Pelosi and Dem Elite Blast Trump for Expanding Travel Ban to 6 More Countries…Why Don’t They Want to Keep America Safe?

untitled (298)

“Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or any class of aliens into the U.S. would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants, non-immigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions that he may deem to be appropriate,”- 8 U.S. Code § 1182

FoxNews.com reports that

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was one of a number of top Democrats to rip into President Trump’s decision to expand the travel ban to include six more countries on Friday — with Pelosi describing it as “discrimination disguised as policy.”

“The Trump administration’s expansion of its outrageous, un-American travel ban threatens our security, our values and the rule of law,” she said in a statement. “The sweeping rule, barring more than 350 million individuals from predominantly African nations from traveling to the United States, is discrimination disguised as policy.”

The Trump administration is expanding restrictions to include Burma, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Tanzania and Sudan. Those are added to the current seven countries already included in the ban: Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen.

The initial ban was branded by critics as a “Muslim ban,” noting that President Trump had promised such a ban during his campaign and that the initial countries (which did not include North Korea and Venezuela, but did include Chad) were Muslim-majority countries.

But after multiple court challenges, the Supreme Court upheld its constitutionality in 2018.

For Burma, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan and Nigeria, the restrictions will apply to immigrant visas — for those seeking to live or work in the U.S. permanently. For Sudan and Tanzania, the restrictions are being placed on diversity visas — that come from the controversial diversity lottery program that grants visas to prospective immigrants randomly each year.

The initial seven countries have restrictions on both immigrant and non-immigrant visas, but Acting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Chad Wolf told reporters that the six countries announced Friday are very different from the current seven, which is why the restrictions are lighter.

“These countries, for the most part, want to be helpful, want to do the right thing, have relationships with the U.S. and are in some cases improving relations, but for a variety of different reasons failed to meet those minimum requirements that we laid out,” he said.

Criteria considered when judging countries included to what extent the countries share information on passports and prospective bad actors, as well as whether or not the country poses an elevated national security risk in relation to crime, terrorism and illegal immigration.

But the more nuanced approach did not appear to soften Democratic complaints about the move.

“With this latest callous decision, the President has doubled down on his cruelty and further undermined our global leadership, our Constitution and our proud heritage as a nation of immigrants,” Pelosi said.

Pelosi pledged that Democrats will oppose the ban in the courts and in Congress. She said that the House Judiciary Committee will mark up and send the “NO BAN Act” to the House floor. That legislation prohibits religious discrimination in immigration-related decisions. It also imposes restrictions on the president’s authority to restrict immigration — forcing the administration to provide evidence of such a need to Congress for that restriction.

Ever since Pelosi regained the gavel of Speaker of the House after the 2018 Midterm Elections, she has viewed herself as a “co-president”, much like Hillary Clinton was billed as during Bubba’s presidency.

Thing is,,,she isn’t.

The President is the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief Executive whose job it is to protect the safety of our Sovereign Nation and the lives of American Citizens.

Nancy Pelosi, as Speaker of the House of Representatives is the chosen, privately elected, leader of one part of the Legislative Branch of our government.

And while it is her job to help create legislation  which passes through the House to the Senate to be voted on, she does not have the last word on what becomes the “Law of the Land”.

The President stills holds Veto Power over any legislation which arrives on his desk from Congress.

Now, let’s talk about the “religion” part of her argument for a moment.

On February 5th, 2015 after then-President Barack Hussein Obama’s incendiary and decidedly anti-Christian remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast, Reverend Franklin Graham spoke truth to power:

Today at the National Prayer Breakfast, the President implied that what ISIS is doing is equivalent to what happened over 1000 years ago during the Crusades and the Inquisition. Mr. President–Many people in history have used the name of Jesus Christ to accomplish evil things for their own desires. But Jesus taught peace, love and forgiveness. He came to give His life for the sins of mankind, not to take life. Mohammad on the contrary was a warrior and killed many innocent people. True followers of Christ emulate Christ—true followers of Mohammed emulate Mohammed.

As Rev. Graham said so eloquently, Islam and Christianity present two very different Deities, who may share some similarities, but who have different identities and ultimately different standards. To pretend they are the same is not only to be clueless of the faith of 76% of the citizens of this nation, but, to be ignorant of an integral part of our American Heritage, the legacy of Christian Faith, which our Founding Fathers bequeathed us.

During the Republican Presidential Primary, Republican Presidential Candidate Hopeful, Dr. Ben Carson, got a lot of attention from hang-wringing Liberals in the Main Stream Media, the Democratic Party, and among the Vichy Republicans, also, when he said that a Muslim should never be President of the United States of America., because Sharia Law is incompatible with The United States Constitution.

He was absolutely right.

I am not saying that every Muslim is on a jihad against “the infidels”, and, wish to invade our Sovereign Nation and over-throw our Government.

However, there is a difference between being an average Christian American and a Muslim, living in America.

In Islam, the way to “walk with God and escape his judgment on that final day of judgment” is through ‘falah’, which means self-effort or positive achievement. The faithful must submit to God and follow all of his laws as found in the Koran. Judgment day in Islam involves some sort of measurement of what the believer has done wrong and what they have done right. And, even then, you might not be let into heaven if Allah decides you’re not good enough.

This is the direct opposite of Christianity.

According to the Bible, no man can ever be good enough to deserve God’s favor, to win God’s heaven, because from birth we have Free Will. This Free Will may cause us to reject God and live our lives our own way. That’s why it was necessary for Jesus Christ to die for our sins, covering us in His blood of the New Covenant.

God’s Word tells us that what we need is not ‘falah,’ but faith. To have faith in, to trust, to rely on Jesus and his death as as “the expiation for our sins”. Those who have been Saved by Jesus Christ can be sure that in the future God will welcome them into heaven with wide open arms, because they have been washed by His blood.

Islam and Christianity present two very different Deities, who may share some similarities, but who have different identities and ultimately different standards. To pretend they are the same is not only to be clueless of the faith of 76% of the citizens of this nation, but, to be ignorant of an integral part of our American Heritage, the legacy of Christian Faith, which our Founding Fathers bequeathed us.

Now, I am not saying that every Muslim is on a jihad against “the infidels”.

However…

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the Radical Islamist Couple in San Bernadino, it let them to murder their neighbors and co-workers.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it has turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

While we are told as Christians to “entertain strangers”, we are also told to

be wise as serpents and innocent as doves – Matthew 10:16

You can’t “be wise” if you lose your head.

And, that is what President Trump is trying to prevent.

Trump Defense Team: “This Entire Process is…a Dangerous Attack on the American People…and Their Right to Vote”…You’re Darn Skippy!

fine-print-cdn-600

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump’s legal team on Saturday issued a full-throttle defense to the articles of impeachment, refuting the substance and process of the charges while accusing House Democrats of engaging in a “dangerous attack” on the right of the American people to freely choose their president.

“This is a brazen and unlawful attempt to overturn the results of the 2016 election and interfere with the 2020 election — now just months away,” the legal filing said. “The highly partisan and reckless obsession with impeaching the president began the day he was inaugurated and continues to this day.”

“The articles of impeachment are constitutionally invalid on their face,” the seven-page filing continued.

The legal paperwork is the first formal response to the two articles of impeachment read in the Senate on Thursday for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.

Trump’s lawyers argued that the articles of impeachment “violate the Constitution” and are “defective in their entirety” because they were the product of invalid House proceedings that “flagrantly denied the President any due process rights.”

At the crux of Trump’s defense is that he did nothing wrong in his July 25 phone call with the president of Ukraine when he asked for investigations into Democrats. The White House argues that military aid to Ukraine was ultimately released without any announcement of investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

The lawyers contend House Democrats fail to allege any crime or violation of law whatsoever, let alone, high crimes or misdemeanors.

“In order to preserve our constitutional structure of government, to reject the poisonous partisanship that the Framers warned against, to ensure one-party political impeachment vendettas do not become the ‘new normal,’ and to vindicate the will of the American people, the Senate must reject both Articles of Impeachment,” Trump’s legal team wrote. “In the end, this entire process is nothing more than a dangerous attack on the American people themselves and their fundamental right to vote.”

Exactly right.

I can remember that night as if it was last night.

Every single news outlet had told us that Hillary Clinton was going to be our next President.

And, then it happened…

After average Americans started getting off work, Trump started winning the Electoral Vote in states where he was not supposed to have a chance.

And, when all the votes were counted, he took the Electoral College Vote handily and became the 45th President of the United States of America.

And, that night, in the midst of their shock, grief, and desperation, the Democratic Elite began their planning for the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

While their “Wokesheviks” staged protests, the Democrats came forward with claims that President Trump had “colluded” with the Russians in order to steal the Presidency from “Saint Hillary”.

A Special Prosecutor was named and after Democratic Donors were selected as his Investigative Team, Witch Hunt #1 began

Some two and one-half years later, that same Special Prosecutor, after ruling that there was no collusion by President Trump and his staff with the Russians, appeared before Congress to answer their questions.

He turned out to be nothing but a doddering old man.

Dejected, depressed, and still in the midst of a temper tantrum, the Democratic Elite searched for some other way to overturn the vote of the American people.

Then, they decided to attempt something they had recently tried in the Confirmation Hearings of Supreme Court Justice Nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

They lined up a bunch of professional bureaucrats serving in the Ukraine to claim that President Trump attempted to leverage aid to Ukraine in return for information about Joe and Hunter Biden’s scam involving Burisma Holdings.

Secret Soviet-style Tribunals were held by Rep. Adam Schiff in closed-door meetings.

Finally, in order to dupe low information voters into thinking that they were being fair, the Democrats brought back some of their witnesses for Public Hearings, during which the Republican members of the Intelligence Committee could ask questions but Chairman Schiff would determine which ones that he would let them answer.

The Republicans were not able to call their own witnesses nor was the President allowed to be represented.

What the Democrats did not count on was the fact that most Americans saw right through their actions and were not impressed.

Just like a child throwing a temper tantrum, the Far Left Democrats have been determined to impeach Trump since Election Night 2016, even though their House “Impeachment Inquiry” Hearings made it very clear by their own witnesses that he has done nothing impeachable.

When our Founding Fathers wrote our Constitution, they wrote it for ALL Americans.

They envisioned it as the glue which would hold together our Republic,

They came up with the process of Impeachment as a way to protect the nation from evil men who might usurp the power of the Executive Branch to commit “High Crimes and Misdemeanors”.

They did not place the process of Impeachment within our Constitution to be used as a Political Tool by one political party as a weapon of vengeance following a lost Presidential Election through which to nullify the Electoral Vote via usurping the power of a House Majority in order to overrule the right of Americans to choose our President.

It is imperative to securing our future as a free and Sovereign Republic that this Sham Impeachment is either dismissed as unconstitutional or that President Trump is acquitted of these unimpeachable charges made up by the House Democrats.

Average Americans will not tolerate anything else.

Pelosi Signs Articles of Impeachment Calling it Making “History”…It Was, But in a Way Our Founders Never Intended

IMPEACHMENT

FoxNews.com reports that

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., put her signature on the articles of impeachment brought against President Trump on Wednesday – setting up the trial that places the fate of Trump’s presidency in the hands of the Senate.

Pelosi, who signed the articles during an engrossment ceremony on Capitol Hill, criticized Trump’s actions, which she had jeopardized national security and violated his oath of office.

“So sad, so tragic for our country,” she said.

Pelosi added: “As we make history, we will be making progress for the American people. … Make it be very clear that this president will be held accountable and that no one is above the law.”

After Pelosi signed the articles of impeachment, she handed out the pens she used to the House managers and posed for photos with them.

Following the pomp and protocol of the engrossment ceremony, Clerk of the House Cheryl Johnson brought a note to the Senate floor notifying the upper chamber of Congress that Pelosi had signed the articles of impeachment and appointed the managers for the House.

House Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said that the Senate will meet with the House managers at noon on Thursday to officially receive the articles of impeachment.

Wednesday’s mostly partly-line House vote to deliver the charges was 228-193, reflecting the deeply divided nation at the start of this presidential election year. It came one month after the House impeached Trump alleging he abused his presidential power by pressuring Ukraine to investigate Democratic rival Joe Biden, using military aid to the country as leverage. Trump was also charged with obstructing Congress’ ensuing probe.

The Senate will transform itself into an impeachment court on Thursday. The Constitution calls on Chief Justice John Roberts to preside at the trial, administering the oath to senators who will serve as jurors and swear to deliver “impartial justice.” Opening arguments are to begin next Tuesday after the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

The president’s team expects acquittal, with a Senate trial lasting no more than two weeks, according to senior administration officials unauthorized to discuss the matter and granted anonymity. That’s far shorter than the last presidential impeachment trial, of Bill Clinton, in 1999, or the first one, of Andrew Johnson, in 1868.

McConnell has said he prefers to model Trump’s trial partly on the process used for Clinton’s impeachment trial in 1999. It, too, contained motions for dismissal or calling new witnesses.

McConnell is hesitant to call new witnesses who would prolong the trial and put vulnerable senators who are up for reelection in 2020 in a bind with tough choices. At the same time, he wants to give those same senators ample room to show voters they are listening.

That earthquake which everyone felt across the country yesterday was our Founding Fathers rolling over in their graves.

For the first time in our nation’s history, our Legislative Branch is about to have a Senate “Trial” over Articles of Impeachment being brought against a President who is accomplishing every Campaign Promise he made, who is packing arenas from coast to coast when he speaks to average Americans, and who just eliminated an enemy of America who was directly responsible for killing over 600 of our Brightest and Best and had plans for more Islamic Terrorist Attacks.

Why is the 45th President of the United States of America being Impeached?

Because he, as a Washington Outsider, won the 2016 Presidential Election, spoiling the Far Left Democratic Party’s dream of making America a Democratic Socialist (i.e., Marxist) country.

The Democrats’ plan to impeach Donald J. Trump began on Election Night 2016, as they swore through their tears to somehow, someway, remove him from the office, which was “rightfully” their destiny.

Their problem was that even after spying on his campaign, they had no actual dirt against him.

So, they decided to dream up the Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, a lie which the Democrats spent billions of our money trying to “prove” to be reality.

That plan failed, as the Special Counsel, a doddering old man whom they chose as a figurehead to mask their dirty work, found that there was no collusion, no obstruction, no anything.

And now, after House Democrats held secret hearings in the basement of the Capitol Building, locking House Republicans out and limiting their participation, Americans will witness today the formal handing over their sacred “Articles of Impeachment” which are not even impeachable offenses, rising nowhere near the requirement of “high crimes and misdemeanors”.

Our Founders meant for Impeachment to be a partisan remedy for defending the nation from a President who had willingly committed a high crime or misdemeanor which severely damaged our Sovereign Nation.

The Democrats have turned the process of Impeachment a President into a Partisan Panacea to placate the hurt feelings of their Social Justice Warriors or, as I have named them, the Wokesheviks, while attempting to get President Trump out of their way so that they may win the Presidency in the 2020 Election.

In other words, if you can’t beat him, impeach him.

Thank God that it appears that the Senate is not going to let the House Democrats have their way.

Out here in Realityville, my fellow average Americans, otherwise known as “Deplorables”, have had their fill of Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, the Squad, and the rest of the cast of this remake of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”.

They are enjoying a prosperous America.

And, they have no intention of giving it back to the Democrats.

Once President Trump is acquitted, Nancy and company are going to be the ones answering for THEIR actions…on November 3, 2020.

Pelosi Announces House War Powers Resolution Vote Thursday to Attempt to Limit Trump’s Military Action Against Iran

trump-pelosi-rt-jpo-190101_hpMain_4x3_992

Iran is prosecuting an actual war against us. I applaud the president for taking decisive action against the jihadist regime’s top combatant commander, General Qassem Soleimani, who had orchestrated the operations of anti-American terror networks and was responsible for killing hundreds of American troops.

Rather than engaging in the partisan preening of pointless WPA bickering, Democrats should be joining with Republicans to present a unified American front, in support of a president who is trying to prevent all-out war with Tehran, not provoke it. – Andrew McCarthy, Contributing Editor, National Review

FoxNews.com reports that

Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced plans for the House to vote Thursday on a War Powers Resolution that aims to limit President Trump’s military action toward Iran, saying Democrats have “serious, urgent concerns about the administration’s decision to engage in hostilities against Iran and about its lack of strategy moving forward.”

The Democrat-authored resolution would reassert congressional authority and rebuke Trump’s decision to take out Iran’s top general without their consent. Pelosi said the resolution will go to the House Rules Committee on Wednesday and will be brought to the floor for a vote Thursday.

“Last week, the Trump administration conducted a provocative and disproportionate military airstrike targeting high-level Iranian military officials,” Pelosi said. “The administration took this action without consulting Congress. This action endangered our service members, diplomats and others by risking a serious escalation of tensions with Iran.”

Fox News obtained the text of the resolution the House is prepping for debate on the floor. The resolution “requires the president to consult with Congress ‘in every possible instance’ before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities.”

The measure also appears to handcuff Trump when it comes to future strikes. The resolution says “Congress has not authorized the president to use military force against Iran.” The measure also “directs the president to terminate the use of United States Armed Forces to engage in hostilities in or against Iran or any part of its government or military” unless there is a specific blessing by Congress.

In other words, the plan would have specifically forbidden the drone strike ordered last week that killed Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

Republican leadership aides argued to Fox News that this War Powers Resolution is “toothless,” saying it has “NO chance of becoming law.” They noted how it is a “concurrent” resolution – which are not submitted to the president and do not have the force of law.

The first War Powers Resolution was passed in 1973 in an effort to prevent presidents from using the military without congressional approval. Since then, questions of presidential compliance have become common, with controversy stemming from President Bill Clinton’s actions in Kosovo and President Barack Obama’s operations in Libya.

Similar legislation passed the House last year but failed in the Senate. Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., is pushing it again this year and plans to force a vote that could come as soon as next week.

The announcement from Pelosi came after Democrats huddled at the Capitol Wednesday morning plotting how to rein in Trump after he authorized the lethal strike against Soleimani, even as the president signaled shortly afterward that he’s looking to de-escalate the situation.

Democrats have demanded answers from the administration about the alleged imminent threat that sparked the Soleimani attack, and how Trump will de-escalate the tensions with Iran and keep Americans safe.

Addressing the nation, Trump said Wednesday morning that Iran, though, appears to be standing down and there were no causalities in its retaliatory attack.

“The American people should be extremely grateful and happy,” Trump said in an address from the White House. “No Americans were harmed in last night’s attack by the Iranian regime.”

Oh, the hypocrisy.

Under Former President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm), the U.S. carried out over 2,800 strikes against targets located in Iraq and Syria as part of the overall war against the Islamic State (ISIS).

After Obama came “under intense pressure from Capitol Hill”, he finally submitted a draft authorization for the use of military force against the terrorist organization.

Where was all of this pearl-clutching “concern and righteous indignation” against President Obama when he was approving airstrikes against terrorists in Syria and Iraq?

And, how about the intervention in Libya which Obama arranged with his buddies at the United Nations which turned out to be an abject failure?

In fact, King Barack the First acted on his own authority several times, including his work with DACA and several revisions of Obamacare.

Remember the $150 billion that Obama paid the Mad Mullahs of Iran in 2016?

He certainly did not ask Congress’ permission beforehand. He just did it.

So, if Obama could stage all of those military operations and give all of that money to our Sovereign Nation’s sworn enemy and a state sponsor of Radical Islamic Terrorism, then why can’t President Trump avoid Word War II by taking out a murderous butcher who killed over 600 Americans?

By the way, Obama’s Nuclear Deal with the Iranians would have protected the barbaric General Quassem Soleimani.

Perhaps that is the reason the Pelosi and the Democrats want to be able to control the military actions of our “Commander-in-Chief”…Obama’s “friends” are their “Friends, also.

And, well, there is another reason, as was reported back in January of 2019 by Breitbart.com

In her inaugural speech to the House of Representatives on Thursday, Pelosi sounded a similar theme, calling Congress “co-equal” to the presidency:

“Our nation is at an historic moment. Two months ago, the American people spoke, and demanded a new dawn.

They called upon the beauty of our Constitution: our system of checks and balances that protects our democracy, remembering that the legislative branch is Article I: the first branch of government, co-equal to the president and judiciary.”

By inference, Pelosi seems to believe, the leader of the legislative branch is equal to the president in power.

Dementia is a horrible thing, especially if the demented individual is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

As we say down in Dixie,

Her cornbread ain’t done in the middle.

First off, Pelosi is not the Head of the Legislative Branch of our Constitutional Republic.

She is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, established by our Founding Fathers to be like the British House of Commons, that is, the LOWER House of Congress with the Senate being patterned after the House of Lords, or, the UPPER House.

The United States Constitution mentions the position of Speaker but gives it no unique powers, except being ranked third in the line of succession if anything happens to the President (God forbid).

Also, nowhere in the Constitution does it state that the three branches of government are “co-equal”. The President does not answer to Congress. Congress sends bills to his desk to be signed into law OR VETOED.

He can act on his own accord concerning matters of national security and foreign policy. And, the Judicial Branch, i.e., the courts, have the ability to overturn legislation passed by Congress.

And, while I’m thinking about it, did y’all ever hear Pelosi claim that Cryin’ John Boehner or Vichy Republican Paul Ryan was the equal of Former President Barack Hussein Obama?

Puhleeze.

Pelosi’s Resolution means two things: diddly and squat.

Republicans Introduce Resolution to Force Pelosi to Hand Over the Articles of Impeachment or Face Dismissal of Them

01-keep-digging-li-600

FoxNews.com reports that

Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri joined with a host of fellow Republicans Monday to introduce a resolution allowing the chamber to dismiss articles of impeachment against President Trump for lack of prosecution, as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delays sending the case for trial.

The resolution specifically would update Senate rules to allow the chamber to bring a motion dismissing the articles.

“In the real world, when a prosecutor brings a case but refuses to try it, the court has the ability and the defendant has the right – the constitutional right, I might add — to have those articles, those indictments, those charges dismissed,” Hawley said in a speech on the Senate floor. “That is precisely the action that I am proposing today.”

Hawley joined with co-sponsors Sens. Rick Scott of Florida; Mike Braun of Indiana; Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee; Ted Cruz of Texas; Steve Daines of Montana; John Barrasso of Wyoming; Tom Cotton of Arkansas; Joni Ernst of Iowa; David Perdue of Georgia; and Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma.

“Speaker Pelosi started this bogus impeachment by claiming President Trump was an urgent ‘threat to democracy’ who had to be removed now,” Hawley said in a statement Monday. “But after a bipartisan vote against the articles in the House, and with the public opposed to the Democrats’ partisan games, Pelosi has changed her tune. Now she wants to prevent a Senate trial, perhaps indefinitely. But the Constitution gives the Senate sole power to adjudicate articles of impeachment, not the House.”

He added: “If Speaker Pelosi is afraid to try her case, the articles should be dismissed for failure to prosecute and Congress should get back to doing the people’s business.”

The Senate currently has a set of 26 rules that govern all impeachment proceedings, which presume a “prompt delivery of the articles of impeachment to the Senate following their adoption by the House.”

But last month, the House voted to adopt two articles of impeachment against the president—abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Pelosi, after the vote, said she wanted reassurances that the Senate would hold a fair trial, involving certain Democrat-sought witnesses, before sending over the articles of the Senate to begin proceedings. Pelosi, who has been sitting on the articles of impeachment since before Christmas, has yet to transmit them to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Hawley’s resolution would allow the Senate to dismiss the articles of impeachment for lack of prosecution, once the House has withheld articles for 25 calendar days or more. Under the proposed rule, any senator would be able to move to dismiss the articles once the time period has elapsed. That motion would then be voted upon by the full Senate.

At this point, Pelosi has held the articles of impeachment for 19 days. The House voted to adopt the articles on Dec. 18, 2019.

“After three years of searching for a reason to impeach this president, Democrats in the House cannot seem to find the time to send over the articles of impeachment,” Blackburn said in a statement Monday. “If House Democrats are so confident in their findings, they ought to have no problem sending the articles over within a 25 day deadline.”

On Friday, McConnell spoke from the Senate floor, rejecting Pelosi’s efforts to shape a pending impeachment trial, calling it a “fantasy.”

“Their turn is over. They’ve done enough damage. It’s the Senate’s turn now to render sober judgment,” he said, while stressing that the Senate cannot hold a trial unless and until Pelosi transmits the two articles.

At the center of the inquiry is Trump’s efforts to press Ukraine to launch politically related investigations — regarding former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s dealings in Ukraine, as well as issues related to the 2016 presidential election.

The president’s request came after millions of dollars in U.S. military aid to Ukraine had been frozen, which Democrats argue shows a “quid pro quo” arrangement. Trump has denied any wrongdoing.

McConnell indicated that the Senate process is at a standstill for now, and accused the House of getting “cold feet.”

“The same people who spent weeks screaming that impeachment was so urgent … now decided it could wait indefinitely while they check the political winds and look for some new talking points,” he said.

Senator McConnell is right…but, it is more than that.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi wants to be in control of the Senate, too.

She wants them to do her dirty work for her,

It was the House’s job to build a case against President Trump in order to Impeach him.

Not only did they not produce any direct witnesses, the “articles of Impeachment which they passed are not even “high crimes and misdemeanors”.

So, now, Chuck U. Schumer is on the Senate Floor insisting that THEY have a right to a “fair” Trial. “Fair” in this case meaning that witnesses who might tell the same lies as the House Democrats’ witnesses did “MUST” be called to appear.

McConnell has already said that Pelosi is not in charge of the Senate.

But, don’t tell her that.

Ever since she got her gavel back, she has believed in her demented little mind that SHE is the Commander-in-Chief and is in charge of America’s Domestic and Foreign Policy…not President Donald J. Trump.

The truth is, our brilliant Founding Fathers set6 up our Constitutional Republic’s three branches of government to be loosely based on England’s Parliament.

The Senate is the “Upper House”, like England’s House of Lords. The House of Representatives is the “Lower House” like the House of Commons.

So, Pelosi’s power is NOT equal to power of the President of the United States.

Not anywhere close.

Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, the Squad, and the rest of the Far Left Democrats are the most ignorant, arrogant bunch of scallywags to work within our Federal Government since the Carpetbaggers came south after the “War of Northern Aggression”.

By pushing through the “shampeachment” Pelosi has escalated the Dems’ War against Trump and placed The Democrats in an untenable position, politically.

Pelosi and company know that Impeachment will fail in the Senate.

And that failure will ensure their failure to regain the presidency in 2020.

That is why she is holding onto the articles in a desperate attempt to gain leverage in order to attempt to railroad President Trump…again.

If they stop their crusade to take Trump down, they will still look foolish, having wasted so much time and taxpayers’ money.

Right now, as I sit here in my Man Cave, the election is already shaping up to be a repeat of 2016 with arrogantly oblivious Democrats in the Beltway and on the coasts, believing that average Americans living in the states between them in the Heartland are actually buying the BS that they are shoveling.

These average Americans, or “Deplorables” as Hillary called them, are solidly backing the president, as they see their paychecks increasing along with their opportunities to seek a better job.

They also see and hear Trump speaking to them at his MAGA Rallies in the same manner and way in which they talk to one another: down to earth, straight forward, from the heart, easily understood, and with some great laughs thrown in for good measure.

At this juncture, it is very evident that President Trump is working hard to help Americans and our nation prosper.

All the Democrats are doing is trying to overturn the 2016 Presidential Election because Trump hurt their feelings by getting elected President.

And that, gentle readers, is not a winning Political Platform through which to win back a presidency.

Until He Comes,

House Democrat Majority Votes to Impeach…and Trump is STILL the President

pelosi-impeachment-vote-gty-ps-191031_hpMain_4x3_992

This is not helping the Democratic Party. When you look at swing states and swing voters, they’ve had it with this impeachment — and, frankly, for voters who really don’t care a lot about the intricacies of the House process, they’re turned off. This is the most partisan process I think we’ve ever seen. I was part of Bill Clinton’s defense team in 1999. There was some sense that this was a bipartisan process even if people disagreed. They’re not gonna win the next election on this Ukraine issue or on impeachment. – Doug Shoen, Democratic Strategist and Fox News Analyst, 12/18/19

FoxNews.com reports that

Without any Republican support, the House on Wednesday night voted to impeach President Trump for “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress” related to his dealings with Ukraine, making Trump the third American president ever to be impeached.

The separate votes on the two counts teed up an all-but-certain Senate acquittal, should House Democrats forward the charges to the GOP-controlled chamber. They also fulfilled a promise made by some Democrats ever since Trump’s inauguration to impeach him, even as polls have shown support for impeachment declining.

But, late Wednesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif, floated the possibility of a delay in passing a resolution to formally send the articles of impeachment to the Senate, where Republicans likely would present a strong defense of the president that could prove politically damaging for vulnerable Democrats.

“We’ll make a decision… as we go along.” Pelosi told reporters, adding that “we’ll see what the process will be on the Senate side.”

“We have acted,” Pelosi said. “Now, they’ll understand what their responsibilities are, and we’ll see what that is.”

In 1998, after the impeachment of Bill Clinton, the House sent the charges off to the Senate within minutes. This time around, the House may want to hold onto the articles as leverage to extract concessions from Senate Republicans — or to bury impeachment as polls show it is increasingly unpopular among moderates in key battleground states.

Republicans and conservative commentators slammed any delay in the Senate trial as crass partisan gamesmanship, noting that just this past March, Pelosi had vowed that impeachment would need to be a bipartisan effort. In the end, the only bipartisan aspect of the impeachment process was that a handful of Democrats joined Republicans to oppose it.

That said, this special resolution which the House must approve is considered “privileged,” meaning that if any member wants to call up a vote to transfer it to the Senate, that must happen right away. But, the House can continue to hold onto the articles of impeachment if the resolution were defeated.

The historic impeachment votes were tallied as Trump was holding a rally on friendly turf in frigid downtown Battle Creek, Mich., where thousands lined up hours in advance — with some reportedly sleeping in tents beginning Tuesday night so that they could guarantee a seat.

“By the way, it doesn’t really feel like we’re being impeached,” Trump said at the rally. “The country is doing better than ever before. We did nothing wrong.”

He went on to say that Pelosi and House Democrats had “branded themselves with an eternal mark of shame,” and were on a “political suicide march.”

“I don’t know about you, but I’m having a great time,” Trump said. “I’m not worried.”

The White House, in a statement, said Democrats had denied Trump “fundamental fairness and due process under the law,” and added that Trump was “confident the Senate will restore regular order, fairness, and due process, all of which were ignored in the House proceedings.”

“Today marks the culmination in the House of one of the most shameful political episodes in the history of our Nation,” the White House said. “Without receiving a single Republican vote, and without providing any proof of wrongdoing, Democrats pushed illegitimate articles of impeachment against the President through the House of Representatives.  Democrats have chosen to proceed on this partisan basis in spite of the fact that the President did absolutely nothing wrong.  Indeed, weeks of hearings have proved that he did nothing wrong.”

The vote total on the abuse-of-power count was 230-197, with Hawaii Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard voting present. The obstruction vote total was 229-198, with Gabbard also voting present on that count too.

Okay. So now, the lemmings have marched over the cliff.

They should be jumping for joy like all the Twitter Trolls out there living in their Moms’ basements.

Instead, San Fran Nan teases that she might hold off on sending their made-up Articles of Impeachment to the Senate.

I wonder why?

Perhaps, she thinks that she can bargain with some of the Republican Elite, who she believes do not really care for President Trump.

Perhaps her dementia is running wild and she believes that she controls the Senate, also.

Or, perhaps she realizes that she and her fellow House Democrats are about to not only face a huge national embarrassment courtesy of the Senate when they acquit the President and then they will also face a political tsunami in the 2020 President Election when President Trump is reelected by a landslide and angry average Americans give control of the House of Representatives back to the Republicans.

Meanwhile, on Twitter, the basement-living Trolls are wondering why Trump is still President, having no clue as to how our Republic System of Government actually works.

Just imagine how they, the Main Stream Media, The Squad, and the rest of the Far Left Democrats are going to act when the Senate either dismisses the Impeachment or acquits President Trump.

The Democrats, in their zeal to somehow, someway, get rid of Trump have committed Political Mass Seppuku.

They just don’t realize it…yet.

Trump Sends Pelosi a Blistering Letter Before The Impeachment Vote Over Nothing at All

05-in-case-dt-600

Folks, all that’s happening here is the Democrats using the free media of these televised hearings to have every Democrat that walks or sits before a microphone simply lie to you in a political pursuit of Donald Trump in the next election in 2020. They are still trying to reverse the 2016 election. They are using a friendly, slavish media to use these hearings to simply lie about what Donald Trump did, what Donald Trump wanted, what Donald Trump was thinking. And it can all be nuked.

Every claim they are making can be destroyed and has been. But they’re not stopping because it isn’t about the substance of this. It’s about making it sound so horrible in news sound bites, ’cause not everybody’s watching this today, but they may see sound bites of it tonight, so it’s just the ongoing effort to at its bear minimum lie to the American people about what a rotten guy Donald Trump is, even though they have no evidence for it and every attempt at evidence has been blown to smithereens. – Rush Limbaugh, 12/17/19

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump, in a blistering, no-holds-barred six-page letter Tuesday to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., lambasted the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry as an “open war on American Democracy,” writing that she has 0violated her oath of office and “cheapened the importance of the very ugly word, impeachment!”

“Everyone, you included, knows what is really happening,” Trump said, just a day before House Democrats were expected to vote to impeach him. “Your chosen candidate lost the election in 2016, in an Electoral College landslide (306-227), and you and your party have never recovered from this defeat. So you have spent three straight years attempting to overturn the will of the American people and nullify their votes. You view democracy as your enemy!”

He went on: “You are the ones interfering in America’s elections. You are the ones subverting America’s Democracy. You are the ones Obstructing Justice. You are the ones bringing pain and suffering to our Republic for your own selfish personal, political, and partisan gain.”

Pelosi, speaking to reporters Tuesday evening, called the letter “ridiculous.” She said she feels “fine” but “sad” about the pending impeachment vote.

Trump specifically hammered Pelosi for daring “to invoke the Founding Fathers in pursuit of this election-nullification scheme,” and “even worse,” for “offending Americans of faith by continually saying ‘I pray for the President,’ when you know this statement is not true, unless it is meant in a negative sense.”

“It is a terrible thing you are doing,” Trump added, “but you will have to live with it, not I!”

The president argued that Democrats were trying to distract Americans from the strong economy and historically low unemployment numbers, and pointed out that Democrats have openly called for impeachment since the day he took office.

Democrats’ persistent but unsubstantiated allegations that the Trump campaign had conspired with Russians to influence the 2016 election, the president pointed out, ultimately “dissolved into dust,” but not before the nation had to endure years of “turmoil and torment.” (Also on Tuesday, in a highly unusual public statement, the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court slammed the FBI for its misleading warrant applications to surveil a former Trump aide during the Russia probe, and demanded immediate corrective action.)

Concerning the obstruction-of-Congress impeachment count, Trump attacked Democrats for “trying to impeach the duly elected President of the United States for asserting Constitutionally based privileges that have been asserted on a bipartisan basis by administrations of both political parties throughout our nation’s history.”

And, regarding the abuse-of-power count, Trump noted that it was former Vice President Joe Biden who had “bragged” on video about having Ukraine’s allegedly corrupt prosecutor fired by threatening to withhold $1 billion in critical U.S. aid. But, House Republicans have been barred by Democrats from calling witnesses that would help them make the case that Trump’s concerns about Ukraine corruption were legitimate.

“More due process was afforded to those accused in the Salem Witch trials,” Trump wrote, observing that even Ukraine’s president has repeatedly said at the United Nations that he felt no undue pressure from the White House.

Pelosi has come under withering fire from the president as Democrats barrelled toward an impeachment vote. Earlier this week, Trump suggested that Pelosi’s teeth were “falling out” during a news conference on impeachment.

Trump’s letter came a day before House Democrats are expected to vote along party lines to impeach the president, sending the matter to the GOP-controlled Senate for a virtually certain acquittal. Moderate Democrats in districts Trump won in 2016 largely have fallen in line in favor of impeachment, with only two exceptions.

So, today is the day.

The House Democrats are going vote to impeach President Trump.

They have kept their promise…to themselves.

All those other things which they promised the suburban housewives who voted them into power in the 2018 Midterm Elections were just words spoken by professional politicians…”sound and fury, signifying nothing”.

The Democrats wooed suburban housewives in red districts for the same reason that rich Iranian students in our Universities during the Iranian Revolution romanced American co-eds: they were simply a means to an end.

The Democrats have been bound and determined to impeach Donald J. Trump from the instant that grief overtook them all on the night of November 8, 2016, when they realized that average Americans between the coasts had elected him as the 45th President of the United States of America.

Their every waking moment has been dedicated to the cause of ridding themselves of the President by any means necessary.

The Democrats have tried encouraging open borders through their minions in the Main Stream Media attempting to drum up sympathy for the thousands of invaders from “the Triangle” who were attempting to break into our country.

Trump thwarted that plan.

The Democrats attempted to block his nominee to the Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh, by besmirching his character with a “witness” telling a false tale of debauchery.

That failed, too.

And, let us not forget Special Council Robert Mueller and his “Investigative Team” of lawyers who were all donors to the Democratic Party, spending our tax payments while attempting to prove a bunch of lies about President Trump “colluding” with the Russians.

That blew up in the Democrats’ faces.

And now, the House Dems are going to vote to impeach President Donald J. Trump…over nothing.

I don’t blame Trump at all for telling Pelosi off. She has had it coming for a long time.

Today’s spectacle will be the biggest bunch of bull on television since Geraldo Rivera opened up Al Capone’s Vault.

And, just like Al Capone’s vault…there will be nothing there.

Until He Comes,

Most “Red District” Democrats are Saying That They Will Vote “Yes” on Impeachment…Their Constituents Are Not Happy

05-im-sword-li-600

Democrats in “Red Districts” appear to be lining up to hop aboard Pelosi’s Crazy Train.

FoxNews.com reports that

With just hours to go until the House Rules Committee meets at 11 a.m. ET Tuesday for a marathon session to set the ground rules on this week’s final impeachment vote, many of the moderate Democrats in districts President Trump won in 2016 have started to fall in line in favor of impeachment.

Other than New Jersey Rep. Jeff Van Drew, who has mulled switching to the Republican Party, and Minnesota Rep. Collin Peterson, no other Democrat occupying one of the 31 House districts that Trump won in 2016 has announced opposition to impeachment. All Republicans in Congress and the Senate have opposed impeachment.

At the same time, New York Rep. Max Rose, whose district backed Trump by 10 points in 2016 and who has long campaigned on bipartisanship, announced Friday he would support impeaching the president.

“A president coercing a foreign government into targeting American citizens is not just another example of scorched earth politics, it serves as an invitation to the enemies of the United States to come after any citizen, so long as they disagree with the President,” Rose said in a statement.

Anti-impeachment Democrat Jeff Van Drew meets with Trump to discuss party switch
Does this prove how unpopular impeachment is? Presidential historian Doug Wead says the switch demonstrates the Democratic Party is being ripped in two.
Pennsylvania Rep. Conor Lamb, Arizona Rep. Tom O’Halleran and Nevada Rep. Susie Lee, all Democrats representing Trump-won districts, have also said they will back impeachment.

And, Texas Rep. Colin Allred, a Democrat who flipped a GOP seat in 2018, called Trump’s actions an “unacceptable violation of his oath of office and constitute an impeachable abuse of power.” Allred’s district went to Hillary Clinton by just 1.9 points.

Not all moderate Democrats have weighed in, with several saying the vote will be a challenging decision. The House is comprised of 431 members, meaning Democrats would need 217 yeas to impeach Trump. There currently have been 233 Democrats, so they could lose only 16 of their own and still impeach the president.

The indications from moderates strongly suggested, though, that the president will be impeached by a floor vote of the full House this week, either on Wednesday or Thursday — setting up an all-but-certain acquittal by the GOP-controlled Senate.

Meanwhile, support for impeachment has flatlined in several battleground-state polls.  However, a Fox News poll this week showed that nationally, 50 percent wanted Trump impeached and removed from office. Only 4 percent wanted Trump impeached but not removed by the Senate, and 41 percent opposed impeaching him altogether.

On Monday, House Democrats laid out their impeachment case against Trump in a sweeping report accusing him of betraying the nation and deserving to be ousted.

What Democrats once likely hoped would be a bipartisan act, only the third time in U.S. history the House will be voting to impeach a president, is now on track to be a starkly partisan roll call Wednesday.

Before that can happen, the Rules Committee will weigh in, in a break from recent history. During the 1998 impeachment of Bill Clinton, the House did not look to the Rules Committee to set up debate. Instead, the articles of impeachment came up on the House floor through a parliamentary phenomenon known as “privilege.” The House then secured a unanimous consent agreement, meaning all 435 members agreed to continue to consider the articles of impeachment over a two-day period. Such unanimous agreement was not considered feasible in this hyper-partisan environment. (An eye-popping 283 members of the House participated in the impeachment debate on the floor in 1998.)

After the Rules Committee concludes testimony Tuesday, the panel will present a “rule” for the actual floor debate on Wednesday. After a committee debate, the panel votes on the rule and sends it to the floor. House Rules Committee Chairman Jim McGovern, D-Mass., told Fox News he wasn’t sure how long the debate would be on Wednesday or if they would tie together debate on both articles of impeachment or set up separate debate on each article. McGovern doubted the debate, and thus vote on the articles of impeachment, would drift into Thursday.

The Rules Committee usually has to produce a rule for debate one day in advance. That’s why the Rules Committee is meeting Tuesday, so the actual impeachment debate will unfold on the floor Wednesday.

Tension has remained high outside Washington. A raucous town hall Monday in the Detroit suburbs, for example, put on display the nation’s wrenching debate over the unconventional president and the prospect of removing him from office. Freshman Rep. Elissa Slotkin was both heckled and celebrated as the Democrat announced her support for impeachment.

“There’s certainly a lot of controversy about this,” Slotkin told the crowd of 400. “But, there just has to be a moment where you use the letter of the law for what they were intended.”

And, a California town hall meeting featuring House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., descended into chaos after jeers led to clashes among attendees. Schiff was discussing how recognition of the Armenian genocide was a significant bipartisan issue at the event hosted by the Armenian National Committee of America on Saturday when members of the crowd began shouting at him.

“You will be going to jail for treason!” one man could be heard shouting in videos from the event that were posted online. The man acknowledged the outburst was unrelated to the purpose of the event, stating, “No disrespect to you all, I’m glad you guys are getting recognized for your genocide, but this man is a f—–g liar!”

“Liar!” at least one attendee at the Glendale event yelled.

The commotion escalated from there, with a number of people present bearing signs or shirts supporting President Trump and opposing the impeachment process. Schiff is one of the leaders of the impeachment inquiry, which is expected to lead to a vote by the full House later this week.

Kamikaze, or “Divine Wind” was the name given to World War II Japanese Pilots, who committed suicide by flying their planes into American ships.

Incredibly, despite the immense sacrifice involved, it’s estimated that only 14% to 19% of Kamikaze aircraft succeeded in hitting their targets.

Many were shot down before they could get close to the ships they were attempting to damage, while others missed because of errors made by their pilots.

Even with their poor rate of success, the Kamikaze pilots were still able to earn themselves a place in history as one of Japan’s most dangerous weapons from the Second World War.

Throughout the conflict, at least 47 Allied ships were sunk by Kamikaze fighters, while  300 were seriously damaged.

I bring them up because this is exactly what those Democratic House of Representative Members representing “Red Districts” will be doing if they vote to impeach President Donald J. Trump.

They will be sacrificing their political careers on the altar of Democratic Socialism, the political philosophy which the Democratic Party has now fully embraced and which is the movement behind their rush to Impeaching the President.

Just like the Fascist Japanese Fanatics who sacrificed their lives for their Emperor, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, and the rest of Democrat Elite are forcing these House Members to face certain political death by impeaching a President who is popular with the people whom they are supposed to be serving in Congress.

And, just like the Kamikaze Pilots, they, too, will be engaged in a futile gesture as their Impeachment Effort will be shot down in flames in the Republican-led Senate.

And, just like those who ordered the Kamikaze Pilots to their fates, most of the Democratic Party Elite will keep their jobs even after they lose their House Majority in the 2020 Presidential Election when the President is reelected.

So, my question is: Why are you Democratic Representatives following along like lemmings over the cliff in a Walt Disney True Life Adventure?

Save your political careers and vote “NO” on Impeachment.

…if you value your phony-baloney jobs.

Until He Comes,

KJ

Nadler: “We Cannot Rely on an Election to Solve Our Problems”…a “Silent” Coup No More

pbox

Outrageous. Jerry Nadler just said we can’t rely on an election to oust Trump. This has never been about wrongdoing, and has ALWAYS been about overturning an election. – Ryan Fournier, Twitter, 12/11/19

FoxNews.com reports that

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday night began a fiery “markup” process for the two articles of impeachment against President Trump that they have settled on, barreling toward a final floor vote even as moderate Democrats have floated the idea of backing down in favor of a censure resolution.

Almost immediately, the evening proceedings broke out into heated disagreement, as the panel’s top Democrat declared that it would be unsafe to wait until the 2020 election to remove Trump, and another claimed Trump’s actions were an “affront to the memory of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.” Meanwhile, the ranking Republican slammed Democrats for attacking Ukraine’s leader because he had undercut their case against Trump.

“We cannot rely on an election to solve our problems, when the president threatens the very integrity of that election,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., said in his opening statement, claiming Trump’s discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about Joe and Hunter Biden’s dealingsin the country, and the White House’s temporary withholding of military aid to Ukraine, constituted an “urgent” threat to national security.

“This committee now owes it to the American people to give these articles careful attention,” Nadler added at the beginning of the markup for the impeachment articles, which included obstruction of Congress and abuse of power.

Nadler, who lamented that he had a “heavy heart” over the ordeal, said there were three key questions for Congress to evaluate: whether the evidence clearly showed that Trump committed the acts alleged in his dealings with Ukraine, whether the acts rose to the impeachment standard of “high crimes and misdemeanors,” and what the consequences for national security were if Congress failed to act.

The top Republican on the panel, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, shot back that Democrats have been trying to impeach Trump since he took office. He echoed the White House’s argument that the impeachment was politically motivated theater, long in the works and foreshadowed openly by Democrats for months, if not years.

Collins noted that Zelensky has repeatedly denied Trump ever pressured him, and that Democrats then turned on Zelensky to call him a “liar.” Collins went on to slam the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee for hosting a hearing with three anti-Trump law professors with no personal knowledge of any relevant conduct by the president; Republicans invited one professor.

Former President Barack Obama, Republicans have said, also withheld lethal military aid to Ukraine, amid concerns about the country’s documented corruption and the potential risks of escalating conflict with Russia.

As the members debated, the White House Office of Management and Budget released a lengthy legal justificationfor the withholding of aid to Ukraine, which was obtained by Fox News. OMB classified the temporary pause in providing the aid to Ukraine as a “programmatic delay” that was necessary and proper under the law to “ensure that funds were not obligated prematurely in a manner that could conflict with the President’s foreign policy.”

Collins and Wisconsin GOP Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner each observed that unlike previous presidents who have faced impeachment, Trump was not accused of any offense actually defined anywhere by law: neither “abuse of power” nor “obstruction of Congress” is a recognized federal or state crime. (The separate charge of contempt of Congress, according to the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel, exempts the president for separation-of-powers reasons.)

The late-night markup session marked something of a doubleheader for Congress, after Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz’s testimony dominated most of the day. The night is expected to consist mostly of opening statements, before the markup adjourns and resumes at 9 a.m. ET on Thursday.

Nadler is the second Democrat to express their distrust of American Voters recently.

WashingtonPost.com reported on November 19th that

Stressing the importance of the impeachment hearings, (Speaker of the House Nancy) Pelosi said in a “Dear Colleague” memo, “The weak response to these hearings has been, ‘Let the election decide.’ That dangerous position only adds to the urgency of our action, because the President is jeopardizing the integrity of the 2020 elections.”

Isn’t it funny how those who claim to be the most tolerant among us, are actually the most intolerant of all of us?

So, anyway, here we are…with a bunch of Professional Politicians, living in a bubble up on Capitol Hill, acting like they are French Aristocrats telling all of us to “eat cake” while they attempt to negate our Constitutional Right to chose the President of our country.

Meanwhile, it was reported yesterday that George Soros is paying for “rallies” in 50 cities on the day of the Impeachment Vote with paid and unpaid “useful idiots”, as represented by Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, and company telling all of us normal Americans, living out here in the Heartland, how stupid and intolerant we are, for actually holding on to Traditional American Values and wanting to “Keep America Great” through the reelection of Donald J. Trump to the office of the President of the United States of America.

I have heard this kind of garbage before.

Back in 2011, I got into a discussion on Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government website with some Cheetos-munching, Mom’s basement-dwelling Lib with no home training, who proceeded to tell me that he would be proud to defecate on the American Flag.

If I could have reached through my computer monitor and throttled that useless, ungrateful spoiled brat, I would have.

That “dude” was yet another example of the useful idiots of this present generation, such as the members of Antifa, who seem to be garnering a lot of national attention for their outrageous, disrespectful…and, yes, intolerant, behavior.

Just as we have bore witness to the glorification of thugs and the vilifying of our local police departments by the Obama Administration and the local “communities” which they lay their lives on the line for, every day they put on their uniforms, the effects of LBJ’s “Great Society” on American Culture and the Black Family Unit, so are we witnessing, through the egocentric behavior of this present generation, what happens when children are left to “their own devices”, instead of being raised “in the way in which they should go”.

These “spoiled brats”, like “The Squad” and their fellow “New Bolsheviks” like Antifa, do not care about the “Will of the People”, but, rather, they are intent on implementing and enforcing their Far Left Political Ideology, resulting in a “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we are seeing play out, as they move to impeach President Trump on charges that do not match the legal criteria of “high crimes and misdemeanors” in an attempt to somehow halt the fulfilling of President Trump’s Campaign Promises in order to stop comeback of America which he has been responsible for and to hold on to their “FREE STUFF”-loving New Bolsheviks who vote blindly for the Democrat Party.

The behavior of the Congressional Democrats for over three years now has been reminiscent of a troll on Twitter or a Political Facebook Page.

If you have ever attempted to debate a Liberal on a Facebook Political Page or Twitter, they always attempt to present their opinions as facts, with nothing by Political Rhetoric to back them up.

The use of Karl Marx/Saul Alinsky-inspired “Class War Politics” by the Democratic Leadership, while promising to somehow restore Barack Hussein Obama’s “share the wealth” failed Domestic Policy, has inspired these self-absorbed Modern American Liberals to act like the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, in an attempt to create a divided nation, the likes of which has not been seen since “The War of Northern Aggression”. for the sole purpose to gain back their political power.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny and the danger of mob rule.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

And, that Sacred Document, our United States Constitution, gives each of us the right, including Trump, to speak our minds and be heard.

It gives the protestors of the Presidency of Donald J. Trump that right, too…but, not at the expense of others, by attempting to destroy a good man through lies and innuendos or by strong-arming and harassing those who refuse to believe the way they do, for the expressed purpose of denying someone their First Amendment Rights.

Our Constitution, in fact, allowed then-Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton to call all of us who believe in Traditional American Values and the preservation of American as the Greatest Country on God’s Green Earth “Deplorables”.

However, that same Constitution, which Americans have fought and died for to preserve, also gives me the right to label this Silent Coup Attempt culminating in a poorly-conceived attempt to impeach President Donald J. Trump for what it actually is:

“TREASONOUS SEDITION”.

Will Pelosi Have Enough Votes? Is the Tide Turning Against Impeachment? Hmm…Could Be

03-bumper-sticker-li-600

The Democrats have not made the case that he did anything illegal, cheated or stole or whatever else in Ukraine. And, by the way, the American people are perfectly capable of understanding, “Wait a minute. I thought this was all about Russia. Now you’re saying that the guy committed an impeachable offense in a phone call to Ukraine, and we’ve seen the transcript,” and still in all of this, you can’t go ask anybody, what did Trump do and have anybody tell you.

I’m telling you, this has been a giant bomb, because all it has been is an effort to convince the American people that Trump didn’t deserve to win in 2016, and they haven’t made that case. They haven’t made the case that the election of 2016 should be overturned. They were never gonna be able to make that case, and they haven’t even come close to it. They’re flailing, folks. It’s embarrassing. – Rush Limbaugh, 12/10/19

FoxNews.com reports that

Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., said that while she is worried about division within the nation, it is “highly unlikely” she will vote against impeaching President Trump.

On Tuesday morning, House Democrats unveiled articles of impeachment against the president, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress regarding his interactions with Ukraine.

Appearing on “America’s Newsroom” with hosts Bill Hemmer and Heather Childers, Dingell echoed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s, D-Calif., statements that it is a “sad day for our country.”

Dingell said that, while she is waiting to read the formal recommendations by the House Judiciary Committee, she thinks there has been a “lot of evidence that the president did hold up money to the Ukraine that had been appropriated by the Congress in exchange for investigating a potential political candidate.”

“I was elected to protect our Constitution and our democracy,” the congresswoman continued. “And, that’s what my vote is going to reflect. Have we in some way endangered our national security? And I think things that I’ve seen and the obstruction of justice lead me to be very concerned.”

She added that her voting “no” on impeachment is probably “highly unlikely,” but that she thinks it’s a “very individual moral decision.”

“I’m worried about interference on our next election,” she said.

Meantime, a new poll showed support for impeachment going down among voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Impeachment and removal is opposed by 50.8 percent of voters in Michigan, 52.2 percent of voters in Pennsylvania, and 57.9 percent of voters in Wisconsin, according to the Firehouse/Optimus December Battleground State Poll.

Dingell responded by saying she “wasn’t elected to do what was popularly right.”

“I did not come out for impeachment last summer when everybody else around me was. And, as I’ve said before, Tom Steyer bought 40 ads against me, because I am worried about how divided the country is.”

I am sure that she is because WashingtonTimes.com reports that the majority of Americans do not want our 45th President impeached.

A majority of Americans now oppose impeaching and removing President Trump from office, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll Tuesday that signals Democrats’ month of hearings to make their case has failed.

Quinnipiac found 51% of registered voters surveyed said they don’t want to see the president ousted through impeachment. That’s the first time the number has been above 50% since before Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced an impeachment inquiry in late September.

Another 45% do want to see the president impeached and forced out.

So, a majority of Americans, as confirmed by the two polls above, do not believe the B.S. which the Democrats have been continuously shoveling toward the American public for the last 3 years.

I’m betting that a lot of the House Dems representing Red Districts are extremely nervous right now.

In fact, there is a story going around that 15-20 of the House Dems are seriously thinking about voting no in impeaching Trump.

That places Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi in quite a dilemma.

I do not believe that Pelosi and the rest of the old guard Democrats in the House, with the exclusion of Schiff and Nadler, actually wanted to impeach Trump in the first place.

Sure, they mouthed off about it a lot but that was just to get millenials’ support.

The Squad and the rest of the young Marxists among them forced the issue, putting continuous pressure on Pelosi, Stoyer, and the rest until they were forced into this laughable attempt at Impeachment which resulted in two very weak charges, or Articles of Impeachment.

The Democrats know that they do not stand a snowball’s chance in Hell of getting the Senate to impeach Trump.

So, Pelosi now has to figure out the best way to somehow “save face”.

Her options are to allow the vote to fail or to somehow muster the votes to pass it and sent it to the Senate where the Republican majority will either dismiss it or acquit the President after a Senate Trial.

Congress is now sitting at 9% popularity rating due to the self-centered political chicanery of the Democrats.

With the stupid political strategy of not doing anything for their constituents which they have displayed since Donald J. Trump was elected President, it is a wonder that their popularity is not polling in negative numbers.

They have dug their own hole and it could not happen to a more deserving bunch of popinjays.
