Trump Tweets That Illegals Must Be Sent Back Immediately…Can He Do That?

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform happened during President ill “Bubba” Clinton’s tenure. Bubba appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair. Jordan came from humble beginnings to become a lawyer and the first Southern black woman elected to the House of Representatives. A DEMOCRAT, she was a leader in the civil rights movement, a professor of ethics, a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a world-class orator (two of her speeches are considered among the greatest of the 20th century). Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.

Reuters.com reports that

President Donald Trump said on Sunday that people who enter the United States illegally should be sent back immediately to where they came from without any judicial process, likening them to invaders who are trying to “break into” the country.

His proposal drew immediate criticism from legal analysts and immigrant rights advocates who said it would violate the U.S. Constitution’s due process provision, which applies to citizens and non-citizens alike.

In a series of tweets on Sunday, Trump said: “We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came.”

“Cannot accept all of the people trying to break into our Country. Strong Borders, No Crime!”

It was unclear if Trump was advocating an expansion of the provision that allows expedited removals of illegal immigrants at or near the U.S. border, a policy his administration has embraced since he took office. Nor did Trump differentiate between illegal immigrants and people who entered the United States to seek asylum protection.

The White House did not return a call seeking clarification.

“The president of the United States has just forcefully proposed the end of political asylum and no due process for migrants,” Sherrilyn Ifill, president of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, wrote on Twitter.

Lee Gelernt, the deputy director of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project, told Reuters: “The administration cannot simply get rid of all process for immigrants. The due process clause absolutely applies. It’s not a choice.”

Authorities can bypass due process protections with the expedited removals policy that allows quick deportations if an immigrant is apprehended within 100 miles (160 km) of the border and has been in the country less than 14 days. Those seeking asylum must be granted a hearing.

Trump’s tweets on Sunday came after a week of global outcry over images and video of crying children and their distraught parents separated at the U.S.-Mexico border. Critics in Trump’s Republican Party, as well as his wife and daughter, urged him to abandon the policy.

So, would sending those who try to “break into” our Sovereign Nation back home without the “due process” that Liberals say that they are entitled to, violate their “Constitutional Rights”?

Do illegal aliens have Constitutional Rights?

According to Jennifer Gordon, a professor of immigration law at Fordham University Law School…

…Non-citizens don’t share all the rights of citizens under the U.S. Constitution. They’re subject to immigration law, under which the executive branch has broad authority to determine whether it wants them in the country or not. And until they’ve passed through immigration control, they aren’t technically on U.S. soil, thanks to a “legal fiction” or counterintuitive legal understanding that carves out an exception to the normal rule.

“When you’re standing at JFK, you stand outside the borders until you are inspected and admitted.”

…The Trump administration will point to the broad discretion given the executive branch and the Attorney General to determine which refugees to allow in and which to reject. And it is true U.S. law is less than consistent on how to treat foreign nationals. A line of Supreme Court decisions extending from the 1890s into the Red Scare years of the 1950s held that “whatever the procedure authorized by Congress is, it is due process as far as an alien denied entry is concerned,” Gordon said.

So, what is my stance on granting full American “Rights” to illegal aliens?

Allow me to break it down for you…slowly, in case any Liberals are reading this.

Let’s pretend I broke into your house. When you discover me there, you insist I leave. But I say, “I’ve made all the beds, washed the dishes, did the laundry, and cleaned the floors; I’ve done all the work you don’t like to do. I’m hardworking and honest (except for breaking into your house). Not only must you let me stay, you must also add me to your insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide these benefits to my husband, too (he will do your yard work, he’s honest and hardworking too–except for that breaking in part). If you try to force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house and proclaim my right to be there! It’s only fair, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I’m trying to better myself. I’m hardworking and honest…except for, well, you know. I will live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness and prejudice.

Oh yeah, I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me.

Good plan…don’t you think?

Is this a behavior we should be rewarding?

What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, they are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens.

And, yet, even as I write this, they are in our hospitals, taking advantage of our charity and the finest health care system in the world, and driving our streets, with either forged drivers licenses or those obtained from states who have acquiesced and given them to these “undocumented workers”.

This is in no way a human rights issue. Freedom is God-given, and with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish. But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

America became a great nation because it was a melting pot of American-born and legally-immigrated citizens with a shared allegiance, not a multi-cultural United Nations with everyone loyal to their home country.

Yesterday after church, my bride and I were having lunch with a couple of friends, when one of them asked a question that I have not heard anyone in the Main Stream Media ask…

If these people are actually seeking asylum, why don’t they approach one of the Border Patrol and ask for it, instead of trying to enter our country illegally?

DOJ Complying with House Subpoena on “FoundationGate” and “SpyGate” Slowly…on Purpose

FoxNews.com reports that

The Justice Department this week gave House Republicans some of the documents they seek related to the Russia election-meddling investigation and Hillary Clinton email probe — after lawmakers threatened to hold officials in contempt for stonewalling.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said on “Fox News Sunday” that House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., had warned that “there’s going to be action on the floor of the House this week if FBI and DOJ do not comply with our subpoena request.”

The House Judiciary Committee and House Intelligence Committee had requested more than a million documents from the FBI and DOJ related to the Clinton investigation and surveillance of members of the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential campaign. While some documents had been produced, the committees have been pushing the DOJ for months to fully comply with the subpoenas.

But a spokesperson for Ryan told The Associated Press on Saturday that the department had partially complied with the subpoenas and had turned over more than a thousand new documents.

“Our efforts have resulted in the committees finally getting access to information that was sought months ago, but some important requests remain to be completed,” the spokesperson, AshLee Strong, said in a statement Saturday. 

“Additional time has been requested for the outstanding items, and based on our understanding of the process we believe that request is reasonable. We expect the department to meet its full obligations to the two committees.”

However, House Freedom Caucus Chair Mark Meadows, R-S.C., pushed back, saying that the documents handed over relating to the subpoena by the Judiciary Committee are just a fragment of what was subpoenaed. He told Fox News that the additional 1,400 documents produced this week related to just one section of the subpoena: FBI and DOJ officials’ requests to review surveillance records of the Trump campaign or Trump administration.

“This represents less than three percent of the potential universe of documents for that section,” Meadows, who sits on the House Oversight Committee, said. He said another section is only 67 percent complete, while no documents have been produced for another section related to surveillance of the Clinton Foundation

“Based on the current production rate, it would take them 1 1/2 years to comply,” he added.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., who has been a central figure in requesting the documents, was provided a classified letter about whether the FBI used “confidential human sources” before it started its investigation in Russia ties to the Trump campaign.

Republicans have targeted the circumstances as to how the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant was obtained to monitor Trump aide Carter Page and the possible use of an informant who spoke to members of Trump’s campaign. 

AP reported that the DOJ is also working to provide documents related to former British spy Christopher Steele, who was behind the lurid and unverified anti-Trump dossier, which Republicans say was used to obtain the FISA warrant.

The amount of information which the Department of Justice is trying to keep from the House Republicans is mind-blowing to think about. Just the information gathered about the Clinton Foundation and their Pay-For-Play Scandal will keep investigators busy for years, considering the number of countries who may have paid tribute to Former Secretary of State Clinton and “Bubba” in order to receive preferential treatment from the Queen of Mean in her Powerful Position within the Obama Administrations.

And, then there is the matter of the FISA Warrant and the Steele Dossier, both of which undoubtably will put both the DOJ and FBI Hierarchy at the time  between a rock and a hard place trying to explain their less-than-ethical behavior as concerns their spying on the Trump Campaign in an effort to keep him from becoming president.

Now, don’t get me wrong. the rank and file of the FBI is composed of many stellar, heroic agents, who love this country and work sacrificially every day, serving with honor.

The hierarchy, composed mainly of Professional Bureaucrats, is another matter.

Being political appointees holding political opinions, while carrying political obligations to a certain political party, never bodes well in a position of legal authority.

Add into that mix an extra-marital affair between these bureaucrats and, to paraphrase, “the affairs of mice and men (and agents) will indeed go awry”.

The Professional Bureaucrats in the DOJ and the FBI know that further investigation into the FISA Memo and the Steele Dossier will blow their clandestine operation against the candidacy and the presidency of Donald J. Trump wide open and put an end to the sham of an investigation into Trump’s “Russian Collusion” that never happened.

And, they simply cannot afford to have that happen.

That is why they have been dragging their feet in complying to the subpoena for the House.

Since the kinky days of J. Edgar Hoover, the hierarchy of the FBI have run clandestine investigations of public figures, both political and cultural leaders.

J. Edgar did it to hold onto his office and to have political leverage against his enemies, as he had skeletons in his own closet…and dresses, too.

But, I digress.

In this case however, the Hierarchy of both the Department of Justice and the FBI did it to circumvent the will of the American People and to install Hillary Clinton as the 45th President, thus protecting the status quo in the Halls of Power in Washington, DC.

And, despite all of their unfathomable behavior and the cover of a sitting president, they failed.

The Washington Bureaucratic Elite were beaten on November 8, 2016 were defeated by the very people whom they had daily been looking down their noses with contempt during the Obama Administration: average Americans…those of us who voted for “Citizen Statesman” Donald J. Trump.

And, I are sure, is what galls them the most.

Propaganda and Protests Increase as “New Bolsheviks” Seek “Radical Change”

The year is 1903. The Russian Social Democratic Party is meeting in London. All the intellectuals in their party have been arguing since the end of the 1800’s as to the direction the party should take. One year earlier, in 1902, a man named Lenin, living in exile, wrote a paper entitled, “What Is To Be Done”.

The work was smuggled into Russia and spelled out his views regarding what the Social Democrats should be doing as a party. Lenin attacked party members who “were content to wait while history took its predetermined course.” Rather than wait, Lenin wanted to kick-start the issue he believed in to get things done rather than wait on intellectuals sitting around refuting each other’s ideas. The meeting resulted in a Party split creating the Mentsheviks and the Bolsheviks. The two factions reunited under Lenin in April 1905. Lenin went on to organize the November 1917 Russian Revolution on the Promise of “peace. bread, and land”.

That was then. This is now.

The big news story yesterday, as reported by FoxNews.com states that

A misleading TIME magazine cover of President Trump looming over a crying migrant girl has exemplified the media’s eagerness to portray the administration’s immigration policies in the harshest possible light. But it seems the iconic magazine treated the Obama administration with comparative kid gloves over similar practices, and with covers focused instead on “Manopause” and butter.

Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer John Moore captured the iconic photo of a 2-year-old Honduran girl crying as her mother was detained along the U.S.-Mexico border. For TIME and others, she quickly became the face of a “zero tolerance” policy that had resulted in children of detained illegals being separated from their parents.

The July 2 edition of the magazine features a cover complete with a Photoshopped version of Trump looking down on the crying girl with the caption “Welcome to America.” The dramatic image seems designed to illustrate the outrage surrounding Trump’s now-reversed policy.  

Unfortunately for TIME, the girl’s father told the Daily Mail that his wife and daughter were not actually separated, in an interview published after the magazine cover went viral. TIME is standing by the cover, but many observers feel the damage has been done.

“Far more people have seen the image and made conclusions based on it than will ever read the associated TIME article, or for that matter, any article dealing with the actual border situation,” media analyst Jeffrey McCall told Fox News. “This cover has circled the internet and the globe and no doubt has made a tremendous rhetorical impact.”

Meanwhile, the Washington Times reported that

A group of protesters gathered outside Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s Virginia townhouse Friday morning, chanting “no justice, no sleep” and blaring audio of immigrant children crying.

About two dozen protesters with the progressive group CREDO Action chanted with megaphones, waved signs that read “child snatcher” and played the ProPublica audio clip of immigrant children being separated from their parents at the border, HuffPost reported.

Ms. Nielsen was forced to walk by protesters shouting “Shame!” when she left her house, according to video posted on social media. One man shouted, “You belong in the Hague!” and, “You’re a modern-day Nazi!” as Ms. Nielsen entered her vehicle and left.

Heidi Hess, the co-director of CREDO Action, said it’s important to hold members of the Trump administration accountable “everywhere.”

“There’s a child snatcher living in Alexandria, Virginia,” Ms. Hess said in a statement. “Rightfully so, there’s a huge amount of attention focused on the border and the detention centers but the people who are making the decisions are here in DC, so it’s important to shine a spotlight on them as well.”

The protest took place just three days after Ms. Nielsen was chased out of a Mexican restaurant near the White House by protesters with the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America.

All of this activity by the Far Left is the latest chapter of a National Liberal Temper Tantrum which began the night of November 8, 2016, when Republican Candidate Donald J. Trump beat Democratic Candidate Hillary Clinton for the job of President of the United States of America.

However, I feel that there is much more at state than just Far Left Ideologues hyperventilating.

Gentle readers, we are in a civil war for the very soul of our Sovereign Nation.

Please notice that it was a mob of New Bolsheviks representing the “Democratic Socialists of America” who gathered outside of the house of the Homeland Secretary.

As was the case in the Russian Revolution, any “Democratic Socialist” nation we see around our Modern World, went through a course-altering revolution, whether through a violent overthrow of the Government or through a “radical change” in the political ideology of their nation and the way that their populace voted in the subsequent election.

I firmly believe that the mission of Billionaire Financier George Soros and all of the Far Left Organizations and Democratic Party Politicians whom he supports, is what his political puppet, Former (Thank God) President Barack Hussein Obama, said that his was during his first presidential campaign: to “radically change” our nation into something that every patriotic American will no longer recognize.

America’s Alt-Left, which President Trump identified by name during the 2017 “Press Conference which shall forever be known as the “Trump Tower Thrashing” is a fringe group of radicalized young people, who grew up during the Obama Administration being programmed by “Organizing for America”, Liberal College Professors, and a pop culture which told them that to love America and to respect her history and those who had gone before them, was “jingoistic”.

They were told that it was evil to try to be better than others….to achieve and make their own way.

They were told that everyone “should be equal” and those who do achieve should “share the wealth”.

This programming led these young minds full of mush to become the “useful idiots” (as Communists used to call their dupes in the Cold War) whom we have been watching on television as they attack America’s History, our Constitutional method of deciding our leaders, and our duly elected President.

Now with the push to bestow the civil rights of American citizens to those who have entered our Sovereign Country illegally and Soros’ covert and overt support of perpetually-grieved protesters, paid to stage organized demonstrations which morph into riots, and the “Alt” or Far-Left, through funding by Soros, Communist Organizations, and other sources, we find that America is now facing our own version of Lenin’s Bolsheviks.

That is why the election of Donald J. Trump to the Presidency was so very important.

Trump was elected to put the brakes on this “New Revolution” purposefully designed to “radically change” America into just another “Democratic Socialist Nation”.

Now is the time to stop George Soros and these “New Bolsheviks”, before history repeats itself on this side of the Atlantic, over 100 years later.

America’s survival as a free nation depends on it.

Peter Fonda and a Roseanne-less “Roseanne”

While Roseanne Barr may be done at ABC, the characters she helped create are poised for a comeback. ABC has given a series order to a spinoff of “Roseanne” that will not include Barr, but will include the rest of her on-screen family.

ABC announced in a statement that it has greenlit a series with a working title “The Conners,” to air on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. this fall. Barr reportedly will have no financial or creative involvement with the show following her firing over a racist tweet directed at former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett in which she referred to her as an “ape.”

“I regret the circumstances that have caused me to be removed from Roseanne,” Barr said about the agreement she made with producer Werner Entertainment, in a statement provided to Fox News. “I agreed to the settlement in order that 200 jobs of beloved cast and crew could be saved, and I wish the best for everyone involved.”

Cast members John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson and Michael Fishman are set to reprise their roles. It’s unclear at this time how the family will continue without Barr’s character or how she’ll be written out. Deadline reports that “a sudden turn of events” will lead the Conners to face daily life in their home of Lanford, Illinois, in a way they haven’t before – without their no-nonsense matriarch.

“The Conners’ stories demonstrate that families can always find common ground through conversation, laughter and love. The spinoff will continue to portray contemporary issues that are as relevant today as they were 30 years ago,” ABC said in a statement announcing the news.

…As previously reported, Barr was canceled last month despite a series order for a second season of the revival, which picked up where the Conner family left off after the show’s original run ended in 1996. The premiere was a massive ratings success for the network, but ABC pulled the plug after some politically charged tweets from Barr topped by the racist remarks against Jarrett.

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC Entertainment President Channing Dungey told Fox News at the time.

Since then, rumors have been swirling that the network was hoping to push forward with a spinoff that would not include “Roseanne.” Fans and critics alike were skeptical about the concept of a “Roseanne” series without Roseanne, but it seems the network is betting on the supporting cast to maintain its ratings high.

On Wednesday, June 20th, washed-up actor Peter Fonda tweeted the following,

WE SHOULD RIP BARRON TRUMP FROM HIS MOTHER’S ARMS AND PUT HIM IN A CAGE WITH PEDOPHILES AND SEE IF MOTHER WILL STAND UP AGAINST THE GIANT ASS— SHE IS MARRIED TO. 90 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE STREETS ON THE SAME WEEKEND IN THE COUNTRY. F—.”

Now, he has since apologized, in an effort to save whatever acting career that he has left.

Fonda actually has a movie coming out titled “Boundaries”.

While Sony Pictures Classics called Fonda’s diatribe “abhorrent”, they have no plans to pull the movie, per variety.com…

“Peter Fonda’s comments are abhorrent, reckless and dangerous, and we condemn them completely,” the distributor said in a statement. “It is important to note that Mr. Fonda plays a very minor role in the film.  To pull or alter this film at this point would unfairly penalize the filmmaker Shana Feste’s accomplishment, the many actors, crew members and other creative talent that worked hard on the project.  We plan to open the film as scheduled this weekend, in a limited release of five theaters.”

Can you say “double standard”, gentle readers?

It is part of the stock in trade of Modern American Liberals.

Peter Fonda threatens the First Lady of the United States of America and her underage son and the only punishment he receives are harsh words from other Liberals who are trying to cover their hindquarters.

Rosanne makes a mistake on Twitter, calling Obama’s Chief Henchwoman “an ape” and gets called everything but a child of God and she loses a television show which she helped to create and to produce, which was getting great ratings in its revival for ABC/Disney.

I am sure that Sara Gilbert is ecstatic about ABC’s decision . In her mind, this will be the starring vehicle that will propel her to stardom, as it did Roseanne.

There’s just one problem: Americans are already familiar with Ms. Gilbert from her role as a co-creator, producer, and panelist on the Afternoon female gabfest “The Talk” on CBS and a recurring role on “The Big Bang Theory”. She is also a “married” lesbian, political activist, and environmentalist, who has written a book titled “The Imperfect Environmentalist: A Practical Guide to Clearing Your Body, Detoxing Your Home and Saving The Earth (Without Losing Your Mind)”.

The problem is…she is not ROSEANNE.

While I am certain that the Liberal Echo Chamber in the Halls of Power at Disney/ABC/ESPN sees that as a plus, average Americans here in America’s Heartland will not.

For all her faults, missteps, and loudmouth obnoxious behavior, average Americans had come to embrace the revival of her television show after 20 years because they felt that it painted a realistic picture of a family attempting to cope and navigate their way through the tough issues of today.

It also helped that Roseanne and her producer were both Trump Supporters.

Even Roseanne admitted that what she tweeted was harsh and she apologized for it.

However, as has been witnessed in the last few days as regards the “separated families” manufactured crisis, the behavior of Liberal Television celebrities and Talking Heads towards the 45th President of the United States of America and average Americans who voted for him and who support him to the day has been so over the top that it makes Roseanne’s tweet about Valerie Jarrett pale in comparison.

And that, gentle readers, is the main reason why a Roseanne-less Reboot will fail.

The majority of Americans will not want any part of it because of ABC’s perceived Liberal Agenda to oust Roseanne and the Liberal hypocrisy toward their own insults and vulgarities toward the President, his family, and his supporters, which the American Public has witnessed en masse nightly on their TV screens since before the 2016 Presidential Election.

As witnessed by the tanking ratings of the Liberal Cable News Channels, the American Public has had enough of Liberal Trump-Bashing and Political Correctness.

Evidently, ABC/Disney and Sony Pictures Classics are so insulated in their Hollywood Bubble along with the rest of the hoi polloi, that they are blissfully unaware of the backlash against them building up among average Americans.

They are in for a rude awakening…both at the ballot box and in their wallets.

Trump Signs EO, Dems Still Mad, Will Their Hatred Eventually Lead to Violence?

Okay. Folks, I’m just gonna say it here. If the media keeps this up — if they keep up generating this hysteria — somebody’s gonna get killed. I think we’re pretty close to somebody getting killed already, and I’m not being hyperbolic, and I’m not trying to call attention to myself. I’m genuinely worried about the out-of-control aspect of this. The news media’s fanning the flames. The news media is leading the way on this. It’s again an oxymoron. News media? What Rush is referring to is the sphincter-clinching, high-decibel hyperbole that has come over the last several days from the Far left Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media, and the hoi polloi in Hollywood.

In response to the release of the IG Report concerning an out-of-control Hierarchy in the FBI doing the bidding of the Obama Administration in an effort to keep Trump out of office and to get him out once average Americans elected him, the Democratic Party and all of their minions attacked President Trump over the separation of children from their parents once they entered our country illegally.

Of course, the practice originated under a Democratic President named Barack Hussein Obama. However, we’re not supposed to bring that up.

Turning on my local news yesterday morning, they were covering the latest hypocritical action by the Democrats against the president with sadistic glee, adding to an already half-psychotic lynch mob mentality among the Far Left, whose unbridled hatred for the 45th President has been growing steadily since the evening of November 8, 2016 when he ruined their dreams of a Hillary Clinton Presidency.

So out-of-control is the anger of these lunatics that washed-up actor Peter Fonda directed a vulgar tweet to First Lady Melania Trump, calling for someone to “rip Barron Trump from his mother’s arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles.”

Yesterday, President Trump decided to end what the Democrats started and signed an Executive Order calling for the children who crossed our border illegally to be able to remain with their parents.

But, guess what? The Democrats still are not happy.

The order Trump signed allows children to stay in detention with their parents for an extended period of time. It does not, however, end the “zero-tolerance” policy that criminally prosecutes adults entering the country without proper documentation.

Trump’s order came after he and other officials repeatedly said only Congress had the power to stop children and their parents from being separated.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., tweeted Wednesday night that the executive order “merely replaces one inhumane act with another.”

“In response to the overwhelming public outrage at his policy of tearing children away from their parents at the border, this administration thinks the appropriate response is to indefinitely detain families,” Sanders said.

The senator said he’s “hopeful … the courts will step in to rein in these unlawful actions.”

Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, of California, shared similar sentiments, tweeting: “It’s extremely troubling that the president’s executive order would require immigrant families with children to be detained indefinitely.”

“This Executive Order doesn’t fix the crisis,” Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., wrote. “Indefinitely detaining children with their families in camps is inhumane and will not make us safe.”

Are you beginning to see a pattern, gentle readers?

It was NEVER about “the children”.

As I mentioned earlier, Democrats desperately needed something to take attention away from the IG Report.

Not only that, they want amnesty for these illegal immigrants so bad they can taste it.

They need more Democratic Party Voters because they are about to be shellacked in the 2016 Mid-term Elections and the 202 Presidential Election.

They have no Party Platform except “Hate Trump”.

This same hatred that has the Liberal Masses whipped up to the point of possible violence has absolutely alienated the Democratic Party from average Americans who now view them as holding our country back from a bright future.

The hatred for President Trump could lead to violence but they need to remember that they are still in the minority in America.

If they continue to ratchet up their hateful rhetoric toward President Trump and average Americans, just like the story of Moby Dick and Captain Ahab, the Democrats’ hatred of President Donald J. Trump will lead to the death of them as a viable political party.

This is 2018. Not 1917.

This time the Bolsheviks will not win.

Poll Shows Highest Number of Americans Satisfied With Country’s Direction Since 2005

More Americans are satisfied with the direction of the country than at any point in the past 12 years, according to a new Gallup poll.

The poll, which was released Monday, shows that 38 percent of respondents are “satisfied with the way things are going,” the highest number since 2005.

“The satisfaction rate, which Gallup has measured at least monthly since 2001, has now topped 35% three times this year — a level reached only three times in the previous 12 years (once each in 2006, 2009 and 2016),” the report says.

Gallup noted that the rise in satisfaction over the past two months comes amid a spate of positive economic news, including the shrinking of the unemployment rate and the continuation of an economic expansion.

Republican National Committee spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany said Democrats are “running scared” from the strong economic numbers, because they can see that support for President Trump is growing.

She noted that some recent polls show Trump’s approval rating growing among millennials, which she attributed to young people who have been shut out of the job market believing in Trump and Republicans’ economic message.

“Democrats need to be scared, because those numbers are guaranteeing him a second term,” McEnany said.

But…but…how can this be?

I mean, if you watch Cable News Trump should be the most hated man in America.

Between the accusations of “Russian Collusion” and “Concentration Camps” and “separated families” on our Southern Border, he should be as unpopular as Rosie O’Donnell at an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet.

But then again, according to those same news outlets, Hillary Clinton should be president, as there was no way the American Voters were going to elect Donald J. Trump the 45th President of the United States of America.

If there was any doubt in your minds before, gentle readers, the past several days clearly show that the Modern Democratic Party remains consumed by their grief over losing the 2016 Presidential Election and their hatred for the man who is now sitting in the Oval Office, Donald J. Trump.

The Democrats put all their eggs in one basket: their fervent desire that somehow, someway, Robert Mueller could find some sort of impeachable offense against President Trump.

So far, Mueller and his team of Trump-hating Democratic Donors poorly masquerading as impartial investigators, are failing miserably.

They have handed down 2 indictments for “offenses” which were not even a part of Trump’s Presidential Campaign or the first year of his presidency.

With Mueller’s Investigation blowing up around them, now the Democrats are trying to sabotage Trump with charges that he is purposefully separating children from their parents at the border, oblivious to the fact that it has been a practice since Democrats held the White House.

However, the biggest problem that the Democrats face is the fact that the President is succeeding in fulfilling his Campaign Promises even though the Democrats and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, have thrown every thing that they could think of at him, including Fake News Stories that they desperately made up.

The economy is booming, Trump keeps winning, and the Dems keep losing.

And, average Americans are loving it.

The fact is, the Democrats on Capitol Hill remain out-of-touch with average Americans.

They have learned nothing at all from their year and one half out of power.

For the Democratic Party to begin winning elections again, they are going to have to abandon the Far Left Political Ideology, inspired by Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky, which they have bitterly clung to as their “religion” for the past several decades.

The absurdity and downright anti-Americanism of their “Tenets of Faith” has been anathema to Americans living in America’s Heartland, the ones responsible for an American Businessman and Entrepreneur being elected our 45th President.

Those who sit in judgment of us average Americans like the Pharisees in the ancient Holy Land are going to have to climb down from their bar stools at the Washington Capitol Hill Country Club, and come home to visit us “common” people, attend ballgames, picnics, charitable public events, and even…GASP!…attend church with us, if they wish to represent average Americans in our Sovereign Nation’s Halls of Power again.

However, realistically, I do not see any of my suggestions coming to pass.

Democrats are too ensconced is their own belief system which states that…

  1. Americans are “jingoistic”.
  2. America is responsible for all of the world’s ills.
  3. The evils of American Capitalism are responsible for the world’s climate, not the God of Abraham.
  4. Perversion is perfectly normal.
  5. They ARE “The Smartest People in the Room”.

There are many more “Tenets of Faith” that the Democrats believe. However, for the sake of brevity, I will move on.

Years ago, the Democratic Party and reality took divergent paths.

Unless they can find their way back to reality, their political party is destined to go the way of the Whigs.

Considering their fondness for relative morality, situational ethics, and purposeful obtuseness, perhaps they should keep traveling the path that they are presently on…attempting to find something…ANYTHING to impeach President Trump on.

Their party’s slow, painful demise will be great for the Popcorn Industry….

and America.

Hillary Quotes Bible About “Separated Children”…No, Really

Average Americans have all known for sometime that this is not our fathers’ Democratic Party. Conservatives have been driven out and “Moderates” are an endangered species.

Today’s Democrats embrace a Far Left Political Ideology, in which there is no room for a Supreme Being…until they need to reference Him for political leverage and justification.

Hillary Clinton on Monday slammed the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” border policy that has left hundreds of children separated from their parents, calling it a “moral and humanitarian crisis.”

Speaking at a women’s event in New York, the former secretary of state said President Trump’s claim that breaking apart adults and their children who enter the U.S. illegally is a law instilled by Democrats is “an outright lie.”

Her remarks at the Women’s Forum of New York awards lunch were followed up by a tweet on Monday afternoon in which Clinton said: “Every parent who has ever held a child in their arms, every human behind with a sense of compassion and decency, should be outraged.”

Clinton also took a swipe at Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who, on Thursday, cited the Bible to defend the border policy, and added that recent criticisms were not “fair or logical and some are contrary to law.”

“I would cite you to the Apostle Paul and his clear and wise command in Romans 13, to obey the laws of the government because God has ordained them for the purpose of order,” Sessions said. “Orderly and lawful processes are good in themselves and protect the weak and lawful.”

Clinton said that “those who selectively use the Bible to justify this cruelty are ignoring a central tenet of Christianity.”

“I’ve studied the bible, both the Old and the New Testament,” the 2016 presidential candidate said. “What is being done using the name of religion is contrary to everything I was ever taught.”

She invoked her own quote from the Bible — Matthew 19:14 — in response, saying that “Jesus said suffer the little children unto me. He did not say let the children suffer.”

Clinton added that former First Lady Laura Bush’s sentiments published Sunday in an op-ed for The Washington Post, in which she referred to the the administration’s policy as “cruel” and “immoral” and it “breaks [her] heart, are “absolutely right.”

First, as I wrote in a post published yesterday, President Barack Hussein Obama separated illegal immigrant children from their families during his use of ATEP.

So, Hillary is actually the one who told an outright lie, which is nothing unusual for her.

Somehow, Hillary and other vocal members of the Far left Democratic Party somehow believe that they can appeal to the Christian Faith of average Americans and somehow gain a political advantage in both the upcoming 2018 Midterm Elections and their ongoing effort to undermine the presidency of Donald J. Trump.

The problem with this strategy is one of their own making.

After President Barack Hussein Obama took office, he made a point of stating several times that America was not just a Christian nation anymore.

And, while that remains true to a certain extent, it is also true that the overwhelming majority, 75% of Americans still proclaim themselves to be followers of Jesus Christ. And even beyond that, 92% of Americans still believe in God.

What is amazing to me, though, is how American Christianity is still constantly attacked by Liberals such as Hillary on all fronts:  militarily, culturally, and even within organized religion, itself.

From illegal immigration to abortion to homosexual “rights”, Americans who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ on these issues have been under fire by Liberals, who insist that they know more about what is in the Bible and what Christ says, or would say, about these topics, then those of us who actually read God’s Word.

Claiming to be wise, they became fools. – Romans 1:22

When you enter into a Facebook “discussion” with these “new Pharisees”, and you counter their arguments on these topics with Scripture, Liberals are initially slow to respond.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, – 2 Timothy 3:16 ESV 

Most Liberals will start “Googling” these topics, looking for any Scriptures that will substantiate their position.

There’s been many a time they have come back at me with Old Testament Scripture. It is then that I explain to them about the sacrifice that Christ made for us sinners, freeing Christians from Jewish Law and taking the punishment for our sins , creating a New Covenant by covering Christians through the shedding of His blood.

At that point in the “discussion”, there is a long pause, as they are trying to figure out a comeback.

The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.- 1 Corinthians 2:14

This misconception, which I have been trying to explain, involves Liberals’ belief that American Christians will not fight back against them and the things they want to do in our society.

If there’s one thing during all of the years of anti-Christian bias, which we have experienced during the Obama administration, and now, more than a year and a half after Christian Americans helped elect American Businessman and Entrepreneur Donald J. Trump as the 45th President, that the Liberals should have learned, is the fact that Christian American Conservatives will fight back.

It is funny though…that when we begin fighting back, the Liberals have a tendency to label us as uncaring, mean , divisive, and intolerant.

Liberals react that way because internally, they are having a kicking and screaming temper tantrum, because they cannot get their way…as the days since November 8th, 2016 have plainly showed.

For Liberal Democrats such as Hillary Clinton to now attempt to use the God of Abraham as a Spokesperson and Arbiter against an immigration policy which they created, in order to oppose the presidency of President Trump, after turning their back on God for years, is a display of hypocrisy that would had made even the ancient Pharisees blush.

In fact, their desperation reminds me of a passage found in the New Testament,

22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ – Matthew 7:22-23

Hillary and the Democrats , as polls published the last few days are showing, are hurting no one but themselves.

They remain oblivious to the fact that one must always be careful…because when you point a finger at someone, there are always four pointing back at you.

Why Didn’t Dems Care About “Separated Families” Under Obama’s ATEP?

The head of the Department of Homeland Security bashed the media Sunday for their reporting on the increasingly volatile immigration controversy, writing in a string of tweets: “We do not have a policy of separating families at the border. Period.”

Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen added: “This misreporting by Members, press & advocacy groups must stop. It is irresponsible and unproductive. As I have said many times before, if you are seeking asylum for your family, there is no reason to break the law and illegally cross between ports of entry.”

She noted that no one is “breaking the law by seeking asylum at a port of entry.”

Through Twitter, Nielsen reiterated that current policies are derived from laws already in the books: “For those seeking asylum at ports of entry, we have continued the policy from previous Administrations and will only separate if the child is in danger, there is no custodial relationship between ‘family’ members, or if the adult has broken a law.”

She added: “DHS takes very seriously its duty to protect minors in our temporary custody from gangs, traffickers, criminals and abuse.”

This push by the Democrats and their Vanguard, the Main Stream Media, to paint the President as a heartless monster is very hypocritical and disingenuous.

The practice of separating immigrant families at the border isn’t new.

The Alien Transfer Exit Program

The United States since 2008 has had a policy called the Alien Transfer Exit Program (ATEP), which detains male Mexican migrants near the border and, instead of repatriating them to their area of origin, leaves them hundreds—and sometimes thousands—of miles away at the opposite end of the U.S.-Mexico border. They are often released from custody at unusual times of day in completely unfamiliar areas where they have no family or other support system. The practice is supposed to deter further border crossing attempts, but instead it subjects migrants to crime and danger.

In 2011, the Alien Transfer Exit Program affected an estimated one-fifth of migrants detained by Border Patrol along the southwest border. That’s because ATEP ramped up under the Obama administration as a way to handle the spike in Mexican migrants attempting to enter the United States.

…“Under the transfer program, many immigrants who are caught in California are flown to Texas border cities, and the flights return west filled with immigrants caught in Texas. In Arizona, immigrant groups are divided, with some deported through Texas and others through California,” the Los Angeles Times reported at the time.

Federal immigration agencies have long claimed that ATEP “breaks the smuggling cycle by physically separating aliens from the smuggling organizations that will repeatedly attempt to bring guide them into this country,” but the program—called “cruel and unusual punishment” by human rights’ advocates—has separated families.

‘Lateral Repatriation’ Is Family Separation

While ATEP targets Mexican men attempting to enter the United States, the program doesn’t just nab men traveling alone. Men migrating with their families are separated from them, detained, and transported to an unfamiliar place in Mexico, while their partners and children are left to languish in detention centers. In 2011, during the height of ATEP, almost none of the reporting about the program focused on family separation.

The Arizona-based organization No More Deaths refers to ATEP as “lateral repatriation,” noting that the program often separates family members and purposely sends them to cities far from one other. Families aren’t notified of where each member ends up, leaving them unaware of where their partners and children are.

In other words, gentle readers, the Democrats really do not care about these “poor separated children”.

If they actually did, they would have protested ATEP under Obama.

Just like Obama used children as human political props after the Sandy Hook Massacre and Democratic Activists have been using children in school walkouts to try to achieve the taking away of guns from Americans, this sudden “concern” over the welfare of the children of those who wish to illegally enter our Sovereign Nation is nothing but a political ploy.

It is a plan born out of a Democratic desperation to avoid a Republican Sweep in the Midterm Elections by somehow damaging President Trump.

I mean, they had to do SOMETHING.

Mueller and his investigators have produced nothing but a big fat zero in their attempt to prove that the Russians got Trump elected President.

The Dems’ “Stormy” attempt to re-invent a porn actress into a saint fizzled out.

Their attacks on the integrity of the Trump Marriage through accusations of spousal abuse after Melania was under doctor’s orders to stay at home after her kidney surgery just brought the MSM more ridicule.

And, De Niro showing his hindquarters hasn’t helped the Democrats , either.

So, they decided to prove that they are the “Party That Cares” by trying to “protect the children” through staging photo ops of them attempting to forcibly enter the centers where the illegal immigrant children are being cared for.

Heck, if they actually cared about the welfare of children, they wouldn’t advocate for a million of them to be yanked out of their mothers’ wombs every year in America.

Oh, the irony.

My Wish For Fathers Day

D-Day, also called the Battle of Normandy, was fought on June 6, 1944, between the Allied nations and German forces occupying Western Europe. To this day, 70 years later, it  still remains the largest seaborne invasion in history. Almost three million troops crossed the English Channel from England to Normandy to be used as human cannon fodder in an invasion of occupied France.

Among the young men who stepped off those boats, in a hail of gunfire, was a fellow named Edward, whom everyone called Ned, from the small town of Helena, Arkansas.  Already in his young life, Ned had been forced to drop out of school in the sixth grade, in order to work at the local movie theatre to help support his mother, brother, and sister, faced with the ravages of the Great Depression.

He later went on to help build the US Highway 49 Helena Bridge across the Mississippi River.

He was a gentle man who loved to laugh and sing, having recorded several 78 rpm records in the do-it-yourself booths of the day. And now, he found himself, a Master Sergeant in an Army Engineering Unit, stepping off a boat into the unknown, watching his comrades being mercilessly gunned down around him.

Ned, along with the rest of his unit who survived the initial assault, would go on to assist in the cleaning out of the Concentration Camps, bearing witness to man’s inhumanity to man.

The horrors he saw had a profound effect on Ned.  One which he would keep to himself for the remainder of his life.  While his children knew that he served with an Engineering Unit in World War II, they did not know the full extent of his service, until they found his medal, honoring his participation in the Invasion of Normandy, going through his belongings, after he passed away on December 29, 1997.

He was my Daddy.

Today, all across the world, Fathers will be honored by their children, natural, adopted, foster, and those whom they took in as one of their own.

Did you ever wonder how this Global Remembrance got started?

There are two stories which are attributed as being the origin of Father’s Day.

According to the first tale, it all began in 1910, when Sonora Smart-Dodd of Spokane, Washington, tried to figure out a way in which to honor her dad, a remarkable man, who had single-handedly raised six children. Sonora, naturally, loved her dad with all her heart, and wanted everyone to recognize him for what he had done for her entire family. She made the decision to declare day of tribute, a Father’s Day, if you will, on her father’s birthday – June 19.

The next year, Sonora contacted the local churches in an attempt to get them to throw their support behind the celebration, but they simply laughed her off. After that setback, it took a while before Sonora’s proposal once again started gaining attention.

A bill in support of a national remembrance of Father’s Day was introduced in 1913. The bill was approved by US President Woodrow Wilson three years later. The bill received further support from President Calvin Coolidge in 1924.

This brought about the formation of a National Father’s Day Committee in New York within the next two years. However, our Federal Government, not exactly being strong in the pursuit alacrity, took another 30 years before a Joint Resolution of Congress officially recognized Father’s Day. Then, implementation of the bill was postponed another 16 years until President Richard Nixon declared third Sunday of June as Father’s Day in 1972.

The second story of the origin of Father’s Day involves Dr. Robert Webb of West Virginia. According to this version, the first Father’s Day service was conducted by Webb at the Central Church of Fairmont in 1908.

Around my house, we always thought that Hallmark and Walmart invented it.

Like you other fathers out there, I am asked every year what I want for my Father’s Day Gift.

The one present I want…I can’t have.

I wish that I had one more day with my Daddy.

My Daddy was the most important man in my life and remains so to this day.

He taught me how to love others through his actions every day of his life. He was a wonderful Christian man, who led me to Christ.

He was also the bravest man I have ever known, landing at Normandy Beach on D-Day.

My Daddy worked hard all of his life. He worked for Sears for 20 years. He taught me what hard work was and yet he always had time for me.

I wish that I had one more day to walk through Court Square Park in Memphis, Tennessee feeding the pigeons and the squirrels with my Daddy.

I wish that I had another opportunity to sit on the living room floor at Christmas and play Rock ’em Sock ’em Robots with him.

I wish that I had another chance to stand over to the side on Thanksgiving Afternoon and watch him, as he played Penny-ante Poker, “cutting up” with my mother and my aunts and uncles.

I wish that I could hear him singing “The Old Rugged Cross” in the kitchen again, with his beautiful tenor voice.

I wish that I could watch him again, sitting at the breakfast table simultaneously looking through his old Cokesbury Hymnbook and his Book on Hymnology, researching those great old hymns and making notes, so that he could tell his 150 member Sunday School Class about the hymn which he was going to lead them in singing that Sunday Morning.

I wish that I could watch my Daddy playing with my baby daughter again, sticking out the lower plate of his dentures, as she tried to grab it.

I wish that I could see them again out in the driveway, sitting in his 1978 Chevrolet Caprice Classic with her in the driver’s seat as they waited for the school bus to pick her up for pre-school.

I wish that I could spend another Christmas Morning with him to watch the fun as he gave my sister her yearly “gag gift”, just to watch her jump and squeal as the “snake” or “mouse” jumped out of the box.

I wish that I could sit and watch Saturday Morning Memphis Wrestling and then another Johnny Weissmuller “Tarzan” movie with him on a Saturday afternoon…or maybe a Three Stooges Short, just to hear him laugh.

It’s funny, y’know.

I look in the mirror at 59 years old…and, I see him.

I look back over the years at the things that I did with the children that God brought into my life to care for and then I see the things that I’m doing now with my 10 year-old grandson, and I see my Daddy in myself.

Nowadays in America, it is harder than ever to be a Dad.  Any male who is not impotent can sire a child…as is being proven daily across our country.

However, it takes a man to be a Daddy, a Papa, a Pop, a Pops, somebody’s Old Man, or simply, a Father.

I’ve had the privilege of having a hand in raising three step-sons, one nephew, and one very special daughter.  I would not give back one moment of those experiences for anything that this world can offer.

I was not a perfect role model.  I made mistakes…a lot of them.  But, looking back, I know, in my heart, that I’ve made a difference in their lives. And, I thank the One Who Made Me for that opportunity.

I pray that I was able to pass along at least some of my Daddy’s Legacy of Christian Love to those I have had a hand in raising.

Dads…it costs nothing to pay attention….and give love.

Daddy, I wish you were here so I could tell you how much I love you and miss you.

I hope you’re proud of me.

Particularly notable, from the perspective of Trump’s allies, was the searing criticism in the report reserved for the conduct of one of Trump’s most high-profile critics, former FBI director James Comey, as well as the revelation that lead FBI agent Peter Strzok had shown anti-Trump bias. “We’ll stop it,” Strzok wrote in a text message, referring to Trump’s presidential campaign.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the report “reaffirmed the president’s suspicions about Comey’s conduct and about the political bias of some members of the FBI.”

On Capitol Hill, there was an outcry. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., a Trump ally, said on Thursday he would support a new federal probe of Mueller’s special counsel investigation. “You’re going to need independent eyes,” he told reporters.

Democrats, as they have for months, sought to defend the sanctity of the special counsel’s inquiry. They said Mueller’s mission should not be attacked because FBI agents behaved inappropriately.

“None of this reflects on the special counsel’s work,” said Rep. Adam Schiff, Calif., ranking Democrat of the House Intelligence Committee.

Republicans, however, sought to use the report to tarnish investigators.

Since the Strzok text message had not been previously disclosed to Congress, a number of Republicans immediately asked whether the Justice Department had purposefully hidden that missive from them.

Republican Reps. Andy Biggs, Ariz., Matt Gaetz, Fla., Ron DeSantis, Fla., – all Trump supporters – sent the Justice Department a letter Thursday demanding that the inspector general turn over all previous reports to see if “people may have changed the report in a way that obfuscates your findings.”

So, what is the “mission of the Special Counsel and his “13 angry Democrats”, Rep. Schiff?

Wasn’t the Russia Probe formed to find evidence of Russian interference on behalf of the Trump Campaign in the 2016 Presidential Election?

Well, the House Investigative Committee has already ruled that there was no collusion.

And, Special Counsel Mueller has stated that President Trump is not a target in the investigation.

So, what is the purpose of the Special Council and his Lynch Mob’s continued existence?

Is it to find something…ANYTHING…with which to impeach the 45th President of the United States of America…simply because Americans in “Flyover Country” elected him as President instead of “The Chosen One II”, Hillary Clinton?

Or, is the purpose of the Investigation simply to provide enough interference so that Trump cannot fulfill his Campaign Promises and will be seen as a failed President, ensuring a Democratic Victory in 2020?

Well, considering the enormous success of his first 500 days in office, I think you’ve got about as much chance succeeding at ever of those as Rosie O’Donnell has of being on the front cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition (try unseeing that).

So, Rep. Shiff, considering that only a minority of Americans supported Mueller’s Investigation before the IG’s Report and one of his investigators is one of those FBI Agents singled out for possible legal consequences, and with the IG Report on the Russia Probe on the horizon, don’t you think that it is time for Special Counsel Mueller to “put up or shut up”?

Lord knows, us “rubes” out here in “Flyover Country” certainly do.
