NYC Mayor di Blasio says That NYC will be Open in a few more months

Normal life in New York City “is a few months away at minimum” Mayor Bill de Blasio said Friday, even as city continues to see a decline in coronavirus cases.

“Reopening … obviously is a few months away at a minimum,” the mayor said in response to a caller asking about small businesses and COVID-19 restrictions during an appearance on WNYC radio’s “The Brian Lehrer Show.”

De Blasio said his administration is taking steps to bring the city out of the crisis. Parts of that includes the expansion of testing, tracing and isolation. The rate of infections sharply declined from 58 percent on April 11 to 23 percent Friday, the New York Post reported.

As of Friday, the city had recorded 164,505 cases, including 13,000 deaths. De Blasio announced 2,637 new confirmed cases were discovered Thursday, as well as 202 deaths.

“If you open up too soon you could pretty much guarantee a resurgence of the disease,” he said of scientific data.

In addition to testing, de Blasio will establish a series of advisory groups that will meet weekly beginning in May to discuss ways reopen the city. The Fair Recovery Task Force will formulate a recovery effort to rebuild the economy and another will work to address the racial disparity in COVID-19 infections and deaths.

“The goal is not to go back to the status quo, but to spur a recovery that confronts deep inequities, reaches into every neighborhood, and leaves New York stronger than ever,” the mayor’s office said last week while announcing the task force groups.

On Friday, de Blasio announced plans to open up to 100 miles of streets to provide open space for pedestrians beginning next week. Approximately 4.5 miles inside city parks and 2.7 miles adjacent to the parks will be opened to reduce crowding, he said.

While New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been praised for his response to the crisis, de Blasio’s efforts have received mixed results. He was recently criticized for overseeing the break up of a large Jewish funeral in Brooklyn.

If you have not figured it out yet, gentle readers, this is all about control.

Mayor Bill de Blasio is a communist.

And, like his idols, Marx and Lenin, de Blasio believes that the Proletariat MUST be kept under control.

In the early days of the pandemic, the Mayor told New Yorkers to go about their normal activities.

His ignorance, coupled with the fact that New Yorkers live their lives packed together like a can of sardines, caused the Big Apple to be thoroughly infected by the Chinese Coronavirus.

In fact, the New York/New Jersey area presently has 50% of the Covid-19 cases in America.

However, to attempt to close down one of the Biggest metropolitan areas in the whole wide world for “a dew more months, at least” shows an insensitivity to those New Yorkers who need to go back to work right now in over to keep up with their bills.

Like Governor Whitmer of Michigan, Mayor de Blasio seems to be quite enamored of the level of control which he has over the citizens of New York City.

This is the same guy who New York’s Finest (the police) have been turning their backs on when he speaks in public.

This is a Mayor who will be hollering and screaming to his staff to “get me the White House please”…because he is extremely positive that his state will get bailed out again.

De Blasio is an embarrassment,

Hopefully, de Blasio will change his mind and open up New York City soon.

Gov. Whitmer Extends Michigan’s Stay at Home Order to 5/28 After Hundreds of Protesters Storm State Capitol Building

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Thursday extended Michigan’s state of emergency and disaster declaration through May 28, hours before it was set to expire and after hundreds of protesters, some of whom were armed, gathered in the state Capitol building to voice their displeasure with the Democratic governor.

Whitmer also took shots at the Republican-controlled legislature for refusing to extend the order earlier in the day.

“By refusing to extend the emergency and disaster declaration, Republican lawmakers are putting their heads in the sand and putting more lives and livelihoods at risk,” she said in a statement. “I’m not going to let that happen.”

The emergency declaration gives Whitmer additional powers to issue executive orders during an emergency. She claimed she had the emergency authority regardless of what state lawmakers did.

In a rejection of the governor, the state House and Senate adopted resolutions Thursday to legally challenge her authority and also approved a bill to allow some of her mandates but not her stay-at-home order, which expires May 16.

No lawsuit had been filed as of Thursday night, MLive reported.

Whitmer said she planned to veto the bill and won’t sign any bills that “that constrain her ability to protect the people of Michigan from this deadly virus in a timely manner,” her office said, according to The Detroit News.

Earlier in the day, hundreds of demonstrators, some armed with rifles, descended on the state Capitol building in Lansing to voice frustration over the stay-at-home order, which mandates temporary business closures and that residents remain home.

Many made it inside the building and stood shoulder-to-shoulder, calling for a return to normal daily life. Opponents accuse Whitmer of overstepping her authority by prohibiting sales of items like garden supplies and banning most travel between homes and certain activities.

An earlier rally on April 15 called “Operation Gridlock” drew thousands outside the Capitol building, in addition to another gathering outside Whitmer’s home. Similar demonstrations have occurred nationwide as many Americans remain concerned about their livelihoods.

The Michigan Court of Claims sided with the governor Wednesday, denying a motion for a preliminary injunction to the order. The court ruled that the stay-at-home order doesn’t violate residents’ constitutional rights.

Michigan recorded 41,379 COVID-19 cases as of Thursday, including 119 deaths, according to the state website.

In her declaration announcement, Whitmer said scientific data shows the state is not ready to resume normal operations.

“It defies common sense and science,” she said during a virtual town hall Thursday night. “We are still in a state of emergency. We have to take this seriously. If we are smart, we can start to reengage safely.”

The article above is a microcosm of the choice that faces Americans.

We, as free Americans, must decide for ourselves whether or not to live in fear, relying on a Nanny-State All-controlling central government, along the lines of the U.S.S.R. in its glory days.

I do not believe that President Trump wants Americans to live in self-isolation forever.

That is why he allowed the Federal Rules for Social Distancing to expire.

I also believe that he is not a fan of state governors, like Whitmer, who have used the Chinese Coronavirus as an opportunity to place their citizens under their thumb, acting punitively when their “subjects” object to their totalitarianism.

Yes, the health of Americans is a concern, it will always be a concern.

However, the same rules for personal hygiene which Americans have been using for yeas still apply.

Wash your hands, cover your mouth when you cough, be careful that you do not sneeze on anyone, and use common sense.

In other words, act like an American, instead of a panicked sheep hoarding toilet paper at the neighborhood Walmart.

God has given us all the ability to make our own decisions.

Each one of us must choose what is right for us and our families.

If you wish to continue to isolate yourself while other Americans “reopen America”, it’s a free country…go ahead.

However, one of our Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin once said,

Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

As an essential worker (by the Grace of God) who has watched his fellow Americans so willingly give up their liberty…I will have to say that Ol’ Ben was spot on.

It is definitely time to reopen America for business.

And, petty little tyrants like Gov. Whitmer will just have to get over themselves.

FBI Documents Show They Tried to Frame Flynn, What Did Former AG Eric Holder and Flynn’s Original Attorneys Have in Common?

Explosive new internal FBI documents unsealed Wednesday show that top bureau officials discussed their motivations for interviewing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn in the White House in January 2017 — and openly questioned if their “goal” was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.”

The handwritten notes — written by the FBI’s former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Fox News is told — further suggested that agents planned in the alternative to get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act.”

The Logan Act is an obscure statute that has never been used in a criminal prosecution; enacted in 1799 in an era before telephones, it was intended to prevent individuals from falsely claiming to represent the United States government abroad.

“What is our goal?” one of the notes read. “Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

“If we get him to admit to breaking the Logan Act, give facts to DOJ + have them decide,” another note read. Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley called the document’s implications “chilling.”

The memo appears to weigh the pros and cons of pursuing those different paths. “I don’t see how getting someone to admit their wrongdoing is going easy on him,” one note reads. Flynn did not ultimately admit to wrongdoing in the interview.

The document indicates that the White House was monitoring the situation: “If we’re seen as playing games, WH will be furious.”

The bombshell materials strongly suggested the agents weren’t truly concerned about Flynn’s intercepted contacts with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition period, except as a pretext. Former President Obama personally had warned the Trump administration against hiring Flynn, and made clear he was “not a fan,” according to multiple officials. Obama fired Flynn as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014.

The Justice Department turned over the documents just this week, even though a February 2018 standing order in the case from United States District Court for the District of Columbia Emmet Sullivan required the government to turn over any exculpatory materials in its possession that pertained to Flynn. Such materials ordinarily do not need to be disclosed to uncharged individuals or those who have already pleaded guilty, Sullivan has ruled.

Fox News is told even more exculpatory documents are forthcoming, as Attorney General Bill Barr continues to oversee the DOJ’s investigation into the handling of the Flynn case.

Flynn previously charged that top FBI officials, including McCabe, pressed him not to have the White House counsel present during the questioning with two agents that led to his guilty plea on a single charge of lying to federal authorities. Flynn was not ultimately charged with any Logan Act violation.

One of Flynn’s interviewing agents was Peter Strzok, who has since been fired from the bureau after his anti-Trump text messages came to light.

Flynn has sought to withdraw his guilty plea and has been seeking exoneration, saying the FBI engaged in “egregious misconduct.” Flynn, who has said more recently that he did not lie to the FBI, pleaded guilty in late 2017 as mounting legal fees pushed him to sell his home.

Flynn has since obtained new counsel — and his old attorneys, it emerged this week, then failed to turn over thousands of documents to his new lawyer, Sidney Powell. Powell has maintained that Flynn’s old lawyers at Covington & Burling had conflicts of interest and were otherwise ineffective, including by not focusing on Strzok’s evident bias.

“Covington & Burling”…where do I know that law firm from? Oh, yeah…I remember.

Back on March 5, 2012, I posted an article which contained the following pertinent information which you may find interesting.

Reuters News recently reported that

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Lanny Breuer, head of the Justice Department’s criminal division, were partners for years at a Washington law firm that represented a Who’s Who of big banks and other companies at the center of alleged foreclosure fraud…

…The firm, Covington & Burling, is one of Washington’s biggest white shoe law firms. Law professors and other federal ethics experts said that federal conflict of interest rules required Holder and Breuer to recuse themselves from any Justice Department decisions relating to law firm clients they personally had done work for.

Both the Justice Department and Covington declined to say if either official had personally worked on matters for the big mortgage industry clients. Justice Department spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler said Holder and Breuer had complied fully with conflict of interest regulations, but she declined to say if they had recused themselves from any matters related to the former clients.

Given these facts, I do not think that it would be beyond the realm of possibility that General Flynn’s original lawyers may not have had his best interests at heart.

After all that political chicanery failed and the Citizen Statesman became the President, the Former Petulant President Pantywaist encouraged “rebellion”, as if the reality of a nation being torn asunder was some sort of “Star Wars” Movie, through the use of his “benefactor’s”(the Former Nazi Sympathizer) money in the funding of manufactured protests and a Media-Driven, Community -Organizing Assault, which includes the Former President’s own “Organizing For America” Website, which has taken the cheesy name of “The Resistance”.

Meanwhile, the professional bureaucrats within the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation continued to carry out the mission which their former boss, whom they were still loyal to, had given them: to take down Donald J. Trump by any means necessary.

President Trump and Attorney General Barr need to completely exonerate Lt. General Michael Flynn before Friday.

Then, the indictments of the Deep State Operatives and those who gave them their orders need to be handed down as soon as possible.

Tara Reade slammed Hillary Clinton for offering her endorsement to former Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday after the former Senate staffer came forward last month with an allegation of sexual assault against the presumptive Democratic nominee.

“I voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016. I voted for her in the primary. I’m a lifelong Democrat. But yet, what I see now is someone enabling a sexual predator and it was my former boss, Joe Biden, who raped me,” Reade told Fox News. “Hillary Clinton has a history of enabling powerful men to cover up their sexual predatory behaviors and their inappropriate sexual misconduct. We don’t need that for this country. We don’t need that for our new generation coming up that wants institutional rape culture to change.”

She added: “I will not be smeared, dismissed or ignored. I stand in truth and I will keep speaking out.”

Biden’s campaign has categorically denied Reade’s accusations.

Clinton — who was the Democratic nominee in the 2016 presidential election, later losing to now-President Trump — joined Biden in a virtual women’s town hall on Tuesday, where she officially threw her support behind the former vice president.

“Joe Biden has been preparing for this moment his entire life,” Clinton said. “And for me, this is a moment that we need a leader, a president like Joe Biden.”

The former Secretary of State teased her endorsement on social media before the campaign appearance.

“A little hint about who the surprise guest will be for @JoeBiden’s 3pm ET town hall today: (She’s excited.),” Clinton wrote, sharing an image of her with Biden and former President Barack Obama in the Oval Office.

The allegations against Biden were not addressed at the virtual women’s town hall.

While the Biden campaign has strongly denied Reade’s claims, Biden himself has not addressed the controversy despite the roughly dozen TV interviews he has done since his accuser came forward in March.

There have been major developments in recent days regarding Reade’s allegations. On Friday, a “Larry King Live” clip from 1993 purportedly showing Reade’s mother calling in to the show anonymously and alluding to her daughter’s “problems” with a “prominent senator” was brought to light. On Monday, two more people — a former neighbor and a former colleague of Reade’s — came forward to back her claims after conversations they had back in the ’90s.

Reade is now calling on the University of Delaware to unseal documents it has from Biden’s tenure as a senator, which she believes may include her formal sexual harassment complaint.

“I’m calling for the release of the documents being held by the University of Delaware that contain Biden’s staff personnel records because I believe it will have my complaint form, as well as my separation letter and other documents,” Reade told Fox News on Tuesday. “Maybe if other staffers that have tried to file complaints would come to light — why are they under seal? And why won’t they be released to the public?”

How does HiIllary justify endorsing a sexual predator after what she said at a press conference held September of 2015 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, when Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton addressed sexual assault on campus and how women should to respond to an attack.

“Today I want to send a message to every survivor of sexual assault,” Clinton said. “Don’t let anyone silence your voice. You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed and we’re with you.”

“There is a big divide between survivors who do not want to seek the criminal justice system for different reasons and those who want to but are not sure that it would be responsive. “So we need to do a much better job on the fairness of the response so that people feel like whichever route they go on campus or off they’re going to be taken seriously, that doesn’t mean that, you know, that there’s no process. There has to be one.”

Clinton said women should immediately be believed, starting a process to “determination as to what if anything should be done about the claim that was made.”

“I think that when someone makes the claim, they come forward, they should be believed and that is what starts the process and then there is a determination as to what if anything should be done about the claim that was made,” Clinton said.

Clinton also said there needs to be an “increased prevention effort” to fend off future sexual predators.

“We have to do an increased prevention effort,” Clinton said. “This has to start much earlier. We are in a real difficult environment with cultural pressures that are on young people, women and men to do more to combat.”

New York Mag’s Nuzzi Asks Trump if More Americans Die From Coronavirus Than Vietnam War, Does He Deserve Re-election

New York Magazine’s Olivia Nuzzi asked President Donald Trump whether he deserved re-election if more Americans die of coronavirus than in the Vietnam War.

Nuzzi asked the question during Monday afternoon’s Coronavirus Task Force briefing.

“If an American president loses more Americans over the course of six weeks than died in the entirety of the Vietnam War, does he deserve to be re-elected?” Nuzzi asked.

Trump didn’t answer the question directly, instead choosing to highlight the steps his administration had taken to mitigate the spread of coronavirus.

“We’ve lost a lot of people. But if you look at what original projections were, 2.2 million, we’re probably heading to 60,000, 70,000,” he said. “It’s far too many. One person is too many for this. I think we’ve made a lot of really good decisions.”

Trump mentioned his initial ban on travel from China and touted Vice President Mike Pence’s efforts in leading the task force on a day to day basis. He then noted that no one was asking about ventilators anymore, now that a shortage of ventilators doesn’t appear to be the problem many expected it to be.

“No, I think we’ve done a great job,” Trump concluded, repeating, “One person — I will say this. One person is too many.”

Nuzzi defended the question after the fact, saying, “If more than 50,000 Americans died over the course of a few weeks at any time in our history, it would be fair to ask the president if he deserves to be reelected. It wasn’t a gotcha question, it wasn’t designed to provoke, and I appreciate the fact that Trump took it seriously.”

Former Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders once said, after being badgered by a “news reporter” from ABC. that the reporter and her colleagues have a “responsibility to provide accurate information” to the public.

“Responsibility”. Therein lies the rub.

Before the Chinese Coronavirus hit, the Democratic Party and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, had already been reduced to personal attacks against a sitting president.

They could not attack Trump on his Economic Policies, which had been very successful and which led to a record low unemployment rate for Black Americans.

They could not attack him on his Foreign Policy, especially after the fantastic way he handled the Iranians and the North Koreans.

So, they decided instead, to write fictional stories and attempt to give them believability and gravitas by claiming to have received the information for their stories from “anonymous sources”.

And, since those stories were being debunked almost as soon as they were posted, most Americans accurately surmised that the MSM’s “anonymous sources” were the voices inside their own over-sized heads.

The failure of the Dcmocrat-controlled MSM brought them to the point where all they had left was to attempt to upstage the president in his own press conferences, a practice which they have continued during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

The Main Stream Media decided before the beginning of Trump’s Presidency that in order to assuage their own hurt feelings about his victory over Hillary Clinton that they would adopt the strategy of publishing unsubstantiated lie after unsubstantiated lie.

The depth of their grief and the blind rage of their ensuing temper tantrum wiped out any vestiges of journalistic integrity that remained after decades of being the Propaganda Arm of the Democratic Party.

The situation became so obvious that even Bob Woodward, who wrote a “tell-all” book about the Trump White House (that bombed) eventually had to say something about it in order to distance himself in order to preserve his own “journalistic legacy”.

Trump has made the Media look tremendously naïve and stupid on several occasions, in scenes reminiscent of Lucy Van Pelt promising to hold the football for Charlie Brown to kick, only to pull it away at the last minute leaving a helpless Charlie Brown to wipe out, tumbling head over heels.

The Main Stream Media have not been in control of the dissemination of the news since before Trump took office…and they know it.

Average Americans have become their own reporters through the use of Social Media, while “professional journalists”, like Ms. Nuzzi, have watched their influence over the daily lives of Americans dwindle and diminish right before their very eyes.

Unfortunately though, the lies will just keep on coming from both the Democratic Party and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media.

Like the attention-seeking spoiled brats that they are, the Main Stream Media believe that they can get away with anything.

That is why grandstanding idiots like Olivia Nuzzi feel ’empowered” to show the entire world their backside and to be everything but professional during the Coronavirus Taskforce House Press Briefings, attacking President Trump with “Gotcha” questions while trying to embarrass him at every opportunity.

Grandstanding self-important unhinged Democratic Propagandists like Ms. Nuzzi are why Americans do not trust the Main Stream Media.

Americans are being battered every morning and night by Fake News about Trump and his Administration from not just the Cable News Networks, but the Big 3 Broadcast Networks as well and all of their local affiliates.

Americans want their news to be just that: Information about the events going on around them, delivered by unbiased professional reporters.

If Americans wanted Fake News, they would pick up the National Enquirer while waiting in line at the grocery store, instead of watching the news every morning before they leave for work..

If they want to see two guys yell nonsensically at each other, as they do on “Discussion Panels” on CNN and MSNBC, they will tune into the WWE’s “Monday Night Raw” or Friday Night’s “Smackdown Live”.

Americans are now living in a time when the Main Stream Media’s blatant propaganda is no longer believed at face value, as the evidence which refutes it is appearing in the live videos and photographs being shared on Facebook and other Social Media.

Average Americans are winning the war against the “New Fascism” of the Tyranny of the Minority by the sharing of information through Social Media.

Self-righteous Liberals, masquerading as Broadcast “Journalists”, like Nuzzi and the rest of the Main Stream Media, need to wake up and smell what they’re shoveling before their version of “Broadcast Journalism” goes the way of the dinosaurs…

Liberal journalist Hendrik Hertzberg courted controversy Sunday by bashing President Trump and openly questioning in a tweet: “Time for a military coup?”

After a request for comment, the left-wing New Yorker magazine reporter weakly attempted to defend himself in a tweet, claiming he was being “sarcastic.”

Hertzberg, a longtime political commentator and staff writer at the New Yorker, was a conscientious objector during the Vietnam War and later served as then-President Jimmy Carter’s chief White House speechwriter.

Over three hours after his initial tweet made waves, Hertzberg followed up by tweeting: “As somebody or other once said, I was being … sarcastic.” That was a reference to a Trump remark from last week; the president said he “was asking a question sarcastically” to coronavirus experts at the White House about using disinfectant “by injection inside or almost a cleaning.” Many of the president’s critics said they didn’t buy his explanation.

The White House has been planning to shift Trump’s public focus to the burgeoning efforts aimed at easing the economic devastation caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Days after he publicly mused that scientists should explore the injection of toxic disinfectants as a potential virus cure, Trump has now rejected the utility of his daily task force briefings, where he has created friction with scientific experts. Trump’s aides have been aiming to move the president onto more familiar ground: talking up the economy, in tighter controlled settings.

Some states have started to ease closure orders, and Trump is expected to begin to highlight his administration’s work in helping businesses and employees. Aides said the president would hold more frequent roundtables with CEOs, business owners and beneficiaries of the trillions of dollars in federal aid already approved by Congress, and begin to outline what he hopes to see in a future recovery package.

I noticed that President Trump did not hold a Press Briefing yesterday.

I don’t blame him.

Today’s “Broadcast Journalists, with a few notable exceptions, are nothing but a bunch of Democrat Minions, doing the bidding of their masters.

Just like the rest of the Far Left Democratic Party, they want to end the presidency of Donald J. Trump right now, or, at least make sure that he will not be reelected on November 3rd, 2020.

I, like millions of other Americans, have been watching Trump’s Press Briefings, glad that he was attempting to keep us informed as to what was going on during this pandemic which is affecting American and the rest of the world.

And, like other average Americans, I have been angered by the shear disrespectful arrogance of the “reporters” from CNN, CBS, MSNBC, and their fellow travelers, including some young woman from a news service affiliated with Communist China, the nation responsible for releasing this coronavirus on the world!

This generation of imbeciles who call themselves news reporters are nothing but glorified paparazzi attempting to showboat and make a name for themselves by trying to purposefully embarrass the President of the United States of America during a National Emergency which has killed tens of thousands of Americans.

New Yorker Magazine, or The New Yorker, as it is called, is nothing by a Trump-hating Liberal Rag, not fit to line the bottom of a birdcage.

Besides Hendrick Hertzberg, it also features an exceedingly unfunny political cartoonist/satirist named Andy Borowitz.

You may have seen Borowitz’s feeble efforts on Facebook Political Pages, as Liberals find him hilarious. Then again, Liberals also believe that Pelosi and Biden possess all their mental faculties.

Let’s face it. as demonstrated by the words and actions of the Main Stream Media’s representatives like Hertzberg, President Trump owes them nothing but silence.

They, like the Far Left Democratic Party Elite, are not on the side of average Americans.

NYC’s de Blasio Distributing 500,000 Halal Meals to Muslims During Ramadan After Threatening to Permanently Close Churches and Synagogues

Liberals are so out of touch with average Americans that they view Traditional American Values, such as Christianity, to be antiquated and unnecessary in their future political vision of a Democratic Socialist America.

Case in point…

TheBlaze.com reports that

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Thursday that the city will take steps to provide for its Muslim community amid the coronavirus by distributing “over half a million meals” during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The 500,000 Halal meals will be distributed at 32 Department of Education buildings and other community organizations during Ramadan, Bloomberg News reported. Ramadan began Thursday evening and will end the evening of May 23.

“One of Ramadan’s most noble callings is to feed the hungry,” de Blasio said Thursday during a press briefing. “To remember to be there for those in need. And that is now harder than ever now that people can’t go to their mosques.”

He had a different tone for Christians and Jews

“We all wish that the celebrations of Easter and Passover could have been so different,” de Blasio said during the briefing.

However, many Christian and Jewish New Yorkers may find that statement unsettling, given the mayor’s harsh warning for the faithful from those religions at the start of the COVID-19 outbreak in the city.

You may remember that de Blasio threatened to permanently close churches and synagogues that dared gather together in violation of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s shelter-in-place order.

TheBlaze’s Chris Enloe noted that de Blasio’s threat was launched only hours before Jews were to meet for their weekly Shabbat gatherings.

Anything else?

This is not the first time that New York officials have appeared to give preferential treatment to Muslims in the state over Christians and Jews.

Earlier this week, TheBlaze reported on a New York mosque that remains open for daily prayers in the upstate even as the state’s current executive order broadly bans all “non-essential gatherings of individuals of any size for any reason.”

The news came as churches across the country have faced growing criticism and, in many cases, punishment for continuing to gather amid the pandemic.

De Blasio threatening to keep New York City’s Churches and Synagogues closed forever does not surprise me at all.

Do you remember when New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said that Conservative Republicans,

Right-to-life, pro-assault weapons, anti-gay — if that’s who they are, they have no place in the state of New York because that’s not who New Yorkers are.

And New York City’s Communist Mayor, Bill DeBlasio, publicly agreed with his remarks?

Imagine if the Governors of the states of North Carolina and Mississippi had proclaimed that all Democrats, Liberals, and libertarians, gay or straight “had no place in the state of Mississippi because that’s not who Mississippians are”.

Oh, Lawdy.

Democrat Pundits, and Liberal and small “l” libertarian Politicians, on both sides of the aisle, would have a bigger conniption than that of Rosie O’Donnell, if she were banned from America’s all-you-can-eat buffets.

Concerning the question about treating Muslims differently, yes, it is ideal to treat people the way you would want them to treat you.

However, while I have met some very nice American Muslims, I have also been inside a mosque where I was looked at as if they wanted to take a scimitar to my neck.

If Moderate Muslims are not behind their radical brethren’s eternal jihad against us infidels, they need to get their mugs in front of the cable news networks’ TV cameras and say so…because all I see representing them when I turn on the news, are the abrasive members of CAIR, blaming America for all the world’s troubles.

Which is ironic, because the Former President of the United States of America is still demonstrably Islam’s biggest supporter in this country, as so aptly proven by his refusal to participate in the March Against Radical Islam, led by 50 World Leaders, held in Paris, France after the horrible Islamic Terrorist Attack there.

Are “The Smartest People in the Room” so contrary, as to not realize that Radical Islam punishes every single social issue that American Liberals so “righteously” defend in this nation?

The maddening thing is that every time you challenge Liberals on this fact, they try to equate Radical Islam with American Christianity.

Frankly, the ignorance of Modern American Liberals blows my mind.

There is a very important difference between being an average Christian American and a Muslim, living in America.

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

For Liberals like Mayor de Blasio to deny that is disingenuous at best, and just plain dangerous at worst.

“Larry King Live” 1993 Video Shows Mom of Alleged Biden Sexual Assault Victim Tara Reade Talking About “Problems”

A resurfaced clip on “Larry King Live” in 1993 appears to show the mother of Tara Reade — who has accused Joe Biden of past sexual assault while in the Senate — alluding to “problems” her daughter faced while working as a staffer for the then-Delaware senator.

In a telephone interview with Fox News on Friday night, Reade confirmed that her mother called into the show. Biden’s presidential campaign has adamantly denied Reade’s allegations but the video could be cited as evidence supporting Reade’s allegation – even though her late mother, in the clip, does not specifically refer to a sexual assault claim.

The Intercept on Friday first reported the transcript of a broadcast from Aug. 11, 1993, of a woman from San Luis Obispo County in California calling into the show about her daughter’s experience on Capitol Hill.

“San Luis Obispo, California, hello,” King began.

“Yes, hello. I’m wondering what a staffer would do besides go to the press in Washington? My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator, and could not get through with her problems at all, and the only thing she could have done was go to the press, and she chose not to do it out of respect for him,” the caller said.

“In other words, she had a story to tell but, out of respect for the person she worked for, she didn’t tell it?” King followed.

“That’s true,” the woman responded before King cut away to a panel to discuss her claim.

That woman was Jeanette Altimus, Reade’s mother, Reade told news outlets, including Fox News.

Later Friday, the Media Research Center found the clip in its archives matching the information provided by The Intercept.

Reade took to Twitter to confirm that it was her mother who called into “Larry King Live.”

“This is my mom. I miss her so much and her brave support of me,” Reade tweeted about her mother, who passed away in 2016.

Reade’s story first resurfaced in an article in The Intercept on March 24. Podcast host Katie Halper then interviewed Reade, who said that in 1993, a more senior member of Biden’s staff asked her to bring the then-senator his gym bag near the Capitol building, which led to the encounter in question.

“He greeted me, he remembered my name, and then we were alone. It was the strangest thing,” Reade told Halper. “There was no like, exchange really. He just had me up against the wall.”

Reade said that she was wearing “a business skirt,” but “wasn’t wearing stockings—it was a hot day.”

She continued: “His hands were on me and underneath my clothes, and he went down my skirt and then up inside it and he penetrated me with his fingers and he was kissing me at the same time and he was saying some things to me.”

Reade claimed Biden first asked if she wanted “to go somewhere else.”

“I pulled away, he got finished doing what he was doing,” Reade said. “He said: ‘Come on, man. I heard you liked me.’”

Reade said she tried to share her story last year, but nobody listened to her. Earlier this month, she filed a criminal complaint against Biden with police in Washington, D.C.

Fox News reached out to the Biden campaign on Friday for comment. The campaign referred Fox News to a statement earlier this month from Biden Deputy Campaign Manager Kate Bedingfield that said: “What is clear about this claim: it is untrue. This absolutely did not happen.”

“Vice President Biden has dedicated his public life to changing the culture and the laws around violence against women,” Bedingfield said. “He authored and fought for the passage and reauthorization of the landmark Violence Against Women Act. He firmly believes that women have a right to be heard – and heard respectfully. Such claims should also be diligently reviewed by an independent press.

Speaking to Fox News on Friday, Reade recalled being “furious” at her mother for phoning into CNN after having watched the clip on a recorded tape following the broadcast.

She told Fox News she “dreamt” about her mother on Thursday night. The following morning, The Intercept’s Ryan Grim told her that he found the transcript.

Reade said she “cried” when she watched the clip on Friday evening, telling Fox News it had been years since she had heard mother’s voice. She had urged Reade to file a police report at the time of the alleged assault, Reade said.

“Always listen to your mom, always listen to your mom,” an emotional Reade reflected to Fox News.

Still, the mother’s interview doesn’t specifically corroborate Reade’s latest allegations of assault, and could be referring more to the bullying allegations she raised last year. The Washington Post reported that in a 2020 interview, Reade laid more blame with Biden’s staffers for “bullying her” than with Biden himself.

Reade has come forward before—last year, when multiple women emerged claiming inappropriate touching by Biden. Reade, at the time, claimed Biden put his hands on her shoulders and rubbed his fingers up and down her neck, but was unable to gain traction on her story aside from an article in a local newspaper.

But in recent weeks, Reade told a far more graphic account, with different and more serious details, raising the allegation to the level of sexual assault.

“Now we’ll see if a different set of rules still applies to Joe Biden,” Erin Perrine, the principal deputy communications for President Trump’s re-election campaign, said in a statement to Fox News. “Maybe now at least one reporter will ask him about it.”

Gentle readers, would you like to know why the Democrats and their minions, the Main Stream Media, keep on making stuff up and misconstruing what President Trump says during the Daily Coronavirus Taskforce Press Briefings?

It is because their Potential Democratic Presidential Candidate is a groping old horndog who is suffering from dementia so badly that he cannot speak extemporaneously and must be limited to 7-minute speeches directly off of a teleprompter.

And, even then he screws up.

We have all seen the pictures and have heard stories about his behavior toward women.

A number of Democratic presidential candidates weighed in on Sunday on the allegations made by a former Nevada political candidate that former Vice President Joe Biden kissed her on the back of the head in 2014.

…Flores made the accusations in a piece in New York magazine in which she accused the former vice president of approaching her from behind, putting his hands on her shoulders, sniffing her hair and kissing her on the back of the head.

“The vice president of the United States of America had just touched me in an intimate way reserved for close friends, family, or romantic partners — and I felt powerless to do anything about it,” she wrote.

And, of course, there was his comment about children being fascinated by his hairy legs.

There are also reports from years past of him being naked in his swimming pool in front of reporters.

And, the Democrats believe that this loser is Presidential Material?

Are you kidding me?

If you think that the staged fake “Bimbo Eruption” that the Dems and Ambulance Chaser Gloria Allred tried against Candidate Trump before he became president was something…you ain’t seen nothing, yet.

President Trump had a contentious exchange with Washington Post journalist Philip Rucker at Thursday’s coronavirus task force briefing.

Following the task force’s presentation about the virus’s vulnerability to sunlight and humidity, Rucker asked the president if it’s “dangerous” for him to suggest that it’s safe for people to go outside, pointing to the death counts in places with warmer climates like Florida and Singapore.

“Here we go, here we go — the new headline is ‘Trump asks people to go outside — that’s dangerous,'” Trump mocked Rucker. “You ready? I hope people enjoy the sun and if it has an impact, that’s great.”

Trump highlighted the prior “rumor” that heat is effective in killing the virus and questioned if “light and heat” can be applied to a cure, stressing that he’s “not a doctor” but that it may or may not work. Dr. Deborah Birx said having a fever helps the body respond to the virus, though expressed uncertainty about Trump’s suggestion.

However, none of that sat well with the Post’s White House bureau chief, who is also an MSNBC analyst.

“But respectfully, sir, you’re the president and people tuning in to these briefings — they want to get information and guidance and want to know what to do. They’re not looking for a rumor,” Rucker said.

“Hey Phil, I’m the president and you’re fake news,” Trump shot back. “And you know what I’ll say to you? I’ll say it very nicely. I know you well, I know you well because I know the guy, I’ve seen what he writes. He’s a total faker. So, are you ready?… It’s just a suggestion from a brilliant lab by a very, very smart man. He’s talking about sun, he’s talking about heat. And you see the numbers. So that’s it. That’s all I have. I’m just here to present talent. I’m here to present ideas because we want ideas to get rid of this thing.”

After his praise for Bill Bryan, the head of the science and technology directorate at the Department of Homeland, Trump added, “And if heat is good and if sunlight is good, that’s a great thing as far as I’m concerned.”

A chart released by during the White House coronavirus task force by the DHS showed that the novel coronavirus dies within two minutes in hot summer humidity while on surfaces and a minute and a half while in the air.

“Coronavirus dies at a much more rapid pace when exposed to sunlight and humidity,” Bryan said during the White House briefing. “The virus dies the quickest in direct sunlight. Isopropyl alcohol will kill the virus in 30 seconds.”

Bryan, however, warned that the results from a DHS study were still in the nascent stages and cautioned Americans to continue practicing social distancing and other hygiene measures outlined by the federal government.

The question is, why did President Trump being glad to see a possible light at the end of the Coronavirus Tunnel get the reports from The Washington Post so agitated?

It’s simple.

Those reports, like their masters in the Democratic Party Hierarchy, believe that the longer that the Chinese Coronavirus lingers on, the longer that Democratic Governors will attempt to limit the Constitutional Freedom of American Citizens.

The longer that they can make this pandemic last, the worse the American Economy is going to get and the better their chances of spoiling President Trump’s bid for reelection…even running a loser like Joe Biden.

If these preliminary studies are correct and the change of seasons from spring to summer will go a long way in eradicating the coronavirus, Then that leaves the President and his Administration time to begin the process of rebuilding America’s Economy.

From here in my man-cave in the Mid-Southern part of America’s Heartland, it appears to me like the Far Left Democrats would rather America’s Economy tanks and the millions of Americans currently unemployed remain that way, so that Sleepy Joe and the real power behind him can convince Americans just how benevolent that they and the “Democratic Socialism” which they will be peddling will be when they are sitting in the Oval Office come January of 2021.

As one of my fellow writers at http://www.Spartareport.com said in a discussion yesterday, what the Democrats don’t get is that the real power of the movement that elected Trump in 2016 was not Candidate Trump himself but the average Americans who supported him.

The “smartest people in the Room” are so cloistered up there in Washington, D.C. from us “commoners”, that the value system and political ideology which has consumed them has as much in average Americans as Rosie O’Donnell does with Jenny Craig.

In order for the Democrats to have a change in the 2020 Presidential Election, the Chinese Coronavirus Pandemic must drag on for as long as possible.

Because, the longer it drags on, the more that the America that we know and love will resemble the Marxist Nation that the Far Left Democrats want to change us into.

Cuomo Drops Mask, Tells Protesters if They Want to Go Back to Work “Get a Job as an Essential Worker”

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Holds Media Briefing

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday that protesters calling for the state to reopen the economy so they can go back to work could “get a job as an essential worker.”

Cuomo made the comment at the end of a long exchange with WRGB reporter Anne McCloy, who told the governor that she spoke with demonstrators outside New York’s state Capitol in Albany before heading inside for the daily press conference. The protesters told her they can’t wait for widespread coronavirus testing – which Cuomo has been pushing — and want to return to work so they can have an income and feed their families, McCloy said.

“By the way — if you want to go to work, go take the job as an essential worker. Do it tomorrow,” Cuomo said.

“But the people aren’t hiring because of the pandemic,” McCloy responded.

“No, there are people hiring,” Cuomo said. “You can get a job as an essential worker, so now you can go to work and you can be an essential worker and you’re not going to kill anyone.”

Cuomo said earlier that “we get the economic anxiety, the question is how do you respond to it and do you respond to it in a way that jeopardizes public health and possibly causes more people to die?”

He also noted that the federal government is providing financial assistance for Americans and his state is “moving heaven and earth” to speed up payments to New Yorkers who file for unemployment.

Cuomo has ordered non-essential businesses to remain closed through May 15. New York state has been hardest-hit by the coronavirus in the U.S., with an additional 474 deaths reported Wednesday.

“Beware because there can be a second wave or there could be a third wave. So don’t be cocky just because you got hit by a wave and it didn’t knock you off your feet. There can be a second wave,” Cuomo warned. “And if you’re not ready for the second wave, that’s the wave that’s going to knock you down, because you’re not ready for it.”

You know, gentle readers, at first it was the sheer arrogance of Gov. Cuomo’s statement that got my attention.

Cuomo’s tone-deaf statement was as bad as Nancy Pelosi’s tour of her ice cream freezer filled with more flavors than Baskin Robbins.

And then, I looked beyond the beyond the tone-deafness and arrogance…and it hit me.

At this point, the continuation of a nationwide lockdown and the resulting draconian measures taken by some Democratic Governors is not as much about caution as it is about control.

Let’s face it…the Far Left Democrat Party with all their talk about “rights” (usually when they are talking about special interest groups) are actually nothing but a bunch of FASCISTS.

For years now, I have referred to the intolerant political ideology of Modern American Liberals as “The New Fascism” because of their disdain and condescension when speaking about patriotism and the traditional American Faith and Values held by average Americans.

What we are seeing now, as regards the radical movement to the Left of the Political Spectrum, which includes anti-Semitism, of the Democratic Party, which began under Former President Barack Hussein Obama, is a result of an amalgamation of the political philosophies of the special interest groups who have replaced average Americans as the Democrats’ Voting Base.

The political philosophies of Marxism, fascism, and Anti-Semitism, which the Far Left Democrats have now embraced, are the anti-thesis of who they claim to be.

Ladies and gentlemen, I firmly believe that America is in the middle of fighting a new war against fascism.

It’s not a war that is being fought with guns and bullets, But instead, it has been fought with superfluous Congressional Hearings attacking President Trump, anonymous sources, unproven baseless accusations, and the Vanguard of the Modern Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media.

And now, Americans are witnessing a stripping away of rights as these same politicians take advantage of the Coronavirus Lockdown to ban activities which have nothing to do with the spread of the contagion.

This crisis has allowed those who seek control over our daily lives to further their quest to take away our Constitutional Freedoms and our form of government, including our System of Checks and Balances, which has already been challenged by a Speaker of the House who believes that she is as powerful as the President.

By now, there’s some out there in the audience saying, “Oh Lord, the crazy old cracker’s overreacting again.”

No, Skippy, I’m not.

If you try to talk to a Liberal about this New Fascism, they will deny that there is any fascism going on at all. In fact, they will tell you that their radicalism “the will of the people” and they will site Democratically stacked push polls in order to back their opinion up.

Liberals can not legitimately defend their positions, such as the suppression of the Second Amendment Rights of average Americans, the Silent Coup began by those members of the DOJ and FBI during the Obama Administration against now-President Trump, the “Caining” of Judge Kavanaugh, and now, the taking advantage of a national crisis in an attempt to install a form of government identical to that of the country responsible for this modern-day plague.

Fascism, in any form, remains indefensible.

All of this political unethical behavior by the Far Left Democrats is reminiscent of both the Russian Revolution and Hitler and his Brown Shirts’ “Beer Hall Putsch” which probably should have been expected, given the “New Wokesheviks” track record of Liberal Intolerance and aversion to opposing viewpoints.

Ronald Reagan, during an interview with Mike Wallace on 12/14/75, quipped…

“You know, someone very profoundly once said many years ago that if fascism ever comes to America, it will come in the name of liberalism.”
