The “Unintentional Surveillance” Reports That Rice Received Had Details About Trump and Staff’s Everyday Lives

If Hillary Clinton campaign officials were surveilled in the same way Trump’s people were, then maybe they could say that this wasn’t political. Maybe they could say, “Nope, we were simply engaging in what we have to do to protect the national security the United States.”But if they were making no effort to find out who Hillary’s people were talking to and what they were saying to foreign actors, and if there was no leakage, and if there was no unmasking of anything to do with Hillary, wouldn’t that kind of indicate that that same action against Trump was and had to be political? Foxnews.com reports that

The intelligence reports at the center of the Susan Rice unmasking controversy were detailed, and almost resembled a private investigator’s file, according to a Republican congressman familiar with the documents.

“This is information about their everyday lives,” Rep. Peter King of New York, a member of the House Intelligence committee said. “Sort of like in a divorce case where lawyers are hired, investigators are hired just to find out what the other person is doing from morning until night and then you try to piece it together later on.”

On the House Intelligence Committee, only the Republican chairman, Devin Nunes of California, and the ranking Democrat Adam Schiff, also of California, have personally reviewed the intelligence reports. Some members were given broad outlines.

Nunes has consistently stated that the files caused him deep concern because the unmasking went beyond the former national security adviser Mike Flynn, and the information was not related to Moscow.

Schiff said in a statement, “I cannot comment on the content of these materials or any other classified documents, and nothing should be inferred from the fact that I am treating classified materials the way they should be treated – by refusing to comment on them. Only the Administration has the power to declassify the information and make it available to the public.”

Former National Security Adviser Rice is under scrutiny after allegations she sought to unmask the identities of Trump associates caught up in surveillance – such as phone calls between foreign intelligence targets. Rice denies ever having sought such information for political purposes and has defended her requests as routine.

But the most recent government data shows that unmasking or identifying Americans happens in a limited number of cases. The Office for the Director of National Intelligence, which oversees the 17 intelligence agencies, said “…in 2015, NSA disseminated 4,290 FAA Section 702 intelligence reports that included U.S. person information. Of those 4,290 reports, the U.S. person information was masked in 3,168 reports and unmasked in 1,122 reports.”

The report said “NSA is allowed to unmask the identity for the specific requesting recipient only under certain conditions and where specific additional controls are in place” and those conditions were met for “654 U.S. person identities” in 2015.

That means Americans were identified in 26 percent of the cases, or roughly one in four intelligence reports.

During his March 20 testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, NSA director Admiral Mike Rogers said only 20 individuals within the agency are authorized to approve those requests.

“They receive specific training, there are specific controls put in place in terms of our ability to disseminate information out of the databases associated with U.S. persons,” Rogers said at the time. What it appears to suggest is that the NSA itself agreed that the instances in which Rice requested unmasking warranted that action.

FBI Director James Comey was less direct. “I don’t know for sure. As I sit here, surely more, given the nature of the FBI’s work,” he testified.

“It would be nice to know the universe of people who have the power to unmask a U.S. citizen’s name,” South Carolina Republican congressman Trey Gowdy pressed. “Because that might provide something of a roadmap to investigate who might’ve actually disseminated a masked U.S. citizen’s name.”

Rice told NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell that the reports were requested by the Obama administration, which announced a probe into the Russian election hacking in early December. Two months earlier in October, before the election, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Homeland Security Department put out a joint statement about Moscow’s interference.

Rice told Mitchell, “Fulfilling the president’s request for such a report, they went back and scrubbed more reports. They began to provide more such reports to American officials, including myself.”

Given the late fall timeline, it is not clear the intelligence reports Rice discussed during the NBC interview, are the same files reviewed by Nunes and Schiff.

Speaking to Fox News Wednesday, President Trump said he believed the former national security adviser may have committed a crime when she sought the identities of the Trump team members. The allegation was first reported by the New York Times.

While not commenting on the individual case, a former senior intelligence official explained the request must be approved by the NSA. Rice would have understood that there is an extensive government paper trail, that can be audited within the NSA, that shows who requested the unmasking, on what basis, and whether it was granted. This raises more questions about Rice, her motivation and whether it was authorized higher up, offering cover.

If approved, the former senior intelligence official said, only the requester, in this case Rice, would receive the information. Based on Fox News’ reporting, the information was shared beyond Rice, but it is not clear if those who received it had a “need to know.”

A spokeswoman for Rice, Erin Pelton, said in an email to the New York Times on Wednesday, “I’m not going to dignify the president’s ludicrous charge with a comment.”  Pelton works for Mercury LLC, a crisis management firm.

At the height of the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack fallout, and questions about whether Rice and a former senior intelligence official had misled Congress about the role of an internet video in the deaths of four Americans, Mercury LLC was also tasked with handling the Fox News media inquiries.

Did Obama know about this?

Of course he did.

It’s his modus operandi.

In 2004, Illinois State Senator Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) decided to run for The United States Senate.

In order to have a successful Senatorial campaign, Scooter  had to secure tremendous financial backing and be the recipient of astute political mentoring.  No problem.

It is now very well-known that George Soros, evil genius, major Democratic Party donor and anti-Israel crusader, has been a generous contributor to Barack Obama. However, not too many people know that a loophole in McCain-Feingold allowed Soros and his family members to be extremely generous in their support of Obama’s 2004 Senatorial campaign.

Obama had to run against Blair Hull in the primary and then Jack Ryan in the general (both multi-millionaires). Obama received huge donations from individuals, to so-called “millionaires exception.”  Usually,  individuals are limited to giving $2300 to candidates in federal elections, but if the candidates are running against millionaires, these limits do not apply and candidates are allowed to receive up to $12,000 from a single individual. Soros and his family gave Barack Obama $60,000. This does not count the money that Soros was funneled to so-called 527 groups (Moveon.org, for example) that have also been politically active; nor does it include money that Soros raised from tapping a network of friends, business associates, and employees.

Besides garnering unlimited campaign funds, as the campaigns entered their closing rounds, the news ”happened to be” leaked to media outlets that both Hull and Ryan had “personal scandals” in their past. The timely release of this news wiped out both of their campaigns, leading to an easy victory for Obama in the primary and then in the general election.

The New York Times Magazine revealed that David Axelrod, Obama’s chief political and media adviser, may well have been behind the leak of the story that doomed the Hull candidacy as the primary reached its home stretch.  

As he has shown over the years, Axelrod was right at home operating in this gray area, part idealist, part hired muscle. One can not bring up Axelrod’s name  in certain circles in Chicago without the matter of the Blair Hull divorce papers coming up. Approaching the 2004 Senate primary, it was clear that it was a two-man race: the millionaire liberal, Hull, leading in the polls, and Obama, who was the figurehead of an impressive grass-roots campaign. One month before the vote, The Chicago Tribune “just happened” to reveal, at the end of a long profile of Hull, that during a divorce proceeding, Hull’s second wife filed for an order of protection. This revelation proceeded to erupt into a full-fledged scandal.  This scandal destroyed Hull’s campaign and handed Obama an easy primary victory.

The Tribune reporter who wrote the story later admitted in print that the Obama camp had “worked aggressively behind the scenes” to push the story. However, a lot of folks in Chicago believe that Axelrod leaked the initial story. They will tell you that before signing on with Obama, Axelrod interviewed with Hull. They also point out that Obama’s TV ad campaign just happened to start at almost the same time. Axelrod swears up and down that “we had nothing to do with it” and that the campaign’s television ad schedule was in the works for a long time.

Axlerod’s explanation?

An aura grows up around you, and people assume everything emanates from you.

Especially, when it is obvious that everything does.

Obama is addicted to POWER AND CONTROL.

That is why the former Petulant President Pantywaist has set up his Command Headquarters for his “Shadow Government” just a few blocks away from the White House and has even moved his “right-hand Iranian” Valerie Jarrett, into the house with him and “Mooch”.

As I wrote around a month ago, it is all beginning to resemble a Tom Clancy Novel.

You have a Former Nazi Sympathizer, now a Billionaire “Philanthropist”, funding Far Left Causes. Add to that a disgruntled Former President, desperately trying to ensure that his mission to turn the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth into a Third World Socialist Paradise is not derailed by the unexpected loss of his hand-picked predecessor to a “Citizen Statesman”.

Faced with the reality of a splintered Democratic Party, which has alienated its base by moving to the Extreme Far Left of the Political Spectrum, this Former President , while still in office, decided to spy on the one candidate who might actually have a chance to beat his own party’s lousy candidate in a fair Presidential Election, through the means of obtaining an order to wire tap his offices.

After that did not help and the Citizen Statesman became the President, the Former Petulant President Pantywaist, encouraged “rebellion”, as if the reality of a nation being torn asunder was some sort of “Star Wars” Movie, through the use of his “benefactor’s”(the Former Nazi Sympathizer) money in the funding of manufactured protests and a Media-Driven, Community -Organizing Assault, which includes the Former President’s own “Organizing For America” Website.

Not unlike the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, this “rebellion”, with their willing accomplices in the Main Stream Media, launched a massive assault, through the dissemination of propaganda, manufactured protests, and Fake News, in order to somehow diminish the sitting President, in the hopes of regaining their lost power and continuing their mission, inspired by Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.

Unfortunately for them, they have underestimated the power of the New Media and the resiliency of the average American, here in the Heartland, who stopped believing their lies some time ago.

And now, with the revelations that continue to come out on a daily basis,  the momentum of the Shadow Government’s Rebellion is weakening and the resolve of both the sitting President and the average Americans who voted him into office, against all odds, is strengthening.

And, which each new revelation about the surveillance, more and more Americans are realizing that Trump has been right all along.

Liberal Fascism: From Bengazigate to Obamagate, Dr. Susan Rice Kissed…Well, You Know…and Took Names For Her President

How far would those involved in a Liberal Fascist Government go in order to secure the Presidency for their Political Party’s Presidential Candidate?

Adam Housely of Fox News reported yesterday that

Multiple sources tell Fox News that Susan Rice, former national security adviser under then-President Barack Obama, requested to unmask the names of Trump transition officials caught up in surveillance.

The unmasked names, of people associated with Donald Trump, were then sent to all those at the National Security Council, some at the Defense Department, then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and then-CIA Director John Brennan – essentially, the officials at the top, including former Rice deputy Ben Rhodes.

The names were part of incidental electronic surveillance of candidate and President-elect Trump and people close to him, including family members, for up to a year before he took office. 

It was not clear how Rice knew to ask for the names to be unmasked, but the question was being posed by the sources late Monday. 

“What I know is this …  If the intelligence community professionals decide that there’s some value, national security, foreign policy or otherwise in unmasking someone, they will grant those requests,” former Obama State Department spokeswoman and Fox News contributor Marie Harf told Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on “The First 100 Days. “And we have seen no evidence … that there was partisan political notice behind this and we can’t say that unless there’s actual evidence to back that up.”

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, asked about the revelations at Monday’s briefing, declined to comment specifically on what role Rice may have played or officials’ motives.

“I’m not going to comment on this any further until [congressional] committees have come to a conclusion,” he said, while contrasting the media’s alleged “lack” of interest in these revelations with the intense coverage of suspected Trump-Russia links. 

When names of Americans are incidentally collected, they are supposed to be masked, meaning the name or names are redacted from reports – whether it is international or domestic collection, unless it is an issue of national security, crime or if their security is threatened in any way. There are loopholes and ways to unmask through backchannels, but Americans are supposed to be protected from incidental collection. Sources told Fox News that in this case, they were not.

This comes in the wake of Evelyn Farkas’ television interview last month in which the former Obama deputy secretary of defense said in part: “I was urging my former colleagues and, frankly speaking, the people on the Hill – it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can, before President Obama leaves the administration.”

Meanwhile, Fox News also is told that House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes knew about unmasking and leaking back in January, well before President Trump’s tweet in March alleging wiretapping.

Nunes has faced criticism from Democrats for viewing pertinent documents on White House grounds and announcing their contents to the press. But sources said “the intelligence agencies slow-rolled Nunes. He could have seen the logs at other places besides the White House SCIF [secure facility], but it had already been a few weeks. So he went to the White House because he could protect his sources and he could get to the logs.”

As the Obama administration left office, it also approved new rules that gave the NSA much broader powers by relaxing the rules about sharing intercepted personal communications and the ability to share those with 16 other intelligence agencies.

Rice is no stranger to controversy. As the U.S. Ambassador to the UN, she appeared on several Sunday news shows to defend the adminstration’s later debunked claim that the Sept. 11, 2012 attacks on a U.S. consulate in Libya was triggered by an Internet video.

Rice also told ABC News in 2014 that Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl “served the United States with honor and distinction” and that he “wasn’t simply a hostage; he was an American prisoner of war captured on the battlefield.”

Bergdahl is currently facing court-martial on charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy for allegedly walking off his post in Afghanistan.

At one time, Dr. Susan Rice was being considered to succeed Hillary Clinton as Obama’s Secretary of State. Fearing the intense scrutiny of her conduct during the aftermath of the attack on the U.S. Embassy Compound in Benghazi,. Libya, in which four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stephens were slaughtered by Radical Islamists, that she would face if selected by Obama for that position, she withdrew from consideration, writing the following in a letter to President Obama…

When discussing Benghazi, I relied on fully cleared, unclassified points provided by the intelligence community, which encapsulated their best current assessment. These unclassified points were consistent with the classified assessments I received as a senior policymaker. It would have been irresponsible for me to substitute any personal judgment for our government’s and wrong to reveal classified material. I made clear in each interview that the information I was providing was preliminary and that ongoing investigations would give us definitive answers. I have tremendous appreciation for our intelligence professionals, who work hard to provide their best assessments based on the information available. Long experience shows that our first accounts of terrorist attacks and other tragedies often evolve over time. The intelligence community did its job in good faith. And so did I.

I have never sought in any way, shape or form to mislead the American people. To do so would run counter to my character and my life of public service. But in recent weeks, new lines of attack have been raised to malign my character and my career. Even before I was nominated for any new position, a steady drip of manufactured charges painted a wholly false picture of me. This has interfered increasingly with my work on behalf of the United States at the United Nations and with America’s agenda.

I grew up in Washington, D.C., and I’ve seen plenty of battles over politics and policy. But a national security appointment, much less a potential one, should never be turned into a political football. There are far bigger issues at stake. So I concluded this distraction has to stop.

Translation: “Not only were they going to make me tell the truth about Benghazi, they would also find out my history of being a Muslim sympathizer.”

While Dr. Rice was working at the Brookings Institute, she co-authored a paper published in 2005, titled Can “Freedom Only” Secure Our Future? In this paper, she wrote,

…Some scholars argue that the absence of political freedoms, rather than lack of educational opportunity, motivate young men to join terrorist networks.

…Others hold that poverty and under-development create breeding grounds for terrorist foot soldiers.

…More significant is poverty’s contribution to fueling civil conflict and state weakness that terrorist networks and other predators can exploit.

…Absent conflict, low levels of income and development, particularly in countries with significant, but not necessarily majority Muslim populations may also facilitate terrorist operations.

…Promoting both development and democracy in faraway countries is a 21st century security imperative. We need a dual strategy. We must combine effective formulas for fostering freedom through building civil society and transparent democratic institutions with a determination to “make poverty history”.

Please note the irony of a woman advocating for civility and transparency who has proven, through her actions after the Benghazi Massacre and now, in the wake of her involvement in spying on the Presidential Candidate and Campaign Staff of the opposite political party under the auspices of a sitting President, to be anything but “Civil” and “transparent”.

The thing is, as Rush Limbaugh noted on his program yesterday,

This story is not Trump and the Russians.  I’m sorry to be so repetitive.  The story is the surveillance that the Obama administration was engaging in of Trump and who knows who else.  Now, you say, “Rush, this is awfully hard to believe.”  No, it isn’t.  This is my point about liberals and who they are.  They weaponized the IRS against conservatives, didn’t they?  They most certainly did.

They have done any number of things, take over police departments on the basis that they’re racist after things like what happened in Ferguson or in Baltimore.  The idea that people who are closely associated with Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn would not surveil their enemies. It’s much easier to believe that it would happen.  This is why liberals want power.  This is the kind of thing they want to be able to do with it. 

Per usual, Rush is right.

For any American who has been paying attention, Obama’s surveillance of Trump and his Campaign Staff is not shocking at all.

It is simply a continuation of a pattern of behavior associated with the political ideology of the Former President and his Administration.

When Barack Hussein Obama assumed the position of President of the United States, the Far Left became empowered. Obama’s handlers saw the opportunity to “radically change” America into a Democratic Socialist Republic. You know, the kind of government that is currently failing over in Europe.

Every piece of legislation that Barack Hussein Obama tried to get passed, was designed to either overtly or covertly limit our freedom.

Boys and Girls, it was not just “Chicago-style Politics” that motivated Obama to spy on the Trump Campaign. It was his predilection toward Government-sponsored FASCISM.

My late father was one of thousands of brave young American men, who landed on the beaches of Normandy , France on June 6, 1944, in the military operation which broke the backs of the Nazis, leading to the end of World War II, now known as D-Day.

World War II was in a war against Fascism.

What is Fascism? Per merriam-webster.com, it is a

political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Ladies and gentlemen, I firmly believe that America has been fighting a new War Against Fascism for some time now.

It has not been a war fought with guns and bullets, But instead with state referendums, Congressional votes, Executive Orders, Law Suits, Judicial Activism and Royal Edicts from the Far Left and their leaders like the Former King Barack The First.

It’s not our Brightest and Best who have been wounded on this field of battle, but rather, it is our Constitutional Freedoms which have been attacked, pierced by the arrows of Socialism and Political Correctness.

By now, there is someone out there among you saying, “Oh Lord, the crazy old cracker’s overreacting again.”

No, Skippy, I’m not.

If you try to talk to a Liberal about this New Fascism, they will deny that there is any Fascism going on at all. In fact, they will tell you that all this garbage that happened during the Presidency of Barack Hussein Obama was “the will of the people”. In order to prove their claim, they will site Democratically-stacked push polls from those years or place Hollywood Liberals in front of a camera, so they can mindlessly pontificate and tell us “common folk” what we should do.

If there is “no Fascism”, what do you call Obama’s suggestions and actions to suppress the First Amendment Rights to Free Speech of  Americans, who disagreed with the Liberal “Politically Correct” Point of View, up to and including the surveillance of and subsequent purposeful “unmasking ” of the Trump Campaign Staff?

Fascism, in any form, remains indefensible.

“A House Divided Against Itself” (A KJ Sunday Morning Op Ed)

As I sit down to write this, I am struggling with mixed emotions over the purposefully “divided house” that is the United States of America.

The National Temper Tantrum by Modern American Liberals, which commenced after the Presidential Election was called for Donald J. Trump on the night of November 8, 2016, shows no signs of stopping.

And, I firmly believe that there are social, political, and economic reasons for their never-ending obsessive whining.

  1. Social – Quite frankly, we are witnessing the arrested development of a generation of spoiled brats and the facilitation of their National Temper Tantrum by the generation (s) who spoiled them. Black Comedian D.L. Hughley, a flaming Liberal in his own right, is famous for telling hecklers in his audiences that “they need Jesus”, in a condescending attempt to be funny and to shut them up. The reality is, these individuals who are throwing a temper tantrum over result of the 2016 Presidential Election have none of the grace nor the maturity that previous generations who were “raised right” had.  This bunch is seemingly incapable of accepting the results of a fair election and to allow the winner, President Donald J. Trump, to govern and to attempt to make things better for all of us. They also seem to believe that if you disrespect and shout Americans down, whose opinions are different from yours, then you are somehow “enlightened”. These individuals have rewritten scripture. Instead of “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, these people believe that you should “Do unto others anything that you want to and then pat yourself on the back for it afterwards.”
  2. Political – Make no mistake about it, the election of Donald J. Trump to the Presidency of the United States of American, shook the pillars of the Halls of Power in Washington, D.C. to their very foundation. As we are witnessing, there are professional politicians on both sides of the Political aisle who are as upset about the outcome of the election as the millennials who are acting like a herd of jackasses on college campuses across America. Whether intentional or unintentional, Friday’s Fiasco involving Paul Ryan, the Vichy Republicans, and their “friends across the aisle” exposed a raw nerve for the whole world to see. Capitol Hill is so addicted to the perks of the Washingtonian Status Quo, that they would even harm their own political party to force its return…even at the expense of their Congressional Majority and a sitting President of their own party.
  3. Economic – There is money to be made in politics. How do you think that Barack and Michelle Obama left the White House as millionaires? Why do you think that Congressmen, like Harold Ford, Sr., become Lobbyists? It is certainly not because of their altruistic natures. Trump’s desire to “Drain the Swamp” threatens the livelihoods of Lobbyists, Bureaucrats, and members of Congress. The Washingtonian Status Quo guaranteed that a lot of people left “public Service” living the “Lifestyles of the Rich and Ramous”. These Wealthy Washingtonians are very aware of what the American People sent President Trump to Washington to accomplish economically, both within the Federal Government and on behalf of working Americans. And, they do not like it.

The garbage which began during the 8 long years of the Obama Administration, even now, after average Americans stood up on our hind legs and elected Donald J. Trump as President, still threatens to tear our Sovereign Nation asunder.

The Democrats, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and West Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, effectively divorced themselves from the people whom they claimed in every previous election cycle to “love”…Average Working Class Americans.

To put it in Marital Terms, Average Working Class Americans and the Democratic Party are no longer “evenly yoked”.

The Democrats became the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

The Democrats assumed, after reading their own press clippings, that all Americans wanted the Progressive/Marxist Political Ideology and style of governance which Barack Hussein Obama practiced during his time as President.

Well, we all know what assuming does, don’t we, boys and girls?

The American People overthrew the “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we have suffered under for the last 8 years on November 8th.

While the French long ago used “Madame Guillotine” to make a drastic change in their government, Americans used voting booths.

Now, it’s time to come together as a nation, not to purposefully further the division between us.

America has no need for a “Shadow Government”, run by Former President Barack Hussein Obama. We do not need a Former Nazi Sympathizer and Stool Pigeon financing protests and parades designed to undermine the president and to undo the votes which average Americans cast on November 8th.

That kind of garbage is designed to further divide us as a nation.

On this Sunday Morning, America needs a “Come to Jesus Meeting” among ourselves.

Even though D.L. Hughley meant it as a putdown, America DOES need Jesus.

So, come…let us reason together.

United we stand. Divided we fall.

Trump Was Right! Obama Administration Wiretapped Trump’s Transition Team. Obama Denied It on March 4th.

This morning there should be apologies given to the 45th President of the United States of America by every major news outlet and, more importantly by the 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama.

Foxnews.com reported on March 5th that…

Former President Obama on Saturday denied President Trump’s accusation that Obama had Trump Tower phones tapped in the weeks before the November 2016 election.

“Neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false,” said Kevin Lewis, a spokesman for the former president.

Trump made the claim in a series of early Saturday morning tweets that included the suggestion that the alleged wiretapping was tantamount to “McCarthyism” and “Nixon/Watergate.” 

“Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my ‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism,” Trump tweeted.

“Is it legal for a sitting President to be ‘wire tapping’ a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!” he said in another tweet.

Trump also tweeted that a “good lawyer could make a great case of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!”

“How low has President Obama gone to tap (sic) my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergage. Bad (or sick) guy!” the president continued.

Trump does not specify how he uncovered the Obama administration’s alleged wiretapping.

Yesterday, Foxnews.com reported that

Members of the intelligence community “incidentally collected” communications from the Trump transition team during legal surveillance operations of foreign targets, a top Republican lawmaker said Wednesday afternoon.

House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said this produced “dozens” of reports which eventually unmasked several individuals’ identities and were “widely disseminated.”

He said none of the reports he had read mentioned Russia or Russians and he was unsure whether the surveillance occurred at Trump Tower — as President Trump has suggested. Nunes also was unsure if then President-elect Trump was captured by the surveillance, which occurred in November, December and January.

“I recently confirmed on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected intelligence,” Nunes said.

Democrats quickly criticized him for his comments. 

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, released a statement:

“This afternoon, Chairman Devin Nunes announced he had some form of intercepts revealing that lawfully gathered intelligence on foreign officials included information on U.S. Persons, potentially including those associated with President Trump or the President himself. If accurate, this information should have been shared with members of the committee, but it has not been. … The Chairman also shared this information with the White House before providing it to the committee, another profound irregularity, given that the matter is currently under investigation. I have expressed my grave concerns with the Chairman that a credible investigation cannot be conducted this way.”

The revelations could at least partially back up some allegations made by Trump earlier this month, when he tweeted that former President Barack Obama had “wiretapped” him, though top lawmakers have sharply disputed those claims. FBI Director James Comey also testified earlier this week he had no evidence to support the claims. 

Nunes said he told House Speaker Paul Ryan earlier Wednesday about his findings. He later said he briefed Trump, calling some of the collection “inappropriate.” 

Trump commented briefly afterward, saying he felt “somewhat” vindicated by Nunes’ comments. 

“There’s a lot of questions that I think his statement raises, and that I hope we can get to the bottom of,” White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer also said.

He said the NSA had been “very helpful” during the investigation, however, he was unsure if “the FBI is going to comply.”

Nunes said the surveillance collection was “legally collected foreign intelligence under FISA incidental collection.” But Nunes said he was “alarmed” the intelligence “ended up in reporting channels and was widely disseminated.”

It was previously reported that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was “unmasked” in this way, however, Nunes said “additional names” were unmasked as well.

He said he didn’t know what foreign intelligence value the surveillance had “and why people would need to know that about President-elect Trump and his transition team.” Nunes did not identify which foreign targets were under surveillance.

Asked if he thought Trump was spied on, Nunes replied: “I’m not gonna get into legal definitions here, but clearly I have a concern.”

So, boys and girls, the president was right all along.

What will be interesting to watch now, will be the backpedaling and parsing by the Main Stream Media and the denial and whining by the Democrat Elite and all of those poor souls who are continuing to throw a National Temper Tantrum, fueled by their refusal to accept the fact that Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States, placed in office by a fair election.

Rush Limbaugh said on his program yesterday that

Folks, Trump is not the guy we need to worry about being, you know, an order of fries short of a Happy Meal. That’s the media and the left. They’re the people with the elevator not going to the top floor. It is not Donald Trump.

These people are seething with rage in there over this news. Part of it I guess exposes them. I mean, there’s intel. They denied there was intel, denied there was an investigation, and now Nunes has found some of it, and some of it he found is what has been reported on by the media.

Faced with the reality of a splintered Democratic Party, which has alienated its base by moving to the Extreme Far Left of the Political Spectrum, the Former President, Barack Hussein Obama, while still in office, gathered information of Trump’s Transition Team.

And, his Administration named names.

As the Citizen Statesman became the President and started settling in, the Former Petulant President Pantywaist, encouraged “rebellion”, as if the reality of a nation being torn asunder was some sort of “Star Wars” Movie, through the use of his “benefactor’s”(the Former Nazi Sympathizer, George Soros’) money in the funding of manufactured protests and a Media-Driven, Community -Organizing Assault, which includes the Former President’s own “Organizing For America” Website.

Not unlike the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, this “rebellion”, with their willing accomplices in the Main Stream Media, launched a massive assault, through the dissemination of propaganda, manufactured protests, and Fake News, in order to somehow diminish the sitting President, in the hopes of regaining their lost power and continuing their mission, inspired by Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.

It is way past time for the Soros-funded Far Left to move on and for THEM to stop their National Temper Tantrum, which at this point, is doing nothing by making them look like a bunch of spoiled brat losers who have never grown up.

Oh, and by the way, Former President Obama, we’ll be waiting for your apology to President Trump. Since you have set up shop to run your “Shadow Government” in D.C, it will be a local call.

Reclaiming America’s Place in the World: “Smart Power” is Gone. Has”Peace Through Strength” Returned?

For those of you who are, or have been, parents…have you ever tried to clean up the mess of a teenager’s bedroom?

Then you know how President Donald J. Trump and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson feel and they start to try to clean up the Foreign Policy Disaster that Obama, Clinton, and Kerry left behind.

Foxnews.com  filed the following report yesterday…

EXCLUSIVE: Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, in an exclusive interview with Fox News, refused to rule out increased weaponization and even nuclearization of America’s East Asian allies to deter North Korean aggression. “We’re exchanging views,” Tillerson said, while standing a few feet within what is technically North Korean territory inside what is known as the Joint Security Area.

“Nothing has been taken off the table,” he said, when asked whether he would rule out nuclearization of the peninsula, during the interview with Fox News.

Tillerson, who’s called the past 20 years of diplomacy toward North Korea a failure, has said the world needs a new strategy.

“Let me be very clear: the policy of strategic patience has ended,” said Tillerson in a later press availability in Seoul with South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se.

“If they elevate the threat of their weapons program to a level we believe requires action that option is on the table,” Tillerson also said, adding the U.S. wants to avoid military conflict and hopes other measures convince North Korea to suspend its weapons programs. 

President Trump, bolstering his secretary of state’s comments, tweeted Friday morning that North Korea is “behaving very badly.” 

Then-candidate Donald Trump received criticism when, in a March 2016 interview with The New York Times, he said of nuclear weapons: “would I rather have North Korea have them with Japan sitting there having them also? You may very well be better off if that’s the case.”

In a tweet, Trump later denied he said more countries should have nuclear weapons. Tillerson is in the middle of a trip to Japan, South Korea and China, largely to discuss coordinated efforts to halt North Korea’s advancing nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

He travels to China Friday, after pressuring that government to further curtail the threat from its ally, calling its approach to North Korean aggression “troubling” and “inappropriate”.

As Secretary of State Tillerson begins the job of reclaiming America’s rightful position as a Global Leader, on behalf of President Trump, I believe that is important to remember the disaster that was America’s Foreign Policy under Barack Hussein Obama.

Before Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) ascended to the throne of The Regime, he did something no other candidate for American President has ever done.  He campaigned in Europe, where he was treated like a rock star, by both the Europeans and the sycophantic Main Stream Media.  This set the stage for Obama’s Foreign Policy efforts as President.

There were so many issues that weakened America on the world stage as Obama pursued his Foreign Policy, it’s hard to know where to begin.  Come along as I try to relate a few high (low?) points.

1.  The World Apology Tour – Shortly after he took office, President Obama set off for the first of a two-part “World Apology Tour”.   After less than 100 days, he had apologized on three continents for what he viewed as the sins of America and previous presidents.

Per Karl Rove:

Mr. Obama told the French (the French!) that America “has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive” toward Europe.  In Prague, he said America has “a moral responsibility to act” on arms control because only the U.S. had “used a nuclear weapon.” In London, he said that decisions about the world financial system were no longer made by “just Roosevelt and Churchill sitting in a room with a brandy” — as if that were a bad thing. And in Latin America, he said the U.S. had not “pursued and sustained engagement with our neighbors” because we “failed to see that our own progress is tied directly to progress throughout the Americas.”

By apologizing to the world, then- White House Press Secretary Robert “Baghdad Bob” Gibbs said that Scooter had “changed the image of America around the world” and made the U.S. “safer and stronger.”

Having the British call him “President Pantywaist” made us “safer and stronger”?

2.  Global War on Terror –  In a memo e-mailed the week of March 25th, 2009, in the middle of the World Apology Tour, to Pentagon staff members, the Defense Department’s office of security review proclaimed that “this administration prefers to avoid using the term ‘Long War’ or ‘Global War on Terror’ [GWOT.] Please use ‘Overseas Contingency Operation.’ ”  And so it began.

On Thursday, June 4th, 2009 at the University of Cairo, Obama addressed the Muslim World.  Here is an excerpt from the 6:35 a.m. speech:

Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance. We see it in the history of Andalusia and Cordoba during the Inquisition. I saw it firsthand as a child in Indonesia, where devout Christians worshiped freely in an overwhelmingly Muslim country. That is the spirit we need today. People in every country should be free to choose and live their faith-based lives upon the persuasion of the mind, heart, and soul. This tolerance is essential for religion to thrive, but it is being challenged in many different ways.

Among some Muslims, there is a disturbing tendency to measure one’s own faith by the rejection of another’s. The richness of religious diversity must be upheld – whether it is for Maronites in Lebanon or the Copts in Egypt. And fault lines must be closed among Muslims as well, as the divisions between Sunni and Shia have led to tragic violence, particularly in Iraq.

Freedom of religion is central to the ability of peoples to live together. We must always examine the ways in which we protect it. For instance, in the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That is why I am committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat.

Likewise, it is important for Western countries to avoid impeding Muslim citizens from practicing religion as they see fit – for instance, by dictating what clothes a Muslim woman should wear. We cannot disguise hostility towards any religion behind the pretence of liberalism.

Scooter believed that by reaching out to the Muslim world through changing and softening our terminology as it pertained to the Jihad declared against the United States by Muslim Extremists, his administration would make huge inroads in America’s relationship with the Islamic World.  It actually accompished nothing but to encourage our enemies, as evidenced by the increased number of attacks by Muslim Extremists here in our country during his time as President.

3.  Smart Power! – At her confirmation hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Secretary of State nominee Hillary Clinton said:

We must use what has been called smart power, the full range of tools at our disposal—diplomatic, economic, military, political, legal, and cultural—picking the right tool, or combination of tools, for each situation. With smart power, diplomacy will be the vanguard of our foreign policy. This is not a radical idea. The ancient Roman poet Terence declared that “in every endeavor, the seemly course for wise men is to try persuasion first.” The same truth binds wise women as well.

Excessive humility has never been one of Hil’s problems.

Of course, Smart Power led to Arab Spring, which replaced Moderate Muslim Dictators, with Radical Muslim Dictators, backed by the Muslim Brotherhood. Great plan, y’all.

4.  Afghanistan – When Obama took office, he announced that Afghanistan was the true center of extremist activities.  He then told us that the Overseas Contingency Operation would be making a hard pivot from the main focus being on Iran to the main focus being on Afghanistan.  From there, he decided that the mountainous country of Pakistan (pronounced by the president, Pock-ee-stahn) was where all the truly evil Extremists were hiding.  He had two problems with this strategy:  the mountainous geography and unfriendly government of  Pock-ee-stahn.  Obama was advised by his military advisors that the best strategy was to use unmanned drones to attack Taliban (pronounced Tawl-ee-bohn by Obama) strongholds.  While the drones were very successful in killing members of the Tawl-ee-bohn, they have occasionally killed civilians as well.   That did not endeared us to that country’s government. Obama subsequently pulled out the majority of troops in Afghanistan, only recently to have had to send troops back in again.

While no President can control the actions of other countries come in their own affairs, the position of President of the United States has not historically been referred to as the Leader of the Free World for no reason.

That position has historically been the Vanguard in the fight against despotism and tyranny.

Unfortunately, for lovers of freedom the world over, instead of being the leader that the world and America itself needed, Barack Hussein Obama instead was an example of the Peter Principle.

He rose to his level of incompetence.

Obama believed in a “Chamberlain-esque” Foreign Policy of appeasement, consisting of vague warnings, pay-offs, and drawing red lines in the sand.

It didn’t work.

President Donald J. Trump appears to be adopting President Ronald Reagan’s Foreign Policy of “Peace Through Strength.”

Knowing that, I feel safer already.

Why Are 53% of Americans Siding With Trump, Instead of the Liberal Assault Against His Administration?

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for last Friday showed that 53% of Likely U.S. Voters approved of President Trump’s job performance.

As the story continued to unfold this weekend concerning The Obama Administration’s wire tapping of both then-Republican Candidate Trump and then-Republican Senator Jeff Sessions, I considered what kind of mindset that one would have to have in order to find some sort of justification in performing such an unwarranted invasion of privacy, while considering themselves to be “righteous” in doing so.

And then, as I sat down last night to write this post, I read the following story…

Heatstreet.com reports that

ABC can’t be accused of underplaying When We Rise, its eight-hour drama miniseries chronicling the struggles and setbacks of LGBT activists in the 20th century.

Some thought the show, created by award-winning gay activist Dustin Lance Black and aired on four nights this week, goes out of its way to portray middle America as intolerant homophobes. When We Rise received saturation ad coverage during the Oscars ahead of its premiere this week, to the extent that one Twitter commentator joked that if he drunk alcohol every time he saw an advert for the show, he’d be dead by the end of the Academy Awards broadcast.

But part one of When We Rise flopped on Monday. As a result, ABC rescheduled Modern Family to run just before the second installment to boost ratings. However, viewership of the second part fell almost 1 million viewers from its premiere, netting an audience of only 2.05 million on Wednesday, which is pathetic for prime-time slot on a commercial TV network.

The final part of the miniseries is Friday night. (President Trump’s address to congress on Tuesday delayed the show’s transmission by a day.)

Doubtless there will be devotees of the show who will blame the president for interrupting the flow of When We Rise, which stars Guy Pearce, Mary Louise Parker and Whoopi Goldberg.

But its failure more likely stems from the fact that viewers don’t respond well to ‘virtue scheduling’ on TV. When We Rise at times resembled an infomercial for GLAD (Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders). Even the New York Times didn’t give the show a rave—when the Grey Lady sniffs that a starry gay-rights drama “plays like a high-minded, dutiful educational video,” you know the show is in trouble.

The marketing was also disastrous, with Lance Black coming across as vocal and passionate about his series but never seeming to make up his mind whether he wanted to appeal to Trump voters or take them on with his new creation.

On top of the ratings failure of When We Rise, USA’s gay-murder mystery Eyewitness was canceled, and CBS’s Doubt—the first network television show to feature a trans actress (Laverne Cox) as a trans in a lead role—was dropped after just two shows. In a piece about these shows, LGBT website The Advocate noted: “In a time when LGBT rights are under attack — and myths about queer lives still influence laws related to same-sex marriage, adoption, employment, bathroom access, and so-called conversion therapy — these depictions are vital to changing hearts and minds.”

Not as vital to TV audiences as changing the channel, it seems.

According to a post published by Gallup.com on January 3rd of this year,

Many more Americans have considered themselves politically conservative than liberal since the early 1990s. That remained the case in 2016, when an average of 36% of U.S. adults throughout the year identified themselves as conservative and 25% as liberal.

People in “Show Business”, and that includes the Main Stream Media, need to stop their self-appointed mission of spreading Liberal Propaganda.

As  the Media and Hollywood are finding out the hard way, average Americans want them to shut up and entertain and report the news.

That is the reason that Hollywood has been having more misses than hits, in the last several years, and the reason why Fox news remains the most watched cable news channel.

As Donny Wahlberg said a few months ago, the Liberals who run “Hollyweird” are totally disconnected from the average American’s belief system of ethics, values, and faith.

In other words, “Truth, Justice, and the American Way”.

All of the great movies and television shows my generation watched while we were growing up, reinforced those values.

One of the movies expected to be a blockbuster a while back, “The Lone Ranger”, cast Johnny Depp as Tonto, and rewrote the legend to center around him, instead of the title character.

The audience simply did not buy Captain Jack Sparrow as Tonto.

When Americans envision the crime fighting duo of the Old West, Americans see Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels. Two outstanding gentlemen, both on and off the television screen.

We knew that the Lone Ranger and Tonto would beat the snot out of the bad guys, and rescue the rancher’s daughter. We knew that James Bond would defeat SPECTRE and get the beautiful Bond Girl.

We smiled in admiration when we heard that Superman fought for “truth, justice, and the American Way”. We threw our rubber tomahawks at the trees in our front yards, just like “Daniel Boone”. We knew that John Wayne would rescue Dean Martin in “Rio Bravo”.

And, all the guys in the 1970s wanted a red Gran Torino with a white stripe down the side, like “Starsky and Hutch” drove.

Even though they “underperformed”, you want to know why  Americans go to see movies like “American Sniper”, the Captain America Movies, the Avenger Movies, the Spider-Man Movies, the X-Men Movies, and  “Guardians of the Galaxy”?

They are throwbacks. They are entertaining. They are not dirty or vulgar. There is plenty of action with a great story line wrapped around it, and GOOD TRIUMPHS OVER EVIL.

We go to movies to be entertained, not to be lectured to by a bunch of snotty-nosed, America-hating, relative morality, situational ethics-loving Liberals.

American Sniper shows very plainly that we can triumph against Radical Islam, the Political Ideology masquerading as a Religion, which Obama dares not call out by name.

Heck,  “American Sniper” even did well in Islamic Nations.

Why? As President Ronald Reagan realized, all those decades ago, the followers of Mohammed respect strength, not weakness.

So, why did Americans flock to see this movie in record numbers?

Americans were living vicariously through the late American Hero Chris Kyle.

Americans respected his legacy of heroism. That is why, when Former Professional Wrestler, and lunatic Jesse “The Body” Ventura sued Chris’ widow, Americans wanted to string him up in the middle of the Town Square.

As I have written several times, America is still a Majority Conservative Nation.

Look at an Electoral Map of what happened during the Presidential Election of November 8th.. America is a Sea of Red, with little Blue Enclaves, up in the Northeast and on the Left Coast.

“American Sniper” blew the doors off at the Box Office and at the Redbox Rental Kiosks, because average Americans are being forced to cut back on their Entertainment Budget.

Americans have to pick and choose very carefully the movies they go to, simply due to the high price of tickets, refreshments, and gasoline and Obama’s stagnant economy.

That is the reason that Redbox is so popular.

And, the reason why more Americans are “cutting the cable”.

Americans can choose to view the movies and television shows that they like to watch.

The minute-by-minute force-feeding by Hollywood and the sports and news industries of Liberal Philosophy and Ideals has irritated average Americans past the point of no return.

The “Silent Majority” of Americans still believe in traditional American Values and the concepts of right and wrong.

We refuse to be lectured by “The Smartest People in the Room”.

That is why no one is buying the accusations being leveled at Attorney General Jeff Sessions and President Trump.

The Television and Film Industries need to figure out that there is more to America that the East and “Left” Coasts and stop trying to shove their “Culture of Death” down our throats.

Overestimation of their own intelligence and underestimation of the intelligence and backbone of average Americans, here in America’s Heartland, is what cost Modern American Liberals the White House and a Congressional Majority.

You would think that they would be trying to suck up to average Americans, instead of didactically instructing us as to what we MUST believe.

Because when they do that, it always backfires.

From Watergate to Towergate: Even With Obama’s “Eavesdropping” and Obfuscating, Trump is Still President

Early in the morning of June 17, 1972, several burglars were arrested inside the office of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), located in the Watergate building in Washington, D.C. This was no ordinary robbery: The prowlers were connected to President Richard Nixon’s reelection campaign, and they had been caught while attempting to wiretap phones and steal secret documents. While historians are not sure whether Nixon knew about the Watergate espionage operation before it happened, he took steps to cover it up afterwards, raising “hush money” for the burglars, trying to stop the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from investigating the crime, destroying evidence and firing uncooperative staff members. In August 1974, after his role in the Watergate conspiracy had finally come to light, the president resigned. His successor, Gerald Ford, immediately pardoned Nixon for all the crimes he “committed or may have committed” while in office. Although Nixon was never prosecuted, the Watergate scandal changed American politics forever, leading many Americans to question their leadership and think more critically about the presidency. And now, Foxnews.com reports that

Former President Obama on Saturday denied President Trump’s accusation that Obama had Trump Tower phones tapped in the weeks before the November 2016 election.

“Neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false,” said Kevin Lewis, a spokesman for the former president.

Trump made the claim in a series of early Saturday morning tweets that included the suggestion that the alleged wiretapping was tantamount to “McCarthyism” and “Nixon/Watergate.”

Trump does not specify how he uncovered the Obama administration’s alleged wiretapping.

However, he could be referencing a Breitbart article posted Friday that claimed the administration made two Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) requests in 2016 to monitor Trump communications and a computer server in Trump Tower, related to possible links with Russian banks.

No evidence was found.

The article was based on a segment by radio host Mark Levin.

However, the timelines for each seems to draw from a range of news reports over the last several months, including those from The New York Times and Heat Street. 

Lewis also said Saturday: “A cardinal rule of the Obama administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”

Former Obama foreign policy adviser Ben Rhodes tweeted earlier in the day: “No President can order a wiretap. Those restrictions were put in place to protect citizens from people like you.”

During Trump’s Saturday morning tweets, he also brought up the ongoing controversy surrounding Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his reported 2016 meetings with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Trump said the first meeting between Sessions, a senator at the time, and Kislyak was arranged by the Obama administration.

He then said Kislayk also visited the White House nearly two dozen times during the Obama administration.

“Just out: The same Russian Ambassador that met Jess Sessions visited the Obama White House 22 times, and 4 times last year alone,” Trump wrote.

On Friday, Trump fought back against top Democratic lawmakers who are demanding his attorney general’s resignation over past meetings with Russia’s ambassador — after pictures emerged of the same lawmakers in similar meetings, exposing them to “hypocrisy” charges.

Trump tweeted: “I hereby demand a second investigation, after Schumer, of Pelosi for her close ties to Russia, and lying about it.

We are witnessing — right in front of our eyes — a silent coup to unseat and render effectively immaterial Donald Trump as president of the United States. The real Russian scandal is the collusion between Barack Obama and his administration and the Russians. Obama’s team used the pretext of Russian interference in the election to justify wiretaps and illegal leaks of the Trump team, including a U.S. senator and now attorney general. What has really gone on here — and I just want to repeat what I said in the opening of the hour, ’cause it wasn’t happenstance, and I mean it.The real collusion between our government and the Russians happened with Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin and the Russians. And just to reiterate, I want you to remember some things. Just ask yourself: How far back do you have to go into the campaign before you remember hearing that Trump and Putin were buddies? Remember when Trump is getting all excited about the fact that Putin was praising him and then Trump wouldn’t release tax returns? So there became a new narrative and that is that Trump and Putin are good buddies, and this could be very bad for the United States.

The way it manifests itself is Trump is such an idiot, he’s such a neophyte, he’s such an outsider, he doesn’t know things. He doesn’t understand, and he wants to sidle up to Putin just ’cause he likes Putin ’cause Putin likes him. You know, Trump’s such a sophomore. So Trump really poses a great danger because Putin doesn’t like him and Putin doesn’t like us and Putin is playing Trump for a fool and all that. So that gets the ball rolling that there’s a tie, that there’s a connection — a bromance, if you will — between Putin and Trump. And there isn’t.

The real bromance is Barack Obama and the Russians. That makes more sense ideologically, it makes more sense politically, and it makes more sense historically. We know that Obama has worked with Putin on the disarming of the United States nuclear arsenal. We got Obama on tape telling Putin’s number two guy, “Be patient with me. Be patient. I’ll have more flexibility after the election.” But Obama has turned this around, the Democrats have turned this around, and they’re now saying that it is the potential danger of Trump working with the Russians.

They used this “potential danger” to justify wiretaps of Trump’s team during the campaign and the transition, and this is what’s justifying this so-called illegal leaking. If the fake news were not so instantaneously and irrevocably left wing, the effort by an outgoing president to undermine his predecessor using intelligence agencies would be a bigger scandal than Watergate, because that’s what’s going on here. That’s what’s unprecedented. I mean, Truman and Eisenhower hated each other. But when Eisenhower assumed office, Truman went back to the haberdashery in Independence, and that was that.

Except, boys and girls, as we all know, Obama is way too vain and self-serving to do that.

Nope.

The former Petulant President Pantywaist has set up his Command Headquarters for his “Shadow Government” just a few blocks away from the White House and has even moved his “right-hand Iranian” Valerie Jarrett, into the house with him and “Mooch”.

Scary? OH, HECK YEAH.

It is all beginning to resemble a Tom Clancy Novel.

You have a Former Nazi Sympathizer, now a Billionaire “Philanthropist”, funding Far Left Causes. Add to that a disgruntled Former President, desperately trying to ensure that his mission to turn the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth into a Third World Socialist Paradise is not derailed by the unexpected loss of his hand-picked predecessor to a “Citizen Statesman”.

Faced with the reality of a splintered Democratic Party, which has alienated its base by moving to the Extreme Far Left of the Political Spectrum, this Former President , while still in office, decided to spy on the one candidate who might actually have a chance to beat his own party’s lousy candidate in a fair Presidential Election, through the means of obtaining an order to wire tap his offices.

After that did not help and the Citizen Statesman became the President, the Former Petulant President Pantywaist, encouraged “rebellion”, as if the reality of a nation being torn asunder was some sort of “Star Wars” Movie, through the use of his “benefactor’s”(the Former Nazi Sympathizer) money in the funding of manufactured protests and a Media-Driven, Community -Organizing Assault, which includes the Former President’s own “Organizing For America” Website.

Not unlike the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, this “rebellion”, with their willing accomplices in the Main Stream Media, launched a massive assault, through the dissemination of propaganda, manufactured protests, and Fake News, in order to somehow diminish the sitting President, in the hopes of regaining their lost power and continuing their mission, inspired by Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.

Unfortunately for them, they have underestimated the power of the New Media and the resiliency of the average American, here in the Heartland, who stopped believing their lies some time ago.

And now, with the revelation that came out yesterday, that the Political Elite of both political parties knew of the specious wire tapping, this weakens the momentum of the Shadow Government’s Rebellion and strengthens the resolve of both the sitting President and the average Americans who voted him into office, against all odds.

Because, you see, boys and girls, most average Americans, out here in the Heartland, can smell a truckload of manure coming down the road at us from a mile away.

The Obama Shadow Government and the Attempted Political Assassination of AG Sessions

Yesterday, Americans watched as a very good man and exemplary public servant, United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions, became the latest target of a ceaseless vendetta  against the 45th President of the United States of America and his Administration, being run by the Main Stream Media, The Democratic Party, and forces behind the scenes, including Billionaire Far Left Activist George Soros and the Former President who refuses to leave Washington and who plans on continuing to be politically active, Barack Hussein Obama.

FoxNews.com reported last night that

Attorney General Jeff Sessions told Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” in an exclusive interview Thursday that conversations between him and the Russian ambassador to the U.S. had been “hyped beyond reason” by the media and criticism of them was “unfair.”

“I don’t believe anybody that was in that meeting would have seen or believed I said one thing that was improper or unwise,” Sessions told host Tucker Carlson. “It was really a sad thing to be attacked like that, but I think we’ve explained it and we intend to move forward.”

Sessions spoke to Fox News hours after he recused himself from “any existing or future investigations” regarding the 2016 presidential campaign. Lawmakers from both parties had pressed Sessions to step away from an ongoing probe into Moscow meddling during last year’s race for the White House. 

Sessions has repeatedly denied meeting with Russian officials or operatives while a surrogate for then-candidate Donald Trump’s campaign. He testified during his confirmation hearing in January that he had no “communications” with Russia during the campaign, an answer he later said was “honest and correct.”

However, Sessions also said Thursday that he would submit a supplement to the record of his hearing that would cover his conversations with Russian envoy Sergey Kislyak

The attorney general told Carlson that he had intended to announce he was recusing himself from any investigation of the Trump campaign’s connections with Russian figures even before the Washington Post revealed his meetings with Kislyak Wednesday night. 

“I believe I should recuse myself,” Sessions said, “because I was involved in the campaign to a degree [that] I think [it] would have been perceived that I wouldn’t be objective[ly] participating in an investigation that might involve the campaign.”

Sessions added that his recusal was “not an admission of any wrongdoing” and said that he had acted “exactly correctly” in the matter.  

In the interview, Sessions detailed his two encounters last year with Kislyak, one of which happened during the Republican Convention in Cleveland this past July.

“I spoke at the Republican convention at a conference with some 50 ambassadors,” Sessions recalled. “After I spoke, I walked down from the podium and mingled with a number of people and we met at that occasion and had a chat, and I left shortly thereafter.”

Sessions said the other, more involved discussion with Kislyak took place Sept. 8 in his office and was one of several meetings he took with foreign ambassadors as a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. 

“We talked about a number of issues. One of them was the Ukraine and we had a disagreement over that,” the attorney general said. “The Ukrainian ambassador had been into my office for a meeting the day before, and so we had a little disagreement over the Ukrainian issue. So we had a number of discussions like that.”

Sessions said the meeting with Kislyak in his office was witnessed by two of his senior staffers, whom he described as “non-political.”

“I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with a United States senator meeting with an ambassador from Russia,” he said. “I learned something perhaps in that meeting – I usually did – and so that’s what happened. Ambassadors were coming by to see me pretty often.”

Several top Democrats, for whom the revelations of any Russia discussions only served to fuel long-running accusations that Trump-tied officials have sought to conceal past contacts with Moscow, have called for Sessions’ resignation, including the leaders in both the House and Senate. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., went so far as to say Sessions had “lied” to Congress and committed perjury. 

Many Republicans jumped to Sessions’ defense, saying Democrats were engaged in political theater and describing Sessions’ meetings as routine.

President Trump defended Sessions as an “honest man” in a statement released late Thursday. 

“He did not say anything wrong,” Trump said. “He could have stated his response more accurately, but it was clearly not intentional. This whole narrative is a way of saving face for Democrats losing an election that everyone thought they were supposed to win.”

During the Opening Monologue to his Nationally-Syndicated Radio Talk Show, Rush Limbaugh stated yesterday that,

This story is not about Jeff Sessions. This story is not about illegal talks between Trump and his campaign people and the Russians. This story is about Barack Obama and the Democrat Party attempting to sabotage the Trump presidency and do everything they can to either render it meaningless and ineffective or to get him impeached or force him to resign. That’s what the story is. And that is what has to be attacked, not defended.

…The story is Valerie Jarrett moving in to the Obama family home. What the hell’s up with that?

There’s a story here is about how Obama and his people are running the resistance operation from that home, and that’s why she’s moved in. The story here is the Democrat Party being blown out of the water in election after election after election. The story here is Barack Obama’s agenda has been totally reputed by the American people. It has been rejected in 2010. It was rejected in 2012. It was rejected in 2016. It was sent packing. The story here is that Barack Obama is humiliated and angry and embarrassed that his effort to transform the United States of America into some kind of socialist paradise has been interrupted, that he was the architect of the Democrat Party defeat. And that cannot stand for the history books! And so this story is all about the Democrat Party trying to rewrite history and make it look like they actually won were it not for the cheating of the Russians and Trump.

They’re trying to convince the Europeans of this. They’re doing everything they can to delegitimize Trump, his administration, his victory. That is the story that people need to focus on because there’s evidence for that. There is evidence at every town hall protest. There is evidence all over this country every day that this sabotage is going on.

Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”, a favorite of the 60s counter culture, was also on the reading list of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, and his First Secretary of State and Failed 2016 Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Let’s look at rule #8 – rule #13:

8. Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.

12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

It’s very apparent from what is happening during Trump’s Presidency that somebody’s read Alinsky’s book.

In American Politics, as far as anybody can remember, that is still alive and kicking, you have had those of a political ideology who were Pro-American and Gung Ho about all the things that this country stands for. And, on the other side, you had those of a political ideology who criticized everything that America stood for, and still stands for, to this day.

From those who believed that Communism would be great for America back in the 1950s, to those in the 1960’s, who wanted to “tune in, turn on, and drop out”, and spit on our returning Servicemen, to those of the 1970s who were naive pacifists like their President, Jimmy Carter, to those in the 1980s, who were part of the “Me Generation”, to those whom we call “Progressives” (a misnomer) or “Modern Liberals” in our present generation, Including Former President Barack Hussein Obama and all of his minions, there has always been a minority segment of American Society, who despise everything that this land, which was given us by the Almighty and was fought for and died for by those before us, stands for, while they reap all the benefits of America the Beautiful.

As I have written, during Obama’s two terms as President, America suffered under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

Obama owes everything that he is to the benevolence and largess of America and her people.

In his tenure as President, he proved that he was president of some of the people, not all of the people.

And, those of us, whom his failed political ideology did not appeal to, had enough of his failed leadership and decided not to go “quietly into that good night” by voting for Donald J. Trump,  instead of Obama’s chosen successor, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

So now, it is apparent that Ex-President Obama and his Mentor and Benefactor George Soros are going to try to make average Americans submit to their political ideology of “forced Socialism through Fascism” by sabotaging the Presidency of Donald J. Trump “by any means necessary”.

President Trump is going to have to deal with this situation head on.

Or, as the late Fred Thompson, in his great role as Admiral Josh Painter, in “The Hunt for Red October” said,

This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it.

DOJ Investigators Find Out That Obama Used Our Tax Money to Fund Far Left Organizations.

Did you ever wonder how all of your hard-earned money is distributed, when it is taken out of your paycheck in the form of Income Tax?

Remember when Presidential Candidate Barack Obama told Joe The Plumber back in October of 2008, that

…I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody. ?

Well, during his Presidency he put that plan in action.

Only, he gave OUR money to push that RADICAL CHANGE that he was always talking about.

Foxnews.com reports that

The Obama administration funneled billions of dollars to activist organizations through a Department of Justice slush fund scheme, according to congressional investigators.

“It’s clear partisan politics played a role in the illicit actions that were made,” Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, told Fox News. “The DOJ is the last place this should have occurred.”

Findings spearheaded by the House Judiciary Committee point to a process shrouded in secrecy whereby monies were distributed to a labyrinth of nonprofit organizations involved with grass-roots activism.

“Advocates for big government and progressive power are using the Justice Department to extort money from corporations,” Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton told Fox News. “It’s a shakedown. It’s corrupt, pure and simple.”

There is a recent effort by Republicans to eliminate the practice, which many believe was widely abused during the Obama administration.

When big banks are sued by the government for discrimination or mortgage abuse, they can settle the cases by donating to third-party non-victims. The settlements do not specify how these third-party groups could use the windfall.

So far, investigators have accounted for $3 billion paid to “non-victim entities.”

Critics say banks are incentivized to donate the funds to non-profits rather than giving it to consumers.

“The underlying problem with the slush funds is we don’t know exactly where the money is going,” Ted Frank, director of The Competitive Enterprise Institute Center for Class Action Fairness, told Fox News. “Using enforcement authority to go after corporate defendants, DOJ bureaucrats are taking billions away from taxpayers to fund their pet projects overriding congressional preferences.”

banks’ donations to the groups are voluntary.Both the Government Accountability Office and Congressional Research Service have concluded that the settlement agreements do not violate Congress’ power of the purse. But others disagree.

“This is real abuse of power,” adds Franks.

For example, in the FY16 Enacted Congressional Appropriation, Congress allotted $47 million for the HUD Housing Counseling, but the Citi and Bank of America settlements shipped in an additional $30 million in funding. The Legal Services Corporation was allocated $385 million from Congress but is getting an additional $412 million in taxpayer dollars from the third-party settlement practice.

The recent Volkswagen settlement, which requires a $1.2 billion investment into zero emission technology, was not only twice denied by Congress but is now expected to receive four times the amount originally requested by the Obama administration.

A sample of the left-leaning organizations benefiting from the largesse include the National Council of La Raza, the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and the National Urban League.

The NCLR and NCR did not return phone calls seeking comment.

A Senate majority staff report, from the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, released last spring notes the NCRC’s “checkered history” of promoting “illegal immigration and advocating for benefits and driver’s licenses for undocumented immigrants.” 

The group voiced strong opposition to the confirmation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The NCRC has photos of a Sessions protest on its homepage. 

The Senate majority staff report also found the “DOJ bypassed Congress to use a portion of the settlements to finance the administration’s housing policy.”

While legislation sputtered last year, lawmakers have resurrected an effort to quash the practice with companion bills in the House and Senate.

“Democrats thought it was an attack on Obama,” said Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., speaking to Fox News. “This is not a Republican or Democrat issue, but one of good government. Actions settled by the federal government should go back to the federal government, back to the taxpayer.”

Lankford has introduced the Stop Settlement Slush Fund Act of 2017 while House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., submitted similar legislation in the House.

“Congress must permanently end the abuses Obama’s Justice Department exploited to use settlements to funnel money to their liberal friends,” Goodlatte said in a statement.

As lawmakers face protests in their home districts, the issue of shadow subsidies underscores the foggy nature of taxpayer dollars used in partisan politics.

“The protests are as organic as a plastic cup,” says Fitton. “There is a massive left-wing infrastructure in place trying to protect the monstrous government created by the Obama administration.”

I hate it when I’m right.

La Raza does, of course, receive funding from the Puppet Master himself, George Soros.

However, more than that, for the past eight years, Barack Hussein Obama turned our Federal Government into a National Community Organizing Fund Distribution Center, using OUR money to finance Far Left Activists who believe that average Americans, like you and me, are a bunch of ignorant xenophobic racist misogynists.

And you can be darn sure that some of that “wealth” that Obama redistributed has been and is being used to protest and impeded the progress of President J. Trump.

And, the President knows it.

In an interview conducted with the anchors of Fox and Friends on Tuesday Morning, when asked about Obama’s role in the protests, President Trump said,

I think he is behind it. I also think it’s politics. That’s the way it is. No, I think that President Obama is behind it, because his people are certainly behind it and some of the leaks, possibly come from that group, some of the leaks — which are really very serious leaks because they’re very bad in terms of national security — but I also understand that’s politics.

While the desire to see their child finish her education in the hot-toddy private school that she presently attends may have a small bit to do with the Obamas staying in Washington, DC, that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Organizing For America, the Far Left Activist organization that Obama brought with him during his presidency, remains active.

Trump Revokes Obama Ruling Allowing “Transgenders” to Use the Restroom of Their Choice in American Schools

If my wife, daughter, or daughter-in-law are in a public restroom, and I see what is obviously a man wearing a dress attempt to enter that rest room, I will stop him. It is my right as an American to protect the women in my family. I would do the same for American women whom I do not know. You cannot make what is wrong, a “Constitutional Right”.

And, the overwhelming majority of the American people agree with me.

Just ask Target.

But, I digress.

Yesterday, President Trump undid another dangerous Politically Correct “Royal Edict” which had been put in place by King Barack The First.

The Trump administration Wednesday revoked federal guidelines issued by former President Barack Obama that allowed public school students to use restrooms and other facilities corresponding to their gender identity.

A document submitted to the Supreme Court by the Solicitor General’s office said that the Obama-era directive issued this past May did not “undergo any formal public process” or explain how the directive was “consistent with the express language of Title IX,” the federal law outlawing sex discrimination in education and activities. 

“This is an issue best solved at the state and local level,” Education Secretary Betsy DeVos said. “Schools, communities, and families can find — and in many cases have found — solutions that protect all students.”

“Congress, state legislatures, and local governments are in a position to adopt appropriate policies or laws addressing this issue,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement. “The Department of Justice remains committed to the proper interpretation and enforcement of Title IX and to its protections for all students, including LGBTQ students, from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.”

In a letter to the nation’s schools, the Justice and Education departments said the earlier guidance “has given rise to significant litigation regarding school restrooms and locker rooms.”

The agencies withdrew the guidance to “in order to further and more completely consider the legal issues involved.”

Anti-bullying safeguards would not be affected by the change, according to the letter. “All schools must ensure that all students, including LGBT students, are able to learn and thrive in a safe environment,” it said.

It was not clear what immediate impact the change would have on schools, as a federal judge in Texas put a temporary hold on the Obama guidance soon after it was issued — after 13 states sued.

Even without that hold, the guidance carried no force of law. But transgender rights advocates say it was useful and necessary to protect students from discrimination. Opponents argued it was federal overreach and violated the safety and privacy of other students.

The White House said “returning power to the states paves the way for an open and inclusive process to take place at the local level with input from parents, students, teachers and administrators.”

The reversal is a setback for transgender rights groups, which had been urging Trump to keep the guidelines in place. Advocates say federal law will still prohibit discrimination against students based on their gender or sexual orientation.

Still, they say lifting the Obama directive puts children in harm’s way.

“Reversing this guidance tells trans kids that it’s OK with the Trump administration and the Department of Education for them to be abused and harassed at school for being trans,” said American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten.

Activists protested the move Wednesday outside the White House. “Respect existence or expect resistance,” read one placard.

Conservatives hailed the change, saying the Obama directives were illegal and violated the rights of fixed-gender students, especially girls who did not feel safe changing clothes or using restrooms next to anatomical males.

“Our daughters should never be forced to share private, intimate spaces with male classmates, even if those young men are struggling with these issues,” said Vicki Wilson, a member of Students and Parents for Privacy. “It violates their right to privacy and harms their dignity.”

White House spokesman Sean Spicer denied media reports that DeVos, who has been criticized for her stance on LGBT issues, had opposed the change but was overruled by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Spicer said any disagreement was merely over wording and timing.

“There is no daylight between anybody,” Spicer said, adding that DeVos was “100 percent” on board with the decision.

Legal experts said the change in position could impact pending court cases involving the federal sex discrimination law, including a case to be heard by the Supreme Court in March involving Gavin Grimm, a transgender teen who was denied bathroom access in Virginia.

The justices could decide not to hear the case and direct lower courts to decide that issue.

In a phone interview with the Associated Press, Grimm said of the Trump action: “It’s not positive. It has the possibility of hurting transgender students and transgender people. We’re going to keep fighting like we have been and keep fighting for the right thing.”

A patchwork of state laws could continue to emerge as a result of the change. Fifteen states have explicit protections for transgender students in their state laws, and many individual school districts in other states have adopted policies that cover such students on the basis of their gender identity, said Sarah Warbelow, legal director of the Human Rights Campaign. Just one state, North Carolina, has enacted a law restricting access to bathrooms in government-owned buildings to the sex that appears on a person’s birth certificate. Lawmakers in more than 10 states are considering similar legislation, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

Immediately after the states of North Carolina and Mississippi passed laws effectively barring “transgendered” people from using public restrooms of the opposite “biological sex”, in support of traditional American Morals and Vales, there was an epic attempt by “The Smartest and Most Tolerant People in the Room” to blackmail corporations into protesting the states’ efforts, through public proclamation of their displeasure with Americans in the Heartland standing up for themselves.

The above-mentioned “Royal Edict” by King Obama The First was one of those reprisals.

A reprisal which affirmed to those of us living here in America’s Heartland that Petulant President Pantywaist was a couple of fries short of a Happy Meal.

Exactly, how large is the “Transgendered Population” in the United States of America, anyway?

If you listen to those, including Former President Barack Hussein Obama and his Administration, who fought so fervently for “Transgendered Rights”, you would think that the percentage of our overall population MUST be somewhere in the double digits.

You would be wrong.

Transgendered Americans actually only number somewhere around 700,000, about 0.3 percent of U.S. adults.

I suppose that the “coming out” of Former Olympic Decathlon and Reality TV Star Bruce Jenner as her Transgendered Persona, “Caitlyn”, started the snowball down the hill.

However, as I still believe, Jenner’s “transformation” could possibly be nothing but a publicity stunt, for two reasons.

  1. Nothing that he/she/it has done to him/her/itself is irreversible. He still has his male sexual organ.
  2. He/she/it has publicly stated that he/she/it still prefers women.

I wonder if the sales of Wheaties suffered after his/her/its big announcement?

But, I digress…

Back when Obama made his push for “Transgendered Equality”,  I found several articles in the Main Stream Media and Liberal websites, such as mediamatters.org, lauding how peaceful, wonderful, and harmless Transgendered People are, and how we “Right-wing Hatemongers” and our stated concern about the safety of our wives, girlfriends, and daughters was overblown.

Then, I found articles detailing the problems that American Prisons have been facing, for over 10 years, in dealing with the Transgendered Criminals, who were incarcerated in their facilities.

And, I found, of course, the reports about perverts exposing themselves in public bathrooms, were common on every city’s Police Blotter.

Why did Obama and the rest of the Far Left push to accommodate the “gender Identity” of .03 % of our population, while simultaneously disrespecting the privacy and advocating a threat to the safety of American women and children?

I propose to you, gentle reader, that this was a part of the continued effort to sublimate Traditional American Values, and even, American Exceptionalism, for the “Good of the State”, in Liberals/Progressives’ ongoing quest to bring America down to the same level as the Socialist Democrat Failures of Europe.

During that time, I had a fellow writer attempt to justify these multiple-stall “Unisex” Public Restrooms as being “normal”, because “Europe has had them for years”.

I, attempting to control my incredulity, answered him, by explaining that America is not Europe. 75% of Americans still proclaim themselves to be Christians, while Europe has abandoned both their Faith and their backbones, and are being invaded by Muslims, who are bringing their Sharia Law, with them.

You often hear of the activists, who are a part of the 24% of Americans, who identify themselves as “Liberals”, referred to as the “Hive-mind”, because most of the time, they present themselves in public and on the internet, including Facebook Political Pages, as being in lockstep with one another, regurgitating “the Party Line”, about each and every Hot Button Political Issue, resembling the brainwashed Proletariat of the old Soviet Union.

The actions of North Carolina and Mississippi, went against the unified thought process of Liberals. American Individual Freedom of Thought and Traditional Morality and Value System of America, have been instilled in the majority of Americans, by generations of American Christianity.

Traditional American Morality and Values are a roadblock to Progressives’ Plans, as regards to the “Good of the State”.

So, when you saw Liberals Musicians like Bruce Springsteen and Bryan Adams cancel concerts in North Carolina and Mississippi, and Corporations who were expressing their “concerns” of the passage of these laws, it was all a part of a concerted effort to get us “all in line”.

Unfortunately for those who espouse the “singularity of thought” of the Hive-mind, they lost their Seat of Power on November 8, 2016, when Donald J. Trump was elected President of the United States of America.

By rightly handing the decision as to whether of not to allow those claiming to be “transgendered” to use the opposite sex’s bathroom back to the states, Trump has taken another arrow out of the quiver of America’s Fascist Progressives.

President Trump understands that…

We are Americans. We cherish our Faith, our Families, and our Freedom of Thought.

We will not be assimilated.

We will Make America Great Again.
