America’s Pharisees: Liberals and the Main Street Media Judge Christians Who Support Moore to be “Immoral” – A KJ Sunday Morning Reflection

Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, “The scribes and the Pharisees sit on Moses’ seat, so practice and observe whatever they tell you—but not what they do. For they preach, but do not practice.” – Matthew 23: 1-3

“I respect women. I don’t respect men who don’t.” – Senator Al Franken (D- Minn.)

Newsbusters.org reports that

They began the week-in-review segment on Friday’s PBS NewsHour with the Al Franken groping scandal, and both liberal Mark Shields and pseudoconservative David Brooks felt that Franken’s offense was minor compared to the Roy Moores and Bill Clintons…and Donald Trumps.

Brooks repeated his recent Charlie Rose line that Clinton’s impunity in these matters in the 1990s created a hostile environment for all women – and then added a new spin for “balance.” Christian defenders of Roy Moore at this point are practicing “idolatry” and are simply “heretics,” he proclaimed.

“DAVID BROOKS: If I could add one thing on the — first on the Clinton thing, I think it’s — we just have to look back and say the people who ignored the testimony of Kathleen Willey and Juanita Broaddrick helped set the stage for this. And the Democrats who defended Clinton in those cases, they helped set the atmosphere for what we’re seeing and for the behavior that Harvey Weinstein and the rest can get away with.

The second thing to be said is, there is a word for what defenders of Roy Moore are doing, the people who said they were vote for him nonetheless, and — well, two words. One word is idolatry, and the other word is heresy, because the people who are putting — who are going to sacrifice morality for politics are making an idol out of politics.

They’re saying politics is higher than morality. And no honest person can possibly believe that. And if you’re putting politics above personal morality, above the way we treat each other, above the nature of your own soul, you’re just — you’re making an idol out of it. And that is the ultimate in heresy. And to see — I saw a tweet from Franklin Graham, Billy Graham’s son, defending Moore, you know, sort of, oh, they’re all a bunch of hypocrites up there. It’s just appalling. It’s just — it’s almost mind-boggling that people who — especially people who have been steeped in any faith could make this kind of fundamental error, which is warned against again and again in the Bible, and to be heretics. They’re heretics.”

One can understand the “making an idol out of politics” part, but “heresy” means something different to religious folks than it does to David Brooks. It means a false teaching against the core teachings of Christianity, a rejection of orthodoxy. He’s not exactly separating church and state on the special election. Personally, I think the charges against Moore are serious enough that I would withhold my vote from him. But a Christian could look at the two choices left on the ballot and say if I need a Senator to vote against abortion, against the LGBT agenda, and for religious liberty, one cannot vote for the Democrat. That would be closer to a heretical vote, if we’re buying the Brooks definition. 

Franklin Graham spoke to Roy Moore on the phone, and is accepting Moore’s denials of wrongdoing. He tweeted “The hypocrisy of Washington has no bounds. So many denouncing Roy Moore when they are guilty of doing much worse than what he has been accused of supposedly doing. Shame on those hypocrites.” This drew angry tweets from CNN’s Jake Tapper and Andrew Kaczynski. But on its face, if Rev. Graham is talking about the Clintons and their defenders, then he has a point. The Broaddrick rape charge is a very serious charge that a vast majority of liberal journalists have dismissed as fake news for decades — which makes them look hypocritical on Moore. 

(No one at PBS is going to bring up how Brooks dumped his wife of 28 years to marry his researcher, Anne Snyder, 23 years his junior. So he’s nobody’s moral teacher.) 

On Franken, Shields admitted that “for a party that has based an awful lot of its appeal on identity politics, that we are the women’s party, that we believe in women’s rights, that we respect women, and that Republicans don’t, this is a body blow. And Al Franken has been a major fund-raiser for Democrats, and he has been an aggressive inquisitor on committees and — representing the Democrats. So, I think it is serious.”

But then substitute anchor Hari Sreenivasan noted Trump had tweeted against Franken, so “Does this at this point open him up to a line of criticism, saying, well, if this is what you’re going to say about this person that was accused of misconduct, what about the 15 or so women who have publicly come out against you?” Shields unloaded on the president as a draft dodger and shameless smear artist:

“MARK SHIELDS: Well, I guess I should not be surprised that somebody who found a friendly family podiatrist in 1968 to avoid the military draft and to not serve his country in Vietnam, and then went on to attack and disparage the heroic service of John McCain, who spent five and a half years as a prisoner of war, and saw no inconsistency in that hypocrisy, indefensibility, morality — morally about what he did, I shouldn’t be surprised that he, facing charges — having pledged that he was going to sue these women who had accused him of sexual harassment, sexual molestation and worse, and never having initiated any kind of action, never having responded to them, would go after Al Franken and duck the Roy Moore matter.

I mean, why he’d want to — it just invites the replaying of the “Access Hollywood” tape and his own how-to manual on how to molest women and how, if you’re rich and powerful, women are irresistible or indefensible to what you do. I mean, so, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. But, still, he does surprise me from time to time on his shamelessness. He’s a shameless man.”
 
Nowhere in this PBS discussion is there any questioning the timing or the liberal tilt of The Washington Post, who for whatever reason couldn’t locate these charges until the very convenient (for Democrats) time that Alabama could not change the ballot. There was no reflection by Brooks that the Post sat on its Juanita Broaddrick story in 1999 — as did NBC News — until Bill Clinton was safely spared in a Senate impeachment trial. So are they hypocrites, or heretics? Once again, the press doesn’t discuss its own political manuevering. 

Have you ever heard the old expression “One lies and the other swears to it.”?

Whoever came up with it must have had today’s Democratic Party and Main Stream Media in mind.

In the case of Judge Roy Moore, as I have archived in a previous post, he almost lost his judgeship because he refused to remove a plaque of the Ten Commandments from his courtroom.

Does that sound like an individual who would have the morals of an alley cat?

The Judge has been well-known to be a Christian Conservative for a long time.

So far that has been no evidence produced that he has ever been anything but what he claims to have been all of his life.

On the other hand, the Modern American Liberals and the political party which they control, the Democrats, appear to be imploding like vampires exposed to sunlight with new accusations of sexual harassment coming forth every day from coast to coast.

Still, they seen to be pretty much oblivious to these accusations, as the above article references.

Just as the vainglorious Pharisees in Christ’s time, these new Pharisees have their noses so far up into the air that they fail to recognize their own sin while accusing others of sinful behavior.

And, now that Americans are reminding them of their political party’s own “discretions”, like President Clinton and Monica, they have doubled down on cluelessness in their attempt to sabotage Judge Moore’s campaign.

The Democrats have lost all their credibility by launching witch hunt after fruitless witch hunt against Republican Candidates.

Given their Liberal belief system, which includes approval of ripping babies out of their mother’s womb and turning the sacred ceremony of marriage into a justification ritual for the same behavior that got Sodom and Gomorrah wiped off the map, that’s one heck of a Glass House that they’re throwing stones from.

I am glad for their sakes that the Libs in the Democratic Party and the Main Stream Media can reach back and “snatch a little purity” as Paul Simon wrote and sang in his song “Loves Me Like a Rock”.

However, they are fooling no one with their claims to possess the Moral High Ground.

For as Christ said in James 2:19…

You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder.

And, as regards their Liberal Hypocrisy, Matthew 7:5 gives the Democratic Party and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, some great advice…

You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.

Celebrating Trump’s First Year: Why The Libs Never Saw Him Coming and Why They Still Don’t Understand What Happened

One year ago yesterday on Huffingtonpost.com…

The HuffPost presidential forecast model gives Democrat Hillary Clinton a 98.2 percent chance of winning the presidency. Republican Donald Trump has essentially no path to an Electoral College victory.

Clinton’s win will be substantial, but not overwhelming. The model projects that she’ll garner 323 electoral votes to Trump’s 215. 

For all of 2016’s craziness, that projection actually follows a fairly traditional electoral map. Trump should keep Arizona and Georgia, even though Clinton is likely to make it a closer-than-usual race. Iowa also seems firmly in Trump’s column. All three states are more than 85 percent likely to remain red.

Florida, Nevada and North Carolina have leaned toward Clinton in the polling averages.

The forecast in recent weeks, along with the strength of early voting numbers, makes it seem very likely that these will stay with her. All three states are more than 80-percent likely to swing Democratic. New Hampshire polls have wavered recently, but the

HuffPost model still predicts those four electoral votes will go to Clinton with more than 90 percent certainty. And Clinton should fairly easily hold onto Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

That leaves Ohio as the last critical state. It’s the closest in the race, according to the HuffPost forecast model. Trump leads by just 1 point, and the polling trend has moved toward the GOP in the last few weeks. The HuffPost model gives Trump about a 70 percent chance of winning the state. In the event that Clinton’s ground game stimulates turnout and pulls Ohio in her direction ― which is not out of the question ― she’ll get 341 electoral votes.     

Maine’s 2nd Congressional District and Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District could defy their states’ trends, but there’s no substantial polling information to indicate whether that will happen. In the absence of data, I’m choosing not to split them in projections.

Third-party candidates aren’t likely to be a factor. Independent Evan McMullin will probably take a sizable share of the vote in Utah, but not enough to beat Trump. Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson has been polling at 5 percent or less on average. And Green Party nominee Jill Stein isn’t likely to pull much of the vote in the states where she’s on the ballot.

Huff ‘n Puff was not the only Liberal Website to get the 2016 Presidential Election wrong.

Liberal Darling Nate Silver predicted it wrong as well on his FiveThirtyEight.com Website.

He called for it to shake down as follows:

Hillary Clinton – 71.4%

Donald J. Trump – 28.6 %

In an article titled, “There Really Was A Liberal Media Bubble, which Silver wrote as a part of as series titled “The Real Story of 2016”, in an attempt to explain why he and the rest of the Liberal Political Pundits got the Presidential Election so wrong, he wrote…

All things considered, then, the conditions of political journalism are poor for crowd wisdom and ripe for groupthink.

Well…duuuhhh.

Silver first gained public recognition for developing PECOTA, a system for forecasting the performance and career development of Major League Baseball players, which he sold to and then managed for Baseball Prospectus from 2003 to 2009.

Which explains why his current poll of President Donald J. Trump’s popularity reads…

56.8% Disapprove

37.6% Approve

Meanwhile…

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 43% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-six percent (56%) disapprove.

Donald J. Trump was elected the 45th President of the United States of America one year ago today with 46% of the vote.

Not exactly the precipitous drop in popularity in his first year in office that the same Liberal Political Pundits who never saw his election coming in the first place claim that there is, huh?

But, I digress…

One year into the Presidency of Donald J. Trump, the gaping maw that is America’s Political Division remains as cavernous as ever.

While the News Organizations and Political Pundits who inhabit the never-ending metropolitan areas of the East and Left Coasts and the “Beltway” insist, as “some old Lib” named Phil Donahue did last July, that,

This is the darkest political moment in American History.

Those of us who live in America’s Heartland, between the coasts, could not be happier with the choice we made on November 8th, 2016 as Fox News Commentator and Radio Host Todd Starnes, now a New Yorker, witnessed.

Liberals who seem to spend their entire day on Social Media posting fake news stories, pulling “facts” out of their hindquarters, and posting anything and everything that they can, in order to attempt to remove President Trump from office, are probably in diabetic shock from consuming too many Cheetos and donuts in their Mom’s basement, as they attempt to comprehend what I am writing.

Here’s the deal, Snowflakes…

None of these fake news stories, Democrat-heavy polls, and photoshopped pictures and stupid Occupy Democrat Memes on Facebook are making any difference to average Americans.

The Democrats, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and Left Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, effectively divorced themselves from the people whom they claimed in every previous election cycle to “love”…Average Working Class Americans.

Yet still, they expect us to believe the Fake News which they are desperately trying to distribute in a vain attempt get Trump out of office, and which you Liberal Trolls are posting on Social Media ad nauseam, so that they and you, in your shared madness can get a do-over and Hillary Clinton will somehow miraculously become the President.

Americans do not care what the Main Stream Media…or you…think.

They are the Propaganda Arm and you are their unpaid (usually) stable boys and girls.

They produce it and you shovel it.

To put it mildly and in Marital Terms, which even you can understand, Average Working Class Americans and the Democratic Party are no longer “evenly yoked”.

The Democrats became the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

The Democrats assumed, after reading their own press clippings, that all Americans wanted  and somehow, still want, the Progressive/Marxist Political Ideology and style of governance which Barack Hussein Obama practiced during his time as President.

Well, we all know what assuming does, don’t we, Snowflakes?

The American People overthrew the “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we had suffered under for the last 8 years on November 8th.

The Oxford Dictionaries define the word “mandate” as

the authority to carry out a policy or course of action, regarded as given by the electorate to a candidate or party that is victorious in an election.

Guess what, Democratic Elite, George Soros, Barack Hussein Obama, Main Stream Media, Facebook and Internet Trolls, Hollywood Celebrities, and the rest of you still throwing a National Temper Tantrum?

Trump won! Therefore, he does have a mandate.

And, average Americans, the “Deplorables” between the coasts whom the Democrats continue to insult and ridicule on a daily basis, still support and appreciate president Donald J. Trump.

Because it is evident by the lowest Unemployment Rate since 2000 that President Donald J. Trump is working hard to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

From Laugh Riot Comedy to Trump Hatefest: The Return of “Will and Grace”. They Should Have Left Us Laughing.

Will and Grace, was a “groundbreaking” (according to Hollywood Liberals) sitcom which aired on NBC from 1998-2006.

The series centered around Will, a gay lawyer and Grace, a straight interior designer. They both lived in New York. Grace was engaged to a absolute jerk,. When they broke up, she moves in with Will, who happens to be her best friend. It was only supposed to be until Grace found herself a place of her own, but she and Will wound up with each other as permanent roommates. Also featured in the ensemble were Jack, Will’s flamboyant gay friend and Karen, Grace’s secretary/assistant who didn’t really need to work because she married money several times.

As seems to be the pattern nowadays, due to a lack of good writers out in Hollyweird, “Will and Grace” has returned to NBC’s Thursday Night Lineup.

Judging from the first episode, they should have stayed gone.

FoxNews.com reports that

The premiere episode of NBC’s reincarnated “Will & Grace” was essentially a 30-minute anti-Trump infomercial on Thursday night and conservatives have taken notice.

The first episode of “Will & Grace” in 11 years referred to First Lady Melania Trump as a “hostage,” portrayed Midwesterners as people who didn’t eat vegetables until Michelle Obama  came along and featured Debra Messing’s character, Grace, complaining about the results of last year’s presidential election.

Grace has somehow landed a job redecorating the Oval Office because Trump “has been pouting that his office is a real dump.”

After a subtle jab that Melania wouldn’t hire anyone for the job who is pretty enough to attract the president, Grace and her assistant headed to the White House, where the show mocked Kellyanne Conway’s infamous couch photo and President Ronald Reagan’s Alzheimer’s disease.

Grace is told Trump wants his the Oval Office “to look like he’s there from time to time,” another obvious shot.

People magazine even published a list of all the times the show ripped Trump.

The premiere episode did well in the ratings department, with 10.2 million viewers tuning in, making it the most-watched scripted show on television Thursday night. The Wrap’s Senior TV Reporter Tony Maglio believes future ratings could depend on viewers who side with the show politically.

“Post-premiere, ‘Will & Grace’ ratings should come back down to Earth, and will soon settle into a pretty predictable range. The return was an event [that] had the nostalgia factor going for it, plenty of promotion and generally favorable reviews,” Maglio told Fox News. ”The show does have a few things working against it though: The younger half of the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic don’t know or care at all about these characters, and a series that takes such a political stance is, by its very nature, divisive.”

Fox News’ Senior Vice President of Marketing and entertainment contributor Michael Tammero was “very excited” for the return of “Will & Grace” but didn’t stick with the episode for the entire 30 minutes.

“It was a very important show, as someone who is gay and married… it was a show that initially played a huge role in changing hearts and minds in this country and advancing LGBTQ issues,” Tammero said. “I expected some anti-Republican, anti-Trump lines, but I did not expect every single line to be some sort of jab.”

Tammero said the show “is on broadcast for a reason, ‘broad’ being they key word,” as networks typically try to to reach the largest possible audience. He can’t predict if the show’s political views will hurt viewership.

“I think it could… I think it will probably hurt the show,” he said. “In Hollywood, we’re seeing a lot of people center-right are turning off and tuning out.”

Conservatives viewers took to Twitter to react, with many noting that they wouldn’t tune in again because they were offended by the show’s politics. One viewer asked, “Why alienate a large part of America?”

Another viewer tweeted that “Will & Grace” used to be a good show but is now simply a “tool for hate,” and dubbed it “Will & Disgrace.”

The Media Research Center’s TV reporter Amelia Hamilton blasted the episode, calling the storyline “a lazy way to take shots at the president for the entire length of the show” and said it was embarrassing.

“Hollywood still hasn’t realized that shows like this do nothing but help Donald Trump,” Hamilton wrote. “When will Hollywood learn that they’re basically running his reelection campaign by doing this?”

Ironically, “Will & Grace” creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick told The Hollywood Reporter they only agreed to a reunion because former NBC Entertainment president Jeff Zucker isn’t involved anymore, since he is now the president of the liberal network CNN Worldwide.

“Zucker was the only reason we had a problem at NBC,” Mutchnick said. 

More than likely, Zucker was the reason that you never saw 30-minute hatefests during the series’ original run, like the before-mentioned episode.

Those in power in Hollywood, like the rest of Liberal America’s “Smartest People in the Room”, seem to be under the misguided notion that the majority of Americans think precisely like them, meaning that we all are as dedicated to hating the 45th President of the United States of America as Captain Queeq (Humphrey Bogart in “The Caine Mutiny”) was in his search for the missing strawberries.

I don’t know if their unrequited anguish over the events of November 8, 2016 has eroded their memories, or just plain sent them over the edge of sanity. However, they seem to remain oblivious of the fact that 30 states voted for Donald J. Trump on that fateful night.

During the original run of “Will and Grace”, average Americans watched the program because it was funny, plain and simple. They overlooked the less than stellar living arrangement of the title couple for that very reason.

While Liberals viewed the series as groundbreaking because of the “mainstreaming” of homosexuality, average Americans tuned in because the characters were a “hoot”.

I am sure that Jeff Zucker recognized that and probably fought behind the scenes to keep the show politically neutral in order to maximize the potential viewing audience.

The producers, it now appears, could care less about what the viewers want. Like the oblivious NFL Players, the producers of “Will and Grace” have decided to use their entertainment platform as a political launching pad for diatribes against the American President and those of us who voted for him.

While, like Hillary Clinton herself, vitriol and insults hurled incessantly at the President for 30 minutes may enthrall the “culturally hip” audiences on the East and Left Coasts, here in the Heartland, a television program so weak that it relies on 30 minutes of that to “entertain” their audience will have Americans turned off faster than Rosie O’Donnell in a thong bikini.

This current revival of “Will and Grace” has only been scheduled for 10 episodes.

That’s a wise move. However, judging from the premiere episode the new “Will and Grace” may not even last 2.

And, that would be a blessing.

Ellen, Maxine, and the Never-Trumpers: A Study in Useless Bitterness – A KJ Op Ed

“I just, you know, he is who he is and he has enough attention and he has his Twitter account and he has ways to get his message across. There’s nothing that I am going to say to him that is going to change him and I don’t want to give him a platform because it just validates him. And for me to have someone on the show, I really, I have to at least admire them in some way and I can’t have someone who I feel is not only dangerous for the country and for me personally as a gay woman but to the world. He’s dividing all of us and I think I don’t want him on the show,” Ellen Degeneres, explaining to guest Megyn Kelly and her audience what she would not have President Trump on her weekday syndicated talk show.

In a related story…

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), who previously has called for the impeachment of Donald Trump, on Thursday told a Congressional Black Caucus Town Hall on Civil Rights that she expects other members of the black community to back her up: 
 
“Don’t come here and tell me, ‘Maxine, you keep on doing what you do.’ But when you gonna give me some support?” she asked. “How many of you in your organizations have said, ‘Impeach 45’ ?”

Waters urged the crowd not to get hung up on what law to invoke in the impeachment process: 

Impeachment is about whatever the Congress says it is. There is no law that dictates impeachment. What the Constitution says is “high crimes and misdemeanors,” and we define that.

Waters received a standing ovation for her impeachment pep talk.

It must really stink on ice to go through life as bitter and deluded as these two women are.

Yesterday, I was attacked on a Conservative Facebook Page by a couple of rabid, and I mean frothing-at-the-mouth RABID Never-Trumpers, who accused me of being a Democrat and being totally ignorant for questioning their all-day griping about the 45th President and trolling of that page.

One of my Facebook friends came to my defense, and then they did the same thing to her.

What in the name of Paul Revere’s Ride is being accomplished by walking around as bitter as Ebenezer Scrooge before the ghosts visited him because your candidate of choice did not win the presidency?

I’m not saying that I agree with President Trump all the time, but, from what I’ve seen so far, including the deal he made with China yesterday, he has accomplished more in 3/4ths of his first year than Barack Hussein Obama did in eight years of a racially-divisive, class warfare-based, Marx and Alinsky-inspired presidency.

Perhaps that is what has people like Ellen, Maxine, and the Never-Trumpers so bitter.

No matter what sort of roadblocks that they have placed in his path over the last 9 months, Trump is still in office and all their efforts do not seem to phase him at all.

Trump’s focus on fulfilling his Campaign Promises reminds me of the 1973 Superbowl, in which Larry Csonka, star running back for the Miami Dolphins, ran for touchdown after touchdown, with what seemed to a 9th-Grader as carrying the entire Washington Redskins Defensive Squad on his back.

Nowadays, the immediacy of Social Media has led to its unrestrained and, at times, irresponsible use as a Propaganda Tool by “True Believers”, some of which even get paid to propagate lies.

Those of us who are Political Junkies, who hang out on the Social Media, have witnessed the phenomenon known as “Paid Internet Trolls”, since the Presidency of George W. Bush.

Every website and Facebook Page, where there is political discussion, unless they are just Pro-one-way-or-the-other, puts out a plea for civil discourse in the discussions that happen between commenters on their site.

Unfortunately, though, that never seems to happen. And, why is that?

If you are an Internet – Surfing Political Junkie like me, at some time or another, you have no doubt run into an aggravating, bitter, whiney individual, commonly referred to as an “Internet Troll”.

In America, most Internet Trolls belong to the Liberal Political Ideology (whether they admit it, or not).

And, believe it or not, a lot of them are getting paid for eating Cheetos and commenting on Political Facebook Pages and Websites all day.

In our American Culture today, the art of civil discourse has degenerated into a shouting match. This wouldn’t be so bad, if both sides had the right to shout equally as loud as the other side.

The problem is, for some reason, average Conservative Americans are expected to mind our manners, be meek and mild, and follow the Marquis of Queensberry rules, while Liberals, libertarians, and self-identified “Moderates” (Liberals who won’t admit to being one) call us everything but a child of God.

In America, most Internet Trolls belong to the Liberal Political Ideology (whether they admit it, or not).

And, believe it or not, a lot of them are getting paid for eating Cheetos and commenting on Political Facebook Pages and Websites all day.

Liberal Trolls, their allies, the Never-Trumpers, (but, I may be repeating myself) and their activity on the Internet are simply an extension of our culture at large.

Liberalism has always been a failed political ideology. It has never been embraced by the majority of Americans.

So, in order for Liberals to “get their way”, since their ideas are never excepted by the majority of Americans, they must resort to the facilitation of Culture Change through intimidation, rule by fiat, and via Executive Orders, if they have a President in the White House, who will do their bidding…which was certainly the case with Barack Hussein Obama.

In other words, Liberal Activists, especially Internet Trolls, are dirty, manipulative, little cowards, who overestimate their power….and, their own intelligence.

Each side of a typical Social Media Political Argument expects the other to acquiesce and surrender to their “superior intellect” and unceasing Internet insults and propaganda.

Normally, Liberal Democrats and those who identify as Never-Trumpers or “True Conservatives”, including the “Trolling” variety, both paid and unpaid, attack average Conservative Americans, expecting us to behave like a dog who has been whipped too much, go cower in a corner and allow them to insult and walk all over us in our online “discussions”.

Their expectation of Conservative Behavior is predicated on the fact that they know that we were raised right, usually by two parents, and that the majority of us are Christians, and are reluctant to have an out-of-body experience on an Internet Chat Board or Political Facebook Page, telling them where to go and the temperature when they get there.

Therefore, these self-proclaimed political pundits feel as if they can take advantage of the good nature of American Conservatives, and walk all over us.

They have found out differently over the past several years,  to their own chagrin, as they frequently get their hindquarters handed to them.

The ugly underbelly of the use of Social Media and the Entertainment Media Platform that Hollywood provides, in order to further a political ideology has reached its lowest point with the refusal of a two-bit syndicated talk show host like Ellen Degenerate…err…Degeneres proudly proclaiming that she would not allow the President on her talk show, after all the times that she danced with the Former First Wookie,…err…First Lady, Mooch…err…I mean, Michelle Obama.

I guess what I am trying to say in today’s post is that hatred, cowardice, and irresponsibility are all heads on the same Hydra.

And, thanks to the immediacy of the World Wide Web and Cable/Satellite Television, that three-headed monster  has come out of its lair on a daily basis for the entire world to see.

The Politicization of Superman: From “Truth, Justice, and the American Way” to Pandering, Social Justice, and the Liberal Way

On Saturday Mornings growing up in the 60s in Memphis, TN, like every other red-blooded American Male, my eyes would pop open at 6:00 a.m. and I would race into the den to turn on Channel 3, the local CBS Affiliate, and would settle down with my bowl of cereal to watch “The Adventures of Superman” starring George Reeves.

As the program came on, I would hear the following narration, which would be come engrained into the hearts of American boys and girls of that era for the rest of their lives…

Narrator: Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Man 1: Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird.

Woman: It’s a plane

Man 2: It’s Superman!

Narrator: Yes, it’s Superman, strange visitor from another planet who came to earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. Superman, who can change the course of mighty rivers, bend steel in his bare hands. And who, disguised as Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fights a never ending battle for truth, justice and the American way. And now another exciting episode in the adventures of Superman.

Well, boys and girls, evidently, the Liberals at DC Comics, up there in New York City have decided that “Truth, Justice, and the American Way” just isn’t “cool” anymore.

So, they decided that Superman needed to side with those who have broken our laws and entered our Sovereign Nation illegally.

According to The Hollywood Reporter in an article titled “Superman Protects Undocumented Workers From Armed White Supremacist in Latest Comic”…

The moment in the book released Wednesday comes a week after President Trump ended DACA. 

Perhaps it is just a coincidence, but perhaps not. 

In the recent issue of Action Comics #987, “The Oz Effect,” released Wednesday, Superman arrives in the nick of time to protect a group of undocumented immigrants from a white man sporting an American flag bandanna, wielding a machine gun, who is going to shoot them for taking his job. 

Superman blocks the bullets before they hit the terrified people. 

“Stop this!” Superman orders the gunman.

“Why?!” he responds. “They ruined me! Stole from me!” 

Grabbing the gunman by the collar and pulling him in close, Superman says, “The only person responsible for the blackness smothering your soul — is you!” 

Police arrive, and Superman hands over the gunman and tells officers to make sure the victims are “safe and cared for.” An officer responds, “Anything you say, Superman!” 

The moment comes just one week after President Donald Trump made the controversial announcement that he was ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy put in place by former President Barack Obama. He then gave Congress a window to save the program.

Still, the decision was decried by politicians, civil groups and celebrities alike. Nearly 800,000 individuals, known as Dreamers, have received protection to stay in the country through the program. 

In addition to the DACA announcement, Trump was also slammed for comments he made just a few weeks prior when he appeared to be defending a group of white nationalists holding a rally in Charlottesville, Va., at which one protester to the rally was killed and numerous others injured.

I posted this story today, because the Far Left Side of the Political Spectrum, which took over the Democratic Party and evidently, the Comic Book Industry as well, has so turned our country’s traditions and values on it’s ear, that, to them and those young skulls full of mush whom they were able to brainwash, right is wrong and wrong is right.

The “Day Without Immigrants”, which was held seven months ago, is one such example.

They purposely left one very important word out of the title of their “mass demonstration”:

ILLEGAL.

Since the birth of our nation, immigrants from all over the world, have made long and treacherous journeys to this “Shining City Upon a Hill, where they came to become AMERICANS, swearing an Oath of Allegiance to OUR COUNTRY, an oath taken “without hesitation or purpose of evasion”.

They came here in compliance with our nation’s laws.

These Illegal Aliens, including the overwhelming influx of tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors, which were dropped off at our border by the Drug Cartels, during the Obama Administration and secreted away to be dispersed throughout the country, are not the same, no matter what Modern American Liberals claim.

By refusing to enter our country by the legal and proper way in which millions of legal immigrants did before them, they show a disdain and disregard of our nations laws, as does the Main Stream Media who refuse to identify them properly as ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, as well as the preening politicians who are so eager to forgive them of their crime.

THESE LAWBREAKERS ARE NOT AMERICANS. …NOT UNTIL THEY ENTER OUR SOVEREIGN NATION IN THE RIGHT WAY, AND SWEAR THEIR ALLEGIANCE AND LOYALTY TO IT.

BEING AN AMERICAN IS NOT A RIGHT. IT IS A PRIVILEGE.

And no hysterical Pajamaboys or hairy under-armed Liberal women, trying to stifle free speech by shouting down Conservative Politicians or average Americans at these Town Hall Meetings are going to change that fact.

Liberals, on both sides of the Political Aisle, have continuously masked their true intentions for the political usefulness, in granting amnesty to illegal aliens, by swathing it in the noble rhetoric of “Civil Rights” and “Social Justice”.

In reality, is the fact that these Professional Politicians could care less about the well-being of illegal aliens. They are simply recruiting new Democrat Voters.

President-elect Trump’s stance on illegal immigration is one of the campaign promises that got him elected.

American’s begrudge no man or woman the opportunity to legally enter our country and contribute to our economy.

It is those who wish to break into our Sovereign Nation and live of off average Americans’ tax-derived “charity” that we have a problem with.

DC and the other contributors to the Comic Book Industry do themselves no favors by taking a Liberal Stance in their publications.

More Americans identify themselves as conservative than as liberal or moderate, a new Gallup poll says. While the percentage of conservatives has stayed about the same since the early 1990s, the percentage of liberals has increased and the percentage of moderates has fallen.  

The poll found that in 2016, 36 percent of Americans said they are conservative, compared with 25 percent who identified as liberal (up from 17 percent in the 1990s); and 34 percent who identified as moderate (down from 43 percent in the early 1990s).

The poll that the excerpt refers to came out on January 3, 2017.

The fact is poll after poll show that Americans oppose amnesty for illegal aliens.

Is it any wonder that comic book sales as a whole are down this year?

Comics are overpriced and over-politicized.

Whether it is the trend of changing superheroes identities for the sake of “diversity” such as Marvel has done ( An Asian Kid becoming the Hulk?, Thor becoming a girl? Really?)…

Or the trend of championing Liberal causes which the majority of Americans living between the coasts don’t agree with, as evidenced by the results of the 2016 Presidential Election…

Liberal Comic Book Writers, Editors, and Publishers are finding themselves in the same position as their friends over on the Left Coast in Hollywood…

Out-of-touch with their audience.

And, bombing at the “Box Office”.

From Charlottesville to Boston: When Hate is Misrepresented as Righteousness (A KJ Sunday Morning Reflection)

This week, I have been dissecting the renewed push by American Liberals, through the violence of the Antifa and the erroneous reporting of the Main Stream Media and their misinformed political pundits, to take away all historical artifacts which would remind the public of the Confederacy, from public view.

This being Sunday, I have decided to look at a different angle of this story.

In June of 2016, CNN.com reported that

Leaders at the Washington National Cathedral have voted unanimously to remove Confederate battle flags from stained-glass windows memorializing Confederate generals Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson.

The symbols will be replaced with panes of plain glass, the National Cathedral said in a statement issued Wednesday.
The development comes as the church plans forums on racism, slavery and racial reconciliation. The long-term future of the Lee and Jackson windows will be discussed.
 
The Confederate battle flag was featured prominently in pictures posted by Dylann Roof.
Roof has been charged with killing nine people at a Bible study in Charleston, South Carolina, on June 17, 2015. He confessed in interviews with Charleston police and the FBI, two law enforcement officials told CNN. He also told investigators he wanted to start a race war, one of those officials said.
The incident sparked a national debate about whether state and private institutions in the South and beyond should feature the Confederate flag, which many see as a symbol of racial oppression.
The National Cathedral is owned by the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, but is often used for national prayer services and the funerals of top Washington officials, including former President Gerald Ford.
In the statement, cathedral leaders said no date is set for the removal of the Confederate symbols.
The Rev. Dr. Kelly Brown Douglas, the cathedral’s canon theologian, said the change will provide “an opportunity for us to begin to write a new narrative on race and racial justice at the Cathedral and perhaps for our nation.”
The windows will remain in place for the duration of future public discussions, the cathedral said. The first session is set for July 17.
The windows were installed in 1953 at the request of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and are two of many stained-glass bays on the cathedral’s main level.
The two windows were put in place to honor “the lives and legacies of Confederate Generals Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee,” according to the Very Rev. Gary Hall, former dean of the National Cathedral.
Hall last year said the National Cathedral had installed these windows to “foster reconciliation” between the North and the South. But they did more than simply seek to repair a divided nation, he said.
They sought to “reframe the Civil War and present these two generals as saintly, exemplary Christians” when these two men were in fact ardent supporters of Hall called an “unjust cause … the sin of slavery.”
“We can live with some contradictions until we can’t,” Hall said.
Make no mistake about it. This was a purely political move.
The National Cathedral, since falling under the control of those who worship at the altar of  Modern American Liberalism and Political Correctness, has become an extension of the Political Policies of the Democratic Party.
The was no reframing done, when those images were added at the National Cathedral.
General Robert E. Lee and General Stonewall Jackson were Christian Americans.
In a review of the book, “Robert E. Lee: The Christian”, Tim Challies, blogger, author, and book reviewer, wrote the following on his website, http://www.challies.com:
In writing Robert E. Lee: The Christian, William J. Johnson sifted through hundreds of letters written to and from Lee as well as accounts written of him, seeking to find evidence of this Civil War general’s faith. Having found ample evidence, the author concludes that Lee’s correspondance “reveals him as a man who lived in the presence of God; who looked to God continually for guidance and strength; whose mind and heart were saturated with faith and trust in God.” The nearly 300 pages of this book are dedicated to showing example after example of Lee’s obvious love for and trust in his Creator.

This book is not a biography. Rather, it is a collection of hundreds of quotes taken from Lee’s letters, mostly those written to his family, but also ones he wrote to his superiors, subordinates and friends. Lee’s words outnumber the author’s by a large margin, likely four to one or even higher. Johnson provides hundreds of examples of Lee’s trust in God, his Christian character and his love for the Lord. He was a true spiritual giant, one of many to emerge from the Civil War (I think also of Abraham Lincoln, Stonewall Jackson, and others).

A little dry, but well worth reading for Civil War enthusiasts, this book proves that Robert E. Lee should be an inspiration for all believers.

According to a review of a biography of General Stonewall Jackson, “Onward Christian Solider”, found in The New York Times,
Stonewall Jackson would fight in 16 Civil War engagements, and his nickname dates from the first one, at Manassas, where troops were rallied by the cry ”Look, men, there is Jackson standing like a stone wall!” By the time of the last one, Mr. Robertson writes, ”his fame flashed across his own Southern Confederacy, soared over the land of his enemies and traveled even beyond the seas.” To explain this meteoric rise, he takes as his text the prediction of one of Jackson’s wartime aides, James Power Smith: ”The religion of Stonewall Jackson will be the chief and most effective way into the secret spring of the character and career of this strong man.”Jackson was fanatical in his Presbyterian faith, and it energized his military thought and character. Theology was the only subject he genuinely enjoyed discussing. His dispatches invariably credited an ever-kind Providence. Assigning his fate to God’s hands, he acted utterly fearlessly on the battlefield — and expected the same of everyone else in Confederate gray. Jackson’s God smiled south, blessing him with the strength of Joshua to smite the Amalekites without mercy. Previous biographers have ignored or soft-pedaled this mercilessness in war, but Mr. Robertson underlines it as a source of Jackson’s fierce battlefield leadership.

This fanatical religiosity had drawbacks. It warped Jackson’s judgment of men, leading to poor appointments; it was said he preferred good Presbyterians to good soldiers. It branded him holier-than-thou, with an intolerance for others’ frailties, and this spilled over onto the battlefield to generate truly senseless confrontations with his lieutenants. One such, with General Hill, led Hill to rage at ”that crazy old Presbyterian fool” and seek to escape from Jackson’s command. Another lieutenant, reading in a Jackson dispatch that ”God blessed our arms with victory,” remarked irreverently, ”I suppose it is true, but we would have had no victory if we hadn’t fought like the devil!”

So, these men, whom Liberals have vilified all this past week, were Christian men.

But what about the members of the Antifa, whom they have placed upon a pedestal as “Social Justice Warriors” fighting bravely against “White Supremacists”?

Not so much.

According to The Washington Examiner…

Among the eclectic throng of demonstrators in Boston on Saturday, a supporter of President Trump found himself surrounded by protesters who yelled profanities at him.

A man wearing an Israeli flag as a cape can be seen in a video shared by Univision’s Jessica Weiss, walking through a crowd of protesters. One person rips off his “Make America Great Again” and throws it away.

Amid the obscenaties directed at him, one protester shouted, “Get the f@#k out of our f@#king town.” Another person can be heard urging the other protesters not to be violent.

Weiss asked why he was in Boston to demonstrate, and the man replied, “I want to show that people shouldn’t be afraid to voice their other views and voice their opinions.”

“You shouldn’t be afraid to go outside and say you’re conservative,” he added “And it’s pretty sad that things like this happen.”

Thousands of protesters descended on Boston on Saturday, including a “free speech” rally organized by some right-leaning groups. These groups were reportedly far outnumbered by groups of counter-protesters.

All told, law enforcement officials estimated between 30,000 and 40,000 demonstrators.

Boston Police commissioner William Evans praised the vast majority of those involed, saying that “99.9 percent of the people here were here for the right reason, and that is to fight bigotry and hate.”

Meanwhile, President Trump praised law enforcement, while tweeting his ire directed at “anti-police agitators.” He later tweeted, “I want to applaud the many protestors in Boston who are speaking out against bigotry and hate. Our country will soon come together as one!”

Boston police said they arrested 33 people on Saturday.

The Boston demonstrations come a week after the violent protest in Charlottesville, Va., which began when white supremacy and neo-Nazi groups protested the removal of Confederate general Robert E. Lee statue. They were confronted by counter-protesters, and amid chaos a car plowed into a group of counter-protesters killing one woman and injuring 19 others.

Earlier in the week, Christian Clergy and Laymen and women alike took to Social Media imploring Americans to “Stand up against all this Hate and Violence”.

And, that’s great. God’s Word tells us to “fight the good fight”.

However, when Christ was sending out his disciples, he advised them to

… be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. – Matthew 10:16

My point being, that the Klan and the Former Occupy Wall Street Operative, known as Jason Kessler, who may just be “posing” as a “White Supremicist” are as morally reprehensible as they come.

However, for the Main Stream Media, Democratic Party, and Modern American Liberals to assign righteousness to the thugs of Antifa is to equate the Manson Family to the Tanner Family of “Full House” Fame.

Pay attention to whom the real enemies of our Traditional American Faith and Value System are.

And, pray diligently and conduct yourself accordingly.

Why Average Americans Would Still Vote for Trump and Why the MSM and Social Media Liberal “Pundits” are Failing to Convince Us Otherwise

Last night, Todd Starnes, a Fox News Commentator and Syndicated Conservative Radio Host, tweeted the following after spending several days with family in our mutual hometown of Memphis, TN…

After spending several days outside of New York City – it’s very clear to me that President Trump has rock-solid support contrary to the lies being spewed by the Mainstream Media.

Earlier in the day, politico.com posted the following story…

President Donald Trump on Sunday criticized the ABC/Washington Post poll, calling it “the most inaccurate poll around election time,” after a new poll was released showing the president’s approval rating at historic lows.

“The ABC/Washington Post Poll, even though almost 40% is not bad at this time, was just about the most inaccurate poll around election time!” the president wrote on Twitter.

A new ABC/Washington Post poll was released Sunday had Trump’s job approval for his first six months as president at just 36 percent, making him have the lowest approval rating of any president during their first six months in office in 70 years. Fifty-eight percent disapprove of Trump’s performance, according to the poll.

Both former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush were at 59 percent by the end of their first six months in office.

On the eve of the 2016 election, a Washington Post-ABC News Tracking Poll had Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton at a four-point advantage over Trump, with 47 percent to 43 percent. Clinton went on to win the popular vote by almost 3 million votes.

…and lost the Presidency.

It was discovered afterwards that a substantial amount of votes, in California and elsewhere, were actually made by illegal aliens, who do not have the Constitutional Right to vote in this country.

But, I digress…

Seven and one-half months into the Presidency of Donald J. Trump, the gaping maw that is America’s Political Division remains as cavernous as ever.

While the News Organizations and Political Pundits who inhabit the never-ending metropolitan areas of the East and Left Coasts and the “Beltway” insist, as “some old Lib” named Phil Donahue did yesterday that,

This is the darkest political moment in American History.

Those of us who live in America’s Heartland, between the coasts, could not be happier with the choice we made on November 8th, 2016 as Todd Starnes, now a New Yorker, witnessed.

Liberals who seem to spend their entire day on Social Media posting fake news stories, pulling “facts” out of their hindquarters, and posting anything and everything that they can, in order to attempt to remove President Trump from office, are probably in diabetic shock from consuming too many Cheetos and donuts in their Mom’s basement, as they attempt to comprehend what I am writing.

Here’s the deal, Snowflakes…

None of these fake news stories, Democrat-heavy polls, and photoshopped pictures and stupid Occupy Democrat Memes on Facebook are making any difference to average Americans.

The Democrats, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and Left Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, effectively divorced themselves from the people whom they claimed in every previous election cycle to “love”…Average Working Class Americans.

And now, they expect us to believe the Fake News which they are desperately trying to distribute in a vain attempt get Trump out of office,  and which you are posting on Social Media ad nauseam. so that they and you, in your shared madness can get a do-over and Hillary Clinton will somehow miraculously become the President.

Americans do not care what the Main Stream Media…or you…think.

They are the Propaganda Arm and you are their unpaid (usually) stable boys and girls.

They produce it and you shovel it.

To put it mildly and in Marital Terms, which even you can understand, Average Working Class Americans and the Democratic Party are no longer “evenly yoked”.

The Democrats became the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

The Democrats assumed, after reading their own press clippings, that all Americans wanted  and somehow, still want, the Progressive/Marxist Political Ideology and style of governance which Barack Hussein Obama practiced during his time as President.

Well, we all know what assuming does, don’t we, Snowflakes?

The American People overthrew the “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we have suffered under for the last 8 years on November 8th.

The Oxford Dictionaries define the word “mandate” as

the authority to carry out a policy or course of action, regarded as given by the electorate to a candidate or party that is victorious in an election.

Guess what, Democratic Elite, George Soros, Barack Hussein Obama, Main Stream Media, Facebook and Internet Trolls, Hollywood Celebrities, and the rest of you still throwing a National Temper Tantrum?

Trump won! Therefore, he does have a mandate.

And, as the crowd at the U.S. Women’s Open demonstrated when he attended on Saturday, Average Americans still support and appreciate president Donald J. Trump.

He is working hard to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

Liberal Democrat Disconnect: The Candidacy of Hillary Clinton and the Failure of Greentech Automotive

Terry McAuliffe is an American businessman, fundraiser, politician, and former chairman of the Democratic Party. He served as chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 2001 to 2005 and served as co-chairman of President Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign and as chairman of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate for the Democratic nomination in the 2009 Virginia gubernatorial election, who came back to win the 2013 Virginia gubernatorial election.

Judicialwatch.org reported on July 7th that

An electric car company that folded after taking millions of taxpayer dollars was founded by Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, the chairman of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign and former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chair, but the mainstream media is ignoring this pertinent fact. The Mississippi-based company, GreenTech, shut down in January but is back in the spotlight because this week the state’s auditor demanded the firm repay $6.4 million in public funds. Only a small Richmond, Virginia newspaper prominently reported McAuliffe’s ties to the scandal, stating in the headline that “Mississippi auditor demands $6.4M repayment from McAuliffe’s former electric car company.”

Most mainstream news outlets ignored the story altogether and a few kept McAuliffe’s name out the minimal coverage. Washington D.C.’s mainstream newspaper went with a lengthy wire service story that matter-of-factly mentions McAuliffe in the very last sentence. “Among former insiders is Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe,” the end of the article states. “He resigned as the firm’s chairman in December 2012 and said he divested his interest.” How convenient! The article omits that, as GreenTech founder, McAuliffe brokered the deal in which the company got millions in public funds by promising to invest $60 million locally and creating hundreds of new full-time jobs. That never happened and instead taxpayers got fleeced. Now Mississippi State Auditor Stacey Pickering is ordering that the money be repaid with interest and investigative costs. The exact figure is $6,360,019.60.

McAuliffe is a renowned Democratic fundraiser who made a fortune with shady investments in a telecommunications giant that went bankrupt. He started his fundraising career in Jimmy Carter’s 1979 reelection campaign and has raised big bucks for Democrats over the years, but not without controversy. McAuliffe was investigated for campaign-finance abuses during the 1996 presidential election and was deposed by the Senate committee investigating the matter. In 2002 the Virginia governor was investigated for his role in an unprecedented case of political profiteering for turning a $100,000 investment in telecommunications giant Global Crossings into an $18 million profit. The company later made the fourth-largest bankruptcy filing in history and McAuliffe insisted he only did “political work” for the company’s founder who, incidentally, donated $1 million to Bill Clinton’s Presidential Library.

In 2013, McAuliffe appeared on Judicial Watch’s most corrupt politicians list and last year Judicial Watch sued the governor on behalf of Virginia voters for signing an executive order to restore voting rights to about 206,000 convicted felons. In court proceedings, Judicial Watch argued that the blanket restoration of rights to felons violates “provisions of the Virginia Constitution mandating that voting rights may only be restored on an individual basis, following a particular, individualized review and a finding of sufficient grounds for restoring such rights.” Plaintiffs alleged that their votes and the lawful votes of other Virginians will be cancelled out or diminished by felons who are not eligible to vote under Virginia’s laws and constitution.

Though his pals in the mainstream media are keeping his name out of the GreenTech scandal, McAuliffe could still be in serious trouble. The Virginia paper that reported his key role in the bankrupt electric car company points this out: “McAuliffe’s office has said the governor has had no involvement with the company since stepping down as its chairman and divesting his financial stake. But the escalating standoff in Mississippi raises the likelihood that the business deal McAuliffe brokered could be headed toward a bitter end in court. Ending his four-year term as governor with a higher national profile and record as an exuberant pitchman for Virginia, GreenTech’s unraveling could dog McAuliffe amid speculation about a 2020 presidential bid.”

According to McAuliffe, in an op ed piece which was published on August 13, 2016 in the Washington Post…

I’ve not been contacted in any way by those conducting the investigation and have no knowledge of it beyond what has been reported. From what has been reported, the investigation appears to be looking at a document allegedly prepared for potential investors — something I was not responsible for as chairman.

Republicans have also criticized the company for employing only about 100 people. Of course, that’s about 100 jobs that would not have existed if we had not taken a risk on this company. The company has taken longer to develop than many people expected, including me, but taking a risk on an innovative company is a critical part of the American system, and most business leaders I speak with agree that it’s not uncommon for a company to face challenges meeting its goals.

GreenTech was started because those involved invested their own money in high-tech manufacturing. In this case, it was manufacturing a small electric vehicle that had already won an annual award. Like every start-up during the Great Recession, the company faced headwinds. Those included a bureaucratic slowdown in a bipartisan visa program known as EB-5, which brings capital from overseas to create jobs here in the United States for many companies. I joined a variety of business and political leaders from both parties who expressed frustration to officials at the agency overseeing the program.

A further headwind is that manufacturing isn’t easy, and manufacturing a new kind of car is even harder. The company has invested in research and development, testing and safety to perfect the design. While Nissan worked to develop electric vehicles for about 18 years before launching the Leaf, GreenTech made progress in just a few years during a more challenging economic time. If GreenTech succeeds, it will be a step forward for innovative manufacturing.

I have an interest — both personally and financially — in the company succeeding, and I believe that it will. As a minority shareholder, my return will be determined by the success of a long process of testing, manufacturing, marketing and selling vehicles all over the world.

Like every other Liberal Democrat Politician, Terry McAuliffe has a history of promising the world and delivering squat.

Democrats incessantly proclaim that they are the party of the average American.

In reality, under the rule of a democrat congress, and eight years of a Democrat president , America’s economy was sent on a plunge straight down the old porcelain receptacle.

The “temporary” Greentech Automotive Plant, which was supposed to provide a lot of jobs here in Northwest Mississippi, used to sit just a couple of miles down the road from where I am writing this post. The fact is, according to former employees, fewer than 100 workers produced no more than one car every two or three days…a legacy of over-promising and under-delivering, which led to another Democrat-approved “Green Energy” failure.

This legacy would have been multiplied one thousand-fold if Hillary Clinton had been allowed to gain the Presidency of the United States of America.

Greentech Automotive was nothing but a poorly thought out con game from the get-go.

The “energy-efficient” two-seat cars that they built, only delivered a maximum speed of around 35 mph.

They were envisioned as a car to be used by Europeans to drive around the town square, not to be driven on America’s six-lane highways.

McAuliffe was their “American Representative” and with his Democrat Party Pull, they were able to “set up shop” in the Magnolia State, first in the city of Horn Lake and then, in a plant built especially for them down by the casinos in Tunica.

Just like a Hillary Clinton Presidency was known to be a “sure thing” by Liberals Democrats, the adaptation of the European Electric two-seaters manufactured by Greentech Automotive were believed to have been enthusiastically received by average Americans.

In both cases the overestimation of their own intelligence and their disconnect from average Americans, was their undoing.

And, in both cases, average Americans hit the brakes on Liberal Democrats’ ambitious plans.

Trump, Jr. Meets With a Russian Lawyer/ Hillary Sells Political Favors in Foreign Policy Through the Clinton Foundation. Which Was ACTUALLY Treason?

Having failed for the last 7 months in their Quixotic Quest to somehow remove United States President Donald J. Trump from office, the Democratic Party and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, have decided to go after Donald Trump, Jr.

Foxnews.com reported yesterday that

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) said this afternoon that he now sees Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation as a probe into possible “treason.” 

Kaine and others on Capitol Hill reacted this afternoon to the latest revelations about a meeting last June between Donald Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer. 

Earlier today, Trump Jr. released what he said was the “entire email chain” of conversations setting up the meeting with attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya.

In the email chain, Trump Jr. expresses interest in obtaining damaging information on Hillary Clinton.

Kaine, who was Clinton’s running mate last year, said the new reports take the probe to another level. 

“To meet with an adversary to try to get information to hijack democracy, the investigation is now more than just an obstruction of justice investigation, more than just a perjury investigation, it’s a treason investigation,” he said. 

But Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) questioned why the Russian government would send a lawyer who didn’t know anything to the Trump campaign. 

“It’s kind of an odd way to suggest the Russian government wants to help,” he said.

Fox News Anchor Gregg Jarrett, himself a layer, wrote the following response to the Democratic and MSM outcry over this supposed “Treasonous Collusion”…

Erasmus, the noted classical scholar, described lawyers this way:  A most learned species of profoundly ignorant men. 

He had a point.  How else do you explain the wild pronouncements of lawyers like Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe, former White House ethics lawyer Richard Painter and Senator Tim Kaine, D-Virginia?  Each have suggested Donald Trump Jr. committed treason by meeting with a Russian lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya. 

All three lawyers earned their degrees at Harvard or Yale.  Yet, they appear to have slept through their class on constitutional law. 

Treason?  Preposterous

Treason is defined in Article 3 of the Constitution and codified in 18 USC 2381:  “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, either levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort with the U.S. or elsewhere.”

Meeting with a Russian lawyer is not treason.  The U.S. is not at war with Russia.  Even if the president’s son received information from the Russian government or otherwise collaborated with foreign officials, it constitutes neither waging war against the U.S. nor aiding the enemy. 

 If it were otherwise, a myriad of Republican and Democratic Senators who admit meeting with the Russian Ambassador, Sergey Kislyak, might be somehow guilty of treason.  In these meetings, information is surely exchanged.  No one has ever suggested it rises to the level of criminality.  Indeed, it is what diplomats and foreign officials do.  It is what our own officials do in foreign lands. 

Collusion has nothing to do with elections and political campaigns. Which renders special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation meaningless. He is tasked with finding a crime that does not exist in the law. It is a legal impossibility.

Even if the Trump campaign had acted on information provided by the Russian lawyer, it would still not constitute treason.  Even conspiring to subvert the government does not rise to the level of treason.  Under our Constitution, Americans are permitted to speak against the government, undermine political opponents, support harmful policies or even place the interests of another nation ahead of those of the U.S.

You would think these lawyers, however misguided by their political prejudices, would nevertheless comprehend such a fundamental principle of constitutional and statutory law.  Clearly, they do not. 

So, boys and girls, you want to talk about “Treasonous Collusion”?

It’s funny how none of the Democrats seem to remember the nice, little money-laundering operation that Hillary Clinton had going as Secretary of State.

Just how corrupt was the pipeline between the Clinton Foundation and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?

By the time Clinton left office in February 2013, the charity had received millions of dollars in new or increased payments from at least seven foreign governments. Five of the governments came on board during her tenure as secretary of state while two doubled or tripled their support in that time, according to data provided by CHAI spokeswoman Daley…CHAI should have told the State Department before accepting donations totaling $340,000 from Switzerland’s Agency for Development and Cooperation in 2011 and 2012. However, it did not believe U.S. authorities needed to review the other six governments, including Britain and Australia, she said, citing various reasons.” [Reuters, 3/19/15]

However, it was not just governments who sent money to the Clintons through their Foundation. Again, according to discoverthenetworks.org…

* “The Clinton Foundation swore off donations from foreign governments when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. That didn’t stop the foundation from raising millions of dollars from foreigners with connections to their home governments, a review of foundation disclosures shows. Some donors have direct ties to foreign governments. One is a member of the Saudi royal family. Another is a Ukrainian oligarch and former parliamentarian. Others are individuals with close connections to foreign governments that stem from their business activities. Their professed policy interests range from human rights to U.S.-Cuba relations.” [Wall Street Journal, 3/19/15]

* During Secretary Clinton’s tenure at the State Department, “More than a dozen foreign individuals and their foundations and companies were large donors to the Clinton Foundation… collectively giving between $34 million and $68 million…. Some donors also provided funding directly to charitable projects sponsored by the foundation, valued by the organization at $60 million.” [Wall Street Journal, 3/19/15]

Whether the revelation of “the gift” of massive quantities of Uranium to the Russians or the formation of an Iranian Connection, as a result of money given to the Clinton Foundation,  as was previously  reported in 2015, or the revelation involving “dual-staffer” Cheryl Mills, this was not just a scandal involving money and unscrupulous political ladder-climbing through the peddling of “favors”, the actions of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State crossed the line into the abhorrent abyss of a Conflict of Interest involving possible Treason.

The raw, unmitigated corruption involving Hillary Clinton and her Foundation, revealed during the months leading up to the 2016 Presidential Election, along with the revelations which involved the DOJ refusing to investigate the Clinton Foundation and Cheryl Mill’s involvement in Hillary Clinton’s influence peddling as Secretary of State under President Barack Hussein Obama, via means of the Clinton Foundation, turned out to be breath-taking in its size and scope, as more and more unscrupulous details were being revealed.

And yet, not a mumbling word was said by these “upstanding Public Servants”, who want both Donald Trump Sr. and Jr.’s heads on a platter, and who just happen to belong to the same political party as Hillary Clinton. The American Public never heard a sanctimonious peep out of the DNC’s Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, when Clinton’s Treasonous Activities were going on, either.

What a bunch of hypocrites.

Trump’s Tweets: Tacky Teasing or Terrific Tactic?

Foxnews.com reports that

Few voters approve of President Trump’s tweeting, and most agree it’s making his job harder.

Seventy-one percent say the president’s tweets are hurting his agenda, according to the latest Fox News Poll.  Just 17 percent see the tweets as helpful.  

The poll was conducted Sunday through Tuesday evenings — before a tweet by President Trump about MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski received significant media coverage Thursday morning.

Do voters consider the president’s online posts official statements?  Close call:  51 percent say yes vs. 45 percent no.  

Overall, only 13 percent approve of Trump’s tweeting.  It was 16 percent in March.  Forty-six percent disapprove, while 39 percent take the middle ground and “wish he’d be more cautious.”

Among Republicans, 21 percent approve, while 59 percent would like Trump to be more careful with his tweets and 18 percent disapprove.

Majorities across the board say Trump’s tweets are hurting his agenda, although Democrats (87 percent) and independents (75 percent) are far more likely than Republicans (53 percent) to see it that way.  

Over half of Democrats (59 percent) say the tweets are official presidential statements, while over half of Republicans say they aren’t (52 percent).

The Fox News poll is based on landline and cellphone interviews with 1,017 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide and was conducted under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R) from June 25-27, 2017.  The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points for all registered voters.

We live in a “brave new world”, of that there is no doubt.

The vast majority of Americans own cellphones…and are on Twitter.

Yes, the 140 characters contained in a “Tweet” are definitely not the most eloquent way for a President to be communicating with the American Public, but they are clear, concise, and immediate.

There is no room for “weasel words” in a “Tweet”, unlike the addresses of the individual who occupied the Oval Office before President Trump.

Heck, Obama gave long speeches just so he could refer to himself ad infinitum in them.

According to the Media Research Center, 89 percent of broadcast networks’ coverage of President Donald J. Trump has been negative.

From January 20 to April 9, 1,501 on-air statements about Trump made by experts, carefully selected voters, and reporters were negative, compared to just 186 positive, the study found.

Unfortunately, President-elect Trump will never be able to please the Main Stream Media.

Nor should he have to.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

The Main Stream Media knows that.

The problem is, the Main Stream Media is still having a conniption fit (Southern colloquialism for being upset over something to the point insanity) over the election of Donald J. Trump as the next President by us rubes here in Flyover Country.

In fact, they are so upset that they have retaliated by publishing fictional stories, attributed to “unnamed sources.

 

That is why they continue to try to bring down Trump.

They are behaving like spoiled little brats who need a timeout.

And, judging from the TV Ratings of their newscasts and the rapidly dwindling r4eadership of Liberal Newspapers and Magazines, Americans are giving them one.

Meanwhile, POTUS is turning up the heat on them via his prolific use of Twitter and blunt, to-the-point evisceration of those who wish him to fail.

So, is this just “tacky teasing” or is it a “terrific tactic”?

Actually, I believe that it is a bit of both.

While President Trump is posting his never-ending tweets, he is simultaneously working hard to fulfill his campaign promises, as exemplified by the passage of Kate’s Law and the

That represented a monumental step forward in the fight against those illegals who are murdering actual Americans in cold blood.

The Liberal reaction of both anger and false “concern” about the 45th President’s prolific use of Twitter reminds me of a strategy or “tactic” which can be seen in the 1982 movie, “Rocky III’, in a scene in which Rocky “The Italian Stallion” Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) is fighting his heart out in the late stages of a “revenge” match against the animalistic Clubber Lang (Mr. T).

Beaten until he seemingly cannot stand anymore, Rocky starts teasing Clubber to hit him with his best shot. Clubber hits him time and again, while a seemingly-unfazed Rocky taunts him, saying, “You ain’t so bad”.

Eventually Clubber wears himself out, giving Rocky the opportunity to beat the living daylights out of him, leaving Clubber lying in the middle of the ring.

By teasing his opponent into a blinding rage, Rocky was able to accomplish his goal of winning back the World Heavyweight Championship.

By teasing the Democrat Party and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, in a similar fashion, President Trump has made them vulnerable, just as Rocky made Clubber, as this past week has shown with the revelations that CNN knew that the Russian Collaboration Story was nothing but a lie, and yet continued to attempt to bring down Trump with that “Fake News” anyway.

Trump is not a professional politicians. He thinks like an average American, saying and tweeting what is on his mind.

Tacky teasing? Most definitely.

Terrific tactic? Most assuredly.

Isn’t Modern Technology wonderful?
