MSM’s Knickers in a Twist Over Trump Calling Foreign Leaders (It’s Almost as if He’s the President-Elect or Sumpin’.)

derangement-600ab-la

Once again, the hand-wringing Pajamaboy (and girl) Liberals in the Main Stream Media are positively apoplectic over something that President-elect Donald J. Trump has done.

His latest “crime”?

He has dared to contact World Leaders to start the foundation of relationships which will , in his opinion, strength our place among the World’s Nations.

The following is an article which appears in The New York Times titled “How Trump’s Calls to World Leaders Are Upsetting Decades of Diplomacy”…

President-elect Donald J. Trump has broken with decades of diplomatic practice in freewheeling calls with foreign leaders. Dec. 2

Mr. Trump talks to the president of Taiwan, becoming the first U.S. president or president-elect to do so since 1979.
Why it matters
The call with President Tsai Ing-wen risks infuriating China, which considers Taiwan a breakaway province governed by Chinese rebels. By honoring the Taiwanese president with a formal call, Mr. Trump’s transition team implicitly suggests that it considers Taiwan an independent state. The U.S. has declined to recognize Taiwan since 1979, when it shifted recognition to the government in Beijing. Taiwan itself has yet to declare formal independence. Mr. Trump tweeted, “The President of Taiwan CALLED ME today to wish me congratulations on winning the Presidency.”
Dec. 2
Mr. Trump invites Rodrigo Duterte, president of the Philippines, to visit Washington.
Why it matters
Mr. Duterte has been accused of gross human rights abuses, referred to President Obama as a “son of a bitch” and declared his country’s “separation” from the U.S. during a recent trip to Beijing. (The Trump transition team has not confirmed the invitation, which was reported by Reuters, citing a Philippine government official.) Honoring Mr. Duterte with a presidential invitation implies U.S. approval of his behavior, which Mr. Obama’s administration had been working to curb.
Nov. 30
Mr. Trump praises Kazakhstan’s leader for “fantastic success.”
Why it matters
Mr. Trump praised Nursultan A. Nazarbayev, the president of Kazakhstan since 1991, in tones that suggest approval for Mr. Nazarbayev’s strongman rule. According to the Kazakh government’s readout of the call, Mr. Trump “stressed that under the leadership of Nursultan Nazarbayev, our country over the years of independence had achieved fantastic success that can be called a ‘miracle.’”
Nov. 30
Mr. Trump accepts an invitation to visit Pakistan, “a terrific country.”
Why it matters
Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif invited Mr. Trump to visit, according to a Pakistani government readout of their call. Should Mr. Trump follow through, he risks alienating India, which sees Pakistan as a major antagonist, and appearing to reward Pakistan’s behavior; should he renege, he risks upsetting Pakistani leaders who are sensitive about perceived American intransigence. Either way, the call could upset the delicate balance of India-Pakistan ties, which the U.S. has struggled to manage amid a history of wars and recent skirmishes.
Nov. 17
Ivanka Trump joins a meeting with the Japanese prime minister.
Why it matters
Rather than inviting State Department officials to staff his meeting with Shinzo Abe, Japan’s prime minister, Mr. Trump invited his daughter Ivanka. The meeting alarmed diplomats, who worried that Mr. Trump lacked preparation after a long record of criticizing Japan. It also blurred the line between Mr. Trump’s businesses, which Ms. Trump helps run, and the U.S. government, with which she has no role.
Nov. 10
After brushing off the United Kingdom, Mr. Trump offers a casual invitation to the British prime minister.
Why it matters
Mr. Trump spoke to nine other leaders before British Prime Minister Theresa May, an unusual break with the two countries’ long-standing special relationship. “If you travel to the US you should let me know,” he told her, far short of a formal invitation.Trump also met with Nigel Farage, former leader of the fringe U.K. Independence Party — a slap to Ms. May. He later said that Mr. Farage should become the British ambassador to the United States, though presidents typically avoid telling foreign counterparts how to staff their governments.

What the Liberal Media are not talking about is the reason that Trump is already working on setting his Foreign Policy in motion.

That reason is the failure of the ineffectual Foreign Policy over the last 8 years, courtesy of the Empty Suit in the White House that Trump is replacing.

Nature abhors a vacuum, as evidenced, by the escalation in violent world events, especially in the Islamic world.

And the vacuum that has nature particularly ticked off right now, is the empty suit that sits behind the desk in the Oval Office in Washington, DC.

Before Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) ascended to the throne of The Regime, he did something no other candidate for American President has ever done.  He campaigned in Europe, where he was treated like a rock star, by both the Europeans and the sycophantic Main Stream Media.  This set the stage for Obama’s Foreign Policy efforts as President.

There have been so many issues that have weakened America on the world stage as Obama has pursued his Foreign Policy, it’s hard to know where to begin.  Come along as I try to relate a few high (low?) points.

1.  The World Apology Tour – Shortly after he took office, President Obama set off for the first of a two-part “World Apology Tour”.   After less than 100 days, he had apologized on three continents for what he viewed as the sins of America and previous presidents.

Per Karl Rove:

Mr. Obama told the French (the French!) that America “has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive” toward Europe.  In Prague, he said America has “a moral responsibility to act” on arms control because only the U.S. had “used a nuclear weapon.” In London, he said that decisions about the world financial system were no longer made by “just Roosevelt and Churchill sitting in a room with a brandy” — as if that were a bad thing. And in Latin America, he said the U.S. had not “pursued and sustained engagement with our neighbors” because we “failed to see that our own progress is tied directly to progress throughout the Americas.”

By apologizing to the world, then- White House Press Secretary Robert “Baghdad Bob” Gibbs said that Scooter had “changed the image of America around the world” and made the U.S. “safer and stronger.”

Having the British call him “President Pantywaist” made us “safer and stronger”?

2.  Global War on Terror –  In a memo e-mailed the week of March 25th, 2009, in the middle of the World Apology Tour, to Pentagon staff members, the Defense Department’s office of security review proclaimed that “this administration prefers to avoid using the term ‘Long War’ or ‘Global War on Terror’ [GWOT.] Please use ‘Overseas Contingency Operation.’ ”  And so it began.

On Thursday, June 4th, 2009 at the University of Cairo, Obama addressed the Muslim World.  Here is an excerpt from the 6:35 a.m. speech:

Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance. We see it in the history of Andalusia and Cordoba during the Inquisition. I saw it firsthand as a child in Indonesia, where devout Christians worshiped freely in an overwhelmingly Muslim country. That is the spirit we need today. People in every country should be free to choose and live their faith-based lives upon the persuasion of the mind, heart, and soul. This tolerance is essential for religion to thrive, but it is being challenged in many different ways.

Among some Muslims, there is a disturbing tendency to measure one’s own faith by the rejection of another’s. The richness of religious diversity must be upheld – whether it is for Maronites in Lebanon or the Copts in Egypt. And fault lines must be closed among Muslims as well, as the divisions between Sunni and Shia have led to tragic violence, particularly in Iraq.

Freedom of religion is central to the ability of peoples to live together. We must always examine the ways in which we protect it. For instance, in the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That is why I am committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat.

Likewise, it is important for Western countries to avoid impeding Muslim citizens from practicing religion as they see fit – for instance, by dictating what clothes a Muslim woman should wear. We cannot disguise hostility towards any religion behind the pretence of liberalism.

Scooter believed that by reaching out to the Muslim world through changing and softening our terminology as it pertained to the Jihad declared against the United States by Muslim Extremists, his administration would make huge inroads in America’s relationship with the Islamic World.  After 8 long years, it has done nothing but encourage our enemies, as evidenced by the increasing number of attacks by Muslim Extremists here in our country.

3.  Smart Power! – At her confirmation hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Secretary of State nominee Hillary Clinton said:

We must use what has been called smart power, the full range of tools at our disposal—diplomatic, economic, military, political, legal, and cultural—picking the right tool, or combination of tools, for each situation. With smart power, diplomacy will be the vanguard of our foreign policy. This is not a radical idea. The ancient Roman poet Terence declared that “in every endeavor, the seemly course for wise men is to try persuasion first.” The same truth binds wise women as well.

Excessive humility has never been one of Hil’s problems.

Of course, Smart Power led to Arab Spring, which replaced Moderate Muslim Dictators, with Radical Muslim Dictators, backed by the Muslim Brotherhood. Great plan, y’all.

4.  Afghanistan – When Obama took office, he announced that Afghanistan was the true center of extremist activities.  He then told us that the Overseas Contingency Operation would be making a hard pivot from the main focus being on Iran to the main focus being on Afghanistan.  From there, he decided that the mountainous country of Pakistan (pronounced by the president, Pock-ee-stahn) was where all the truly evil Extremists were hiding.  He had two problems with this strategy:  the mountainous geography and unfriendly government of  Pock-ee-stahn.  Obama was advised by his military advisors that the best strategy was to use unmanned drones to attack Taliban (pronounced Tawl-ee-bohn by Obama) strongholds.  While the drones were very successful in killing members of the Tawl-ee-bohn, they have occasionally killed civilians as well.   That did not endeared us to that country’s government. Obama subsequently pulled out the majority of troops in Afghanistan, only recently to have had to send troops back in again.

While no President can control the actions of other countries come in their own affairs, the position of President of the United States has not historically been referred to as the Leader of the Free World for no reason.

That position has historically Ben the Vanguard in the fight against despotism and tyranny.

Unfortunately, for lovers of freedom the world over, instead of being the leader that the world and America itself needed, Barack Hussein Obama has instead been an example of the Peter Principle.

He rose quickly to his level of incompetence.

It is time to try a new and better approach.

A strong American President is essential to retaining the sovereignty of our country.

As a 22-year old College Senior, I was privileged to cast my first-ever vote in a National Election. That vote took place in November of 1980, and it was for the greatest American President in my lifetime, Ronald Wilson Reagan.

The popularity of President Reagan was not just limited to the boundaries of our nation. He was admired the world over. The things that he accomplished, along with his friends, Prime Minister of Britain Margaret Thatcher, Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev, and Pope John Paul II, have caused the decade of the 1980s to be recorded as a seminal moment in world history.

I remember watching President Reagan speak at the Berlin Wall. When he said, “Mr Gorbachev tear down this wall!”, I was never prouder to be an American and of an American president, than at that moment.

Liberals, around the world, lost their collective minds.

For you see, Liberal Politicians and Political Pundits, just as they do now, hate it when Marxism gives way to Freedom.

Nothing bothers them more than when a strong American President is at the forefront of a conquering moment, when a strong foreign policy is based on the reality that negotiating from a position of strength is always more effective than negotiating from a position of weakness.

America must have a president who will man up and negotiate from a position of strength with both our friends and our enemies.

Ronald Reagan, when he was “out on the stump” for Republican Presidential Candidate Barry Goldwater, in October of 1964, delivered a powerful speech titled, “A Time for Choosing”. At one point in that now-classic speech, he spoke about America’s role in the world, stating that

We cannot buy our security, our freedom from the threat of the bomb by committing an immorality so great as saying to a billion human beings now enslaved behind the Iron Curtain, “Give up your dreams of freedom because to save our own skins, we’re willing to make a deal with your slave masters.” Alexander Hamilton said, “A nation which can prefer disgrace to danger is prepared for a master, and deserves one.” Now let’s set the record straight. There’s no argument over the choice between peace and war, but there’s only one guaranteed way you can have peace — and you can have it in the next second — surrender.

…You and I know and do not believe that life is so dear and peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery. If nothing in life is worth dying for, when did this begin — just in the face of this enemy? Or should Moses have told the children of Israel to live in slavery under the pharaohs? Should Christ have refused the cross? Should the patriots at Concord Bridge have thrown down their guns and refused to fire the shot heard ’round the world? The martyrs of history were not fools, and our honored dead who gave their lives to stop the advance of the Nazis didn’t die in vain. Where, then, is the road to peace? Well it’s a simple answer after all.

You and I have the courage to say to our enemies, “There is a price we will not pay.” “There is a point beyond which they must not advance.” And this — this is the meaning in the phrase of Barry Goldwater’s “peace through strength.” Winston Churchill said, “The destiny of man is not measured by material computations. When great forces are on the move in the world, we learn we’re spirits — not animals.” And he said, “There’s something going on in time and space, and beyond time and space, which, whether we like it or not, spells duty.”

Foreign Leaders, who like the advantage that they have gained, under the weak and vacillating Foreign Policy of Barack Hussein Obama, did not want the United States to regain our position as the Leader of the Free World.

That is one reason that they funneled money into the Pay-For-Play Money Laundering Scheme known as the Clinton Foundation.

That is why they fear a Trump Presidency.

It is far more lucrative for them, when the United States “negotiates from a position of weakness”.

They did not want to negotiate with an American President who was a master at “The Art of the Deal”.

So, let the apologizing Globalists in the Democratic Party and their Propaganda Department, known as the Main Stream Media, continue to voice their “concern” over the actions that he is taking to “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”.

Americans did not listen to them on November 8th.

What makes them think that we will listen to them now?

MSM Not Appreciating Being Punked by Trump

not-mine-600-li

The Main Stream Media needs a bottle and a nap.

TheHill.com reports that

President-elect Donald Trump and the news media are settling into an uneasy relationship.

Distrust and ill feelings are held on both sides, and no one is predicting the acrimony that characterized the final months of the presidential campaign will disappear.

At the same time, Trump in his Tuesday meeting with reporters and editors at The New York Times offered an olive branch, acknowledging that he’s a longtime reader and pledging a willingness to develop a professional working relationship.

“I would like to turn it around,” Trump said. “I think it would make the job I am doing much easier.”

Trump’s words may do little to assuage the press’s fears.

White House reporters are worried about access to Trump, who didn’t allow reporters on his campaign plane and ditched media staking out Trump Tower last week to have dinner with family at New York’s 21 Club.

The president-elect’s frequent threats to the press have added to a sense that the rules for covering this White House might be different.

“Every incoming president has basic, generally agreed upon rules of the road,” said Joe Lockhart, who served as White House press secretary for President Bill Clinton.

“The Trump team has decided they’ll blow up and the road and build a new one. Where it goes from here will be a test of how far the new president and his team want to push things, and the strength and will of the press to push back.”

Trump’s transition team says it is committed to having a press pool, which allows for a small group of reporters to remain stationed near the president to document his movements. The pool was on hand for the assassination of John F. Kennedy and the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan, and when George W. Bush was on the move on 9/11.

“In order to cover the president-elect, we need to have a pool of reporters present and there when the entire press corps can’t be there,” White House Correspondents’ Association president Jeff Mason said this week on MSNBC. “That’s the purpose of the White House pool, and that’s certainly something the correspondent’s association has pressed for.”

But there are no laws requiring that an administration maintain a press pool or even that news outlets have access to administration officials, the briefing room or White House grounds.

During his primary campaign, Trump blackballed some news outlets from covering his rallies, which were open to the public, because he was unhappy with their coverage of him.

He also singled-out individual reporters for ridicule and would whip up a frenzy against the media at his rallies, where Trump supporters would jeer at the press pen.

Trump has not held a formal press conference — where reporters from a range of media outlets can ask him with questions — since July.

But Trump has little incentive to go through traditional media channels, some experts say.

Facebook and Twitter combine to give him one of the most powerful social media presences in the world.

He has former Breitbart executive Stephen Bannon at his side in the White House, giving him a powerful ally in the massively influential world of right-wing news.

And when Trump releases a straight-to-camera video to announce his 100-day agenda — as he did this week, in lieu of a press conference — it elicits the same volume of coverage as a press conference would.

Trump was lavished with billions of dollars worth of free airtime and exposure during the campaign, irrespective of how he chose to engage.

Press advocates are worried that the president-elect appears to be holding all the cards.

“Over the last 20 to 30 years, each White House has thrown up more obstacles and become more obsessed with controlling their own message,” said Craig Aaron, president of the advocacy group Free Press. “But this is a new apex, and it’s really dangerous. There used to be basic norms. You have to assume anything is possible now.”

Of course, the media will get little sympathy from the public, with a favorable rating sitting at an all-time low in the latest Gallup survey. Only 32 percent of Americans say they have a great deal or fair amount of trust in the press.

And Trump’s allies believe all of their moves to beat back at what they view as a hopelessly biased liberal media are justified.

They’re fuming over what they see as a press corps that has dropped any pretense of objectivity in covering Trump, and they’re sick of what they view as breathless coverage of frivolous stories, like the “Hamilton” actor who chided Vice President-elect Mike Pence.

Trump allies are apoplectic over the media’s obsession with the alt-right and the neo-Nazis that gathered in Washington, D.C., over the weekend to pledge fealty to Trump, arguing that Trump has condemned racism repeatedly and has no ties to either group.

By several accounts, there were as many reporters and protesters at the event as there were white nationalists, raising questions about why the event has attracted so much attention.

In an interview on Tuesday, Republican National Committee strategist Sean Spicer exploded at anchor Wolf Blitzer for badgering him on the issue.

“You’ve asked me eight times the same question,” Spicer shouted.

“It’s the news media over and over again,” Spicer said. “But I don’t know how many times he has to answer that question and you figuring out the way and fashion he should do it next. If he gives a speech, should he then write it in the sky in an airplane? At what point is it enough?”

Unfortunately, President-elect Trump will never be able to please the Main Stream Media.

Nor should he have to.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

The Main Stream Media knows that.

The problem is, the Main Stream Media is still having a conniption fit (Southern colloquialism for being upset over something to the point insanity) over the election of Donald J. Trump as the next President by us rubes here in Flyover Country.

In fact, they are so upset that they have retaliated by publishing all of that “Fake News” that Barack Hussein Obama, the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC, keeps referring to, in that same Main Stream Media.

Ironic, eh?

The Main Stream Media not only has lost their meal ticket with the defeat of the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton, but they also have the reality of being “punked” for at least four years by Donald J. Trump, who treats them like a school of Largemouth Bass, baiting the hook with the promise of a big announcement or story, causing them to pack the room wherever Trump is speaking, only to find out that they have been used to gain free publicity for Mr. Trump and whatever cause he is trying to forward that day.

In fact, Trump has made the Media look tremendously naïve and stupid on several occasions, in scenes reminiscent of Lucy Van Pelt promising to hold the football for Charlie Brown to kick, only to pull it away at the last minute leaving a helpless Charlie Brown to wipe out, tumbling head over heels.

The Main Stream Media are no longer in control of the dissemination of the news…and they know it.

Between Trump’s playing them like Charlie Daniels playing a fiddle and average Americans becoming their own reporters through the use of Social Media, “professional journalists” have watched their influence over the daily lives of Americans dwindle and diminish right before their very eyes.

And, quite frankly, they don’t like it one bit.

That is why they continue to try to bring down Trump.

They are behaving like spoiled little brats who need a timeout.

And, judging from the TV Ratings of their newscasts, Americans are giving them one.

Until He Comes,

Why MSM Anchors and Executives Deserved Yesterday’s “Trump-Style Dressing Down”

donald-trump-has-his-field-day-with-the-media-2016-images

Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. – Proverbs 16:18

The New York Post reports that

Donald Trump scolded media big shots during an off-the-record Trump Tower sitdown on Monday, sources told The Post.

“It was like a f–ing firing squad,” one source said of the encounter.

“Trump started with [CNN chief] Jeff Zucker and said ‘I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed,’ ” the source said.

“The meeting was a total disaster. The TV execs and anchors went in there thinking they would be discussing the access they would get to the Trump administration, but instead they got a Trump-style dressing down,” the source added.

A second source confirmed the fireworks.

“The meeting took place in a big board room and there were about 30 or 40 people, including the big news anchors from all the networks,” the other source said.

“Trump kept saying, ‘We’re in a room of liars, the deceitful dishonest media who got it all wrong.’ He addressed everyone in the room calling the media dishonest, deceitful liars. He called out Jeff Zucker by name and said everyone at CNN was a liar, and CNN was [a] network of liars,” the source said.

“Trump didn’t say [NBC reporter] Katy Tur by name, but talked about an NBC female correspondent who got it wrong, then he referred to a horrible network correspondent who cried when Hillary lost who hosted a debate – which was Martha Raddatz who was also in the room.”

The stunned reporters tried to get a word in edgewise to discuss access to a Trump Administration.

“[CBS Good Morning co-host Gayle] King did not stand up, but asked some question, ‘How do you propose we the media work with you?’ Chuck Todd asked some pretty pointed questions. David Muir asked ‘How are you going to cope living in DC while your family is in NYC? It was a horrible meeting.”

Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway told reporters the gathering went well.

“Excellent meetings with the top executives of the major networks,” she said during a gaggle in the lobby of Trump Tower. “Pretty unprecedented meeting we put together in two days.”

The meeting was off the record, meaning the participants agreed not to talk about the substance of the conversations.

The hour-long session included top execs from network and cable news channels. Among the attendees were NBC’s Deborah Turness, Lester Holt and Chuck Todd, ABC’s James Goldston, George Stephanopoulos, David Muir and Martha Raddatz,

Also, CBS’ Norah O’Donnell John Dickerson, Charlie Rose, Christopher Isham and King, Fox News’ Bill Shine, Jack Abernethy, Jay Wallace, Suzanne Scott, MSNBC’s Phil Griffin and CNN’s Jeff Zucker and Erin Burnett.

Arthur Sulzberger, publisher of The New York Times, plans to meet with Trump Tuesday.

Yeah…about the “Gray Lady”…

Liz Spayd, their “Public Editor”, in an op ed posted on November 19th, wrote that

The number of complaints coming into the public editor’s office is five times the normal level, and the pace has only just recently tapered off.

My colleague Thomas Feyer, who oversees the letters to the editor, says the influx from readers is one of the largest since Sept. 11. Many people are commenting on the election, but many are venting about The Times’s coverage. Readers are also taking to the comments section of Times articles to talk about it, says the community editor, Bassey Etim.

Others are calling into customer care at multiple times the usual rate. They have a variety of concerns, including the election coverage.

For years, the Main Stream Media has been in bed with corrupt politicians and those who walk roam the Halls of Power with impunity (Mr. Soros to the Courtesy Desk, please.)

While touting objectivity, they have often fallen way short of that goal.

The Media really came into its own during the 80’s, with the advent of Cable Television, the Iranian Hostage Crisis, and the ascension and election of President Ronald Wilson Reagan. Their advocacy of all things Liberal became very apparent, as they attacked the greatest president of this generation, mercilessly, giving no quarter.

I believe that Reagan’s election was a wake up call to the MSM. They realized that, if left to their own devices, the American Public would elect a Conservative as President, every time. And, they just couldn’t have that. They were already in too deep to their Democratic, Progressive Masters.

So, America’s Media forsook their objectivity, choosing to help to shape current events, instead of just reporting on them, in an effort to produce outcomes which would be most beneficial to the Progressive Cause.

After propping up Barack Hussein Obama and getting him re-elected, their own hubris gave them an exaggerated sense of self-importance, as to their role in our society.

Their Achilles’ Heel , the before-mentioned hubris, blinded them to the potential of the New Media…and, that has been their undoing.

As has been affirmed to me time and time again during my surfing of the web, including Facebook Political Pages and websites, Modern American Liberals, including those in the Main Stream Media, constantly live in a state of denial.

They respond as if you have told them that you shot Ol’ Yeller, when you inform them that Liberalism is still the minority political belief in America, even (and especially) after the almost 8-year reign of King Barack The First.

This salient fact explains why CNN and MSNBC constantly trail Fox News in the television ratings polls.

Well, that plus the fact, as President-elect Trump so eloquently put it, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS.

Americans are now living in a  time when the Main Stream Media’s blatant propaganda is no longer believed at face value, as the evidence which refutes it is appearing in the live videos and photographs being shared on Facebook and other Social Media.

President-elect Trump’s meetings with the Main Stream Media is a smart move.

Just as any other American does, he has the right to face those who lie about them and set them straight before he begins the Herculean Task of “Making America Great Again”.

By once again, out-maneuvering the Main Stream Media, Trump has let them know, in no uncertain terms, that he is prepared to fight back against “Fake News Stories” being presented as “Factual Broadcast Journalism”.

How refreshing it will be to have an AMERICAN PRESIDENT who stands up for our country…and himself.

Until He Comes,

Megyn Kelly’s Freefall Continues as She Continues to Attack Trump

14731251_10205385959927806_8491863673114560831_n

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.- Abraham Lincoln

The New York Times reports that

The Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has spent the better part of the last year living in the main gladiator pit of 2016, becoming as much a target for Donald J. Trump as any of his opponents and emerging as a pivotal figure in the forced resignation of the Fox News Channel chairman Roger Ailes, whom she accused of sexual harassment.

On Tuesday, she was in her office at the Fox News headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, taking stock, preparing for the next phase — a Trump presidency — and warning fellow journalists to look at her experience during the campaign as a potential cautionary tale.

“The relentless campaign that Trump unleashed on me and Fox News to try to get coverage the way he liked it was unprecedented and potentially very dangerous,” she said, casual but animated behind her translucent desk. If he were to repeat the same behavior from the White House, she said, “it would be quite chilling for many reporters.”

Until this week, Ms. Kelly had generally avoided interviews about her experience with Mr. Trump. New details she shares in her book, “Settle for More,” about what she describes as Mr. Trump’s attempts to harass and intimidate her, have raised questions from some critics about why she didn’t step forward sooner.

But Ms. Kelly said the general contours of Mr. Trump’s campaign against her — which she says included pressure on her bosses to rein her in and led to death threats from Trump supporters that forced her to take on a security contingent — were well known and she did not want to make herself an even bigger part of the story before the election by sharing the inside details.

“Trump wanted to make me a story line in the race,” she said. “I was trying for nine months to get myself off of the playing field and onto the sidelines, where a reporter belongs.”

She has emerged from it all as the most sought-after star in television news, entertaining annual salary offers that surpass $20 million as she contemplates whether to stay at Fox News or leap to a competitor when her contract expires in the summer. Her new book, and the publicity surrounding it, re-litigates her fight with Mr. Trump just as he begins to plan his inauguration.

Mr. Trump’s spokeswoman, Hope Hicks, declined to comment on Ms. Kelly or her book.

But speaking broadly about Mr. Trump’s expectations for his relationship with the press as president, Ms. Hicks said that he would abide by “standard press protocols that are in place now, the traditions,” and that he saw his presidency as “a fresh start” for his relationship with the news media.

During the interview, Ms. Kelly said she feared the election sent a troubling message to women.

“There were a few themes that came out of 2016, and one of them is, as women, we have a long way to go, a long way to go,” she told me. Emphasizing that she takes “no position on the election,” she said the campaign showed “there is a tolerance for some considerable level of sexism and in some corners — let me underscore I’m not referring to Trump specifically, just what we saw this year — even misogyny.”

That morning her network colleague and rival Bill O’Reilly appeared to criticize her for sharing new details regarding her allegations that Mr. Ailes harassed her. Ms. Kelly wrote in the book that Mr. Ailes offered her “professional advancement in exchange for sexual favors,” and once implicitly threatened her job after she rejected a kiss.

The book was “making my network look bad,” Mr. O’Reilly said on “CBS This Morning.” Later, on his own show, Mr. O’Reilly suggested Ms. Kelly should have shown “allegiance” to Fox by taking her allegations to “human resources,” apparently meaning she should not have gone public.

Ms. Kelly declined to respond to the comments from Mr. O’Reilly, who facedsexual harassment allegations in 2004, which he settled. But later, on her show, she said she had support from her bosses to air her allegations against Mr. Ailes, adding that “sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

During our interview, she said of Mr. O’Reilly, “I never see him; we’re fine.”

Ms. Kelly wrote in her book that she had complained about Mr. Ailes’s harassment to an unnamed supervisor, who told her, she said, to avoid Mr. Ailes. After the Fox host Gretchen Carlson filed a harassment suit against Mr. Ailes this year, multiple other women stepped forward to lodge their own complaints against him, all of which Mr. Ailes has denied through lawyers.

In a statement on Tuesday, Mr. Ailes said, “I categorically deny the allegations Megyn Kelly makes about me,” noting he “worked tirelessly to promote and advance her career.”

“Think of what would happen here at Fox if we had had a female C.E.O. and it was a C.O.O. who was harassing me when I got harassed by Roger Ailes,” Ms. Kelly said. “I think things would have wound up very differently, and perhaps 12 years of women wouldn’t have had to go through those experiences.”

Uh huh.

Ms. Kelly has had her knickers in a twist since Donald J. Trump first announced that he was running for President of the United States of America.

Trump’s victory last Tuesday night has apparently exacerbated the situation.

During the Presidential Campaign, Newt Gingrich cut straight to the heart of the situation, regarding her attitude toward Trump as Breitbart.com reported at the time…

NEWT GINGRICH: Let me point out something to you: The three major networks spent 23 minutes attacking Donald Trump that night, and 57 seconds on Hillary Clinton’s secret speeches. You don’t think that is a scale of bias worthy of Pravda?

(CROSSTALK)

MEGYN KELLY: If Trump is a sexual predator, that is–

GINGRICH: He’s not a sexual predator. You can’t say that. You could not defend that statement.

KELLY: I have not taken a position on it.

GINGRICH: I’m sick and tired of people like you using inflammatory language that is not true.

KELLY: Excuse me, Mr. Speaker, you have no idea whether it is true or not. What we know–

GINGRICH: Neither do you.

KELLY: I’m not taking a position on it.

GINGRICH: Yes you are. When you used the words, you took a position. It is very unfair of you to do that, Megyn.

KELLY: Incorrect.

GINGRICH: That is exactly the bias people are upset by.

KELLY: I think that your defensiveness on this speaks volumes, sir.

GINGRICH: Let me suggest to you —

KELLY: No let me make my point. What I said if if Trump is a sexual predator, than it is a big story. And what we saw on that tape was Trump himself saying he liked to grab women by the genitals, and kiss them against their will. Then we saw 10 women come forward after he denied it at a debate … He denies it all, which is his right. We don’t know what the truth is. My point to you is, as a media story, we don’t get to say the 10 women are liars. We have to cover that story.

GINGRICH: Sure, so it took 23 minutes for the networks to cover that story. And Hillary Clinton had a secret speech in Brazil to a bank that pays her $225,000 saying that her dream is an open border where 600 million people could come to America, that is not worth covering?

Do you want me to go back to the tapes of your show recently? You are fascinated with sex and you don’t care about public policy.

KELLY: Me, really?

GINGRICH: That’s what I get out of watching you tonight.

KELLY: You know what, Mr. Speaker? I’m not fascinated by sex, but I am fascinated by the protection of women and understanding what we’re getting in the Oval Office.

GINGRICH: And therefore, we’re going to send Bill Clinton back to the East Wing, because you are worried about a sexual predator. Do you want to comment on whether the Clinton ticket has a relationship to a sexual predator?

KELLY: We on ‘The Kelly File’ have covered that story as well, sir.

GINGRICH: I want to hear you say the word. Say “Bill Clinton is a sexual predator.” I dare you. Say “Bill Clinton, sexual predator.”

(CROSSTALK)

KELLY: Mr. Speaker, we have covered that. We on “The Kelly File” have covered the Bill Clinton story as well. We’ve hosted Kathleen Willey. But he is not on the ticket.
Kelly ended the segment by telling Gingrich he needed to take his “anger issues” and “spend some time working on them.”

Pot meet kettle.

Megyn Kelly is a perfect example of the old proverb which admonishes us not to shoot ourselves in our own foot.

After becoming Fox News’ “Next Big Thing” and rising to the top of the Cable TV Ratings ,after being given Sean Hannity’s 8 p.m. Central time slot, Ms. Kelly started to read her own press clippings and grew to believe that she was the most important story out there and NOT the news which she was supposed to be reporting.

During the Presidential Campaign, her vitriol aimed at the Republican Candidate turned off those who had helped her to rise to prominence. Quite frankly, if they had wanted to listen to incessant attacks against Mr. Trump, they could have turned over to the Main Stream Media.

Since the Political Ascension of Donald J. Trump, she has chosen to eschew the “Fair and Balanced” Reporting that vaulted Fox to the top of the Cable News Ratings, instead, during the Presidential Campaign, opting to join the baying “newshounds” of the Main Stream Media in their quest to bring down the Republican Candidate by any means necessary.

Unfortunately for Ms. Kelly, her strategy has backfired on her miserably, costing her rating points and allowing Sean Hannity to take over the lead among Fox News’ Evening Programs. and making her look like a fool when Trump won the Presidency.

And now, her book has been panned so badly, that Amazon.com is have a hard time keeping up with their dutiful erasure of all of the one-star ratings that Ms. Kelly is receiving.

Just like the Internet Trolls, who invade Facebook Political Pages and Political Websites, in order to disrupt conversation and call attention to themselves, the MSM, including Ms. Kelly as well, through the creation of their own facts, have permanently damaged their own credibility, quite probably beyond all repair.

So, perhaps it is time for Ms. Kelly to move on from Fox News and join the rest of her Main Stream Media Colleagues.

She should go ahead and sign with CNN, like Former Fox and Friends Weekend Anchor Alisyn Camerota  did. Then, like Ms. Camerota , she will be free to be the Liberal “Broadcast Journalist” that she longs to be, unfettered by any pressure to be “fair and balanced”.

Because, to put it quite simply, once you torque off the American Public, you never get them back.

Just ask the Dixie Chicks.

Until He Comes,

KJ

It’s Morning in America…AGAIN!!! Hey, Political Elite…Can You Hear us NOW?

th (80).jpgTraditionally, working-class Americans, Southerners, Catholics, and urban dwellers had strong ties to the Democratic Party. The Republicans relied heavily on support from the rural Midwest, Protestant leaders, and wealthier voters. Ronald Reagan built a new coalition for the Republican Party in his quest for the Presidency in 1980.

Working Americans were shocked to see unemployment rates nearing double digits. Inflation was pushing the middle class into tax brackets previously reserved for the affluent classes. Reagan promised to reduce their level of misery with sound fiscal policy. Southerners disgruntled by affirmative action and busing found friendly ears in the Reagan campaign. The endorsement of Reagan by the Protestant establishment did not deter devout Catholics from voting Republican, since Reagan promised to oppose abortion rights and promote family values.

Crime-plagued city denizens looked to Reagan for comfort as he portrayed himself as the law and order candidate. Americans across demographic lines were warmed by his promises for a stronger America domestically and overseas. Very quickly, these “Reagan Democrats” crumbled the old alignment. Jimmy Carter, his opponent in the 1980 election, never stood a chance. ( “Morning in America”, The Reagan Years, ushistory.com)

The word “populism” first reappeared in the American Lexicon, when Sarah Palin almost dragged John McCain’s RINO Rear across the Finish Line, in the Presidential Election of 2008.

The Grassroots Movement, which began back then, through the hard work of average Middle Class Americans, like you and me, has led us to a seminal moment in American Politics.

The term  “Citizen Statesman”, such as our Founding Fathers envisioned, became personified in the Republican Candidate for the Presidency of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.

Ronald Reagan figured out in 1980, that, in order to win the presidency, you had to bypass the Republican Establishment and go directly to the American People and a Presidential Candidate has to build a coalition, in order to win the Presidency.

That is exactly what Donald J. Trump did.

Reuters reports that

Fed up with Washington and feeling left behind, supporters of Republican Donald Trump upended the U.S. presidential race, electing a political newcomer they say offers the country a shot at dramatic change.

Once dismissed by Trump’s Democratic rival Hillary Clinton as “deplorables,” supporters interviewed on Tuesday shrugged off his late-night tweeted insults, allegations against him of sexual misconduct and dire warnings from many in the Republican establishment that the businessman-turned-reality-television-star would throw U.S. economic and foreign policy into disarray.

The economy, terrorism and healthcare ranked as the top three concerns facing Americans casting ballots in Tuesday’s election, according to an early reading from the Reuters/Ipsos Election Day poll of about 35,000 people.

“The freedom-loving Americans pushed back against the elites and the globalists. They might win in the long run, but we’re not dead yet,” said Andrew Dye, 48, of Dexter, Michigan.

“I think this big country is getting a little too far left a little too quickly and some people finally woke up and said enough,” said Dye, a partner in a small management consulting firm.

Cuban-American Sarah Gird, 67, described herself as an independent who had felt let down after twice voting for Democratic President Barack Obama.

“I’m not conservative at all,” she said. But Obama “didn’t produce anything.” In contrast, she said she trusted Trump would fix the economy.

“I think he’s sincere, he’s truthful, he means what he says,” said Gird, adding she thought Trump would address poverty and jobs in African-American neighborhoods.

For many, the vote was a rejection of Clinton, whose use of a private email server during her time in government came to symbolize what is wrong with Washington.

“All the corruption. I’m tired of business as usual, being sold out all these years,” said Kevin Barrett, 57, in Nashville.

Tom Kipp, 53, an architect also of Nashville, said he voted for Trump because “we need somebody in there not beholden to anyone.”

“Our checks and balances system is beyond being compromised. I don’t say he’s my prime candidate, but he’s my best option,” Kipp said.

Others found Trump’s promise to build a wall on the southern border with Mexico appealing.

“Last-minute decision: I changed my mind to Trump,” said Lisa Ciafone, 48, of Madeira Beach, Florida, citing her concerns about illegal immigration and the rising costs of health insurance. “It made me lean towards Trump.”

Vicki DeLira, 54, a dental hygienist from Schererville, Indiana, grew up a Democrat but voted for Trump because it was time for change even if it means “a little bit of chaos.”

“It will be a little different atmosphere for a non-politician to be in the White House,” DeLira said. “But I think there’s enough politicians around him to help round them out.”

Todd Recknagel, managing partner of private equity firm Three20 Capital Group, said the caricature of Trump as a “monster” was overdone.

“He is an effective business man at the end of the day. So things are never quite as good as they appear and things are never quite as bad as they appear in life and I think he can make a decent president,” said Recknagel, 52, from Panama City Beach, Florida.

As Trump became the projected winner in state after state, fans from Arkansas, Texas and Virginia sitting on velvet sofas in the lobby of his new Washington luxury hotel just down the street from the White House celebrated as waiters popped champagne.

Preston Parry, 20, had bet all along that Trump would defy the pollsters who predicted a Clinton victory.

“These were shadow voters, people who had never, ever voted before that the polls didn’t pick up. Unlikely voters. Like him or hate him – look, he did something right.”

The Clintons, their Campaign Staff, Democrat Elites, and their minions in the Main Stream Media will spend months attempting to understand how a “Basketful of Deplorables cost Hillary Rodham Clinton “her turn”.

I predicted a long time ago that the hubris of America’s Political Elite would be their downfall.

They divorced themselves from average Americans and our daily struggles a long time ago.

They could not make it through the difficulties that we faced, just to survive.

Hey, “”Former Ruling Elite”…

Try barely making enough money to keep the wolves from your door.

Try being an Average American Mom worried to send your daughter into a Target Restroom for fear that there is a molester behind the door, allowed there by Barack Hussein Obama in the name of “Political Correctness”.

Try being told that you’re not raising your child or grandchild appropriately and that the Federal Government , including a Low Class First Lady knows how to feed, clothe, and RAISE them better than you do.

Try being a Veteran receiving lackadaisical care at a VA Hospital.

Try surviving as one of almost 95,000,000 Americans, in many case through no fault of your own, except your age, forced out of our nation’s workforce.

Imagine being vilified as a “Bitter Clinger” for holding as sacred the American Faith and Traditions passed down in your family from one generation to the next.

Seriously, “Smartest People in the Room”, you want to know why the overwhelming Majority of average Americans think that you , like the Democratic Presidential Candidate, Hillary Clinton, whom you champion, STINK ON ICE?

It is because you have forsworn your role as public servants and objective journalists and have transformed that role, through your own hubris, into that of being one of a Crusading Liberal Activist.

And, as activists, you are a part of the 24% of , who identify themselves as “Liberals”, referred to as the “Hive-mind”, because most of the time, they present themselves in public and on the internet, including Facebook Political Pages, as being in lockstep with one another, regurgitating “the Party Line”, about each and every Hot Button Political Issue, resembling the brainwashed Proletariat of the old Soviet Union.

You traded integrity for a Throne in the Halls of your very own Mount Olympus, known as Capitol Hill and for a seat in the back of Hillary’s Campaign Plane.

As  was affirmed to me daily, during my surfing of the web during the Presidential Campaign, including Facebook Political Pages and websites, Modern American Liberals constantly live in a state of denial.

You guys and gals respond ed as if we told you that you shot Ol’ Yeller, when we informed you that Liberalism is still the minority political belief in America, even (and especially) after the 7 1/2 year reign of King Barack The First.

By the way, this salient fact explains why CNN and MSNBC constantly trail Fox News in the television ratings polls.

But, I digress…

It also explains your failed strategy which included the massive propping up through the use of blatant propaganda of the Presidential Campaign of Hillary Clinton.

Just like the cockamamie idea to allow biological men in women’s public restrooms, the idea of allowing a morally and ethically challenged congenital liar with obvious serious health issues, who is as far removed philosophically from the overwhelming majority of Americans, that she might as well be the President of China, XI Jinping’s Handmaiden, set average Americas out here in America’s Heartland up on our hind legs and made us want to hurl.

Which, by the way, was quite evident when you compare actual images of the size of Donald J. Trump’s overflowing Campaign , numbering in the thousands, compared to the under-attended ones of Hillary Clinton, which are lucky to draw one hundred.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

In order to ensure that no leader of this new nation would go mad with power, and become a tyrannical despot, our Founders set up a System of Checks and Balances, overseen by Three Branches of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial, with each branch having a distinct and LIMITED  role.

This morning, in which we as a nation, find ourselves was a Citizen Statesman, not a Professional Politician, as our President-Elect, is one which our Founding Fathers sought valiantly to ensure.

Thanks to an Imperious Presidency, we are presently suffering under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

This minority is not based on color, rather, it is one based on political ideology and self-interest.

As the past several years have shown, this minority, buoyed by money from this “sponsors”, including the Halls of Power in Washington, DC, will shut down anyone who threatens “what they’ve got” by ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including political devices and beliefs, which we, as a country, have gone to war against in the past.

Representatives of the Main Stream Media, the “visceral hatred” that you see being addressed by average Americans toward you, which manifested itself in a victory by Donald J. Trump last night, is YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT.

Just like the bully who was twice my size in Seventh Grade, who used to torment me on a daily basis, until I finally had enough and smacked him right between the eyes with my size 2s drumsticks, the thick ones used for playing “the Toms”, the “whuppin'”that you received from average Working Class Americans at the polls yesterday, is something that you have had coming for a long time now.

Suck it up, Pajamaboys.

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!!!

IT’S MORNING IN AMERICA…AGAIN!!!

MSM Complains About Being Insulted at Trump Rallies. Suck It Up, Pajamaboys. (A KJ Rant)

aiming-high-600-la

The trouble with our Liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so. – Ronald Reagan

Breitbart.com reports that

Triggered journalists from across the nation are bemoaning the treatment members of the press are receiving at Trump campaign rallies from the Trump supporters the media routinely misrepresents as ignorant racists, fascist Nazis, or disenchanted working whites.

With increasing regularity, these journalist snowflakes are “reporting” their victimization at the hands Trump supporters who chant mean things like, “CNN sucks” and call them names like “presstitutes.”

For members of the media elite, the occasional taunts and jeers signal a dangerous threat to the free press. During an interview with Kellyanne Conway on Tuesday, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer breathlessly asked Trump’s campaign manager to ask Trump to stop calling out the press at his rallies because he is scared “there could be an ugly incident” between Trump supporters and the “hardworking young journalists” who cover his rallies.

A quick review of media stories over the last two weeks reveals more than a dozen articles in major publications with the same “journalists victimized by Trump supporters at rallies” narrative. Trump supporters endure long waits, messy parking, and often obstructed view seating to rally for their candidate. The press, on the other hand, is given their own entrance, sectioned off seating, and protection from event security and the Secret Service.

After an exhaustive search, this Breitbart reporter could find exactly zero incidences of members of the media being physically attacked or assaulted at Trump rallies. None of this has stopped the misleading characterization of Trump supporters creating a “menacing” and “dangerous” environment for these special snowflakes.

The narrative sprung up briefly in August when NBC‘s Katy Tur wrote a long piece in Marie Claire in which she gives her account of her confrontational relationship with Trump and the backlash his “insults” on her reporting created with his supporters. Here is a small piece from her “no-holds-barred” account:

“I was six months into covering the Trump campaign for MSNBC and NBC News, and there I was, in the belly of a World War II battleship, in a press pen made out of bicycle racks, surrounded by thousands of whipped-up Trump supporters.”

Trump decided to go further in Mount Pleasant, pointing his finger squarely at me and launching a personal attack as millions of Americans watched at home.

“What a lie it was,” Trump said, referring to the claim that he had left the stage abruptly. “What a lie. Katy Tur. What a lie it was. Third. Rate. Reporter. Remember that.” The crowd’s boos ricocheted off the iron hull of the USS Yorktown.
Just a few days after the Tur piece was published, two other NBC press employees — Frank Thorp and Ali Vitali — tweeted out pictures and videos of Trump supporters showing insufficient deference to the press. It was so very traumatic that it inspired several stories, including this one in Real Clear Politics.

On October 13th, the victimhood narrative kicked off in earnest when the “Committee to Protect Journalists” issued a statement claiming that Donald Trump is a “threat to press freedom.” The same day Politico’s Ben Schreckinger ran an article titled, “Trump crowds rain hate on the press” and CNN‘sJim Acosta claimed to have found a crudely written sign with a swastika and “media” written on it.

The next day, on October 14th, the narrative of violent Trump supporters scaring the press was being pushed across the media. The Huffington Post‘s Ed Mazza wrote apiece titled, “Frenzied Donald Trump Supporters Are Turning On The Media — And It’s Getting Scary.” The Washington Post‘s Paul Farhi wrote, “The press always got booed at Trump rallies. But now the aggression is menacing.” Ed Kilgore at New York Magazine titled his piece, “Trump’s Dangerous Game of ‘Beat the Press’.”Tierney Mcafee‘s article in People Magazine was titled, “Press Corps with Trump Now Needs Police Escort as Crowd Shouts ‘Whores!’.” Even the Wall St. Journal got in on the action when Reid Epstein wrote, “Trump Rally-Goers Dismiss His Vulgarities, Offer Their Own for Clinton, News Media.” Just to name a few.

The stories have continued until the time of this writing with similar articles in the New York Times, Media Matters,Washington Post (again), AlterNet, and on and on.
Every special snowflake reporter with a Twitter account wanted in on the sweet victimhood action.

McKay Coppins from Buzzfeed tweeted a seven-second video of someone “heckling reporters.”

Jose DelReal from the Washington Posttweeted that the “vitriol towards the media” was as bad as he has ever seen with the “boos and cursing and middle fingers.” Poor little guy,

Eric Boehlert from Media Matters didn’t get his own video so he compiled several from other reporters for his own breathless article.

Frank Thorp tweeted video of people chanting “CNN sucks.” The horror!

Rosie Gray, another Buzzfeed reporter, found a new angle to keep the narrative going when an attendee used the term Lugenpresse, a German term for “lying press.”

You know who else used the German term Lugenpresse? The Nazi’s. As CNN‘s Jake Tapper pointed out.

CNN‘s Jim Acosta wanted everyone to know just how hard it is to do a live shot when people are yelling at you.

After weeks of nonstop reporting about the “menacing” and “scary” treatment of reporters at the hands of Trump supporters, one of the most regular victims, Sopan Debfrom CBS, got a nice note from a do-gooding White Knight.

At a rally in Naples Florida recently, Trump supporters heckled the press for refusing to stand for the national anthem and pledge of allegiance

Poor babies.

Does it hurt and have a temperature?

Try barely making enough money to keep the wolves from your door.

Try being an Average American Mom worried to send her daughter into a Target Restroom for fear that there is a molester behind the door, allowed there by Barack Hussein Obama in the name of “Political Correctness”.

Trump Proposes “A New Deal For Black America “…Says That “American Politics is Caught in a Time Loop”

thvktfi28yWith less than two weeks to weeks to go before the 2016 Presidential Election, Republican Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump  continues to send out the message that he is a UNITER, not a DIVIDER.

TheHill.com reports that

Donald Trump called for a “new deal for black America” in a Wednesday afternoon address, as he works to bridge the gap he faces with the crucial voting bloc less than two weeks from Election Day.

Speaking in Charlotte, N.C., the GOP nominee criticized years of Democratic rule for leaving black America behind, and outlined his plan to help. My “deal is grounded in three promises: safe communities, great education, and high-paying jobs,” Trump said, speaking off what appeared to be scripted remarks

“Whether you vote for me or not, I will be your greatest champion. We live in a very divided country and I will be your greatest champion.”

Trump called on voters to repudiate Hillary Clinton and the Democrats in favor of change.

“American politics is caught in a time loop, we keep electing the same people over and over and over,” he said.

“Every day, I’m out on the trail proposing fresh solutions and new thinking. And every day, the same people, getting rich off our broken system, say we can’t change and we can’t try anything new, because it’s not good for them.”

The subdued and reverent beginning of his speech stood in sharp contrast to the fiery tack Trump usually takes at his campaign rallies, which are meant to inject his brand of politics directly into the veins of his supporters.

“I have a message for all the doubters in Washington: America’s future belongs to the dreamers, not the cynics and not the critics,” he said.

“African-American citizens have sacrificed so much for our nation. They fought and died in every war since the Revolution and from the pews and the picket lines, they’ve lifted up the conscience of our country in the long march for civil rights. Yet too many African-Americans have been left behind.”

Trump called for incentives to move companies into blighted neighborhoods to bolster employment, help African-Americans get better access to credit and push cities to declare “blighted communities” disaster areas to help rebuild infrastructure.

He also said he’d support increasing the number of police officers in such areas, connecting a lack of officers to a rise in murder rate in major cities.

But while Trump’s call focused on removing “gang-members and criminal cartels,” he blamed Clinton for promoting a “war on police.” He did not mention the accusations of police brutality by minorities who feel that they are disproportionately targeted.

It’s not the first time Trump has made a direct appeal to black voters — overtures first appeared in scripted speeches in the late summer.

He’s struggled to gain traction with minority voters in general in polls — he won just 20 percent of the nonwhite vote in a recent CNN/ORC poll, 25 percent of nonwhite voters in Quinnipiac University’s recent poll, and 17 percent in the recent Fox News poll.

Black voters were an important voting block for Barack Obama when he upset John McClain in North Carolina in 2008.

Do you just love how the writer for The Hill got in those subtle digs at the Republican Candidate through using the words “scripted speeches” repeatedly?

No biased reporting there.

But, I digress…

In a SurveyUSA Poll last September, in which 25% of Black Americans were polled, they stated that they would vote for Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.

Ever since President Barack Hussein Obama got into office, all I have heard from him is the Rhetoric of Racial Division and Class Warfare.

It reminds me of all the historical conflicts which I used to read about, during the course in college which I took, titled “The Rhetoric of Social Protest“.

Karl Marx knew long ago that all you needed to do to touch the heart of the common man was to convince him of a shared struggle.

Vladimir Lenin took this a step further, by using the concept of a shared struggle to convince the Bolsheviks to help him overthrow the Czar of Russia and murder him and his family during the Russian Revolution.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but fiery rhetoric spoken by a national leader has consequences.

President Barack Hussein Obama is as responsible for what has happened to Race Relations in America, as any thug wannabe in any city.

However, he is not alone in his responsibility.

Every race-baiter, local & national, who have fanned the flames of racial hatred, has the blood of any innocent person, police and civilians alike, slain in the name of Racial Division.

Do you remember when one half of the “Justice Brothers”, the “Reverend” Al Sharpton, led a march in New York City, capitalizing on the deaths of two of Michael Brown and Earl Garner?

During the march, the protesters chanted

What do we want? Dead Cops!

Somehow, America’s Professional Race-Baiters, from the Community Organizer-in-Chief, Barack Hussein Obama, on down, twisted the facts to make it America’s Law Enforcement Officers’ Fault that two thugs got themselves killed in altercations with police officers.

How messed up is that?

Whatever happened to personal responsibility?

What has caused this lack of personal morals, ethics, and responsibility, not only in Ferguson and New York City, but also in Oakland, Memphis, Temple University, and other racial hot spots across our nation?

I think I know.

Back in the 60s, President Lyndon Johnson (whose big hand I once shook, at his ranch, as a little boy, after his presidential term) and the Democrats, brought forth a plan, called “the Great Society”. It was decided, in order to ensure that everyone would have an equal opportunity in America, that Uncle Sugar would step in to fill in the gaps.

Two seminal pieces of legislation were passed.

First, the Civil Rights Bill that JFK promised to sign, before his assassination, was passed into law. This Act banned discrimination based on race and gender in employment and ending segregation in all public facilities.

It also helped to cement in stone, minorities’ loyalty to the Democratic Party, which continues to this day.

The second bill that LBJ signed into law was the sweeping ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1964. It created the Office of Economic Opportunity whose stated purpose was to attack the roots of American poverty. A Job Corps was then established to provide vocational training.

A preschool program designed to help disadvantaged students arrive at kindergarten ready to learn, named HEADSTART, was then established. Then came VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA (VISTA), which was set up as a domestic Peace Corps. Schools in impoverished American regions would now receive volunteer teaching attention. Federal funds were sent to struggling communities to attack unemployment and illiteracy.

What Johnson told Americans, as he campaigned in 1964, was that the establishment of this “Great Society” was going to eliminate the problems of America’s poor.

It had the opposite effect

The Great Society created a dependent class, which, instead of diminishing as it’s members joined the workforce, increased from generation to generation, relying on the federal government to provide their every need.

Uncle Sugar became Mother, Father, Preacher, and Doctor to generations of Americans. This “plantation mentality” continues to this day.

A few  years ago, I worked at our county’s State Employment Center Office.

While at the Employment Office, I was able to observe Americans, both Black and White, down on their luck, struggling to find work and survive in this economy. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of “unemployed ” who came to this particular office were Black.

I saw Black American Families whose existence living on the Government Dole, had become generational.

It is these people whom Obama and the Democrats have hypnotized into believing that Uncle Sugar loves them, and is their only solution to surviving a stifling existence.

They are so, so wrong.

The strength and vitality of America does not come from the benevolence of a Nanny-state Federal Government.

As the greatest American President of my lifetime, Ronald Reagan said:

The nine words you never want to hear are: I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Being enslaved to the Government Dole steals one’s ambition. It takes away any impetus or desire to create a better life for yourself and your family, to challenge yourself to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and pursue the American Dream. It makes you reliant on a politically motivated spider’s web full of government bureaucrats who view you and your family as job security.

I watched American citizens trapped in this web of government bureaucracy, so numbed of any initiative that they once had, that they seemed offended that they actually had to prove that they inquired about three jobs that week in order to keep their “benefits”. Others seemed puzzled that they had to search through the state data base and pick out a job that they wanted to talk to an interviewer about receiving a referral to, and weren’t just simply handed a job when they walked through the door.

Instead of moving forward, by exercising the self-reliance that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. preached so well, these people I saw, were content on being “taken care of” by Uncle Sugar, as if being held down by their own poor, miserable circumstance, was a good thing.

Under the reigh of King Barack The First, the results of LBJ’s “Great Society” have been the lead story in every television newscast, on every newspaper front page, and on every internet news/political website.

Donald J. Trump, as I have written before, despite how the Main Stream Media and their masters, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, are trying to portray him, is a man who cares about Americans,, regardless of our age, ethnicity, or societal status.

Trump genuinely wants to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

Clinton and the Democrats want to keep Americans under their thumb and on the Government Dole.

Trump Vs. the Activist Media: Newt Lays a Verbal Smackdown on Megyn Kelly

14731251_10205385959927806_8491863673114560831_n

I remember when the Fox News Channel first burst on the scene on October 7, 1996, setting the Liberal Establishment and the Main Stream Media on their heels, by offering “Fair and Balanced” News Reporting.

Nowadays, it appears that at least one of their Evening “Anchors” has joined the ranks of the Main Stream Media, and has gone from reporting the news, to attempting to shape it.

Breitbart.com reports that

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” former House Speaker Newt Gingrich took on host Megyn Kelly for what Gingrich described to be a fascination with sex and that she didn’t care about policy.

Exchange as follows:

Ms. Kelly is not alone in her quest to bring down the Republican Candidate for President.

According to newsbusters.org,

In the twelve weeks since the party conventions concluded in late July, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has received significantly more broadcast network news coverage than his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, but nearly all of that coverage (91%) has been hostile, according to a new study by the Media Research Center (MRC).

In addition, the networks spent far more airtime focusing on the personal controversies involving Trump (440 minutes) than about similar controversies involving Clinton (185 minutes). Donald Trump’s treatment of women was given 102 minutes of evening news airtime, more than that allocated to discussing Clinton’s e-mail scandal (53 minutes) and the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play scandals (40 minutes) combined.

For this study, the MRC analyzed all 588 evening news stories that either discussed or mentioned the presidential campaign on the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts from July 29 through October 20 (including weekends). The networks devoted 1,191 minutes to the presidential campaign during this period, or nearly 29 percent of all news coverage.

Our measure of campaign spin was designed to isolate the networks’ own slant, not the back-and-forth of the campaign trail. Thus, our analysts ignored soundbites which merely showcased the traditional party line (Republicans supporting Trump and bashing Clinton, and vice versa), and instead tallied evaluative statements which imparted a clear positive or negative tone to the story. Such statements may have been presented as quotes from non-partisan talking heads such as experts or voters, quotes from partisans who broke ranks (Republicans attacking Trump or Democrats criticizing Clinton), or opinionated statements from the reporter themselves.

Additionally, we separated personal evaluations of each candidate from statements about their prospects in the campaign horse race (i.e., standings in the polls, chances to win, etc.). While such comments can have an effect on voters (creating a bandwagon effect for those seen as winning, or demoralizing the supports of those portrayed as losing), they are not “good press” or “bad press” as understood by media scholars as far back as Michael Robinson’s groundbreaking research on the 1980 presidential campaign.

The results show neither candidate was celebrated by the media (as Obama was in 2008), but network reporters went out of their way to hammer Trump day after day, while Clinton was largely out of their line of fire.

Our analysts found 184 opinionated statements about Hillary Clinton, split between 39 positive statements (21%) vs. 145 negative (79%). Those same broadcasts included more than three times as many opinionated statements about Trump, 91 percent of which (623) were negative vs. just nine percent positive (63).

Even when they were critical of Hillary Clinton — for concealing her pneumonia, for example, or mischaracterizing the FBI investigation of her e-mail server — network reporters always maintained a respectful tone in their coverage.

This was not the case with Trump, who was slammed as embodying “the politics of fear,” or a “dangerous” and “vulgar” “misogynistic bully” who had insulted vast swaths of the American electorate. Reporters also bluntly called out Trump for lying in his public remarks in a way they never did with Clinton, despite her own robust record of false statements.

As for those “horse race” assessments that we excluded from our “good press/bad press” measure, those were decidedly anti-Trump as well. Out of 569 such statements about the health or prospects of Trump’s campaign, 85% (486) were negative, vs. 15% (83) that were positive. For Clinton, the spin was reversed: out of 432 assessments of her status in the race, 62% (268) were positive, vs. just 38% (164) that were negative.

Thus, judging by their own coverage, network reporters have consistently painted Clinton as the most likely to win, but they have inexplicably spent most of their time trying to dismantle the underdog in the race while giving the frontrunner much lighter scrutiny.

Overall, the networks spent about 40 percent more airtime covering Trump (785 minutes) than they did on Clinton (478 minutes). Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson received just over nine minutes of coverage, while Green candidate Jill Stein and independent conservative candidate Evan McMullin each received less than one minute of airtime.

As noted above, more than half of Trump’s coverage (440 minutes, or 56%) focused on the various controversies surrounding his candidacy, while only about 38 percent of Clinton’s airtime was spent on her controversies (185 minutes).By far, the top topic since the party conventions has been the issue of Donald Trump’s treatment of women, especially the 2005 Access Hollywood tape (which received nearly 50 minutes of evening news coverage) and the unproven allegations from several women that he engaged in inappropriate conduct in the past (26 minutes).

Add it all up, and Trump’s alleged sexist behavior or rhetoric has totaled 102 minutes of news coverage since the conventions. In contrast, references to Bill Clinton’s past treatment of women, and Hillary Clinton’s role in covering up her husband’s wrongdoing, amounted to less than seven minutes of coverage during this same period, a roughly 15-to-1 disparity.

Other Trump controversies were given robust coverage: the issue of his tax returns (33 minutes), his concern that the November election could be “rigged” (27 minutes), and suggestions that Trump and his aides are too close to Putin’s Russia (22 minutes).

In contrast, controversies involving Hillary Clinton received far less attention. Her “basket of deplorables” comment received just seven minutes of total coverage, while barely two minutes (134 seconds) was spent talking about her handling of the 2012 attack in Benghazi when she was Secretary of State.

Bill Clinton’s crack that ObamaCare was a “crazy system” was limited to just 140 seconds of evening news coverage, even though it signaled the kind of intra-party split that would surely have received far more coverage if it had been a Republican vs. a Republican.

Just last week, a Quinnipiac poll found that more than half of all voters (55%) thought the media’s coverage had been biased against Trump. With coverage like this, the question is, what are the other 45 percent thinking?

Evidently, they’re not paying attention.

The advocacy of all things Liberal by every Cable News Channel, became very apparent, as they attacked the greatest president of this generation, mercilessly, giving no quarter.

The Fox News Channel filled a void that had been created by the Main Stream Media’s own biased hubris.

Later, after propping up Barack Hussein Obama and getting him re-elected, this hubris gave the Main Stream Media an exaggerated sense of self-importance, as to their role in our society.

Their Achilles’ Heel , the before-mentioned hubris, blinded them to the potential of the New Media…and, that has been their undoing.

As has been affirmed to me lately, during my surfing of the web, including Facebook Political Pages and websites, Modern American Liberals, including those in the Main Stream Media, constantly live in a state of denial.

They respond as if you have told them that you shot Ol’ Yeller, when you inform them that Liberalism is still the minority political belief in America, even (and especially) after the 7 1/2 year reign of King Barack The First.

This salient fact explains why CNN and MSNBC constantly trail Fox News in the television ratings polls.

It also explains their ongoing massive propping up through the use of blatant propaganda of the Presidential Campaign of Hillary Clinton.

Just like the cockamamie idea to allow biological men in women’s public restrooms, the idea of allowing a morally and ethically challenged congenital liar with obvious serious health issues, who is as far removed philosophically from the overwhelming majority of Americans, that she might as well be the President of China, XI Jinping’s Handmaiden, makes average Americas out here in America’s Heartland want to hurl.

Which, by the way, is quite evident when you compare actual images of the size of Donald J. Trump’s overflowing Campaign Rallies , numbering in the thousands, compared to the under-attended ones of Hillary Clinton, which are lucky to draw one hundred.

Principled reporters, such as the late Andrew Breitbart and Michelle Malkin, now working for Conservative Review, turned up the heat on the MSM, by providing an alternative source through which Americans can receive news, unfiltered by those in the Halls of Power.

Unfortunately for the MSM , as the last several months have shown, and as I have documented, Americans have become our own “reporters” thanks to the “New Media”. Americans are now living in a  time when the Main Stream Media’s blatant propaganda is no longer believed at face value, as the evidence which refutes it is appearing in the live videos and photographs being shared on Facebook and other Social Media.

And, like the little Dutch Boy, the MSM does not know which hole to plug, in the leaking dam, first.

In their frenzied desperate attempt to stop what now appears (judging from the size of his Campaign Rallies and the information gleaned from Early Voting across the country) to be the inevitability of a Trump Victory in November, the Main Stream Media has chosen to verify blatantly false Liberal Opinions as being “Facts”.

Megyn Kelly, since the Political Ascension of Donald J. Trump, has chosen to eschew the “Fair and Balanced” Reporting that vaulted Fox to the top of the Cable News Ratings, instead, opting to join the baying “newshounds” of the Main Stream Media in their quest to bring down the Republican Candidate by any means necessary.

Unfortunately for Ms. Kelly, her strategy has backfired on her miserably, costing her rating points and allowing Sean Hannity to take over the lead among Fox News’ Evening Programs.

Because, to put it quite simply, once you torque off the American Public, you never get them back.

Just ask the Dixie Chicks.

Until He Comes,

Trump, the Main Stream Media, and the Manufactured Bimbo Eruption

best-actor-600-la

With less than a month remaining before Americans go to vote for our next President, the smell of Liberal Desperation has permeated  the air that travels through our great land from the broadcast towers to the magazine stands.

Yahoo.com reports that

A barrage of accusations that Donald Trump groped or inappropriately kissed women have rocked the race for the White House, with the Republican nominee angrily denying the reports and his campaign branding them “character assassination.”

Claims by at least five women in accounts reported by The New York Times, NBC, People Magazine and other outlets came to light after Trump said in Sunday’s presidential debate with his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton that he had never sexually assaulted women.

…The Trump campaign fired back, calling The New York Times article a political attack and demanding a retraction.

“This entire article is fiction, and for the New York Times to launch a completely false, coordinated character assassination against Mr Trump on a topic like this is dangerous,” senior communicators advisor Jason Miller said in a statement.

ABC News reported three senior-level sources as saying Trump is drafting a lawsuit against the newspaper for defamation.

“Your article is reckless, defamatory and constitutes libel per se,” Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz wrote in a letter to the daily.

“It is apparent from, among other things, the timing of the article, that it is nothing more than a politically-motivated effort to defeat Mr. Trump’s candidacy.”

– ‘More than just words’ –

But the allegations are alarming a divided Republican Party that its losses may go well beyond the presidential election on November 8.

House Speaker Paul Ryan — who escalated a feud with Trump on Monday by saying he would no longer actively support him — told top party donors on Wednesday that he fears the controversy surrounding the Republican nominee could enable the Democrats to win back control of Congress on November 8, Politico website reported.

The Clinton campaign’s communications director Jennifer Palmieri issued a statement calling The New York Times story “disturbing.”

“These reports suggest that he lied on the debate stage and that the disgusting behavior he bragged about in the tape is more than just words.”

Why are the Liberals bringing forth women from decades ago in an attempt to bring down Trump?

It’s simple, boys and girls.

If you can’t effectively counter the message, tarnish the credibility of the messenger.

And, thing is, if the Liberals’ (on both sides of the Political Aisle) all-out attack on Trump was not so hypocritically unscrupulous, it would be it would be hilarious.

The Godfather of Conservative Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, broke it down on his show the other day…

There’s gonna be nothing left but Democrats.  There will not be any viable Republicans left when this election is over.  We are going to a one-party dictatorship, and it is being celebrated out there. It is being set up this way.  They’re not calling it that, but that’s what they’re aiming for.  They are clearly salivating at the total end of the Republican Party, and they think that’s what Trump is engineering.  Some are even blaming me for this today.  But, really, you’re gonna need to hang in.  You know who we’re talking about here.  We’re talking about the Democrat Party and the media, which is one and the same.  There are no checks and balances, there are no guardrails, there’s nothing to stop them, to keep them on the highway, to keep them on the road.  They can go wherever they want to go, and they are doing so.

They can be as hypocritical as they want.  They can be as outrageous as they want.  They can lie, they can distort, all the while accusing Trump of doing all this.  But the thing that I noticed amongst all of this and what confirms for me that all of this is manufactured and artificial — and by that I mean the outrage over Trump’s tape.  That’s manufactured and artificial.  Do not believe for a moment that these people on the left who are responsible for our out of control culture and out of control society are offended by what Trump said on that video.

They’re not offended by it; they’re ecstatic.  They think it gives them an opportunity to ignore Hillary, and that’s exactly what’s happening.  What Hillary wants to do, Hillary Clinton has done, Hillary Clinton policy, Hillary Clinton failure, Hillary Clinton lack of real qualifications as documented for 30 years is not even near being discussed.  It’s certainly not on the front page, the lead item anywhere near any broadcast network or newspaper or website. Hillary Clinton is totally off the news cycle except to the extent that she is benefiting, how she is keeping her cool, how she is enjoying, but nothing about what her policies are.

They’re doing their best to cover up all of the really fascinating stuff that this WikiLeaks dump has produced.

As I sit here writing today’s post, I have a smile on my face about the Liberals’ manufactured “Bimbo Eruption”.

You should smile, too, boys and girls.

The all-out assault by the Liberal Main Stream Media is not working.

Rasmussenreports.com posted the following this morning…

The full results from Sunday night’s debate are in, and Donald Trump has come from behind to take the lead over Hillary Clinton. The latest Rasmussen Reports White House Watch national telephone and online survey shows Trump with 43% support among Likely U.S. Voters to Clinton’s 41%. Yesterday, Clinton still held a four-point 43% to 39% lead over Trump, but  that was down from five points on Tuesday and her biggest lead ever of seven points on Monday.

Rasmussen Reports updates its White House Watch survey daily Monday through Friday at 8:30 am Eastern based on a three-day rolling average of 1,500 Likely U.S. Voters. Monday’s survey was the first following the release of an 11-year-old video showing Trump discussing women in graphic sexual detail but did not include any polling results taken after the debate. All three nights of the latest survey follow Sunday’s debate.

Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson has dropped slightly to six percent (6%) support, while Green Party candidate Jill Stein holds steady at two percent (2%). Four percent (4%) still like some other candidate in the race, and another four percent (4%) remain undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Eighty-four percent (84%) now say they are certain how they will vote in this year’s presidential election, and among these voters, Trump posts a 49% to 46% lead over Clinton. Among voters who say they still could change their minds between now and Election Day, it’s Clinton 40%, Trump 37%, Johnson 19% and Stein four percent (4%).

…The survey of 1,500 Likely Voters was conducted on October 10-12, 2016 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 2.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

The thunderclap that you just heard was the collective sphincters of Hillary’s Campaign Staff, including the Main Stream Media, all slamming shut together in unison.

I am sure that they will be asking themselves how their “best-laid plans have gone awry”.

Well…first, as I have been documenting, the influence over the thought processes of Americans that the Main Stream Media once held has been greatly diminished by the advent of the Social Media and the “Citizen Reporter”.

Americans are documenting the 2016 Presidential Campaign with their cellphones and posting it on Facebook.

Why should Americans believe the spin-laden fiction produced by the MSM, when they have been watching the Presidential Campaign unfold before their very eyes on Social Media?

Second, Americans do not trust Hillary Clinton. Several National Polls have documented this fact.

Why should Americans believe any of the platitudes that the MSM has written about her, when, her failed stint as Secretary of State has weakened this nation and helped to make us more vulnerable to our enemies?

Why should we believe the Queen of mean herself, when her distaste and disdain for average Americans has been revealed in her released e-mails, which again, have been made available to Americans through the Social Media?

Since the days of the American Revolution, an informed citizenry has been an indispensable weapon in the fight to maintain our nation’s sovereignty.

The 2016 Presidential Election is proving no different.

Believe what you see and not what the Main Stream Media attempts to tell you.

…and, vote accordingly.

Until He Comes,

KJ

“Digging Up Bones”: Trump, Free Speech, and “Concern” in the Name of Tyranny

simple-ballot-600-li

THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated. Britain, with an army to enforce her tyranny, has declared that she has a right (not only to TAX) but “to BIND us in ALL CASES WHATSOEVER,” and if being bound in that manner, is not slavery, then is there not such a thing as slavery upon earth. Even the expression is impious; for so unlimited a power can belong only to God. – Thomas Paine, “The Crisis”, December 23, 1776

This morning, as I was watching the local CBS Affiliate, which is owned by the company that owns the Chicago Tribune, I had to turn the sound off as they were reporting about yesterday’s events on the Presidential Campaign Trail.

It’s not that I have an aversion to reality.

Au contraire, mon frere.

Reality fascinates me.

It’s the unbridled bias-driven propaganda being foisted upon us by the Main Stream Media that makes me want to “blow chunks”.

The situation, which we as a nation, find ourselves in today, is one which our Founding Fathers sought valiantly to avoid.

Thanks to an Imperious Presidency, we are suffering under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

This minority is not based on color, rather, it is one based on political ideology and self-interest.

If this  minority, including the Main Stream Media, gets their wish, and the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton, is elected President of our country, this tyranny will not only continue, it will EXPAND.

As the past several years have showed, this minority, buoyed by money from their “sponsors”, including the Halls of Power in Washington, DC, will shut down anyone who threatens “what they’ve got” by ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including political devices, such as heavily-weighted push polls and beliefs, which we, as a country, have gone to war against in the past.

My late father was one of thousands of brave young American men, who landed on the beaches of Normandy , France on June 6, 1944, in the military operation which broke the backs of the Nazis, leading to the end of World War II,  now known as D-Day.

World War II was a war against Fascism.

What is Fascism? Per merriam-webster.com, it is a

political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Ladies and gentlemen, I firmly believe that America is now fighting a new war against fascism.

It’s not a war that is being fought fought with guns and bullets, But instead with state referendums, Congressional votes, Executive Orders, judicial activism, and FAR Left-sponsored and organized Political Activists.

And, it’s not our Brightest and Best who are dying on this field of battle, but rather, it is our Constitutional Freedoms which are dying an ignoble death, pierced by the arrows of socialism and political correctness.

By now, there’s some out there in the audience saying, “Oh Lord, the crazy old cracker’s overreacting again.”

No, Skippy, I’m not.

If you try to talk to a Liberal about this New Fascism, they will deny that there is any fascism going on at all. In fact, they will tell you that this is “the will of the people” and they will site Democratically-stacked push polls in order to back their opinion up.

When you ask Liberals if , for example, “homosexual marriage” is the “will of the people”, why did voters in the overwhelming majority of states, including California, vote against it? And, if there is “no fascism”, what do you call the fact that 2% of the population had to resort to using activist judges to overturn the actual will of the people in order to get their way, in their attempt to redefine a word that has meant the same thing since time immemorial?

In response, you will usually see their eyes glaze over, like a deer in the headlights, or experience a dramatic pause in posting, if you are on the Internet.

Liberals can not legitimately defend the suppression of the First Amendment Rights of Christian Americans.

Fascism, in any form, remains indefensible, even, when a spineless Supreme Court kicks the can down the road.

The Godfather of Conservative Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, once said the following,

You know as well as I do that people are scared to death to tell you what they really think. The left has politicized everything — everything — to the point that people are afraid to go against what they know to be political correctness, which is nothing more than liberal fascism, nothing more than censorship.

When Barack Hussein Obama assumed the position of President of the United States, the Far Left became empowered. Obama’s handlers saw the opportunity to “radically change” America into a Democratic Socialist Republic. You know, the kind of government that is currently failing over in Europe.

Every piece of legislation that Barack Hussein Obama has tried to get passed, has been designed to either overtly or covertly limit our freedom.

From the stimulus bill on through the latest changes to Obamacare by Executive Order, every single piece of legislation has been designed to further the Far Left’s agenda.

Remember when Obama was campaigning so hard to get the Affordable Health Care Act passed?

He always used people as props for his speeches, whether it was just normal people or people dressed in white coats like doctors.

When he was trying to get gun control passed, he used the parents from the Newtown Massacre in Connecticut as human props to try to get his repressive agenda passed.

The use of human props is an old propaganda trick, which was used by Joseph Goebbels to make his boss, Adolf Hitler, seem like a man of the people who really cared about the German citizenry.

The use of propaganda to further the aims of fascist governments is an old and effective method of camouflaging fascism, which Obama’s handlers realize all too well.

In addition to the use of human props during a speech, another strategy used in a propaganda campaign is to select an enemy and target them with the aid of a sympathetic press behind you.

During Hitler’s rise to power, the German Press demonized European Jews, betraying them as evil and money grubbing…painting them as being different from normal German citizens. It was this classification of the European Jews as the enemy that almost led to the extinction of them in that horrible attempted genocide, known as the Holocaust.

And, now, those on the Far Left of the Political Spectrum, and their unwitting dupes, spurred on by their own political ambition and ideology, are deliberately, and, with malice of forethought, making Donald J. Trump, the object of their attempts to limit our Constitutional Freedom, through a calculated and, at times, manic, demonization of him, in a desperate attempt to  convince average Americans that Hillary Clinton is not whom we have all witnessed her to be.

“With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.” – Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Senate Hearings on Benghazi, January 22, 2013

Unfortunately for Hillary and her enablers on both sides of the Political Aisle, including House Speaker Paul Ryan (schmuck),  Trump is fighting back, which is his Constitutional Right, as an American Citizen.

And, average Americans are still supporting him, no matter what heavily-Democrat-weighted push polls may claim.

If you don’t believe me…just look at the difference in attendance between Trump’s Campaign Rallies and those of Clinton.

The leader of the 1918 Russian Revolution, which led to the overthrow of the Czar and the installation of a Communist Government, Vladimir Lenin, once said,

It is true that liberty is precious; so precious that it must be carefully rationed.

Through the actions of these “New Facists”, as demonstrated so vividly during the Trump Campaign Rallies which they have tried to violently interrupt and the incessant propaganda and bold-faced lies being spewed forth daily by the Main Stream Media , our American Liberty, especially our Constitutional Right of Freedom of Speech, is now being rationed, in favor of “Democratic Socialism” and the Democratic Party’s Presidential Candidate, Hillary Clinton,  who is championing that cause.

If you listen to these New Fascists and their unwitting dupes, you will be reminded of the words of Princess Padme, from the movie, “Star Wars VI: The Return of the Jedi”…

So this is how liberty dies… with thunderous applause.

As Americans, we can not and must not allow that to happen.

Vote accordingly.

Until He Comes,

KJ
