Cruz Offers to Represent Trump if SCOTUS Hears Penn Fraud Case

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz says he is available and willing to give the oral argument before the U.S. Supreme Court if the court agrees to hear an election lawsuit out of Pennsylvania challenging the constitutionality of lawmakers’ dramatic expansion of absentee voting.

Cruz, the longest-serving solicitor general in the history of Texas and a former law professor at the University of Texas Law School in Austin, was the first U.S. senator to publicly support the case, filed by Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania, 2020 U.S. congressional candidate Sean Parnell and former state representative candidate Wanda Logan.

“If #SCOTUS grants cert in the PA election case, I have told the petitioners I will stand ready to present the oral argument,” Cruz said on Twitter after first disclosing his intent on Fox News Channel. “Because of the importance of the legal issues presented, I’ve publicly urged #SCOTUS to hear the case brought by Congressman Mike Kelly, congressional candidate Sean Parnell & state rep. candidate Wanda Logan challenging the constitutionality of the POTUS election results in PA.”

Kelly’s appeal argues that Pennsylvania legislators last year passed legislation greatly expanding the use of absentee voting as pandemic fears raised worries about in-person processing of votes, making it a “no-excuse” mail-in election and contradicting the state’s constitution. It further derides the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for dismissing Kelly’s lawsuit for “laches,” a legal term for a procedural issue, i.e. saying the case was brought too late.

Cruz was especially critical of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s dismissal on the procedural ground.

“Even more persuasively, the plaintiffs point out that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has also held that plaintiffs don’t have standing to challenge an election law until after the election, meaning that the court effectively put them in a Catch-22: before the election, they lacked standing; after the election, they’ve delayed too long,” Cruz said. “The result of the court’s gamesmanship is that a facially unconstitutional election law can never be judicially challenged.

Cruz also on Monday filed a friend of the court brief – along with 10 of his Senate colleagues – in Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s case challenging the Democratic National Committee’s stance that the Voting Rights Act bans state laws limiting absentee voting. among other measures.

Noted liberal Harvard Law School professor (retired) Alan Dershowitz was on the Kelly File last night, and repeated what he has said before via News Max):

“He came into my class, literally his first day in law school with his right had up – not his left hand, his right hand,” Dershowitz said Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File.”

Cruz challenged his professor on everything, which made his job easier, Dershowitz said.

“I was against the death penalty, he’s in favor. I was in favor of the exclusionary rule, he’s against it,” he said. “And he made such brilliant arguments that I never had to play the devil’s advocate.”

Cruz “was one of the best students I ever had,” Dershowitz said.

Many of his liberal friends criticize him for praising the firebrand conservative, Dershowitz said, but he argues, “I have to tell the truth about my students, even if I disagree with their views – even if I’m not gonna vote for him. I’m not going to change history and pretend that this brilliant student was anything else.”

High praise from a man who knows more about the law than 99% of the practicing attorneys in our nation’s courts today.

Back in September of 2013, right before the disaster known as Obamacare was about to cost Americans their Doctors and Savings Accounts, Cruz held a filibuster on the Senate Floor against it.

His spirited defense of Americans’ right to decide their own health care, reminded me of the indefatigable Jefferson Smith, in Capra’s classic “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington”. Smith (the late, great Jimmy Stewart) says the following as he’s delivering his filibuster:

Just get up off the ground, that’s all I ask. Get up there with that lady that’s up on top of this Capitol dome, that lady that stands for liberty. Take a look at this country through her eyes if you really want to see something. And you won’t just see scenery; you’ll see the whole parade of what Man’s carved out for himself, after centuries of fighting. Fighting for something better than just jungle law, fighting so’s he can stand on his own two feet, free and decent, like he was created, no matter what his race, color, or creed. That’s what you’d see. There’s no place out there for graft, or greed, or lies, or compromise with human liberties.

When you get down to it, what Senator Ted Cruz was speaking about was LIBERTY.

Our American Freedom has been endowed by OUR CREATOR. What happend November 3rd, was simply a step toward a totalitarian regime taking it away.

If Cruz can bring that same passion to the job of convincing the Supreme Court to rule in President Trump’s favor, it should be something that will be talked about for decades to come.

I believe that, if called upon, Ted Cruz would do a fantastic job on behalf of President Trump…

Vichy Republicans Kemp and Raffensperger Defy and Insult Trump on MSM Sunday Morning Talk Shows, Will Not Call Special Session

Georgia officials rejected President Donald Trump’s effort to pressure them to reverse the state’s election result, a day after he repeated claims of voting fraud and berated the Republican governor and secretary of state.

Trump has suggested calling a special session of the Georgia legislature to consider overturning President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state, a move that Gov. Brian Kemp isn’t planning to make, Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan said on Sunday.

Calling the special session would be “a solution trying to find a problem,” Duncan, also a Republican, said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “And we’re certainly not going to move the goalposts at this point in the election.”

Holding the session would lead the state down the path of “nullifying the will of people,” said GOP Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on ABC’s “This Week.”

The officials spoke out after Trump held a Saturday rally in Valdosta, Georgia, in which he took aim at Kemp and Raffensperger for not doing more to help throw out Biden’s victory. The president repeated unsubstantiated and outlandish claims that there was a multistate conspiracy by Democrats to cheat in the Nov. 3 election.

The stated purpose of Trump’s rally had been to urge support for two GOP senators facing re-election in contests that will determine control of the upper chamber. But influential Republicans in the state have expressed concern that Trump’s relentless attacks on the election could backfire, hurting GOP Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, who face Jan. 5 run-offs against Democratic challengers.

At the rally, Trump called on his supporters to vote for the two GOP senators even while insisting the Nov. 3 election was corrupt. He even told them to request absentee ballots, a form of voting the president has repeatedly said corrupted the result of his contest with Biden.

Gabriel Sterling, a Republican who’s the state’s voting system manager, said he’s concerned that Trump’s stance could cost Loeffler and Perdue their Senate seats.

“It’s mixed messaging,” he said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday. “It’s confusing and if you’re telling people don’t trust the election system, why would they bother to show up?”

So, Georgia is run by a bunch of Vichy Republicans doing the Democrats’ dirty work for them.

I’m shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

Not really.

If those listed in the above article were Conservative Republicans, they would not be standing up against President Trump on the Liberal Sunday Morning Talk Shows of the Main Stream Media.

They would have sense enough to be able to observe all of the backlash against the Fox News Channel and all of the other Vichy Republicans who have cove out against the President and his team’s efforts to #StopTheSteal and preserve the rights of those American citizens who legally voted.

Instead, Kemp and company are behaving like Stacey Abrams’ lap dogs.

They must have taken Mitt Romney’s Video Training Seminar “How to Be Democrat in Republican’s Clothing”.

I always wonder how sell-outs like these disgraces to the South look at themselves in the mirror.

Then I say to myself,

Self, they’re not looking the mirror. They’re too busy counting all of money that the Democrats are paying them under the table to betray those who trusted them.

Just like the Fox News Channel has.

But, I digress…

These Vichy Republicans in Georgia are just like the underachieving employee who sucks up to the Personnel Director or upper management of a company in order to move up to a better paying position without actually doing anything.

Dr. Laurence J. Peter wrote in his 1968 Best Seller “The Peter Principle”, that

You will see that in every hierarchy the cream rises until it sours.” (Italics are his.)

Gov. Kemp and his merry band of Vichy Republicans have gone about as far as they are going to rise in politics.

President Trump Warns MAGA Rally, “If the Other Side Manages to Steal Both Elections, We Will Have Total One Party Socialist Control”

President Donald Trump delivered a stirring rebuke of the “rigged election” as he campaigned for Republican senators left to fight for Senate control in the Jan. 5 runoff elections, which he warned Democrats are going to try to “steal,” too.

“You must go vote and vote early starting Dec. 14 – you have to do it – they cheated and they rigged this presidential election, but we will still win it,” Trump told a large Valdosta, Georgia, rally Saturday night, which aired live on Newsmax TV. “We will still win it.

“And they’re going to try to rig this election, too.”

Incumbents Sens. David Perdue, R-Ga., and Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., face challenges from Democrats Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock in runoff elections that might determine the balance of power in the Senate.

Republicans already hold 50 Senate seats, but if Democrats sweep the two Georgia runoffs and Joe Biden wins the White House, the vice president casts the deciding vote in a 50-50 tie.

“At least you have two beauties, and you know what you also have two beauties running against them, but beauty in a different way,” Trump told a raucous crowd of Republican supporters. “They’re two beauties, but there’s never been a case where a state has this prominence on the Senate races, because they’re never together.

“This is something that’s very important, and you have to get out you have to vote. You have to make sure you have every vote counted. Everybody vote has to count. You got to make sure they don’t throw away any ballots. You got to make sure that when they collect the ballots – they’re bragging about how many ballots they have already collected – you’ve got to make sure your secretary of state does what the hell he’s doing.

“And you got to make sure your governor gets a lot tougher than he’s been. He’s gotta get a lot tougher.”

Trump seemed to admit remaining in the White House is an uphill battle, suggesting Vice President Mike Pence would not be the one casting the deciding vote in the next Senate if Democrats win a 50-50 Senate split with a Jan. 5 sweep.

“At stake in this election is control of the U.S. Senate, and that really means control of this country,” Trump said. “The voters of Georgia will determine which party runs every committee, writes every piece of legislation, controls every single taxpayer dollar.

“Very simply you will decide whether your children will grow up in a socialist country or whether they will grow up in a free country.”

He added later, “if the other side manages to steal both elections, we will have total one party socialist control. And everything you care about will be gone. Your whole philosophy is going to be gone.”

The crowd broke out in a “Stop the steal” chant, before Trump added: “But we’re working hard to ensure that it doesn’t happen, and now they’re trying to steal these two important Senate seats from Georgia.”

Gentle readers…do you realize what President Trump was saying to Americans last night? A lot more is at stake in this rigged Presidential Election than just the future of Donald J. Trump.

Look around you. Average Americans have been witnessing the purposeful unraveling of the safeguards which those before us have put in place in order that we might live in a society where we can feel safe to venture from our homes.

Not only that, but as the cry from the “New Bolsheviks” is becoming louder and more high-pitched to do away with traditional law and order, spineless Democrat Governors and Mayors are actually giving them what they want: anarchy.

Why do they want anarchy?

Through the mobilization of “useful Idiots” like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and Hollywood celebrities, private and political power brokers have “taken advantage of a crisis” to make their move to stoke the fires of anarchy through the use of organized riots in major American cities.

They have used the death of George Floyd to attack and attempt to eliminate our first line of defense: “The Thin Blue Line”.

Because their efforts to take out President Trump continued to fail, these power brokers decided to follow the example of Vladimir Lenin, the disciple of Karl Marx, and start a revolution at the grass roots level with their own “New Bolsheviks”, the “useful idiots” who I mentioned earlier. And now, we know that while this outward rebellion was going on, the Democrat Elite and their benefactors were setting up the most massive Election Fraud Operation in American History. It is imperative that Patriotic Americans continue to stand with and support our President.

If we do not keep a strong American Patriot like President Trump in office, the Democrats’ dream of a Socialist Utopia ushered in through anarchy achieved by fiery rhetoric designed to shame Americans into not standing up to them, will be successful.

They have already succeeding in having young Americans literally kiss the feet of those whom they have supposedly “offended”.

They even succeeded in causing the cancellation of “Cops” after 32 years on television and “Live P.D.”, a very popular program on A&E.

The “useful idiots” as Marxist Revolutionaries have always called their puppets, are out of control and becoming more bold every day. The Rigged Presidential election proved it.

It is time for Americans to stand up for our country and to stop this attempted coup by the Democrat Elite and their Far Left “useful Idiots”.

Two weeks ago, Gov. Brian Kemp certified the state’s election results. After a hand recount, Trump gained 888 votes, leaving Biden with a lead of some 12,670 votes, That would make Biden winner of the state’s 16 electoral votes with a margin of victory of about 0.2%.

The rally is expected to attract thousands of MAGA supporters, who believe the state wrongfully called the presidential election for Biden.

Which, of course, they did.

There have been voices among both the Democrats and the Vichy Republicans stating the President Trump should NOT resume his MAGA Rallies.

Just like Trump did, with his refusal early in his campaign to “act more presidential”, he should still be taking his message directly to the American People.

He is at his best when he is around hard-working average Americans.

You see, Gentle Readers, Trump has always been a “people person”.

That is the reason that, when he was still a contributor to Fox News, he would speak to everyone in the building, from the maintenance crew, on up the ladder.

As Sam Walton, the Founder of Walmart, knew, you don’t inspire people by acting imperious and above it all.

“Mr. Sam”, until his health would no longer allow him to do so, would travel to Walmart Stores in his old pickup truck, with a tie and a baseball cap on, visiting the employees, in order to find out how his stores were doing.

He knew that the only way to be successful and to stay in touch with the public, was to be out among them, and speak to them honestly and directly, as one would speak to a friend.

Just as President Trump did when he went on a “Thank You” Tour and as he continues with his Daily Tweets to the American People..

The Political Establishment, of both parties, lost that concept, a long time ago.

Bypassing the borders to communication, historically determined by both political parties and the Main Stream Media, is a concept which I first witnessed being used by a Presidential Candidate in the 1980 Presidential Election, the before-mentioned Ronald Wilson Reagan.

While I am not comparing the two, I am noting that this strategy has proved effective for both men.

Regardless of what the Main Stream Media, INCLUDING TURNCOAST FOX NEWS, is telling you, Trump continues to strike a resonant chord in the hearts of Average Americans, living here in the part of America, which the snobbish Political Elites refer to as “Flyover Country”, but which we refer to as “America’s Heartland”, or, quite simply, “HOME”.

The reason being, President Trump is still keeping his promises.

He does not talk down to us while disparaging our Sovereign Nation, as his predecessor did.

Trump talks to us in a plain-spoken, clearly understood way, a style which is in stark contrast to an opposition party full of professional politicians, whose only interest is the regaining of power in Washington, D.C., at whatever the cost.

Ever time that the President of the United States of America, the most powerful man in the world, holds a MAGA Rally, average Americans leave when it is over feeling good about themselves and their role in determining our future, unselfishly giving us the credit for his victory on November 8, 2016.

Poor old demented Joe Biden, the doddering old man whom the Democrats and their lackeys, the MSM, are calling the “President-Elect” couldn’t draw 100 voters to any of his “rallies”.

Heck, he couldn’t create enough energy when he spoke to power one of the twinkling lights on a Christmas Tree.

In stark contrast, tonight, President Trump will have thousands of Americans standing and cheering.

And, the Dems want average Americans to believe that Sleepy Joe Biden won “fair and square”?

GA Video Footage Shows Poll Workers Counting Ballots Hidden in Suitcases Under Tables After Workers Were Sent Home

Video footage presented by attorneys for the Trump campaign is alleged to show Georgia’s Fulton County poll workers counting ballots without monitors present, attorney Jacki Pick said Thursday on Newsmax TV.

A private security firm inside Atlanta’s State Farm Arena provided the surveillance video to Trump campaign lawyers at 1 a.m. ET on Thursday, Pick told Thursday’s “Stinchfield.”

“We just got it at 1 a.m., a big team watched it, and we were shocked at what we saw,” Pick, a volunteer attorney in Georgia who presented the evidence to the state Senate earlier Thursday, told host Grant Stinchfield.

The video confirms what the campaign’s witnesses have sworn to in affidavits, Pick contended.

“Yes, people were sent home, told to stop working, stop counting, but some people stayed behind: Sure enough, just as our poll watchers – well, our monitors – had said,” Pick said, saying the video shows suitcases being pulled from under a table covered by a black cloth — purportedly holding thousands of ballots.

The Epoch Times tweeted the full surveillance video Thursday afternoon:

“WATCH: Footage of State Farm Arena in #Atlanta shows that after poll monitors and media were told counting was done, four workers stayed behind to count #ballots, at times pulling out suitcases containing ballots from underneath desks. Watch full video: https://youtube.com/watch?v=keANzinHWUA”

In presenting the evidence to the Georgia state Senate, Pick rejected an official’s claim that allegations of no poll monitor being present has been debunked, saying the video was just received Thursday and could not have already been debunked.

“Obviously, that’s not true,” Pick continued. “Whoever said that – I believe it was the Secretary of State [Brad Raffensperger] clearly wasn’t present: Check. Or hasn’t seen this video: Check.

“So, who do you believe? The secretary of state or the video?”

Trump tweeted about the evidence, too, even as it was conspicuously slapped with an unsubstantiated Twitter “disputed” tag:

“Wow! Blockbuster testimony taking place right now in Georgia. Ballot stuffing by Dems when Republicans were forced to leave the large counting room. Plenty more coming, but this alone leads to an easy win of the State!”

Trump added hours later:

“People in Georgia got caught cold bringing in massive numbers of ballots and putting them in “voting” machines. Great job @BrianKempGA!”

Pick said the next step in the gathering of evidence is to subpoena the election counting logs during that time frame.

Pick said the evidence shown in the video contains more than enough votes being counted without a monitor to surpass the margin of victory for Biden. She added that a number of other voter fraud allegations are in the 64-page complaint being presented in Georgia.

“The president has more than one way to meet his burden to contest the election,” Pick said. “But certainly this evidence we have now in this video is quite strong to cast doubt. Because no matter what those ballots said, he does not have to show how they voted or would have voted had they not been questionable.​

“It doesn’t matter. They broke Georgia law here by not permitting our Republican poll watchers and press to be present. That’s required by statute.”

The poll counters in the video might face scrutiny, but Pick said the legal team’s priority is to show the unlawful counting of votes in the presidential election first.

“The plot will likely thicken,” Pick concluded.

A spokesperson for Fulton County said to Epoch, “Any credible report of such activity will be investigated and addressed as provided by Georgia law.”

Sure it will.

And, the check’s in the mail.

Everyone, from Far Left Democrats to NeverTrumpers to Republicans who believe that Trump has no chance to win a victory in the Supreme Court because they will simply not want to be involved has asked the same question:

“Where’s the evidence?”

Never mind the opinion of experts and the sworn written testimony of a lot of eyewitnesses to the massive Election Fraud which swept our nation.

Or, the covert information which has been shared behind the scenes.

Or, this little Slip-up…

By gosh, by golly, this election was as clean as the drive snow…after the dog sled had run run over it.

The very act of Republican Poll Watchers not being allowed to do their jobs , should have been enough get SCOTUS involved.

Our Presidential Election is a glorious exercise of our Constitutional Rights to choose who will be the President of the United States for the next 4 years.

And, regardless of how things go in the next couple of weeks, you will not be able to convince me that Joe Biden is the LEGITIMATE President-Elect.

As Obama’s Vice -President, he used his positioned to find lucrative jobs with international companies for that pedophiliac crack-head son of his.

And, old Joe himself is so addled by dementia that he only has two brain cells left and they are fighting to the death.

You will never convince me that Joe Biden was the victor for one reason:

Average Americans living between the coasts would subject themselves to watching the Harpies of “The View” that to vote Joe Biden into office.

Americans love the Trump Economy. They did not and do not want to take a step back.

I have a feeling that the footage from Georgia is just the tip of the iceberg.

Maestro Trump is just warming up the band before getting this party started.

President Donald Trump stood before a White House lectern and delivered a 46-minute address he called “the most important speech” of his presidency, focusing on his campaign’s allegations of election fraud and blasting special counsel John Durham for moving too slowly. (Seen above) Trump lamented that findings from Durham’s investigation into potential FBI malfeasance in its probe of Russian meddling in the 2016 political cycle didn’t surface before the most recent election last month, effectively altering the course of the race.

“We caught them all,” Trump said from the White House Diplomatic Room. “We’re still waiting for a report from a man named Durham who I’ve never spoken to and never met. They can go after me before the election as much as they want, but unfortunately Mr. Durham didn’t want to go after these people . . . before the election, so who knows if he’ll ever even do a report.”

Attorney General William Barr has granted Durham special counsel authority in his investigation of the investigators.

“If you look at the lies and leaks and illegal acts done by so many people,” Trump insisted, “something should happen. The hardest thing I have to do is explain why nothing is happening to all of these people who got caught spying on my campaign.”

Trump also reiterated his claim that the Nov. 3 election was “rigged,” after even AG Barr announced he’s unearthed no proof of widespread voter fraud that would alter the outcome of the vote. Major news outlets have declared Joe Biden winner, a conclusion Trump’s legal team is challenging on the basis of those fraud claims.

(Though Newsmax has called several battleground states for Biden following official certification of their vote tallies, it has not yet called the overall election for either man, pending the outcome of the legal challenges.)

“This is not just about honoring the votes of 74 million Americans who voted for me,” Trump said. “It’s about ensuring that Americans can have faith in this election. And in all future elections.”

His overarching claim: “This election is about great voter fraud, fraud that has never been seen like this before.”

Trump’s team has taken issue with Biden’s vote tallies, which put him at a record 80 million votes, saying this owes much to systemic fraud and manipulation.

Trump alleged that in Pennsylvania, “large amounts of mail-in and absentee ballots were processed illegally and in secret in Philadelphia and Allegheny County without our observers present.”

Trump also zeroed in on the extensive use of mail-in ballots this year, restating his contention of problems with the “Democrat Party’s relentless push to print and mail out tens of millions of ballots sent to unknown recipients with virtually no safeguards of any kind.”

Use of mail-in ballots soared this year as Democrats encouraged their use to reduce in-person voting during a pandemic.

President Donald J. Trump has been a fighter all of his life.

From his wars against local politicians like Charles Nadler in New York City to his battles against the Democrats, the Main Stream Media, and the Vichy Republicans during his first Presidential Campaign and his first term as President, Americans have learned that Trump does not back down.

He says what he means and he means what he says.

Donald J. Trump is a straight shooter.

That is why he communicates so well with the thousands of average Americans who attend his MAGA Rallies.

And, why they still stand behind him, even when the turncoats at Fox News have not.

There is nothing that this man can’t or won’t do to fulfill the promises which he has made to American Voter and there is nothing that he would not sacrifice tin order to Make America Great Again.

That is why when the MSM, the Democrat Elite, and the Vichy Republicans cry for his to concede, my response to them is

“I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for him to do that if I was you.”

Simply put, Donald J. Trump is not ready to hand over the reins of the country to Sleepy Joe Biden.

The full House will vote on the new speaker when it convenes in early January. Her comments come as a bipartisan group including Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Mitt Romney, R-Utah, push for coronavirus relief legislation and pressure grows on lawmakers to take action, according to a Tuesday report from The Washington Post. McEnany said Trump has “continually put the pressure on” Pelosi for a bill but the speaker has been “laughable.” “She wants this amount of funding to open schools and we give that we give more than that and she rejects it,” said McEnany, adding that the bipartisan group needs to put pressure on “radicals” such as Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar who “control Nancy Pelosi like a marionette puppet.” Also on Tuesday, McEnany said she was appearing on the program in her official role as press secretary but still commented that the president has been “unapologetic” for the past 10 months in saying mail-in voting “is subject to fraud.” “This has been a key part of what he has talked about when it comes to election integrity. He wants to make sure signatures are matched,” she said. She added that when Pelosi took the gavel, her first bill was one to allow illegal immigrants on voting rolls and to allow ballots to be cast without signature matching. “Democrats for years, far before the 2016 election, the 2020 election, have tried to make our election system less secure,” she claimed. “The president is going to continue to fight for that while also saying it’s important to turn out and vote while also perfecting the system.”

As CNN’s Wolf Blitzer found out the hard way a couple of months ago, the word “delusional” does not even begin to cover San Fran Nan’s s Superiority Complex and her tone-deafness when it comes to average Americans’ wishes.

Nancy Pelosi’s station in life defies logic.

As she has shown us for decades and these past four years especially, she has to be the most tone deaf aristocrat since Marie Antoinette, who, when supposedly asked about the starving rabble in France, quipped,

Let them eat cake!

For her to completely brush off the plight of America’s small business owners and employees in our to try to “bully” President Trump into giving her the outrageous sum of taxpayer money that she wants to “share” with illegal immigrants and all of her other special interest groups, in not just tone-deaf…it’s oblivious. It is also obvious that she is stalling because she rightly believes that she will be able to walk all over Sleepy Joe Biden when (and if) he becomes President.

There are two possibilities for Pelosi’s misjudgment of the American People:

  1. She has been so sheltered from us “rabble” during all of those years up on Capitol Hill, that she simply is clueless to the daily lives of average Americans and how we feel on the issues of the day. Or…
  2. She, like Joe Biden, is a victim of galloping dementia.

The brilliant Conservative Economist, Dr. Thomas Sowell once wrote,

“…Perhaps the most remarkable feature of the world envisioned by today’s liberals is that it is a world where other people just passively accept whatever “change” liberals impose. In the world of Liberal Land, you can just take for granted all the benefits of the existing society, and then simply tack on your new, wonderful ideas that will make things better.”

Pelosi and her compatriots are holding up giving additional money to America’s small businesses to leverage for add-ons to the bill which will strictly be political pork to the Democrats’ handpicked special interest groups and these add-ons will have nothing to do with the Chinese Coronavirus.

Like the money they added to the Stimulus Package for the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Liberal Ideas always cost taxpayer money…and they never make things better for the average American.

President Ronald Reagan once famously said,

It isn’t so much that liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so.

A quotation which also helps to explain Pelosi’s gross overestimation of the popularity of Liberal Ideals among Average Americans here in “Flyover Country”.

Pelosi’s continued denial of the fact that Americans rejected the political ideology of the Democrats and voted for change in the 2016 Presidential Election appears to be a part of an alternative reality that she and the rest of the “Special Snowflakes” who voted for Hillary Clinton and who compose the Far Left Base of the Modern Democratic Party, have transformed themselves into, considering all they have done during the past 4 years since the election is to try to damage President Donald J. Trump and remove him from office by any means necessary.

The pain of their frustration remains so immense over Clinton’s loss that they have created a reality in which Clinton actually beat Trump, one in which their embracing of the tenets of Marxism has won the hearts and minds of the American People.

Their undersized medulla oblongotas and oversized craniums will not allow them to accept the fact that Americans completely rejected their candidate, Hillary Clinton, and their Political Ideology on that fateful day in November.

So, they have retreated to that alternative reality, where they can feed and ride their unicorns somewhere over the rainbow and where they will find rest in their “Safe Space”.

And, if “Marie Antoinette” Pelosi and all of her cronies want to remain “sheltered in place”, let them stay there.

Average Americans want to get back to their jobs so that they can provide for their families.

Average Americans’ individual freedom means more to them than Pelosi’s room-sized freezer full of ice cream means to her.

The time to “Reopen America’s Economy Again” is at hand.

Her and her fellow members of the Democratic Elite can either help or shut up and get out of the way.

Pelosi needs to face actual reality and “wisen up”.

However, I would not hold my breath waiting for that to happen any time soon.

The FBI is Looking at Evidence of Election Fraud Gathered By the Armistad Society

The FBI is using voter fraud information collected by the Amistad Project, the project’s director, Phillip Kline, said Monday on Newsmax TV.

Kline, who is former attorney general of Kansas, tweeted the news on Sunday.

Appearing on “Stinchfield,” Kline said the group’s investigations show “what we call the blood in the street. It’s after the crime is committed. And what evidence is there to show that a crime has been committed.”

The FBI is looking at evidence uncovered by Amistad Society investigators who have crunched data from the government, then reached out to actual voters to see if how they voted actually matches the government’s data.

“And we’ve come up with tens of thousands of Republican ballots that were not counted,” Kline told host Grant Stinchfield. “We’ve come up with hundreds of thousands of Republicans who say they never requested a ballot, but they voted absentee by somebody else. We’ve identified people outside of the state who voted within the state. And all of this occurred in the key swing states that we’re speaking about.”

Kline said all of the areas investigated “had hundreds of millions of dollars poured into their election offices by Mark Zuckerberg.”

The Facebook CEO, Kline said, poured in $400 million into the election, matching the federal government expenditures, through his charities.

“They paid the election judges, they paid the people who boarded up the windows, they bought the machines and America was kicked out of the counting room, and a billionaire invited in, in all of the swing state urban core cities, and that is a violation the law.”

Amistad’s data show that all of these changes benefited Democratic strongholds as they were suppressing the vote in Republican strongholds, Kline said, “and then we had them sidestepping the law and accepting ballots they should not have accepted”.

So, who are these guys?

There were more Democratic Voters than population in several precincts throughout the country.

And, while the number of votes counted as being for Joe Biden was excessive, the number of Republican Poll Watchers was non-existent…because they were not allowed to properly view the counting of the ballots.

Those two things alone should have been enough to cause a national outcry and a full-blown investigation by the Department of Justice.

However, they and their boss, Attorney General William Barr, have been as quiet as a teenager trying to go up the stairs to their room after coming home after curfew.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that the FBI may actually be investigating the largest case of Election Fraud in American History…but…what the heck have they been doing doing since Election Night?

I can understand why they probably did not announce that they were investigating what happened.

After all, a bunch of Deep State Bureaucrats still work in the DOJ and I am sure that investigating their bosses among the Democrat Elite for Election Fraud would be the last thing that they would want to do.

However, the public outcry, at least here between the coasts, was deafening.

Even Stevie Wonder could see that the President Election was rigged.

Those who worship and value the Washingtonian Status Quo are attempting to ignore the fact of Election Fraud to the point that they continue to refer to Joe Biden as the President-Elect, a title which does not exist.

Donald J. Trump is still the President.

And, if the data and the testimony of eyewitnesses is correct, he will remain President until 2024.

Otherwise, this country could be heading for something that has not been seen since 1865 but has been foretold in the last section of a “Book” which is known as a “two-edged sword”.

Sen. Rand Paul on Election Polling Places’ “Data Dumps”: “These Vote Updates are Outliers of Outliers”

Count Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., as an election “statistical anomaly” skeptic and one wary of big tech censorship of conservative voices.

Paul noted President Donald Trump’s “margin of ‘defeat'” was covered by overnight “data dumps” in four key battleground states.

Paul tweeted:

“Interesting . . . Trump margin of “defeat” in 4 states occurred in 4 data dumps between 1:34-6:31 AM. Statistical anomaly? Fraud? Look at the evidence and decide for yourself.(That is, if Big Tech allows u to read this) Anomalies in Vote Counts; https://votepatternanalysis.substack.com/p/voting-anomalies-2020”

On cue, Twitter slapped a “this claim about election fraud is disputed.”

Twitter has been using that to reject Republican attempts to contest the presidential election results amid evidence of illegal votes, including from those who are deceased, unconstitutional election law changes forced by courts and Democrat officials against the will of the state legislatures, and questions about election voting systems.

The voting anamolies outlined by the report linked to by Paul are:

“An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump

An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump

A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump

An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump”

According to the data study:

“In particular, we are able to quantify the extent of compliance with this property and discover that, of the 8,954 vote updates used in the analysis, these four decisive updates were the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th most anomalous updates in the entire data set. Not only does each of these vote updates not follow the generally observed pattern, but the anomalous behavior of these updates is particularly extreme. That is, these vote updates are outliers of the outliers.”

Well, duuuh.

That is what average Americans living between the coasts have been screaming since they woke up on November 4th, 2020.

There is no doubt that the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election was manufactured and is blatantly false.

For all of the Liberals demanding proof, there are thousands of sworn eyewitness accounts of Election Fraud being committed in major cities within Michigan, George, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania as they counted votes after the voting precincts closed.

There were accounts of trucks pulling up with “newly-discovered” mail-in ballots covertly delivered to Democratic Poll Workers in the wee hours of November 4th when the vote counting was supposed to be shut down due to computer issues.

There were accounts of Republican Poll Watchers being kept out of the places where Democrats were counting ballots.

Liberal judges have been denying the Trump Team due process and reversing decisions which they made that were favorable to Trump.

“That’s a nice-looking family you’ve got there. It would be a shame if anything happened to them.”

The Biden Team immediately set up a fictitious “Office of the President-elect”, even though the votes have yet to be certified and Trump refuses to concede to a demented old fool whose handlers cheated to win.

The way that the Democrats and their minions in the Main Stream Media have been cramming their version down everybody’s throats, while insisting that Trump concede NOW, makes them look a guilty suspect being interrogated by Sergeant Hank Voight on Chicago PD. They want the investigation to end before their guilt is discovered.

Their problem is the fact that they majority of Americans living between the coasts do not believe that Joe Biden is anything but a sickly 78-year old man battling dementia who could not draw 100 people to his campaign appearances.

Americans want the investigations into Election Fraud to continue.

They do not want an addled-brained cheater to be their President

They want their votes to count, too.

They want a clean, clear decision.

Giuliani Says That Team Trump Will Be Lobbying Key State Legislatures to Pick Their Own Electors in Addition to Their Lawsuits…How We Got Here

Rudy Giuliani says he and his associates contesting election results on behalf of President Donald Trump will be lobbying state legislatures in key states to assert their authority in determining the electors for the Electoral College in addition to their legal challenges because they ”don’t have a lot of time.”

Appearing on Newsmax TV’s ”Greg Kelly Reports” on Thursday, Giuliani said the Trump campaign is taking a two-prong approach.

”We’re doing both, with equal speed and enthusiasm and taking advantage of which one gives us the hearing the quickest. And which one will work fastest for us,” said Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City. ”Because we don’t have a lot of time. We’ve got a lot of evidence; we don’t have a lot of time. And we’re facing a major censorship, so it’s very hard to get this information out to the public.

”The public has only a small idea of the kind of evidence we have.”

Giuliani’s comments come on the day that a federal appeals court refused to hear the Trump campaign’s appeal of a lawsuit challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania rejected by Barack Obama-appointed district court Judge Matthew Brann.

The former mayor disputed the contention saying he had affidavits from election observers that were denied access to witness ballots being counted, of absentee ballots being ”cured” — that is, information such as a voter signature or missing secrecy envelope was allowed to be corrected, among other irregularities.

”The situation in Michigan was worse than the situation in Pennsylvania,” Giuliani said. ”The situation in Wisconsin was outrageous. I mean they have all these absentee ballots without applications. In Nevada, they used a machine that basically didn’t work and let every signature go through, even though it’s illegal to use a machine. I mean they cheated in all the places that were critical to them. And you know they did, because Trump was way ahead on the night of the election. It’s impossible that (Joe) Biden would have come back in every single one of those places. Impossible.”

Giuliani’s strategy appears to already have some traction in Pennsylvania, where state Sen. Doug Mastriano said half of the leadership in both houses of the General Assembly, both controlled by Republicans, support the efforts to reclaim their authority to appoint electors to the Electoral College.

”I’ve spent two hours online trying to coordinate this with my colleagues. And there’s a lot of good people working this here,” Mastriano said Friday on ”War Room,” former White House strategist Steve Bannon’s video podcast.

”Saying, that the resolution saying we’re going to take our power back. We’re going to seat the electors. Now obviously we’re going to need the support of the leadership of the House and Senate. We’re getting there on that.”

How did we get to this point?

I’m talking about the point to where the most revered bastion of Individual Freedom and Religious Liberty, the United States of America, is in a fight to continue its life as a Constitutional Republican against forces foreign and domestic which seek to make it into just another “Democratic Socialist” nation (i.e., Fascist Marxist country)

I supposed that we should have paid attention way back when Norman Matoon Thomas gave us fair warning,

At the height of the Cold War and the Vietnam War era, the Socialist Party USA of Eugene Debs and Norman Thomas split in two over the issue of whether or not to criticize the Soviet Union, its allies, and Communism: One faction rejected and denounced the USSR and its allies—including Castro’s Cuba, the Sandinistas, North Vietnam and the Viet Cong—and supported Poland’s Solidarity Movement, etc.  This anti-Communist faction took the name Social Democrats USA. (Many of its leaders—including Carl Gershman, who became Jeane Kirkpatrick’s counselor of embassy at the United Nations—eventually grew more conservative and became Reagan Democrats.) The other faction, however, refused to reject Marxism, refused to criticize or denounce the USSR and its allies, and continued to support Soviet-backed policies—including the nuclear-freeze program that sought to consolidate Soviet nuclear superiority in Europe. This faction, whose leading figure was Michael Harrington, in 1973 took the name Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (DSOC); its membership included many former Students for a Democratic Society activists.

In a document titled “Where We Stand,” DSA outlines in detail its political perspectives. Here is an excerpt…

“Social redistribution—the shift of wealth and resources from the rich to the rest of society—will require: massive redistribution of income from corporations and the wealthy to wage earners and the poor and the public sector, in order to provide the main source of new funds for social programs, income maintenance and infrastructure rehabilitation, and a massive shift of public resources from the military (the main user of existing discretionary funds) to civilian uses.”

Sound hauntingly familiar, “comrades”?

Well, most recently the Former (Thank God) President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, spoke about “sharing the wealth” to a plumber named Joe during his 2008 Presidential Campaign.

One hundred years ago in Russia, a revolution was based on this very idea.

Marxism remains nothing but an unworkable theory. No government which has taken it as their political philosophy has ever flourished. The government grew and those working within it became rich while the “Proletariat” or average working citizens starved, giving all they had “for the good of the State”.

For quite a while now, I have been referring to those of the Far Left Democratic Party as the “New Bolsheviks”.

To be immodest, it looks like I nailed that one.

These new “useful idiots” are so “out there” that they have the Old Guard of the Democratic Party cowered and on the verge of allowing them to run the party and their Presidential Candidate, Joe Biden, whose mind is so addled due to dementia, that he won’t know what is going on anyway.

As America has witnessed, the Democratic Party has been moving further and further to the left side of the Political Spectrum for decades now.

So, it is really no surprise that they have become the very thing which they have been whining about for several years: fascists.

But they are not becoming just any kind of fascists.They have become Marxist Fascists, extolling the “benevolent goodness” of an all-powerful Central Government who will take care of everyone from cradle to grave and willing to do anything in order to remake America into a Socialist Paradise.

And, those who refuse to submit and accept the Democrat’s historic Election Fraud and give up their right to choose our next President as guaranteed to us by our Constitution are shunned and ridiculed as “intolerant, ignorant hillbillies”.

As I have written before, America is facing a war for the very soul of our Sovereign Nation.
