NASCAR President Condemns “Let’s Go Brandon” Chant

NASCAR on Friday condemned the “Let’s go, Brandon” rallying cry that’s being used as an insult toward President Biden.

The president of the motorsports group, Steve Phelps, said Friday that NASCAR does not want to be associated with either side of the political aisle, The Associated Press reported.

Phelps also noted that NASCAR will pursue legal action against any use of its trademarks appearing with the slogan. His comments come after former baseball star Lenny Dkystra on Wednesday posted a photo on Twitter of a man wearing a “Let’s go, Brandon” shirt alongside NASCAR’s color bars.

“We will pursue whoever (is using logos) and get that stuff,” Phelps told the AP. “That’s not OK. It’s not OK that you’re using our trademarks illegally, regardless of whether we agree with what the position is.”

The phrase originated at a NASCAR race in Alabama last month when the crowd started chanting “F— Joe Biden” while winner Brandon Brown was being interviewed by NBC Sports reporter Kelli Stavast, according to the AP. Stavast, who was wearing a headset and may not have been able to hear the crowd, incorrectly told Brown that they were chanting, “Let’s go, Brandon.”

“It’s an unfortunate situation and I feel for Brandon, I feel for Kelli,” Phelps told the news outlet. “I think unfortunately it speaks to the state of where we are as a country. We do not want to associate ourselves with politics, the left or the right.”

NASCAR for a long time has allowed political candidates to use its races as campaign stops, the AP notes. Former President Trump was the honorary starter at the Daytona 500 in February 2020, months before the presidential election.

The Trump campaign team last week started offering “Let’s go, Brandon” shirts in exchange for a $45 donation or more.

Just like the NFL continues to rot on the Altar of Liberal Politics, so will NASCAR, if “The Smartest People in the Room” have their way.

is a very simple reason why average Americans continue to voice their displeasure with Joe Biden while safe in the anonymity of the company of thousands of spectators at a sporting event, concert, or NASCAR Race.

The Biden Administration and their handlers decided to use a Chinese Coronavirus, unleashed on innocent Americans, to ostracize and “control” those Americans who have chosen not to take any of the COVID-19 Vaccine Shots

Something very similar has been done before.

In territory occupied by Nazi Germany or its Axis partners, Jews were identified largely through Jewish community membership lists, individual identity papers, captured census documents and police records, and local intelligence networks. Germany’s racial laws identified a “Jew” as anyone with three or more Jewish grandparents, regardless of their religious identity or practice. Conversions to Christianity were pronounced illegitimate going back two generations, formalizing and instituting Nazi racial theories.

This quote comes from the Jewish Virtual Library. It is taken from a speech, delivered in 1942, given on the 19th Anniversary of the “Beer Hall Putsch”, by German Chancellor Adolph Hitler.

The Beer Hall Putsch was an incident that took place on November 8, 1923, when Nazi troops under the direction of Hermann Goering surrounded the a beer hall in Munich, Germany. At 8:30 p.m., Hitler and his storm troopers burst into the beer hall causing instant panic. Hitler announced to the crowd that the Revolution had begun, and went to the back room of the hall to try to persuade the local officials to capitulate to him. They wouldn’t. Hitler’s attempt to seize power that night failed. But, thanks to word of mouth, and Hitler’s use of propaganda, a seed was planted, that would eventually lead to World War II.

By now, you are probably asking:

Okay. So what does one thing have to do the other?

Hitler eventually rose to power by preying upon the economic despair, hopelessness, and avarice of the German people, whose country was savaged by the Great Depression of 1929.

Hitler formed a political party, naming it The National Socialist Party, which led to he and his thugs being called “Nazis”.

The era became known as the “Rise of Fascism”.

The Biden Administration and his fellow members of the Democrat Elite, including the Blue State Governors, used the COVID-19 Pandemic to take away Americans’ Freedoms. And, these now “oligarchs” have loved their new Unconstitutional Power so much, that they do want to keep it, even though the science shows that it is going away.

These political actions, including the identification of those who have refused to take the COVID-19 Vaccine, is as much an act of fascism as identifying and ostracizing human beings by race or religion, 

That, plus the leaving of Americans behind during Biden’s Botched Bug-Out from Afghanistan has average Americans boiling mad.

Who knows what the bunch of fascists controlling Biden and his Administration will do next?

Will the Biden Administration identify the “Unvaccinated” by a circle with an empty hypodermic needle in it with a line through it?

Or. will they make Unvaccinated Americans wear that same marker as a yellow badge?

The Democratic Elite know that what they are doing is outrageous.

DeSantis Names the Biden Administration the “Brandon Administration” as the “#Wokelash” Continues

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis dubbed the Biden administration the “Brandon administration,” playing into the popular meme that has liberals in a tizzy.

Cheers and chants of “Let’s go, Brandon” erupted after DeSantis made the joke while speaking at an election integrity press conference in Palm Beach Wednesday morning.

DeSantis touched on issues facing conservatives, such as Big Tech, the Republican gains in Virginia on Tuesday, and corporations’ “woke agenda.”

“If you look at all the things that are going on, you see Big Tech, you see the corporate media — although they weren’t too happy with Virginia last night,” DeSantis said. “If you look at that. If you look at what’s going on with some of the big corporations with their woke agenda.”

“When you look at the Biden — when you look at the Brandon administration,” DeSantis said before being drowned out by cheers and applause.

Shortly after, chants of “Let’s go, Brandon” exploded from the crowd.

The meme of “Let’s go, Brandon” took the country by storm after an NBC reporter mistakenly used the phrase to describe a NASCAR crowd that was chanting “F— Joe Biden.”

Since then, the phrase has become a popular way of playfully expressing displeasure with the Biden administration.

The skyrocketing popularity of “Let’s go, Brandon” has spawned T-shirts, coffee mugs and a chart-topping rap song.

The White House did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment on DeSantis’ joke.

Of course they didn’t.

The people actually running this Presidential Administration know that Biden is mentally incapacitated.

That is why he was installed as a “Puppet President”.

They problem with the Democrat Elite’s plan to make America “North Venezuela” is the same one that finished Clinton Buddy, Terry McAuliffe’s, Political Career last night: Average Americans are smarter than the snot-nosed Democrats believe us to be.

Once upon a time, American children were actually taught the history of our Sovereign Nation in school.

We learned to respect the sacrifices our forefathers made to give us the opportunity to grow up in the Greatest Nation on God’s Green Earth.

We also learned about our rights as Americans which include “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness”.

The reason that Brandon…err…Biden is catching so much anger and resentment from the American People is the fact that he and his Handlers are trying very hard to “radically change” our country something that the overwhelming majority of Americans do not want it to become: just another failure of Marxism

And, a lot of America families have loved ones who have been maimed, injured, or have made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our American Freedom.

Chanting “Let’s Go Brandon”, in place of the vulgar alternative, to let a demented old fool of a President and his Handlers know that we are not going to stand for them destroying America as we know it is the least we can do…

…until we get the opportunity to vote them out of office.

The sooner the better.

Glenn Youngkin Elected Governor of Virginia…How Love Won the Election

Newsmax has declared GOP candidate Glenn Youngkin has defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe in the Virginia gubernatorial election, held alongside local and state races across the nation on Tuesday night.

A McAuliffe loss in Virginia, which Democratic President Joe Biden won by a double-digit margin over Republican then-President Donald Trump last year, would represent a demoralizing setback for national Democrats. McAuliffe saw his lead in public polls evaporate in the campaign’s closing weeks.

McAuliffe came out to speak to his supporters at his election headquarters at 10:20 p.m. ET, but refused to concede the election, saying there was 18% of the vote remaining to be reported and he wanted to be sure every vote is counted.

He thanked his campaign staff and voters.

Trump trolled McAuliffe in a statement from his Save America PAC just after 9 p.m. ET on Tuesday night:

“It is looking like Terry McAuliffe’s campaign against a certain person named ‘Trump’ has very much helped Glenn Youngkin. All McAuliffe did was talk Trump, Trump, Trump and he lost! What does that tell you, Fake News? I guess people running for office as Democrats won’t be doing that too much longer. I didn’t even have to go rally for Youngkin, because McAuliffe did it for me. Thank you to the MAGA voters for turning out big!”

Trump praised his voter base for coming out for Youngkin in another Save America PAC statement:

“I would like to thank my BASE for coming out in force and voting for Glenn Youngkin. Without you, he would not have been close to winning. The MAGA movement is bigger and stronger than ever before. Glenn will be a great governor. Thank you to the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia and most particularly, to our incredible MAGA voters!”

Donald Trump Jr. declared Youngkin’s victory a slam on President Joe Biden, tweeting:

“When Biden wakes up tomorrow afternoon, somebody’s gonna have to tell him he’s now officially presiding over the collapse of the Democrat party”

The bruising campaign centered on issues including Youngkin’s ties to Donald Trump, the future of abortion rights, and culture war battles over schools. But voters saw the economy as the top issue, followed by the coronavirus pandemic, according to AP VoteCast, a survey of statewide voters.

Some 34% of Virginia voters ranked the economy as their No. 1 priority, compared to 17% saying COVID-19 and 14% choosing education. Those issues outranked health care, climate change, racism and abortion in the survey.

So, what does Youngkin’s victory mean?

Simple.

It means that 10 months in to the Biden-Harris Administration, average Americans are fed up.

It also means that Democrats have, once again, overestimated the popularity of their failed Marxist Political Ideology and, most importantly, their own intelligence.

America has always, at least between the coasts here in the Heartland, been a nation of  Traditional faith and Values…and individual freedom.

The freedom to worship, live our daily lives, and raise our children and grandchildren as WE see fit.

As shown by the fight against the teaching of Critical Race Theory in not just Virginia but other states across the nation, the overwhelming majority of Americans do not want anti-American Marxism being taught to our children.

We also believe in control over our own bodies.

Last night’s election result was a rejection of the Democrats and their Cradle-to-Grave Government intrusion into our daily lives.

The Democrats went hog wild after they succeeded in getting an incompetent demented old fool installed as the President of the United States of America.

They believed that they had it made and they could do anything that they wanted to including teaching racism in our public schools.

They did not count on something much more powerful than they could ever hope to be: LOVE.

A mother and father’s love for their children caused the Democrats’ downfall last night.

Virginia’s parents showed up to local School Board Meetings and, most importantly, on Election Day.

Yes, gentle readers, LOVE  won the Virginia Gubernatorial Election.

LOVE ALWAYS WINS.

The Phrase “Critical Race Theory” Found on Virginia Dept of Ed Website Despite McAuliffe’s Repeated Claims That It is Not Taught There

Critical race theory is an academic discipline, formulated in the 1990s, built on the intellectual framework of identity-based Marxism. Relegated for many years to universities and obscure academic journals, over the past decade it has increasingly become the default ideology in our public institutions. FoxNews.com reports that

The phrase “Critical Race Theory” appears on the Virginia Department of Education website despite Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe’s repeated claims the curriculum is not taught in Virginia.

On the Virginia Department of Education website, several examples of the department promoting Critical Race Theory can be found, including a presentation from 2015, when Terry McAullife was governor, that encourages teachers to “embrace Critical Race Theory” in “order to re-engineer attitudes and belief systems.”

Additionally, superintendent memo 050-19 can be found on the site from February 2019 promoting both Critical Race Theory and the idea of “white fragility.”

Also in 2019, under Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam, Superintendent of Public Instruction James Lane sent a memo to Virginia public schools endorsing “Foundations of Critical Race Theory in Education,” as an important “tool” that can “further spur developments in education.”

City Journal’s Christopher Rufo detailed the revelations in a Twitter thread Saturday taking issues with McAuliffe’s claims that Critical Race Theory is a “racist dog whistle” that has “never been taught in Virginia.”

Rufo also posted screenshots from the department’s website citing Critical Race Theory in Education” as a “best practice.”

“It’s not taught in Virginia and it’s never been taught in Virginia,” McAuliffe said earlier this month about the controversial curriculum which teaches that the United States is fundamentally racist. “And as I’ve said this a lot, it’s a dog whistle. It’s racial, it’s division and it’s used by Glenn Youngkin and others, it’s the same thing with Trump and the border wall, to divide people. We should not be dividing people in school.”

The McAuliffe campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the presence of Critical Race Theory in Virginia public schools.

Additionally, the Virginia Department of Education did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

This week, the Virginia Department of Education drew criticism for promoting a book telling teachers they “must embrace theories such as critical race theory.”

In June, officials in Loudoun County, Virginia education officials acknowledged that Critical Race Theory influences their work and in July it was revealed that a Virginia school district spent over $30,000 on Critical Race Theory training for administrators.

Education has been a major focal point of the gubernatorial race between McAuliffe and his GOP opponent businessman Glenn Youngkin who has drastically narrowed and even erased McAuliffe’s lead in some polls and a recent Fox News poll shows that a strong majority of parents support Youngkin.

Voters will decide between McAuliffe and Youngkin on Tuesday, November 2.

Christopher Rufo, in the article from which I quoted at the beginning of today’s post, explains that

There are a series of euphemisms deployed by its supporters to describe critical race theory, including “equity,” “social justice,” “diversity and inclusion,” and “culturally responsive teaching.” Critical race theorists, masters of language construction, realize that “neo-Marxism” would be a hard sell. Equity, on the other hand, sounds non-threatening and is easily confused with the American principle of equality. But the distinction is vast and important. Indeed, equality—the principle proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence, defended in the Civil War, and codified into law with the 14th and 15th Amendments, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965—is explicitly rejected by critical race theorists. To them, equality represents “mere nondiscrimination” and provides “camouflage” for white supremacy, patriarchy, and oppression.

In contrast to equality, equity as defined and promoted by critical race theorists is little more than reformulated Marxism.

So, Former Virginia Governor and member of the Democrat Elite lies like a rug.

I’m shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

The Democrats are attempting to create a generation of Marxist-loving, anti-American, Useful Idiot “New Bolsheviks” through the use of Racial Division and Revisionist History.

However, the United States of America remains the country that everyone wants to come to, legally or otherwise.

Why? 

Because for almost 250 years, this “Shining City Upon a Hill” has had a reputation as a land in which everyone could make their dreams a reality…if they were willing to work to achieve it.

Our economic system of capitalism has been the cause of millions of Americans achieving their dreams and providing for their families.

America is a country chiseled out of the wilderness by rugged individualists who wanted not only the freedom to prosper…but the freedom to worship as they pleased also.

America is a “Sweet Land of Liberty”.

And, Liberty is Freedom with responsibility.

The responsibility to provide for yourself and your family…and to protect our precious liberty if our country goes to war.

Far Left Democrats like McAuliffe could care less about the sacrifices made and the lives lost to secure the Sovereign Nation which is today’s America.

Why?

Because they themselves are a bunch of “useful idiots” who want desperately to “share the wealth” and insult patriotism by calling it “nationalism” and “bigoted White Supremacy” in order to “radically change” our proven economic system of capitalism into “Democratic Socialism”, a form of Marxism, a political theory which has never worked in any country in which it has been tried. 

For several generations, Democrats have told the impoverished that “Uncle Sugar” will take care of their every need as long as they keep voting them into public office.

However, these same impoverished Americans found out during the Presidency of Donald J. Trump the rewards of a good job and hard work.

Boys and girls, the reason that the Biden Administration, Terry McAuliffe, and the rest of the Far Left Democrats do not want Americans to be proud of America and our actual shared history that it reminds Americans of every good and just quality that this nation was founded upon and which has kept us strong for almost 250 years.

It fills us with pride and gratitude that we live in the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth.

Everything that the Far Left Democrats despise.

Lincoln Project Claims that They Staged White Supremacist Hoax Aimed to Hurt Youngkin Even Though VA Dem Operatives Identified

The disgraced anti-Trump group The Lincoln Project is facing intense backlash for orchestrating the viral hoax involving tiki torch-holding individuals associating themselves with the Youngkin campaign.

Twitter was set ablaze after images of a group wearing white shirts, khakis, baseball caps and sunglasses stood alongside the campaign bus of Virginia gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin reportedly vocal expressing support for the Republican, according to local NBC affiliate anchor Elizabeth Holmes.

The imagery of the tiki torches was apparently meant to invoke the white nationalists who participated in the deadly events of Charlottesville in 2017.

The stunt was seized upon by the left, including staffers from Democrat candidate Terry McAuliffe’s campaign.

“The Unite the Right rally was one of the darkest days in the Commonwealth’s history. this is who Glenn Youngkin’s supporters are,” McAuliffe spokesperson Christina Freundlich tweeted.

Now, after widespread suspicion from Twitter critics that it was orchestrated by Youngkin opponents, the anti-Trump group took ownership of what it called a “demonstration.”

“The Lincoln Project has run advertisements highlighting the hate unleashed in Charlottesville as well as Glenn Youngkin’s continued failure to denounce Donald Trump’s ‘very fine people on both sides.’ We will continue to draw this contrast in broadcast videos, on our social media platforms, and at Youngkin rallies,” the group stated in a press release. “Today’s demonstration was our way of reminding Virginians what happened in Charlottesville four years ago, the Republican Party’s embrace of those values, and Glenn Youngkin’s failure to condemn it.”

“Anyone who continues to associate themselves with The Lincoln Project owns this. This is who you are,” Fourth Watch media critic Stever Krakauer wrote.

“I do not think it’s out of realm of possibility that Lincoln Project is taking blame, because they have no shame and their reputation really can’t get any worse,” Washington Free Beacon executive editor Brent Scher tweeted.

“Needless to say, right-wing groups that perpetrated a fraud like this — causing media figures and campaign operatives to spend all day swamping Twitter with an outright racist lie — would be instantly banned from social media,” Substack journalist Glenn Greenwald tweeted.

“Apparently, it’s totally fine to dress up as tiki torch nazis as long as you play for the right team,” Daily Caller reporter Andrew Kerr wrote.

“Lincoln Projects biggest grift is they aim all their stuff at liberal Twitter so their funders have no idea how unconvincing and juvenile it is. But it does help them afford the vacation homes,” journalist Zaid Jilani quipped.

“How much more proof do we need that the Lincoln Project is nothing but a bunch of deranged hacks?” Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, asked.

Others questioned whether or not the Lincoln Project was actually behind the stunt and was simply taking credit, comparing it to ISIS taking credit for various terrorist attacks.

“What’s more likely? That the Lincoln Project hired Democratic insiders in Virginia to hold the tiki torch stunt or that they’re taking credit for it after it backfired to keep the backlash away from the McAuliffe campaign?” political commentator Josh Jordan wondered.

The statement comes as Twitter users began claiming they had identified the individuals participating in stunt allegedly having ties to Virginia Democrats. The group issued a statement denying they organized the stunt.

Following the hoax being exposed, McAuliffe campaign manager Chris Rolling tweeted, “What happened today is disgusting and distasteful and we condemn it in the strongest terms. Those involved should immediately apologize.”

The Lincoln Project has managed to maintain its media darling status on the left despite multiple scandals that plagued the group, including allegations that its co-founder John Weaver had sexually harassed young men including minors and growing questions over its shady finances.

Virginia polls, which previously had McAuliffe in a comfortable lead, have not only tightened in recent weeks but appear to be giving Youngkin the edge. A Fox News poll released Thursday showed Youngkin a whopping eight points above McAuliffe among likely voters.

For those of you who haven’t heard of “The Lincoln Project before,,,

Weaver was instrumental in McCain’s 2000 campaign (the 2008 campaign only took off after ditching Weaver), and the 2012 Jon Huntsman and 2016 John Kasich campaigns. In between, he theatrically left the Republican Party once before over George W. Bush. His Huntsman and Kasich campaigns veered heavily into sneering-at-Republican-voters-for-media-plaudits territory. In 2019, Weaver registered as a foreign agent for a Russian state-owned energy company.

Still, these men are entitled to their view of Trump. They are entitled to their idiosyncratic strategy of running ads aimed primarily at getting Trump’s attention and trying to hurt his feelings so that he lashes out, rather than ads aimed primarily at persuading voters. They are perhaps less entitled to present themselves as disaffected Republicans while catering to a donor base of Democrats…

..Where the Lincoln Project leaves behind any pretense at being a Republican or conservative project at all is in concentrating its efforts heavily on mainstream, moderate, and otherwise very not-Trumpy Republican Senators — Susan Collins, Cory Gardner, Joni Ernst, Martha McSally, and Thom Tillis — and doing so mainly by running ads attacking them from the left, not the right.

OpenSecrets.org reported on July 15th of 2020 that

Staunch supporters of the Democratic Party and major donors to liberal super PACs started bankrolling The Lincoln Project in June as the Republican-led group slammed Trump over his response to peaceful protesters and the coronavirus pandemic.

Billionaire investor Stephen Mandel — a longtime backer of Democratic groups — gave $1 million to The Lincoln Project last month. Bain Capital executive Joshua Bekenstein chipped in $100,000 to the group. He and his wife Anita have given $6.4 million mostly to Democratic causes during the 2020 cycle, making them the 20th most generous donors. The Bekensteins gave big to two other super PACs supporting presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden, Unite the Country and Priorities USA Action.

DreamWorks founder David Geffen — a million-dollar donor to Democratic super PACs in 2018 — also gave $100,000 to the Republican-led group. So did billionaire cable TV pioneer Amos Hostetter, another major Democratic donor. Retail developer Joseph Kaempfer added $75,000 after giving $500,000 to pro-Biden super PAC American Bridge 21st Century earlier this year.

So, boys and girls, the Lincoln Project is as “Republican” as Barack Hussein Obama is.

It gets worse…

On July 22 of this year, TheHill.com reported that

A law firm hired earlier this year by The Lincoln Project to review harassment allegations against one of its co-founders, John Weaver, said it had found no information indicating that leaders of the anti-Trump political group were aware of the accusations before they were reported by news outlets.

The Lincoln Project on Tuesday tweeted a memo that was also shared with Lincoln Project supporters announcing that following a four-month investigation led by law firm Paul Hastings LLP, attorneys “found no evidence that anyone at The Lincoln Project was aware of any inappropriate communications with any underage individuals at any time prior to the publication of those news reports.”

The New York Times reported in January that 21 men had accused Weaver of sending them unwanted messages and pressuring them for sexual favors in exchange for jobs and career advice. One of the people who received the messages said they began when he was 14 years old.

Y’know, gentle readers, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that the Lincoln Project could have colluded with the Virginia Democrats and McAuliffe’s staff to organize their failed operation.

They literally had nothing to lose by throwing a Hail Mary Pass like this.

McAuliffe is about to get shellacked in the Virginia Governor’s Race and it is nobody’s fault but his own.

When he came out and said that Virginia Parents had no right to be involved in their children’s school curriculum, he overstepped the bounds of any sort of governmental authority allowed in our Constitutional Republic and moved straight into fascism….just as the rest of the leadership of his Far Left Democratic Party Leaders have.

Just as the Democrat Elite in Washington, DC are imploding (just watch Nervous Nancy Pelosi’s News Conference after Biden’s Visit to Capitol Hill), so in McAuliffe’s Gubernatorial Campaign.

The Democrats have Overstepped their authority and now they are beginning to fall apart politically as a result of their own arrogance and intolerance toward the Traditional Faith and Values System of Average Americans. 

And, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch.

Stuck on Stupid: Biden’s “Gender Equity Plan” Calls for Eliminating Cash Bail

President Biden’s plan to promote gender equity includes a proposal to eliminate cash bail for suspects, despite a rise in violent crime across the country.

“We are also committed to increasing federal oversight and accountability for police departments and prosecutors’ offices to address systemic misconduct, including gender bias and sexual misconduct,” reads part of a 42-page White House report entitled the National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality. “And we will work to end cash bail and reform our pretrial system, recognizing the harm these processes cause, particularly for Black women and families.”

But the calls to end cash bail come at a time when FBI data show an unprecedented rise in violent crime, with the numbers of murders in the U.S. rising by nearly 30% in 2020. That number represents the largest single-year increase recorded since the FBI began tracking the statistic.

The overall violent crime rate, which also includes assault, robbery and rape, rose 5% in 2020 compared to 2019.

Advocates for keeping the cash bail system argue that ending the practice would put the public at risk, pointing to statistics in cities that have eliminated cash bail that show the likelihood of re-arrest before trial rose 37% in those locations. Suspects were also more likely to miss their court date in cities that had eliminated cash bail.

A letter from Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris included in the report argues that the reforms are needed to promote equality, saying that America has “never fully lived up to” the idea that “every one of us is equal in dignity and deserves to be treated equally.”

“This strategy outlines an ambitious agenda for this administration and those to come – a roadmap to help our nation close pernicious gender gaps and propel us toward a world with equal opportunity for all people,” the letter reads. “Ensuring that all people have the opportunity to live up to their full potential, regardless of gender identity or other factors, is not only a moral imperative. It is a strategic imperative.”

They have lost what little minds they have left.

Biden and Harris are hypocrites of the highest order.

Sleepy Joe became chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in the late 1980s and as Delaware Senator supported a crime bill in 1994, saying at the time that his aim was to control violent crime.

Thomas Frank, a Liberal, wrote an op ed for The Guardian back on April 15, 2016, about the unexpected results of the 1994 Crime Bill. In the article he wrote that…

…what is most shocking in our current journo-historical understanding of the Clinton years is the idea that the mass imprisonment of people of color was an “unintended consequence” of the 1994 crime bill, to quote the New York Daily News’s paraphrase of Hillary Clinton. This is flatly, glaringly false, as the final, ugly chapter of the crime bill story confirms.

Back in the early 1990s, and although they were chemically almost identical, crack and powder cocaine were regarded very differently by the law. The drug identified with black users (crack) was treated as though it were 100 times as villainous as the same amount of cocaine, a drug popular with affluent professionals. This “now-notorious 100-to-one” sentencing disparity, as the New York Times put it, had been enacted back in 1986, and the 1994 crime law instructed the US Sentencing Commission to study the subject and adjust federal sentencing guidelines as it saw fit.

The Sentencing Commission duly recommended that the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity be abolished, largely because (as their lengthy report on the subject put it) “The 100-to-1 crack cocaine to powder cocaine quantity ratio is a primary cause of the growing disparity between sentences for black and white federal defendants.” By the time their report was released, however, Republicans had gained control of Congress, and they passed a bill explicitly overturning the decision of the Sentencing Commission. (Bernie Sanders, for the record, voted against that bill.)

The bill then went to President Clinton for approval. Shortly before it came to his desk he gave an inspiring speech deploring the mass incarceration of black Americans. “Blacks are right to think something is terribly wrong,” he said on that occasion, “… when there are more African American men in our correction system than in our colleges; when almost one in three African American men, in their twenties, are either in jail, on parole, or otherwise under the supervision of the criminal system. Nearly one in three.”

Two weeks after that speech, however, Clinton blandly affixed his signature to the bill retaining the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity, a disparity that had brought about the lopsided incarceration of black people. Clinton could have vetoed it, but he didn’t. He signed it.

Today we are told that mass incarceration was an “unintended consequence” of Clinton’s deeds.

Uh huh.

“Heels Up” Harris is as big a hypocrite as Sleepy Joe.

According to University of San Francisco Law Professor Lara Bazelon, in an article she wrote for the New York Times, which was published on January 17, 2019….

Time after time, when progressives urged her to embrace criminal justice reforms as a district attorney and then the state’s attorney general, Ms. Harris opposed them or stayed silent. Most troubling, Ms. Harris fought tooth and nail to uphold wrongful convictions that had been secured through official misconduct that included evidence tampering, false testimony and the suppression of crucial information by prosecutors.

Consider her record as San Francisco’s district attorney from 2004 to 2011. Ms. Harris was criticized in 2010 for withholding information about a police laboratory technician who had been accused of “intentionally sabotaging” her work and stealing drugs from the lab. After a memo surfaced showing that Ms. Harris’s deputies knew about the technician’s wrongdoing and recent conviction, but failed to alert defense lawyers, a judge condemned Ms. Harris’s indifference to the systemic violation of the defendants’ constitutional rights.

Ms. Harris contested the ruling by arguing that the judge, whose husband was a defense attorney and had spoken publicly about the importance of disclosing evidence, had a conflict of interest. Ms. Harris lost. More than 600 cases handled by the corrupt technician were dismissed.

Liberal Democrats have taken the votes of Black Americans for granted for a long time now.

The Democrats, decades after the advent of LBJ’s “Great Society”, naturally assume that they are going to get the majority of black Americans’ votes in every Presidential Election.

They not only expect it, they rely on it.

However, the problem the Biden and his handlers face is the fact that Trump made great inroads into securing some of that “expected” support from Black American Voters.

Candace Owens has done a great job of waking black Americans up to the reality of the Democrats’ feigned “benevolence”.

The problem that the “unintended consequences” of the 1994 Crime Bill and Biden’s racist comment to Charlemagne last year poses for the Democrats is the fact that it shows the hypocrisy. is attempting to blame the amount of arrests made of black Americans on “Systematic Racism”.

The Democrats are the ones who tore apart the Black Family United with the advent of their “Great Society” under President Lyndon Baines Johnson and the subsequent generations who either could not or did not wish to get off of the Government Dole. 

Unfortunately for Sleepy Joe and the Democrat Elite, Americans are very aware that they are not only supporting the racial unrest in our cities, their Vice-President Kamala Harris has bailed out rioters.

I thought Biden and Harris were supposed to “unite” us..

Sheesh.

If they manage to pass this bill into law, at last they will manage to make Gun Shop Owners happy.

Rep. Ilhan Omar Blames Defunded Minneapolis PD for a Rise in Crime While Backing a Measure to Replace the Entire Department With a “Department of Public Safety”

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., blamed police for the recent rise in crime in Minneapolis, accusing the city’s officers of not fulfilling their oath of office.

“What we must also recognize is that the reduction in policing currently in our city and the lawlessness that is happening is due to two things,” Omar said during a town hall event Saturday in Minneapolis.

One of them, she said, is that “the police have chosen to not fulfill their oath of office and to provide the public safety they are owed to the citizens they serve.”

The lawmaker’s comments come as violent crime has surged in Minnesota over the last year, rising 17% in total while setting records for murders.

Omar’s approach to crime includes backing a Nov. 2 ballot measure to replace the entire Minneapolis police department with a “Department of Public Safety.” The measure would remove the requirement that the city have a minimum number of officers based on the city’s population.

Minneapolis, the state’s largest city, has had to fight the surge while its police department suffers from staffing and morale problems after the death of George Floyd in the city, something some say has fueled the crime surge. Others have pointed to a rise in unemployment and other stresses brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, noting that other large cities have experienced similar issues.

But Omar pinned the blame squarely on the shoulders of the city’s police department, accusing it of being “dysfunctional.”

The Democratic lawmaker blasted the department for a lack of accountability, saying that it is something that “doesn’t exist in this moment.”

“And I do believe that the current charter that we have does tie the hands of those who want want to have that accountability,” Omar continued. “We are mandated to have a specific amount of policing. We are mandated to have this kind of union contract, that you have right now.

So, Representative Omar Biden and the rest of you Far Left Democrats, how are you going to protect the citizens of Minneapolis when you take their municipal law enforcement officers off their jobs?

What are you going to do? Post “This is a Gun-Free Zone” signs all over your city to discourage the criminals?

Tell all of the Gang Bangers to hand over their guns?

I know.

Since Minnesota Attorney General and his family are all Muslims, perhaps they plan on installing Sharia Law in Minneapolis.

After all, they do have a large Somalian population there, who gave us the America-hating, Anti-Semite, Far Left Democrat Congressional Representative Ilhan Omar.

They should have kept her to themselves.

Anyway, where did this idea that the Liberals are pushing of “community policing” come from?

On July 2, 2008, Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama proclaims in a speech:

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set,” he said. “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

This part of Barack Hussein Obama’s political platform was quickly hidden away, never to be spoken of again.

At least, not openly.

Fast forward to today…

All of the cities and states which have experienced “trouble”  with police departments happen to be Blue States with Democrats in charge of State and Municipal Governments.

Instead of relying on traditional police departments and the American System of Law and Order, Democrats like Rep. Omar want to have the power to circumvent the American System of Justice because of their issues in the past with it.

The death of ex-convict George Floyd gave them the excuse to attempt to defund police departments.

And now, with a Democrat in office, those who oppose Law and Order are all taking the side of the criminals.

Even the Democrat sitting behind the Oval Office…when he is not taking a nap.

Just like a criminal does not represent an entire race, neither do bad policemen represent an entire nation’s Law Enforcement Officers.

They are heroes.

So, please allow me to end today’s post with the text of a classic narration by the late, great Paul Harvey  titled “What is a Policeman?”

The policeman from a single human hair must be able to describe the crime, the weapon the criminal, and tell you where the criminal is hiding but, if he catches the criminal he’s lucky, if he doesn’t he’s a dunce.

“He runs files and writes reports until his eyes ache to build a case against some felon who will get dealt out by some shameless shamus. The policeman must be a minister, a social worker, a diplomat, a tough guy, and a gentle man. And of course, he’ll have to be a genius, because he’ll have to feed a family on a policeman’s salary.”

Psaki Says Biden’s Approval Ratinga are Low Because Americans are “Tired of Fighting” COVID-19…Uhh…No, That’s Not It

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said President Biden’s approval ratings are so low because people are “tired of fighting” the coronavirus pandemic, which Biden promised to “shut down” during the 2020 campaign.

A reporter asked Psaki during the White House’s Friday press conference why the president’s approval ratings have plummeted.

Psaki claimed to the reporter that Biden’s approval is slipping due to pandemic fatigue – the same pandemic Biden promised on the campaign trail to end.

“A lot of people in this room work for organizations that have done polls and there’s a lot of underlying data in them. And sometime it differs,” Psaki said.

“I would just go back to what our view is, is that we’re still going through a hard time in this country,” she continued. “And people are tired of fighting the pandemic, they’re tired of the impact on their lives.”

Psaki then continued the Biden administration’s strategy of blaming others, specifically the unvaccinated, for the president’s dismal approval ratings.

“Some of them are sick and tired of people who won’t get vaccinated, who they feel are impacting their ability to live life in a normal way,” Psaki said. “Some people are still fearful for loved ones.”

“And we all thought it would be over at this point in time,” Psaki added.

Psaki made the claim at the White House’s Friday press conference as Biden’s approval ratings plummet the furthest than any president since World War II.

New polling from Gallup shows that Biden’s approval rating dropped from 56% in Q1 to 44.7% in Q3 which represents an 11.3% drop that has not been experienced by any president since World War II.

Biden’s approval rating started to significantly drop over the summer as the nation continues to battle through the coronavirus pandemic and restrictions put in place by elected officials, including Biden who has faced widespread criticism for imposing federal vaccine mandates.

The president’s approval fell even further in September after his chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan that resulted in the deaths of 13 U.S. service members and left Americans behind, despite promises from his administration that wouldn’t occur.

Biden repeatedly promised during the 2020 presidential campaign that he would “shut down” COVID-19 if elected. “I’m not going to shut down the economy,” the president told supporters. “I’m going to shut down the virus.”

No, Jen. 

Biden’s approval numbers continue to drop because he sucks at his job.

The American people are fed up.

And, at this point, you and the rest of the Democrat Elite are going to be lucky if there is not a march on Washington.

As an average Middle Class American, I can see the effects of the #BareShelvesBiden Presidency every time I go into my local grocery store and again when I fill up my car at the gas station.

I can see the effects of his Presidency when I go into my local Walmart and see the bare shelves there and the fact that they are short-staffed because there are Americans who do not want to come to work because the believe that “Uncle Sugar” is going to send them some more “Free Money”.

I can see the effects of the Biden Presidency when I turn on Fox and Friends every morning and witness the 79 ships currently at a standstill off the coast of California, laden with things that Americans do not just want, as you made fun of with the “Treadmill Joke” the other day, Jen, but with things that Americans desperately need.

I also witness while watching TV the swarms of illegal immigrants crossing into our Sovereign Nation without going through the proper procedures, like generations before them have, so you Far Left Democrats can “Radically change America into another Venezuela.

I see parents being called “Domestic Terrorists” because they are standing up at School Board Meetings voicing their opposition to the teaching of Critical Race Theory, a form of Cultural Marxism, in their children’s schools.

And finally, Jen, I watch as your demented old fool of a boss makes fun of Americans’ Constitutional Right of Individual Freedom to decide what they allow in their body..

Jen, just 10 months ago, America was respected all over the world and was about to make another Economic Comeback, thanks to President Trump’s fast-tracking the production of COVID-19 Vaccines for those who would decide to take it, and a the same time he was preparing to get our Brightest and Best safely out of Afghanistan.

It’s NOT the Vaccine, Jen.

Antifa Disrupts University of North Texas Pro-Life Prayer Vigil Yelling “F*** Your God! and Harassing Students All the Way to Their Cars

FoxNews.com reports, in an Exclusive, that

 Antifa protesters disrupted a pro-life candlelight prayer vigil Monday night on the campus of the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton.

The protesters, who reportedly numbered in the hundreds, chanted blasphemous slogans and attempted to drown out the small group of students gathering to demonstrate against abortion, as seen in video obtained by Fox News Digital.

The vigil had been organized by the UNT chapter of Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT), a student group that has existed in some form since 1980.

Kelly Neidert, who founded the UNT chapter of YCT and has chaired it since 2019, is unsure where all of the protesters came from but speculated they might have been summoned by an advertisement that circulated on social media earlier in the day. The ad was emblazoned with the three-arrow insignia of Antifa.

“Fascists are organizing in your area,” read a release apparently directed to members of Antifa in the area of the university, which is approximately 40 miles north of Dallas. “Tonight the young conservatives have invited groyper influencers & white nationalists such as Lance Johnston to a pro life ‘vigil’ in supporting christo-fascist abortion legislation.”

Explaining they were expecting only 10 or 20 protesters, Neidert told Fox News that she and her fellow demonstrators were caught off-guard by the size of their opposition.

“They harassed us, they were throwing things at us,” she said. “They were chanting things. They brought all sorts of instruments that they were playing to drown out whatever we were saying. They brought their megaphones, they brought whistles.”

Neidert said some of the protesters tried to pick fights with the pro-life students, told them to kill themselves, and followed them to their cars to harass them.

In one of the videos obtained by Fox News, the pro-life students chant, “Christ is king!” to which a protester responds by chanting, “F*** your God!”

In another video, a protester screams through a megaphone that she “loves sacrificing children.”

Neidert noted that some protesters also expressed hatred for Gov. Gregg Abbott, R-Texas, who recently signed a controversial law banning abortion after the detection of a fetal heartbeat.

UNT spokesperson Leigh Anne Gullett told Fox News in a statement: “A few hundred students with opposing views gathered on campus Monday evening to exercise their free speech rights. The gathering ended without incident.”

Demonstrations by YCT against abortion have been repeatedly vandalized. In March 2020, the group placed 1,000 pink flags on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin, each flag representing approximately 60,000 of the babies aborted each year in the United States. Within 12 hours, all the flags had been removed.

In October 2020, video captured students plucking up flags from a similar display at UNT.

Neidert has come to fear for her safety on campus, where she said other students often recognize her and flip her off.

“I think they just really hate anybody who doesn’t agree with everything that they believe,” she said of her opponents. “And they just really don’t know how to cope with other people who have different beliefs. So they want to silence us and say that we’re wrong, because they just don’t understand that some people believe differently.”

In July 2020, alleged practitioners of witchcraft sent Neidert direct messages on Twitter that threatened her with hexes and references to the devil.

The threats came in response to an initiative by which YCT encouraged students to celebrate National Coming Out Day by “coming out” as conservatives. They also made a point about affirmative action by holding a bake sale that charged different prices based on the customer’s ethnicity.

Neidert, a Christian, described the threats as “pure evil, especially when they make references to Satan and they think it’s funny.

“It’s not funny, and I’m definitely more concerned for them than I am for myself, if they think that’s okay,” she added.

So, now a Pro-Life4 Candlelight Vigil is now considered “fascist”?

Over the last 5 years, America has witnessed the actions of groups like BLM and Antifa grow more and more outrageous and violent, while Far Left Democrats try desperately to equate the actions of these ungrateful little barbarians with the noble actions of the 1960s Civil Rights Movement.

That is a shining example of promoting a false equivalency.

Several leaders of the Civil Rights Movement, such as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., were devout and serious Christians.

Dr. King studied the Bible and took God’s Holy Word very seriously. He saw the huge contradiction between God’s moral code and state-sponsored discrimination.

He believed that Americans would listen to him about civil rights because they shared a mutual faith in the God of Abraham, and His Son, Jesus Christ.

America in the 1960s was still a nation of believers who shared the same belief in morality and ethics.

Today, we are watching our popular culture being inundated by the tenets of radical secular humanism. Relative morality and situational ethics are both practiced and lauded by “the smartest people in the room”.

We are watching a generation which has been indoctrinated in our public schools to believe that they are their own god, and whatever they do, right or wrong, is just “me being me”.

So, if they deface or burn down a church, or, if “protesters” harass Christians going to or leaving church services, or if Antifa interrupts a Pro-Life Candlelight Prayer Vigil, hurling vulgar blasphemy at the participants, it is excused because Christians are “narrow-minded” and “not doing what is best for society”.

If this garbage is allowed to continue, it will not be long until we will no longer be the Constitutional Republic that our Founders meant for us to be, where we can worship God “in spirit and in truth”.

Instead, just like Communist China, the State will be our god, whether we want it to be or not.

And, all the richness and fullness of our lives under the American Freedom which God bequeathed us would be transformed into a life spent in working and living for the good of a Marxist Government, just like those poor Chinese Christians living in Communist China.

The past and present actions of Antifa and BLM are just a portent of things to come, unless average Christian Americans “put on the full armor of God” and reclaim America from the New Bolsheviks who seek to “radically change” it.

So, love God, pray, and stand up for what is right.

Senate Republicans Filibuster “Freedom to Vote Act” Causing It to Fail Again, Omar Throws Tantrum Over Filibuster

Senate Filibuster Voting Rights Act

FoxNews.com reports that

“Squad” member Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., said any Senate Democrats standing in the way of eliminating the filibuster “are killing our democracy.”

Omar lashed out at her upper chamber counterparts who have stood against progressive calls to nix the filibuster, accusing them of being the death knell of democracy.

“The filibuster—and the Democratic Senators who continue to uphold it—are killing our democracy,” she tweeted on Wednesday.

The Minnesota Democrat’s latest attack on her fellow party members came after Senate Republicans successfully filibustered the Democrats’ election overhaul bill.

The filibuster is a Senate procedure in which a senator or group of senators debate a bill for so long that the measure does not get voted on. The procedure gives the minority party in the Senate a strong oppositional voice, with a Senate filibuster being broken by a cloture vote with 60 votes in favor.

Wednesday’s filibuster is the third time this year that Senate Republicans have blocked the Democrats’ voting overhaul agenda.

Progressives have been staunch in their calls for the abolition of the filibuster, although moderate Democrat Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona have opposed the removal of the Senate procedure.

The Senate voted 49-51 on whether to take up the “Freedom to Vote Act,” falling far short of the 60 votes required to overcome a GOP filibuster. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-NY, switched his vote to a “nay,” in a procedural move that will allow him to submit the legislation for a re-vote.

President Biden slammed Republicans for blocking consideration of the voting rights legislation in a scathing statement, arguing the right to vote is “under unrelenting assault by proponents of the Big Lie and Republican Governors, Secretaries of State, Attorneys-General, and state legislatures across the nation.”

Poor  Little anti-American, brother-marrying heifer Rep. Ilhan Omar remains clueless.

The Democrats continue to overplay their hand.

Lost in their arrogant euphoria over the rigged results of the 2020 Presidential Election and their gains in Congress, they believed that they could do anything…including passing a bill into law which would ensure that they remained in power in Washington forever.

The Democrats truly believe that, like all of the other Marxists who were determined to “radically change” the government of their country and succeeded, that they will be successful, too.

There is a very important roadblock standing between the Democrats and their quest for “Radical Change”.

The difference between, say, a country like Venezuela, which was once a beautiful capitalist nation, and the United States of America, is the System of Checks and Balances which our Founding Fathers, in their brilliance, put into place to prevent wannabe tyrants, such as the Far Left Democrat Elite, from turning our Constitutional Republic into something that it was never meant to be.

That is not to say that the Democrats will not keep trying to change our Republic into a “Democratic Socialist” (i.e., MARXIST) country.

However, they will find it much harder to do thanks to the precious document that is the United States Constitution.

Thanks to that document, the power of this great nation does not reside in the Washington, D.C, Beltway, the Northeast Municipalities, or the West Coast.

America’s power is equally shared by its citizens in every state in the union.

EVERYBODY’S vote counts.

Everybody who is a citizen of the United States of America, that is.

The Democrats tried to cheat their way around that fact.

That is why they are so feverishly attempting to stop the 2020 Presidential Election Audits which continue to spring up, as in the case of Arizona.

If there was nothing to hide, why would they care is a state audited their votes which were counted in the 2020 Presidential Election?

When it all comes down to what Americans are watching transpire, these same political shenanigans have occurred whenever Marxists attempt to take over a Sovereign Nation’s sitting government.

The biggest problem that these Marxists who are calling themselves Democrats face in keeping them from succeeding with their mission of “radical change” is the fact that that there are more Patriotic Americans than there are “Useful Idiots”…like Rep. Ilhan Omar.
