Thanksgiving 2021: A Time for Americans to Give Thanks for the Blessings of Liberty and the “Average Americans” Who are Still Making a Difference

Thanksgiving Day.

Simply saying the words to myself brings back a flood of precious memories…memories of Thanksgivings past, as a child, surrounded by aunts, uncles, cousins, my sisters, and my Mother and Daddy…smells of sage dressing and oven-roasted turkey…followed by the feeling of having an over-stuffed stomach…all topped by the sounds of laughter and the sight of my aunts and uncles, all members of America’s Greatest Generation, being led in a penny-ante poker game after the Thanksgiving meal by my Daddy, the finest man I have ever known…all of them enjoying each other’s company as they reveled in the wonderful completeness of being a family.

Thanksgiving is a uniquely American Holiday…as unique as the nation which celebrates it.

In 1621, a small group of Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared a feast celebrating the autumn harvest. This is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the colonies.

However, Thanksgiving is much more than this.

Thanksgiving is a day when Americans thank their Creator for the blessings they have received during the year, while holding hope and expectation in their hearts for the blessings yet to come.

The Father of Our Country expressed his thankfulness concerning God and America, when he announced this holiday in 1789:

Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor – and Whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me “to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.”

Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be – That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks – for his kind care and protection of the People of this country previous to their becoming a Nation – for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his providence, which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war –for the great degree of tranquillity, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed – for the peaceable and rational manner in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted, for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed, and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.

And also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech him to pardon our national and other transgressions – to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually – to render our national government a blessing to all the People, by constantly being a government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed – to protect and guide all Sovereigns and Nations (especially such as have shewn kindness unto us) and to bless them with good government, peace, and concord – To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and Us – and generally to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as he alone knows to be best.

On November 15, 1985, in the first year of his second term, President Ronald Reagan issued the following proclamation

Although the time and date of the first American thanksgiving observance may be uncertain, there is no question but that this treasured custom derives from our Judeo-Christian heritage. “Unto Three, O God, do we give thanks,” the Psalmist sang, praising God not only for the “wondrous works” of His creation, but for loving guidance and deliverance from dangers.

A band of settlers arriving in Maine in 1607 held a service of thanks for their safe journey, and twelve years later settlers in Virginia set aside a day of thanksgiving for their survival. In 1621 Governor William Bradford created the most famous of all such observances at Plymouth Colony when a bounteous harvest prompted him to proclaim a special day “to render thanksgiving to the Almighty God for all His blessings.” The Spaniards in California and the Dutch in New Amsterdam also held services to give public thanks to God.

In 1777, during our War of Independence, the Continental Congress set aside a day for thanksgiving and praise for our victory at the battle of Saratoga. It was the first time all the colonies took part in such an event on the same day. The following year, upon news that France was coming to our aid, George Washington at Valley Forge prescribed a special day of thanksgiving. Later, as our first President, he responded to a Congressional petition by declaring Thursday, November 26, 1789, the first Thanksgiving Day of the United States of America.

Although there were many state and national thanksgiving days proclaimed in the ensuing years, it was the tireless crusade of one woman, Sarah Josepha Hale, that finally led to the establishment of this beautiful feast as an annual nationwide observance. Her editorials so touched the heart of Abraham Lincoln that in 1863 – even in the midst of the civil War – he enjoined his countrymen to be mindful of their many blessings, cautioning them not to forget “the source from which they come,” that they are “the gracious gifts of the Most High God…” Who ought to be thanked “with one heart and one voice by the whole American People.”

It is in that spirit that I now invite all Americans to take part again in this beautiful tradition with its roots deep in our history and deeper still in our hearts. We manifest our gratitude to God for the many blessings he has showered upon our land and upon its people.

In this season of Thanksgiving we are grateful for our abundant harvests and the productivity of our industries; for the discoveries of our laboratories; for the researches of our scientists and scholars; for the achievements of our artists, musicians, writers, clergy, teachers, physicians, businessmen, engineers, public servants, farmers, mechanics, artisans, and workers of every sort whose honest toil of mind and body in a free land rewards them and their families and enriches our entire Nation.

Let us thank God for our families, friends, and neighbors, and for the joy of this very festival we celebrate in His name. Let every house of worship in the land and every home and every heart be filled with the spirit of gratitude and praise and love on this Thanksgiving Day.

On this Thanksgiving Day 2021, I’m thankful for Americans who are still making a difference.  “Average Americans” who still love God and country, and stand on principle with their feet planted on a Solid Rock, and not on shifting sands.

The “Average American”, the 9 to 5′er, working himself into the grave to try to provide for his family.

It was this same “Average American”, who fired the shot heard around the world and began the War for American Independence, who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day in World War II, who waded through rice paddies in Vietnam, and who swallowed sand in Desert Storm and Desert Shield.

The same “Average American” who, as a New York City Policeman or Fireman, ran up the stairs of the World Trade Center on 9/11/01, instead of running down them.

The same “Average American”, who simply wants things to be easier in this life for his children and grandchildren, than he had it.

It is this same “Average American”, who takes family and friends in, when they are in the midst of a life-altering tragedy.

The same “Average American”, who volunteers on a soup line or at a Senior Citizens Home, or, who begins a successful business in his basement.

They are the reason we remain, in spite of all that has befallen us as a nation, the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth, despite what those who are presently trying to take away our right as Americans to live and raise our children and grandchildren as we see fit.

They are also the reason that we will “Save America”.

On Thanksgiving Day, we thank God for the abundant blessings in our lives.  As we gather with family and friends to celebrate this season of generosity, hope, and gratitude, we commemorate America’s founding traditions of faith, family, and friendship, and give thanks for the principles of freedom, liberty, and democracy that make our country exceptional in the history of the world.

This November marks 400 years since the Mayflower and its passengers faced the unknown and set sail across the Atlantic Ocean.  Propelled by hope for a brighter future, these intrepid men and women endured two long months at sea, tired and hungry, to arrive in a new world full of potential.  In the winter weather that greeted their arrival, they lost nearly half of their fellow travelers to exposure, disease, and starvation.  Despite unimaginable hardships, these first Americans nevertheless remained firm in their faith and unwavering in their commitment to their dreams.  They forged friendships with the Wampanoag Tribe, fostered a spirit of common purpose among themselves, and trusted in God to provide for them.  The following year, they celebrated a successful harvest alongside their Native American neighbors — the first Thanksgiving.  This seminal event in the history of our Nation is a continual reminder of the power of faith, love, perseverance, prayer, and fellowship.

The Mayflower’s arrival to the New World in 1620 also marks the arrival of the first seeds of democracy to our land.  Absent the rule of a monarch in an uncharted wilderness, these early settlers resolved to create their own government through what is known as the Mayflower Compact.  Defined by majority rule through elected leaders responsible for creating “just and equal laws,” the Mayflower Compact represents the first chapter in the long tradition of self-determination and rule of law in America.  One hundred and fifty-six years later, our Nation’s Founding Fathers resolved to break free from England, building upon the Mayflower Compact to establish an enduring government whose authority came solely “from the consent of the governed.”

This year, as our Nation continues to combat the coronavirus pandemic, we have once again joined together to overcome the challenges facing us.  In the midst of suffering and loss, we are witnessing the remarkable courage and boundless generosity of the American people as they come to the aid of those in need, reflecting the spirit of those first settlers who worked together to meet the needs of their community.  First responders, medical professionals, essential workers, neighbors, and countless other patriots have served and sacrificed for their fellow Americans, and the prayers of our people have once again lifted up our Nation, providing comfort, healing, and strength during times of uncertainty.  Despite unprecedented challenges, we have not faltered in the face of adversity.  To the contrary, we have leveraged our strengths to make significant breakthroughs that will end this crisis, rebuilding our stockpiles, revamping our manufacturing capabilities, and developing groundbreaking therapeutics and life-saving vaccines on record-shattering timeframes.

During this season of gratitude, we also acknowledge those who cannot be with their families.  This includes the brave American patriots of our Armed Forces who selflessly defend our sacred liberty at home and abroad.  And we pause to remember the sacrifices of our law enforcement personnel and first responders.  We are deeply grateful for all those who remain on watch over the holidays and keep us safe as we celebrate and give thanks for the blessings in our lives.

House to Vote Next Week on Removing 12 Confederate Statues From National Statuary Hall…Why Now?

12 Confederate Statues were placed in the National Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C. 30 years after the Civil War and Congressional Democrats, like Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer, who have been there for decades, are just now calling for their removal?

TheHill.com reports that

The House will vote next week on legislation to remove statues in the Capitol of people who served in the Confederacy or who otherwise worked to uphold slavery, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) announced Monday.

Lawmakers will vote next Wednesday on a bill that Hoyer unveiled on Monday with five senior members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC). 

“It is reprehensible that individuals who did so much to divide our country and dehumanize African Americans are honored in the halls of Congress,” Hoyer said in the statement. “I hope all of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will join us in supporting this bill to right historical wrongs and ensure that the only people honored with busts and statues in the Capitol are those whose actions furthered the causes of liberty, unity, and equal rights.” 

The legislation specifically calls for removing the 11 Confederate statues displayed throughout the Capitol complex as well as statues and busts of Roger Taney, the former Supreme Court chief justice who authored the 1857 Dred Scott ruling that Black people shouldn’t hold the rights of citizens; Charles Aycock, who served as North Carolina governor; John Calhoun, the former vice president and member of Congress known for defending slavery; and James Paul Clarke, a former senator and governor of Arkansas who advocated for white supremacy.

It incorporates a bill Hoyer introduced in March that would replace the bust of Taney, which is currently located in the old Supreme Court chamber on the Senate side of the Capitol, with one of Thurgood Marshall, the first African American Supreme Court justice.

The CBC has long advocated for removing Confederate statues from the Capitol. The effort won new momentum following the nationwide protests sparked by George Floyd’s death in police custody, which has also led to a broader examination of institutional racism in the United States.

Next Wednesday’s vote is part of an effort by House Democrats to draw a contrast on issues of racial justice with President Trump, who in recent weeks has embraced preserving Confederate monuments and threatened to veto a defense policy bill if it orders changing the names of military bases honoring Confederate officers.

The vote will come a month after Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) ordered the removal  of four portraits depicting former Speakers who served the Confederacy that had been on display near the House chamber.

The 11 statues in the Capitol complex of people who served in the Confederacy, such as army commander Robert E. Lee and president Jefferson Davis, are part of the National Statuary Hall collection. Each state contributes two statues to the collection and retains the sole authority to decide whether to replace its statues, although congressional leaders can decide where in the Capitol the statues can be on public display.

In every single presidential election, since I first voted for Future President Ronald Reagan in November of 1980, the voters of the South have proven to be the linchpin upon which all presidential candidates’ victory depended upon.

If you were able, as a Democrat or a Republican, to get the voters of the South to cast their ballots for you, you became the President of the United States of America.

The South, to this day, remains essential to winning the White House.

The Liberals in the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, alike, or the Vichy Republicans, as I call them, are all too aware of this political fact.

However, those who believe that the South, in the Year of Our Lord 2020, is still backwards, or somehow inferior to their point of view, or political ideology, have jumped at the effort to negate a period of our history in which American blood on both sides of the Mason-Dixon line was shed in combat.

Why have these Far Left Democrat Politicians, along with Antifa and BLM, shifted the focus of the nation away from the incompetency and mental deterioration of the presumed Democrat Party Presidential Candidate and created a cancel culture reminiscent of the Russian Revolution and the history-destroying Middle Eastern Rampage of ISIS?

Simple: Political Expediency.

By marginalizing the South as a part of this effort, the Far Left Democrats, from Nancy Pelosi on down the line, are hoping to diminish and possibly negate the leverage that Southern States have in molding the Political Landscape of America.

Even after the last 4 years of the Democrats’ continuous attacks on President Trump and the American way of life, America is still a Center-Right Nation.

Through their efforts in the National Education System to indoctrinate American Children into despising what America has always stood for, these politicians and their minions hoped to swing the Political Pendulum toward their side of the Political Aisle and to create a “Democratic Socialist (i.e., Marxist) country.

They know that, if somehow, they can place the Southern States in a “bad light” and at a Political Disadvantage, that perhaps our voice in the political affairs of this nation, will not carry as much weight.

Plus, between you and me and the water cooler, Liberals in the Northern and Western States remain ticked off that both American and International Businesses are still relocating to the South, where the climate is friendlier, the Unions have not made the cost of doing business unprofitable, and, where Old-Fashioned American Work Ethic still exists.

Just sayin’.

These Southern Americans, whom Pelosi and the rest of the virtue-signaling Far Left and Vichy Republicans seek to dishonor and hide away, like Bill Clinton’s little black book, were flawed men, as well.

However, the Federal Government recognizes them as United States of America Veterans.

 ” Every soldier’s grave made during our unfortunate civil war [sic] is a tribute to American valor… And the time has now come… when in the spirit of fraternity we should share in the care of the graves of the Confederate soldiers… and if it needed further justification it is found in the gallant loyalty to the Union and the flag so conspicuously shown in the year just passed by the sons and grandsons of those heroic dead.” …President William McKinley, 14 December 1898.

These statues MUST be left alone, to serve as a reminder of mistakes made, by NORTH and South, and as a reminder that, like a family often does, we fight among ourselves, but our true strength lies in forgiveness, compassion. courage, and integrity.

Four character traits that both the Far Left Democratic Party and Modern American Liberals in general seemingly have forsaken in their quest to restore power to their minority political ideology.

Character traits which they had better suck up and find soon, because the young fascists of Antifa and BLM could very well turn on them after they are through treating them as “useful idiots”

And their “feelings” won’t matter at all.

Independence Day 2020: The “Woke Resistance” Vs. America’s “Average Joes”

On July 4th, 1986, the greatest president in my lifetime, Ronald Wilson Reagan, delivered these words to a television audience. They are as inspirational today as the day that they were given.

My remarks tonight will be brief, but it’s worth remembering that all the celebration of this day is rooted in history. It’s recorded that shortly after the Declaration of Independence was signed in Philadelphia celebrations took place throughout the land, and many of the former Colonists — they were just starting to call themselves Americans — set off cannons and marched in fife and drum parades.

What a contrast with the sober scene that had taken place a short time earlier in Independence Hall. Fifty-six men came forward to sign the parchment. It was noted at the time that they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honors. And that was more than rhetoric; each of those men knew the penalty for high treason to the Crown. “We must all hang together,” Benjamin Franklin said, “or, assuredly, we will all hang separately.” And John Hancock, it is said, wrote his signature in large script so King George could see it without his spectacles. They were brave. They stayed brave through all the bloodshed of the coming years. Their courage created a nation built on a universal claim to human dignity, on the proposition that every man, woman, and child had a right to a future of freedom.

For just a moment, let us listen to the words again: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” Last night when we rededicated Miss Liberty and relit her torch, we reflected on all the millions who came here in search of the dream of freedom inaugurated in Independence Hall. We reflected, too, on their courage in coming great distances and settling in a foreign land and then passing on to their children and their children’s children the hope symbolized in this statue here just behind us: the hope that is America. It is a hope that someday every people and every nation of the world will know the blessings of liberty.

If you listen to the Mantra of Modern American Liberals, you would think that America is the worst Nation on the face of the Earth.

Personally, I do not give one cent of value to their assessment of “The Shining City Upon a Hill”.

Rather, I stand with this man who embodied the American Spirit that is beginning to awaken across this blessed land.

Gen. Anthony Clement McAuliffe is best remembered for uttering a single word — no mean feat, considering that even the shortest Bible verse has two. Commanding the U.S. Army’s beleaguered and surrounded 101st Airborne Division during World War II’s Battle of the Bulge, McAuliffe received a German surrender ultimatum. “Nuts!” he replied, and became a lasting symbol of American courage and determination under fire.

A 1918 West Point graduate, McAuliffe held various field artillery positions before World War II. On the eve of D-Day, McAuliffe jumped with the first wave as a commander of division artillery, although he had never received formal parachute training.

In December 1944, during the siege of Bastogne, Belgium, McAuliffe was acting commander of the 101st in Gen. Maxwell D. Taylor’s absence. The Americans had been holding the Belgian town “at all costs,” and on Dec. 22, Gen. McAuliffe received the encouraging news that the 4th Armored Division was beginning its drive north to relieve the 101st. Later that morning, members of the division’s glider regiment saw four Germans coming up the road carrying a white flag. Everyone hoped they were offering surrender. Instead, they presented two pages demanding the Americans’ surrender: “To the USA Commander of the encircled town of Bastogne. . .There is only one possibility. . .the honorable surrender of the encircled town.”

McAuliffe glanced at the message and said, “Aw, nuts!” When he told his commanders he didn’t know what answer to send, Lt. Col. Harry Kinnard said ‘That first crack you made would be hard to beat, General.” Everyone laughed as a sergeant typed up the succinct response: “To the German Commander: Nuts! The American Commander.”

Between this stoic reply, Patton’s troops from the south, and a change in the weather that allowed air reinforcement the following day, the 101st was able to hold Bastogne. Their victory resulted in the first full-Division Presidential Distinguished Unit Citation.

McAuliffe’s actions at Bastogne helped assure the final defeat of the Germans. Gen. McAuliffe continued to serve on active duty, including assignments as Head of the Army Chemical Corps, Commander, 7th Army, and Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Army, Europe, until his 1956 retirement. He died in Washington, D.C. in 1975 and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

If you have been paying attention to what has been happening in the streets of our major cities for the part 3 weeks, you have seen a bunch of spoiled ungrateful wannabe anarchists, a “Woke Resistance” Movement, if you will, aided by the Far Left Democratic Party, attempt to erase our nation’s history through the toppling of historical statues and the defacing of our nation’s monuments.

Those who are acting in such a disrespectful and ignorant manner echo the sentiments of the 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, and the rest of the Far Left self-proclaimed geniuses who cost the Democratic Party the Presidency in 2016 and who believe that anybody who works hard for a living and believes in God and Country, is a Jingoistic imbecile.

According to the dictionary, Jingoism is an extreme chauvinism or nationalism marked especially by a belligerent foreign policy.

In other words, being guilty of believing that America is the greatest country on the face of God’s Green Earth and believing in American Exceptionalism.

For the past 2 decades at least, children and young adults, attending American Institutes of Learning from kindergarten to college campuses have been taught by Liberal teachers and professors that America is “just another country” and to be a patriot is to somehow be close-minded, ignorant, and bigoted, not necessarily in that order.

Evidently, the overeducated imbeciles who planned this Marxist uprising which we have witnessed over the last 3 weeks have never understood in their ungrateful little lives what has made and continues to make our country exceptional.

Where the exceptionalism of America lies…is not in the Halls of Power…nor in the Halls of Academia. But, rather in the courage and spirit of the average American. A courage and spirit, which our history proves, has driven American Citizens to build a nation, which is indeed exceptional among all others.

The secret of this country’s exceptionalism is the “Average Joe”, the 9 to 5′er, working himself into the grave to try to provide for his family.

It was this same “Average Joe”, who fired the shot heard around the world and began the War for American Independence, who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day in World War II, who waded through rice paddies in Vietnam, and who swallowed sand in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. The same “Average Joe” who, as a New York City Policeman or Fireman, ran up the stairs of the World Trade Center on 9/11/01, instead of running down them. The same “Average Joe”, who simply wants things to be easier in this life for his children and grandchildren, than he had it.

It is this same “Average Joe”, who takes family and friends in, when they are in the midst of a life-altering tragedy. The same “Average Joe”, who volunteers on a soup line or at a Senior Citizens Home, or, who begins a successful business in his basement.

And, it is this same “Average Joe” whom, being fed up with the Democratic Party’s Far Left Crusade against anything and everything traditionally American, went to the voting booth and elected Donald J. Trump, a Citizen Statesman, as our 45th President.

And that, boys and girls, is why, on this 4th of July, almost 4 years after average Americans watched with a sense of prideful accomplishment as Donald J. Trump took the Oath of Office, Modern American Liberals are still showing the world their posteriors while continuing to throw the longest mass temper tantrum in recorded history.

Their ego-driven political ideology did not permit them to consider the reality that theirs is still the minority political ideology in this nation, as shown during the recent Marxist uprisings by Antifa and Black Lives Matters, in which they demonstrated that they champion a Far Left Fascist political ideology which none but a small minority on the Far Left of the Political Spectrum embrace.

While the East and “Left” Coast are indeed heavily-populated in their metropolitan areas with Liberals (some of them even Legal Citizens), the reality of what actually happened on November 8th, 2016 can been plainly seen on any Electoral Map.

It was an overestimation of their own intellect and an underestimation of the intelligence and unbridled love of average Americans for OUR COUNTRY, that cost the Democrats the Presidency.

As George Orwell said,

Patriotism is usually stronger than class hatred, and always stronger than internationalism.

So, to summarize, by supporting the recent violent Marxist riots in our major cities, by labeling Patriotism as “Jingoism”, and by ridiculing and accusing  those of us who love our country and hold fast to Traditional American Values as being “racists”, the Democratic Party are well into the process of, once again, costing themselves the Presidency…going from the “In Crowd” to the Outhouse.

If I was a Modern American Liberal with any sort of self-awareness, I would be throwing a temper tantrum, too…over my own ungrateful arrogant ignorance that will cause the defeat of my 2020 Presidential Candidate….along with his own dementia-driven incompetence.

Unfortunately, the Far Left “Democratic Socialists” who have taken over the once mainstream Democratic Party are not self-aware.

And, it is this lack of self-awareness that is allowing average Americans to witness the implosion and political extinction of the Democratic Party right before our very eyes.

In the opinion of this 61-year-old, sitting in the Northwest corner of the Magnolia State in America’s Heartland, Modern American Liberals, and their ideological leaders, who trod the Halls of Power with impunity, underestimated the American Spirit, just as King George and the British Aristocracy did, so many years ago.

As our enemies, both foreign and domestic, have discovered since the birth of our nation, Americans will fight for our freedom.

We showed this fact to the world on November 8th, 2016.

And now, almost 4 years later, thanks to the unflinching leadership of an American President, and despite a Worldwide Pandemic and the actions of those who despise our American Way of Life, our Sovereign Nation is beginning to once again rise like a phoenix from its ashes and we are on our way making American great again!

Pelosi Includes Billions of Dollars for Illegals in New Stimulus Bill, Would Give Them $1,200 Each Like American Citizens

Speaker Nancy Pelosi introduced her party’s coronavirus relief package, which includes billions of dollars in carve-outs for eligible illegal aliens, grants to sanctuary cities and other protections for the undocumented community.

House Democrats released the HEROES Act on Tuesday, a bill that provides $3 trillion in stimulus funds to state and local governments, along with other industries affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The legislation — which was not negotiated with the GOP or the Trump administration — includes $500 billion for state governments and $375 billion for local governments.

A dive through the 1,815-page bill also showed that it includes billions in payments to certain individuals living in the United States unlawfully.

Under a provision in the HEROES Act, recipients can receive stimulus money if they file taxes with a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), allowing many illegal aliens to be eligible for direct funds. A TIN is an identifying number used for taxpayer purposes instead of a Social Security number.

The previous coronavirus relief package, the CARES Act, only allowed those who filed with a Social Security number to be eligible for stimulus money, leaving out undocumented aliens. The current bill, if passed, would also retroactively provide those using Taxpayer Identification Numbers to obtain funds from the CARES Act, according to the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

The House Speaker said in late April that Democratic leaders were in discussions to include a provision for Taxpayer Identification Numbers in the next coronavirus relief package.

The bill “pertains to the TIN provision giving illegal aliens access to any new stimulus payments and retroactively providing them with payments from the CARES Act,” Preston Huennekens, a government relations associate with FAIR, told the Daily Caller News Foundation on Tuesday.

“FAIR estimates there are 14.3 million illegal aliens, meaning that in the last stimulus alone illegal aliens could have received over $17 billion in direct payments from the Federal government,” Huennekens continued.

He added: “This bill provides other relief to illegal aliens outside of the recovery rebates. Take for instance the eviction protection for renters. The way the bill is written, illegal aliens also benefit from that protection because it is so broadly written.”

The legislation includes a multitude of other benefits for illegal aliens and the institutions that allow them to remain in the United States.

The HEROES Act, for example, calls on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to release all illegal aliens under Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention who do not pose a “threat to public safety or national security.” The bill also provides $300 million in federal grants to law enforcement agencies, and specifically forbids the Trump administration from withholding these funds from agencies that refuse to cooperate with ICE, also known as “sanctuary cities.”

Numbers USA, a nonprofit that advocates for less immigration into the United States, criticized the bill’s provisions regarding foreign workers.

“House Democrats prioritizing foreign workers, legal and illegal, over unemployed and underemployed Americans in the middle of a crisis is shameful,” said Numbers USA president Roy Beck. (RELATED: Democrats Across The Country Are Fighting To Give Coronavirus Aid To Illegal Aliens)

Beck also derided a provision in the bill that would “expedite the permanent importation of foreign health care professionals, apparently to take the jobs of the tens of thousands of American health care professionals who have been laid off or furloughed during the pandemic.”

The HEROES Act, if it passes the House, is not expected to make it past the Republican-controlled Senate. House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy called the bill a “liberal wishlist that has no chance of becoming law” in a statement Tuesday.

Apparently, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the House Democrats are under the same false impression that they were during their Sham Impeachment of President Trump.

That being that average Americans believe the same things that they do.

You would have thought that they would have learned their lesson on the night of November 8, 2016.

Unfortunately for them (and us), they have been living in denial ever since.

You may have seen this already. It explains illegal immigration as succinctly as anything I’ve come across:

Not only must you let me stay, you must also add me to your insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide these benefits to my husband, too (he will do your yard work, he’s honest and hardworking too–except for that breaking in part). If you try to force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house and proclaim my right to be there! It’s only fair, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I’m trying to better myself. I’m hardworking and honest…except for, well, you know. I will live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness and prejudice.

Oh yeah, I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me.

Actually, no.

Average Americans have already made it clear that they do not want those who have entered our Sovereign Nation illegally to receive the same benefits as American citizens.

What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, they are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens.

And, yet, even as I write this, they are in our hospitals, taking advantage of our charity and the finest health care system in the world, and driving our streets, with either forged drivers licenses or those obtained from states who have acquiesced and given them to these “undocumented workers”.

This is in no way a human rights issue.

Freedom is God-given, and with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way.

Attempting to assign “Constitutional Rights” to those who are here illegally is a usurpation of power Democratic local and national Politicians.

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children.  We are all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight.  But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish.  But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

The Democrats want to give illegal immigrants the same rights and privileges as American citizens.

Their “breaking into our country should not be rewarded with American Taxpayer money in the form of $1,200 Stimulus Checks.

If they want to become Americans and enjoy our rights and privileges, they can get in line and do it legally.

It’s Time to Reopen America’s Churches

TheHill.com reports that

U.S. District Judge Greg Van Tatenhove issued a temporary restraining order Friday evening against Beshear’s ban on large gatherings at “any in-person religious service which adheres to applicable social distancing and hygiene guidelines,” The Associate Press reported.

The ruling will allow Tabernacle Baptist Church in Nicholasville, Ky., which filed the lawsuit, to meet in person during services Sunday. The ruling also applies to any other Kentucky congregation.  

Two other federal judges had previously ruled that Beshear’s ban was constitutional.

The news comes following a ruling by U.S. District Judge David Hale on Friday that granted Maryville Baptist Church the option to hold in-person services. The ruling only applied to that specific church, and it had to abide by public health requirements, according to the AP. 

Beshear previously announced that Kentucky religious organizations will be allowed to hold in-person services beginning on May 20 as part of a plan to begin reopening the state’s economy.

Earlier on Friday, the southern governor said places of worship would have to limit attendance at in-person services to one-third of building occupancy and have worshippers keep a 6-foot distance between households, according to the news source. 

Beshear’s office released a list of requirements that churches should follow while reopening, like observing social distancing and to “consider taking congregants’ temperatures,” among other measures, the Lexington Herald Leader reported. 

Van Tatenhove said Beshear had “an honest” motive in seeking to stem the spread of the virus, but he did not provide “a compelling reason for using his authority to limit a citizen’s right to freely exercise something we value greatly — the right of every American to follow their conscience on matters related to religion,” according to the news source.

“The Constitution will endure. It would be easy to put it on the shelf in times like this, to be pulled down and dusted off when more convenient,” Van Tatenhove’s opinion said. “But that is not our tradition. Its enduring quality requires that it be respected even when it is hard.” 

The church has said that it will follow guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and social distancing practices, according to the AP.

During a Saturday press conference, Beshear called for congregations to “take your time” in reopening and follow guidelines from health officials, the Lexington Herald Leader reported.

“Be careful. Make sure that you do it right,” Beshear said. “Don’t come back just to come back.”

As a Christian who presently attends church via Internet Streaming, thanks to the COVID-19 Lockdown in Mississippi, the state in which I live, I fully understand the desire to return to our church buildings.

I mean, if restaurants, barbershops, and salons can re-open, why can’t the Meeting Houses of God’s people?

It would be a shame if the most stubborn of state politicians (usually Democratic Governors in Blue States) would continue their lockdown of Christian Churches simply out of spite and their need to control Christians.

Could you imagine Christian Americans having to meeting in secret, like Christian American Contractors working in Saudi Arabia have to meet secretly in fellow believers’ homes?

How would we contact each other to tell everyone where service was being held that week?

Send a group text of a picture of a fish and the address?

Our governor, Tate Reeves, has stated that as of Monday, our churches may hold “Drive-in” style services.

The problem with that is the fact that it is impossible to shake hands, hug, and fellowship with fellow believers when everyone is in separate cars.

We might as well be home watching our Pastor deliver the weekly message on the internet from an empty sanctuary or the living room of his house…safe but cloistered from other Christians like a bunch of Monks in a Monastery.

While Christians remain “the church body” even when we cannot meet corporately, it is not the same.

Together, we draw strength from one another and our shared experiences.

And, quite frankly, there is nothing comparable to feeling the presence of the Holy Spirit during a worship service.

It’s time to reopen America’s Churches.

It’s “essential”.

Democrat Elite Tweets: “Nancy Pelosi Reminds Me of Jesus”…No, Really

Now, I knew that a lot of Democratic Party Elites’ cornbread wasn’t done in the middle, but…wow.

First off, Mr. Hale must have been watching a different press conference than I did.

I didn’t see the Son of God wagging His finger at James Rosen.

I saw the millionaire alcoholic out-of-her-cotton-pickin’ mind wild-eyed Liberal Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi up at a podium applying for Sainthood….and missing it by a country mile.

Sorry, Mr. Hale.

But, Speaker Pelosi’s words and behavior were as far away from that of God’s Only Begotten Son as Beltway Democratic Elite’s like yourself are from average Americans.

Jesus Christ said suffer not the little children to come unto me.

He did not say to kill them in their mother’s womb.

Christ said to love your enemy as you would yourself not try to destroy him for the sake of politics.

And, while we are talking about the difference between Jesus Christ and Nancy Pelosi, I believe that Christ would not be in favor of the “Social Justice” movement that Far Left Democrats champion, which has infiltrated some churches in America, replacing Christian Doctrine with a Modern Liberal Political Agenda.

In order for you to understand how I and the overwhelming majority of Americans living here in the Heartland feel about that question, I believe you first need a working knowledge as to whom Jesus was.

The human experiences of 2,000 years show that Jesus never made a mistake. Jesus never uttered a doctrine that was true at that time and then became obsolete.

Jesus spoke the truth, and the truth is eternal.

History has no record of any other man leading a perfect life or doing everything in logical order. Jesus is the only person whose every action and whose every utterance strike a true note in the heart and mind of every man born of woman. He never said a foolish thing, never did a foolish act and never dissembled.

No poet, no dreamer, no philosopher loved humanity with all the love that Jesus bore toward all men.

WHO, THEN, was Jesus?

He could not have been merely a man, for there never was a man who had two consecutive thoughts absolute in truthful perfection.

Jesus must have been what Christendom proclaims Him to be — a divine being — or He could not have been what He was. No mind but an infinite mind could have left behind those things which Jesus gave the world as a heritage.

Again , I do not believe that Jesus would be a part of the social justice movement. His was and is a soul-saving movement. One that still brings hundreds of thousand of people to individual salvation on this terrestrial ball every day. A movement that, in fact, was embraced by the founders of this cherished land.

In a opinion piece for ChristianPost.com, Christian Talk Show Host Julie Roys gave the following Five Reasons that Socialism itself is not based on the teachings of Jesus Christ.

1. Socialism is Based on a Materialistic Worldview

According to socialists like Bernie Sanders, the greatest problem in the world is the unequal distribution of wealth.

His website declares: “The issue of wealth and income inequality is the great moral issue of our time, it is the great economic issue of our time, and it is the great political issue of our time.”

This betrays a fundamentally materialistic worldview, which is the basis of socialism.

To socialists, all that really exists is the material world.

2. Socialism Punishes Virtue

Socialists want to distribute wealth to individuals according to their need, regardless of virtue.

As Karl Marx, famously said, “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

However, whenever any institution provides aid, it runs the risk of removing God-designed rewards and consequences. It can punish those who are industrious by making them pay for those who are not. And, it can reward those who aren’t industrious by giving them the fruits of another man’s labor. This is precisely what socialism does.

Interestingly, Marx mooched off others his whole life, and failed to provide for his wife and children.

As Aristotle once noted, “Men start revolutionary changes for reasons connected with their private lives.”

The Bible teaches that aid should be tied to responsibility. First, anyone who refuses to work should be refused aid.

3. Socialism Endorses Stealing

Barack Obama once defended his socialist policies to a little girl by saying, “We’ve got to make sure that people who have more money help the people who have less money. If you had a whole pizza, and your friend had no pizza, would you give him a slice?”

That sounds pretty Christian, right? What Christian wouldn’t endorse sharing your abundance with someone who has nothing? However, Obama wasn’t endorsing people voluntarily sharing their wealth with others; he was endorsing the government forcibly taking a piece of the pie from one person and giving it to someone else. Put another way, that’s saying that if you have three cars and your neighbor has none, the government has a right to take your car and give it to your neighbor. That’s not Christian; that’s stealing!

But, socialists don’t believe in private property. And, some Christian socialists actually assert that the Bible doesn’t either. That’s preposterous.

Both the Old Testament and New Testament unequivocally affirm private property. We can’t even obey the eighth commandment to not steal, unless we accept the notion of private ownership. Nor, can we steward our money as the Bible commands if the state owns our money, not us.

4. Socialism Encourages Envy and Class Warfare

Socialists demonize the rich, blaming all of society’s problems on them.

Bernie Sanders once posted to his Facebook Page: “Let us wage a moral and political war against the billionaires and corporate leaders on Wall Street and elsewhere, whose policies and greed are destroying the middle class of America.”

Here, Sanders is mimicking Karl Marx, who viewed history as a series of class struggles between the rich and the poor — and advocated overthrowing the ruling class.

Scripture strongly warns the rich and powerful not to oppress the poor.

In fact, Proverbs 14:31 says, “Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for his maker . . .”

But, Sanders — and other Leftists, including Hillary Clinton — go far beyond decrying specific acts of injustice. They basically condemn an entire class of people simply for possessing wealth. And, they encourage those who are poor to overthrow them. In fact, Clinton once said the U.S. economy required a “toppling” of the wealthiest 1%.

The rich are not causing all the problems in American society. People like Bill Gates are not acquiring wealth by stealing from the masses. They’re creating great products, which produce wealth, and actually provide jobs for many people. But, even if they were exploiting the poor, nowhere does Scripture support the have-nots demanding money from the haves. Instead, it teaches that we should not covet (Exodus 20:17) and should be content in all circumstances (Phil. 4:11-13).

5. Socialism Seeks to Destroy Marriage & Family

A little known fact about socialism is that, from its beginning, it has sought to destroy marriage and family. Grove City Professor Paul Kengor explains this in detail in his book, Takedown: From Communists to Progressives, How the Left Has Sabotaged Marriage and Family. Essentially, what socialism seeks is for the state to replace the family. That way, it can indoctrinate children in its Leftist way of thinking, and remove from them any notions of God and religion.

Friedrich Engels, co-author with Marx of the “The Communist Manifesto,” once wrote that the society he envisioned would be one where “the single family ceases to be the economic unit of society. Private housekeeping is transformed into a social industry. The care and education of the children becomes a public affair.”

Similarly today, Bernie Sanders calls for a “revolution” in childcare and for the government to provide early childhood education beginning with children as young as six-weeks-old. And, he’s a proud supporter of gay marriage — what Kengor calls “communism’s Trojan Horse” to secure the final takedown of traditional marriage.

To socialists, what Bernie describes is a utopia. But, to Christians, it’s a dystopia. That’s because there’s nothing Christian about socialism — and there’s absolutely no way Jesus would ever support it.

To summarize, the nervous fit which Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi threw in answer to the question “Why do you hate President Trump?” was not Christ-like at all.

It was simply the over-the-top response of a vengeful politician attempting to cover her backside…and failing.

Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God.

Nancy Pelosi is a little over one year away from being the “ex-Speaker of the House”.

Thanksgiving 2019: A Time for Americans to Give Thanks for the Blessings of Liberty

Thanksgiving Day.

Simply saying the words to myself brings back a flood of precious memories…memories of Thanksgivings past, as a child, surrounded by aunts, uncles, cousins, my sisters, and my Mother and Daddy…smells of sage dressing and oven-roasted turkey…followed by the feeling of having an over-stuffed stomach…all topped by the sounds of laughter and the sight of my aunts and uncles, all members of America’s Greatest Generation, being led in a penny-ante poker game after the Thanksgiving meal by my Daddy, the finest man I have ever known…all of them enjoying each other’s company as they reveled in the wonderful completeness of being a family.

Thanksgiving is a uniquely American Holiday…as unique as the nation which celebrates it.

In 1621, a small group of Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared a feast celebrating the autumn harvest. This is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the colonies.

However, Thanksgiving is much more than this.

Thanksgiving is a day when Americans thank their Creator for the blessings they have received during the year, while holding hope and expectation in their hearts for the blessings yet to come.

The Father of Our Country expressed his thankfulness concerning God and America, when he announced this holiday in 1789:

Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor – and Whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me “to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.”

Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be – That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks – for his kind care and protection of the People of this country previous to their becoming a Nation – for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his providence, which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war –for the great degree of tranquillity, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed – for the peaceable and rational manner in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted, for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed, and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.

On November 15, 1985, in the first year of his second term, President Ronald Reagan issued the following proclamation

Although the time and date of the first American thanksgiving observance may be uncertain, there is no question but that this treasured custom derives from our Judeo-Christian heritage. “Unto Three, O God, do we give thanks,” the Psalmist sang, praising God not only for the “wondrous works” of His creation, but for loving guidance and deliverance from dangers.

A band of settlers arriving in Maine in 1607 held a service of thanks for their safe journey, and twelve years later settlers in Virginia set aside a day of thanksgiving for their survival. In 1621 Governor William Bradford created the most famous of all such observances at Plymouth Colony when a bounteous harvest prompted him to proclaim a special day “to render thanksgiving to the Almighty God for all His blessings.” The Spaniards in California and the Dutch in New Amsterdam also held services to give public thanks to God.

In 1777, during our War of Independence, the Continental Congress set aside a day for thanksgiving and praise for our victory at the battle of Saratoga. It was the first time all the colonies took part in such an event on the same day. The following year, upon news that France was coming to our aid, George Washington at Valley Forge prescribed a special day of thanksgiving. Later, as our first President, he responded to a Congressional petition by declaring Thursday, November 26, 1789, the first Thanksgiving Day of the United States of America.

Although there were many state and national thanksgiving days proclaimed in the ensuing years, it was the tireless crusade of one woman, Sarah Josepha Hale, that finally led to the establishment of this beautiful feast as an annual nationwide observance. Her editorials so touched the heart of Abraham Lincoln that in 1863 – even in the midst of the civil War – he enjoined his countrymen to be mindful of their many blessings, cautioning them not to forget “the source from which they come,” that they are “the gracious gifts of the Most High God…” Who ought to be thanked “with one heart and one voice by the whole American People.”

It is in that spirit that I now invite all Americans to take part again in this beautiful tradition with its roots deep in our history and deeper still in our hearts. We manifest our gratitude to God for the many blessings he has showered upon our land and upon its people.

In this season of Thanksgiving we are grateful for our abundant harvests and the productivity of our industries; for the discoveries of our laboratories; for the researches of our scientists and scholars; for the achievements of our artists, musicians, writers, clergy, teachers, physicians, businessmen, engineers, public servants, farmers, mechanics, artisans, and workers of every sort whose honest toil of mind and body in a free land rewards them and their families and enriches our entire Nation.

Let us thank God for our families, friends, and neighbors, and for the joy of this very festival we celebrate in His name. Let every house of worship in the land and every home and every heart be filled with the spirit of gratitude and praise and love on this Thanksgiving Day.

Since the first settlers to call our country home landed on American shores, we have always been defined by our resilience and propensity to show gratitude even in the face of great adversity, always remembering the blessings we have been given in spite of the hardships we endure.  This Thanksgiving, we pause and acknowledge those who will have empty seats at their table.  We ask God to watch over our service members, especially those whose selfless commitment to serving our country and defending our sacred liberty has called them to duty overseas during the holiday season.  We also pray for our law enforcement officials and first responders as they carry out their duties to protect and serve our communities.  As a Nation, we owe a debt of gratitude to both those who take an oath to safeguard us and our way of life as well as to their families, and we salute them for their immeasurable sacrifices.

As we gather today with those we hold dear, let us give thanks to Almighty God for the many blessings we enjoy.  United together as one people, in gratitude for the freedoms and prosperity that thrive across our land, we acknowledge God as the source of all good gifts.  We ask Him for protection and wisdom and for opportunities this Thanksgiving to share with others some measure of what we have so providentially received.

This Thanksgiving Day 2019, I’m thankful for Americans who are still making a difference.  “Average Americans” who still love God and country, and stand on principle with their feet planted on a Solid Rock, and not on shifting sands.

The “Average American”, the 9 to 5′er, working himself into the grave to try to provide for his family.

It was this same “Average American”, who fired the shot heard around the world and began the War for American Independence, who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day in World War II, who waded through rice paddies in Vietnam, and who swallowed sand in Desert Storm and Desert Shield.

The same “Average American” who, as a New York City Policeman or Fireman, ran up the stairs of the World Trade Center on 9/11/01, instead of running down them.

The same “Average American”, who simply wants things to be easier in this life for his children and grandchildren, than he had it.

It is this same “Average American”, who takes family and friends in, when they are in the midst of a life-altering tragedy.

The same “Average American”, who volunteers on a soup line or at a Senior Citizens Home, or, who begins a successful business in his basement.

And, it is this same “Average American” who, being fed up with the Democratic Party’s Far Left Crusade against anything and everything traditionally American, went to the voting booth and elected Donald J. Trump, a Citizen Statesman, as our 45th President.

They are the reason we remain, in spite of all that has befallen us as a nation, the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth, despite what those who are presently trying to take away our right as Americans to choose whom we want to be our President.

They are also the reason that we will Keep America Great.

Pelosi and Schiff Lead Congressional Delegation to Jordan to “Talk About” Syria…Can You Say “Sedition”?

The Logan Act makes it a crime for a United States citizen, “without authority” from the federal government, to communicate with foreign officials in order to “influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government” in a dispute with the United States or “to defeat the measures of the United States.” A conviction can result in a prison sentence of up to three years.

That being said, read the following and decide for yourselves if the Congressional Syria Trip constitutes a violation of the Logan Act.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., should investigate the “red line” that Barack Obama said he would enforce in Syria during his presidency, and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., should be “deposed” over his actions in the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry, President Trump claimed in a heated a Sunday night tweetstorm.

The president first blasted Pelosi for leading a congressional delegation to Jordan to inquire about Syria and said her attention should be focused elsewhere. He also claimed one million people died as a result of Obama declaring a “red line” in Syria in 2012, and never enforcing it (Various estimates of the death toll from Syria’s civil war have hovered around 500,000 people).

“Pelosi is now leading a delegation of 9, including Corrupt Adam Schiff, to Jordan to check out Syria,” Trump began. “She should find out why Obama drew The Red Line In the Sand, & then did NOTHING, losing Syria & all respect. I did something, 58 missiles. One million died under Obama’s mistake!”

The U.S. in April 2017 launched 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airfield in response to a chemical weapons attack blamed on the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Pelosi defended the trip in a statement: “With the deepening crisis in Syria after Turkey’s incursion, our delegation has engaged in vital discussions about the impact to regional stability, increased flow of refugees, and the dangerous opening that has been provided to ISIS, Iran and Russia.”

Trump then took direct aim at Schiff and the impeachment inquiry against him, calling the House Intelligence Committee chairman a con man and suggesting he should give a sworn deposition to the intelligence community inspector general.

“This Scam going on right now by the Democrats against the Republican Party, and me, was all about a perfect phone call I had with the Ukrainian President. He’s already stated, NO PRESSURE! Where is the Whistleblower, or the 2nd Whistleblower, or the “informant?” he asked.

“All gone because their so-called story didn’t come even close to matching up with the exact transcript of the phone call. Was it a Corrupt Adam Schiff con? Why didn’t the IG see this? When do we depose Shifty Schiff to find out why he fraudulently made up my phone call and read this fiction to Congress and the American People?”

“I demand his deposition. He is a fraud, just like the Russia Hoax was, and the Ukraine Hoax is now. When do the Do Nothing Democrats pay a price for what they are doing to our Country, & when do the Republicans finally fight back?” Trump continued.

Schiff, for his part, promised there would be open hearings. He said at a news conference last week, “We are nonetheless continuing to get good and important information from witnesses.” On the “transcript” he read during a hearing last month, Schiff said later, “My summary of the president’s call was meant to be at least, part, in parody.”

There is only one Republican on Pelosi’s Congressional Excursion to Syria.

And, he ought to be ashamed on himself for traveling with a bunch of Democrats who are continuously attacking a Republican President.

The Democrats’ trip to Syria is nothing but treasonous sedition.

Merriam-Webster.com defines “sedition” as

: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority

That being said, the intentional interference in the passage of Presidential Authority from one political party to another as the result of a fairly held election as prescribed by our Constitution can not be considered to be anything less.

As if Spygate, the Russian Collusion Delusion , and their Soviet-Style closed door Congressional Meetings weren’t enough, now they are interfering with President Trump’s Foreign Policy, trying to undo a cease fire simply because they do not like the current United States President.

According to Federal Law, the punishment for Seditious Conspiracy is detailed as follows..

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

The Trump Administration and its specified duties regarding the operation of the Government of the United States of America and the oversight of the safety and welfare of its citizens are under attack by members of a Former Presidential Administration, House Democrats, and members of our own Department of Justice.

Plus, we have a Former President and Secretary of State (John Kerry), who are instructing our sworn enemy, Iran, as to how “handle” Trump.

I believe that it is time that the laws against interference with our fairly elected government be enforced against those who would sabotage their own country for the sake of their own egos, to assuage their hurt and anger from a lost Presidential Election, and to preserve a legacy of failure which average Americans did not wish to continue.

Today, members of Congress will attempt to censure Rep. Adam Schiff.

I’ll go you one better: He deserves to be locked up, along with Hillary Clinton and every other Democrat who has been plotting with enemies foreign and domestic to somehow, someway remove President Trump from office.

These Democrats are making John Wilkes Booth look like an amateur.

Tlaib Reveals House Dems Talked About Jailing Trump Allies For Not Complying With House Subpoenas…Where? In Gulags?

The Hill.com reports that

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) revealed in a new interview that House Democrats have discussed jailing allies of the president who do not comply with congressional subpoenas, an escalation of the House’s efforts to force White House compliance with an impeachment inquiry.

Tlaib told Deadline Detroit that such an action, known as inherent contempt, would be “uncharted territory” for Congress but added that “serious conversations” about taking the step have occurred within the Democratic caucus.

“There have been actual serious conversations about what the logistics would look like … if we did have to force someone through a court order to come before the Congressional committee,” she said. “This is pretty uncharted territory for many of us and even for Congress.”

Tlaib’s comments echoed those of Rep. John Garamendi (D-Calif.), who called for the House to do as much in a CNN interview earlier this week.

“I think it’s time to call in the sergeant-at-arms and march them off to our little jail, which we do happen to have,” Garamendi said on Wednesday.

“Let them sit there and cool off for a while,” he added.

In an inherent contempt proceeding, the House or Senate would have its sergeant-at-arms or a deputy of that person take someone into custody.

The White House has warned Congress that it will not cooperate with an impeachment probe in the Democratic-controlled House, though a State Department official defied an order to not testify this week and met with congressional investigators.

That official was the Former Ambassador to Ukraine, who is a Democrat and close friend of the Clintons.

On October 8th, President Trump’s Legal Counsel Pat A. Cipollone sent an 8-page letter to House Speak Nancy Pelosi and the Chairmen of the three House Committees who have issued subpoenas to Administration members.

In a key paragraph, Cipollone writes

Given that your inquiry lacks any legitimate constitutional foundation, any pretense of fairness, or even the most elementary due process protections, the Executive Branch cannot be expected to participate in it. Because participating in this inquiry under the current unconstitutional posture would inflict lasting institutional harm on the Executive Branch and lasting damage to the separation of powers, you have left the President no choice. Consistent with the duties of the President of the United States, and in particular his obligation to preserve the rights of future occupants of his office, President Trump cannot permit his Administration to participate in this partisan inquiry under these circumstances.

Stephen B. Presser, a Professor of Law at Northwestern University School of Law, Writes in the article “Standards for Impeachment”, found at Heritage.org that

The word “impeachment” is popularly used to indicate both the bringing of charges in the House and the Senate vote on removal from office. In the Constitution, however, the term refers only to the former. At the Convention, the delegates experimented with differing impeachment proceedings. As finally agreed, a majority vote of the House of Representatives is required to bring impeachment charges (Article I, Section 2, Clause 5), which are then tried before the Senate (Article I, Section 3, Clause 6). Two-thirds of the Senate must vote to convict before an official can be removed.

In The Federalist No. 64, John Jay argued that the threat of impeachment would encourage executive officers to perform their duties with honor, and, used as a last resort, impeachment itself would be effective to remove those who betray the interests of their country. Like the limitations on the offense of treason, the Framers placed particular grounds of impeachment in the Constitution because they wished to prevent impeachment from becoming a politicized offense, as it had been in England. Nonetheless, Alexander Hamilton, in The Federalist No. 65, also warned that during impeachment proceedings, it would be difficult for Congress to act solely in the interests of the nation and resist political pressure to remove a popular official. The Framers believed that the Senate, elected by the state legislatures, would have the requisite independence needed to try impeachments. The Framers also mandated a supermajority requirement to militate against impeachments brought by the House for purely political reasons.

Boys and girls, that is exactly what we as a nation are witnessing right now.

The Democratic Party, by launching what they are euphemistically referring to as an “Impeachment Inquiry”, are attempting an end run around the United States Constitution.

These clandestine communications culminating daily in top secret closed door tribunals more closely resemble Joseph Stalin’s Great Purge from 1936-1938 in the Soviet Union when he got rid of anyone and everyone who he believe was a political dissident or simply an impediment to “The Communist Party” and his iron handed rule over the people of the Soviet Union, or proletariat than they do anything else ever seen in the history of American Politics.

By “getting rid of”, I mean Stalin either killed these “dissidents” or sent them by train to the Siberian Gulags, where they performed hard labor under horrendous living conditions until they died.

Make no mistake about it, the soul-eating hatred and absolute stark-raving madness being exhibited by the TDS-suffering Far Left House Democrats is no less horrifying and no less fascist than the actions of “Uncle Joe” Stalin or any other Marxist Leader that you can think of.

There is nothing Constitutional about what Pelosi and company are attempting to pull off here.

For them to even consider locking up Administration members without due cause is horrifying and bone-chilling, to say the least.

If they thought that they could get by with having their Deep State Minions in the Intelligence Communities grab President Trump and march him into their committee chambers to appear before them, the House Dems would do it in an instant.

Thank God that our Founders made us a Constitutional Republic with 3 Branches of government.

They only thing that is stopping them is that they know that average Americans would not stand for it.

By now, I am sure that you are asking “So, why doesn’t Pelosi just “call the vote” and get the Impeachment, which she claims now to want, started?”

Simple.

With all of this mess they started, after almost 3 years of pontificating and bloviating, the Democrats still have nothing to impeach President Trump on.

And, if they try it, they will lose control of the House of Representatives and the President will be re-elected in an even bigger landslide than is already coming.

The House Dems’ Soviet Dog and Pony Show is not impressing average Americans and is digging them a political hole which eventually is going to send them the way of the Whigs.

And, it couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch.
