Obama Slams Christian Americans At National Prayer Breakfast

AFBrancoTerroristAhoy252015A long time ago, a leader of men spoke eloquently to a gathering of his beloved nation’s religious leaders…

This power of prayer can be illustrated by a story that goes back to the fourth century. The Asian monk living in a little remote village, spending most of his time in prayer or tending the garden from which he obtained his sustenance—I hesitate to say the name because I’m not sure I know the pronunciation, but let me take a chance. It was Telemacmus, back in the fourth century. And then one day, he thought he heard the voice of God telling him to go to Rome. And believing that he had heard, he set out. And weeks and weeks later, he arrived there, having traveled most of the way on foot.

And it was at a time of a festival in Rome. They were celebrating a triumph over the Goths. And he followed a crowd into the Colosseum, and then there in the midst of this great crowd, he saw the gladiators come forth, stand before the Emperor, and say, “We who are about to die salute you.” And he realized they were going to fight to the death for the entertainment of the crowds. And he cried out, “In the name of Christ, stop!” And his voice was lost in the tumult there in the great Colosseum.

And as the games began, he made his way down through the crowd and climbed over the wall and dropped to the floor of the arena. Suddenly the crowds saw this scrawny little figure making his way out to the gladiators and saying, over and over again, “In the name of Christ, stop.” And they thought it was part of the entertainment, and at first they were amused. But then, when they realized it wasn’t, they grew belligerent and angry. And as he was pleading with the gladiators, “In the name of Christ, stop,” one of them plunged his sword into his body. And as he fell to the sand of the arena in death, his last words were, “In the name of Christ, stop.”

And suddenly, a strange thing happened. The gladiators stood looking at this tiny form lying in the sand. A silence fell over the Colosseum. And then, someplace up in the upper tiers, an individual made his way to an exit and left, and others began to follow. And in the dead silence, everyone left the Colosseum. That was the last battle to the death between gladiators in the Roman Colosseum. Never again did anyone kill or did men kill each other for the entertainment of the crowd.

One tiny voice that could hardly be heard above the tumult. “In the name of Christ, stop.” It is something we could be saying to each other throughout the world today.

Now, several days ago while I was very concerned about what I was going to say here today and trying to think of something to say, I received through diplomatic channels a message from far out across the Pacific. Sometime ago, our Ambassador presented to General Romulo of the Philippines the American Medal of Freedom. Not only had he been a great friend of the United States in our time of war, but then he had spent 17 years as an Ambassador here in Washington, from his country to ours. And for whatever reason, he sent this message of thanks to me for the medal that had been given, and then included the farewell statement that he had made when he left Washington, left this country, after those 17 years.

And I had to confess, I had never been aware that there had been such a farewell message, and I’m quite sure that many of you hadn’t. And so, I’m going to share it with you. I think it fits what we’re talking about today. He said, “I am going home, America. For 17 years, I have enjoyed your hospitality, visited every one of your 50 States. I can say I know you well. I admire and love America. It is my second home. What I have to say now in parting is both tribute and warning.

“Never forget, Americans, that yours is a spiritual country. Yes, I know you’re a practical people. Like others, I’ve marveled at your factories, your skyscrapers, and your arsenals. But underlying everything else is the fact that America began as a God-loving, God-fearing, God-worshiping people, knowing that there is a spark of the divine in each one of us. It is this respect for the dignity of the human spirit which keeps America invincible.

“May you always endure and, as I say again in parting, thank you, America, and farewell. May God keep you always, and may you always keep God.”
Thank you. – President Ronald Wilson Reagan, National Prayer Breakfast, 1984

From the sublime to the ridiculous…

According to Breitbart.com,

At the National Prayer Breakfast [yesterday morning], President Obama reminded attendees that violence rooted in religion isn’t exclusive to Islam, but has been carried out by Christians as well.

Obama said that even though religion is a source for good around the world, there will always be people willing to “hijack religion for their own murderous ends.”

“Unless we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” Obama said. “In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.”

Obama also denounced Islamic State terrorists for professing to stand up for Islam when they were actually “betraying it.”

“We see ISIL, a brutal vicious death cult that in the name of religion carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism,” he said criticizing them for “claiming the mantle of religious authority for such actions.”

Do you know why Christians went on the crusades, all those hundreds of years ago?

It was to stop the spread of militant, radical Islam across the European continent.

For President Barack Hussein Obama to continue to equate Christianity with the heinous barbaric acts of Radical Muslims, is not only a false equivalency, but downright CRAZY.

On Tuesday afternoon, Obama held a secret meeting with Muslim leaders in the White House. This meeting was closed to the press, so no one exactly knows which “Muslim leaders” were there.

It could have been Calypso Louie Farrakhan or it could have been the head of ISIS, along with his friends, the Muslim Brotherhood, who were sitting in the People’s House, we just don’t know.

However, for the President of United States to stand at the National Prayer Breakfast and attempt such an ignorant, foolish attempt at drawing an equivalency between Islam and Christianity, was disingenuous and an insult to the 75 percent of us Americans who proclaim Jesus Christ as our Personal Savior.

Regarding his equating Christianity with Racism, he was taking a page straight out of his Former Pastor of 20 years, Former American Muslim, Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s, playbook.

Amazing how he failed to mention that Christian Americans ran the Underground Railroad, huh?

America has never seen a president who is so far removed from the beliefs and value system of the people whom he is supposed to be governing.

Yesterday’s speech by Obama was not just stupid Liberal Propaganda, it was delivered for the sole purpose of placating and reassuring those Muslim barbarians, whom he is attempting to “negotiate” with.

Those were not Christians in the Middle East, who just burned a brave Jordanian Pilot alive, or who continue to torture and behead thousands of innocent men, women, and children “in the name of the Prophet”.

And, Jesus Christ did not marry a 9 year old.

Mohammed did.

This is America. Our Founding Fathers were Christian Men.

United States President Barack Hussein Obama’s remarks, politicizing Americans’ Christian Faith, were a slap in the face of Christian Americans and were totally inappropriate.

I wish we had an American President.

Eric Garner, Michael Brown, and the Dissolution of the Black American Family Unit

Black Crime Statistics Fox News 12614I posted the above statistics, in an effort to share some truth with you, this morning.

As a lifelong (56 years young) resident of the Memphis area, I continue to witness the dissolution of the once strong and proud Black American Family Unit.

I am also, as are most of you, bearing witness to Black and White Liberal Politicians making excuses for the out-of-control, self-inflicted genocide of 13% of America’s Population. as they blame it on “Racial Inequality”, while a Black Man sits behind a desk in the Oval Office at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, holding the most powerful leadership position in the Free World.

America’s Far Left Political Activists, including the President of the United States, are presently attempting, what is known in both sports and military strategy, as a “misdirection” play.

CNN.com reports that

Red tail lights snaked for hundreds of yards down an interstate in Oakland, California, as motorists stood still for protesters blocking traffic for a few minutes.

The marchers were making a statement about alleged unchecked police brutality and racially uneven justice in America on the third day of marches, sit-ins and die-ins over a grand jury decision in the death of African-American Eric Garner in Staten Island, New York.

Many people around the country have been as shocked by the decision not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who put Garner in a chokehold, as they have been horrified by the cell phone video of it that went viral.

The outrage has weighed heavily especially after the police shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. When the jury announced it will not indict Pantaleo, protests dotted the American map.

A coast away in New York City, protesters attempted to block traffic on FDR Drive — a six-lane thoroughfare that hugs eastern Manhattan — and on the iron trellised Manhattan Bridge, which connects the island to Brooklyn.

But at the end of a long, cold, wet Friday, police had had enough and pulled up in detention buses. The sight of them alone was a deterrent to most protesters.

After a handful were arrested, the remaining group called it a night.

New York multitudes

Nowhere in the country have streets overflowed with as many outraged people as in New York City.

Friday’s crowds appeared to be smaller than previous nights’, as cold rain trickled down jackets and hats. But marchers were still passionate about being heard. Some passed out a list of demands to the media regarding Garner’s death.

All officers involved should be fired, they demanded, and a special prosecutor should investigate complaints of excessive force. The state legislature should make chokeholds punishable.

Earlier, Eric Garner’s daughter, Erica, told CNN’s “The Lead with Jake Tapper” that she wanted to see people punished for her father’s killing.

“Justice to me is basically doing what’s right,” she said. “I wouldn’t be happy with (Pantaleo) just losing his job or being suspended or still getting paid. I wouldn’t want that. I would want him to face time in jail.”

She said that anyone who contributed to her father’s death should go to prison.

Christmas tree die-ins

At Herald Square, where Broadway cuts an elegantly slanted path through streets and avenues to create a picturesque gathering place, protesters flooded Macy’s century old flagship store — a national historic landmark.

Store management allowed them to stage a die-in under the eyes of holiday shoppers and ceilings decked with Christmas cheer.

They marched up a few blocks to Times Square and blocked traffic for 10 minutes, then turned down 42nd Street chanting, “This is what democracy looks like.”

They stopped again in Bryant Park and encircled some shops. Many of the workers in those stores came out and, in support, raised their hands in the air.

The crowd set off up Sixth Avenue, traversing against the flow of yellow cabs and other cars. A cacophony of horns greeted them, and cab drivers held their hands out of their windows in approval.

Eric Garner had a criminal record that included more than 30 arrests dating back to 1980 on charges such as assault, resisting arrest, grand larceny. An official said the charges included multiple incidents in which he was arrested for selling unlicensed cigarettes.

This is a fact that has been scrubbed off of just about all Liberal Websites, including Wikipedia, literally overnight.

Why are these black Americans, along with their stupid white Liberal Brethren, glorifying a career criminal?

Simple. These Americans, unlike the majority of us, have grown up without appropriate parental guidance, i.e., no one teaching them “the way in which they should go”

Take Michael Brown, for example. Here’s a photo from Conservative Talk Show Host’s Ben Ferguson’s Facebook Page, that explains Big Mike’s affinity for “Thug Life”.

Michael Brown's Parents 12614

Back in the 60s, President Lyndon Johnson (whose big hand I once shook, at his ranch, as a little boy, after his presidential term) and the Democrats, brought forth a plan, called “the Great Society”. It was decided, in order to ensure that everyone would have an equal opportunity in America, that Uncle Sugar would step in to fill in the gaps.

Two seminal pieces of legislation were passed.

First, the Civil Rights Bill that JFK promised to sign, before his assassination, was passed into law. This Act banned discrimination based on race and gender in employment and ending segregation in all public facilities.

It also helped to cement in stone, minorities’ loyalty to the Democratic Party, which continues to this day.

The second bill that LBJ signed into law was the sweeping ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1964. It created the Office of Economic Opportunity whose stated purpose was to attack the roots of American poverty. A Job Corps was then established to provide vocational training.

A preschool program designed to help disadvantaged students arrive at kindergarten ready to learn, named HEADSTART, was then established. Then came VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA (VISTA), which was set up as a domestic Peace Corps. Schools in impoverished American regions would now receive volunteer teaching attention. Federal funds were sent to struggling communities to attack unemployment and illiteracy.

What Johnson told Americans, as he campaigned in 1964, was that the establishment of this “Great Society” was going to eliminate the problems of America’s poor.

It had the opposite effect

The Great Society created a dependent class, which, instead of diminishing as it’s members joined the workforce, increased from generation to generation, relying on the federal government to provide their every need.

Uncle Sugar became Mother, Father, Preacher, and Doctor to generations of Americans. This “plantation mentality” continues to this day.

A couple of years ago, I worked at our county’s State Employment Center Office.

While at the Employment Office, I was able to observe Americans, both Black and White, down on their luck, struggling to find work and survive in this economy. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of “unemployed ” who came to this particular office were Black.

I saw Black American Families whose existence living on the Government Dole, had become generational.

It is these people whom Obama and the Democrats have hypnotized into believing that Uncle Sugar loves them, and is their only solution to surviving a stifling existence.

They are so, so wrong.

The strength and vitality of America does not come from the benevolence of a Nanny-state Federal Government.

As the greatest American President of my lifetime, Ronald Reagan said:

The nine words you never want to hear are: I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Being enslaved to the Government Dole steals one’s ambition. It takes away any impetus or desire to create a better life for yourself and your family, to challenge yourself to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and pursue the American Dream. It makes you reliant on a politically motivated spider’s web full of government bureaucrats who view you and your family as job security.

I watched American citizens trapped in this web of government bureaucracy, so numbed of any initiative that they once had, that they seemed offended that they actually had to prove that they inquired about three jobs that week in order to keep their “benefits”. Others seemed puzzled that they had to search through the state data base and pick out a job that they wanted to talk to an interviewer about receiving a referral to, and weren’t just simply handed a job when they walked through the door.

Instead of moving forward, by exercising the self-reliance that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. preached so well, these people I saw, were content on being “taken care of” by Uncle Sugar, as if being held down by their own poor, miserable circumstance, was a good thing.

As a Republican, I am sure that it would have offended you, Dr. King, to hear the tenants of Marxism, i.e., “sharing the wealth” and Class Envy, being “preached” to the same Black Americans whom you tried so mightily to raise up and inspire.

This week, the results of LBJ’s “Great Society” have been the lead story in every television newscast, on every newspaper front page, and on every internet news/political website.

Dr King, I am sorry to tell you that racism and injustice is still going on in America. Unfortunately, it will not end any time soon, There are too many race-baiters profiting off of it.

Including, the President of the United States.

The part of your magnificent speech about “the content of their character” has been purposefully ignored by the professional race-baiters and assorted politicians (but, I repeat myself), once again, in the aftermath of the death pf Career Criminal Eric Garner.

Dr. King, your call for self-reliance took a back seat to their self-serving agenda, a long time ago.

Riot Preparation For the Verdict in Ferguson. Obama Secretly Meets with Ferguson “Protestors”.

Ferguson1Missouri State Authorities are getting their assets in place as the decision by the Grand Jury, who are deliberating, after hearing the evidence for or against indictment in the case of the shooting of Ferguson , Missouri young thug, Michael Brown, by Police Office Darren Wilson looms nigh.

The New York Times reports that

Since August, a disparate array of demonstrators — some from longstanding organizations, others from new groups with names like Hands Up United and Lost Voices — has been drawn here to protest not just the shooting of Mr. Brown, but also the broader issues of racial profiling and police conduct.

Now, with the grand jury’s decision expected in the coming days, the groups are preparing with intricate precision to protest the no-indictment vote most consider inevitable. Organizers are outlining “rules of engagement” for dealing with the police, circulating long lists of equipment, including bandages and shatterproof goggles, and establishing “safe spaces” where protesters can escape the cold — or the tear gas.

Graphic | What Happened in Ferguson? Why did the police shoot an unarmed black teenager in a St. Louis suburb, and what has unfolded since then? Here’s what you need to know about the situation in Missouri.

Yet the most important part of the planning may also be the hardest: how to prevent demonstrations from turning violent. Organizers say they want their efforts here to blossom into a lasting, national movement. So they say they hope for the protests to be forceful, loud and unrelenting, but without the looting or arson that could undermine their message. But they also know that some among the ranks may be more volatile and harder to control.

“We’ve come to the conclusion that we really don’t want violence,” said one organizer with Lost Voices, who goes by the name Bud Cuzz. “We want to fix this. We still want to fight to make the laws change. We still want to raise awareness. But we don’t want the city to turn upside down.”

Montague Simmons, a leader of theOrganization for Black Struggle, said there was a growing circle of demonstrators with “a clear message about what we are about and what kind of behavior we are looking for.” Yet beyond their carefully orchestrated plans for a series of shows of protest and civil disobedience, leaders here acknowledge that there are disagreements about what form of response is fitting and whether militant acts might spill over into violence.

At least one group has said on Twitter that it was offering a reward for information on the whereabouts of the officer, Darren Wilson, and, at another point, that it was “restocking on 7.62 & 9mm ammo.” Law enforcement authorities said they would not discuss individual groups, but that they were “constantly looking,” at several groups, according to Brian Schellman of the St. Louis County Police, “trying to separate the rhetoric from the actual threats.”

Immediately after Mr. Brown’s death on Aug. 9, protests began. For days, people marched and chanted along West Florissant Avenue, not far from where the shooting took place and, for brief periods, the protests grew violent. Stores were looted, and the police said demonstrators threw gasoline bombs and tried to set fires. The police used tear gas and rubber bullets. Protesters said the police response was an overreaction to just a few in the otherwise peaceful crowd.

Though the confrontations quieted, the demonstrations have continued nearly nightly since. About 50 organizations, including Mr. Simmons’s, have joined forces in a “Don’t Shoot Coalition,” and the level of planning is intense.

And what is the First Black President of the United States of America doing about this incendiary situatio0n?

Why, Barack Hussein Obama is throwing kerosene on it, of course.

Jim Hoft at gatewaypundit.com reported yesterday that,

President Obama met with Ferguson protest leaders on November 5th, the day after the midterm elections. The meeting was not on his daily schedule. He was concerned that the protesters “stay on course.”

What does that mean?

And why is the president meeting with the violent Mike Brown protesters before a verdict is reached in the court case?

The Ferguson protesters have looted over 100 businesses in the St. Louis area.

The New York Times hid this in the 21st paragraph of their report:

But leaders here say that is the nature of a movement that has taken place, in part, on social media and that does not match an earlier-era protest structure where a single, outspoken leader might have led the way. “This is not your momma’s civil rights movement,” said Ashley Yates, a leader of Millennial Activists United. “This is a movement where you have several difference voices, different people. The person in charge is really — the people. But the message from everyone is the same: Stop killing us.”

At times, there has been a split between national civil rights leaders and the younger leaders on the ground here, who see their efforts as more immediate, less passive than an older generation’s. But some here said relations have improved in recent weeks.

Some of the national leaders met with President Obama on Nov. 5 for a gathering that included a conversation about Ferguson.

According to the Rev. Al Sharpton, who has appeared frequently in St. Louis with the Brown family and delivered a speech at Mr. Brown’s funeral, Mr. Obama “was concerned about Ferguson staying on course in terms of pursuing what it was that he knew we were advocating. He said he hopes that we’re doing all we can to keep peace.”

Obama wants the protesters to stay on course?

Unbelievable.

I have watching in fascination…and disgust…as the situation in Ferguson, Missouri has devolved into some sort of bizarre rush to judgement, for the purpose of some kind of strange racial reparation.

As the evidence against Michael Brown makes its way into the harsh light of day, the professional race-baiters, who have besieged the tiny town of Ferguson, and their supporting Liberal Pundits and sycophants on the World Wide Web, have continued their chorus of “innocence due to perpetual victimhood”, in the case of Michael Brown, proving that denial is not just a river in Egypt.

You see, boys and girls, at this point in the Liberal fairy tale narrative of “Mike the Gentle Giant”, with all of the blood-thirsty Liberal Trolls, who have descended upon the town of Ferguson, publicly writhing in anticipation of a presumed guilty verdict in the trial of Officer Darren Vinson, anything less than a guilty verdict will not satisfy their blood lust.

Of course, Obama will not tell the terminally aggrieved to stand down.

Since he took office, Obama has combined the political philosophies of Marx and Alinsky, and used them to turn a rhetorical political mixture of the rhetoric of Class Warfare and “perceived racial discrimination”, fueled by racial animus, into a political weapon, a skill which he learned during his time as a community organizer in Chicago.

That is why President Barack Hussein Obama sent Attorney General Eric Holder down to Ferguson. Holder went there to make sure that Officer Vinson was indicted in the “wrongful death” of “Gentle Giant” Michael Brown.

Even if the shooting of the 6’4″, 290 lb. thieving, store owner-bullying, dope-smoking, 18 year-old thug was justified.

Decades ago, when the Ku Klux Klan rode through the nation, innocent black men were hung from the nearest tree, simply because of the color of their skin.

Today, in 2014, it appears that those roles have been reversed.

And, it has been sanctioned by Presidential Decree.

President Barack Hussein Obama, who swore an oath, at least twice, to defend this nation, seems determined to tear it apart.

Two wrongs do not make a right…”civil” or otherwise.

The Memphis Kroger “Flash Mob”: When Is A “Hate Crime”, A “Hate Crime”?

Memphis KrogerFlashMobIt’s the night of April 4, 1968.  A 9 (and almost 1/2) year old boy is watching a program on a black and white television set in his home in the mid-town area of Memphis, Tennessee.  Suddenly, the screen changes to the Civil Defense logo and he hears a voice saying:

Will all members of the National Guard please report to the Armory and all police and fire personnel please report to their stations.

Normal programming resumed.  Then, all of the sudden, or so it seemed, President Lyndon Baines Johnson came on the television saying:

I come to you tonight with a heavy heart…

And everything changed.

The year is 1972.  A skinny, undersized, asthmatic kid, new to Wooddale Junior High, is about to be annihilated in a game called Bombardment, a rather sadistic game thought up by the 9th grade P.E. coach for his personal amusement.  Resembling the movie “Dodgeball” on steroids,  two teams (usually the delinquents on one side and their victims on the other), would line up against both sides of the bleachers waiting for the coach’s whistle.  Then, the massacre would ensue.

Sure that I was about to breathe my last, I felt a hand on my shoulder, and a kind voice telling me to stand beside him.  I looked up to see the smiling face of Larry Finch, Senior shooting guard on the Memphis State University Tigers Basketball Team.  He had just taken an Internship at my school!

Of course, that was the year that they lost the NCAA Championship to Bill Walton and the UCLA Bruins.  I don’t think that anyone in the nation hollered at their television set louder that night than I did.

Over the semester, we became friends.  I became a Tiger Fan for life, eventually receiving my degree there  in 1980 in Radio, TV, and Film.  While there, I had the privilege of calling radio play-by-play for the Women’s Basketball and Men’s Baseball teams.

Larry is also the reason that I went on to play and coach basketball, including a 4th grade team and a church team, respectively.  My coaching record is 25 – 4.

You’re probably thinking to yourself, how can you consider yourself a friend of Larry Finch?  You only knew him for a short time.

In the early 80s, while Larry was an Assistant Coach at Memphis State University under Dana Kirk, I was working at Memphis Cablevision.  I was passing through a front office packed with customers, there to pay their bill.  All of the sudden, I heard a familiar voice shouting my last name at the top of his lungs.  It was Coach Finch!

He grinned that big ol’ grin at me, and hugged me until I thought my ribs would bust.  Then he asked me how I was doing, eager to hear about my life, and we talked as if there was no one else in that lobby.

And now, 30 years later, I’m sitting here, trying to write this post, as I grieve for  our hometown.

Just a few blocks west from an affluent neighborhood in what is known as East Memphis, a scene of reprehensible violence took place.

The local Memphis CBS Affiliate,  WREG, reports that

Three people were attacked by a large group of teenagers Saturday night.

The incident happened around 9:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Kroger at Highland and Poplar.

A store employee caught video of the attack.

A 25-year-old man said he was attacked by the group as he walked to his car. Two Kroger employees, 17 and 18, ran to help the man. Both were repeatedly hit in the head and face.

The teens told police pumpkins “in excess of 20 pounds” were thrown on their heads while they were on the ground.

Police say both teens lost consciousness.

Eventually, a security guard stopped the attack.

Kroger confirmed two of their male employees were attacked in the parking lot, taken to the hospital and released to their parents.

The video has spread via Facebook and other social media sites.

Memphis Police Director Toney Director Armstrong released a statement to the media:

“We are fully aware of last night’s incidents. It is extremely troubling to see how many young people were involved, especially on the heels of last week’s youth forum.

A lot of our citizens are working to provide safe and productive alternatives for our youth. For those that choose not to take advantage of these opportunities, we will work tirelessly to identify, locate and hold you accountable.

Last night’s events clearly demonstrates a lack of parental controls and if warranted these parents will also be held accountable.”

Investigators are working to identify the ones responsible for this crime.

Per other local sources, 100 black “yutes” were involved in the “flash mob”.

Eleven of the “little angels” were caught, including an 18 year-old, who was on “diversion” for smoking blunts and assault and a 15 year-old, who was not even registered with the Shelby County School System.

My beloved Memphis, a (long) Past Winner of “City Beautiful”,  can no longer lay claim to the nickname of the “City of Good Abode”.

I moved across Stateline Road to DeSoto County, Mississippi from Memphis, Tennessee in November of 1997 for a very good reason: I was no longer wanted there.

Former Memphis Mayor, W.W. Herenton , during a push to raise taxes, injected race into the matter, as he always did, and told Memphis’ White Citizens that, if they did not like the absurdly high tax rate, that they should leave town.

And, sure enough, we did.

My beloved hometown of Memphis, has been gutted by decades of poor financial stewardship, brought about by Democratic Leadership, who never saw a dollar they couldn’t spend, or a relative or friend that they couldn’t give a job with the city to.

And now, Memphis is struggling with its budget, and has now drastically cut the benefits of the police and fire department retirees.

What is amazing to me, the Mayor and City Council of Memphis act like they don’t know why this is happening.

Let’s see, Memphis Leadership, you raised taxes on the people who pay your “public servant” salaries, you then tell them to leave town, and you expand your municipal government to the size of a small city.

Obviously, the words “‘fiscal responsibility” don’t mean a darned thing to you.

Now, Memphis’ chickens have come home… to roost…including a failed school system which turned in its charter in a successful scheme to take over the more affluent county school system, only to see the county municipalities start their own individual systems, Memphis’ black citizens murdering each other every night, and gangs of black teenagers beating the snot out of innocent people, simply because they’re bored…and they have no parental guidance.

There will be very little national news coverage about the beat-down at the Kroger Parking Lot. Attorney General Eric Holder will not come down here…neither will the Justice Brothers, Revs. Jackson and Sharpton.

For, boys and girls, black on white crime, quite frankly, is rarely labeled a “Hate Crime”….due to political expediencies.

I may be a “Pollyanna”. but I can’t help but believe that the Civil Rights Leader, whom I experienced being gunned down, all those years ago, and my coach and mentor, who brought the Bluff City together, would be sorely disappointed in those whom they both believed in and sacrificed for, who have assumed leadership roles, both in Memphis and in the nation’s capital.

Because, for these self-serving Democrat Liberal Politicians, as they have demonstrated repeatedly, it is not about the content of the character of those who break the law, but rather, the color of their skin.

Attorney General Eric Holder and the Glass House of Liberal Racism

RacismThe Attorney General of the United States, speaking on ABC yesterday, keeping in line with the political strategy of his boss, the “First Non-Racial President”, used the excuse of  “racial animus”, i.e., RACISM, in a weak attempt to protect him and the President from well-deserved criticism and opposition.

TheHill.com has the story…

Attorney General Eric Holder said Sunday he and President Obama have been targets of “a racial animus” from some of the administration’s political opponents.

“There’s a certain level of vehemence, it seems to me, that’s directed at me [and] directed at the president,” Holder told ABC. “You know, people talking about taking their country back. … There’s a certain racial component to this for some people. I don’t think this is the thing that is a main driver, but for some there’s a racial animus.”

Holder said the nation is in “a fundamentally better place than we were 50 years ago.”

“We’ve made lots of progress,” he said. “I sit here as the first African-American attorney general, serving the first African-American president of the United States. And that has to show that we have made a great deal of progress.

“But there’s still more we have to travel along this road so we get to the place that is consistent with our founding ideals,” he said.

He also stood by his controversial comments made during Obama’s first year in office, in which he said the U.S. was a “nation of cowards” when it comes to race.

“I wouldn’t walk away from that speech,” Holder said. “I think we are still a nation that is too afraid to confront racial issues,” rarely engaging “one another across the color line [to] talk about racial issues.”

The attorney general also pointed to Republican efforts to enact stricter voter ID laws in southern States as evidence that more needed to be done to protect minority rights. Republicans have maintained the efforts are designed to prevent voter fraud, while Democrats say instances of fraud are exceedingly rare, and far outpaced by the minority population that does not have identification that would be unable to vote.

Holder called the laws “political efforts” designed to make it “more difficult” for “groups that are not supportive of those in power” to “have access to the ballot.”

“Who is disproportionately impacted by them? Young people, African Americans, Hispanics, older people, people who, for whatever reason, aren’t necessarily supportive of the Republican Party,” Holder said, adding that “this notion that there is widespread in-person voter fraud is simply belied by the facts.”

Holder said the Justice Department was planning legal challenges of new voting laws in Ohio and Wisconsin. It has previously filed suit in Texas and North Carolina.

“I’m attorney general of the United States. … I will not allow people to take away that which people gave their lives to give, and that is the ability for the American people to vote,” Holder said.

About this “racial Animus” thing, Mr. Attorney General…nice Glass House you have there.

By the way, you do remember the New Black Panther Party case, don’t you?

During Obama’s first Presidential Election in 2008, it seems like there was a wee bit of “racial animus” going on, but not in the direction you were speaking of on television yesterday.

According to foxnews.com, there was

…an incident at a Philadelphia polling place on Election Day 2008 when three members of the party were accused of trying to threaten voters and block poll and campaign workers by the threat of force — one even brandishing what prosecutors call a deadly weapon.

The three black panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation. Shabazz allegedly held a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. Prosecutors also say he “supports racially motivated violence against non-blacks and Jews.”

AG Holder, in an article posted on washingtonpost.com, on 1/27/11, Jennifer Rubin summed up what you did and did not do, regarding this example of “racial animus”:

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights came out in December with a draft of its interim report on the New Black Panthers Party scandal. Earlier today a final report was posted on the commission’s website, and with it, a flurry of rebuttals and separate statements from a number of the commissioners. The import of these statements should not be minimized.

The statements indicate several points: 1) the New Black Panther Party case brought by career Justice Department employees was meritorious on the law and the facts; 2) there is voluminous evidence of the Obama administration’s political interference in the prosecution of the New Black Panther Party case; 3) there is ample evidence that the Obama administration directed Justice Department employees not to bring cases against minority defendants who violated voting rights laws or to enforce a provision requiring that states and localities clean up their voting rolls to prevent fraud; 4) the Justice Department stonewalled efforts to investigate the case; and 5) vice chairman Abigail Thernstrom has, for reasons not entirely clear, ignored the evidence and tried to undermine the commission’s work.

Unfortunately, Attorney General Holder, you’re not the only member of the Administration residing in that Glass House of Liberal Racism.

Back in February of 2007, Vermont Senator Joe Biden described his future boss, contender for the Democrat Presidential Nomination, Barack Hussein Obama, in the following manner…

I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” Biden said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.

Speaking of our first “Non-Racial President”, remember Obama’s infamous “bitter clinger” statement about rural Americans at an elite fundraiser in San Francisco in 2008?

You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.

I have lived in the Memphis Area all of my 55 years. I remember this fellow named Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose words set the town on fire…literally.

On August 28, 1963,  Dr. King gave his famous “I Have a Dream” speech, in which he said,

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

On July 18th, 2012, during the heart of  Obama’s Re-election Campaign, Breitbart.com’s John Nolte wrote the following

…By screaming racism (which is what “birther” really means) and claiming perfectly valid criticism of Obama is “dangerous,” this is how the media protects Obama from effective criticism and spins that criticism around into an attack against Republicans.

In 2008, using this partisan tactic, the media was able to intimidate and cow John McCain into submission. In fact, when Sarah Palin started hitting Obama for his relationship with domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, out of whole cloth the media made up the charge that someone at a Palin rally screamed, “Kill him!,” in reference to Obama.

You see, this is how the corrupt media attempts to snuff out criticism Obama can’t weather. If they can’t call the criticism racist they call it dangerous. And if they have to, the media will simply create a narrative based on what they know is a lie.

The corrupt media refuses to vet Obama, because they know that if they did, he would lose. This means that they must also stop Republicans from discussing Obama’s past by any means necessary. And this includes bullying Obama’s critics by declaring their criticism “racist” and “dangerous.”

Today’s Liberals use Racism as both a sword and a shield.

If you attack Obama’s performance as President, or any other Liberal Black Leader’s performance, you’re a RAAACIIIST!

However, when the subject of removing affirmative action requirements comes up, as it recently did in Michigan, a hue and cry comes up from Liberals, using their cries of “Racism” as a shield against any attempts to remove Uncle Sugar from our day-to-day lives.

While, all the time, as the quotes above show, our “tolerant” Liberal Friends are the most intolerant of all of us.

That is probably why Dr. King was a Republican.

What the Heck is “White Privilege? (And, Why Don’t I Have Any?)

LiberalismIf you’re like me, for the last couple of weeks you have been seeing the terms “Check Your Privilege” and “White Privilege” plastered all over the Internet by Liberal Operatives.

So, what the heck is it?

Well, according to a website titled whiteprivilegeconference.com, (Yes, there is such a thing. But, more on that in a moment.)

White Privilege is the other side of racism. Unless we name it, we are in danger of wallowing in guilt or moral outrage with no idea of how to move beyond them. It is often easier to deplore racism and its effects than to take responsibility for the privileges some of us receive as a result of it… once we understand how white privilege operates, we can begin addressing it on an individual and institutional basis. ~Paula Rothenberg

Privilege exists when one group has something of value that is denied to others simply because of the groups they belong to, rather than because of anything they’ve done or failed to do. Access to privilege doesn’t determine one’s outcomes, but it is definitely an asset that makes it more likely that whatever talent, ability, and aspirations a person with privilege has will result in something positive for them. ~Peggy McIntosh

Their website states that the White Privilege Conference or WPC is

a conference that examines challenging concepts of privilege and oppression and offers solutions and team building strategies to work toward a more equitable world.

Their 15th Annual Conference was held from March 25th – March 29th in the Liberal Academic Mecca of Madison, Wisconsin.

Some examples their website gives of “White Privilege” are

Being able to…

  • assume that most of the people you or your children study in history classes and textbooks will be of the same race, gender, or sexual orientation as you are
  • assume that your failures will not be attributed to your race, or your gender
  • assume that if you work hard and follow the rules, you will get what you deserve
  • success without other people being surprised; and without being held to a higher standard
  • go out in public without fear of being harassed or constantly worried about physical safety
  • not have to think about your race, or your gender, or your sexual orientation, or disabilities, on a daily basis…

Sounds like a bunch of excuse-making to me.

The website also includes some idiotic quotes by Liberal Academicians, like…

Whites need to acknowledge and work through the negative historical implications of ‘Whiteness’ and create for ourselves a transformed identity as White people committed to equity and social change…To teach my White students and my own children…that there are different ways of being White, and that they have a choice as White people to become champions of justice and social healing. ~Gary Howard

So, who coined this racist term? Why, a guilt-ridden White Liberal Academician, of course.

In an article published May 14th on Townhall.com, Cortney O’Brien wrote,

“Privilege” is a word that’s been tossed around a lot lately. But if you’re wondering about its origin, look no further than Peggy McIntosh, a women’s studies scholar at Wellesley College. Before Princeton freshman Tal Fortgang “Checked His Privilege” at the suggestion of his university professors, McIntosh wrote a paper in 1988 entitled “White Privilege and Male Privilege: A Personal Account of Coming to See Correspondences Through Work in Women’s Studies.” That insightful piece contained forty-six examples of white privilege. Where are all the environmentalists protesting all the wasted paper on that one? For more of a waste of time and effort, The New Yorker interviewed McIntosh to analyze the term ‘privilege’ once more:

How did people respond? Well, at first, the most common responses were from white people. Their most common response was “I never thought about this before.” After a couple of years, that was accompanied by “You changed my life.” From people of color, from the beginning, it was “You showed me I’m not crazy.” And if they said more than that it was along the lines of “I knew there was something out there working against me.”

…McIntosh’s unfortunate 15 minutes of privileged fame aren’t quite over yet. She is using all this new talk about privilege to give speeches about privilege to groups at the American Society for Engineering Education, the House of Bishops of the Episcopal Church, the Ontario Nurses Association, and NASA’s Goddard Space Center.

The Goddard Space Center???!!!

Our Tax Money is paying for this divisive , racist mythology.

As a 55-year-old White man, who just happens to live right outside of Memphis, Tennessee, the only time I can ever remember being “Privileged”, is when my 6th Grade Health Sciences Teacher, Mr. Monroe Ballard, a wonderful, gentle, jolly, big man and outstanding teacher, who just happened to have been Black, gave me a permanent Hall Pass, which he called a “Privileged Character Pass”, for having a “A” average in his class.

And, all that “privilege” entitled me to was access to the school bathroom during his class.

I never received any breaks during my 30 years in the Business World simply because I was White. I have worked my hindquarters off in every job I have ever been “privileged” to work at.

The racist term “White Privilege” is nothing more than a myth…a theory that was thought up in order to sell books, by a pointy-headed Liberal Academician in the 1980s.

Liberals are running it up their Fascist Flagpole again, in order to provide cover for the most inept president in American History, Barack Hussein Obama, as an addendum to their proclamation that if you oppose the policies and actions of their failed messiah, you are a RAAACIIIST!

The problem with this new Liberal meme is an obvious one:

It is hard to put any weight behind the myth of “White Privilege” when the President of the United States of America, the “Leader of the Free World”, is A BLACK MAN.

WELLL…DUUUUH.

The Intolerant American Left: Why is it Okay For Liberals to Be Racist?

Henri BrooksAs I have related before, I was born at St. Joseph Hospital in Memphis, TN, some 55 years ago.

I’ve been witness to a lot of crazy stuff, as I have watched my beloved hometown degenerate from being an annual City Beautiful Award Winner to Detroit South.

From my vantage point, safely across Stateline Road in Northwest Mississippi, I watched this jaw-dropping moment of  Liberal hypocrisy occur in the weekly Shelby County (TN) Commissioners Meeting last Monday, as reported by WREG-TV Channel 3:

Shelby County Commissioner Henri Books is at the center of a firestorm again over comments she made comparing Hispanics to African Americans.

The discussion took place during Monday’s county commission meeting and was about whether a roofing company was discriminating against blacks because the majority of its employees are Hispanic.

Pablo Pereya with the Hispanic Republic Alliance was at the meeting to discuss something else, but took the opportunity to speak up when he heard this debate.

“I see you guys smirking and laughing, like I’m not a minority,” Pereya said, addressing the commissioners. “I know what it’s like to be a minority. I grew up in Memphis, and I can tell you being a Hispanic in Memphis is definitely the minority of the minority.”

Commissioner Brooks fired back at Pereya, saying the struggles of Hispanics and African Americans are not the same in this country.

“Don’t ever let that come out of your mouth again, because you know what? That only hurts your case,” she told Pereya. “Don’t compare the two. They’re not comparable.”

Pereya spoke with WREG about the meeting, “I was really shocked that that type of terminology was coming from a community leader.”

Comparing Hispanics to African Americans, Brooks also told Pereya, “You asked to come here. You asked to come here. We did not.”

Later, Brooks called out her fellow commissioner Chris Thomas for disagreeing with her.

Thomas, for one, said he believes those comments were racist and disrespectful.

“Excuse me you over there mouthing something…” she said across the room to Thomas. “You with the sheet, the white sheet on?”

“I took that as her saying I’m part of the KKK just because I disagreed with something she said,” Thomas told WREG.

On the phone Brooks told WREG Thomas is grandstanding, and that she said what she meant at the meeting.

She also said she considers this to be old news and she is done talking about it.

Brooks is known for questioning black participation in any Shelby County project.

She also is well known for her time as a state representative when she would refuse to recite the pledge of allegiance.

Pereya said while he is disheartened by Brooks comments, be believes most would disagree with her.

“She may have her perspectives, but that is not what the majority of our community believes.”

Boys and Girls, Commissioner Brooks is not the first Liberal to utter a RAACIIIST Remark…nor shall she be the last.

Back in February of 2007, Vermont Senator Joe Biden described his future boss, contender for the Democrat Presidential Nomination, Barack Hussein Obama, in the following manner…

Sterling & the NBA: Banning a Bigot or Threatening Our Freedom?

Donald SterlingBy now, you have no doubt heard that Los Angeles Clippers Basketball Team Owner, Donald Sterling, has been fined and banned for life by the National Basketball Association, due to racist comments he made in a private telephone conversation, which was recorded by his mistress, and then given to TMZ.

In this private conversation he told the girl, who is young enough to be the 81 year old Sterling’s granddaughter, that he did not want her to bring any minorities to the game. Sterling’s mistress is half-black and half-Mexican.

While the 2.5 million dollars he was fined, alone, seems to be a pretty severe punishment, the new NBA commissioner, Adam Silver, had to go ahead and hedge his bet and ban Sterling for life to prove that he will be a tough commissioner and that he is on the side of the players. Because, boys and girls, in today’s NBA, the players are running the league.

Don’t believe me? Consider this…

Do you remember several years ago, when members of the Indiana Pacers ran up into the bleachers, to catch Ron Artest, who was going after a guy in the crowd who was yelling at him?

Ron Artest, now known as Meta Worldpeace, is still playing basketball in the NBA.

Heck…I will go you one better.

Remember when Latrell Sprewell choked out his coach, PJ Carlesimo, in practice? Sprewell went on to continue his career after that.

So, now are we going to tap the phones of every single NBA player, coach, and official, to make sure that nobody says something bad about somebody?

Under Obama, this nation has become a bunch of “Pajama Boys”.

Now, I’m not arguing that what Sterling said was not reprehensible.

It was.

However, in retrospect, was it any worse than what former NBA player Larry “Grandma” Johnson said? The former New York Knickerbocker said that the black members of the NBA should form their own league.

I suppose, so they don’t have to deal with all of us crackas.

Come on, people. Racism is racism. Bigotry is bigotry

archiesammyBack in the 1970s, Liberal TV Producer Norman Lear created the classic series, “All in the Family”, which revolved around bigoted Archie Bunker, a working class stiff up in New York City. Perfectly portrayed by the great American actor Carroll O’Connor, the program followed the day-to-day life of Archie, as he dealt with his wife Edith, whom he affectionately called Dingbat, his daughter Gloria, and his son-in- law Mike, whom he called Meathead.

Lear produced the series in order to show America how stupid bigotry was. What he didn’t count on, was the fact that Americans saw a bit of themselves in the character of Archie Bunker. And, instead of Americans laughing at him about his character flaws, we laughed with him.

The character of Archie Bunker, while flawed with prejudices, turned out to have a heart of gold.

And, America fell in love with him.

Of course, back then, our skin was thicker. We handled our own problems.

For example, there was a bully who sat behind me in 7th Grade. He was twice as big as I was, and took great glee in making fun of me and trying to intimidate me. One day, I had had enough. I reached under my desk, took hold of my 2s  (tom) drumsticks and smacked him right between his beady little eyes. We were both sent to the Assistant Principal’s Office, where I explained my actions to Mr. Norville, pur Assistant Principal. After laughing in covert approval, he told me to get back to class.

Back then, we didn’t need any government programs to tell us “how to handle bullies”. Our parents raised us to take care of them ourselves.

But, I digress…

We are all prejudiced to a certain extent. Prejudice does not have to be about race. It can be about personality, body type, political affiliation, or geographical location.

The NBA has set a dangerous precedent here.

While Donald Sterling is lower than the belly of a snake and exhibits all the class of Rosie O’Donnell at an all-you-can-eat buffet, to ban someone for life over a private conversation, threatens Freedom of Speech and the expectation of privacy which we, as Americans, hold dear.

Is this a continuation of the atmosphere that President Barack Hussein Obama has created from his use of the NSA, IRS, and unmanned drones to intrude into the private lives of Americans?

The last nation to spy on their citizens in such a manner was the Soviet Union.

Again, I’m not saying that Sterling does not deserve punishment.

However, even an immoral libertine like Sterling, has Freedom of Speech and an expectation of privacy under our Constitution.

For the NBA to ban the immoral Sterling over a private phone conversation taped by his immoral, gold-digging mistress, pulls them down into the same mud hole as the two of them.

It is an unseemly situation all the way around.

One which could set the stage for a Liberty- threatening one.

Obama Condemns Donald Sterling, Bemoans America’s “Legacy of Race and Slavery and Segregation”…Fails to Give a “Shout Out” to Rev. Jeremiah Wright

Donald SterlingThe top story in the National News involved a conversation between the NBA’s LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling and his much younger “girlfriend”, V. Stiviano, who is half-Black and half-Mexican, “not to bring any Black people with her to the games”.

Needless to say, it has caused a firestorm among the NBA Players and the Main Stream Media is fanning the flames.

The President made the following remarks when asked about the matter during a Joint Press Conference yesterday with the Prime Minister of Malaysia:

(Transcript courtesy of whitehouse.gov)

With respect to the statements by the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers — for our Malaysian audience, this is a sports team, basketball team in the United States. The owner is reported to have said some incredibly offensive racist statements that were published. I don’t think I have to interpret those statements for you; they kind of speak for themselves. When people — when ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance you don’t really have to do anything, you just let them talk. And that’s what happened here.

I am confident that the NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver, a good man, will address this. Obviously, the NBA is a league that is beloved by fans all across the country. It’s got an awful lot of African American players. It’s steeped in African American culture. And I suspect that the NBA is going to be deeply concerned in resolving this.

I will make just one larger comment about this. The United States continues to wrestle with a legacy of race and slavery and segregation that’s still there — the vestiges of discrimination. We’ve made enormous strides, but you’re going to continue to see this percolate up every so often. And I think that we just have to be clear and steady in denouncing it, teaching our children differently, but also remaining hopeful that part of why some statements like this stand out so much is because there had been — there has been this shift in how we view ourselves.

And like Malaysia, we constantly have to be on guard against racial attitudes that divide us rather than embracing our diversity as a strength. And I know that the people of Malaysia are committed to wrestling with those issues as well. We have to make sure that we stay on top of it — and we will.

Barack Obama, Jeremiah WrightPoint of Order, Mr. President.  About this RAAACIIISM Thingy…for 20 years you sat under the former American Black Muslim Rev. Jeremiah Wright, at the Trinity Church of Christ, a “Black Liberation Theology” Church.

What is “Black Liberation Theology”? I’m glad you asked.

The chief architect of black liberation theology was James Cone, author of Black Theology and Black Power. One of the tasks of this movement, according to Cone, is to analyze the nature of the gospel of Jesus Christ in light of the experience of blacks who have long been victimized by white oppressors. According to black liberation theology, the inherent racism of white people precludes them from being able to recognize the humanity of nonwhites; moreover, their white supremacist orientation allegedly results in the establishment of a “white theology” that is irrevocably disconnected from the black experience. Consequently, liberation theologians contend that blacks need their own, race-specific theology to affirm their identity and their worth.

“What we need,” says Cone, “is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of Black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love.” Observing that America was founded for white people, Cone calls for “the destruction of whiteness, which is the source of human misery in the world.” He advocates the use of Marxism as a tool of social analysis to help Christians to see “how things really are.”

Another prominent exponent of black liberation theology is the Ivy League professor Cornel West, who calls for “a serious dialogue between Black theologians and Marxist thinkers” — a dialogue that centers on the possibility of “mutually arrived-at political action.”

In the past, Obama has credited a sermon of Mr. Wright’s, “The Audacity of Hope,” with drawing him to what he identified back in 2008 as, “Christianity”.

On Page 293 of his first book,  “Dreams for My Father,” Obama recounts Wright’s “The Audacity of Hope” sermon.

Obama quotes this passage:

It is this world, a world where cruise ships throw away more food in a day than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year, where white folks’ greed runs a world in need, apartheid in one hemisphere, apathy in another hemisphere…That’s the world! On which hope sits!

In fact, Wright had so influenced the young Illinois Senator that Obama made the phrase “The Audacity of Hope” the title of his second book.

However, right before he announced his presidential campaign, Obama started to put distance between himself and his pastor of 20 years, cancelling plans for him to deliver the convocation prayer at the campaign’s formal announcement.

The president has been physically distancing himself from Rev. Wright ever since.

Can you say hypocrisy, boys and girls? Sure you can.

Oh, and another thing…have you heard the MSM mention that Donald Sterling is a Democrat?

The DailyCaller.com reports that

According to records obtained by the independent data research tool Littlesis.org – maintained by the Public Accountability Initiative – the owner of the LA Clippers embroiled in controversy has only donated to Democratic candidates.

Between 1990 and 1992 Donald Sterling made a $2,000 donations to the former New Jersey Senator Bill Bradley, a $1000 donation to current Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy, as well as a $1000 donation to the recalled former governor of California Gray Davis. Despite having a 100% track record of donating to Democrats, Littlesis.org has no records of him donating to either of President Barack Obama’s election campaigns.

Of course, racism and the Democrat Party have had a close relationship for well over a century, featuring such famous poster boys as KKK Grand Dragon Robert Byrd and Former Alabama Governor George Wallace, just to mention a couple.

It turns out that the man who was billed as our first “Post-Racial President” has done nothing but divide the races even further.

And, that’s not what any nation’s leader does…much less an AMERICAN PRESIDENT…unless…it is intentional.

DOJ to America’s Schools: “Spare the Rod”…or, You’re Racists!

children41313On Wednesday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the Department of Justice, on behalf of the Obama Administration was issuing a national set of disciplinary guidelines for America’s Public Schools to follow.

According to Breitbart.com:

The Obama administration is urging schools to abandon overly zealous discipline policies that civil rights advocates have long said lead to a school-to-prison pipeline that discriminates against minority students.

The wide-ranging series of guidelines issued Wednesday in essence tells schools that they must adhere to the principle of fairness and equity in student discipline or face strong action if they don’t. The American Civil Liberties Union called the recommendations “ground-breaking.”

“A routine school disciplinary infraction should land a student in the principal’s office, not in a police precinct,” Attorney General Eric Holder said.

Holder said the problem often stems from well intentioned “zero-tolerance” policies that too often inject the criminal justice system into the resolution of problems. Zero tolerance policies, a tool that became popular in the 1990s, often spell out uniform and swift punishment for offenses such as truancy, smoking or carrying a weapon. Violators can lose classroom time or become saddled with a criminal record.

Police have become a more common presence in American schools since the shootings at Columbine High School in 1999.

In American schools, black students without disabilities were more than three times as likely as whites to be expelled or suspended, according to government civil rights data collection from 2011-2012. Although black students made up 15 percent of students in the data collection, they made up more than a third of students suspended once, 44 percent of those suspended more than once and more than a third of students expelled.

More than half of students involved in school-related arrests or referred to law enforcement were Hispanic or black, according to the data.

The recommendations encourage schools to ensure that all school personnel are trained in classroom management, conflict resolution and approaches to de-escalate classroom disruptions.

I obtained a copy of the Guidelines, which I found rather easily online. According to the DOJ and the Dept. of Ed.,

The Departments recognize that disparities in student discipline rates in a school or district may be caused by a range of factors. However, research suggests that the substantial racial disparities of the kind reflected in the CRDC data are not explained by more frequent or more serious misbehavior by students of color. Although statistical and quantitative data would not end an inquiry under Title IV or Title VI, significant and unexplained racial disparities in student discipline give rise to concerns that schools may be engaging in racial discrimination that violates the Federal civil rights laws. For instance, statistical evidence may indicate that groups of students have been subjected to different treatment or that a school policy or practice may have an adverse discriminatory impact. Indeed, t e De me s’ investigations, which consider quantitative data as part of a wide array of evidence, have revealed racial discrimination in the administration of student discipline. For example, in our investigations we have found cases where African-American students were disciplined more harshly and more frequently because of their race than similarly situated white students. In short, racial discrimination in school discipline is a real problem.

The CRDC data also show that an increasing number of students are losing important instructional time due to exclusionary discipline. The increasing use of disciplinary sanctions such as in-school and out-of-school suspensions, expulsions, or referrals to law enforcement authorities creates the potential for significant, negative educational and long-term outcomes, and can contribute to what is called the “school to prison” pipeline.” Studies have suggested a correlation between exclusionary discipline policies and practices and an array of serious educational, economic, and social problems, including school avoidance and diminished educational engagement; decreased academic achievement; increased behavior problems; increased likelihood of dropping out; substance abuse; and involvement with juvenile justice systems.

As a result, this guidance is critically needed to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity to learn and grow in school.

In other words, School Administrators and teachers who actually expect “children of color” to behave themselves in class are nothing but a bunch of RAAACIIISTS.

The problem is , nowadays the children are already out-of-control by the time they get to Pre-school.

For example:

A Nebraska toddler who repeated a slew of profanities in an online video has been taken into child protective custody, Omaha police said Wednesday.

While authorities found nothing criminal in the video, officials from the Omaha police’s Child Victim Unit and the Nebraska Child Protective Services took the infant and three other children into custody on Wednesday, the police department said on its Facebook page.

The joint investigation found safety concerns, the statement said.

…In the video, the diapered child is bombarded with obscenities and racial slurs by the adults around him.

The African-American toddler knocks down a chair and gives nearly as good as he gets, responding to some of the comments with an upraised middle finger and telling one of the adults at one point, “Shut up, bitch.” The adults laugh and prompt him to repeat other crudities.

Within the last couple of years, I have had the occasion to work inside of a Middle School. I watched School Administrators and Teachers, black and white, deal with kids rolling their eyes and mouthing off at them.

In the state where I live, corporal punishment is still allowed, although parents can opt out, in favor of a home suspension.

I watched appropriate discipline being administered fairly.

In fact, I marveled at the patient of educators dealing with those “problem children”. Back in my day, their “discipline problem” would have been taken care of at home.

The problem educators are facing, quite frankly, can be traced back to the fact that 72% of black babies are being born out-of-wedlock, and grow up without a stable male authority figure in their life.

The life lessons that are essential to the development of a child and that encourage their ability to learn, are not being taught at home. And, due to the “popular culture”, neither is respect for authority, especially women in authority.

The Department of Justice and the Department of Education are targeting the wrong adults in these children’s lives.

They need to address those responsible for the behavior: the parents and the children.

They are the arsonists responsible for this fire. America’s School Administrators and Teachers, black and white, are Firefighters trying to keep the blaze under control…and, they’re running out of water.

Until He Comes,
