New President of Planned Parenthood Says Abortion is “a Basic Human Right”…What?

Planned Parenthood’s new president has argued that abortion is a basic human right and denounced what she called “repeated attacks from the Trump administration” against her organization. 

Dr. Leana Wen, who replaced Cecile Richards as head of the nation’s largest abortion business that gets over $500 million in taxpayer funding every year and performs over 320,000 abortions annually, told People magazine in an interview published Tuesday that she viewed abortion as “a basic human right.”

“Reproductive health care is health care,” said Wen. “Women’s health care is health care. And health care is a basic human right.”

“And we’re proud to provide the full range of reproductive health care, from birth control to abortions. We’re proud to provide breast and cervical screenings, we’re proud to provide care to our LGBTQ patients, to all patients.”

Although Wen has repeatedly said that Planned Parenthood provides breast cancer screenings, in 2015 Richards testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that none of its clinics have ever provided mammograms, despite accepting annual contributions from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation for breast cancer screenings. When the Susan G. Komen Foundation attempted in 2012 to stop providing donations to Planned Parenthood, pro-choice activists staged a nationwide protest. The following year, the breast cancer foundation relented and gave Planned Parenthood $677,287.

While Planned Parenthood doesn’t provide mammograms, it offers what’s known as a breast self-exam. The Christian Post reported in 2016 that after calling several Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide to schedule a breast exam, only one said they might be able to perform a breast self-exam for a fee of $100, but it wasn’t a service they were used to providing.

A breast self-exam is not recommended by either the American Cancer Society or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation as the preferred method of examination. Instead, both organizations advise women to have an annual mammogram.

In her interview with People, Wen also denounced efforts to defund Planned Parenthood, claiming they are politically-driven attacks on their health care services.

“We feel repeated attacks from the Trump administration against reproductive health and women’s health almost on a daily basis,” continued Wen. “We are very concerned about the Trump administration’s efforts to attack science, to attack medicine, to attack the fundamental right to health care.”

Christina Vazquez of Life News took issue with Wen’s comments, saying in a piece published Wednesday that she considered the Planned Parenthood president’s remarks “highly misguided.”

“The Trump administration has consistently clarified that taxpayer funding would be cut from Planned Parenthood unless they completely separate their abortion business from their taxpayer-funded services,” wrote Vazquez.

“Furthermore, in May, a federal judge ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s decision to cut off Title X funding for Planned Parenthood. If Planned Parenthood were to house its abortion services in a different facility, with a different staff, it could still receive Title X funds, which could range from $50 million to $60 million annually.”

In 2017, Live Action released an investigative report showing that only five Planned Parenthood clinics provide health care to pregnant women. 

Let me get this straight…

Killing another human is a “basic human right”?

And, if you tell me that the life form growing inside a human mother is not a humid,

I will tell you that you have been watching the 1970’s Drive-In Movie “Humanoids From the Deep”, again.

The comments made by Dr. Wen is the kind of callousness and unadulterated EVIL which deserves absolutely none of our tax dollars.

Have you ever tried to have a discussion with an ardent pro-abortion supporter, either on Facebook or face-to-face? You won’t hear these “Champions of Tolerance” call those innocent lives, babies, human beings, a life, a soul, a gift from God, or anything remotely resembling something that they should feel remorse about killing.

Heck, Pro-Abortionists are opposed to the taking of sonograms of the woman’s womb, before she has an abortion. They’re afraid that the “seed-carrier” will realize that IS a HUMAN BEING inside her, and will decide not to kill that baby.

From the scientific perspective, Dr. Carlo Bellieni, in his book “Dawn of the I: Pain, Memory, Desire, Dream of the Fetus,” writes:

As soon as it is born, the child shows in a scientifically demonstrable way that it recognizes its mother’s voice and distinguishes it from that of a stranger. Where has he learned that voice other than in the maternal womb?

There are also direct proofs. For example, we register how the movements and cardiac frequency of the fetus vary if we transmit unexpected sounds through the uterine wall. And we see that at first the fetus is startled, then it gets used to it, just like we do when we hear something that does not interest us.

In fact, the scientific evidence is immense. We cannot understand how it can be thought that it becomes a person at a certain point, perhaps when coming out of the uterus.

From the physical point of view, at the birth very little really changes: Air enters the lungs, the arrival of blood from the placenta is interrupted, the type of circulation of blood in the heart changes, and not much more.

As I often say, only blind faith in magic arts or some strange divinity can lead one to think that there is a “human” quality leap at a given moment — certainly not science.

I have always said that, in what seems to be a majority of the cases, abortion is a selfish act. It ends the life of an innocent human being, before they have even had the chance to live it.

Life is not, and never will be, a bicycle ride in the park.

Life is a series of challenges, which every person has to meet head on, and make the choice between right and wrong for themselves.

I know that there are some of you that read my blog that are non-believers.  For you and for my Christian brothers and sisters, I offer the following closing thoughts:

There is a curious unique enzyme found in the human body.   Laminin is defined by the Webster Medical Dictionary as a “glycoprotein that is a component of connective tissue basement membrane and that promotes cell adhesion.”  In other words, a glue within the body.

Colossians 1:15-17 tells us:

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

We have been given Free Will by Our Creator because WE ARE LOVED.

In fact, He loves us so much, that He gave us that still small voice, which resides in each one of us, which is referred to in secular terms as the conscience and is known to Christians as the Holy Spirit.

It is this still small voice which helps us make the important decisions which we face in this life, in order to overcome the challenges which we are faced with.

It’s also undoubtedly why the overwhelming majority of Americans remain upset about the ghoulish resurrection of the practices of and imitation of the Third Reich by Planned Parenthood through their monstrous marketing of the body parts of aborted babies.

Regardless of what you see in the Main Stream Media, the majority of Americans still know the difference between right and wrong.

And, so does the President which we elected.

“No Nuke” McConnell Refuses to Fund Wall with Simple Majority Vote

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) rejected President Donald Trump’s call to partially fund the border wall with a simple majority vote on Friday, suggesting not enough Senate Republicans support the measure.

President Trump called on McConnell to use the “nuclear option,” or switch to a simple majority vote in the Senate, to pass the continuing resolution (CR) that would partially fund the border wall. The House passed a CR last night that would fund $5.7 billion in border security.

“Mitch, use the Nuclear Option and get it done!” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Our Country is counting on you!”

McConnell spokesman David Popp released a statement on Friday, contending that the Majority Leader continues to oppose going to a simple majority, or 51 votes, to partially fund the border wall. Popp said not enough Senate Republicans support the measure.

Popp said:

“The Leader has said for years that the votes are not there in the Conference to use the nuclear option. Just this morning, several senators put out statements confirming their opposition, and confirming that there is not a majority in the conference to go down that road.”

Retiring Sens. Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), and Lamar Alexander (R-TN) all released statements on Friday, opposing the nuclear option to fund the wall.

“We have rules to follow. I want to put a stop to this practice of the Senate breaking its rules to change its rules,” Alexander said. “I will not vote to turn the Senate into a rule-breaking institution, and I hope that my colleagues will not.”

Not all Senate Republicans agree with the three retiring GOP lawmakers.

Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) tweeted after the House passed its spending bill with wall funding that the Senate can do the same if it went to a simple majority. Daines noted that McConnell went “nuclear” to confirm judges through Congress’ upper chamber.

“House just passed a bill that fully funds government and enables @realDonaldTrump to secure our border/build the wall. Senate can do same by eliminating the filibuster,” Daines charged. “51 votes, same as we do for judges!”

Conservative Review senior editor Daniel Horowitz suggested that Republicans can use arcane parliamentary procedures in the Senate to pass border wall funding with a simple majority, skipping the option of entirely “going nuclear.”

Horowitz said that Republicans can exploit Senate Rule XIX, otherwise known as the “the two-speech rule,” which would prevent individual senators from speaking “more than twice upon any one question in debate on the same legislative day.” In other words, this would force Democrats to continually filibuster throughout the same “legislative day” and eventually exhaust Senate Democrats.

…The editor said that these sort of hardball tactics enabled Democrats to pass the civil rights bills in the 1960’s.

Horowitz added, “Republicans with convictions should recognize that having sovereign borders is the civil rights issue for all Americans, rooted in the entire social compact underpinning our federal government.”

“Trump must remember that his entire presidency is on the line. This is his moment,” Horowitz charged. “He must use the bully pulpit and every constitutional tool at his disposal to finally force a national debate over the integrity of our own borders.”

That’s a good suggestion.

I have one, also.

“No Nuke” McConnell needs to start caring more about the feelings of the Deplorables than those of the Senate Democrats.

What we are witnessing, gentle readers, bears witness to the fact that the Professional Politicians representing the Republican Party and more importantly, the American Citizenry, in the Senate care more about playing pussy-foot with their fellow Professional Politicians in the Democratic Party than they do about our Nation’s Sovereignty.

As was demonstrated throughout the Republican Primaries and at the 2016 National Convention, there is a contingency of the Republican Hierarchy, as exemplified by the late John McCain, who seem to value their friendship with those “across the aisle” from them more than the opinions of “the folks back home”.

What “No Nuke” McConnell and the rest of the Vichy Republicans need to understand is that if they intentionally keep President Trump from fulfilling his promise of a wall across our Southern Border, not only will the Congressional phone lines burn up, the switchboard itself will implode.

The average Americans between the coasts who voted Trump into the Oval Office still stand with him, as exhibited by the overflow crowds at the MAGA Rallies during the Midterms.

The Republican Senators and Representatives, too, for that matter, who have buttered their bread in DC by being wishy-washy are all choosing to retire and leave town, rather than be run over by the Trump Train.

The Presidential Election of 2016 was not only a referendum on business as usual in DC’s Halls of Power, it could very well be a portent of things to come for “No Nuke” McConnell and the rest of the “Beltway Boys” if they screw the Deplorables (i.e., average Americans living in America’s Heartland) by not funding the wall on the Southern Border.

Let’s face it…if the Senate Republicans are going to act like a bunch of Democrats…why should they keep their jobs?

Schumer and Pelosi Upset over Possible Shutdown Say Trump Throwing “Temper Tantrum”…Irony is Embarrassed

Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi still have their knickers in a twist after getting embarrassed on national television by President Donald J. Trump.

FoxNews.com reports that

The top two Democratic congressional leaders blasted President Trump’s threat of a partial government shutdown if lawmakers do not approve $5 billion in funding toward a border wall with Mexico.

“Democrats and Republicans worked together to put together a [bill to] keep the government open,” Speaker-designate Nancy Pelosi of California said at a news conference.

Senator Charles Schumer of New York added that Trump is “plunging the country into chaos” by threatening not to sign a bill that does not appropriate money for the wall.

He said Trump is “throwing a temper tantrum” because Senate Democrats will not go along with his border wall plans.

“All Speaker Ryan has to do is put [the non-wall bill] on the floor of the House,” Schumer said of how Congress can keep the government open after the Friday deadline.

“President Trump was attacked this morning and last night by the hard right, and fearful, he backed off his commitment to sign [the original] bill,” he said.

Pelosi added that it is “a very sad day for our country” with the added news that Gen. James Mattis, the now-outgoing secretary of defense is leaving.

She said Mattis was a moderating voice in the White House around a purportedly radical Trump.

Of course she did. General Mattis is a Democrat.

But, I digress.

For the Democrats to be calling Trump sticking to his guns about building a wall along America’s Southern Border, a “temper tantrum”, is the most ironic statement made in D.C. so far in the 21st Century.

The past 48 hours have been fascinating.

All of the self-proclaimed “political pundits” out there whether they were Democrats, Republicans, Conservatives, Liberals, Libertarians, and those who are sour about everything that Trump does, who are affectionately known at http://www.spartareport.com as “Doomers”, predicted that it was a certainty that Trump was going to cave on building the Border Wall, like the Vichy Republicans were wanting him to.

He didn’t.

Trump is not a professional politician.

He is an American Businessman and Entrepreneur. A billionaire who, at an age when others in his tax bracket would be spending their time on the golf course or hold up like a recluse in one of their many mansions, chose instead to run for President of the United States of America in order to bring the country he loved back from a journey into the dust bins of history caused by professional politicians who remain mired to this day in the D.C. Swamp.

Those who have been poor stewards of the charge given them by American Voters to not only maintain our Sovereign Nation but to make it flourish, cannot stand our current President.

In the first two years of his presidency, he has accomplished more than his predecessors, remembering those who put him in office and doing his best to keep the promises which he made to them.

Chuck and Nancy, this is not a temper tantrum which you see when you look at the 45th President.

It is righteous indignation and dogged determination.

That is why he met with Republican Congressional Leaders yesterday and told them that he would veto any stop-gap legislation sent to him that did not include the 5 billion dollars that he wanted for the building of the Border Wall.

The House went back and passed it.

Now, it’s up to McConnell and the rest of the Senate to do the same.

Chuck and Nancy, you and the rest of your wannabe-socialist “fellow travelers” in the Democratic Party Hierarchy are not used to having a Republican President who fights back.

And, that is why it is you, not President Trump, who are still throwing a National Temper Tantrum 2 years after you lost the presidency.

President Trump does not play “the game” by YOUR rules.

Farrakhan Receiving Federal Money to Teach his “Religion” to Prison Inmates

The Nation of Islam and its leaders have received hundreds of thousands of dollars from the U.S. government since 2008 to teach religious study programs for federal prison inmates, according to records reviewed by the Washington Examiner.

A black nationalist group led by Louis Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam preaches that white people are “blue-eyed devils” and Jews are “the synagogue of Satan.” Its leaders have received at least $364,500 in contracts and awards from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons and the Department of Justice between fiscal 2008 and fiscal 2019.

The funding was designed to provide “Nation of Islam religious services,” “Nation of Islam spiritual guide services,” “Nation of Islam study services,” and other related programming led by the organization’s leaders, according to Bureau of Prison records. The Nation of Islam has been labeled a hate group by the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

New York Republican Peter King, chairman of the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, told the Washington Examiner the funding was “beyond the pale.”

He said: “Categorically, no group or entity or individual associated any way with Farrakhan or the Nation of Islam should receive any federal funding. What Farrakhan preaches is hatred and anti-Semitism and racism, and to use any federal money for any group that’s he’s involved with that do any type of teaching or proselytizing is just wrong.

Why “Dubya” allowed this to begin during his presidency, I don’t know.

However, I do know that funding for this “mission program” peaked during the president of Barack Hussein Obama.

So, what do Farrakhan and his followers believe?

In the summer of 1930, a peddler made his appearance in the black ghetto of Detroit. He gave the name of Wallace D. Fard. He is believed to have been of Arab descent, but this has not been documented. He went from door to door selling clothing and accessories, as well as artifacts. These, he claimed, were like those the ancestors of the blacks wore and used. As he peddled his goods, he told tales about the blacks of Africa that entranced his customers. This led to informal gatherings in homes in which he told the blacks about their land of origin.

At first, his talks focused on black history, culture and diet. He did not say much about politics or religion, but as time progressed, his focus became more and more politically and religiously oriented. Eventually, his disciples were introduced to the Qur’an. Later, his talks became bitter denunciations of the white race. His audiences became so large that they could no longer meet in homes. A hall was rented and named “The Temple of Islam.” This is how the movement which calls itself “The Nation of Islam” and is called by detractors, “Black Muslims,” came into being.

Fard soon built his following into a tightly knit cult that looked to him as “Ruler of the Universe.” He established a university that was in reality a secondary school which emphasized the teaching of math and astronomy. It also focused on his teaching about “the ending of the spook civilization”.

Fard began a Muslim Girls Training Class that continues to today and still teaches the principles of home economics and how to be proper wives and mothers. He instituted a para-military unit called “Fruit of Islam” (FOI) to teach military tactics and the handling of firearms against the predicted day that whites would not tolerate their growth and prosperity.

He also set up the office of The Minister of Islam which, with the aid of a well trained staff, ultimately ran the whole organization. In three short years Fard has acquired some 8,000 followers. Under the direction of The Minister of Islam and his staff, the Nation of Islam continued to prosper. Fard retired from an openly active role in the direction of The Nation of Islam.

One of Fard’s early disciples, Elijah Poole, was given the Muslim name Elijah Muhammad. He became one of Fard’s favorites, and was ultimately named as the chief Minister of Islam. In June of 1934, only four years after he made his first appearance in Detroit, and shortly after Elijah Muhammad was named Minister of Islam, W. D. Fard completely and mysteriously disappeared.

Farrakhan took over for “The Honorable” Elijah Muhammad.

So, why in the world did RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel accuse “Reverend” Farrakhan of being an “anti-semite”back in March of this year?

Well, gentle readers, probably because he is.

When Farrakhan spoke at NOI’s annual gathering in Detroit in February 2017, attendees greeted him with thunderous cries of “Allahu akbar” and listened raptly as Farrakhan railed against the Jews: “I want to disabuse the Jews today of the false claim that you are the chosen of God — that Israel or Palestine belongs to you. I want to disabuse you of that. I’m going to tell you about your future. You that think you have power to frighten and dominate the peoples of the world. I’m here to announce the end of your time.” Islam scholar Robert Spencer observed: “That Farrakhan would so often use the platform of his racist cult to attack the Jews suggests that he is interested in currying favor with mainstream Muslims who are well aware of how deeply embedded anti-Semitism is in the Qur’an.”

In his Saviours’ Day keynote speech in February 2018, Farrakhan said:“Jews were responsible for all of this filth and degenerate behavior that Hollywood is putting out, turning men into women and women into men.”

“White folks are going down. And Satan is going down. And Farrakhan, by God’s grace, has pulled a cover off of that Satanic Jew, and I’m here to say your time is up, your world is through.”

Quite a charming fellow, isn’t he?

Why has this sort of hatred been allowed to be taught to inmates in our penal institutions who are supposed to be in there seeking rehabilitation?

Well, it was probably allowed in the name of “diversity”, so as not to appear “prejudiced”.

Anopther factor may have been the fact that “Minister” Louis Farrakhan was a guest speaker numerous times at the Rev. Wright’s Church, Trinity Church of Christ, while the Obamas attended there.

After Obama got into office, all Americans heard from him was the Rhetoric of Racial Division and Class Warfare.

In fact, at one point Fox News Senior Political Analyst Brit Hume said,

“The president has consistently chosen to see things through the eyes of an aggrieved black activist rather than of a president of all the people. He has not failed to speak out whenever a black is killed by a white police officer, but has said next to nothing about the continuing slaughter of blacks by other blacks in the streets of Chicago, Baltimore, and other cities.”

Obama’s Presidency was reminiscent of all the historical conflicts which I used to read about, during the course in college which I took, titled “The Rhetoric of Social Protest“.

Karl Marx knew long ago that all you needed to do to touch the heart of the common man was to convince him of a shared struggle.

Vladimir Lenin took this a step further, by using the concept of a shared struggle to convince the Bolsheviks to help him overthrow the Czar of Russia and murder him and his family during the Russian Revolution.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but fiery rhetoric spoken by a national leader has consequences.

In the case of Barack Hussein Obama, it exacerbated race relations to the worst point that it had been in decades.

Obama is as responsible for what has happened to Race Relations in America, as any thug wannabe in any city.

Do you remember the Democratic Political Pundits telling Americans that Obama was a Presidential Candidate who “transcended race”?

They lied.

Barack Hussein Obama was, and still is, mired in it.

However, taxpayers should not be paying for the race-driven message of hate that “Minister” Louis Farrakhan espouses to be taught in our nation’s prisons,

Comey Claims Obama Never Briefed on Hillary’s Use of Private Server That He Said was “Safe”.

Former FBI Director James Comey has already demonstrated that he possesses a selective memory when it comes to the funding of the Steele Dossier.

Wait until you read this.

Transcripts of former FBI Director James Comey’s closed-door testimony before House Republicans has raised questions over how Barack Obama could have determined that Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server didn’t imperil national security if the FBI never briefed him on the investigation. 

In a second meeting this month with lawmakers, Comey was asked about remarks former President Obama made during a “60 Minutes” interview in October 2015.

Obama said of the email matter that it wasn’t “a situation in which America’s national security was endangered,” and that Clinton never appeared to hide anything.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-SC., asked Comey if he had ever spoken with Obama about the Clinton email investigation, to which the ex-FBI chief replied, “No.” He said he never directed anyone at the bureau to do so either.

Gowdy grilled Comey over how Obama could claim there was no threat if the FBI hadn’t informed him about the inquiry..

“President Obama said of her email arrangement, ‘I don’t think it posed a national security problem.’ How would he have known that at the time?” Gowdy asked.

“I can’t answer that,” Comey replied.

“He also said, ‘This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.’ How would he have known that at the time?” he was asked again.

“Same answer. I can’t answer that for him,” Comey said.

When asked if he knew how the president could be sure that Clinton did not “hide anything or squirrel away information,” Comey said he does not.

Gowdy pointed out that the fact that there are still missing emails that were destroyed means it would be difficult to be sure of any such thing.

During his testimony, Comey also noted that there were several instances of email exchanges between Clinton and Obama, both from a private server.

When asked why Clinton was not questioned over this as it related to the investigation, Comey recalled that the emails was not considered to be classified, while the probe centered on classified data: “I don’t remember anything concerning about the substance of the communication.”

He also said that references to Obama’s private email server were eliminated from a July 5, 2016, press conference out of concern about that information falling into the wrong hands.

“There was an issue with respect to that, and it was that if the bad guys — we didn’t want to do anything to confirm to the bad guys that they might have Barack Obama’s private cover email unclassified because let’s imagine the Russians had captured that communication, they might not know what they had. And so, I remember some discussion about what we should say, if anything, in my public remarks about that.”

Despite the position that the emails held nothing classified, Comey could not say why lawmakers were not provided with them.

Comey said that neither he nor then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch advised the president that it was inappropriate for the chief executive to comment on a pending investigation.

I was going to observe that Former FBI Director Comey was not the “White Knight” that he has been so desperately portraying himself as in the Liberal Main Stream Media, but that would be an understatement.

In fact, he is the living definition of a “bureaucratic weasel”.

If you believe that Obama, Hillary, and Lynch did not know what the FBI were doing to cover for Hillary’s “E-mailgate”, then you probably believe that Senator Bernie Sanders lives modestly.

Remember last June, when Inspector General Horowitz issued his report on “E-mailgate”and he wrote that there was an “appearance of bias”?

Correction: There was a REALITY of bias.

There is a reason why Inspector General Horowitz was reticent to blatantly declare the existence of political bias in the upper echelon of the FBI:

As President Trump once stated, He is an “Obama Guy”.

Let’s look at the IG’s history.

  • He received his Juris Doctor from Harvard, where he was taught by the likes of upstanding individuals like Barney Franks.

Yes, gentle readers. He worked for Comey in the Southern District of New York.

That’s why he did not go after Comey as roughly as he could (or should) have.

That is also why the Southern District of New York is so heavily involved in the Russia Probe.

These “ties that bind” within the Department of Justice and the FBI are most definitely not “blessed”.

They are corrupt.

As Comey’s latest testimony vividly demonstrates, the professional bureaucrats who served in the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Obama Administration were more interested in serving their bosses than in the cause of justice.

Not only did they know of Hillary’s cavalier treatment of top-secret e-mails, they also knew that she used the Clinton Foundation as her and Bubba’s very own “Laundromat”, “cleaning up” copious donations from foreign powers who sought favorable treatment from the State Department under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

It is now very apparent that the corruption ran so deep in the Halls of Power during this time that they were all standing on their tiptoes trying to see above it.

It is also apparent that the DOJ and the FBI had no interest in investigating Hillary, as they were too busy playing footsie with Christopher Steele, Cody Shearer, and Richard Blumenthal in their mission to knock Donald J. Trump out of the Race for the Presidency.

IG Horowitz did his best not to overtly condemn those in power in the FBI during the Obama Administration. However, what he did report certainly helps to clarify the lack of integrity on the part of Former FBI Director Comey which is there for all to read in this latest transcript for yesterday’s Congressional Hearing.

Trump to End Obama-Era Politically Correct School Discipline Policies

According to The New York Times,

The Trump administration is planning to roll back Obama-era policies aimed at ensuring that minority children are not unfairly disciplined, arguing that the efforts have eased up on punishment and contributed to rising violence in the nation’s schools, according to documents obtained by The New York Times.

The decision culminates a nearly yearlong effort begun by the Trump administration after the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. The deaths of 17 students and staff members on Feb. 14 prompted lawmakers in both parties to demand tougher gun laws, but after a brief flirtation with gun control, President Trump abandoned that focus and instead empowered a school safety commission, led by Education Secretary Betsy DeVos.

Almost immediately, the commission turned away from guns and instead scrutinized the Obama administration’s school discipline policies, though none of the most high-profile school shootings were perpetrated by black students. The commission’s focus was part of a broader effort to reject the previous administration’s race-conscious education efforts, which have included siding with Asian students suing Harvard to end affirmative action and delaying an Obama-era rule to prevent disproportionate numbers of minority children from being funneled into special education classes.

The documents obtained by The Times — a draft letter and a draft chapter of the safety commission’s research — focus significantly on race and promote the idea that the federal crackdown on potentially discriminatory practices has made schools more dangerous.

“The federal government’s paramount obligation is to guarantee student safety, including when it is acting to ensure that educational programs and policies are administered in a racially neutral fashion,” the commission wrote. “However, where well-meaning but flawed policies endanger student safety, they must be changed.”

Disability and civil rights advocates will almost certainly denounce the latest policy maneuver. The Obama administration policies were adopted after strong evidence emerged that minority students were receiving more suspensions and tougher punishments than white students for the same or lesser offenses, while disabled students were too quickly being shunted into remedial or special-education programs.

“Safety is a red herring intended to raise fears about our own children,” said Eve Hill, a disability rights lawyer at Brown, Goldstein & Levy who worked on the Obama-era discipline guidance while a lawyer in the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.

The Education and Justice Departments plan to send a joint letter this week announcing the rescinding of policy statements dating to 2014, according to a draft letter signed by Kenneth L. Marcus, the Education Department’s head of civil rights, and Eric S. Dreiband, assistant attorney general for civil rights.

The 2014 Obama policy advised schools on how to dole out discipline in a nondiscriminatory manner and examine education data to look for racial disparities that could flag a federal civil rights violation. Though the guidance is nonbinding, critics have argued that the edict pressured districts to keep suspensions low at the expense of student safety.

I can remember, back when I was in school, every student knew, no matter what the color of your skin, that actions had consequences.

Bad behavior, including disrespecting the teachers, was firmly and immediately dealt with.

There was no doubt as to who was in charge…the Administration and Faculty were.

Nowadays, thanks to a lack of parenting, peer pressure, including pressure from street gangs, political correctness, and Liberal School Boards and School Administrators, teachers literally get shouted down, ridiculed, and even physically threatened in their own classrooms.

In fact, in some schools, there is no such thing as a home suspension anymore. When a student is “suspended”, he/she has to serve their time in school.

Political correctness leading to structuring school discipline based on race, is setting the unruly student who is not allowed to be disciplined up for failure.

I can look back at those who cared enough about me to set me on a “course correction” when I was in school and now tell you unequivocally that they did it out of love, not hate or malice.

Obama and his Administration sacrificed school discipline for political correctness because that is the prism through which they viewed and distorted reality.

By giving certain students an attitude of entitlement, Obama not only set them up for failure, he set them up to be unable to achieve in the real world because to be successful in a chosen profession requires discipline.

And, without individual achievement, the “Central Government” becomes the provider of the masses from cradle to grave.

Are you beginning to see the big picture, gentle readers?

Without those who teach children challenging, molding, and disciplining them, there can be no leaders, no individual achievement, and no American Exceptionalism.

And, what does that lead to?

The Politboro taking care of the Proletariat.

And, that was probably the plan all along.

Trump Wants Courts to Test NBC and Saturday Night Live for Being “Democrat Spin Machines”…Is He Right?

I’m so old that I can remember when Saturday Night Live was actually funny.

FoxNews.com reports that

Donald Trump called for courts to test NBC and “Saturday Night Live” in a fiery tweet on Sunday that followed the final airing of the sketch show until the New Year.

“SNL” wrapped up a year of political humor directed at the Trump administration with a parody of the Christmas movie “It’s a Wonderful Life,” in which it posited a world wherein Donald Trump, played by Alec Baldwin, was never elected president of the United States.

The sketch, which featured returning guest stars Ben Stiller as Michael Cohen, Robert De Niro as Robert Mueller and Matt Damon as Brett Kavanaugh, showed Trump being led through a Christmas party in a world where Hillary Clinton became president. As each person from his administration approaches, Trump learns that him not being president worked out for the benefit of everyone. For example, the sketch suggested that he and Melania got a divorce and remarried others, Kavanaugh never made it onto the Supreme Court and Mueller was able to spend more time with his kids instead of having to “investigate some idiot for treason.”

Trump responded to the sketch on Sunday morning by jabbing both the sketch show and NBC.

Trump tweeted: “A REAL scandal is the one-sided coverage, hour by hour, of networks like NBC & Democrat spin machines like Saturday Night Live. It is all nothing less than unfair news coverage and Dem commercials. Should be tested in courts, can’t be legal? Only defame & belittle! Collusion?”

Trump previously commented on the content of “SNL” following the season premiere in which Kanye West donned a “Make America Great Again” hat and gave a lengthy speech at the close of the show.

“Like many, I don’t watch Saturday Night Live (even though I past hosted it) – no longer funny, no talent or charm. It is just a political ad for the Dems. Word is that Kanye West, who put on a MAGA hat after the show (despite being told “no”), was great. He’s leading the charge!” Trump tweeted at the time.

As Variety notes, Trump has also come after NBC in the past for what he perceives to be unfair coverage, even calling for the FCC to take action against the network’s broadcast license.

Back in May of this year FoxNews.com reported that

…Actor and comedian Joe Piscopo is joining the growing group of “Saturday Night Live” alums who’ve spoken out against the show’s perceived liberal bias.

Piscopo starred in the late-night comedy show between 1980 and 1984, where he was famous for his impression of Frank Sinatra.

…Back in 2017, Piscopo told The Hollywood Reporter that despite being a lifelong Democrat, he supported Trump, his acquaintance for 25 years, during the presidential election.

‘“The reason I voted for Trump is because he said two words I’ve never heard a politician utter in my life,” he explained at the time. “Two words: ‘Inner city.’ I’m a spokesman for the Boys and Girls Club in New Jersey.

“I’ve walked the inner city 25 years. My mission in life has been at-risk children… I’m a blue-dog Democrat. So what am I? A moderate conservative? I don’t even know what I am. All I know is when it comes to jobs, I’m a union guy.”

Piscopo, who described himself as an “Italian Catholic pro-lifer,” considered running for New Jersey governor as a Republican but ultimately decided that same year not to do so.

The entertainer isn’t the only SNL alum who has openly shared their conservative views over the years.

Rob Schneider, a veteran of SNL, told The New York Daily News in April he believed Baldwin’s Trump impersonation is ruining the show because the actor lets his personal politics take center stage.

Rob Schneider: “To me, the genius of Dana Carvey was Dana always had empathy for the people he played, and Alec Baldwin has nothing but a fuming, seething anger towards the person he plays.”

“The fun of ‘Saturday Night Live’ was […] you never knew which way they leaned politically,” said the 54-year-old. “You kind of assumed they would lean more left and liberal, but now the cat’s out of the bag [and] and they are completely against Trump, which I think makes it less interesting because you know the direction the piece is going.”

Okay, gentle readers, here we go…

First of all, Alec Baldwin attempting to portray ANYONE being obnoxious and arrogant is like Rosie O’Donnell being the spokesperson for Weight Watchers.

On April 11, 2007, Baldwin displayed his wonderful parenting skills in a verbal tirade which he unleashed in a phone call to his daughter…

Per TMZ.com...

After Ireland failed to answer her father’s scheduled morning phone call from New York on April 11, Alec went berserk on her voice mail, saying “Once again, I have made an ass of myself trying to get to a phone,” adding, “you have insulted me for the last time.”

Switching his train of thought, Baldwin then exercised his incredible parenting skills and took a shot at his ex-wife, declaring, “I don’t give a damn that you’re 12-years-old or 11-years-old, or a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn’t care about what you do.” The irate Baldwin went on to say, “You’ve made me feel like s**t” and threatened to “straighten your ass out.”

“This crap you pull on me with this goddamn phone situation that you would never dream of doing to your mother,” screamed Baldwin, “and you do it to me constantly over and over again.”

Before hanging up, Baldwin warned the child, “You better be ready Friday the 20th to meet with me.” That’s tomorrow

To call Alec Baldwin a hypocrite would be an insult to hypocrites.

Saturday Night Live used to be hysterically funny.

From the days of Dan Aykroyd, John Belushi, and Garrett Morris to the days of Dennis Miller, Joe Piscopo, and Eddie Murphy, you could tune in on a Saturday Night and expect to be entertained…not lectured to by a bunch of self-righteous Liberals who were still throwing a temper tantrum over losing a Presidential Election which took place almost one and one-half years previously.

Just like the Late Night Talk Shows that run on the Broadcast Networks from Monday through Friday, SNL has ceased being funny and entertaining.

Now, like Colbert, Kimmel, et al, Saturday Night Live has become an official Propaganda Arm for the Democratic Party, trading humor for hubris and punch lines for politics.

President Trump makes a very good point.

For years, the Democrats have been screaming hysterically about Conservative Talk Radio Programs, which have sprung up since the Godfather of that genre, Rush Limbaugh, saved AM Radio with the format.

They attempted Liberal Talk Radio, launching “Air America”, which eventually went down in flames like the Hindenburg.

If all these programs which I have mentioned continue to insist on being one-sided “spin machines” for the Democratic Party, then perhaps they should be treated as political programming and be regulated under the jurisdiction of the FCC as such.

Or, they could try to be funny, entertaining, and unbiased.

Although, considering the and the lack of intellect and character of those who appear on the programs in question, my suggestion is probably beyond their capabilities.

After Judge Rules Obamacare Unconstitutional, Obama Urges Americans to Sign Up Anyway

Barack Obama took to social media Saturday to urge people to sign up for health care on the final day of Affordable Care Act enrollment. His appeal came a day after a Texas judge struck down the former president’s signature legislation as unconstitutional.

Aside from reminding people that Saturday would be the final day to enroll for affordable health care for 2019, Obama appeared to play down the significance of the ruling.

“You might have heard about a federal court decision on a Republican lawsuit trying to strike down the Affordable Care Act in its entirety,” he said in Facebook post. “As this decision makes its way through the courts, which will take months, if not years, the law remains in place and will likely stay that way.”

The ruling, he said, “changes nothing for now.”

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor dealt a blow to Obama’s 2012 health care initiative on Friday after 20 states, including Texas, argued that they had been hurt by a jump in the numbers of people utilizing state-backed insurance.

“The remainder of the ACA is non-severable from the individual mandate, meaning that the Act must be invalidated in whole,” O’Connor, whose District Court is based in Texas, wrote in a 55-page opinion, according to Bloomberg.

President Trump immediately tweeted following the ruling, urging Congress to pass a “strong” health care bill that would cover pre-existing conditions — a component that Democrats have long criticized Republicans for ignoring.

“A lot of good people are fighting to ensure that nothing about your care will change. The ACA protects your pre-existing conditions, no matter how you get your insurance,” Obama said Saturday.

“But all of this should also be a reminder that Republicans will never stop trying to undo all that. If they can’t get it done in Congress, they’ll keep trying in the courts, even when it puts people’s pre-existing conditions coverage at risk.”

California and other several other stated with opposing views on ObamaCare are likely to challenge the new ruling through an appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Why won’t Obama just shut up and go away like other Former Presidents?

Because, gentle readers, he has to “preserve his legacy”…including his biggest failure…Obamacare.

And, what does Obama see the totality of his legacy being?

He said it several times: to “radically change” America.

Back in May of 2017, Former President Barack Hussein Obama was speaking at a summit on food innovation in Milan, Italy, when he announced that the next phase of his life would be spent

…empowering “an effective network of global activists.”

“When I was president, wherever I would go, I would meet with young people,” Obama said. “And it would always give me energy and inspiration to see how much talent and sophistication and optimism and idealism existed among young people.”

“The problem is so often young people’s voices aren’t heard, and when they want to get involved on issues, they don’t know how and they don’t have the tools,” Obama continued.

The goal of the forthcoming Obama Presidential Center, he said, is “to provide them the tools, the training, the networks, the relationships, the funding, so that they can be even more effective. That’s probably what I’m going to be spending most of the next 10 years on.”

For eight long years, Barack Hussein Obama turned our Federal Government into a National Community Organizing Fund Distribution Center, using OUR money to finance Far Left Activists who believe that average Americans, like you and me, are a bunch of ignorant xenophobic racist misogynists.

And you can be darn sure that some of that “wealth” that Obama redistributed has been and is being used to protest and impeded the progress of President J. Trump.

And, the President knows it.

In March of 2017, during his Nationally-Syndicated Radio Talk Show, Rush Limbaugh stated that,

…The story is Valerie Jarrett moving in to the Obama family home. What the hell’s up with that?

There’s a story here is about how Obama and his people are running the resistance operation from that home, and that’s why she’s moved in. The story here is the Democrat Party being blown out of the water in election after election after election. The story here is Barack Obama’s agenda has been totally reputed by the American people. It has been rejected in 2010. It was rejected in 2012. It was rejected in 2016. It was sent packing. The story here is that Barack Obama is humiliated and angry and embarrassed that his effort to transform the United States of America into some kind of socialist paradise has been interrupted, that he was the architect of the Democrat Party defeat. And that cannot stand for the history books! And so this story is all about the Democrat Party trying to rewrite history and make it look like they actually won were it not for the cheating of the Russians and Trump.

They’re trying to convince the Europeans of this. They’re doing everything they can to delegitimize Trump, his administration, his victory. That is the story that people need to focus on because there’s evidence for that. There is evidence at every town hall protest. There is evidence all over this country every day that this sabotage is going on.

Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”, a favorite of the 60s counter culture, was also on the reading list of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, and his First Secretary of State and Failed 2016 Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Let’s look at rule #8 – rule #13:

8. Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.

12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

It’s very apparent from what is happening during Trump’s Presidency that somebody’s read Alinsky’s book.

In American Politics, as far as anybody can remember, that is still alive and kicking, you have had those of a political ideology who were Pro-American and Gung Ho about all the things that this country stands for. And, on the other side, you had those of a political ideology who criticized everything that America stood for, and still stands for, to this day.

From those who believed that Communism would be great for America back in the 1950s, to those in the 1960’s, who wanted to “tune in, turn on, and drop out”, and spit on our returning Servicemen, to those of the 1970s who were naive pacifists like their President, Jimmy Carter, to those in the 1980s, who were part of the “Me Generation”, to those whom we call “Progressives” (a misnomer) or “Modern Liberals” in our present generation, Including Former President Barack Hussein Obama and all of his minions, there has always been a minority segment of American Society, who despise everything that this land, which was given us by the Almighty and was fought for and died for by those before us, stands for, while they reap all the benefits of America the Beautiful.

As I have written, during Obama’s two terms as President, America suffered under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

Obama owes everything that he is to the benevolence and largess of America and her people.

In his tenure as President, he proved that he was president of some of the people, not all of the people.

And, those of us, whom his failed political ideology did not appeal to, had enough of his failed leadership and decided not to go “quietly into that good night” by voting for Donald J. Trump,  instead of Obama’s chosen successor, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Organizing For America, the Far Left Activist organization that Obama brought with him during his presidency, remains active.

Obama, in conjunction with Soros and his numerous “nonprofit organizations” have already been training not just “global activists” but “community activists” as well.

Liberal Bishop Wants America to “Extend Compassion” to Migrant Caravan…Libs’ Social Justice = Our Money

Tucker Carlson had a must-see segment Thursday night in which he debated a bishop of the United Methodist Church who believes the United States should not turn away the caravan of migrants that has gathered at the southern border.

Bishop Minerva Carcano said the migrants have a right to flee poverty and violence in their home countries, and to seek asylum and receive due process.

“These are people who need humanity to extend compassion to them and love and care. It may discomfort some, but this is a moment in which we can show the best of humanity,” Carcano said.

Tucker raised the issue of the massive cost to U.S. taxpayers when it comes to housing, health care, education and other basic services for illegal immigrants. 

“Some estimates suggest the cost is hundreds of thousands per immigrant over a lifetime. The Methodist Church is not paying that bill, U.S. taxpayers are,” Tucker argued. 

Carcano argued that immigrants contribute “much more” to the economy than they take out, to which Tucker responded that studies have shown that people who come to the U.S. with less than a high school education take more from the system than they put in by a “huge margin.”

Tucker noted that Carcano’s church — as a religious institution — is exempt from paying taxes.

“If you’re encouraging people to come here, why don’t you have an obligation to provide them education, housing, food, medical care? But you offload that onto taxpayers. And I wonder if that’s a Christian thing to do,” Tucker said. “How can you feel virtuous when you’re not paying for the things you’re encouraging?”

Carcano said that all the members of the United Methodist Church who live in America pay their taxes like every other citizen, and the church itself spends “millions of dollars” caring for immigrants.

“American taxpayers spend $135 billion on this,” Tucker replied. “I’m just saying, if you’re going to encourage people to come in here, I think you should pitch in a little bit more than you are.”

As a former member of the United Methodist Church, I believe that they should, also.

Christian Charity is one thing. “Social Justice” being funded by American Taxpayers is another.

And, that got me to thnking…

This time of year, Americans’ thoughts and hearts turn toward helping those who are less fortunate.

We are reminded of the plight of others every time we pass by a volunteer at a Salvation Army Kettle.

And, that got me to thinking, Who actual gives more to charity, the Vocal Minority, America’s Liberals…or the Silent Majority, Christian American Conservatives?

I have noticed over the years, that when a Christian American Conservative, such a myself, writes an article concerning Christianity in America, Liberal activists in Liberal Churches, such as the Bishop in the above article, jump up on their hind legs and start complaining that Conservatives ARE the problem with Christianity in America, and, that Christian Conservatives are the least charitable, least caring of Americans.

A pretty silly statement, when you think about it. One that is so blatantly false, it’s laughable.

Realclearpolitics.com posted the following article by George Wills (before he completely lost his mind) on March 27, 2008,  featuring information gathered by Arthur C. Brooks, a professor at Syracuse University, who published “Who Really Cares: The Surprising Truth About Compassionate Conservatism”…

— Although liberal families’ incomes average 6 percent higher than those of conservative families, conservative-headed households give, on average, 30 percent more to charity than the average liberal-headed household ($1,600 per year vs. $1,227).

— Conservatives also donate more time and give more blood.

— Residents of the states that voted for John Kerry in 2004 gave smaller percentages of their incomes to charity than did residents of states that voted for George Bush.

— Bush carried 24 of the 25 states where charitable giving was above average.

— In the 10 reddest states, in which Bush got more than 60 percent majorities, the average percentage of personal income donated to charity was 3.5. Residents of the bluest states, which gave Bush less than 40 percent, donated just 1.9 percent.

— People who reject the idea that “government has a responsibility to reduce income inequality” give an average of four times more than people who accept that proposition.

Brooks demonstrates a correlation between charitable behavior and “the values that lie beneath” liberal and conservative labels. Two influences on charitable behavior are religion and attitudes about the proper role of government.

The single biggest predictor of someone’s altruism, Willett says, is religion. It increasingly correlates with conservative political affiliations because, as Brooks’ book says, “the percentage of self-described Democrats who say they have ‘no religion’ has more than quadrupled since the early 1970s.” America is largely divided between religious givers and secular nongivers, and the former are disproportionately conservative. One demonstration that religion is a strong determinant of charitable behavior is that the least charitable cohort is a relatively small one — secular conservatives.

Reviewing Brooks’ book in the Texas Review of Law & Politics, Justice Willett notes that Austin — it voted 56 percent for Kerry while he was getting just 38 percent statewide — is ranked by The Chronicle of Philanthropy as 48th out of America’s 50 largest cities in per capita charitable giving. Brooks’ data about disparities between liberals’ and conservatives’ charitable giving fit these facts: Democrats represent a majority of the wealthiest congressional districts, and half of America’s richest households live in states where both senators are Democrats.

While conservatives tend to regard giving as a personal rather than governmental responsibility, some liberals consider private charity a retrograde phenomenon — a poor palliative for an inadequate welfare state, and a distraction from achieving adequacy by force, by increasing taxes. Ralph Nader, running for president in 2000, said: “A society that has more justice is a society that needs less charity.” Brooks, however, warns: “If support for a policy that does not exist … substitutes for private charity, the needy are left worse off than before. It is one of the bitterest ironies of liberal politics today that political opinions are apparently taking the place of help for others.”

In 2000, brows were furrowed in perplexity because Vice President Al Gore’s charitable contributions, as a percentage of his income, were below the national average: He gave 0.2 percent of his family income, one-seventh of the average for donating households. But Gore “gave at the office.” By using public office to give other peoples’ money to government programs, he was being charitable, as liberals increasingly, and conveniently, understand that word.

The Methodist Bishop on Tucker Carlson’s program is a great example of the closing statement in Will’s article.

After the eight long years of the previous Administration, Liberals have come to expect American Taxpayers to pay for their latest cause in “the Battle for Social Justice”. In this case, it’s the Liberals who run the United Methodist Church.

The thing is, I was always taught that true charity comes from the heart. That Christians get together as a congregation and help the needy, like the small group I attend who are providing “Santa” for a little girl living with her grandmother.

I’m having an issue with welcoming an invasion carrying their country’s flag who refuses to enter our Sovereign Nation the right way and who, when blocked from forcibly crossing our Southern Border, arrogantly tell authorities that if we give them $50,000 a piece they will return to their home country.

That positively reeks of humility and being downtrodden, doesn’t it?

Or something.

So, Bishop, if you really want to help those “poor souls” in the Migrant Caravan, take some money from the coffers of the United Methodist Church Headquarters, go to Tijuana, and start passing it out.

As for me, I think I will take some canned goods to the Food Bank which my local church helps to sponsor.

DOJ/FBI Miss Grassley Deadline for Info on Raid on Uranium One Whistleblower…Hmmm

So, there is no such thing as the “Deep State”, huh?

FoxNews.com reports that

The Justice Department and FBI have missed a Wednesday deadline to provide information about the government’s mysterious raid on a former FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower’s home last month.

Sixteen FBI agents on Nov. 19 raided the home of Dennis Nathan Cain, who reportedly gave the Justice Department’s Inspector General (IG) documents related to the Uranium One controversy and potential wrongdoing by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The documents in question allegedly showed that federal officials failed to investigate possible criminal activity related to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, a Russian nuclear company. Its subsidiary purchased Canadian mining company Uranium One in 2013.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, whose panel has oversight of the Justice Department, penned a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Justice Department IG General Michael Horowitz, requesting information on the justification for the raid. Grassley gave Wray and Horowitz until Dec. 12 to respond to his request.

That deadline has come and gone, and neither the FBI nor DOJ has produced any documents or response.

“We have not yet received answers to the chairman’s questions on this matter,” a Judiciary Commitee spokesperson told Fox News late Thursday.

The FBI consistently has refused Fox News’ request for comment on the whistleblower raid and the Judiciary Committee’s requests. On Thursday, an FBI spokesperson told Fox News the agency would respond only to inquiries from the entity that requested the documents — in this case, the Judiciary Committee.

Questioning whether “we now live in a secret police state,” Cain took his frustration about the situation to Twitter earlier this week.

“So I blow the whistle on the FBI, get raided by the same FBI, and now they want to keep the FBI’s reasons secret? Do we now live in a secret police state? Feels a little like 1984,” Cain tweeted late Monday. The tweet eventually was deleted.

The Daily Caller requested that a court unseal the relevant search warrant materials, but the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, in a court filing, said: “the request should be denied.”

All along, I have said that the Uranium One Scandal is THE Story.

    Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President and Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer broke the Uranium One scandal in his book Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich. In the book, he reported that Clinton’s State Department, along with other federal agencies, approved the transfer of 20 percent of all U.S. uranium to Russia and that nine foreign investors in the deal gave $145 million to Hillary and Bill Clinton’s personal charity, the Clinton Foundation.
  2. The New York Times Confirmed the Scandal in 2015
    The New York Times confirmed Schweizer’s Uranium One revelations in a 4,000-word front-page story by a Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter. It detailed how the Russian energy giant Rosatom had taken over the Canadian firm with three separate purchases between 2009 and 2013, largely coinciding with Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state.
  3. The FBI Uncovered Evidence that Russian Money Was Funneled to the Clinton Foundation
    The Hill reported last week that ahead of the deal, the FBI had uncovered “substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering” to expand Russia’s nuclear footprint in the U.S. as early as 2009. The agency also found that Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. to benefit the Clinton Foundation. The Justice Department would sit on the evidence for four years before looking to prosecute, by which time the deal had been approved.
  4. Congress Is Now Investigating
    The Senate Judiciary Committee has launched a probe into the scandal and has sent requests for more information to 10 federal agencies involved in the approval of the partial sale of Uranium One, asking what they knew about the FBI investigation and when.
  5. Bill Clinton Was Paid $500,000 for a Speech in Moscow
    Bill Clinton bagged a $500,000 speech in Moscow paid for by a Kremlin-backed bank shortly after Russia announced its intention to take a majority stake in the company. According to the Times, Clinton traveled to Moscow in June 2010, the same month Rosatom struck its deal for its majority stake in Uranium One.
  6. The Clinton Foundation Took Big Bucks from Uranium Investors
    According to theTimes, The Clinton Foundation received $2.35 million in donations from Ian Telfer, a mining investor who was also the chairman of Uranium One when Rosatom acquired it. It also received $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more from Frank Giustra, the Canadian mining financier whose company merged with Uranium One.
  7. Senate Republicans Want an FBI Gag Order Lifted Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has called for the Justice Department to lift the gag order on the FBI’s whistleblower, indicating that he may have more explosive revelations related to the case and on what the Clintons and the Obama administration knew about the case and when they knew it.

I believe that the Trump Russian Collusion Fairy tale was actually a False Flag Operation designed by the Democratic Party Hierarchy, their Propaganda Arm, the Main Street Media, and their operatives on Capitol Hill and within the Trump Administration itself, to keep the nation’s attention diverted to the Trump/Russia Lie, when in reality the Uranium One Treasonous Operation by Hillary Clinton WAS AND REMAINS THE STORY.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush, whom he served under for 10 years.

When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years. During that time, he acted as a “mule” for Secretary of State Clinton, carrying a sample of the before-mentioned seized uranium BACK to Vladimir Putin via the Russian Embassy.

Mueller’s past, plus the fact that he recruited lawyers who are Democratic Donors to fill out his “Investigative Staff” led me and others to throw up a red flag about this guy from the get-go, knowing that he was another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

Trump’s “Russiagate” is an invention of the Democratic Party in more ways than one.

Not only was Hillary Clinton guilty of nefarious dealings with the Russians when she was Obama’s Secretary of State, she and her Campaign Staff attempted to work with the Russians in an attempt to sabotage the campaign of Donald J. Trump in order to overcome her own shortcomings and win the Presidency. When that didn’t happen, she, along with the Democrat Elite, made up the version of “Russiagate” which the MSM and Liberal Political Activists (but, I repeat myself) have been bombarding skeptical Americans with for the first year of the presidency of Donald J. Trump.

Mueller and the former members of Obama’s Administration, including Hillary Clinton, who have been so vocal about the Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale have known the truth all along…that they were the only ones guilty of “colluding with the Russians”.

There are several players involved in the Obama Administration who knew about Uranium One and they ALL need to be heard from, including Obama, Hillary, and Holder.

As I have written before, this whole massive misdirection play which I call the Trump-Russian Collusion Fairy Tale is going to go down as one of the biggest “nothingburgers” in American History.

And, the Obama Administration will be known as the most corrupt Administration in American History, with Hillary Clinton being the most corrupt Secretary of State.

Obama will leave a legacy, alright. A legacy of corruption.
