FBI Opened Secret Investigation of Trump After Comey’s Firing Claiming It Was Because of “Russian Collusion”…Yeah, Right

For those of you out there who have doubted the existence of “Deep State Operatives” within the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation…

The New York Times reports that

In the days after President Trump fired James B. Comey as F.B.I. director, law enforcement officials became so concerned by the president’s behavior that they began investigating whether he had been working on behalf of Russia against American interests, according to former law enforcement officials and others familiar with the investigation.

The inquiry carried explosive implications. Counterintelligence investigators had to consider whether the president’s own actions constituted a possible threat to national security. Agents also sought to determine whether Mr. Trump was knowingly working for Russia or had unwittingly fallen under Moscow’s influence.

The investigation the F.B.I. opened into Mr. Trump also had a criminal aspect, which has long been publicly known: whether his firing of Mr. Comey constituted obstruction of justice.

Agents and senior F.B.I. officials had grown suspicious of Mr. Trump’s ties to Russia during the 2016 campaign but held off on opening an investigation into him, the people said, in part because they were uncertain how to proceed with an inquiry of such sensitivity and magnitude. But the president’s activities before and after Mr. Comey’s firing in May 2017, particularly two instances in which Mr. Trump tied the Comey dismissal to the Russia investigation, helped prompt the counterintelligence aspect of the inquiry, the people said.

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, took over the inquiry into Mr. Trump when he was appointed, days after F.B.I. officials opened it. That inquiry is part of Mr. Mueller’s broader examination of how Russian operatives interfered in the 2016 election and whether any Trump associates conspired with them. It is unclear whether Mr. Mueller is still pursuing the counterintelligence matter, and some former law enforcement officials outside the investigation have questioned whether agents overstepped in opening it.

The criminal and counterintelligence elements were coupled together into one investigation, former law enforcement officials said in interviews in recent weeks, because if Mr. Trump had ousted the head of the F.B.I. to impede or even end the Russia investigation, that was both a possible crime and a national security concern. The F.B.I.’s counterintelligence division handles national security matters.

If the president had fired Mr. Comey to stop the Russia investigation, the action would have been a national security issue because it naturally would have hurt the bureau’s effort to learn how Moscow interfered in the 2016 election and whether any Americans were involved, according to James A. Baker, who served as F.B.I. general counsel until late 2017. He privately testified in October before House investigators who were examining the F.B.I.’s handling of the full Russia inquiry.

Following President Trump’s firing of James B. Comey as F.B.I. director, the bureau grew increasingly concerned about whether the president’s actions constituted anti-American activity. “Not only would it be an issue of obstructing an investigation, but the obstruction itself would hurt our ability to figure out what the Russians had done, and that is what would be the threat to national security,” Mr. Baker said in his testimony, portions of which were read to The New York Times. Mr. Baker did not explicitly acknowledge the existence of the investigation of Mr. Trump to congressional investigators.

No evidence has emerged publicly that Mr. Trump was secretly in contact with or took direction from Russian government officials. An F.B.I. spokeswoman and a spokesman for the special counsel’s office both declined to comment.

Rudolph W. Giuliani, a lawyer for the president, sought to play down the significance of the investigation. “The fact that it goes back a year and a half and nothing came of it that showed a breach of national security means they found nothing,” Mr. Giuliani said on Friday, though he acknowledged that he had no insight into the inquiry.

The cloud of the Russia investigation has hung over Mr. Trump since even before he took office, though he has long vigorously denied any illicit connection to Moscow. The obstruction inquiry, revealed by The Washington Post a few weeks after Mr. Mueller was appointed, represented a direct threat that he was unable to simply brush off as an overzealous examination of a handful of advisers. But few details have been made public about the counterintelligence aspect of the investigation.

The decision to investigate Mr. Trump himself was an aggressive move by F.B.I. officials who were confronting the chaotic aftermath of the firing of Mr. Comey and enduring the president’s verbal assaults on the Russia investigation as a “witch hunt.”

If all of this is indeed true, there could be no greater evidence of the existence of covert Deep State Operatives within the DOJ and the FBI.

Being upset over the firing of a bureaucratic prima donna like James Comey is no reason to launch a covert investigation against a sitting President when no proof of the allegations of “Russian Colluding” existed. It fact, they still do not exist to this very day.

If no evidence of Russian Collusion existed at the time, how could President Trumps firing of James Comey , something well within his rights as the President of the United States of America, be a “national security concern”?

The spider’s web of political intrigue, covert operations to bring down a sitting president, and the Machiavellian machinations behind it all certainly gets more and more convoluted and revolting, doesn’t it, gentle readers?

In a part of the above article which I did not post, the writers said that Christopher Steele “had compiled memos in mid-2016 containing unsubstantiated claims that Russian officials tried to obtain influence over Mr. Trump by preparing to blackmail and bribe him.”

They also quoted Lisa Page, Former FBI Bureau Lawyer and love of disgraced Former FBI Agent Peter Strok, who told House of Representative Investigators,

“In the Russian Federation and in President Putin himself, you have an individual whose aim is to disrupt the Western alliance and whose aim is to make Western democracy more fractious in order to weaken our ability, America’s ability and the West’s ability to spread our democratic ideals. That’s the goal, to make us less of a moral authority to spread democratic values.”

That trollop and the rest of those involved in this frame up and resulting Witch Hunt, wouldn’t know “Democratic Values” if they French-kissed them.

If the long and winding trail which includes the Carter Page FISA Memo on up to this secret investigation and the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller is followed back long enough and strongly enough, I firmly believe that it will lead back to Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Former President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).

The whole Deep State Operation put into motion by government agents and bureaucrats loyal to Obama and Clinton resembles a spider’s web in its intricacy, with, like a spider’s, a single signaling line leading back to the white House and President Barack Hussein Obama, who was attempting to clear a pathway to the Presidency for the Black Widow herself, the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton.

And, the Professional Bureaucrats in the Hierarchy of the Department of Justice and the FBI who were loyal to her and President Barack Hussein Obama were more than willing to help.

Now, don’t get me wrong. the rank and file of the FBI is composed of many stellar, heroic agents, who love this country and work sacrificially every day, serving with honor.

The hierarchy is another matter entirely, as has been proven repeatedly since this Deep State “Silent Coup” Attempt was first discovered.

Being political appointees holding political opinions, while carrying political obligations to a certain political party, never bodes well in a position of legal authority.

Add into that mix an extra-marital affair between these bureaucrats and, to paraphrase, “the affairs of mice and men (and agents) will indeed go awry”.

The Professional Bureaucrats in the DOJ and the FBI knew from the get-go if the FISA Documents were ever made public, the following backlash by the American public would blow their clandestine operation against the candidacy and the presidency of Donald J. Trump wide open and put an end to the sham of an investigation into Trump’s “Russian Collusion” that should have never happened.

Since the kinky days of J. Edgar Hoover, the hierarchy of the FBI have run clandestine investigations of public figures, both political and cultural leaders.

J. Edgar did it to hold onto his office and to have political leverage against his enemies, as he had skeletons in his own closet…and dresses, too.

But, I digress.

In this case however, the hierarchy of the FBI did it to circumvent the will of the American People and to install Hillary Clinton as the 45th President, thus protecting the status quo in the Halls of Power in Washington, DC.

When that didn’t happen, they determined to bring President Trump down, by any means necessary, including creating a fake story of Russian Collusion.

Thanks to the two agents who decided to do the Extramarital Mattress Mambo and text each other thousands of times, whom I mentioned earlier in this post, written evidence was leaked out which piqued the interest of average Americans as to what in the world was going on in the Halls of Power during the Obama Administration.

It appeared to be something out of a Tom Clancy Novel.

However, even Tom Clancy could not have written a plot by the Deep State to take out an opposing Political Party’s Presidential Candidate and then a sitting president in such a convoluted manner as America has witnessed.

My late Former Father-in-law was a retired Police Lieutenant, who had worked with the FBI on several high-profile cases.

To say that he wasn’t a fan would be an understatement.

According to him, the letters FBI stood for “F—ing Bunch of Idiots”.

In the case of the FBI Hierarchy’s Deep State Operatives, and their blatant clandestine servitude to the Former Administration and members of the Democratic Party and their ongoing mission to install a Democrat Dynasty in the White House by circumventing not only the will of the American People but the Constitution, as well, darned if he wasn’t right.

Trump to Hannity – “We have the Absolute Right to Declare a National Emergency” He’s Right!

President Donald Trump told Fox News on Thursday that he has “the absolute right to declare a national emergency” if he can’t reach an agreement with congressional Democrats to provide funding for his promised wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

“The law is very clear. I mean, we have the absolute right to declare a national emergency,” Trump told Sean Hannity in an exclusive interview. “This is a national emergency, if you look what’s happening.”

Trump did not lay out a specific timetable for when he might take such a step, saying: “I think we’re going to see what happens over the next few days.” However, he appeared to hold out hope for making a deal to secure wall funding and fully reopen the government.

“We should be able to make a deal with Congress,” the president said. “If you look, Democrats, in Congress, especially the new ones coming in, are starting to say, ‘Wait a minute, we can’t win this battle with Trump, because of the fact that it’s just common sense. How can we say that a wall doesn’t work?’”

The president spoke to Fox News on the banks of the Rio Grande, where he traveled to argue his claim that a barrier would deter drug and human trafficking into the United States.

“Death is pouring through,” Trump said. “We have crime and death and it’s not just at the border. They get through the border and they go and filter into the country and you have MS-13 gangs in places like Los Angeles and you have gangs all over Long Island, which we’re knocking the hell out of. There should be no reason for us to have to do this. They shouldn’t be allowed in and if we had the barrier, they wouldn’t be allowed in.”

The president said a wall would be “virtually a hundred percent effective and [House Speaker] Nancy [Pelosi] and [Senate Democratic Leader] Chuck [Schumer] know that, but it’s politics. It’s about the 2020 campaign, it’s about running for president. That’s what they’re doing. They’re already doing it. It’s a shame. They’ve got to put the country first.”

Democrats repeatedly have refused to approve any legislation to fund the wall. The standoff led to the partial government shutdown, which is set to hit the three-week mark Friday.

“Everyone wants us to win this battle,” Trump said. “It’s common sense … Look, we’re not going anywhere. We’re not changing our mind because there’s nothing to change your mind about. The wall works [and] if we don’t have a steel or concrete barrier, we’re all wasting a lot of time.”

So, what law gives President Trump “the right to declare a national emergency”?

In 1976, Congress passed the National Emergencies Act, codifying—without truly restricting—this authority. The law gives a president the power to declare a national emergency when she or he wishes. Under the act, an emergency lapses after a year, unless it’s renewed—and it often is.

President Jimmy Carter declared the first national emergency under the NEA in 1979, with an order blocking Iranian government property from entering the U.S. in response to the Iran hostage crisis. Carter determined that this situation, like the many to follow it, met the criteria of being “an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security.”

Since that first order in 1979, American presidents have declared 58 national emergencies. According to the Brennan Center’s running count, 31 of these are still in effect—including the ban on Iranian property, which was extended in November of 2018. In other words, the country has been in some state of emergency for almost four decades.

These 58 national emergencies include declarations over dealings with Yemen, Syria, and North Korea, among others; sanctions against an array of terrorist groups, including one after 9/11; and various orders concerning nuclear weapons, diamonds imported from Sierra Leone, and the 2009 swine flu epidemic. Most recently, George W. Bush declared 13 and Barack Obama 12, most of which are still in effect, according to CNN.

I hope that it is not lost on you, gentle readers, that I used a Liberal source to derive the information above.

Yesterday morning, I was watching Fox News and saw Democrat after Democrat insist that the Crisis on our Southern Border is not a “national emergency”.

If millions upon millions of illegal aliens breaking into our Sovereign Nation, with a percentage of them killing and assaulting Americans, bringing illegal dangerous drugs such as heroin over the Southern Border, and dealing in human trafficking as well, is not a “national emergency”, then I want to know what is.

Pelosi having a hangnail?

Through all of the ongoing Democratic temper tantrum over this issue, I have not heard them bring up Sheriff’s Deputy Ronil Singh, his widow, or his 5 month old who will never get to know his Daddy, who gave his life in service to a country which he came to legally and loved.

All I hear from the Democrats, even those I work with at my paying gig, is “those poor, poor, government workers…whatever will they do?”.

Not a peep from them about the Angel Moms and Dads who are left behind to grieve their children murdered by barbarians who were not supposed to be in America in the first place.

Whether San Fan Nan, Chuck U. Schumer and the rest of “the smartest people in the room” decide to “negotiate” or not is up to them. The president is not going to budge.

He knows what is at stake and he knows who elected him and why.

According to Jim Hoft of GatewayPundit.com, some of the Democrats are breaking ranks with their leaders in favor of a wall.

The Democrats had better wake up and realize exactly how clueless and insensitive they appear to the American Public.

They are supposed to be serving Americans…not illegal aliens, otherwise known as “Future Democratic Voters”.

With or without them, the President of the United States of America is going to build a wall along our Southern Border.

Unlike the Democrats, he takes his promises seriously.

Trump Walks Out of Shutdown Meeting, Refuses to Play the Democrats’ Game

President Trump walked out of a White House meeting with congressional leaders Wednesday afternoon over the partial government shutdown after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi again rejected supporting new funding for a border wall, according to those in the meeting.

Speaking to reporters after the brief session, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said the “president just got up and walked out.”

“He asked Speaker Pelosi, ‘will you agree to my wall?’ She said no. And he just got up, and said, ‘Well we’ve got nothing to discuss,'” Schumer said.

The president, in a tweet, called the meeting “a total waste of time” and appeared to confirm that he left after Pelosi’s answer.

“I asked what is going to happen in 30 days if I quickly open things up, are you going to approve Border Security which includes a Wall or Steel Barrier? Nancy said, NO. I said bye-bye, nothing else works!” Trump tweeted.

Pelosi, D-Calif., said after the meeting that the president was “petulant.” Schumer said Trump slammed his hand on a table in frustration, but Vice President Mike Pence and other Republicans, speaking to reporters afterward, denied that happened.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said the president was willing to make a deal in the meeting.

“I just listened to Senator Schumer,” McCarthy, a California Republican, said. “I know he complained the time that you had cameras in the meeting. I think we need to bring them back. Because what he described the meeting to be is totally different than what took place.”

The meeting in the Situation Room on Wednesday afternoon came ahead of Trump’s planned trip to the Texas-Mexico border on Thursday. Earlier, the president traveled to Capitol Hill to meet with Senate Republicans, saying afterward, “We have a very unified party.”

Still, a growing number of moderate Republicans – like Susan Collins of Maine and Cory Gardner of Colorado — have appeared uncomfortable with the toll the partial shutdown is taking.

Trump has said he might declare a national emergency and try to authorize the wall on his own if Congress won’t approve the $5.7 billion he’s asking.

“I think we might work a deal, and if we don’t I might go that route,” he said.

Past meetings with Democrats have resulted in both sides digging in, with Trump insisting on nearly $6 billion for a border wall and Democrats saying they won’t entertain the discussion until Congress passes and Trump signs a package re-opening shuttered federal agencies.

The president’s prime-time address on Tuesday night saw both camps drifting even further apart, with Trump declaring a “humanitarian and security crisis” and vowing to protect America, “so help me God” – and Democratic congressional leaders saying Trump was working to “manufacture a crisis, stoke fear and divert attention from the turmoil in his administration.”

How the two sides will bridge this difference – and how long they will resist a compromise – has been unclear.

President Trump was exactly right to walk out of that meeting.

If President Ronald Reagan had walked out on the Democrats when they placed him in the same sort of situation, we would not be dealing with the present Border Crisis.

The Democrat Majority Congress promised President Reagan that they would help him build a wall on our Southern Border if he granted mass amnesty to the illegal aliens living in our Sovereign Nation.

They lied.

The measure also sought to crack down on illegal immigration by barring employers from knowingly hiring illegal immigrants.

Since 1986, the number of illegal immigrants in the U.S. has more than doubled from approximately 5 million to approximately 10.7 million as of 2016, Pew Research Center reports.

Just as Americans are witnessing now, Congressional Democrats were playing a manipulative game with our National Security.

Even back then, they were more concerned about creating new Democratic Voters to ensure their political power than they were about protecting American Citizens from foreigners invading our country by illegally crossing our Southern Border.

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform wrangled with the hot topic of Illegal Immigration for six years. The Commission’s initial recommendations were released in 1995, and were endorsed by President Bill Clinton. The final report was presented to Congress in 1997.

President Clinton appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair. Jordan came from humble beginnings to become a lawyer and the first Southern black woman elected to the House of Representatives. A DEMOCRAT, she was a leader in the civil rights movement, a professor of ethics, a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a world-class orator (two of her speeches are considered among the greatest of the 20th century). Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.

I wonder what Rep. Jordan would think of her beloved Democratic Party, now that they have embraced and are welcoming the same illegality, which she was so clear about ?

And, how would she feel about the fact that innocent Americans are being murdered by these uninvited guests?

I believe that she would stand with President Trump as the overwhelming majority of average Americans between the coasts do.

Trump’s National Security Speech and the Schumer/Pelosi Rebuttal – “A Choice Between Right and Wrong”

Last night, the 45th President of the United States of America delivered an address to the nation concerning the National Security and Humanitarian Crisis on our Southern Border.

During his presentation, President Trump was factual, focused, passionate, and presidential as he masterfully laid out the case for securing our border, including provided the reasoning for the $5.6 billion which he is asking for in order to erect a steel barrier to help end the drug trafficking, human trafficking, and breaking and entering of our Sovereign Nation by illegal aliens, some of whom possess criminal records as evidenced by the 266,000 whom ICE Agents have arrested. Others have come into our country and murdered 4,000 of our citizens, committing 100,000 assaults and 30,000 sex crimes.

He also pointed out that, in the past, Democrats have supported building a wall on the Southern Border.

The Senate on Thursday passed the most monumental overhaul of U.S. immigration laws in a generation, which would clear the way for millions of undocumented residents to have a chance at citizenship, attract workers from all over the world and devote unprecedented resources for security along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The vote was 68-32. Fourteen Republicans crossed the aisle to vote with all Democrats in favor. Thursday’s vote now puts the onus of immigration reform on the Republican-led House, where leaders have been resistant to the Senate legislation.

“The strong bipartisan vote we took is going to send a message across the country, it’s going to send a message to the other end of the Capitol as well,” said Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), the leader of the so-called Gang of Eight. “The bill has generated a level of support that we believe will be impossible for the House to ignore.

Schumer was wrong. The bill did not make it through the House of Representatives.

After the president spoke last night, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer responded in what came off as desperate, immature, and out-of-touch attempt at a rebuttal on behalf of the Far Left Democratic Party.

Quite Frankly, they sounded more concerned about the inconvenience which delayed paychecks were causing 800,00 Government Workers than they were about the safety of American Citizens, calling all of the violence and human suffering caused by an unsecured Southern Border a “manufactured crisis”, accusing President Trump of “misinformation” and “malice”.

The two Democratic Leaders, giving the appearance of a couple of stereotypical clueless bureaucrats on auto pilot, insisted that the president end the shutdown first and then “we can work to resolve our differences over border security”.

Priorities. Priorities.

Isn’t that the same sort of line that the Democrats handed President Reagan when they got him to bestow amnesty on thousands of illegal aliens back in the day?

Last night’s Democratic Rebuttal was the biggest exercise in hypocrisy since Obama used the horrible mass murder in Sandy Hook to call for gun control, using children as stage props.

Dems in walled mansions shouldn’t throw stones.

As the president so eloquently put it last night,

Some have suggested a barrier is immoral. Then why do wealthy politicians build walls, fences and gates around their homes? They don’t build walls because they hate the people on the outside, but because they love the people on the inside. The only thing that is immoral is for the politicians to do nothing and continue to allow more innocent people to be so horribly victimized.

Schumer and Pelosi Demand Equal Air Time After Trump’s Address to the Nation Tonight…He’s the President…You’re Not

Democratic leaders on Monday night called for equal airtime in response to President Donald Trump’s primetime address to the nation on southern border security scheduled for Tuesday evening.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., argued that since Trump’s speech will be broadcast, the other side of the aisle should have their fair share of broadcast time, too.

“Now that the television networks have decided to air the President’s address, which if his past statements are any indication will be full of malice and misinformation, Democrats must immediately be given equal airtime,” they said in a statement.

Trump said he’ll be talking at 9 p.m. ET about the U.S.-Mexico border — the fight over which sparked the partial government shutdown. The address will be carried live by ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox Broadcasting, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, MSNBC and NBC.

Pelosi and Schumer said that Democrats “and an increasing number of Republicans in Congress” have urged Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., to “re-open the government while Congress debates the President’s expensive and ineffective wall.”

The government is on day 16 of the partial shutdown — the second-longest in history slated to become the longest this weekend.

Trump told congressional Democratic leaders during a meeting on Friday that he was willing to keep the government shutdown for as long as necessary — possibly months or even years — in order to get the border funding he wants.

After a weekend filled with meetings about the shutdown, the president moved to call for a steel wall, rather than a concrete barrier, at the southern border. Trump framed the pitch for a steel wall as a concession to Democrats to move negotiations along, although they do not appear moved by the president’s message.

“President Trump keeps rejecting the bipartisan House-passed bills, which have already received strong bipartisan support in the Senate, to re-open the government,” Pelosi and Schumer’s statement read. “Instead, he is still demanding that American taxpayers pay at least $5.7 billion for his wall, which can’t pass either chamber of Congress and of course Mexico is not paying for.”

Demanding equal time?

The Democrats must be awfully nervous.

I performed an Internet search after reading the above article. The only times that I found where the opposition party was given air time after a Presidential Address was after every year’s State of the Union Address by the sitting President.

And, tonight’s Address to the Nation will not be made in front of Congress.

It will made in front of the people they are supposed to be answering to…American Citizens.

Supposedly, the Dems want equal air time to “combat lies”.

The only lying that has been going on concerning what is happening at the border has been coming from them.

Heck, they wouldn’t even acknowledge the murder of Sheriff Deputy Ronil Singh by an illegal alien.

Yes, I called that murderer an “illegal alien”.

The Democrats want equal air time so that they can continue to lie to the American people concerning the make-up of the Migrant Caravans and who is sponsoring them.

These caravans are not some sort of spontaneous cry for help. They are a purposeful invasion of our Sovereign Nation, being funded by a very familiar name.

Former AILA President Victor Nieblas Pradas is behind the Soros-led caravans and contends that detaining mothers and their children who break into the U.S. illegally is inhumane, unfair and unjust.

“There is simply no humane way to detain families,” Pradis declared in an AILA announcement. “Asylum seeking families should be given due process, not expedited removal – and the end of the road must be the end of family detention entirely.”

Don’t be surprised if Chuck and Nancy do coerce someone to grant them air time tonight, that they try to bring “morality” into their argument for open borders, alluding that it is the “Christian” thing to do without saying the “C” word which is anathema to the Far Left Democratic Party.

Americans are the most compassionate people in the world.

Attached to the church I attend, is an independently-run Food Bank which feeds 2,000 people per month while assisting them in finding the state services that they need. It is manned by a volunteer staff of members from my church and other denominations in the community.

That being said, while we are told to be compassionate, we are also told to be “wise as serpents”.

While we are instructed in the Old Testament to “treat foreigners nicely”, there is no scripture in the Old or New Testament which instructs us to automatically make strangers citizens of our country. It is quite a stretch to use the Bible to make a case to “abolish all borders”.

However, getting back to the “wise as serpents” quote, I believe as a Christian that my faith in the Triune God does not require me to be naïve.

One would have to be a fool to intentionally bring in thousands of people into our “home” when there have already been dangerous criminals, including those with weapons meant to be used against us, found within their ranks.

President Trump is NOT disobeying God by enforcing our immigration laws and protecting our Sovereignty and our citizenry. Those who are attempting to cross our borders illegally are the ones who are in the wrong here.

And, Sheriff’s Deputy Ronil Singh, Katie Steinle, and all the other Americans who have been killed by illegal aliens would agree…if they were here to do so.

Dem Chairman of House Armed Services Committee Admits Trump has Authority to Build Wall

The Washington Free Beacon reports that

Rep. Adam Smith (D., Wash.) on Sunday admitted that President Donald Trump has the authority to use the U.S. military to build the border wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Smith, the chairman of the House Armed Service Committee, appeared on ABC’s “This Week” to talk about the government shutdown and wall funding.

“Does President Trump have the ability, have the authority to declare a national emergency and have the military build his wall?” host George Stephanopoulos asked.

“Well, unfortunately, the short answer is yes. There is a provision in the law that says the president can declare an emergency. It’s been done a number of times, but primarily  it’s been done to build facilities in Afghanistan and Iraq and in this case I think the president would be wide-open to a court challenge saying, ‘Where’s the emergency?'” Smith said.

Trump was asked on Friday whether he had considered using emergency powers to allow himself to build the wall with the military without Congress’s approval.

“We can call a national emergency because of the security … I haven’t done it. I may do it but we can call a national emergency and build it very quickly,” he said.

Smith went on to say that if Trump used this authority, it would be “terrible use of Department of Defense dollars.” He said that taking $20 billion out of the defense budget would be a waste of money because he believes that it won’t improve border security.

“All border security experts that I talk to  say where a wall makes sense has already been built,” Smith said. “We should have a conversation about border security, but first we should reopen the government and start paying our border patrol agents and the other 800,000 federal employees who are furloughed.”

“Where’s the emergency???!!!”

A record number of “migrants” from Honduras and Central America have been arriving at our borders, overwhelming border agents, overcrowding holding cells and putting their own children’s lives at risk through the endangerment brought about by coming from Third World Barrios, battling diseases which America has already taken steps to prevent.

This is not the first time that diseases previously eradicated from our Sovereign Nation have been brought in by “migrants”.

It was the spring and summer of 2014 under the benevolent reign of King Barack The first, when 50,000-100,000 unaccompanied minors made the long arduous journey from Central America across Mexico to our Southern border, where they were graciously welcomed to our Sovereign Nation by President Obama.

Even though a significant number of these “unaccompanied minors” were found to be carrying measles and other childhood diseases which our country had all but eradicated, they were spirited away on military transport planes to bases around the country and were later dispersed among our general population.

That move by Obama put Americans in danger just as allowing these migrants to lay siege to our Southern Border is an intolerable danger today.

All along, during all of the heated battles in our country over illegal immigration, Liberal Democrats have argued that illegal aliens somehow have the “right” to be here.

They could not be more wrong.

American citizenship is earned by those not born here, not their “right”.

Foreigners become American Citizens by swearing an oath of loyalty to OUR country.

The invasion which continues to head our way has no intention of doing so, as proven by the Honduran Flag which they proudly carry in front of them.

As those in our government who have knowledge of exactly what is happening at our border have warned us, there is no way of knowing the character of those who are attempting to enter our country illegally.

There is no way of knowing their past criminal activities, either…until they are caught.

An open border endangers Americans lives. That is a National Security Issue which constitutes emergency action.

That is why I believe that President Trump should just go ahead and build a wall on the Southern Border.

As an average American living in America’s Heartland, I can tell you for a fact that the majority of people whom I speak to on a daily basis support building a wall to protect our Sovereign Nation.

I realize that is not a scientific statement, but, heck, the so-called professional pollsters all over-sample Democrats in their polls to get the answer that they want.

That is why they all predicted that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 Presidential Election.

And, speaking of Democrats if walls are “immoral” and “do not work” why do the wealthy Democratic Leaders like Nancy Pelosi have them surrounding their mansions?

Ocasio-Cortez Supports Tlaib’s Vulgar Impeachment Comments…Socialists of a Feather…

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took a stand for fellow House freshman Rep. Rashida Tlaib on Saturday after the latter’s expletive-laced comments in favor of impeaching President Trump.

Ocasio-Cortez, the Democratic socialist lawmaker from New York, went on Twitter to weigh in, accusing the GOP of a having a double standard.

“Republican hypocrisy at its finest: saying that Trump admitting to sexual assault on tape is just ‘locker room talk,’ but scandalizing themselves into faux-outrage when my sis says a curse word in a bar,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “GOP lost entitlement to policing women’s behavior a long time ago. Next.”

The lawmaker was apparently referring to a 2005 video that came to light ahead of the 2016 presidential election, in which Trump – talking to Billy Bush – made lewd comments about women.

Trump issued an apology at the time and described the contents of the “Access Hollywood” recording as “locker room banter.” He later released a followup video apology, insisting the remarks didn’t “reflect who I am.”

“I said it, I was wrong, and I apologize,” Trump said.

On Saturday, Ocasio-Cortez tweeted a vow to support Tlaib, D-Mich.

“I got your back @RashidaTlaib – the Bronx and Detroit ride together,” she tweeted.

Tlaib, who was sworn in as a new member of the 116th Congress on Thursday, was videotaped that night vowing to impeach the president — shortly after she penned an op-ed for The Detroit Free Press outlining the case for impeachment.

“People love you and you win,” the video showed Tlaib telling supporters. “And when your son looks at you and says: ‘Momma, look you won. Bullies don’t win.’ And I said, ‘Baby, they don’t, because we’re gonna go in there and we’re gonna impeach the motherf***er.’”

House Republicans fumed over the comments on Friday, with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., prodding Speaker Nancy Pelosi to act.

Yet Pelosi, D-Calif., downplayed Tlaib’s remarks, expressing distaste for the language but suggesting that Trump’s own language had started the heated rhetoric in Washington.

“I probably have a generational reaction to it,” Pelosi said at an MSNBC town hall. “But in any event, I’m not in the censorship business. I don’t like that language, I wouldn’t use that language. I don’t….establish any language standards for my colleagues, but I don’t think it’s anything worse than what the president has said.”

In the Rose Garden on Friday, Trump said he found Tlaib’s comments “disgraceful” and thought she “dishonored herself” as well as “her family.”

Tlaib, doubling down on her comments, tweeted on Friday that she “will always speak truth to power. #unapologeticallyMe.”

“This is not just about Donald Trump. This is about all of us. In the face of this constitutional crisis, we must rise,” she tweeted.

If I were to stand in front of the Freshman Congresswoman from Brooklyn and tell her that she was comparing apples to oranges, she would probably respond with a wide-eyed blank stare, which would not be unusual in itself, as that is probably the same reaction that she gives any person who attempts to use multisyllabic words while engaged in a conversation with her.

But, I digress.

Ms. Cortez does not seem to understand the difference between wealthy bachelors engaging in a private (or so they thought) conversation about gold diggers at a party and a new member of the House of Representatives surrounded by members of her constituency shouting an oath to impeach a sitting president while using the most vile vulgarity known to man…or woman.

Judging from the public behavior of both young ladies (and, I use the term very loosely), there are some observations which this old Southern Gentleman can make.

Neither one of them were “raised in the way in which they should go”. Both of them obviously believe that professionalism is an archaic behavior which does not apply to brilliant young socialists such as themselves. A belief which quite honestly must relate back to their previously mentioned upbringing and the fact that neither one of them grew up having a “board of education” applied to their “seat of knowledge” as needed.

Both of them obviously think that “decorum” is something you do to the room of a house.

These two Democratic Congressional Representatives are textbook examples of the useful idiots of this present generation, who like the members of Antifa, seem to be garnering a lot of national attention for their outrageous, disrespectful…and, yes, intolerant behavior.

Just as we have bore witness to the glorification of thugs and the vilifying of our local police departments by the Obama Administration and the local “communities” which they lay their lives on the line for, every day they put on their uniforms, the effects of LBJ’s “Great Society” on American Culture and the Black Family Unit, so are we witnessing, through the egocentric behavior of this present generation, what happens when children are left to “their own devices”, instead of being raised “in the way in which they should go”.

These “spoiled brats”, like the Far Left political party which they represent, do not care about the “Will of the People”. Instead, they are intent on implementing and enforcing their Far Left Political Ideology, resulting in a “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we are seeing play out, as paid and unpaid protestors attempted to stop the Nomination and Installation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh as our latest Associate Justice on the Supreme Court Trump’s Campaign Rallies.

Just like those New Bolsheviks, the new Democratic Congressional Majority are attempting to somehow halt the fulfilling of President Trump’s Campaign Promises in order to stop comeback of America which he has been responsible for and to hold on to their “FREE STUFF” bestowed upon them by the “benevolent masters” of the Democrat Party.

If you have ever attempted to debate a Liberal on a Facebook Political Page or a Political Website, you discovered that they always attempt to present their opinions as facts, with nothing by Political Rhetoric to back them up.

The use of Karl Marx/Saul Alinsky-inspired “Class War Politics” by the Democratic Leadership, while promising to somehow restore Barack Hussein Obama’s “share the wealth” failed Domestic Policy, has inspired these self-absorbed Modern American Liberals to act like the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, in an attempt to create a divided nation, the likes of which has not been seen since “The War of Northern Aggression” for the sole purpose, as Senator Lindsey Graham pointed out a few months ago, to gain back their political power.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny and the danger of mob rule.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, not a “Democracy” having had their fill of monarchies.

And, that Sacred Document, our United States Constitution, gives each of us the right, including Trump, to speak our minds and be heard.

It gives the protestors of the Presidency of Donald J. Trump, even those in Congress, that right, too…but, not at the expense of others, by attempting to destroy a good man through lies and innuendos or by strong-arming and harassing those who refuse to believe the way they do, for the expressed purpose of denying someone their First Amendment Rights.

Our Constitution, in fact, allowed then-Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton to call all of us who believe in Traditional American Values and the preservation of American as the Greatest Country on God’s Green Earth “Deplorables”.

However, that same Constitution, which Americans have fought and died for to preserve, also gives me the right to label the boorish out-of-control behavior of these two Democratic Freshmen Congressional Representatives for what it actually is:

President Donald Trump revealed that Nancy Pelosi reassured him Democrats would not impeach him during a meeting at the White House on Friday.

“Nancy said, ‘We’re not looking to impeach you,’” Trump said after the meeting.”I said, ‘That’s good, Nancy, that’s good.’”

Trump spoke with reporters in the Rose Garden after meeting with Democrats for two hours.

Talk of impeaching Trump increased after Democrats took power in the House of Representatives on Thursday, electing Pelosi as Speaker of the House.

Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff Drew Hammil disputed Trump’s account of the meeting, saying that she was only referring to the topic of the meeting.

“In his opening comments at the meeting, President Trump brought up impeachment,” Hammil said on Twitter. “Speaker Pelosi made clear that today’s meeting was about re-opening government, not impeachment.”

Pelosi has urged Democrats to wait until Robert Mueller issues the final report of his Russia investigation before they make any decisions on impeachment, but has stated she believes it is possible to indict a sitting president.

That bright light that you saw last evening up in the Northeastern Sky was the telephone lines to Speaker Pelosi’s Office burning up, as irate Far Left Democrats blasted her for backing away from impeaching their hated enemy, President Donald J. Trump.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi, even if she is the skilled politician that all of the Democrats and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, claim her to be, finds herself navigating stormy political waters.

Her San Francisco Liberal Elitism has already caused her to clash with the young “New Bolsheviks” elected to the House of Representatives like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

With the Modern Democratic Party firmly anchored in the shallows on the Far Left Shore of American’s Political Ocean, San Fran Nan finds herself an “Ancient Mariner”…quite literally a fish out of water.

Pelosi’s old-line Democrat Country Club Politics by which political deals were made through genteel persuasion via clandestine meetings in the Congressional Cloakroom or the nearest upscale pub with a back room, is not going to work with the new Socialist ideologues recently elected to the House.

They are suspicious of Pelosi to begin with, probably viewing her to be as big a capitalist as President Trump.

Of course, these newbies are not the only House Dems who want to impeach Trump.

Other ideologues like Adam “little” Schitt…err…I mean Schiff want him brought up on charges as well, even though there is no proof of any wrongdoing whatsoever by the President.

President Trump, being very aware of Pelosi’s precarious position, added fuel to the fire at a Rose Garden Press Conference after yesterday’s meeting about the Border Wall by announcing her lack of interest in impeaching him.

It was an example of perfectly executed political jui-jitsu which left Pelosi’s Chief of Staff Drew Hamill desperately attempting to pry his boss out of the political bear trap that Trump had so deftly placed her in.

Pelosi and the new House Majority had spent the second half of this week patting themselves on the back for their assumption of power in the Lower House of Congress.

Then they began to engage in a battle of wits with President Donald J. Trump…only to find themselves woefully unarmed.

House Dems Pass Funding Bill with No Wall Money, Pelosi Declares Constitution Gives Her Equal Power to Trump

On their first day in the majority, House Democrats on Thursday night passed a plan to re-open the government without funding President Donald Trump’s promised border wall.

The largely party-line votes came after Trump made a surprise appearance at the White House briefing room pledging to keep up the fight for his signature campaign promise.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Trump and Senate Republicans should “take yes for an answer” and approve the border bill, which was virtually identical to a plan the Senate adopted on a voice vote last month.

“We’re not doing a wall. Does anyone have any doubt that we’re not doing a wall?” Pelosi told reporters at a news conference Thursday night.

Pelosi, who was elected speaker earlier Thursday, also took a shot a Trump, calling his proposal “a wall between reality and his constituents.”

Trump strode into the White House briefing room Thursday — the 13th day of the partial government shutdown —and declared that “without a wall you cannot have border security.” He then left without taking questions from reporters.

The appearance came hours after the new Congress convened, with Democrats taking majority control of the House and returning Pelosi to the speakership after eight years of GOP control. The Democratic legislation to re-open the government without funding the wall is going nowhere in the Senate, where Republicans want Trump’s endorsement before voting on a funding package.

Trump is demanding billions of dollars to build his wall along the U.S. border with Mexico, which the Democrats have refused.

Asked if she would give Trump $1 for a wall to reopen the government, Pelosi said: “One dollar? Yeah, one dollar. The fact is a wall is an immorality. It’s not who we are as a nation.”

Newly-installed Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claimed Thursday that the Constitution gives her equal power to President Donald Trump.

The New York Times reported: “Asked if she considers herself Mr. Trump’s equal, she replied, ‘The Constitution does.’”

The context of her remarks was a discussion of the equality of women — but Pelosi’s reference to the Constitution made clear that she was also making an argument about actual power as a matter of law.

In her inaugural speech to the House of Representatives on Thursday, Pelosi sounded a similar theme, calling Congress “co-equal” to the presidency:

“Our nation is at an historic moment. Two months ago, the American people spoke, and demanded a new dawn.

They called upon the beauty of our Constitution: our system of checks and balances that protects our democracy, remembering that the legislative branch is Article I: the first branch of government, co-equal to the president and judiciary.”

By inference, Pelosi seems to believe, the leader of the legislative branch is equal to the president in power.

Dementia is a horrible thing, especially if the demented individual is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

First off, Pelosi is not the Head of the Legislative Branch of our Constitutional Republic.

She is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, established by our Founding Fathers to be like the British House of Commons, that is, the LOWER House of Congress with the Senate being patterned after the House of Lords, or, the UPPER House.

The United States Constitution mentions the position of Speaker but gives it no unique powers.

Also, nowhere in the Constitution does it state that the three branches of government are “co-equal”. The president does not answer to congress. He can act on his own accord concerning matters of national security and foreign policy. And, the Judicial Branch, i.e., the courts, have the ability to overturn legislation passed by Congress.

And, while I’m thinking about it, did y’all ever hear Pelosi claim that Cryin’ John Boehner or Vichy Republican Paul Ryan was the equal of Former President Barack Hussein Obama?

Puhleeze.

In fact, King Barack the First acted on his own authority several times, including his work with DACA and several revisions of Obamacare.

Remember the $1.7 billion that Obama paid the Mad Mullahs of Iran in 2016?

He certainly did not ask Congress’ permission beforehand. He just did it.

So, if Obama could give all of that money to our Sovereign Nation’s sworn enemy and a state sponsor of Radical Islamic Terrorism, then why can’t President Trump begin construction of a wall of our Southern Border without the “permission” of Congress in the interest of national security?

The entertainment value gleaned from watching the reaction of the Democrats, including Self-appointed “Queen” Pelosi and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, would make it worth every penny, not to mention the fact that WALLS DO WORK.

Dems Refuse to Listen to Homeland Security Sec Nielsen at WH Meeting, Want to Re-open Gov’t Without Wall

President Trump has called for congressional leaders to return to the White House on Friday, top Republicans said shortly after a hotly anticipated, contentious closed-door meeting on border security in the Situation Room concluded Wednesday afternoon.

The sit-down apparently ended without any progress made in resolving the ongoing partial federal government shutdown that has persisted for 12 days, and several senior GOP officials said Democrats didn’t seem interested in listening to what Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen had to say.

A source inside the Situation Room told Fox News that it was the consensus of all participants that House Democrats would be able to negotiate once House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is elected speaker of the House on Thursday, as expected. 60 votes in the Senate are needed to pass a spending bill and reopen the government.

A White House official separately told Fox News that Trump began the meeting and then turned it over to Nielsen to provide information on the border. Just five or six seconds into the briefing, the official said, Democratic Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer leaned over to Pelosi and suggested she interrupt Nielsen.

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and top House Republicans Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and Steve Scalise, R-La., also attended the meeting in the high-security enclave of the White House, which typically is used to handle sensitive information. The location meant that the conversation was not televised, unlike the volatile sitdown during which Democratic leaders talked back to Trump last month.

“We do have a crisis on the border right now. We had a violent mob rush yesterday — we had a challenge there,” McCarthy said outside the White House after the meeting, referring to the 150 migrants who were repelled by tear gas on New Year’s Day at the southern border. “The president has asked us to come back Friday, after the [House] leadership races, to try to get this all done.”

“I”m a little disappointed with, I would say, some on the other side,” McCarthy continued. “Once the secretary [of Homeland Security] started, Senator Schumer interrupted her, and they really didn’t want to hear it.”

Instead, McCarthy said, Democrats wanted to push their proposed spending bill without funding for the president’s proposed border wall.

“Democrats in the room either don’t care that there is a humanitarian crisis on the border or just prefer ignorance,” a Homeland Security spokesperson told Fox News late Wednesday. “It was incredibly disheartening that they don’t want to know the facts when making policy.”

When I first read this story, my initial reaction was not surprise at Pelosi and Schumer’s behavior….it was anger.

And, as I sat there thinking about it…my anger grew.

Then, I decided to go to San Fran Nan’s official Twitter feed, where I read the following…

It was while perusing her “official” tweets that I realized something:

She did not even acknowledge the murder by an illegal immigrant on that same Holy Night of Sheriff’s Deputy Ronil Singh, a proud American and legal immigrant, who came here to serve his fellow Americans, a job which she is supposed to be doing in Washington, D.C.

Pelosi and Schumer’s behavior during their recent meetings concerning the Government Shutdown with the President of the United States of America has been far less than congenial, comprising, or professional.

They act as if they exist in another world, one in which their miserable candidate, Hillary Clinton, actually won the 2016 Presidential Election, giving them the mandate to do whatever they want, even to the point of allowing thousands of illegal aliens to enter our country for the purpose of “radically changing” America into something that our Founders never meant for it to be.

In the shallow minds of Schumer, Pelosi, and their fellow Democrats, the word “compromise” means having things their way. In this case, ending the Government Shutdown without building a wall on our Southern Border.

For the Democrats, it is a matter of survival, as they have chosen to embrace Marxism in the form of “Democratic Socialism”, a political theory which has not worked in reality anywhere it has been tried.

Average Americans living between the coasts will never accept a huge central government which limits them to being the Proletariat, taking away their opportunities for “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”. Therefore, the Democrats must create a new voter base who will.

If our immigration laws are upheld and enforced and a wall is built on our Southern Border, that will never happen. Especially after average Americans watch Pelosi and her fellow travelers attempt to undo the economic progress of the last two years under President Trump between now and the 2020 Presidential Election.

To be blunt, Pelosi, Schumer, and the Far Left Democratic Party care more about those in the “Migrant Caravans” attempting to invade our Sovereign Nation at our Southern Border than they do about us “Deplorables”, i.e., average Americans living in America’s Heartland.

For them, it is a matter of political expediency…and survival as a political party.

Stay strong and stand firm, Mr. President…for America’s sake.
