Deflection and Desperation: Liberals Attacking Trump for Refusing to Defend Obama

obamabowLast night, at the seldom-watched-anymore Annual Emmy Awards, out in Hollyweird, The self-important TV “stars” provided an example of just how concerned the Fashionable Left is, about the unpcoming Presidential Elections.

The Hollywood Reporter has the story…

It took about five minutes for Donald Trump to be mentioned during the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night.

Host Andy Samberg took a shot at the GOP presidential frontrunner during his opening monologue.

“Donald Trump is running for president — to the delight of uncles everywhere,” Samberg joked.

“Sure, Donald Trump seems racist,” he added, ending his thought there.

The former host of The Apprentice was not in attendance at the Emmys.

Samberg also took a jab at one of the Democratic presidential candidates.

“Is it just me, or does Bernie Sanders always look like his flight is delayed?” Samberg said.

Trump was also zinged by Julia Louis Dreyfus during her acceptance speech after winning Best Actress in a Comedy Series.

“What a great honor it must be for you to honor me tonight. I’m so sorry. Donald Trump said that,” Dreyfus said. “It’s getting trickier and trickier to satirize this stuff.”

Comedians Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele also took a shot at the GOP while presenting Best Reality Competition Program.

The former Comedy Central Duo went back-and-forth about a reality “where people can’t seem to say two words without throwing each other under the bus” and a reality “where a panel of millionaires fight like sharks to be chosen by average middle-class Americans,” and a reality “where nobody is there for the right reasons.” Then Peele deadpanned to the camera: “But enough about the Republican national debate.”

Aren’t you just blinded by their brilliance, boys and girls?

The Glitterati are not the only Liberals trying to stop Donald J. Trump.

The latest attempted “trap” involved Trump refusing to correct an attendee to one of his appearances (who may well have been a “plant”), who shouted out that Obama was a Muslim.

Yesterday, on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos, the former Clinton Administration member, and current Hillary Fanboy, now masquerading as a “Broadcast Journalist”, went after Trump during a one-on-one interview.

GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS, “THIS WEEK” HOST: Let’s get into this controversy over the last couple of days. I saw your tweets yesterday, you said you didn’t have a morally responsibility when that question came up about President Obama. But this is getting a lot of attention in part because you have raised questions like this in the past. So, for the record, was President Obama born in the United States?

DONALD TRUMP: Well, you know, I don’t get into, George, I’m talking about jobs, military, I don’t get into it. They asked the questions. Frankly, it’s no longer an interest to me. It’s something I don’t want to talk about. I want to talk about the vets and the military. I want to talk about jobs. I don’t get into that, George.

STEPHANOPOULOS The way to get behind it is answer yes or no —

TRUMP: That’s possible, but I don’t talk about it.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Even though you raised questions and you investigated this in the past —

TRUMP: Well, people thought I should have defended the president in terms of the question that was asked the other night. My attitude is, would he have done that for me? He’s been very capable of defending himself, believe me. So, we’ll see what happens. But I think the tweets really covered it cell. I actually was very interested because I got in hot water for not saying anything. First time it’s ever happened to me. This is something where I didn’t even say anything.

STEPHANOPOULOS: I take that point. But you raised these questions so often in the past, why can’t you say definitively yes or not? You raised it many times. And he’s not a Muslim.

TRUMP: George, you have raised the question. I haven’t raised the question. I don’t talk about it. But I don’t talk other people’s faith. Not appropriate for me to talk about somebody else’s faith.

STEPHANOPOULOS The other big premise of that question, he said, Muslims are a problem many this country, do you agree?

TRUMP: In some cases, George, we can say no, and you can be politically correct and say everything’s wonderful. Certainly it’s a problem. And there’s a problem —

STEPHANOPOULOS What is the problem specifically?

TRUMP: At the same time, we have fabulous people living here, Muslims, and they have done fantastically well, but certainly it’s a problem. You look around the world, it’s a problem. If I said no, not at all, people would laugh at me. Now, it might be the right thing to say. I don’t care what the right thing to say is, but certainly what’s happening with some Muslims and, you know, terrorism and everything else, it seems pretty much confined there. It’s a problem. We can say no, but it is.

Soon after I started this blog, I wrote the following post, on April 30, 2010. I titled it, “Obama: Muslim, Marxist, or Moron?”.

I believe that the answer is “ALL OF THE ABOVE”.

“As a child, Barack Hussein Obama attended a private Madrassa, err, school in Indonesia while living there with his Mom and Step-father.  As a grown man, Barack Hussein Obama attended Trinity Church in chicago, led by Pastor Jeremiah Wright for over 20 years.  It is a Black Liberation Theology Church.  They view Christ as a revolutionary liberator like Che.  They do not believe in the Resurrection.  They are often referred to as being Muslim-lite. For more information about Black Liberation Theorlogy, please visit luoamerican.com.

But, is Obama a Muslim?  Here is a 10 minute video that has gone viral on youtube.com that may help you answer that question for yourself.

Regarding his political beliefs, he gave America a huge clue during the campaign when he spoke to a plumber named Joe during a campaign stop in Ohio:

And, during a Financial Reform Rally, on Wednesday April 28th, 2010, Scooter’s mask slipped off again:

We’re not, we’re not trying to push financial reform because we begrudge success that’s fairly earned. I mean, I do think at a certain point you’ve made enough money. But, you know, part of the American way is, you know, you can just keep on making it if you’re providing a good product or providing good service. We don’t want people to stop, ah, fulfilling the core responsibilities of the financial system to help grow our economy.

As opposed to the original remarks, written on the teleprompter:

Now, we’re not doing this to punish these firms or begrudge success that’s fairly earned. We don’t want to stop them from fulfilling their responsibility to help grow our economy.

Now you know why he takes his teleprompter wherever he goes.

Our mutual value is for us the value of our mutual objects.
Hence for us man himself is mutually of no value.
Karl Marx, Comment on James Mill (1844)

Through his background, as carefully hidden as it is, and his words and actions since becoming Leader of the (for now) Free World, Obama has revealed himself.  Some questions still remain:  How much did the Democratic Party know about this man and when did they know it?  The same goes for the sycophantic Main Stream Media.  They were all complicit in bringing this miserable excuse for a President of the United States to power…”

Liberals are desperate.

Their choice of potential Presidential Candidates are all a bunch of old, white, Professional Politicians from the Northeast, who are about as charming and personable as a bag of rattlesnakes.

Meanwhile, their current president has put the pedal to the medal in his quest to “rapidly change” and irreparably turn “The Shining City Upon a Hill”, into a combination of a Middle Eastern Caliphate, a “Democratic Socialist” European Nation, and a Third World Barrio.

I hate it when I’m right.

The Great Divide Between Republicans and Democrats: What’s the Reason for It? (A KJ Sunday Morning Op Ed)

WashingtonPrayingNow, more than ever before in the history of America, there is a great divide between our two major Political Parties.

The Washington Post reports that

To the Democratic candidates, the 2016 presidential campaign is about shrinking the gap between rich and poor; combating climate change; and expanding voting rights, gay rights and workplace equality for women.

To listen to the Republican candidates is to hear an entirely different campaign — one that centers on defeating Islamic State terrorists, deterring a nuclear Iran, restricting abortion, and debating whether to deport illegal immigrants and construct a wall to keep them out.

At a political moment of pitched voter anxiety, candidates in both parties talk in dark, sometimes apocalyptic tones — but about different issues, as if they’re addressing two different countries.

“Republicans are from Mars, Democrats are from Venus,” Republican strategist Ari Fleischer said. “The gulf between the two parties has grown wider in the last decade, not smaller.”

For Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), vying for the Democratic nomination, it’s the corporate billionaire class that is destroying America by crushing the dreams and livelihoods of working people. For many Republicans, the rise of new threats abroad and cultural changes at home are destroying America by shaking its foundation.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, seen campaigning Sept. 7 in Hampton, Ill., focuses chiefly on economic and family issues in her stump speeches. (Melina Mara/The Washington Post)
The contrast was brought into sharp relief this week. Republicans sparred in a three-hour debate Wednesday over issues of national security, abortion and immigration, but had little to say about middle-class economic growth. On the campaign trail, Democrats focused on liberal economic and social agendas, but barely touched on terrorist threats and the cultural issues that have become conservative rallying cries.

David Winston, a Republican pollster unaligned in the presidential race, said the economy is the top issue for all voters. “Whenever the candidates are not talking about jobs and the economy, they’re off on the wrong topic,” he said.

Some difference in emphasis is to be expected, considering that each party’s base voters are animated by different issues. At this stage in the race, the candidates are playing to those bases in an attempt to win the nomination. But the gulf in the 2016 campaign has grown particularly noticeable.

Well. I know y’all will be shocked, but, this Christian American Conservative has a different take on the schism between America’s two main Political Parties than the Secular Northeastern Liberals at The Washington Post do.

And, it all comes down to keepin’ The Main Thing, The Main Thing.

At the Democratic National Convention of 2012, held before the Presidential Election of that year, in an Emergency Floor Vote, the Democrat Bosses “rectified” a  “mistake of omission” (or so they claimed).

Businessinsider.com reported the the story:

Democrats added mentions of the word “God” and recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital today in a testy vote that left angry delegates booing on the floor.

It took three votes to pass the resolution in what was an extremely tense and divided vote. The first two votes failed, but DNC chairman Antonio Villaraigosa declared that the resolution had passed by a two-thirds majority on the third vote.

[The teleprompter showed the results before the measure was declared “passed”!]

“I heard a lot from the other side,” said Kenneth McClintock, a superdelegate and Secretary of State of Puerto Rico. McClintock said Puerto Rico supported the resolution.

“I was surprised” that the vote was so testy, he added.

Republicans had blasted the Democrats’ original platform, which had taken out mentions of “God” and did not affirm Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

And many delegates thought that the platform change was a direct response to some of the backlash, prompting some to worry that it will be more fodder for Republicans in the final months of the campaign.

“Conservatives are always going to criticize Democrats for not supporting Israel or not being religious enough, or whatever it is that day,” said Brandon Cooper, a delegate from Texas.

On cue, the Romney campaign released a statement from spokeswoman Andrea Saul:

“Mitt Romney has consistently stated his belief that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. Although today’s voice vote at the Democratic National Convention was unclear, the Democratic Party has acknowledged Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. President Obama has repeatedly refused to say the same himself. Now is the time for President Obama to state in unequivocal terms whether or not he believes Jerusalem is Israel’s capital.”

nationalreview.com has reactions to that vote:

The video of a large number of Democrat delegates voting no — three times in a row — on identifying Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and adding God to the platform has already gone viral. But on the ground here in Charlotte, the platform vote seems not to have been to the delegates.

Kathy Sullivan, a New Hampshire delegate, wasn’t present for the vote. (Many of the delegates I spoke to weren’t, suggesting that there was little messaging done to the delegates on the issue beforehand.) But Sullivan, who says she supported changes, remarks that it’s the media, not the delegates, who are obsessing over the vote.

“I haven’t heard anybody talking about it other than the press,” she says, commenting that the delegates are instead speaking about “how great” Michelle Obama and Bill Clinton were. “No one at all has been talking about the platform. No one.”

Jared Barrett, a Tennessee delegate who was present for the vote, feels it may have been a mistake for Democrats to have made delegates vote at the same time on the two different changes.

“I started to think, maybe they should have separated the two, and voted on each one separately, rather than both together,” Barrett says. “I think people were in favor of putting God back in the platform,” he continues, saying that he felt “the opposition was coming from” those who didn’t agree with the Jerusalem decision.

At the time, he didn’t expect a lot of people would vote “no.” “I was surprised,” Barrett remarks. “I looked around, and I said wow, there’s a lot of no’s.”

Pennsylvania delegate Brian Sims, who wasn’t present for the vote, says he only knows what his decision was on one of the changes. “I don’t know how I would have voted on Jerusalem,” Sim says. “I know that I would have voted to put God back in the platform.”

Rhode Island delegate June Speakman arrived at the floor just as the vote was ending. She said she ultimately favored the changes because she felt it was appropriate to heed Obama’s wishes on the Democratic platform. Still, Speakman, who is agnostic, would have personally preferred God remain absent from the platform.

“In my opinion, my political party should not determine my position on God. That’s a private decision that I make and I don’t want anyone dictating it to me, my party, my government, anyone,” Speakman says.

“I would prefer that the official platform of my political party not contain references to God,” she adds, “because I consider those to be private decisions.”

As far as the controversy over whether there was in fact, enough voting yes — two-thirds are required — for the changes to the platform to be made, Barrett says from the floor, he had trouble hearing, but the vote “seemed like it was split, honestly.” But Barrett is fine with the outcome. “He heard what he heard,” Barrett says of Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who is chairman of the convention and declared that the “yes” votes had it. “So I agree with it.”

Danny Anchondo, a delegate from Texas, would have voted for the changes if he had been presebt, but said he wasn’t bothered by the fact that so many Democrat delegates had voted against it.

“That’s one of the things that the Democratic party stands for,” he says, “the freedom to choose how you’re going to vote one way or another, and that’s a good part about it.

Only when the Democratic Hierarchy received a thunderous blowback from Jew and Gentile alike, did they call for the rigged Floor Vote, in an effort to protect the financial support for and electoral viability of President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).

At the time, I wrote that, “the Democratic Party should be ashamed and embarrassed by the Way that they have allowed the  small, out-of-touch heathens known as the Far Left to gain total control of what once was a proud American Political Party, is now, seemingly, just a bunch of opportunistic un-American blasphemers.

However…it doesn’t seem to bother them at all…and, that’s pathetic.”

Over 70 years ago, a great American saw a moral and cultural decline beginning in our “Shining City on a Hill”…and he knew exactly who was behind it.

This speech was broadcast by legendary ABC Radio commentator Paul Harvey on April 3, 1965:

If I were the Devil . . . I mean, if I were the Prince of Darkness, I would of course, want to engulf the whole earth in darkness. I would have a third of its real estate and four-fifths of its population, but I would not be happy until I had seized the ripest apple on the tree, so I should set about however necessary to take over the United States. I would begin with a campaign of whispers. With the wisdom of a serpent, I would whisper to you as I whispered to Eve: “Do as you please.” “Do as you please.” To the young, I would whisper, “The Bible is a myth.” I would convince them that man created God instead of the other way around. I would confide that what is bad is good, and what is good is “square”. In the ears of the young marrieds, I would whisper that work is debasing, that cocktail parties are good for you. I would caution them not to be extreme in religion, in patriotism, in moral conduct. And the old, I would teach to pray. I would teach them to say after me: “Our Father, which art in Washington” . . .

If I were the devil, I’d educate authors in how to make lurid literature exciting so that anything else would appear dull an uninteresting. I’d threaten T.V. with dirtier movies and vice versa. And then, if I were the devil, I’d get organized. I’d infiltrate unions and urge more loafing and less work, because idle hands usually work for me. I’d peddle narcotics to whom I could. I’d sell alcohol to ladies and gentlemen of distinction. And I’d tranquilize the rest with pills. If I were the devil, I would encourage schools to refine young intellects but neglect to discipline emotions . . . let those run wild. I would designate an atheist to front for me before the highest courts in the land and I would get preachers to say “she’s right.” With flattery and promises of power, I could get the courts to rule what I construe as against God and in favor of pornography, and thus, I would evict God from the courthouse, and then from the school house, and then from the houses of Congress and then, in His own churches I would substitute psychology for religion, and I would deify science because that way men would become smart enough to create super weapons but not wise enough to control them.

If I were Satan, I’d make the symbol of Easter an egg, and the symbol of Christmas, a bottle. If I were the devil, I would take from those who have and I would give to those who wanted, until I had killed the incentive of the ambitious. And then, my police state would force everybody back to work. Then, I could separate families, putting children in uniform, women in coal mines, and objectors in slave camps. In other words, if I were Satan, I’d just keep on doing what he’s doing.

Paul Harvey, Good Day.

One of our Founding Fathers predicted the potential chaos which our Sovereign Nation would find ourselves in, if we ignored the laws and precepts of the One who gifted us with this Sacred Land.

John Adams, the second President of these United States, delivered the following message to the Officers of the First Brigade of the Third Division of the Militia of Massachusetts on October 11, 1798:

Gentlemen,

While our country remains untainted with the principles and manners which are now producing desolation in so many parts of the world; while she continues sincere, and incapable of insidious and impious policy, we shall have the strongest reason to rejoice in the local destination assigned us by Providence. But should the people of America once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another, and towards foreign nations, which assumes the language of justice and moderation while it is practising iniquity and extravagance, and displays I have received from Major-General Hull and Brigadier, General Walker your unanimous address from Lexington, animated with a martial spirit, and expressed with a military dignity becoming your character and the memorable plains on which it was adopted. In the most captivating manner the charming pictures of candor, frankness, and sincerity, while it is rioting in rapine and insolence, this country will be the most miserable habitation in the World; because we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

We are given free will by our Creator…will to make choices and decisions on the direction of our lives. Being human, we often don’t make the right decisions and being human, those decisions have the potential to lead us down a dark path.

Whether is in reality or strictly in the close quarters of our own consciousness, the path we choose to follow is up to us. However, our parents, family, and friends can make a difference in our journey and I thank God that through His Grace I was given a Father who made sure that I received loving instruction in The Way in which I should go.

We still live in the greatest country on the face of the earth and we still have a responsibility to one another.

The Democratic Party, now under the control of the Far Left, have long since dismissed the reality of absolute morality, unchanging ethics, and the Sovereignty of the God of Abraham.

And, that is why the Silent Majority, comprised, to a great deal, of the over 70% of us average Americans, who proclaim Jesus Christ as our Personal Savior and beginning to rise up in protest of unconscionable, Democrat-led, relative morality and situational ethics. being pursued by the leaders of the Democratic Party, for Political Expediency’s sake.

The Light or the Darkness. The choice is up to each and every one of us.

Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:14 (ESV)

The Tyranny of the Minority and The “In Your Face” President

ObamaTransparentBranco852014As I sat down to write today’s blog, a singular realization struck this Average American and Son of the South.

United States of America President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) DOES NOT CARE what the overwhelming majority of Americans think about his actions during these, his remaining months in office.

He cannot run for the Presidency again, so Petulant President Pantywaist, now more than ever, is exposing his Far Left, Political Philosophy to the world, as never before, putting the pedal to the metal, in his quest to “radically change” the “Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave”, into the “Land of the Sheeple and the Home of the Hesitant”.

If you look at all of Obama’s “Important Issues”. which he is trying so desperately to address and take action upon, before we give him the boot, they are “issues” which are embraced only by a minority of American Citizens.

For example,

1.The Importing of “Syrian Refugees” – Obama is insisting that we MUST allow at least 10,000 Syrian Muslims, most of whom appear to be young men, physically fit, carrying i-Phones and i-Pads, whose brethren are presently rioting, in their quest to invade the Sovereign Nations of Europe. At the same time, Obama is preparing to export Syrian Christians back to their country to be executed.

The overwhelming majority of Americans have said, “NO!”

2. The White House Invitation to the “Homemade Clockmaker” – As I chronicled yesterday, out of nowhere, Obama has invited a Muslim Teenager from Irving, TX, who came to school, with a technology Project, which was supposed to be a clock, but instead , resembled a bomb in a briefcase. Other Northeast Liberals, such as Harvard, have invited the young man to come visit them as well. in a repudiation of Obama’s own, “See something, Say Something” policy regarding vigilance against “Man-caused Disasters” (the Obama Administration’s code word for Islamic Terrorism).  Additionally, this young man’s father is a Muslim Activist, as Pamela Gellar reported on breitbart.com,

The New York Daily News reported this Wednesday about Ahmed Mohamed’s father, Mohamed ElHassan Mohamed:

One of the earliest instances of the standout citizen making national news was in 2011, when he sensationally stood up to an anti-Islamic pastor and defended the Koran as its defense attorney. That mock trial at a Florida church ended with the book’s burning, to ElHassan’s claimed shock. In an interview with the Washington Post at the time, the devoted Muslim said he’d take on Rev. Terry Jones’ challenge because the holy book teaches that Muslims should engage in peaceful dialogue with Christians.

Also in 2011, El Hassan debated Robert Spencer on the question of “Does Islam Respect Human Rights?” Clearly, he was trying to score a victory against a famous “Islamophobe” and thus win a name for himself. ElHassan has been looking for publicity and chances to fight against “Islamophobia” for a considerable period. Now he has seized it, going so far as to claim his son was “tortured” by school and law enforcement officials.

Can you say, “SET-UP”, boys and girls? I knew that you could.

3. Defending the Ghouls of Planned Parenthood – The House of Representatives voted yesterday to defund the Government-funded Private Organization , Planned Parenthood, because of their heinous marketing and selling of the body parts of aborted American babies, some of whom were still alive, when “harvested”. Obama has promised to voto this legislation when it reaches them, claiming, like a good Far Left Ideologue, that it would be a blow against the “Reproductive Rights” of women.

Who speaks for America’s unborn, Dr. Mengele?

4. The Nomination of an Openly-Gay Man for Secretary of the Army – Obama wants Eric Fanning to lead the Army. If confirmed, he would be the first openly gay civilian secretary of one of the military services. Fanning’s nomination is the latest in a series of “Social Experiments”, under Obama’s Direction, “to advance the rights of gays and lesbians throughout the federal government”. Obama has already “radically changed” internal policies to provide benefits to same-sex partners, appointed gay men and lesbians to the executive branch and the federal bench and ended the 18-year ban on gays serving openly in the military. Fanning, who must still be confirmed by the Senate, has been working in the Federal Government as a specialist on defense and national security issues for more than 25 years in Congress and the Pentagon.

Mitch McConnell and the rest of the spineless Vichy Republicans in the Senate will probably approve this homosexual civilian to lead our Brightest and Best.

5. The Iran Deal – According to a Pew Research Poll, only 21% of Americans approve of the catastrophic “agreement”, which Obama and his Secretary of State, John “I served in Vietnam” Kerry “brokered” with Kerry’s Father-in-Law, his counterpart in the Iranian Government. However, Obama and his minions in government and the media are still lauding this surrender of our nation’s safety as the greatest thing since sliced bread.

“And, you don’t believe we’re on the Eve of Destruction.”

6. Valerie Jarrett Meets With “Black Lives Matter” in the White House

The “Power Behind the Throne” met with three organizers for Campaign Zero. DeRay Mckesson, Brittany Packnett, and Johnetta Elzie as well as Phil Agnew of the Dream Defenders and Jamye Wooten, an organizer for Baltimore United for Change were there, according to a senior White House official who confirmed the visit to Buzzfeed. After the meeting, Packnett tweeted a selfie with Jarrett thanking her for engaging the movement. Meanwhile, Lew Enforcement Officers are being murdered in cold blood across the nation and black Americans are killing each other, in unprecedented numbers, every day.

If “Black Lives” really mattered to these Political Activists, why aren’t they working to stop this self-inflicted genocide, instead of attacking those who enforce our laws and protect our society?

And, why hasn’t Obama said a mumblin’ word about the murders of America’s Law Enforcement Officers?

Two phrases come to mind: “National Police Force” and “New Bolsheviks”.

In American Politics, as far as anybody can remember, that is still alive and kicking, you have had those of a political ideology who were Pro-American and Gung Ho about all the things that this country stands for. And, on the other side, you had those of a political ideology who criticized everything that America stood for, and still stands for, to this day.

From those who believed that Communism would be great for America back in the 1950s, to those in the 1960’s, who wanted to “tune in, turn on, and drop out”, and spit on our returning Servicemen, to those of the 1970s who were naive pacifists like their President, Jimmy Carter, to those in the 1980s, who were part of the “Me Generation”, to those whom we call “Progressives” (a misnomer) or “Modern Liberals” in our present generation, Including President Barack Hussein Obama and all of his minions, there has always been a minority segment of American Society, who despise everything that this land, which was given us by the Almighty and was fought for and died for by those before us, stands for, while they reap all the benefits of America the Beautiful.

As I have written, America is suffering under this “Tyranny of the Minority”.

Obama owes everything that he is to the benevolence and largess of America and her people.

In his second term as President, he has proven that he is president of some of the people, not all of the people.

And, those of us, whom his failed political ideology does not appeal to, have had enough and are not going “quietly into that good night”.

Ask those country clerks who have resigned rather than issue marriage licenses to homosexual “couples”. Or, ask those NASCAR Fans proudly and defiantly waving their Confederate Flags at Daytona Raceway.

Barack Hussein Obama’s “flipping the bird” to the American People, in these, the waning days of his tenure as President of the United States of America, shows just how ignorant his pandering to special interest groups and his disdain of us “average Americans” really is.

Where the exceptionalism of America lies…is not in the Halls of Power…but in the courage and spirit of the average American. A courage and spirit, which our history proves, has driven American Citizens to build a nation, which is indeed exceptional among all others.

Thr secret of this country’s exceptionalism is the “Average Joe”, the 9 to 5′er, working himself into the grave to try to provide for his family.

It was this same “Average Joe”, who fired the shot heard around the world and began the War for American Independence, who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day in World War II, who waded through rice paddies in Vietnam, and who swallowed sand in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. The same “Average Joe” who, as a New York City Policeman or Fireman, ran up the stairs of the World Trade Center on 9/11/01, instead of running down them. The same “Average Joe”, who simply wants things to be easier in this life for his children and grandchildren, than he had it.

It is this same “Average Joe”, who takes family and friends in, when they are in the midst of a life-altering tragedy. The same “Average Joe”, who volunteers on a soup line or at a Senior Citizens Home, or, who begins a successful business in his basement.

Liberal Bureaucrats, like Secretary of State John Kerry and his boss, are professional political prevaricators. Men and women, whose ethics and morality change with the direction of the wind, and whose egos override their judgment…every time.

America is a Constitutional Republic. We are not ruled by a faceless all-powerful government. America’s politicians, including President Barack Hussein Obama, are OUR SERVANTS….not the other way around.

And, as their Boss, we expect them to possess a more complete knowledge of the history of the most exceptional nation on the face of God’s green Earth. We expect them to honor and respect the lives given and the sacrifices made by courageous Americans, who paved the way for you and the rest of this selfish generation, who are so desperately attempting to rewrite American History in order for it to be in accordance with the tenets of their Liberal Ideology.

America’s place in the world or her Traditional Values are not things so fragile that they can be unalterably changed by a lightweight like Barack Hussein Obama.

As author Dinesh D’ Souza wrote…

What does the doctrine of American exceptionalism empower the United States to do? Nothing more than to act better than traditional empires – committed to looting and conquest – have done. So that’s American exceptionalism: an exceptionalism based on noble ideas, ideas that it holds itself to even when it falls short of them.

In conclusion, it is not a single politician that decides America’s place in the world or the values which average Americans hold dear.

It is the fact of American Exceptionalism, seen in the lives of  average hard-working Americans, like you and me.

And, that is something that Obama and these rest of those who embrace his failed political ideology will never understand.

The 2nd Republican Debate: After a ” Wrestling Battle Royal” Trump’s Still Standing in the Ring

th (27)Last night’s Republican Presidential Candidate Top Tier Debate got rather heated, at times, as most of the other Presidential Hopefuls attacked Donald J. Trump, trying desperately to chip away at his massive lead in the National Polls.

Fox News reports that

Donald Trump once again found himself the lightning rod of the Republican presidential race Wednesday, as he tangled with a debate stage full of rivals trying to position themselves as the best alternative to the GOP front-runner.

The second Republican primary debate veered into serious policy territory – covering everything from Iran to Russia to Planned Parenthood to immigration. But, at times to the visible frustration of candidates trying to stick to those issues, few segments passed without a sparring session between Trump and one of his opponents. Almost every time, Trump hit back – and it was unclear whether any candidate would be able to dent his front-runner status.

The candidate perhaps most eager to knock the billionaire businessman down a peg was former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who lost his lead to Trump over the summer. Repeatedly, Bush challenged Trump on his record and past comments.

He told Trump to apologize to his wife for suggesting her being from Mexico makes Bush more sympathetic to Mexicans – Trump refused.

He accused Trump of once giving him money as he sought casino gambling, unsuccessfully, in Florida.

Trump denied it, and when Bush criticized Trump for bragging about demanding Hillary Clinton attend his wedding, Trump teased him, saying: “More energy tonight, I like that.” (Bush answered back at the end of the debate – asked what his Secret Service codename would be, Bush said, “Very High Energy, Donald,” and the two shared a high-five.)

…Some of the most heated exchanges at the CNN debate also came between Trump and former HP CEO Carly Fiorina, both business leaders.

After Trump called her former company a “disaster,” she cited his repeated bankruptcy filings and questioned why America should trust him to manage its finances.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie interjected and said middle-class Americans “could care less about your careers.” He told the two to “stop this childish back and forth.”

Fiorina also got her chance at the debate to respond to Trump’s controversial jab at her, where in a magazine article he said: “Look at that face – would anyone vote for that?”

Asked to respond, she said, “I think women all over this country heard very clearly what Mr. Trump said.”

Fiorina received loud applause for the line, and Trump added, “I think she’s got a beautiful face, and I think she’s a beautiful woman.”

Despite all the attention on Trump, his dominant lead in the polls means his rivals may be battling at this stage for runner-up, for now.

Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson currently holds that status after vaulting into second place in the polls – yet was able to avoid the fray for most of Wednesday’s debate.

He took one light-hearted jab at Trump, after Trump discussed his views on vaccines and said there are cases of children getting sick – and having autism – after getting them.

Asked about Trump’s medical opinion, Carson said, “He’s an okay doctor” – in reference to a comment Trump recently made about him. Carson went on to say there’s no documented association between autism and vaccines, but doctors are probably giving too many vaccines in a short period of time.

After the exchange about George W. Bush, Carson also noted that he did not want Bush to “go to war” in Iraq. He added that radical jihadists now are an “existential threat to our nation” and leaders can’t “put our heads in the sand.”

Aside from the sparring with Trump, the candidates did have a chance to stake out their positions on a range of policy issues.

…Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said of the agreement with Tehran, “I will rip to shreds this catastrophic Iranian nuclear deal.”

Ohio Gov. John Kasich urged against going that far.

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio also focused on foreign policy, warning about China’s military build-up, and “gangsters in Moscow” meddling on the world stage.

On this, Rubio challenged Trump’s global affairs knowledge. Trump vowed, “I will know more about the problems of this world” as president. And he criticized Rubio for missing votes.

Trump’s fitness to be commander-in-chief was a common theme for his rivals.

Fiorina said, when asked if she’s comfortable with Trump controlling America’s nuclear weapons: “I think Mr. Trump is a wonderful entertainer.” She said “judgment” and “temperament” will be revealed “over time and under pressure” in the race.

Trump answered: “I may be an entertainer. … but I will tell you this. What I am far and away greater than an entertainer is a businessman.”

Trump also went after Sen. Rand Paul, saying he shouldn’t even be on the stage.

“There’s a sophomoric quality that is entertaining about Mr. Trump,” Paul answered, but he added he’s concerned about him being in charge of nuclear weapons. Paul chastised Trump for his “visceral response,” including attacking people on their appearance which he likened to “junior high.”

Trump said he never did that to Paul, quipping: “Believe me there’s plenty of subject matter right there.”

An unexpected clash also broke out at the end, when Paul made a veiled reference to Bush having smoked marijuana years ago as Paul challenged federal marijuana policy.

Bush acknowledged Paul was talking about him and said: “40 years ago, I smoked marijuana, and I admit it.”

Paul then claimed people with “privilege” don’t go to jail for marijuana, but others do.

…But with Carson and Trump attracting the support of roughly half of primary voters, the other 14 candidates are fighting for relative scraps. Trump’s national lead now tops 30 percent.

As I have written before, I believe that the main reason that Trump is leading among the other Republican Candidates, is that he, while sparse on details on of his platform, is empathetic on what he personally believes.

He is “flying” BOLD COLORS, while the other candidates are “flying” PALE PASTELS.

For example, while others up on the CNN Stage last night, watched, Trump boldly stated that “we speak English in America”, referring to the unprecedented accommodations that Liberal Politicians, on both sides of the aisle, have made for Illegal Aliens, here in a country whose very sovereignty they have violated.

This is what I don’t understand about the Republican Establishment.

They run around telling everybody how Conservative they are, when in reality, they actually hold the same beliefs as Liberal Democrats.

As Ronald Reagan said in his famous speech, given so long ago, today’s Republican Party needs to be “flying” “bold colors, not pale pastels”.

From what I’m seeing out of a lot of the Republicans right now, they’re not even presenting Americans with pale pastels.

They are showing their color to be Liberal Blue, while they claim to be Conservative Red.

It is almost as if they believe that the Political Tsunami, which resulted in Republicans holding both Houses of Congress, came about because they made themselves look like Democrats.

They need to come down off of Capitol Hill every now and then.

And, visit Realityville.

Average Americans, like you and me, living from paycheck to paycheck in America’s Heartland, do not need another Democratic Party.

If we wanted to continue to put up with their Liberal Stupidity, we would have left all of them in office.

Instead, last November, we showed them the door.

That is why, Donald J. Trump, even with all his faults, leads the rest of the candidates in the Republican Presidential Primary Race.

Average Americans are looking for someone who thinks and speaks like we do.

Someone who can communicate their thoughts and ideas in a straightforward manner, which strikes a chord in the hearts of the overwhelming majority of us, living here in “Flyover Country, as the Elites so derisively refer to our hometowns.

We refer to it as “America’s Heartland”.

We are not asking for “special treatment”, as seems to be given out so freely to special interest groups, by the Professional Politicians, for the sake of Political Expediency.

We just want OUR AMERICA BACK and OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS PRESERVED, for the sake of our children’s and grandchildren’s future.

If Jeb Bush and the rest of the Vichy Republicans actually believe that they will win over the Mexican vote, or the rest of the Hispanic Vote, if by then those who are now illegal are allowed to vote, in 2016, then I have two bridges over the Mississippi River at Memphis to sell them.

The overwhelming majority of average Americans want Conservatives whose blood runs red, not Liberal squishes, who have more in common with the Democrats in the Northeast Corridor, than they do with average Americans in the Heartland.

If the Republican Establishment does not come to that realization very soon, they will go down to defeat again in 2016.

They will never achieve victory by trying to push the jello of “Liberal Moderation” up a hill.

If you doubt me, please refer to the present popularity of Republican Presidential Candidate, Donald J. Trump.

Trump Preaches to the Populace in Dallas. Professional Politicians and Pundits Perplexed.

Trump-Punch-600-LAAmerica’s so-called “Political Experts” are beside themselves this morning.

The Political Interloper, whom they predicted would fade fast in the Republican Presidential Primary Race, is still packin’ them in.

The Washington Post reported last night, that

Donald Trump, the front-runner in the Republican presidential sweepstakes, received a standing ovation Monday evening during a campaign rally before thousands in an arena here when he hit on his signature issue: curbing illegal immigration.

“We are a dumping ground for the rest of the world,” said Trump, who emphasized his commitment to deporting all undocumented immigrants and building a wall on the southern border of the United States.

We don’t want them either!” yelled a woman as he spoke.

The subject of illegal immigration, which has made Trump a sharply polarizing figure in the 2016 White House race, brought the Republican his most enthusiastic cheers of the evening.

His remarks were meandering. He criticized Republican and Democratic detractors, promised strong leadership and boasted of how well his campaign has performed so far. As usual, he was short on policy specifics.

The event served as one of Trump’s final warm-ups for the second Republican debate Wednesday night. Trump will be positioned at center stage once again, a reflection of polls that show him holding a clear lead over the rest of the field.

“I hear they are all going after me,” Trump said of his competitors. “Whatever.”

The rally, which was held at the American Airlines Center, where professional basketball and hockey teams play, attracted a large and energized crowd. But many of the upper-level seats were empty, raising questions about exactly how many ticketholders showed up. All of the roughly 20,000 tickets organizers distributed for free were scooped up by the end of last week. Some who landed tickets sought to sell them online for hundreds of dollars.

“Can you people see me up there?” Trump said, highlighting the size of both the crowd and the venue. He appeared to try to explain the empty seats with a joke: “I said to them, don’t fill up the upper rings. It’s not fair.”

Trump, whose immigration plans have drawn intense criticism from Democrats and some Republicans, also attracted protesters who marched toward the arena carrying anti-Trump signs.

“What do we want? Dump Trump!” they chanted.

Trump enthusiasts started lining up at noon outside the arena, some driving considerable distances. Some said they were not at all sure they would vote for him but sure didn’t want to miss a chance to see him in person.

“He’s entertaining!” said Pauline Pitman, 73, a retired county government employee, “I like his business sense.” But she said she would need more convincing to vote him president.

Some Trump supporters decided to make a buck — and thought Trump would approve of it.

Selling “Make American Great Again” hats, visors, T-shirts and buttons, small-time entrepreneurs decided to cash in on the enthusiasm for the unconventional candidate.

“I am sure I will sell out!” said Janet Newlong, 67, an office manager for a Chattanooga HVAC company who drove 11 hours to see Trump. And while there, she had a few dozen $21 Trump hats, and they were going fast.

Trump singled out a long list of foes in his remarks, including Republican strategist Karl Rove, Washington Post columnist George Will, the media in general, former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, former Florida governor Jeb Bush and former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton.

He said that his surprisingly strong showing in the polls will mean nothing if he does not prevail when voters cast their ballots.

“Unless I win, it’s a been a waste of time for me,” he said.

On Tuesday, Trump plans to be in Los Angeles, where he will host a national security event aboard the USS Iowa battleship.

He said he liked many of his Republican opponents including Ted Cruz, whom he called “a good guy.” But he warned against aggressively criticizing him.

“If he comes out and attacks me on Wednesday night, I will take it back immediately,” said Trump.

Why is Donald Trump still the frontrunner among all the Republican Presidential Candidates?

Because he is not a professional Politician, that’s why!

This brash, unabashedly American, business entrepreneur and quintessential showman has dominated the media for the past several years.

The popularity of his reality program on NBC and the catch phrase that came leaping out from it, “You’re fired!”, spread across America like wildfire.

Now, his Presidential Campaign is doing the same.

It is not just his flamboyance that has caught the eye of Americans.

The fact is, after almost two terms of an Administration taking the great country in the world on a scenic tour of the Highway to Hell, Donald Trump is the only Republican Candidate shouting, “Hit the brakes, you idiots!”

Trump’s straightforwardness has struck a chord in the hearts of average Americans, tired of the wussification of America, being so relentlessly pushed by both modern political parties.

This is what I don’t understand about the Republican Establishment.

They run around telling everybody how Conservative they are, when in reality, they actually hold the same beliefs as Liberal Democrats.

On March 1, 1975, the Great Communicator and Future President of the United States, Ronald Wilson Reagan, spoke the following words at the 2nd Annual CPAC Convention. He may as well have been speaking yesterday.

I don ‘t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, “We must broaden the base of our party” — when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.

It was a feeling that there was not a sufficient difference now between the parties that kept a majority of the voters away from the polls. When have we ever advocated a closed-door policy? Who has ever been barred from participating?

Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

From what I’m seeing out of a lot of the Republicans right now, they’re not even presenting Americans with pale pastels.

…Except for Donald Trump.

Back in the day, that political strategy propelled Ronald Reagan to the Presidency of the United States.

Per learnourhistory.com:

Through the 1970s, the United States struggled through a terrible recession and government became much more involved in Americans’ lives. Additionally, America showed significant weakness globally, as the Soviet Union flexed its muscles and smaller nations began to lose both fear and respect for the United States. It was clear the country needed a change.

Ronald Reagan was the right man for the job and was elected in a landslide. He swiftly changed the course of the nation, lowering taxes and reducing regulations to stimulate the economy and standing up for America’s principles and beliefs around the world. In addition to his changes to foreign and domestic policy, Reagan was an “American Exceptionalist”, meaning that he understood that there was something special and different about America that set it apart from all other nations. During his time in office, Reagan reduced the intrusive role of the government and helped the nation re-discover its greatness, power and economic growth.

The Political Strategy of “Bold Colors” is the reason that Trump is still leading all of the Professional Politicians, who are currently seeking the Nomination for the Republican Presidential Candidacy.

The Republican Establishment continues to show their color to be Liberal Blue, while they claim to be Conservative Red.

It is almost as if they believe that the Political Tsunami, which resulted in Republicans holding both Houses of Congress, came about because they made themselves look like Democrats.

They need to come down off of Capitol Hill every now and then.

And, visit Realityville.

It’s a whole different country out here.

Colbert to Politicize “The Late Show”

thLVJ0UCMZI can feel the smarmy, “I’m-smarter-than-you-are” hipness already, boys and girls. Can’t you?

According to deadline.com,

Further illustrating how little difference there will be between CBS’ Late Show host Stephen Colbert and Comedy Central late-night host Stephen Colbert, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will be Colbert’s guest during his second week hosting on the CBS program.

While some are speculating it’s the first time a current Supreme Court justice has been a guest on a network late-night show, it’s not so new for Colbert. In January 2012, former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens was a guest on The Colbert Report, talking about campaign finance.

The Breyer booking also is not such a surprise if you watched CBS’ Sunday Beltway show yesterday, during which you saw about half a dozen ads for the launch of Late Show With Stephen Colbert, suggesting the program is going to have a political bent. And, of course, Colbert in July told reporters attending TCA he plans get into politics on Late Show to a greater degree than have his broadcast competitors because it’s in his DNA. True to his word, he’s not only booked Breyer to guest on Monday, September 14, but will chat with United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon three nights later and Dem White House hopeful/Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders that Friday. And, of course, Colbert already had  tweeted that GOP White House hopeful Jeb Bush would be a guest when the host makes his debut taking over for David Letterman on Late Show, on September 8.

At TCA, Colbert complained he was counting the days until he debuted on his CBS show, so anxious is he to take a whack at Donald Trump on the air; Colbert called his web videos about the leading GOP candidate just so much “dry-Trumping.” Turns out, Stephen Colbert’s late-night persona as host of CBS’ Late Show isn’t going to be so different from the character he played on Comedy Central, the improv actor-turned-comic told reporters at the TCA Summer Press Tour.

When asked if viewers would finally get to see the real Colbert when he debuts on September 8, Colbert responded, “I don’t think anybody would have watched that old show if they didn’t know who I was,” he said. “Because that guy was a tool.” Playing his conservative gasbag character on The Colbert Report, “I had the excuse that I didn’t mean it, but I’m here to tell you I meant a lot of it. … I even agreed with my character sometimes. My hope is when people see me on the new show they will say ‘Oh wow, a lot of it was him the whole time!’”

How avant garde. How sophisticated. How…boringly Liberal.

Late Night Talk Shows first appeared on the scene in 1954 with the arrival of The Tonight Show . They really became popular with the debut of a young Midwestern guy by the name of Johnny Carson, when he took over the hosting duties of the Tonight Show, in 1962.

Each host of the Tonight Show, before the current one, brought something unique and entertaining to the table. Steve Allen brought both
comedy and musical ability. Jack Paar brought urbane sophistication. Johnny Carson brought masterful comedic timing and  a Midwestern “Aw, shucks” feel to the show. Jay Leno, was the “Everyman”…the wisecracking guy next door, whom you could find on the weekend with his head stuck under a car hood.  And, Conan O’Brien brought…err…umm…never mind.

Being the “old codger” that I am, I remember Johnny Carson very well.  Johnny had a natural, easy-going Interview Style, which allowed him to talk to anyone on his show, from a 7 year old to Movie Stars.

And, while Carson skewered BOTH political parties in his monologues, he never brought up his political affiliation on the show. He felt that if ehe invited politicians on the show, that would turn off his viewers, as they tuned into his show at the end of a long, hard workday, to be entertained, NOT PROSELYTIZED TO.

That would come later, as the Programming Geniuses at NBC and CBS turned The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and the Late Show With David Letterman into Propaganda Machines for the Democrat Party.

Letterman took his duty as the mouthpiece for the sophisticated, urbane Democrats up in the Northeast Corridor so seriously, he even attacked Former Republican Vice-Presidential Candidates Sarah Palin’s children in a monologue, which he later was forced to reluctantly apologize for, due to the blistering blowback which CBS received from average Americans in the Heartland, burning up the phone lines in protest.

Letterman eventually became a national joke on his own, through his indiscretion involving a female staff member.

This yearning by Colbert and the rest of the Liberals at CBS in New York City to seduce the “Young and Hip” into watching their show, by basically turning a late Night Talk Show into a Political Interview/Satiric Commentary Program, will ultimately be this latest version of the Late Show’s downfall.

If people want to watch someone suck up to the Democratic Party, they can tune in to the Nightly News on the three Broadcast Channels, CNN, or, if they are really desperate, MSNBC.

They are programming for a very select audience.

American Liberals only make up 24% of our population.

Some of them, actually work for a living and have to get up the next morning.

Others are quite content to remain Low Information Voters.

And, the rest…are on Facebook.

O’Malley Hints at Democrat Corruption. “Beware the Ides of September?”

Bathroon-Server-600-LIAll the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages. – William Shakespeare

The New York Times reports that

Martin O’Malley had one clear chance to make waves within the Democratic National Committee, and he seized it, delivering a fiery speech Friday that condemned his party’s leadership for what he called a process “rigged” to help Hillary Rodham Clinton — namely, curtailing the number of presidential primary debates.Accusing party leaders of trying to keep Democratic ideas hidden as the Republican presidential candidates spew “racist hate” from their debate lecterns, Mr. O’Malley, the former Maryland governor and mayor of Baltimore, questioned the decision to hold “four debates and four debates only” before the first four states finish voting.

“This is totally unprecedented in our party’s history,” Mr. O’Malley said. “This sort of rigged process has never been attempted before. Whose decree is it exactly? Where did it come from? To what end? For what purpose? What national or party interest does this decree serve? How does this help us tell the story of the last eight years of Democratic progress?”

While Mr. O’Malley never named the party’s chairwoman, Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, his remarks about the debates were clearly aimed at her – and she sat looking grim throughout, barely clapping, and appeared angry when she shook his hand once he finished.

He did not name Mrs. Clinton in his speech, either, but Mr. O’Malley was asked afterward if he thought the debate schedule had been arranged for her benefit. “Yes, I think so. Don’t you?” he replied.

While Mr. O’Malley has been deeply critical of the party for weeks over the debate schedule, this was a frontal attack on the party’s leadership from its own stage. Without endorsements or many major donors, Mr. O’Malley has little to lose.

But he was giving voice to a complaint that a growing number of party committee members have been making privately. Those members, mindful that Mrs. Clinton’s standing in some polls has sagged lately, have been concerned about a process that could ultimately do the party a disservice.

But delivering such a raw speech startled Democrats at the party’s summer meeting, although it was met with cheers from the crowd.

Mr. O’Malley, a lifelong Democrat and onetime chairman of the Democratic Governors Association, seemed comfortable playing the insurgent as he took the stage.

He urged Democrats to draw a sharp contrast with the discourse among the Republican presidential candidates. “Silence and complacency in the face of hate is not an honorable option,” he said, alluding to Donald J. Trump’s divisive remarks about immigration and women. “We must stand before the American people and show them we have a better way.”

Mr. O’Malley pointed out that the New Hampshire debate, the only one to be held before that state’s primary, was set for a weekend in December, when many people will be distracted with Christmas shopping and family obligations. (“At home we would call that too cute by half,” he told reporters after his speech.)

First off, does O’Malley stand a snowball’s chance in you-know-where of winning the Democratic Nomination as the Party’s Presidential Candidate?

Of course not.

However, he does bring up some interesting points.

The America Democratic Party, who once and still triumphantly hails themselves as the “Party of Diversity”, have seen their line-up of potential Presidential Candidates reduced to an unknown in O’Malley and two, possibly three candidates, with a lengthy political and personal record of dubious accomplishments and personal peccadillos.

In other words, they’re a bunch of old white folks from the Northeast Corridor.

If you Libs believe that this is “diversity”, then I do not believe that you know what that word means.

O’Malley’s not-so-subtle accusation of Political corruption in the Nomination Process sounds familiar. Wasn’t it just last election that Grass-root Conservative Republicans were losing our minds over the way that a milk-toast Northeastern Moderate named Mitt Romney somehow gained the Republican Nomination as our Presidential Candidate?

Why yes, we were.

Political Corruption harkens back to the days of the Old Testament, when despotic rulers reigned with impunity…until someone even more nefarious than they were, stole their kingdom out from under them.

As regards this political intrigue regarding the Democratic Candidates for their party’s Presidential Candidate Nomination, it is beginning to line up along the lines of a Shakespearean Tragedy, with the presumed nominee, Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, playing the role of Julius Caesar.

At this point in the unfolding of the tragedy,  it appears that the “Roman Senators” are beginning to line up against her.

With O’Malley pointing out the behind-the-scenes machinations and “Crazy Uncle Joe” Biden receiving the blessings of Emperor Barack Hussein Obama to enter the race, if he so wishes, the gravitational pull of all of Hillary’s past transgressions, including her present E-mail Scandal, are beginning to seemingly align the stars against her.

 Has

Has the seemingly-Teflon reputation of the Clintons finally come to an end?

Will this Political Play end with Hillary being symbolically “stabbed” in the back by her former boss, the President of the United States?

…I sure hope so.

Et tu, Barack?

Popularity of Trump and Cruz Surges After Debate

Trump-n-CruzWell, the latest poll, taken after the Republican Debate, shows some results that both the Democrats and the Republican Establishment will not like at all.

NBC News reports that

If Donald Trump’s comments about Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly are hurting his standing in the Republican primary, it’s not showing in the numbers.According to the latest NBC News Online Poll conducted by SurveyMonkey, Trump is at the top of the list of GOP candidates that Republican primary voters would cast a ballot for if the primary were being held right now.

The overnight poll was conducted for 24 hours from Friday evening into Saturday. During that period, Donald Trump stayed in the headlines due to his negative comments about Kelly and was dis-invited from a major conservative gathering in Atlanta.

None of that stopped Trump from coming in at the top of the poll with 23 percent. Sen. Ted Cruz was next on the list with 13 percent.

During the Fox News debate Thursday evening, Trump was the only Republican candidate to say he would not rule out a run as an independent candidate. According to this poll, that’s just fine with over half of his supporters. 54% of Trump supporters said they would vote for him for president, even if he didn’t win the GOP nomination. About one in five Trump supporters said they would switch and support the eventual Republican candidate.

The surprise result from the poll might have been businesswoman Carly Fiorina’s performance. 22% said she won the debate, besting Trump, Sen. Marco Rubio and Cruz. In overall support, she came in fourth with 8% of Republican primary voters saying they would support her in a primary or a caucus. This may not seem like a lot, but she had a gain in support of six points, which was the second highest in the poll. Fiorina may have benefited from stepped up media coverage due to her performance in the so-called “Happy Hour” debate that aired on Thursday before the prime-time event.

The NBC News Online Survey was conducted online by SurveyMonkey from August 7-8, 2015 among a national sample of 3,551 adults aged 18 and over.

While I do not personally believe that Trump will win the nomination, I believe that he is serving a purpose.

As both he and Senator Ted Cruz’s popularity show, the Political Pendulum is swinging back to the right…and it is leaving the restrictive fascism of Political Correctness and those who worship at its altar, behind.

And, whether Trump wins the nomination or not, he has drawn attention to issues which other Republicans have been loathe to discuss, much less take a stand on, that disagrees with their friends across the Political Aisle.

I’m have never been shy about stating that I like Senator Ted Cruz. He is a straight shooter, who is not afraid to tell it like it is.

The Republican Establishment, or Vichy Republicans, as I have dubbed them, are pushing potential Presidential Candidates for 2016, like Jeb Bush, whose platforms are so similar to those of their potential Democrat Opponents as to be virtually indistinguishable.

Oblivious of their past failures (i.e., Dole, McCain, and Romney), while pursuing their milksop Political Philosophy, the Vichy Republicans, or GOPe, as an internet friend has named them, cling to their mission to hold onto their cushy Seats of Power, recently given to them last November by us, their Conservative Base, by playing an old, tired political game.

Make no mistake, they will defend the Washingtonian Status Quo to their last breath, and savage anyone who threatens it, with the help of their allies from “across the aisle”, the Democrats and their minions in the Main Stream media. Look at how they have attacked Entrepreneur and Showman Donald J. Trump, and Republican Senator, Ted Cruz of Texas.

They have called them both everything but Children of God.

However, they are not the first Republican Politicians, who appealed to the Conservative base, to be attacked in this manner, in this generation.  That honor belonged to the greatest United States President in our lifetime, Ronald Reagan.

On March 1, 1975, the Great Communicator and Future President of the United States, spoke the following words at the 2nd Annual CPAC Convention. He may as well have been speaking yesterday.

I don‘t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, “We must broaden the base of our party” — when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.

Let us show that we stand for fiscal integrity and sound money and above all for an end to deficit spending, with ultimate retirement of the national debt.

Let us also include a permanent limit on the percentage of the people’s earnings government can take without their consent.

Let our banner proclaim a genuine tax reform that will begin by simplifying the income tax so that workers can compute their obligation without having to employ legal help.

And let it provide indexing — adjusting the brackets to the cost of living — so that an increase in salary merely to keep pace with inflation does not move the taxpayer into a surtax bracket. Failure to provide this means an increase in government’s share and would make the worker worse off than he was before he got the raise.

Let our banner proclaim our belief in a free market as the greatest provider for the people. Let us also call for an end to the nit-picking, the harassment and over-regulation of business and industry which restricts expansion and our ability to compete in world markets.

Let us explore ways to ward off socialism, not by increasing government’s coercive power, but by increasing participation by the people in the ownership of our industrial machine.

Our banner must recognize the responsibility of government to protect the law-abiding, holding those who commit misdeeds personally accountable.

And we must make it plain to international adventurers that our love of peace stops short of “peace at any price.”

We will maintain whatever level of strength is necessary to preserve our free way of life.

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

I do not believe I have proposed anything that is contrary to what has been considered Republican principle. It is at the same time the very basis of conservatism. It is time to reassert that principle and raise it to full view. And if there are those who cannot subscribe to these principles, then let them go their way.

Timeless Advice.

Here’s some from ol’ KJ, if I may be so bold: you members of the Republican Establishment need to climb down off of your bar stools at the Congressional Country Club, and travel outside the Echo Chamber of the Beltway, where actual, average Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck, trying to provide for their families, while attempting to make a better life for their children and grandchildren.

Come on down to Mississippi and sit a spell and have some barbecue, sweet tea, and ‘nana puddin’ with us average Americans, instead of hanging out with Obama at the White House and partaking of Arugula and Wagyu Beef.

You want to know why Donald J. Trump, and Ted Cruz are so popular with average, real-life Americans?

The fact is, after almost two terms of an Administration taking the great country in the world on a scenic tour of the Highway to Hell, these two have the gumption to shout,

Hit the brakes, you idiots!

Their straightforwardness has struck a chord in the hearts of average Americans, tired of the wussification of America, being so relentlessly pushed by both modern political parties.

The Republican Debate: Was the “Fix In”?

thQUXT2EGX

Alright, you old Sesame Street Viewers, sing along,

One of these things is not like the others,

One of these things, just “doesn’t belong”.

Last night, during the Prime Time Republican Presidential Candidate Debate, it seemed as if the Republican Establishment had called in a favor, as the only non-professional politician, “brash interloper” Donald J. Trump, was the focus of attacks from not only his fellow candidates, but the Fox News Moderators as well.

For example, courtesy of realclearpolitics.com

KELLY: Mr. Trump, one of the things people love about you is you speak your mind and you don’t use a politician’s filter. However that is not without its downsides, in particular when it comes to women. You’ve called women you don’t like fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals. Your twitter account

TRUMP: Only Rosie O’Donnell.

KELLY: For the record, it was well beyond Rosie O’Donnell.

TRUMP: I’m sure it was.

KELLY: Your twitter account has several disparaging comments about women’ looks. You once told a contest tent that it would be a pretty picture to see her on her knees. Does that sound like the temperament of a man we should elect as president? And how do you answer the charge from Hillary Clinton, who is likely to be the Democratic nominee, that you are part of the war on women?

TRUMP: The big problem this country has is being politically correct. I’ve been challenged by so many people and I don’t frankly have time for total political correctness. And to be honest with you, this country doesn’t have time either. This country is in big trouble. We don’t win anymore. We lose to China, we lose to Mexico both in trade and at the border. We lose to everybody. Frankly what I say and oftentimes it’s fun, it’s kidding, we have a good time. What I say is what I say. And honestly, Megyn if you don’t like it, I’m sorry. I’ve been very nice to you although I could probably not be based on the way you have treated me, but I wouldn’t do that. But you know what? We, we need strength, we need energy, we need quickness and we need brain in this country to turn it around. That I can tell you right now.

The Republican Establishment just can not seem to figure out why Donald J. Trump is currently the frontrunner among all the Republican Presidential Candidates?

Last night, it was painfully obvious that “the fix was in” and, that the Republican Establishment is “concerned”, to the point of feigning embarrassment, over the words and actions of the famous entrepreneur.

This is what I don’t understand about the Republican Establishment.

They run around telling everybody how Conservative they are, when in reality, they actually hold the same beliefs as Liberal Democrats.

Ronald Reagan gave a famous stump speech about the fact that the Republican Party at one time, needed “bold colors, not pale pastels”.

From what I’m seeing out of a lot of the Republicans right now, they’re not even presenting Americans with pale pastels.

…Except for Donald Trump.

Trump upsets the status quo.

The Establishment Republicans are showing their color to be Liberal Blue, while they claim to be Conservative Red.

It is almost as if they believe that the Political Tsunami, which resulted in Republicans holding both Houses of Congress, came about because they made themselves look like Democrats.

If Americans were enjoying the Washingtonian Status Quo, we would not have given the Republicans control of the House and Senate in the last two Mid-Term Elections.

If we wanted to continue to put up with their Liberal Stupidity, we would have left all of them in office.

Instead, last November, we showed the Democrats and, those , who were not doing their jobs, the door.

The Vichy (Establishment) Republicans need to come down off of Capitol Hill, every now and then.

And, visit Realityville.

Average Americans, like you and me, living from paycheck to paycheck in America’s Heartland, do not need another Democratic Party.

We know how to spend our hard-earned money, just fine, thank you.

And, we don’t want it spent selling the body parts of  babies slaughtered in the name of personal convenience.

Trump has found his popularity, whether it lasts of not, by saying the things that Americans are thinking and feeling.

Americans are fed up with Political Correctness and the professional politicians’ sacrifice of America’s Traditional Values, for the sake of political gain and political expediency.

The overwhelming majority of average Americans want Conservatives whose blood runs red, not Liberal squishes, who have more in common with the snooty Democrats in the Northeast Corridor, than they do with average Americans in the Heartland.

If the Republican establishment does not come to that realization very soon, they will go down to defeat again in 2016.

They will never achieve victory by trying to push the epitome of “Liberal Moderation”, known as Jeb Bush, down the throats of their Conservative Base.

American Conservatives, here in the Heartland, are not changing our time-honored American Faith and Values for a bunch of mountebanks who act as if they care about our opinions come Election-time and, then, ignoring us, until they seek re-election.

Even buying off Fox News, will not change that fact.

Please reference their Facebook Page, where they caught you-know-what, all night long, for their obvious duplicity.

In summation, the American people are tired of the anti-American political expediencies being forced down our throats by both poltical parties.

Donald Trump, for all of his brashness and braggadocio, is a breath of free air and, quite frankly an anomaly. He’s not a professional politician. He is a businessman who wants to become a public servant.

Now, where did I hear that before?

Oh, yeah.

That’s the way the Founding Fathers envisioned our system of government, led by citizens, who served their term s as public servants…AND THEN WENT HOME.

But, I digress…

You know what tickles me the most about “The Donald”?

He reminds me of one of my favorite movie characters.

He actually has a backbone.

Just remember what ol’ Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol’ storm right square in the eye and he says, “Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it.” – Jack Burton, Truck Driver (Kurt Russell) “Big Trouble in Little China”

…and that, boys and girls, is a refreshing change.

Until He Comes,

The Iran Deal: Obama Throws a 60 Minute Presidential Temper Tantrum

Iran-Cheat-600-LA“I was a little Jakarta street kid,” he said in a wide-ranging interview in his office (excerpts are on my blog, http://www.nytimes.com/ontheground). He once got in trouble for making faces during Koran study classes in his elementary school, but a president is less likely to stereotype Muslims as fanatics — and more likely to be aware of their nationalism — if he once studied the Koran with them.Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.” – Nicholas Kristof, “Obama: Man of the World”, the New York Times, 3/6/2007

Barack Hussein Obama is still a ” little Jakarta street kid”. And, yesterday, he threw a Presidential Temper Tantrum.

Foxnews.com reports that

President Obama vigorously defended Wednesday his nuclear agreement with Iran as one “the world unanimously supports,” reaching back to blame America’s invasion of Iraq — and the overthrow of Saddam Hussein — for emboldening Iran, while labeling Republican opposition as “knee-jerk partisanship,” and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s criticism as “wrong.”

Speaking at American University in Washington, Obama described the congressional debate over the Iran deal as the “most consequential” since the Iraq invasion. The president called the agreement a “very good deal” that — despite critics’ claims to the contrary — forbids Iran from building a nuclear weapon.

In anticipation of a barrage of advertising against the deal, Obama likened those arguments to the case for war in Iraq more than a decade ago.

“Many of the same people who argued for the war in Iraq are now making the case against the Iran nuclear deal,” Obama said.

The stark comparison dovetails with the president’s central claim that the alternative to an Iran deal may be war — “maybe not tomorrow, maybe not three months from now, but soon,” he said Wednesday. And his appeal to lawmakers comes as he tries to stem defections from his own party.

He spoke after Democratic Rep. Steve Israel, of New York, told Newsday he will oppose the Iran plan. Spokeswoman Caitlin Girouard confirmed his opposition to Fox News.

The defection was a blow to the president as he tries to shore up party support ahead of a vote in Congress expected next month. Israel is policy and communications chairman for House Democrats and the chamber’s highest-ranking Jewish Democrat.

In his speech, Obama addressed head-on the Israeli government’s opposition to the deal, saying he doesn’t doubt Netanyahu’s sincerity but thinks he “is wrong.”

Dan Gillerman, former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, afterward asked on Fox News: “What if [Obama] is wrong?”

If he is, Gillerman said, it’ll be another speech that “doesn’t go so well” for Obama. But for Israel, he said, it’s “existential.”

“Israel is the only country in the world who Iran threatens, time and time again … to wipe off the face of the earth,” he said.

A spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner said Obama is relying on “partisan attacks, false claims, and fear.”

The backdrop for Obama’s speech was meant to link the nuclear accord to a long tradition of American diplomacy, often conducted with unfriendly nations. He spoke at the same university where President John F. Kennedy made a famous call for Cold War diplomacy and nuclear disarmament. His address also coincides with the anniversary of the nuclear test ban treaty, the landmark 1963 agreement Kennedy and leaders from the Soviet Union and Britain finalized shortly after the president’s well-known speech.

Ahead of the speech, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., pointed to “growing bipartisan concern” over the deal.

“It’s widespread and it’s well-founded,” he said, citing recent defections. Republicans unveiled legislation on the House side Tuesday to oppose the deal.

Obama’s address is part of an intense summer lobbying campaign by both supporters and opponents of the nuclear deal. Congressional lawmakers will vote next month on a resolution either approving or disapproving of the pact.

Some key Democratic lawmakers announced their support this week, including Sens. Tim Kaine of Virginia, Barbara Boxer of California and Bill Nelson of Florida.

However, the administration lost the backing of three prominent Jewish Democrats — Nita Lowey and Florida Rep. Ted Deutch, in addition to Rep. Israel.

“In my judgment, sufficient safeguards are not in place to address the risks associated with the agreement,” Lowey said in a statement. “… This agreement will leave the international community with limited options in 15 years to prevent nuclear breakout in Iran, which will be an internationally-recognized nuclear threshold state, capable of producing highly enriched uranium.”

House Republicans already have announced they have the 218 votes lined up to oppose the deal. But, if the Senate also opposes the agreement, both chambers would need to muster a two-thirds majority to override an expected presidential veto. That’s where Democratic votes will be critical for both sides of the debate.

Addressing concerns that the nuclear deal effectively legitimizes Iran’s nuclear program and puts it on a path to a bomb, Obama countered that a vote against the deal in Congress “would not only pave Iran’s pathway to a bomb, it would accelerate it.”

On the sidelines of the speech, International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Yukiya Amano was meeting in Washington Wednesday with members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Obama has presented the choice before lawmakers as one of war and peace. During a private meeting Tuesday with American Jewish leaders, Obama said that if Congress blocks the deal, the only option he or the next president would have for stopping Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon is military action.

Critics of the deal, including Netanyahu, say Obama is delegitimizing their concerns and instead painting them as eager for war. In a webcast Tuesday aimed at American Jews, Netanyahu called thatargument “utterly false” and said Israel wants peace, not war.

To Obama, Kennedy’s willingness to negotiate with the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War is a useful comparison for defending his engagement with Iran, a country long at odds with the U.S. and its allies, particularly Israel.

Even as they link Obama’s diplomacy to Kennedy’s, White House officials argue that the president’s Iran accord has a key advantage over the nuclear test ban treaty. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said that while Kennedy had to roll back components of the U.S. nuclear program to strike a deal, Obama made no concessions to Iran that weaken U.S. national security.

While the President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) and his Secretary of State John (I served in Vietnam) Kerry continue to try to push their “wonderful, magnificent deal” with the Rogue Radical Islamic Nation of Iran, down America’s throat, there are four American citizens, including a Forgotten American Man of Faith, being held in the squalor of Iranian Jails.

United States President Barack Hussein Obama has proven himself to be more concerned about America’s Enemies than our Allies…and, more concerned about reaching out to Muslim Radicals than demanding the release of Christian American Pastor Saeed Abedina, who has been held captive by Iran since the summer of 2012, and his fellow prisoners.

So, why is the President of these United States, Barack Hussein Obama, trusting Iran, an enemy of freedom, to stand by its “Agreement” to refrain from nuking the United States of America and Israel?

Iran remains our mortal enemy, who wants every single American Infidel beheaded, and, who, to this day, refers to this sacred land as “The Great Satan”.

It is well known, that a young Obama, after his mother wed a quite well-off fellow from Indonesia, attended a Madrassa, or Muslim School, in Jakarta.

I believe that the time he spent among “the religion of peace” in his youth, and the 20 years he spent under the “Reformed Muslim” (Liberation Theology) teachings of “ex”-American Muslim, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, molded and cemented his attitude toward Muslims.

Obama innately trusts Muslims…even radical ones.

Obama, Kerry, and the rest of his Liberal Dhimmi Cabal has shown where their loyalties unequivocally lie, with their braggadocio over this Chamberlain-esque “deal” that is destined to not only blow up in their faces, but also “where alabaster cities gleam, undimmed by human tears” and in the heart of the Holy Land, itself.

Obama’s concern is not with our allies nor the safety of the citizens of the United States.

Obama, as he always has been, is concerned with himself and leaving a marvelous legacy as president.

Giving Iran the means to “kill the infidels” will definitely cement Obama’s Legacy…if there is anyone left to remember it.

Iran has always been, since the ouster of the Shah, a rogue nation. They are a threat to every nation who stands in the way of their crazed Political Ideology, disguised as a “religion”.

Either due to naiveté or simple over-estimation of their own intelligence, on the part of Obama and his Administration, as regards their “superior intellect”, to quote Fred Thompson, as Admiral Josh Painter, in the great movie “The Hunt for Red October”…

This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it.

Obama has screwed both God’s Chosen People and the nation which he is sworn to protect…for the sake of his own ego’s contentment.

Until He Comes,
