Activist Judges and the Power of the Judiciary

Welcome to Saturday! Here’s your quick thought for today: On May 28th, 1788 one of our Founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton published The Federalist Paper #78, titled “The Judicial Department”.

In this paper, he explores the powers of the Judicial Branch of our Constitutional Republic. The following is an excerpt from a summary of this paper by the National Constitution Center:

“Whoever attentively considers the different departments of power must perceive, that, in a government in which they are separated from each other, the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.”

In other words, like the Federal Judges who ruled yesterday that President Trump must not allow SNAP payments to stop for 42 million Americans who may or may not deserve them, judges can want, suggest, and rule all they want.

However, the President is the Chief Executive Officer of our nation and the Congress holds the key to the purse.

Judges can actually be impeached because of bad behavior on the bench.

Once they give up their important job of ruling by the law only and not their personal politics, they tip the Scales of Justice toward the side of the political party which they belong to or they support.

When the Democrat Elite could not destroy President Trump through crooked prosecutors, they decided to use politically-influenced judges.

This is not what our Founders envisioned when they drew up our wonderful documents like The Federalist Papers and the Constitution itself. Our country cannot continue to be purposefully divided by the Democrat Elite for political gain.

The Democrats vs America:  “But… But… Trump!”

The Democrat Party’s minions in the Legacy Media are actually keeping count of how many Narco-terrorists have been sent to hell by our Armed Forces in our war against these emissaries of evil who are killing Americans while getting rich through the sell of illegal and often fatal drugs.

Meanwhile, local network affiliates in cities like Memphis, TN, where the Safety Task Force has come in town to clean up the mess left by the poor stewardship of Democrat Municipal Administrations, are reporting in an extremely biased way on social media where roadblocks are, where ICE raids are being held, and the machinations of the local politicians who are desperate to find a way to get these representatives of Law and Order out of town so that they can get back to the business of corruption.

Meanwhile, the Democrats continue to refuse to come to the table and negotiate with President Trump in order to fund our government because he refuses to finance free healthcare for illegals and free stuff for perverts around the world.

Last, and certainly least, the Legacy Media is going out of its Hive-mind while stirring the pot for their Democrat Masters over President Trump’s renovation of the East Wing into a 1,000 seat banquet facility designed to welcome our country’s foreign and domestic diplomats, politicians, and Business Leaders in order to further our foreign and domestic policy achievements.

Pay no attention to the fact that other presidents have renovated and even gutted the entire White House.

I can sum up all of this political propaganda designed to split our country in half into three words: Trump Derangement Syndrome.

The Democratic Party and all their political minions, including the Legacy Media, are positively eaten up with the fact that the American people gave President Donald J Trump a mandate to get our country back on the right path, to close our borders, to deport illegal aliens, and restore Law and Order to our cities.

If President Trump announced that zombies were attacking, the Democrats would go out to greet them while trying to get them free healthcare, and Legacy Media would try to interview them.

What Americans are witnessing in terms of the words and actions of the Democrat Party and their media allies is all linked to their uncontrollable lust for totalitarian Marxisy political power and the fact that Americans ruined their hopes and dreams by electing Donald J Trump as president last November.

This ravenous craving for power has so taken them over that, as scripture tells us, they view evil as good and good as evil.

Until those in power, the Democrat Elite, realize that their un-American Marxist totalitarian strategy to regain power has not been embraced by average Americans, except for the morons living up in New York City who are about to elect a Marxist Islamic Terrorist-loving rich guy who has never worked a day in his life, their popularity poll numbers will continue to fall and they will continue to be rejected by Americans

…and they will remain a source of entertainment and scorn on social media.

No Kings Day Fails, America  Still Doesn’t Have a King

Today I’m going to write about the results of the No Kings AstroTurf protest yesterday in which members of the Hive’mind, paid and unpaid, came out on a Saturday and protested in major cities all over the country.

From the reports which I have been reading this morning, about 3,000 protesters showed up in boston, not the picture of hundreds of thousands which has been posted in several locations, but actually just some senior citizens protesting in Boston.

Reports have emerged that about 100,000 showed up in New York, but they all left at exactly 1:00 when their shift was over. What does that tell you?

And come about 1,000, 500 people, mostly senior citizens, showed up in Memphis and milled around and “left early for the Early Bird Special at Piccadilly.” (H/T Todd Starnes)

There was a good size crowd in Washington, and the usual suspects came out to show their support, including old communist Bernie Sanders, old hag Nancy Pelosi tearing up a bunch of papers to excite the crowd, and a bunch of Furries.

Furries, if you didn’t know, are cowardly sexual perverts who had the identity using costumes looking like a bunch of college mascots who hold “conventions” and tear up hotel rooms.

So, in other words, No Kings Day was a total flop, resulting in George Soros and all of his fellow travelers. including the Communist Party USA, who also sponsored the event, not getting their money’s worth.

The results seen in the above 2024 electoral map still hold true.

Donald J Trump is still the onstitutionally-elected President of the United States of America.

We still live in a Constitutional Republic.

The Star Spangled Banner still waves over the Land of the Free in the zhome of the Brave.

And, most importantly … God is still in control.

Welcome to No Kings Day: Brought to You by Megadonors and “Useful Idiots”

Today is “No Kings Day”, as proclaimed by a bunch of “non-profit” organizations that are sponsored by Mega Donors (Oligarchs) who want to split our Sovereign Nation wide open so that they may put in a system of government that only makes the wealthy buddies of those in power rich.

That political system is called Marxism.

It is first presented to the citizenry in the form of socialism which according to its creator, Karl Marx, is the step before communism.

What you will witness today is not at all a “grassroots” movement.

It’s sponsors, are the before-mentioned supposed “nonprofit” organizations such as Indivisible, the Communist Workers of America, and the Open Society, who are in turn sponsored by Mega Donors (Oligarchs) like George Soros and other International Power Brokers who are closely aligned with the Democrat Elite in our country.

Here is the way that Marxism works.

Charismatic leaders promise useful idiots that they will live “The Good Life” and share the wealth if they will just replace their current form of government and put them in power so they can watch over them and take care of them from cradle to grave.

What all the organizers of this event have done is what Saul Alinsky (author of “Rules for Radicals”) told them to do. You find your enemy, and you polarize them. You lie about them, you make up propaganda about them, and you convince the gullible that those in power are the ones who are keeping them from getting all of their heart’s desires.

The object of this exercise and hatred is the current President of the United States of America, Donald J Trump, who was constitutionally elected last November.

That’s right, you are witnessing what happens when Trump Derangement Syndrome leads the oblivious to throw  a National Temper Tantrum.

Unfortunately for these oblivious useful idiots who chose to become the foot soldiers for those who want absolute power,  if they win the victory they seek, they will become the Proletariat and will spend their lives being kept in the dark and fed fertilizer (I cleaned that up) like a mushroom, while those whom they have put in power and their “sponsors” (Oligarchs) share the wealth created through the Proletariat’s labor among themselves.

The problem with these bought and paid for protesters and those who have organized this event is that they are fighting against something that doesn’t exist.

As you watch the useful idiots today, remember that the country of America has never had a king.

We got rid of King George when we declared our independence as a Sovereign Nation and won the Revolutionary War.

And, as long as we are a Constitutional Republic, we never will.

While Schumer Shutdown Continues and Antifa Attacks, Majority of Americans Approve of Deportation of Illegals

Why are Chuck E schumer, Hakeem jeffries, and all their minions in the media and in Antifa fighting so hard to stop the deportation of people who have entered this country illegally to the point of shutting down the government and attacking federal agents?

According to DHS.gov…

“The American people overwhelmingly support President Donald J. Trump’s and United States Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem’s mass deportation of illegal aliens from the country, according to two national polls.

Per a Harvard/Harris poll taken October 1 – October 2, 56% of registered voters support deporting all illegal aliens, and a whopping 78% support deporting criminal illegal aliens. 

Likewise, a New York Times/Siena poll taken September 22 – September 27 found that 54% of registered voter support “deporting immigrants living in the United States illegally back to their home countries.”

Why do Americans feel that way?

When the Democrat first started pushing illegal immigration, the following paragraph started showing up on Americans’ file cabinets at work and in emails to their friends.

“Let’s pretend I broke into your house. When you discover me there, you insist I leave. But I say, “I’ve made all the beds, washed the dishes, did the laundry, and cleaned the floors; I’ve done all the work you don’t like to do. I’m hardworking and honest (except for breaking into your house). Not only must you let me stay, you must also add me to your insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide these benefits to my husband, too (he will do your yard work, he’s honest and hardworking too–except for that breaking in part). If you try to force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house and proclaim my right to be there! It’s only fair because you have a nicer house than I do, and I’m trying to better myself. I’m hardworking and honest…except for, well, you know. I will live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness and prejudice.

Oh yeah, I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me.

Good plan…don’t you think?”

These “migrants”, who have crossed our border illegally and are remaining here,  whom the Liberals refuse to call by their appropriate description as being ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, are nothing but a means to an end for the Democrats.

They are a political expediency…a way to grow the Democrat Voter Rolls.

Gentle readers, the Democrats really do not care about these “poor impoverished families”.

If they actually did, they would have protested ATEP under Obama.

Just like Obama used children as human political props after the Sandy Hook Massacre and Democratic Activists used  children in school walkouts to try to achieve the taking away of guns from Americans, the “concern” of Capitol Hill Democrats over the welfare of the children of those who have illegally entered our Sovereign Nation remains nothing but a political ploy.

It was a plan born out of  Democrats being drunk on power and is now a tool born out of desperation and their unbridled lust to regain political power.

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform wrangled with the hot topic of Illegal Immigration for six years. President Clinton appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair. Jordan came from humble beginnings to become a lawyer and the first Southern black woman elected to the House of Representatives. A DEMOCRAT, she was a leader in the civil rights movement, a professor of ethics, a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a world-class orator (two of her speeches are considered among the greatest of the 20th century). Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

“Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.”

I wonder what Rep. Jordan would think of her beloved Democratic Party, now that they have embraced and are not only welcoming that same illegality, which she was so clear about, but championing the “rights” of those illegals while attacking the Trump’s deportation of those committing criminal acts?

I believe that she would have hung her head and wept over her political party having been taken over by a bunch of anti-American Marxists…. especially those who have shut down our government in their quest to provide illegals with FREE healthcare.

Pro-Hamas Activists: “Free Palestine!” Trump Has. Now, What?

For the last couple of years, pro-Palestinian activists, infiltrated by Hamas Agents, have been raising Cain and protesting on college campuses intimidating Jewish students and all those who stand with them.

It was accepted as par for the course, that is, until President Donald J Trump said, “No more!”

On October 7th, 2023, Hamas invaded Israel slaughtering over 1,200 innocent men, women, children, and babies in one of the most horrific slaughters sern since Genghis Khan and his barbarians moved like a scythe across Asia.

Israel retaliated, and rightfully so, firing missiles into the Gaza Strip and infiltrating their tunnel network in search of the hostages which the invaders took, leading to the extermination of 70,000 Hamas terrorists,

The world was resigned to another neverending war in that region.

That’s when President Trump stepped in and said no, we’re going to end this and the Gaza Strip will become alive again, becoming a great vacation center such as Cuba once was before Castro and his Communist hordes ruined the country or the ravaged country of Lebanon once was before the Islamic hardliners and their minions ruined it.

This weekend, President Trump will fly to the Middle East to sign a peace deal that will release the hostages from Hamas and which will lead to the installation of a Palestinian citizen government instead of a Hamas rule in the Gaza Strip.

So, as the title of this post asks, what now?

What will all these Pro-Palestinian activists who took to the streets of major cities and college campuses do with themselves? 

Perhaps they could work toward peace, harmony, and understanding instead of placing tents in the middle of beautiful college campuses and roughing up and trying to intimidate the Jewish students that are trying hard to study and be somebody there.

They could.

However, I feel like those who have been paying them to do all this will send them in another direction, or at least some of them.

However, there is a problem with that.

President Trump has declared Antifa to be a Domestic Terrorist Group.

And, the Department of Justice led by attorney general Pam Bondi has been ordered to follow the money and to identify the funders and the sources of all this radical Islamic Terrorism through activist groups, destroying these organizations which are attempting to tear America apart like they have been attacking the Cartels.

So, what will all these paid activist do when the money is gone?

I guess they will have to actually get jobs.

Oh, the humanities!

Perhaps they could open a Falafel stand.

Hamas Agrees to Release the Hostages But Refuse to Surrender Their Weapons

Yesterday, President Donald J. Trump posted on Truth Social that Hamas must throw down their arms and release all of their hostages by Sunday evening, or else there would be “Hell to pay.” The last time he said this was before the Joint Operation between Israel and America that blew Iran’s nuclear capabilities all to Hell.

Who is HAMAS?

“HAMAS (an acronym for Harakat al-Muqawamat al-Islamiyya, which is Arabic for “Islamic Resistance Movement”) is an Islamic fundamentalist group founded on December 14, 1987. On October 7th, 2023, the 50th Anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, Hamas invaded Israel, slaughtering over 1,200 innocent men, women, and children. The Barbarians even murdered babies.

Because Trump has threatened to give them the opportunity to take their place alongside Satan and his demons, all of the sudden they want to release their hostages but they do not want to give up their Military Arms as Trump has ordered them to do.

If I was Trump, I would not trust the murderous thugs of Hamas any further than an arsonist with a match.

Hamas has been Israel’s sworn enemies since their birth, and they are not going to stop now.

For the Palestinians to have any chance of prosperity and freedom in the Tourist Destination that President Trump envisions the Gaza Strip to someday become, Hamas must be eliminated.

Sunday Morning Thoughts- What Happened to My Memphis?

I have some thoughts this morning about the National Guard coming to my hometown of Memphis, Tennessee.

I’m 66 years old.

I have seen a lot of turbulence and trouble in the Bluff City over those years.

I can remember being 9 years old watching the Lone Ranger on my parents’ blonde wood black and white console TV, wondering if the rollie pollies that I’d put in a pill bottle on the top of it were going to survive, when all of the sudden a Civil Defense sign came up and a voice told all National Guard members to come to the Armory immediately.

My mother was already at home in Midtown Memphis, having returned from work at Sears Crosstown, which was basically down the street, but my dad had to come about 15 miles to make it home.

Those were anxious hours.

As time marched on, I was part of the busing generation beginning in 9th grade as black and white students were bused to schools that they were reticent to attend with a lot of the white students leaving their homeschools to go to private schools that their parents placed them in out of fear.

Back in the day, those of us who were in school at that time learned that we weren’t so different from one another. We all had parents who expected us to behave and to achieve.

Over the years, I have watched Memphis, formerly known as the City of Good Abode, become anything but with violence growing, carjacking, assaults, robbery, and murders happening every night and even in broad daylight.

I left Memphis for DeSoto County Mississippi 25 years ago after the “yutes” on the block set up their basketball goal right at my driveway giving my former wife and I dirty looks as we came in from work, later breaking into our house and robbing us.

Since then, the crime in Memphis has gotten worse and worse with every succeeding city administration as individual criminals and gangs took over the former annual winner of the City Beautiful Competition as crime spread out to the suburbs. Been out

The current mayor even invited the gangs to City Hall for tea or something… probably to receive his payoffs.

President Trump has decided to send in the National Guard this week to try to help get the city back under control from all this chaos.

Good luck.

First, he’s going to have to overcome the corruption in both the county and city administrations and even the school board.

Y’know, Elvis Presley would not recognize the town that he used to ride through on his Harley with his girlfriend on the back.

The rest of us who grew up there don’t either.

Failed Cities, Failed Businesses, Failed Political Ideology

As President Donald J Trump continues to perform his duties as not only Commander-in-Chief but also Chief Executive Officer of the United States of America, the Democrat Elite in America are being exposed as not knowing what in the world they are doing.

Their unbridled blind hatred for the man and the traditional faith and values of the average Americans who elected him, is being revealed through a tanking of their political aspirations similar to the death plunge of a Japanese World War II kamikaze pilot.

They remain so hypnotized and deluded by their failed Marxist political ideology that they are willing to sacrifice everything in a misguided effort to radically change America into something that the majority of Americans do not want it to be.

For example, their failed effort to defund the police departments in major democrat-run cities resulted in more crime, including carjacking, assaults, rape, and murder.

Our nation’s capital became too dangerous for Americans to visit.

And, when President Trump decided to do something about it and bring the National Guard in to help out the beleaguered Police Department, the Democrat Mayor objected and the Democrat Elite and all their paid protesters and Media Minions accused Trump of being a fascist and a wannabe dictator, when in fact he is just fulfilling his campaign promise to the American people to fight crime in our cities.

Meanwhile, in the Corporate World, the poor stewardship of CEOs educated beyond their intelligence continues as the DEI Hire who assumed control of the venerable Cracker Barrel restaurants, is stripping them of all of of their nostalgic cultural memorabilia and personality which attracted customers to them in the first place.

In her deluded mind, she thinks that the same people who look down upon patriotic average Americans will somehow start flocking to these new politically correct shells of what Cracker Barrel Restaurants used to be.

These “Woke” Democrats like the CEO of Cracker Barrel and the Democrat Elite believe themselves to be the smartest people in any room they walk into, leading them to be extremely arrogant and condescending to average Americans whose belief system is believed by these self-proclaimed “super-geniuses” to be inferior of their own misguided beliefs.

In reality, the political ideology that the Far Left Democrat Party, which these “super-geniuses” belong to, has failed everywhere it has been tried.

Marxism, the political ideology which  Democratic Socialism springs from, is a totalitarian ideology that views faith as being stupid and individual freedom and achievement as being detrimental to the good of “The State”.

“The State” becomes your parents, your guidance counselor, and your spiritual advisor, choosing a career path for you and telling you what to believe in and what is good.

In reality, the only people who have a good life under a Marxist political ideology are the bureaucrats running the government and the very wealthy oligarchs who run it with them. Average working people or “the proletariat” are considered to be nothing but sheep, working their lives away so the government and the bourgeoisie can be rich and enjoy the perks of being wealthy.

The Democrat Elite wanted this totalitarian governmental system to be installed as the government of the United States of America, replacing our Constitutional Republic.

They are still holding on to this dream like a snapping turtle on a broom handle.

The Democrat Elite never expected the American people to stand up in revolt against their political ideology by re-electing President Donald J Trump after they did everything they could keep that from happening.

The American people had had their fill of the Democrat Elites’ Socialist Paradise Dream.

Peace Through Strength-Trump/Putin Meeting “Went Well”, Trump/Zelensky Meeting Monday in White House

By now, you’ve heard about the historic meeting of President Donald J Trump and Russia President Vladimir Putin, which was held up at our military base in Anchorage, Alaska.

What made this different from any other meeting with a Leader of the Soviet Union or Russia that happened before, is that not only did Trump arrange for it to be in Alaska, a property which we purchased from Russia and kept from being theirs, and not only did it start with a handshake on the tarmac, it began with a show of our military strength as Trump had a squadron of 4 B-52 Bombers escorting a B 2 Stealth Fighter Plane in a precision flyover as they stood there.

Message sent and understood.

The meeting, according to President Trump, went well,

Trump told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that “After taking such a major step as to physically meet with the Russian president, Trump said it is now “up to [Ukrainian] President [Volodymyr] Zelenskyy to get it done and maybe the European nations, they have to get involved a little bit.”

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy will be meeting with President Trump in the White House on Monday in a follow-up to yesterday’s meeting.

Barely-watched MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace lost her Far Left Democrat mind (such as it is) over the meeting, launching into an unhinged rant live on air.

“It’s so much to watch our country’s president stand with the person responsible for all that suffering and all that death. It’s just heinous,” Wallace said of the highly-anticipated talks about ending Russia’s war with Ukraine.

“It’s indiscriminate strikes on apartments that kill not enough innocent civilians to dominate the headlines for days and days. It’s the terror. It’s the terror of sending your kid off to school because you want life to be somewhat normal. But you know that any day Russia could bomb anywhere in Ukraine,” Wallace continued.

“I mean, it’s watching them scrape and struggle to get an American president who supported them, to give them all the weapons they needed to go toe-to-toe with Russia,” she said. “And to see all that potentially erased by an American president who just doesn’t give a s— about democracy. He doesn’t care about our allies. He doesn’t care about a democratic ally’s sovereignty.”

I am sure that both of her viewers were impressed.

She is right about one thing.

President Trump doesn’t care about her definition of “democracy.” America is not a mob-ruled “democracy”, it is a Constitutional Republic, like you hear knowledgeable Americans telling the unhinged minority over and over again.

As far as supporting our “ally” Ukraine, Zelenskyy is our ally as long as we keep the billions and billions of American taxpayers’ money flowing to him.

Trump is going to put a halt to that because he places our country first.

Zelenski was blackmailing former ( Thank God) President Joe Biden because of the cushy job that his son Hunter was given working for their energy company in exchange for access to then-President Obama and additional favors if he ever became president.

And, you can take that to the bank.

Zelenskyy sure did.

Trump is not playing that game as shown earlier this year when Zelenskyy left the White House empty-handed after trying to throw his political weight and imaginary leverage around.

President Trump, as he has noted, has spent his life making deals for a living and has been very successful at it.

So far into his presidency, he has been very successful in stopping conflicts.

So much so that there are several world leaders expressing the idea of nominating him for the Nobel Peace Prize.

At the Republican National Convention in 1980, Presidential Candidate Ronald Reagan noted that…

“We know only too well that war comes not when the forces of freedom are strong, but when they are weak. It is then that tyrants are tempted.”

Now, there’s a new sheriff in town, and the bad guys are beginning to hang their six shooters outside on the horse post and coming into the saloon to have a Sarsaparilla with him.
