Rep. Matt Gaetz: “Tears on the Senate Floor Have Not Necessarily Moved the American People”…He’s Right

Newsmax.com reports that

Tears on the Senate floor have not necessarily moved the American people, Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., said Wednesday on Newsmax TV.

Democrat lawmakers delivered emotional presentations on both Tuesday and Wednesday, the first two days of the Senate trial following the House’s impeachment of former President Donald Trump. Trump stands accused of inciting the protesters who rioted at and overran the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

“You have this emotion-based argument driven by the Democrats,” in-studio guest Gaetz told host Greg Kelly on “Greg Kelly Reports.” “And while they’re tearing up each and every day, I don’t know that they’re moving the American people.

“The American people would probably like to be the subject of the focus of their government rather than seeing the Democrats obsessed with the former president.”

Although he questioned the approach of Trump attorney Bruce Castor’s opening remarks Tuesday, which many critics and observers called light on constitutional law and heavy on folksy appeal, Gaetz said the Democrats have overreached with their own efforts.

“We are watching as the Democrats are now expanding their indictment beyond just President Trump to his supporters, to the people who showed up in Washington, D.C., not to do any harm, not to breach the Capitol, but to express their displeasure with an election that they believe should have been run with tighter standards,” Gaetz said.

“I do think President Trump’s defense has missed the opportunity to define the president’s concerns about election integrity as entirely proper when you have officials in some of these states unilaterally departing from the law.”

After saying “never take your position in any trial for granted,” Gaetz nevertheless sounded a note of confidence about the trial’s outcome.

“He’s not going to be convicted,” Gaetz said. “There’s not going to be some action against Trump here. This is all about the Democrats having to obsess over Trump, because they don’t really have an agenda to help regular Americans.”

Well said, Congressman Gaetz.

The Far Left Democratic Party has a history of underestimating the intelligence of average American Voters, especially those of us living between the coasts, in what they call “Flyover Country” or what we call “The Heartland”.

President Trump was not a Goering, Mussolini, Hitler, or Svengali.

He did not have to use some sort of hypnotism to make 74 million American Voters vote for him.

We all saw what that brash New York Businessman did for the country which he and we love.

He had America’s Economy soaring before the Chinese released their coronavirus from that lab in Wuhan Province.

And, even after that happened, he refused to give up, pushing for the pharmaceutical companies to develop a vaccine at record speed.

Unlike the professional politicians who look down on us from Capitol Hill, Trump actually cares for the American People.

You see, Gentle Readers, Trump has always been a “people person”.

He is not, and never has been, a professional politician.

And, he refuses to play by THEIR rules.

THANK GOD.

That is the reason that, when he was still a contributor to Fox News, he would speak to everyone in the building, from the maintenance crew, on up the ladder.

As Sam Walton, the Founder of Walmart, knew, you don’t inspire people by acting imperious and above it all.

“Mr. Sam”, until his health would no longer allow him to do so, would travel to Walmart Stores in his old pickup truck, with a tie and a baseball cap on, visiting the employees, in order to find out how his stores were doing.

He knew that the only way to be successful and to stay in touch with the public, was to be out among them, and speak to them honestly and directly, as one would speak to a friend.

Just as President Trump did when he went on a “Thank You” Tour and as he did with his Daily Tweets to the American People..

The Political Establishment, of both parties, lost that concept, a long time ago.

Bypassing the borders to communication, historically determined by both political parties and the Main Stream Media, is a concept which I first witnessed being used by a Presidential Candidate in the 1980 Presidential Election, the before-mentioned Ronald Wilson Reagan.

While I am not comparing the two, I am noting that this strategy has proved effective for both men.

Regardless of what Democrats up on Capitol Hill and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media tell everyone who will listen to them, Trump helped and inspired a lot of his countrymen, a way of governing which continues to strike a resonant chord in the hearts of Average Americans,

As far as the speech on January 6th, 2021 goes, House Managers serving as prosecutors have focused on Trump’s comments during the rally urging his supporters to “fight like hell” and urging them to go to the Capitol.

But Trump also urged the crowd to “peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

For the Democrats to intentionally edit that out has let the American Voting Public know that this is not a Constitutional Impeachment, it is a vendetta designed to separate Donald J. Trump from the voters and make sure than he cannot run again in 2024.

It is also meant as a warning to all of us “Deplorables” to “sit down, shut up, and know your rule”.

Unfortunately for the Democrats, Former President Donald J. Trump will be acquitted and…well…we Americans in “Flyover Country” are not very good at taking orders from those who were sent to Washington to SERVE US.

“The Art of the Deal”: Closing Arguments Monday, SOTU Tuesday, Acquittal Wednesday

09-wasting-days-dt-600

“One of the problems when you become successful is that jealousy and envy inevitably follow. There are people—I categorize them as life’s losers—who get their sense of accomplishment and achievement from trying to stop others. As far as I’m concerned, if they had any real ability they wouldn’t be fighting me, they’d be doing something constructive themselves.” – Donald J. Trump, “The Art of the Deal”

FoxNews.com reports that

Republicans in the Senate secured enough votes Friday evening to reject Democratic efforts to extend the impeachment trial of President Trump and call new witnesses, paving the way for his widely expected acquittal next week on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress over his dealings with Ukraine.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said late Friday he expects to “conclude the trial in the coming days” as the Senate approved the framework to continue the trial on Monday, with a final up-or-down vote on Wednesday.

After hours of debate during the day on Friday, the Senate voted 51-49 to block a Democratic motion to call new witnesses. The vote came after vehement demands from Democrats to call former national security adviser John Bolton to testify about the Trump-Ukraine saga. Two Republicans — Utah Sen. Mitt Romney and Maine Sen. Susan Collins — voted with Democrats.

“A majority of the U.S. Senate has determined that the numerous witnesses and 28,000-plus pages of documents already in evidence are sufficient to judge the House Managers’ accusations and end this impeachment trial,” McConnell said after the vote.

Democrats decried the failure of the motion.

“America will remember this day, unfortunately, where the Senate did not live up to its responsibilities, where the Senate turned away from truth and went along with a sham trial,” said Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

Later on Friday evening, Senate Republicans voted down four amendments offered by Democrats to call Bolton and White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, among others. Chief Justice Roberts told Schumer before that vote series that he would not break ties in the Senate, after Democrats in recent days raised the possibility Roberts could possibly tip the scales for them during votes on amendments.

“I think it would be inappropriate for me, an unelected official from a different branch of government, to assert the power to change that result so that the motion would succeed,” Roberts told Schumer.

The vote on witnesses came as Trump was flying to Florida. A senior administration official aboard Air Force One said that the reaction to the Senate vote was “calm, but pleased.”

“Nothing like applause or cheering, but just a recognition that things are clearly going in the right direction,” the official said.

There will be no trial action over the weekend. The trial will resume Monday with closing arguments by the impeachment managers and defense counsel. Senators will have the opportunity to make speeches on Monday and Tuesday.

The final vote will come the same week as Iowa’s caucuses on Monday and the State of the Union address on Tuesday. A senior congressional source told Fox News that there has been no discussion about postponing the speech, as advance teams have been crawling all over the Capitol in preparation for Tuesday’s address.

Earlier Friday, it became apparent that Republicans had the votes to shut down any new witnesses from testifying in the trial, with Sens. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, announcing they wouldn’t defect.

After the vote on witnesses, Trump drew attention to the number of witnesses during the House’s impeachment proceedings: “Democrats = 17 Witnesses. Republicans = 0 Witnesses.”

It came out late on Friday night that Senate Leader Mitch McConnell had talked to President Trump, who had given his okay to the timing of the final vote.

And, I can understand why he did: it’s perfect.

During the Closing Arguments on Monday, I have no doubt that Jay Sekulow and the Trump Defense Team will perform as flawlessly as they already have.

They have embarrassed the House Managers time and time again, making them look like a bunch of political hacks obsessed with removing a duly-elected President from office.

Which, of course, is exactly what they are.

After that drubbing on Monday, President Trump will address a Joint Session of Congress and deliver what promises to be a barnburner of a State of the Union Address.

One of my fellow writers at SpartaReport.com suggested that advertisers forget about the Super Bowl and buy time in the State of the Union instead.

It is going to be that good.

Who, in their right mind, can seriously argue against the accomplishments of President Donald J. Trump?

As one of his Presidential Reelection Campaign slogans says,

Promises Made. Promises Kept.

And, within that resides the very reason for the ongoing coup attempt by the Democrats to remove him from office.

Whoever they choose as their Presidential Candidate does not stand a chance of defeating President Trump this November…and they know it.

But, I digress…

After what is going to be the most matched State of the Union Address in history, the Impeachment Vote will happen at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

And, President Donald J. Trump will be acquitted.

In fact, I would not be surprised at all if some of the Democrats cross over to vote for his acquittal.

Especially, if they live in a Red State and they want to be reelected to the Senate.

In 1999, Biden Argued Against Additional Witnesses in the Senate Impeachment Trial of Clinton…and Schumer Agreed!

Joe-Biden-Chicago-ap-img

“Sleepy Joe” just torpedoed the Democrats’ Sham Impeachment!

Politico.com reports that

In January 1999, then-Sen. Joe Biden argued strongly against the need to depose additional witnesses or seek new evidence in a memo sent to fellow Democrats ahead of President Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial.

Biden circulated the four-page document, titled “Arguments in Support of a Summary Impeachment Trial,” on Jan. 5, 1999. In his memo, obtained by POLITICO, Biden cited historical precedents from impeachment cases going back to the establishment of the Senate and asserted “The Senate need not hold a ‘full-blown’ trial.

“The Senate may dismiss articles of impeachment without holding a full trial or taking new evidence. Put another way, the Constitution does not impose on the Senate the duty to hold a trial,” Biden wrote at the time.

The Delaware Democrat added later: “In a number of previous impeachment trials, the Senate has reached the judgment that its constitutional role as a sole trier of impeachments does not require it to take new evidence or hear live witness testimony.”

Along with his son Hunter, Biden has become a primary target for Republicans in President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial. Biden is also a frontrunner in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.

Biden’s comments from 1999 are at odds with current Democratic talking points that additional witnesses must be called to get to the bottom of Trump’s actions in the Ukraine saga. Republicans, of course, now oppose witnesses in Trump’s trial and argued strongly for them in Clinton’s.

In 1999, Biden also said senators should take into account the impact drawing out the impeachment proceedings would have on the country.

“In light of the extensive record already compiled, it may be that the benefit of receiving additional evidence or live testimony is not great enough to outweigh the public costs (in terms of national prestige, faith in public institutions, etc.) of such a proceeding,” Biden said. “While a judge may not take such considerations into account, the Senate is uniquely competent to make such a balance.”

Biden and other Clinton allies — including now-Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) — lost the witness fight during that 1999 trial. The Senate agreed to depose former White House intern Monica Lewinsky, whose affair with Clinton led to just the second presidential impeachment in history, as well as two other witnesses.

Despite those interviews, Clinton was acquitted by the Senate in February 1999. Clinton’s administration cooperated more with the special counsel, leading to a more voluminous record of evidence in his trial. The Trump White House has refused to make officials available for interviews or key documents to House investigators.

The Biden campaign declined to comment.

As I write today’s post, I have been thinking about what the unbridled arrogance-fueled anger of the Democrat Elite has put this country through over the last three years.

From the very night that average Americans between the coasts elected Citizen Statesman Donald J. Trump to be our 45th President of the United States of America, they have been determined to overturn our vote and to somehow remove a Constitutionally-elected president from office.

This morning, God willing, their latest attempt at a coup, and make no mistake, boys and girls, that is exactly what it is. will end with the acquittal of President Trump.

The thing about it is, their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

The Democrats who have divided the nation for the last three years will continue their Quixotic Quest to remove Donald J. Trump on up to the day before the 2020 Presidential Election.

Don’t believe me? Check out this tweet from Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi…

The news about Biden’s 1999 document came out last night.

San Fran Nan’s tweet posted earlier in the day.

I wonder what she thought about that?

I’ll bet her dentures dropped into her gin and tonic.

My point is that the last three years have made it imperative to our future as Constitutional Republic to not only reelect President Trump but also to vote the Democrats out of power in the House of Repr3esentives.

That will be the only way that we will be able to move forward as a Sovereign Nation.

Otherwise, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, The Squad, et al, will continue to not only try to remove a  duly-elected president but to govern AGAINST the will of the people whom they have been elected to serve.

And, that would eventually lead to American becoming another “Socialist Paradise”…like Venezuela.

Damaging Videos of Bolton and Schiff Emerge as the Democrats’ “Sham Impeachment” Trial Continues

FoxNews.com reports that

A string of newly resurfaced video clips of former national security adviser John Bolton spurred President Trump and his supporters Wednesday to highlight what they described as serious credibility questions — raised by both Democrats and Republicans — amid the Senate impeachment trial, as the president tweeted, “GAME OVER!”

Trump linked to an interview of Bolton in August 2019 concerning Ukraine policy. In the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty interview clip, Bolton made no mention of any illicit quid pro quo, and acknowledged, as Republicans have claimed, that combating “corruption” in Ukraine was a “high priority” for the Trump administration.

Bolton also called Trump’s communications with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “warm and cordial,” without mentioning any misconduct. It seemingly contradicted reported assertions in Bolton’s forthcoming book that Trump explicitly told him he wanted to tie military aid to Ukraine to an investigation of Joe Biden. (Zelensky has said his communications with Trump involved no pressure for any investigation.)

Separately, Fox News has identified clips of Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., now the lead House impeachment manager, in which he says Bolton had a distinct “lack of credibility” and was prone to “conspiracy theories.” This week, Schiff said Bolton needed to testify in the trial as an important and believable witness.

“This is someone who’s likely to exaggerate the dangerous impulses of the president toward belligerence, his proclivity to act without thinking, and his love of conspiracy theories,” Schiff told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on March 22, 2018, when Trump named Bolton national security adviser.

“And I’ll, you know, just add one data point to what you were talking about earlier, John Bolton once suggested on Fox News that the Russian hack of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] was a false flag operation that had been conducted by the Obama administration,” he said. “So, you add that kind of thinking to [former U.S. attorney] Joe diGenova and you have another big dose of unreality in the White House.”

Schiff made similar arguments back in May 2005, saying in an interview with CNN’s “Crossfire” that Bolton was “more focused on the next job than doing well at the last job” when he was up for nomination as ambassador to the United Nations under then-President George W. Bush.

“And particularly given the history, where we’ve had the politicizing of intelligence over WMD [weapons of mass destruction], why we would pick someone who the very same issue has been raised repeatedly, and that is John Bolton’s politicization of the intelligence he got on Cuba and other issues, why we would want someone with that lack of credibility, I can’t understand,” Schiff had said.

Then-Sen. Barack Obama, in 2005, echoed those arguments, calling Bolton “damaged goods” whose appointment as ambassador means “we will have less credibility and ironically be less equipped to reform the United Nations in the way that it needs to be reformed.”

Obama separately had said that Bolton “bullies, marginalizes and undermines those who do not agree with him.” Other prominent Democrats agreed at the time.

Bolton himself had admitted in the past that he would be more than willing to lie if he felt it was in the nation’s interest.

“If I had to say something I knew was false to protect American national security, I would do it,” Bolton said in an interview with Fox Business in 2010.

But, speaking to CNN on Monday, Schiff took a different approach — calling Bolton essential to the “search for truth.”

“I think for the senators, and I’m just not talking about the four that have been so much the focus of attention, for every senator, Democrat and Republican, I don’t know how you can explain that you wanted a search for the truth in this trial and say you don’t want to hear from a witness who had a direct conversation about the central allegation in the articles of impeachment,” Schiff said on CNN’s “New Day.”

Seemingly responding to charges of hypocrisy, Schiff remarked on the Senate floor late Wednesday, “I’m no fan of John Bolton, but I like him a little more now than I used to.”

Nevertheless, Democrats’ sudden about-face has been drawing some light mockery from even left-of-center commentators.

“Democrats are currently begging Mitt Romney to agree with them that John Bolton should swoop to the impeachment trial and save the day, but remember: you’re a despicable Trump-loving apologist if you said ahead of time that this entire thing would be a joke,” mused journalist Michael Tracey.

Well, now.

That’s something that we can all agree on.

This Sham Impeachment is a joke…and a bad one at that.

Even the House Democrats know that they started a joke, and unlike the song by the Bee Gees, it did not start the whole world laughing.

In fact, boys and girls, out here in the America between the coasts, which we like to call “Realityville”, the Democrats’ bad joke has made a lot of average Americans hotter than a 4th of July firecracker.

The Democrats listened to a bunch of loud, obnoxious radicals within their own political party and allowed their oversized egos, their continued anguish over losing the 2016 Presidential Election, and their obsessive hatred of President Donald J. Trump to convince themselves that they could actually impeach a sitting president by presenting articles which did not meet Constitutional Requirements.

And now, after a rigged partisan round of secret meetings in the Capitol Building Basement, which they called an “Impeachment Inquiry” without even taking a required vote, and not allowing any meaningful participation by the Republicans, the House Managers want the Senate Republicans to allow them to call witnesses which they decided that they didn’t need.

That is not the way that the Founding Fathers meant for an Impeachment to be adjudicated.

They meant for a bi-partisan House to deliberate and come up with articles which meet the Constitutional Requirements then present them to the Senate in a timely manner where both sides would present their case with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court “presiding” to make sure that decorum is followed.

Then, the Senate would ask questions of both sides and later hold a vote to dismiss, acquit, or to impeach the president.

What we have been witnessing is a political coup being staged in front of the whole world with a bunch of professional political zealots attempting to take away the right to vote for the Presidential Candidate of their choice from the American people.

Yesterday, Harvard Professor Emeritus and Former Dean of Harvard Law School Alan Dershowitz, speaking for President Trump’s Defense team, told those assembled, including the House Managers, that

“The House of Representatives is not above the law.

I most certainly hope so.

Because our Sovereign Nation will not survive if they are allowed to continue to act as if they are.

I pray that the punchline to the Democrats’ bad joke is the acquittal of President Donald J. Trump.

A Tale of Two Cities: Wildwood and Washington…The Difference Between Optimism and Obsession

7PMTRUMPWILDWOODRALLYINTERIORBRYANCAM_8066345-1

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump headlined a jam-packed rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Tuesday night, hours after his attorneys wrapped up their opening arguments in his Senate impeachment trial — and minutes after sources told Fox News that Republicans don’t have the votes yet to block additional witnesses who could extend the proceedings.

An elevated level of enthusiasm was evident in the larger-than-normal crowd sizes inside and outside the Wildwoods Convention Center, and Fox News spoke to several attendees who had been waiting more than 24 hours to ensure they would be seated.

“While we are creating jobs and killing terrorists, the congressional Democrats are obsessed with demented hoaxes, crazy witch hunts, and deranged partisan crusades,” Trump said. “We will make sure they face another crushing defeat in the next election.”

…”We have tens of thousands of people outside,” Trump said to chants of “Four more years!” and other cheers. “If anyone would like to give them your place, please let us know.”

The president then touted the “blue-collar boom” in the economy — including historically low unemployment, rising wages especially among low-income workers, and soaring markets.

“Earnings for the bottom 10 percent are rising faster than earnings for the top 10 percent, for the first time ever,” Trump said. “Since my election, the net worth for the bottom half of wage-earners has increased by 47 percent, three times faster than the increase for the top one-percent. Median household income is at an all-time high; for President Bush, in eight years it was $450. Under President Barack Hussein Obama, for eight years, it was $975. … Under your favorite president, and when you include the tax cuts, the regulation cuts … under President Trump, for three years, the number is almost $10,000 — and it’s going up. That’s a big difference.”

Trump added: “The United States is now the number-one producer of oil and natural gas anywhere in the world. We don’t need anybody else’s energy anymore. It’s so nice.”

Democrats, by contrast, would “demolish” the U.S. economy, Trump said, noting that their health care plans — including proposals to pay for the health care of illegal immigrants — simply were too expensive and inefficient.

“We are saving your health care while the Democrats are trying to take away your health care, take away your doctors,” Trump said.

Touting his administration’s recent victory in a key Supreme Court case on the so-called “public charge rule,” Trump remarked, “We will now finally be able to enforce federal law and ensure that those seeking admission to our country are able to support themselves financially and not abuse taxpayer-funded programs.”

He continued, “On no issue have Washington Democrats more thoroughly betrayed the American people than the issue of immigration.”

Trump also hit Democrats for largely opposing restrictions on even late-term abortion, saying, “every child is a sacred gift from God.” Trump recently became the first president to speak at the pro-life March for Life rally in Washington.

“I got it done, and I mean I solely got it done,” Trump said to applause later, referring to the passage of his landmark criminal justice reform bill. “You have to thank yourself, because nobody else is going to do it.”

…Meanwhile, in Washington, Trump’s legal team wrapped up its defense earlier in the day, setting up a 16-hour question period on Wednesday. Although Trump’s acquittal by the Republican-controlled Senate is all but assured, his team has tried to minimize the political damage.

And, the president apparently was hoping to use impeachment to motivate his political base and independents disenchanted with impeachment to turn out in greater numbers this fall.

Jay Sekulow, one of his lawyers, used his time before the Senate to offer a list of attacks against Trump’s perceived foes — from ousted FBI agents to secret federal courts — and to highlight what he saw as politically driven maneuvering by the Democrats to oust the president.

“Danger, danger, danger,” he told senators. “That’s politics. You’re being called upon to remove the duly elected president of the United States. That’s what these articles of impeachment call for.”

White House counsel Pat Cipollone, also part of the defense, added: “What they are asking you do is to throw out a successful president on the eve of an election, with no basis, and in violation of the Constitution.”

“Why not trust the American people with this decision? Why tear up their ballots?” Cipollone continued. “The election is only months way. The American people are entitled to choose their president.”

Last night, American Citizens living in Wildwood, New Jersey heard from a man who genuinely LOVES America and her people, instead of viewing us all as racist, misogynist, xenophobes…the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.

Just like Trump did, with his refusal early in his campaign to “act more presidential”, he is still taking his message directly to the American People.

You see, Gentle Readers, Trump has always been a “people person”.

Just as President Trump did when he went on a “Thank You” Tour and as he continues with his Daily Tweets to the American People..

As his poll numbers show, Trump continues to strike a resonant chord in the hearts of Average Americans, living in the part of America, which the snobbish Political Elites refer to as “Flyover Country”, but which we refer to as “America’s Heartland”, or, quite simply, “HOME”.

The reason being, President Trump is keeping his promises.

He does not talk down to us while disparaging our Sovereign Nation, as his predecessor did.

Trump talks to us in a plain-spoken, clearly understood way, a style which is in stark contrast to an opposition party full of professional politicians, whose only interest is the regaining of power in Washington, D.C., at whatever the cost.

Last night, the President of the United States of America, the most powerful man in the world, made the citizens of New Jersey, along with the rest of us average Americans, feel good about ourselves and the future of our Sovereign Nation by listing the things he has been able to accomplish for our Sovereign Nation while being attacked by the opposition party worse than any president before him.

This, gentle readers, is an American President who genuinely loves this country and her people and who was willing to give up his “lifestyle of the rich and famous” in order to secure a safe and prosperous future for American Citizens

This man is indeed a “radical change”.

And, that is why the professional politicians within the Far Left Democratic Party are obsessed with removing him from office.

He interfered with their plans to change America into something which she was never meant to be: a Marxist Nation.

President Trump must be acquitted and the Democrats must be soundly defeated in 2020.

America’s future is at stake…now more than ever.

Dershowitz Tells House Managers and Senate No “Constitutional Justification” for Impeachment of Trump

Alan-Dershowitz-1200x800

“Congresswoman Maxine Waters recently put it more succinctly in the context of a presidential impeachment. Here’s what she said: ‘Impeachment is whatever Congress says it is. There is no law. But this lawless view would place Congress above the law. It would place Congress above the Constitution. For Congress to ignore the specific words of the Constitution itself and substitutes its own judgments would be for Congress to do what it’s accusing the president of doing.” – Professor Alan Dershowitz, 1/27/2020

FoxNews.com reports that

Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz, delivering a spirited constitutional defense of President Trump at his Senate impeachment trial Monday night, flatly turned toward House impeachment managers and declared they had picked “dangerous” and “wrong” charges against the president — noting that neither “abuse of power” nor “obstruction of justice” was remotely close to an impeachable offense as the framers had intended.

In a dramatic primetime moment, the liberal constitutional law scholar reiterated that although he voted for Hillary Clinton, he could not find constitutional justification for the impeachment of a president for non-criminal conduct, or conduct that was not at least “akin” to defined criminal conduct.

“I’m sorry, House managers, you just picked the wrong criteria. You picked the most dangerous possible criteria to serve as a precedent for how we supervise and oversee future presidents,” Dershowitz told the House Democrats, including head House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.

He said that “all future presidents who serve with opposing legislative majorities” now face the “realistic threat” of enduring “vague charges of abuse or obstruction,” and added that a “long list” of presidents have previously been accused of “abuse of power” in various contexts without being formally impeached.

The list included George Washington, who refused to turn over documents related to the Jay Treaty; John Adams, who signed and enforced the so-called “Alien and Sedition Acts”; Thomas Jefferson, who flat-out purchased Louisiana without any kind of congressional authorization whatosever; John Tyler, who notoriously used and abused the veto power; James Polk, who allegedly disregarded the Constitution and usurped the role of Congress; and Abraham Lincoln, who suspended habeas corpus during the Civil War. Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and others would also probably face impeachment using the Democrats’ rules, Dershowitz said.

“Abuse of power,” he argued, has been a “promiscuously deployed” and “vague” term throughout history. It should remain a merely “political weapon” fit for “campaign rhetoric,” Dershowitz said, as it has no standard definition nor meaningful constitutional relevance.

Dershowitz then said he was “nonpartisan” in his application of the Constitution, and would make the same arguments against such an “unconstitutional impeachment” if Hillary Clinton were on trial — passing what he called the “shoe on the other foot” test.

“Purely non-criminal conduct such as abuse of power and obstruction of Congress are outside the range of impeachable offenses,” Dershowitz said.

He quoted Supreme Court Justice Benjamin Robbins Curtis — one of the two dissenters in the notorious 1857 “Dred Scott v. Sandford” decision and counsel for President Andrew Johnson during his impeachment trial in 1868 — as saying there can be no impeachable offense “without a law, written or unwritten, express or implied.”

Johnson, Dershowitz observed, was impeached for violating the Tenure of Office Act — a statute essentially designed to create the pretext to impeach Johnson. By passing the law first, lawmakers expressly recognized that criminal-like conduct was needed for impeachment, Dershowitz argued.

Indeed, a “close review of the history” near in time to the founding of the United States, Dershowitz said, revealed that the founders explicitly wanted to avoid making impeachment so arbitrary and powerful that it effectively created a “British-style parliamentary democracy,” in which presidents served at the pleasure of the legislature.

Dershowitz further suggested that the “rule of lenity,” or the legal doctrine that ambiguities should be resolved in favor of defendants, also counseled toward acquitting the president. The Constitution permits impeachment and removal of presidents for “treason,” “bribery,” and “high crimes and misdemeanors,” but does not clearly define the terms.

Responding to reports that former national security adviser John Bolton has written in his forthcoming book that Trump told him he wanted to link Ukraine aid to an investigation of the Bidens, Dershowitz argued that even an explicit “quid pro quo” would not constitute an impeachable “abuse of power.”

“Nothing in the Bolton revelations, even if true, would rise to the level of an abuse of power, or an impeachable offense,” Dershowitz said. “That is clear from the history. That is clear from the language of the Constitution. You cannot turn conduct that is not impeachable into impeachable conduct simply by using terms like ‘quid pro quo’ and ‘personal benefit.'”

“It is inconceivable,” Dershowitz said, that the framers would have intended such “politically loaded terms” and “subjective'” words without clear definitions to serve as the basis for impeachment.

Fearing a partisan impeachment process, the framers had rejected the offense of “maladministration” as a basis for impeachment, Dershowitz noted, and “abuse of power” was similarly vague.

Dershowitz wrapped up his argument, steeped in historical and textual analysis of the constitution and founding documents, by urging senators to reject the “passions and fears of the moment,” as the framers had similarly warned.

A series of Republican senators lined up to shake Dershowitz’s hand after his presentation concluded.

I will confess that, over the years, when Professor Dershowitz would appear on a news program defending Clinton or some Liberal clause, I would think that he was just another Liberal Pundit.

However, in the last few years, I have come to respect the man.

He is brilliant and he knows the Constitution and our legal system inside and out.

If you would have told me years ago that the same Liberal Pundit who appeared on all of those news programs years ago defending President Clinton would, years later, be the one to give a well-needed lesson in Constitutional Law to Congressional Democrats, I would have thought that you were crazy.

However, that is exactly what happened.

Professor Dershowitz, along with the other members of Trump’s Legal Defense Team, continued yesterday what they had begun on Saturday: a complete evisceration of the House Managers’ very weak and totally political case for impeaching President Donald j. Trump.

The Defense Team covers everything from the history of impeachment to the corruption of the Bidens’ Ukraine Scandal to Obama’s “flexibility” with Putin.

To label their defense strategy as being “scorched earth” would be an understatement.

The Democrats went into the meeting buoyed by the leaked information from John Bolton’s book.

They left with smoke coming from the back of the pants of their $2,000 suits.

I hope that the Defense Team, coordinated by Jay Sekulow, follows the same strategy today.

It is entertaining, informative, and, most importantly, it’s a winner.

For putting our country through all of this stress and conflict for 3 years, simply because they lost the Presidential Election, the Democrats need to be embarrassing, and after President Trump is acquitted, some of them need to be indicted and frog-marched to prison in orange jumpsuits.

The Democrats have forgotten that they were elected to serve American Citizens, not special interest groups, and, most certainly, not themselves.

If they continue on the path to Marxism which they have undertaken, they deserve to go the way of the Whigs and be banished into the dust of history.

If that happens, they will have no one to blame but themselves.

Trump Defense Team Disassembles Dems’ Impeachment Case in 2 Hours…Will an Acquittal End the “Silent Coup”?

Cipollone-Defense-Opening-Statement

https://twitter.com/dbongino/status/1221179527218565126

FoxNews.com reports that

Donald Trump’s lawyers defended the president against articles of impeachment Saturday morning arguing it’s the Democrats trying to interfere in elections by seeking to remove Trump from the 2020 ballot for doing “absolutely nothing wrong.”

White House Counsel Pat Cipollone said Democrats have no case and are doing damage to democracy by trying to undermine the will of American voters.

“For all their talk about election interference, they’re here to perpetrate the most massive interference in an election in American history,” Cipollone said in his opening remarks to the Senate. “And we can’t allow that to happen.”

Cipollone continued: “It would violate the sacred trust that the American people have placed in you and have placed in them. The American people decide elections. They have one coming up in nine months.”

Saturday was the first chance Trump’s lawyers had to refute the House’s case of impeachment and they came out making a forceful case that there are no grounds to remove Trump from office. Not only are Democrats asking the Senate to undo the results of the 2016 election but to tear up all ballots in the 2020 election with Trump’s name, Cipollone charged.

“They’re asking you to do something that no Senate has ever done and they’re asking you to do it with no evidence. And that’s wrong,” Cipollone said.

Billed as a teaser for next week’s argument, Trump’s legal team gave a 2-hour preview of their legal argument. All told, they’ll have three days and up to 24 hours to launch their defense – the same amount of time as House managers — but Cipollone told senators up front they would be “respectful” of their time and make their presentations shorter and less repetitive than Democrats.

House impeachment managers spent the prior three days arguing that Trump needs to be removed from office because he’s put his own self-interests before that of national security by pressuring Ukraine to investigate his political opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, and withholding nearly $400 million in security assistance to a country at war with Russia.

In smoothly choreographed presentations that relied on videos from witnesses and slideshows, the seven House Democrats drilled home the narrative that Trump needs to be impeached for abusing his oath of office by soliciting foreign election inference solely to boost his 2020 reelection chances. Trump, they charge, then obstructed Congress from investigating when he got caught.

But Trump’s legal team sought Saturday sought to dismantle the argument on several fronts. First, Trump couldn’t have pressured Ukraine because President Volodymyr Zelensky didn’t know it was on hold until after his phone call with Trump, they said.

Trump attorney Jay Sekulow said the president’s actions can’t be viewed in a “vacuum” and reminded that Trump was “subjected” to the “Crossfire Hurricane” FBI probe before he president and then Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe after he was in office. Trump had reason to not “blindly trust” the intelligence community and turned instead to his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on Ukraine matters, he said.

Sekulow noted the administration has placed holds on aid to a number of countries, including Afghanistan, Lebanon, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. The U.S. withheld $300 million in military aid to Pakistan because it wasn’t meeting counter-terrorism obligation, he said.

“You didn’t hear about any of that from my Democratic colleagues, the House managers,” Sekulow charged.

But Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich, noted the big difference was Congress was notified and supportive in previous cases. She pointed to a GAO report that found the Trump administration broke the law by withholding the aid against Congress’s wishes.

“He did actually break the law,” Stabenow told Fox News. “And so I’m going to be interested in hearing how the White House responds to the fact, that in this particular case …Congress was not informed and not involved, which is the process they’re supposed to take place legally.”

Trump’s legal team went on offense by targeting the lead impeachment manager, Rep. Adam Schiff — first showing the Intelligence Committee chairman reading the essence of Trump’s July 25 phone call with Zelensky — and ripping Schiff’s rendition as “a fake.” They also showed contradictory videos of Schiff’s comments about first wanting to hear from the whistleblower and then changing course over security concerns for the person who blew open the Ukraine case.

“Adam Schiff got kneecapped,”  Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla, told Fox News after the opening statements.

But Schiff called any allegations he colluded with the whistleblower “nonsense.”

“I don’t even know who the whistleblower is,” Schiff, D-Calif., said Saturday at a press conference.

Is it just me, or have y’all also noticed that ol’ Shifty lies as easily as he draws a breath?

Back around the first of November, RealClearInvestigations.com identified the Whistleblower as Eric Ciaramella.

Federal documents reveal that the 33-year-old Ciaramella, a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House, previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of Trump who helped initiate the Russia “collusion” investigation of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.

Further, Ciaramella (pronounced char-a-MEL-ah) left his National Security Council posting in the White House’s West Wing in mid-2017 amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. He has since returned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

Then FoxNews.com reported a little later that

Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats’ ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a “coup has started” and that “impeachment will follow ultimately.”

Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, “I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president.” Also that month, Zaid tweeted, “We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters.”

Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that “as one falls, two more will take their place,” apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House. Zaid promised that the “coup” would occur in “many steps.”

Are you beginning to see the big picture, gentle readers?

The Senate Impeachment Trial is just another part of a Democrat-supported “Deep State Covert Operation” against President Trump which resembles a spider’s web in its malevolent intricacy with its “alarm thread” leading directly back to the Obama and Hillary.

The incestuous nature of this covert operation resembles something out of a Tom Clancy Novel, only twice as large a conspiracy and three times as unbelievably dangerous.

This has been a well-planned “silent coup” designed to keep the Democratic Party in control of the Presidency and to further their goal of turning the United States of America into a Democratic Socialist Country, where the Politboro (Central Government) would prosper and us average Americans would spend our lives working for the glory of the State.

The election of a “Citizen Statesman” in the form of Donald J. Trump to the office of the Presidency ruined their plans.

That is why they are still attempting to overturn the results of a fair election with this joke of an “Impeachment Trial”

Unfortunately for Schiff, Nadler, and the rest of the House Dems, the President’s Legal Defense Team, under the coordination of Jay Sekulow, disassembled the Democrat House Managers’ 24-hour long Opening Arguments in 2 hours.

After the Defense Teams finished the legal dissection of the House Democrats’ Case for Impeaching President Trump, he is sure to be acquitted or the case will be dismissed.

Then, I believe that it will not be too long until Attorney General William Barr will present the findings of the investigative reports concerning the Silent Coup against Candidate and now President Trump and then convene a special Grand Jury to investigate and indict all of those former and present “public servants”, along with private citizens. who have engaged in this Seditious Conspiracy to subjugate the will of the American people and to overthrow our nation’s government from within.

Our Sovereign Nation must remain a Constitutional Republic in order to preserve our liberty.

Nadler Compares Trump’s Defending Himself Against House Dems After Ukraine Call to Nixon’s Actions After Watergate…Seriously?

gettyimages-1195479305-1-

FoxNews.com reports that

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler Thursday accused President Trump of putting his own personal interests above national security and American democracy and charged that Trump is the only president in history to violate his oath of office so flagrantly.

“No president has ever used his office to compel a foreign nation to help him cheat in our elections — prior presidents would be shocked to the core by such conduct and rightly so,” Rep. Nadler, D-N.Y., said in kicking off day two of the House impeachment managers’ opening statements.

“This conduct is not America First,” Nadler said, borrowing Trump’s campaign slogan. “It is Donald Trump first.”

Once Trump was caught pressuring Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election by seeking investigations into Joe and Hunter Biden, he launched an unprecedented effort to stonewall Congress’ inquiry by denying documents and witnesses, Nadler charged.

“It puts even President Nixon to shame,” Nadler said.

Nadler’s tough talk set the scene for the second of three days of the House managers’ opening arguments against Trump, with a deep dive on the first article of impeachment, abuse of power.

On the first day of the opening arguments, Rep. Adam Schiff and his team used more than seven hours to make their case. That left 16 hours and 42 minutes on the opening statement clock between Thursday and Friday for the House Democrats. Then on Saturday, Trump’s lawyers take the floor.

As the public case continued before the camera, another political campaign was underway behind the scenes over the issue of calling new witnesses. Democrats are seeking four GOP senators to join them in demanding new evidence in the trial, but Republicans are actively trying to avoid any GOP defections. No new witnesses would mean a speedy trial and a quicker vote to acquit the president.

Democrats are demanding the Trump administration cough up documents they’ve withheld related to Ukraine dealings and allow testimony from new witnesses who failed to show in the House inquiry, including former National Security Adviser John Bolton.

They were especially galled that Trump was in Davos, Switzerland, earlier this week and “gloat[ing]” that he as “all the material” and the Democrats don’t, while warning that calling Bolton would be a national security risk.

“It is beyond belief — beyond belief — that the president of United States would even go to Davos in the middle of an impeachment trial, and then make statements like that to intimidate the jury, and to gloat over the fact that he has not turned documents over,” Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M., said Thursday.

Some GOP senators have promoted witness reciprocity and called for Hunter Biden to testify about what he was doing on the board of the Ukraine energy company Burisma.

“Hunter Biden is a material witness, and if we’re going to call witnesses, I want to see him on the stand and those questions need to be asked,” Sen. Joshua Hawley, R-Mo., said Thursday.

After opening statements from both sides, there will be another vote on whether to allow for new witnesses and documents in the coming days.

Hawley wouldn’t predict whether there would be GOP defections but said the caucus is in regular talks to keep tabs on where senators stand.

“There’s an ongoing conversation, informal, on what people are thinking. We are spending a lot of time together,” Hawley said of the marathon trial sessions.

This latest Liberal Act of Desperation by Jerry Nadler clearly demonstrates how desperate the Democrat House Managers are to somehow make the Senate Republicans believe that President Donald J. Trump has actually done something impeachable.

For Nadler to state that the nonexistent “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” of President Trump are more Impeachment-worthy than the Break-in at the Watergate Hotel which led to the resulting threatened Impeachment and subsequent resignation of President Richard M. Nixon is not only incredulous…it’s downright idiotic.

As my 12 year old grandson would say,

Seriously, Grandpa?

Yep.

Early in the morning of June 17, 1972, several burglars were arrested inside the office of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), located in the Watergate building in Washington, D.C. This was no ordinary robbery: The prowlers were connected to President Richard Nixon’s reelection campaign, and they had been caught while attempting to wiretap phones and steal secret documents. While historians are not sure whether Nixon knew about the Watergate espionage operation before it happened, he took steps to cover it up afterwards, raising “hush money” for the burglars, trying to stop the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from investigating the crime, destroying evidence and firing uncooperative staff members. In August 1974, after his role in the Watergate conspiracy had finally come to light, the president resigned. His successor, Gerald Ford, immediately pardoned Nixon for all the crimes he “committed or may have committed” while in office. Although Nixon was never prosecuted, the Watergate scandal changed American politics forever, leading many Americans to question their leadership and think more critically about the presidency. (courtesy of www.history.com)

Actually, Former Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton has more in common with Watergate that President Trump does.

And, her ethics were and are similar to those of the burglars.

In the spring of 1974, Hillary Rodham (Not-yet-Clinton) became a member of the presidential impeachment inquiry staff, advising the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives during the Watergate Scandal. Her boss back then, Jerry Zeifman, now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, tells a very revealing story concerning her work there. According to Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former Yale Law Professor, Burke Marshall, also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the Watergate Investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation. That made the Future First Lady and Secretary of State one of only three people who earned that badge of dishonor in Zeifman’s 17-year career. Why? According to Zeifman,

Because she was a liar. She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.

Zeifman claims that she was one of several individuals including Marshall, Special Counsel John Doar, and Senior Associate Special Counsel (and future Clinton White House Counsel) Bernard Nussbaum, who plotted to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

Zeifman believes  that they were deathly afraid of putting the break-in’s mastermind E. Howard Hunt on the stand to be cross-examined by Counsel to the President.  The reason being, Hunt had the goods regarding some dirty dealings  in the Kennedy Administration that would have made Watergate look like a kid busting open his Piggy Bank…dealings which purportedly included Kennedy’s complicity in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro.

Hillary and her associates were acting directly against the decision of top Democrats, up to and including then-House Majority Leader Tip O’Neill, who all believed that Nixon clearly had the right to counsel.

The reason that Hillary and the rest came up with the scheme is because they believed that they could gain enough votes on the Judiciary Committee to change House rules and deny counsel to Nixon.

In order to pull off this scheme, Zeifman says Hillary wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents to hide her deception.

Hillary wanted to present in her brief that there was no right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding. Zeifman told Hillary about the case of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who faced an impeachment attempt in 1970….

As soon as the impeachment resolutions were introduced by (then-House Minority Leader Gerald) Ford, and they were referred to the House Judiciary Committee, the first thing Douglas did was hire himself a lawyer.

Douglas was allowed to keep counsel by the Judicial Committee in place at the time, which clearly established a precedent. Zeifman told Hillary that all the documents establishing this fact were in the Judiciary Committee’s public files.

That was  a mistake, per Zeifman…

Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public.

Hillary then wrote a legal brief which argued that there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding…ignoring the Douglas case completely.

The brief was so laughingly fraudulent, Zeifman believes Hillary would have been disbarred if she had ever actually submitted it to a judge.

Zeifman says that if Hillary and her associates had succeeded, members of the House Judiciary Committee would have also been denied the right to cross-examine witnesses, and denied the opportunity to even be a part of the drafting of articles of impeachment against Nixon.

Wait just a cotton-pickin’ minute…

A bunch of high ranking Democrats, including at least one unethical, dishonest, lying lawyer conspiring to violate the Constitution in order to Impeach and remove a sitting President.

Now, why does that sound familiar?

The names have changed…but the political party and their relative morality and situational ethics remain the same.

Until He Comes,

Schiff Reveals All: “The President’s Misconduct Cannot be Decided at the Ballot Box, for We Cannot be Assured That the Vote Will be Fairly Won”

Trump_Impeachment_56149.jpg-7dc29_c99-0-2811-1582_s1200x700

“The House did not take this extraordinarily step lightly…As we will discuss, impeachment exists for cases in which the conduct of the president rises beyond mere policies, disputes to be decided otherwise, and without urgency at the ballot box.” Instead, we are here today to consider a much more grave matter and that is an attempt to use the powers of the presidency to cheat in an election,…For precisely this reason, the president’s misconduct cannot be decided at the ballot box, for we cannot be assured that the vote will be fairly won.” –  Adam Schiff (D-CA)

And, there you have it, boys and girls.

The whole reason for the Democrats three-year national temper tantrum.

They do not want average Americans to have the right to select our PRESIDENT.

The “Smartest People in the Room” continue to have a mental breakdown over the fact that their political ideology is not shared by the overwhelming majority of Americans.

What further amazes them, as it evidently has bug-eyed Rep. Adam Schiff, is the fact that, like the President whom we elected in 2016 and will re-elect in 2020, Americans are fighting back against their advocacy of Marxism and anti-Americanism.

Donald J. Trump was elected the 45th President of the United States of America on November 8, 2016 with 46% of the vote.

Three years into the Presidency of Donald J. Trump, the gaping maw that is America’s Political Division is more cavernous as ever.

While the News Organizations and Political Pundits who inhabit the never-ending metropolitan areas of the East and Left Coasts and the “Beltway” insist, as “some old Lib” named Phil Donahue did a few years ago, that,

This is the darkest political moment in American History.

Those of us who live in America’s Heartland, between the coasts, continue to support the man whom we elected to the most powerful office in the Free World…because he is not a politician.

Liberals who seem to spend their entire day on Social Media posting fake news stories, pulling “facts” out of their hindquarters, and posting anything and everything that they can, in order to attempt to remove President Trump from office, are probably in diabetic shock from consuming too many Cheetos and donuts in their Mom’s basement, as they attempt to comprehend what I am writing.

Here’s the deal, Snowflakes…

None of these fake news stories, Democrat-heavy polls, photoshopped pictures, and stupid Occupy Democrat Memes on Facebook are making any difference to average Americans.

The Democrat and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and Left Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, continue through their sheer arrogance and hatred for the traditional American Way of Life, to distance themselves from the people whom they continue to claim that they “love”…Average Working Class Americans.

Yet still, they expect us to believe the Fake News which they are desperately trying to distribute in a vain attempt get Trump out of office, and which Liberal Trolls are posting on Social Media ad nauseam, so that they and the rest of the “useful idiots”, in their shared madness, can get a do-over and Hillary Clinton will somehow either miraculously become the President or House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will ascend to the office after they somehow get rid of Vice-President Mike Pence.

Average Americans living between the coasts do not care what Adam Schiff and the rest of the House Managers think.

This whole Impeachment is a baseless, unconstitutional desperate effort aimed at nullifying the 1 Amendment Rights of those of us who dared to elect the “rank outsider” Donald J. Trump the 45th President of the United States of America.

To put it mildly and in Marital Terms, which even the Liberal Trolls who inhabit President Trump’s Twitter Account can understand, Average Working Class Americans and the Democratic Party are no longer “evenly yoked”.

The Democrats have become the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who, as has been clearly shown during the “Russia Collusion” Investigation and this whole Sham Impeachment Fiasco and they ridicule and look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

The Democrats assumed, after reading their own press clippings, that all Americans wanted in 2016 and somehow, still want, the Progressive/Marxist Political Ideology and style of governance which Barack Hussein Obama practiced during his time as President.

That is why they were calling for the Impeachment of President Trump as soon as he was elected.

Well, we all know what assuming does, don’t we, Snowflakes?

The American People overthrew the “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we had suffered under for 8 interminable years on November 8th, 2016.

The Oxford Dictionaries define the word “mandate” as

the authority to carry out a policy or course of action, regarded as given by the electorate to a candidate or party that is victorious in an election.

Guess what, Democratic Elite, George Soros, Barack Hussein Obama, Main Stream Media, Facebook and Internet Trolls, Hollywood Celebrities, and the rest of you still throwing a National Temper Tantrum, especially Bug-eyed Rep. Adam Schiff?

Trump won! Therefore, he does have a mandate, which includes building a wall on our Southern Border, regardless what your highly inaccurate Democrat sample-heavy polls show.

And, average Americans, the “Deplorables” between the coasts whom Democrats like Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, and “the Squad” continue to insult and ridicule on a daily basis, still support and appreciate president Donald J. Trump.

Because it is evident by what he has accomplished since he took office that President Donald J. Trump is working hard to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

Illegitimi non carborundum, Mr. President.

YOU WILL BE ACQUITTED.

And, Rep. Adam Schiff and the rest of you House Managers…

Concerning your statement, Shifty, that “the president’s misconduct cannot be decided at the ballot box, for we cannot be assured that the vote will be fairly won”…

Our Founding Fathers decided at the birth of our Sovereign Nation that we America-loving Patriots have a Constitutional Right to decide for ourselves whom we want to be OUR President!

See you on Presidential Election Night 2020…with a box of Kleenex for you and the rest of the America-hating Democrat Elite.

Until He Comes,

KJ
