler.

Democrat Katherine Clark, of Massachusetts, hit out at any member of Congress who “describe transgender people as something less-than, as underserving, and illegitimate”.

May God have mercy on our nation and may He protect us from these godless, heathen Democrats.

Boys and girls, we really should not be surprised by the idiotic statement by Rep. Jerry Nadler.

For what now seems like an eternity, those on the Left side (along with some of those who claim to be on the Right Side) of the Political Aisle, have focused their attention on “radically changing” America.

They soon realized that they simply could not do it through popular culture and educational indoctrination, inundating America’s children with both overt and subliminal imaging designed to countermand the Traditional American Values that they were being raised with, in normal American Households, out here in “Flyover Country”, otherwise known as America’s Heartland…or “the Red States”.

Modern Liberals soon figured out that the way to program Americans into believing that “all paths lead to God” and that cradle-to-grave Nanny-State Government were the new American Standards for living our daily lives, was to turn Christian American Houses of Worship away from being instructors of the Word of God and a sanctuary in which to worship Our Creator, to, instead, being purveyors of the joys of Popular Culture. Wednesday Night Bible Studies were soon replaced by Yoga Classes and Encounter Groups. Religious Leaders were soon quoting philosophy, instead of the Bible in their Sunday Morning Sermons.

And, instead of taking a stand against those things of the world which were directly opposed to what is found in God’s Word, these “new, enlightened” churches started standing up for the “right” of a woman to have her baby prematurely yanked out of her womb with a set of tongs, standing up for the right of Adam to “marry” Steve, when the Bible states that marriage is between a man and a woman, and standing up for the equality of all faiths, when the Son of God firmly states, in John 14:6, that

I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

So, when is all this Christianity in America going to “fade away” as predicted and hoped for by “the Smartest People in the Room”?

As polls have shown…not any time soon.

America remains a nation whose population consists of 70-75%, who proclaim Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior and 92%, who believe in God.

However, if you read some of the comments posted on Websites and Facebook Political Pages, by self-appointed “pundits”, you would think that Christian Americans are the minority in this nation.

I can testify from personal experience, having caught flack for sticking to my Christian American Conservative Principles, since beginning my daily posts on this blog in April of 2010.

My posts, concerning American Christianity, seem to “touch a nerve” in both Liberals and Atheists, alike. (But, in at least some cases, I repeat myself.)

Their reaction has hardly been unexpected.

Of course, one of the Hot Button Issues, which those Liberals and Atheists who responded, over the years, immediately denied, was that our Founding Fathers were Christians and that our country was founded on a Judeo-Christian Belief System.

Evidently, they had never read anything, except what their like-minded, non-believing soothsayers, allowed them to. Or else, they would have read historical documents like President George Washington’s Thanksgiving Day Proclamation, written on November 1, 1777, and found at wallbuilders.com:

The committee appointed to prepare a recommendation to the several states, to set apart a day of public thanksgiving, brought in a report; which was taken into consideration, and agreed to as follows:

Of course, the Poster Boy for the claim by Liberal/Atheist responders, concerning the Founders’ lack of Christianity, is Thomas Jefferson.

Atheists like to bring up the fact that he wrote a version of the Bible which left out Christ’s miracles. What they are reluctant to do, though, is explain why he wrote his book that way. David Barton explains on wallbuilders.com:

The reader [of a newspaper article which Barton is replying to], as do many others, claimed that Jefferson omitted all miraculous events of Jesus from his “Bible.” Rarely do those who make this claim let Jefferson speak for himself. Jefferson’s own words explain that his intent for that book was not for it to be a “Bible,” but rather for it to be a primer for the Indians on the teachings of Christ (which is why Jefferson titled that work, “The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth”). What Jefferson did was to take the “red letter” portions of the New Testament and publish these teachings in order to introduce the Indians to Christian morality. And as President of the United States, Jefferson signed a treaty with the Kaskaskia tribe wherein he provided—at the government’s expense—Christian missionaries to the Indians. In fact, Jefferson himself declared, “I am a real Christian, that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus.” While many might question this claim, the fact remains that Jefferson called himself a Christian, not a deist.

Atheist Activists and young and/or misinformed Liberals and self-proclaimed “Libertarians” (but, in a lot of cases, I repeat myself), who reply to my posts, insist that Crosses and other Christian symbols have no place in the Public Square.

Relying on Far Left Ideologues or their own opinion as their “highest authority”, they continue their push to eliminate the practice of American Christianity and the Traditional American Morality and Ethics which go with it from Everyday American Life, attempting to regulate Christians’ role in American Society as remaining unseen and unheard from, worshiping in private, on Sunday mornings, only.

Or, as Actor and Professional Wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would say, Modern American Liberals want American Christians to

Sit down, shut up, and know your role!

Unfortunately for them, our Constitution and the Bill of Rights reinforced our rights as Americans to practice our Faith as We see fit. 

The First Amendment to the Constitution still holds.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Being filled with human beings, America’s churches have made a lot of mistakes, However, they have also done a lot of good in the Name of the Lord.

Churches today have to walk a fine line.

The spiritual battle raging between the influence of American Popular Culture and those seeking the Will of God in their lives, takes all the strength…and prayer, that Christians can muster.

Modern Liberals seem to have great difficulty comprehending the role which Our Creator, the God of Abraham, played and plays in this Grand Experiment, known as the United States of America.

Why have Liberals ratcheted up their anti-Christian Vitriol and Negativity since January 21, 2009?

Graham Does Not Think That Biden is in Charge, 3 Dozen House Dems Want Biden to Give Up Sole Authority to Launch Nukes

President Joe Biden was a moderate senator, but the administration implementing all these progressive policies in his first weeks in office shows it just is not him in charge, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., on Newsmax TV.

“I like Joe Biden, but the agenda is AOC [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.], [House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi, [Senate Majority Leader Chuck] Schumer, Sen. Bernie Sanders,” Graham told “Greg Kelly Reports” of his former fellow senator Biden.

“So, no, I don’t think Joe Biden’s in charge.”

Newsmax.com also reports that

A group of about three dozen Democrats in the House have signed a letter calling for President Joe Biden to give up his sole authority to authorize the launch of nuclear weapons, which was obtained by Politico.

“Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks,” reads the letter, which was spearheaded by Rep. Jimmy Panetta, D-Calif., according to Politico. “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment.”

The letter continues, “While any president would presumably consult with advisors before ordering a nuclear attack, there is no requirement to do so. The military is obligated to carry out the order if they assess it is legal under the laws of war. Under the current posture of U.S. nuclear forces, that attack would happen in minutes.”

The congressman said in a tweet on Wednesday: “ICYMI: I’m calling on @POTUS to install checks & balances in our nuclear command-and-control structure. Past presidents have threatened nuclear attacks on other countries or exhibited concerning behavior that cast doubt on their judgment.”

The Democrats suggest several alternatives to the president’s sole authority, including requiring other officials in the presidential line of succession, specifically the vice president and the House Speaker, neither of whom can be removed by the president if they disagree — to concur with a launch order.”

Here’s a “Pro Tip”:

The Democrats are worried about Joe Biden launching a Nuclear Attack BECAUSE HE IS BATTLING DEMENTIA…and losing.

Sen. Lindsey Graham was stating the obvious.

It was obvious during the Presidential Campaign that Joe’s lights were dimming and nobody was home, like when he faced the television screen behind him to deliver a speech, instead of the live crowd in front of him.

Or, the time that he was in a little store, and a young nurse had to guide him out of there by his arm to make sure that he made it into a waiting car.

And, how about the “Lids” which continue even today, barring access to Biden from the Main Stream Media and everybody else?

House Democrats Want to Remove Conservative News Channels from Cable

Newsmax.com reports that

Democrats are waging an assault on the First Amendment, with two Democrat House lawmakers demanding answers from cable television providers on the role they play in the “spread of dangerous misinformation.”

The letter, signed by Reps. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., and Jerry McNerney, D-Calif., and released to the press Monday, targets only conservative-leaning outlets, including Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN.

On Wednesday, the House subcommittee on Communications and Technology of the Committee on Energy and Commerce is scheduled to hold a hearing on disinformation and extremism in media.

Cable service companies such as Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Dish, Verizon, Cox, and Altice all received the same letter on Monday pressing for answers on policies related to the spread of disinformation, rumors, and conspiracy theories on networks they carry.

The letter directly only assails conservative news networks Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN and accuses them of airing misinformation on various topics – among them, the coronavirus, the 2020 election, and the storming of the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Newsmax issued a statement Monday decrying what the company said was an attack on the First Amendment. The Newsmax statement read:

“The House Democrats’ attack on free speech and basic First Amendment rights should send chills down the spines of all Americans. Newsmax reported fairly and accurately on allegations and claims made by both sides during the recent election contest. We did not see that same balanced coverage when CNN and MSNBC pushed for years the Russian collusion hoax, airing numerous claims and interviews with Democrat leaders that turned out to be patently false.”

The “Marxification” of America continues.

Any Conservative, or in the case of the “New” Fox News Channel’,”Squishy Moderate” news outlet, deemed as a threat to “the State” must be banished forever.

Graham Urges Biden to “Rise to the Occasion” and Tell the Dems to Call Off Their Second Impeachment of Trump

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., urged Joe Biden to push back against his fellow Democrats’ impeachment effort of President Donald Trump, saying in a series of Twitter posts, if he truly wants “unity,” he should instruct them to drop the matter.

“It is now time for President-elect Biden to rise to the occasion and instruct his party to call off post-presidential impeachment proceedings,” Graham wrote in one of about a half-dozen posts.

Biden has repeatedly called for unity and announced the theme of his inauguration will be “America United,” a ploy some, such as television host Megyn Kelly, have called cynical and hypocritical.

Graham pointed to the fact impeachment is merely a tool to remove someone from office, which will have occurred by the time the Senate will be able to commence any trial. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has said he would not recall the Senate into a special session to take up the matter.

“It’s now time for President-elect Biden to reject post presidential impeachment because of the destructive force it would have on the presidency and nation,” Graham wrote. “Every president is subject to the laws of the land. However, impeachment is political and will further divide the nation.

“President Trump will be leaving office next Tuesday, and impeachment in the House and trial in the Senate within a week, would do great damage to our institutions and could incite further violence,” he wrote.

Miss Lindsey, you can plead all you want.

However, if you believe that Biden is going to show any leadership as President of the United States of America, you have not been paying attention.

Biden did not know what town he was in most of the time while he was campaigning.

He had to be steered to a waiting limo by what appeared to be a nurse on one occaision.

On another occasion, he turned his back to the crowd at an even, and started delivering his speech to the video wall behind him.

Biden willl not be making any decisions in his presidency, his handlers will take call of running the country for him.

Biden is a demented old fool who is being used as a figurehead.

Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats are not listening, anyway.

They are on a vendetta to attempt to disqualify Trump from running for President again in 2024 by impeaching him.

They do not care if Trump’s popularity is sitting at 49% while theirs is barely at 20% and dropping rapidly.

They do not even care that the FBI has discovered that the D.C. Riot was planned and had nothing at all to do with President Trump’s speech that he delivered that fateful Wednesday morning.

Like I wrote during the first sham impeachment, they are like Captain Ahab leading his crew on a voyage of destruction for the sake of revenge against the great white whale, Moby Dick.

Pelosi and the House Democrats do not care what the country thinks about what they are doing.

They stopped serving American Voters a long time ago.

Now, they only serve special interest groups…and themselves.

Pelosi Announces New Congressional “Select Committee” to Study and Make Policies to Bring “Economic Fairness” To America

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) announced today (12/30/2020) that she has created a new congressional committee—inspired by President Franklin D. Roosevelt—that is designed “to study and combat the concentration of wealth in America and its role in triggering economic collapse.”

“As House Speaker, I am proud to announce the creation of the new, bipartisan Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth, which will be an essential force in Congressional Democrats’ action to combat the crisis of income and wealth disparity in America,” Pelosi said.

“It is molded after the mission of the Temporary National Economic Committee, founded by President Roosevelt and the Congress after the Great Depression to study and combat the concentration of wealth in America and its role in triggering economic collapse,” she said.

“As President Roosevelt said before founding this Committee, ‘The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself… the liberty of a democracy is not safe if its business system does not provide employment and produce and distribute goods in such a way as to sustain an acceptable standard of living,’” she said.

“The past several decades have shown with devastating clarity the marked imbalance between the financial fortunes of CEOs and workers,” Pelosi said.

The loan was granted on the last day of the stimulus loan program, which also gave over half a billion to a failing but politically connected Solyndra.

While speaker, Pelosi was famous for her use of government aircraft to ferry back and forth from her San Francisco district.

According to documents obtained by Judicial Watch, Air Pelosi, as critics called the fleet, cost the taxpayers $28,210.51 per flight.

Her fondness for Boeing aircraft does not extend to supporting Boeing’s plan to create badly needed jobs in the right-to-work state of South Carolina.

As we have noted, she says if the plant is nonunion, the National Labor Relations Board should shut the project down.

Pelosi doesn’t live in a glass house.  She lives in a glass mansion…with a big wall around it.

The reason for the failure of Marxism can not only just be found in the history of the Soviet Union. The Congressional members of the Far Left Democratic Party who are “living the good life” on their “business junkets” and in their mansions with a room-size ice cream freezer like Speaker Pelosi are providing a prime example of why Marxism always fails.

The Politburo get richer and the “Proletariat” continue to suffer due to unchecked political power gained through greed and hypocrisy.

With Her announcement of this new “Congressional Committee”, Pelosi and her fellow House Dems could not have sent out a plainer message if they had placed a Facebook Ad.

Like those whom they have modeled their political ideology after, this “New Politboro” cares about keeping and growing their political influence and wealth. They simply do not care who has to suffer in order for them to make a political point. Everything which they accused President Trump in front of the television news cameras of for the past four years has been a deflection to hide their own unbridled lust for power and their hypocrisy.

Pelosi to Hold Banquet for Incoming House Members as Dem Politicians Call For Cancelling Thanksgiving Due to Covid-19

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) defended holding a large dinner for incoming members as Democrat leaders across the country urge Americans to cancel their traditional Thanksgiving plans to combat the Chinese coronavirus.

“House Dem and GOP leaders are holding respective dinners for new members,” NBC News correspondent Leigh Ann Caldwell reported, providing a photo of several tables.

Pelosi reportedly defended the dinner, citing the “enhanced ventilation” of the room and touting the approval of the Capitol physician.

“It’s very spaced,” Pelosi added:

The news aroused confusion and questions from critics, many of whom wondered how Democrats — who tend to be in favor of restrictions — could justify holding such an event, as some of their leaders across the country urge Americans to cancel their Thanksgiving plans.

“If the Capitol Hill physician signed off on this, he is dangerously misinformed. How is this modeling good behavior in the lead up to Thanksgiving. @SpeakerPelosi change your mind on this right now,” one user wrote. “It is beyond reckless.”

“But seriously, terrible. And sets an awful example when you’re asking families not to get together for Thanksgiving. Find another creative way to welcome new folks, just as all companies are having to do with new employees,” another said. “I can’t fathom who approved this asinine idea.”

“The rest of us are going to have sad little Thanksgivings without our families, but you do you, I guess,” another added.

The dinner comes as D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) warned residents to continue to be”vigilant about COVID.”

“Wear your mask, limit your trips. Don’t try to do everything all in the same day, from shopping, to dining, to getting your hair done,” Bowser said on Thursday.

“Be mindful of small gatherings,” she added. “People who are in their home or in the home of a family member, around people that they know — they are letting their guards down.”

D.C.’s Phase Two Guidance prohibits “mass gatherings of more than 50 people.” Additionally, the guidance limits restaurants to 50 percent capacity “with tables placed so that patrons are at least 6 feet apart.”

On Wednesday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) announced a ten-person limit on gatherings in private residences ahead of the holidays.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D), who recently announced a stay-at-home advisory, was more explicit in her plea, urging Chicagoans to “cancel transitional Thanksgiving plans”:

This would not be the first time Pelosi has displayed hypocrisy in the era of the Chinese coronavirus, coming under fire in early September after receiving salon services in San Francisco as area businesses remained shuttered.

The word “delusional” does not even begin to cover San Fran Nan’s s Superiority Complex and her tone-deafness when it comes to the concerns of average Americans’.

Nancy Pelosi’s station in life defies logic.

As she has shown us for decades and during the Chinese Coronavirus especially, she has to be the most tone deaf aristocrat since Marie Antoinette, who, when supposedly asked about the starving rabble in France, quipped,

For years now, I have referred to the intolerant political ideology of Modern American Liberals as “The New Fascism” because of their disdain and condescension when speaking about patriotism and the traditional American Faith and Values held by average Americans.

What we are seeing now, as regards the radical movement to the Left of the Political Spectrum, which includes anti-Semitism, of the Democratic Party, which began under Former President Barack Hussein Obama, is a result of an amalgamation of the political philosophies of the special interest groups who have replaced average Americans as the Democrats’ Voting Base.

The political philosophies of Marxism, fascism, and Anti-Semitism, which the Far Left Democrats have now embraced, are the anti-thesis of who they claim to be.

Ladies and gentlemen, I firmly believe that America is in the middle of fighting a new war against fascism.

It’s not a war that is being fought with guns and bullets, But instead, it has been fought with superfluous Congressional Hearings attacking President Trump, anonymous sources, unproven baseless accusations, and the Vanguard of the Modern Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media.

And now, Americans are witnessing a stripping away of rights as these same politicians take advantage of the Coronavirus Lockdown to ban activities which have nothing to do with the spread of the contagion.

Trump Vows to Sign Coronovirus Stimulus Executive Orders to Help Americans “If Democrats Continue to Hold Relief Hostage”

President Trump threatened to take coronavirus relief into his own hands “if Democrats continue to hold relief hostage.”

Trump said if coronavirus negotiations continued to stall, he would sign an executive order deferring the payroll tax until the end of the year, starting July 1 retroactively, and extend enhanced unemployment benefits.

He did not state how much those benefits would be — $600 per week was given in additional federal benefits under the last relief bill but Republicans have proposed cutting that to $200 per week.

The president also said his executive order would defer student loan payments and forgive interest “until further notice.”

Trump said lawyers were drawing up the executive order currently and “it could be by the end of the week” that he signs it. He said, “probably we get sued” but he isn’t worried about the legality because “everything gets sued.”

Trump earlier in the week first floated the idea of taking executive action to halt evictions and suspend payroll taxes. Trump has long pushed the idea that a payroll tax cut would spur hiring.

In July, the president said he told Republicans they could drop the idea of a cut to the payroll tax, the tax that finances Social Security and Medicare, from the next coronavirus relief bill because Democrats wouldn’t allow it.

“Based on that I told Republicans, I said I think a payroll tax would be good, but we’re not going to get it from Democrats. So you still need Democrat votes. I would like to see it but if we’re not going to get their votes, I guess we have to go on to the next thing,” he said.

Lawmakers ended a week of negotiations on coronavirus relief without a deal Friday, or even a clear path forward, amid growing concerns that talks may collapse altogether.

Both parties had a self-imposed Friday deadline. Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said Thursday that if they missed it, there’s “no sense” in continuing discussion.

“I’ve become extremely doubtful that we’ll be able to make a deal if it goes well beyond Friday,” said Meadows.

The impasse in negotiations puts at risk potentially trillions of dollars in aid for families, businesses and the U.S. economy, including a fresh round of $1,200 stimulus checks, extra unemployment aid for millions of unemployed Americans, $100 billion to help reopen schools and relief for cash-strapped state and local governments.

“A lot of people are going to be evicted, but I’m going to stop it because I’ll do it myself if I have to,” Trump told reporters at the White House. “I have a lot of powers with respect to executive orders, and we’re looking at that very seriously right now.”

The House passed its Heroes Act in May, a $3 trillion bill that included a clean extension of the $600 per week federal unemployment benefits, more money for state and local governments and expanded qualification for the stimulus checks, among other Democratic priorities.

The Senate revealed its own HEALS Act, a scaled-down, $1 trillion relief bill that included $200 per week in federal unemployment benefits and $105 billion for schools to assist in reopening.

Whether to extend the supplemental $600 a week in jobless aid has proven to be a key sticking point in negotiations. Democrats have split, some saying the $600 number is a nonstarter and some saying the number is negotiable. Republicans have said $600 is too high and disincentivizes returning to work, as many make more collecting unemployment than they did in wages.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Friday that Democrats were willing to compromise at $2 trillion for the fourth stimulus package, but that the Trump administration had rejected her offer.

Pelosi, D-Calif., said Friday that Democrats have been “mightily trying to find common ground.”

“We’ll take it down a trillion, if you add a trillion,” Pelosi said Friday. “They said absolutely not. Then we would be in range.”

It appears that the Democrats on Capitol Hill have learned nothing since the first contentious Coronavirus Stimulus Package was passed.

Among other “important matters” shoved in the last bill by Pelosi and the Dems was $35 million for the John F. Kennedy Performing Arts Center.

The Speaker of the House also got caught attempting to put abortion funding in the first Coronavirus Relief Bill.

It turned out that was just the tip of the iceberg.

How tone deaf are Pelosi and the Democrats?

Did they actually believe that average Americans who are still out of work because of the “invisible scourge”, as President Trump once called the Coronavirus, would see ANOTHER pork-laden bill designed to pay their special interest groups as being beneficial?

If so, then they are a bunch of idiots, just as Senator John Kennedyhas so accurately described them before.

There are average Americans out here in Realityville that still need help paying their bills and feeding their families while they are off work due to the Coronavirus.

That is why the President has been pushing so hard for a bill which will provide immediate relief to both those American who have been working through all of the pandemic and those who have not been able t work because of it.

What Pelosi and the Dems are proving once again is that they do not give a rat’s hindquarters about average Americans.

Their number one priority is filling their own bank accounts and the bank accounts of their “friends”, i.e., those special interest groups and companies which they have a financial interest in.

I guarantee you, if you look at the investors lists of those wind and solar energy companies who sprang up out of nowhere during the Obama Administration, you will see several Capitol Hill Democrats and/or their family members name listed.

It is amazing to me that after almost four years of trying and failing to remove Trump from office via impeachment and not passing anything of significance of behalf of average Americans, that the Democrats in the House of Representatives and the Senate remain oblivious to the wants and the needs of average Americans, the very voters whom they always erroneously claim to represent.

If they don’t cooperate with the Republicans and pass some actual relief for average Americans during this difficult and scary time, the President is well within his power to writing some Executive Orders to provide some much needed relief to American citizens.

And, if Pelosi and the Dems dig in their heels and refuse to work something out with the Republicans, I would not be surprised to see a march on Washington reminiscent of the scenes in the movies of the villagers chasing the Frankenstein Monster with torches and pitchforks.

As the tightening Presidential Election Polls are showing, he anti-American Far Left Democrats have “awakened a sleeping giant”, as Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto lamented following the attack on Pearl Harbor which started World War II.

If was the same anger which cost the Democrats the Presidency in 2016.

If they thought that we were angry then, they haven’t seen anything, yet.

House Dems Tell Supreme Court That They are in the Middle of an “Ongoing Presidential Investigation”, Must Have Grand Jury Material From “Russia Probe”

House Democrats told the Supreme Court on Monday that they are again in the midst of an “ongoing presidential impeachment investigation” as part of their “weighty constitutional responsibility” – and, the Democrats argued, redacted grand-jury material from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s now-completed Russia probe must be turned over as a result.

Top Democrats have repeatedly suggested since President Trump was acquitted on two articles of impeachment in February that they might initiate new impeachment proceedings. In their brief with the Supreme Court, which seeks testimony, exhibits and transcripts, the Democrats promised that leaks won’t be a problem, owing to their “special protocols” that will ensure “secrecy.”

“The [House Judiciary] Committee’s investigation did not cease with the conclusion of the impeachment trial,” the Democrats told the nine justices on Monday. “If this material reveals new evidence supporting the conclusion that President Trump committed impeachable offenses that are not covered by the articles adopted by the House, the committee will proceed accordingly — including, if necessary, by considering whether to recommend new articles of impeachment.”

Specifically, the Democrats said they were looking into “the possible exercise of improper political influence over recent decisions made in the Roger Stone and Michael Flynn prosecutions, both of which were initiated by the special counsel.”

In Stone’s case, the DOJ reversed a sentencing recommendation to Judge Amy Berman Jackson by former Mueller prosecutors that Stone should receive nine years in prison for obstructing Congress and related charges, saying it was obviously too harsh; indeed, Jackson later sentenced Stone to just three years in prison.

And, the DOJ has moved to dismiss Flynn’s case entirely, citing a mountain of exculpatory material that has surfaced since his guilty plea on one count of false statements to FBI agents, even after prosecutors had assured the court they had turned over all potentially relevant documents. Neither Flynn nor Stone were accused of conspiring with Russians, despite months of unfounded speculation. (“Flynn to testify that Trump directed him to make contact with Russians: Report,” read a false 2017 CNBC headline. ABC News’ Brian Ross was suspended for the report’s inaccurate claim that then-candidate Trump had told Flynn to reach out to Moscow, which the network admitted was a “serious error.”)

Earlier this month, the DOJ filed an emergency 3 with the Supreme Court to temporarily block an order by theD.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which held by a 2-1 vote that the government needed to turn over the grand-jury materials. The DOJ has argued that Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) protects the secrecy of grand-jury materials and that the exception allowing the disclosure “preliminarily to or in connection with a judicial proceeding” didn’t apply, especially given Trump’s acquittal by the Senate in an impeachment trial earlier this year.

But, Democrats have argued that preliminary impeachment hearings in the House constitute a pending judicial proceeding. They emphasized in their filing with the Supreme Court on Monday that the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals explicitly agreed with them on that point.

“[B]ecause that exception encompasses impeachment proceedings and the committee has established a ‘particularized need’ for the grand jury materials, the order of the district court is affirmed,” Judge Judith Rogers wrote in the D.C. appellate court’s decision, siding with the House Democrats.

To establish a “particularized need” under existing case law, the Democrats noted, parties seeking grand-jury material under Rule 6(e) must show (1) “that the material they seek is needed to avoid a possible injustice in another judicial proceeding,” (2) “that the need for disclosure is greater than the need for continued secrecy,” and (3) “that their request is structured to cover only material so needed.”

The lower court in the case had also held that precedent supported the idea that an impeachment trial is akin to a judicial proceeding, citing a case that allowed the disclosure of grand jury material for the impeachment investigation of President Richard Nixon.

The Circuit Court also agreed that the lower court properly used its discretion in determining that the possibility of new articles of impeachment stemming from the grand jury materials satisfied the requirement for a “particularized need.”

The DOJ, however, has countered that having a court evaluate the House’s needs related to impeachment would be “in considerable tension with the House’s ‘sole Power of Impeachment’ and the Senate’s ‘sole Power to try all Impeachments,'” as laid out in the Constitution.

The Justice Department has also emphasized the need for a pause in the case. “Absent a stay of the court’s mandate, the government will have to disclose those materials on May 11, 2020, which would irrevocably lift their secrecy and possible frustrate the government’s ability to seek further review,” the DOJ wrote in their filing, explaining the necessity for the Supreme Court to step in.

But, the Democrats maintained, any delay would serve no legitimate purpose for the DOJ, and only continue to frustrate their Article I impeachment power.

…Trump has noted that no Russian collusion with his campaign was proven, and Republicans and even left-of-center commentators argued that Russian disinformation was irrelevant, given that social media and other platforms are already rife with inaccuracies.

“Before a pandemic, there was a time when we were relentlessly told to fear Russian social media accounts,” mused journalist Aaron Mate on Monday. “Their juvenile memes not only elected Trump, but also ‘sowed chaos.’ When Mueller indicted 13 Russians over it, he was hailed as a hero. Well, DOJ just dropped the case.”

What we have here, boys and girls, is the Democratic Party being so consumed by their hatred for a sitting President and those who elected him, that they are devoting their energy to a strategy to remove him from office which has failed before instead of reopening America so that its citizens may return to their jobs and provide for their families.

In a meeting of the House Judiciary Committee last December, Rep. Nadler said,

“We cannot rely on an election to solve our problems, when the president threatens the very integrity of that election.”

Nadler, Schiff, Pelosi, and the rest of the House Democrats are aware that average Americans have more important issues to deal with that their frivolous attempts at removing President Donald J. Trump from the Oval Office.

They don’t care.

Americans have seen this load of fertilizer before.

During the closing arguments of the First Impeachment Hearings, the citizens of the United States of America witnessed a bunch of lies which they had heard and seen before during the “Impeachment Inquiry” held by the House Democrats.

The House Managers, chosen by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, repeated these lies ad infinitum in the hopes that their verbal torture would force “Moderate” Republican Senators to turn against President Donald J. Trump and to side with them and their Democrat colleagues in the Senate, instead of doing the right thing and standing in unity with their fellow Republicans and vote for dismissal of the Sham Impeachment or to acquit the President .

During their closing arguments, not only did the Democrat House Managers lie their hindquarters off, they instructed and insulted Republican Senators, telling them that they would not be doing “right” if they did not vote to impeach Trump.

Quite frankly, in this Deplorable’s eyes, Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, Waters, Jeffries, and the rest of the House Democrats accomplished nothing by their behavior before, during, and after their Sham Impeachment except to establish themselves in the eyes of average Americans between the coasts as the “Poster Children” for the 3-year long National Temper Tantrum which began the night of November 8, 2016 when Political Outsider Donald J. Trump defeated the “Chosen One” Hillary Clinton to become the 45th President of the United States of America.

If the Democrat Elite believe that they would accomplish anything by attempting another Sham Impeachment of President Trump, they have not been paying attention.

Average Americans were not paying any attention to them at all the first time.

We watched clips of their whining on Fox News before and after WORK.

And, those Americans who began watching them, soon changed channels, as the ratings showed at the time.

From the Democratic Elite to be allowing the House Democrats to be attempting another Sham Impeachment, tells me that they know that Sleepy Joe Biden does not have a chance of being elected President this November.

I wish those affected by Trump Derangement Syndrome, like the House Democrats would work as hard to help average Americans as they do trying to overturn their 2016 President Election Votes.
