Xi to Biden at Start of Virtual Summit: “I’m Very Happy to See My Old Friend”…Why Would He Say That?

China’s President Xi Jinping referred to President Biden as his “old friend” ahead of a highly anticipated virtual summit meeting Monday evening that followed months of tense diplomatic relations between the two nations.

Xi’s choice of words to describe his relationship with Biden contradicted the way both the president and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki have characterized their relationship. Biden has touted his rapport with Xi as an advantage during increasingly fraught diplomatic dealings between the US and China, even as he has disputed the idea they are friends.

“It’s the first time for us to meet virtually. Although it’s not as good as a face-to-face meeting, I’m very happy to see my old friend,” Xi said through a translator at the start of the meeting.

Biden has claimed on multiple occasions to have “traveled 17,000 miles” with Xi during his time as vice president in the Obama administration. But the president bristled during a June press conference when Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked if Biden would call Xi “old friend to old friend” to demand China’s cooperation with efforts to investigate the origins of COVID-19.

“Let’s get something straight: we know each other well, we’re not old friends,” Biden said. “It’s just pure business.”

Psaki reiterated that assertion just hours before the meeting, telling reporters during her daily press briefing that Biden “still does not consider him an old friend.”

The pleasant exchange preceded a meeting in which top Chinese and American officials were expected to discuss several sources of tensions. Relations between the U.S. and China have deteriorated in recent months amid international disputes over Beijing’s aggressive stance toward self-ruled Taiwan, territorial disputes in the Indo-Pacific region, economic tensions, and public sparring over handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both Biden and Xi spoke of clear communication as the key to long-term diplomatic relations.

Biden called for the establishment of “common sense guardrails” to prevent disputes from escalating to conflict and for collaboration on climate change and other “vital global issues.”

“All countries need to play by the same rules of the road. It’s why the United States is always going to stand up for our interests and values and those of our allies and partners. If past is prologue, I’m sure that today we’ll be discussing those areas where we have concerns, from human rights to economics to ensuring a free and open Indo-Pacific,” Biden said.

Attendees of the summit meeting included members of Biden’s Cabinet, including Secretary of State Tony Blinken and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, as well as Xi’s closest government advisers.

Now, why would Xi call Biden an “old friend”?

One of the people on an explosive email thread allegedly involving Hunter Biden has corroborated the veracity of the messages, which appear to outline a payout for former Vice President Joe Biden as part of a deal with a Chinese energy firm.

One email, dated May 13, 2017, and obtained by Fox News, includes a discussion of “remuneration packages” for six people in a business deal with a Chinese energy firm. The email appeared to identify Hunter Biden as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” in an apparent reference to now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co.

The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details. Fox News spoke to one of the people who was copied on the email, who confirmed its authenticity.

Sources told Fox News that “the big guy” is a reference to the former vice president. The New York Post initially published the emails and other controversial messages that Fox News has also obtained.

Hunter Biden was the point of the spear in a Foreign Policy scandal which is just a small part of what will go down as the most corrupt Presidential Administration in history, making the Warren G. Harding Teapot Dome Scandal pale in comparison.

All of this boggles the mind. Think about it:

The entire attack on Former President Trump, which lasted his entire first term, the Special Counsel’s “Russian Collusion” investigation, and the hurried Democratic Sham Impeachment were all part of a strategy to cover up the out-of-control corruption, both foreign and domestic, which took place during the Obama Administration with the knowledge and consent of President Barack Hussein Obama, himself.

That would certainly explain the Democrats’ over-the-top reaction to losing the 2016 Presidential Election and their vicious rhetoric and unconstitutional political actions and schemes since.

Former President Trump was right all along.

If the dots can be connected in the case of Hunter Biden’s and his father’s history of corruption and the Obama White House and their Foreign Policy, it could be absolutely huge.

The Chinese general whom Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mark Milley reportedly promised to warn about U.S. military action is among the regime’s biggest warmongers.

Li Zuocheng, a People’s Liberation Army chief and one of President Xi Jinping’s highest-ranking military officers, reportedly took several phone calls from Milley in the closing days of the Trump administration. America’s top military commander cited his five-year relationship with Li as reason to warn him of an American attack, according to journalist Bob Woodward. The Chinese general has a history of making public calls for military aggression, threatening to “resolutely smash” Taiwanese forces or any other country that challenges the CCP’s regional control.

“If the possibility for peaceful reunification is lost, the people’s armed forces will, with the whole nation, including the people of Taiwan, take all necessary steps to resolutely smash any separatist plots or actions,” Li said in a 2020 speech at Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. “We do not promise to abandon the use of force and reserve the option to take all necessary measures to stabilize and control the situation in the Taiwan Strait.”

Woodward reported Milley placed the calls to Li outside of the chain of command, failing to notify other senior officials—or the president—of his actions. The top general also summoned officers to review practices for using nuclear weapons, saying he must be involved in any such decision.

Li’s comments were amplified on Chinese social media, fomenting anti-American sentiment. One post on Baijiahao, a website for writing and commentary sponsored by Chinese media giant Baidu, framed Li’s warnings as a threat to an “arrogant” United States in “cahoots” with Taiwan.

“The United States is in cahoots and arrogant, but General Li Zuocheng has also drawn a red line for the Taiwan Province authorities,” a translation of the post reads. “General Li Zuocheng’s warning is not a cliché. He is a fighting hero who … represents the attitude of every bloody Chinese son and daughter. The Taiwan Province authorities should not underestimate the determination of the mainland.”

The Chinese general has met with military brass from other adversaries of the United States. Li led a Chinese delegation in a meeting with Russian defense minister Sergei Shoigu in May 2018 to discuss “strengthening strategic coordination” between the two countries. Experts told the Washington Free Beacon in August that growing ties between the Russian and Chinese militaries pose a vital threat to American national security. Shoigu led operations supporting the Assad regime in Syria, as well as against Ukraine.

Li also rubbed elbows with Pakistani military leaders. Li met in 2017 with top Pakistani general Bilal Akbar to forge closer military cooperation. In the aftermath of the Biden administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Taliban has signaled interest in joining Pakistani and Chinese trade agreements.

Revelations about Li’s past may intensify mounting calls from Republicans for Milley’s resignation. Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) demanded President Joe Biden immediately fire Milley for his “reckless behavior.”

“These actions by General Milley demonstrate a clear lack of sound judgment, and I urge you to dismiss him immediately,” Rubio said. “General Milley has attempted to rationalize his reckless behavior by arguing that what he perceived as the military’s judgment as [sic] more stable than its civilian commander. It is a dangerous precedent that could be asserted at any point in the future by General Milley or others. It threatens to tear apart our nation’s longstanding principle of civilian control of the military.”

Joint Chiefs spokesman Col. Dave Butler told the Washington Free Beacon that Milley “regularly communicates” with leaders worldwide to avoid “unintended consequences” and provide “clarity.”

“His calls with the Chinese and others in October and January were in keeping with these duties and responsibilities conveying reassurance in order to maintain strategic stability,” Butler said. “All calls from the Chairman to his counterparts, including those reported, are staffed, coordinated and communicated with the Department of Defense and the interagency. … General Milley continues to act and advise within his authority in the lawful tradition of civilian control of the military and his oath to the Constitution.”

Isn’t friendship just wonderful?

In an article posted January 21, 2016 on BreakingDefense.com, Milley said that Russia was America’s number one enemy.

Guess what he said about China?

“It’s important [that] the Chinese are not an enemy,” Milley emphasized. “I would caution anyone from saying China is an ‘adversary,’ [even]. Fortunately…the Chinese take a long view.” China’s strategic patience and self-confidence contrasts with the Russians, whom Milley noted are bitter and anxious over the loss of the Soviet empire, the expansion of NATO, and the demographic disaster of an ever-shrinking ethnic Russian population.

While Chinese intentions are less aggressive than the Russians’, their long-term capabilities are greater. With the rise of China and the Asia-Pacific generally, Milley said, “we are living through…one of the largest shifts in global power in world history,” comparable to the fall of the Roman Empire or the rise of the current Atlantic-centric global economy after 1492. “History is not necessarily optimistic” about such shifts: In Harvard case studies of 18 rising powers, he said, 15 ended up at war with the incumbent major power.

Back on February 20, 2020, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned about the Chinese Infiltration of our Country which began under Obama.

Per their website, 1000plan.org, China initiated the Thousand Talents Plan at the end of 2008.

By 2017, China had recruited more than 7,000 professionals, per a bi-partisan Senate Sub-committee report titled “Threats to the U.S. Research Enterprise: China’s Talent Recruitment Plans” published in November of last year.

Okay. Why was this allowed in the first place?

And, why didn’t the Federal Government put a stop to it?

Who was the President in January of 2009?

Oh, wait…Now, I remember (with a little help from The Washington Post)

Obama became the first U.S. president to visit China during his first year in office. But his administration was taken aback by how completely the Chinese controlled all aspects of that visit.

“He wasn’t allowed to say much at all,” said Orville Schell, a longtime China scholar who was in China during the visit. “The Chinese kept him from meeting certain people, from taking questions or even radio broadcasts. He didn’t know quite how to respond. He didn’t want to be impolite. It took the U.S. a while to understand that this was the direction China and the relationship was headed.”

Some have blamed Obama for adopting such an overly optimistic and open stance during those early years. For all his outreach, current and former top U.S. diplomats say, Obama got little in return, except the feeling of being burned by Beijing.

Well, gosh.

Milley said that his relationship with Li Zuocheng had been going on for 5 years at the time of the phone calls in question.

That meant that it started under President Barack Hussein Obama and Vice-President Joe Biden, when Milley was Chief of Staff of the Army, starting in August of 2015.

No wonder Biden said that he has complete faith in General Milley.

Once again…the plot sickens.

The White House said it hasn’t ruled any theories out yet on COVID-19’s origin but refused to say whether there would be retribution if the tracks led back to a Chinese lab.

“We haven’t ruled out anything yet,” principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters in her first time at the briefing podium, when asked whether the virus had emerged in a manner that was “deliberate or not an accident.”

President Biden said earlier Wednesday in a statement that the intelligence community is torn between “two likely scenarios.” He said ‘two elements’ of the Intelligence Community leaned toward the theory that the virus emerged from human contact with an infected animal and one element leaning toward the accidental lab leak theory. “The majority of elements do not believe there is sufficient information to assess one to be more likely than the other,” Biden said, adding that each theory had been assessed with “low to moderate confidence.”

“Would the president seek to punish China?” Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked Jean-Pierre, if the lab leak theory were proven.

“We’re not going to go there just yet,” Jean-Pierre replied, “We have to go through the 90-day review. And once we have the 90-day review, will we be able to reassess.” Biden earlier said he had asked the intelligence community to “redouble their efforts” to “bring us closer to a definitive conclusion” and get back to him within 90 days.

Doocy pressed again. “If another nation either was responsible or knew more than they were letting on… What would the president do?”

“I’m just not going to prejudge. I’m not going to make a statement until, you know, until we know what happens after this 90-day review,” Jean-Pierre replied.

This week, Fox News learned from a former State Department official that several workers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology fell ill in mid-November 2019, a month before COVID-19 was first reported in Wuhan, China. The official, who worked at the State Department during the Trump administration, claimed to have been in touch with those contacts at the time and said colleagues also had been in communication with contacts about the issue.

So, what would stop a President of the United States of America from punishing China for unleashing a pandemic from one of its research laboratories which killed thousands of Americas?

Wuhan Institute of Virology, Suspected Ground Zero for COVID-19, Will Receive American Taxpayer Funding Through 2024

And we have to consider that Xi Jinping and the ChiCom Politburo came up with a way to share the effects of this virus with everybody else in the world to make sure they were not the only ones damaged by it.

DailyCaller.com reports that

The Wuhan Institute of Virology is authorized to receive taxpayer funding for animal research until January 2024, the National Institute of Health told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The WIV is at the center of widespread speculation that COVID-19 could have entered the human population in China due to an accidental lab leak. Researchers at the lab were studying bat-based coronaviruses prior to the outbreak, a project partially backed by $600,000 in U.S. taxpayer funds routed to the lab through the nonprofit group EcoHealth Alliance.

The president of EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Daszak, was the sole U.S. member of the World Health Organization delegation that investigated the origins of the pandemic on the ground in China in January and February. While the WHO delegation has yet to release a report on their findings, Daszak said the White House should blindly accept their conclusion that it’s highly unlikely the virus could have leaked from the WIV.

Daszak also said American intelligence, which indicates researchers at the WIV became infected with COVID-like symptoms before the first known cases in December 2019, shouldn’t be trusted.

EcoHealth Alliance’s work researching bat-based coronaviruses in China was funded by a $3.7 million grant from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in 2014, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The grant was terminated by the National Institutes of Health in April amid criticism over EcoHealth Alliance’s relationship with the WIV. The NIH said in a letter the nonprofit’s work in China did not align with “program goals and agency priorities.”

Excuse my language but “What the He!!?”

There is increasing confidence that COVID-19 likely originated in a Wuhan laboratory not as a bioweapon, but as part of China’s effort to demonstrate that its efforts to identify and combat viruses are equal to or greater than the capabilities of the United States, multiple sources who have been briefed on the details of early actions by China’s government and seen relevant materials tell Fox News.

This may be the “costliest government coverup of all time,” one of the sources said.

The sources believe the initial transmission of the virus was bat-to-human, and that “patient zero” worked at the laboratory, then went into the population in Wuhan.

The “increasing confidence” comes from classified and open-source documents and evidence, the sources said. Fox  News has requested to see the evidence directly.

Asked by Fox News’ John Roberts about the reporting, President Trump remarked at Wednesday’s coronavirus press briefing, “More and more we’re hearing the story…we are doing a very thorough examination of this horrible situation.”

Documents detail early efforts by doctors at the lab and early efforts at containment. The Wuhan wet market initially identified as a possible point of origin never sold bats, and the sources tell Fox News that blaming the wet market was an effort by China to deflect blame from the laboratory, along with the country’s propaganda efforts targeting the U.S. and Italy.

U.S. Embassy officials warned in January 2018 about inadequate safety at the Wuhan Institute of Virology lab and passed on information about scientists conducting risky research on coronavirus from bats, The Washington Post reported Tuesday.

Responding to the report, Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said Tuesday afternoon: “It should be no surprise to you that we have taken a keen interest in that and we’ve had a lot of intelligence take a hard look at that. I would just say at this point, it’s inconclusive, although the weight of evidence seems to indicate natural, but we don’t know for certain.”

“Even today, I see them withholding information and I think we need to do more to continue to press them to share,” Secretary of Defense Mark Esper told “America’s Newsroom” on Wednesday, referring to China. Esper added that he wouldn’t speak to “intelligence reporting,” but that “most people believe it began naturally — it was organic, if you will. I think in due course, once we get through the pandemic we’re in right now, there’ll be time to look back and really ascertain what happened and make sure we have a better understanding so we can prevent this in the future.”

Speaking to “The Story” Wednesday evening, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo remarked: “What we do know is we know that this virus originated in Wuhan, China. We know there is the Wuhan Institute of Virology just a handful of miles away from where the wet market was. There is still lots to learn. You should know that the United States government is working diligently to figure it out.”

Concerning the State Department cables warning about the Wuhan laboratory, Pompeo said the installation “contained highly contagious materials — we knew that, we knew that they were working on this program, many countries have programs like this. In countries that are open and transparent, they have the ability to control them and keep them safe, and they allow outside observers in to make sure all the processes and procedures are right. I only wish that that had happened in this place.”

Americans were originally helping train the Chinese in a program called PREVENT well before the Chinese started working on this virus. The French government helped the Chinese set up the Wuhan lab.

China “100 percent” suppressed data and changed data, the sources tell Fox News. Samples were destroyed,  contaminated areas scrubbed, some early reports erased, and academic articles stifled. 

The above article from Fox News goes on to say that, according to sources, the WHO was complicit in China’s cover-up from the beginning.

Gee, DiNozzo…ya think?

In an article from February 20th of last year, posted on qz.com by Jan Li, their Chinese Tech Reporter, she states that

The institute first rejected speculation that the first patient to be infected  with the virus was a graduate student who studied at the lab, saying on Sunday (Feb. 16) the student is in good health. Yesterday (Feb. 19), it issued a strong worded statement (link in Chinese), saying the rumors about it have “hurt the feelings of its frontline researchers hugely”  and “severely interfered” with its task to study viruses. “We have nothing to hide,” the letter read.Nonetheless, internet users don’t appear to be convinced by the assurances from the lab. “What is the truth? The collapse of trustworthiness of media and government is not only sad for the two parties, but also for us citizens,” said a user on Weibo commenting on the rumors. “Some might think the so-called rumors are just a prophecy ahead of our times,” said another.

Some “rumors” from the early days of the epidemic after all turned out not to be far from reality. Li Wenliang, a doctor, had told others about a cluster of cases of viral pneumonia before the outbreak had been made public, but was summoned by Wuhan police for “spreading rumors.” He later became infected himself, and his death turned him into a vivid symbol of the costs of the government’s opacity—prompting an outpouring of anger and grief, and rare public demands for freedom of speech and transparency from the government.

The Chinese people themselves knew that their Communist Government Officials were lying about the origin of the Coronavirus.

Unfortunately, the Chinese Communists are famous for making people “disappear”.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called for the Chinese Government to “come clean” as to the true origins of the Coronavirus Pandemic which has been so costly to our country.

I know that Secretary Pompeo knew that they had no intention of doing so.

They lie to their own citizens. In fact, they have been lying to the world for years.

And, that includes America, as noted by the way that they are playing President Trump’s successor, Sleepy Joe Biden, like Charlie Daniels played a fiddle.

Now matter how you look at it, the Chinese Government should pay a price for unleashing COVID-19 upon the world.

Considering how may have died or become seriously ill across the globe, including innocent Americans, Biden’s allowing the Wuhan Institute of Virology to receive money from the United States of America not only strains credulity, it snaps that sucker right in two.

Biden’s Domestic and Foreign Policy of “America Last” is liable to be the death of us all.

Hunter Biden Email Thread Outlines Payout to Joe Biden as Part of Deal With Chinese Energy Firm

FoxNews.com reports that

One of the people on an explosive email thread allegedly involving Hunter Biden has corroborated the veracity of the messages, which appear to outline a payout for former Vice President Joe Biden as part of a deal with a Chinese energy firm.

One email, dated May 13, 2017, and obtained by Fox News, includes a discussion of “remuneration packages” for six people in a business deal with a Chinese energy firm. The email appeared to identify Hunter Biden as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” in an apparent reference to now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co.

The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details. Fox News spoke to one of the people who was copied on the email, who confirmed its authenticity.

Sources told Fox News that “the big guy” is a reference to the former vice president. The New York Post initially published the emails and other controversial messages that Fox News has also obtained.

The Bidens’ relationship with Ukraine came under special attention last year as House Democrats pursued an impeachment inquiry surrounding President Trump’s now-infamous July 25 call with Ukraine’s president. In it, Trump asked President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate the former vice president, who was suspected of abusing his authority to pressure the government into firing its top prosecutor.

Another email from May of 2014 shows Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to Burisma’s board, allegedly shows him asking for the younger Biden’s advice on how to stop “politically motivated actions.”

“We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message / signal, etc. to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions,” it reads. And less than a year later, a purported email from Pozharskyi shows him thanking Hunter Biden for an invitation to meet his father.

Biden’s campaign has denied wrongdoing and claiming that the former vice president’s schedule showed no meeting taking place. Politico later clarified that the campaign wouldn’t rule out the possibility that the former vice president had an informal interaction with Pozharskyi.

Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates also said: “Investigations by the press, during impeachment, and even by two Republican-led Senate committees whose work was decried as ‘not legitimate’ and political by a GOP colleague have all reached the same conclusion: that Joe Biden carried out official U.S. policy toward Ukraine and engaged in no wrongdoing. Trump administration officials have attested to these facts under oath.”

Hunter Biden was the point of the spear in a Foreign Policy scandal which is just a small part of what will go down as the most corrupt Presidential Administration in history, making the Warren G. Harding Teapot Dome Scandal pale in comparison.

It is looking more and more as the entire attack on President Trump, which lasted his entire first term, the Special Counsel’s “Russian Collusion” investigation, and the hurried Democratic Sham Impeachment were all part of a strategy to cover up the out-of-control corruption, both foreign and domestic, which took place during the Obama Administration with the knowledge and consent of President Barack Hussein Obama, himself.

That would certainly explain the Democrats’ over-the-top reaction to losing the 2016 Presidential Election and their vicious rhetoric and unconstitutional political actions and schemes since.

The Republican Senate’s talk about launching a full investigation into Former Vice-President Biden’s misuse of the powers of his office on his son’s behalf need to be replaced with action.

President Trump was right all along.

I hope that they begin to issue subpoenas, including asking the Burisma Group President to appear before the United States Senate.

If the dots can be connected in the case of Hunter Biden’s and his father’s history of corruption and the Obama White House and their Foreign Policy, it could be absolutely huge.

If our Sovereign Nation is to survive, this out-of-control political corruption, perpetrated on behalf of a Shadow Government by Deep State Operatives, must be dealt with and those responsible brought to justice.

No matter to whom the trail of corruption leads.

Pompeo Warns Governors That China is Infiltrating America…Mentions “Thousand Talents Plan”…What is It?

The Recruitment Program for Innovative Talents (Long Term) targets people under 55 years of age who are willing to work in China on a full-time basis, with full professorships or the equivalent in prestigious foreign universities and R&D institutes, or with senior titles from well-known international companies or financial institutions. – “The Thousand Talents Plan”

FoxNews.com reports that

China’s Communist Party has infiltrated various levels of America’s infrastructure and is working to destroy the values of the United States, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said during a speech Saturday, while also warning state governors to be wary of China’s infiltration.

“We can’t ignore China’s actions and strategic intentions,” he said while addressing the National Governors Association winter meeting. “The Chinese government has been methodical in the way it’s analyzed our system… it’s assessed our vulnerabilities and it’s decided to exploit our freedoms, to gain an advantage over us at the federal level, the state level and the local level.”

“Competition with China is happening. It’s happening in your state,” Pompeo added. “In fact, I’d be surprised if most of you in the audience had not been lobbied by the Chinese Communist Party directly.”

He said groups loyal to communist China are operating out in the open in Virginia, Minnesota, Florida and dozens of other states all around the country. Other Chinese groups, however, practice their nefarious actions in the shadows in an attempt to exercise influence over U.S. citizens and lawmakers.

Pompeo cited a letter from a diplomat at the Chinese Consul in New York to the speaker of an unnamed state legislature, advising that U.S. officials refrain from independent interaction with Taiwan.

“You add a diplomat from China, assigned here to the United States, a representative of the Chinese Communist Party, in New York City, sending a letter urging that an American elected official shouldn’t exercise his right to freedom of speech,” he explained.

The secretary said this isn’t an uncommon event and that Chinese officials based in the U.S. are actively seeking to sow seeds of chaos at the state and local level — specifically in the realm of education on college campuses and K-12 classrooms.

“Maybe some of you have heard about the time when the Chinese consulate paid the UC San Diego students to protest the Dalai Lama,” he continued. “It shows depth. It shows systemization. It shows intent.”

He added: “Chinese Communist party officials, too, are cultivating relationships with county school boards and local politicians — Often through what are known as ‘Sister City Programs’ … This competition is well underway.”

Pompeo also spoke about China’s campaign to recruit U.S. scientists and academics to share vital secrets, in exchange for monetary gain through their “Thousand Talents Plan,” a campaign that has already targeted scientists and professors on campuses such as Virginia Tech and Harvard and triggered investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

He also explained how Beijing pressures Chinese students in the U.S. to keep an eye on their fellow countrymen and report back to the government about their activities.

“China’s propaganda starts even earlier than college. China has targeted K-12 schools around the world,” he said. “Do you know that we have no ability to establish similar programs in China? We should have reciprocity in all things. Today they have free reign in our system and we’re completely shut out from theirs… Beijing knows that today’s kids are tomorrow’s leaders.”

Pompeo then warned state governors about doing business with China and said it is common to indirectly finance communism without realizing it. He then extended the hand of the federal government and said the Trump administration is standing by, ready to help states with this growing problem.

“I want to urge vigilance on the local level too,” he said. “It’s worth trusting but verifying. There are federal officials prepared to help you work your way through these challenges when they arise. Don’t make separate individual deals that undermine our national policy. I know none of you would do so intentionally. Let us help you.”

“I hope you will all take on board what I’ve said today,” Pompeo added. “Don’t lose sight of the competition from China that’s already present in your state. Let’s all rise to the occasion and protect our security, our economy, indeed all that we hold dear.”

As per usual, Secretary Pompeo is spot on.

A Harvard University department chair and two Chinese nationals who were researchers at Boston University and a Boston hospital were charged on Tuesday with lying about their alleged links to the Chinese government.The charges are part of an aggressive effort by U.S. authorities to block what they say are Chinese attempts to steal American scientific and technological advances.

“This is a very carefully directed effort by the Chinese government to fill what it views as its own strategic gaps,” Andrew Lelling, U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, told a news conference.

Prosecutors charged Charles Lieber, chair of Harvard University’s Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, with lying about participating in China’s Thousand Talents Plan, which aims to attract research specialists working overseas.

Two Chinese researchers were charged with being agents of a foreign government.

Per their website, 1000plan.org, China initiated the Thousand Talents Plan at the end of 2008.

By 2017, China had recruited more than 7,000 professionals, per a bi-partisan Senate Sub-committee report titled “Threats to the U.S. Research Enterprise: China’s Talent Recruitment Plans” published in November of last year.

Okay. Why was this allowed in the first place?

And, why didn’t the Federal Government put a stop to it?

Who was the President in January of 2009?

Obama became the first U.S. president to visit China during his first year in office. But his administration was taken aback by how completely the Chinese controlled all aspects of that visit.

“He wasn’t allowed to say much at all,” said Orville Schell, a longtime China scholar who was in China during the visit. “The Chinese kept him from meeting certain people, from taking questions or even radio broadcasts. He didn’t know quite how to respond. He didn’t want to be impolite. It took the U.S. a while to understand that this was the direction China and the relationship was headed.”

Some have blamed Obama for adopting such an overly optimistic and open stance during those early years. For all his outreach, current and former top U.S. diplomats say, Obama got little in return, except the feeling of being burned by Beijing.

Have you ever wondered why Modern American Liberals are still so preoccupied with the faux science of Global Warming/Climate Change?

I mean, how arrogant do you have to be to believe that you can make a change in the very weather itself, which is controlled by Someone way above your pay grade?

Invented by Al Gore, and propagandized in the book and the movie, “An Inconvenient Truth”, “Climate Change” has become both a Secular Liberal Religion and an industry, a failed one, but an industry none the less.

Ranging from washouts like Solyndra to GreenTech Automotive, millions of taxpayer dollars were sunk into these so-called green projects, through all 8 years of the Obama administration.

The Climate Change Hoax was a big money-maker for Liberals under the Obama Administration.

It is so much a part of Congressional Liberals personal mantras, they believe that literally EVERYTHING is secondary to this faux science.

Freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said young people have to ask a “legitimate question” in the wake of climate change and mounting student loan debt: “Is it okay to still have children?”

In an Instagram Live video over the weekend, Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., welcomed supporters into her kitchen—and gave a “special hello to my haters”—while she made chili and poured herself a glass of white wine.

“Our planet is going to face disaster if we don’t turn this ship around,” she said, as she chopped sweet potatoes. “And so it’s basically like, there is a scientific consensus that the lives of children are going to be very difficult and it does lead, I think young people, to have a legitimate question. Ya know, should—is it okay to still have children?”

She continued: “Not just financially because people are graduating with 20, 30, 100 thousand dollars of student loan debt so they can’t even afford to have kids in the house, but there’s also just this basic moral question, like, what do we do?”

“And even if you don’t have kids, there are still children here in the world and we have a moral obligation to them to leave a better world to them.”

…“The whole premise of the Green New Deal, is that we’re screwed on climate. I’m sorry to break it to you,” she said. “When it comes to climate in particular, we’re actually screwed. There is a global threat to the planet.”

She added: “At this point, we don’t even have to prove it. Just walk outside in the winter in a lot of places, and its, either way worse than you’re used to, or way warmer than you’re used to.”

“Hurricanes, storms, wildfires,” she said. “We are dying now.”

While the resolution itself would do little because it is non-binding, it is the first time the policy proposal has been formally outlined in Congress.

“If we called a vote on the Green New Deal, tomorrow or Tuesday when I got back to D.C., and it passed, NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN,” she stressed, seemingly downplaying the impact should it be passed. “Literally, nothing would happen because it is a resolution. It is a statement. Be it resolved. It is us agreeing to a statement. Not any binding course of action.”

The resolution says “a new national social, industrial and economic mobilization on a scale not seen since World War II and the New Deal” is an opportunity to tackle systemic injustices toward minority groups, create millions of high-wage jobs and “provide unprecedented levels of prosperity and economic security for all people of the United States.”

Its proposals include “net-zero greenhouse gas emissions through a fair and just transition for all communities and workers;” job creation; healthcare for all; infrastructure investment; guarantees of clean water, healthy food and sustainable environment; and a curiously undefined “access to nature.”

Isn’t it fascinating how the Liberals’ ongoing crusade against “Climate Change” has become an excuse to install a Marxist Government in America?

The Premiere “Useful Idiot” in America, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez never needs an excuse to promote cradle-to-grave governmental control over the lives of American Citizens but, with yesterday’s advice for millennials, she was able to combine the pseudo-science of Climate Change with Population Control, such as is mandated in Communist China.

For thousands of years, China didn’t have a population policy. Traditional Chinese culture believes that having many children is a blessing from heaven. Even after Communists took over China in 1949, Chairman Mao continued to encourage Chinese women to have as many babies as possible, because more babies meant more future foot-soldiers for his Communist Revolution. Under his rule, China’s population grew from 660 million in 1961 (after the Chinese famine) to 930 million in 1976.

When Mao passed away in 1976, he left China in such economic shambles that China’s per capita GDP was merely $162, only slightly better than Bangladesh ($142) but worse than Afghanistan ($200). Chinese leaders believed China’s economy couldn’t support a population any larger. By 1979, China’s population grew to 980 million and Chinese leaders decided to implement the one-child policy in order to curb population growth.

…The Chinese government finally relaxed the one-child policy in 2015 by telling the Chinese people, “now you are allowed to have two kids.” The Chinese government didn’t make this change out of any benevolence towards its people, but out of cold calculation of statistics: China’s working age population is shrinking and there is a huge gender imbalance. All are directly caused by the 35-year-old one-child policy.

“Climate Change” and Marxism have a lot in common. They both seek to limit people’s personal freedom and neither one of them have ever been proven to be viable. They both remain theories.

They also both require a great deal of arrogance to be absorbed as a belief…the kind of arrogance which enables to believe to accept the falsehood that he or she is their own god, cable of controlling the Earth’s weather and judging how much freedom an individual should have to control their own daily lives and destiny.

The Far Left champions of Democratic Socialism or “The New Bolsheviks” as I have dubbed them, are no less dangerous than the original ones who did the bidding of Vladimir Lenin by overthrowing the Czar and installing Marxist Theory in the form of Communism as the governing rule of law in Russia.

Today’s Far Left Democratic Party, as exemplified by “Useful Idiot” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wish to exchange our American Liberty for the fascism and subjugation of Marxism, self-assured that they will finally be the ones to make it “work”.

The late great Slim Pickens, as Major T. J. Kong in Stanley Kubrick’s “Dr. Strangelove”, finally got that nuclear bomb his plane was carrying to work…but he had to ride it to Hell in order to do it.

If the before-mentioned “Useful Idiot” Ocasio-Cortez and her fellow travelers ever gain control of our Sovereign Nation, America will go on that same ride.
