Impeachment Vote to be Called For in Congress As Russia Investigation and Democratic Party Fall Apart

As I sat down at my computer last night to write today’s post, the following article from Newsweek was featured on MSN.com

A vote to impeach President Donald Trump will happen on the House of Representatives floor on Wednesday, a Democrat has vowed.

Rep. Al Green of Texas in a House speech Tuesday said he would bring articles of impeachment against Trump and force a vote the following day, after three prominent Democrats asked to meet with him to discuss the matter.

“I will tell them that impeachment is not about Democrats, that it’s not about Republicans. I will tell them that it is about democracy,” Green said of the Democrats he plans to meet with in his office. “It is about government of the people, by the people, for the people. I will tell them it is about the republic, it is about what (Benjamin) Franklin said, ‘We have a republic if we can keep it.’

“I refuse to sit on the sidelines while the world is considering one of the greatest issues of our time.”

The impeachment vote will likely only be procedural.

“Procedural” is correct.

With Robert Mueller’s “Russian Collusion” Investigation having been found within the last 48 hours to be nothing more than a partisan witch hunt with no credibility whatsoever, at least one of the Liberal Pundits at New Republic.com is beginning to realize that the Democrats have a bigger problem than President Trump:  THEMSELVES.

Jeet Heer, a Senior Editor at NewRepublic.com, posted the following Op Ed yesterday…

Amid a stream of revelations, arrests, and plea bargains from Robert Mueller’s investigation of Donald Trump campaign’s connections with Russia, liberals are becoming giddy at the prospect of impeaching the president. “Can Democrats finally start talking about impeachment, Nancy Pelosi?” Errol Louis asked in a column for CNN, referring to the House minority leader. On The View, Joy Behar bubbled with delight when she was handed the news, now revealed to be inaccurate, that former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was willing to testify that then-candidate Trump had instructed him to make contact with the Russians. (The report was corrected to say that Trump had done so as president-elect.) Some Trump opponents are already looking upon impeachment as a done deal. “He’s going to be impeached, I believe,” Crispin Sartwell wrote at Splice. “I’ve thought so since the election. Michael Flynn is singing. Jared Kushner is likely to be charged in the coming weeks.”

The impeachment frenzy has gone so far that even the normally sober Ezra Klein, Vox’s founder, argued last week that impeachment be normalized as a regular procedure in American democracy. He implicitly acknowledged that we haven’t yet reached the stage where Trump’s impeachability is beyond reasonable dispute (as it was, for example, with Richard Nixon in 1974), but wanted to redefine the rules for impeachment so they apply to Trump, a president who has demonstrated that he is manifestly unfit for office. “Impeachment is not a power we should take lightly,” Klein wrote. “Nor is it one we should treat as too explosive to use. There will be presidents who are neither criminals nor mental incompetents but who are wrong for the role, who pose a danger to the country and the world…. Being extremely bad at the job of president of the United States should be enough to get you fired.”

While it is true that Trump is “extremely bad at the job of president,” using that as grounds for removing him from office would be revolutionary, moving the criteria from the constitutional requirement of “high crimes and misdemeanors,” which is already vague, to the utterly nebulous and subjective “extremely bad.” Klein recognized that normalizing impeachment would turn it into a political weapon, but didn’t wrestle with the fact that this normalization already happened—with the spurious impeachment of Bill Clinton in 1999. That precedent suggests the dangers of further normalization: It will worsen the extreme partisanship and gridlock that is making American ungovernable.

The impeachment enthusiasts should pull back. For both practical and political reasons, this is the wrong remedy for the Trump presidency, even if we stipulate that he has been “extremely bad” and has committed “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

The practical problem is that for impeachment to be meaningful, Trump would not just have to be impeached by the House of Representatives (which requires a simple majority) but also removed by the Senate (requiring a two-thirds vote). It’s easy to imagine a scenario where the Democrats win the House of Representatives in 2018 and have the necessary votes for impeachment. But even in that best-case scenario, in which Democrats win every toss-up race for the Senate, they would still be well short of the votes they need in the Senate. Which means that kicking Trump out of the White House by necessity has to be a bipartisan effort with significant Republican buy-in.

As Peter Beinart pointed out Sunday in The Atlantic, the possibility of Republicans co-operating in removing Trump is dropping even as there’s more evidence emerges that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. Beinart correctly noted that “mass Republican defection” from Trump “has grown harder, not easier, to imagine. It’s grown harder because the last six months have demonstrated that GOP voters will stick with Trump despite his lunacy, and punish those Republican politicians who do not.” Republican support for Trump has never fallen below 79 percent since he became president. Republicans who dare criticize Trump, such as senators Jeff Flake and Bob Corker, have crashed in popularity among the GOP base.

The Republican Party has proven that they will tolerate just about anything from Trump. They continue to stand with him despite his demented tweeting, the political support he’s given to Roy Moore, his repeated expressions of contempt for the justice system, and his cavalier threats to launch a nuclear war. Unless Robert Mueller finds the possibly apocryphal “pee tape,” Republicans are likely to remain loyal to Trump. In fact, there’s a real possibility that even if the “pee tape” is real and widely viewed, Trump would still remain politically sacrosanct among his own party.

The most promising route for stopping Trump, then, is through the ballot box. Democrats need a convincing platform and effective organization to win elections at every level. If the party can win back Congress in 2018, it can immediately start hamstringing Trump’s presidency without resorting to the unlikely path of impeachment. Democrats can launch investigations into Trump’s many improper acts. They can stall his nominees, especially in the courts. They can also start laying down rules for reining in the imperial presidency, including the thermonuclear monarchy, so that no future commander-in-chief has the dangerous power Trump possesses.

Impeachment fetishists seem to think that the overriding problem of American politics is that Trump is president. By this analysis, the president is a dangerous outlier whose removal would restore America to normality. But the problem isn’t just Trump; it’s also the Republican Party. Trump is only dangerous because he’s the standard-bearer of a party that has unified control of the government and is willing to stand by Trump no matter what. A Democratic agenda of reining in presidential power will give more lasting victories than mere impeachment, which is unlikely to succeed and would only address a symptom, not the cause, of the cancer that’s ravaging American politics.

The problem with Heer’s suggestion is the fact that Far Left Radicals are in charge of the Democratic Party.

And, the overwhelming majority of average Americans who live between the coasts in America’s Heartland are Center Right.

For example, my parents, God rest them both, were Southern Democrats.

They became Republican in 1980, when they joined me in voting for Republican Presidential Candidate, Ronald Wilson Reagan.

They would both literally lose their minds if they saw what has happened to their former political party of choice.

Evidently, these same rocket scientists who believed that the “Queen of Mean”, Hillary Clinton, was going to be a popular Presidential Candidate with average Americans living in the Heartland, now believe that they can win the Presidency in future elections by moving even farther to the left.

They just don’t get it.

Even Crazy Uncle Joe Biden gets it. In an interview conducted shortly after the election,

He said his party failed to connect with working-class, largely white voters, and warned that “a bit of elitism” has “crept in” to party thinking.

He recalled watching a Trump rally in Pennsylvania near where he grew up.  “They’re all the people I grew up with,” he said. “They’re their kids. And they’re not racist.

Remember how refreshing Donald J. Trump’s speech was when he accepted the nomination as the Presidential Candidate of the Republican Party?

What a contrast to what we had heard for 7 and one-half long years from the present occupier of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.

No racially divisive rhetoric, no allusions to the Marxism Axioms revolving around Class Warfare, no self-deification, such as

This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.

By the way, how did all of  that “Hope and Change” work out for ya?

But, I digress…

Instead, we heard from a man who genuinely LOVED America and her people, instead of viewing us all as racist, misogynist, xenophobes.

And, therein lies the secret of Donald J. Trump’s victory over the Democrats on November 8th.

It was a direct “repudiation” of Obama and his Presidency.

What Trump did, with his refusal earlier in the campaign to “act more presidential”, was to implement a strategy.

Trump has always been a “people person”.

That is the reason that, when he was still a contributor to Fox News, he would speak to everyone in the building, from the maintenance crew, on up the ladder.

As Sam Walton, the Founder of Walmart, knew, you don’t inspire people by acting imperious and above it all.

“Mr. Sam”, until his health would no longer allow him to do so, would travel to Walmart Stores in his old pickup truck, with a tie and a baseball cap on, visiting the employees, in order to find out how his stores were doing.

He knew that the only was to be successful and to stay in touch with the public, was to be out among them, and speak to them honestly and directly, as one would speak to a friend.

The Political Establishment, of both parties, lost that concept, a long time ago.

Bypassing the borders to communication, historically determined by both political parties and the Main Stream Media, is a concept which I first witnessed being employed by a Presidential Candidate in the 1980 Presidential Election, named Ronald Wilson Reagan.

While I am not comparing the two, I am noting that this strategy proved effective, in the case of both Presidential Candidates.

As the polls showed, Trump struck a resonant chord in the hearts of Average Americans, living here in the part of America, which the Modern Democratic Party refer to as “Flyover Country”, but which we refer to as “America’s Heartland”, or, quite simply, “HOME”.

Why did Donald J. Trump become so popular with average Americans?

The reason is very simple: WE WERE ANGRY.

Our palpable anger was one which has been building since January of 2009, when a Lightweight, who has as much in common with average Americans as a Martian would, was inaugurated as President of the United States of America.

That anger, a result of his anti-American actions and resulting policies, which have affected Americans’ daily lives, has been exacerbated by the Republican Elite, who, in their desire to “reach across the aisle” and “go along to get along”, have distanced themselves from those who elected them to Congress in the first place.

Meanwhile, average Americans, like you and me, remained mired up to our necks in an abysmal swamp of bills and taxes, living paycheck-to-paycheck, afraid to make a move, for fearing of drowning in an ocean of debt.

Seemingly forgotten, in all of the forgotten promises, made by Barack Hussein Obama and the Democratic Party, were the over-94 million Americans, who were no longer, largely through no fault of their own, participating in our Workforce.

Anger has played an important part in the forging of this great country.

It was anger that formed our country….an anger over being held captive to “Taxation Without Representation”…an anger which, as a prime example of history repeating itself, Americans expressed on November 8, 2016.

It is this anger, which propelled Donald J. Trump to the Presidency…and those who prefer the Washingtonian Status Quo, on both sides of the Political Aisle,  are just now starting to realize it.

The reason that those who voted for Trump remain loyal to him is the same reason that they elected him president: anger at being told what to think and do by those whom were elected to serve their constituency in Washington’s Halls of Power and the Liberal Elite on both coasts.

All that is holding the Democratic Party, which has become the party of Far Left Special Interest Groups, together is their bitterness over losing the presidency and their anger that Trump refuses to play their games.

Until the Democrats realize that it was their own arrogance and overestimation of their own intelligence and their underestimation of the anger and love of country of average Americans, their party is doomed to “remain in the wilderness”.

And, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch.

Shadows in the Swamp – Mueller, Comey, the FBI, Hillary, E-mailgate, and a Partisan Witch Hunt Against Trump

“Oh, what a tangled web we weave…”

Late yesterday, the Wall Street Journal posted the following op-ed…

Donald Trump is his own worst enemy, as his many ill-advised tweets on the weekend about Michael Flynn, the FBI and Robert Mueller’s Russia probe demonstrate. But that doesn’t mean that Mr. Mueller and the Federal Bureau of Investigation deserve a pass about their motives and methods, as new information raises troubling questions.

The Washington Post and the New York Times reported Saturday that a lead FBI investigator on the Mueller probe, Peter Strzok, was demoted this summer after it was discovered he’d sent anti- Trump texts to a mistress. As troubling, Mr. Mueller and the Justice Department kept this information from House investigators, despite Intelligence Committee subpoenas that would have exposed those texts. They also refused to answer questions about Mr. Strzok’s dismissal and refused to make him available for an interview.

The news about Mr. Strzok leaked only when the Justice Department concluded it couldn’t hold out any longer, and the stories were full of spin that praised Mr. Mueller for acting “swiftly” to remove the agent. Only after these stories ran did Justice agree on Saturday to make Mr. Strzok available to the House.

This is all the more notable because Mr. Strzok was a chief lieutenant to former FBI Director James Comey and played a lead role investigating alleged coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election. Mr. Mueller then gave him a top role in his special-counsel probe. And before all this Mr. Strzok led the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails and sat in on the interview she gave to the FBI shortly before Mr. Comey publicly exonerated her in violation of Justice Department practice.

Oh, and the woman with whom he supposedly exchanged anti-Trump texts, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, worked for both Mr. Mueller and deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe, who was accused of a conflict of interest in the Clinton probe when it came out that Clinton allies had donated to the political campaign of Mr. McCabe’s wife. The texts haven’t been publicly released, but it’s fair to assume their anti-Trump bias must be clear for Mr. Mueller to reassign such a senior agent.

There is no justification for withholding all of this from Congress, which is also investigating Russian influence and has constitutional oversight authority. Justice and the FBI have continued to defy legal subpoenas for documents pertaining to both surveillance warrants and the infamous Steele dossier that was financed by the Clinton campaign and relied on anonymous Russian sources.

While there is no evidence so far of Trump-Russia collusion, House investigators have turned up enough material to suggest that anti-Trump motives may have driven Mr. Comey’s FBI investigation. The public has a right to know whether the Steele dossier inspired the Comey probe, and whether it led to intrusive government eavesdropping on campaign satellites such as Carter Page.

All of this reinforces our doubts about Mr. Mueller’s ability to conduct a fair and credible probe of the FBI’s considerable part in the Russia-Trump drama. Mr. Mueller ran the bureau for 12 years and is fast friends with Mr. Comey, whose firing by Mr. Trump triggered his appointment as special counsel. The reluctance to cooperate with a congressional inquiry compounds doubts related to this clear conflict of interest.

Mr. Mueller’s media protectorate argues that anyone critical of the special counsel is trying to cover for Mr. Trump. But the alleged Trump-Russia ties are the subject of numerous probes—Mr. Mueller’s, and those of various committees in the House and Senate. If there is any evidence of collusion, Democrats and Mr. Mueller’s agents will make sure it is spread far and wide.

Yet none of this means the public shouldn’t also know if, and how, America’s most powerful law-enforcement agency was influenced by Russia or partisan U.S. actors. All the more so given Mr. Comey’s extraordinary intervention in the 2016 campaign, which Mrs. Clinton keeps saying turned the election against her. The history of the FBI is hardly without taint.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed Mr. Mueller, is also playing an increasingly questionable role in resisting congressional oversight. Justice has floated multiple reasons for ignoring House subpoenas, none of them persuasive. 

First it claimed cooperation would hurt the Mueller probe, but his prosecutions are proceeding apace. Then Justice claimed that providing House investigators with classified material could hurt security or sources. But House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes has as broad a security clearance as nearly anyone in government. Recently Justice said it can’t interfere with a probe by the Justice Department Inspector General—as if an IG trumps congressional oversight.

Mr. Nunes is understandably furious at the Strzok news, on top of the other stonewalling. He asked Justice to meet the rest of his committee’s demands by close of business Monday, and if it refuses Congress needs to pursue contempt citations against Mr. Rosenstein and new FBI Director Christopher Wray.

The latest news supports our view that Mr. Mueller is too conflicted to investigate the FBI and should step down in favor of someone more credible. The investigation would surely continue, though perhaps with someone who doesn’t think his job includes protecting the FBI and Mr. Comey from answering questions about their role in the 2016 election.

When word first got out that Former President Obama was setting up shop in Washington, DC close to the White House and that there was a cadre of Professional Government Bureaucrats still loyal to him and the Democratic Party working together as a “Shadow Government”, I made the remark that the situation was like that in a Tom Clancy Spy Novel.

Not only was I right, but I underestimated just how blatantly deep within the swamp that these shadows roamed.

As The WSJ Editorial Board alluded to, Robert Muller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush, whom he served under for 10 years.

However, there is more to the pervasive corruption contained within this supposedly unbiased Special Counsel Investigation.

When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years. During that time, he acted as a “mule” for Secretary of State Clinton, carrying a sample of the before-mentioned seized uranium BACK to Vladimir Putin via the Russian Embassy.

Mueller’s past, plus the fact that he has recruited lawyers who are Democratic Donors to fill out his “Investigative Staff” led me and others to throw up a red flag about this guy, believing that he is another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

Just call me “Captain Obvious”, but, considering the facts that we already know about this fiasco, it is very obvious to this crazy ol’ cracka’ that the Trump Russian Collusion Fairy tale was actually a False Flag Operation designed by the Democratic Party Hierarchy, their Propaganda Arm, the Main Street Media, and their operatives on Capitol Hill and within the Trump Administration itself, to keep the nation’s attention diverted to the Trump/Russia Lie, when in reality the Uranium One Treasonous Operation by Hillary Clinton WAS AND REMAINS THE STORY.

And now, through yesterday’s revelations of the political shenanigans pulled on behalf of Hillary Clinton by the FBI, and the fact that those who were behind all of that corruption are the main participants in this Democratic Witch Hunt disguised as in impartial investigation, it is apparent to this average American that, unlike the suggestion made by the Editors of the WSJ, Mueller should not simply be replaced, this whole macabre joke of an “investigation” needs to be shut down.

It is now apparent that President Donald J. Trump’s “Russiagate” is an invention of the Democratic Party in more ways than one. Not only was Hillary Clinton guilty of nefarious dealings with the Russians when she was Obama’s Secretary of State, she, her Campaign Staff, and shadow operatives within the FBI attempted to work with the Russians in an attempt to sabotage the campaign of Donald J. Trump in order to overcome her own shortcomings and win the Presidency. When that didn’t happen, she, along with the Democrat Elite, made up the version of “Russiagate” which the MSM and Liberal Political Activists (but, I repeat myself) have been bombarding skeptical Americans with for the past 11 months.

Additionally, the American Public is just now slowly becoming aware of the treasonous activities of Hillary and her fellow Democrats because the Main Stream Media, who have been and remain so complicit in the matter, refuse to “air” this story.

Now that it has been revealed that the FBI, Comey, Mueller, Strzok, et al covered up the extent of Hillary Clinton’s reckless handing of Top Secret Information, which very well could have been passed along to the Muslim Brotherhood by Clinton’s Assistant and BFF Huma Abedin, whom they also “interviewed”, as she has relatives in that Islamic Terrorist Organization, it is time to re-open the E-mailgate INvestigation and put hooks in that can of worms and catch some very smelly fish.

Not only is it past time to Drain the Swamp, it is time to cast a spotlight on the Shadow Government Bureaucrats within the Administration, who are working to not only destroy President Trump, but also our American Way of Life.

It’s time to go snake hunting in the Washington Swamp.

Establishment Republican Lindsey Graham “Concerned” Over Trump’s Tweeting About Russia Investigation

Reuters.com reports that

A series of tweets by U.S. President Donald Trump about the investigation into contacts between his 2016 campaign and Russia prompted concerns on Sunday among both Democratic and Republican lawmakers, with Republican Senator Lindsey Graham saying Trump could be wading into “peril” by commenting on the probe.

“I would just say this with the president: There’s an ongoing criminal investigation,” Graham said on the CBS program “Face the Nation.”

“You tweet and comment regarding ongoing criminal investigations at your own peril,” he added.

On Sunday morning, Trump wrote on Twitter that he never asked former FBI Director James Comey to stop investigating Michael Flynn, the president’s former national security adviser – a statement at odds with an account Comey himself has given.

That tweet followed one on Saturday in which Trump said: “I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President (Mike Pence) and the FBI.”

Legal experts and some Democratic lawmakers said if Trump knew Flynn lied to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and then pressured Comey not to investigate him, that could bolster a charge of obstruction of justice.

Trump’s attorney, John Dowd, told Reuters in an interview on Sunday that he had drafted the Saturday tweet and made “a mistake” when he composed it.

“The mistake was I should have put the lying to the FBI in a separate line referencing his plea,” Dowd said. “Instead, I put it together and it made all you guys go crazy. A tweet is a shorthand.”

Dowd said the first time the president knew for a fact that Flynn lied to the FBI was when he was charged.

Dowd also clouded the issue by saying that then-Acting U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates informed White House counsel Don McGahn in January that Flynn told FBI agents the same thing he told Pence, and that McGahn reported his conversation with Yates to Trump. He said Yates did not characterize Flynn’s conduct as a legal violation.

Dowd said it was the first and last time he would craft a tweet for the president.

”I’ll take responsibility,” he said. “I’m sorry I misled people.”

Yates did not respond to an email seeking comment, and a lawyer for McGahn did not respond to requests for comment.

The White House also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

‘CONTINUAL TWEETS’

The series of tweets came after a dramatic turn of events on Friday in which Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his conversations last December with Russia’s then-ambassador in Washington, Sergei Kislyak, just weeks before Trump entered the White House.

Flynn also agreed to cooperate with prosecutors delving into contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russia before the president took office.

Senator Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said she believed the indictments in the investigation so far and Trump’s “continual tweets” pointed toward an obstruction of justice case.

“I see it most importantly in what happened with the firing of Director Comey. And it is my belief that that is directly because he did not agree to lift the cloud of the Russia investigation. That’s obstruction of justice,” Feinstein said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

“The president knew he (Flynn) had lied to the FBI, which means that when he talked to the FBI director and asked him to effectively drop this case, he knew that Flynn had committed a federal crime,” Adam Schiff, senior Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, told the ABC program “This Week.”

The Russia matter has dogged Trump’s first year in office, and this weekend overshadowed his first big legislative win when the Senate approved a tax bill.

Flynn was the first member of Trump’s administration to plead guilty to a crime uncovered by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian attempts to influence the 2016 U.S. election and potential collusion by Trump aides.

Russia has denied meddling in the election and Trump has said there was no collusion.

Comey, who had been investigating the Russia allegations, was fired by Trump in May. He told the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee in June he believed his dismissal was related to the Russia probe, and said Trump asked him to end the investigation of Flynn.

“I never asked Comey to stop investigating Flynn. Just more Fake News covering another Comey lie!” Trump said on Twitter on Sunday.

On CBS, Graham criticized Comey, saying he believed the former FBI director made some “very, very wrong” decisions during his tenure. But Graham also said Trump should be careful about his tweets.

“I’d be careful if I were you, Mr. President. I’d watch this,” Graham said.

Boys and girls, a couple of obvious points:

  1. It has been revealed that Kushner asked Flynn to contact the Russians AFTER Trump was elected president. Preliminary contact with the Russians by the incoming president and his staff is standard operating procedure and has been done by presidents before Donald J. Trump. There was nothing out of the ordinary about it.
  2. Doesn’t Senator Graham understand that the President’s Chief of Staff would have advised him to stop tweeting about it if the president was in any danger of repercussions?

We live in a “brave new world”, of that there is no doubt.

The vast majority of Americans own cellphones…and are on Twitter.

Yes, the now-280 characters contained in a “Tweet” are definitely not the most eloquent way for a President to be communicating with the American Public, but they are clear, concise, and immediate.

There is no room for “weasel words” in a “Tweet”, unlike the addresses of the individual who occupied the Oval Office before President Trump.

Heck, Obama gave long speeches just so he could refer to himself ad infinitum in them.

According to the Media Research Center, 89 percent of broadcast networks’ coverage of President Donald J. Trump has been negative.

From January 20 to April 9, 1,501 on-air statements about Trump made by experts, carefully selected voters, and reporters were negative, compared to just 186 positive, the study found.

Unfortunately, President-elect Trump will never be able to please the Washington Establishment, like John McCain’s pet, Lindsey Graham, or the Propaganda Arm of the Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media.

Nor should he have to.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

The Main Stream Media knows that.

The problem is, the Political Elite and the Main Stream Media are still having a conniption fit (Southern colloquialism for being upset over something to the point insanity) over the election of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President by us rubes here in Flyover Country.

In fact, they are so upset that they have retaliated by publishing fictional stories, such as the Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale, attributed to “unnamed” sources.

That is why they continue to try to bring down Trump.

They are behaving like spoiled little brats who need a timeout.

And, judging from the TV Ratings of their newscasts and the rapidly dwindling readership of Liberal Newspapers and Magazines, Americans are giving them one.

Meanwhile, POTUS continues to turn up the heat on them via his prolific use of Twitter and blunt to-the-point evisceration of those who wish him to fail.

So, is this just “tacky teasing” or is it a “terrific tactic”?

Actually, I believe that it is a bit of both.

While President Trump is posting his never-ending tweets, he is simultaneously working hard to fulfill his campaign promises, as shown by the 32.2% increase in the Dow since the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Liberal reaction of both anger and false “concern” about the 45th President’s prolific use of Twitter reminds me of a strategy or “tactic” which can be seen in the 1982 movie, “Rocky III’, in a scene in which Rocky “The Italian Stallion” Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) is fighting his heart out in the late stages of a “revenge” match against the animalistic Clubber Lang (Mr. T).

Beaten until he seemingly cannot stand anymore, Rocky starts teasing Clubber to hit him with his best shot. Clubber hits him time and again, while a seemingly unfazed Rocky taunts him, saying, “You ain’t so bad”.

Eventually Clubber wears himself out, giving Rocky the opportunity to beat the living daylights out of him, leaving Clubber lying in the middle of the ring.

By teasing his opponent into a blinding rage, Rocky was able to accomplish his goal of winning back the World Heavyweight Championship.

By teasing the Vichy Republicans, Democrat Party and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, in a similar fashion, President Trump has made them vulnerable, just as Rocky made Clubber, as this past week has shown with the suspension of Brian Ross for posting that Fake News Story involving Kushner, Flynn, and the Russians that the Reuters article referred to.

Trump is not a professional politicians. He thinks like an average American, saying and tweeting what is on his mind.

Tacky teasing? Most definitely.

Terrific tactic? Most assuredly.

Earlier this week, a very special moment occurred in our nation’s capital. An American President wished everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Needless to say, there was much Liberal hand-wringing, gnashing of teeth, and “concern” about the utterance of that phrase from President Trump.

President Donald Trump is receiving praise for sharing the Christmas story at the National Christmas Tree Lighting and Pageant of Peace ceremony at the White House on Thursday where he proclaimed that everyone is a “child of God.”

The event marks the Trump family’s first Christmas at the White House and as he promised during his presidential campaign, he did not shy away from wishing everyone a “Merry Christmas.” Furthermore, the 45th president of the United States also spoke about the nativity.

“The Christmas Story begins 2,000 years ago with a mother, a father, their baby son, and the most extraordinary gift of all — the gift of God’s love for all of humanity.

Whatever our beliefs, we know that the birth of Jesus Christ and the story of this incredible life forever changed the course of human history.

Each and every year at Christmas time we recognize that the real spirit of Christmas is not what we have, it’s about who we are, each one of us is a child of God. That is a true source of joy this time of year. That is what makes every Christmas merry.

Now as the president of the United States it’s my tremendous honor to finally wish America and the world a very Merry Christmas,” Trump said after he and first lady Melania Trump lit the Christmas tree.

His speech, met with cheers from the crowd, also received accolades from people who watched the ceremony on social media. After just a few hours on Facebook, the video was viewed more than 3 million times and garnered hundreds of thousands of likes and hearts.

President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Franklin Graham, likewise shared the video with his followers and urged all Christians to keep Trump in their prayers.

“Never in my lifetime have we had a president willing to take a strong, outspoken stand for the Christian faith like President Donald J. Trump has. Whether you are Protestant, evangelical, Orthodox, Catholic — all Christians need to get behind him with our prayers,” Graham wrote on Facebook.

During his election campaign, Trump vowed to counter those who had declared war on Christmas by making the Christian season more secular and saying “Happy Holidays.”

In November 2015, the billionaire businessman even called for people to boycott Starbucks after it released its red holiday cups that were void of any mention of Christmas or symbolism.

“I wouldn’t buy. Hey look, I’m speaking against myself. I have one of the most successful Starbucks in Trump Tower,” Trump told a crowd of 10,200 during a rally in Springfield, Illinois.

“Maybe we should boycott Starbucks, I don’t know. Seriously,” he added. “I don’t care. By the way: That’s the end of that lease. … If I become president, we’re all going to be saying ‘Merry Christmas’ again. That I can tell you. That I can tell you!”

The Trumps are in fact sticking to a Christian Christmas. First Lady, Melania recently showcased her White House Christmas video clip showcasing this year’s theme of “Time-Honored Traditions” that was part of her efforts to “respect 200 years of holiday traditions.”

The winter wonderland display at the White House also features a Nativity in the East Room of the White House which has been part of the annual Christmas display for 50 years.

As America has witnessed during the first year of Donald J. Trump’s tenure as the 45th President of the United States of America, now, more than ever before in the history of America, there is a great divide between our two major Political Parties.

Well. I know y’all will be shocked, but, this Christian American Conservative has a different take on the schism between America’s two main Political Parties than the Secular Liberals in the Main Stream Media do.

And, it all comes down to keepin’ The Main Thing, The Main Thing.

How Americans greet one another during this glorious time of the year is a prime example.

Marist poll, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, says only 37 percent of Americans prefer “Happy Holidays,” compared to 57 percent who say they prefer “Merry Christmas.”

Further, 79% of Americans strongly or very strongly identify the birth of Jesus with the meaning of Christmas, added the survey of 1,005 adults residing in the continental United States.

John Quincy Adams was the sixth President of the United States of America. He said the following about our Country’s relationship to Christianity:

My hopes of a future life are all founded upon the Gospel of Christ and I cannot cavil or quibble away [evade or object to]. . . . the whole tenor of His conduct by which He sometimes positively asserted and at others countenances [permits] His disciples in asserting that He was God.6

The hope of a Christian is inseparable from his faith. Whoever believes in the Divine inspiration of the Holy Scriptures must hope that the religion of Jesus shall prevail throughout the earth. Never since the foundation of the world have the prospects of mankind been more encouraging to that hope than they appear to be at the present time. And may the associated distribution of the Bible proceed and prosper till the Lord shall have made “bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God” [Isaiah 52:10].7

In the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior. The Declaration of Independence laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity.

There were 95 Senators and Representatives in the First Federal Congress. Christmas and Christianity have been a part of our national fabric since our Sovereign Nation was born. Here is what a couple of our more Modern Presidents said about Christmas in America:

So, why do we celebrate this time of year? Is it the hustle and bustle? Is it the greed and avarice of the commercialization of a Secular Holiday?

It is to honor and celebrate

ONE SOLITARY LIFE

He was born in an obscure village, the son of a peasant woman.

He grew up in another village, where he worked in a carpenter’s shop until he was thirty. Then for three years he became a wandering preacher.

He never wrote a book. He never held an office. He never had a family or owned a house. He didn’t go to college. He never visited a big city. He never travelled two hundred miles from the place where he was born. He did none of those things one usually associates with greatness.

He had no credentials but himself.

He was only thirty-three when the tide of public opinion turned against him. His friends ran away. He was turned over to his enemies and went through a mockery of a trial. He was executed by the state. While he was dying, his executioners gambled for his clothing, the only property he had on earth. When he was dead he was laid in a borrowed grave through the pity of a friend.

Twenty centuries have come and gone, and today he is the central figure of the human race and the leader of mankind’s progress. All the armies that ever marched, all the navies that ever sailed, all the parliaments that ever sat, all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man on this earth as much as that One Solitary Life.

We are given free will by our Creator…will to make choices and decisions on the direction of our lives. Being human, we often don’t make the right decisions and being human, those decisions have the potential to lead us down a dark path.

Whether is in reality or strictly in the close quarters of our own consciousness, the path we choose to follow is up to us. However, our parents, family, and friends can make a difference in our journey and I thank God that through His Grace I was given a Father who made sure that I received loving instruction in The Way in which I should go.

We still live in the greatest country on the face of the earth and we still have a responsibility to one another.

The Democratic Party, now under the control of the Far Left, have long since dismissed the reality of absolute morality, unchanging ethics, and the Sovereignty of the God of Abraham.

And, that is why the Silent Majority, comprised, to a great deal, of the over 70% of us average Americans, who proclaim Jesus Christ as our Personal Savior, rose up here in “Flyover Country” and went to the polls on November 8th, 2016 in protest of unconscionable relative morality and situational ethics, being pursued and propagated by the leaders of the Democratic Party, for Political Expediency’s sake.

The Light or the Darkness. The choice is up to each and every one of us.

So, as you finish your Christmas Shopping and other preparations in the weeks ahead, take time to wish someone else a “Merry Christmas”.

And, let your light shine.

Flynn Pleads Guilty. “Dogs and Cats Living Together”? Or a Great Big “Nothingburger”?

Yesterday, after I arrived at work, I checked the news on my cell phone and found out that Michael Flynn had pleaded guilty to 1 count of lying to the FBI.

Every Liberal Internet Troll still living in their Mom’s Basement, suddenly switched over to their high-octane fuel (that’s right: Flaming Hot Cheetos) and hit their computer keyboards with a rapturous excitement that they had not felt since Dad agreed that they didn’t have to move out after college.

But what does this mean?

Former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty Friday to lying to the FBI about contacting Russian officials on behalf of then-President-elect Donald Trump.

The plea by Flynn, the first White House official to be charged in special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, electrified Washington and set off intense debate among legal minds about what it portended for the future of the Trump White House.

Andrew McCarthy, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, argued that Flynn’s admission may not be a significant break in Mueller’s investigation.

“[Flynn], like [former Trump campaign adviser George] Papadopoulos … is being permitted to plead guilty to a mere process crime,” McCarthy wrote on National Review Online. “[F]or for all the furor, we have a small-potatoes plea in Flynn’s case … despite extensive ‘collusion’ evidence.”

McCarthy went on to argue that “[i]t is becoming increasingly palpable that, whatever ‘collusion’ means, there was no actionable, conspiratorial complicity by the Trump campaign in the Kremlin’s machinations.” McCarthy also noted that Mueller’s other significant criminal case, against Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, “has nothing to do with the 2016 election.”

However, Los Angeles defense attorney Ken White, himself a former assistant U.S. attorney, posted on Twitter that he was not as confident as McCarthy in the absence of a wider conspiracy.

“You generally spell out the entire conspiracy in a cooperator’s guilty plea — in many cases,” White wrote. “With more sophisticated cooperators … you play the cards closer to the vest.

“Yes, you’d get a drug mule to spill to the whole conspiracy in the plea to lock them in,” White added. “A Flynn? Maybe not.”

National security lawyer Steve Vladeck echoed White, tweeting that “the story isn’t that Michael Flynn is pleading guilty. It’s what he’s giving Mueller in exchange for such a minor charge …”

“We may not know the answer to that for some time,” Vladeck added, “but I have to think it’s substantial.”

Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano was less circumspect, characterizing Flynn’s plea as “a nightmare for Donald Trump” and “probably the tip of a prosecutorial iceberg.”

However, Napolitano also told “Shepard Smith Reporting” that if Trump told Flynn to reach out to Russian officials after his election last year, that may not be an impeachable offense, though “they certainly are in the category of offenses that are impeachable.”

“Beyond this, the president of the United States has steadfastly, repeatedly and consistently denied that he had any knowledge of any involvement with the Russians,” Napolitano added. “If Gen. Flynn contradicts that in a credible way under oath, we have a very serious problem on our hands.”

Rush Limbaugh, as he always does, gave a very concise explanation of the situation during his program yesterday…

We are right where we all knew we were going. Back on June 8th, I told everybody there’s not any evidence of collusion. We’re headed towards a process crime, which is exactly what happened today. We’ve all known this day was coming. And because the Drive-Bys have been salivating for this story to amount to something that it never will amount to, what today really means is that we are now looking forward to another six months of intense news stories, allegations of Trump-Russia collusion. But there wasn’t any. Flynn does not know of any, and he’s not going to report any. Now, let’s start at the other end of this. Because that is… I could have teased you. I could have led you along here and taken 20 minutes to get there, but I have never toyed with the people in this audience.

I’ve never dangled carrots out there and tricked you into waiting for what the payoff is. Now, there are some things that you need to keep in mind about this as we begin to unpack this. The first thing to know is that Michael Flynn worked in the Obama administration and was despised personally by Barack Obama. Obama hated Flynn. Flynn was at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and Flynn had a much different view and take on militant Islamic terrorism than Obama, and Flynn was constantly lobbying for foreign policy that would deal with militant Islamic terrorism in the way he thought it presented a threat.

As we know, in Obama’s world there is no militant Islamic terrorism because Islam is a religion of peace. I’m not exaggerating here. I’m not trying to be snarky about Obama. I’m telling you just straight up and down: Obama doesn’t believe in militant Islamic terrorism, as far as every public statement he’s ever made. There was a genuine policy disagreement and a genuine personality clash, and this is why Flynn was being surveilled by the Obama administration during the transition.

Or I should say the Russian ambassador who went to lunch all the time was being surveilled, and it was Michael Flynn during his phone calls that was unmasked by the Obama administration. Flynn worked for Trump for 25 days and was fired for lying. Trump is the one who fired Flynn for lying. Obama never did. During the transition, Obama personally told Trump not to bring Flynn into his administration.

So deep was the animus that Obama had for Flynn that he actually suggested and warned Trump, “Don’t go there. The guy is a bad actor.” (interruption) What? Brian Ross? Okay. Well, let’s go back to the end again if you want more of this. Brian Ross of the ABC News is the only source for this. Breaking news, ABC: Michael Flynn has promised to flip on Trump, to flip on Trump, to flip on Trump’s family, flip to the White House staff.

Brian Ross of ABC News is the only source to report this. Who is Brian Ross? Brian Ross is the investigative reporters for ABC News who — during a mass shooting in Colorado at a movie theater — immediately began looking to see if the shooter could be a member of the Tea Party. So they found membership rosters of Tea Party members, and, lo and behold, they found of a name in the Tea Party roster that was the same name as the shooter.

So Brian Ross, without knowing, heads to the nearest camera and alludes to the possibility the shooter could be a member of the Tea Party. It turned out not to be true. ABC News is reporting that “Flynn is prepared to testify that Trump directed him to make contact with the Russians,” and this is why: “to lay the groundwork for mutual efforts against ISIS in Syria.” That’s the big breaking news from ABC.

Ladies and gentlemen, that is exactly the sort of thing an incoming national security adviser is supposed to do in a transition between administrations. Flynn is supposed “to make contact with the Russians … to lay the groundwork for mutual efforts against ISIS in Syria.” There’s nothing here about undermining current Obama policy, which is what ABC and CNN and the others are trying to make you think is that Flynn was talking to the Russians to try to undermine Obama and his newly placed sanctions on Russian delegates and ambassadors and aides and so forth in the United States.

But the incoming national security adviser making “contact with the Russians … to lay the groundwork for mutual efforts against ISIS in Syria” is exactly what happens during every transition. It is exactly the sort of thing the incoming national security adviser is supposed to do. Now, if this… And this is the key thing about it. If this were part of the basis for a collusion case arising out of Russia’s election meddling, then Flynn would not be pleading guilty to a process crime today.

He would be pleading to an espionage conspiracy. At the end of the day, this remains a process crime. He lied to FBI agents. And if there were collusion, if Flynn were promising to spill the beans on collusion, then he would not just be pleading guilty to a process crime. “But, Rush! But, Rush! He could be… He could have made the deal and that could be what Mueller’s…” No, no, no. Not at this stage. You dangle that carrot down the road.

So, the reality of the situation is that there still is no proven collusion between President Trump and the Russians.

What appears to have happened, as Rush said, are activities that would have been considered S.O.P. in any other incoming Administration.

What has changed is the advent of the bizarre out-of-control National Temper Tantrum by Modern American Liberals which has been raging since the votes were counted on the night of November 8, 2016.

As I have written before, the frenzy which those who are still grieving Hillary’s loss has consumed their very souls in such a manner that they have metamorphosed into a group resembling an old West Lynch Mob.

And that mob stretches from UC Berkeley to Capitol Hill.

They want a hanging, and by gum, there WILL be a “hanging”, even is it has to be Donald Trump, Jr., in order to teach the President a “lesson” as to who is REALLY in charge of this country.

Their problem is, as Rush said, all they have right now is a Process Crime.

The other problem with any testimony that Flynn might give is the fact that he lost his job at the White House for LYING.

So, that tarnishes the veracity of anything he might say.

In other words, this may turn out to be a great big “nothingburger”.

Jury in Sanctuary City of San Francisco Finds Illegal Who Murdered Kate Steinle “Not Guilty”. What About Kate’s Right to Live?

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform wrangled with the hot topic of Illegal Immigration for six years. President Clinton appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair. Jordan came from humble beginnings to become a lawyer and the first Southern black woman elected to the House of Representatives.

A DEMOCRAT, she was a leader in the civil rights movement, a professor of ethics, a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a world-class orator (two of her speeches are considered among the greatest of the 20th century). Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.

I wonder what Rep. Jordan would think of her beloved Democratic Party, now that they have embraced and are welcoming the same illegality, which she was so clear about ?

And, how would she feel about the fact that innocent Americans, like Kate Steinle, are being murdered with impunity by these uninvited guests?

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was found not guilty Thursday of murdering Kate Steinle on Pier 14 in San Francisco in July 2015 in a case that sparked a heated national debate over illegal immigration and so-called sanctuary cities.

Zarate was acquitted of first and second degree murder and involuntary manslaughter. He also was found not guilty of assault with a semi-automatic weapon. He was found guilty of possessing a firearm by a felon. The jury had deliberated for six days.

Steinle was walking with her father and a family friend in July 2015 when she was shot, collapsing into her father’s arms. Zarate had been released from a San Francisco jail about three months before the shooting, despite a request by federal immigration authorities to detain him for deportation.

San Francisco is a sanctuary city, with local law enforcement officials barred from cooperating with federal immigration authorities. President Trump has threatened to withhold federal funding to cities with similar immigration policies, but a federal judge in California permanently blocked his executive order last week.

In a response to the verdict, Attorney General Jeff Sessions released a statement saying that despite California’s attempt at a murder conviction, Zarate was able to walk away with only a firearm possession conviction because he was not turned over by San Francisco to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“When jurisdictions choose to return criminal aliens to the streets rather than turning them over to federal immigration authorities, they put the public’s safety at risk,” the statement said. “San Francisco’s decision to protect criminal aliens led to the preventable and heartbreaking death of Kate Steinle.”

“San Francisco’s policy of refusing to honor ICE detainers is a blatant threat to public safety and undermines the rule of law. This tragedy could have been prevented if San Francisco had turned the alien over to ICE, as we requested, instead of releasing him back onto the streets,” ICE Deputy Director Tom Homan reacted.

Upon leaving the courtroom, representatives from both sides spoke to reporters. Defense Attorney Matt Gonzalez offered his condolences to the Steinle family and said the outcome of the case did not make what happened in 2015 any less terrible. 

Public Defender Jeff Adachi also released a statement saying Zarate was “extremely relieved” by the outcome and that while Steinle’s death “was a horrible tragedy,” it was used as “political fodder for then candidate Donald Trump’s anti-immigration agenda.”

Adachi added, “Despite the unfairly politicized atmosphere surrounding this case, jurors focused on the evidence, which was clear and convincing, and rendered a just verdict.”

A spokesperson for the district attorney’s office said the verdict was not the one prosecutors were seeking but at the end of the day, the jury ultimately makes the decision. Prosecutors also said the Steinle family was “incredible” and that their hearts went out to them.

While Zarate’s immigration status brought the case into the national spotlight, jurors did not hear evidence about that, and it was not a factor in the trial.

After 12 days of testimony, dozens of witnesses and two days of closing arguments, the jury had to decide whether Steinle’s death was the result of an act of murder or a tragic accident.

Reporters in the room said the jurors looked very somber as they entered. When the judge was handed the verdict, the courtroom was completely silent. During the reading of the not guilty verdict of involuntary manslaughter, the defense team nodded in approval but didn’t show any emotion. Zarate sat stoically in his seat.

Earlier in the day, the bailiff and court clerk were seen entering the jury room with a small yellow evidence bag before retreating with it a few minutes later. 

A source inside the courtroom confirmed that the jury asked to see the gun used to shoot Steinle. Zarate and his defense team maintained the argument that the suspect found the stolen weapon on the pier that day and it “just fired.”

The gun belonged to a federal Bureau of Land Management ranger and was stolen from his parked car a week earlier.

The bullet ricocheted on the pier’s concrete walkway before it struck Steinle, killing her. Zarate has admitted to shooting Steinle, but says it was an accident.

However, the prosecution painted a very different picture, telling jurors that Zarate deliberately shot the gun towards Steinle while “playing his own secret version of Russian roulette.”

Following Steinle’s death, Congress took action to pass new legislation called Kate’s Law. The law — passed by the House of Representatives in June — increases the penalties for deported aliens who try to return to the United States and are caught.

Unbelievable.

An individual who has entered our Sovereign Nation illegally and murdered one of our citizens is found “innocent” in a city which ignores the laws of our land and harbors these fugitives, giving them the ability to prey upon American Citizens.

Have you noticed that the Liberal Main Stream Media always leave out the word “illegal” to describe these lawbreakers, here in our Sovereign Nation without our permission, whom these Democratic Mayors of “Sanctuary Cities” are so hell-bent on protecting?

These Democrats are also ignoring that while these “guests” (as Arizona’s Famous Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s successor has called them) are in our country illegally, they are committing other crimes as well…including MURDER.

Police say Robert Krentz, whose family has been ranching in southern Arizona since 1907, was gunned down early Saturday morning, March 27th, 2010, by an illegal immigrant while out on his ATV tending to fences and water lines on the family’s 34,000-acre cattle ranch.

Reached by phone early Tuesday at his family’s ranch, Andy Krentz, Krentz’s oldest son, said his father was a churchgoing man who routinely went out of his way to help those in need.

“My father was a very good family man,” Krentz told FoxNews.com. “He supported his kids, supported his family. He went out of his way to help anybody we could without regarding to who they were.  It didn’t matter who they were.”

Sue Krentz, Krentz’s wife, said she was “pretty overwhelmed” by her husband’s death, which coincided with her parents’ deteriorating health.

“This is icing on the cake,” Krentz said.

On May 14, 2014, on the occasion of then-President Barack Hussein Obama releasing 36,000 illegal aliens, who had committed additional crimes on our shores, back in to the populace, I posted the following information…

  • Illegal aliens commit between 700,000 to 1,289,000 or more crimes per year.

  • Illegal aliens commit at least 2,158 murders each year – a number that represents three times greater participation than their proportion of the population.

  • Illegal alien sexual predators commit an estimated 130,909 sexual crimes each year.

  • There may be as many as 240,000 illegal alien sex offenders circulating throughout America. Based on studies, they will commit an average of 8 sex crimes per perpetrator before being caught.

  • Nearly 63% of illegal alien sex offenders had been deported on another offense prior to committing the sex crime.

  • Only 2% of the illegal alien sex offenders in one study had no history of criminal behavior, beyond crossing the border illegally.

That was in 2014. Can you imagine how the numbers have grown exponentially?

And, the kicker is, the clownish excuses for city officials running these “Sanctuary Cities” are not only harboring fugitives, they are allowing them to vote!

Voting is an American Constitutional Right of self-determination.

Non-citizens have no such right.

I gave the following answer to a comment made by “Benito”, who submitted a rather lengthy comment to a blog I wrote about Illegal Immigration on May 19, 2010.

Benito, I approved your comment to ask you a few questions. First, you write very well. Next, a few questions. What part of the word “illegal” do you not understand? What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, you are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens. You are no better than someone who breaks into someone’s home, does their dishes, cuts their yard, cleans their house, and then helps themselves to their food and drives their car without asking. This is in no way a human rights issue. Freedom is God-given. And with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way. Illegal immigration reminds me of the amorous boyfriend who wants everything a young woman will give him, but will leave her at the first mention of marriage. I wish you no ill, amigo, but understand this: This is not a civil rights issue. Illegals do not have the same rights as American Citizens. With our rights, come the responsibilities of being an American citizen. The Mexican flag, by protocol, will always be flown in a subordinate position to the American Flag in this country. Our Federal Taxes are being used to pay “Sanctuary Cities” to ignore our laws and house murderers, who, if our Immigration Laws were being properly enforced, would not be here killing innocent Americans. Compassion is one thing. Sanctuary Cities are an exercise in blatant, law-breaking stupidity.

All Government Grants to these cities, who are breaking the law, must be stopped now.

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children. We are all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight. But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish. But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

Criminals are criminals, whether they are here legally or illegally.

They deserve no sanctuary.

Neither Kate Steinle nor Mr. Krentz deserved to be murdered by barbarians who had already broken our laws once by trespassing into our Sovereign Nation.

Lauer Abused Power: Took Liberties With Ladies While Liberal Louts Looked the Other Way

The same bunch of “morally superior” East and West Coast Liberals, who have been insulting and talking down to average Americans, from their positions of notoriety and power, simply because we believe in Traditional American Faith and Values and we would not swallow the Kool-aid they we offering during the 2016 Presidential Campaign and elected Donald J Trump as President, instead of the Queen of Mean, knew all along about the debauchery going on both behind closed doors and out in their open in their places of business.

NBC News confirmed that the accusation also noted the alleged behavior continued in the workplace after the games.

“Over the course of several hours, my client detailed egregious acts of sexual harassment and misconduct by Mr. Lauer,” Ari Wilkenfeld of Wilkenfeld, Herendeen & Atkinson told Fox News in an emailed statement. “In fewer than 35 hours, NBC investigated and removed Mr. Lauer…It is our hope that NBC will continue to do what it can to repair the damage done to my client—their employee—and any other women who may come forward.”

Lauer’s co-anchor Savannah Guthrie and “Today” colleague Hoda Kotb were given the rough task of breaking the news to viewers.

“This is a sad morning here at ‘Today’ and at NBC News,” Guthrie said before reading a note from NBC News Chairman Andy Lack.

“Dear colleagues, on Monday night, we received a detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace by Matt Lauer,” Lack’s statement read. “It represented, after serious review, a clear violation of our company’s standards. As a result, we’ve decided to terminate his employment.”

The statement said this is the first complaint regarding Lauer’s behavior the company has received “in the over 20 years he’s been at NBC News.”

“We were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident,” the statement said.

Later in the day, stories started pouring forth which revealed that Lauer’s perversion was the worst kept secret at NBC. Tales of a secret button under his desk which locked the door to his office, gifts of sex toys along with descriptive letters sent to women, along with inappropriate touching and lewd remarks formed a pattern of behavior openly displayed by Lauer while he worked at “The Peacock Network” for the last 20 years.

Lauer is just the latest in an avalanche of Liberals in positions of power and notoriety who are being brought down by revelations of a consistent pattern of sexual harassment in the workplace.

Why is this happening to all of these Liberals?

Rush Limbaugh and a caller to his nationally syndicated radio talk show entertained an interesting theory that the caller advanced yesterday which could explain this…

CALLER: …that the product of liberalism is really the breeding ground for this problem. We’ve been told that rape is not really about sex, it’s about power. And liberalism is about power and increasing people in positions who can leverage that power to abuse people in this way. And I think it would be very helpful — I know the establishment wouldn’t do it — but I think it would be very helpful for us to point out that these people who are committing these offenses fit the exact mold who are told, you know, commit these kinds of offenses. They’re guys in power, they happen to be white guys in power, and, lo and behold, they’re all liberals. And, lo and behold, liberalism leads to more guys

—RUSH: This is interesting. Let me see if I understand what you’re saying. You may really be on to something. Your premise starts with — by the way, this belief, this theory that rape or sexual abuse is not about sex, it’s about power, can be traced back to a feminist author named Susan Brownmiller who wrote a book in the seventies. I forget the title of it, but if you wanted to date a feminist in the seventies you had to read this and you had to be conversant in it. I know because I did.

CALLER: Wow.

RUSH: But this is where the theorem was advanced that rape or sexual harassment is not about sex, it’s about power. So your theory is that she’s right and that liberalism is the breeding ground for this power and that we’re actually seeing it on display, that the Charlie Roses and the Weinsteins and all these guys are not doing this really for sex; they’re doing it for the exertion of power over people.

CALLER: Well, if for no other reason than their power affords them the opportunity. So liberalism, you could point out or you could make the case that it is self-fulfilling in this way. That people get powerful and they start to misbehave because they’re powerful. And it’s all on their side, really, right now.

RUSH: Yeah, but how does that distinguish from, say, conservatives in power? I mean, power is power no matter who has it and where it is. How would you distinguish it?

CALLER: Well, I mean, as a political ideology, conservatism is technically the antidote where we’re trying to reduce the institutional power and give that back to the individual where they’re more accountable. Whereas, you know, liberalism, you’re building bureaucracy, and you’re putting people into positions and — by virtue of that fact — putting them in the position to abuse women who work for them.

RUSH: Yeah. Okay. And you know how it extends even further? Then you use that power to put a net around everything so that the word of it doesn’t get out. For example, how about this news that there has been $15 million in payouts to silence women who have been abused and harassed by members of Congress? And there has been a big movement on to have these people named and identified. It is the power structure that keeps their names hidden. It is the power structure that keeps their deeds and activities hidden.

But you’re right about all this. Liberalism is about the pursuit of power for the purposes of using it against other people and for the advancement of your own agenda, while liberalism portrays itself as fair and tolerant and open-minded and understanding and gentle and snowflaky and all of that. It’s an interesting point. I like it. The quest to further enable Americans to understand liberalism and how liberalism actually breeds the circumstances for all of this liberal, male, abusive, power-related behavior.

As more and more of these Lecherous Liberal Lizards have the rocks of positions of power overturned and they come crawling out into the disinfection of the sun’s piercing rays, average Americans are going to bear witness to a scene reminiscent of the ill-fated passengers fleeing the Titanic.

All those who supported these public figures will now disown them and try their best to distance themselves from them, lest their careers and very reputations are ruined along with their former friend and associate’s.

It is a sad situation for the innocent victims and families which will be hurt by these revelations of the debauchery of Liberal Americans in positions of notoriety and power.

However, if I may say so, it does provide a bit of Schadenfreude given the extremely Pharisetical nature of the self-proclaimed “smartest people in the room”, who have, unfortunately for them, been caught exposing their shortcomings.

Embarrassing Desperation: CNN Calls For the Banning of the Term “FAKE NEWS”.

President Donald J. Trump has made the Media look tremendously naïve and stupid on several occasions, in scenes reminiscent of Lucy Van Pelt promising to hold the football for Charlie Brown to kick, only to pull it away at the last minute, leaving a helpless Charlie Brown to wipe out, tumbling head over heels.

Between Trump’s playing them like Charlie Daniels playing a fiddle and average Americans becoming their own reporters through the use of Social Media, “professional journalists” have watched their influence over the daily lives of Americans dwindle and diminish right before their very eyes.

The Main Stream Media are no longer in control of the dissemination of the news…and they know it.

CNN wants to ban the term “fake news?”

In an opinion piece on the cable news network’s website Sunday, writers Hossein Derakhshan and Claire Wardle called for scrapping the term President Trump has made synonymous with CNN. The duo wrote that use of the term “fake news” is “not only self-defeating, it oversimplifies a very complex problem” and it devalues the expression that has “become meaningless” over the past year.

The phrase is now “used to describe any piece of information that someone else didn’t like” and has been “has become weaponized by politician,” Derakhshan and Wardle wrote, adding the term should be used when referring to clearly false content such as the viral photo of a shark swimming up a Texas highway during Hurricane Harvey (spoiler alert: the photo wasn’t real).

Derakhshan and Wardle recently co-authored a report, “Information Disorder,” which was commissioned by the Council of Europe. They claim the problem exists all over the world, but most Americans likely associate “fake news” with CNN, thanks to President Trump’s relentless branding.

CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker has implemented an anti-Trump programming strategy at the network that was once known for Ted Turner’s bare bones “just-the-facts” approach to journalism. As a result, Trump refers to CNN as “fake news” on a regular basis and mocked the network on Twitter as recently as Monday.

Wardle recently appeared on CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” where she told host Brian Stelter the term is “being used as a weapon” against the news industry and said Americans have to be “much more careful” about the language that is used to describe content.

Derakhshan and Wardle focus on three different terms that can be used to replace “fake news,” which are “misinformation,” “disinformation” and “malinformation.,” claiming each one can be a replacement in various situations. The duo blames social media for adding “an entirely new dimension to the phenomenon” of fake news, but many media watchdogs would simply blame CNN and how it covers the White House.

“Wardle may not like the term, but Stelter’s November 2016 segment is just one of so many genuine textbook examples of ‘fake news’ the network has shamelessly promoted,” Newsbusters contributing editor Tom Blumer wrote. “Establishment press outlets have spent the past year disseminating fake news while working feverishly, through their bogus and highly selective ‘fact-checkers,’ to discredit legitimate center-right voices.”

CNN Senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta has emerged as one of the faces of anti-Trump liberal media, regularly interrupting press briefings with grandstanding and providing personal opinions about the administration on a consistent basis. During a press conference earlier this year, Trump literally pointed at Acosta and said, “You’re fake news.”

The network’s primetime programming is littered with large panel discussions, often featuring numerous liberal analysts against a single quasi-Trump supporter. CNN also airs documentary-style specials aimed to criticize Trump and has several anchors, such as Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon, which have become household names simply for attacking the president on a regular basis.

Trump recently suggested that Americans should have a contest between ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN to determine which news organization is the most “dishonest,” with the winner receiving a “fake news trophy.”

Trump took to Twitter earlier this month to slam Zucker’s network, saying he was “forced to watch” it while on an overseas trip to Asia and the experience reminded him why he dislikes the content with such passion.

“While in the Philippines I was forced to watch @CNN, which I have not done in months, and again realized how bad, and FAKE, it is,” Trump wrote. “Loser!”

It wasn’t clear who Trump was referring to when he ended his tweet with “loser,” but it shouldn’t be a tough case to crack. Zucker’s anti-Trump game plan has helped both TV ratings and digital traffic at the liberal CNN, but it’s not the first time Trump has enhanced Zucker’s livelihood.

He was in charge of NBC when Trump’s “The Apprentice” became a hit for the network. At one point, when NBC’s prime time lineup was flailing, “The Apprentice” was NBC’s most successful show and Trump its biggest star. Meanwhile, Trump claims he’s helped Zucker’s career (something Zucker gently refutes) and the president has been absolutely clear that he resents CNN’s constant attacks on him.

The CNN editorial that calls for a ban on the term “fake news” doesn’t mention Trump by name, but it will be interesting to see if the president responds. Perhaps Trump will remind Americans that CNN recently mislead viewers by editing a video to make it appear that he botched an old tradition of feeding carp at a Koi pond in Tokyo — something that surely would have secured the “fake news trophy.”

 

A few months back, the Main Stream Media were desperately trying to trap the President of the United States of America into falling into a chorus line performing the same ol’ Washington Two-Step that Professional Politicians have performed during press conferences for decades, dancing around questions and saying the things that they think that they should say, in order to to keep the “Watchdogs” of the Press from ripping them a new one by portraying them as being stupid or a tyrant.

President Trump finally got tired of the MSM’s relentless attacks, culminating in FAKE NEWS STORIES, and gave them a dressing down which they are still whining about.

America’s Main Stream Media realized shortly after the American People elected Donald J. Trump as our 45th President that in order to  have access to President Trump and to be able to file news reports covering the actions that he is going to take as President, they are going to have to accurately report what actually happens.

So, they decided instead, to write fictional stories and attempt to give them believability and gravitas by claiming to have received the information for their stories from “anonymous sources”.

At the rate that these stories have been and continue to be debunked, most Americans have accurately surmised that the MSM’s “anonymous sources” are the voices inside their own over-sized heads.

The Main Stream Media has gotten so desperate to bring down the juggernaut that is President Donald J. Trump that that they have adopted the strategy of publishing unsubstantiated lie after unsubstantiated lie in order to assuage their own hurt feelings after their failure to aid lousy Democratic Candidate Hillary Clinton in her quest to become the 45th President of the United States of America.

The depth of their grief and the blind rage of their ensuing temper tantrum has, without a doubt, wiped out any vestiges of journalistic integrity that remained after decades of being the Propaganda Arm of the Democratic Party.

President Trump will never be able to please the Main Stream Media.

Nor should he have to.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

The Main Stream Media knows that.

However, they cannot cope with the fact that Americans elected Donald J. Trump to serve in that position.

Back in May, Foxnews.com reported that

Nearly two-thirds of Americans think the mainstream press is full of “fake news,” according to the latest Harvard-Harris poll.

65 percent of voters believe there is a significant amount of fake news in the mainstream media, and the sentiment is held by a majority of voters across the ideological spectrum.

80 percent of Republicans, 60 percent of independents and 53 percent of Democrats reflected this distrust of the media.

84 percent of voters said it is hard to know what news to believe online.

Their non-stop Pro-“Alt-Left” Stance since the 2016 Presidential Election has shown the whole country whose side they are on.

For those of us who live in the Heartland, and especially in the South, they have shown themselves to be lower than the stuff you find in a cow pasture which leads to an outhouse.

And, if they choose to keep on peddling it, they had better learn how to take it from the President of the United States of America.

Because President Donald J. Trump was elected by Americans who were tired of Professional Politicians performing the Washington Two-Step.

And, he remains more popular than the MSM..no matter what their Democrat-heavy polls say.

Dear Joy Reid: A “Rural” American Responds

The Liberal Elite have always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California. They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

Their ongoing meltdown, as witnessed by Americans since the election returns came in on the night of November 8th, 2016, is a reaction caused by their own unbridled and unsupported arrogance.

Just like their fellow Modern American Liberals who run Democratic Party, the disconnected “talking heads” in Tinsel Town and the Big Apple never saw Trump’s victory coming.

At this point, all their incessant national temper tantrum is doing, is making them look like fools.

For example…

FoxNews.com reports that

MSNBC host Joy Reid thinks that rural Americans are “the core threat to our democracy” and pointed to a series of tweets by liberal author Jared Yates Sexton that claimed Trump supporters “do not believe in the Constitution or any founding principles unless they’re advantageous” as proof of her far-left theory.

“By 2040, about 70% of Americans are expected to live in the 15 largest states. They will have only 30 senators representing them, while the remaining 30% of Americans will have 70 senators representing them,” MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin tweeted over the weekend.

Reid, who tweets so often that it’s amazing she finds time to do anything else, has a feed that is essentially the anti-Trump talking points of the far left on a daily basis. While Sexton never specifically mentioned the “rural minority” in his rant, the MSNBC host took it upon herself to quote Griffin’s tweet add her own commentary tied to Sexton’s thread. 

“This is the core threat to our democracy. The rural minority — the people @JYSexton just wrote a long thread about — have and will continue to have disproportionate power over the urban majority,” Reid tweeted.

Reid said gerrymandering reform and “the abolition of the Electoral College would be a start” when engaging with followers on how to fix the issue.

The Resurgent editor, radio host and Fox News contributor Erick Erickson responded, “Griffin’s original tweet and Reid’s response highlight a core threat to our constitutional system: basic ignorance.”

Reid seems to use hateful rhetoric on a regular basis and has called Trump supporters “deplorables,” claimed that living in Trump’s America is the “worst time to be a human” in the history of the world and even referred to the Trump administration as “the apocalypse” in recent memory. 

While outwardly mocking Middle America, Reid pointed to the Twitter rant of the man who recently published an anti-Trump book titled, “The People Are Going to Rise Like the Waters Upon Your Shore,” that reflects on the Trump movement. Sexton recently tweeted that “Midwesterners put up Confederate flags” because of “racism” but also “dream of being able to rise up and remake this country into a fascist place.” However, that comment was tweeted after Sexton inspired Reid with his 22-tweet thread.

“With Trump’s base showing strong preferences for authoritarianism, and continuing to support a serial predator of children, it’s time to look this problem in its face,” Sexton wrote to kick off the thread that inspired the MSNBC host to mock rural Americans. “This isn’t a political problem. This is a societal issue, a major, major existential problem with who we are and how we view the world.”

He continued, saying the problem isn’t about Democrats and Republicans but rather “a substantial group in this country who are okay with a president who would stamp out free speech, free press, and are comfortable with foreign influence and collusion.” Sexton said the people he was referencing don’t care about mass shootings, support fascism and “didn’t blink when a woman was murdered by white supremacists,” — an apparent reference to the killing in Charlottesville, Va., last August.

“They only care about our laws and customs when they help them. They do not believe in the Constitution or any founding principles unless they’re advantageous,” he wrote. “They’ve always been here. They’ve been slaveholders. They’ve been confederates. They’ve been our neighbors. They’ve been our family.”

He continued: “Republicans fostered them as a means to push their policies and leveraged their worst instincts. Now, they’ve lost hold of the leash and have been taken over from the inside.”

Sexton said Trump “didn’t create” the issue but “is the total personification of this worldview.”

The liberal author added, “there’s literally no telling what they’ll stand by” and noted that “there are Americans who hold Adolf Hitler in high regard” because he had “good” ideas.

“If people like Trump continue to push them further, there’s literally no telling what they’ll allow or what they’ll support. This is how a democracy backslides into a fascist state,” Sexton wrote.

Erickson wrote, “To have a national ‘news’ host call rural America a ‘core threat’ to our democracy is both striking arrogance and striking ignorance.”

Dear Joy Reid…

First off, allow me to introduce myself.

I am one of those average Americans, living in the Northwest corner of the State of Mississippi, whom you have, in your arrogance, mistakenly labeled as “Rural” simply because we do not live in the densely crowded metropolitan areas of either coast and we voted for Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America.

You refer to us as being a “rural minority”.

That’s funny. Last night, as I was writing this response to you, I took a look once again at the 2016 Electoral Map and was once again struck by the fact that 80% of the continental land mass known as the contiguous United States was 80% red and just 20% blue.

Doesn’t the word “minority” mean “a smaller number of”?

You also claim that those of us residing in the area which you Coastal Liberals tend to refer to as “Flyover Country” but which we refer to as “America’s heartland” as “the core threat to our democracy”.

Seriously?

Forgive my bluntness, but Civics Class must have been one of those which you skipped in order to hang out with the “cool kids”.

America is not a “democracy”. Our Founding Fathers, in their infinite wisdom, created this Blessed Land as a Constitutional Republic in order to provide fair and equal representation to all areas of the country, whether they be densely populated “urban” areas or sparsely populated “rural” areas.

No American’s vote is more important than somebody else’s.

When I voted down here, outside Memphis, Tennessee, in the Northwest Corner of the Magnolia State on November 8, 2016, it counted the same as your vote in one of the boroughs of New York City.

The Founders created and put in place the Electoral College in order to prevent just what you and the rest of your Fellow Travelers in the New Far left Democratic Party are suddenly crying for: a nation where its leaders are selected by mob rule in which special interest groups of a minority political philosophy join together to form a voting bloc in order to “radically change” the course of a Sovereign Nation.

In the case of Modern America Liberals, such as yourself, this would have allowed you and your Fellow Travelers to change our Constitutional Republic into a “Democratic” Socialist Nation, a form of government based on Marxist Theory which has never worked in any country in which it has been tried.

If that is the sort of country you which to live in…move to Venezuela.

I am certain that they could use your “help”.

By the way, concerning Free Speech, why does your “news channel” turn off the microphones of Conservative Guests when they are making your hosts look stupid? Also, why did ABC cancel the Hit Conservative Sitcom “Last Man Standing”?

And, addressing your concern about “extremists”, just what do you consider Black Lives Matter and Antifa to be?

Oh, and before you call me a “fascist”, you do realize that the term “Nazi” was an abbreviation for “National Socialist Party”, don’t you?

In conclusion, Ms. Reid, it has been your own arrogance, yours and your Fellow Travelers’, which led to the election of Donald J. Trump as our 45th President.

Well…that and the fact that you “Broadcast Journalists” (and, I’m being generous), became so egotistical that you started believing all of the fake news stories that you attempted to propagandize and indoctrinate average Americans with on behalf of the Democratic Party and the miserable, hateful loser of a 2016 Presidential Candidate whom they chose, the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton.

Pelosi Defends Conyers. Still Calls for Moore to Exit Race. Irony is Embarrassed.

NBCNews.com reports that

Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., stepped down as the ranking Democratic member of the House Judiciary Committee on Sunday, following sexual harassment accusations. The 27-term congressman said he denied the allegations, but was stepping down because of the ongoing House Ethics Committee investigation.

“I deny these allegations, many of which were raised by documents reportedly paid for by a partisan alt-right blogger. I very much look forward to vindicating myself and my family before the House Committee on Ethics,” Conyers said in a statement.

“To be clear, I would like very much to remain as Ranking Member,” he added. “There is still much work to be done on core concerns like securing civil rights, enacting meaningful criminal justice reform, and protecting access to the ballot box.”

Appearing on “Meet The Press” earlier in the day, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi urged “due process” before making conclusions about Rep. Conyers, saying the congressman is “an icon” who has worked to protect women.

“We are strengthened by due process. Just because someone is accused — and was it one accusation? Is it two?” Pelosi asked.

“John Conyers is an icon in our country. He has done a great deal to protect women – Violence Against Women Act, which the left — right-wing — is now quoting me as praising him for his work on that, and he did great work on that,” she added. “But the fact is, as John reviews his case, which he knows, which I don’t, I believe he will do the right thing.”

Conyers’ office recently confirmed issuing a settlement of $27,000 to a former staffer who says she was fired for resisting the congressman’s sexual advances. Conyers has acknowledged the payout, which he said amounted to a severance package, but he denied the allegations about what it was for.

The payout from Conyers’ office first became public in a report published by Buzzfeed on Monday, and came after a number of men in powerful positions in politics, entertainment and media have faced public accusations of sexual harassment. The accusations have opened up a national conversation about how women are treated in the workplace by men in positions of power.

When asked specifically whether she believes the accusations against Conyers, Pelosi said: “I do not know who they are. Do you? They have not really come forward.”

She repeatedly said that she wants to see the House Ethics Committee investigation of Conyers play out.

Conyers has held the powerful position on Capitol Hill as the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee for a decade, but after Pelosi’s interview on Sunday, he announced that he would step down from the position while the Ethics Committee investigates.

Pelosi said in a statement later Sunday, “Zero tolerance means consequences. I have asked for an ethics investigation, and as that investigation continues, Congressman Conyers has agreed to step aside as Ranking Member.”

On “Meet The Press,” Pelosi was also asked whether she would accept an apology from Democratic Sen. Al Franken of Minnesota, who has apologized after being accused of unwanted touching from multiple women, if no other accusers surfaced. “His accusers have to accept an apology,” Pelosi said. “The victims have some say in all of this, as well. And that has happened in the past. People have accepted an apology, as is coming forth now that I see in the press.”

The reporting process on Capitol Hill for sexual harassment claims is a very long and arduous process that can take months to play out, but Pelosi said the House is expected to soon take up new action aimed at preventing such conduct when they vote this week on a resolution that would require all lawmakers and their staff members to go through anti-harassment training. The Senate passed a similar measure earlier this month.

Pelosi’s comments Sunday also came while Democrats and many Republican leaders have called for Alabama’s GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore to exit the race, since Moore is facing sexual misconduct accusations from nine women, including one who says he molested her when she was 14 and he was 32. Moore has denied all of the allegations.

Ohio Sen. Rob Portman is one of the Republican lawmakers who has called for Moore to step aside, and on Sunday said that if he were a voter in Alabama, he’d “probably vote for a Republican, but it wouldn‘t be Roy Moore.”

“As the women went on the record, I thought there was a lot of credibility in what they were saying,” Portman said on “Meet The Press.” “I didn’t find the response very credible and that’s how I came up with my position.”

As the national conversation on sexual harassment has accelerated, the reaction to numerous allegations from the 1990s has also been revisited.

Anita Hill accused U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment when she worked for him at the Department of Education and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and later testified about it during his 1991 Senate confirmation hearing. Thomas denied the allegations.

Now a professor at Brandeis University, Hill said on “Meet The Press” that “unfortunately, 26 years ago, Washington wasn’t ready to lead on this issue, and I’m afraid even today Washington cannot lead the country on this issue. There seems to be so many conflicted feelings and understandings about what needs to happen when sexual misconduct occurs.”

Pelosi, meanwhile, also said the reaction to sexual misconduct accusations against former President Bill Clinton from that era versus today represent “obviously a generational change.”

“The concern that we had then was that they were impeaching the president of the United States, and for something that had nothing to do with the performance of his duties, and trying to take him out for that reason,” Pelosi added. “But let’s go forward. Let’s go forward. I think that something wonderful is happening now, very credible. It’s 100 years, almost 100 years, since women got the right to vote. Here we are, almost 100 years later, and something very transformative is happening.”

One lies and the other swears to it.

The word “delusional” does not even begin to cover San Fran Nan’s illogical statement.

Nancy Pelosi’s station in life defies logic.

That has to be the most tone-deaf statement made about a Philandering Congressman since Wilber Mills (D-AR), was caught fooling around with Fanne Fox, a local DC Stripper, who, when caught drunken driving with Mills, attempted to jump attempted to jump in the Tidal Basin to elude police.

For her to completely ignore the current Democratic Congressional Sexual Abuse Scandal, as pertains Conyers detailed decades of systematic abuse,does not just “strain” credulity…it stomps that sucker flat.

There are two possibilities for Pelosi’s misjudgment of the American People:

She has been so sheltered from us “rabble” during all of those years up on Capitol Hill, that she simply is clueless to the daily lives of average Americans and how we feel on the issues of the day. Or…

She is a victim of galloping dementia.

It is probably both.

For years, the hypocrisy of sanctimonious Liberals, who considered themselves to be the “Smartest People in the Room” made them the Darlings of the Hoi Polloi, the “Captains of the Country Club Crowd” and go-to sources for the Main Stream Media, who hung of their every didactic word as they told average Americans how they should live, how they should raise their children, and how they should allow them to complete run their lives from cradle to grave.

And now, it turns out that all those years that they considered themselves to be of “Royal Blood”, their personal lives had all of the class and morality of the old Redd Foxx “Party” Albums that teenagers used to “borrow” from their parents to listen to and giggle.

It is imperative that average Americans finish what they started on November 8m 2016 in the Presidential Election when the Midterm Elections arrive in 2018.

We must DRAIN THE DC SWAMP.
