First, It Was Confederate Statues, Then it Was Founding Fathers, Now It’s Teddy Roosevelt…We Must Stop the Erasing of Our History

TheHill.com reports that

A statue depicting former President Theodore Roosevelt located in front of New York’s Museum of Natural History will be taken down due to concerns about the statue’s racist depictions.

The New York Times reported that museum staff and city officials have come to an agreement to take down the statue, which depicts the former president on horseback leading two figures on foot, one Native American and on African American.

“Over the last few weeks, our museum community has been profoundly moved by the ever-widening movement for racial justice that has emerged after the killing of George Floyd,” the museum’s president Ellen Futter told the Times. “We have watched as the attention of the world and the country has increasingly turned to statues as powerful and hurtful symbols of systemic racism.

“Simply put, the time has come to move it,” she continued.

Mayor Bill de Blasio Bill de BlasioThe Hill’s Morning Report – Presented by Facebook – Trump under fire as SCOTUS, Bolton deal blows New York City woman to file M lawsuit after arrest for improperly wearing face maskThe Hill’s Morning Report – Presented by Facebook – Bolton book rocks WashingtonMORE (D) confirmed the statue’s removal in a statement to the Times.

“The American Museum of Natural History has asked to remove the Theodore Roosevelt statue because it explicitly depicts Black and Indigenous people as subjugated and racially inferior,” de Blasio said. “The City supports the Museum’s request. It is the right decision and the right time to remove this problematic statue.”

The statue’s removal follows efforts by protesters around the country to tear down statues depicting Confederate figures as well as others depicting other figures from history such as Christopher Columbus, the explorer credited with discovering America for European powers who is controversial due to his role in the Atlantic slave trade.

“Racist”, my hindquarters.

If expecting immigrants to become a part of “The Great American Melting Pot”, then all of use average Americans living in America’s Heartland are as guilty as ol’ Teddy was.

We should insist that if the immigrant who comes here does in good faith become an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed or birth-place or origin.

But this is predicated upon the man’s becoming in very fact an American and nothing but an American. If he tries to keep segregated with men of his own origin and separated from the rest of America, then he isn’t doing his part as an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. . . We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as Americans, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boarding-house; and we have room for but one soul loyalty, and that is loyalty to the American people. – President Teddy Roosevelt

The Communist Mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, needs to be tarred and feathered and shipped to a gulag in Siberia, along with every single member of Anitfa and the Marxists of Black Lives Matter.

To quote the late, great Slim Pickens as Mr. Taggart in a movie which these “woke” useful idiots will probably call for banning any day now, “Blazing Saddles”,

“What in the Wide, Wide World of Sports is a’goin’ on here?”

Just like the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, the Brown Shirts of the Third Reich, and the barbarous butchers of ISIS, These New Fascists want the history of the country which they want to take over erased because it threatens their brainwashing of the citizenry.

Our shared history as a Sovereign Nation reminds Americans of where we came from and provides us insight into the present road we are traveling toward a possible future.

What we are witnessing, is a generation of Americans who were taught to be ashamed to be Americans, lashing out like petulant children, destroying reminders of a history which they have been brainwashed into hating.

Their actions, which the overwhelming majority of Americans, find disgusting and revolting, help them to self-identify as “agents of change”…when in reality they are “useful idiots” being controlled by those who wish to turn our Constitutional Republic into a Marxist nation.

By shaming people in positions of corporate and political power into “virtue signaling” their repentance over being something that they never have been, these new fascists are attempting to add clout to their numbers and to legitimize their violent and destructive actions.

Do those of you, in my generation, remember seeing pictures in high school or college of the citizens of Poland when the Nazis came marching into Warsaw?

They were forced to thrust their arms up in a Nazi salute. However, if you looked at their faces, they were sobbing over the loss of their individual freedom and their sovereignty as a free nation.

If we do not stand together as a free people against these bullying new fascists, our fate will be no better that any country before us who has bowed to bullies who have tried to “radically change” their Sovereign Nations into something that they were never meant to be.

It is time for Americans to say “THAT’S ENOUGH”!!!

Dem Elite and NeverTrumpers Wake Up to the Smell of Eggs on Sunday Morning… All Over Their Faces…WINNING!

untitled (282).png

https://twitter.com/dbongino/status/1188450137351360512

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump’s successful operation to take out Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi sent Democrats scrambling on Sunday, as several top party leaders had complained publicly in recent days that the White House had no “real plan” to combat the terror group following the U.S. pullout in Syria.

In a dramatic sign of how Democrats’ messaging apparently backfired, NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” ran an ill-timed sketch suggesting that Trump had created “jobs” for ISIS — just hours before the president held a news conference announcing al-Baghdadi’s demise. The sketch aired around the time the two-hour late-night raid in northwest Syria was underway.

“It’s genuinely fascinating watching Democrats in real-time struggle to figure out what to say about this,” journalist Glenn Greenwald wrote on Sunday. “They want to be patriotic and anti-ISIS, but also need a way to malign Trump without contradicting their gushing Obama praise over [Usama bin Laden]: not an easy balancing act. Good luck!”

Through the day, the Democrats — including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Foreign Relations Committee ranking member Bob Menendez and former Vice President Joe Biden — seemingly settled on a new strategy. They praised the troops who executed the historic raid, while pointedly avoiding complimenting the president in any way.

Congressional Democrats also lamented that they were not informed in advance of the operation, while the Russian military was told so that their airspace could be used. The president suggested Sunday that Democrats in Congress, who have been conducting an impeachment inquiry against him that has been fraught with leaked information to the media, were not notified before the raid because of concerns they might compromise the operation with leaks.

“I congratulate our special forces, our intelligence community, and all our brave military professionals on delivering justice to the terrorist Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi,” Biden, one of the many Democrats seeking to unseat Trump in 2020, said. He went on to call on Trump to “keep up the pressure to prevent ISIS from ever regrouping or again threatening the United States.”

Pelosi, meanwhile, praised the “heroism, dedication and skill of our military and our intelligence professionals and acknowledge the work of our partners in the region,” then condemned Trump’s “green-lighting of Turkish aggression into Syria against our Kurdish partners.”

However, in May 2011, when President Obama announced Usama bin Laden’s death, Pelosi, D-Calif., was much less reluctant to praise the commander-in-chief.

“I salute President Obama, his national security team, Director Panetta, our men and women in the intelligence community and military, and other nations who supported this effort for their leadership in achieving this major accomplishment,” Pelosi said at the time.

Some commentators also noted that The Washington Post also had applied a different standard on Sunday than it did when bin Laden was killed. “Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, austere religious scholar at helm of Islamic State, dies at 48,” read a head-turning, since-changed headline in the Post.

The sympathetic obituary described the terror leader as “a shy, nearsighted youth who liked soccer but preferred to spend his free time at the local mosque” and noted that “despite the group’s extremist views and vicious tactics, Mr. Baghdadi maintained a canny pragmatism as leader.”

But in 2011, the Post’s headline announcing bin Laden’s death flatly called him the leader of a “terrorist group.”

In her statement Sunday, Pelosi further demanded that the “House must be briefed on this raid, which the Russians but not top congressional leadership were notified of in advance, and on the administration’s overall strategy in the region.”

In what can only be described as brilliant strategy and leadership by a Commander-in-Chief, the 45th President of the United States of America, in an amazing bit of sleight-of-hand, made the entire world believe that he was abandoning Syria to the Islamic barbarians known as ISIS.

And, once again, while all of his and America’s enemies believed that they have all of the answers, President Donald J. Trump changed the questions.

And, stole the spotlight of the 24-hour News Cycle away from the Democrat Elite…again.

The President was exactly right when he gave his explanation of why he left Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats out of the loop as to the nature and timing of the military strike.

Years ago, I would not have believed that I would have been writing this, but I firmly believe that there are those in the Democratic Party Leadership who would have found a way to contact ISIS in order to tip them off in order to damage and embarrass President Trump.

House Dems such as Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, etc., are so eaten up with Trump Derangement Syndrome and their all- consuming thirst to regain the power of the Presidency that aiding a sworn enemy of our country, the murderous Radical Islamists of ISIS, would not have bothered them at all. Not one little bit.

And, for them to oppose Trump’s secrecy is the height of hypocrisy, considering that they are attempting to impeach him behind closed doors in an ultra-secure room.

However, the House Democrats are not the only ones with egg on their faces.

The Far Left actors and “comedians” of Saturday Live, including the boorish idiot, Alec Baldwin, looked awfully stupid for their skit about President Trump’s “benevolence” toward ISIS.

But, then again, SNL has been unwatchable since the days of Eddie Murphy and Joe Piscopo.

I have a couple of last thoughts I would like to share with the Democratic Party, the House Dems, the Hollywood Libs, and the rest of the NeverTrumpers:

Speaker Pelosi, if you and your fellow travelers want respect from the President, perhaps you should have respected him

Underestimating the President cost you the Presidency.

And, that same arrogant attitude is about to make history repeat itself.

The Las Vegas Massacre – One Year Later Questions Still Remain

mandalay-bay-shooting-las-vegas

Today is an anniversary which no one will celebrate.

The Los Angeles Times reports that

Marquees at resorts along the Las Vegas Strip will go dark Monday at about the time a year ago when a gunman began a shooting rampage that left 58 people dead and hundreds more injured.

As locals and visitors alike remember the massacre, two new memorials serve as vivid, tangible tributes to the 58 people who died.

Work has been underway at the Community Healing Garden in downtown Las Vegas, transforming a temporary memorial into a permanent remembrance.

The garden, quickly created in the aftermath of the shooting, is now enhanced with features such as a large pair of angel’s wings. The initials of all the victims have been etched into the stone.

What began as a local landscaper’s tribute to those who died has been further developed in recent days.

Placed amid 58 trees planted last October, a compelling message is etched into a rock-and-wood memorial containing photos of many of the victims.

“October 1, 2017 changed Las Vegas forever,” it begins. “This time, we are a community pushed back with a very deliberate act …. Together we planted a garden not only of trees and flowers, but we planted a garden of love, hope and compassion.”

The garden, at 1015 S. Casino Center Blvd., will be dedicated Monday at 6:30 p.m.

Marquees along the Strip will go dark at 10:01 p.m. in a tribute that will last several minutes. The iconic signs also went dark on Oct 8, 2017, one week following the horrific tragedy at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.

At 10:05 p.m., the time at which the first shots rang out, the names of the 58 victims will be read at the Community Healing Garden.

The Las Vegas Police formally closed their investigation of the Las Vegas Massacre at the beginning of August.

However, this old college radio news director still believes that there is something awfully fishy about the closing of the investigation of the Las Vegas Massacre.

There were all sorts of leads out there in the beginning of the investigation.

For instance, Paddock’s girlfriend, Marilou Danley, who was a “person of interest”.

According to Fox News

Danley’s LinkedIn profile reportedly listed her as working as a “high limit hostess” at Atlantis Casino in Reno between 2010 and 2013. The casino told the Reno Gazette-Journal it was cooperating in the investigation.

An Australian newspaper, Brisbane’s Courier-Mail, reported Monday that Danley was an “Australian citizen originally from the Philippines.”

The newspaper said they believe she left the home she shared with Paddock in Mesquite, Nevada, around two weeks ago to head to the Philippines.

Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said American authorities contacted the country after the shooting for help trying to track down Danley.

“They did make inquiries of our authorities about her whereabouts, but she is no longer a person of interest,” Bishop told Channel Seven, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

Multiple media outlets have reported that Danley’s now-deleted Facebook page identified her as a “proud mom and grandma who lives life to the fullest.”

She previously was married to Arkansas resident Geary Danley, until the pair divorced in 2015.

A person listed as her witness in the divorce records insisted Danley isn’t connected with Paddock’s behavior.

“She had nothing to do with this psycho,” the man, who was not identified, told the Reno Gazette-Journal. “The poor lady, she is in the Philippines visiting family.”

Authorities have said Paddock has no links to international terrorist groups, despite ISIS claiming him as “a soldier” who converted to Islam months ago, The Associated Press reported.

As I was gathering information after the massacre, the words “radicalization” and “The Philippines” piqued my curiosity.

On June 15, 2017, in an op-ed titled “How ISIS Grew in the Philippines”, The New York Times’ Editorial Board wrote that…

While President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines was bragging about his brutal war on drugs, the Islamic State was consolidating its sway over Islamist rebel groups on the island of Mindanao. The extent to which ISIS has succeeded is now alarmingly evident, as a pitched battle between Philippine troops and Islamist militants for control of the largely Muslim city of Marawi enters its fourth week.

With the presence of foreign fighters, including Malaysians and Indonesians, who are working alongside militant leaders with strong ties to ISIS, Mr. Duterte has a serious problem on his hands that threatens the security of the entire region.

The news on Wednesday that, in addition to American military advisers and intelligence assistance, United States troops are now on the ground in Marawi raises the stakes. Mr. Duterte, who has threatened to eject American forces from his country, said Sunday that he was unaware of the presence of military assistance in Marawi. In fact, the Pentagon has no permanent presence in the Philippines, but for years has kept 50 to 100 Special Forces troops in the south of the country on rotational exercises. Despite Mr. Duterte’s hostility to America, his army has close ties to the Pentagon, values its help against the extremists and has resisted Mr. Duterte’s efforts to expel the Americans.

Let’s look at three facts, and, just for a moment, take them at face value, boys and girls.

  1. Marilou Danley was originally from the Philippines. ISIS and the Deterte Government are presently locked in a battle for the sovereignty of the Philippines.
  2. The Las Vegas Shooter, Stephen Paddock, had been sending copious amounts of money overseas, including $100,000 shortly before that fateful night. And, a photo of he and Ms. Danley sitting with another woman in the Philippines surfaced shortly after the massacre.
  3. As I stated earlier, Marilou Danley was a “Person of Interest” early in the investigation while Paddock was being investigated for possible Islamic Radicalization.

The additional facts that came out concerning the meticulous planning required to stage Paddock’s perch on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel are as follows:

It was something that required time, effort, and coordination. It was not something that could have been accomplished shortly after a “psychotic break”. This was not a spur-of-the-moment action.

Paddock was a millionaire. He had the monetary means to gather every bit of the firearms found in his perch.

He was an accountant, a job which requires you to be meticulous.

His girlfriend was from an area of the world which is in the process of losing its cultural identity and land masses to the Radical Islamists of ISIS.

Now, I may be way off base, but there is so much that we do not know compared to what we do know.

Like you and millions of others, I am still just trying to make sense of the brutal, senseless massacre. which occurred on that fateful Sunday night in Las Vegas.

The conclusions of the investigation simply do not match the intricacy of the meticulous planning, and the physical set up of the crime scene, which was highlighted by two gun platforms.

There are too many questions left unanswered.

Of course, Stephen Paddock could have just been an out-of-control grieving Hillary Supporter or a Far Left Member of Antifa.

But, then again…

Protestors Clash Over UNC’s “Silent Sam” Statue…Why is This Happening Now?

5b7b79dda3d7e.image

We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means you will understand presently. We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing. All the others, even those who resembled ourselves, were cowards and hypocrites. The German Nazis and the Russian Communists came very close to us in their methods, but they never had the courage to recognize their own motives. They pretended, perhaps they even believed, that they had seized power unwillingly and for a limited time, and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where human beings would be free and equal. We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. – George Orwell, “1984”

FoxNews.com reports that

At least seven people have been arrested as opposing groups clashed at the University of North Carolina Saturday over a century-old Confederate statue that was torn down earlier this week.

Three arrests were for assault, the fourth for destruction of property and the fifth for resisting an officer, Fox 8 North Carolina reported. The sixth arrest was for assault, destruction of property and inciting a riot. There is no current information on the seventh arrest.

One person was recorded by the station stomping on a Confederate flag and then being led away by police.

Protesters gathered at the spot where the statue was torn down and held signs and chanted “racists go home,” according to the station. Several other people in support of the statue were seen holding Confederate flags.

Anti-Silent Sam protesters also chanted “Black lives, they matter here!” and “Cops and Klan go hand in hand!,” the Durham Herald Sun reported.

Chelsea Manning, the former Army intelligence analyst convicted of leaking classified documents, at the protest, the Durham Indy Week reported.

“Silent Sam shouldn’t go back up,” Manning was quoted as saying.

Charges were filed Friday against three people cops say played some part in tearing down the statue.

Hundreds of student protesters gathered at the UNC campus in Chapel Hill Monday night to bring down the statue known as “Silent Sam.”

Using ropes and violent force, the protesters toppled the statute which had stood that ground since 1913.

UNC leaders and many North Carolina leaders, including Gov. Roy Cooper, criticized the protesters’ actions Monday.

“That Confederate monument has been a flashpoint and a divisive symbol for decades, and especially since Charlottesville, has been the focus of increasing frustration, anxiety and pain for people,” Chancellor Carol Folt said Thursday, according to the paper.

But Folt added: “No matter what you felt about the monument, what happened on Monday night was destruction of state property, and that is not lawful, and someone could have been badly injured. Using the full breadth of state and university processes, we will do our best to identify, and will hold those responsible accountable.”

The statue was under constant and costly police surveillance after being vandalized in recent months. Many students, faculty and alumni argued that “Silent Sam” symbolized racism and asked officials to take it down.

Since before the 2016 President Election, I have referred to those who want to be known as “The Resistance” as “The New Bolsheviks” because of the striking similarity of their actions to the ruthless aggression displayed by those who followed Vladimir Lenin in the Russian Revolution of 1918.

However, there is another group that these “brave new radicals” remind me of: the barbarians of Islamic State, or ISIS.

When they would take over a city in the Middle East, for example Palmyra, one of the first things that they would do would be to tear down the area’s historical sites, destroying any artifacts and antiquities which they did not like, in order to establish that their culture was supreme, just as Lenin’s Bolsheviks did.

“The Resistance” or protestors, if you will, who are bringing down these historical statues which have stood unmolested for over 100 years, also proclaim their self-righteousness through their actions.

As an American, I see nothing different from their actions than those of the Bolsheviks and the Radical Islamists of ISIS.

The subjects of the statues in question were Americans. Most of them were West Point Graduates who proudly served their country before the War Between the States.

The Civil War was a seminal moment in American History.

If you find the statues offensive, then that is your prerogative as an American. However, your hurt feelings do not give you just cause to attempt to erase history by pulling down a statue which is not your property.

History cannot be hidden, nor can it be changed through violent acts in the present. It just is.

Those statues were put in place so that Americans might learn about those historical figures and learn FROM them, as well.

And that brings me to very important point: Lenin’s Bolsheviks and ISIS also destroyed historical artifacts in order to make the populace “malleable” and “agreeable”.

Without their history there to remind them through statues, buildings and antiquities, the populace would lose their sense of “country”, not to mention knowledge of how their nation had evolved and changed into what they had become comfortable with.

These New Bolsheviks who are committing these acts of historical vandalism do not understand that in order to be properly educated as an American Citizen, you need to be aware of our Sovereign Nation’s History and reminded of it constantly, the good and the bad, so that our nation does not lose our cherished liberty which was bought by the blood of those before us.

So why, all of a sudden are these statues, which have been standing for so long, so offensive?

Perhaps because they stand in the way of those who would replace our Constitutional Republic with a Marxist form of government…like “Democratic Socialism”.

After all, those with a proper knowledge of history would not make very good “useful idiots”.

Las Vegas Police End Massacre Investigation With “No Motive” – May I Suggest One?

antifa-las-vegas-shooting

The day after  the Las Vegas Massacre, there were a lot of conjectures out there as to the  motive of Mass Murderer Stephen Paddock.

Some claimed that he converted to Radical Islam.

Others claimed that he was driven mad due to enormous losses at Video Poker.

Some claimed that he was apolitical, even though his rapidly taken down Facebook Page showed him to be a supporter of Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton and that he hated Donald J. Trump…which was something that never saw the light of day in ANY of the newscasts about the horrific massacre.

And, now, some 10 months later, it appears that we may never know why he killed his fellow Americans.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that

Las Vegas police have concluded their investigation into the Oct. 1 shooting with no clear idea of why the gunman murdered 58 people and wounded hundreds more.

Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo released the Metropolitan Police Department’s final report on Friday but said investigators were not able to determine a motive for the deadliest random shooting in U.S. history.

“What we have been able to answer are the questions of who, what, when, where and how,” Lombardo said at a news briefing. “What we have not been able to definitively answer is the ‘why’ Stephen Paddock committed this act.”

Paddock, 64, opened fire with high-powered rifles on concertgoers attending the Route 91 Harvest country music festival from his 32nd-floor room at the Mandalay Bay resort shortly after 10 p.m. He fitted the rifles with devices known as bump stocks so they would fire sustained bursts like automatic weapons.

The final report includes the most complete tally yet of those killed and wounded. Investigators identified 869 people with documented physical injuries, including 413 wounded by bullets or shrapnel. Thirty-one people died at the scene and another 27 were pronounced dead at area hospitals.

Paddock also fired several individual rounds at jet fuel tanks on the west side of McCarran International Airport, striking and penetrating one of the tanks but causing no fire or explosion.

The attack ended when he killed himself with a gunshot to the head.

Paddock acted alone, left no suicide note or manifesto, and police found no evidence that he belonged to or supported any hate group or terrorist organization, domestic or foreign. He had no criminal record, and financially, he was indebted to no one, the investigation found.

Lombardo said Paddock showed evidence of a “diminished mental state” in recent years but had not been diagnosed with or treated for mental illness.

“An interview with his doctor indicated signs of a troubled mind but no troubling behavior that would trigger a call to law enforcement,” the sheriff said.

Police did not release the name of the Las Vegas doctor who was interviewed by the FBI and who turned over Paddock’s medical records in response to a federal grand jury subpoena.

According to the report, the doctor described Paddock as odd and almost emotionless and thought he might have bipolar disorder. He said Paddock seemed fearful of medications and refused to take antidepressant drugs, though he did accept prescriptions for anti-anxiety medicine.

Those drugs were found in his system during his autopsy. A separate examination of his brain done at Stanford University found no major abnormalities.

“In reference to the 2,000 investigated leads, 22,000 hours of video, 252,000 images obtained and approximately 1,000 served legal processes, nothing was found to indicate motive on the part of Paddock or that he acted with anyone else,” the report states.

…Lombardo said the FBI’s Behavior Analysis Unit is expected to release its detailed review of Paddock’s “psychopathology” by the end of the year.

Sgt. Jerry MacDonald, who helped lead Metro’s investigation, said he doesn’t expect that report to reveal a motive either, but “it might be the closest we get.”

As far as Metro is concerned, the investigation is complete “unless new information comes to light,” Lombardo said.

The sheriff said he is looking forward to forgetting all about Stephen Paddock.

“It was very hard for me to even mention his name today. I don’t want to remember this individual,” Lombardo said. “I will remember the act and the victims, but I will not remember the suspect.”

There is something awfully fishy about the closing of the investigation of the Las Vegas Massacre.

There were all sorts of leads out there in the beginning of the investigation.

ISIS Planning Terror Attacks on Washington and New York on Christmas. Some “Religion of Peace”.

National-Christmas-Tree-56a2375a5f9b58b7d0c7fbf1

A KJ Sunday Morning Reflection

Every time a terrorist murders an innocent person, and falsely invokes the name of God, it should be an insult to every person of faith.

Terrorists do not worship God, they worship death.

If we do not act against this organized terror, then we know what will happen. Terrorism’s devastation of life will continue to spread. Peaceful societies will become engulfed by violence. And the futures of many generations will be sadly squandered.

If we do not stand in uniform condemnation of this killing—then not only will we be judged by our people, not only will we be judged by history, but we will be judged by God.

This is not a battle between different faiths, different sects, or different civilizations.

This is a battle between barbaric criminals who seek to obliterate human life, and decent people of all religions who seek to protect it.

This is a battle between Good and Evil.– President Donald J. Trump

Truer Words were never spoken.

ChristianPost.com reports that

Islamic State supporters have threatened to launch a terror attack in Washington, D.C. and New York on Christmas, according to the SITE intelligence group. A propaganda poster carries a picture that shows Washington’s National Cathedral erupting in flames while indicating that New York could be their target.

“We meet at Christmas in New York soon,” reads the caption of the poster, which otherwise carries an image of Washington’s National Cathedral, reveals SITE, which monitors extremist communications online.

The poster was found circulating through a pro-Islamic State encrypted channel, Telegram.

“ISIS is incentivized to make threats like this, which come at no cost to them. ISIS is not dispatching fighters around the world for complex coordinated terrorist attacks, but has largely relied upon individuals and citizens already living in Europe and the United States to commit unsophisticated attacks,” Newsweek quotes Harrison Akins, a researcher at the Howard Baker Center, as saying.

“These individuals’ affiliations with ISIS are often tenuous and are perhaps better described as ‘inspired by’ rather than operationally directed. So perhaps somebody within the U.S. will take it upon themselves to commit an attack on Christmas, which falsely bolsters the perceived capabilities and reach of the group.”

In October, a 27-year-old man from Virginia, Mohamad Khweis, became the first U.S. citizen to be convicted of successfully joining the Islamic State terror group, also known as IS, ISIS, ISIL or Daesh, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Over 100 people in the U.S. have been charged with trying to support or join IS, but Khweis succeeded.

IS managed to encourage over 40,000 fighters from more than 110 countries to travel to join their fight before and after the declaration of the “caliphate” in June 2014, according to a report, “Beyond the Caliphate: Foreign Fighters and the Threat of Returnees.”

The report, recently released by the Washington-based security intelligence consultancy Soufan Center, states that there are now at least 5,600 citizens or residents from 33 countries who have returned home — accounting for about 15 percent of the fighters.

The report claims that for the U.S., 129 fighters succeeded in leaving the country and only seven have returned.

While IS has lost its territory in Syria and Iraq, the threat is far from over in the Middle East or elsewhere.

Iraq declared earlier this month that its territory is now “fully liberated” from IS, overlooking warnings by allies that the terror group still poses a threat to the country in the form of guerrilla warfare.

“As ISIS continues to lose land, influence, funding streams and conventional capabilities, we expect them to return to their terrorist roots by conducting high-profile attacks on helpless civilians such as those we’ve already seen in Nasiriyah, Ramadi, and elsewhere over the past weeks,” a spokesperson of the U.S.-led international coalition said at the time.

Iranian influence is now present in Nineveh towns once mostly populated by Christians before IS took over, and has prevented some from returning to their homes.

So, what is it about ISIS and their brand of Radical Islam that entices these “lone wolves” to murder in their name?

Every now and then you will see some ignorant celebrity, Liberal Politician, or uniformed millinneal claim that there is no difference between Islam and Christianity.

The differences are startling…and absolute.

jesus-chart-1

In Islam, the way to “walk with God and escape his judgment on that final day of judgment” is through ‘falah’, which means self-effort or positive achievement. The faithful must submit to God and follow all of his laws as found in the Koran. Judgment day in Islam involves some sort of measurement of what the believer has done wrong and what they have done right. And, even then, you might not be let into heaven if Allah decides you’re not good enough.

This is the direct opposite of Christianity.

According to the Bible, no man can ever be good enough to deserve God’s favor, to win God’s heaven, because from birth we have Free Will. This Free Will may cause us to reject God and live our lives our own way. That’s why it was necessary for Jesus Christ to die for our sins, covering us in His blood of the New Covenant.

God’s Word tells us that what we need is not ‘falah,’ but faith. To have faith in, to trust, to rely on Jesus and his death as “the expiation for our sins”. Those who have been Saved by Jesus Christ can be sure that in the future God will welcome them into heaven with wide open arms, because they have been washed by His blood.

Islam and Christianity present two very different Deities, who may share some similarities, but who have different identities and ultimately different standards. To pretend they are the same is not only to be clueless of the faith of 76% of the citizens of this nation, but, to be ignorant of an integral part of our American Heritage, the legacy of Christian Faith, which our Founding Fathers bequeathed us.

Now, I am not saying that every Muslim is on a jihad against “the infidels”.

However…

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the Radical Islamist Couple in San Bernadino, it let them to murder their neighbors and co-workers.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it has turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

For Liberals to continue to deny the connection between Radical Islamic Terrorism and the Political Ideology, masquerading as a religion, that is Islam, is disingenuous at best, and just plain out-and-out lying at worst.

Thehill.com reported last year that

The majority of Americans say the country is at war with radical Islamic terrorism, according to a new poll taken in the aftermath of last week’s terrorist attacks in France.

A survey by the conservative-leaning Rasmussen Reports published Friday found that 60 percent of likely voters believe the country is at war, compared with 24 percent who say the U.S. is not at war.

“President Obama, Hillary Clinton and other senior Democrats refuse to say America is at war with ‘radical Islamic terrorism’ for fear of insulting all Muslims, but voters beg to disagree,” the polling agency said.

Majorities from both major parties said the U.S. is engaged in a conflict with radical Islam: 56 percent of Democrats and 70 percent of Republicans, as well as 54 percent of independents.

Ninety-two percent of respondents also said they regard radical Islamic terrorism as a “serious” threat to national security, including 73 percent who said the threat is a “very serious” one, which is up from 50 percent in October of last year.

American attitudes toward the Islamic faith as a whole also appear to have shifted.

Although a plurality of Americans, 46 percent, still said terrorist groups such as the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) do not represent the true Muslim faith, that number is down from 58 percent in February. Thirty-five percent said ISIS does represent the Muslim faith.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Paris attack last week in which at least 130 people were killed and hundreds were injured.

The Rasmussen poll surveyed 1,000 likely voters Nov. 17–18. The margin of error for the poll is 3 percentage points.

Liberals are engaging in a very dangerous naiveté.

Christian Americans do not deserve their scorn and Radical Islamists certainly do not deserve their oblivious excuses.

Our country’s very survival is at stake.

A PROMISE KEPT: Candidate Trump Promises to “Bomb the Hell Out of ISIS”. Under Gen. Mattis, the USAF Drives ISIS Out of Iraq and Syria.

JW03-F-jta-trump-mattis-1209

Before this past year, I felt like a witness to some macabre play, in which the United States of America was saddled with a weak, sniveling, clueless milk toast of a President, whose entire Administration was comprised of a bunch of unqualified and unprincipled neophytes, who had no qualms about embarrassing our country and making us look like fools on the World Stage.

As the subject of this post article proves, what I watched with such horror and disgust…has been replaced…and we have an actual AMERICAN PRESIDENT.

FoxNews.com reports that

BAGHDAD –  Hundreds of ISIS fighters had just been chased out of a northern Syrian city and were fleeing through the desert in long convoys, presenting an easy target to U.S. A-10 “warthogs.”

But the orders to bomb the black-clad jihadists never came, and the terrorists melted into their caliphate — living to fight another day. The events came in August 2016, even as then-Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was vowing on the campaign trail to let generals in his administration crush the organization that, under President Obama, had grown from the “jayvee team” to the world’s most feared terrorist organization.

“I will…quickly and decisively bomb the hell out of ISIS,” Trump, who would name legendary Marine Corps Gen. James Mattis as secretary of defense, promised. “We will not have to listen to the politicians who are losing the war on terrorism.”

Just over a year later, ISIS has been routed from Iraq and Syria with an ease and speed that’s surprised even the men and women who carried out the mission. Experts say it’s a prime example of a campaign promise kept. President Trump scrapped his predecessor’s rules of engagement, which critics say hamstrung the military, and let battlefield decisions be made by the generals in the theater, and not bureaucrats in Washington.

At its peak, ISIS held land in Iraq and Syria that equaled the size of West Virginia, ruled over as many as 8 million people, controlled oilfields and refineries, agriculture, smuggling routes and vast arsenals. It ran a brutal, oppressive government, even printing its own currency.

Lt. Col. Seth Folsom credits the cooperation between Iraqi Security Forces and the U.S-led coalition for the military defeat of ISIS in Iraq.  (Courtesy U.S Army)

The terror organization now controls just 3 percent of Iraq and less than 5 percent of Syria. Its self-styled “caliph,” Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is believed to be injured and holed up somewhere along the lawless border of Syria and Iraq.

ISIS remains a danger, as members who once ruled cities and villages like a quasi-government now live secretly among civilian populations in the region, in Europe and possibly in the U.S. These cells will likely present a terrorist threat for years. In addition, the terrorist organization is attempting to regroup in places such as the Philippines, Libya and the Sinai Peninsula.

But the military’s job — to take back the land ISIS claimed as its caliphate and liberate cities like Mosul, in Iraq, and Raqqa, in Syria, as well as countless smaller cities and villages, is largely done. And it has taken less than a year.

“The leadership team that is in place right now has certainly enabled us to succeed,” Brig. Gen. Andrew Croft, the ranking U.S. Air Force officer in Iraq, told Fox News. “I couldn’t ask for a better leadership team to work for, to enable the military to do what it does best.”

President Trump gave a free hand to Mattis, who in May stressed military commanders were no longer being slowed by Washington “decision cycles,” or by the White House micromanaging that existed President Obama. As a result of the new approach, the fall of ISIS in Iraq came even more swiftly than hardened U.S. military leaders expected.

“It moved more quickly than at least I had anticipated,” Croft said. “We and the Iraqi Security Forces were able to hunt down and target ISIS leadership, target their command and control.”

After the battle to liberate Mosul – ISIS’ Iraqi headquarters – was completed in July — the U.S.-led coalition retook Tel Afar in August, Hawija in early October and Rawa in Anbar province in November.

Marine Col. Seth Folsom, who oversaw fighting in Al Qaim near the Syrian border, agreed. He wasn’t expecting his part of the campaign against ISIS to get going until next spring and figured even then, it would then “take six months or more.”

Instead, ISIS was routed in Al Qaim in just a few days.

“We really had one mandate and that was enable the Iraqi Security Forces to defeat ISIS militarily here in Anbar. I feel that we have achieved that mission,” Folsom said. “I never felt constrained. In a lot of ways, I felt quite liberated because we had a clear mandate and there was no questioning that.”

Brig. Gen. Robert “G-Man” Sofge, the top U.S. Marine in Iraq, told Fox News his commanders have “enjoyed not having to deal with too many distractions and there was no question about what the mission here in Iraq was.”

“We were able to focus on what our job was without distraction and I think that goes a long way in what we are trying to accomplish here,” he said.

Sofge said criticism that loosening rules of engagement put civilians at risk is “absolutely not true.”

“We used precision strikes, and completely in accordance with international standards,” he said. “We didn’t lower that standard, not one little bit. But we were able to exercise that precision capability without distraction and I think the results speak for themselves.”

The U.S.-led coalition said this week the Coalition Civilian Casualty Assessment Team has added 30 new staffers to travel throughout the region. It said military leaders continue to “hold themselves accountable for actions that may have caused unintentional injury or death to civilians.”

The coalition also said dozens of reports of civilian casualties have been determined to be “non-credible,” and just .35 percent of the almost 57,000 separate engagement carried out between August 2014 and October 2017 resulted in a credible report of a civilian casualty.

In addition to air support, the U.S.-led strategy also includes training and equipping Iraqi troops on the ground.

While the Trump administration’s success is often underplayed in the U.S. media, it is obvious on the ground in Iraq, according to a spokesman for Iraq’s Ministry of Defense, Yahya Rasool.

“I was not optimistic when Trump first came to the office,” Rasool said. “But after a while I started to see a new approach, the way the U.S. was dealing with arming and training. I saw how the coalition forces were all moving faster to help the Iraq side more than before. There seemed to be a lot of support, under Obama we did not get this.”

Al-Baghdadi, who once ruled a caliphate the size of California, is now in hiding and likely badly injured

Despite the victories on the battlefield, U.S. officials cautioned much work remains to be done.

“ISIS is very adaptive,” noted Col. Ryan Dillon, the U.S.-led coalition spokesman. “We are already seeing smaller cells and pockets that take more of an insurgent guerrilla type approach as opposed to an Islamic army or conventional type force. So we have got to be prepared for that.”

He said as a result the coalition is “adjusting some training efforts” so the Iraqi forces — upwards of 150,000 have already undergone training — are equipped to address such threats and ensure long-term stability.

Folsom said “the worst thing we could do” is not finish the job.

“If a country becomes a failed state, if it becomes a lawless region, you begin to set the conditions for what happened in the years before 9/11,” he said. “In those ungoverned spaces where we don’t know what is going on, that is where those seeds of extremism begin to blossom.”

So, how did we get to the point where ISIS was threatening not only to run roughshod over the entire Middle East, but they were already attacking France and making inroads into other European Nations, such as the United Kingdom?

#1 – Underestimation…and Obfuscation

The Former President of these United States, Barack Hussein Obama, said the following about the Radical Islamic Terrorist Organization, ISIS, in an interview with The New Yorker Magazine, published on January 27th, 2014:

The analogy we use around here sometimes, and I think is accurate, is if a JV team puts on Lakers uniforms that doesn’t make them Kobe Bryant. I think there is a distinction between the capacity and reach of a bin Laden and a network that is actively planning major terrorist plots against the homeland versus jihadists who are engaged in various local power struggles and disputes, often sectarian.

Catherine Herridge reported on November 23, 2015 for foxnews.com that

Analysts at U.S. Central Command were pressured to ease off negative assessments about the Islamic State threat and were even told in an email to “cut it out,” Fox News has learned – as an investigation expands into whether intelligence reports were altered to present a more positive picture.

Fox News is told by a source close to the CENTCOM analysts that the pressure on them included at least two emails saying they needed to “cut it out” and “toe the line.”

Separately, a former Pentagon official told Fox News there apparently was an attempt to destroy the communications. The Pentagon official said the email warnings were “not well received” by the analysts.

Those emails, among others, are now in the possession of the Pentagon inspector general. The IG’s probe is expanding into whether intelligence assessments were changed to give a more positive picture of the anti-ISIS campaign.

The former Pentagon official said there were “multiple assessments” from military intelligence and the CIA regarding the “rapid rise” of ISIS in Iraq and North Africa in the year leading up to the group’s territory grab in 2014.

Similar intelligence was included in the President’s Daily Brief, or PDB – the intelligence community’s most authoritative product — during the same time period. Yet the official, who was part of the White House discussions, said the administration kept “kicking the can down the road.” The official said there was no discussion of the military involvement needed to make a difference.

The IG probe started earlier this year amid complaints that information was changed to make ISIS look more degraded than it really was.

Among the complaints is that after the U.S. air campaign started in August 2014, the metrics to measure progress changed. They were modified to use measures such as the number of sorties and body counts — a metric not used since the Vietnam War — to paint a more positive picture.

Critics say this “activity-based approach” to tracking the effectiveness of strikes does not paint a comprehensive picture of whether ISIS is being degraded and contained.

The New York Times first reported on Sunday that the IG investigation was expanding and adding more investigators, and that the office had taken possession of a trove of documents and emails as part of that probe.

Asked about the report, House intelligence committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said Sunday that his committee and others are involved in the investigation.

“We heard from a lot of whistle-blowers and other informants who have given us information. And not just … related strictly to the latest allegations,” Nunes said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Citing the renewed focus on ISIS after the Paris terror attacks, he added: “So the president, to have a successful strategy, is going to admit that they’ve got it wrong and they need to relook at a larger strategy that deals with north Africa, the Middle East, all the way over to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and then work closely with our NATO allies with what appears to be a command and control structure that ISIS has created successfully in Europe.”

President Obama, speaking at a press conference in Malaysia over the weekend, said he expects to “get to the bottom” of whether ISIS intelligence reports were altered – and has told his top military officials as much.

“One of the things I insisted on the day I walked into the Oval Office was that I don’t want intelligence shaded by politics. I don’t want it shaded by the desire to tell a feel-good story,” Obama said Sunday. “I believe that the Department of Defense and all those who head up our intelligence agencies understand that, and that I have made it repeatedly clear to all my top national security advisers that I never want them to hold back, even if the intelligence or their opinions about the intelligence, their analysis or interpretations of the data contradict current policy.”

At the same time, he said, “As a consumer of this intelligence, it’s not as if I’ve been receiving wonderfully rosy, glowing portraits of what’s been happening in Iraq and Syria over the last year and a half. … [I]t feels to me like, at my level at least, we’ve had a pretty clear-eyed, sober assessment.”

The president’s call for a thorough investigation was greeted with cynicism by those involved in the 2014 intelligence assessments, since the administration did not act on the earlier raw intelligence that painted a dire picture of developments, especially in Iraq.

#2- “Smart Power!”…alienating our friends and empowering our enemies…

In his zeal to appease his American voting base, and those whom he had worked so hard to “organize”, Obama pulled our troops out of the unstable, Radical Muslim nation of Iraq, in a “premature evacuation”.

Proudly announcing that “al Qaeda was on the run”, Scooter (my pet name for Obama) turned his attention to giving campaign speeches and rallying his Liberal Base, even though he was a President presiding over a tanking economy, with over 92 million Americans already gone from our workforce.

Back on July 7, 2013, I wrote

“Now, I’m just spitballin’ here…but, shouldn’t the President of the United States of America be standing for Freedom, not for Oppression?

Is this never-ending Arab Spring in the Middle East a direct result of his June 4, 2009 suck-up to the Muslim World?

Is Meghan McCain useless?

If you will remember, gentle reader, at the same time Obama was kissing the posteriors of the Muslim World, his State Department Spokespeople were telling us that the “War on Terror” was over with, and there were no such thing as Islamic Terrorist Attacks any more, just “Man-Caused Disasters”.

The kissing up to the Muslim World continued in Obama’s Second Term as Obama hosted representatives of the MB, the ISNA, and Radical Islamic Cleric, Sheik Abdullah bin Bayyahm, who had actually been barred from entering our country!

Obama’s job was to protect us from our sworn enemies, not invite them to OUR White House and hug their necks.

While Obama’s DOJ and IRS harassed Christian and Conservative Groups alike throughout his Presidency, Obama welcomed those who wish to behead us Infidels, with open arms.

Think about something, did the gigantic bonfire, known as Arab Spring, happen under President Ronald Reagan? Did it happen under President George W. Bush? NO.

The responsibility for what happened in the Middle East and its ongoing threat to our allies around the Free World and to this sacred land, as well, lies on the narrow shoulders of  Former President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).”

Lord, I hate it when I’m right.

Then, it happened.

ISIS, a Radical Muslim Terrorist Organization, with over 32 thousand adherents, invaded Iraq, killing innocent Muslims and Christians, and threatened to flood Baghdad, by blowing up an essential dam on the Euphrates River.

Obama sprang into “Community Organizing” mode once again. He sent “military advisors” to Iraq, and sent Secretary of State John “I served in Vietnam” Kerry on a European and Middle Tour to trying to get a consensus to support our actions, and to try to form a coalition to assist in the “prosecution” of ISIS, in order for Obama to keep his promise to his Far Left Supporters that there would be “no boots on the ground” in Iraq.

Think of it as General Custer sending the Scouts first into Little Big Horn, while he sat on his horse, watching from a hill.

Yeah. The Europeans wanted no part of it, either.

However, some of the Middle Eastern Nations decided that they would join in, for their own self-protecting, mercenary reasons (Remember the Hessians in the Revolutionary War?).

President Barack Hussein Obama’s International “Street Cred” was tarnished beyond repair after the abysmal consequences, as regards the stability of the Middle East, of  his failed Foreign Policy of “Smart Power!”

The terrifying results of Obama’s attempt at “Community Organizing” the Muslim World, including the lost of life of both innocent civilians and of America’s Brightest and best, which dwarfed the war casualties which occurred under his predecessor, President George W. Bush, soon began to arrive at our own shores, with Korans and prayer rugs being found at our open Southern Border, honor killings and attacks by Radical Muslims, labeled as “work place violence” by the Obama Administration. and then, thousands of  Syrian “Refugees”, with members of ISIS probably embedded among them, being transported to our cities by Former President Barack Hussein Obama, himself.

The 45th President of the United States of America inherited a unconscionable mess.

He and General Mattis along with our Brightest and Best have accomplished a Herculean Task in less than 12 months, succeeding in driving ISIS out of Iraq and Syria, a task which Former President Barack Hussein Obama and his “Coalition” failed miserably at.

President Trump kept his promise to “quickly and decisively bomb the hell out of ISIS”…and our Sovereign Nation and the world are safer thanks to his decisive actions.

I really appreciate having an American President in the White House again.

I hope you do, too.

Are There Ties Between Paddock and ISIS in the Philippines? Was Paddock Radicalized by His Filipino Girlfriend? – A KJ Analysis

Stephen-Paddock-wife-Marilou-Danley_picture

The search for the motivation behind the senseless massacre last Sunday Night in Las Vegas, Nevada by millionaire Stephen Paddock continues.

The Guardian reports that…

Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock’s girlfriend is “a person of interest” in the criminal investigation into America’s worst mass shooting, police said on Tuesday.

Sheriff Joseph Lombardo of Clark County said detectives are in contact with Marilou Danley, who was travelling in the Philippines at the time of the massacre and remains there. “The investigation with her is ongoing and we anticipate some further information from her shortly,” he told reporters. “Currently she is a person of interest.”

Lombardo declined to comment on an NBC news report that 64-year-old Paddock wired $100,000 to an account in the Philippines some time in the week before the attack.

Paddock opened fire from the windows of his room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel, killing 59 people – all but three of whom have been identified – and injuring more than 500 at a country music festival. Police stormed his room and found he had killed himself.

Lombardo said the first report to police came at 10.08pm and Paddock continued to fire for nine minutes. The sheriff also told a press conference Paddock had set up cameras inside and outside his room, including one on a food service trolley. “I anticipate he was looking for anybody coming to take him into custody,” he said.

The evidence offers an insight into Paddock’s careful planning of the shooting. Lombardo said: “I’m pretty sure he evaluated everything that he did in his actions, which is troubling.”

Police have said they found 23 guns in Paddock’s room at the hotel. The sheriff added: “We are aware of a device called a bump stock that enables an individual to speed up the discharge of ammunition.” Bump stocks can be used to modify guns and make them fire as if they were fully automatic.

Bump stocks were a novelty popular with YouTube gun enthusiasts wanting to simulate machine gun fire. Then they were found in a mass shooter’s arsenal

He also said authorities had completed their investigation at the gunman’s property in Reno, finding five handguns, two shotguns and a “plethora” of ammunition.

Paddock’s motive remains unknown. “This person may have radicalized, unbeknownst to us, and we want to identify that source.”

The sheriff said the number of people injured would go down slightly because of some double counting. “We also had very heroic acts of people attending the event … Citizens providing medical aid and transport for people to get to the hospital.”

Lombardo added: “It’s an ongoing investigation and when I say I don’t know, I may know … I assure you this investigation is not ended with the demise of Mr Paddock.”

As I was gathering information for today’s post, the words “radicalization” and “The Philippines” piqued my curiosity.

  1. Marilou Danley is originally from the Philippines. ISIS and the Deterte Government are presently locked in a battle for the sovereignty of the Philippines.
  2. The Las Vegas Shooter, Stephen Paddock has been sending copious amounts of money overseas, including $100,000 recently. And, a photo of he and Ms. Danley sitting with another woman in the Philippines has surfaced.
  3. Marilou Danley is now a “Person of Interest” while Paddock is being investigated for possible Islamic Radicalization leading to the worst mass shooting in American History.

The additional facts that we know, concerning the meticulous planning required to stage Paddock’s perch on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel are as follows:

It was something that required time, effort, and coordination. It was not something that could have been accomplished shortly after a “psychotic break”. This was not a spur-of-the-moment action.

Paddock was a millionaire. He had the monetary means to gather every bit of the firearms found in his perch.

He was an accountant, a job which requires you to be meticulous.

His girlfriend is from an area of the world which is in the process of losing its cultural identity and land masses to the Radical Islamists of ISIS.

Now, I may be way off base, but there is so much that we do not know compared to what we do know.

Like you and millions of others, I am just trying to make sense of Sunday Night’s brutal, senseless massacre.

Of course, Stephen Paddock could have just been an out-of-control grieving Hillary Supporter or a Far Left Member of Antifa.

But, then again…

Until He Comes,

KJ

The Las Vegas Massacre: A Day After of Politics, Grief, Confusion, and a Missing Motive

antifa-las-vegas-shooting

In the early 1800s, doctors who worked with mental patients began to notice that some of their patients who appeared outwardly normal had what they termed a “moral depravity” or “moral insanity,” in that they seemed to possess no sense of ethics or of the rights of other people. The term “psychopath” was first applied to these people around 1900. The term was changed to “sociopath” in the 1930s to emphasize the damage they do to society. Currently researchers have returned to using the term “psychopath.” Some of them use that term to refer to a more serious disorder, linked to genetic traits, producing more dangerous individuals, while continuing to use “sociopath” to refer to less dangerous people who are seen more as products of their environment, including their upbringing. Other researchers make a distinction between “primary psychopaths,” who are thought to be genetically caused, and “secondary psychopaths,” seen as more a product of their environments. – William Hirstein Ph.D., “Psychology Today”

When I awoke yesterday morning, I began my daily ritual. While puttering about before it was time to wake up my wife, I turned on the local news, only to find that CBS was covering a national story of immense proportions.

I immediately turned on Fox News and wound up watching them for several hours during my day off.

Foxnews.com reported that

Law enforcement officials were working Monday to determine what may have motivated a gunman described as “aggressively unfriendly” — with an arsenal of weapons — to kill at least 59 people and wound more than 520 enjoying a country music festival on the Las Vegas Strip.

The killer, identified as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nev., was a gambling multimillionaire who made much of his money investing in real estate, according to his brother, Eric, who added that he had no reason to believe the gunman had run into financial trouble.

On Sunday night, Stephen Paddock shot down at the packed Route 91 Harvest Festival from the 32nd floor of the hotel, where he had been staying since Sept. 28. Officials said he booked one suite, with two rooms that had windows facing different directions.

Neighbors in Reno — where he had a home, in addition to a property in Mesquite — described Paddock as “extremely standoffish,” The Washington Post reported. One neighbor told the paper that Paddock occasionally revealed a refrigerator-sized safe when he opened his garage door, but otherwise kept the blinds drawn.

“No affiliation, no religion, no politics. He never cared about any of that stuff,” the gunman’s brother, Eric Paddock, told reporters as he alternately wept and shouted. “He was a guy who had money. He went on cruises and gambled.”

He told reporters outside his home Monday that the shooter was a multimillionaire who had no history of mental illness.

Eric said he and his brother had business dealings and owned property together. He said he was not aware that his brother had gambling debts. “He had substantial wealth. He’d tell me when he’d win. He’d grouse when he’d lost. He never said he’d lost four million dollars or something. I think he would have told me.”

Investigators uncovered 19 firearms, explosives and several thousand rounds of ammunition at the gunman’s Mesquite home, police said. In addition, authorities found 23 firearms in Paddock’s hotel room. The weapons consisted of a mixture of handguns and long rifles, which, according to Lombardo, traveled up to his hotel suite through 10 different suitcases.

A computer was also found in Paddock’s hotel suite, and is being evaluated as part of the ongoing investigation.

Authorities also found “several pounds” of tanerite, a product used for firearms target practice, at the Mesquite home.

The shooting Sunday was the deadliest in U.S. history. Gunfire rang out from inside Paddock’s hotel room before SWAT officials broke down the door and found the gunman dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Lombardo said earlier that the rifles found included scopes on them. Two of the guns were modified to make them fully automatic, two U.S. officials told The Associated Press.

It was unclear if Paddock used a hammer to break the windows he shot from, or if he just shot them out. Investigators are looking at both possibilities.

Upon inspection of Paddock’s car, officials found ammonium nitrate — an ingredient that’s harmless alone, but when combined with other chemical ingredients, can make a bomb.

Asked about a potential motive, Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said he could not “get into the mind of a psychopath at this point.”

But in spite of what the shooting has brought to the city of Las Vegas, goodness is coming out in full force. There’s a six to eight hour wait to donate blood at nearby centers, supply donations are abundant and a GoFundMe account set up by officials has raised over $2.2 million from more than 30,000 separate contributions as of late Monday night.

Today, more than 24 hours later, the perpetrator of the largest mass shooting in United States History remains an enigma.

There are a lot of conjectures out there as to his motives

Some claim that he converted to Radical Islam.

Others claim that he was driven mad due to enormous losses at Video Poker.

Some claim that he was apolitical, even though his rapidly taken down Facebook Page showed him to be a supporter of Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton and that he hated Donald J. Trump…which was something that never saw the light of day in ANY of the newscasts about this horrific massacre, yesterday.

But, I digress…

When I was participating in a group chat with my fellow writers at SpartaReport.com about the massacre, I told them that I knew from the moment I found out that it was a Country and Western Music Concert that it was not a member of the Far Right who perpetrated this evil deed.

My fellow writers and I just knew that this murderous nutjob had to be affiliated with either Radical Islam or the Far Left Fascists of Antifa, because both Radical Muslims and Far Left Zealots would view a concert of 22,000 C & W Fans as a target-rich environment.

Evidently, so did a CBS Vice-President.

Hayley Geftman-Gold, a VP and senior counsel in strategic transactions at CBS wrote on Facebook Monday just hours after a shooting in Las Vegas at a country-music festival left at least 58 dead and hundreds more injured, “If they wouldn’t do anything when children were murdered I have no hope that Repugs will ever do the right thing. I’m actually not even sympathetic bc country music fans are often republican gun toters.”

In an effort to cover their Liberal Backsides, CBS fired her later that day and issued a carefully worded apology.

President Trump, for his part, performed his duties in a highly professional and heart-felt manner yesterday, delivering an excellent address about the massacre and later holding a Moment of Silence on the South Lawn of the White House.

Meanwhile, Democrat Politicians, including Hillary Clinton, in an embarrassing exhibition of tone-deaf rudeness, spent the day calling for Gun Control.

At least, the Democrat CBS VP was honest enough to say how she felt about the victims, instead of using them to further a political agenda.

Yesterday, has already become a seminal moment in the life of our Sovereign Nation.

It will forever be a somber reminder that evil is real…and it walks beside us everyday.

As Christians, we must pray for the fallen and their families and friends.

As Americans, we must remain alert and ready to defend ourselves against the evil around us.

For as one of our Founding Fathers, Patrick Henry said,

We are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of Nature has placed in our power… the battle, sir, is not to the strong alone it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave.

Just an Observation…Liberals Seem to Care More About Removing Confederate Statues Than Muslim Terrorist Attacks

SPAINATTACKBARCELONA_1.jpeg.CROP.promo-large

“Islam is not part of the problem in combating violent extremism – it is an important part of promoting peace.” – Barack Hussein Obama

“The monuments are just a symbol of hatred. The president (Trump) is the embodiment of that hatred.” – Wendy Osefo, a policy and social justice expert and Johns Hopkins University professor

Foxnews.com reports that

Police in Spain announced early Friday they killed several people in an anti-terror operation in Cambrils, hours after a van rammed into a crowd about 70 miles away in Barcelona, killing at least 13 people.

Police confirmed on Twitter they fatally shot four people and wounded one after police suspected they were planning a second terror attack.

State-run broadcaster RTVE reported the suspects attempted to carry out a similar attack to the one in Barcelona, by driving a vehicle into pedestrians.. It said seven people were injured — two seriously — by the suspects.

Authorities are investigating whether the suspects were wearing explosive suicide vests and officers planned to carry out controlled explosions.

The regional police force said its working to determine if the suspects in Cambrils were linked to the Barcelona attack, as well as to a Wednesday night gas explosion in Alcanar, which left one person dead.

Meantime, authorities were on the hunt for the van driver that killed at least 13 people and injured more than 100. It was not immediately clear how the suspects killed in Cambrils may have been connected to the Barcelona attack.

At least two people have been arrested as suspects in the Barcelona incident, according to the regional president of Catalonia. One of the suspects is a Spanish national from Melilla, and the other is a Moroccan citizen who lived in Spain legally.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the terror attack on Thursday through its propaganda arm, according to SITE Intel Group.

“The perpetrators of the attack in #Barcelona are Islamic state soldiers and carried out the operation on command of [ISIS’ leader] of targeting coalition countries,” the ISIS release stated.

A senior police official said the van attack is connected to a gas explosion inside a house in the town of Alcanar Wednesday, in which one person was killed and seven were injured.

Authorities confirmed that police fatally shot the driver of a vehicle that drove through a police checkpoint and struck two officers earlier, but a Catalan police official said the dead driver “doesn’t have any connection with the terrorist attack we are investigating.”

Police initially named Driss Oukabir, the Moroccan, as a suspect in the attack. However, local media are reporting a man with that name told police that his identification documents were stolen, possibly by his younger brother.

Meanwhile, here in America, do you think that our Liberal Brethren ( and Sisters) are concerned about Radical Islamic Terrorism possibly striking here?

Heck no.

They want to bring more of them into our country, along with the rest of the unvetted Syrians and other “refugees” from Hot Spots of Terror in the Middle East.

According to them, it’s us Conservatives who live South of the Mason/Dixon Line and our ancestors who are the REAL Evil and Danger to America.

Per Laura Ingraham’s Lifezette.com

In the aftermath of violence at a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, progressive activists nationwide have demanded, and in some cases illegally carried out, the tearing down and removal of statues and monuments to Confederate leaders and soldiers on public space. Now Black Lives Matter activists have gone even further — going so far as to call for a ban on all Confederate imagery — even in private possession.

Inspired by Germany’s post-war laws banning any and all Nazi imagery, Black Lives Matter activists on Twitter called for a similar ban on Confederate imagery or memorabilia.

“After WWII, Germany outlawed the Nazis, their symbols, salutes & their flags. All confederate flags & statue, & groups should be illegal,” tweeted the Black Lives Matter Chicago Twitter account, @BLMChi.

“The fact that the Confederate flag & statues permeate the south is evidence that white supremacy was never overthrown in the United States,” the @BLMChi account tweeted three minutes later.

Outlawing all Confederate flags, symbols, statues, and groups would not only be indescribably impractical — taking into account the existence of battlefield monuments, graves, Civil War re-enactors, every single souvenir shop within a 10-mile radius of Gettysburg, historical computer games, and Lynyrd Skynyrd albums — it would also be illegal.

“Even the most liberal Supreme Court justice knows that the remedy to hateful or offensive speech is opposing speech,” Eddie Zipperer, an assistant professor of political science at Georgia Military College, told LifeZette. “This would be a blatant violation of the First Amendment.”

“Leftists always haul out the argument that you can’t yell ‘fire’ in a crowded theater, so free speech has limits,” he said. “But that argument is nonsensical. Historically, the Supreme Court goes to any length to protect political speech — even wildly unpopular speech.”

Zipperer provided as an example the decision in the 2011 case Snyder v. Phelps, in which the court ruled 8-1 to “protect the absolutely horrible, hateful speech of the Westboro Baptist Church during a protest of a dead soldier’s funeral.”

“That case was decided by all the same justices we have now, except Scalia was on the court instead of Gorsuch,” he noted. “The Supreme Court has allowed almost no limitation on political speech, and there’s no reason to think that will change.”

Similar rhetoric pointing a finger of wrong at any and all Confederate memorabilia came from at least one lawmaker.

“Confederate memorabilia have no place in this country and especially not in the United States Capitol,” said Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) in a statement to The Hill.

The entire Congressional Black Caucus called on Wednesday for the removal of all Confederate-related statues in the nation’s Capitol.

“The Congressional Black Caucus and the Black Lives Matter movement ignore the reality that the central figures in Confederacy, from Robert E. Lee to Jefferson Davis, were also central figures in American political life,” said Dr. Lee Cheek, Dean of Social Sciences at East Georgia State College and a Senior Fellow of the Alexander Hamilton Institute in New York.

“Most of the more important figures were the children of heroes or veterans of the American Revolution,” Cheek continued. “For example, CSA Brig. Gen. and Secretary of War George W. Randolph was the grandson of Thomas Jefferson. Lt. Gen. Richard Taylor, CSA, was the son of General and President Zachary Taylor and the grandson of a Revolutionary War officer.”

“As the great American historian Dr. Clyde Wilson has noted, there are hundreds and hundreds of these historical connections; in other words, this is an American story as well as a Civil War story that should be shared with the rising generation in its fullness,” he said.

“The greatest threat to Congressional Black Caucus’ new ‘cultural revolution,’ inspired by an illiberal and anti-democratic worldview, is an environment in which free and uninhibited discussion and disagreement can take place,” Cheek continued.

“In fact, diversity of thought is the opposite of their desires, but is at the heart of a free society. The proponents of historical cleansing are on the ascendency, and the authentic study of the American South is the victim,” he said.

Robert E. Lee, that alleged symbol of white supremacy and racism, not only personally opposed overt displays of Confederate symbolism after the war but also believed that the entire war — the Confederate defeat and the personal loss of his Arlington property and fortune — was worth it to see slavery ended.

“I am rejoiced that slavery is abolished,” said Lee in 1870. “I believe it will be greatly for the interests of the South. So fully am I satisfied of this, as regards Virginia especially, that I would cheerfully have lost all I have lost by the war, and have suffered all I have suffered, to have this object attained.”

The absolute drooling hatred being exhibited right now by Modern American Liberals toward my region of the country is unbelievable.

Y’know, I knew that they were mad that we helped in spoiling the succession to the Throne of the Regime by Barack Hussein Obama’s chosen successor, Hillary Clinton, but, I did not know that they were going to take it out on my ancestors.

Yes. MY ancestors.

You see, boys and girls, if you were standing over by my shoulder, right now, in KJ’s Inner Sanctum, otherwise known by my bride as my “man cave”, you would see two things: a giant framed poster of all the names found in the Bible given to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and my family crest, which I sent to my Daddy (Southern colloquialism for male parental unit) back in July of 1978 from the York Insignia Shoppe in York, England, while I was on a singing tour with a 15-voice choir.

On the bottom of the crest is a very recognizable name which was the first name of one of General Robert E. Lee’s relatives.

My father was also a fighting man from the South, as I have related to you before.

He was a Master Sergeant with an Army Engineering Unit, who stepped off of a perfectly good boat onto the living hell that was Normandy Beach on June 6, 1944.

I suppose the Liberals will want to get rid of those statues, next.

But, I digress…

I am proud of my Southern Heritage.

I am proud of my Family Heritage.

For you see, Christianity runs deep in my family.

And, those Confederate Generals all viewed themselves as Christian men.

Just like those men, we are all flawed, as man himself is a fallen creature.

However, we continue to strive to do what is right.

These Southern Americans, whom the Alt-Left seek to dishonor and hide away, like Bill Clinton’s little black book, were flawed men, as well.

However, the Federal Government recognizes them as United States of America Veterans.

” Every soldier’s grave made during our unfortunate civil war [sic] is a tribute to American valor… And the time has now come… when in the spirit of fraternity we should share in the care of the graves of the Confederate soldiers… and if it needed further justification it is found in the gallant loyalty to the Union and the flag so conspicuously shown in the year just passed by the sons and grandsons of those heroic dead.” …President William McKinley, 14 December 1898.

These statues MUST be left alone, to serve as a reminder of mistakes made, by NORTH and South, and as a reminder that, like a family often does, we fight among ourselves, but our true strength lies in forgiveness, compassion. courage, and integrity.

Four character traits that both the Alt-Left and Modern American Liberals in general seemingly have forsaken in their quest to restore power to their minority political ideology.

Character traits which they had better suck up and find soon, because the next “Barcelona” could very well happen to us.

And their “feelings” won’t matter at all.

Then again, as I have recently pointed out, ISIS loves to destroy historical artifacts, as well, so maybe they will cut Liberals some slack.

Probably not.

I wonder when the book burning starts?

Until He Comes,
