Planned Parenthood Applied For and Got $80 Million in Loans From the Coronavirus Stimulus That They Weren’t Eligible For, Feds Want it Back

baby_body_parts

According to a FoxNews.com Exclusive Report,

Thirty-seven Planned Parenthood affiliates applied for and received a total of $80 million in loans from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” has learned — and now the federal government wants the money back, saying the affiliates should have known they weren’t eligible for the coronavirus stimulus payouts.

After this report was published, a slew of top Republicans — including Sens. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Rick Scott, R-Fla., James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, and Josh Hawley, R-Mo. — called for an immediate investigation, with some warning that criminal prosecution may be appropriate.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is reaching out to each involved Planned Parenthood affiliate explaining that affiliates of larger organizations with more than 500 employees aren’t eligible for PPP distributions, Fox News is told. The Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PFFA) alone has had more than 600 employees.

A Planned Parenthood affiliate in Metropolitan Washington (PPMW), for example, will receive a letter stating that although self-certified that it was eligible for a $1,328,000 PPP loan in accordance with the SBA’s affiliation rules, it will need to return the money.

PPMW’s request for money from the Trump administration came just months after the affiliate’s president and CEO, Laura Meyers, promised to turn down federal funds.

“Planned Parenthood is never going to allow the Trump-Pence administration to bully us into withholding critical health information from our patients,” Meyers said last August, after the White House banned Planned Parenthood clinics from making abortion referrals if they wanted to continue receiving federal funds. At the time, Planned Parenthood vowed to give up federal funds entirely, rather than comply with the order.

The SBA warned more “severe penalties” were possible, beyond mandatory repayment. In particular, incorrect or false eligibility certifications by PPP recipients could result in criminal or civil sanctions if the SBA determined borrowers made knowingly false statements, the SBA letter read.

The letter explained that PPFA affiliates clearly were covered by the PPP affiliate rules. “PPFA’s bylaws, a version of which is publicly available, reveal that becoming a PPFA affiliate requires a certification by the PPFA board,” the document continued. “Once certified, “[e]ach Affiliate shall be governed by written bylaws, which conform to PPFA policies.”

The largest single government loan was a $7.5 million allotment to the Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties in California. One Planned Parenthood affiliate received a loan but declined it.

Rubio, who has served as chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, said Planned Parenthood’s violation of PPP rules was “clear.”

“There is no ambiguity in the legislation that passed or public record around its passage that organizations such as Planned Parenthood, whose parent organization has close to half a billion dollars in assets, is not eligible for the Paycheck Protection Program,” Rubio said. “Those funds must be returned immediately. Furthermore, the SBA should open an investigation into how these loans were made in clear violation of the applicable affiliation rules and if Planned Parenthood, the banks, or staff at the SBA knowingly violated the law, all appropriate legal options should be pursued.”

“Across the country, Planned Parenthood refused to cease its abortion operation in wake of the pandemic, hoarding personal protective equipment and putting its staff and women at risk,” a spokesperson for the SBA List told Fox News.

“It is rich that they, in turn, feel entitled to taxpayer dollars meant to help businesses in need,” the spokesperson continued. “After decades of feeding at the taxpayer’s trough while running the nation’s largest abortion operation, they have over a billion dollars in net assets. They should return this funding immediately. We thank President Trump for his strong commitment to stop taxpayer funding of abortion and abortionists like Planned Parenthood.”

This past January, Planned Parenthood reported a record-high number of abortions and government funding. Planned Parenthood affiliates claimed to have performed 345,672 abortions from Oct. 1, 2017 to Sept. 30, 2018.

At the same time, Planned Parenthood claimed abortion constituted just a small percentage – 4 percent in 2018-2019 – of its services, and that federal funds didn’t go directly to abortions.

Some 98 percent of PPP loans have been less than $1 million; the program has provided an average loan of $118,000. Canceled or returned funds can be used during future PPP rounds.

Republicans have strongly resisted reported efforts from some Democrats to push abortion-related spending amid the pandemic. In March, The Daily Caller reported House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., tried to include federal funding for abortion in the coronavirus stimulus bill.

Multiple senior White House officials told the oulet that speaking to Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, Pelosi sought a provision for up to $1 billion to “reimburse laboratory claims.”

That might set a precedent for health-related spending without the protections of the Hyde Amendment, a compromise restricting federal funds for abortion in most cases.

“A new mandatory funding stream that does not have Hyde protections would be unprecedented,” a White House official said. “Under the guise of protecting people, Speaker Pelosi is working to make sure taxpayer dollars are spent covering abortion — which is not only backwards, but goes against historical norms.”

No kidding.

But, it really does not surprise me.

Have you ever tried to have a discussion with an ardent pro-abortion supporter, either on Facebook or face-to-face? You won’t hear these “Champions of Tolerance” call those innocent lives, babies, human beings, a life, a soul, a gift from God, or anything remotely resembling something that they should feel remorse about killing.

Heck, Pro-Abortionists are opposed to the taking of sonograms of the woman’s womb, before she has an abortion. They’re afraid that the “seed-carrier” will realize that IS a HUMAN BEING inside her, and will decide not to kill that baby.

The push by the Far Left Democratic Party over the last several decades to dehumanize the human fetus (Latin for BABY) has been taken to its barbaric and inevitable limit over the past couple of years with the advocacy of abortion up to birth by Democrat Politicians such as New York’s Governor Mario Cuomo, and Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam, a Pediatric Neurologist.

To deny the humanity of the life growing in a woman’s womb is a horrifyingly callous way of denying responsibility for that life.

Who defends the “right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” for those who cannot yet speak for themselves?

They have no voice in the decision to end their lives….lives which they have not yet had a chance to live.

Or, as President Ronald Reagan observed,

“I have noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born.”

The mercenary callousness of Planned Parenthood is no surprise, either.

Back in 2017, The Washington Times posted an article in which they reported that

Planned Parenthood executives joked about decapitated fetuses, admitted to altering abortion procedures to preserve fetal organs and said clinics have a financial incentive to sell human tissue in a new undercover video released Thursday.

The three-minute video was recorded at an annual National Abortion Federation meeting by pro-life investigators with the Center for Medical Progress. The advocacy group said it’s just a preview of never-before-seen content that has been sealed for almost two years due to legal fights.

In the video, Deborah Nucatola, senior director of medical services at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, admits to altering abortion procedures to preserve fetal organs.

“You know, sometimes she’ll tell me she wants brain, and we’ll, you know, leave the calvarium till last, and then try to basically take it or, actually, you know, catch everything, and even keep it separate from the rest of the tissue so it doesn’t get lost,” Ms. Nucatola says.

And, these are the monsters who Nancy Pelosi wanted to “take care of” in the first Coronavirus Relief Bill.

If you believe that Pelosi and her fellow Capitol Hill Democrats care about average Americans, you are sadly mistaken.

They don’t even care about us when we’re still in the womb.

Hillary’s Henchwoman, Huma Abedin, Worked for a Private Company While Still Working in the State Department

th3R7PWM5TThe revelations concerning all of the corrupt and questionable activities of Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, and her aide and confidante Huma Abedin (Mrs. Anthony Weiner) continue to reveal just how amoral and unethical they really are.

And, it boggles the mind.

The Washington Times reported yesterday that

While still working at the State Department, Hillary Rodham Clinton confidant Huma Abedin was paid by the private consulting firm Teneo Holdings to help stage a star-studded reception that included her boss’ husband, Bill Clinton, along with George W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair as speakers just days after the Benghazi tragedy, The Washington Times has learned.

Ms. Abedin’s work on the Sept. 20, 2012, event at the glamorous Essex House in New York City, helped entertain potential Teneo clients, wowing them with access to three former world leaders on a

It was one of the specific projects she worked on with Teneo during a seven-month period in which she earned a $15,000-a-month consulting fee from the firm while simultaneously receiving pay as a “special government employee” advising Mrs. Clinton at the State Department, according to interviews and documents.

Ms. Abedin, the wife of former Rep. Anthony D. Weiner of New York, worked as a full-time government employee and deputy chief of staff to Secretary of State Clinton from 2009 through mid-2012. She then moved to New York and transitioned to a part-time employee at State after giving birth to her first child and seeing her husband resign his congressional seat because of a sexting scandal.

The special government employee status at the State Department allowed Ms. Abedin to simultaneously take on other consulting work, as with Teneo and the Clinton Foundation, where she assessed the charity’s ongoing programs to pave the way for Mrs. Clinton’s return there after she left the State Department in early 2013.

In all, Ms. Abedin was paid about $105,000 over seven months to advise Teneo in New York from summer 2012 to early 2013, according to a person familiar with the arrangement. During the same time, she collected $126,239.80 in pay as a special government employee at the State Department, according to internal department records identifying her pay and leave that were obtained by The Times.

The specific nature of Ms. Abedin’s duties at Teneo has been shrouded in mystery and has become the subject of State Department and congressional inquiries looking into whether the work arrangements were proper or created any conflicts of interest.

Several sources agreed to describe Ms. Abedin’s work for Teneo on the New York event and her subsequent work at the State Department for a Teneo-connected event in Ireland four months later in December, solely on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigations.

“Huma’s role for the New York event was on behalf of Teneo, while her work for the Ireland event was clearly on behalf of the State Department. But the firm, the Clintons and Huma were intertwined, and that makes it hard to separate when looking back in hindsight,” one person directly familiar with the circumstances said.

Added another source: “Teneo didn’t need Huma to get Bill Clinton or the other luminaries to the event, but she was hired to help make the event successful in terms of who attended and what they experienced.”

Teneo officials did not respond to calls seeking comment. Teneo, based in New York, employed Mr. Clinton as a consultant for about a year when it started, along with several other people from the Clinton circle. Mr. Clinton, who commands up to $700,000 per speech, did not charge Teneo for his appearance at the New York event, according to financial disclosure statements released by his wife.

Ms. Abedin’s attorney, Miguel Rodriguez, declined to comment publicly for this article. But he has steadfastly insisted that Ms. Abedin did nothing wrong in working for Teneo, the State Department and the Clinton Foundation at the same time, noting that government officials formally approved the arrangement.

Can you say, “Conflict of Interest”, boys and girls? I knew that you could.

Back on August 27th, The Washington Post reported that

As Hillary Rodham Clinton was preparing for her farewell international trip as secretary of state, her close aide and confidante Huma Abedin e-mailed a small number of longtime political allies to help arrange an intimate get-together at a private club in Dublin.

“Maybe we can all gather for drinks/dinner and HRC can come join for as long as she can?” Abedin wrote.

The December 2012 event showcased the unique position that Abedin occupied at the apex of the Clintons’ public and private worlds during the final six months of Hillary Clinton’s tenure heading the State Department.

At the time, Abedin held four jobs with four different organizations — an arrangement allowed by a special government designation she held permitting outside employment. And each job had a connection to the Dublin dinner.

The invitation was sent from Abedin’s State Department account as Clinton planned for an official trip in her role as secretary. The dinner itself was attended by the chief executive of the private consulting firm Teneo, which has close ties to the Clintons and employed Abedin as an adviser. Seated around the tables were donors to Clinton’s campaigns as well as to the Clinton Foundation, where Abedin was a contractor preparing for Clinton’s eventual transition to the charity. And Clinton, who was also paying Abedin out of personal funds to prepare for Clinton’s transition into private life, showed up for about an hour.

New interviews and documents, including the e-mails about the Ireland dinner, provide additional details about some of Abedin’s activities during those months and how her overlapping roles make it difficult to determine when she was working for the public and when her work was benefiting a private interest. Abedin’s work during that time is now becoming a central element in several controversies dogging Clinton’s presidential campaign.

There are several pertinent…and disturbing things, concerning the background of Ms. Abedin.

According to discoverthenetworks.org,

Huma Abedin was born in 1976 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Her father, Syed Abedin (1928-1993), was an Indian-born scholar who had worked as a visiting professor at Saudi Arabia’s King Abdulaziz University in the early Seventies.

[She is]

Daughter of Saleha Mahmood Abedin, a pro-Sharia sociologist with ties to numerous Islamist organizations including the Muslim Brotherhood
Longtime assistant to Hillary Clinton
Wife of former congressman Anthony Weiner
Longtime former employee of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs, which shares the Muslim Brotherhood’s goal of establishing Islamic supremacy and Sharia Law worldwide.
…From 1997 until sometime before early 1999, Abedin, while still interning at the White House, was an executive board member of George Washington University’s (GWU) Muslim Students Association (MSA), heading the organization’s “Social Committee.”

It is noteworthy that in 2001-02, soon after Abedin left that executive board, the chaplain and “spritual guide” of GWU’s MSA was Anwar al-Awlaki, the al Qaeda operative who ministered to some of the men who were among the 9/11 hijackers. Another chaplain at GWU’s MSA (from at least October 1999 through April 2002) was Mohamed Omeish, who headed the International Islamic Relief Organization, which has been tied to the funding of al Qaeda. Omeish’s brother, Esam, headed the Muslim American Society, the Muslim Brotherhood’s quasi-official branch in the United States. Both Omeish brothers were closely associated with Abdurahman Alamoudi, who would later be convicted and incarcerated on terrorism charges.

From 1996-2008, Abedin was employed by the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) as the assistant editor of its in-house publication, the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs (JMMA). At least the first seven of those years overlapped with the al Qaeda-affiliated Abdullah Omar Naseef’s active presence at IMMA. Abedin’s last six years at the Institute (2002-2008) were spent as a JMMA editorial board member; for one of those years, 2003, Naseef and Abedin served together on that board.

Abedin went on maternity leave after giving birth to a baby boy in early December 2011. When she returned to work in June 2012, the State Department granted her an arrangement that allowed her to do outside consulting work as a “special government employee,” even as she remained a top advisor in the Department. Abedin did not disclose on her financial report either the arrangement or the$135,000 she earned from it, in violation of a law mandating that public officials disclose significant sources of income. Abedin’s outside clients included the U.S. State Department, Hillary Clinton, the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, and Teneo (a firm co-founded by Doug Band, a former counselor for Bill Clinton). Good-government groups warned of the potential conflict-of-interest inherent in an arangement where a government employee maintains private clients.

In June 2012, five Republican lawmakers (most prominently, Michele Bachmann) sent letters to the inspectors general at the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, and State, asking that they investigate whether the Muslim Brotherhood was gaining undue influence over U.S. government officials. One letter, noting that Huma Abedin’s position with Hillary Clinton “affords her routine access to the secretary [of state] and to policymaking,” expressed concern over the fact that Abedin “has three family members—her late father, mother and her brother—connected to Muslim Brotherhood operatives and/or organizations.” Some other prominent Republicans such as John McCain and John Boehner disavowed the concerns articulated in the letters.

On February 1, 2013—Hillary Clinton’s final day as Secretary of State—Abedinresigned her post as Mrs. Clinton’s deputy chief of staff. Yet she would continue to serve as a close aide to Clinton.

On March 1, 2013, Abedin was tapped to run Clinton’s post-State Department transition team, comprised of a six-person “transition office” located in Washington.

Huma Abedin’s brother, Hassan Abedin, has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and is currently an associate editor with the JMMA. Hassan was once a fellow at the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies, at a time when the Center’s board included such Brotherhood-affiliated figures as Yusuf al-Qaradawi and Abdullah Omar Naseef.

Huma’s sister, Heba Abedin (formerly known as “Heba A. Khaled”), is an assistant editor with JMMA, where she served alongside Huma prior to the latter’s departure.

Speaking straight from the heart, as an American citizen, I was offended, in the first place, that someone with direct ties to our sworn enemies, the Muslim Brotherhood, had access to the highest level of Top Secret Information contained in our State Department.

And, the thing is, she not only had access through her job as Assistant to Secretary of State Clinton, she also had access to government information through pillow talk with her husband, then-Congressman and “Professional Sexter” Anthony Weiner.

Mrs. Clinton, as shown by her complete disdain for the American People and the laws which govern us, is unfit to hold public office.

The old axiom is true. We ARE judged by the company that we keep…and Hillary is no exception.

The fact that the Former Secretary of State continues to hold close to her, as her confidante, a unscrupulous young woman, who leveraged her taxpayer-funded State Department Position for monetary gain from a private company, while still in the employ of the upper echelon of the United States Government, while, at the same time having familial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, shows how dangerous and untrustworthy that Hillary Clinton truly is.

She needs to “suspend her campaign”…now.

Gay Marriage and American Christianity: Intended Consequences

American Christianity 2Friday, President Barack Hussein Obama did a Victory Lap around the Rose Garden, in celebration of the 5-4 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, legalizing “Gay Marriage”.

Here is the speech, courtesy of whitehouse.gov:

THE PRESIDENT:  Good morning.  Our nation was founded on a bedrock principle that we are all created equal.  The project of each generation is to bridge the meaning of those founding words with the realities of changing times — a never-ending quest to ensure those words ring true for every single American.

Progress on this journey often comes in small increments, sometimes two steps forward, one step back, propelled by the persistent effort of dedicated citizens.  And then sometimes, there are days like this when that slow, steady effort is rewarded with justice that arrives like a thunderbolt.

This morning, the Supreme Court recognized that the Constitution guarantees marriage equality.  In doing so, they’ve reaffirmed that all Americans are entitled to the equal protection of the law.  That all people should be treated equally, regardless of who they are or who they love. This decision will end the patchwork system we currently have.  It will end the uncertainty hundreds of thousands of same-sex couples face from not knowing whether their marriage, legitimate in the eyes of one state, will remain if they decide to move [to] or even visit another.  This ruling will strengthen all of our communities by offering to all loving same-sex couples the dignity of marriage across this great land.

In my second inaugural address, I said that if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well.  It is gratifying to see that principle enshrined into law by this decision.

This ruling is a victory for Jim Obergefell and the other plaintiffs in the case.  It’s a victory for gay and lesbian couples who have fought so long for their basic civil rights.  It’s a victory for their children, whose families will now be recognized as equal to any other.  It’s a victory for the allies and friends and supporters who spent years, even decades, working and praying for change to come.

And this ruling is a victory for America.  This decision affirms what millions of Americans already believe in their hearts:  When all Americans are treated as equal we are all more free.

My administration has been guided by that idea.  It’s why we stopped defending the so-called Defense of Marriage Act, and why we were pleased when the Court finally struck down a central provision of that discriminatory law.  It’s why we ended “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”  From extending full marital benefits to federal employees and their spouses, to expanding hospital visitation rights for LGBT patients and their loved ones, we’ve made real progress in advancing equality for LGBT Americans in ways that were unimaginable not too long ago.

I know change for many of our LGBT brothers and sisters must have seemed so slow for so long.  But compared to so many other issues, America’s shift has been so quick.  I know that Americans of goodwill continue to hold a wide range of views on this issue. Opposition in some cases has been based on sincere and deeply held beliefs.  All of us who welcome today’s news should be mindful of that fact; recognize different viewpoints; revere our deep commitment to religious freedom.

But today should also give us hope that on the many issues with which we grapple, often painfully, real change is possible. Shifts in hearts and minds is possible.  And those who have come so far on their journey to equality have a responsibility to reach back and help others join them.  Because for all our differences, we are one people, stronger together than we could ever be alone.  That’s always been our story.

We are big and vast and diverse; a nation of people with different backgrounds and beliefs, different experiences and stories, but bound by our shared ideal that no matter who you are or what you look like, how you started off, or how and who you love, America is a place where you can write your own destiny.
We are a people who believe that every single child is entitled to life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

There’s so much more work to be done to extend the full promise of America to every American.  But today, we can say in no uncertain terms that we’ve made our union a little more perfect.

That’s the consequence of a decision from the Supreme Court, but, more importantly, it is a consequence of the countless small acts of courage of millions of people across decades who stood up, who came out, who talked to parents — parents who loved their children no matter what.  Folks who were willing to endure bullying and taunts, and stayed strong, and came to believe in themselves and who they were, and slowly made an entire country realize that love is love.

What an extraordinary achievement.  What a vindication of the belief that ordinary people can do extraordinary things.  What a reminder of what Bobby Kennedy once said about how small actions can be like pebbles being thrown into a still lake, and ripples of hope cascade outwards and change the world.

Those countless, often anonymous heroes — they deserve our thanks.  They should be very proud.  America should be very proud.

Thank you.  (Applause.)

Guess what, Scooter. We’re not.

Recently, a Gallup Poll showed that a little less than 3/4 of Americans proclaim Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior and half of Americans attend Religious Services on a regular basis.

The Christian Post reported a couple of weeks ago, that Ronnie Floyd, President of the Southern Baptist Convention and Pastor of Cross Church in Arkansas, spoke during AVANCE 2015 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio, June 14, 2015.

Referring to the U.S. Supreme Court’s upcoming decision on whether gays and lesbians have a constitutional right to marry or whether state bans against same-sex marriage can remain in place, Floyd took a firm stance in his religious conviction that marriage is strictly between one man and one woman.

“We do not need to redefine what God himself has defined already,” he said.

Floyd explained to the audience that they will be asked to approve a resolution that affirms Southern Baptist beliefs on marriage. The resolution also reminds Christians to love our neighbors and extend respect to all people, even those who disagree with them.

“While we affirm our love for all people, including those struggling with same-sex attractions, we cannot and will not affirm any behavior that deviates from God’s design for marriage,” said Floyd. “Our first commitment is to God and nothing else and no one else. I humbly remind everyone today the Supreme Court of the United States is not the final authority, nor is the culture itself, but the Bible is God’s final authority about marriage and on this book we stand.”

In his final comment on same-sex marriage, Floyd took an oath to never sanct
ify gay marriage.

“I declare to everyone today as a minister of the Gospel, I will not officiate over any same-sex unions or same-sex marriage ceremonies, I completely refuse,” said the pastor.

While the five wannabe “legislators” on the Supreme Court of the United States of America” “promised” that their decision would not interfere with the Religious Freedom which our Constitution guarantees us as Americans, we, as practical people, must also realize that, if an inanimate Confederate Flag can be vilified and removed as “Hate Speech”, so can a Pastor’s Sermon be censored by a Federal Government, who has left behind the “Faith of Our Fathers”, to worship at the Altar of Political Correctness.

Not only that, but like a Christian Baker, a Christian Pastor can be sued for “not providing services”, i.e., performing a “Gay Marriage”.

While Modern American Liberals, under the rights granted to us by our Constitution, have every right to speak their mind, blackmail and intimidation of the Majority, is not a guaranteed right.

Our nation may be witnessing the Hand of God being taken off of us.

…since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. – Romans 1:28

Without being anchored on the Solid Rock, America would have been a failed experiment, assigned to the dustbin of history, years ago.

That still, small voice which resides within each one of us, has led Americans to do great things, in service to their country and the concept of American Freedom, as personified by Lady Liberty, standing so majestically in New York Harbor.

God gave us this nation, ensconced in the concept of “Liberty and Justice for all”.

By His Grace, we will keep it.

Without it, we will surely find out why America is not mentioned in the Book of Revelation.

WWE “Rassler” Comes Out as Gay…Just in Time to Tell School Children About It.

Darren YoungI’m a wrestling fan. I make no bones about it. One of my favorite memories is watching Memphis Wrestling on Saturday mornings with my Daddy. Nowadays, my bride and I watch Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown together.

That being said, the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) is involved with the Federal Government in their “Anti-Bullying ” Campaign.

According to the Obama Administration’s website, stopbullying.gov…

Mission

StopBullying.gov provides information from various government agencies on what bullying is, what cyberbullying is, who is at risk, and how you can prevent and respond to bullying.

Governance

The StopBullying.gov coordinates closely with the Federal Partners in Bullying Prevention Steering Committee, an interagency effort led by the Department of Education that works to coordinate policy, research, and communications on bullying topics. The Federal Partners include representatives from the U.S. Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Education, Health and Human Services, the Interior, and Justice, as well as the Federal Trade Commission and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

This movement started with the Department of Education. And, while all decent Americans can get behind the thought of fighting back against bullies, this “noble cause” has a political element to it: The indoctrination into the normalization of homosexuality via our children and their schools. In fact, this effort comes straight from the top.

Kevin Jennings, appointed by President Obama (on May 19, 2009) to be assistant deputy secretary of education in charge of the Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools, is founder of an organization dedicated to promoting pro-homosexual clubs and curricula in public schools. Jennings founded the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), an organization that is a prime force behind the creation of “gay-straight alliance” clubs in high schools–and some junior highs–around the country. The organization says that its mission since 1994 has been to “assure that each member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.” “We welcome as members any and all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or occupation, who are committed to seeing this philosophy realized in K-12 schools,” the organization’s Web site says. Gay-straight alliances are student organizations designed to promote the idea that some children are homosexual and to advocate for LGBT (lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgendered) rights on school campuses. The organizations seek to normalize homosexual behavior–and teach students that opposition to homosexuality or to “transgenderism” is a form of “oppression.”

Okay, by now, you’re asking, “KJ, what does school bullying and the encouragement of homosexuality in our schools have to do with the WWE?”

I’m glad you asked.

The WWE jumped on board the government’s “Anti-Bullying” bandwagon, and began their own program whereby wrestlers and WWE Executives, visit schools, telling the kids about their experiences of being bullied as they grew up. According to the WWE…

Be a STAR (Show Tolerance And Respect) was founded by The Creative Coalition and WWE in April 2011. The mission of Be a STAR is to ensure a positive and equitable social environment for everyone regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation through grassroots efforts beginning with education and awareness. Be a STAR promotes positive methods of social interaction and encourages people to treat others as equals and with respect because everyone is a star in their own right .”

Speaking of stars, one of the WWE Superstars has “outed” himself as gay, during an encounter with a cameraman from TMZ…

Darren Young — real name: Fred Rosser — became the first active professional wrestler to come out, stunning a TMZ cameraman at the Los Angeles airport with the news after the paparazzo asked him if a gay athlete could make it in the WWE or MMA.

“Absolutely, look at me,” Young said. “I’m a WWE Superstar and to be honest with you, I’ll tell you right now, I’m gay. And I’m happy. I’m very happy.”

“To be honest, I don’t think [my sexuality] matters,” Young added. “Does it matter? Does it matter to you? Does it change what you think about me?”

When the cameraman — who said he was “flabbergasted” at the news — described the proclamation as Young’s “coming out,” Young seemed to downplay the significance of the news.

There’s a long line of athletes who have come out.

“I guess if you want to call it coming out — I really don’t know what to say it is but I’m just letting you know,” he said. “I’m happy with who I am, I’m comfortable with myself, and I’m happy to be living the dream. I’m in L.A. for SummerSlam with WWE.

“You know, to be honest with you, I’m happy with myself. Some people might not like it, some people will like it, but I’m here to please myself. I’m here to be happy. It’s very important I’m happy with myself.”

When asked about setting an example, Young said he’s “hoping to be able to make a difference,” but noted that “someone’s sexual preference shouldn’t really matter.” He also said he’s not concerned about it being an issue among his peers in the WWE.

“We’re all adults, and to be honest with you, when I come to work, I come to work,” Young said. “Business is business. I’m a WWE superstar and I’m there to entertain the WWE universe, and that’s what my job is to do, and I do it well.”

…The WWE also issued a statement supporting Young:

“On TMZ this morning, WWE Superstar Darren Young revealed to the WWE Universe that he is gay. WWE is proud of Darren Young for being open about his sexuality, and we will continue to support him as a WWE Superstar. Today, in fact, Darren will be participating in one of our Be A STAR anti-bullying rallies in Los Angeles to teach children how to create positive environments for everyone regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation.”

Golly, What a coinky-dink. Darren announced that he likes to wrestle with men outside the ring, just in time to go talk to a bunch of school children.

I question the timing.

Now, don’t get me wrong. Back in the dark ages, when I walked 50 miles to school, uphill both ways, in a foot of snow, we had homosexuals in our classes, too. The funny thing is, I don’t remember them getting bullied any worse than undersized kids like me, got bullied. In fact, as we got into high school, they became pretty popular. The guys were usually funny as a stitch, and a lot of them were very talented actors, dancers, and singers. Playing a night watchman in our production of “Scrooge” (I can still do a mean Cockney accent.) gave me first hand knowledge of their talent.

However, these guys did not walk out on the middle of the High School Auditorium Stage and say, “Hey, y’all! Guess what? I’m gay!”

They didn’t have to. We already knew it.

Back in the 1970s, it did not really matter. They were our friends.

There was no political advantage to be had by publicly proclaiming their sexuality.

The point that I’m trying to convey is a simple one: I don’t HAVE to approve of your lifestyle, in order to get along with you.

It is not our Government’s, nor the WWE’s, place to teach our kids that a deviant (out of the norm) sexual preference is, in fact, normal. Parents are responsible for molding and shaping young minds, in accordance with their own beliefs and family traditions, secular and religious.

In a sense, Uncle Sugar and the WWE have it right: Bullying is a serious problem. However, just as our Armed Forces is not, the hallways of a school is not the place for social engineering.

That’s just sooo gay.

The Zimmerman Trial: Guilty By Presidential Decree?

trayvon2After a day of listening to the Prosecution attempt to weave a fantastical yarn, presenting a completely fabricated case against George Zimmerman, I’m having trouble  attempting to wrap my feeble old Southern Cracker mind around this whole unfathomable Dog and Pony Show.

If you were to come and tell me, oh, say, back in 2006, that a United States of America Presidential Administration would attempt to influence the outcome of a local trial in Miami, Florida, by fanning the flames of Racial Animus, becoming the largest apparatus for the support of Professional Race Baiting, ever known to man.

It boggles the mind by its brazen unconstitutionality.

Our System of Law stands on the principle that a man is innocent until proven guilty.

From the beginning of this whole, bloody mess, George Zimmerman has been the target of a Machiavellian-style plot designed to obfuscate, sensationalize, and downright lie about who Trayvon Martin was, and what happened on that fateful night.

For the sake of clarity, allow me to post the following story, which came out immediately following the incident, and may be found may be found at miamiherald.com:

In October, a school police investigator said he saw Trayvon on the school surveillance camera in an unauthorized area “hiding and being suspicious.” Then he said he saw Trayvon mark up a door with “W.T.F” — an acronym for “what the f—.” The officer said he found Trayvon the next day and went through his book bag in search of the graffiti marker.

Instead the officer reported he found women’s jewelry and a screwdriver that he described as a “burglary tool,” according to a Miami-Dade Schools Police report obtained by The Miami Herald. Word of the incident came as the family’s lawyer acknowledged that the boy was suspended in February for getting caught with an empty bag with traces of marijuana, which he called “irrelevant” and an attempt to demonize a victim.

Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the report, which described silver wedding bands and earrings with diamonds.

Trayvon was asked if the jewelry belonged to his family or a girlfriend.

“Martin replied it’s not mine. A friend gave it to me,” he responded, according to the report. Trayvon declined to name the friend.

Trayvon was not disciplined because of the discovery, but was instead suspended for graffiti, according to the report. School police impounded the jewelry and sent photos of the items to detectives at Miami-Dade police for further investigation.

A lawyer for the dead teen’s family acknowledged Trayvon had been suspended for graffiti, but said the family knew nothing about the jewelry and the screwdriver.

“It’s completely irrelevant to what happened Feb. 26,” said attorney Benjamin Crump. “They never heard this, and don’t believe it’s true. If it were true, why wouldn’t they call the parents? Why wasn’t he arrested?”

Trayvon, who was a junior at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School, had never been arrested, police and the family have said.

“We think everybody is trying to demonize him,” Crump said.

No evidence ever surfaced that the jewelry was stolen.

“Martin was suspended, warned and dismissed for the graffiti,” according to the report prepared by schools police.

That suspension was followed four months later by another one in February, in which Trayvon was caught with an empty plastic bag with traces of marijuana in it. A schools police report obtained by The Miami Herald specifies two items: a bag with marijuana residue and a “marijuana pipe.”

The punishment was the third for the teen. On Monday, the family also said Trayvon had earlier been suspended for tardiness and truancy.

The Daily Caller, shortly thereafter, got access to the “Tweets”  of Trayvon.  They revealed a young man who was playing “Gangsta”, spewing vulgarities and talking tough.

Around that time, the Justice Brothers showed up, mugging for the camera, promising justice for Trayvon.

This all happened one month after Trayvon’s death…long enough to “organize” a marketing/publicity campaign of turning a 17 year old pot-smoking, “Lean-drinking”. burglarytool-carrying, Gangster Wannabe with gold in his grill, into an innocent, wide-eyed 12 year old child, wearing a white hoodie, who was savagely murdered by a mean, ol’ “White Hispanic”.

Even Trayvon’s Mom got into the spirit of things, by copyrighting Trayvon’s name, for merchandising purposes.

Something every normal, grieving mother does, when their son gets shot, right?

Back to the unconstitutional part of this whole deal…

As I reported yesterday, Obama and Holder had the DOJ help in the organization of all the “spontaneous” “Justice for Trayvon” rallies we saw early on in this case. That, gentle readers, is unprecedented, and positively Marxist, in nature. Not only that, but Judge Nelson took it upon herself to add a lesser charge of manslaughter, as one of the options for the 6 jurors to find Zimmerman guilty on.

The Government wasn’t even involved to this extent, in the trial of the kidnappers of Lindbergh’s baby, Sacco and Vanzetti.

Today, the defense gets to present its closing arguments. If this was a normal trial, it would be relatively easy to tear apart the Prosecution’s non-existent case, piece by piece, and to paint a picture of an out-of-shape Community Watch member, being struck repeated in the face with Martial Arts-style blow by a 17 year old thug who was straddling him, refusing to let him up, while slamming the back of his head into the sidewalk.

It should be easy, but , Zimmerman’s attorney is not just fighting the Prosecution. He’s going up against a clearly-biased judge, who in turn is being pressured by a Federal Government, who has turned the case into a cause celebre…a Racial Warfare Battleground, designed to show “the people” that “their president” is down with the struggle.

Well…you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.

Let’s hope that those 6 Jurors are not easily fooled.

Until He Comes,

Do Americans Fear Our Own Government?

obamabiggovernmentIn America of 2013, what do you think that Americans fear the most? Our enemies from without or within?

One might think, with the New Boston Massacre fresh on their minds, that Americans would fear the uncertainty of where the terrorists would attack next.

Unfortunately, “one” would be wrong.

A Fox News survey polling a random national sample of 619 registered voters the day after the bombing found despite the tragic event, those interviewed responded very differently than following 9/11.

For the first time since a similar question was asked in May 2001, more Americans answered “no” to the question, “Would you be willing to give up some of your personal freedom in order to reduce the threat of terrorism?”

Of those surveyed on April 16, 2013, 45 percent answered no to the question, compared to 43 percent answering yes.

In May 2001, before 9/11, the balance was similar, with 40 percent answering no to 33 percent answering yes.

But following the terrorist attacks of 9/11, the numbers flipped dramatically, to 71 percent agreeing to sacrifice personal freedom to reduce the threat of terrorism.

Subsequent polls asking the same question in 2002, 2005 and 2006 found Americans consistently willing to give up freedom in exchange for security. Yet the numbers were declining from 71 percent following 9/11 to only 54 percent by May 2006.

Now, it would seem, the famous quote widely attributed to Benjamin Franklin – “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety” – is holding more sway with Americans than it has in over a dozen years.

A similar poll sampling 588 adults, conducted on April 17 and 18 for the Washington Post, also discovered the change in attitude.

“Which worries you more,” the Post asked, “that the government will not go far enough to investigate terrorism because of concerns about constitutional rights, or that it will go too far in compromising constitutional rights in order to investigate terrorism?”

The poll found 48 percent of respondents worry the government will go too far, compared to 41 percent who worry it won’t go far enough.

And similar to the Fox News poll, the Post found the worry to be a fresh development, as only 44 percent worried the government would go too far in January 2006 and only 27 percent worried the government would go too far in January 2010.

Ronald Reagan once famously said,

The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’

Ronaldus Magnus was a prophet.

On October 23rd of last year. Rep. Eric Cantor issued his Majority Leader’s Report, in which he wrote…

There is no excuse for this continuous disregard of legislative authority and the Constitutionally-required separation of powers. In some instances, President Obama attempted to garner legislative authority, failed and then acted unilaterally in defiance. In other instances, the President never even sought to find consensus and instead ignored Congress and its authority from the outset. In speeches, the President has proudly acknowledged that he has acted without Congress, contending that he has no other alternative.

This is no way to govern. The President has set a precedent that even his supporters should find troubling. After all, what would now prevent a subsequent President, with opposite policy predilections, from bypassing the checks on his own authority and enacting his own policies in this same manner? The Founding Fathers wisely gave the President many powers, but making law was not one of them. They understood that laws should not be made by one individual acting alone, but rather through elected representatives working to achieve consensus.

House Republicans have acted to prevent and overturn the President’s harmful actions in order to return economic growth, opportunity and certainty to the American people and American job creators. However, the majority of the bills the House has passed are sitting idly in the Democrat-led Senate, without any action on the part of Democratic Leader Harry Reid or President Obama.

Throughout our nation’s history, presidents have sought common ground and achieved legislative success with opposing party leaders. Many of the laws circumvented in this report were achieved in that manner. Congressional authority must not be disregarded to suit political interests, create unpopular regulations and to avoid the hard work of bipartisan negotiation that has been a hallmark of our Republic since its inception.

Little did Rep. Cantor know that Obama was just getting started.

Just as average Americans feared, after re-election Obama has put “the pedal to the metal” in his pursuit of  his mission to “radically change” the greatest country on the face of the Earth.

Just look at the issues he been attempting to push down the our throats: Gun Confiscation, Homosexual Marriage, and Amnesty, or, as the Administration and all their Liberal allies euphemistically refer to these issues: Gun Control, Gay Marriage, and Immigration Reform.

And, it does not appear that Obama is going to take “NO” for an answer.

Just yesterday, Sen. Joe Manchin told Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday that he and the rest of the Liberals and RINOs (but, I repeat myself) in the Senate are going to continue in their efforts to make it possible for this Administration to confiscate law-abiding Americans guns, even though their most recent attempt failed miserably.

Look at Homosexual Marriage. This summer the Supreme Court will have to make a ruling on it, even though 39 states have already voted against allowing it, including California, whose vote was overruled by a Homosexual Judge.

No “Judicial Activism” there, huh?

Finally, as far as the Gang of Eight, including the naive Sen. Mario Rubio’s, efforts at “Immigration Reform” are concerned, all the country, except, evidently him, knows that it is nothing but a ploy to create 33 million new Democratic Voters.

It is not surprising then, that these polls show that Americans are more afraid of our own government than we are of any external threat that we face in today’s dangerous and oft-times confusing world.

Americans, even after everything we’ve gone through, since Reagan was President, still know the difference between public servants and hack politicians, between freedom and oppression, and between right and wrong.

I believe that the strength of our nation, lies not at 1600 Pennsylvania, Avenue in Washington, DC, nor up on Capitol Hill.

Ronald Reagan said it best:

Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today’s world do not have.

That applies to all of those who seek to take away our FREEDOM…foreign or domestic.

Until He Comes,

KJ
