Vichy Republicans Support Mexican Munchkin Migration…Still Seek Amnesty

immigration reformThe term “Vichy” refers to the traitorous French collaborators, who worked to suppress the Freedom of their Sovereign Nation, during the period in which Nazi Germany occupied France in World War II.

I believe that the GOP Establishment is composed of “Moderates”, or wannabe Democrats, who are content to work behind enemy lines…Vichy Republicans, if you will.

They have been working within the Republican Party for the last couple of decades, slowly pushing the party’s ideology further and further to the Left of the Political Spectrum, until now, when the GOP seems to be just a slightly less radical extension of the Party of the Jackass.

The problem is, all of this jackassery is happening within the ranks of the Leadership of the Republican Party, while the base of the GOP remains solidly Conservative.

Think I’m crazy? Yesterday, I posted about the fact that Obama is facilitating the illegal Mexican Munchkin Migration, presently occurring across our Southern Borders in which tens of thousand of illegal alien minors are being transported, withput their parents, which is having a devastating impact on both our Border Patrol and Immigration Services.

Now, what would the logical stand be for the “Opposition Party” to take? Opposition to all of this Obama Administration-sponsored illegality, right?

Nope. The Vichy Republicans not only support this lawbreaking…they want to reward the lawbreakers.

Here, Mr. Burglar, take my car, too.

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., made that abundantly clear in an interview with a local Virginia TV station WTVR last Friday. During the interview, he claimed that he told President Obama that “we can work on the border security bill together. We can work on something like the kids.”

Additionally, Breitbart.com reports that

Helping guide a secretive effort to informally gauge support for legislative action on the issue before August are two expected names: Reps. Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) and Paul Ryan (R-WI).

But joining them is a young conservative lawmaker whose efforts on the issue have shocked conservative power brokers and prompted a behind-the-scenes backlash.

“Absolutely,” Rep. Mick Mulvaney (R-SC) told Breitbart News, “I have been talking about immigration with my colleagues for months. Talking about important issues is part of my job.”

Mulvaney was quick to add he isn’t “whipping” support for a bill per se – “I haven’t even seen a bill on immigration reform that I could whip even if I wanted to,” he said – and that he remains firmly opposed to the Senate “Gang of Eight” bill.

“I have absolutely no interest in taking up the Senate bill or going to conference on the Senate bill. Securing our borders is my first priority on any immigration reform, and the Senate bill falls woefully short on that point.

Furthermore, I will not support a special pathway to citizenship for those who are here illegally. The Senate bill has always been and remains a non-starter,” Mulvaney said.

Still, his support for House action on the issue this year, and his backing for a separate issue, reauthorization of the Export-Import bank, has prompted new scrutiny on Mulvaney from the right.

“He needs to be called out for this,” one prominent conservative says.

Mulvaney not only has one of the most conservative voting records in the House Republican conference, he has been a leader of a group of conservative dissidents looking to push Speaker John Boehner to the right. In 2013,

Mulvaney pointedly took a seat near the front of the House chamber and sat silently as his name was called repeatedly during the Boehner’s reelection as speaker.

His new movement on immigration isn’t his first foray into the issue. In February, he was profiled by a New York Times reporter who traveled to his South Carolina district to witness his first town hall conducted in Spanish.

But then, he said legislative action was out of the question because President Obama is an untrustworthy partner. “We are afraid that if we reach an agreement, he will take the parts he likes and he won’t take the parts that he doesn’t like,” Mulvaney told the audience in Spanish, according to the Times.

Breitbart.com also reports that

According to the Associated Press, Obama “met at the White House Monday with a group of nurses to discuss” immigration. Alvin Vitung, a nurse from California who attended the event, said Obama “told them he thought there was a 50-50 chance of House action in the next month — perhaps higher if they kept up their advocacy.”

…Meanwhile, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), who has been sending out deceptive anti-amnesty mailers to cloud his position on the issue while his primary opponent Dave Brat has been surging in the polls before Tuesday’s primary, indicated on Friday that he would be willing to work with Obama to give amnesty to illegal immigrant children.

As Breitbart News reported, that is exactly the point the anti-Cantor and anti-amnesty We Deserve Better PAC made last week while trying to set the record straight with a 30-second spot that highlighted Cantor’s support for amnesty. The PAC “argued that Cantor and Obama’s next big deal will be to give ‘amnesty and citizenship’ to illegal immigrants.”

Chatter from Washington about amnesty legislation may be compelling illegal immigrant youth to pour into the country. As Breitbart Texas first reported, illegal immigrants are being warehoused in Texas and being sent to neighboring states like Arizona and Oklahoma.

Obama recently instructed Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson to delay the administration’s deportation review to give Congress a chance to pass amnesty legislation by August. Pro-amnesty advocates like Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) have said that Obama will act alone to ease deportations if Congress does not pass legislation this summer.

In 2010, as a result of the passage of Obamacare, by the Democrat Majority of both Houses of Congress, Americans stood up on their hind legs, formed Grass Roots TEA Party Groups, holding rallies featuring Conservatives such as Lt. Col. Allen West, Sarah Palin, and, this before-mentioned Benedict Arnold, Marco Rubio.

The result was a Mid-term Electoral Tsunami, in which Republicans regained control of the House, and made gains in the Senate. 

However, since then, the Republican Establishment has turned their back on the TEA Party, and the Conservative Base in general, showing their elitism by siding with the Democrats regarding such issues as the Debt Ceiling, Homosexual Marriage and “Immigration Reform”, i.e, AMNESTY.

The Republican Establishment had better think about which side their bread is buttered on. If they don’t, I hope they have a trade to fall back on.

The Vichy Republican Establishment has backhanded Conservatives for a long while, now.

It is time for Conservatives to stand up for ourselves and our country once again.

It is time for Payback. And, Payback is a…well…you know.

Our Armchair President

Obama ArmchairWhen I was young, between elementary and junior high school-age, I was home from school sick a lot, due to being a severe asthmatic.

The television and radio were my connections to the world around me. Of course, back then, we had 4 TV channels, counting PBS, and all of our radio stations were on the AM frequency.

My illness isolated me from the potential perils of the outside world.

What is the President’s excuse?

Our current president of these United States, Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm), rode into office on his second term, making a lot of bogus promises, which low information voters lapped up like a dog at a rain puddle.

Unfortunately for ol’ Scooter, since he was sworn in for this, his “Lame Duck” Term in office, things has not exactly gone his way.

Obama has been hit with bad news concerning scandal after scandal, from the targeting of Conservative Groups, to a Hearing designed to get to the bottom of what happened at the Benghazi Embassy Compound,  being overseen by Congressional Conservative Firebrand Trey Gowdy, to the horrible mistreatment of our Brightest and Best at Veterans Administration Hospitals, a harbinger of the Obamacare “Death Panels” to come.

The President’s poor decisions, aloof manner, and waffling indecisiveness, while the White House Roof caves in on him, has not escaped the notice of  Beltway Politicians and Pundits…from both sides of the Political Aisle.

As Thomas Lifson writes in an article for americanthinker.com,

Wow, it’s finally happening. Democrats are catching on and turning on President Obama, at the moment off-the-record, but that won’t last for long if another midterm “shellacking” takes place in early November. Daniel Halper reports in The Weekly Standard.

CNN’s John King reports that Democrats are privately calling President Obama “detached,” “flat footed,” and “incompetent.”

If King is hearing about it, then it isn’t completely private. Maybe “off the record” and “not for attribution,” but not private when a journalist gets wind of it.

“Forget for a moment that Republican outrage,” said King on his CNN show this morning. “More and more Democrats in key 2014 races are calling for the president to get a spine, they say, and fire his Veterans Affairs secretary. And what more and more Democrats are saying privately is scathing, calling the president and his team detached, flat footed, even incompetent.

“Maggie Haberman,” said King turning to a panelist, “that’s what strikes me, what democrats are saying privately in the wakes of the healthcare.gov problems, they see a president who doesn’t want to take command, doesn’t want to act fast. Raising the competence question. Some Democrats, who believe in government, [are saying] this White House doesn’t appear to have its hand on the lever.”

…This is going to get very tricky for Democrats, since their black voter base, which accounts for roughly a quarter of their national vote, remains loyal to Obama. They may well see Democrats as stabbing the First Black President in the back if they criticize him too loudly. But with Obama dragging down the party with the rest of the electorate, failure to distance themselves also has a great cost.

Appearing on Greta Van Susteren’s Fox News Program, “On The Record”, the Godfather of Conservative Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, answered the reason why the Obama Administration is so scandal-ridden:

The bottom line is you can ask ‘why’ all day. If you have the courage to come up with the truth when you ask ‘why,’ the answer is they’re not qualified. They’re not qualified to run ObamaCare, they’re not qualified to run energy, they’re not qualified to run the economy, they don’t have anybody who knows what they’re doing in anything, Greta. Everything here is smoke and mirrors.”

Rush is, per usual, right.

Just look at the Obama White House’s latest blunder: the outing of a career covert CIA Officer, the top intelligent Official in Afghanistan, whose name was included on a publicly distributed list of dignitaries, who were invited to Obama’s Photo Op at Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan on Memorial Day.

According to CNN.com,

A clerical misstep? Failure to double-check a routine process? Whatever the cause, the seemingly accidental outing of the CIA’s top intelligence official in Afghanistan could put the life of the spy and any family members in danger.

It also raised the question of whether the official can continue working in Afghanistan after the revelation in a White House media report sent to about 6,000 journalists.

“I think they are going to have to pull him out, now that he’s been identified publicly,” said CNN National Security Analyst Robert Baer, noting the Taliban would likely attempt to assassinate the official. “It will affect his career over the long term, too.”

Josh Rogin, who covers national security issues for The Daily Beast, told CNN on Tuesday the mistake was “catastrophic” for the official’s career and “potential future as a covert operator, both in Afghanistan or anywhere else.”

The official “was in the middle of a very dangerous mission, which was to govern the transition of CIA forces in Afghanistan,” Rogin noted.

If forced to leave now due to danger over being exposed, the official’s absence could hurt the mission, according to Rogin.

Given President Pantywaist’s horrible record as Chief Executive and Commander-in-Chief, I would say that it is a very good thing for Obama to be receiving everything he knows about important national and international events, while sitting in his armchair, up on the second floor of the White House, far away from the Oval Office, watching the TV.

It is a whole lot safer for our country this way.

Why is the Media Pushing So Hard on “Social Issues”?

obamamyworkAs I was trying to choose what to write about this morning, a hard, cold fact struck my simple mind:  We are living in a country that has been suffering under the tyranny of a minority. 

Not a racial minority, mind you, but an ideological one.

I’m sure that you have probably heard the old saying, “The squeaking wheel gets the grease.”

Well, this seems to be the Political Strategy that today’s Modern Liberals have taken. I was reminded of this during this past week, as America watched Michael Sam get selected by the National Football League, even though he really does not have the talent to be playing at that level.

Let’s face facts. He was selected because of his sexuality. He is a homosexual male who has declared his sexuality to be a badge of honor and used it as a tool to get himself drafted by the NFL.

Watching all the local and national news, you would have thought that Sam coming out of the closet was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

The way they treated Michael Sam as the new “Fresh Prince of Bel Air”, presented their negative reaction to Conservative Christian Tim Tebow in a whole new light.

At that time, those bozos were acting like Tim was going to evangelize the entire National Football League, which actually would not have been a bad thing at all. A lot of those professional young men certainly need Jesus.

But, I digress.

The fact of the matter remains that homosexuals only account for less than 5% of America’s population. Liberals account for less than 25%.

So, why is the push for normalizing the deviant sexual preferences of homosexuals and transexuals also, dominating the national news stories coming out of the Liberal Main Stream Media?

For an answer to that, please refer back to the first sentence of this blog.

Through the strategic use of the media, all forms of it, the plight of homosexuals has become one of the Liberals’ causes du jour.

The other cause,of course, is the legalization of marijuana. However, the Liberals are having a difficult time with that because of the recent instances of children selling their parents’ stash in Colorado schools and the increasing number of automobile accidents caused by marijuana smokers .

So why is the Liberal Media pushing these stories so hard upon the American public?

Well, the answer to that question can be traced back to the old saying, “S*** rolls downhill.”

All of this present madness serves basically two functions:

1. It opens the door for the “Me First!” Generation to get their way and to be able to openly practice their libertine behavior.

2. It provides cover for the worst American President in modern history. That’s right…all this mess is designed to provide cover for the incompetency of President Barack Hussein Obama.

With all the scandals coming forward before and after his reelection, the media was put in a corner. Even they cannot directly defend his incompetency, anymore. So, the Democratic Party told their minions in the media, to start pushing these Libertine Lifestyle Issues, instead of Obama’s Economic, Domestic, and Foreign Policies, which at this point, halfway through his second term, are under his ownership and are indefensible.

Also, by pushing these lifestyle issues, they appeal to the Socially Liberal Republican voters and to the self-identified pot-smoking libertarians as well.

Marx and Lenin always advocated dividing a nation in order to conquer it. And, that is exactly what Obama, the Democrat Party, and their Mainstream Media Minions have been attempting to do for quite a while now.

The problem with their plan to divide and conquer our Constitutional Republic through their push to normalize these lifestyle choices is tri-fold:

1. The overwhelming majority of Americans still proclaim Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. In fact, per Gallup, 77% of us do.

2. The majority of Americans remain Conservative in our political ideology. How do you think the TEA Party, a groundswell movement, got started in the first place?

3. As current polls show, the majority of Americans believe that both President Barack Hussein Obama and the Main Stream Media lie like a rug. And,both Obama and the MSM, including CNN and MSN, continue to have abysmal ratings.

In conclusion, the next time you view a story on or read a story in the Main Stream Media, or you see a poll that they have sponsored, which claims that the majority of Americans support things that we traditionally have not considered “normal” or acceptable, consider the source.

…And, the real reasons that these issues are being pushed so hard for your approval.

The majority of Americans have a great deal in common, “Ties That Bind”, if you will.  As our external enemies discovered after their cowardly attack on September 11th, 2001, Americans will come together when our neighbors and families are being harmed and our freedom is at stake.

The tyrannical minority who have been ruling with impunity saw a small sampling of Americans’ independent spirit and resolve to remain free on November 2nd, 2010.  So far, they seem blinded by their ideology and own self-importance.

They underestimate Americans.  The tyrannical always have.

So, this November… vote accordingly.

Why Obama is Still Wasting OUR Money on “the Fight Against Climate Change (Global Warming)”

climate changeHave you ever wondered why President Barack Hussein Obama is still so preoccupied with Global Warming/Climate Change?

I mean, how arrogant do you have to be to believe that you can make a change in the very weather itself, which is controlled by Someone way above your pay grade?

This faux science, invented by Al Gore, and propagandized in the book and the movie, “An Inconvenient Truth”, has become an industry, a failed one, but an industry none the less.

Ranging from washouts like Solyndra to GreenTech Automotive, millions of taxpayer dollars have been sunk into these so-called green projects, since the advent of the Obama administration.

Now, word comes that Obama is going to meet with climatologists, in an effort to fight “Climate Change”.

Obama doesn’t even have a decent jump shot. How can he control the Earth’s Weather?

Have you ever wondered why Obama has been so gung-ho about Global Warming/Climate Change in the first place?

Well, we can trace Obama’s  concern back to his days in Chicago, as I wrote about in the blog, “Psst. Bud. You Want to Buy Some Air?”, posted on 4/29/10:

It all began with the Joyce Foundation.  This foundation started as the financial back-up plan of a widow whose family had made millions in the lumber industry.

After her death, it was run by philanthropic people who increasingly dedicated their giving to Liberal causes, including gun control, environmentalism and school changes.  It has grown over the years until it is now bigger than the TIDES Foundation and actually funds it.

The Joyce Foundation in 2000 and 2001 provided the capitol outlay to start the Chicago Climate Exchange. It started trading in 2003, and what it trades is, believe it or not, air.

The Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) is proud to let everyone know that it is “North America’s only cap-and-trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide.” Barack Obama served on the board of the Joyce Foundation from 1994 to 2002 . What a coincidence, that, as president, pushing cap-and-trade is one of his highest priorities, huh?

Currently, CCX members are legally bound together by a  voluntaryagreement to regulate greenhouse gases.

The CCX provides the vehicle by which to trade the very pollution permits and carbon offsets that would be  imposed by government mandate through the administration’s cap-and-trade proposals .

Climate trading could be a $10 trillion dollar market if cap-and-trade measures like Waxman-Markey and Kerry-Boxer are signed into law.  These measures will make energy prices go through the roof, even as companies buy and sell permits for permission to emit those six “greenhouse” gases (like paying for forgiveness of your sins).

Founders of the CCX include former Vice-President of the United States Al Gore.  Gore is co-founder of Generation Investment Management, which sells carbon offsets of no value whatsoever.  These offsets allow rich polluters to continue to pollute with a clear conscience (go and sin no more, wink, wink).  Other founders include former Goldman Sachs partner David Blood, as well as Mark Ferguson and Peter Harris, also of Goldman Sachs.

In 2006, CCX received a big boost when another investor bought a 10% stake on the prospect of untold riches. That investor was (ta daaah) Goldman Sachs, currently in the spotlight for selling financial instruments it knew never had the chance of a snowball in July of succeeding.

The actual mechanism that enabled trading on the exchange was bought and patented by none other than Franklin Raines, who was CEO of Fannie Mae at the time.

Raines struck it rich to the tune of some $90 million by buying and bundling bad mortgages that led to the horrible economy that we are still dealing with.  Why would a mortgage guy be interested in Climate Change?  Simple.   Cap-and-trade will make housing costs go up, too.

Goldman and Sachs, who gave around $1,000,000 to Obama’s Presidential Campaign, is under investigation by the SEC and in the midst of an inquisition by the U.S. Senate, as I alluded to previously.  Why are they putting up with this abuse when the Democrats themselves are the ones who have benefited the most from the political benevolence  of Wall Street in the past?

Answer:  money and power.  Goldman Sachs is going along with this dog and pony show because of the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  If Cap and Trade is passed, they and the rest of the investors that comprise the Chicago Climate Exchange are going to be swimming in a moat of money.

President Barack Hussein Obama was also one of those Board Members of the Joyce Foundation, who helped to found the CCX to the tune of $1,100,000.

Back on 6/29/09, canadafreepress.com reported that

If we follow the time line on where Obama was during the funding of the Chicago Climate Exchange, he was still a lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School teaching constitutional law, with his law license becoming inactive a year later in 2002.

It may be interesting to note that the Chicago Climate Exchange in spite of its hype, is a veritable rat’s nest of cronyism. The largest shareholder in the Exchange is Goldman Sachs. Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is its honorary chairman, The Joyce Foundation, which funded the Exchange also funded money for John Ayers’ Chicago School Initiatives. John is the brother of William Ayers.

What a flap when it was discovered that the senator from Chicago had nursed on Saul Alinsky’s milk, had his political career launched at a coffee party held by domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, and sat for 20 years, uncomplaining in front of the “God-dam-America pulpit of resentment-challenged Jeremiah Wright.

Folk were naturally outraged that the empty suit who would go on to become TOTUS was spawned from such anti-American activism.

But the media should have been hollering, “Stop Thief!” instead.

The same Chicago Climate Exchange promoting public rip-off was funded by Obama before he was POTUS.

Even as man-made global warming is being exposed as a money-generating hoax, Obama is working feverishly to push the controversial cap-and-trade carbon reduction scheme through Congress.

Fortunately for our nation, Obama’s Cap and Trade Bill failed to leave the Senate in July of 2010, leading the Chicago Climate Exchange closed up shop in November of 2010.

So, why is Obama still on this Quixotic Crusade?

1.  Appeasing the Gullible -Hey “The Facts Are In.” The “science” is true. And, as P.T. Barnum said,

There is a sucker born every minute.

Remember…these “true believers of the Goreacle, also voted for Obama. They are easily fooled.

2. Money, Money, Money – Too much money invested by Democrat “Power Brokers” and to much of American Taxpayers money spent needlessly to back down now. Obama’s got political promises to keep.

3. Hey, look! Squirrel! – With Obama and his minions about to get a Proctological Exam by the Congressional Select Committee on Benghazi, Obama needs to grasp for whatever national distraction he can come up with.

So, there you go. I wonder what argument Obama is going to present to those climatologists he is meeting with? 

Perhaps, he will present a showing of “The Day After Tomorrow”, the movie starring Dennis Quaid, which bombed spectacularly, in which the ice was chasing everybody.

Liberal Democrats Still Using the Race Card…and Black Americans

Why have Liberals resumed their egregious use of the “Race Card”?

There are several reasons.

1. Power – President Lyndon Baines Johnson predicted when he launched his “Great Society” in 1964,

I’ll have those n!@#$rs voting Democratic for the next 200 years. 

Their perceived empathy for the plight of Black Americans is but a false front, designed to garner votes, just as their all-consuming push for amnesty for illegal aliens, is. The Liberal Democrats determined long ago, that the way to buy voters’ allegiance, is by “spreading the wealth around” and, as they continue expanding entitlements, i.e., free stuff, their efforts, they hope, will continue to pay off at the polls.

2. Divide and Conquer – By Democrats telling Black Americans that “The Man” is still keeping them down in 2014, and, in millionaire Barack Hussein Obama and the First Wookie…err…Lady Michelle Obama’s case, by telling Black Audiences that they’re “down with the struggle”, they are assuring Black Americans that “they’re on “their side”, while preying upon the apprehensions and avarice of their audience. By purposely causing not only a Racial Divide, but fermenting Class Warfare, as well, the are purposefully dividing Americans by Race and Economic Status, even though the reality is, that yesterday, on Tax Day, “the 1%  paid 30% of America’s Tax Burden, while providing Americans actual jobs.

This strategy of “divide and conquer” has been used by Marxists for years, and the “Progressives” are no exception.

Birds of a feather…

3. Failure of Obama’s Policies – As we approach the Mid-Term Elections in November, Democrats have realized that they HAVE to begin to distance themselves from their fallen messiah, President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm). Even the Progressives have begun to admit that ol’ ‘Scooter’s Domestic and Foreign Policy have been national embarrassments. Our enemies are all re-arming themselves under Obama’s Foreign Policy, and domestically, Obamacare is circling down the ol’ porcelain receptacle at breakneck speed, while unemployment is high and shows no signs of abating.

Therefore, the Dems are forced to circle the wagons around Obama, while retaining as much distance from his failures as they can, in order to hold on to their phony-baloney jobs. Hrumph!.

Dr. Thomas Sowell, brilliant Economist and Conservative Political Pundit (who just happens to be Black) once wrote,

Some Obama supporters have long regarded any criticism of him as racism. 

…Among people who voted for Barack Obama in 2008, those who are likely to be most disappointed are those who thought that they were voting for a new post-racial era. There was absolutely nothing in Obama’s past to lead to any such expectation, and much to suggest the exact opposite. But the man’s rhetoric and demeanor during the election campaign enabled this and many other illusions to flourish.

Still, it was an honest mistake of the kind that decent people have often made when dealing with people whose agendas are not constrained by decency, but only by what they think they can get away with.

On race, as on other issues, different people have radically different views of Barack Obama, depending on whether they judge him by what he says or by what he does.

As Obama’s own books point out, he has for years cultivated a talent for saying things that people will find congenial.

You want bipartisanship and an end to bickering in Washington? He will say that he wants bipartisanship and an end to bickering in Washington. Then he will shut Republicans out of the decision-making process and respond to their suggestions by reminding them that he won the election. A famous writer– Ring Lardner, I believe– once wrote: “‘Shut up,’ he explained.”

You want a government that is open instead of secretive? He will say that. He will promise to post proposed legislation on the Internet long enough for everyone to read it and know what is in it before there is a vote. In practice, however, he has rushed massive bills through Congress too fast for anybody– even the members of Congress– to know what was in those bills.

Racial issues are more of the same. You want a government where all citizens are treated alike, regardless of race or ethnicity? Obama will say that. Then he will advocate appointing judges with “empathy” for particular segments of the population, such as racial minorities. “Empathy” is just a pretty word for the ugly reality of bias.

Obama’s first nomination of a Supreme Court justice was a classic example of someone with “empathy” for some racial groups, but not others. As a Circuit Court judge, Sonia Sotomayor voted to dismiss a case involving white firefighters who had been denied the promotions for which they qualified, because not enough blacks or Hispanics passed the same test that they did.

A fellow Hispanic judge protested the way the white firefighters’ case was dismissed, rather than adjudicated. Moreover, the Supreme Court not only took the case, it ruled in favor of the firefighters.

Obama’s injecting himself into a local police matter in Massachusetts, despite admitting that he didn’t know the facts, to say that a white policeman was in the wrong in arresting a black professor who was a friend of Obama, was more of the same. So is Obama’s Justice Department overlooking blatant voter intimidation by thugs who happen to be black.

There is not now, nor has there ever been, anything post-racial about Barack Obama, except for the people who voted for him in the mistaken belief that he shared their desire to be post-racial. When he leaves office, especially if it is after one term, he will leave this country more racially polarized than before.

Hopefully, he may also leave the voters wiser, though sadder, after they learn from painful experience that you can’t judge politicians by their rhetoric, or ignore their past because of your hopes for the future. Voters may even wise up to race card fraud.

Dr. Sowell wrote that article in 2010. Since then, and especially after the disastrous start of Obama’s second term as President, we have seen a good portion of America’s population “wise up”.

However, the “47%” and the messiah’s ardent disciples remain as clueless as ever.

If ignorance is bliss, they are some very happy folks.

Liberal “Intellectual Superiority” and the IRS Scandal

IRS ScandalHave you ever attempted to have a “discussion” with a Liberal on an Internet Chat Board? It’s much akin to attempting to have a discussion with a spoiled 5th Grader.

No matter what salient point you counter their argument with, they treat it with a contemptuous disdain, as if they were arguing with someone whose parents were related.

Then, when you have them cornered and defeated, they either go down a “rabbit hole” that has nothing to do with the subject that you are discussing, or they literally have a Cyber Hissy Fit, resorting to ad hominum arguments, so filled with exasperation, that, in your mind’s eye, you envision them holding their breath, and jumping up and down, until they turn blue.

The reality is, as President Ronald Reagan used to quip,

The trouble with our Liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.

Liberals always enter into a discussion with a Conservative with an attitude of superiority because they firmly believe themselves to be ‘”the smartest person in the room”, even when they aren’t…which is usually the situation.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I actually have Liberal friends in real life. However, when you are on an Internet Chat Board, the gift of anonymity frees people up to say what they are really feeling.

Its like when we were growing up and we stood in front of the mirror, using a hairbrush as a microphone, while singing along to our favorite song and pretending like we were that artist.

Our inhibitions tend to vanish when we are an anonymous Internet poster.

Therefore, Conservatives tend to fight for our belief in God and Country in no uncertain terms, while Liberals attempt to reinforce the meme that they are “the smartest people in the room”, by whatever means necessary.

When Liberals arrive in Washington to work for our government, whether by election or employment, they usually bring their unsubstantiated sense of superiority with them.

A good example of this is the Obama Administration’s reaction to the IRS Scandal.

From the President on down, they have blown off the matter of targeting Conservative Groups as if it was no big hairy deal.

I’m just glad they haven’t started loading us on the train bound for Siberia, yet.

The House Committee investigating the scandal has found the Administration to be uncooperative, of course.

However, they may have an answer to that.

The Washington Examiner reports that…

House Ways and Means Committee Republicans aren’t ruling out the use of the chamber’s “inherent contempt” authority if Attorney General Eric Holder refuses to act on the panel’s accusations against former IRS official Lois Lerner.

The committee voted Wednesday to seek an investigation of whether Lerner violated federal law by using her power to ensure Right-leaning groups were targeted for extra scrutiny by the agency, giving misleading information during a probe of the matter by the Treasury Department’s inspector general and using her personal email to conduct official business, which could have resulted in the disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.

“The Ways and Means Committee, led by Chairman [Dave] Camp [R-Mich.], has conducted a serious and thorough investigation of the IRS, uncovering abuses and criminal acts that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said of the referral. “As I’ve said, if Lois Lerner continues to refuse to testify, then the House will hold her in contempt. And we will continue to shine the light on the administration’s abusive actions and use every tool at our disposal to expose the truth and ensure the American people get the answers they deserve.”

Among those tools is the House’s “inherent contempt” authority under the Constitution, which was initially exercised in 1795 during the First Congress and on multiple occasions thereafter. Lerner could be held until January 2015 when a new Congress is seated, which could issue another subpoena and throw her in the clink again if she still balks at testifying.

“I think we’ll deal with that, should that occur, but I think this too is an ongoing investigation, and, frankly, for the attorney general to turn a blind eye to this evidence would discredit him greatly,” Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, a Ways and Means Committee member, told the Washington Examiner when asked if the House would take that step if Holder refused to take the case.

The belief in their inherent intellectual superiority is one of the factors which has led the Obama Administration to make enormously harmful mistakes in both Domestic and Foreign Policy. Their belief that they are “above” everything, including the Laws of our nation, is what led to the IRS Scandal. This condescending hatred of Conservatives, which has blossomed during the Obama Administration, along with a deep-seated fear of the Tea Party Movement, lead them to attempt to nip a repeat of the 2010 Mid-Term Elections in the bud, by targeting Conservative Groups for auditing by Obama’s IRS. 

And, now that their best-laid plan has gone horribly awry, they still believe that their self-believed intellectual superiority places them above our System of Checks and Balances.

However, someone smarter than “the smartest people in the room”, King Solomon, the son of King David, wrote the following,

Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. – Proverbs 16:18 (ESV)

It was true then, and it is true now.

The New Fascism

White House Youth CorpsMy late father was one of thousands of brave young American men, who landed on the beaches of Normandy , France on June 6, 1944, in the military operation which broke the backs of the Nazis, leading to the end of World War II,  now known as D-Day.

World War II was a war against Fascism.

What is Fascism? Per merriam-webster.com, it is a

political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Ladies and gentlemen I firmly believe that America is now fighting a new war against fascism.

It’s not a war that is being fought fought with guns and bullets, But instead with state referendums Congressional votes executive orders and judicial activism.

And, it’s not our best and brightest who are dying on this field of battle, but rather, it is our Constitutional Freedoms which are dying an ignoble death, pierced by the arrows of socialism and political correctness.

By now, there’s some out there in the audience saying, “Oh Lord, the crazy old cracker’s overreacting again.”

No, Skippy, I’m not.

The Godfather of Conservative Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, recently said the following,

You know as well as I do that people are scared to death to tell you what they really think. The left has politicized everything — everything — to the point that people are afraid to go against what they know to be political correctness, which is nothing more than liberal fascism, nothing more than censorship.

When Barack Hussein Obama assumed the position of President of the United States, the Far Left became empowered. Obama’s handlers saw the opportunity to “radically change” America into a Democratic Socialist Republic. You know, the kind of government that is currently failing over in Europe.

Every piece of legislation that Barack Hussein Obama has tried to get passed, has been designed to either overtly or covertly limit our freedom.

From the stimulus bill on through the latest changes to Obamacare by Executive Order, every single piece of legislation has been designed to further the Far Left’s agenda.

Remember when Obama was campaigning so hard to get the Affordable Health Care Act passed?

He always used people as props for his speeches, whether it was just normal people or people dressed in white coats like doctors.

When he was trying to get gun control passed, he used the parents from the Newtown Massacre in Connecticut as human props to try to get his repressive agenda passed.

The use of human props is an old propaganda trick, which was used by Joseph Goebbels to make his boss Adolf Hitler seem like a man of the people who really cared about the German citizenry.

The use of propaganda to further the aims of fascist governments is an old and effective method of camouflaging fascism, which Obama’s handlers realize all too well.

In addition to the use of human props during a speech, another strategy used in a propaganda campaign is to select an enemy and target them with the aid of a sympathetic press behind you.

During Hitler’s rise to power, the German Press demonized European Jews, betraying them as evil and money grubbing…painting them as being different from normal German citizens. It was this classification of the European Jews as the enemy that almost led to the extinction of them in that horrible attempted genocide, known as the Holocaust.

Now, in the early 21st century, the Far Left, the Democratic Party, and the Obama Administration (but, I repeat myself) are using propaganda to isolate and demonize average Americans, who through hard work, have risen to a high station in life or through their strong Christian faith and love of their country refuse to follow a popular culture- worshiping Administration, when it issues Executive Orders or has its Democratic Congress pass legislation which clearly contradicts the Word of God and the Judeo-Christian Belief System upon which America was built.

If you try to talk to a liberal about this New Fascism, they will deny that there is any fascism going on at all. In fact, they will tell you that this is “the will of the people” and they will site Democratically-stacked push polls in order to back their opinion up.

When you ask them if , for example, “homosexual marriage” is the “will of the people”, why did voters in the overwhelming majority of states, including California, vote against it? And, if there is “no fascism”, what do you call the fact that 2% of the population is having activist judges overturn the actual will of the people in order to get their way, in their attempt to redefine a word that has meant the same thing since time immemorial?

In response, you will usually see their eyes glaze over, like a deer in the headlights.

Liberals can not legitimately defend the suppression of the First Amendment Rights of Christian Americans.

Fascism, in any form, remains indefensible.

Ann Coulter Wants Romney in 2016…To Heck With Us “Rubes” in the Heartland.

HOST: Who are you for, for president right now, Ann?

ANN COULTER: Well, don’t tell him but I’m planning on giving Mitt Romney a little more time to rest — flying out, kidnapping him and depriving him of sleep, food and water until he agrees to run again.

HOST: You’re kidding?

COULTER: No.

HOST: You really want him to run again?

COULTER: Yeah, I think he was a fantastic candidate. As I’ve told you before, he would have won by a larger landslide than Ronald Reagan did in 1980 without Teddy Kennedy’s immigration bill. And it’s basically impossible to beat an incumbent, but he is head and shoulders better than the other candidates we had. And I don’t want to name them, but I mean you go through the list — and for one thing, as you and I discussed, and this is the most important point, that all of your listeners have to tell all of their friends knock it off with the Congressmen or inspirational figures. It’s got to be a Governor or a Senator, preferably a Governor. And, you know, there is a limited world — a list of who those people are, and they all have problems. None of them are articulate and reasonable, and as good on immigration as Mitt Romney!

HOST: What about Ted Cruz?

COULTER: Well, he’s a lot worse on immigration.

HOST: Is he that bad? I didn’t think he was that bad on immigration.

COULTER: Well, most Republicans are, that’s why you need to call your Congressman. I’m not singling out Ted Cruz, he has the same position a lot of these idiots have. ‘Oh yes, let them come here and we have a special permit, we just won’t give them citizenship. But we want to increase guest workers.’

That’s going to last 10 seconds and destroy the Republican party with Hispanics. What are we going to have, a servant class we’re going to bring in to work for us? Um, no, within six months they will all be citizens voting for the Democrats, and Republicans will never win another election.

No, but Romney was the best on immigration of any candidate in my lifetime with the possible exception of Ronald Reagan, but he was hoodwinked in passing that amnesty —

HOST: Right, Simpson-Mazzoli, or whatever it was called in 1986.

COULTER: And with the promise of border enforcement. I mean, Ed Meese himself has said if Reagan could go back, he never would have signed that now. He was double-crossed.

HOST: Yeah, but people are saying, ‘No, Ann, no. No more RINOs.’

COULTER: Well, that’s just the mob taking over — you may not have the tribe wanting to run Romney again, but the idea the he’s a RINO, as opposed to what, Rick Perry, who gave illegal aliens in-state tuition. The same thing with Chris Christie. And, as I say, Ted Cruz is a disaster on illegal immigration.

That is YOUR opinion, Miz Ann.

Once again, through the love of your Vichy Republican Heart, Williard Mitt Romney, you have shown yourself to be nothing but an Establishment Republican, who sold books, while masquerading as a Conservative.

After it has all been said and done, you are just another Beltway Darling, enamored with your position as a “political pundit”, drunk with fame and arrogance, looking down on us Average Conservative Americans, here in the Heartland.

I can hear your response to my charges, even as I write this Blog:

Why can’t you be smart, like we are, in the Beltway? Don’t you know that Reagan Conservatism is passe? We need to pick a candidate for president who can reach across the aisle, a Moderate, err, I mean a “real” Republican who knows his place. Umm, I mean, one who will sit in the Oval Office with grace and dignity.

Now, shuddup you stupid rednecks and let us geniuses up here in the Beltway tell you who to vote for.

Unfortunately, Miz Ann, it doesn’t work that way.

You see, we average Americans, here in Dixie, and folks in the rest of the Heartland, are fed up with you Vichy Republicans treating us like the hired help. We stood by and watched you nominate the likes of Bob Dole and John McCain, the squishiest of squishes, then held our noses and dutifully voted for them.

Then, we watched you and your buddies, the Democrats, and their lackeys, the Main Stream Media, trash a good Christian American like Sarah Palin, to the point where she and her family said, “Enough of this mess”, which led to her dropping out of the Primary race.

This, in 2012, your Vichy Republican Role Models decided that it was Mitt Romney’s “turn”,  leading him to the same embarrassing fate that every other “moderate” Republican has met in a Presidential Election.

Afterwards, you joined in with them, in blaming absent Conservative Voters, for Romney’s Failure.

Miz Ann, you need to go on Wheel of Fortune, buy a vowel and get a clue. The South and rest of the Heartland will vote for whomever we want to, so go get your skinny self a sammich and stuff it.

Besides, why should we trust the judgment of someone who used to date Bill Maher, anyway?

Obamacare Workers Passing Out Filled Out Democratic Ballots. GOP Establishment Still Wants to “Fix” It.

Obamacare ambulanceAs the clock strikes midnight for the implementation of Obamacare, the Mainstream Media is putting out stories claiming that the phone lines are melting down with Americans calling in to partake of Government-Run Healthcare.

Uh huh.

Government-Run Healthcare is not all Baracky Claus’ little elves are passing out. For those of you who still think that Obamacare was passed out of the goodness of the Democrats’ hearts…

LA MESA, Calif. – A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state’s Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an “x” in the box next to Democratic Party.

The couple – who did not want their identity revealed – received the letter and voter registration card from their health insurance provider Covered California, the state-run agency that implements President Obama’s Affordable Care Act.

They have lived in La Mesa for years and they have always been registered to vote Republican. Now, they are perplexed as to how the voter registration card pre-marked Democrat ended up in their mailbox.

“I’m an old guy and I never would have noticed it, except I have an accountant that notices every dot and dash on a piece of paper as a wife,” said the man who received the mailer.

Covered California began mailing out voter signup cards to nearly 4 million enrollees last week after being threatened with a lawsuit by voting rights groups. But that does not explain the pre-filled out voter registration card.

“It’s a waste of money because there’s an awful lot of people who are going to get this that are already registered and they don’t need to. I can see that, but I can’t see putting x on the form before it’s given to me in a little bitty box that nobody’s really going to notice,” said the recipient of the mailer.

10News shared what was sent with Covered California.

Spokeswoman Anne Gonzales stated, “We are mailing voter registration material. However, the application forms come directly from the Secretary of State’s office, with no fields pre-marked. The individual should contact the Secretary of State, which takes these violations of election law extremely seriously, and they will investigate, using the unique serial number.”

The couple says they did reach out to the Secretary of State’s office and could not get a hold of anyone. They also say they reached out to the San Diego County Registrar of Voters, which told them to contact Covered California.

With the overt politicization and overall massive fiasco that is the failure of the President’s signature legislation, Obamacare, one would think that the Republican Party could “make hay while the sun shines” leading up to the November Mid-Term Elections

On March 14th, Rush Limbaugh said the following on his nationally-syndicated radio program…

Here you’ve got the Democrats who are on the verge of a massive landslide, wave loss that they are perfectly aware of. And, of course, the Democrats — knowing how malleable the Republicans are — are warning, “You guys, you better not run just on Obamacare! If that’s all you do, why, you’re not gonna have the kind of victory you should have,” as though they’re interested in us winning.

You listen to Bob Beckel, and he’s actually trying to help us. Yes, he’s trying to advise us on the kind of campaign to run so that we win the right way, and what is he saying? “You better not focus on Obamacare!” Well, of course he’s gonna say that. Obamacare is an albatross. Obamacare is a cement swimsuit for these guys. So here comes the Republican establishment represented by Dana Perino saying (paraphrased), “Bob, I think that’s right, yes.

“Republicans have seen that same poll and, yes, we shouldn’t run just on Obamacare.” Who said anybody was gonna run “just on Obamacare,” anyway? But the fact is that both parties are cautioning Republican candidates, “You better not focus on repealing Obamacare! You better focus on fixing it, and you better focus on something besides Obamacare. You can’t just win by talking about Obamacare.” Both parties are telling Republican candidates this.

It happens that it flies in the face of some of the most obvious logic that has ever been in politics. Obamacare is one of the biggest negatives any politician has ever been saddled with. Obamacare is one of the biggest negatives any political party has ever been saddled with. It is an absolute, utter, total failure and disaster. There isn’t anybody recommending it. The Democrats can’t even put together, with any credibility, a fake video of happy citizens touting the benefits of Obamacare.

They know it wouldn’t be credible.

That’s how bad it is.

They can’t even come up with actors. Even the best liars in the world can’t come up with a fake ad campaign with fake citizens touting how great their lives are now because of Obamacare, ’cause nobody would believe it — and in the middle of all this, we are being cautioned and warned, “Do not think you can win by simply opposing Obamacare!” Immediately after this guy did just that, they come out and tell us, “Don’t think you can do it.”

It’s really odd, folks.

Indeed, it is.

26% of Americans, according to a recent poll from the Associated Press, no less, are now opposed to Obamacare.

The GOP Establishment, or Vichy Republicans, as I refer to them, are so dadblamed isolated in their Beltway Bubble from the American Citizens that they are supposed to be representing, and so in love with the prospect of growing the Federal Government, through the retention of Obamacare, that they might as well rename themselves the Democratic Party II.

If the old guard Vichy Republicans care more about their Capitol Hill Way of Life than their country and their constituents, then it is time for them to get out of the way, and allow Sen. Ted Cruz and his allies to lead the battle against this corrupt anti-American Administration.

Because, as the old saying goes,

If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

Is Obamacare on Its “Deathbed”?

The big story in the news yesterday came as no surprise to me. President Barack Hussein Obama signature legislation known as Obamacare, has reached an all time low in popularity, coming in at 26% on an Associated Press poll.

Never in all of my life, or at least since I’ve been aware of our government and the way things work, have I seen such a relentless propaganda campaign by the American Government to force upon their citizens something that they did not want in the first place.

Government- run healthcare has been the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for the Democratic Party for decades.

Back in the 90’s, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton tried to get a Nationally-run Healthcare System of her own design put in place. Her dreams were dashed when United States citizens melted down the Congressional Phone Lines with a unified shout out of “NO WAY!”,  that could be heard from here to Asgard (a reference for you “Thor” fans out there).

Since then, the Democratic Party had no doubt been plotting in smoke filled rooms, biding their time, waiting for the chance to spring a nationally-run healthcare system upon the unsuspecting American people again.

And then came Barack Hussein Obama, a “clean and articulate” candidate, who was “down with the struggle” and intimate with a teleprompter.

When he ascended to the throne, Barack the Magnificent made no secret of his plans to nationalize and therefore ruin the greatest healthcare system in the world.

And, with both houses of Congress controlled by the Democrats, there was no way to stop him.

When America asked what specifically was in the “Affordable Care Act”, San Fran Nan Pelosi told us that she didn’t know either, and that Congress would have to pass  the bill to find out what was in it.

All the while, , “Baracky Claus” was assuring all of us good little girls and boys that” if we liked our doctor, we could keep our doctor. If we liked our health insurance plan, we could keep our health insurance plan.”

So on Christmas Eve of 2009, Baracky Claus’ little elves in Congress gave America a present we didn’t want.

Once the Democrats passed this bill into law, Americans soon found out why they were so reluctant to tell us exactly what was in the bill.

It turned out to a bill conceived on the misguided pretense that young Americans in their 20’s would be willing to pay the insurance bill for elderly people.

Heck, young folks are usually borrowing money from the grandparents…not giving it to them.

As this sick, twisted excuse for law started to be revealed, Americans found out that not only where we going to go trillions of dollars in debt, additionally, we were going to have to provide birth control for free to easy young women like Sandra Fluke. (Yeah. I said it.)

However, that wasn’t the worst of it.

We also found out the cancer treatments would be cut off at the age of 70. So,if you come down with cancer at the age of 70…tough.  But hold on…that’s not all: the government will decide what sort of treatment you get as you journey through your twilight years.

Oh, you broke her hip grandma? Well…here’s an aspirin.

And, that brings us to present day.

Obama has issued so many Executive Orders and made so many corrections to this awful law, that it is even more confusing than before he started making the corrections.

And, who could forget the launch of the Obamacare website?

It has turned out to be the biggest bomb since Rosie O’Donnell Variety Show. We found out that the company that designed it had an executive on that staff who went to college with First Lady Michelle Obama. They had previously screwed up jobs  in Canada, but the Obama administration hired them anyway.

After we got rid of them, it seemed like things were going better. However, now we find out that the back end of the website, the part that involves the insurance companies, is not completed.

And yet, the administration claims at least six million people have signed up.

You figure that one out. It gives me a headache.

So, it’s no surprise that Obamacare’s popularity is down to 26%. Heck,  its probably not even that high. The Associated Press probably polled more Democrats than anybody else.

In fact, Obamacare is so horrible that Democrats have been told not to run on it in the upcoming midterm election. A Campaign Adviser has told them to tell the gullible among us, that they will “fix it”.

Uh huh. And, the check’s in the mail.

However, don’t expect the GOP Establishment, or Vichy Republicans, as I call them, to do the politically-savvy thing and call for Obamacare to be shut down. Oh no. They want to “fix it” as well.

The harsh reality is, these “Beltway Bubble” Republicans, just like their buddies “across the aisle”, view a Nationally-run Healthcare System as a way to further expand the power and reach of the Federal Government and line the Federal Vaults with money…and, at least for some of them, keeping the travesty known as Obamacare gives them the opportunity to further line their pockets with money, as well.

The only ones hollering to do the right and logical thing, and  shut it down, are Ted Cruz and the rest of the Tea Party, or Reagan Conservative Republicans.

And, those are the ones we need to support and vote for this November.
