Trump to Sign Executive Order Aimed at Protecting Free Speech on Social Media

On his nationally-syndicated radio program yesterday, Rush Limbaugh said,

You know, if Trump wanted to, he could take Twitter down with him. If he wanted to do serious, permanent damage to Twitter, Donald Trump could do it. Now, he doesn’t want to do that because Trump loves it. It is his one direct pipeline to the people in this country who are being lied to to this day every day about him and pretty much everything that he’s saying and doing.

So Twitter has slapped a “fact check” on him, and the source for the fact-checkers are CNN. CNN now gets to fact-check Trump, and the first fact check… You know, Trump started tweeting about how mail-in ballots are a pipeline to election fraud — and they are. It has been demonstrated in previous elections that they are, and just for saying that, they get to fact-check Trump and CNN gets to say:

“There is no evidence that mail-in ballots caused any problems with elections’ integrity or cause phrase. This assertion is false,” and Trump is livid about it, and I’ll tell you one reason why. Where were the fact-checkers when Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler and John Brennan and James Clapper and James Comey were claiming to have proof that Trump colluded with Russia, and they were tweeting it day in and day out?

They were tweeting unnamed, anonymous sources to back themselves up. So Twitter fact-checks President Trump for suggesting that California’s mail-in ballots will be substantially fraudulent. It’s the first time Twitter has fact-checked anybody, and they did it because a bunch of people were demanding that Jack Dorsey do something about it, and Jack Dorsey didn’t want to get any grief.

So he said, “Okay. We’ll fact-check Trump.” Well, my question points out a problem Twitter has now created for itself. If you’re gonna start fact-checking people, when do you start fact-checking Democrats? When do you unleash CNN on some of these bogus claims made by Schiff or Nadler and Brennan and Clapper and Comey? Because if you want to talk about lying…

In a related story, FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump will sign an executive order on social media on Thursday, the White House said.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said Wednesday she could not get ahead of the president to explain the purpose and intent of the order, but confirmed it would be coming then.

Earlier Wednesday, Trump warned social media giants that the federal government could “strongly regulate” or “close them down” if they continue to “silence conservative voices,” amid his flaring battle with Twitter after the platform fact-checked one of his tweets for the first time this week.

“Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms totally silence conservatives voices,” Trump tweeted. “We will strongly regulate, or close them down, before we can ever allow this to happen. We saw what they attempted to do, and failed, in 2016. We can’t let a more sophisticated version of that happen again.”

The president added: “Just like we can’t let large scale Mail-In Ballots take root in our Country. It would be a free for all on cheating, forgery and the theft of Ballots. Whoever cheated the most would win. Likewise, Social Media. Clean up your act, NOW!!!!”

He later tweeted: “Twitter has now shown that everything we have been saying about them (and their other compatriots) is correct. Big action to follow!”

This comes after Twitter on Tuesday slapped a warning label on one of Trump’s tweets referring to mail-in ballots, cautioning readers that despite the president’s claims, “fact-checkers” say there is “no evidence” that mail-in voting would increase fraud risks and that “experts say mail-in ballots are very rarely linked to voter fraud.”

The president, within minutes of the platform’s labeling, accused Twitter of “interfering in the 2020 Presidential Election based on fact-checking by Fake News CNN and the Amazon Washington Post,” while adding that the Twitter is “completely stifling FREE SPEECH,” and vowing that “I, as President, will not allow that to happen.”

Twitter’s new warning label was issued even though a Twitter spokesperson acknowledged to Fox News that Trump’s tweet had not broken any of the platform’s rules, and even though some other experts have raised fraud concerns surrounding mail-in voting.

The warning label came after Trump tweeted: “There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent. Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way!!”

Within hours, Twitter then appended a label to the bottom of the tweet reading: “Get the facts about mail-in ballots.”

Clicking that label brought readers to a paragraph saying: “On Tuesday, President Trump made a series of claims about potential voter fraud after California Governor Gavin Newsom announced an effort to expand mail-in voting in California during the COVID-19 pandemic. These claims are unsubstantiated, according to CNN, Washington Post and others. Experts say mail-in ballots are very rarely linked to voter fraud.”

Twitter went on to note in a “What to Know” section that “fact-checkers say there is no evidence that mail-in ballots are linked to voter fraud” and that “Trump falsely claimed that California will send mail-in ballots to ‘anyone living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there.’ In fact, only registered voters will receive ballots.”

Twitter acknowledged Trump’s tweet “is not in violation of the Twitter Rules as it does not directly try to dissuade people from voting — it does, however, contain misleading information about the voting process, specifically mail-in ballots, and we’re offering more context to the public.”

The warning label was only the latest example conservatives cite as demonstrating a bias on the platform. Just two months ago, Twitter flagged a video uploaded by the Trump campaign as “manipulated media,” only to rebuff the campaign’s efforts to have the platform flag a similar video uploaded by the Biden team.

There has been shadow banning of Conservatives happening on Twitter for quite some time.

For example, actor James Woods, a noted Conservative possessing a razor-sharp wit, was banned for several months from Twitter.

Other Conservatives have had thousands of followers mysteriously vanish with no logical explanation.

And, as President Trump alluded to, Twitter was definitely Pro-Hillary during the 2016 Campaign.

What gets me, is while all this has been going on, “Bots” and wild-eyed vulgar Liberals are allowed to spam Trump’s Twitter feed, making it almost impossible for average Americans to comment on it.

Why, it is almost like these clowns are getting paid to damage the President. (/sarc)

President Trump has always been a master of using Twitter to reach out directly to the American people to get his point across unfiltered by the biased Main Stream Media.

He also takes delight in “trolling” the Main Stream Media and their masters, the Democratic Party, through its use.

America is receiving daily communication from its 45th President, Citizen Statesman Donald J. Trump.

The vast majority of Americans own cellphones…and are on Twitter.

Yes, the 280 characters contained in a “Tweet” are definitely not the most eloquent way for a President to be communicating with the American Public, but they are clear, concise, and immediate.

There is no room for “weasel words” in a “Tweet”, unlike the addresses of the individual who occupied the Oval Office before President Trump.

Heck, Obama gave long speeches just so he could refer to himself ad infinitum in them.

99.9 percent of broadcast networks’ coverage of President Donald J. Trump has been negative.

The fact is, President Trump will never be able to please the Main Stream Media.

And, the Democrats still stupidly expect him to be like George W. Bush and not fight back when they insult, demean, and now, attempt to impeach him.

President Trump has the same rights as every American citizen and those rights include the right to fight back.

So, whatever sort of executive order he decides to sign today in order to fight the censorship of Conservative Speech in Social Media, I support it 100%.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

For Twitter to intentionally attempt to run interference for the Democratic Party and influence the 2020 Presidential Election is indeed an intentional affront not only against Free Speech but our right as Americans to receive important information in order to be e knowledgeable about our country’s situation when we cast or votes.

In other words, we will interpret he President’s Tweets for ourselves, thanks.

Biden Blames “You Ain’t Black” Remark on Charlamagne tha God…”He Was Being a Wise Guy, and I Responded in Kind”

Someone must have handed Sleepy Joe Biden a second shovel.

Joe Biden suggested Tuesday that Charlamagne tha God was also being a “wise guy” during their interview Friday when the former vice president made his controversial “you ain’t black” remark.

During an interview Tuesday on CNN, Biden acknowledged he made a “mistake” last week in making the comment, in which he referred to black voters who have yet to decide whether to support him or President Trump in the 2020 election. He walked back the comment later in the day, saying he should not have been so “cavalier” and acted like a “wise guy.”

However, the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee told CNN he wasn’t the only “wise guy” during “The Breakfast Club” interview.

“First of all, it was a mistake — No. 1. And I was smiling when he was asking the question. I shouldn’t have been such a wise guy to him. He was being a wise guy, and I responded in kind,” Biden told CNN’s Dana Bash. “I shouldn’t have done that. It was a mistake.”

The former vice president went on to insist that he has “never, never” taken the black vote for granted, saying he’s “worked like the devil for it and have to earn it every time.”

Biden faced swift backlash across the political landscape, from the Trump campaign to progressives who had previously backed Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.

BET co-founder Robert L. Johnson said Biden should apologize to “every black person he meets.”

“Vice President Biden’s statement today represents the arrogant and out-of-touch attitude of a paternalistic white candidate who has the audacity to tell black people, the descendants of slaves, that they are not black unless they vote for him,” Johnson told Fox News last week.

“This proves unequivocally that the Democratic nominee believes that black people owe him their vote without question; even though, we as black people know it is exactly the opposite. He should spend the rest of his campaign apologizing to every black person he meets.”

Considering the rate at which Biden’s mental acuity is deteriorating, he probably did not even remember what happened until Dana Bash brought it back up.

All Biden as the presumptive Democratic Party Nominee can offer Black American are rehashes of programs which have already been tried and failed spectacularly.

After all, it was Democratic Party Politics which lost Black Americans their jobs, broke up their family units, and put them in perpetual servitude to the State to begin with.

Back during the 2012 Presidential Race, the “Severely Conservative” Republican Party Legacy Candidate, Mitt Romney, stirred up a hornet’s nest by stating that 47% of Americans were receiving some form of Government Entitlements, such as SNAP, Welfare, etc. It didn’t really matter that he was absolutely correct. He was considered a rich out-of-touch, uncaring, old white guy, from that moment on. He was positively vilified by President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm), the rest of the Democratic Party, and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media.

Sound familiar?

Romney was attempting, rather indelicately, to make the point that, with this American Freedom that we have been blessed with, also comes the burden of responsibility. Romney was trying to illuminate the fact that American is still the Land of Opportunity, and that “God helps those who help themselves”.

I don’t believe that the Republican Presidential Candidate was attempting to be malicious by calling out the 47%. He was merely trying to paint a verbal picture as to how the sense of entitlement, that is forcefully held by some Americans, and has been facilitated by the Democrats, had spun way out of control, becoming an immeasurable burden on American Taxpayers, and an immense anchor, holding our economy back.

It was that same selfish sense of entitlement that fueled the backlash against “Mittens” by America’s low information voters, who were certainly egged on by their “plantation Masters”, the Democratic Party, and their “Straw Bosses”, in the Main Stream Media.

Around that same time, the number 47 came up in the National Media once again, as it was reported that 47% of American Babies were being born out of wedlock.

To the Wayback Machine, Sherman!

Back in the 60s, President Lyndon Johnson (whose big hand I once shook, at his ranch, as a little boy, after his presidential term) and the Democrats, brought forth a plan, called “the Great Society”. It was decided, in order to ensure that everyone would have an equal opportunity in America, that Uncle Sugar would step in to fill in the gaps.

Two seminal pieces of legislation were passed.

First, the Civil Rights Bill that JFK promised to sign, before his assassination, was passed into law. This Act banned discrimination based on race and gender in employment and ending segregation in all public facilities.

It also helped to cement in stone, minorities’ loyalty to the Democratic Party, which continues to this day.

The second bill that LBJ signed into law was the sweeping ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1964. It created the Office of Economic Opportunity whose stated purpose was to attack the roots of American poverty. A Job Corps was then established to provide vocational training.

A preschool program designed to help disadvantaged students arrive at kindergarten ready to learn, named HEADSTART, was then established. Then came VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA (VISTA), which was set up as a domestic Peace Corps. Schools in impoverished American regions would now receive volunteer teaching attention. Federal funds were sent to struggling communities to attack unemployment and illiteracy.

What Johnson told Americans, as he campaigned in 1964, was that the establishment of this “Great Society” was going to eliminate the problems of America’s poor.

It had the opposite effect

The Great Society created a dependent class, which, instead of diminishing as it’s members joined the workforce, increased from generation to generation, relying on the federal government to provide their every need.

Uncle Sugar became Mother, Father, Preacher, and Doctor to generations of Americans. This “Plantation Mentality” continues to this day, encouraged by those who make their living off of the misfortunes of others…Democratic Politicians and the Owners and Operators of Numerous Shady Politically Motivated “Non-Profit” Organizations.

I know. I spent from January 2011 – June 2012 working in our county’s WIN Job Center.

While at this Employment Office, I was able to observe folks down on their luck, struggling to find work and survive in this economy.

I also saw American families whose existence living on the Government Dole had become generational.

It is these people whom the Democrats continue to hypnotize into believing that Uncle Sugar loves them, and is their only solution to surviving a stifling existence.

They are so, so wrong.

The strength and vitality of America does not come from the benevolence of a Nanny-state Federal Government.

As the greatest American President of our lifetime, Ronald Reagan said:

The nine words you never want to hear are: I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Being enslaved to the Government Dole steals one’s ambition. It takes away any impetus or desire to create a better life for yourself and your family, to challenge yourself to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and pursue the American Dream. It makes you reliant on a politically motivated spider’s web full of government bureaucrats who view you and your family as job security.

I watched American citizens trapped in this web of government bureaucracy, so numbed of any initiative that they once had, that they seemed offended that they actually had to prove that they inquired about three jobs that week in order to keep their “benefits”. Others seemed puzzled that they had to search through the state data base and pick out a job that they wanted to talk to an interviewer about receiving a referral to, and weren’t just simply handed a job when they walked through the door.

Additionally, now there is a preponderance of Americans of child-bearing age who don’t have enough self-control, self-esteem, and moral turpitude to actually get married before they bring an innocent life into this world.

I’m not a bit surprised.

Welcome to the Democrats’ “Great Society”, which they are trying to recreate even as we begin to rebuild our economy after the Chinese Coronavirus Pandemic.

Before the pandemic hit, President Trump and his Administration were encouraging those trapped in a cycle of poverty to break free through self-determination and hard work which would lead to individual achievement and self-responsibility through a booming economy which saw black unemployment drop to historic lows..

And, that is why Democrats like Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi have been using the pandemic to attempt to recreate Johnson’s “Great Society”, which would lead to a resurgence of “Uncle Sugar” and a powerful “Nanny State” Government.

Thanks to President Trump’s Economic Programs, Biden and the rest of the Democrats were losing control of those Americans who used to rely on Democrats’ “benevolence” from cradle to grave…and they simply cannot allow that to happen.

It was that desperation, along with Biden’s dementia, that caused the slip of the tongue on Charlamagne tha God’s radio program.

And, now it is causing him to dig that hole even deeper.

Perhaps it is time for Jill to lead him back down to the basement..again.

Whitmer Extends Lockdown, Husband Can’t Get Boat Put in N. Michigan Water for Memorial Day Because of Back-up Caused by Pandemic

You have to love the irony when Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s husband is refused getting his boat put in the water for a Memorial Day outing because a small business owner, who was forced to close down during the Pandemic, was booked solid and refused to move “Whitler’s” husband to the front of the line.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer faced backlash from Republican lawmakers after a reported request from her husband to get the family’s boat out on the water before Memorial Day weekend — far from their home in Lansing.

Whitmer, a Democrat, famously has imposed one of the strictest lockdowns in the country, sparking frequent protests. What’s more, she’s told people not living in Northern Michigan to stay away from vacation spots there during the holiday weekend.

In Facebook posts no longer visible to the public, NorthShore Dock LLC and its owner, Tad Dowker, focused on what Dowker said was a request last week by Whitmer’s husband, Marc Mallory. The posts caught the attention of Republican state lawmakers, who said the governor’s family may not have wanted to follow the guidance she’s issued for the rest of the state.

“This morning, I was out working when the office called me, there was a gentleman on hold who wanted his boat in the water before the weekend,” Dowker posted. “Being Memorial weekend and the fact that we started working three weeks late means there is no chance this is going to happen.”

He continued, “Our office personnel had explained this to the man and he replied, ‘I am the husband to the governor, will this make a difference?'” The docking company later noted that Mallory respectfully accepted that the accommodation would not be possible.

Whitmer spokeswoman Tiffany Brown refused to comment on the matter, saying the administration wouldn’t address “every rumor that is spread online,” The Detroit News reported.

Last Monday, Whitmer announced restrictions would be lifted in some regions of Northern Michigan, but urged those who didn’t live in the region to stay away. “If you don’t live in these regions… think long and hard before you take a trip into them,” she said. “A small spike could put the hospital system in dire straits pretty quickly. That’s precisely why we’re asking everyone to continue doing their part. Don’t descend on [waterfront] Traverse City from all regions of the state.”

The vacation property Whitmer and her husband have owned is about 25 minutes from Traverse City, according to The Detroit News, but the family permanently resides in Lansing, over 150 miles away.

State Sen. Tom Barrett, R-Charlotte, said Whitmer had urged Michigan residents not to “descend” on the city. “Yet, what did her family try and do?” Barrett said.

“In the Army, we have a tradition that the leaders get in line for chow last behind everyone else in the unit,” he continued. “Here is the leader of our state. … Her family is trying to cut people in line.”

After rising to fame over her stringent coronavirus policy, Whitmer confirmed last week she had been in talks with the Biden campaign about a potential vice presidential candidate pick.

The governor attracted the attention of President Trump when she criticized the federal government’s response to the pandemic.

“I love Michigan, one of the reasons we are doing such a GREAT job for them during this horrible Pandemic. Yet your Governor, Gretchen ‘Half’ Whitmer is way in over her head, she doesn’t have a clue. Likes blaming everyone for her own ineptitude!” he tweeted after her comments.

Gov. Gretchen “Whitler” Whitmer is definitely the “Pin-Up Girl” for Liberal Democrat out-of-control authoritarianism and hypocrisy.

I was going to call this situation “unbelievable” but, actually it’s not.

Modern American Liberals have been both the biggest fascists and the most hypocritical political authorities since the days of Former President jimmy Carter.

Gov. “Whitler”, however, has given new meaning to the phrase “power-mad Liberal politician”.

Last Friday, she extended her state’s lockdown until June 12th.

In recent days, she has “loosened” a stay-at-home order, in place since March, to allow for social gatherings of 10 people or less while allowing retail businesses to reopen for appointment-only shopping.

While many states have begun to reopen their economies, with some easing their lockdown orders or lifting entirely, Gov. Whitmer extended her lockdown in order to build her political gravitas in an attempt to become Joe Biden’s Presidential Running Mate.

In a tweet, Michigan Republican Party Chair Laura Cox criticized the timing of the extension.

“Not only is Gretchen Whitmer going around the state Legislature with her stay-at-home orders, but now she is sneaking around the people of Michigan by announcing an extension to her stay at home order after regular business hours on a holiday weekend,” Cox tweeted. “The only thing she is trying to keep safe is her political career.”

Unfortunately, Gov. Whitmer is merely one in a line-up of several Democratic Governors who are doing everything they can to keeping the reopening of America from progressing…not because of their concern for the American citizens who they are governing but because the Democratic Elite on Capitol Hill are pulling their strings and dangling the carrot of a lucrative political future in front of them.

At this point in the life of our Sovereign Nation, these lockdowns are strictly being used as a political tool by which to somehow keep President Trump from being reelected.

If Gov. Whitmer’s husband was not afraid to go boating this weekend, why should ay other American living in Michigan, or any other Blue State still be denied their freedom?

Memorial Day 2020: Ungrateful New York Times Claims Military “Celebrates White Supremacy”

As Americans reeling from coronavirus stay-at-home orders struggle to celebrate the nation’s heroes on Memorial Day, The New York Times published an editorial over the weekend that claims the U.S. military celebrates white supremacy.

On Sunday, The New York Times Editorial Board published the piece titled “Why Does the U.S. Military Celebrate White Supremacy?” The editorial made the argument that it’s time to rename military bases after “American heroes, not racist traitors.”

Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Rath Hoffman tweeted Sunday night in response: “On a solemn day for remembering those that have given their lives for our country fighting against tyranny and subjugation, the NYT has more than a million possible stories of the ultimate sacrifice by American patriots that they could tell. But they don’t.”

He followed up, in a statement: “The Department of Defense is the most diverse meritocracy in the country and the most powerful force for good in world history. We have many stories of valor still waiting to be told this Memorial Day weekend.”

The New York Times editorial board wrote that “the federal government embraced pillars of the white supremacist movement when it named military bases in the South.”

The editorial listed Fort Benning, Ga., as an example, noting that the military base honored Henry Lewis Benning, a Confederate general “who devoted himself to the premise that African-Americans were not really human and could never be trusted with full citizenship.”

The editorial pointed to Benning’s “now-famous speech in 1861” during which “he told secession conventioneers in Virginia that his native state of Georgia had left the union for one reason — to ‘prevent the abolition of her slavery.’”

The editorial board noted that Benning’s statements “strongly resemble that of present-day white supremacists — and reference the race war theme put forward by the young racist who murdered nine African-Americans in Charleston five years ago.”

In 2017, Dylann Roof was formally sentenced to death for the church massacre in Charleston, S.C., two years before.

The editorial also pointed to another Georgia base named after a Confederate general, John Brown Gordon, writing that by naming the base after him, “the federal government venerated a man who was a leader of the Georgia Ku Klux Klan after the Civil War and who may have taken on a broader role in the terrorist organization when its first national leader — a former Confederate general, Nathan Bedford Forrest — suffered declining health.”

The New York Times editorial board referenced comments made by an Army spokesman who told TIME in 2015 there was no need to remove Confederate base names because the “historic names represent individuals, not causes or ideologies.”

The editorial board then laid out the “problems” with that argument, writing that “these men were traitors” and that “the names represent not only oppression before and during the Civil War, but also state-sponsored bigotry after it.”

“Bases named for men who sought to destroy the Union in the name of racial injustice are an insult to the ideals servicemen and women are sworn to uphold — and an embarrassing artifact of the time when the military itself embraced anti-American values,” the editorial continued. “It is long past time for those bases to be renamed.”

Back around 2013 or so, Liberal Democrats started pushing to removing everything concerning the Confederate Stats of America from both the history books and the landscape of our country.

When a psychopath murdered several black Americans in a church service in Charleston, South Carolina, that horrible tragedy gave the Democrats the excuse to start removing the “Stars and Bars” from public view and changing the names of streets in American towns and cities which may or may not have been named after a historic figure who was a member of the Confederacy.

The Confederate Purge has been carried out by Liberal Democrats in the name of “Political Correctness” since then.

However, that was not enough censorship nor cultural cleansing for them.

Now, they want to rename Military Bases because they are offended by history.

Since before the 2016 President Election, I have referred to those who want to be known as “The Resistance”, as “The New Bolsheviks” because of the striking similarity of their actions to the ruthless aggression displayed by those who followed Vladimir Lenin in the Russian Revolution of 1918.

However, there is another group that these “brave new radicals” remind me of: the barbarians of Islamic State, or ISIS.

When they would take over a city in the Middle East, for example Palmyra, one of the first things that they would do would be to tear down the area’s historical sites, destroying any artifacts and antiquities which they did not like, in order to establish that their culture was supreme, just as Lenin’s Bolsheviks did.

“The Resistance” or protestors, if you will, who are bringing down the historical statues which I just mentioned, who are now wanting to rename military bases, also proclaim their self-serving self-righteousness through their actions.

As an American, I see nothing different from their actions than those of the Bolsheviks and the Radical Islamists of ISIS.

The subjects of all of this censorship were Americans. In the case of the Confederate Generals, most of them were West Point Graduates who proudly served their country before the War Between the States.

The Civil War was a seminal moment in American History.

If you find that time in our nation’s history to be offensive, then that is your prerogative as an American. However, your hurt feelings do not give you the right to attempt to erase history by pulling down a statue which is not your property or claiming that our Brightest and Best celebrate “White Supremacy”.

Attacking the U.S. Military on the weekend before Memorial Day, the day when we honor those brave men and women of all ethnicities who fought and died to preserve our freedom, shows just how far down the ol’ porcelain receptacle the once mighty New York Times has traveled.

It’s time for The New York Times to get flushed.

May we, as a nation, always remember the brave men and women who sacrificed all so that we might remain free.

Trump: “Houses of Worship Essential”…Our Founding Fathers Believed So, Too!

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump on Friday announced that new Centers for Disease Control guidance will classify houses of worship as “essential,” as he called on governors to allow them to open “right now” after being closed during the coronavirus lockdowns.

Trump announced the policy for churches, synagogues and mosques, during a short briefing at the White House.

“The governors need to do the right thing and allow these very important essential places of faith to open right now–for this weekend,” Trump said. “If they don’t do it, I will override the governors.”

“In America, we need more prayer not less,” Trump added.

It’s unclear under what authority Trump has to override governors. But Trump took issue with certain businesses being open, while churches are not. Attorney General William Barr already warned last month that coronavirus restrictions by state and local government should be applied evenly and not single out religious organizations.

“Some governors have deemed the liquor stores and abortion clinics as essential,” Trump said. “But have left out churches and other houses of worship. It’s not right. So I’m correcting this injustice and calling houses of worship essential.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released interim guidelines Friday for communities of faith that acknowledge “millions of Americans embrace worship as an essential part of life” but also warn that “gatherings present a risk for increasing the spread of COVID-19.”

The guidelines encourage the use of cloth face coverings during services, limiting the size of gatherings, social distancing during services and suspending or decreasing choirs and singing in church since “singing may contribute to transmission of COVID-19, possibly through emission of aerosols,” the CDC says.

Last week the CDC released new guidelines that schools, businesses and other organizations can use as states reopen from coronavirus shutdowns. The document, however, excluded guidance for churches and faith-based groups because the White House raised concerns about the recommended restrictions, the Associated Press reported.

President Trump is absolutely right.

CHURCHES ARE ESSENTIAL.

Christianity has played a predominant role in the building of our nation. In fact, the Capitol building itself was used for church services, even before Congress moved into the building, and continued to be used for Sunday Church Services until well after the Civil War.

The approval of the Capitol for church was given by both the House and the Senate on December 4, 1800, with House approval being given by Speaker of the House, Theodore Sedgwick, and Senate approval being given by the President of the Senate, Thomas Jefferson, whose approval came while he was still officially the Vice- President but after he had just been elected President.

According to David Barton at wallbuilders.com:

Jefferson attended church at the Capitol while he was Vice President 5 and also throughout his presidency. The first Capitol church service that Jefferson attended as President was a service preached by Jefferson’s friend, the Rev. John Leland, on January 3, 1802. 6 Significantly, Jefferson attended that Capitol church service just two days after he penned his famous letter containing the “wall of separation between church and state” metaphor.

U. S. Rep. Manasseh Cutler, who also attended church at the Capitol, recorded in his own diary that “He [Jefferson] and his family have constantly attended public worship in the Hall.” Mary Bayard Smith, another attendee at the Capitol services, confirmed: “Mr. Jefferson, during his whole administration, was a most regular attendant.” She noted that Jefferson even had a designated seat at the Capitol church: “The seat he chose the first Sabbath, and the adjoining one (which his private secretary occupied), were ever afterwards by the courtesy of the congregation, left for him and his secretary.” Jefferson was so committed to those services that he would not even allow inclement weather to dissuade him; as Rep. Cutler noted: “It was very rainy, but his [Jefferson’s] ardent zeal brought him through the rain and on horseback to the Hall.” Other diary entries confirm Jefferson’s attendance in spite of bad weather.

…Jefferson was not the only President to attend church at the Capitol. His successor, James Madison, also attended church at the Capitol. 14 However, there was a difference in the way the two arrived for services. Observers noted that Jefferson arrived at church on horseback 15 (it was 1.6 miles from the White House to the Capitol). However, Madison arrived for church in a coach and four. In fact, British diplomat Augustus Foster, who attended services at the Capitol, gave an eloquent description of President Madison arriving at the Capitol for church in a carriage drawn by four white horses.

The series of cacophonous thuds you just heard were the “I’m-smarter than-you” Atheists from both sides of the aisle, falling off their chairs. You see, they (all 8% of them) will argue until they are blue in the face that Jefferson and Madison were not Christians, and our founding documents were not based on a Judeo-Christian system of beliefs.

Then, they go out to feed the unicorn in their backyard.

Jefferson told his friend, William Bradford (who served as Attorney General under President Washington), to make sure of his own spiritual salvation:

[A] watchful eye must be kept on ourselves lest, while we are building ideal monuments of renown and bliss here, we neglect to have our names enrolled in the Annals of Heaven.

Concerning Christianity, Jefferson said:

The doctrines of Jesus are simple, and tend all to the happiness of man.

The practice of morality being necessary for the well being of society, He [God] has taken care to impress its precepts so indelibly on our hearts that they shall not be effaced by the subtleties of our brain. We all agree in the obligation of the moral principles of Jesus and nowhere will they be found delivered in greater purity than in His discourses.

I am a Christian in the only sense in which He wished anyone to be: sincerely attached to His doctrines in preference to all others.

I am a real Christian – that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus Christ.

But, what about Jefferson’s re-writing of the Bible, leaving out Jesus’ miracles, you ask? David Barton answered that question in 2001, in a letter to a newspaper, in response to a reader:

The reader, as do many others, claimed that Jefferson omitted all miraculous events of Jesus from his “Bible.” Rarely do those who make this claim let Jefferson speak for himself. Jefferson’s own words explain that his intent for that book was not for it to be a “Bible,” but rather for it to be a primer for the Indians on the teachings of Christ (which is why Jefferson titled that work, “The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth”). What Jefferson did was to take the “red letter” portions of the New Testament and publish these teachings in order to introduce the Indians to Christian morality. And as President of the United States, Jefferson signed a treaty with the Kaskaskia tribe wherein he provided—at the government’s expense—Christian missionaries to the Indians. In fact, Jefferson himself declared, “I am a real Christian, that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus.” While many might question this claim, the fact remains that Jefferson called himself a Christian, not a deist.

The other Founding Father whom Atheists claim was one of them is James Madison.

Per David Barton:

James Madison trained for ministry with the Rev. Dr. John Witherspoon, and Madison’s writings are replete with declarations of his faith in God and in Christ. In fact, for proof of this, one only need read his letter to Attorney General Bradford wherein Madison laments that public officials are not bold enough about their Christian faith in public and that public officials should be “fervent advocates in the cause of Christ.” And while Madison did allude to a “wall of separation,” contemporary writers frequently refuse to allow Madison to provide his own definition of that “wall.” According to Madison, the purpose of that “wall” was only to prevent Congress from passing a national law to establish a national religion.

Also, as this writing shows, Madison wanted all public officials – including Bradford – to be unashamed concerning their Christian beliefs and testimony:

I have sometimes thought there could not be a stronger testimony in favor of religion or against temporal enjoyments, even the most rational and manly, than for men who occupy the most honorable and gainful departments and [who] are rising in reputation and wealth, publicly to declare their unsatisfactoriness by becoming fervent advocates in the cause of Christ; and I wish you may give in your evidence in this way.

Did you know that Madison was a member of the committee that authored the 1776 Virginia Bill of Rights and approved of its clause declaring that:

It is the mutual duty of all to practice Christian forbearance, love, and charity toward each other. ?

And, per Barton, Madison’s proposed wording for the First Amendment demonstrates that he opposed only the establishment of a federal denomination, not public religious activities. The proposal reads:

The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established.

But, wait. There’s more:

In 1789, Madison served on the Congressional committee which authorized, approved, and selected paid Congressional chaplains.

In 1812, President Madison signed a federal bill which economically aided a Bible Society in its goal of the mass distribution of the Bible.

Finally, throughout his Presidency (1809-1816), Madison endorsed public and official religious expressions by issuing several proclamations for national days of prayer, fasting, and thanksgiving.

So, if you run into one of those individuals who, like the Democratic Blue State Governors, when it comes to accepting the Faith of our Founding Fathers, proves that denial is not just a river in Egypt, you can respond with one or all of three things:

Biden Attempts to Walk Back “You Ain’t Black” Comment But His History Tells the Real Story

Joe Biden expressed regret Friday during a call with black business leaders for suggesting in an earlier interview that African-Americans unsure about whether to support him or President Trump “ain’t black.”

“I shouldn’t have been so cavalier,” Biden said in an afternoon phone call with the U.S. Black Chambers, addressing the controversy within seconds of the session starting.

The public attempt to walk back the remarks underscored how explosive the issue became for the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee’s campaign in a matter of hours, at a time when he’s working to unite the party and avoid the kind of internal divisions that helped Trump win in 2016.

Biden said he understands the comments sounded like he was taking the black vote “for granted” but insisted that wasn’t the case.

“I shouldn’t have been such a wise guy,” Biden said. “… No one should have to vote for any party, based on their race or religion or background.”

Biden made the comments to host Charlamagne tha God of “The Breakfast Club” radio show. The remarks instantly ignited a backlash from critics, with the Trump campaign calling them “racist and dehumanizing.”

“He truly believes that he, a 77-year-old white man, should dictate how Black people should behave,” Trump senior adviser Katrina Pierson said in a statement.

The dustup occurred 17 minutes into the former vice president’s interview, when a Biden aide tried to end the interview, prompting the host to charge, “You can’t do that to black media.”

Biden stressed that his wife had an upcoming engagement, and suggested he would have to go whether dealing with “white media” or “black media.”

“Uh, oh … I’m in trouble,” he joked as he referred to making his wife late. Biden and his wife Jill Biden share the same studio in the basement of their home in Wilmington, Del.

After Charlamagne tha God, who is black, then asked Biden to come back on the program again and the former vice president agreed, the host added, “It’s a long way to November. We’ve got more questions.”

Biden responded: “I tell you if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” he said.

It’s unclear whether Biden meant to refer only to the host or to the black community as a whole.

Charlamagne tha God responded that “it has nothing to do with Trump. It has to do with the fact that I want something for my community.”

But the “You ain’t black” moment reverberated on social media, with the host retweeting a variety of listeners complaining about it. Biden “should never say to a black man ‘You aint black’ under ANY circumstances,” one wrote.

Biden campaign adviser Symone Sanders defended the comments, stressing Biden’s record with the black community and saying: “The comments made at the end of the Breakfast Club interview were in jest, but let’s be clear about what the VP was saying: he was making the distinction that he would put his record with the African American community up against Trump’s any day. Period.”

Pierson, in a Trump campaign conference call with reporters, fired back that Biden’s comment “wasn’t in jest. He was serious.”

And Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina — the only black GOP senator and a supporter of the president — said “I won’t even dignify that with a response” when asked about Sanders’ comment that Biden was joking.

Why is everybody so surprised that poor old demented Joe Biden said something racist?

Back in February of 2007, Delaware Senator Joe Biden described his future boss, contender for the Democrat Presidential Nomination, Barack Hussein Obama, in the following manner…

I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” Biden said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.

Liberals’ arrogance often lead them to reveal their own intolerance.

Sleepy Joe became chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in the late 1980s and as Delaware Senator supported a crime bill in 1994, saying at the time that his aim was to control violent crime.

Thomas Frank, a Liberal, wrote an op ed for The Guardian back on April 15, 2016, about the unexpected results of the 1994 Crime Bill. In the article he wrote that…

…what is most shocking in our current journo-historical understanding of the Clinton years is the idea that the mass imprisonment of people of color was an “unintended consequence” of the 1994 crime bill, to quote the New York Daily News’s paraphrase of Hillary Clinton. This is flatly, glaringly false, as the final, ugly chapter of the crime bill story confirms.

Back in the early 1990s, and although they were chemically almost identical, crack and powder cocaine were regarded very differently by the law. The drug identified with black users (crack) was treated as though it were 100 times as villainous as the same amount of cocaine, a drug popular with affluent professionals. This “now-notorious 100-to-one” sentencing disparity, as the New York Times put it, had been enacted back in 1986, and the 1994 crime law instructed the US Sentencing Commission to study the subject and adjust federal sentencing guidelines as it saw fit.

The Sentencing Commission duly recommended that the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity be abolished, largely because (as their lengthy report on the subject put it) “The 100-to-1 crack cocaine to powder cocaine quantity ratio is a primary cause of the growing disparity between sentences for black and white federal defendants.” By the time their report was released, however, Republicans had gained control of Congress, and they passed a bill explicitly overturning the decision of the Sentencing Commission. (Bernie Sanders, for the record, voted against that bill.)

The bill then went to President Clinton for approval. Shortly before it came to his desk he gave an inspiring speech deploring the mass incarceration of black Americans. “Blacks are right to think something is terribly wrong,” he said on that occasion, “… when there are more African American men in our correction system than in our colleges; when almost one in three African American men, in their twenties, are either in jail, on parole, or otherwise under the supervision of the criminal system. Nearly one in three.”

Two weeks after that speech, however, Clinton blandly affixed his signature to the bill retaining the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity, a disparity that had brought about the lopsided incarceration of black people. Clinton could have vetoed it, but he didn’t. He signed it.

Today we are told that mass incarceration was an “unintended consequence” of Clinton’s deeds.

Uh huh.

Liberal Democrats have taken the votes of Black Americans for granted for a long time ow.

The Democrats, decades after the advent of LBJ’s “Great Society”, naturally assume that they are going to get the majority of black Americans’ votes in every Presidential Election.

They not only expect it, they rely on it.

However, the problem is the fact that Trump has made great inroads into securing some of that “expected” support from Black American Voters.

Candace Owens has done a great job of waking black Americans up to the reality of the Democrats’ feigned “benevolence”.

The problem that the “unintended consequences” of the 1994 Crime Bill and Biden’s racist comment to Charlemagne yesterday poses for the Democrats is the fact that it shows their hypocrisy.

Instead of fighting against the bill and the “sentencing disparity” which it allowed to continue unabated, Joe performed his imitation of a matador and waved it on through, allowing President Bill “Bubba” Clinton to sign it into law.

And now, unfortunately for Sleepy Joe, the progress of his obvious dementia is causing him to say things which he might be thinking out loud with no filter in between his thought process and his voice box.

I thought Sleepy Joe was supposed to be a “friend of the common man”.

Sheesh.

With “friends” like “Sleepy Joe” Biden, Black Americans don’t need any enemies.

There is Reality…and Then There is the Latest Fox News Poll Claiming Biden is More Trustworthy Than Trump

I have just seen everything.

A hit piece featuring a poll showing corrupt, demented Sleepy Joe Biden being more trusted and more popular than President Donald J. Trump featuring what is obviously a Democrat-heavy survey sample of 1,207 imbeciles… is being highlighted on FoxNews.com!!!

Most voters are concerned about the pandemic and the economy, so when they favor Joe Biden on coronavirus and Donald Trump has a narrow edge on pocketbook issues — it makes for a tight race for the White House.

The latest Fox News Poll finds voters trust Biden to do a better job than Trump on health care by 17 points, coronavirus by 9, and relations with China by 6. Trump is trusted more on the economy by a slim 3-point margin.

“That might be the election in a nutshell,” says Democrat Chris Anderson, who conducts the poll with Republican Daron Shaw. “Trump has a slight advantage in a narrow debate about economic recovery, but a debate about coronavirus or public health more broadly benefits Biden.”

Eighty-eight percent are concerned about coronavirus spreading and 78 percent feel the economy is in bad shape.

There has been a seismic shift in views on the economy since the pandemic. In January, voters rated economic conditions positively by an 11-point margin: 55 percent excellent/good vs. 44 percent only fair/poor. Today, views are negative by 58 points: 20 percent excellent/good vs. 78 percent only fair/poor.

Positive ratings dropped 49 points among Republicans (from 85 to 36 percent) since January and 22 points among Democrats (from 31 to 9 percent).

As 44 percent report someone in their household has lost work because of coronavirus, a 54 percent majority thinks the country is in the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Sixty-five percent felt that way in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis.

More Democrats (67 percent) than Republicans (40 percent) feel it is the worst crisis since the Depression.

Republicans are more optimistic about a speedy recovery, as 50 percent expect the economy to improve in the next six months. Just 19 percent of Democrats say the same.

Overall, 32 percent think the economy will improve within 6 months, 23 percent say 7-12 months, 24 percent say 1-2 years, and 14 percent think longer than that.

In the 2020 ballot test, Biden leads Trump by 48-40 percent. Biden’s 8-point advantage is outside the poll’s margin of error. However, given that 11 percent are undecided or plan to vote for someone else, neither candidate hits 50 percent support. The race could go either way.

Among voters who are extremely motivated about voting this fall, Biden has a 12-point advantage (53-41 percent). More Biden supporters (69 percent) than Trump supporters (63 percent) feel extremely motivated to vote.

Trump leads by 7 points among men and by 30 among rural whites. He won both groups by larger margins in 2016 (11 and 37 points respectively).

Biden leads by 20 points among women and 64 points among blacks. Compared to Hillary Clinton in 2016, he bests her performance among women (Clinton was +13) but lags among blacks (Clinton +81).

The 27-point gender gap is even larger than the record 24-point gap in 2016.

Biden makes inroads with two key groups: independents prefer him by 13 points and voters ages 65+ by 17 points. In 2016, Trump won independents by 4 and seniors by 7.

Even small differences in party loyalty and defections matter in tight races. Biden receives the support of 88 percent of Democrats and 8 percent of Republicans. For Trump, 84 percent of Republicans back him and 3 percent of Democrats.

Sixty-nine percent are following news about the allegation of sexual assault against Biden very or somewhat closely. The accusation comes from Tara Reade, a former staffer in Biden’s senate office in the early 1990s.

Fifty-two percent of voters say the allegation will be a factor in deciding their vote for president, including 24 percent who say it will be a major factor. It will not be a factor for 44 percent.

…Conducted May 17-20, 2020 under the joint direction of Beacon Research (D) and Shaw & Company (R), this Fox News Poll includes interviews with 1,207 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide who spoke with live interviewers on both landlines and cellphones. The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points for all registered voters.

Ever since the doom and gloom polls started appearing after Donald J. Trump announced his candidacy for the Republican Nomination in the 2016 Presidential Election, I have watched as poll after poll, no matter how well Trump is actually doing with American Citizens, painted a picture of a struggling novice who could not compete with “real” politicians.

The media is the message.

Well, in the past couple of decades, the Main Stream Media has become not just the message, but also judge, jury, and political executioner.

And, unfortunately, thanks to the influence of the Liberal daughter-in-laws of Rupert Murdoch and RINO Paul Ryan on their Board of Directors, Fox News has been overcompensating to the Left for quite a while now “in order to keep its programming fair and balanced”.

The daily diatribes from Juan Williams, Donna Brazile, and the little mousey brown-haired Liberal Female Commenter, whose name doesn’t really matter, have made me more than once turn the channel to reruns of…well…just about anything.

Fox News needs to recognize who made them into the News Juggernaut that they are.

It most certainly was not American Liberals.

It was average Americans.

The same average Americans who are called “Deplorables”, who voted for Trump the first time and who are going to vote for him again, no matter what skewed polling which has nothing whatsoever to do with reality shows in a graphic on a TV screen.

If polls decided a Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton would be sitting in the Oval Office.

Like a politician’s press secretary, pollsters can word polling questions and skew the sample of voters which they take to achieve whatever outcome they want their poll to have.

You want to see a true picture of how American Voters feel about President Trump?

Leave the Northeastern Beltway and the Left Coast and travel to the Heartland of America and speak to the average Americans living there.

Even with the economic hardships and the Democratic Governors’ fascist overstepping brought on by the Chinese Coronavirus, average Americans will still be there supporting the man who will reopen American and bring our country back…again.

In reality, the average Americans whom I am referring to, the ones who made Fox News the overwhelming leader among the Cable News Channels and who elected Donald J. Trump the 45th President of the United States of America, couldn’t warm up to Sleepy Joe if they were cremated together.

Fox News, you should be ashamed of yourself for putting out a piece of garbage like this poll.

“Quid Pro Quo Joe”: Recordings Surface of Biden Telling Former Ukrainian President That They Would Receive U.S. Aid After Prosecutor was Removed

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for an investigation Wednesday of leaked recordings purportedly depicting then-Vice President Joe Biden telling Zelensky’s predecessor Petro Poroshenko that his country would receive U.S. aid once top prosecutor Viktor Shokin was replaced.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee already has acknowledged such an arrangement publicly. But the leaked audio revived criticism that Biden was engaged in a kind of quid-pro-quo, much like President Trump was accused — during impeachment proceedings — of linking U.S. aid to calls for Zelensky to probe Shokin’s ouster.

The new audio indicates Poroshenko went along with Biden’s plan but did not think Shokin was involved in wrongdoing.

Shokin purportedly has said under oath that he had launched a probe concerning Hunter Biden’s role at Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings when he was ousted. Hunter Biden held a lucrative post there, despite limited expertise, while his father handled Ukrainian policy as vice president. At the least, Ukrainian prosecutors had previously been investigating Burisma’s founder. Biden’s defenders have argued his intervention had nothing to do with Burisma and was focused on corruption concerns.

Zelensky said at a news conference in Ukraine that the contents of the leaked conversations, however, “might be perceived, qualified as high treason,” according to The Washington Post. Ukrainian prosecutors have said they are looking into sweeping “international corruption.” Zelensky has tried to maintain good relations with the Trump administration, even as his 2019 discussions were at the core of the U.S. president’s impeachment.

Andriy Derkach, a member of Ukraine’s parliament, released the recordings a day earlier.

“It’s going to be critical for him to work quickly to repair the damage that Shokin did,” the man identified as Biden says in one clip. “And I’m a man of my word. And now that the new prosecutor general is in place, we’re ready to move forward to signing that new $1 billion loan guarantee. And I don’t know how you want to go about that… I’ll leave it to you to how you want it done and where you want it done.”

The Washington Post and other outlets have reported on the audio clips, noting that Derkach was “previously aligned with a pro-Russian faction and has past links to Russian intelligence.” Derkach’s father reportedly worked for the KGB — and was allegedly terminated amid a scandal “over a Ukrainian journalist who was kidnapped and murdered.”

Poroshenko reportedly blamed Russia for the leak, calling the audio “bogus” and seeking an investigation of the leak itself.

In the audio recordings, Biden purportedly says it was critical for Shokin’s replacement to “work quickly to repair the damage Shokin did.” Shokin has been accused of corruption, although Shokin — as well as Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani — have suggested the allegations are a smear campaign.

“I have an affidavit here that’s been online for six months that nobody bothered to read from the gentleman who was fired, Viktor Shokin, the so-called corrupt prosecutor,” Giuliani said last year. “The Biden people say that he wasn’t investigating Hunter Biden at the time. He says under oath that he was.” The Shokin affidavit purportedly said the U.S. had pressured him into resigning because he was unwilling to drop the case. In response, the Biden presidential campaign sought to bar Giuliani from television.

Biden has previously acknowledged on camera that in spring 2016, when he was vice president and spearheading Ukrainian policy, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire Shokin. However, Biden claimed that he applied that pressure, with then-President Barack Obama’s approval, because of concerns about corruption.

The vice president said he had threatened to withhold $1 billion in critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired. “Well, son of a b—h, he got fired,” Biden joked at a panel two years after leaving office.

The new recordings, however, appear to show Poroshenko saying he had “no information” that Shokin had done “something wrong.”

“Yesterday I met with General Prosecutor Shokin, and despite of the fact that we didn’t have any corruption charges, we don’t have any information about him doing something wrong, I specially asked him — no, it was day [sic] before yesterday — I specially asked him to resign in his position as a state person,” Poroshenko apparently said on Feb. 18, 2016, according to Derkach’s clip. “And one hour ago he bring [sic] me the written statement of his resignation. And this is my second step for keeping my promises.“

“I agree,” Biden responds.

The leaked recordings, which Derkach claimed initially had been obtained by investigative journalists, prompted an outcry among conservatives.

“Yikes!!!! This is not a ‘perfect conversation,'” wrote Donald Trump Jr., referring to the term President Trump has used to describe his infamous conversation with Zelensky, which led to his impeachment trial.

Fox News has not independently confirmed the authenticity of the recordings, which were evidently edited down to a series of clips whose full context is not clear.

The communications also indicated that other Obama administration officials were aware of the Ukrainian arrangement. “I just wanted to try to urge you to see if there’s a way to get by this problem of replacing the prosecutor general, you know, Shokin because per my perception, he’s blocked the cleanup of the Prosecutor General’s Office,” then-Secretary of State John Kerry purportedly says at the beginning of one of the calls, on Dec. 3, 2015.

Hunter Biden was the point of the spear in a Foreign Policy scandal which is just a small part of what will go down as the most corrupt Presidential Administration in history, making the Warren G. Harding Teapot Dome Scandal pale in comparison.

It is looking more and more as if this whole continuous attack on President Trump…the Special Counsel’s “Russian Collusion” investigation and the hurried Democratic Sham Impeachment are all part of a strategy to cover up the out-of-control corruption, both foreign and domestic, which took place during the Obama Administration with the knowledge and consent of President Barack Hussein Obama, himself.

That would certainly explain the Democrats’ over-the-top reaction to losing the 2016 Presidential Election and their vicious rhetoric and unconstitutional political actions and schemes since.

If the House Democrats continue to insist on attempting to “find” (i.e. manufacture) “evidence” in order to impeach President Trump again, then launching a full investigation into Former Vice-President Biden’s misuse of the powers of his office on his son’s behalf, would certainly be in order.

President Trump was right all along.

I hope that the issued subpoena mentioned in Charlie Kirk’s tweet means that Attorney General Barr, Senator Lindsey Graham, and the rest of the Republic Elite are about to starting fighting back on behalf of the President for a change.

If our Sovereign Nation is to survive, this out-of-control political corruption, perpetrated on behalf of a Shadow Government by Deep State Operatives, must be dealt with and those responsible brought to justice.

Planned Parenthood Applied For and Got $80 Million in Loans From the Coronavirus Stimulus That They Weren’t Eligible For, Feds Want it Back

According to a FoxNews.com Exclusive Report,

Thirty-seven Planned Parenthood affiliates applied for and received a total of $80 million in loans from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” has learned — and now the federal government wants the money back, saying the affiliates should have known they weren’t eligible for the coronavirus stimulus payouts.

After this report was published, a slew of top Republicans — including Sens. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Rick Scott, R-Fla., James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, and Josh Hawley, R-Mo. — called for an immediate investigation, with some warning that criminal prosecution may be appropriate.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is reaching out to each involved Planned Parenthood affiliate explaining that affiliates of larger organizations with more than 500 employees aren’t eligible for PPP distributions, Fox News is told. The Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PFFA) alone has had more than 600 employees.

A Planned Parenthood affiliate in Metropolitan Washington (PPMW), for example, will receive a letter stating that although self-certified that it was eligible for a $1,328,000 PPP loan in accordance with the SBA’s affiliation rules, it will need to return the money.

PPMW’s request for money from the Trump administration came just months after the affiliate’s president and CEO, Laura Meyers, promised to turn down federal funds.

“Planned Parenthood is never going to allow the Trump-Pence administration to bully us into withholding critical health information from our patients,” Meyers said last August, after the White House banned Planned Parenthood clinics from making abortion referrals if they wanted to continue receiving federal funds. At the time, Planned Parenthood vowed to give up federal funds entirely, rather than comply with the order.

The SBA warned more “severe penalties” were possible, beyond mandatory repayment. In particular, incorrect or false eligibility certifications by PPP recipients could result in criminal or civil sanctions if the SBA determined borrowers made knowingly false statements, the SBA letter read.

The letter explained that PPFA affiliates clearly were covered by the PPP affiliate rules. “PPFA’s bylaws, a version of which is publicly available, reveal that becoming a PPFA affiliate requires a certification by the PPFA board,” the document continued. “Once certified, “[e]ach Affiliate shall be governed by written bylaws, which conform to PPFA policies.”

The largest single government loan was a $7.5 million allotment to the Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties in California. One Planned Parenthood affiliate received a loan but declined it.

Rubio, who has served as chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, said Planned Parenthood’s violation of PPP rules was “clear.”

“There is no ambiguity in the legislation that passed or public record around its passage that organizations such as Planned Parenthood, whose parent organization has close to half a billion dollars in assets, is not eligible for the Paycheck Protection Program,” Rubio said. “Those funds must be returned immediately. Furthermore, the SBA should open an investigation into how these loans were made in clear violation of the applicable affiliation rules and if Planned Parenthood, the banks, or staff at the SBA knowingly violated the law, all appropriate legal options should be pursued.”

“Across the country, Planned Parenthood refused to cease its abortion operation in wake of the pandemic, hoarding personal protective equipment and putting its staff and women at risk,” a spokesperson for the SBA List told Fox News.

“It is rich that they, in turn, feel entitled to taxpayer dollars meant to help businesses in need,” the spokesperson continued. “After decades of feeding at the taxpayer’s trough while running the nation’s largest abortion operation, they have over a billion dollars in net assets. They should return this funding immediately. We thank President Trump for his strong commitment to stop taxpayer funding of abortion and abortionists like Planned Parenthood.”

This past January, Planned Parenthood reported a record-high number of abortions and government funding. Planned Parenthood affiliates claimed to have performed 345,672 abortions from Oct. 1, 2017 to Sept. 30, 2018.

At the same time, Planned Parenthood claimed abortion constituted just a small percentage – 4 percent in 2018-2019 – of its services, and that federal funds didn’t go directly to abortions.

Some 98 percent of PPP loans have been less than $1 million; the program has provided an average loan of $118,000. Canceled or returned funds can be used during future PPP rounds.

Republicans have strongly resisted reported efforts from some Democrats to push abortion-related spending amid the pandemic. In March, The Daily Caller reported House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., tried to include federal funding for abortion in the coronavirus stimulus bill.

Multiple senior White House officials told the oulet that speaking to Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, Pelosi sought a provision for up to $1 billion to “reimburse laboratory claims.”

That might set a precedent for health-related spending without the protections of the Hyde Amendment, a compromise restricting federal funds for abortion in most cases.

“A new mandatory funding stream that does not have Hyde protections would be unprecedented,” a White House official said. “Under the guise of protecting people, Speaker Pelosi is working to make sure taxpayer dollars are spent covering abortion — which is not only backwards, but goes against historical norms.”

No kidding.

But, it really does not surprise me.

Have you ever tried to have a discussion with an ardent pro-abortion supporter, either on Facebook or face-to-face? You won’t hear these “Champions of Tolerance” call those innocent lives, babies, human beings, a life, a soul, a gift from God, or anything remotely resembling something that they should feel remorse about killing.

Heck, Pro-Abortionists are opposed to the taking of sonograms of the woman’s womb, before she has an abortion. They’re afraid that the “seed-carrier” will realize that IS a HUMAN BEING inside her, and will decide not to kill that baby.

The push by the Far Left Democratic Party over the last several decades to dehumanize the human fetus (Latin for BABY) has been taken to its barbaric and inevitable limit over the past couple of years with the advocacy of abortion up to birth by Democrat Politicians such as New York’s Governor Mario Cuomo, and Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam, a Pediatric Neurologist.

To deny the humanity of the life growing in a woman’s womb is a horrifyingly callous way of denying responsibility for that life.

Who defends the “right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” for those who cannot yet speak for themselves?

They have no voice in the decision to end their lives….lives which they have not yet had a chance to live.

Or, as President Ronald Reagan observed,

“I have noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born.”

The mercenary callousness of Planned Parenthood is no surprise, either.

Back in 2017, The Washington Times posted an article in which they reported that

Planned Parenthood executives joked about decapitated fetuses, admitted to altering abortion procedures to preserve fetal organs and said clinics have a financial incentive to sell human tissue in a new undercover video released Thursday.

The three-minute video was recorded at an annual National Abortion Federation meeting by pro-life investigators with the Center for Medical Progress. The advocacy group said it’s just a preview of never-before-seen content that has been sealed for almost two years due to legal fights.

In the video, Deborah Nucatola, senior director of medical services at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, admits to altering abortion procedures to preserve fetal organs.

“You know, sometimes she’ll tell me she wants brain, and we’ll, you know, leave the calvarium till last, and then try to basically take it or, actually, you know, catch everything, and even keep it separate from the rest of the tissue so it doesn’t get lost,” Ms. Nucatola says.

And, these are the monsters who Nancy Pelosi wanted to “take care of” in the first Coronavirus Relief Bill.

If you believe that Pelosi and her fellow Capitol Hill Democrats care about average Americans, you are sadly mistaken.

They don’t even care about us when we’re still in the womb.

House Dems Tell Supreme Court That They are in the Middle of an “Ongoing Presidential Investigation”, Must Have Grand Jury Material From “Russia Probe”

House Democrats told the Supreme Court on Monday that they are again in the midst of an “ongoing presidential impeachment investigation” as part of their “weighty constitutional responsibility” – and, the Democrats argued, redacted grand-jury material from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s now-completed Russia probe must be turned over as a result.

Top Democrats have repeatedly suggested since President Trump was acquitted on two articles of impeachment in February that they might initiate new impeachment proceedings. In their brief with the Supreme Court, which seeks testimony, exhibits and transcripts, the Democrats promised that leaks won’t be a problem, owing to their “special protocols” that will ensure “secrecy.”

“The [House Judiciary] Committee’s investigation did not cease with the conclusion of the impeachment trial,” the Democrats told the nine justices on Monday. “If this material reveals new evidence supporting the conclusion that President Trump committed impeachable offenses that are not covered by the articles adopted by the House, the committee will proceed accordingly — including, if necessary, by considering whether to recommend new articles of impeachment.”

Specifically, the Democrats said they were looking into “the possible exercise of improper political influence over recent decisions made in the Roger Stone and Michael Flynn prosecutions, both of which were initiated by the special counsel.”

In Stone’s case, the DOJ reversed a sentencing recommendation to Judge Amy Berman Jackson by former Mueller prosecutors that Stone should receive nine years in prison for obstructing Congress and related charges, saying it was obviously too harsh; indeed, Jackson later sentenced Stone to just three years in prison.

And, the DOJ has moved to dismiss Flynn’s case entirely, citing a mountain of exculpatory material that has surfaced since his guilty plea on one count of false statements to FBI agents, even after prosecutors had assured the court they had turned over all potentially relevant documents. Neither Flynn nor Stone were accused of conspiring with Russians, despite months of unfounded speculation. (“Flynn to testify that Trump directed him to make contact with Russians: Report,” read a false 2017 CNBC headline. ABC News’ Brian Ross was suspended for the report’s inaccurate claim that then-candidate Trump had told Flynn to reach out to Moscow, which the network admitted was a “serious error.”)

Earlier this month, the DOJ filed an emergency 3 with the Supreme Court to temporarily block an order by theD.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which held by a 2-1 vote that the government needed to turn over the grand-jury materials. The DOJ has argued that Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) protects the secrecy of grand-jury materials and that the exception allowing the disclosure “preliminarily to or in connection with a judicial proceeding” didn’t apply, especially given Trump’s acquittal by the Senate in an impeachment trial earlier this year.

But, Democrats have argued that preliminary impeachment hearings in the House constitute a pending judicial proceeding. They emphasized in their filing with the Supreme Court on Monday that the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals explicitly agreed with them on that point.

“[B]ecause that exception encompasses impeachment proceedings and the committee has established a ‘particularized need’ for the grand jury materials, the order of the district court is affirmed,” Judge Judith Rogers wrote in the D.C. appellate court’s decision, siding with the House Democrats.

To establish a “particularized need” under existing case law, the Democrats noted, parties seeking grand-jury material under Rule 6(e) must show (1) “that the material they seek is needed to avoid a possible injustice in another judicial proceeding,” (2) “that the need for disclosure is greater than the need for continued secrecy,” and (3) “that their request is structured to cover only material so needed.”

The lower court in the case had also held that precedent supported the idea that an impeachment trial is akin to a judicial proceeding, citing a case that allowed the disclosure of grand jury material for the impeachment investigation of President Richard Nixon.

The Circuit Court also agreed that the lower court properly used its discretion in determining that the possibility of new articles of impeachment stemming from the grand jury materials satisfied the requirement for a “particularized need.”

The DOJ, however, has countered that having a court evaluate the House’s needs related to impeachment would be “in considerable tension with the House’s ‘sole Power of Impeachment’ and the Senate’s ‘sole Power to try all Impeachments,'” as laid out in the Constitution.

The Justice Department has also emphasized the need for a pause in the case. “Absent a stay of the court’s mandate, the government will have to disclose those materials on May 11, 2020, which would irrevocably lift their secrecy and possible frustrate the government’s ability to seek further review,” the DOJ wrote in their filing, explaining the necessity for the Supreme Court to step in.

But, the Democrats maintained, any delay would serve no legitimate purpose for the DOJ, and only continue to frustrate their Article I impeachment power.

…Trump has noted that no Russian collusion with his campaign was proven, and Republicans and even left-of-center commentators argued that Russian disinformation was irrelevant, given that social media and other platforms are already rife with inaccuracies.

“Before a pandemic, there was a time when we were relentlessly told to fear Russian social media accounts,” mused journalist Aaron Mate on Monday. “Their juvenile memes not only elected Trump, but also ‘sowed chaos.’ When Mueller indicted 13 Russians over it, he was hailed as a hero. Well, DOJ just dropped the case.”

What we have here, boys and girls, is the Democratic Party being so consumed by their hatred for a sitting President and those who elected him, that they are devoting their energy to a strategy to remove him from office which has failed before instead of reopening America so that its citizens may return to their jobs and provide for their families.

In a meeting of the House Judiciary Committee last December, Rep. Nadler said,

“We cannot rely on an election to solve our problems, when the president threatens the very integrity of that election.”

Nadler, Schiff, Pelosi, and the rest of the House Democrats are aware that average Americans have more important issues to deal with that their frivolous attempts at removing President Donald J. Trump from the Oval Office.

They don’t care.

Americans have seen this load of fertilizer before.

During the closing arguments of the First Impeachment Hearings, the citizens of the United States of America witnessed a bunch of lies which they had heard and seen before during the “Impeachment Inquiry” held by the House Democrats.

The House Managers, chosen by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, repeated these lies ad infinitum in the hopes that their verbal torture would force “Moderate” Republican Senators to turn against President Donald J. Trump and to side with them and their Democrat colleagues in the Senate, instead of doing the right thing and standing in unity with their fellow Republicans and vote for dismissal of the Sham Impeachment or to acquit the President .

During their closing arguments, not only did the Democrat House Managers lie their hindquarters off, they instructed and insulted Republican Senators, telling them that they would not be doing “right” if they did not vote to impeach Trump.

Quite frankly, in this Deplorable’s eyes, Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, Waters, Jeffries, and the rest of the House Democrats accomplished nothing by their behavior before, during, and after their Sham Impeachment except to establish themselves in the eyes of average Americans between the coasts as the “Poster Children” for the 3-year long National Temper Tantrum which began the night of November 8, 2016 when Political Outsider Donald J. Trump defeated the “Chosen One” Hillary Clinton to become the 45th President of the United States of America.

If the Democrat Elite believe that they would accomplish anything by attempting another Sham Impeachment of President Trump, they have not been paying attention.

Average Americans were not paying any attention to them at all the first time.

We watched clips of their whining on Fox News before and after WORK.

And, those Americans who began watching them, soon changed channels, as the ratings showed at the time.

From the Democratic Elite to be allowing the House Democrats to be attempting another Sham Impeachment, tells me that they know that Sleepy Joe Biden does not have a chance of being elected President this November.

I wish those affected by Trump Derangement Syndrome, like the House Democrats would work as hard to help average Americans as they do trying to overturn their 2016 President Election Votes.
