22 Years After 9/11…Why We Must NEVER Forget

In some ways it does not seem like it has been 22 years since the worst Terrorist Attack ever perpetrated on American soil.

In other ways, it seems like an eternity.

That horrible day was so surreal. It seemed to me like I was stuck in a nightmare.

Certainly this couldn’t be happening to us? We’re the greatest nation in the world. Who in their right mind, would dare attack the United States of America? Who would be brazen enough to attack us, using instruments of our own design? Who would actually dare flying planes into the Twin Towers, a living symbol of American Prosperity?

For that matter,. who would fly a plane into the Pentagon…the Seat of Power behind our nation’s awesome Military, the finest collection of Fighting Men and Women on Earth?

It was not a nightmare. It was a reality.

I remember seeing that first plane crash into the World Trade Center.

I remember the look of incredulity and panic on the faces of Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, and E.D. Hill, as they watched from the set of Fox and Friends that fateful morning.

I remember the second plane on its approach, and the horrifying realization that this was no accident… that America was under attack. An attack, which turned out to have been planned and executed by Osama bin Laden, and a group of Saudi Arabians, members of the Muslim Terrorist Group, known as al-Qaeda.

I remember the images of Americans jumping out of windows to their certain death, rather than be consumed by the fires, raging around them.

I remember the sickening thud as they hit the pavement.

I remember the images of the brave NYC Policemen and Firemen as they rushed into the World Trade Center…never to return.

I remember watching the First Tower collapse…then, the second one.

I remember a heroic Mayor Rudy Giuliani, out in the middle of the devastation, doing whatever he could to get New Yorkers to safety.

I remember President George W. Bush coming on television, with a look of steely determination, as he announced that we would be avenged.

I remember him standing on that heap of rubble that used to be a part of the World Trade Center, side by side with that fireman, telling the assembled crowd, through his bullhorn, that “the world will hear from us”.

And, it did.

And, here we are, 22 years removed from that nightmarish day, with a President of the United States, who since taking office, has purposefully divided our Sovereign Nation like never before, pitting black Americans against White Americans, the poor among us against those who employ people, the vaccinated against the un-vaccinated, and those foolish enough to vote for Biden against Trump Voters. 

This treasonous imbecile who was installed as President has kissed the backsides of the same people responsible for the horrific events which we stop to remember on this solemn day.

Not only that, in his surrender to the Taliban, he left behind American citizens, who are still hurting to get out of there.

Under our former Commander-in-Chief that would have never happened. Former President Donald J. Trump does not bow down to Radical Islamists.

During the days after 9/11/2001, political affiliation, race, gender, personal philosophy, did not matter.

WE WERE AMERICANS.

This country came together, in a way in which I had never before seen in my lifetime (which, is a pretty long time).

Now, look at us.

Besides the Far Left Cabal and their puppet in the White House, we have Radical Muslims (and Marxists) occupying seats in the House of Representatives and displaying their ignorance and disdain for our country.

Like Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) who infamously said,

“Some people did something.”

Americans must continue to stand firm and to once again come together and let our “public servants” in the Halls of Power in Washington, D.C know that we stand against those who would embrace our enemies instead of serving our Sovereign Nation, as they were elected to do.

Also, we remember those who left us on that September Morning so long ago, and say a prayer for them and the Four Americans whom we lost on the grounds of a US Embassy Compound in Benghazi, Libya. All these years later, they still deserve no less.

On September 11, 2001, Radical Islamists attacked us on our own soil and murdered over 3,000 Americans, and if given the opportunity, they will not hesitate to do it again.

We must stop the Far Left ideologues of the Modern Democratic Party, including President Joe Biden and his “Handlers” and not give them any more opportunities to bring about “radical change” in America through the appeasement of our enemies which has already started happening under this President, including secret deals, possible pay-offs, acquiescence, and leaving them the means of our nation’s destruction during the botched pull-out from Afghanistan.

America was NEVER meant to be “just another country”.

We must stand united as a nation and continue to reclaim our heritage as “The Shining City Upon a Hill”.

The lives lost on September 11, 2001…and September 11, 2012…demand it.

Hunter Biden Planning to File Lawsuits Against Fox News and Giuliani

“During a recent meeting between Hunter Biden, his lawyer Kevin Morris, Media Matters founder David Brock, and other political operatives the group discussed the idea of bringing defamation lawsuits against entities such as Fox News and people like Eric Trump and Rudy Giuliani.

The meeting took place at Morris’s home and Hunter reportedly briefly called-in to join and strategize about those who have accused the younger Biden of using his father’s influence to make profitable business deals overseas stemming, reported the Washington Post on Saturday.

The accusations stem from evidence out of Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” and which Republicans in the House of Representatives have said they will investigate. The group also discussed Hunter Biden’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski and John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repairman who blew the whistle on the laptop.

Brock, a liberal activist and founder of the left-wing media watchdog group Media Matters, said, “They feel that there is a whole counternarrative missing because of the whole Hunter-hater narrative out there. What we really got into was more the meat of it, the meat of what a response would look like.”

Brock has also created a new group called Facts First USA, which will reportedly focus on fighting the impending GOP investigations by “engaging with Hunter Biden and those in his immediate circle.”

“Republicans have telegraphed their plan to use congressional control to bombard the Biden Administration with investigations, to flood the White House with subpoenas, and to abuse the extensive tools of congressional oversight to drive the narrative about the Biden Administration during the run up to the 2024 presidential election,” the group’s website states.

“Through research, media, digital, and paid advertising, Facts First USA will act as a Truth SWAT-team, ensuring that facts are front and center to counter bad-faith lies and misinformation,” they continued. “We will work to limit the reach of the right-wing rage machine – to keep it within their own echo chamber rather than allowing it to become part of the mainstream media coverage. We will proactively engage and respond to the MAGA-Majority’s abuse of the congressional oversight process by defending and counterpunching – sometimes surgically, sometimes broadly, but always methodically.” (Courtesy The PostMilennial.com)

Fox News Bans Rudy Giuliani and Son From Appearing for Several Months…He Found Out on Eve of 9/11…Pete Hegseth Called to Apologize for Him Being “Bumped”

Newsmax.com reports that

Rudy Giuliani has been banned from appearing on Fox News for several months, and only learned of the “from the top” order on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Son Andrew Giuliani, a New York gubernatorial candidate, has also been banned.

And former NYPD Commsissioner Bernie Kerik, a close adviser to Giuliani, is rarely booked on Fox News, Politico Playbook reports.

Rudy Giuliani and Kerik were prominent New York City leaders on 9/11 as mayor and NYPD commissioner.

“They’re not doing us any favors,” a Trump aide told Politico.

The rejection on hosting the Giulianis “comes from the top,” sources told Politico.

Fox began distancing itself from Giuliani shortly after Trump left office and in the wake of Dominion Voting Systems’ lawsuit against the network. The suit cited Giuliani’s appearances and statements made on Fox in its $1.6 billion defamation case.

Newsmax was also sued by Dominion over its election coverage, but the network continues to have Giuliani, his son, and Kerik on as guests.

“Rudy is really hurt because he did a big favor for Rupert [Murdoch, founder of Fox News’ parent company],” a source close to Giuliani told the outlet. “He was instrumental in getting Fox on Time Warner so it could be watched in New York City.”

Rudy Giuliani learned of being bumped from Fox News on the eve of this 9/11 anniversary, with “Fox & Friends” host Pete Hegseth having to call to apologize for being cut from the show, according to the report.

Kerik was reportedly also un-booked from “Fox & Friends” on 9/11.

“I could not have been more disappointed with the Fox coverage on the 20th anniversary of Sept. 11,” Kerik said in a statement to Politico. “Then they chose to intentionally ignore Mayor Giuliani who was, and who, according to their own coverage for the last two decades, was America’s hero on the day and in the aftermath of the attack.

“Regardless of reasoning, I think this was another demonstration of Fox’s cowering to the far left.”

A source close to Giuliani tells Newsmax that the former mayor and his circle view their banishment from Fox as part of the network’s strategy to reduce and restrict Trump’s influence in the Republican party.

The media is the message.

Well, in the past couple of decades, the Main Stream Media has become not just the message, but also judge, jury, and political executioner.

And, unfortunately, thanks to the influence of the Liberal daughter-in-laws of Rupert Murdoch, Fox News began overcompensating to the Left in keeping its programming “fair and balanced”.

Daily diatribes from Juan Williams, the now-departed Shep Smith, Donna Brazile, and Chris Wallace made me more than once turn the channel to reruns of…well…just about anything.

Then, came the night of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Fox News stripped away its veneer of “Fair and Balanced” to join CNN and MSNBC as servants of the Democratic Party.

That was not a very smart move.

And, they have been making mind-blowingly stupid moves ever since.

However, this one is the cherry on top of an ice cream sundae of Cable News Channel Programming Stupidity.

I’m so old that I remember when Fox News Channel was not a member of the Main Stream Media.

According to the Old Testament Book of Proverbs,

“Pride goeth before destruction and an haughty spirit before a fall.”

That scripture has never been truer than in the case of Fox News.

Americans have noticed that Fox News has been traveling in a Liberal direction ever since Rupert Murdoch left the running of the channel to his sons.

There are more Liberal Pundits and Anchors on Fox News than there have ever been in its history.

And, those who were not known until recently to be Liberal seem to be relishing the opportunity to drive away the audience which made Fox News Channel number one in the ratings for many, many years.

What is maddening to me is the fact that Former President Trump went out of his way to be kind to them, helping their ratings over his time in office through live phone calls and exclusive interviews, including one morning when he made a spontaneous appearance on “Fox and Friends”, consenting to a live on-the-spot interview with Steve Doocy.

So, why has Fox News repeatedly bitten the hand that feeds them?

Poor management.

The change in political viewpoint at Fox News has to be the worst marketing decision since “New Coke”.

And, just like New Coke, it has left a bitter taste in the mouths of millions of Americans.

So, are the powers-that-be at FNC bright enough to apologize to the millions of Americans who made them number one in the cable news ratings for years and made them all wealthy in the process?

Heck no.

They just keep doubling down on stupid, like AOC at a MENSA Meeting.

Fox News not only jumped the shark…they continue to gleeful feed the crocodile known as the Democratic Party , along with the “Never-Trumper” Wing of the Republican Party, hoping that it will eat them last.

Their arrogance is exceeded only by their stupidity.

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz compared the United States to a banana republic for the search warrant carried out by federal investigators at the Manhattan apartment of Rudy Giuliani.

Speaking Sunday on “The Cats Roundtable” radio show hosted by John Catsimatidis on WABC 770 AM, Dershowitz said he has agreed to represent Giuliani and is “very upset” about what’s happening to the former New York City mayor and personal lawyer to former President Donald Trump.

“In banana republics, in Castro’s Cuba, in many parts of the world, when a candidate loses for president, they go after the candidate, they go after his lawyers, they go after his friends,” Dershowitz said. “That didn’t happen in America. That’s happening in America now. They’re going after Rudy Giuliani … Who knows who’s going to be next?”

Dershowitz stressed that “You don’t use search warrants when people have privileged information on their cell phones and in their computers. You use a subpoena. The difference between a subpoena and a search warrant is like night and day.”

He insisted that “It’s just not constitutional. That’s why when Rudy called me… I said sure, I’ll help out. I’m in favor of the Constitution.”

Dershowitz contended that, “I think the government made a serious mistake here when they went by search warrant. They gave Rudy Giuliani lots of legal arguments to make, arguments that I think he can prevail on. And it’s not just Rudi, its everybody.”

Dershowitz emphasized that “If Rudy’s privacy is not protected, if his clients’ privacy is not protected, we’re all next… Apparently, they went after the cloud and other material and information without telling him. That’s just not the way the government is supposed to treat its citizens.”

The former Harvard law professor conceded that “when Rudy Giuliani was the U.S. attorney, he sometimes went after people with search warrants. And I was critical of him back then. He was wrong then. He’s right now. He’s learned from experience. He’s on the right side now… He’s on the side of the Constitution. And I’m on his side. …”

Dershowitz said it is vitally important to remember that “Today, they’re going after people that maybe you don’t like. Tomorrow, they’ll be going after you and your friends. The one lesson we’ve learned from history is you can’t have freedom of speech for me but not for thee. You can’t have due process for me but not for thee.”

Giuliani has been under investigation by the Democrats for several years over suspected business dealings in Ukraine.

The Democrats’ complaint was that THEY were the experts on the situation in Ukraine and they resented President Trump sending his personal attorney over there in order to find out what was going on concerning the corruption which has been prevalent for some time there.

Methinks they did protest too much.

All those “diplomats” who were so adamantly opposed to “America’s Mayor” snooping around in Ukraine had ties to the Obama Administration, they very President who appointed Joe Biden as his “Front Man” in dealing with Ukraine.

The entire Soviet-style Tribunal, known as “Hearings”, held in the basement of the Capitol Building , which Adam Schiff ran with didactic impunity’ was not only an attempt to force President Trump out of the Presidency, it was an attempt to cover up the Democrats’ corrupt involvement with the Former Ukrainian Government.

Of course, Ukraine was not the only country in which the Democratic Party Elite (including the Biden Crime Family) were conducting corrupt activities, 

But I digress…

Have you noticed, gentle reader, that all the “legal” action taken by the Feds against friends of Former President Donald J. Trump has come out of the Southern District of New York Federal Prosecutor’s Office?

The SDNY has been the stomping grounds of several of those involved in this ongoing Legal Lynch Mob out to get President Trump, including Former FBI Director Comey, FBI IG Horowitz, Mueller Investigator Andrew Weissman, and Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance, Jr.

All of them either worked in that office or had judicial standing in that district.

For a long time, I stated that the Mueller Investigation, otherwise known as the Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, was like a giant spider’s web, leading back to the Obama Administration, during which the Deep State Operation to stop Donald J. Trump from becoming President began.

I also observed early on that the Southern District of New York was playing a major role, as well.

And, now that the Obama Cabal is pulling the strings of the Biden-Harris Administration, “The Feds” are going after people close to Trump again.

It is not a coincidence that this happened while Arizona is in the middle of a Presidential Election Vote Audit.

Nor is it coincidental that this is happening as Trump is hinting at running for President again in 2025.

This, gentle readers, was a Marxist-style Political “Preemptive Strike”.

Rudy Says SCOTUS Case About Pennsylvania Supreme Court Decisions Just the Beginning: “You Have to Go State By State”

The new effort by President Donald Trump’s legal team asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn three Pennsylvania Supreme Court decisions is just the first of many efforts to overturn what they see as a fraudulent election, Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani tells Newsmax TV.

“You have to go state by state,” he told “Spicer & Co.” host Sean Spicer on Monday, acknowledging even a victory in the case would only net 20 electoral votes — not enough to give Trump the 270 needed to secure reelection.

“I remember an old adage that I learned from baseball,” Giuliani said. “When you’re down by 10 runs, you can’t score 10 runs on one hit. So you got to get one run at a time. So the way I look at it, we have to win one of these legislatures. I think we have three good ones to pick from: Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and Arizona.”

Giuiliani said he thinks his team has demonstrated enough fraud in any of those cases – “that the state legislature has a very, very strong basis to make a determination the election in those three states were stolen.”

The state legislatures are the final arbiters, he said, under the U.S. Constitution, and that is why his team has been holding hearings in various legislatures to present their case the votes filed were not accurate.

Asked about a reported White House meeting in which Trump discussed appointing former Trump team lawyer Sidney Powell as a special prosecutor to investigate election fraud — as story Trump has called “fake news” — Giuliani said:

“Let me say definitively: Sidney Powell is not part of our legal team. She hasn’t been for five weeks. She is not a special counsel for the president. She does not speak for the president, nor does she speak for the administration. She speaks for herself. And she’s a fine woman, a fine lawyer. But whatever she is talking about it’s her own opinion. I’m not responsible for them. The president isn’t, nor is anybody else on our legal team.”

He added, he and the team will be “extremely aggressive” in their fight, but added, “We’re also going to do it within the bounds of rationality, common sense, and the law.”

As a Former Federal Prosecutor who dismantled the Mafia in the State of New York, Rudy Giuliani’s credentials are impeccable and I believe him when he says that their plan of attack is a sound one.

I, as just an ordinary average American Voter viewing this sorry spectacle, believe that Trump has the best chance of overturning this horrific case of election fraud on January 6th, when Congress will count the Electoral College Votes.

The President has asked Americans to join him in Washington on the 6th. He says that “It will be wild.”

Now, I have no idea as to what he is planning to do.

However, since every other pundit, paid, and unpaid, is guessing about it, I may as well, too.

I believe that Trump will hold a rally, the purpose of which will be to remind the professional politicians voting on our Sovereign Nation’s future as to whom they answer to…not the Chinese but the American Voters.

To be blunt, this rally will be for the purpose of intimidating the Vichy Republicans into doing the right thing by not consenting to the vote and several Republicans have already publically stated that they plan to do.

Average Americans, who live between the coasts in America’s Heartland, have already surmised what happened on Election Night.

It happened right in front of their faces.

From Fox News calling Arizona for Biden too early to the four cities shutting down their counting centers in the middle of the night with Trump ahead, and then opening up in the morning with Biden ahead.

Come on, now.

Even Sleepy Joe himself could figure out what happened that night…and he only has two brain cells left and they are fighting to the death.

Rudy Giuliani is a good man and a good attorney who a party of a good legal team which Trump has assembled.

However, it is time for the American people to let Washington know that we happened on the night of November 3rd was NOT a Presidential Election.

It was GRAND THEFT.

Newsmax.com reports that

Rudy Giuliani says he and his associates contesting election results on behalf of President Donald Trump will be lobbying state legislatures in key states to assert their authority in determining the electors for the Electoral College in addition to their legal challenges because they ”don’t have a lot of time.”

Appearing on Newsmax TV’s ”Greg Kelly Reports” on Thursday, Giuliani said the Trump campaign is taking a two-prong approach.

”We’re doing both, with equal speed and enthusiasm and taking advantage of which one gives us the hearing the quickest. And which one will work fastest for us,” said Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City. ”Because we don’t have a lot of time. We’ve got a lot of evidence; we don’t have a lot of time. And we’re facing a major censorship, so it’s very hard to get this information out to the public.

”The public has only a small idea of the kind of evidence we have.”

Giuliani’s comments come on the day that a federal appeals court refused to hear the Trump campaign’s appeal of a lawsuit challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania rejected by Barack Obama-appointed district court Judge Matthew Brann.

The former mayor disputed the contention saying he had affidavits from election observers that were denied access to witness ballots being counted, of absentee ballots being ”cured” — that is, information such as a voter signature or missing secrecy envelope was allowed to be corrected, among other irregularities.

”The situation in Michigan was worse than the situation in Pennsylvania,” Giuliani said. ”The situation in Wisconsin was outrageous. I mean they have all these absentee ballots without applications. In Nevada, they used a machine that basically didn’t work and let every signature go through, even though it’s illegal to use a machine. I mean they cheated in all the places that were critical to them. And you know they did, because Trump was way ahead on the night of the election. It’s impossible that (Joe) Biden would have come back in every single one of those places. Impossible.”

Giuliani’s strategy appears to already have some traction in Pennsylvania, where state Sen. Doug Mastriano said half of the leadership in both houses of the General Assembly, both controlled by Republicans, support the efforts to reclaim their authority to appoint electors to the Electoral College.

”I’ve spent two hours online trying to coordinate this with my colleagues. And there’s a lot of good people working this here,” Mastriano said Friday on ”War Room,” former White House strategist Steve Bannon’s video podcast.

”Saying, that the resolution saying we’re going to take our power back. We’re going to seat the electors. Now obviously we’re going to need the support of the leadership of the House and Senate. We’re getting there on that.”

How did we get to this point?

I’m talking about the point to where the most revered bastion of Individual Freedom and Religious Liberty, the United States of America, is in a fight to continue its life as a Constitutional Republican against forces foreign and domestic which seek to make it into just another “Democratic Socialist” nation (i.e., Fascist Marxist country)

At the height of the Cold War and the Vietnam War era, the Socialist Party USA of Eugene Debs and Norman Thomas split in two over the issue of whether or not to criticize the Soviet Union, its allies, and Communism: One faction rejected and denounced the USSR and its allies—including Castro’s Cuba, the Sandinistas, North Vietnam and the Viet Cong—and supported Poland’s Solidarity Movement, etc.  This anti-Communist faction took the name Social Democrats USA. (Many of its leaders—including Carl Gershman, who became Jeane Kirkpatrick’s counselor of embassy at the United Nations—eventually grew more conservative and became Reagan Democrats.) The other faction, however, refused to reject Marxism, refused to criticize or denounce the USSR and its allies, and continued to support Soviet-backed policies—including the nuclear-freeze program that sought to consolidate Soviet nuclear superiority in Europe. This faction, whose leading figure was Michael Harrington, in 1973 took the name Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (DSOC); its membership included many former Students for a Democratic Society activists.

As such, it attracted many young activists who sought to push the Democratic Party further leftward politically. By 1979 DSOC had made major inroads into the Democratic Party and claimed a national membership of some 3,000 people. In 1983 DSOC, under Michael Harrington’s leadership, merged with the New American Movement to form the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

Harrington’s strategy was to force a “realignment” of the two major political parties by pulling the Democrats emphatically to the left and polarizing the parties along class lines. He expected that this would drive business interests away from the Democrats and into the Republican Party, but that those losses would be more than offset by an influx of newly energized minority and union voters to the Democratic Party, and that over time the Democrats would embrace socialism as their preferred ideology. Thus Harrington sought to establish DSA as a force that worked within, and not outside of, the existing American political system. Following Harrington’s lead, most DSAers were committed to electoral politics within the Democratic Party. They feared that if they were to openly move too far and too quickly to the left, they would run the risk of alienating moderate Democrats and thereby ensuring Ronald Reagan’s reelection in 1984.

…In 2008, most DSA members actively supported Barack Obama for U.S. President. Said the organization: “DSA believes that the possible election of Senator Obama to the presidency in November represents a potential opening for social and labor movements to generate the critical political momentum necessary to implement a progressive political agenda.”

In October 2009, the Socialist Party of America announced that at least 70 Congressional Democrats were members of its Caucus at that time—i.e., members of DSA. Most of those individuals belonged to the Congressional Progressive Caucus and/or the Congressional Black Caucus. In a document titled “Where We Stand,” DSA outlines in detail its political perspectives. Here is an excerpt…

“Social redistribution—the shift of wealth and resources from the rich to the rest of society—will require: massive redistribution of income from corporations and the wealthy to wage earners and the poor and the public sector, in order to provide the main source of new funds for social programs, income maintenance and infrastructure rehabilitation, and a massive shift of public resources from the military (the main user of existing discretionary funds) to civilian uses.”

Sound hauntingly familiar, “comrades”?

Well, most recently the Former (Thank God) President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, spoke about “sharing the wealth” to a plumber named Joe during his 2008 Presidential Campaign.

One hundred years ago in Russia, a revolution was based on this very idea.

Marxism remains nothing but an unworkable theory. No government which has taken it as their political philosophy has ever flourished. The government grew and those working within it became rich while the “Proletariat” or average working citizens starved, giving all they had “for the good of the State”.

For quite a while now, I have been referring to those of the Far Left Democratic Party as the “New Bolsheviks”.

To be immodest, it looks like I nailed that one.

These new “useful idiots” are so “out there” that they have the Old Guard of the Democratic Party cowered and on the verge of allowing them to run the party and their Presidential Candidate, Joe Biden, whose mind is so addled due to dementia, that he won’t know what is going on anyway.

As America has witnessed, the Democratic Party has been moving further and further to the left side of the Political Spectrum for decades now.

So, it is really no surprise that they have become the very thing which they have been whining about for several years: fascists.

But they are not becoming just any kind of fascists.They have become Marxist Fascists, extolling the “benevolent goodness” of an all-powerful Central Government who will take care of everyone from cradle to grave and willing to do anything in order to remake America into a Socialist Paradise.

And, those who refuse to submit and accept the Democrat’s historic Election Fraud and give up their right to choose our next President as guaranteed to us by our Constitution are shunned and ridiculed as “intolerant, ignorant hillbillies”.

As I have written before, America is facing a war for the very soul of our Sovereign Nation.

And, my friends, we are facing a moment just like my late Daddy did on June 6, 1944 as a Master Sergeant with the Army Corp of Engineers….

Do we jump out of our nice, safe boat into a hail of gunfire or do we grab a blanket and huddle up like a whipped dog in a corner?

While Dems Push for Trump to Concede, Trump’s Lawyers Hold a Press Conference and “Unleash the Kraken”

House Democrats are warning the head of the General Services Administration she may be breaking the law by not granting presumptive president-elect Joe Biden access to transition resources.

In a letter Thursday to GSA head Emily Murphy, the Democrats wrote that “we have been extremely patient, but we can wait no longer,” the Washington Times reported.

According to the Democrats’ letter, Murphy’s refusal to begin transition activities required by law is having “grave effects,” including “undermining the orderly transfer of power, impairing the incoming administration’s ability to respond to the coronavirus pandemic, hampering its ability to address our nation’s dire economic crisis, and endangering our national security.”

The letter is signed by the chairs of the House Oversight and Appropriations committees, and requests an immediate briefing with Murphy to help lawmakers decide whether to call her or other officials to testify at a public hearing.

Murphy has yet to certify Biden as the winner of the presidential election, stalling the process of officially launching the transition.

Despite trailing substantially in the projected national vote and Electoral College, President Donald Trump has refused to concede, saying he believes the election was swayed by fraud.

He’s testing his allegations in courts and demanding recounts.

Biden has been putting more pressure on Trump to concede as well: “It’s hard to fathom how this man thinks,” Biden said Thursday. “I’m confident he knows he hasn’t won and can’t win, and we’ll be sworn in on Jan. 20. It’s just outrageous what he’s doing.”

Of course, the Democrats want Trump to concede.

They know that they rigged the election.

In fact, the entire nation now knows the extent to which the Democrats went to in order to steal the Presidency, thanks to a powerful press conference held yesterday by Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis..

Sidney Powell just dropped bombs all over the place.

For instance, Trump votes were so overwhelming, the number of people who had voted for Trump that the rigged system, this Dominion system with the Smartmatic software melted down. It couldn’t handle, it couldn’t cheat fast enough, it could not overcome the number of legitimate Trump votes. This is why they had to stop everything overnight.

This is why they had to stop counting, they had to stop the process because they were losing space, losing time, losing the ability to catch up and stay even with the number of legitimate votes that were coming in for Trump. That’s what one of her references, the evidence is coming in like a fire hose.

,,,The Trump votes were so overwhelming, the rigged system melted down. They had to shut it down. Sidney Powell also said that Dominion executives are now MIA. Their offices are being abandoned and moved. Jenna Ellis hammered the fake news today when it was her turn at the microphone as well as I’ve ever heard anybody do it. Chastised them how none of them would qualify for a fair jury because of their bias. None of them would be certified by a judge to ever sit on a nonbiased jury so they don’t get to decide this case.

It’s gonna go to a trial and they’re gonna take their time, they’re gonna do it right because this is about the integrity of the American electoral system. It’s not just per se getting Donald Trump elected. It’s about the Constitution and the integrity of our system. So why are these executives from Dominion software and Smartmatic, why are they fleeing the jurisdiction? Why are they now MIA? Why aren’t they there defending what they did? They sold their machines to Democrats and voter registration places all over Pennsylvania, all over Michigan, all over Wisconsin.

Why aren’t they there standing up for their machines? Why aren’t they there defending their system? Why aren’t they there explaining? “No, you guys got us all wrong.” Why are their offices being abandoned? Why are people grabbing things from their offices and throwing them in the back of cars and splitting the parking lot, leaving the city? Dominion executives are now MIA. Their offices are being abandoned and moved. And Sidney Powell said that President Trump won this by a landslide and that they are gonna prove it.

So, once again, just like Spygate, this was a vast conspiracy run by the Democrats and their “sponsors”.

Only this time, they did not just try to damage Trump.

Impeachment Report Shows Schiff Obtained Phone Records of Nunes, Solomon, and Giuliani…Why Are Dems Above the Law?

Phone records released Tuesday by three House committees as part of their draft impeachment report detailed previously unreported contacts between President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, the White House, top House Republican Rep. Devin Nunes, and Hill columnist John Solomon.

As Solomon wrote opinion columns in early April 2019 attacking U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, according to AT&T phone records produced by the Intelligence Committee, he was in frequent phone contact with Giuliani and his associate Lev Parnas.

“The Committees uncovered evidence of close ties and frequent contacts between Mr. Solomon and Mr. Parnas, who was assisting Mr. Giuliani in connection with his representation of the President,” the Democrats wrote in their report drafted by the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, and Oversight Committees.

The Committees also obtained records showing phone calls and texts between Giuliani and Nunes, the top Republican on the Intelligence Committee, on April 10. Parnas and Nunes also spoke on the phone several times on April 12.

…Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff would not say when and where the evidence from the phone records came from, saying he couldn’t “go into specifics.” But, Schiff said the communications outlined “considerable coordination” in the smear campaign against former Ukraine Ambassador Yovanovitch and the shadow campaign in Ukraine.Asked whether Schiff had spoken with Nunes about the call records and whether Nunes should recuse himself from voting on the report tonight, Schiff said he wanted to “reserve comment” but called the allegations and timing of the calls “deeply concerning.”

“At a time when the president of the United State was using the power of his office to dig up dirt on a political rival, that there may be evidence that there were members of Congress complicit in that activity,” Schiff said, adding that he was not saying that Nunes was complicit but that the allegations were troubling.

“Our focus is on the president’s conduct,” Schiff said. “It may be the role of others to evaluate” the conduct of members of Congress.

Why are Democrats above the law?

All during Trump’s Presidency, I have heard Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, and a cast of hundreds of Congressional Dems state that President Trump is not above the law while they insult him and his family and attempt to remove him from office with a bunch of bald0faced lies.

Meanwhile, it is they who have acted as if they were above the law for years.

From Bill and Hillary’s Pay-for Play Scheme granting access to Secretary of State Clinton through “donations” to the Clinton Foundation to Spygate, the Democrats continue to act with impunity in their quest to hold absolute power over Americans’ daily lives.

This Soviet-style Tribunal which Schiff and the House Democrats held over a simple phone call was egregious enough.

Now, we find out that Schiff somehow obtained not only Rep. Devin Nunes’ phone records but also the phone records of two private citizens, The Hill’s John Solomon and those of “America’s Mayor”, Rudy Giuliani.

What happened to attorney-client privilege and the First Amendment’s protection of journalists?

Now, I have seen sleazy politicians before (trust me, I was living in Memphis during the Harold Ford, Steve Cohen, and Mayor Willie Herenton years), but Schiff is the sleaziest…and the most deranged, also.

This blatant Soviet-style act of seditious tyranny should scare the mess out of every red-blooded American.

The Democrats have turned Congress into the Soviet Politboro.

Giuliani About Biden: “I Don’t Care What He’s Saying. He’s Lying. He’s Been Lying All His Life.”

President Trump’s personal attorney and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Saturday that he is not afraid of being indicted and that he has absolutely no business interest in Ukraine.

Appearing on “America’s News HQ” with host Ed Henry, Giuliani said that the “case has been really simple from the day that Joe Biden confessed to committing bribery in 2018.”

“Although, he said precisely what was attributed to President Trump a year and a half later…Basically, they’ll prove that he committed bribery,” he said during the wide-ranging interview.

Giuliani said that the “reality is you’d have to be a fool” to think Biden “didn’t know that his son was under investigation.” The founder of the company Hunter Biden worked for is currently under investigation, but there is no evidence he himself is being investigated.

In an interview with CNN’s Don Lemon on Friday, Biden said that he is “embarrassed” for his former Senate colleague Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., over his request for documents pertaining to Hunter Biden’s time on the board of natural gas company Burisma Holdings and Ukraine.

Biden’s remarks drew a response on Twitter from Giuliani who wrote that Biden’s comments amounted to “a threat to a U.S. Senator,” and reminded the former federal prosecutor of “my old mafia cases.”

Giuliani told Henry that Biden sounded like a “poor imitation of ‘The Godfather,'” adding that Biden wanted to fight with the president “every other week.”

“I don’t care what he said. He’s lying. He’s been lying all his life,” Giuliani told Henry. “Every place that Joe Biden was a point man…the Biden family came away with millions. And nobody wants to look at it because the Washington press corps protects him.”

However, Giuliani’s former associate Lev Parnas — who pleaded not guilty to federal campaign finance violations earlier this month — is now claiming that he traveled to Kiev shortly before the inauguration of Zelensky to demand the new administration publicly announce an investigation into the Bidens.

Parnas’ lawyer confirmed to Fox News that his client told Ukrainian officials that Vice President Mike Pence would not attend the swearing-in of the new president and the United States would freeze aid to the Eastern European nation if the demands were not met.

The claim by Parnas, who has been preparing to testify in the House Intelligence Committee’s impeachment inquiry into President Trump, directly challenged the accounts by Trump and Ukrainian officials that have been at the heart of the congressional probe.

Giuliani said that the lawyer’s comments are untrue and that Parnas is “trying to make himself very important.”

“We never had that meeting with the president,” he said, adding that Parnas “got himself into a grandiose thing” and he could potentially “make himself into another Michael Cohen.”

Giuliani also denied a recent Wall Street Journal report stating that he would personally profit from a natural gas pipeline in Ukraine was false and that he was “not going to financially profit from anything that [he] knows of in the Ukraine.”

“I can’t keep up from the amount of false information printed about me,” he exclaimed.

“Are you afraid, Mr. Mayor, that you could be indicted?” asked Henry.

“You think I’m afraid?” Giuliani shot back. “I did the right thing.”

He said that he has absolutely no “business interest” in Ukraine, and that it was Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky who had first brought him up in his July phone call with President Trump because of his “reputation.”

Giuliani said that he wanted to “exculpate” his client.

“This is ridiculous. [The President] know what I did was order to defend the president — not to dig up dirt on Biden. This goes back a year ago before Biden [had] even decided to run for president,” he said.

“My thought when I began investigating this was to get evidence that will help my client prove that the charges against him aren’t true,” Giuliani said.

He predicted that “they’re ultimately going to prove” that this was a conspiracy to frame the president in which high-level Democrats and White House staff participated.

For the last two weeks, Americans have witnessed professional bureaucrats, who have worked in some capacity for the State Department in the country of Ukraine, complain about Rudy Giuliani.

Their complaint was that THEY were the experts on the situation in Ukraine and they resented President Trump sending his personal attorney over there in order to find out what was going on concerning the corruption which has been prevalent for some time there.

Methinks they did protest too much.

All those “diplomats” who were so adamantly opposed to “America’s Mayor snooping around in Ukraine had ties to the Obama Administration, they very President who appointed Joe Biden as his “Front Man” in dealing with Ukraine.

The entire Soviet-style Tribunal, which Adam Schiff ran with didactic impunity was not only an attempt to force President Trump out of the Presidency, it was an attempt to cover up the Democrats’ corrupt involvement with the Former Ukrainian Government.

Of course, Ukraine was not the only country in which the Democratic Party Elite were conducting corrupt activities, as IG Horowitz’ Report and “Bull” Durham’s and Bill Barr’s Reports are going to show.

The move toward Impeachment is not only the culmination of a three-year Democratic Party National Temper Tantrum, it is the biggest CYA Strategy in recorded history.

If you think that Sleepy Joe Biden is lashing out, wait until those reports come out and the other shoe drops.

Wouldn’t it be something if Federal Prosecutors could get Sleepy Joe to “flip” on Obama and the rest of the Deep State in exchange for leniency for himself and Hunter?

Biden’s Campaign Sends Letter Asking News Networks to Ban Giuliani After Rudy Goes on News Shows Revealing Sleepy Joe’s Corruption

Joe Biden’s presidential campaign requested in a letter on Sunday that major news networks not invite President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani anymore, after Giuliani spent the morning on a series of talk shows aggressively highlighting what he called Biden’s apparently corrupt dealings in Ukraine and China.

The Biden campaign wrote to NBC News, CBS News, Fox News and CNN to voice “grave concern that you continue to book Rudy Giuliani on your air to spread false, debunked conspiracy theories on behalf of Donald Trump,” according to The Daily Beast, which first reported the existence of the letter.

The memo, drafted by Biden aides Kate Bedingfield and Anita Dunn, continued: “While you often fact check his statements in real time during your discussions, that is no longer enough. By giving him your air time, you are allowing him to introduce increasingly unhinged, unfounded and desperate lies into the national conversation.”

Should a network choose to book Giuliani, the Biden campaign called for “an equivalent amount of time” to be provided “to a surrogate for the Biden campaign.” The letter noted Giuliani was not a public official, but Trump’s lawyer and personal advisor.

Responding to the request, Trump 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale tweeted: “Can we request the removal of Democrats on TV that push hoaxes? Wait, but then who would do the interviews?”

Hours earlier, Giuliani made the rounds on several Sunday shows, including “Fox News Sunday,” to argue that evidence of Biden’s possible corruption has been hiding in plain sight for months.

Biden has acknowledged on camera that, when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire that prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings — where son Hunter Biden had a highly lucrative role on the board paying him tens of thousands of dollars per month, despite limited relevant expertise. The vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion in critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

“Well, son of a b—h, he got fired,” Biden joked at a panel two years after leaving office.

Shokin himself had been widely accused of corruption, while critics charged that Hunter Biden essentially might have been selling access to his father, who had pushed Ukraine to increase its natural gas production. Giuliani, on Sunday, suggested Shokin was the target of an international smear campaign to discredit his work.

In a combative interview on ABC News’ “This Week” on Sunday, Giuliani presented what he said was an affidavit signed by Shokin that confirmed Hunter Biden was being investigated when Shokin was fired.

“I have an affidavit here that’s been online for six months that nobody bothered to read from the gentleman who was fired, Viktor Shokin, the so-called corrupt prosecutor,” Giuliani said. “The Biden people say that he wasn’t investigating Hunter Biden at the time. He says under oath that he was.” The Shokin affidavit purportedly said the U.S. had pressured him into resigning because he was unwilling to drop the case.

Later, Giuliani added: “I have another affidavit, this time from another Ukrainian prosecutor who says that the day after Biden strong-armed the president to remove Shokin, they show up in the prosecutor’s office — lawyers for Hunter Biden show up in the prosecutor’s office and they give an apology for dissemination of false information.”

After anchor George Stephanopoulos expressed skepticism, Giuliani fired back: “How about if I — how about if I tell you over the next week four more of these will come out from four other prosecutors? … No, no, no, George, they won’t be [investigated], because they’ve been online for six months, and the Washington press will not accept the fact that Joe Biden might have done something like this.”

When Stephanopoulos called it “not true” that Hunter Biden had taken more than $1 billion from China while the U.S. was negotiating with the country, Giuliani again said the former Clinton administration official was being too dismissive.

“There’s evidence that they got $1 billion directly from China, specific date, 12 days after they returned from a trip to China,” Giuliani asserted. “There’s evidence that another $500 million went in, and there are three partners.”

Giuliani went on: “Can I — can I make a contrast? Can I just make a slight contrast with the so-called whistleblower? The whistleblower says I don’t have any direct knowledge, I just heard things. Up until two weeks before he did that, that wouldn’t even [have] been a complaint, would have been dismissed.”

That was a reference to an explosive report in The Federalist showing that the intelligence community recently changed its form for reporting improper conduct. Earlier this year, the intelligence community’s form for whistleblowers explicitly stated that complaints based on secondhand information were not actionable.

But, that admonition was removed sometime afterward — around the time that an unnamed whistleblower filed a complaint, based on secondhand information, alleging misconduct in the White House. Although there has been no strict legal requirement for whistleblower complaints to contain only firsthand information, the previous intelligence community form made it clear that such secondhand complaints would not be investigated as a matter of procedure.

Wow. What a coinky-dink.

Almost as if this latest Witch Hunt was planned way in advance.

Sitting back and watching this attempted undoing of the results of the 2016 Presidential Election, something struck me as I sat down to write this post.

It has been the widely shared opinion of average Americans living here in the Heartland and Professional Political Pundits as well, that AOC and the rest of “The Squad” are now running the Democratic Party.

I believe as well that they and their fellow SJWs/Democratic Socialists are indeed running the show.

The actions and reactions of these Far Left Democrats, including Sleepy Joe, remind me of those who were in control of the old Soviet Union for all those decades, known as the Politboro.

When they came to power after the Russian Revolution, the first thing they did was to gather up the Proletariat’s guns. The next thing that they did was to begin to censor free speech and any opposition voices who might speak out against their true nature of corruption and tyranny.

Then, the National Media itself became a government entity, i.e., a means of spreading PROPAGANDA, treating the Russian citizens like mushrooms, keeping them in the dark and feeding them BS.

Pretty soon, schoolchildren were rigidly tested and told which job they were going to have when they grew up.

And, as creativity became a rare thing, the Russian Economy began to collapse to the point where, as the late Robin Williams showed in “Moscow on the Hudson”, citizens could not even get a decent roll of toilet paper.

Being programmed from the time they could speak, the citizens of the Soviet Union grew to view the Central Government as mother, father, and god.

No dissension was allowed or else you were sent to the Siberian Gulags or you “disappeared”, as in “from this life”.

Are you following me, boys and girls?

Do you see what is happening to our Sovereign Nation?

What the Far Left Democrats are attempting is as un-American as you can get.

Trying to remove President Trump from office because he won the 2016 Presidential Election simply because they do not like him, by using employees of our own Federal Government known as the “Deep State” and now, attempting to cover up the crimes of Sleepy Joe and Hunter Biden by censoring Rudy Giuliani, one of the heroes of 9/11, is insane.

My late parents, along with others of the Greatest Generation, are rolling over in their graves, as they witness the Sacred Land which they loved so much being taken on a similar destructive journey by followers of the same kind of fascist ideology for which they died and lived sacrificially for in order to keep America safe from.

The Democrats should be ashamed of themselves.

But, they aren’t.

“Useful idiots” are never aware that they are being used.
