Most “Red District” Democrats are Saying That They Will Vote “Yes” on Impeachment…Their Constituents Are Not Happy

05-im-sword-li-600

Democrats in “Red Districts” appear to be lining up to hop aboard Pelosi’s Crazy Train.

FoxNews.com reports that

With just hours to go until the House Rules Committee meets at 11 a.m. ET Tuesday for a marathon session to set the ground rules on this week’s final impeachment vote, many of the moderate Democrats in districts President Trump won in 2016 have started to fall in line in favor of impeachment.

Other than New Jersey Rep. Jeff Van Drew, who has mulled switching to the Republican Party, and Minnesota Rep. Collin Peterson, no other Democrat occupying one of the 31 House districts that Trump won in 2016 has announced opposition to impeachment. All Republicans in Congress and the Senate have opposed impeachment.

At the same time, New York Rep. Max Rose, whose district backed Trump by 10 points in 2016 and who has long campaigned on bipartisanship, announced Friday he would support impeaching the president.

“A president coercing a foreign government into targeting American citizens is not just another example of scorched earth politics, it serves as an invitation to the enemies of the United States to come after any citizen, so long as they disagree with the President,” Rose said in a statement.

Anti-impeachment Democrat Jeff Van Drew meets with Trump to discuss party switch
Does this prove how unpopular impeachment is? Presidential historian Doug Wead says the switch demonstrates the Democratic Party is being ripped in two.
Pennsylvania Rep. Conor Lamb, Arizona Rep. Tom O’Halleran and Nevada Rep. Susie Lee, all Democrats representing Trump-won districts, have also said they will back impeachment.

And, Texas Rep. Colin Allred, a Democrat who flipped a GOP seat in 2018, called Trump’s actions an “unacceptable violation of his oath of office and constitute an impeachable abuse of power.” Allred’s district went to Hillary Clinton by just 1.9 points.

Not all moderate Democrats have weighed in, with several saying the vote will be a challenging decision. The House is comprised of 431 members, meaning Democrats would need 217 yeas to impeach Trump. There currently have been 233 Democrats, so they could lose only 16 of their own and still impeach the president.

The indications from moderates strongly suggested, though, that the president will be impeached by a floor vote of the full House this week, either on Wednesday or Thursday — setting up an all-but-certain acquittal by the GOP-controlled Senate.

Meanwhile, support for impeachment has flatlined in several battleground-state polls.  However, a Fox News poll this week showed that nationally, 50 percent wanted Trump impeached and removed from office. Only 4 percent wanted Trump impeached but not removed by the Senate, and 41 percent opposed impeaching him altogether.

On Monday, House Democrats laid out their impeachment case against Trump in a sweeping report accusing him of betraying the nation and deserving to be ousted.

What Democrats once likely hoped would be a bipartisan act, only the third time in U.S. history the House will be voting to impeach a president, is now on track to be a starkly partisan roll call Wednesday.

Before that can happen, the Rules Committee will weigh in, in a break from recent history. During the 1998 impeachment of Bill Clinton, the House did not look to the Rules Committee to set up debate. Instead, the articles of impeachment came up on the House floor through a parliamentary phenomenon known as “privilege.” The House then secured a unanimous consent agreement, meaning all 435 members agreed to continue to consider the articles of impeachment over a two-day period. Such unanimous agreement was not considered feasible in this hyper-partisan environment. (An eye-popping 283 members of the House participated in the impeachment debate on the floor in 1998.)

After the Rules Committee concludes testimony Tuesday, the panel will present a “rule” for the actual floor debate on Wednesday. After a committee debate, the panel votes on the rule and sends it to the floor. House Rules Committee Chairman Jim McGovern, D-Mass., told Fox News he wasn’t sure how long the debate would be on Wednesday or if they would tie together debate on both articles of impeachment or set up separate debate on each article. McGovern doubted the debate, and thus vote on the articles of impeachment, would drift into Thursday.

The Rules Committee usually has to produce a rule for debate one day in advance. That’s why the Rules Committee is meeting Tuesday, so the actual impeachment debate will unfold on the floor Wednesday.

Tension has remained high outside Washington. A raucous town hall Monday in the Detroit suburbs, for example, put on display the nation’s wrenching debate over the unconventional president and the prospect of removing him from office. Freshman Rep. Elissa Slotkin was both heckled and celebrated as the Democrat announced her support for impeachment.

“There’s certainly a lot of controversy about this,” Slotkin told the crowd of 400. “But, there just has to be a moment where you use the letter of the law for what they were intended.”

And, a California town hall meeting featuring House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., descended into chaos after jeers led to clashes among attendees. Schiff was discussing how recognition of the Armenian genocide was a significant bipartisan issue at the event hosted by the Armenian National Committee of America on Saturday when members of the crowd began shouting at him.

“You will be going to jail for treason!” one man could be heard shouting in videos from the event that were posted online. The man acknowledged the outburst was unrelated to the purpose of the event, stating, “No disrespect to you all, I’m glad you guys are getting recognized for your genocide, but this man is a f—–g liar!”

“Liar!” at least one attendee at the Glendale event yelled.

The commotion escalated from there, with a number of people present bearing signs or shirts supporting President Trump and opposing the impeachment process. Schiff is one of the leaders of the impeachment inquiry, which is expected to lead to a vote by the full House later this week.

Kamikaze, or “Divine Wind” was the name given to World War II Japanese Pilots, who committed suicide by flying their planes into American ships.

Incredibly, despite the immense sacrifice involved, it’s estimated that only 14% to 19% of Kamikaze aircraft succeeded in hitting their targets.

Many were shot down before they could get close to the ships they were attempting to damage, while others missed because of errors made by their pilots.

Even with their poor rate of success, the Kamikaze pilots were still able to earn themselves a place in history as one of Japan’s most dangerous weapons from the Second World War.

Throughout the conflict, at least 47 Allied ships were sunk by Kamikaze fighters, while  300 were seriously damaged.

I bring them up because this is exactly what those Democratic House of Representative Members representing “Red Districts” will be doing if they vote to impeach President Donald J. Trump.

They will be sacrificing their political careers on the altar of Democratic Socialism, the political philosophy which the Democratic Party has now fully embraced and which is the movement behind their rush to Impeaching the President.

Just like the Fascist Japanese Fanatics who sacrificed their lives for their Emperor, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, and the rest of Democrat Elite are forcing these House Members to face certain political death by impeaching a President who is popular with the people whom they are supposed to be serving in Congress.

And, just like the Kamikaze Pilots, they, too, will be engaged in a futile gesture as their Impeachment Effort will be shot down in flames in the Republican-led Senate.

And, just like those who ordered the Kamikaze Pilots to their fates, most of the Democratic Party Elite will keep their jobs even after they lose their House Majority in the 2020 Presidential Election when the President is reelected.

So, my question is: Why are you Democratic Representatives following along like lemmings over the cliff in a Walt Disney True Life Adventure?

Save your political careers and vote “NO” on Impeachment.

…if you value your phony-baloney jobs.

Until He Comes,

KJ

Nadler: “We Cannot Rely on an Election to Solve Our Problems”…a “Silent” Coup No More

pbox

Outrageous. Jerry Nadler just said we can’t rely on an election to oust Trump. This has never been about wrongdoing, and has ALWAYS been about overturning an election. – Ryan Fournier, Twitter, 12/11/19

FoxNews.com reports that

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday night began a fiery “markup” process for the two articles of impeachment against President Trump that they have settled on, barreling toward a final floor vote even as moderate Democrats have floated the idea of backing down in favor of a censure resolution.

Almost immediately, the evening proceedings broke out into heated disagreement, as the panel’s top Democrat declared that it would be unsafe to wait until the 2020 election to remove Trump, and another claimed Trump’s actions were an “affront to the memory of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.” Meanwhile, the ranking Republican slammed Democrats for attacking Ukraine’s leader because he had undercut their case against Trump.

“We cannot rely on an election to solve our problems, when the president threatens the very integrity of that election,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., said in his opening statement, claiming Trump’s discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about Joe and Hunter Biden’s dealingsin the country, and the White House’s temporary withholding of military aid to Ukraine, constituted an “urgent” threat to national security.

“This committee now owes it to the American people to give these articles careful attention,” Nadler added at the beginning of the markup for the impeachment articles, which included obstruction of Congress and abuse of power.

Nadler, who lamented that he had a “heavy heart” over the ordeal, said there were three key questions for Congress to evaluate: whether the evidence clearly showed that Trump committed the acts alleged in his dealings with Ukraine, whether the acts rose to the impeachment standard of “high crimes and misdemeanors,” and what the consequences for national security were if Congress failed to act.

The top Republican on the panel, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, shot back that Democrats have been trying to impeach Trump since he took office. He echoed the White House’s argument that the impeachment was politically motivated theater, long in the works and foreshadowed openly by Democrats for months, if not years.

Collins noted that Zelensky has repeatedly denied Trump ever pressured him, and that Democrats then turned on Zelensky to call him a “liar.” Collins went on to slam the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee for hosting a hearing with three anti-Trump law professors with no personal knowledge of any relevant conduct by the president; Republicans invited one professor.

Former President Barack Obama, Republicans have said, also withheld lethal military aid to Ukraine, amid concerns about the country’s documented corruption and the potential risks of escalating conflict with Russia.

As the members debated, the White House Office of Management and Budget released a lengthy legal justificationfor the withholding of aid to Ukraine, which was obtained by Fox News. OMB classified the temporary pause in providing the aid to Ukraine as a “programmatic delay” that was necessary and proper under the law to “ensure that funds were not obligated prematurely in a manner that could conflict with the President’s foreign policy.”

Collins and Wisconsin GOP Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner each observed that unlike previous presidents who have faced impeachment, Trump was not accused of any offense actually defined anywhere by law: neither “abuse of power” nor “obstruction of Congress” is a recognized federal or state crime. (The separate charge of contempt of Congress, according to the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel, exempts the president for separation-of-powers reasons.)

The late-night markup session marked something of a doubleheader for Congress, after Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz’s testimony dominated most of the day. The night is expected to consist mostly of opening statements, before the markup adjourns and resumes at 9 a.m. ET on Thursday.

Nadler is the second Democrat to express their distrust of American Voters recently.

WashingtonPost.com reported on November 19th that

Stressing the importance of the impeachment hearings, (Speaker of the House Nancy) Pelosi said in a “Dear Colleague” memo, “The weak response to these hearings has been, ‘Let the election decide.’ That dangerous position only adds to the urgency of our action, because the President is jeopardizing the integrity of the 2020 elections.”

Isn’t it funny how those who claim to be the most tolerant among us, are actually the most intolerant of all of us?

So, anyway, here we are…with a bunch of Professional Politicians, living in a bubble up on Capitol Hill, acting like they are French Aristocrats telling all of us to “eat cake” while they attempt to negate our Constitutional Right to chose the President of our country.

Meanwhile, it was reported yesterday that George Soros is paying for “rallies” in 50 cities on the day of the Impeachment Vote with paid and unpaid “useful idiots”, as represented by Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, and company telling all of us normal Americans, living out here in the Heartland, how stupid and intolerant we are, for actually holding on to Traditional American Values and wanting to “Keep America Great” through the reelection of Donald J. Trump to the office of the President of the United States of America.

I have heard this kind of garbage before.

Back in 2011, I got into a discussion on Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government website with some Cheetos-munching, Mom’s basement-dwelling Lib with no home training, who proceeded to tell me that he would be proud to defecate on the American Flag.

If I could have reached through my computer monitor and throttled that useless, ungrateful spoiled brat, I would have.

That “dude” was yet another example of the useful idiots of this present generation, such as the members of Antifa, who seem to be garnering a lot of national attention for their outrageous, disrespectful…and, yes, intolerant, behavior.

Just as we have bore witness to the glorification of thugs and the vilifying of our local police departments by the Obama Administration and the local “communities” which they lay their lives on the line for, every day they put on their uniforms, the effects of LBJ’s “Great Society” on American Culture and the Black Family Unit, so are we witnessing, through the egocentric behavior of this present generation, what happens when children are left to “their own devices”, instead of being raised “in the way in which they should go”.

These “spoiled brats”, like “The Squad” and their fellow “New Bolsheviks” like Antifa, do not care about the “Will of the People”, but, rather, they are intent on implementing and enforcing their Far Left Political Ideology, resulting in a “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we are seeing play out, as they move to impeach President Trump on charges that do not match the legal criteria of “high crimes and misdemeanors” in an attempt to somehow halt the fulfilling of President Trump’s Campaign Promises in order to stop comeback of America which he has been responsible for and to hold on to their “FREE STUFF”-loving New Bolsheviks who vote blindly for the Democrat Party.

The behavior of the Congressional Democrats for over three years now has been reminiscent of a troll on Twitter or a Political Facebook Page.

If you have ever attempted to debate a Liberal on a Facebook Political Page or Twitter, they always attempt to present their opinions as facts, with nothing by Political Rhetoric to back them up.

The use of Karl Marx/Saul Alinsky-inspired “Class War Politics” by the Democratic Leadership, while promising to somehow restore Barack Hussein Obama’s “share the wealth” failed Domestic Policy, has inspired these self-absorbed Modern American Liberals to act like the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, in an attempt to create a divided nation, the likes of which has not been seen since “The War of Northern Aggression”. for the sole purpose to gain back their political power.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny and the danger of mob rule.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

And, that Sacred Document, our United States Constitution, gives each of us the right, including Trump, to speak our minds and be heard.

It gives the protestors of the Presidency of Donald J. Trump that right, too…but, not at the expense of others, by attempting to destroy a good man through lies and innuendos or by strong-arming and harassing those who refuse to believe the way they do, for the expressed purpose of denying someone their First Amendment Rights.

Our Constitution, in fact, allowed then-Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton to call all of us who believe in Traditional American Values and the preservation of American as the Greatest Country on God’s Green Earth “Deplorables”.

However, that same Constitution, which Americans have fought and died for to preserve, also gives me the right to label this Silent Coup Attempt culminating in a poorly-conceived attempt to impeach President Donald J. Trump for what it actually is:

“TREASONOUS SEDITION”.

Will Pelosi Have Enough Votes? Is the Tide Turning Against Impeachment? Hmm…Could Be

03-bumper-sticker-li-600

The Democrats have not made the case that he did anything illegal, cheated or stole or whatever else in Ukraine. And, by the way, the American people are perfectly capable of understanding, “Wait a minute. I thought this was all about Russia. Now you’re saying that the guy committed an impeachable offense in a phone call to Ukraine, and we’ve seen the transcript,” and still in all of this, you can’t go ask anybody, what did Trump do and have anybody tell you.

I’m telling you, this has been a giant bomb, because all it has been is an effort to convince the American people that Trump didn’t deserve to win in 2016, and they haven’t made that case. They haven’t made the case that the election of 2016 should be overturned. They were never gonna be able to make that case, and they haven’t even come close to it. They’re flailing, folks. It’s embarrassing. – Rush Limbaugh, 12/10/19

FoxNews.com reports that

Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., said that while she is worried about division within the nation, it is “highly unlikely” she will vote against impeaching President Trump.

On Tuesday morning, House Democrats unveiled articles of impeachment against the president, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress regarding his interactions with Ukraine.

Appearing on “America’s Newsroom” with hosts Bill Hemmer and Heather Childers, Dingell echoed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s, D-Calif., statements that it is a “sad day for our country.”

Dingell said that, while she is waiting to read the formal recommendations by the House Judiciary Committee, she thinks there has been a “lot of evidence that the president did hold up money to the Ukraine that had been appropriated by the Congress in exchange for investigating a potential political candidate.”

“I was elected to protect our Constitution and our democracy,” the congresswoman continued. “And, that’s what my vote is going to reflect. Have we in some way endangered our national security? And I think things that I’ve seen and the obstruction of justice lead me to be very concerned.”

She added that her voting “no” on impeachment is probably “highly unlikely,” but that she thinks it’s a “very individual moral decision.”

“I’m worried about interference on our next election,” she said.

Meantime, a new poll showed support for impeachment going down among voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Impeachment and removal is opposed by 50.8 percent of voters in Michigan, 52.2 percent of voters in Pennsylvania, and 57.9 percent of voters in Wisconsin, according to the Firehouse/Optimus December Battleground State Poll.

Dingell responded by saying she “wasn’t elected to do what was popularly right.”

“I did not come out for impeachment last summer when everybody else around me was. And, as I’ve said before, Tom Steyer bought 40 ads against me, because I am worried about how divided the country is.”

I am sure that she is because WashingtonTimes.com reports that the majority of Americans do not want our 45th President impeached.

A majority of Americans now oppose impeaching and removing President Trump from office, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll Tuesday that signals Democrats’ month of hearings to make their case has failed.

Quinnipiac found 51% of registered voters surveyed said they don’t want to see the president ousted through impeachment. That’s the first time the number has been above 50% since before Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced an impeachment inquiry in late September.

Another 45% do want to see the president impeached and forced out.

So, a majority of Americans, as confirmed by the two polls above, do not believe the B.S. which the Democrats have been continuously shoveling toward the American public for the last 3 years.

I’m betting that a lot of the House Dems representing Red Districts are extremely nervous right now.

In fact, there is a story going around that 15-20 of the House Dems are seriously thinking about voting no in impeaching Trump.

That places Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi in quite a dilemma.

I do not believe that Pelosi and the rest of the old guard Democrats in the House, with the exclusion of Schiff and Nadler, actually wanted to impeach Trump in the first place.

Sure, they mouthed off about it a lot but that was just to get millenials’ support.

The Squad and the rest of the young Marxists among them forced the issue, putting continuous pressure on Pelosi, Stoyer, and the rest until they were forced into this laughable attempt at Impeachment which resulted in two very weak charges, or Articles of Impeachment.

The Democrats know that they do not stand a snowball’s chance in Hell of getting the Senate to impeach Trump.

So, Pelosi now has to figure out the best way to somehow “save face”.

Her options are to allow the vote to fail or to somehow muster the votes to pass it and sent it to the Senate where the Republican majority will either dismiss it or acquit the President after a Senate Trial.

Congress is now sitting at 9% popularity rating due to the self-centered political chicanery of the Democrats.

With the stupid political strategy of not doing anything for their constituents which they have displayed since Donald J. Trump was elected President, it is a wonder that their popularity is not polling in negative numbers.

They have dug their own hole and it could not happen to a more deserving bunch of popinjays.

Pelosi Declares That She is a Catholic to Prove That She Does Not Hate Trump…”I Don’t Hate Anybody”…Yeah, Right

pelosi-1-1

Who does she think she is kidding? “I’m Catholic. I was raised in a house of love. Don’t associate that word with me!” It’s the only reason you people are doing what you’re doing. You know, if you draw them out, we find out what this is really all about. They can’t beat Trump on climate change, they can’t beat him on gun violence, they can’t beat him on immigration.

That’s why they want to get rid of him. Their policies are being shredded. They’re being wiped out. But they come up with these phony baloney constitutional excuses to get rid of him. It’s because they are inept, and they are losing. – Rush Limbaugh, 12/5/19

FoxNews.com reports that

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., attempted to shut down a reporter on Thursday, telling him not to “mess” with her after he suggested that she might hate the president.

“As a Catholic, I resent your using the word hate in a sentence that addresses me. I don’t hate anyone. I was raised in a way that is a heart full of love and always pray for the president. And I still pray for the president. And I pray for the president all the time, so don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that,” she said.

Sinclair reporter James Rosen had asked Pelosi: “Do you hate the president?”

“I don’t hate anybody,” she initially shot back. She wagged her finger and pointed at Rosen, telling him not to accuse her of hating someone. Rosen denied doing so.

After Pelosi’s presser, President Trump appeared to address the issue on Twitter.

“Nancy Pelosi just had a nervous fit,” he tweeted. “She hates that we will soon have 182 great new judges and sooo much more. Stock Market and employment records. She says she “prays for the President.” I don’t believe her, not even close. Help the homeless in your district Nancy. USMCA?”

The exchange came during the Speaker’s weekly press briefing and just after she publicly called for articles of impeachment against Trump — a significant development as the House Judiciary Committee holds public hearings in House Democrats’ ongoing impeachment inquiry.

“Today, I am asking our chairman to proceed with articles of impeachment,” she said, referring to House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y.

She previously knocked Rosen, a former Fox News reporter, in November, describing him as “Mr. Republican talking points” after he asked a question about Trump getting the right to confront his accuser in the Ukraine controversy.

In September, she also ripped into a reporter who asked her about the House’s action on gun control.

“If you are annoyed with my impatience,” she added, “it’s because people are dying because Senator McConnell hasn’t acted. Why don’t you go ask him if he has any regrets for all the people who died because he hasn’t acted?”

She’s also repeatedly invoked her Catholic faith when getting testy with reporters — particularly with her stance on abortion.

The California congresswoman has described herself as a “devout practicing Catholic,” identifying with what is perhaps the largest pro-life organization in the world.

Catholic clergy have repeatedly condemned both the act itself and pro-choice political advocacy. Vatican officials have reportedly said Pelosi should be denied the sacrament of Holy Communion and the last pope — Pope Benedict XVI — personally reminded her of the Church’s stance on the issue during a private meeting.

San Fran Nan has caught the Express Train to Crazytown.

She absolutely despises President Trump.

She snapped at James Rosen because she was trying to hide her hatred yesterday, masking it in a bunch of political doublespeak about how their impeachment of the President is not “political”.

Pelosi has been caught between a rock and hard place ever since he took over as Speaker of the House.

She has been attempting to hold her party together by trying to appease both the “Democratic Socialists” and the “Moderates”.

For a long while she resisted the impeachment movement within her party, knowing that, with the economy doing so well, it would be a tough sell.

However, she finally caved in to the Radical Left and those suffering from extreme TDS like Schiff and Nadler.

So, now it appears as if there may be a vote on the Floor of the House before the end of the year recess.

Whether she has the votes or not, whether it goes to the Senate or not, and whether it goes to trial or is dismissed by a Senate Vote, the Democrats have already handed President Donald J. Trump the victory in the 2020 Presidential Election.

It would be different if he had actually done something horrendously wrong.

However, Trump has done nothing impeachable and average Americans know it.

Living in their Beltway Bubble, the Democrats have, once again, arrogantly overplayed their hand.

After this impeachment fiasco is shot down in the Senate, the Democrats will be stuck with egg on their faces and a bunch of losers to pick their Presidential Candidate from.

And, by that time, Americans will probably also have a glimpse into Spygate and the beginning of the phony Russia Collusion Investigation.

Finally, as far as the Speaker of the House and yesterday’s attempt at Sainthood goes, her reaction betrayed her.

Impeachment Report Shows Schiff Obtained Phone Records of Nunes, Solomon, and Giuliani…Why Are Dems Above the Law?

90 (8)

https://twitter.com/dbongino/status/1202041562378702849

USA Today reports that

Phone records released Tuesday by three House committees as part of their draft impeachment report detailed previously unreported contacts between President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, the White House, top House Republican Rep. Devin Nunes, and Hill columnist John Solomon.

As Solomon wrote opinion columns in early April 2019 attacking U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, according to AT&T phone records produced by the Intelligence Committee, he was in frequent phone contact with Giuliani and his associate Lev Parnas.

“The Committees uncovered evidence of close ties and frequent contacts between Mr. Solomon and Mr. Parnas, who was assisting Mr. Giuliani in connection with his representation of the President,” the Democrats wrote in their report drafted by the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, and Oversight Committees.

The Committees also obtained records showing phone calls and texts between Giuliani and Nunes, the top Republican on the Intelligence Committee, on April 10. Parnas and Nunes also spoke on the phone several times on April 12.

…Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff would not say when and where the evidence from the phone records came from, saying he couldn’t “go into specifics.” But, Schiff said the communications outlined “considerable coordination” in the smear campaign against former Ukraine Ambassador Yovanovitch and the shadow campaign in Ukraine.Asked whether Schiff had spoken with Nunes about the call records and whether Nunes should recuse himself from voting on the report tonight, Schiff said he wanted to “reserve comment” but called the allegations and timing of the calls “deeply concerning.”

“At a time when the president of the United State was using the power of his office to dig up dirt on a political rival, that there may be evidence that there were members of Congress complicit in that activity,” Schiff said, adding that he was not saying that Nunes was complicit but that the allegations were troubling.

“Our focus is on the president’s conduct,” Schiff said. “It may be the role of others to evaluate” the conduct of members of Congress.

Why are Democrats above the law?

All during Trump’s Presidency, I have heard Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, and a cast of hundreds of Congressional Dems state that President Trump is not above the law while they insult him and his family and attempt to remove him from office with a bunch of bald0faced lies.

Meanwhile, it is they who have acted as if they were above the law for years.

From Bill and Hillary’s Pay-for Play Scheme granting access to Secretary of State Clinton through “donations” to the Clinton Foundation to Spygate, the Democrats continue to act with impunity in their quest to hold absolute power over Americans’ daily lives.

This Soviet-style Tribunal which Schiff and the House Democrats held over a simple phone call was egregious enough.

Now, we find out that Schiff somehow obtained not only Rep. Devin Nunes’ phone records but also the phone records of two private citizens, The Hill’s John Solomon and those of “America’s Mayor”, Rudy Giuliani.

What happened to attorney-client privilege and the First Amendment’s protection of journalists?

Now, I have seen sleazy politicians before (trust me, I was living in Memphis during the Harold Ford, Steve Cohen, and Mayor Willie Herenton years), but Schiff is the sleaziest…and the most deranged, also.

This blatant Soviet-style act of seditious tyranny should scare the mess out of every red-blooded American.

The Democrats have turned Congress into the Soviet Politboro.

God save the Republic.

Nadler Schedules Hearings for Week Trump is at NATO Meeting…White House Lawyer Sends Blistering Letter in Return

trump-nadler-030519

We just held two weeks of hearings, after a month of closed door depositions—all of which revealed no evidence to support impeachment—and now we’re holding more hearings. This is fundamentally unserious. – Rep. Mark Meadows on Twitter

FoxNews.com reports that

The White House announced in a fiery letter Sunday night that President Trump and his lawyers won’t participate in the House Judiciary Committee’s first impeachment hearing scheduled for Wednesday — even accusing the panel’s Democratic chairman, Jerry Nadler, of “purposely” scheduling the proceedings when Trump would be attending the NATO Leaders’ Meeting in London.

The five-page letter came as the Democratic majority on the House Intelligence Committee was preparing to approve a report on Tuesday that will outline possible charges of bribery or “high crimes and misdemeanors,” the constitutional standard for impeachment. After receiving the report, the Judiciary Committee would prepare actual charges.

“This baseless and highly partisan inquiry violates all past historical precedent, basic due process rights, and fundamental fairness,” wrote White House counsel Pat Cipollone, continuing the West Wing’s attack on the procedural form of the impeachment proceedings. Cipollone said Nadler provided only “vague” details about the hearing, and that unnamed academics — and not “fact witnesses” — would apparently be attending.

“When the Judiciary Committee scheduled a similar hearing during the Clinton impeachment process, it allowed those questioning the witnesses two-and-a-half weeks’ notice to prepare, and it scheduled the hearing on a date suggested by the president’s attorneys,” Cipollone wrote. “Today, by contrast, you have afforded the president no scheduling input, no meaningful information and so little time to prepare that you have effectively denied the administration a fair opportunity to participate.”

Cipollone’s letter made clear that his response applied only to the Wednesday hearing, at least for now. Cipollone demanded more information from Democrats on how they intended to conduct further hearings before Trump would decide whether to participate in those hearings, amid sagging national support for Democrats’ probe.

Specifically, Cipollone demanded to know whether Republicans would be able to cross-examine and call defense witnesses, as well as whether Republicans could call “fact witnesses” — including House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. (AP)
House-passed rules provide the president and his attorneys the right to cross-examine witnesses and review evidence before the committee, but little ability to bring forward witnesses of their own.

“If [Schiff] chooses not to (testify), then I really question his veracity in what he’s putting in his report,” said Rep. Doug Collins, the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee. “It’s easy to hide behind a report,” Collins added. “But it’s going to be another thing to actually get up and have to answer questions.”

Schiff has come under scrutiny from Republicans, in part because of his overtly partisan comments and his previous claim in a televised interview that “we have not spoken directly with the whistleblower.” A Schiff spokesperson later narrowed that claim in October, telling Fox News that Schiff himself “does not know the identity of the whistleblower, and has not met with or spoken with the whistleblower or their counsel” for any reason.

An aide to Schiff insisted that when Schiff mentioned “we” had not spoken to the whistleblower, he was referring to members of the full House intelligence committee, rather than staff. NBC National Security reporter Ken Dilanian flagged Schiff’s explanation as “deceptive” late Wednesday, and Schiff acknowledged he “should have been more clear” concerning whistleblower contacts.

The panel of constitutional scholars who will testify on Wednesday will weigh in on the question of whether the president committed an impeachable offense by allegedly withholding of military aid to Ukraine until it investigated former Vice President Joe Biden.

During impeachment hearings last month, a career State Department official testified that in January or February 2015, he “became aware that [Joe Biden’s son] Hunter Biden was on the board” of Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings while his father Joe Biden was overseeing Ukraine policy as vice president — and that he raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest at the time. Joe Biden has openly bragged about pressuring Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor while he was investigating Burisma, by threatening to withhold critical U.S. aid.

Republicans had urged President Trump not to attend the Democrats’ hearings, arguing that his presence would validate a process they have repeatedly derided as partisan. In his letter, Cipollone repeatedly derided what he called Democrats’ “fundamentally unfair” process.

“Inviting the Administration now to participate in an after-the-fact constitutional law seminar — with yet-to-be-named witnesses — only demonstrates further the countless procedural deficiencies that have infected this inquiry from its inception and shows the lack of seriousness with which you are undertaking these proceedings,” Cipollone wrote.

Nadler had written the president last week announcing a hearing for Dec. 4 at 10 a.m., and notified him of the committee’s intentions to provide him with “certain privileges” while they consider “whether to recommend articles of impeachment to the full House.” Nadler also extended an invitation to the president, asking whether “you and your counsel plan to attend the hearing or make a request to question the witness panel.”

With polls showing support for impeachment flagging, Democrats were aiming for a final House vote by Christmas, which would set the stage for a likely Senate trial in January. Surveys have shown that independents are souring on the idea of impeaching and removing Trump from office, including in critical battleground states like Wisconsin, even as House Democrats aggressively presented their focus-group-tested “bribery” case against the president over the past two weeks.
“I do believe that all evidence certainly will be included in that report so the Judiciary Committee can make the necessary decisions that they need to,” said Rep. Val Demings, D-Fla., a member of both the Intelligence and Judiciary committees.

She said Democrats had not yet finalized witnesses for the upcoming Judiciary hearings and were waiting to hear back from Trump on his plans to present a defense.

“If he has not done anything wrong, we’re certainly anxious to hear his explanation of that,” Demings said.

The House Judiciary’s impeachment hearings will follow last month’s hearings by the House Intelligence Committee, which heard from 12 witnesses during five days of testimony.

Trump has previously suggested that he might be willing to offer written testimony under certain conditions, though aides suggested they did not anticipate Democrats would ever agree to them.

“The Democrats are holding the most ridiculous Impeachment hearings in history. Read the Transcripts, NOTHING was done or said wrong!” Trump tweeted Saturday.

Late Sunday, Trump tweeted a link to a Fox News opinion piece written by legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, and quoted the piece as saying the president had done “nothing impeachable.”

Gregg Jarrett is exactly right.

So, why is Rep. Jerry Nadler continuing the Democrats’ Dog and Pony Show which they euphemistically call an “Impeachment Inquiry”?

The answer is simple. Rep. Jerry Nadler is pursuing a vendetta against President Donald J. Trump.

Back on April 9th of this year, FoxNews.com posted about this decades-old dust-up…

“Congressman Jerry Nadler fought me for years on a very large development I built on the West Side of Manhattan. He wanted a Rail Yard built underneath the development or even better, to stop the job. He didn’t get either & the development became VERY successful,” Trump tweeted Tuesday.

“Nevertheless, I got along very well with Jerry during the zoning and building process. Then I changed course (slightly), became President, and now I am dealing with Congressman Nadler again. Some things never end, but hopefully it will all go well for everyone. Only time will tell!” he added.

The president’s tweets come after The Washington Post reported on the history of their feud. The Post reported that it began in 1985, when Nadler was a New York State assemblyman. The Post reported that Trump, at the time, purchased property in Nadler’s district and wanted to build a development, which he reportedly wanted to call “Television City.” But Nadler wanted the property, which was a former railroad yard, to be upgraded instead. Nadler reportedly blocked Trump from public funds and mortgage insurance.

Trump ultimately began construction on the property and worked to develop residential buildings, but in 2005, after construction delays and pushback from lawmakers, Trump reportedly sold the property for $1.8 billion.

Nadler and the rest of the House Democrats are allowing their least experienced members, “The Squad” and the rest of the wannabe Marxists to control their actions.

The president is under no obligation to attend these partisan hearings.

The House of Representatives was established by our Founding Fathers to be like the British House of Commons, that is, the LOWER House of Congress with the Senate being patterned after the House of Lords, or, the UPPER House.

The president does not answer to Congress. He can act on his own accord concerning matters of national security and foreign policy. And, the Judicial Branch has the ability to overturn legislation passed by Congress.

So, basically, the White House’s letter to Congress told them to go take a long walk on a short pier.

In their horrible grief over the disappointing outcomes of both the 2016 President Election and the Special Counsel’s Investigation, the Democratic Party, as evidenced by these Soviet-style Tribunals which they have been holding, has been experiencing a psychotic break for quite a while now.

They cannot and will not accept the reality in front of them.

With the majority of Americans still saying that they do not want President Trump to be impeached, the Democrats evidently are determined to destroy their party’s chance of winning the 2020 Presidential Election, if they even have one.

To be truthful, I believe that the chance of building a snowman in hell has better odds that the out-of-control Marxist Democrats have of winning the Presidency in 2020.

What are Nadler and the rest of the Democrats going to do when IG Horowitz’ and Attorney General Barr’s investigations both report the nefarious details of a silent coup to destroy both the Trump Presidential Campaign and his Presidency?

And, what happens when they lose control of the House of Representatives while Trump gets reelected in 2020?

Stay tuned, Deplorables.

..And, get your popcorn ready.

The Democrat Meltdown should be glorious.

Rep. Lee Zeldin: “Adam Schiff Really Does Think That Many Americans Are Idiots”

Zeldin

FoxNews .com reports that

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., is treating the American public like “idiots” by relying on hearsay and circumstantial evidence to impeach President Trump, Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., said Sunday on “America’s News Headquarters.”

“The people who are pushing for impeachment have been pushing for impeachment since Donald Trump was elected — since he was getting sworn into office,” Zeldin told Fox News’ Eric Shawn. “Adam Schiff really does think that many Americans are idiots.

“If you remember March 22nd, 2017, he goes on another network, and he says that he has more than circumstantial evidence that President Trump colluded with the Russians. This is evidence that he hasn’t yet produced, [that] I haven’t seen, [former Special Counsel Robert] Mueller couldn’t find,” he continued. “He made up what he called a parody version of the [July 25] call transcript, but he only said that after he got called out.”

Schiff had attempted to clarify in September, “Of course, the president never said, ‘If you don’t understand me, I’m going to say it seven more times.’ My point is, that’s the message that the Ukraine president was receiving in not so many words.”

Zeldin also challenged Schiff for failing to disclose that his congressional team met in private with the whistleblower who sparked the impeachment inquiry. The Republican also said the facts of the case remained on the president’s side.

“It turns out that [Schiff’s] team was in contact with the whistleblower before this person had even filed the whistleblower complaint or had even hired an attorney,” he said.

“He’s made claims during his opening statements and his closing statements — trying to write the world’s greatest parody… trying to connect dots that aren’t actually connected,” Zeldin added.

“He’ll say something’s a firsthand truth that shouldn’t be doubted and then you dig deeper and you realize it’s actually Ambassador [William] Taylor telling us that, Tim Morrison told him that [Amb. Gordon] Sondland told Morrison — the president told Sondland, give me a break… The facts are on the president’s side.”

He also said Congress should be passing the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement, “but instead, he is trying to pay off the people who put the gavel in his hand.”

Schiff commented on the Democrats’ impeachment push during an interview earlier Sunday with CNN’s “State of the Union,” and said despite an “ironclad” case against the president, he couldn’t say if his party will impeach Trump or not.

“If the facts aren’t contested and your committee is writing up the report and you don’t, at least as of now, have any scheduled witnesses or depositions — do you think President Trump should be impeached?” host Jake Tapper asked.

“I want to discuss this with my constituents and my colleagues before I make a final judgment on it,” Schiff replied. “But, there are a couple of really important things we need to think about.”

Uh huh.

Rep. Zeldin is exactly right.

Just as they did in the 2016 Presidential Campaign, the Democrats have underestimated the American People and what we will tolerate.

Living in their Beltway Bubble, the Democratic Hierarchy continue to view those of us living between the coasts in “Flyover Country” as inbred simpletons who should bow and scape before them.

One would have thought that they would have learned their lesson when American Businessman and Entrepreneur Donald J. Trump beat their Chosen One, Hillary Clinton, to become the first Citizen Statesman to win the Presidency in decades.

But, no.

The Democratic Party’s ensuing national Temper tantrum over Trump’s victory actually made them double down on their arrogant out-f-touch view of average Americans living between the coasts.

The proof of what I’m saying is has been seen by millions of Americans for almost three years, as the Democrats have tried every falsehood they could think of to ruin President Trump and his entire family from a Russian Collusion Delusion to a Soviet-style Tribunal based on a fictional retelling of an actual phone call with the only “evidence” being the “testimonies” of arrogant bureaucrats.

As Rep. Zeldin said, the Democrats have been wanting to impeach Trump since his election, and their hatred of him has grown exponentially with each goal he has achieved since taking office.

The reason Rep. Schiff will not commit to impeaching Trump after promising that he and his fellow House Democrats would, is that the Dems’ internal polling shows that an overwhelming majority of Americans oppose impeaching President Trump. And, on top of that, the ratings for his 2-week Pubic Hearings were extremely low.

In other words, Americans are not buying the Democrats’ B.S.

Americans vote with their wallets.

Trump’s policies have delivered lower taxes and a booming economy.

The Democrats are promising higher taxes and Marxism.

Which would you choose?

From Election Night Temper Tantrum to the Edge of Impeachment

76706912_10221208764238385_8492804275968147456_o

I can remember that night as if it was last night.

Every single news outlet had told us that Hillary Clinton was going to be our next President.

And, then it happened…

Trump started winning the Electoral Vote in states where he was not supposed to have a chance.

And, when all the votes were counted, he took the Electoral College Vote handily and became the 45th President of the United States of America.

And, that night, in the midst of their shock, grief, and desperation, the Democratic Elite began their planning for the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

While their “New Bolsheviks” staged protests, the Democrats came forward with claims that President Trump had “colluded” with the Russians in order to steal the Presidency from “Saint Hillary”.

A Special Prosecutor was named and after Democratic Donors were selected as his Investigative Team, Witch Hunt #1 began

Some two and one-half years later, that same Special Prosecutor, after ruling that there was no collusion by President Trump and his staff with the Russians, appeared before Congress to answer their questions.

He turned out to be nothing but a doddering old man.

Dejected, depressed, and still in the midst of a temper tantrum, the Democratic Elite searched for some other way to overturn the vote of the American people.

Then, they decided to attempt something they had recently tried in the Confirmation Hearings of Supreme Court Justice Nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

They lined up a bunch of professional bureaucrats serving in the Ukraine to claim that President Trump attempted to leverage aid to Ukraine in return for information about Joe and Hunter Biden’s scam involving Burisma Holdings.

Secret Soviet-style Tribunals were held by Rep. Adam Schiff in closed-door meetings.

Finally, in order to dupe low information voters into thinking that they were being fair, the Democrats brought back some of their witnesses for Public Hearings, during which the Republican members of the Intelligence Committee could ask questions but Chairman Schiff would determine which ones that he would let them answer.

The Republicans were not able to call their own witnesses nor was the President allowed to be represented.

What the Democrats did not count on was the fact that most Americans have seen right through their actions and we are not impressed.

In fact, a poll came out yesterday showing that most Americans remain against the impeachment of the President who has brought a robust economy and jobs back to America.

I heard on the radio while driving home from work last night that the House Democrats were planning on holding their impeachment vote on the week before Christmas.

Just like a child throwing a temper tantrum, they are determined to impeach Trump, even though it has been made very clear by their own witnesses that he has done nothing impeachable.

So, what happens when the Inspector General’s Report hits, the Attorney General’s Report follows, all of those witnesses listed by Charlie Kirk above are called, and the Senate finds him not guilty?

Are they going to hold their breath and roll around on the House Floor kicking and screaming?

I certainly hope so.

It would make for great TV.

Nunes: Dems Paid Fusion GPS to Get Dirt on Trump Through Ukrainian Sources

life-liberty-levin

“When the Obama administration leans on Ukraine for help in an investigation of political opponents, the Democrats and the media say, “But look how corrupt Paul Manafort was!” When the Trump administration leans on Ukraine for help in an investigation of political opponents, the Democrats and the media say, “Abuse of power — impeach him!” – Andrew C. McCarthy

FoxNews.com reports that

The Trump White House became involved in Ukrainian affairs to investigate a smear campaign from Democrats against the president, but the fact-finding mission was twisted and used as an excuse for impeachment, House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said in an interview airing Sunday.

Nunes appeared on “Life, Liberty & Levin” to discuss the House’s impeachment inquiry into Trump, and said Democrats paid Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on the president through Ukrainian sources, helping spawn the probe from former Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

The California Republican also said it was perfectly reasonable for the president and his surrogates to go looking for answers after they faced attacked from all sides.

“What’s just amazing is, the Democrats continue to say, ‘oh, this is some kind of conspiracy theory’… The fact that Rudy Giuliani would be in Ukraine or talking to Ukrainians about, ‘hey, where’s this dirt that’s being dug up on my client?’ It would be a dereliction of Rudy Giuliani’s responsibilities as the personal attorney to the president [not to do so],” Nunes said.

Nunes also accused Democrats of targeting high-ranking Ukrainian officials to provide damaging information about the president so they could use it to force him out of office.

“You had so many problems in Ukraine,” Nunes said earlier in the segment. “The Democrats, they hate to admit this, but their sources for the Fusion GPS [dossier] — a company that they were paying to dig up the dirt on Trump that ultimately made its way into the FBI — there were Ukrainian sources there, so they were paying people to go into Ukraine and dig up dirt.”

“Some of this dirt came from high-ranking Ukrainian officials, allegedly,” he added. “Remember, we spent three years with this Mueller nonsense. [Giuliani] had every right and responsibility to be over there.”

Indeed, he did.

Fusion GPS was the firm retained by Hillary Clinton and her Presidential Campaign Staff and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to conduct opposition research against the Trump campaign.

Fusion GPS, in turn, hired British ex-spy Christopher Steele to produce the work of fiction now known as the FISA Dossier, which in turn led to With Hunt #1 (Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia Collusion Probe) which has been followed by Witch Hunt #2 (Adam Schiff’s Impeachment Inquiry Hearings), which also involves Ukraine.

Are you beginning to see a common denominator, boys and girls?

What is it about Ukraine and the Democrats?

Joe Biden is not the only Democrat whose son has “worked” in Ukraine.

From National File:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s son Paul Pelosi Jr. visited Ukraine in 2017 to meet with government officials in connection to a business initiative. Now, unearthed records reveal that Paul Pelosi Jr. was an executive of a gas industry company that did business in Ukraine – and his mother Nancy Pelosi was featured in one of the company’s promotional videos.

Paul Pelosi Jr. travelled to Kiev, Ukraine in July 2017 in his capacity as executive director of the Corporate Governance Initiative, a position that he accepted months earlier in February 2017. Pelosi Jr. said that he was in Ukraine to discuss a youth soccer partnership with the government.

The American Mirror, which flagged Pelosi Jr.’s appearance in 2017, preserved a clip of Pelosi Jr. on the Ukrainian station following the video’s removal from YouTube.

On March 5, 2013, NRGLab New Technology posted two videos on Youtube. One video opened with a clip of Nancy Pelosi discussing energy-efficient technology, followed by a direct-to-camera statement from her son Paul Pelosi Jr., filmed in Washington, D.C. in 2010.

“My name’s Paul Pelosi. Of course I’m on the board of Viscoil. And Viscoil is here today to talk about accelerating the future. It’s about using cars in a more efficient manner. It’s about utilizing natural resources, whether it be electricity, or gas, or fossil fuels in a more efficient way. And Viscoil is a part of that solution,” Paul Pelosi Jr. said in the video.

A friend and I were discussing this whole mess at lunch after church yesterday.

He reminded me that Inspector General Horowitz’s report on the start of the whole Russian Collusion Witch Hunt and the improper use of the FISA Court is supposed to come out at the end of this month.

Could it be that the Dems hastily put together this ludicrous Impeachment Inquiry with no evidence to back it up in order to attempt to cover their own backsides before they get named in the Inspector General’s Report as having been in on the whole Washington/Ukraine Connection from the beginning?

If so, that would indeed explain the irrational nature of Adam Schiff and his Soviet-style tribunal.

The spider web of Democrat Corruption keeps growing bigger and bigger.

it’s time to drain The Swamp.

After Week #1 of Public “Impeachment Inquiry” Hearings, All the Dems Have is Hearsay…I Don’t Blame Trump for Being “Furious”

74611508_1324378721057649_1503337007135326208_n

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump is right to be “furious” about House Democrats’ impeachment push, Fox News contributor Dan Bongino said Saturday.

Appearing on “Fox & Friends: Weekend,” Bongino said Democrats don’t have a leg to stand on and that the whistleblower was factually incorrect.

In an exclusive interview Friday on “The Dan Bongino Show,” the president sounded off on the impeachment inquiry, saying “everybody knows who the whistleblower is” and the person “has to be revealed.”

“The whistleblower wrote a report which was mostly on the phone call that everybody now sees was a good call,” Trump said. “So, fortunately, the call was transcribed by experts and transcribed beautifully. And that was the call when they saw it, when I released it. Then everything started going downhill.”

“It was a great interview,” Bongino told “Fox & Friends” hosts Ed Henry, Lisa Boothe and Pete Hegseth. “I’ll tell you, it was going on during Ambassador Yovanovitch’s testimony. And the president was, I think rightfully so, furious about what’s going on.”

On Friday former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch testified in a public hearing before the House Intelligence Committee. She said she was ousted after a smear campaign led by Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who was trying to get dirt on the president’s Democratic rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

But Yovanovitch could not supply the panel with information regarding any criminal activity or bribes involving Trump.

Bongino said he believes the president is so angry about the impeachment inquiry “because he really genuinely feels — and I wholeheartedly agree based on actual evidence what Democrats don’t have — that he didn’t do anything wrong.”

“So, he’s furious about it, and I don’t blame him for wanting to find out how the whistleblower got this thing so wrong,” Bongino said.

Yovanovitch was the third witness in the formal inquiry to testify publicly. Bill Taylor, the top U.S. diplomat to Ukraine, and senior State Department official George Kent testified Wednesday.

“Do you realize there are three ringer witnesses — Kent, Taylor, and Yovanovitch — not one of them has any evidence of a crime?” Bongino questioned.

“What are we doing here? Why are we wasting America’s time?” he asked.

That is an excellent question.

None of the three “witnesses” interviewed during the Impeachment Inquiry Hearings last week had any direct knowledge of President Trump’s Phone Call with the President of Ukraine. In a court of law, this sort of “evidence” is called hearsay.

Hearsay is defined as

  1. information received from other people that one cannot adequately substantiate; rumor.“according to hearsay, Bob had managed to break his arm”

  2. the report of another person’s words by a witness, which is usually disallowed as evidence in a court of law

So, in other words, Shifty Schiff and the House Dems wasting Americans’ time and money by not presenting any evidence of a high crime or misdemeanor” or any impeachable offense committed by President Donald J. Trump.

In honor of last week’s Democrat Fiasco, I wrote (with apologies to REO Speedwagon) the following song lyrics for your enjoyment.

An Impeachment Inquiry Interlude

Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from another that it was quid pro quo
You told Ukraine to go after Biden
Cause you know what he’s been hidin’
And Shifty Schiff and the Dems think they’re gonna bring you down

But you released the transcript of the real call
And the Dems’ Inquiry is gonna be their downfall
Because Schiff seems crazier every day
So you just keep plugging away, Don
Because Americans are behind you, Don
And we’ll be with you all the way

Because 2020 is coming soon. Donald
And you gonna win again, Donald
And the Dems they know it’s true
They keep lying about you, because they can’t beat you
They’re under the gun and you’ve got this thing won

Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from another that it was quid pro quo
You told Ukraine to go after Biden
Cause you know what he’s been hidin’
And Shifty Schiff and the Dems think that they’re gonna bring you down

But you released the transcript of the real call
And the Dems’ Inquiry is gonna be their downfall
Because Schiff seems crazier every day
So you just keep plugging away, Don
Because Americans are behind you, Don
And we’ll be with you all the way

Because 2020 is coming soon. Donald
And you gonna win again, Donald
And the Dems they know it’s true
They keep lying about you, because they can’t beat you
They’re under the gun and you’ve got this thing won

Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from another that it was quid pro quo

Who knows what next week’s dog and pony show by the Dems will bring?

I do know one thing, however.

Donald J. Trump will be reelected President of the United States of America.
