“MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Words painted on a wall in the Bartlett Police Department have led to a complaint. Now, a letter has been sent to the police chief, demanding a Bible verse be taken down.
Posts on social media from the Bartlett Police Department welcome two new employees, but the words behind them are causing a complaint.
The Freedom from Religion Foundation, a nonprofit working as a state and church watchdog, based in Wisconsin, sent a letter to Chief of Police Jeff Cox, requesting the department paint over the bible verse.
The verse is Matthew 5:9 which reads, “Blessed are the peacemakers. They shall be called the children of God.”
“This statement seems to imply that God gives them their power, not the government, not the people,” said Hirsh Joshi, Attorney for the Freedom from Religion Foundation.
Joshi says that Bible verse is unconstitutional.
“The separation between church and state, that’s exactly what we are arguing here. By having the bible on their walls the BPD disrespects the separation between church and state,” said Joshi.
They complained about this after seeing some of the posts and ads with employees in front of that quote.
When asked what comes next, Joshi replied, “We hope the BPD will respect our nation’s constitution, but from there, we will have to see.” (Courtesy WREG.com)
Bartlett is a bedroom community right outside Memphis, Tennessee.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation was founded in 1978 by a bunch of bitter atheists who decided that their mission was going to be to remove God from all aspects of American life, concentrating on academics, sports, and as you can read from the above article, anything having to do with government.
I have never understood Atheists, especially the so-called activists among them.
Our Constitution provides for Freedom of Religion.
According to the Supreme Court, in their Ruling abolishing School Prayer, Atheism is a religion, which the Americans who embrace this nihilism are free to practice.
So, why the continuous full-blown attack on the Faith which our Founding Fathers wrote so eloquently about, and which has sustained this “shining city on a hill” through times of internal and external strife?
In other words, why are activist Atheists (and Progressives) so intent to either limit or completely eliminate Christianity’s influence on everyday American Life?
Why don’t they attack the political/religious ideology of Islam with the same fervor?
The answer to this question is simple: Cowards will always tell you whom they are afraid of. They will avoid them, like one avoids a child with Chicken Pox.
Additionally, they expect Christians to allow them to take control by “turning the other cheek.”
Evidently, they never read the scriptures which describe Jesus running the “money lenders” out of the temple, overturning tables, and expressing his righteous indignation in a way in which no one could mistake it for anything else.
Or, perhaps, it’s the overwhelming overestimation of their own intelligence, which results from ignoring the influence of the God of Abraham in their life.
So, what drives them in this “Unholy Crusade”?
Bitterness, emptiness, and an unfulfilled longing in their soul, which they can not put a finger on, is the only explanation.
Otherwise, why would they fight so hard against the influence of and worship of Someone whom they don’t personally believe in?
The Bible verse on the wall in that building honors the men and women inside it.
There is no reason for the Bartlett Police Department to paint over it.
Anyone who is offended by it should simply not look at it.
“Former President Donald Trump told a national gathering of Christian conservative activists Saturday not to let the secular left “silence” and “shame” them in a bid to keep them from voting, saying Christianity would be in “tatters” if President Joe Biden is reelected.
On Saturday, Trump addressed the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority conference in Washington, D.C., encouraging attendees to do all they can to encourage fellow Christians to vote in the upcoming November election, bemoaning that not all Christians vote.
“We need Christians to turn out in the largest numbers ever to tell Crooked Joe Biden … ‘Joe, you’re fired,'” said Trump, the 2024 presumptive Republican nominee for president.
“The radical left is trying to shame Christians, silence you, demoralize you and they want to keep you out of politics. They don’t want you to vote. That’s why you have to vote,” he maintained. “If you vote, we cannot lose. They don’t want you to vote. But Christians cannot afford to sit on the sidelines. If Joe Biden gets in, Christianity will not be safe in a nation with no borders, no laws, no freedom, no future.”
After predicting that “your religion certainly will be, I think, in tatters,” Trump highlighted the criticism the Trump administration has faced regarding its treatment of Catholics.
Trump asked, “What’s going on with Catholics?” He lamented that “they are being persecuted.”
“What is that all about?” he inquired before suggesting that Biden, a Catholic, “has no idea what the Hell is happening.”
“I don’t think it is him. I think it’s the people that surround him, the fascists, communists,” he said. “They’re young, very smart, vicious people.” (ChristianPost.com)
Former President Trump was spot on.
For what now seems like an eternity, those on the Far Left Democrat side of the Political Aisle have focused their attention on “radically changing” America.
They soon realized that they simply could not do it through popular culture and educational indoctrination, inundating America’s children with both overt and subliminal imaging designed to countermand the Traditional American Values that they were being raised with, in normal American Households, out here in “Flyover Country”, otherwise known as America’s Heartland…or “the Red States”.
Far Left Democrats soon figured out that the way to program Americans into believing that “all paths lead to God” and that cradle-to-grave Nanny-State Government were the new American Standards for living our daily lives, was to turn Christian American Houses of Worship away from being instructors of the Word of God and a sanctuary in which to worship Our Creator, to, instead, being purveyors of the joys of Popular Culture. Wednesday Night Bible Studies were soon replaced by Yoga Classes and Encounter Groups. Religious Leaders were soon quoting philosophy, instead of the Bible in their Sunday Morning Sermons.
And, instead of taking a stand against those things of the world which were directly opposed to what is found in God’s Word, these “new, enlightened” churches started standing up for the “right” of a woman to have her baby prematurely yanked out of her womb with a set of tongs, standing up for the right of Adam to “marry” Steve, when the Bible states that marriage is between a man and a woman, and standing up for the equality of all faiths, when the Son of God firmly states, in John 14:6, that I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
America remains a nation whose population consists of a majority who proclaim Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior and who believe in God.
However, church attendance is way down.
Being filled with human beings, churches have made a lot of mistakes, However, they have also done a lot of good in the name of the Lord.
Churches today have to walk a fine line.
The spiritual battle, the influence of American Popular Culture and those seeking the Will of God in their lives, takes all the strength…and prayer that Christians can muster.
Far Left Democrats seem to have great difficulty comprehending the role that Our Creator, the God of Abraham, played and plays in this Grand Experiment, known as the United States of America.
Why have Democrats ratcheted up their anti-Christian vitriol and negativity since January 21, 2009?
Why are they so focused on removing America’s Christian Heritage?
Well, as is usually my wont, I have been doing some “reckoning” about this.
It seems to this ol’ Southern Boy, living here in the Heartland, that America’s Christian Heritage and the very real fact of His influence in building and shaping America’s growth into the greatest country on the face of God’s Green Earth, not only stifles and interferes with Modern Liberals’ “anything goes”, “share the wealth”, “hive-mind”, “man is his own god” Political Ideology, but the reality of God’s very existence, somewhere deep in their miserable, bitter psyches, scares the mess out of them.
Why else would they be trying so hard to fight against the influence of Someone Whom they really don’t believe in?
I see them every single day on the television, on the Internet, on Facebook Political Pages, posting stupid meme (a picture with words on it) after stupid meme, attempting to make fun of The Great I Am and those of us who have given our lives to Him.
They are so hateful and filled with such bitterness that it is difficult to engage them in “conversation”.
Perhaps, somewhere in their back of their minds, all of these Far Left Democrats realize that they are fighting a losing battle.
Christianity continues to thrive in America despite their best efforts.
For, as Justice Scalia stated so eloquently, “God has been very good to us.”
However, if Christians do not stand up for themselves in the Political Theater, then they may soon have no rights whatsoever.
America was built upon a Solid Rock.
To ignore our nation’s faith-based foundation and heritage is to live in purposeful ignorance.
As President Ronald Reagan said, “If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”
And, as Hebrews 13:8 tells us, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
Regardless of the political machinations of Far Left Democrats, God will have the final word as to our country’s future.
D-Day, also called the Battle of Normandy, was fought on June 6, 1944, between the Allied nations and German forces occupying Western Europe. To this day, over 79 years later, it still remains the largest seaborne invasion in history. Almost three million troops crossed the English Channel from England to Normandy to be used as human cannon fodder in an invasion of occupied France.
Among the young men who stepped off those boats, in a hail of gunfire, was a fellow named Edward, whom everyone called Ned, from the small town of Helena, Arkansas. Already in his young life, Ned had been forced to drop out of school in the sixth grade, in order to work at the local movie theatre to help support his mother, brother, and sister, faced with the ravages of the Great Depression.
He later went on to help build the US Highway 49 Helena Bridge across the Mississippi River.
He was a gentle man who loved to laugh and sing, having recorded several 78 rpm records in the do-it-yourself booths of the day. And now, he found himself, a Master Sergeant in an Army Engineering Unit, stepping off a boat into the unknown, watching his comrades being mercilessly gunned down around him.
Ned, along with the rest of his unit who survived the initial assault, would go on to assist in the cleaning out of the Concentration Camps, bearing witness to man’s inhumanity to man.
The horrors he saw had a profound effect on Ned. One which he would keep to himself for the remainder of his life. While his children knew that he served with an Engineering Unit in World War II, they did not know the full extent of his service, until they found his medal, honoring his participation in the Invasion of Normandy, going through his belongings, after he passed away on December 29, 1997.
He was my Daddy.
Today, all across the world, Fathers will be honored by their children, natural, adopted, foster, and those whom they took in as one of their own.
Did you ever wonder how this Global Remembrance got started?
There are two stories which are attributed as being the origin of Father’s Day.
According to the first tale, it all began in 1910, when Sonora Smart-Dodd of Spokane, Washington, tried to figure out a way in which to honor her dad, a remarkable man, who had single-handedly raised six children. Sonora, naturally, loved her dad with all her heart, and wanted everyone to recognize him for what he had done for her entire family. She made the decision to declare day of tribute, a Father’s Day, if you will, on her father’s birthday – June 19.
The next year, Sonora contacted the local churches in an attempt to get them to throw their support behind the celebration, but they simply laughed her off. After that setback, it took a while before Sonora’s proposal once again started gaining attention.
A bill in support of a national remembrance of Father’s Day was introduced in 1913. The bill was approved by US President Woodrow Wilson three years later. The bill received further support from President Calvin Coolidge in 1924.
This brought about the formation of a National Father’s Day Committee in New York within the next two years. However, our Federal Government, not exactly being strong in the pursuit alacrity, took another 30 years before a Joint Resolution of Congress officially recognized Father’s Day. Then, implementation of the bill was postponed another 16 years until President Richard Nixon declared third Sunday of June as Father’s Day in 1972.
The second story of the origin of Father’s Day involves Dr. Robert Webb of West Virginia. According to this version, the first Father’s Day service was conducted by Webb at the Central Church of Fairmont in 1908.
Around my house, we always thought that Hallmark and Walmart invented it.
Like you other fathers out there, I am asked every year what I want for my Father’s Day Gift.
The one present I want…I can’t have.
I wish that I had one more day with my Daddy.
My Daddy was the most important man in my life and remains so to this day.
He taught me how to love others through his actions every day of his life. He was a wonderful Christian man, who led me to Christ.
He was also the bravest man I have ever known.
My Daddy worked hard all of his life. He worked for Sears for 20 years. He taught me what hard work was and yet he always had time for me.
I wish that I had one more day to walk through Court Square Park in Memphis, Tennessee feeding the pigeons and the squirrels with my Daddy.
I wish that I had another opportunity to sit on the living room floor at Christmas and play Rock ’em Sock ’em Robots with him.
I wish that I had another chance to stand over to the side on Thanksgiving Afternoon and watch him, as he played Penny-ante Poker, “cutting up” with my mother and my aunts and uncles.
I wish that I could hear him singing “The Old Rugged Cross” in the kitchen again, with his beautiful tenor voice.
I wish that I could watch him again, sitting at the breakfast table simultaneously looking through his old Cokesbury Hymnbook and his Book on Hymnology, researching those great old hymns and taking notes, so that he could tell his 150 member Sunday School Class about the hymn which he was going to lead them in singing that Sunday Morning.
I wish that I could watch my Daddy playing with my baby daughter again, sticking out the lower plate of his dentures, as she tried to grab it.
I wish that I could see them again out in the driveway, sitting in his 1978 Chevrolet Caprice Classic with her in the driver’s seat as they waited for the school bus to pick her up for pre-school.
I wish that I could spend another Christmas Morning with him to watch the fun as he gave my sister her yearly “gag gift”, just to watch her jump and squeal as the “snake” or “mouse” jumped out of the box.
I wish that I could sit and watch Saturday Morning Memphis Wrestling and then another Johnny Weissmuller “Tarzan” movie with him on a Saturday afternoon…or maybe a Three Stooges Short, just to hear him laugh.
It’s funny, y’know.
I look in the mirror at 65 years old… and I see him.
I look back over the years at the things that I did with the children that God brought into my life to care for and I remember the tines that I shared with my 16 year-old grandson, and I see my Daddy in myself.
Nowadays in America, it is harder than ever to be a Dad. Any male who is not impotent can sire a child…as is being proven daily across our country.
However, it takes a man to be a Daddy, a Papa, a Pop, a Pops, somebody’s Old Man, or simply, a Father.
I’ve had the privilege of having a hand in raising three step-sons, one nephew, and one very special daughter. I would not give back one moment of those experiences for anything that this world can offer.
I was not a perfect role model. I made mistakes…a lot of them. But, looking back, I know, in my heart, that I’ve made a difference in their lives. And, I thank the One Who Made Me for that opportunity.
I pray that I was able to pass along at least some of my Daddy’s Legacy of Christian Love to those I have had a hand in raising.

Is it just me, or have those who used to be the “Moderate” Democratic Party traveled as far to the left on the Political Spectrum as they can go?
Growing up, there used to not be much difference between the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.
Now, it’s like night and day.
Let’s face it.
The Democratic Party has devolved into a bunch of Marxists wanting our Constitutional Republic to turn into a cradle to grave totalitarian government, managing our entire lives for us and taking away our individual freedom for the good of the State.
The “resident” in the White House who was installed like a toilet calls those of us who believe in traditional American Faith and Values “Nationalists”.
That’s funny…
All my life, I’ve thought of myself and the majority of the people I graduated high school with as average Americans.
High school friends of mine served in the military, others became doctors, lawyers, and tradesmen and women and have contributed a great deal to society.
The majority of them have always put their family and their faith first along with their country.
Nowadays, the ruling party has done a 180 claiming that traditional American Faith and Values are something that average Americans don’t want any part of.
They celebrate the ability to kill babies at any part of the pregnancy. They celebrate what we used to refer to as sexual perversion. And, they celebrate hiring people who aren’t qualified for jobs simply because of the color of their skin.
I remember a very famous man who unfortunately met his end in my hometown of Memphis Tennessee, who said that he wanted to be judged by the content of his character and not the color of his skin. And that was something that the majority of the people whom the present generation call “Boomers” believed in as well.
If, after this upcoming election in November of 2024, we find ourselves with a new president, hopefully we can begin to turn things around to where Americans value each other for their character and their abilities instead of being a check-off in a box on a form.
Also, I hope that we all remember to show gratitude to the One who gave us this country and, as was written by our Founding Fathers, gave us our rights.
Our rights do not come from a central government. They come from God.
However, as I mentioned earlier, we have people in power who want to be god. And when that happens to a country, that country comes to a dismal end…because man will always come up short when he tries to be god.
One last thing, I thank God for the men and women whom we remember this weekend who made the ultimate sacrifice for us to be free. May God bless their memories, and may He hold those whom they left behind in the hollow of His hand.

All of my adult life I have watched with stunned incredulity, as Liberal Americans have vocally castigated the country of Israel for defending themselves against the violent factions of once-nomadic tribes, who wish for nothing else than the annihilation of both the country of Israel and their citizenry.
The irony of their naiveté, is the fact that, in the 1960’s, American Liberals were among some of Israel’s strongest supporters.
However, as of this writing, they have led a surge of anti-semitism and are backing the Palestinians and the Terrorist Organization known as Hamas, which the overwhelming majority of the Palestinians voted into office.
Opposing God’s Chosen People and supporting the historically nomadic people that call themselves “Palestinians” fits with today’s Far Left Democrats’ Political Ideology, which views modern political struggles as “Class Warfare”, being waged between race and ethnic groups. They believe that the predominantly white West is somehow subjugating the non-white rest of the world. This viewpoint is an extension of the class-based, rich versus poor, categories, which they intentionally classify people in, following the example of their fallen messiah, Former President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) and the professional spokespeople and agitators who have been allowed in this country under the guise of diversity.
We sit in a country that has been split wide open by this polarizing political ideology, which ignores the principles, traditions, and values, both religious and secular, that America was founded on.
America was founded by Christian men and women. Don’t let anyone tell you differently.
Our first President, George Washington, would reflect on the blessings which the Creator had bestowed upon this country in his speeches, as has every president after him until very recently.
For this current president to stand with radical Islamic terrorists who slaughtered 1,300 innocent Israelis is not only disgusting, it’s abhorrent.
This should not be happening here in the country that was once known as the Shining City Upon a Hill.
America has been tarnished with evil politicians who think only of power, money, and prestige.
We also have an issue with the younger generation who were not raised in the way in which they should go.
As I’ve said before, they are a bunch of useful idiots who the Far Left and professional agitators from other countries are using to “radically change” our Sovereign Nation.
And now, the President of the United States of America, in his senile old age, is standing with them because his handlers have told them that he needs their support in order to be reelected, so that they can further their plans to build a totalitarian government which will only increase their power and their time in office in Washington, DC.
The Republicans in the House of Representatives are working on impeaching Biden over withholding weapons from our greatest ally, israel.
This will not work because the Democrats and the Vichy Republicans will not vote to move it forward.
The only way that we are going to change the downhill trajectory of our Sovereign Nation is to return to the Faith of our Founding Fathers and to change who is the president of our country.
On Sunday, the overwhelming majority of Americans celebrated Easter, also known as Resurrection Day, the day that Jesus Christ rose from the dead.
However, not Joe Biden, his handlers, and the rest of the Democrat elite.
They celebrated transgender Visibility Day, one of a myriad of made-up holidays celebrating 1 to 2% of America’s population who have embraced sexually deviant behavior.

After a backlash of monumental proportions, the White House was forced to issue an acknowledgment of Easter. Whoopee.
I don’t believe that God was impressed because as the White House flunkies and inviting guests all arrived on the White House Lawn along with children for the annual egg roll, which was ordered to be secular in nature with no eggs having religious themes, the bottom literally fell out and thunderstorms forced a delay in the festivities.
I did notice that Sleepy Joe was up on the White House balcony with Secret Service Agents dressed in Bunny suits. They were undoubtedly on each side on him to make sure he didn’t fall off.
But, I digress.
For those of you who may be reading this that are atheist, you won’t understand or believe in what I’m speaking of.
However,those of you who are Christians will.
I believe with all my heart that it was no coincidence that it thunderstormed on Monday morning after the ignorance displayed by the Biden Administration and Democratic Party on Resurrection Sunday.
This Administration and that political party have embraced sexual deviance in a manner not seen since Sodom and Gomorrah.
I know that even atheists have heard the story of Lot and the towns of Sodom and Gomorrah, who had so fallen into the abyss of sexual deviance and evil behavior that God wiped them out.
Since Christ shed has blood on this cross, Christians have been under a New Covenant with God.
However, as everybody has figured out during the maturation process, there are still consequences for our actions.
We live with them every day.
Perhaps Monday morning’s thunderstorms were a warning.
This morning, as I lay in bed, The Lord had me thinking about Him. These thoughts were about what today, a day that Christians around the world celebrate as the day that Jesus Christ rose victorious from the grave, must have been like.
Pretend for a moment, that you are an average citizen living at the time of Christ…
[For the past three years, you have seen this charismatic young man speak about the love and mercy of God, and how His Grace and Forgiveness is freely given, IF…
And, there’s the catch…
According to this carpenter’s son from Nazareth, you have to confess your sins, and ask the Great I am, for forgiveness.
Whoa! Wait a minute. Who is this guy? A radical? Ask Yahweh for forgiveness?
And, what’s that he said? You will then have a personal relationship with His Father?
How can that be? This is the Great I am. This is the Deity of Vengeance who destroyed those escaped slaves from Egypt for throwing a party, while Moses was up on a mountain, and building and worshiping a Golden Calf.
And, remember what happened to King Nebuchadnezzar? Daniel interpreted a dream for him, explaining that his kingdom would be ruled over by Gentiles until God sent His King. Ol’ Nebby got mad, because he couldn’t rule over the Israelites and over the whole world unless God allowed him to do so. He forgot that, and became very proud. He tried to make the people think that he was very wonderful, and that they should worship him. He didn’t trust God as some of the kings of the Israelites did, but had the very foolish idea that he could be a wise and wonderful king without any help from God.
So, what do you suppose occurred?
Why, the King had another dream, and when he found out what it meant it was really terrible. In this dream God told him that he would lose his mind and would go out in the field and eat grass just like the cattle for seven years. And Nebuchadnezzar actually did this, too. Can you imagine a mighty king, as he thought himself to be, crawling around on the ground eating grass? The Bible tells us that his hair grew long and coarse and looked like bird feathers, and his fingernails became like the claws of animals.
Finally, though, Nebuchadnezzar’s reason returned to him, and when he found out what he had done he was very much ashamed of himself.
However, he learned by this experience that he was not as wise and powerful as he had thought. Learning this, he gave praise to God for allowing him to be the ruler.
This is the God that some carpenter’s son from Nazareth has been telling us that we can have a personal relationship with?
Strange indeed.
Finally, one of His disciples betrayed Him and gave Him up to the Romans, who crucified Him.
I noticed that while He was hanging there the guards and some of the townspeople there were mocking Jesus, telling Him that if He was the Son of God, to ”jump down off of that cross”. Meanwhile, some of the centurions were casting lots over His robe.
All except this one centurion, who was just watching Him, as if he was waiting for something to happen…]
And, then came the Glorious Morning… [Wow. It’s really been amazing around here since they crucified Jesus. Did you feel that earthquake? The veil of the temple was torn in half! And did you hear? A bunch of people that had died years ago, were seen walking around the city! But that’s not all. Don’t tell me you haven’t heard?
Listen to this: He has risen! He arose from the dead and was seen by several people. It’s true! I know it sounds unbelievable. I can scarcely take it in myself. Mary Magdalene and Mary, James and Salome’s mother, went to the tomb to perform the anointing of His body and it wasn’t there! On top of that, there was this young guy there, dressed in a white robe. They said he must have been 9 feet tall. He said, “You are seeking Jesus of Nazareth. Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here. See the place where you laid him.” So they went and told the disciples. But you know how Peter is. He just had to go run up there and see for himself.
Jesus even approached two of them on the road to Emmaus. They didn’t recognize him. He even broke bread with them that night. They realized who He was and He disappeared! They ran to tell the disciples and as they were telling them, Jesus appeared right in front of them! They were all starting to panic. Jesus said, “Peace to you.” But they couldn’t believe it was him, especially Thomas. So he had him touch him in the hole in his hand where they drove the nail and where the spear pierced his side.
Jesus ate with them and performed other signs and miracles in front of them and they understood scripture as never before. He also came to them at the Sea of Tiberius. Peter took the disciples fishing and they weren’t catching anything. Jesus told them from the bank to cast the net down on the right side. They did, and they could hardly bring it in the boat! When they got back to land, Jesus already had a fire going and some fish and bread ready to eat. He asked Peter three times if he loved Him, and each time He told him “Feed my sheep’. Hey, isn’t that the same number of times Peter Denied Him?
Anyway, He taught them many things before He left. They watched as He was taken straight up into heaven. Can you imagine?
The disciples are making plans now to go out and starting spreading the Good News about Jesus’ Resurrection. They are talking about going out in pairs. Man. Nothing is ever going to be the same again.]
The despair being felt by the average citizens of Rome, at the time, is not unlike the situation which we, as average Americans, find ourselves in today.
We, too, are still struggling in the darkness before the dawn.
Our American Culture has been crumbling before our very eyes, as sin, depravity, and personal irresponsibility have been lauded by “the smartest people in the room” as normal, and values to be embraced…a Golden Calf to be worshiped by those who have turned their backs of the Almighty, because He will not give them the worldly gratification they seek…and because they erroneously believe that they are smarter than God, and can interpret and ignore God’s Holy Word in order to ignore and to rewrite to make it mean whatever they want to, in order to assuage their own consciousness, in an attempt to stifle that “Still Small Voice” within them, Who is reminding them of their sin and the consequences of it.
For the past several years, our Sovereign Nation and the rest of the world have been fighting enemies foreign and domestic, even within our own government, along with a Chinese Coronavirus, a combination of challenges which have claimed thousands of deaths in our country and the loss of jobs for millions of Americans.
Today, as we watch an out-of-control Congress and Administration attempt to take away our American Freedom, we all need to remember the words of President Ronald Reagan:

“A recent poll reportedly found that a large percentage of registered voters believe that Jesus Christ physically rose from the dead.
The news comes as Easter approaches.
The Daily Signal, citing a Scott Rasmussen National Survey poll, reported Thursday that almost 70 percent of registered voters believe in Jesus’ bodily resurrection, while over 70 percent say they will be celebrating Easter on Sunday.
The outlet said the survey was conducted on March 20 and 21 with 1,000 registered voters.

Respondents were asked whether a series of statements were true or false. They were asked to evaluate whether “the man known to history as Jesus Christ actually existed and walked the earth,” or not.
By a margin of 83% to 5%, voters said they believe that Jesus Christ did in fact exist and walked the earth.
The margin of error for the survey was plus or minus 3.1 percentage points, according to Rasmussen.
Meanwhile, a Pew Research Center report said a record high number of Americans say the role of religion in public life is waning and many believe it is a negative thing for people across the nation, according to a Breitbart News article published March 19.
“According to the survey, 57 percent of Americans believe religion plays a positive role in public life, while only 19 percent have a negative view of the role of religion,” Breitbart News’s Thomas D. Williams reported.
In 2023, a WSJ/NORC poll found that the happiest people residing in the United States place greater value on religious belief than those who are unhappy in life, per Breitbart News:
The highest correlation for people saying they are “very happy” is belief in God, with 68 percent of this group declaring belief in God to be “very important” to them. By contrast, among those who are not happy, fewer than half (42 percent) say faith in God is very important to them.” (Courtesy Breitbart.com)
So, when is all this Christianity in America going to “fade away” as predicted by “the Smartest People in the Room”?
As the poll in the above article shows…while some have forsworn their Christian Heritage, the majority of Americans still proclaim Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior and believe in God Almighty.
However, if you read some of the comments posted on Conservative Websites and Facebook Political Pages by self-appointed “pundits”, you would think that Christian Americans are the minority in this nation.
I can testify from personal experience, having caught flack for sticking to my Christian American Conservative Principles, since beginning my posts in April of 2010.
My posts, concerning American Christianity, seem to “touch a nerve” in both Liberals and Atheists, alike. (But, in at least some cases, I repeat myself.)
Their reaction has hardly been unexpected.
Of course, one of the Hot Button Issues, which those Liberals and Atheists who responded, over the years, immediately denied, was that our Founding Fathers were Christians and that our country was founded on a Judeo-Christian Belief System.
Evidently, they had never read anything, except what their like-minded, non-believing soothsayers, allowed them to.
Atheist Activists and young and/or misinformed Liberals and self-proclaimed “Libertarians” (but, in a lot of cases, I repeat myself), who reply to my posts, insist that Crosses and other Christian symbols have no place in the Public Square.
Relying on Far Left Ideologues or their own opinion as their “highest authority”, they continue their push to eliminate the practice of American Christianity and the Traditional American Morality and Ethics which go with it from Everyday American Life, attempting to regulate Christians’ role in American Society as remaining unseen and unheard from, worshiping in private, on Sunday mornings, only.
Or, as Actor and Professional Wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would say, the Democrat Elite wants American Christians to
“Sit down, shut up, and know your role!”
Unfortunately for them, the First Amendment to the Constitution still holds. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Far Left Democrats seem to have great difficulty comprehending the role that Our Creator, the God of Abraham, played and plays in this Grand Experiment, known as the United States of America.
Why have Far Left Democrats ratcheted up their anti-Christian Vitriol and Negativity since January 21, 2009?
Why are they so focused on removing America’s Christian Heritage?
Well, as is usually my wont, I have been doing some “reckoning” about this.
It seems to this ol’ Southern Boy, living here in the Heartland, that America’s Christian Heritage and the very real fact of His influence in building and shaping America’s growth into the greatest country on the face of God’s Green Earth, not only stifles and interferes with Modern Liberals’ “anything goes”, “share the wealth”, “hive-mind”, “man is his own god” Political Ideology, but the reality of God’s very existence, somewhere deep in their miserable, bitter psyches, scares the mess out of them.
Why else would they be trying so hard to fight against the influence of Someone Whom they really don’t believe in?
I see them every single day on the television, on the Internet, on Facebook Political Pages, posting stupid meme (a picture with words on it) after stupid meme, attempting to make fun of The Great I Am and those of us who have given our lives to Him.
They are so hateful and filled with such bitterness that it is difficult to engage them in “conversation”.
Perhaps, somewhere in their back of their minds, all of these Modern Far Left Democrats realize that they are fighting a losing battle.
Christianity continues to exist in America despite their best efforts.
For, as the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia stated so eloquently, “God has been very good to us America was built upon a Solid Rock. To ignore our nation’s Faith-Based Founding and Heritage is to live in purposeful ignorance.”
As President Ronald Reagan said, “If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”
And, as Hebrews 13:8 tells us, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
Regardless of the political machinations of Modern American Liberals, God will have the final word as to our country’s future.
“Politico investigative reporter Heidi Przybyla said Thursday on MSNBC’s “All In” that Christian nationalists, not Christians, believe rights come from God.
Przybyla said, “The base of the Republican Party has shifted. Remember when Trump ran in 2016, a lot of the mainland Evangelicals wanted nothing to do with the divorced real estate mogul who cheated on his wife with a porn star, and all of that. So what happened was that he was surrounded by this more extremist element. We are going to hear words like Christian Nationalism, like the new re-formation. These are groups that you should get very schooled on because they have a lot of power in Trump’s circle, the one thing that unites all of them, because there’s many different groups orbiting Trump, but the thing that unites them as Christian nationalists — not Christians, by the way, because Christian nationalist is very different — is that they believe that our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority. Here’s the reality of it all: the fact is that the term “Christian Nationalists” is a Democrat insult aimed at Christian American Patriots.
Average Americans like you and me who believe in God, country, and family.
Americans who do not wish to be Communists, Socialists, or any other kind of Marxist and who believe that we are made in the image of God and are not just another mindless automaton born to work for the glory of “The State” as a member of the Proletariat.
This is just another attempt by a Democrat to label Christian Americans and former President Donald J Trump as somehow being evil and anti-freedom.
Far from it.
During the past several decades, all of the things which had made America great, especially Christianity and Patriotism, were deemed as narrow-minded, bigoted, and somehow, oppressive by Far Left Politicians and “Experts”.
Even now, Joe Biden and the Far Left Democrats continue to attempt to take our tools of personal and family defense, both spiritual and tactical, away from us as we witness the America we love being mercilessly attacked and destroyed in front of our very eyes.
So, here we are living in a world that reminds us of Bizarro World in the Superman comic books we used to read as children before they became propaganda literature published by the Far Left.
Make no mistake, this is not about a battle between political parties anymore, this is a battle between Good and Evil.
This is a battle for the soul of America.
If you think that we are not in a battle for the soul of our country, then why do you think they are calling us “Christian Nationalists”?
Average Americans are sick to death of the government trying to tell us how to raise our children and grandchildren and how we’re being told that we are bigoted simpletons for believing in Traditional American Faith and Values.
We are not about to start believing that men can have babies, that men can lactate, or that men who wear makeup and dresses and use the “ladies’ room” are “normal.”
Finally, as I mentioned earlier, average Americans are American Patriots.
We love our country, we love our flag, and we will stand up at ball games and sing the national anthem with our hands over our hearts while looking at Old Glory.
Ms, Przybyla, If you and your Fellow Far Left Democrat Political Pundits want to call us “Christian Nationalists” fine, but understand that we outnumber you.
Oh, and by the way, our rights do come from God.

Being a “Christian Nationalist” is not a bad thing at all.
It literally means that you believe in God and country.
Isn’t that what America was founded on, and what led to our Sovereign Nation becoming prosperous and the Leader of the Free World?
And isn’t that what made Trump’s tenure in the White House so successful before China released the COVID-19 pandemic on the world?

Consider, if you will, a country in which its president’s first action in office was to close a oil pipeline which was important to our country’s energy needs and which employed thousands of Americans.
…a country whose majority political party builds a wall around its capitol building in order to separate itself from the citizens whom they are supposed to be serving.
…a country whose President and his Administration gave billions of dollars of our weaponry behind during a botched pull-out from a Radical Islamic Nation, leaving Islamic Terrorists in charge of it who worked with others who killed 3,000 Americans 20 years ago, leaving hundreds of Americans trapped inside the country.
…a country whose President continuously vows to fight a Supreme Court Ruling giving decisions about Abortion Laws back to the states where it belongs.
…a country whose President is obviously battling dementia, getting worse every day, and no one is making him step down because the cabal who is “handling” him will not allow it.
…a country in which children are encouraged to mutilate their bodies because a groomer has told them that they are “cisgendered”.
…a country in which the faith of the majority of its citizens is constantly attacked by the same people who constantly claim to be tolerant of others.
…a country in which “entertainers” think nothing about openly worshipping Satan.

This country has been pulling apart at the seams since Barack Hussein Obama was elected as our 44th President.
The direction which the Modern Democratic Party has taken to the Far Left of the Political Spectrum has put them at odds with the majority of Americans who still hold dear the Traditional Faith and Values System upon which our Sovereign Nation was founded.
In an article written for Decision Magazine dated February 12, 2012, America’s Pastor, Rev. Billy Graham, wrote on the subject of “Confusing Evil With Good”. Here are some excerpts…
The only conclusion that I, as a Christian American can reach, is the fact that our Sovereign Nation is in the midst of SPIRITUAL WARFARE for its very soul.
Make no mistake about it, boys and girls, EVIL EXISTS.
My friends, I believe that we are fighting a war not just against “Enemirs Foreign and Domestic”, but also against “princes and principalities”. Evil is still alive and well and flourishing in a world in which relative morality and situational ethics are increasingly being accepted as normal behavior.
Humanity has always been dexterous at confusing evil with good. That was Adam and Eve’s problem, and it is our problem today. If evil were not made to appear good, there would be no such thing as temptation. It is in their close similarity that the danger lies.
Modern social righteousness often differs from the righteousness of the Bible. Someone has said: “A wrong deed is right if the majority of people declare it not to be wrong.” By this principle we can see our standards shifting from year to year according to the popular vote! Divorce was once frowned upon by society, and laws against fornication and adultery were strictly enforced. But now divorce is accepted by society, and fornication is glorified in our literature and films.
The Bible says: “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil.” God has not changed. His standards have not been lowered. God still calls immorality a sin, and the Bible says God is going to judge it.
Honesty was once the hallmark of character. But it has been set aside with an “It’s all right if you don’t get caught” philosophy. Only when we are in court are we required to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
…How do we get our values so mixed up? How do we fall into this trap of Satan? For one thing, we’re shortsighted. We look for shortcuts to happiness. Our lust for immediate pleasure prompts us to think of evil as good.
In one of novelist John Steinbeck’s books he has a character saying: “If it succeeds, they will be thought not crooked but clever.” In our desire to achieve success quickly, it is easy to get our values mixed up and call evil good and good evil.
Another way to call evil good is to say that morals are relative. Someone has said: “As the occasion, so the behavior.” We have changed our moral code to fit our behavior instead of changing our behavior to harmonize with our moral code. Nothing is firm today. We are not on solid ground. Young people are shifting from one side to the other. Morally, they are drifting aimlessly without compass or guide.
Still another way that evil is called good is for the conscience to be perverted, and certainly our consciences today are perverted. But right is right even if nobody is right, and wrong is wrong even if everybody is wrong. God does not change the moral law to suit our behavior.
…The modern conscience has been twisted and distorted so badly that it is difficult to tell what is genuine and what is false.
Self-centeredness is another reason we are so inclined to call evil good. When something brings profit or pleasure to us we are inclined to call evil good, even though we know it is dead wrong. “But it’s what I’ve always wanted,” or, “It’s good for me, although I know it’s wrong” are the alibis we have manufactured to justify evil and call it good.
It is very apparent that there is something that is literally tearing apart the fabric of our country.
We see it everyday around us.
It inundates the cable news channels and our country’s failing Liberal Newspapers like the New York Times. Heck, you can even see it on Facebook.
Since Cain slew Able with a rock, mankind, because we are all fallen creatures, has had to deal with the presence of evil in our lives.
From the legendary massacres, perpetrated by Vlad the Impaler, to the horrific scenes of Hitler’s Concentration Camps, to the killing fields of Pol Pot, to the massacre of innocent, to the massacre of over 1,000 Israeli men, women, and children last October 7th, to the gunshots heard every night in Democrats-run cities across America, the Forces of Evil continue to flourish across the globe.
Who we as a nation are struggling with are those forces who ware turning our country into not just an immoral society, but, an amoral one, whose concept of right and wrong is “Whatever Gets You Through the Night (It’s Alright. It’s Alright.)”, and whose ultimate authority is not the God of Abraham, but a Godless All-Powerful Central Government, whose credo is
From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs. (Karl Marx)
Just as Marxism has failed wherever it has been tried before, so, if allowed to do so, it will lead to America’s downfall.
The galling thing is the fact that, even though American Christians remain the majority of the population, we are propagandized and suppressed by the Liberals in both the Old and New Media, to make it seem as if WE are the Minority, when, in fact, WE are the Majority.
It is this New Generation of Amoral Socialists, who have taken over the Democratic Party, who are in fact, just a tiny, albeit vocal, Minority of America’s population.
So, what can an average Christian American, like you and me, do about this “Tyranny of the Minority”?
Christians have to make a choice in these tough times whether to allow those who are attempting to “radically change” our Sovereign Nation, given to us by God into a Democratic Socialist Paradise or…
As the Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians, we can STAND.
However, you cannot stand without “the full armor of God”. I have found, as have my family and friends, that the better that you are doing, in terms of your Christian Walk, the harder that you will be attacked.
10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.…- Ephesians 6:10-12
Now, more than ever, our Christianity as Americans does not and cannot end at Noon on Sunday as we finish watching church services on the internet via our Smart TVs.
