Trump Indicates to Laura Ingraham That He Will Invoke Executive Privilege to Keep Bolton and Others From Testifying in Senate Trial

Executive privilege is an implied power claimed by Presidents of the United States and other officials of the executive branch of government to withhold from Congress, the courts or individuals, information that has been requested or subpoenaed. Executive privilege is also invoked to prevent executive branch employees or officials from testifying in Congressional hearings. – thoughtco.com

President Trump indicated in an exclusive interview with Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” that he would use executive privilege to block former national security adviser John Bolton and other administration officials from testifying in his Senate impeachment trial if necessary.

The comments followed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announcing earlier in the day she will take steps to send impeachment articles to the Senate next week, paving the way for the start of a trial in a matter of days.

“I think you have to for the sake of the office,” Trump replied when asked by host Laura Ingraham if he would use executive privilege to stop testimony from Bolton, who said this week he would be willing to testify.

He then referenced several other officials, including acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and former Energy Secretary Rick Perry, saying he would like for them to testify but can’t allow it because of executive privilege concerns.

“I would love everybody to testify,” Trump said. “I’d like Mick to testify, I’d like Mike Pompeo to testify, I’d like Rick Perry to testify. I want everybody — but there are things that you can’t do from the standpoint of executive privilege.”

Trump added he also has “no problem” with Bolton testifying, but worries about what it means for “future presidents,” expressing concerns about forcing testimony from officials involved in national security matters.

“Especially, a national security adviser,” Trump said. “You can’t have him explaining all of your statements about national security concerning Russia, China, and North Korea – everything. We just can’t do that.”

At this point, such testimony remains hypothetical: while Bolton’s testimony has been sought by Democrats, the GOP majority in the Senate has not at this point agreed to call witnesses for the trial.

Trump also slammed Pelosi in response to her announcement, which came after she held off on transmitting the articles of impeachment for several weeks in a failed attempt to extract concessions from Republicans.

“I think it’s ridiculous,” Trump said. “She should have sent them a long time ago. It just belittles the process … Nancy Pelosi will go down as the least successful speaker of the House in the history of our nation. She has done nothing.”

President Trump can tell all of the Democrats in Congress who want John Bolton and others to testify in the Senate Trial to “talk to the hand”, just as Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress over the “Operation Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal.

The reason being, Trump, just like Obama, can invoke executive privilege.

According to the writer of an opinion piece in The Washington Post, Michael W. McConnell,

 For a president to assert the rights of his office, as almost every president has done, is neither blameworthy nor impeachable.

The Senate needs to go ahead and either dismiss the case or acquit President Trump. The House Democrats Have already made all of the average Americans between the coasts who elected Trump as President hopping mad.

Remember the Democrat’s first attempt as ousting President Trump?

Attorney General Barr and Asst. Director of the DOJ Rosenstein thoroughly reviewed the Mueller Report and determined that there was no collusion and no obstruction of justice.

However, that was not good enough for the Democrats.

Make no mistake about this, gentle readers, Pelosi and company are not asking for a “Fair Trial” in the Senate because they care about the cause of justice or the wellbeing of American Citizens.

They want to bring forth more witnesses because they’re about to be laughed out of the Senate.

Just as it was in the case of their support for Special Counsel Mueller and his team of Investigators comprised of 19 Democratic Donors, the Democrats want to obstruct, delay, and derail President Trump from his mission to fulfill the Campaign Promises which he made to Americans.

Also, just as I have been writing concerning the Mueller Investigation for the last two plus years, the REAL story remains the corruption of the Obama Administration. Specifically, all of the malfeasance of Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, including E-mailgate, the Clinton Foundation Pay-for-Pay Scandal, Uranium One, and the Benghazi Massacre.

When the Democrats in the House of Representatives perpetuated a false narrative through the arduous and interminable schedule of “Investigative Hearings” which they carried out in a secret room in the Capitol Basement with vengeful glee, they willingly participated in an exercise in futility which has done nothing but deepen the hole which they have already dug for themselves with average Americans even deeper.

As I have repeatedly warned, by concentrating their energies and the taxpayers’ time and money on their vendetta against the 45th President, instead of actually bringing up legislation that would help average Americans, they are not only going to lose their phony boloney jobs in Washington, they will once again (at least) be denied the Presidency, as well.

However, thinking about it, their hate for Trump and us “Deplorables” is all they have.

The President and the American Citizens who voted for him, stand in the way of their goal to bring Marxism in the form of “Democratic Socialism” to “The Shining City Upon a Hill”, subsequently turning America into a Third World Barrio.

Hopefully, the Far Left Democrats and their “New Bolsheviks” will eventually figure out that average Americans still do not want what they are offering.

If we did, we would be suffering under the thumb of President Hillary Clinton.

And, since there was NO RUSSIAN COLLUSION by President Trump or his Campaign Staff, it means that Americans were the ones who stopped Hillary Clinton from becoming President.

Perhaps the Democrats should stop their tantrum long enough to reflect on that for a while.

Last night at his MAGA Rally in Toledo, Ohio, President Trump spoke to an enthusiastic overflowing audience where, according to FoxNews.com…

In unequivocal terms, Trump slammed House Democrats’ nonbinding War Powers Resolution, which passed earlier in the day in a rebuke to the Soleimani strike. Trump went on to suggest that Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and “little pencil-neck” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., would have tipped off the media about the operation had they known about it.

“They’re saying, ‘You should get permission from Congress, you should come in and tell us what you want to do — you should come in and tell us, so that we can call up the fake news that’s back there, and we can leak it,'” Trump said. “Lot of corruption back there.”

Yes, sir.

I know of at least one House Democrat who would have gladly given the Iranians all of the details of the operation.

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., was pressed on Thursday over her support for the anti-Israel Boycott, Divest and Sanction (BDS) movement and her opposition to the ongoing U.S. sanctions on Iran, claiming the two are “very different.”

On Wednesday, President Trump announced in his address following Iran’s attack on U.S. military bases in Iraq that his administration would be launching additional sanctions against the regime while extending an olive branch to revive peace talks between the two nations.

Omar slammed the decision.

“This makes no sense. Sanctions are economic warfare,” the congresswoman reacted on Twitter. “They have already caused medical shortages and countless deaths in Iran.”

She added. “You cannot claim to want de-escalation and then announce new sanctions with no clear goal. This is not a measured response!”

Critics, however, slammed the Democratic “Squad” member, pointing to her support of the progressive economic movement meant to hurt Israel over its settlements over disputed territory with the Palestinians.

Omar was approached by Townhall senior writer Julios Rosas outside Capitol Hill and was asked to respond to those calling her out.

“The BDS movement is a movement that is driven by the people,” Omar told Rosas. “The sanctions on Iran are sanctions that are being placed to create maximum pressure by a government. That is very different.”

Her response will likely not calm her critics, who were vocal about what they consider to be hypocritical views on social media.

“Ilhan Omar views sanctions on terror regimes to be ‘economic warfare’ but supports them when aimed at the world’s only Jewish state. Must just be a coincidence,” one Twitter user quippedin response to Omar’s tweet.

“Ilhan Omar has now decried sanctions on the Castros in Cuba, Maduro in Venezuela, and the Ayatollah in Iran,” Michael Abrams, a GOP communications director, wrote. “At the same time, she’s the leading voice in Congress on sanctioning the Jewish people in the world’s only Jewish state. Wonder why.”

As is quite evident from her words and actions since being elected to Congress, not only is Representative Omar a Far Left Radical, she is also most definitely a Radical Islamist.

Ilhan Omar built a vast coalition of East African voters to defeat the incumbent in Minneapolis.

The liberal media forgot to mention Ilhan was married to her brother.

In 2017, several months after Omar’s marriage history briefly created a national news item, Omar quietly petitioned family court for a default divorce, claiming she could not locate Elmi.

Democrat Ilhan Omar ran against the BDS – anti-Israel -movement.
But now that she won her election she is open about her support for BDS.

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement works to end international support for Israel’s oppression of Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law.

Of course, Representative Omar is also supported by and supportive of CAIR – The Council on American-Islamic Relations.

However, Rep. Ilhan Omar is not the only supporter of Iran among the Democrat Elite.

Democratic presidential contenders Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) and Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) are slated to host a conference call with an Iranian-American advocacy group that has been accused of lobbying on Tehran’s behalf.

Along with Reps. Ro Khanna (D., Calif.) and Barbara Lee (D., Calif.), Sanders and Warren are scheduled to speak Wednesday evening with members of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC). The group played a central role in what former Obama national security adviser Ben Rhodes called the administration’s pro-Iran Deal “echo chamber,” spinning journalists, lawmakers, and citizens.

The Democratic candidates’ willingness to engage with NIAC—a group that aggressively pushed the accord and has strongly advocated against U.S. sanctions on the Islamic Republic—reflects their desire to see America reenter the nuclear deal, which released up to $150 billion in cash to the regime. Much of that money has gone to fund Iran’s regional terror operations, including recent attacks on American personnel stationed in the region.

NIAC has deep ties to Iran’s regime, including senior officials like Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. Zarif worked closely with NIAC founder Trita Parsi, who, in turn, consulted with the Obama administration.

Parsi lobbied Congress against sanctions on Iran in 2013 and met with Obama administration officials at the White House dozens of times leading up to the nuclear deal’s signing in 2015. Multiple U.S. officials and senior congressional sources informed the Washington Free Beacon that Parsi helped the White House craft its messaging as it tried to sell the nuclear deal to the public. The NIAC chief met with Rhodes, among other top officials, during multiple visits throughout the Obama era.

Rhodes delivered a keynote speech at the 2016 NIAC leadership conference.

President Trump let off the Democrats in Congress lightly when he used the word “corruption”.

He should have called them TRAITORS.

There is a rumor going around right now that Former President Barack Hussein Obama, not Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, is the driving force behind the House Democrats laughable attempt to impeach President Trump.

Now, you can all say that this ol’ cracka has lost his mind again, but who is that has been advising Iran as to how to deal with President Trump for at least the last two years?

Obama and his assistant, Former Secretary of State John Kerry, that’s who.

It is a documented fact, backed up by pictures taken of Kerry with Iranian governmental representatives in Paris, France in 2018.

If Trump were to be run out of office, a major block to Iran being a nuclear power would be out of the way.

Vice-President Pence is a good man and he would stand his ground but, they would probably go after him with even more ridiculous lies than they have President Trump.

Perhaps, I am way off base.

However, the phrase “America’s enemies, Foreign and Domestic” keeps running through my mind…

Pelosi Announces House War Powers Resolution Vote Thursday to Attempt to Limit Trump’s Military Action Against Iran

Iran is prosecuting an actual war against us. I applaud the president for taking decisive action against the jihadist regime’s top combatant commander, General Qassem Soleimani, who had orchestrated the operations of anti-American terror networks and was responsible for killing hundreds of American troops.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced plans for the House to vote Thursday on a War Powers Resolution that aims to limit President Trump’s military action toward Iran, saying Democrats have “serious, urgent concerns about the administration’s decision to engage in hostilities against Iran and about its lack of strategy moving forward.”

The Democrat-authored resolution would reassert congressional authority and rebuke Trump’s decision to take out Iran’s top general without their consent. Pelosi said the resolution will go to the House Rules Committee on Wednesday and will be brought to the floor for a vote Thursday.

“Last week, the Trump administration conducted a provocative and disproportionate military airstrike targeting high-level Iranian military officials,” Pelosi said. “The administration took this action without consulting Congress. This action endangered our service members, diplomats and others by risking a serious escalation of tensions with Iran.”

Fox News obtained the text of the resolution the House is prepping for debate on the floor. The resolution “requires the president to consult with Congress ‘in every possible instance’ before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities.”

The measure also appears to handcuff Trump when it comes to future strikes. The resolution says “Congress has not authorized the president to use military force against Iran.” The measure also “directs the president to terminate the use of United States Armed Forces to engage in hostilities in or against Iran or any part of its government or military” unless there is a specific blessing by Congress.

In other words, the plan would have specifically forbidden the drone strike ordered last week that killed Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

Republican leadership aides argued to Fox News that this War Powers Resolution is “toothless,” saying it has “NO chance of becoming law.” They noted how it is a “concurrent” resolution – which are not submitted to the president and do not have the force of law.

The first War Powers Resolution was passed in 1973 in an effort to prevent presidents from using the military without congressional approval. Since then, questions of presidential compliance have become common, with controversy stemming from President Bill Clinton’s actions in Kosovo and President Barack Obama’s operations in Libya.

Similar legislation passed the House last year but failed in the Senate. Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., is pushing it again this year and plans to force a vote that could come as soon as next week.

The announcement from Pelosi came after Democrats huddled at the Capitol Wednesday morning plotting how to rein in Trump after he authorized the lethal strike against Soleimani, even as the president signaled shortly afterward that he’s looking to de-escalate the situation.

Democrats have demanded answers from the administration about the alleged imminent threat that sparked the Soleimani attack, and how Trump will de-escalate the tensions with Iran and keep Americans safe.

Addressing the nation, Trump said Wednesday morning that Iran, though, appears to be standing down and there were no causalities in its retaliatory attack.

“The American people should be extremely grateful and happy,” Trump said in an address from the White House. “No Americans were harmed in last night’s attack by the Iranian regime.”

Oh, the hypocrisy.

Under Former President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm), the U.S. carried out over 2,800 strikes against targets located in Iraq and Syria as part of the overall war against the Islamic State (ISIS).

After Obama came “under intense pressure from Capitol Hill”, he finally submitted a draft authorization for the use of military force against the terrorist organization.

Where was all of this pearl-clutching “concern and righteous indignation” against President Obama when he was approving airstrikes against terrorists in Syria and Iraq?

And, how about the intervention in Libya which Obama arranged with his buddies at the United Nations which turned out to be an abject failure?

In fact, King Barack the First acted on his own authority several times, including his work with DACA and several revisions of Obamacare.

Remember the $150 billion that Obama paid the Mad Mullahs of Iran in 2016?

He certainly did not ask Congress’ permission beforehand. He just did it.

So, if Obama could stage all of those military operations and give all of that money to our Sovereign Nation’s sworn enemy and a state sponsor of Radical Islamic Terrorism, then why can’t President Trump avoid Word War II by taking out a murderous butcher who killed over 600 Americans?

By the way, Obama’s Nuclear Deal with the Iranians would have protected the barbaric General Quassem Soleimani.

Perhaps that is the reason the Pelosi and the Democrats want to be able to control the military actions of our “Commander-in-Chief”…Obama’s “friends” are their “Friends, also.

And, well, there is another reason, as was reported back in January of 2019 by Breitbart.com…

In her inaugural speech to the House of Representatives on Thursday, Pelosi sounded a similar theme, calling Congress “co-equal” to the presidency:

“Our nation is at an historic moment. Two months ago, the American people spoke, and demanded a new dawn.

They called upon the beauty of our Constitution: our system of checks and balances that protects our democracy, remembering that the legislative branch is Article I: the first branch of government, co-equal to the president and judiciary.”

By inference, Pelosi seems to believe, the leader of the legislative branch is equal to the president in power.

Dementia is a horrible thing, especially if the demented individual is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

First off, Pelosi is not the Head of the Legislative Branch of our Constitutional Republic.

She is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, established by our Founding Fathers to be like the British House of Commons, that is, the LOWER House of Congress with the Senate being patterned after the House of Lords, or, the UPPER House.

The United States Constitution mentions the position of Speaker but gives it no unique powers, except being ranked third in the line of succession if anything happens to the President (God forbid).

Also, nowhere in the Constitution does it state that the three branches of government are “co-equal”. The President does not answer to Congress. Congress sends bills to his desk to be signed into law OR VETOED.

He can act on his own accord concerning matters of national security and foreign policy. And, the Judicial Branch, i.e., the courts, have the ability to overturn legislation passed by Congress.

And, while I’m thinking about it, did y’all ever hear Pelosi claim that Cryin’ John Boehner or Vichy Republican Paul Ryan was the equal of Former President Barack Hussein Obama?

Puhleeze.

Pelosi’s Resolution means two things: diddly and squat.

Iran Fires 15 Ballistic Missiles at U.S. Forces at 2 Bases in Iraq, No Casualties…Incompetence or Strategy?

Iran fired as many as 15 ballistic missiles into Iraq, targeting U.S. military and coalition forces early Wednesday, officials said, in a major retaliation by the rogue regime after the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian Quds Force Gen. Qassem Soleimani last week.

Ten missiles hit Al-Assad Air Base, one missile hit a military base in Erbil and four missiles failed to hit their targets, according to a U.S. military spokesman for Central Command, responsible for American forces in the Middle East. The attacks unfolded in two waves, each about an hour apart.

Initial assessments showed “no U.S. casualties,” a U.S. military official in Baghdad told Fox News.

President Trump tweeted a response late Tuesday evening: “All is well! Missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. So far, so good! We have the most powerful and well equipped military anywhere in the world, by far! I will be making a statement tomorrow morning.”

The White House previously said he would not make an address to the nation Tuesday.

White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said right after the attack: “We are aware of the reports of attacks on U.S. facilities in Iraq. The president has been briefed and is monitoring the situation closely and consulting with his national security team.” It was not immediately clear how the U.S. may respond.

The Pentagon added: “In recent days and in response to Iranian threats and actions, the Department of Defense has taken all appropriate measures to safeguard our personnel and partners. These bases have been on high alert due to indications that the Iranian regime planned to attack our forces and interests in the region. As we evaluate the situation and our response, we will take all necessary measures to protect and defend U.S. personnel, partners, and allies in the region.”

Meantime, Iran state TV claimed Tehran launched “tens” of surface-to-surface missiles at the Al Assad Air Base. State TV described it as Tehran’s revenge operation over the killing of Soleimani.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard then warned the U.S. and its regional allies against retaliating over the missile attack in Iraq.

The Guard issued the warning via a statement carried by Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency: “We are warning all American allies, who gave their bases to its terrorist army, that any territory that is the starting point of aggressive acts against Iran will be targeted.” The Guard in the warning also threatened Israel.

The latest U.S. intelligence assessment showed Iran had more than 2,000 ballistic missiles, Pentagon officials told Fox News.

The USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier strike group has been in the Gulf of Oman along with guided-missile destroyers, a guided-missile cruiser and at least one submarine. The Navy warships and submarine together had hundreds of Tomahawk cruise missiles with pre-planned targets locked into the missiles.

The ships would be ready to fire if given the order, two senior Pentagon officials told Fox News.

As I sit down to write this post, it is around 9:30 p.m. Central.

All of the guests which Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham have had on have had some interesting theories, including the theory that Iran missed on purpose, in order to show “strength” while not torqueing off “The Great Satan” too much.

I do not know if that is the case of not.

I am sure that President Trump will give us more information when he addresses the nation.

Here is what I know:

Iran hates every single American, including Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats. Like Neville Chamberlain and the Nazis, Pelosi and the Democrats are too blinded by their own arrogance to realize that they are being played.

There are no sane and intelligent people left among both the religious and secular leadership of Iran. They were all killed during the Iranian Revolution. That’s why wealthy Iranians sent their sons to American Colleges at the time, where most of them majored in engineering while romancing and marrying American coeds in order to stay in American where it was safe.

Iran is a Rogue Nation of Radical Islamic Barbarians which is widely acknowledged to be the leading sponsor of terrorism.

Iran has continued to work of the development of a nuclear weapon, laughing at the stupid naivete of Former President Barack Hussein Obama, while using his gift of $150,000,000,000 weapons, such as the missiles which they fired at those Air Bases in Iraq.

Finally, I know that I am glad that Donald J. Trump sits in the Oval Office and not Hillary Clinton.

Because, if the way that Pelosi and the Democrats are taking the side of Iran against the country which they are supposed to be loyal to is any indication, we would be royally screwed.

Republicans Introduce Resolution to Force Pelosi to Hand Over the Articles of Impeachment or Face Dismissal of Them

Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri joined with a host of fellow Republicans Monday to introduce a resolution allowing the chamber to dismiss articles of impeachment against President Trump for lack of prosecution, as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delays sending the case for trial.

The resolution specifically would update Senate rules to allow the chamber to bring a motion dismissing the articles.

“In the real world, when a prosecutor brings a case but refuses to try it, the court has the ability and the defendant has the right – the constitutional right, I might add — to have those articles, those indictments, those charges dismissed,” Hawley said in a speech on the Senate floor. “That is precisely the action that I am proposing today.”

Hawley joined with co-sponsors Sens. Rick Scott of Florida; Mike Braun of Indiana; Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee; Ted Cruz of Texas; Steve Daines of Montana; John Barrasso of Wyoming; Tom Cotton of Arkansas; Joni Ernst of Iowa; David Perdue of Georgia; and Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma.

“Speaker Pelosi started this bogus impeachment by claiming President Trump was an urgent ‘threat to democracy’ who had to be removed now,” Hawley said in a statement Monday. “But after a bipartisan vote against the articles in the House, and with the public opposed to the Democrats’ partisan games, Pelosi has changed her tune. Now she wants to prevent a Senate trial, perhaps indefinitely. But the Constitution gives the Senate sole power to adjudicate articles of impeachment, not the House.”

He added: “If Speaker Pelosi is afraid to try her case, the articles should be dismissed for failure to prosecute and Congress should get back to doing the people’s business.”

The Senate currently has a set of 26 rules that govern all impeachment proceedings, which presume a “prompt delivery of the articles of impeachment to the Senate following their adoption by the House.”

But last month, the House voted to adopt two articles of impeachment against the president—abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Pelosi, after the vote, said she wanted reassurances that the Senate would hold a fair trial, involving certain Democrat-sought witnesses, before sending over the articles of the Senate to begin proceedings. Pelosi, who has been sitting on the articles of impeachment since before Christmas, has yet to transmit them to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Hawley’s resolution would allow the Senate to dismiss the articles of impeachment for lack of prosecution, once the House has withheld articles for 25 calendar days or more. Under the proposed rule, any senator would be able to move to dismiss the articles once the time period has elapsed. That motion would then be voted upon by the full Senate.

At this point, Pelosi has held the articles of impeachment for 19 days. The House voted to adopt the articles on Dec. 18, 2019.

“After three years of searching for a reason to impeach this president, Democrats in the House cannot seem to find the time to send over the articles of impeachment,” Blackburn said in a statement Monday. “If House Democrats are so confident in their findings, they ought to have no problem sending the articles over within a 25 day deadline.”

On Friday, McConnell spoke from the Senate floor, rejecting Pelosi’s efforts to shape a pending impeachment trial, calling it a “fantasy.”

“Their turn is over. They’ve done enough damage. It’s the Senate’s turn now to render sober judgment,” he said, while stressing that the Senate cannot hold a trial unless and until Pelosi transmits the two articles.

At the center of the inquiry is Trump’s efforts to press Ukraine to launch politically related investigations — regarding former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s dealings in Ukraine, as well as issues related to the 2016 presidential election.

The president’s request came after millions of dollars in U.S. military aid to Ukraine had been frozen, which Democrats argue shows a “quid pro quo” arrangement. Trump has denied any wrongdoing.

McConnell indicated that the Senate process is at a standstill for now, and accused the House of getting “cold feet.”

“The same people who spent weeks screaming that impeachment was so urgent … now decided it could wait indefinitely while they check the political winds and look for some new talking points,” he said.

Senator McConnell is right…but, it is more than that.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi wants to be in control of the Senate, too.

She wants them to do her dirty work for her,

It was the House’s job to build a case against President Trump in order to Impeach him.

Not only did they not produce any direct witnesses, the “articles of Impeachment which they passed are not even “high crimes and misdemeanors”.

So, now, Chuck U. Schumer is on the Senate Floor insisting that THEY have a right to a “fair” Trial. “Fair” in this case meaning that witnesses who might tell the same lies as the House Democrats’ witnesses did “MUST” be called to appear.

McConnell has already said that Pelosi is not in charge of the Senate.

But, don’t tell her that.

Ever since she got her gavel back, she has believed in her demented little mind that SHE is the Commander-in-Chief and is in charge of America’s Domestic and Foreign Policy…not President Donald J. Trump.

The truth is, our brilliant Founding Fathers set6 up our Constitutional Republic’s three branches of government to be loosely based on England’s Parliament.

The Senate is the “Upper House”, like England’s House of Lords. The House of Representatives is the “Lower House” like the House of Commons.

So, Pelosi’s power is NOT equal to power of the President of the United States.

Not anywhere close.

Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, the Squad, and the rest of the Far Left Democrats are the most ignorant, arrogant bunch of scallywags to work within our Federal Government since the Carpetbaggers came south after the “War of Northern Aggression”.

By pushing through the “shampeachment” Pelosi has escalated the Dems’ War against Trump and placed The Democrats in an untenable position, politically.

Pelosi and company know that Impeachment will fail in the Senate.

And that failure will ensure their failure to regain the presidency in 2020.

That is why she is holding onto the articles in a desperate attempt to gain leverage in order to attempt to railroad President Trump…again.

If they stop their crusade to take Trump down, they will still look foolish, having wasted so much time and taxpayers’ money.

Right now, as I sit here in my Man Cave, the election is already shaping up to be a repeat of 2016 with arrogantly oblivious Democrats in the Beltway and on the coasts, believing that average Americans living in the states between them in the Heartland are actually buying the BS that they are shoveling.

These average Americans, or “Deplorables” as Hillary called them, are solidly backing the president, as they see their paychecks increasing along with their opportunities to seek a better job.

They also see and hear Trump speaking to them at his MAGA Rallies in the same manner and way in which they talk to one another: down to earth, straight forward, from the heart, easily understood, and with some great laughs thrown in for good measure.

At this juncture, it is very evident that President Trump is working hard to help Americans and our nation prosper.

All the Democrats are doing is trying to overturn the 2016 Presidential Election because Trump hurt their feelings by getting elected President.

And that, gentle readers, is not a winning Political Platform through which to win back a presidency.

Ricky Gervais Blasts Hollywood’s Elite at Golden Globes: “You’re in No Position to Lecture the Public About Anything”…Darn Skippy!

The biggest stars in TV and film gathered in Beverly Hills, Calif. in the hopes of kicking off the 2020 awards season with a highly coveted Golden Globe award as notoriously controversial host Ricky Gervais wasted no time laying into the Hollywood elite vying for a big win.

Stars from films like “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” “Rocketman” and “The Irishman” as well as shows like “Big Little Lies,” “The Crown” and “Barry” were in attendance but the comedian and host was undeterred by the many famous faces staring back at him.

He called out the many stars in the room for their relationship to large corporations like Apple, Amazon and Disney.

“Apple roared into the TV game with ‘The Morning Show,’ a superb drama about the importance of dignity and doing the right thing made by a company that runs sweatshops in China,” he said.” So you say you’re ‘woke’, but the companies you work for, Apple, Amazon, Disney… If ISIS had a streaming service you would be calling your agents.”

Gervais then mocked the stars in attendance for their relation to the late sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. Gervais declared that Epstein didn’t kill himself, prompting groans from the crowd.

“Shut up, I know he’s your friend but I don’t care.”

Next up on Gervais’ jokes list was Felicity Huffman who recently completed a stint in prison for her role in the college admission scandal.

“You all look lovely all dolled up, you came here in your limos. I came here in a limo and the license plate was made by Felicity Huffman,” he said to the crowd who cringed. “It’s her daughter I feel sorry for. That must be the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to her. And her dad was in ‘Wild Hogs,’ so…”

He also took a shot at Leonardo DiCaprio for his film “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” being three hours long.

“Leonardo DiCaprio attended the premiere and, by the end, his date was too old for him.”

He added: “Even Prince Andrew is like, ‘Come on Leo, mate. You’re nearly 50.”

He also set his sights on director Martin Scorsese’s comments about Marvel movies being like theme parks, joking that he doesn’t understand why the director would be at a theme park.

“He’s not big enough for any of the rides.”

Gervais concluded his scathing monologue by warning the celebrities not to make any political or “woke” statements when accepting their awards.

“You’re in no position to lecture the public about anything,” he declared. “You know nothing about the real world. Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg.”

Last night has been a long time coming.

The intolerant arrogance of Liberal Hollywood knows no bounds.

The Hollywood “Elite” on the Left of the Political Spectrum who voted for Hillary Clinton to be our next President of the United States of America, continue in public to show their hindquarters, while throwing the longest temper tantrum that the world has ever seen over the results of an American Presidential Election, that happened almost three years ago.

These self-proclaimed activists, have spent the entirety of the Presidency of Donald J. Trump making a lie out of the claim that they have made for years that they are the most tolerant…and “gifted” among us.

It is about time that one of their contemporaries had the courage to point out their ignorant hypocrisy when it comes to sharing their “political expertise”.

Their hatred of President Trump and their embracing of a Far Left political philosophy has so altered their concept of reality that Hollywood Liberals are now supporting Iran, a nation that wants to wipe America off the face of the Earth.

These sore losers remind me of the hysterically sobbing children that you hear in every Walmart across the country.

It’s not that those children cry because they are physically hurt. Just like these Hollywood Liberals, they cry because they dio not get their way.

This epic meltdown by those who are paid handsomely to entertain us is a direct result of an isolated ignorance of average Americans’ desire to rid ourselves of those in the Halls of Power who told us repeatedly that they knew what was best for us and “who we were”, while their actual mission was to turn America into a Third-World Barrio in their quest to make us a Socialist Paradise.

All during the Presidential Campaign, the Democratic Party, along with those in “Showbiz”, through their minions in the Main Stream Media, assured us that it was a foregone conclusion that Hillary Clinton would be our 45th President.

There is a reason for that.

The Liberal Elite have always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California. They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

This arrogance which I have referred to, allows them to actually believe that President Trump was wrong for blowing up a mass murderer who , after leading an attack on our Embassy in Baghdad, was plotting attacks on America.

Their political viewpoint is as disingenuous as when Facebook Trolls posting Andy Borowitz’s “satirical” articles from The New Yorker as “real news”.

Just like their fellow Far Left Liberals who run the Democratic Party, the disconnected “dancing monkeys” in Tinsel Town and the Big Apple just can not accept the fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans living between the coasts, the ones responsible for the election of President Trump are sick and tired of their overbearing arrogance, anti-Americanism, and Liberal Intolerance which they attempt to force upon average Americans as “art” while attempting to lecture average Americans as to why America and the President are positively gauche and awful.

All their incessant national temper tantrum over Trump’s Presidency and political correctness has done is to make them look like fools and to remind us of how disconnected their beliefs are from average Americans, as Ricky Gervais pointed out in no uncertain terms.

I don’t remember any of us average Americans asking them for their opinion as to how we should vote, do you?

And, I certainly do not remember them being appointed as the arbiters of what is “Hate Speech” and what words are allowed to be communicated freely among Americans.

Perhaps, if they got their noses out of the air and actually associated with their families and former friends “back home”, instead of kissing each other’s hindquarters at the latest premiere or “social event”, perhaps they and reality would not have taken divergent paths, and they would conduct themselves and  comport themselves like those Hollywood Legends before them, who served their country during World War II, doing whatever they could to help America defeat fascism.

Now, these pampered ,self-righteous, oblivious Lightweights are all proponents of the “New Fascism” being practiced by the Modern Democratic (Socialist) Party.

And, they see no problem with insulting and being condescending to the average Americans who “pay their salaries” by watching the garbage being produced out of Hollywood.

As we say down here in the part of America’s Heartland, known as Dixie…

It just don’t make no sense.

And, evidently, Ricky Gervais, agrees with us.

Trump to Evangelical Rally: “Our Opponents Want to Shut Out God From the Public Square”

President Donald Trump launched his “Evangelicals for Trump” coalition Friday night, telling hundreds gathered at one of the country’s largest Hispanic megachurches that evangelical support for his re-election will be even greater than it was for his election campaign in 2016. 

Trump gave a lengthy speech at El Ray Jesus Church in Miami at a much-anticipated rally that was also attended by leading conservative evangelical figures such as James Dobson, Cissie Graham Lynch, Jack Graham, Alveda King, and Paula White.

The event and coalition were announced one day after a Christianity Today editorial last month denounced the president and called for his resignation. That editorial quickly put the political divisions within evangelicalism in the national spotlight and was followed by a letter from nearly 200 evangelical leaders denouncing both CT and its outgoing editor Mark Galli. 

“In 2016, evangelical Christians went out and they worked so hard and they produced numbers like they have never produced before,” Trump told the crowd. “Based on what Paula told me and Cissie told me and everybody told me, we are going to blow those numbers away in 2020.” 

Exit polling suggests that 76 percent of self-identified white evangelicals voted for Trump in the 2016 election. Since his election, Trump said he has been fighting for evangelicals and has “achieved results nobody thought was possible.” 

Many conservative evangelicals have strongly supported a number of Trump’s policies and actions relating to issues of abortion, religious freedom, judicial appointments, LGBT issues, Israel, and criminal justice reform.

Despite political gains in those areas, however, some evangelicals have voiced concerns about Trump’s behavior and his administration’s immigration and refugee policies. 

“Evangelicals and Christians of every denomination and believers of every faith have never had a greater champion … in the White House than you have right now,” Trump declared. “I am not saying that in any other way other than just look at the record. Together, we are not only defending our constitutional rights, but we are also defending religion itself, which is under siege.”

Trump told cheering supporters that although his administration is “winning,” the country cannot let “one of our radical left friends” take office. 

“Because everything we have done will be gone in short order,” he asserted. “It will be taken away pretty quickly. It’s a powerful position.” 

He called for faith and family to be renewed as the “center of American life” in order for America to thrive. 

“There are those who say these sacred beliefs are outdated. But we know they are just the opposite,” Trump stressed. “Our traditions and our values are timeless and immortal. [The political left] don’t know what they are missing. Our faith is needed now more than ever.” 

He stressed that while some fads come and go, it is an “eternal truth” that faith and family lead to “stability, happiness, and prosperity of nations.”

“Yet as we speak, every Democrat candidate running for president is trying to punish religious believers and silence our churches and our pastors,” Trump contended. “Our opponents want to shut out God from the public square so they can impose their extreme anti-religious and socialist agenda on America.”

However, Trump vowed that he is not only going to win re-election, but Republicans will also take back the U.S. House and maintain control of the U.S. Senate. 

“This election is about the survival of our nation,” he said. “With your help, your prayers and tireless effort to mobilize Christian communities across our land, on Nov. 3, 2020, … we are going to win another monumental victory for faith and family, God and country, flag and freedom.” 

“I really do believe we have God on our side,” he added. “There would have been no other way we could have won [in 2016], right? People said, ‘You don’t have the media, you have so many things against you.’ But we win. So it has to be something.” 

Also speaking at the event was Cissie Graham Lynch, the granddaughter of famed evangelist and Christianity Today founder, Billy Graham. She is also the daughter of evangelist and Trump supporter Franklin Graham. 

President Trump is exactly right. The Far Left Democratic Party wants nothing to do with the God of Abraham.

Just this past week, on last Sunday’s Meet the Press, NBC News anchor Chuck Todd read and endorsed a letter claiming that supporters of Donald Trump “want to be lied to” since they believe in “fairy tales” such as Noah’s ark.

As a Christian American, I believe that, even though there have been many Biblical translations and resulting inaccuracies of the centuries, the Bible is still the fundamental Word of God.

I also believe that when a denomination stops teaching God’s Word and starts teaching man’s Popular Culture that the presence of the Holy Spirit begins to be diminished in their sanctuaries causing believers to leave the denomination until those who wish to “radically change” the Word of God to fit popular culture are in control.

When that happens, chaos ensues, churches close or leave the denomination, or the denomination itself splits, such as is happening within the formerly “United” Methodist Church.

For several decades now, the Democratic Party, relying on Far Left Ideologues or their own opinion as their “highest authority”, have made a determined effort to eliminate the practice of American Christianity and the Traditional American Morality and Ethics which go with it from Everyday American Life, attempting to regulate Christians’ role in American Society as remaining unseen and unheard from, worshiping in private, on Sunday mornings, only.

Or, as Actor and Professional Wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would say, Modern American Liberals want American Christians to

Unfortunately for them, President Donald J. Trump reinforced our rights as Americans to our Faith with an Executive Order early in his Presidency.

The First Amendment to the Constitution still holds.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Being filled with human beings, America’s churches have made a lot of mistakes, However, they have also done a lot of good in the Name of the Lord.

For example, the church I attend, helps support a Food Pantry, operated in co-operation with other churches in our area, which feeds 2,000 people per month, counseling them, and getting them the assistance that they need.

Churches today have to walk a fine line.

The spiritual battle raging between the influence of American Popular Culture and those seeking the Will of God in their lives, takes all the strength…and prayer, that Christians can muster.

Modern Liberals seem to have great difficulty comprehending the role which Our Creator, the God of Abraham, played and plays in this Grand Experiment, known as the United States of America.

Why are they so focused on removing America’s Christian Heritage?

Well, as is usually my wont, I have been doing some “reckoning” about this.

It seems to this ol’ Southern Boy, living here in the Heartland, that America’s Christian Heritage and the very real fact of His influence in building and shaping America’s growth into the greatest country on the face of God’s Green Earth, not only stifles and interferes with Modern Liberals’ “anything goes”, “share the wealth”, “hive-mind”, “man is his own god” Political Ideology, but the reality of God’s very existence, somewhere deep in their miserable, bitter psyches, scares the mess out of them.

Why else would they be trying so hard to fight against the influence of Someone Whom they really don’t believe in?

And, a second and final thought occurred to me while watching the Far Left Democrats refuse to acknowledge God and the solid points which President Trump made during his Evangelical Rally.

The Democrats “War on Traditional American Christianity” is why the Democrats lost on November 8, 2016 and why they will continue to lose in the future.

The Washington Post raised eyebrows on Friday after it apparently suggested that only Republicans consider deceased Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani to be a “war criminal.”

“As Republicans praised President Trump for a decisive blow against a man they consider a war criminal, Democrats expressed concern that the killing could be a dangerous step toward war,” the Post tweeted.

The tweet sparked quite the reaction on social media.

“He was the leader of a terrorist organization you idiots. No one ‘considers’ him a war criminal. HE IS ONE,” political strategist Caleb Hull said in response.

“So only Republicans consider the guy who ordered the killing of 600 American soldiers, and the slaughter of thousands of men, women, children in Syria and across the globe a war criminal?” the Reagan Battalion asked.

“I think we can safely say that he most definitely is a war criminal,” one Twitter user said.

“I think most people considered him a war criminal, not just Republicans,” another similarly stated.

“Whoever writes the Wapo social media must be hellbent on destroying their credibility,” a third wrote.

Soleimani was the long-running leader of the elite intelligence wing of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the Quds Force, which the U.S. designated a terror group in 2007 and is estimated to be 20,000 strong. Considered one of the most powerful men in Iran, he was routinely referred to as the “shadow commander” or “spymaster.”

The Post also received backlashon Thursday for referring to Soleimani as Iran’s “most revered military leader” in its breaking news headline.

Yesterday, Democrats ranging from those taking up space on Capitol Hill to the Trolls expectorating all over President Trump’s Twitter Feed, were sounding off as if the President had murdered their closest friend.

It was sickening to see Americans run to the defense of a vile, evil man like General Soleimani.

Those Iraqis who were dancing in the streets over the death of the murdering Radical Islamist would have disagreed vehemently with the idiot at WAPO who had written such trash.

Speaking of Democrats taking up space on Capitol Hill…

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., blasted President Trump’s decision to strike one of Iran’s top military commanders, arguing that doing so risked war and the loss of millions of lives.

“Last night the President engaged in what is widely being recognized as an act of war against Iran, one that now risks the lives of millions of innocent people,” she tweeted on Friday.

…Ocasio-Cortez pressed Congress to take action. “Now is the moment to prevent war & protect innocent people – the question for many is how, publicly & Congressionally,” she said.

She called on Congress to fulfill a “moral and legal obligation” to prevent war. “Congress now has a moral and legal obligation to reassert its power to stop this war and protect innocent people from horrific consequences,” she said.

The New York congresswoman proposed that her colleagues vote on the War Powers Resolution, the Vietnam War-era legislation that requires the president to get Congressional approval before keeping troops in conflict for a set period of time. The law has been routinely flouted by previous administrations.

She also promoted a resolution that would block money from flowing to offensive action against Iran. “This amendment passed the House w/ bipartisan support not long ago, and was later gutted in negotiations. We can bring it back as a standalone bill,” she said.

Americans should ignore the “cheerleaders of war” and warned against “gaslighting,” Ocasio-Cortez argued.

“Right now is the moment to decide if you are pro-peace or not,” she tweeted. “The cheerleaders of war, removed from its true cost, will gladly convince you that up is down – just as they did in Iraq in ‘03. But war does not establish peace. War does not create security. War endangers us all.”

I swear, that chick is so dumb she believes that the St. Louis Cardinals were elected by the Pope.

The Democrats have become just as big a threat to America’s Sovereignty and Freedom as Iran has.

While Iran has promised to end us through violence, the Democrats have been attempting for quite a while to destroy us through “Radical Change”, trying to turn this Constitutional Republic into a Democratic Socialist Marist country, in which our direction would be ruled by the most densely-populated areas on the East and West Coasts, thereby disenfranchising and “shutting up” those of us who live in American’s Heartland.

The Democrats’ hatred for President Trump and those Americans who voted him into office is the reason that they have become vocal, if not physical bedfellows with the Radical Islamic Roque State of Iran.

The same seditious treason which led to Spygate and the House Impeachment Vote of President Trump has, quite literally, turned the Far Left Democrats into enemies of America.

In the days of our Founding Fathers, they would have been branded as traitors and dealt with according to the methods of the time.

Rocket Attack at Baghdad Airport Kills Iranian Military Mastermind…”Big Price” Paid in Full?

At least three rockets were fired at Baghdad International Airport Friday killing at least seven people, including Iranian Gen. Qassim Soleimani, the head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ elite Quds Force, according to multiple reports early Friday.

Soleimani is the military mastermind whom Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had deemed equally as dangerous as Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

In October, Baghdadi killed himself during a U.S. raid on a compound in northwest Syria, seven months after the  so-called ISIS “caliphate” officially crumbled as the terrorist group was defeated in its final swath of Syrian territory in March.

Soleimani was the long-running leader of the elite intelligence wing called Quds Force – which itself has been a designated terror group since 2007, and is estimated to be 20,000 strong. Considered one of the most powerful men in Iran, he routinely was referred to as its “shadow commander” or “spymaster.”

“Soleimani is our leader” had been photographed spray-painted on windows by Iran-backed militiamen at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.

The strike also killed Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy commander of Iran-backed militias known as the Popular Mobilization Forces, three Iraqi officials told The Associated Press. Iraqi TV reported the deaths as well.

Their deaths are a potential turning point in the Middle East, and are expected to draw severe retaliation from Iran and the forces it backs in the Middle East against Israel and American interests.

An official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said al-Muhandis had arrived to the airport in a convoy to receive Soleimani whose plane had arrived from either Lebanon or Syria. The airstrike occurred as soon as he descended from the plane to be greeted by al-Muhandis and his companions, killing them all.

A senior politician said Soleimani’s body was identified by the ring he wore.

The PMF blamed the United States for the attack.

There was no immediate comment from the U.S. or Iran.

The Mad Mullahs of Iran have just figured out that Barack Hussein Obama is no longer in charge of the Foreign Policy of the United States of America.

Gentle readers, it has been quite a while since President Trump announced that he was ending a very stupid, very dangerous Foreign Policy decision made by the 44th President.

And, rightfully so.

All Barack Hussein Obama’s “Gentlemen’s Agreement” with the Mad Mullahs of Iran accomplished was to allow them to continue to work on their nuclear program.

Are you old enough to remember the Iranian Hostage Crisis? If not, here is a summary, courtesy of u-s-history.com:

On November 4, 1979, an angry mob of some 300 to 500 “students” who called themselves “Imam’s Disciples,” laid siege to the American Embassy in Teheran, Iran, to capture and hold hostage 66 U.S. citizens and diplomats. Although women and African-Americans were released a short time later, 51 hostages remained imprisoned for 444 days with another individual released because of illness midway through the ordeal.

…Upon the death of the shah in July [1980] (which neutralized one demand) and the Iraqi invasion of Iran in September (necessitating weapons acquisition), Iran became more amenable to reopening negotiations for the hostages’ release.

In the late stages of the presidential race with Ronald Reagan, Carter, given those new parameters, might have been able to bargain with the Iranians, which might have clinched the election for him. The 11th-hour heroics were dubbed an “October Surprise”* by the Reagan camp — something they did not want to see happen.

Allegations surfaced that William Casey, director of the Reagan campaign, and some CIA operatives, secretly met with Iranian officials in Europe to arrange for the hostages’ release, but not until after the election. If true, some observers aver, dealing with a hostile foreign government to achieve a domestic administration’s defeat would have been grounds for charges of treason.

Reagan won the election, partly because of the failure of the Carter administration to bring the hostages home. Within minutes of Reagan’s inauguration, the hostages were released.

In stark, terrifying contrast, the 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, purposely and surreptitiously handed a Rogue State of Radical Muslim Barbarians the means of the destruction of both the United States of America and our staunch ally, Israel, with his toothless “Nuclear Agreement”

Why did the President of these United States, Barack Hussein Obama, trust Iran, an enemy of freedom, to stand by its “Agreement” to refrain from nuking the United States of America and Israel?

He gave Iran everything they wanted: their money, nuclear capability, and acquiescence by the Government of the United States of America, literally, encouraging the world’s population of Islamic Terrorists to kidnap our own Naval Personnel, with the promise of a huge payday, while he remained president.

Addtionally, Fox News reported in December of 2017 that

The Obama administration gave a free pass to Hezbollah’s drug-trafficking and money-laundering operations — some of which were unfolding inside the U.S. — to help ensure the Iran nuclear deal would stay on track, according to a bombshell exposé in Politico Sunday.

An elaborate campaign led by the Drug Enforcement Administration, known as Project Cassandra, reportedly targeted the Lebanese militant group’s criminal activities. But by tossing a string of roadblocks holding back the project, Obama administration officials helped allow the 35-year-old anti-Israel criminal enterprise to evolve into a major global security threat bankrolling terrorist and military operations, the report added.

And, as was reported in May of 2018, Former Secretary of State John Kerry had been engaging in “Shadow Diplomacy”, otherwise known as conspiratorial sedition, by meeting with the Iranians in the desperate hope to somehow keep the lousy deal with the Iranians and his former Boss’ legacy intact.

Could the support of the “Shadow Government” of Former President Barack Hussein Obama and Former Secretary of State John Kerry, et al, have had a part in these recent bold, “testing” activities of the Mad Mullahs of Iran and the attack on our Embassy this past week?

Could be.

As you watch all of the Liberals News Channels dissect and “analyze” what is happening in Iraq involving the Radical Islamic Country of Iran, you will know doubt see a lot of concerned hand-wringing from anchors, political pundits, and Democratic Congressmen as to what a grave error that President Trump made by ending Obama’s “deal” with Iran and, now, by responding in force to the Iranian-sponsored attack on our Embassy in Baghdad by sending our troops to defend our people at the Embassy and now, by sending a clear, concise message to the Barbarians who govern Iran and who seek to destroy America.

The Democrats will continue to try to make Americans believe that it is Trump’s “belligerent nature” which has the Iranians “acting out”.

Don’t believe them.

The intentional error was made by Obama making that stupid “gentleman’s agreement” with Iran in the first place.

He knew that the Iranians would not keep their word.

He didn’t care.

His desire to leave a legacy as President trumped his concern for the safety of America, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and any other country which the Iranians might feel like attacking.

And now, President Trump is having to clean up Obama’s mess.

The Mad Mullahs of Iran believed that President Trump and the American People did not have the backbone to stand up to them. That is why they attacked our Embassy.

They erroneously believed that the 45th President of the United States of America would blink and kowtow to them, as his predecessor did.

SURPRISE!!!

My advice to the Mullahs?

Just like the Pirate Captain did in the popular joke that has been going around for awhile, have your servant bring you your pair of brown pants.

Arkansas Circuit Court Judge Suddenly Recuses Himself From Hunter Biden Child Support Case…Why?

The circuit court judge overseeing Hunter Biden’s paternity case, Don McSpadden, recused himself without reason on Tuesday, just days after a private investigation firm sought to intercede in the case.

D&A Investigations, based in Florida, filed a “Notice of Fraud and Counterfeiting and Production of Evidence.” with the court on Dec. 23, claiming Hunter Biden “established bank and financial accounts with Morgan Stanley et al” for Burisma Holdings — where he served as a former board member — to satisfy a “money laundering scheme.”

McSpadden had the request stricken from the record, on grounds that it violated state procedural rules, which required the intervening party to raise a claim that shared a “question of law or fact in common” with the existing case. Biden’s legal team had told the court that D&A’s filing was riddled with falsehoods and clearly procedurally improper.

In another court filing from Dec. 27, D&A claimed it had provided attorneys for Lunden Alexis Roberts, the plaintiff, “access to [Hunter Biden’s] bank account records” that show proof of “fraud and counterfeiting.” D&A sought to be officially added as a party to the case, in an effort to support Roberts’ claim and provide proof of Biden’s alleged criminal activity.

McSpadden recused himself before he could rule on the second motion.

Roberts’ attorney, Brent M. Langdon, was not seeking D&A’s assistance and called its efforts “a scheme by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations,” the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported.

In the recusal document, obtained by The Gazette, McSpadden didn’t provide specific details about his departure, and only deferred to the “Administrative Plan of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit.”

According to the administrative plan, the case will now go to Circuit Judge Holly Meyer.

McSpadden reportedly ordered all income records from Biden and Roberts over the past five years. He also ordered that the financial information be kept under seal and only be available to the attorneys involved in the case.

DNA tests allegedly confirmed, “with scientific certainty,” that Hunter Biden was the biological father of Roberts’ baby, according to court documents filed in November.

A separate motion said Hunter Biden will not be contesting paternity in the case, The Gazette reported.

Breitbart.com reported on Christmas Eve that,

“One of those purported investigations (by D&A) relates to Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy company with which Biden held a lucrative board post while his father, Joe, was vice president — drawing allegations of impropriety from Republicans including President Trump,” the Post noted.

The private investigator claims the younger Biden “established bank and financial accounts with Morgan Stanley” for a “money laundering scheme” involving Burisma Holdings Limited. According to documents filed in court, nearly $6.8 million was transferred from Burisma to the account between March 2014, when the younger Biden joined Burisma’s board of directors, and December 2015.

Court filings also allege that Biden and a group of business associates “utilized a counterfeiting scheme to conceal” the payments.

The revelations come as Hunter Biden’s role with Burisma continues to draw scrutiny, especially in light of the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

Congressional Democrats claim that Trump’s suggestion the government of Ukraine looking into Hunter Biden’s work with the natural gas company amounted to asking a foreign power for dirt on a political opponent. Trump and his allies, on the other hand, have countered that Hunter Biden’s appointment, coming around the same time former Vice President Joe Biden was tapped to lead Obama-era policy towards Ukraine, and his relative inexperience in the energy industry warrant investigation.

As Peter Schweizer, senior contributor at Breitbart News, detailed in Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends, Hunter Biden’s background in investment banking, lobbying, and hedge fund management paled in comparison to that of current and past members of Burisma’s board.

The elder Biden claims he has never talked to his son about his business in Ukraine, but the former veep has yet to answer questions about a photograph showing him, Hunter, and another Burisma board member playing golf together in 2014.

So, why did Judge McSpadden recuse himself?

Was “an assist by the right people” in his future political career offered?

Were threats to him and his family involved? In other words, is he avoiding being “Arkancided”?

Or, is he a man of integrity whose conscience would not allow him to be leveraged into covering for the Bidens and the rest of the Democrat Elite in a in a local child support case which has a potential to break open into a national scandal involving not only a potential Democratic Presidential Candidate and his reprobate son nut also members of Congress and their adult “children” as well?

Whatever the reason, it has drawn attention, suspicion, and conjecture, three things which the Bidens and Democrats do not need.

On top of it all, if the Republicans decide to call any witnesses, which I doubt, would they call Judge McSpadden and the D&A Investigators to testify?

The Democrats. such as Senator Chuck Schumer who have been begging for witnesses to be called in the Senate Impeachment hearings better be careful what they ask for.
