Comey, Trump, and the Liberal Lynch Mob (A KJ Analysis)

Alan M. Dershowitz is an American lawyer, jurist, and author. He is a prominent scholar on United States constitutional law and criminal law, and a leading defender of civil liberties. He spent most of his career at Harvard Law School where he holds the title of Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus.

Yesterday, he posted on op ed on Foxnews.com, which I would like to share with you…

Former FBI Director James Comey’s written statement, which was released in advance of his Thursday testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee, does not provide evidence that President Trump committed obstruction of justice or any other crime. Indeed it strongly suggests that even under the broadest reasonable definition of obstruction, no such crime was committed.

The crucial conversation occurred in the Oval Office on February 14 between the president and the then director. According to Comey’s contemporaneous memo, the president expressed his opinion that General Flynn “is a good guy.” Comey replied: “He is a good guy.”

The president said the following: “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this thing go.”

Comey understood that to be a reference only to the Flynn investigation and not “the broader investigation into Russia or possible links to the campaign”

Comey had already told the president that “we were not investigating him personally.”

Comey understood “the president to be requesting that we drop any investigation of Flynn in connection with false statements about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in December.”

Comey did not say he would “let this go,” and indeed he did not grant the president’s request to do so. Nor did Comey report this conversation to the attorney general or any other prosecutor.  He was troubled by what he regarded as a breach of recent traditions of FBI independence from the White House, though he recognized that “throughout history, some presidents have decided that because ‘problems’ come from the Department of Justice, they should try to hold the Department close.”

That is an understatement.

Throughout American history — from Adams to Jefferson to Lincoln to Roosevelt to Kennedy to Obama — presidents have directed (not merely requested) the Justice Department to investigate, prosecute (or not prosecute) specific individuals or categories of individuals.

It is only recently that the tradition of an independent Justice Department and FBI has emerged. But traditions, even salutary ones, cannot form the basis of a criminal charge.

It would be far better if our constitution provided for prosecutors who were not part of the executive branch which is under the direction of the president.

In Great Britain, Israel and other democracies that respect the rule of law, the Director of Public Prosecution or the attorney general are law enforcement officials who, by law, are independent of the Prime Minister.

But our constitution makes the attorney general both the chief prosecutor and the chief political adviser to the present on matters of justice and law enforcement.

The president can, as a matter of constitutional law, direct the attorney general, and his subordinate, the Director of the FBI, tell them what to do, whom to prosecute and whom not to prosecute.  Indeed, the president has the constitutional authority to stop the investigation of any person by simply pardoning that person.

Assume, for argument’s sake, that the president had said the following to Comey: quot;You are no longer authorized to investigate Flynn because I have decided to pardon him.” Would that exercise of the president’s constitutional power to pardon constitute a criminal obstruction of justice? Of course not. presidents do that all the time.

The first President Bush pardoned Casper Weinberger, his Secretary of Defense, in the middle of an investigation that could have incriminated Bush. That was not an obstruction and neither would a pardon of Flynn have been a crime. A president cannot be charged with a crime for properly exercising his constitutional authority 

For the same reason President Trump cannot be charged with obstruction for firing Comey, which he had the constitutional authority to do.

The Comey statement suggests that one reason the president fired him was because of his refusal or failure to publicly announce that the FBI was not investigating Trump personally. Trump “repeatedly” told Comey to “get that fact out,” and he did not.

If that is true, it is certainly not an obstruction of justice.

Nor is it an obstruction of justice to ask for loyalty from the director of the FBI, who responded “you will get that (‘honest loyalty’) from me.”

Comey understood that he and the president may have understood that vague phrase — “honest loyalty” — “differently.”  But no reasonable interpretation of those ambiguous words would give rise to a crime. 

Many Trump opponents were hoping that the Comey statement would provide smoking guns.

It has not.

Instead it has weakened an already weak case for obstruction of justice.   

The statement may provide political ammunition to Trump opponents, but unless they are willing to stretch Comey’s words and take Trump’s out of context and unless they are prepared to abandon important constitutional principles and civil liberties that protect us all, they should not be searching for ways to expand already elastic criminal statutes and shrink enduring constitutional safeguard in a dangerous and futile effort to criminalize political disagreements.

As I sit down to write this post, my bride is in the living room watching “The Virginian” on INSP. For those of you millennials who do not know who or what “The Virginian” is, it is a Western which ran on NBC from 1962-1971 centering around a Civil War Veteran who works as the Foreman on the Shiloh Ranch in Wyoming. The Virginian’s given name was never revealed during the entire run of the show.

So, what does this have to do with Professor Dershowitz’s op ed?

I’m glad you asked.

This whole attack by the never-ending temper tantrum-throwing Modern American Liberals, including their bought-off politicians and paid and unpaid Internet Trolls, reminds of a Lynch Mob in an old Western.

Just like a Lynch Mob, the Liberals Gang Mentality, fueled by their pre-conditioned Hive Mind, will not allow them to accept the fact that Hillary Clinton was beaten fair and square on November 8th, 2016.

Trump just HAS to have cheated…SOMEHOW.

So, the night of the election, Hillary and her henchman, Podesta came up with this cockamamie Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, which the Libs have been harping on and lusting after like a teenage boy with a vintage Playboy Magazine under his mattress.

The frenzy which they have built themselves into as a group resembles the same mentality of an old West Lynch Mob.

They want a hanging, and by gum, there WILL be a “hanging”, even though, as Professor Dershowitz wrote, there is no proof whatsoever that the President did anything wrong.

Being the minority Political Ideology in America has never stopped Modern American Liberals from trying to enforce their will upon the American people.

On November 8th, the Electoral College, put in place by our Founding Fathers, stopped them.

Today, the Constitution will stop the Lynch Mob.

Instead of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and Randolph Scott stopping an innocent man from a Lynch Mob, today’s heroes will be Jefferson, Franklin, and Madison.

So, saddle up, Pards. Today should be some kind of fandango.

Trump’s Tweets Tease Taciturn Television Talkers. Tantalize, Titillate, and Thrill Taxpayers.

As the furor over President Trump’s Monday tweets continued into Tuesday, the president tweeted a message to the mainstream media (MSM) on Tuesday morning: 

“The FAKE MSM is working so hard trying to get me not to use Social Media. They hate that I can get the honest and unfiltered message out.”

On Monday, President Trump tweeted that he is calling his travel ban “what it is, a TRAVEL BAN,” even though his aides have insisted it is not a travel ban.

Trump also criticized his own Justice Department for not sticking with the original travel ban, producing instead a “watered down, politically correct version,” which is now heading to the Supreme Court.

He criticized the “courts” as “slow and political,” and he said his DOJ “should ask for an expedited hearing.”

On Tuesday, some of the cable news discussion centered on whether the president had undercut his legal argument for the travel ban by tweeting about it.

Trump also tweeted Tuesday morning: “Sorry folks, but if I would have relied on the Fake News of CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, washpost or nytimes, I would have had ZERO chance winning WH.”

In two other tweets on Tuesday, President Trump wrote: “Big meeting today with Republican leadership concerning Tax Cuts and Healthcare. We are all pushing hard – must get it right!”

That tweet followed the beginning of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” a show that Trump apparently watches. On today’s show, political analyst Mark Halperin said Trump’s tweeting is hurting his agenda and his relationship with Republicans on Capitol Hill “who throw up their hands in frustration, saying this is not how we wanted the week to go.” 

Trump’s other Tuesday morning tweet referenced news reports about Qatar: “During my recent trip to the Middle East I stated that there can no longer be funding of Radical Ideology. Leaders pointed to Qatar – look!”

As CNSNews.com reported, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates all severed diplomatic ties with Qatar in a concerted move on Monday, accusing of it supporting Shi’ite and Sunni extremists causing chaos and sectarianism across the region.

Saudi Arabia accused Qatar of supporting ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorists and the Muslim Brotherhood, backing Shi’ite Houthi militia in Yemen, and financing anti-government terrorism in Bahrain.

Trump’s tweet about Qatar indicates that his visit to Saudi Arabia hastened the move by the Gulf States.

On March 12, 1933 United States President Franklin Delano Roosevelt used the prevalent media of his time, which was in every home in America, the radio, to deliver the first of his “Fireside Chats”.

Capitalizing on this, FDR used the medium for his fireside chats 31 times between March 1933 and June 1944, discussing a range of topics from New Deal economic policies to aid for Europe in the fight against fascism to reporting on the military and domestic fronts during World War II. During the 1980’s, America was lead by “The Great Communicator”, President Ronald Wilson Reagan.

Reagan used the rapidly expanding, thanks to the Cable Industry Boom, media of television, like no President before him.

According to Fox News…

…Reagan forged a more direct personal relationship with the electorate than any modern president. He told jokes, shared stories, spun tales – and in the process made big, bold truths seem comfortable and comforting.

While visionaries usually stand alone on their soapboxes, thundering with aloof passion, Reagan talked like everyone’s best buddy – the national guy-next-door. He bypassed the national media because the press corps was too conventional and timid to appreciate his then-radical views, and talked directly to the public – a practice that infuriated the press and thrilled the vast majority of Americans.

And now, America is receiving daily communication from its 45th President, Citizen Statesman Donald J. Trump.

The vast majority of Americans own cellphones…and are on Twitter.

Yes, the 140 characters contained in a “Tweet” are definitely not the most eloquent way for a President to be communicating with the American Public, but they are clear, concise, and immediate.

There is no room for “weasel words” in a “Tweet”, unlike the addresses of the individual who occupied the Oval Office before President Trump.

Heck, Obama gave long speeches just so he could refer to himself ad infinitum in them.

According to the Media Research Center, 89 percent of broadcast networks’ coverage of President Donald J. Trump has been negative.

From January 20 to April 9, 1,501 on-air statements about Trump made by experts, carefully selected voters, and reporters were negative, compared to just 186 positive, the study found.

Unfortunately, President-elect Trump will never be able to please the Main Stream Media.

Nor should he have to.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

The Main Stream Media knows that.

The problem is, the Main Stream Media is still having a conniption fit (Southern colloquialism for being upset over something to the point insanity) over the election of Donald J. Trump as the next President by us rubes here in Flyover Country.

In fact, they are so upset that they have retaliated by publishing fictional stories, attributed to “unnamed sources.

Unashamedly disseminating “Fake News”

The Main Stream Media are mad at Trump because not only did they loset their meal ticket with the defeat of the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton, but they also have to live with the reality of being “punked” for at least four years by Donald J. Trump, who treats them like a school of Largemouth Bass, baiting the hook with the promise of a big announcement or story, causing them to pack the room wherever Trump is speaking, only to find out that they have been used to gain free publicity for Mr. Trump and whatever cause he is trying to forward that day.

In fact, Trump has made the Media look tremendously naïve and stupid on several occasions, in scenes reminiscent of Lucy Van Pelt promising to hold the football for Charlie Brown to kick, only to pull it away at the last minute leaving a helpless Charlie Brown to wipe out, tumbling head over heels.

with the advent of the “new”, or Social Media, and President Trump’s use of Twitter as a communication tool, the Main Stream Media find themselves no longer in control of the dissemination of the news.

Between Trump’s playing them like Charlie Daniels playing a fiddle and average Americans becoming their own reporters through the use of Social Media, “professional journalists” have watched their influence over the daily lives of Americans dwindle and diminish right before their very eyes.

And, quite frankly, they don’t like it one bit.

That is why they continue to try to bring down Trump.

They are behaving like spoiled little brats who need a timeout.

And, judging from the TV Ratings of their newscasts and the rapidly dwindling r4eadership of Liberal Newspapers and Magazines, Americans are giving them one.

Leaker Arrested for Stealing NSA Report from Government Contracted Employer: My Open Letter to Her

The New York Post reported yesterday that

A 25-year-old Federal contractor was charged Monday with leaking a top secret NSA report — detailing how Russian military hackers targeted US voting systems just days before the election.

The highly classified intelligence document, published Monday by The Intercept, describes how Russia managed to infiltrate America’s voting infrastructure using a spear-phishing email scheme that targeted local government officials and employees.

It claims the calculated cyberattack may have even been more far-reaching and devious than previously thought.

The report is believed to be the most detailed US government account of Russia’s interference to date.

It was allegedly provided to the Intercept by 25-year-old Reality Leigh Winner, of Augusta, who appeared in court Monday after being arrested at her home over the weekend.

She was charged with removing and mailing classified materials to a news outlet, DOJ officials said.

“Releasing classified material without authorization threatens our nation’s security and undermines public faith in government,” Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein explained in a statement. “People who are trusted with classified information and pledge to protect it must be held accountable when they violate that obligation.”

Winner, who works as contractor at Pluribus International Corporation, allegedly leaked the report in early May. A federal official told NBC News that she had, in fact, given it to the Intercept.

According to the document, it was the Russian military intelligence that conducted the cyber attacks last year.

Specifically, operatives from the Russian General Staff Main Intelligence Directorate, or GRU, are said to have targeted employees at a US election software company last August and then again in October.

While the name of the company is unclear, the report refers to an undisclosed product made by VR Systems — an electronic voting services and equipment vendor in Florida that has contracts in eight states, including New York.

The hackers were given a “cyber espionage mandate specifically directed at U.S. and foreign elections,” the report says.

On August 24, 2016, the group sent the employees fake emails, which were disguised as messages from Google. At least one of the workers was believed to be compromised.

In late October, the group established an “operational” Gmail account and posed as an employee from VR Systems — using previously obtained documents to launch another spear-phishing attack “targeting US local government organizations,” the report says.

According to the NSA, the hackers struck on either October 31 or November 1, sending spear-fishing emails to at least 122 different email addresses “associated with named local government organizations.”

They were also likely sent to officials “involved in the management of voter registration systems,” the report says.

The emails were said to have contained weaponized Microsoft Word attachments, which were set up to appear as unharmful documentation for the VR Systems’ EViD voter database — but were actually embedded with automated software commands that are secretly turned on as soon as the user opens the document.

The hack ultimately gave the Russians a back door and the ability to deliver any sort of malware or malicious software they wanted, the report says.

In addition, the NSA document also describes two other incidents of Russian meddling prior to the election.

In one, the hackers posed as a different voting company, referred to as “US company 2,” from which they sent phony test emails — offering “election-related products and services.”

The other operation was said to be conducted by the same group of operatives, and involved sending emails to addresses at the American Samoa Election Office, in the attempt to uncover more existing accounts before striking again.

It is ultimately unclear what came of the cyberattack, but the NSA report firmly states that the Russians had been intent on “mimicking a legitimate absentee ballot-related service provider.”

“It is unknown, whether the aforementioned spear-phishing deployment successfully compromised the intended victims, and what potential data could have been accessed by the cyber actor,” the NSA states of the result of the hacking.

While the government employees were only hit with simple login-stealing tactics, experts told the Intercept that such operations could prove even more dangerous than malware attacks in some instances.

VR Systems doesn’t sell voting machines, but holds contracts in New York, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia — making it a prime target for those who want to disrupt the vote and cause chaos come election day.

“If someone has access to a state voter database, they can take malicious action by modifying or removing information,” Pamela Smith, president of election integrity watchdog Verified Voting, told the Intercept.

“This could affect whether someone has the ability to cast a regular ballot, or be required to cast a ‘provisional’ ballot — which would mean it has to be checked for their eligibility before it is included in the vote,” she said. “And it may mean the voter has to jump through certain hoops such as proving their information to the election official before their eligibility is affirmed.”

At least one US intelligence official admitted to the Intercept that the Russian hackers described in the NSA report could have disrupted the voting process on November 8, by specifically targeting locations where VR Systems’ products were in use. They cited the simple possibility of compromising an election poll book system, which could cause widespread damage in certain places.

“You could even do that preferentially in areas for voters that are likely to vote for a certain candidate and thereby have a partisan effect,” explained Alex Halderman, director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society.

In response to the report, VR Systems’ Chief Operating Officer Ben Martin told the Intercept: “Phishing and spear-phishing are not uncommon in our industry. We regularly participate in cyber alliances with state officials and members of the law enforcement community in an effort to address these types of threats. We have policies and procedures in effect to protect our customers and our company.”

Woulda…coulda…shoulda…

Nowhere in the above article does is say that there is any proof whatsoever that the Russians actually interfered in the state and local elections held on November 8, 2016.

The word is out about this young Government Contractor that not only is she guilty of leaking information that was proprietary to the United States Government and her employer, but, she is also a diehard “Gimme Free Stuff and Give it to Me Now!” Bernie Supporter.

Her Mom, in a related article found on The Daily Beast doesn’t even seem to realize that what her precious little 25 year old did is wrong…

“I don’t know what they’re alleging,” she said, asking for specifics from the DOJ’s press release. “What do you know?” Winner-Davis said the allegations against her daughter were vague when they spoke Sunday. 

“I don’t know who she might have sent it to,” she said. “[DOJ] were very vague. They said she mishandled and released documents that she shouldn’t have, but we had no idea what it pertained to or who.”

The most her daughter talked about was her pets.

“She called us yesterday night. She asked if we could help out with relocating her cat and dog,” Winner-Davis said.

Winner-Davis said her daughter never talked about her work, and her family did not know the specifics of her recently acquired job as a government contractor. Winner-Davis added that her daughter, while quiet about her job, was outspoken about her beliefs.

“She’s very passionate. Very passionate about her views and things like that, but she’s never to my knowledge been active in politics or any of that,” said Winner-Davis.

On Twitter, Reality Winner expressed frequent dissatisfaction with President Donald Trump’s policies and retweeted a joke about government leaks, as well as a tweet by whistleblower Edward Snowden.

In recent months, she frequently tweeted at Trump. “have you ever even met an Iranian?” she responded to Trump when he tweeted that immigrants coming from seven Muslim-majority countries were “SO DANGEROUS.”

She tweeted “#RESISTANCE” after the U.S. Department of Agriculture began blacking out public information. Immediately after Trump’s election, she took to Twitter to voice her disappointment. “I listened to you daily, and your podcast kept me sane,” she wrote at the FiveThirtyEight podcast on Nov. 9, 2016. “What the heck #betrayed #disillusioned.” She tweeted Sen. Bernie Sanders’ statement calling Trump racist and xenophobic immediately after.

On election night, she tweeted, “Well. People suck.”

Gosh. Do you get the feeling that this member of the “Young and Useless” envisions herself as some sort of “undercover operative”?

Well, I have some news for her and any other little brainwashed idiot that aspires to be like her:

This isn’t Facebook, Instagram, or high school, Buffy.

This is Reality, Reality.

You were working at an employer, who was in turn contracted to work for the United States Government. The papers you stole belong to OUR GOVERNMENT. By stealing them, you could have possibly endangered American Lives.

Now, I realize that the 2016 Presidential Election sent you scurrying to your “safe space”, i.e., your bedroom at Mom’s House with your Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry Posters on the wall. However, your continued involvement in the Liberal National Temper Tantrum being thrown by the Minority Political Ideology in this Sovereign Nation does not give you the right to commit treason by stealing government documents.

What you did, snookums, is called A CRIME.

It’s  not an act of heroism. It is an act of petulance by a sore loser.

During World War II, the Allies (that’s the Good Guys, for the rest of you ungrateful undereducated whelps, like Little Miss Reality) came up with the warning, “Loose Lips Sink Ships.” What they meant was the irresponsible dissemination of classified information could cost Allied Lives, including Americans, and damage the war effort in the fight against tyranny.

What you have done, Reality, is place politics before country, simply because you did not get your way on November 8th, 2016 and now, you cannot stand to see America on the Comeback Trail under President Trump.

Perhaps your Mom, who cannot seem to grasp that she raised a petulant little sore loser, should have disciplined you more.

Then, perhaps you could have avoided the humiliation of being arrested and the “unpleasantries” to follow, including a possible long prison sentence, which you so richly deserve.

Actions have consequences.

Reality, indeed.

Trump Addresses London Attack, Tells the English That the Time For PC is Over With

Foxnews.com reported last night that

President Donald Trump spoke out on the latest London terror attacks on Sunday night, vowing to do whatever was needed to protect his country from a “vile enemy.”

Giving his first public comments on the attacks, Trump said, “This bloodshed must end, this bloodshed will end.” He was appearing with First Lady Melania Trump at a fundraiser for Ford’s Theater in Washington, the site of the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.

“America sends our thoughts and prayers and our deepest sympathies to the victims of this evil slaughter and we renew our resolve, stronger than ever before, to protect the United States and its allies from a vile enemy that has waged war on innocent life, and it’s gone on too long,” Trump added. “As president I will do what is necessary to prevent this threat from spreading to our shores and work every day to protect the safety and security to our country, our communities and our people.”

The president said he had spoken with British Prime Minister Theresa May to express America’s “unwavering support” and offer aid. He tweeted a string of comments in the hours after the attack, offering help for the U.K. and criticizing political correctness, among other things.

The attacks at London Bridge and nearby Borough Market killed at least seven people and wounded nearly 50 others Saturday night. Police said they shot and killed the three attackers.

After more than 20 people were killed in the suicide bombing last month at a concert in Manchester, England, Trump condemned the assault as the act of “evil losers” and called on nations to band together to fight terrorism.

Earlier Sunday, Trump had criticized London’s mayor after he sought to reassure residents about a stepped-up police presence following the attack, the third in the country in past three months, arguing on Twitter for leaders to “stop being politically correct” and focus on “security for our people.”

The mayor’s spokesman said he was too busy to respond to Trump’s “ill-informed” tweet.

In a series of tweets that began late Saturday, Trump also pushed his stalled travel ban, mocked gun control supporters and pledged that the United States would be there to help London and the United Kingdom.

London’s Mayor, Sadiq Khan, a “Moderate” Muslim said that Muslim Terrorist Attacks were “Part and Parcel” of living in a big city.

In other words, we should just accept the murder and mayhem brought upon us by Radical Islamic Terrorists as “just another day”.

I suppose that we should be used to Khan’s “slightly askew” comments about Muslim Terrorists.

After all, he is a “Moderate” Muslim.

Khan was re-elected to another 4-year Term last November.

The “Mayor of Londonistan” does indeed need to abandon woshiping at the Altar of Political Correctness if he wishes to drive the Radical Islamists out of his country.

Personally, while I have met some very nice American Muslims, I have also been inside a mosque where I was looked at as if they wanted to take a scimitar to my neck.

If Moderate Muslims are not behind their radical brethren’s eternal jihad against us infidels, they need to get their mugs in front of the cable news networks’ TV cameras and say so…because all I see representing them here in America when I turn on the news, are the abrasive members of CAIR, blaming our Sovereign Nation for all the world’s troubles.

Which is ironic, because the Former President of the United States of America was demonstrably Islam’s biggest supporter in this country, as was so aptly proven by his refusal to participate in the March Against Radical Islam, led by 50 World Leaders, held in Paris, France after the horrible Islamic Terrorist attack there and by his continued insistence that there is no such thing as “Radical Islam”.

Are “The Smartest People in the Room”, on both sides of the ocean, so contrary, as to not realize that Radical Islam punishes every single social issue that Liberals so “righteously” defend in this nation?

The maddening thing is that every time you challenge Liberals on this fact, they try to equate radical Islam with American Christianity.

Frankly, the ignorance of these young Liberals blows my mind.

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it has turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

The Supreme Court needs to move upon the Trump Immigration Travel Ban as soon as possible,

London is a prime example of what happens when you do not clean up your Immigration Policy,

Instead of having of a “Great American Melting Pot”, the Liberal English are instead building themselves a Tower of Babel.

One which is about to collapse in upon itself in a spectacular fashion.

The Snake: Radical Islamic Terrorists Attack London After Years of Unvetted Muslim Immigration

Foxnews.com reported yesterday that

At least one attacker was believed to be on the loose after two acts of terror stunned London late Saturday — a van crashing into a crowd at London Bridge and a series of stabbings nearby, police said.

“More than one” person was killed, the BBC reported. London rescue workers confirmed at least 20 people were rushed to six hospitals in all. Witnesses told Sky News and the BBC that the attackers shouted “This is for Allah.”

A police source told Sky News one suspect was at large; officers reportedly shot and killed two others.

Video broadcast on British TV showed a man on the ground who appeared to have canisters strapped to him. In addition, police conducted a series of controlled explosions in the area, according to reporters there.

The white van careened off the road before striking several people on the busy bridge around 10 p.m. local time. Witnesses said three men burst out of the van and attacked people with knives; some victims appeared to have their throats slit. Gunfire erupted at the bridge, though witnesses said it could have come from police.

One witness at Borough Market, a nightlife destination near the bridge, told Britain’s Press Association she was in a restaurant when the attackers men entered, then “stabbed someone in the face and someone in the stomach.” She continued, “One of them had a big knife, then he came in and walked around the restaurant, I guess they just kind of stabbed anyone that they saw and knocked things on the ground and then we just hid.”

A witness identified only as Ben told the BBC: “We saw people running away and then I saw a man in red with a large blade, at a guess 10 inches long, stabbing a man, about three times. He added, “It looked like the man had been trying to intervene, but there wasn’t much he could do. He was being stabbed quite coldly and he slumped to the ground.”

The attacks came just over two months after the car-and-knife attack at British Parliament and less than two weeks after the suicide bombing at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester that killed 22 people. Britain just recently lowered its official terror threat from “critical.”

The threats targeting Europe have been among the worst that American intelligence officials have seen in a decade, a U.S. government official told Fox News. Both London Mayor Sadiq Khan and U.S. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert described the attacks as “cowardly.”

Video from the Borough Market area showed officers with guns bursting into nearby bars and ordering people to get down on the floor. Frightened onlookers around the bridge walked away with their hands on their heads. The Royal Naval Lifeboat Institution was helping with evacuations.

Less than two hours after the bridge attack, police warned they were responding to an “incident” in the Vauxhall area, more than a mile away, but confirmed early Sunday it was an unrelated stabbing.

Prime Minister Theresa May and President Trump were briefed with updates.

The prime minister is set to lead a meeting of the government emergency response committee Sunday, British officials added. President Trump tweeted: “Whatever the United States can do to help out in London and the U. K., we will be there – WE ARE WITH YOU. GOD BLESS!”

“This was a deliberate and cowardly attack on innocent Londoners and visitors to our city enjoying their Saturday night,” Khan said. “I condemn it in the strongest possible terms. There is no justification whatsoever for such barbaric acts.”

“The United States condemns the cowardly attacks targeting innocent civilians in London this evening,” Nauert told reporters. “The United States stands ready to provide any assistance authorities in the United Kingdom may request.”

Speaking to Fox News from London, Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly said the latest attacks mark the fourth or fifth time he’s had to call his British counterpart in just four months on the job because of “terrible events like this.”

“At this time, we have no information to indicate a specific, credible terror threat in the United States,” DHS officials told Fox News.

“We’re monitoring the situation in London and we’re in touch with British authorities,” New York Police Department spokesman J. Peter Donald said.

Transportation officials said the busy London Bridge station has been closed at the request of police; two additional stations also were closed.

The rapid growth in multiple marriages is being fueled by multicultural policies that grant special rights to Muslim immigrants who demand that Sharia law be reflected in British law and the social welfare benefits system.

The former head of MI5 Dame Stella Rimington has called for British people to inform security services if they suspect their neighbours maybe extremists.

Dame Stella, who supports the Government’s controversial ‘snoopers’ charter’, said people need to be more alert because it is impossible for security services to spot every threat.

She called for a wartime vigilance and for people to be the Government’s ‘eyes and ears’ following the killing of Lee Rigby.

The 78-year-old, who was MI5’s first female Director General, said: ‘The community has the responsibility to act as the eyes and ears, as they did during the war … where there were all these posters up saying the walls have ears and the enemy is everywhere.

‘There have often been indications in the community, whether it’s Muslim or anywhere else, that people are becoming extremists and spouting hate phrases.’

Dame Stella said security services had to prioritise the most dangerous threats because ‘thousands’ of people were being radicalised in Britain.

She said further terror attacks on the UK were inevitable unless the country became a ‘police state’.

Think about this…these reports are from 6 and 4 years ago, before the British Liberal Dhimmis clamped down on reports detailing the “Muslim Problem”.

The UK’s “Muslim Problem” is a demonstration as to what happens when a non-indigenous population moves into a country and does not assimilate into the normal traditions and customs of that nation, and, instead, keep their own traditions and laws, separating themselves from the indigenous population in the name of “multiculturalism”, the opposite of the “Melting Pot”, which helped to form the greatest nation on the face of the Earth, the United States of America.

By bringing “their own country” with them, they have no impetus to become patriotic citizens of their host country, and are therefore, in their own minds, not subject to the laws of that nation, leading to their own internal justification of any acts of violence that they may take against the indigenous citizens of their host country.

During his campaign for the Presidency, President Donald J. Trump would recite the words of the classic R & B Song by Al Wilson, “The Snake”, an excerpt from which can be found at the beginning of this post.

In the song, a venomous, evil snake begs a kind-hearted beautiful woman to let him come live with her. Once she lets him in, being true to his nature, he poisons her by biting her.

Trump used the song to drive home his point concerning stopping immigration from those countries who sponsor Radical Islamic Terrorism, until our country can come up with a better screening method to prevent what is now happening to Great Britain.

Let’s face it, boys and girls, the “Moderate” Muslim Mayor of “Londonistan” can condemn the Radical Islamic Terrorists for being “cowardly” all he wants, but that will not bring back the 20 innocent British Citizens who were massacred yesterday.

In order for the United Kingdom to survive, they will need to show the same resolve that Americans did on November 8th, 2016 when we elected Donald J. Trump as our 45th President.

Pelosi Says That Trump Withdrawing From Paris Accords “Dishonors God”. Wait. I Thought Man Controlled the “Climate”?

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) said at a press briefing today that withdrawing the United States from the Paris Accord on climate change dishonors God. 
“The Bible tells us that to minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship,” Pelosi said. “To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us and that is just what we are doing by walking away from this accord.”

When we worked with the Evangelical community to put together our climate legislation ten years ago, nine years ago–we worked on it for awhile–they had their literature which said that we had a moral responsibility to be good stewards of God’s creation, and, in doing so, we must pay special attention to the needs of the poor. They saw it as an environmental justice issue as well, the Evangelical community.
When the pope went to the White House he talked about the dangers of air pollution, when he was here. And just last week, the pope met with President Trump and gave him a copy of his encyclical, Laudate Si, which made the case for strong, urgent action to halt the climate crisis. The pope wrote: ‘The climate is a common good belonging to all and meant for all.’

What occasioned such a rebuke was not only Pelosi’s total support of abortion rights, including the now outlawed practice of partial-birth abortion, but her incredible statement last fall on “Meet the Press.” She said that the Catholic Church had not consistently opposed abortion over time. Hence, the pointed response by the pope.

What was perhaps even more significant, was the fact that Pelosi was denied her big prize: she desperately wanted a picture of her and the pope smiling together. But there was no photo-op—the Vatican, uncharacteristically, had no photographer present. Thus, there was no way for Pelosi to exploit her meeting.

And, then there was the 2012 Democratic National Convention…

Delegates and members of the Democratic party booed after former Gov. Ted Strickland (D-OH) discussed God and moved to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Convention chairman Antonio Villaraigosa, mayor of Los Angeles, had to ask for the Yea and Nay vote several times before declaring the motion passed.

C-SPAN cameras captured the dissatisfaction among members after the motion passed.

Democrats have changed their convention platform to add a mention of God and declare that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.

The move came after criticism from Republicans.

Many in the audience booed after the convention chairman, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, ruled that the amendments had been approved despite the fact that a large group of delegates objected.

He called for a vote three times before ruling.

The party reinstated language from the 2008 platform that said “we need a government that stands up for the hopes, values and interests of working people and gives everyone willing to work hard the chance to make the most of their God-given potential.”

The platform also now includes what advisers said was Obama’s personal views on Jerusalem.

Now that we’ve established that American Liberals like Nancy Pelosi, only refer to the Diety of 75% of Americans when it is politically expedient to do so…

I mean, how arrogant do you have to be to believe that you can make a change in the very weather itself, which is controlled by Someone way above your pay grade?

Invented by Al Gore, and propagandized in the book and the movie, “An Inconvenient Truth”, “Climate Change” has become both a Secular Liberal Religion and an industry, a failed one, but an industry none the less.

Ranging from washouts like Solyndra to GreenTech Automotive, millions of taxpayer dollars were sunk into these so-called green projects, through all 8 years of the Obama administration.

The Climate Change Hoax was a big money-maker for Liberals under the Obama Administration.

It is so much a part of Congressional Liberals personal mantras, they believe that literally EVERYTHING is secondary to this faux science.

Including the sovereignty of the United States of America.

So, when President Trump told those countries who were looking forward to spending American Taxpayers’ money with no penalties or responsibility on their end, that the Gravy Train was pulling out of the station without them, and Obama’s quest for an enduring legacy was not as important as the American Jobs which would have been lost, Liberals had something else to throw a hissy fit about.

why do Modern American Liberals and bought-off Liberal Politicians continue on their Quixotic Crusade to make a belief in a pseudo-science an “International Crisis”?

Per usual, I have some opinions on that…

1.  Appeasing the Gullible –Hey “The Facts Are In.” The “science” is true. And, as P.T. Barnum said,

There is a sucker born every minute.

Remember…these “true believers” of the Goreacle, also voted for Obama and Hillary. They are easily fooled.

2. Money, Money, Money – Too much money invested by Democrat “Power Brokers” and to much of American Taxpayers money spent needlessly to back down now. They have got political promises to keep.

3. Hey, look! Squirrel! – Liberals continue to grasp for whatever national distraction they can come up with to attempt to sabotage Trump’s Presidency, in the hope that, somehow, Trump will get impeached, recall, or something, and they can continue their quest to turn America into a Third World Socialist Utopia.

4. Modern American Liberals are heartbroken – Obama left, Hillary lost, and they have to have something to worship. Mother Gaia and Captain Planet will have to suffice.

5. Man is his own god – It is an unbelievable arrogance that allows those who believe in “Climate Change” to proclaim that man can lay claim to the Sovereignty of the God of Abraham, by controlling the very weather around us, by recycling plastic bottles, etc.

For Pelosi to attempt to argue that the God of Abraham is on her side is hypocritical at best and downright psychotic at worst.

Molech, yes. The God of Abraham, no.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they soon find Pelosi huddled in a corner, wearing her bloomers on top of her head, swearing that the ice is chasing her like it did people in that horrible movie starring Dennis Quaid, “The Day After Tomorrow”, which bombed spectacularly at the Box Office.

Trump’s Paris Climate Accord Speech: American Sovereignty is Cool Again

The thunderclap which you may have heard at 3:32 EDT yesterday was not the result of a Climate-Changing Storm System as seen in the ridiculous movie “The Day After Tomorrow”.

It was the sound of the butt cheeks of those whose worship the Gospel According to Al Gore slamming together in unison as our American President fulfilled another Campaign Promise and got us out of an agreement made by Former President Barack Hussein Obama, which would have cost American Taxpayer Money and American Jobs, which were to be sacrificed on the altar of Obama’s Legacy.

The Paris Agreement handicaps the United States economy in order to win praise from the very foreign capitals and global activists that have long sought to gain wealth at our country’s expense.  They don’t put America first.  I do, and I always will.  (Applause.) The same nations asking us to stay in the agreement are the countries that have collectively cost America trillions of dollars through tough trade practices and, in many cases, lax contributions to our critical military alliance.  You see what’s happening.  It’s pretty obvious to those that want to keep an open mind.

At what point does America get demeaned?  At what point do they start laughing at us as a country?   We want fair treatment for its citizens, and we want fair treatment for our taxpayers.  We don’t want other leaders and other countries laughing at us anymore.  And they won’t be.  They won’t be.

I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.  (Applause.)  I promised I would exit or renegotiate any deal which fails to serve America’s interests.  Many trade deals will soon be under renegotiation.  Very rarely do we have a deal that works for this country, but they’ll soon be under renegotiation.  The process has begun from day one.  But now we’re down to business.

Beyond the severe energy restrictions inflicted by the Paris Accord, it includes yet another scheme to redistribute wealth out of the United States through the so-called Green Climate Fund — nice name — which calls for developed countries to send $100 billion to developing countries all on top of America’s existing and massive foreign aid payments.  So we’re going to be paying billions and billions and billions of dollars, and we’re already way ahead of anybody else.  Many of the other countries haven’t spent anything, and many of them will never pay one dime.

The Green Fund would likely obligate the United States to commit potentially tens of billions of dollars of which the United States has already handed over $1 billion — nobody else is even close; most of them haven’t even paid anything — including funds raided out of America’s budget for the war against terrorism.  That’s where they came.  Believe me, they didn’t come from me.  They came just before I came into office.  Not good.  And not good the way they took the money.

In 2015, the United Nation’s departing top climate officials reportedly described the $100 billion per year as “peanuts,” and stated that “the $100 billion is the tail that wags the dog.”  In 2015, the Green Climate Fund’s executive director reportedly stated that estimated funding needed would increase to $450 billion per year after 2020.  And nobody even knows where the money is going to.  Nobody has been able to say, where is it going to?

Of course, the world’s top polluters have no affirmative obligations under the Green Fund, which we terminated.  America is $20 trillion in debt.  Cash-strapped cities cannot hire enough police officers or fix vital infrastructure.  Millions of our citizens are out of work.  And yet, under the Paris Accord, billions of dollars that ought to be invested right here in America will be sent to the very countries that have taken our factories and our jobs away from us.  So think of that.

There are serious legal and constitutional issues as well.  Foreign leaders in Europe, Asia, and across the world should not have more to say with respect to the U.S. economy than our own citizens and their elected representatives.  Thus, our withdrawal from the agreement represents a reassertion of America’s sovereignty.  (Applause.)  Our Constitution is unique among all the nations of the world, and it is my highest obligation and greatest honor to protect it.  And I will.

Staying in the agreement could also pose serious obstacles for the United States as we begin the process of unlocking the restrictions on America’s abundant energy reserves, which we have started very strongly.  It would once have been unthinkable that an international agreement could prevent the United States from conducting its own domestic economic affairs, but this is the new reality we face if we do not leave the agreement or if we do not negotiate a far better deal.

The risks grow as historically these agreements only tend to become more and more ambitious over time.  In other words, the Paris framework is a starting point — as bad as it is — not an end point.  And exiting the agreement protects the United States from future intrusions on the United States’ sovereignty and massive future legal liability.  Believe me, we have massive legal liability if we stay in.

As President, I have one obligation, and that obligation is to the American people.  The Paris Accord would undermine our economy, hamstring our workers, weaken our sovereignty, impose unacceptable legal risks, and put us at a permanent disadvantage to the other countries of the world.  It is time to exit the Paris Accord — (applause) — and time to pursue a new deal that protects the environment, our companies, our citizens, and our country.

It is time to put Youngstown, Ohio, Detroit, Michigan, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — along with many, many other locations within our great country — before Paris, France.  It is time to make America great again.  (Applause.)  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you very much.

“Putting America First.” What a concept.

President Trump is working hard to fulfill his promise of making America great again.

Former President Obama was bound and determined during his 8 long years as President to make America into just another nation, assigning American Exceptionalism to the trash heap of  history.

His pure ignorance to America’s place in the world was overwhelming. Only by standing up to the thug nations represented at the UN and as President Trump mentioned, those who would ‘demean” us, will America be respected, and left alone, as the sovereign nation that we are.

Obama’s bowing and scraping, like a leader of a country who occupied a subservient position to nations filled with barbarians, who would slit every American’s throat, if given the chance, was an stunning display of naiveté and downright ignorance.

The moment that Barack Hussein Obama took office in January of 2009, the sovereignty of the Shining City Upon a Hill was placed in peril.

Barack Hussein Obama, beginning with his World Apology Tour, proclaimed to the world that America was just another nation, as subservient to the whims of the United Nations, as any third world nation.

After terrorists murdered four Americans at the US Embassy Compound in Benghazi, Libya, Obama stepped in front of the General Assembly of United Nations, like a little school boy, repeating the lie which he and his staff concocted, that it was some little unwatched Youtube Video that caused the Muslims’ actions over there.

There is a reason that the Headquarters of the United Nations is in New York City in New York State in the United States of America.

We are not their servants. In fact, the United Nations would not exist if not for America.

So, what does being a “sovereign” nation mean?

On June 5, 2009, Professor Jeremy Rabin of George Mason University, author of “The Case for Sovereignty”, delivered a lecture sponsored by Hillsdale College in Washington, DC. What he said applies to this situation…

The Constitution provides for treaties, and even specifies that treaties will be “the supreme Law of the Land”; that is, that they will be binding on the states. But from 1787 on, it has been recognized that for a treaty to be valid, it must be consistent with the Constitution—that the Constitution is a higher authority than treaties. And what is it that allows us to judge whether a treaty is consistent with the Constitution? Alexander Hamilton explained this in a pamphlet early on: “A treaty cannot change the frame of the government.” And he gave a very logical reason: It is the Constitution that authorizes us to make treaties. If a treaty violates the Constitution, it would be like an agent betraying his principal or authority. And as I said, there has been a consensus on this in the past that few ever questioned.

…At the end of The Federalist Papers, Alexander Hamilton writes: “A nation, without a national government, is, in my view, an awful spectacle.” His point was that if you do not have a national government, you can’t expect to remain a nation. If we are really open to the idea of allowing more and more of our policy to be made for us at international gatherings, the U.S. government not only has less capacity, it has less moral authority. And if it has less moral authority, it has more difficulty saying to immigrants and the children of immigrants that we’re all Americans. What is left, really, to being an American if we are all simply part of some abstract humanity? People who expect to retain the benefits of sovereignty—benefits like defense and protection of rights—without constitutional discipline, or without retaining responsibility for their own legal system, are really putting all their faith in words or in the idea that as long as we say nice things about humanity, everyone will feel better and we’ll all be safe. Clinton Continues Blaming Everyone But Herself For Losing the 2016 Presidential Election

Hillary Clinton is not that fascinating a person. According to those who have spent time with her, she’s harsh and demanding. According to those who haven’t – like her husband – she’s a delight. – Ben Shapiro

Laura Ingraham’s News and Information Website, Lifezette.com, reports that

Hillary Clinton spoke to Goldman Sachs for the very simple reason that she got paid, the former Democratic presidential candidate told an audience at Recode’s annual coding conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

Clinton took the opportunity to blame numerous players for her Nov. 8 election defeat, and also to justify her use of the term “vast right-wing conspiracy” all the way back in 1998. The “conspiracy” against her, she suggested, is still alive.

“The Russians … could not have known how best to weaponize that information unless they had been … guided by Americans. And guided by people who had polling and data and information.”

Clinton, speaking to Recode founders Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher, said she didn’t lose because of her own choices or flaws — such as taking money to speak to big banks, or her odd failure to substantially campaign in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

“I take responsibility for every decision I made, but that’s not why I lost,” said Clinton, blaming Russia, “weaponized information,” the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United, and many more players.

Clinton blamed propaganda and “content” that was used by President Donald Trump’s campaign and allies to influence voters in a covert type of manner.

Clinton blamed “the other side” for using “content farms” and fake news to target her.

“How about lies?” said Mossberg, to applause from the liberal-leaning audience.

While Clinton told Mossberg and Swisher she did not engage in lies during her campaign, she said Trump’s side did. Clinton also raised the theory that “1,000 Russian agents” were working every day to make sure that distorted “content” was appearing before internet users. Clinton did not cite her source for the claim.

Another bizarre claim Clinton made was that Trump advisers Steve Bannon and Kellyanne Conway were chosen to run the final months of the Trump campaign because of the urging of Cambridge Analytica, which is owned by billionaire Rebecca Mercer and family. The Mercers said they would “wed” their data with the RNC and Trump’s data if the hires were made.

Bannon and Conway did not immediately return a request from LifeZette to respond.

Clinton also blamed the Democratic National Committee for being in poor shape, after eight years of what should have been salad days for the party, given former President Barack Obama’s tenure.

“I set up my campaign, and we have our own data operation,” said Clinton. “I get the nomination. So I’m now the nominee of the Democratic party. I inherit nothing from the Democratic party. I mean, it was bankrupt. It was on the verge of insolvency. Its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong. I had to inject money into it.”

The question of data was on Clinton’s mind, quite a bit, and not just because she was at a coding conference. Clinton laid out a three-part conspiracy in which weaponized information was coordinated on Facebook and elsewhere. Clinton came very close to suggesting Cambridge Analytica coordinated with the Russians.

The three-part conspiracy started, Clinton said, when the Russians stole information from the Democrats and Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta.

The next step was coordination, Clinton said. There was no possible way, Clinton said, that the Russians would know how to distribute the information in the most damaging way, without American help. (Clinton brushed aside the fact that WikiLeaks began leaking the information on Oct. 7, because she said WikiLeaks is the same thing as the Russian secret service.)

“The Russians, in my opinion, and based on the intel and counterintel people I’ve talked to, could not have known how best to weaponize that information unless they had been guided,” said Clinton. “Guided by Americans. And guided by people who had polling and data and information.”

Then came FBI Director James Comey’s decision to order a new investigation into Clinton’s email server on Oct. 28. Clinton had gotten into trouble in 2015 for running State Department emails through her private server.

Clinton said Comey acted upon false Russian information to order the new investigation just before the election.

Clinton said she is “leaning” in the direction of blaming Trump for the coordination and the fake news.

“I think it’s pretty hard not to,” said Clinton.

I honestly believe that Hillary Rodham Clinton has never taken any blame for any failure in her life.

Not even for Bubba’s philandering.

Boys and girls, her maniacal statements in this interview show us exactly where thes cockamamie Russian Collusion Story came from.

It came from her and her lackey, Podesta, immediately after she got drubbed by Donald J. Trump on November 8, 2016.

Her alcohol-riddled mind simply could not cope with the reality that average Americans believe that she stinks on ice.

The name Hillary Rodham Clinton will become synonymous with the untrustworthy nature of professional politicians.

A President of the United States must be trustworthy, not only for the reassurance of its citizens that they will do the right thing when a crisis occurs, but also for the assurance of our overseas allies, that we will have their backs in case of a crisis in their nation.

Whether the revelation of “the gift” of massive quantities of Uranium to the Russians or the formation of an Iranian Connection, as a result of money given to the Clinton Foundation,  as was previously  reported in 2015, or this recent revelation involving “dual-staffer” Cheryl Mills, this is not just a scandal involving money and unscrupulous political ladder-climbing through the peddling of “favors”, the actions of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State crossed the line into the abhorrent abyss of a Conflict of Interest involving possible Treason.

Time and time again, from Watergate to Travelgate to Benghazigate, and Emailgate, Hillary Clinton proved to be a ruthless, untrustworthy, Machiavellian professional politician, who only cared about herself and her ascension to the Presidency of the United States of America.

In conclusion, it was not just one incident which cost Hillary Clinton the Presidency .

It was A LIFETIME OF LIES.

Average Americans, from the Rust Belt to the Bible Belt, were familiar with Mrs. Clinton.

They knew who she was and what she was.

They knew that she would walk 20 miles across the scorching desert sand to tell a lie rather than step across on of Obama’s infamous Red Lines and tell the truth.

Hillary has no one to blame but herself for losing to Donald J. Trump.

But, of course, she never will.

For, after all, accepting responsibility for one’s words and actions is as repulsive to a Modern American Liberal as a Crucifix is to a Vampire.

So, perhaps Hillary will come up with more excuses for losing the 2016 Presidential Election, but, to quote the Former First Lady herself,

FoxNews.com reports that

Kathy Griffin admitted Tuesday she “went too far” on her latest photo shoot with controversial photographer Tyler Shields in which she is holding a bloodied mask of President Trump. 
 
The gory photo first published in TMZ from Griffin’s photo session with the famed Shields, known for his shocking pictures.

In a Twitter post late Tuesday, Griffin said the image “is too disturbing,” and that “it wasn’t funny.”

“I understand how it offends people,” she said, adding “I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my career.”

According to the gossip site, Griffin joked with Shields on set they would need to move to Mexico after the photos were released or fear imprisonment. In her Twitter post on Tuesday, Griffin said she was going to “take down the image.” 

“I went too far and I was wrong,” she said.

People took to Twitter to express their disdain for the photo shoot.

Reps for Griffin did not immediately return Fox News’ request for comment.

Chelsea Clinton called it “vile and wrong” in a Twitter post.

Shields told Fox News that Griffin was hoping to create a bold message.

“Kathy and I are friends and we worked together before, so when we started doing this shoot, she said, ‘I’d love to do something political. I’d love to make a statement,'” he explained. “We kind of figured out what would be the best image to make out of that.”

Shields added the image was meant to serve as art and he’s aware that it could make some viewers uncomfortable.

“That’s what art is meant to do,” he said. “Some people look at it and they love it. Some people look at it and they hate it… I understand there are going to be people that hate this. It’s a very touchy subject… but this is not real. We didn’t kill anybody nor do I feel anybody should be killed. It’s no different from a movie. It just happens to be a still image.”

Shields tweeted a link to a YouTube video called “Behind the scenes with Kathy Griffin” but the video has since been removed. However, he later told Fox News that the video had glitches, which prompted him to take it down and then re-upload it.

This is hardly the first time Shields’ photos have caused uproar. He previously received death threats over a photo he took of “Glee” actress Heather Morris with bruises on her face. The photo was criticized for making light of domestic abuse.

As for his recent collaboration with Griffin, he doesn’t regret it.

“I can’t speak for her, [but] I know she loves to stir the pot,” he said. “For me, I love the idea we have freedom of speech. The fact that I’m allowed to make an image like this says a lot. To me, that’s a powerful thing… nobody’s killed me for this image so it’s not that bad. I love Kathy and I hope they let me visit her in Guantanamo.”

“Bold message”, my hindquarters.

This poor excuse for an actress, a comedienne, and a human being is “ate up with” Trump Derangement Syndrome to point of becoming homicidal.

The “Home Training” which we all experienced as average Americans living in America’s Heartland was either nonexistent in her Wonder Years or it never took hold.

I am quite certain that when this disgusting image of her holding the bloody severed head of the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, was seen by the Far Left Hollywood  Elite, they had quite a laugh over it.

Those of us who were “raised right” were absolutely disgusted with both the image and the psychotic heifer in it.

Once again, the Hollywood “Elite” on the Left of the Political Spectrum who voted for Hillary Clinton to be our next President of the United States of America, continue in public to show their hindquarters, while throwing the longest temper tantrum that the world has ever seen over the results of an American Presidential Election, that happened almost five months ago.

These self-proclaimed activists, are making a lie out of the claim that they have made for years that they are the most tolerant…and “gifted” among us.

In fact, these sore losers remind me of the hysterically sobbing children that you hear in every Walmart across the country.

It’s not that those children are crying because they are physically hurt. Just like these Hollywood Liberals, they’re crying because they did not get their way.

This epic meltdown by those who are paid handsomely to entertain us is a direct result of an isolated ignorance of average Americans’ desire to rid ourselves of those in the Halls of Power who told us repeatedly that they knew what was best for us and “who we were”, while their actual mission was to turn America into a Third-World Barrio in their quest to make us a Socialist Paradise.

All during the Presidential Campaign, the Democratic Party, along with those in “Showbiz”, through their minions in the Main Stream Media, assured us that it was a foregone conclusion that Hillary Clinton would be our 45th president.

There is a reason for that.

The Liberal Elite have always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California. They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

This meltdown which promises to last way past Inauguration Day, is a reaction caused by their own unbridled and unsupported arrogance.

Just like their fellow Modern American Liberals who run Democratic Party, the disconnected “dancing monkeys” in Tinsel Town and the Big Apple, like the mentally deranged Kathy Griffin, never saw Trump’s victory coming.

At this point, all their incessant national temper tantrum is doing, is making them look like fools.

I don’t remember any of us average Americans asking them for their opinion as to how we should vote, do you?

Perhaps, if they got their noses out of the air and actually associated with their families and former friends “back home”, instead of kissing each other’s hindquarters at the latest Premiere or “social event”, perhaps they and reality would not have taken divergent paths, and they would conduct themselves and  comport themselves like those Hollywood Legends before them, who served their country during World War II, doing whatever they could to help America defeat fascism.

Now, these pampered ,self-righteous, oblivious Lightweights wish to restore to power the fascists that Americans defeated at the Ballot Box on November 8th, 2016.

As we say down here in the part of America’s Heartland, known as Dixie…

It just don’t make no sense.

Oh, and by the way, the only reason that the psychotic heifer Kathy Griffin apologized is found in the excerpt from The Washington Times…

After she posted the image, numerous people on social media not only criticized her but also tagged the Secret Service, the agency charged with protecting the president and handling assassination threats.

The agency’s Twitter feed acknowledged the reports Tuesday evening and said it is “on it!” 

“On it! @SecretService has a robust protective intelligence division that monitors open source reporting & social media to evaluate threats,” the agency wrote.

“Threats made against @SecretService protectees receive the highest priority of all of our investigations. #ProtectionNeverRests,” the Secret Service continued.

And, about that apology, Kathy…on behalf of the other “Deplorables” out here in the Heartland:

Former Acorn Members Behind Pro-Sanctuary City Protest At Texas Senate Session. Guess Who’s Funding Them?

Foxnews.com reports that

Protests erupted in the Texas capitol building on Monday over Gov. Greg Abbott’s new law cracking down on ‘sanctuary cities,’ interrupting the final day in this year’s regular session of the Texas Legislature. 
 
Hundreds of protesters chanted in opposition to the new law, forcing House leadership to stop the session and send state troopers to clear the gallery.  

Activists wearing red T-shirts reading “Lucha,” or “Fight,” quietly filled hundreds of gallery seats as proceedings began. After about 40 minutes, they began to cheer, drowning out the lawmakers below.

Some protesters held banners that said, “See you in court” and “See you at the polls,” while others chanted “Hey, hey. Ho, ho. SB-4 has got to go.”

The demonstration continued for about 20 minutes as officers led people out of the chamber peacefully in small groups. There were no reports of arrests.

Abbott signed SB-4 into law earlier this month in an effort to remain consistent with federal immigration law. The law effectively bans sanctuary city policies in Texas and gives law enforcement officers the ability to ask the immigration status of anyone they stop. Under the law, officers who fail to comply, or cooperate, with federal immigration agents could face jail time and fines reaching $25,000 per day.

“What it means is that no county, no city, no governmental body in the state of Texas can adopt any policy that provides sanctuary, and second, what it means, is that law enforcement officials, such as sheriffs, are going to be required to comply with ICE detainer requests,” Abbott said on “Fox & Friends” the day after signing the bill into law.

He added, “Isn’t it quasi-insane that we have to pass a law to force law enforcement officers to comply with the law?”

Texas is the first state to officially ban sanctuary cities under President Trump. Colorado passed a law in 2006 outlawing sanctuary cities, but the measure was repealed in 2013. So far, only Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee have officially passed bills into law banning ‘sanctuary policies.’ Virginia attempted two measures in the Republican-led legislature, but both were suspended after Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe threatened to veto.

The Texas law is set to take effect on Sept. 1, and opponents have vowed to challenge it in court, after slamming it as the nation’s toughest on immigrants since Arizona’s crackdown in 2010. But Abbott said key provisions of Texas’ law had been tested at the U.S. Supreme Court, which struck down several components of Arizona’s law.

Mayors throughout the Lone Star State were in opposition to the bill’s passage, claiming it would weaken the relationship between law enforcement officials and the public, but Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton already filed suit against local jurisdictions that had been accused of not cooperating with federal immigration agents.

Paxton filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, just days after Abbott signed SB-4 into law.

“Unfortunately, some municipalities and law enforcement agencies are unwilling to cooperate with the federal government and claim that SB-4 is unconstitutional,” Paxton said.

But opposition groups are pushing back. 

Just last week, the Texas Civil Right Project filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of the Texas Organizing Project Education Fund, alleging SB-4 is a “discriminatory, unconstitutionally vague” bill that “encourages racial profiling”.

Okay. When I see a “spontaneous” Astroturf Protest like the one in the article, my instincts as a former Collegiate Radio News Director tell me to investigate the Organizations backing it.

So, I looked into the Texas Organizing Project Education Fund.

That took me to an article from FrontPageMag.com, posted on July 25, 2012, which stated that

ACORN’s Texas chapter may have changed its name but it still appears to be involved in the same kinds of financial shenanigans that made the radical group synonymous with corruption and sleaze. President Obama used to work for ACORN and represented it in court as an attorney.

There are two ACORN spinoff groups allegedly involved in the scheme.

They are the Texas Organizing Project (TOP), classified by the IRS as a 501c4 “social welfare” organization, and its sister group, the Texas Organizing Project Education Fund, a 501c3 charitable organization. The two legally separate nonprofit corporations were both created in December 2009, around the time Congress banned federal taxpayer funding of ACORN. ACORN was infamous for its embrace of the brutal in-your-face political tactics espoused by Rules for Radicals author Saul Alinsky.

Cause of Action says TOP used funds transferred to it by TOP Education Fund for political activity – a huge no-no according to federal tax law. This kind of accounting sleight-of-hand was standard operating procedure for the racketeers who ran the relentlessly corrupt ACORN network.

TOP and TOP Education Fund are engaging “in improper political activities under the radar of the IRS,” said Dan Epstein, executive director of Cause of Action. Epstein’s group is asking the IRS “to investigate these groups for potential abuses of their tax-exempt status, and to hold them accountable for any violations they find.”

Well, gosh. I wonder who they are receiving their operating funds from?

A new $80 million anti-Trump network is being led by an organization whose top funder is liberal billionaire George Soros and which employs former members of the controversial and now-defunct Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN).

The Center for Popular Democracy Action Fund, the 501(c)(4) sister organization of the Center for Popular Democracy (CPD), a New York-based nonprofit that receives the bulk of its funding from George Soros, announced at their spring gala Tuesday that they will be heading up the new $80 million anti-Trump network that will span 32 states and have 48 local partners, CNN reported.

The network will seek to mobilize new voters and fight voter identification laws. It will also focus on gerrymandering and automatic voter registration programs with an eye on the 2018 and 2020 election cycles.

George Soros’ evil influence is spreading like a cancer across our Sovereign Nation.

As I have previously written, I firmly believe that America is now fighting a new war against fascism.

It’s not a war that is being fought with guns and bullets, But instead with state referendums, Congressional votes, Executive Orders, judicial activism, and FAR Left-sponsored and organized Political Activists.

And, it’s not our Brightest and Best who are dying on this field of battle, but rather, it is our Constitutional Freedoms which are dying an ignoble death, pierced by the arrows of socialism and political correctness.

Whether Soros and his paid-off “Special Snowflakes” like him or not, does not matter.

Donald J. Trump was legally elected as the next President of the United States of America.

These repeated attempts to circumvent the will of the American People though these Orchestrated protests is an exercise in intimidation that has not been seen since the days of the Russian Revolution and Germany’s National Sociality Party.

Gorge Soros will not stop until President Trump and the American Values which he represents have been eliminated for the National Scene and we are returned to the rule of a figurehead of his choice and the anti=-America Culture which Soros attempted to install during the reign of Barack Hussein Obama.

Soros almost bankrupted Great Britain.  In fact, he is well-known and despised in several European Nations for his Machiavellian Machinations.

And now, desperate after the loss of his next Presidential Puppet, the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton, Soros has thrown caution to the wind and has become more overtly involved in the attempt to depose President Trump than ever before.

George Soros is a traitorous, evil kingmaker who needs to be deported immediately for the continued strength and stability of our Sovereign Nation.

Of course, do not attempt to tell a Modern American Liberal that.

After all, it’s not Fascism when they do it.
