The War Against Christianity: Ninth Circuit Rules Against Former High School Coach Fired for Praying on the Field After Games

A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled against a high school football coach who was fired from his job for praying on the field after games.

For years, high school football coach Joseph Kennedy has pursued legal action against Bremerton School District in Washington state for suspending him due to his prayer practices.

Namely, this involved him praying at the 50-yard line after games, often being joined by players and sometimes giving a motivational speech.

In a unanimous opinion released Thursday, the panel said Kennedy’s practice of praying on the 50-yard line after games was a violation of the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

“BSD’s efforts to prevent the conduct did not violate Kennedy’s constitutional rights, nor his rights under Title VII,” wrote Judge Milan D. Smith Jr. in the panel’s opinion.

“In sum, there is no doubt that an objective observer, familiar with the history of Kennedy’s practice, would view his demonstrations as BSD’s endorsement of a particular faith. For that reason, BSD had adequate justification for its treatment of Kennedy …”

The First Liberty Institute, a law firm based in Plano, Texas, which is helping to represent Kennedy, denounced the panel’s opinion and vowed to appeal the decision.

“Banning coaches from praying just because they can be seen is wrong and contradicts the Constitution,” stated Mike Berry, First Liberty’s general counsel.

“Today’s opinion threatens the rights of millions of Americans who simply want to be able to freely exercise their faith without fear of losing their job. We plan to appeal, and we hope the Supreme Court will right this wrong. This fight is far from over.”

Americans United for Separation of Church & State, a Washington, D.C.-based group that participated in oral arguments on behalf of the school district, supported the panel’s opinion.

“Public schools must provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their religious beliefs. That includes ensuring that student athletes don’t feel compelled to pray or participate in religious activities to secure their place on a team,” stated Americans United Legal Director Richard B. Katskee.

“Bremerton School District did the right thing: It protected the religious freedom of all the students and their families. Americans United was proud to support the district’s efforts.”

Per their website,

Americans United for Separation of Church and State is a nonpartisan educational and advocacy organization dedicated to advancing the separation of religion and government as the only way to ensure freedom of religion, including the right to believe or not believe, for all.

That’s right, boys and girls. It is a Liberal Organization run by a bunch of Social Justice Warriors, i.e., Far Left Democrats.

How on God’s Green Earth does a high school coach’s Christian Faith harm the “religious freedom of the teenagers in that high school?

The direction which the Modern Democratic Party has taken to the Far Left of the Political Spectrum has put them at odds with the majority of Americans who still hold dear the Traditional Faith and Values System upon which our Sovereign Nation was founded.

In an article written for Decision Magazine dated February 12, 2012, America’s Pastor, Rev. Billy Graham, wrote on the subject of “Confusing Evil With Good”. Here are some excerpts…

Humanity has always been dexterous at confusing evil with good. That was Adam and Eve’s problem, and it is our problem today. If evil were not made to appear good, there would be no such thing as temptation. It is in their close similarity that the danger lies.

Modern social righteousness often differs from the righteousness of the Bible. Someone has said: “A wrong deed is right if the majority of people declare it not to be wrong.” By this principle we can see our standards shifting from year to year according to the popular vote! Divorce was once frowned upon by society, and laws against fornication and adultery were strictly enforced. But now divorce is accepted by society, and fornication is glorified in our literature and films.

The Bible says: “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil.” God has not changed. His standards have not been lowered. God still calls immorality a sin, and the Bible says God is going to judge it.

Honesty was once the hallmark of character. But it has been set aside with an “It’s all right if you don’t get caught” philosophy. Only when we are in court are we required to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

…How do we get our values so mixed up? How do we fall into this trap of Satan? For one thing, we’re shortsighted. We look for shortcuts to happiness. Our lust for immediate pleasure prompts us to think of evil as good.

In one of novelist John Steinbeck’s books he has a character saying: “If it succeeds, they will be thought not crooked but clever.” In our desire to achieve success quickly, it is easy to get our values mixed up and call evil good and good evil.

Another way to call evil good is to say that morals are relative. Someone has said: “As the occasion, so the behavior.” We have changed our moral code to fit our behavior instead of changing our behavior to harmonize with our moral code. Nothing is firm today. We are not on solid ground. Young people are shifting from one side to the other. Morally, they are drifting aimlessly without compass or guide.

Still another way that evil is called good is for the conscience to be perverted, and certainly our consciences today are perverted. But right is right even if nobody is right, and wrong is wrong even if everybody is wrong. God does not change the moral law to suit our behavior.

…The modern conscience has been twisted and distorted so badly that it is difficult to tell what is genuine and what is false.

Self-centeredness is another reason we are so inclined to call evil good. When something brings profit or pleasure to us we are inclined to call evil good, even though we know it is dead wrong. “But it’s what I’ve always wanted,” or, “It’s good for me, although I know it’s wrong” are the alibis we have manufactured to justify evil and call it good.

It is very apparent that there is something that is literally tearing apart the fabric of our country.

The only conclusion that I, as a Christian American can reach, is the fact that our Sovereign Nation is in the midst of SPIRITUAL WARFARE for its very soul.

Make no mistake about it, boys and girls, EVIL EXISTS.

My friends, I believe that we are fighting a war against “princes and principalities”. Evil is still alive and well and flourishing in a world in which relative morality and situational ethics are increasingly being accepted as normal behavior.

We see it everyday around us.

It inundates the cable news channels, 24 hours a day. Heck, you can even see it on Facebook.

Since Cain slew Able with a rock, mankind, because we are all fallen creatures, has had to deal with the presence of evil in our lives.

From the legendary massacres, perpetrated by Vlad the Impaler, to the horrific scenes of Hitler’s Concentration Camps, to the killing fields of Pol Pot, to the massacre of innocent Middle Eastern Christians by Islamic State, to the murders by Chicago Street Gangs every night, the Forces of Evil continue to flourish across the globe.

Who we as a nation are struggling with are those forces who want to turn our country into not just an immoral society, but, an amoral one, whose concept of right and wrong is “Whatever Gets You Through the Night (It’s Alright. It’s Alright.)”, and whose ultimate authority is not the God of Abraham, but a Godless All-Powerful Central Government, whose credo is

Just as Marxism has failed wherever it has been tried before, so, if allowed to do so, it would lead to America’s downfall.

The galling thing is the fact that, even though American Christians remain 75% of the population, we are propagandized and suppressed by the Liberals in both the Old and New Media, to make it seem as if WE are the Minority, when, in fact, WE are the overwhelming Majority.

It is this New Generation of Amoral Socialists, who have taken over the Democratic Party, who are in fact, just a tiny, albeit vocal, Minority of America’s population.

So, what can an average Christian American, like you and me, do about this “Tyranny of the Minority”?

Christians have to make a choice in these tough times whether to allow those who are attempting to “radically change” our Sovereign Nation, given to us by God into a Democratic Socialist Paradise or…

As the Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians, we can STAND.

However, you cannot stand without “the full armor of God”. I have found, as have my family and friends, that the better that you are doing, in terms of your Christian Walk, the harder that you will be attacked.

The board game “Monopoly” will be the next classic entertainment brand to receive a socially conscious makeover, publisher Hasbro announced this week.

Hasbro will change all 16 of Monopoly’s “community chest” cards to remove outdated concepts. The company said the classic versions of the cards, which included prompts referencing beauty contests and holiday funds, were “long overdue for a refresh.”

New community chest cards will focus on topics that emphasize “community.” Hasbro asked the public to vote on potential replacements, with rewards for in-game actions such as rescuing a puppy or shopping local among the options. Other cards would penalize players for forgetting to recycle or blasting music too late at night.

“The world has changed a lot since Monopoly became a household name more than 85 years ago, and clearly today community is more important than ever,” said Eric Nyman, Hasbro’s chief consumer officer. “We felt like 2021 was the perfect time to give fans the opportunity to show the world what community means to them through voting on new Community Chest Cards.”

Hasbro said the updated version of Monopoly featuring new community chest cards will be available this fall. It wasn’t clear if a classic version of the game will still be sold.

Not everyone was pleased with Hasbro’s announcement. Critics took to social media to voice their displeasure with the company’s decision.

“Hasbro are wanting to “update” the game: I say, “Don’t tamper with a classic. I still want to win a Beauty Contest and collect £ 10!,” said Gyles Brandreth, a former European Monopoly champion.

“No. Just no. What makes the game so awesome is the dated quality….” another social media user wrote.

The change to Monopoly was announced weeks after Hasbro said it would rebrand its “Mr. Potato Head” product line to “Potato Head.” The company said the move was meant to “better reflect the full line.”

Earlier this month, Dr. Seuss Enterprises drew scrutiny from conservatives after it announced it would no longer publish six of its books due to “insensitive and racist imagery.”

What in the name of Marvin Gardens is going on here?

Who are these Liberal Lilliputians to tell average Americans that we cannot play the game that generations have grown up on just as it is?

Who died and made them the Arbiters of American Culture?

Who gave them any authority at all?

This makes about as much sense as Appointed President Sleepy Joe Biden telling us that “he might allow us ” to celebrate the Fourth of July with our friends and families.

Russian President Vladimir Putin challenged President Biden to an on-air conversation to discuss Biden’s latest warning that Putin would “pay a price,” following a report containing evidence of attempted Russian-interference in the 2020 election.

“I’ve just thought of this now,” Putin told a reporter in Moscow Thursday. “I want to invite President Biden to continue our discussion, but on the condition that we do it actually live. But with no delays, directly in an open, direct discussion.”

Putin said that as the world’s two leading superpowers, he thought the dialogue would prove interesting for the U.S. and Russian people, as well as for the international community.

Biden made headlines this week after an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, when the president was asked if he thought Putin was a “killer,” to which he answered “I do.”

Putin responded Thursday by saying, “It takes one to know one.”

The White House did not immediately return Fox News’ questions on whether Biden intends to speak publically with Putin.

In a press briefing Thursday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki, when asked by reporters if Biden regretted his remarks, Psaki said, “Nope.”

“The president gave a direct answer to a direct question,” she added.

Putin suggested holding the live conversation as soon as Friday or Monday, adding that he wants to “relax a little” this weekend by heading to the forested region in northern Russia, known as the tiaga.

“We are ready any time that is convenient for the American side,” he added.

A declassified report released Tuesday by the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence, found that while no foreign powers “manipulated any election results,” Russia sought to influence public opinion in opposition of Biden.

“The price he is going to pay, well, you’ll see shortly,” Biden threatened.

Russia recalled its ambassador to the United States following the president’s remarks.

Meanwhile, Newsmax.com reported that

Top U.S. and Chinese officials offered sharply different views of each other and the world on Thursday as the two sides met face-to-face for the first time since President Joe Biden took office.

In unusually pointed remarks for a staid diplomatic meeting, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Chinese Communist Party foreign affairs chief Yang Jiechi took aim at each other’s country’s policies at the start of two days of talks in Alaska.

The contentious tone of their public comments suggested the private discussions would be even more rocky.

The Chinese foreign affairs chief slammed Biden, remarking…

“We believe that it is important for the United States to change its own image and to stop advancing its own democracy in the rest of the world,” he said. “Many people within the United States actually have little confidence in the democracy of the United States.”

And, finally, CNBC.com reported that

The powerful sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sent an eerie message to the United States on Tuesday, as Biden administration officials arrive for high-level talks in Japan and South Korea.

“We take this opportunity to warn the new U.S. administration trying hard to give off [gun] powder smell in our land,” Kim Yo Jong said in a statement referencing joint U.S. and South Korean military exercises in the region.

“If it [the U.S.] wants to sleep in peace for the coming four years, it had better refrain from causing a stink at its first step,” she added, according to an English translation.

Other that that, the entire world loves and respects Sleepy Joe.

Yeah, right.

I really do not know what Biden’s Handlers and the Democrat elite think that they are accomplishing by using dementia-riddled, doddering old Joe Biden as a puppet sitting in the Oval Office.

Putin just told the entire world that Biden is impaired and could not possibly handle a live discussion with him.

Then, the Chinese foreign affairs chief hit the nail on the head when he made his comment about the lack of “confidence in the democracy of the United States”, a veiled reference to the 2020 Presidential Election, which was stolen by the Democrats.

And finally, Kim Jong Un’s crazy sister out-and-out threatened us.

Our enemies do not respect Biden the way that they did President Trump.

How could they?

They watched the videos of his campaign and his appearances then and now, as President.

They see how frail and impaired that he has become.

Their intelligence agencies have, no doubt, uncovered information about this whole charade, known as the Biden Presidency, which his Handlers and the Democrat Elite are desperately trying to keep hidden from the American people.

President Ronald Reagan famously said,

When you can’t make them see the light, make them feel the heat.

There is no way that Joe Biden will ever gain the respect of our Sovereign Nation’s enemies.

Heck, even as I write this, late on Thursday evening, they are probably still laughing over him identifying his Vice-President as “President Harris” earlier today.

“Climate Czar” John Kerry Caught Maskless on American Airlines Flight…Being a Political Elite Has its Privileges

Climate czar John Kerry was caught not wearing his mask while reading a book on an American Airlines flight in spite of a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) mandate requiring masks on flights.

The photo, which was first posted by conservative outlet the Tennessee Star, shows the former secretary of state wearing his mask hanging off one ear as he reads a book in first class.

Fox News confirmed the photo’s authenticity with the passenger, who wished to remain anonymous. The passenger shared a photo of his boarding pass with Fox News to confirm he was on the flight.

The passenger said they saw the president’s climate envoy wearing his mask while at the boarding gate, but took it off shortly after boarding ahead of other passengers.

“I salute our Very Special Presidential Envoy for Climate for not flying private, but instead flying first class commercial with the rest of us common folk,” said the passenger. “And while he can’t bring himself to follow his own party’s mask restrictions, we should cut him some slack.”

“Being an elite hypocrite is hard work!” the passenger added. The plane was mostly full, the passenger said.

The passenger told Fox News that they did not see any of the flight attendants onboard instructing Kerry to put his mask back on, but noted that Kerry later wore it for most of the flight.

American Airlines said on Twitter and reiterated in a statement to Fox News that the company would be “looking into” the incident and reiterated that “masks are required” on their planes for everyone.

Kerry responded on Twitter saying that the mask slip was “momentary.”

“Feels like there’s some St. Patrick’s day ‘malarkey’ afoot on Twitter,” Kerry wrote. “Let’s be clear: If I dropped my mask to one ear on a flight, it was momentary. I wear my mask because it saves lives and stops the spread. It’s what the science tells us to do.”

“His mask was off for five minutes,” the passenger told Fox News in response to Kerry’s statement. “If five minutes is ‘momentarily,’ he’s correct. Not sure being in a plane without a mask for five minutes is excusable.”

The CDC issued a mandate in January that went into effect at the beginning of last month which states that individuals “must wear masks that cover both the mouth and nose” while traveling on public transportation and while at a “transportation hub.”

What John Kerry did and his response to it is simply another example of Liberal Elitism or being a member of the “Political Elite”.

After his gig as Vice-President was over with, “Sleepy Joe” Biden, believe it or not, made a profound statement in an exit interview with the Los Angeles Times.

He said his party failed to connect with working-class, largely white voters, and warned that “a bit of elitism” has “crept in” to party thinking.

He recalled watching a Trump rally in Pennsylvania near where he grew up. “They’re all the people I grew up with,” he said. “They’re their kids. And they’re not racist. They’re not sexist. But we didn’t talk to them.”

There’s a reason for that.

The Liberal Elite have always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California. They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

The Far Left Democrats on Capitol Hill have become so eaten up with their own power and egotism that they have built a fence around Capitol Hill and the White House to keep us “Deplorables” or, as they call us now, “insurrectionists” out.

The Democrats live in their own little bubble there in the Beltway, looking down on us peons down here in Flyover Country.

And, as John Kerry showed, rules do not apply to them. Just to us.

This collective mindset, along with their unbridled lust for power is what led them to steal the 2020 Presidential election and install Joe Biden as their puppet.

But, I digress…

John Kerry spent the Trump Presidency plotting with and advising the Iranians as to how to “deal” with Trump.

Now, he’s a “Climate Czar”.

So, to simplify things: He’s gone from peddling treason to dealing in B.S.

But, hey, why not?

Biden Says Cuomo Should Resign if NY State AG Confirms the Allegations Against Him…Remember Tara Reade?

President Joe Biden said Tuesday New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo should resign if the state attorney general’s investigation confirms the sexual harassment allegations against him.

Biden made the remarks in an interview with ABC News that is scheduled to air Wednesday morning. When asked by anchor George Stephanopoulos if the investigation confirms the claims of the women, should Cuomo resign, Biden said “yes,” adding, “I think he’d probably end up being prosecuted, too.”

“It takes a lot of courage to come forward so the presumption is it should be taken seriously,” Biden said. “And it should be investigated, and that’s what’s underway now.”

Cuomo is facing allegations that he sexually harassed or behaved inappropriately toward multiple women, including several former staffers. He has denied touching any women inappropriately.

The three-term governor has rejected calls for his resignation from fellow Democrats, including New York’s two U.S. senators, Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, and has asked New Yorkers to await the results of an investigation headed by state Attorney General Letitia James.

Biden is being very careful about what he says about Andrew Cuomo’s “problem”.

We have all seen the pictures and have heard stories about his behavior toward women.

For example, last March, FoxNews.com reported that

A number of Democratic presidential candidates weighed in on Sunday on the allegations made by a former Nevada political candidate that former Vice President Joe Biden kissed her on the back of the head in 2014.

…Flores made the accusations in a piece in New York magazine in which she accused the former vice president of approaching her from behind, putting his hands on her shoulders, sniffing her hair and kissing her on the back of the head.

“The vice president of the United States of America had just touched me in an intimate way reserved for close friends, family, or romantic partners — and I felt powerless to do anything about it,” she wrote.

And, of course, there was his comment about children being fascinated by his hairy legs.

There are also reports from years past of him being naked in his swimming pool in front of reporters.

And, the Democrats believe that this loser is Presidential Material?

Are you kidding me?

By the way, did you know that there were four corroborating witnesses, to Tara Reades accusations concerning President Biden?s.

That is more than the Democrats had to support their erroneous claims against Former Judge, now Associate Supreme Court Justice, Bret Kavanaugh.

Why were the Democratic Elite, the Founders of the #MeToo Movement, so quiet about the allegations of sexual abuse against their then-presumptive Presidential Candidate?

U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Rio Grande City station on Saturday encountered two large groups of illegal immigrants crossing into the United States, in a possible sign of a deepening crisis at the border.

CBP agents first responded to a report of a “large group” of illegal immigrants near Las Lomas, Texas – about five miles southeast of Rio Grande City, according to U.S. Customs Border and Protection.

The agents apprehended 134 illegal immigrants – 128 of whom were identified as family members. The agents determined the individuals were from Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Nicaragua.

Just a few hours later, RGC agents responded to another report of illegal immigrants crossing the border near La Grulla – about 16 miles further southeast from Las Lomas. The agents reportedly encountered 113 illegal immigrants comprising families and unaccompanied alien children (UAC).

The majority of individuals in the second group were also from Central America, but 17 were identified as Romanian nationals. Seven UACs were traveling among the group, CBP said.

A CBP official told Fox News that the individuals are still being processed.

“Even with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, human smugglers continue to try these brazen attempts with zero regard for the lives they endanger nor to the health of the citizens of our great nation,” CBP said in a statement. “The U.S. Border Patrol agents of the Rio Grande Valley Sector will continue to safeguard the nation and community against these criminal elements.”

The back-to-back migrant groups come amid a recent influx of migrants at the southern border – something that the Biden administration has refused to label a “crisis.”

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Monday that the Biden administration recognizes “this is a big problem,” but she blamed the issue on former President Donald Trump.

“The last administration left us a dismantled and unworkable system and, like any other problem, we are going to do all we can to solve it,” she said.

Asked if the Biden administration has a handle on the unprecedented amount of migrants arriving at the U.S. southern border, Psaki said “we certainly do.”

Why would they want to solve it?

These are new Democrat Voters making their way to the “Promise Land”.

As the article above noted, the overwhelming majority of this latest bunch of illegal immigrants are coming from Central America.

Gentle readers, do remember when all of these “migrants” began arriving from Central America?

It was the spring and summer of 2014 under the benevolent reign of King Barack The first, when 50,000-100,000 unaccompanied minors made the long arduous journey from Central America across Mexico to our Southern border, where they were graciously welcomed to our Sovereign Nation by President Obama.

Even though a significant number of these “unaccompanied minors” were found to be carrying measles and other childhood diseases which our country had all but eradicated, they were spirited away on military transport planes to bases around the country and were later dispersed among our general population.

It is already known that big Democrat Party Donors such as George Soros and Tom Steyer were providing monetary support to the Migrant Caravans which began showing up at our Southern Border during the Trump Administration.

With the Globalist Democrats now in charge of the White House and Capitol Hill, I would not be surprised if the United Nations is contributing a little “spending cash” to the “migrants” for their long journey to el Norte.

President Joe Biden broke his silence on Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s mounting allegations of sexual misconduct on Sunday – but fell short of calling on the embattled New York Democrat to resign.

The president and longtime Cuomo acquaintance finally addressed the scandal in an unscheduled question-answer session from the White House South Lawn after several Democrats joined the growing chorus of lawmakers who have demanded the governor’s resignation following the seventh allegation of sexual misconduct.

When asked whether he agreed with other Democrats calling for Cuomo’s immediate resignation, Biden said plainly, “I think the investigation is underway and we should see what it brings us.”

With the exception of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., Biden’s wait-and-see approach is not a common sentiment within his own party. New York Democratic Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer joined New York Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Jerry Nadler on Friday in calling for their state’s governor to leave his position as allegations of inappropriate conduct continue to emerge.

Pelosi on Sunday reaffirmed that she has “zero tolerance” for sexual harassment – but refused to echo their calls for his resignation until an investigation is completed.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is investigating harassment allegations, and Cuomo has said he will “fully cooperate” with her probe, but expressed no plans to resign. A defiant Cuomo addressed the allegations during a press call on Friday afternoon, insisting that he “did not do what has been alleged.”

Despite this, nearly 90% of New York’s congressional delegation has called for the governor’s resignation or impeachment, as have more than 80% of state senators. Last week, the state Assembly initiated what could be the first step toward impeachment by opening an investigation with full subpoena power into sexual misconduct allegations against the governor and his handling of COVID-19 at nursing homes.

Biden’s weeks-long silence surrounding the scandal came under question over the weekend by former Cuomo aide and first accuser Lindsey Boylan, who called out the president and vice-president in a since-deleted tweet for refusing to publicly address the mounting allegations.

Back in September of 2018, during the Kavanaugh Hearings, BIden appeared to believe differently when asked about whether the Senate should go ahead and seat Judge Brett Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court…

A spokesperson for Biden said earlier Monday that the former vice president believes votes on Kavanaugh’s nomination should be postponed after California professor Christine Blasey Ford accused the judge of physically and sexually assaulting her at a party during their high school years. Kavanaugh denies the allegation.

“Vice President Biden believes Professor Ford deserves a fair and respectful hearing of her allegations, and that the committee should undertake a thorough and nonpartisan effort to get to the truth, wherever it leads,” the spokesperson said. “He believes the vote should be postponed to allow this to happen appropriately, because this is an appointment for life to the nation’s highest court, and getting the decision right is more important than getting it done on a rushed timeline.”

Why are the Democratic Elite, the Founders of the #MeToo Movement, so quiet about the allegations of sexual abuse against a Democrat Governor accused by 7 women of Sexual Harassment?

What happened to “Every woman has a right to be heard”?

Does the presumption of guilt involving a claim of sexual abuse only hold true if the accused is a Conservative Republican?

Or, considering Harvey Weinstein and Matt Lauer, only if they are not the presumptive Democratic President Candidate?

Isn’t it funny how things have come back to bite all of the self-righteous Democrats in  Washington, New York, and Hollywood right in the gluteus maximus?

As Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1991, Biden presided over the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, where Anita Hill’s accusations of Sexual Harassment against the then-nominee took center stage.

Of course, Biden now expresses regret that he was not able to do more for Anita Hill.

Remember the accusations of Sexual Harassment made against then-Democrat Presidential Candidate Joe Biden by Tara Reade?

Reade was one of eight women who came forward last year (2018) with allegations that Biden made them feel uncomfortable with inappropriate displays of affection. Biden acknowledged the complaints at the time and promised to be “more mindful about respecting personal space in the future.”

Can you say “hypocrite”, boys and girls?

Biden was solidly behind the accusers in the cases of Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh, who were both nominated by Republican Presidents to be on the Supreme Court.

Merely the fact that they were Republican Nominees made them guilty as sin in his eyes.

During any situation in which someone the Republicans back is accused of Sexual Harassment, the Democrats automatically insist that Americans “Believe the Women”!

Now, in the case of Serial Sexual Harasser Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Biden and the Democrats are like

11 States Stand Up to Biden Providing Billions in Welfare to Non-Citizens, as He Tries to Drop Trump’s “Public Charge” Rule

A coalition of 11 states are seeking to intervene in a lawsuit to challenge the Biden administration’s move to drop a Trump-era policy that restricts immigrants deemed reliant on welfare from receiving green cards.

The “public charge” rule was introduced by the Trump administration in 2019 and expanded the definition of “public charge” as an immigrant who receives one or more designated public benefits for more than 12 months within a 36-month period.

Whether an immigrant would be a “public charge” would affect their chances of getting a green card — as well as other factors such as age, health and education.

Critics said the rule was discriminatory and would disincentivize struggling immigrants from claiming the assistance they need, and launched a legal fight against the move that went up to the Supreme Court.

The Biden administration announced recently it would no longer seek to defend the rule and dropped its legal challenges.

Continuing to defend the rule “is neither in the public interest nor an efficient use of limited government resources,” DHS said in a statement.

The states, led by Arizona, filed a motion this week to intervene in the lawsuit, which would allow the states to petition the Supreme Court to accept review of the case and have the case heard in full.

“It is unconscionable to overwhelm our infrastructure and immigration personnel when we are dealing with the health and economic devastation of the pandemic,” Arizona Attorney Mark General Brnovich said in a statement. “While regardless of one’s position on immigration reform, this reckless violation of federal law is only creating another national crisis and putting additional strains on our state and hardworking Arizona taxpayers.”

The states say they have interest in upholding the rule as implementation would reduce demand on welfare and government assistance that impacts them directly.

Those benefits considered under the rule include Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), as well as most forms of Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) — commonly known as food stamps. The rule expanded the number of benefits that can be considered from interim guidance issued in 1999.

Joining Arizona in the suit are Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Texas, and West Virginia.

It comes days after Arizona and Montana announced a challenge to the Biden administration’s limiting of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) priorities for arrest and deportation.

So, by giving an individual, who has broken our laws, by entering our Sovereign Nation illegally, Federal Benefits, reserved to provide for the welfare of actual American Citizens, these wannabe Democratic Presidential Candidates somehow believe that they are “taking care” of dutifully executing our Nation’s Laws?

Sure they are.

And Rosie O’Donnell has a “bikini body”. (Let that image settle in for a moment.)

Is breaking into our country, something that should be rewarded?

No.

What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, they are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens.

And, yet, even as I write this, they are in our hospitals, taking advantage of our charity and the finest health care system in the world, and driving our streets, with either forged drivers licenses or those obtained from states who have acquiesced and given them to these “undocumented workers”.

This is in no way a human rights issue. Freedom is God-given, and with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way.

My concerns about the Democrats’ coddling of the illegal aliens and the often-proposed “Path to Citizenship” business, can be divided into three bullet points. (Hey, I’m a Former VP of Marketing. What do you expect?)

1. Patriotism – Will these new “citizens” be willing to fly our flag above theirs? Will they be willing, if called upon, to serve in our Armed Forces, at home or abroad? Will they love this country, more than the one they left?

2. Loyalty – When these “new Americans” achieve the right to vote, are they all going to vote Democrat, so that they can receive more FREE STUFF? Will they honestly embrace our sovereign nation as their new home? Or, will they remain loyal to their country of origin?

3.  Immigration – Are we rewarding illegal behavior, while at the same time, insulting all of the brave souls who have come here legally, seeking a better life for themselves and their families?

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children.  Our ancestors were all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight.  But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish.  But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

The Far Left Democrats, both in Congress and the Biden Administration, exhibit all the symptoms of a disease that I’ve noticed that all of the Far Left exhibit: Narcissistic-Reality-Denial-Over-Educated-Beyond-Their-Intelligence Syndrome. The patient tends to rely on his self-assumed superior intellect, denying the reality of the world around him to the point of forsaking both his allegiance to and concern for the people of the country that has provided him with both his livelihood and his well-being.

This syndrome seems to be extremely pernicious in academic and political figures. The patient actually believes that he is an expert on everything, to the point where he can write and distribute instructional theses to seasoned professionals while lecturing them in a didactic manner.

The only treatment for Narcissistic-Reality-Denial-Over-Educated-Beyond-Their-Intelligence Syndrome at this time is “refudiation” and isolation. The people who are being affected by these individuals must, in a clear and over-whelming manner, let the patient know that they do not accept their attitude or actions and put them in a “time-out”.

In the case of those in Washington who wish to give illegal aliens all of the rights and “perks” of being an American citizen before they prove themselves worthy of being a solid contributor to American Society, these states, and others who might join them, seeks to put the egotistical Democrat clowns’ red noses in the corner.

Y’know…at the rate that these educated-beyond-their-intelligence, imperious, Marxism-loving, “Social Justice Warrior” buffoons keep obviously virtue-signaling about wanting to intentionally run our nation into the ground, I fully expect each and every one of them, one day soon, to respond to question at one of their press conferences, when asked about the rights and welfare of our veterans and our average hard-working American Citizens, as compared to these Future Democrat Voters whom they are coddling, to answer:

Let them eat arugula!

Democrats Introducing “Assault Weapons Bans” ( i.e., Gun Control Laws) in Both House and Senate

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., each introduced an “assault weapons” ban in their chamber on Thursday amid a “rise in domestic terrorism,” in Feinstein’s words.

“It’s been 17 years since the original Assault Weapons Ban expired,” Feinstein said in a statement. “When it was in place from 1994-2004, gun massacres declined by 37% compared with the decade before. After the ban expired, the number of massacres rose by 183%. We’re now seeing a rise in domestic terrorism, and military-style assault weapons are increasingly becoming the guns of choice for these dangerous groups.”

The bill would ban the sale, manufacture, transfer, and importation of more than 200 “military-style assault weapons” identified by name, although owners would be allowed to keep existing weapons. The bill would also require background checks on any future purchases, trades or gifting of an assault weapon included in the bill.

Feinstein and Cicilline referenced the Dayton, Ohio, shooting that left nine people dead in 2019. The shooter had a 100-round magazine.

“Assault weapons are designed for a single purpose – to kill as many people as possible in as short an amount of time as possible. That’s why they are the weapon of choice for mass shooters and domestic terrorists. They are weapons of war and do not belong in our communities,” Cicilline said in a statement.

The proposed ban would ban magazines and other ammunition feeding devices able to hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition, but owners would be allowed to keep existing magazines.

The ban has the support of numerous Democratic lawmakers, including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, as well as Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.

The Democrats’ never-ending quest for “Gun Control”, if successful, would only succeed in controlling law-abiding American Citizens, instead of punishing those who operate outside of our laws, such as the Virginia Beach shooter, DeWayne Braddock,  Parkland High School Mass Murderer Nikolas Cruz, the thugs who have turned Former President Obama’s “hometown” of Chicago and my hometown of Memphis into their own personal “Killing Fields” and now, the Marxist Anarchists who are destroying our major cities and shooting at those who serve and protect us.

The leader of the bloody Russian Revolution, Vladimir Lenin, once wrote that

One man with a gun can control 100 without one.

If the Democrats had their way, we would live in a country under the oppression of restrictive gun laws, which would be modeled after those in Europe. And, as past events have plainly shown, those restrictive gun laws have allowed Islamic Terrorists and other murderous nut jobs to kill innocent people unchallenged, because none of those innocent people were allowed to carry a weapon with which to defend themselves.

In fact, in some cases, even the police officers, who first arrived on the scene, were unarmed, and had to call for additional forces, thus giving the perpetrators more time to murder and maim the innocent.

One of our Founding Fathers, Dr. Benjamin Franklin, once wrote,

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.

Like Dr. Franklin and the rest of those who have fought for our freedom, average Americans realize what Democrats do not.

The problem in stopping mass murders and other shooting deaths from happening is not that there are not enough gun laws. The problem is the gun laws on the books are not properly enforced.

The dissolution of the Family Unit, the revolving door state of our Municipal Justice Systems, and, as in the case of DeWayne Braddock and Nikolas Cruz, the lack of recognition and treatment of the mentally ill and wannabe Terrorists and Marxist Anarchists, has a lot to do with the rise of these horrible massacres in America and the horrible violence which plagues cities like Chicago and Memphis.

What Liberals have never understood, in their continuous quest to take away the Second Amendment rights of average Americans, is that we will never surrender our Constitutional Right to defend ourselves and our families from enemies foreign and domestic.

What part of the words quote “shall not be infringed” do you Liberals not understand?

Passing more restrictive gun laws is not the answer.

Criminals are called “outlaws” for a reason.

They will find a way to get guns. They do now.

I agree with what President Trump said when Candidate Biden brought up Gun Control: “Hit the animals hard”.

This is a people problem. Not a gun problem.

After all, have you ever seen a gun pull its own trigger?

Biden Attempts to “Cancel” History, Takes Credit for Vaccine Rollout While Insulting Trump

In his first primetime address to the nation Thursday night, President Biden lobbed barely-conceal criticism at Donald Trump for his handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

“A year ago, we were hit with a virus that was met with silence and spread unchecked, denials for days, weeks then months — that led to more deaths, more infections, more stress, and more loneliness,” the president said. “We lost faith in whether our government and our democracy can deliver on really hard things for the American people.”

Without ever naming the last administration, Biden highlighted issues over which Trump has been criticized, like the importance of wearing a mask and “listening to the science” in deciding how to best reopen the economy.

“A mask, the easiest thing to do to save lives, sometimes it divides us, states pit it against one another instead of working with each other,” he noted, nodding to the recent decision by Republican-led states to lift coronavirus restrictions, including mask mandates.

Biden encouraged Americans to listen to the advice issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in continuing to wear masks “to save lives.”

Trump’s refusal to wear a mask until several months into the pandemic was an issue Biden was critical of throughout the presidential race.

Biden called Dr. Anthony Fauci “one of the most distinguished and trusted voices in the world.” The comment was a contrast to those made by Trump, who was sometimes a sharp critic of Fauci, the top doctor on his White House Coronavirus Task Force.

Biden suggested Americans were not getting honesty from Trump, reflecting on a visit he made to a small business owner in Philadelphia last summer.

“Looking me right in the eye she said, ‘I just want the truth’,” he said, describing what she said she needed most to help her through the pandemic.

“My fellow Americans, you’re owed nothing less than the truth,” the president added.

Biden noted that when he entered office, only eight percent of people 65 and up had received their first shot, contrasting that with the numbers who have gotten the vaccine under his presidency.

The vaccines had only recently been made available when Biden assumed office

Biden highlighted how since entering the White House he has been working with Pfizer, Moderna and John & Johnson to “manufacture and purchase hundreds of millions of doses” of vaccines — meaning 65 percent of elderly people have received the coronavirus vaccine in the last two months.

Trump could not be immediately reached by Fox News for comment.

President Joe BIden accusing Trump of being untruthful is the height of irony.

Biden is battling dementia.

He’s being told what to do and say through an earpiece by Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, and Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).

Biden and his staff, including his Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, lie like rugs.

Biden did not originate the drive for vaccinations.

President Donald J. Trump did.

BIden took his vaccination before he even took office.

Operation Warp Speed has exceeded expectations, while all Biden did last night is attempt to falsely seek praise and recognition for “being responsible” for the success of the COVID-19 Vaccines while attempting to trash his predecessor.

Why? Because he is a doddering dementia-riddled old man and his Handlers and the rest of the Democrats are scared of Donald J. Trump.

On June 29th of last year, I asked the following question…

“Why are the Democrats pushing so hard to mandate that an entire nation of free individuals be required to wear masks, as if we were under the rule of the ones responsible for this pandemic, Communist China?

Make no mistake, I believe that the pandemic was/is real.

However, I also believe, just like the riots, that the Far Left Democrats have a political purpose behind their response to COVID-19.

Gentle readers, do you all remember the story about the frog in a pot of water on the stove?

If you slowly adjust the temperature of the water until it reaches the boiling point, the frog will stay in that pot of water until it is boiled alive.

The Far Left Democrats are “testing the waters” to see if they can control a free nation of people like Lenin, Stalin, and Mao controlled the Soviet Union and Communist China.

That is why President Trump left it up to the states in the first place. And, why he is trying to open America back up for business again.

Our American Freedom was paid for through the sacrifices made by courageous men and women.

It was won and it has been maintained at much too dear a cost to lose it by Americans cowering and freely giving it up “to purchase a little temporary safety”.”

The Democrats are now seeing that average Americans are sick of them controlling our lives.

And, Biden’s morose speech last night was all about them “maintaining control” of us.

Joe…we will celebrate the 4th of July with our family and friends like Americans always have.

You can’t take away our FREEDOM.
