FoxNews.com reports in an Exclusive that

Transcripts of House Intelligence Committee interviews that have been cleared for release show top law enforcement and intelligence officials affirming they had no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election, senior administration and intelligence community officials told Fox News on Wednesday.

This would align with the results of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation — which found no evidence of illegal or criminal coordination between President Trump, the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016 — but the numerous transcribed interviews could raise further questions about committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s past statements saying that there was “direct evidence” of collusion.

“Schiff is in panic mode,” a senior administration official told Fox News.

Earlier this week, House Republicans sought over 6,000 pages of transcripts pertaining to interviews conducted by the committee in 2017 and 2018, after the panel in September 2018 voted on a bipartisan basis to approve their public release.

A day later, acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell notified Schiff, D-Calif., that the redaction and declassification process was complete, and that the records were ready for release, putting the ball in Schiff’s court.

However, intelligence officials told Fox News on Wednesday that Schiff has had his subcommittee staff director reaching out to heads of intelligence community agencies asking how Grenell was involved and what role Grenell — a known Trump ally — may have played in the declassification and redaction process.

Fox News is told, however, that the declassification process was completed before Grenell took the helm as acting director this past February.

The process, according to an intelligence community official, took place under both former directors Dan Coates and Joseph Maguire, and was conducted by career intelligence officials. The official also told Fox News that the relevant heads of appropriate agencies were consulted on the declassifications and redactions of all 53 transcripts.

Grenell, in a letter to Schiff dated May 4, wrote that the review of 43 of the 53 transcripts “was completed in June 2019,” and that the “interagency review of the remaining ten transcripts has been completed.” Grenell added, “pursuant to your guidance, these transcripts have not been shared with the White House.”

The remaining 10 transcripts included interviews with President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., former adviser Steve Bannon, the president’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, Trump aide Hope Hicks and former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

Further, Grenell wrote Schiff that he was “willing” to release the transcripts directly from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence [ODNI] “as to ensure we comply with the unanimous and bipartisan vote to release the transcripts.” It’s unclear, at this point, when Grenell could release the transcripts.

A House Intelligence Committee spokesman told Fox News on Wednesday that the panel received Grenell’s letter on Tuesday.

“After more than a year of unnecessary delay, the ODNI has finally concluded its protracted classification review of the committee’s transcripts, and it also appears the White House has now abandoned its improper insistence on reviewing key transcripts, which the committee appropriately rejected,” the spokesman said.

“We are now reviewing the proposed redactions from ODNI based on classification, law enforcement sensitivity or items ODNI requests be for official use only,” the spokesman continued. “Given the overtly political role now played by the acting DNI, including the leak of his letter, this committee and the public can have little confidence that his determinations are made on the merits.”

The spokesman added: “This process had already taken far too long, most notably because the ODNI improperly held up the declassification review and release of several transcripts at the request of the White House.”

The spokesman also said that the committee’s review of ODNI’s “newly proposed redactions” would be “as expeditious as possible given the constraints of the pandemic.” He continued, “We look forward to releasing these transcripts, which relate to misconduct by the Trump campaign and the president himself.”

The 53 transcripts eligible for release, according to a source familiar with the transcripts, included interviews with Trump Jr., Bannon, Kushner, Hicks, Lewandowski, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, Roger Stone, Brad Parscale, Michael Caputo and Rick Dearborn.

Also expected to be released, according to the source: transcripts for interviews with Obama officials such as former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper; former Attorney General Loretta Lynch; former Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power; former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; former National Security Adviser Susan Rice; former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates; former Obama adviser Benjamin Rhodes; and former Obama counselor and Hillary Clinton Campaign Manager John Podesta.

Another source familiar with the transcripts told Fox News that the people interviewed by the House Intelligence Committee during its Russia probe were asked whether they had evidence that Trump, himself, or the Trump campaign conspired, colluded or coordinated with Russia during the 2016 election.

Two sources familiar with the transcripts told Fox News that not one of the 53 witnesses could provide evidence of collusion.

“The transcripts show a total lack of evidence, despite Schiff personally going out saying he had more than circumstantial evidence that there was collusion,” one source involved in House Russia investigations told Fox News.

Mueller, similarly, at the conclusion of his nearly two-year-long investigation, said he and his team found no evidence of criminal conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia, but did not reach a conclusion on obstruction of justice, which current Attorney General Bill Barr ultimately decided not to pursue.

While law enforcement officials have long maintained that there was clear intelligence Russia meddled in the 2016 presidential election, to date, there have been no charges concerning actual conspiracy against people associated with the Trump campaign, which was at the core of the Russia investigation.

The Russia probe never produced charges linking the Trump campaign and Russia as part of a criminal conspiracy.

I apologize for the length of the preceding article.

However, the information contained in it was just too important to leave any of it out.

Try to wrap your astute minds around this, gentle readers.

For most of the 45th President of the United States of America’s First Term, the Democratic Party spent the American Taxpayers’ hard-earned money in trying to impeach a sitting president over a fairy tale…a fabrication…A LIE!!!

Speaking of which, here’s a video that did not age well…

This new information confirms what Americans who have been paying attention have suspected all along.

Spygate, the Sham Impeachment…this whole Democrat-supported “Deep State Covert Operation” against President Trump resembles a spider’s web in its malevolent intricacy with its “alarm thread” leading directly back to Obama, Hillary and their co-conspirators like Schiff, Pelosi, and Badler among others in the Democrat Elite.

The incestuous nature of this covert operation resembles something out of a Tom Clancy Novel, only twice as large a conspiracy and three times as unbelievably dangerous.

This has been a well-planned “silent coup” designed to keep the Democratic Party in control of the Presidency and to further their goal of turning the United States of America into a Democratic Socialist Country, where the Politboro (Central Government) would prosper and us average Americans would spend our lives working for the glory of the State.

The election of a “Citizen Statesman” in the form of Donald J. Trump to the office of the Presidency ruined their plans.

That is why they are still attempting to overturn the results of a fair election with Pelosi’s and Schiff’s announcements of the formation of new House Committees to “investigate” Trump’s handling of the Chinese Coronavirus.

There is a word for what the Democrats have been doing: SEDITION.

Merriam-Webster.com defines “sedition” as

: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority

That being said, the intentional interference in the passage of Presidential Authority from one political party to another as the result of a fairly held election as prescribed by our Constitution can not be considered to be anything less. According to Federal Law, the punishment for Seditious Conspiracy is detailed as follows..

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

The Trump Administration and its specified duties regarding the operation of the Government of the United States of America and the oversight of the safety and welfare of its citizens are under attack by members of a Former Presidential Administration who are still working within our own Department of Justice, taking orders from the hierarchy of the Democratic Party, including House Democrats like Rep. Adam Schiff.

No wonder he is nervous. He should be.

I believe that it is time that the laws against interference with our fairly elected government be enforced against those who would sabotage their own country for the sake of their own egos, to assuage their hurt and anger from a lost Presidential Election, and to preserve a legacy of failure which average Americans did not wish to continue.

I also believe that simply calling witnesses in front of Senate Committees, as has been suggested, will not accomplish anything.

I believe that it is time for U.S. Attorney John Durham and Attorney General William Barr to wrap up their investigations and present their respective reports of the whole attempted coup by the Democrats and their Deep State Operatives.

Then, a special Grand Jury should be convened to investigate and indict all of those former and present “public servants”, along with private citizens. who have engaged in this Seditious Conspiracy to subjugate the will of the American people and to overthrow our nation’s government from within.

Our Sovereign Nation must remain a Constitutional Republic in order to preserve our liberty.

Damaging Videos of Bolton and Schiff Emerge as the Democrats’ “Sham Impeachment” Trial Continues

FoxNews.com reports that

A string of newly resurfaced video clips of former national security adviser John Bolton spurred President Trump and his supporters Wednesday to highlight what they described as serious credibility questions — raised by both Democrats and Republicans — amid the Senate impeachment trial, as the president tweeted, “GAME OVER!”

Trump linked to an interview of Bolton in August 2019 concerning Ukraine policy. In the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty interview clip, Bolton made no mention of any illicit quid pro quo, and acknowledged, as Republicans have claimed, that combating “corruption” in Ukraine was a “high priority” for the Trump administration.

Bolton also called Trump’s communications with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “warm and cordial,” without mentioning any misconduct. It seemingly contradicted reported assertions in Bolton’s forthcoming book that Trump explicitly told him he wanted to tie military aid to Ukraine to an investigation of Joe Biden. (Zelensky has said his communications with Trump involved no pressure for any investigation.)

Separately, Fox News has identified clips of Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., now the lead House impeachment manager, in which he says Bolton had a distinct “lack of credibility” and was prone to “conspiracy theories.” This week, Schiff said Bolton needed to testify in the trial as an important and believable witness.

“This is someone who’s likely to exaggerate the dangerous impulses of the president toward belligerence, his proclivity to act without thinking, and his love of conspiracy theories,” Schiff told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on March 22, 2018, when Trump named Bolton national security adviser.

“And I’ll, you know, just add one data point to what you were talking about earlier, John Bolton once suggested on Fox News that the Russian hack of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] was a false flag operation that had been conducted by the Obama administration,” he said. “So, you add that kind of thinking to [former U.S. attorney] Joe diGenova and you have another big dose of unreality in the White House.”

Schiff made similar arguments back in May 2005, saying in an interview with CNN’s “Crossfire” that Bolton was “more focused on the next job than doing well at the last job” when he was up for nomination as ambassador to the United Nations under then-President George W. Bush.

“And particularly given the history, where we’ve had the politicizing of intelligence over WMD [weapons of mass destruction], why we would pick someone who the very same issue has been raised repeatedly, and that is John Bolton’s politicization of the intelligence he got on Cuba and other issues, why we would want someone with that lack of credibility, I can’t understand,” Schiff had said.

Then-Sen. Barack Obama, in 2005, echoed those arguments, calling Bolton “damaged goods” whose appointment as ambassador means “we will have less credibility and ironically be less equipped to reform the United Nations in the way that it needs to be reformed.”

Obama separately had said that Bolton “bullies, marginalizes and undermines those who do not agree with him.” Other prominent Democrats agreed at the time.

Bolton himself had admitted in the past that he would be more than willing to lie if he felt it was in the nation’s interest.

“If I had to say something I knew was false to protect American national security, I would do it,” Bolton said in an interview with Fox Business in 2010.

But, speaking to CNN on Monday, Schiff took a different approach — calling Bolton essential to the “search for truth.”

“I think for the senators, and I’m just not talking about the four that have been so much the focus of attention, for every senator, Democrat and Republican, I don’t know how you can explain that you wanted a search for the truth in this trial and say you don’t want to hear from a witness who had a direct conversation about the central allegation in the articles of impeachment,” Schiff said on CNN’s “New Day.”

Seemingly responding to charges of hypocrisy, Schiff remarked on the Senate floor late Wednesday, “I’m no fan of John Bolton, but I like him a little more now than I used to.”

Nevertheless, Democrats’ sudden about-face has been drawing some light mockery from even left-of-center commentators.

“Democrats are currently begging Mitt Romney to agree with them that John Bolton should swoop to the impeachment trial and save the day, but remember: you’re a despicable Trump-loving apologist if you said ahead of time that this entire thing would be a joke,” mused journalist Michael Tracey.

Well, now.

That’s something that we can all agree on.

This Sham Impeachment is a joke…and a bad one at that.

Even the House Democrats know that they started a joke, and unlike the song by the Bee Gees, it did not start the whole world laughing.

In fact, boys and girls, out here in the America between the coasts, which we like to call “Realityville”, the Democrats’ bad joke has made a lot of average Americans hotter than a 4th of July firecracker.

The Democrats listened to a bunch of loud, obnoxious radicals within their own political party and allowed their oversized egos, their continued anguish over losing the 2016 Presidential Election, and their obsessive hatred of President Donald J. Trump to convince themselves that they could actually impeach a sitting president by presenting articles which did not meet Constitutional Requirements.

And now, after a rigged partisan round of secret meetings in the Capitol Building Basement, which they called an “Impeachment Inquiry” without even taking a required vote, and not allowing any meaningful participation by the Republicans, the House Managers want the Senate Republicans to allow them to call witnesses which they decided that they didn’t need.

That is not the way that the Founding Fathers meant for an Impeachment to be adjudicated.

They meant for a bi-partisan House to deliberate and come up with articles which meet the Constitutional Requirements then present them to the Senate in a timely manner where both sides would present their case with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court “presiding” to make sure that decorum is followed.

Then, the Senate would ask questions of both sides and later hold a vote to dismiss, acquit, or to impeach the president.

What we have been witnessing is a political coup being staged in front of the whole world with a bunch of professional political zealots attempting to take away the right to vote for the Presidential Candidate of their choice from the American people.

Yesterday, Harvard Professor Emeritus and Former Dean of Harvard Law School Alan Dershowitz, speaking for President Trump’s Defense team, told those assembled, including the House Managers, that

“The House of Representatives is not above the law.

I most certainly hope so.

Because our Sovereign Nation will not survive if they are allowed to continue to act as if they are.

I pray that the punchline to the Democrats’ bad joke is the acquittal of President Donald J. Trump.

Nadler Calls Trump a “Dictator” as Desperate Dem House Managers Wrap Up Their Ineffectual Opening Arguments

07-abstract-art-dt-600

FoxNews.com reports that

Three exhausting days of opening statements from the Democrats prosecuting the case against President Trump drew to a close with fireworks Friday evening as impeachment manager Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., labeled the president a “dictator” in fiery remarks.

“He is a dictator,” Nadler said Friday evening, arguing Trump wants to be “all powerful” and not respect Congress. “This must not stand. And that is why — another reason — he must be removed from office.”

Nadler’s comments came as Democrats were wrapping their opening arguments in the trial, insisting the president tried to “cheat” in the 2020 election through his dealings with Ukraine and should therefore be removed from office.

Meanwhile, the president’s team of lawyers have vowed to lay out an aggressive case in defense of the president when they begin their opening statements Saturday morning.

“It’s not a rebuttal, but what we are going to do is attack, attack all of the misstatements,” Trump lawyer Jordan Sekulow previewed Friday on “Fox and Friends.”

“We’re going to make the case for the president why the president was totally within his constitutional rights,” he added.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Saturday’s session will begin at 10 a.m. ET and run “for several hours.”

A source on the president’s legal team told reporters they expect the sessions to be short, possibly between 2 to 3 hours. They suggested it will be an “overview of coming attractions” with the “bulk” presentation coming on Monday. That’s when this source says they’ll get into the “nitty gritty”

Asked how much the Trump defense team will talk about the Bidens, the Trump legal team source said that the House made them part of the case, so “we’ll have to be addressing that.”

In their final day of arguments, Democrats argued that Trump obstructed Congress by thwarting the House inquiry into his efforts to seek foreign intervention in his reelection bid by asking Ukraine to dirty up Joe Biden, and his son, Hunter Biden, with investigations.

“There’s a toxic mess at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and I humbly suggest that it’s our collective job on behalf of the American people to try to clean it up,” Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., said. “President Trump tried to cheat. He got caught and then he worked hard to cover it up.”

Earlier Friday, anticipating a possible showdown with the White House, Democrats argued that Trump cannot conceal documents and block witnesses from testifying in his trial by invoking executive privilege.

“That’s nonsense,” Rep. Adam Schiff, the lead impeachment manager, said before taking the Senate floor for the third day of Democrats laying out their case against the president. “This is not a trial or a speeding ticket or shoplifting — this is an impeachment trial involving the President of the United States.”

Republicans wanting to shut down the impeachment trial without calling new witnesses have warned that Trump could invoke presidential privileges and set up a protracted legal fight that would take too long. They argue that if the House had such a strong case to impeach Trump, they wouldn’t need the Senate’s help for testimony.

For the last three days, the citizens of the United States of America have witnessed a bunch of lies which they had heard and seen before during the “Impeachment Inquiry” held by the House Democrats.

The House Managers, chosen by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, repeated these lies ad infinitum in the hopes that their verbal torture would force “Moderate” Republican Senators to turn against President Donald J. Trump and to side with them and their Democrat colleagues in the Senate, instead of doing the right thing and standing in unity with their fellow Republicans and vote for dismissal of the Sham Impeachment or to acquit the President .

For the past three days, not only have the Democrat House Managers lied their hindquarters off, they have instructed and insulted Republican Senators, telling them that they will not be doing “right” if they do not vote to impeach Trump.

Quite frankly, in this Deplorable’s eyes, Schiff, Nadler, Jeffries, and the rest of the House Managers accomplished nothing by their three-day rant but to establish themselves in the eyes of average Americans between the coasts as the “Poster Children” for the 3-year long National Temper Tantrum which began the night of November 8, 2016 when Political Outsider Donald J. Trump defeated the “Chosen One” Hillary Clinton to become the 45th President of the United States of America.

When Trump’s Legal Defense Team begins their Oral Arguments today, expect to see and hear everything that average Americans know to be true about the man we elected and the politics and “Inside Baseball” of the Machiavellian Machinations which led to the Sham Impeachment by the House Democrats over nothing at all, except a desire to remove a duly-elected President from office.

If the Democrat Elite believe that they have accomplished anything over the last three days, they have not been paying attention.

Average Americans were not paying any attention to them at all.

We watched clips of their whining on Fox News before and after WORK.

And, those Americans who began watching them, soon changed channels, as the ratings for the last three days show.

I believe that there will be a lot of Americans tuning back in to the proceedings this morning.

Just to watch Shifty, Jerry, and the rest of the “Little Rascals” squirm as the truth is told.

Oh, and while Jerry Nadler was calling President Trump a “dictator”, the man he was insulting was becoming the first American President to appear at the annual March for Life, where he said…

…Every life brings love into this world. Every child brings joy to a family. Every person is worth protecting.”

That doesn’t sound like a “dictator” to me.

That sounds like an AMERICAN PRESIDENT.

Don’t you agree?

Until He Comes,

KJ

As Senate Impeachment Trial Begins, it is Apparent That Democrat House Managers Have Brought a Knife to a Gunfight

DCAH130-1210_2019_141759

FoxNews.com reports that

As the Senate impeachment trial dragged on late Tuesday night with a series of similar Democrat-proposed subpoena requests that Republicans methodically shot down one-by-one, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., offered Democrats an option: bundle all of their document requests into a “stack” for a single vote, so that the process could move along.

But, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., was having none of it — and made clear that he wanted individual votes on each of their proposed amendments to McConnell’s rules, no matter how long it took.

“There will be a good number of votes. We are willing to do some of those votes tomorrow. There’s no reason we have to do them all tonight and inconvenience the Senate and the Chief Justice [John Roberts], but we will not back off on getting votes on all of these amendments,” Schumer said.

“A number” of additional amendments were going to be offered, the Democrat added. Eventually, the Senate started debating his fifth proposal: to subpoena Pentagon documents about Ukraine aid.

The chamber handed President Trump something of a win Tuesday by voting 53-47 four separate times to effectively kill a series of proposals from Schumer to subpoena White House, State Department and Office of Management and Budget documents, as well as acting White House Chief of Staff Mike Mulvaney, respectively. The party-line vote demonstrated GOP unity at the start of the trial, which is all but certain to result in the president’s acquittal.

However, the votes were not final determinations that there would be no new witnesses or document requests. Instead, Senate Republicans have indicated they will vote for McConnell’s underlying scheduling resolution, which permits potential new witnesses and documents later in the Senate trial.

Fox News was told to expect at least three or four more amendments — including potentially similar amendments to subpoena officials such as former National Security Adviser John Bolton. There were signs that attention was flagging in the chamber: As of 9 p.m. ET, the galleries to watch the proceedings contained only 29 members of the public.

Eventually, once Democrats’ amendments are all defeated, the Senate is expected to vote sometime Tuesday night or Wednesday morning on McConnell’s underlying rules resolution in order to set the ground rules for the trial.

“It’s getting late,” White House counsel Pat Cipollone said late Thursday night. “I would ask you, respectfully, if we could simply start, maybe tomorrow we can start — and they can make their argument, and they can, I guess, make a case that they once called ‘overwhelming.’ We’ll see… Seriously, can we please start?”

Before they began the trial yesterday, the House and Senate Democrats paraded before the microphones of the press attempting to paint a picture of an unfair, “rigged” trial, even before yesterday’s proceedings began.

There was a reason for that.

As arrogant and impressed with their own intelligence as the Dems are, even they know that their “Impeachment Inquiry” through which they railroaded the President of the United States of America’s name, reputation, and character as all being lacking through a series of clandestine meetings, held in the basement of the Capitol Building, proved nothing at all

For them to be insisting on “fairness” now (meaning doing things THEIR way) not only strains credulity, it breaks that sucker clean in two.

The allowing of Sen. Chuck Schumer to introduce amendments which had no chance of passing was as tediously harsh as the sound of fingernails on a blackboard.

However, I would be lying if I told you that I did not take an extreme amount of enjoyment as the Senate Republicans struck all of those amendments down.

The Dems spent all day yesterday telling the American public that they did a rushed and inadequate job of building any sort of credible case for impeaching President Donald J. Trump.

While that was not their intent, nor did they come right out and say it, that is exactly what their whining for the allowance of THEIR witnesses in the Senate Trial means.

Additionally, their bringing up polls which they claim show that the majority of Americans support impeaching the President is as big an exercise in inaccuracy as when they and their propagandists in the Main Stream Media were proudly touting all of the polls predicting that Hillary Clinton was going to be the 45th president of the United States of America.

Speaking for this ‘average American”, it was all I could do to keep from throwing something at the TV when Adam Schiff was lying as easily as he drew breath.

One part of me wants the president’s Legal Team to absolutely tear apart these seditious idiots in front of the entire world.

Another part of me just wants the Republicans to go ahead and call for the vote to dismiss this whole political hatchet job, allowing it, like the attack on Pearl harbor, to be an action which will live in infamy.

Both were meant to harm America and Americans.

The Japanese wanted to take our lives.

The Democrats want to nullify our votes from November 8, 2016.

Schumer Sends McConnell “Parameters” For Senate Trial…It’s Time to Shut Down the Dems Either By Dismissal or Acquittal

untitled (286)

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1206340165200945154

FoxNews.com reports that

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., on Sunday sent Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., a letter outlining the parameters for a weekslong Senate impeachment trial, including the proposal that former National Security Adviser John Bolton and acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney be subpoenaed to testify.

Bolton and Mulvaney were among four new witnesses whose testimonies Democrats were seeking for the impeachment trial over President Trump’s actions toward Ukraine.

In the letter, Schumer proposed the structure for a “fair and honest” trial, in an attempt to launch negotiations ahead of House voting this week.

Trump is accused of abusing his presidential power by asking Ukraine to investigate his political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden, while holding American military aid as leverage, and obstructing Congress by blocking the House’s efforts to investigate his actions. Trump and the White House repeatedly have denied he did anything wrong.

An impeachment vote is widely expected in the Democrat-controlled House, but likely will be quashed in the Senate, where Republicans have held the majority. McConnell has signaled his preference for a speedy trial.

Schumer wrote in his letter that the trial must “be one that not only hears all of the evidence and adjudicates the case fairly; it must also pass the fairness test with the American people.”

Schumer also proposed a detailed structure and timeline for a trial to begin Jan. 7, with the swearing-in of Chief Justice John Roberts to oversee the proceedings and stretching for several weeks as Democrats subpoena witnesses and testimony.

A recent book claimed that Bolton labeled the alternative foreign policy being run by Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and others as a “drug deal,” and he wanted no part of it. He left his post in September.

In addition to Bolton and Mulvaney, Schumer said Democrats also wanted testimony from two other White House officials: Robert Blair, a top Mulvaney aide, and Michael Duffey, a budget official who was tasked with handling the Ukraine issue.

Schumer additionally set out a specific schedule that would allow for 24 hours of opening arguments by the House Democrats’ impeachment managers and then 24 hours for the White House lawyers to present their arguments, followed by days of witness testimony.

A spokesman for McConnell told Fox News that the Senate majority leader “has made it clear he plans to meet with Leader Schumer to discuss the contours of a trial soon. That timeline has not changed.”

McConnell has made clear in recent days his preference for a speedy trial without calling witnesses, as other Republicans said they feared it could become a spectacle.

Appearing on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” Sunday, top ally Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said he also preferred a swift trial.

“I’d tell the president, if somebody is ready to acquit you, I’d sort of get out of the way,” Graham said. He warned that calling witnesses could mean that Trump administration officials such as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, whom the White House previously blocked from appearing before investigators, could be forced to testify.

“I understand the president’s frustration, but I think what’s best for the country is to get this thing over with,” Graham said. “I clearly made up my mind. I’m not trying to hide the fact that I have disdain for the accusations in the process, so I don’t need any witnesses.”

Trump has lashed out repeatedly against impeachment and has told confidants that even if he’s acquitted in the Senate as expected, it will mark a stain on his legacy.

“The Impeachment Hoax is just a continuation of the Witch Hunt which has been going on for 3 years. We will win!” Trump tweeted Sunday.

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said Sunday on ABC News’ “This Week” that Trump should be able to call witnesses, including Biden’s son Hunter and the whistleblower who reported Trump’s July telephone conversation with Ukraine’s president.

Hunter Biden was on the board of a Ukrainian energy company while his father was vice president, and Trump has alleged that Joe Biden got a Ukrainian prosecutor fired because the prosecutor was looking into the energy company. The U.S. and many other Western governments had pushed for the prosecutor’s ouster, saying he was soft on crime.

McConnell and the rest of the Senate Republicans should not do the Democrats any favors.

If there was a way for only the Republicans to be able to call witnesses during the Senate Trial, I would love for Rep. Adam Schiff and the Bidens to be sworn in and be made to answer questions about Ukraine and the Impeachment Sham.

However, there is a part of me that wants this whole Crazy Train of the Democrats derailed by a quick dismissal or acquittal, giving them no chance to continue their mockery of our country, our Constitution, and our right as American Citizens to choose whom we want to be our President through the Constitutional Process of the Electoral College.

In my 61 years of life, I have never seen this Sacred Land so divided.

And, the kicker is the fact that it has been irresponsibly done for the sole purpose of a political party seeking to rule our daily lives and to radically change our Sovereign Nation, even though they lost the last Presidential Election fair and square.

These power-hungry professional politicians simply do not care about the wishes of those who live in the 80% of America’s land mass which is colored red on the 2016 Presidential Election Electoral Map.

Our wishes, our culture, our faith, and our daily lives do not matter to them.

Their unbridled hatred of President Trump and their lust to regain the power of the Presidency have made them oblivious to the opinions of anyone who does not believe in their “just cause”

We are all a bunch of “Deplorables” to them.

All of the spying, the baseless accusations, the Russia Probe Lynch Mob, and now, the Impeachment Sham, have all been a byproduct of the Democrat’s arrogant uncontrollable grief over Trump’s popularity and relationship with average Americans, which led to his election by those whom they abandoned long ago for special interest groups.

Between now and their Christmas Break, the Senate Republicans must stomp on the Democrats hard enough to where they will think twice about attempting any of this garbage again.

The Democrats have wasted the time and money of American Taxpayers while they threw a three year long temper tantrum like a bunch of spoiled brats.

And, while they were doing nothing but that, President Trump was making America great again.

It is time that the Democrats had a Reality Check.

Will Pelosi Have Enough Votes? Is the Tide Turning Against Impeachment? Hmm…Could Be

03-bumper-sticker-li-600

The Democrats have not made the case that he did anything illegal, cheated or stole or whatever else in Ukraine. And, by the way, the American people are perfectly capable of understanding, “Wait a minute. I thought this was all about Russia. Now you’re saying that the guy committed an impeachable offense in a phone call to Ukraine, and we’ve seen the transcript,” and still in all of this, you can’t go ask anybody, what did Trump do and have anybody tell you.

I’m telling you, this has been a giant bomb, because all it has been is an effort to convince the American people that Trump didn’t deserve to win in 2016, and they haven’t made that case. They haven’t made the case that the election of 2016 should be overturned. They were never gonna be able to make that case, and they haven’t even come close to it. They’re flailing, folks. It’s embarrassing. – Rush Limbaugh, 12/10/19

FoxNews.com reports that

Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., said that while she is worried about division within the nation, it is “highly unlikely” she will vote against impeaching President Trump.

On Tuesday morning, House Democrats unveiled articles of impeachment against the president, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress regarding his interactions with Ukraine.

Appearing on “America’s Newsroom” with hosts Bill Hemmer and Heather Childers, Dingell echoed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s, D-Calif., statements that it is a “sad day for our country.”

Dingell said that, while she is waiting to read the formal recommendations by the House Judiciary Committee, she thinks there has been a “lot of evidence that the president did hold up money to the Ukraine that had been appropriated by the Congress in exchange for investigating a potential political candidate.”

“I was elected to protect our Constitution and our democracy,” the congresswoman continued. “And, that’s what my vote is going to reflect. Have we in some way endangered our national security? And I think things that I’ve seen and the obstruction of justice lead me to be very concerned.”

She added that her voting “no” on impeachment is probably “highly unlikely,” but that she thinks it’s a “very individual moral decision.”

“I’m worried about interference on our next election,” she said.

Meantime, a new poll showed support for impeachment going down among voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Impeachment and removal is opposed by 50.8 percent of voters in Michigan, 52.2 percent of voters in Pennsylvania, and 57.9 percent of voters in Wisconsin, according to the Firehouse/Optimus December Battleground State Poll.

Dingell responded by saying she “wasn’t elected to do what was popularly right.”

“I did not come out for impeachment last summer when everybody else around me was. And, as I’ve said before, Tom Steyer bought 40 ads against me, because I am worried about how divided the country is.”

I am sure that she is because WashingtonTimes.com reports that the majority of Americans do not want our 45th President impeached.

A majority of Americans now oppose impeaching and removing President Trump from office, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll Tuesday that signals Democrats’ month of hearings to make their case has failed.

Quinnipiac found 51% of registered voters surveyed said they don’t want to see the president ousted through impeachment. That’s the first time the number has been above 50% since before Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced an impeachment inquiry in late September.

Another 45% do want to see the president impeached and forced out.

So, a majority of Americans, as confirmed by the two polls above, do not believe the B.S. which the Democrats have been continuously shoveling toward the American public for the last 3 years.

I’m betting that a lot of the House Dems representing Red Districts are extremely nervous right now.

In fact, there is a story going around that 15-20 of the House Dems are seriously thinking about voting no in impeaching Trump.

That places Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi in quite a dilemma.

I do not believe that Pelosi and the rest of the old guard Democrats in the House, with the exclusion of Schiff and Nadler, actually wanted to impeach Trump in the first place.

Sure, they mouthed off about it a lot but that was just to get millenials’ support.

The Squad and the rest of the young Marxists among them forced the issue, putting continuous pressure on Pelosi, Stoyer, and the rest until they were forced into this laughable attempt at Impeachment which resulted in two very weak charges, or Articles of Impeachment.

The Democrats know that they do not stand a snowball’s chance in Hell of getting the Senate to impeach Trump.

So, Pelosi now has to figure out the best way to somehow “save face”.

Her options are to allow the vote to fail or to somehow muster the votes to pass it and sent it to the Senate where the Republican majority will either dismiss it or acquit the President after a Senate Trial.

Congress is now sitting at 9% popularity rating due to the self-centered political chicanery of the Democrats.

With the stupid political strategy of not doing anything for their constituents which they have displayed since Donald J. Trump was elected President, it is a wonder that their popularity is not polling in negative numbers.

They have dug their own hole and it could not happen to a more deserving bunch of popinjays.

Nunes Writes Scathing Letter to Schiff for Not Consulting With Him Before Sending Investigative Report to Judiciary Committee

FoxNews.com has posted the following exclusive report…

House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes blasted committee Chairman Adam Schiff for what he called an “alarming” and “blatant disregard” for the rules governing the House impeachment inquiry against President Trump, saying Schiff transmitted his investigative findings to the Judiciary Committee for the next phase in the proceedings without consulting him.

Fox News exclusively obtained the letter Nunes, R-Calif., sent to Schiff, D-Calif., on Sunday night. In the letter dated Friday, Nunes wrote that Schiff chose not to consult with him so that he could meet a “bogus” deadline for impeaching the president. The GOP congressman also accused the Democrat of having a “vendetta” against the president.

“I write in objection to your December 6, 2019 transfer of additional records and other materials relating to the Democrats’ partisan impeachment inquiry to the House Committee on the Judiciary,” Nunes wrote.

He went on to cite the rules governing the impeachment inquiry, passed in the House in October, which stated that “the chair of the Permanent Select Committee or the chair of any other committee having custody of records or other materials relating to the inquiry referenced in the first section of this resolution is authorized, in consultation with the ranking minority member, to transfer such records or materials to the Committee on the Judiciary.”

“As the Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee, I received no consultation prior to the transfer of materials, in violation of H. Res. 660,” Nunes wrote. “Accordingly, I expect that you immediately provide me a full accounting of documents that were provided to the Committee on the Judiciary.”

“Your consistent and blatant disregard for the rules is alarming,” Nunes continued. “I can see no reason for you to continue to ignore these rules, which the Democratic majority put in place, other than to meet a bogus deadline of impeaching the President by Christmas.”

He added: “I urge you to put an immediate end to your vendetta against the President, stop your constant rule breaking, and begin treating this Committee and its oversight responsibilities with the seriousness they deserve.”

Last week, the Intelligence Committee voted to adopt and issue a scathing report on its findings from its impeachment inquiry. Democrats on the panel asserted that their inquiry “uncovered a months-long effort by President Trump to use the powers of his office to solicit foreign interference on his behalf in the 2020 election.”

In their impeachment inquiry, the committee conducted extensive interviews with witnesses connected to the Trump administration’s relationship with Ukraine, after an anonymous whistleblower filed a complaint alleging that during a July 25 phone call, Trump tried to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, as well as issues related to the 2016 presidential election.

The president’s request came after millions in U.S. military aid to Ukraine had been frozen, which Democrats and witnesses have claimed showed a “quid pro quo” arrangement. Trump repeatedly has denied any wrongdoing.

The Democrats’ report claimed that Trump withheld nearly $391 million in military aid from Ukraine, conditioning its delivery as well as a White House visit with Zelensky on a public announcement that Zelensky was conducting the investigations. It also accused Trump of obstruction of justice for instructing witnesses not to comply with congressional subpoenas.

Nunes took issue with the issuance of the report to the Judiciary Committee, led by Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., without consulting with him, as well as the transmission of additional underlying investigative material, according to an aide familiar with the matter. Also part of the committee’s report were Nunes’ phone records, which Schiff subpoenaed and released in connection with the impeachment inquiry.

Rep. Nunes was exactly right for calling Shifty Schiff out for his actions…not that it will do any good.

The Democrats will be the majority in the House of Representatives until the Republicans gain back control in the 2020 Presidential Elections.

For all of their promises the Democrats made during the 2018 Midterm Elections Campaign to suburban housewives that they would “work on the issues which mattered most to Americans”, all they have worked on is trying to undo the results of the 2016 Presidential Election.

And, they have torn up the spirit and legacy of the Constitution and the men who worked so hard to write it.

The Democrats have quite literally made up the rules for their partisan “Impeachment Inquiry” as they went along, leaving scorched earth in their wake like a lynch mob looking for someone to string up from the nearest tree branch.

Nobody within the House of Representatives will punish Rep. Schiff for his actions. So, it is a good thing that Nunes is taking legal action against him for publishing his phone records.

The optimist in me believes that, in their haste, Nadler and the rest of the Dems on the Judiciary Committee are going to write up such outlandish Articles for Impeachment that Mitch McConnell and the rest of the Senate Republicans are going to have to stifle their own laughter before simply throwing it out or allowing a trial during which Schiff and the Bidens will experience questioning which will make a bikini wax of Joe Biden’s hairy now-famous hairy legs seem less painful in comparison.

In the Democrats’ minds, I am sure that they want to wrap this up as quickly as possible so as not to interfere with their Primary Candidates’ schedules who are campaigning to be their Presidential Candidate.

Either that, or they realize that they have no case for Impeaching the President at all and are about to be made to look very foolish to the entire world and they want to get it over with as quickly as possible.

Either way, they are still going to look like a bunch of self-serving, vengeful, petulant, didactic idiots.

Our Founding Fathers were pretty smart, weren’t they?

Impeachment Report Shows Schiff Obtained Phone Records of Nunes, Solomon, and Giuliani…Why Are Dems Above the Law?

90 (8)

https://twitter.com/dbongino/status/1202041562378702849

USA Today reports that

Phone records released Tuesday by three House committees as part of their draft impeachment report detailed previously unreported contacts between President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, the White House, top House Republican Rep. Devin Nunes, and Hill columnist John Solomon.

As Solomon wrote opinion columns in early April 2019 attacking U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, according to AT&T phone records produced by the Intelligence Committee, he was in frequent phone contact with Giuliani and his associate Lev Parnas.

“The Committees uncovered evidence of close ties and frequent contacts between Mr. Solomon and Mr. Parnas, who was assisting Mr. Giuliani in connection with his representation of the President,” the Democrats wrote in their report drafted by the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, and Oversight Committees.

The Committees also obtained records showing phone calls and texts between Giuliani and Nunes, the top Republican on the Intelligence Committee, on April 10. Parnas and Nunes also spoke on the phone several times on April 12.

…Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff would not say when and where the evidence from the phone records came from, saying he couldn’t “go into specifics.” But, Schiff said the communications outlined “considerable coordination” in the smear campaign against former Ukraine Ambassador Yovanovitch and the shadow campaign in Ukraine.Asked whether Schiff had spoken with Nunes about the call records and whether Nunes should recuse himself from voting on the report tonight, Schiff said he wanted to “reserve comment” but called the allegations and timing of the calls “deeply concerning.”

“At a time when the president of the United State was using the power of his office to dig up dirt on a political rival, that there may be evidence that there were members of Congress complicit in that activity,” Schiff said, adding that he was not saying that Nunes was complicit but that the allegations were troubling.

“Our focus is on the president’s conduct,” Schiff said. “It may be the role of others to evaluate” the conduct of members of Congress.

Why are Democrats above the law?

All during Trump’s Presidency, I have heard Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, and a cast of hundreds of Congressional Dems state that President Trump is not above the law while they insult him and his family and attempt to remove him from office with a bunch of bald0faced lies.

Meanwhile, it is they who have acted as if they were above the law for years.

From Bill and Hillary’s Pay-for Play Scheme granting access to Secretary of State Clinton through “donations” to the Clinton Foundation to Spygate, the Democrats continue to act with impunity in their quest to hold absolute power over Americans’ daily lives.

This Soviet-style Tribunal which Schiff and the House Democrats held over a simple phone call was egregious enough.

Now, we find out that Schiff somehow obtained not only Rep. Devin Nunes’ phone records but also the phone records of two private citizens, The Hill’s John Solomon and those of “America’s Mayor”, Rudy Giuliani.

What happened to attorney-client privilege and the First Amendment’s protection of journalists?

Now, I have seen sleazy politicians before (trust me, I was living in Memphis during the Harold Ford, Steve Cohen, and Mayor Willie Herenton years), but Schiff is the sleaziest…and the most deranged, also.

This blatant Soviet-style act of seditious tyranny should scare the mess out of every red-blooded American.

The Democrats have turned Congress into the Soviet Politboro.

God save the Republic.

From Election Night Temper Tantrum to the Edge of Impeachment

76706912_10221208764238385_8492804275968147456_o

I can remember that night as if it was last night.

Every single news outlet had told us that Hillary Clinton was going to be our next President.

And, then it happened…

Trump started winning the Electoral Vote in states where he was not supposed to have a chance.

And, when all the votes were counted, he took the Electoral College Vote handily and became the 45th President of the United States of America.

And, that night, in the midst of their shock, grief, and desperation, the Democratic Elite began their planning for the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

While their “New Bolsheviks” staged protests, the Democrats came forward with claims that President Trump had “colluded” with the Russians in order to steal the Presidency from “Saint Hillary”.

A Special Prosecutor was named and after Democratic Donors were selected as his Investigative Team, Witch Hunt #1 began

Some two and one-half years later, that same Special Prosecutor, after ruling that there was no collusion by President Trump and his staff with the Russians, appeared before Congress to answer their questions.

He turned out to be nothing but a doddering old man.

Dejected, depressed, and still in the midst of a temper tantrum, the Democratic Elite searched for some other way to overturn the vote of the American people.

Then, they decided to attempt something they had recently tried in the Confirmation Hearings of Supreme Court Justice Nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

They lined up a bunch of professional bureaucrats serving in the Ukraine to claim that President Trump attempted to leverage aid to Ukraine in return for information about Joe and Hunter Biden’s scam involving Burisma Holdings.

Secret Soviet-style Tribunals were held by Rep. Adam Schiff in closed-door meetings.

Finally, in order to dupe low information voters into thinking that they were being fair, the Democrats brought back some of their witnesses for Public Hearings, during which the Republican members of the Intelligence Committee could ask questions but Chairman Schiff would determine which ones that he would let them answer.

The Republicans were not able to call their own witnesses nor was the President allowed to be represented.

What the Democrats did not count on was the fact that most Americans have seen right through their actions and we are not impressed.

In fact, a poll came out yesterday showing that most Americans remain against the impeachment of the President who has brought a robust economy and jobs back to America.

I heard on the radio while driving home from work last night that the House Democrats were planning on holding their impeachment vote on the week before Christmas.

Just like a child throwing a temper tantrum, they are determined to impeach Trump, even though it has been made very clear by their own witnesses that he has done nothing impeachable.

So, what happens when the Inspector General’s Report hits, the Attorney General’s Report follows, all of those witnesses listed by Charlie Kirk above are called, and the Senate finds him not guilty?

Are they going to hold their breath and roll around on the House Floor kicking and screaming?

I certainly hope so.

It would make for great TV.

Game Over: Rep. Turner Gets Amb. Sondland to Admit He “Presumed” That Trump Tied Aid to Investigation Request

mike-turner

FoxNews.com reports that

GOP Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, hammered America’s ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, during Wednesday’s testimony, seizing on Sondland’s admission that he never heard the president or anyone else in the White House explicitly link Ukrainian aid with the opening of an investigation into 2020 Democratic candidate Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., applauded his colleague on producing “the real bombshell” of Sondland’s long-anticipated testimony and marked the moment as “game over,” for the Democratic-led impeachment inquiry. That inquiry is focusing on an alleged quid pro quo between President Trump and Ukraine linking military aid and White House access to Ukraine probes beneficial to Trump.

During a fiery exchange, Turner focused on the Republican Party’s main defense of Trump, asking Sondland: “Is that your testimony today, Mr. Sondland? That you have evidence that Donald Trump tied the investigation to the aid? Because I don’t think you’re saying that.”

Sondland admitted that he was “presuming” the stalled military aid was linked to Trump allegedly asking  Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate the Bidens’ financial interests in Ukraine.

“So no one told you,” Turner pressed on. “Not just the president. Giuliani didn’t tell you, Mulvaney didn’t tell you. Nobody. Pompeo didn’t tell you. Nobody else on this planet told you that Donald Trump was tying aid to these investigations. Is that correct?”

The congressman cut Sondland off, restating his point: “No one on this planet told you that Donald Trump was tying this aid to the investigations, because if your answer is yes, then the chairman is wrong and the headline on CNN is wrong. No one on this planet told you that President Trump was tying aid to investigations. Yes or no?”

“Yes,” Sondland replied.

“So, you really have no testimony today that ties President Trump to a scheme to withhold aid from Ukraine in exchange for these investigations?” Turner asked.

“Other than my own presumption,” Sondland said.

Throughout Wednesday’s testimony, Sondland insisted that although he never explicitly heard the president or anyone in the administration demand investigations in exchange for aid, he never got a clear answer on why the aid was held up. He said the absence of a clear explanation led him to believe that the aid and the investigations were being linked.

Turner dismissed Sondland’s “presumption” as “nothing” and called his testimony “made up.”

“You know what hearsay evidence is, ambassador?” Turner said. “Hearsay is when I testify what someone else told me. Do you know what made-up testimony is? Made-up testimony is when I just presume it. I mean you’re just assuming all of these things and then you’re giving them the evidence that they’re running out and doing press conferences and CNN’s headline is saying that you’re saying the president of the United States should be impeached because he tied aid to investigations — and you don’t know that. Correct?”

“I never said the president of the United States should be impeached,” Sondland responded.

Still, Sondland’s earlier testimony to the committee linked the potential Ukraine investigations and a White House meeting and call between Trump and Zelensky. He said Giuliani played an integral, if not unconventional, role in those arrangements — and he said he explicitly expressed his fears about an inappropriate quid pro quo.

“I know that members of this committee have frequently framed these complicated issues in the form of a simple question: Was there a ‘quid pro quo?” Sondland said. “As I testified previously, with regard to the requested White House call and White House meeting, the answer is yes.”

Ambassador Sondland wanted to have his cake and eat it too, yesterday.

Just like the Professional Bureaucrats who have already publically testified in the Schiff Show, Sondland truly believes that he and his fellow bureaucrats dictate American Foreign Policy and not their boss, the President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.

Speaking of arrogance, did you hear about what Nancy Pelosi said on Monday?

“The weak response to these hearings has been, ‘Let the election decide’. That dangerous position only adds to the urgency of our action, because POTUS is jeopardizing the integrity of the 2020 elections.’”

In other words, San Fran Nan does not believe that we average Americans, or “Deplorables” are too stupid to do “the right thing” on Election Day 2020 and vote a democrat into the Oval Office.

I find the imperious attitude of the Democrats and Professional Bureaucrats hauntingly familiar.

Marie Antoinette was the Queen of France during the French Revolution. She has gone down in history as the arrogant monarch who, when told the peasants were starving because they had no bread, said “let them eat cake.”  Marie was despised by the French citizenry for her foreign birth and extravagant lifestyle.   While today,  most scholars dismiss the quote as phony revolutionary propaganda, Marie was truthfully known to have been an out-of-control spender as a young queen. The daughter of Francis I and Maria Theresa, Emperor and Empress of the Holy Roman Empire, Marie left Austria for France in 1770 to marry the prince of France. In 1774 the prince became King Louis XVI and Marie became queen. The king and queen tried to flee as revolution swept Paris in 1789, but were captured. Marie and Louis XVI were kept as prisoners at the palace at Tuileries, while the revolutionaries tried to figure out what kind of government France was going to have.  They were arrested and charged with treason in 1792.  Louis was beheaded on 21 January 1793 and Marie was beheaded months later, on 16 October 1793.

The arrogance of  the French Ruling Class led to their downfall.

The arrogance displayed by the Democrats will, once again, just like it did in 2016, lead to their defeat in the 2020 Presidential Election.

Some people never learn.
