Ford’s Legal Team Makes Demands For Interview About Kavanaugh…Can You Say “Stall”?

Christine Blasey Ford’s legal team has asked the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she sits down for a potential interview over her accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago, two sources told Fox News on Thursday night. 

Among the terms: Only members of the committee — no lawyers — can question her; Kavanaugh cannot be in the room at the time; and Kavanaugh should be questioned first.

The requests, some of which appeared to be negotiable, capped a whirlwind day that began when Ford’s lawyers told the Senate Judiciary Committee that she was open to testifying, apparently backing off her bid for the FBI to first launch a new inquiry into her allegations.

But the attorneys said it was “not possible” for Ford to testify at a hearing scheduled for Monday by Senate Republicans, and they reiterated that she has a “strong preference” for an FBI probe beforehand.

According to an email sent by her attorney Debra Katz to the committee, Ford would appear as long as senators provide “terms that are fair and which ensure her safety.” 

It was not immediately clear whether Senate Republicans would agree to Ford’s latest requests, but they have reportedly indicated they are considering them.

Speaking to Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Thursday night before a rally in Nevada, Trump called Kavanaugh “an outstanding person” and said “I don’t think you can delay it any longer.”

I agree with the President.

The simple truth of this whole last minute “undocumented undiscovered transgression” of Judge Kavanaugh’s is that it is actually a microcosm of the entire Democratic Political Strategy of the Democratic Party going into the Midterm Elections.

The Democrats have no Political Platform going into these important elections besides “Hate Trump”.

What is happening to Judge Kavanaugh gives us a snapshot of what has happened to the 45th President of the United States of America since we average Americans living between the East and Left Coasts elected him on November 8, 2016.

Unfounded accusations featuring unsavory sources and spokespersons have been thrown at Trump ad infinitum since he assumed office.

From the Trump/Russia Collusion Fairy Tale to Stormy Daniels to the President and First Lady being on the verge of a divorce, the Democrats and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, have bombarded the 24 Hour News Cycle with Fake News like gorillas flinging their body waste at the zoo visitors behind the glass.

The whole scenario involving the accusations from Democratic Political Activist Dr. Ford smells like Michael Moore after two hours at the all-you-can-eat buffet.

If Feinstein and the Democrat Brain Trust expected to win points with American Voters for their actions against Kavanaugh, they will wind up being sorely disappointed.

The victory of Donald J. Trump in the 2016 Presidential Election was not just a referendum against Hillary Clinton, it was a “battle cry” of “NO MORE!” by average Americans who had had their fill of the Far Left Democrats and their attempt to turn America into a Democratic Socialist Country.

For Dr. Ford’s Legal Team to be making all of these cockamamie demands of the Senate Judiciary Committee isn’t just silly, it’s insane.

She has proven nothing. In fact, her skittish behavior is a red flag as to lack of veracity of her claims against a very good man with an exemplary judicial record.

It is time for Senator Grassley and the other Republican members of the Senate to tell the Democrats to take their seats.

It is time to call the vote.

Isn’t it “funny” that those among us who proclaim themselves to be the most tolerant are actually the least tolerant of all?

ABC News’ “The View” co-host Joy Behar declared that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is “probably guilty” of decades-old sexual assault allegations and slammed “old,” “white men” in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.  

“These white men, old by the way, are not protecting women,” Behar said of congressional Republicans who stand by Kavanaugh. “They’re protecting a man who is probably guilty.”

California professor Christine Blasey Ford claimed Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her more than 35 years ago, but it’s been unclear if she’s willing to testify on Capitol Hill because she’s asked the FBI to investigate first – which would delay the hearing.

Behar – an outspoken liberal and regular critic of President Trump — urged Kavanaugh to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence.

“Let’s see that from you, or are you a coward?” Behar asked before claiming Republicans are “vehemently for overturning Roe V. Wade.”

Ford went public on Sunday, alleging that Kavanaugh forced himself onto her and covered her mouth in the 1980s, when Kavanaugh was 17 and she was 15. A growing number of Republican senators are saying it’s time move ahead to a vote if Ford doesn’t show up for Monday’s planned hearing.

Behar isn’t the first ABC News personality to weigh in on the controversy swirling around the vacant Supreme Court seat. Earlier this week, Behar’s colleague — ABC News chief political analyst Matthew Dowd – was ridiculed after he called Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas a “sexual predator” when attempting to smear Kavanaugh.

“It was despicable and outrageous what happened to Anita Hill more than 25 years ago, and a sexual predator was given a lifetime seat on the SC. Let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itself in 2018,” Dowd tweeted on Monday, obviously referring to a sexual assault allegation against Kavanaugh.

Justice Thomas, a conservative appointed to the bench by President George H.W. Bush, faced an accusation that he had sexually harassed attorney Anita Hill during his confirmation process back in 1991. Hill’s accusations resulted in last-minute hearings, but Thomas denied the claim and was confirmed. He has spent the past 27 years on the bench.

Last week Behar apologized after saying “God forbid” President Trump lives another 20 years during a conversation about the president’s recent comments about Hurricane Florence and his response to last year’s tragic storm in Puerto Rico.

“Unfortunately the real power is in the presidency… he’s the one who calls the shots,” the ABC star said. “This man will never apologize, if he lives another 20 years, God forbid, not God forbid.”

If “Joyless” Behar’s brains were dynamite, she couldn’t blow her nose.

As a Southern Gentleman who will be hitting the magic “six-zero” in December, I can assure her that I, in fact, protect women. I cherish them.

I guess that I am a lesbian, because I absolutely adore them, especially the transplanted Yankee which God has blessed me to live the rest of my life with.

Behar would not recognize the normal daily lives which we average Americans between the coasts lead if you plopped her down in an average municipality in the middle of our great country.

Don’t you just love her use of the word “probably”?

How the heck does she know that the Judge is guilty? Is she a relative of Miss Cleo, the psychic who used to run infomercials late at night?

I think that “Joyless” Behar “probably” molests collies.

Let’s strap Behar to a lie detector and ask her if she is objective and watch that machine internally hemorrhage.

Back in 2012, before she somehow got her present cushy job, she was an employee of Al Gore’s on his Current TV, which he sold later to al Jazeera.

I wish she would have stayed on with al Jazeera and they would have covered her up with a burqa.

But I digress.

Like the rest of the Far Left Democratic Party, including the Show Biz Branches in Hollywierd and New Yawk, Joy Behar is still throwing a temper tantrum over the election of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America.

She lives under the mistaken impression that those of us who voted for the President give a hoot ‘n holler as to her opinions of him and of those whom he nominates for the position of Supreme Court Justice.

Newsflash, Joyless. We don’t.

Just like Anita Hill before her, Democrat Political Activist and p@#sy hat wearer Christine Blasey Ford will go down in history as a pawn of her own political party, used in a last-minute desperate attempt to tarnish the reputation of a good man in order to achieve a political victory.

And, there is not a darn thing that you can do about it.

Just like the part of you which touches your chair seat on The View, the MAGA Movement is growing larger.

What are you and your political party going to do if Justice Ginsberg has a health issue and resigns or steps down simply due to her advanced years and the President nominates a qualified female Judge?

Dem Political Activist Calls for FBI Investigation of Unsubstantiated Claim Against Kavanaugh…Call the Vote, Mitch!

Christine Blasey Ford, the California professor claiming Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her more than 35 years ago, late Tuesday demanded a “full investigation” by the FBI before she will attend any congressional hearing or “interrogation” into her accusations.

Republicans repeatedly have invited Ford and Kavanaugh to testify on Monday after delaying a planned Judiciary Committee vote on his confirmation that had been scheduled for Thursday. Kavanaugh accepted the committee’s invitation, but Ford stayed mum until Tuesday night.

The development throws the entire hearing into doubt: Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Ia., had threatened to nix the proceeding if Ford refused to participate. It was also sure to add fuel to Republican claims that the allegations — which were known to ranking Judiciary Committee Democrat Dianne Feinstein in July, but only revealed to federal authorities last Thursday — are part of a concerted effort to stall Kavanaugh’s nomination at the last minute.

“While Dr. Ford’s life was being turned upside down, you and your staff scheduled a public hearing for her to testify at the same table as Judge Kavanaugh in front of two dozen U.S. Senators on national television to relive this traumatic and harrowing incident,” Ford’s attorneys wrote to Grassley.

In the letter, the lawyers went on to assert that Ford’s family “was forced to relocate out of their home” and that “her email has been hacked, and she has been impersonated online.”

“The hearing was scheduled for six short days from today and would include interrogation by Senators who appear to have made up their minds that she is ‘mistaken’ and ‘mixed up.’ While no sexual assault survivor should be subjected to such an ordeal, Dr. Ford wants to cooperate with the Committee and with law enforcement officials.”

The lawyers, Debra Katz and Lisa Banks, said historical precedent supported the delay — echoing comments by ranking Judiciary Committee Democrat Dianne Feinstein, who on Tuesday said on Twitter that the FBI had also “investigated Anita Hill’s allegations of sexual harassment against Clarence Thomas.”

“As the Judiciary Committee has recognized and done before, an FBI investigation of the incident should be the first step in addressing her allegations,” the letter continued. “A full investigation by law enforcement officials will ensure that the crucial facts and witnesses in this matter are assessed in a non-partisan manner, and that the Committee is fully informed before conducting any hearing or making any decisions.”

In response, a federal law enforcement official told Fox News, “It’s totally inappropriate for someone to demand we use law enforcement resources to investigate a 35-year-old allegation when she won’t go under oath and can’t remember key details including when or where it happened.”

Because Ford’s allegations do not involve any federal crime within the applicable statute of limitations, Fox News has learned that the bureau would require explicit instructions from the White House to conduct any additional probe.

Is it just me, or does this whole “guilty until proven innocent” Political Strategy cooked up by the Democrats remind anyone else of the Salem Witch Trials?

In 1692 in the town of Salem, Massachusetts, beginning with Bridget Bishop, 19 of its citizens were hanged for the crime of being a witch.

In 2018, respected Judge Brett Kavanaugh is being politically hung out to dry by Senator Dianne Feinstein and other leaders of the Democratic Party for the crime of being nominated for the Supreme Court by the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, a Republican who, in the Democrats’ eyes has committed two unpardonable sins 1) He defeated their candidate, Hillary Clinton, for the Presidency and 2) He is actually fulfilling his Campaign Promises to the American People.

And, Lord knows, competency in a President is something that the Democrats simply can not abide.

In a move directly out of the Democrat Playbook (See the chapter on Anita Hill), Sen. Feinstein introduced the specious testimony of a Political Activist College Professor from her Home State of California, who claimed that Judge Kavanaugh made inappropriate advances to her 36 years ago at a teenage party.

The problem is that the witness which she named has submitted a written testimony saying that there was no such incident.

For the Professor to refuse to testify in a called Senate hearing next Monday speaks volumes, as Feinstein herself admitted yesterday that she could not be sure that everything that the woman was saying about what supposedly happened was true.

With the Professor’s claim falling apart, her lawyer, on behalf of the Democratic Party, made the audacious and inappropriate request for an FBI Investigation of the matter, in order to slow down even more the inevitable confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Now, the burden is on Senate Leader Mitch McConnell and the Senior Republican Leadership to stop these political shenanigans, whose only purpose is to slander a good man and to slow down or even stop him for assuming his rightful place as a Supreme Court Justice.

It is time for the Senate Republicans, especially Mitch McConnell, to grow some spines and to stop acquiescing to the Democrats and call for the vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh as America’s next Supreme Court Justice.

Your bosses, the ones who hired you, the Americans who made Trump the 45th President of the United States of America, are watching.

65 Women Send Letter to Senate Committee in Defense of Kavanaugh

Desperation: a state of despair, typically one which results in rash or extreme behavior

More than five dozen women came forward Friday to defend Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh against an alleged high school incident, calling President Trump’s pick for the high court “a good person.”

The 65 women, who claim to have known Kavanaugh for more than 35 years, penned a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee to vouch for his character.

“We are women who have known Brett Kavanaugh for more than 35 years and knew him while he attended high school between 1979 and 1983. For the entire time we have known Brett Kavanaugh, he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect,” the letter read. “We strongly believe it is important to convey this information to the Committee at this time.”

The women wrote that while Kavanaugh attended Georgetown Preparatory School, an all-boys high school in Bethesda, Maryland, they knew him through “social events, sports, church, and various other activities.”

“Many of us have remained close friends with him and his family over the years. Through the more than 35 years we have known him, Brett has stood out for his friendship, character, and integrity,” they wrote. “In particular, he has always treated women with decency and respect. That was true when he was in high school, and it has remained true to this day.”

They added: “The signers of this letter hold a broad range of political views. Many of us are not lawyers, but we know Brett Kavanaugh as a person. And he has always been a good person.”

The letter comes amid a controversy ignited by Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., who released a statement this week saying that she turned information about Kavanaugh over to the FBI. She did not detail the accusation, and Republicans accused her of trying to orchestrate a last-minute smear.

“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court,” Feinstein said in a surprise statement. “That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.”

Fox News confirmed that the letter involved an allegation about Kavanaugh while in high school in the 1980s. A woman who was also in high school at the time, accused Kavanaugh of holding her down and trying to force himself on her during a party, before she got away. The details were first reported by The New Yorker.

The woman also claimed Kavanaugh was joined at the time by a friend who turned up music to conceal her protests. The unnamed classmate, quoted in the New Yorker article as having “no recollection of that,” is Mark Judge, Fox News confirmed. His identity was first reported by The Weekly Standard.

“It’s just absolutely nuts. I never saw Brett act that way,” Judge said, adding that he still does not know the identity of the woman who made the allegations.

Kavanaugh denied the allegations Friday.

“I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time,” Kavanaugh, 53, said in a statement.

The White House blasted the charges on Thursday.

“Not until the eve of his confirmation has Sen. Feinstein or anyone raised the specter of new ‘information’ about him,” White House spokesperson Kerri Kupec said in a statement.

Excellent point.

What Senator Feinstein did was the act of a desperate politician.

According to an article posted on July 4th at LATimes.com,

Though California primary voters supported U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein by a huge margin, state party insiders are readying for a fight over choosing a favorite in her general election race against fellow Democrat state Sen. Kevin de León.

Feinstein, in an apparent attempt to avoid what could be an embarrassing loss, called for unity on Tuesday and urged party leaders to decline to endorse anyone at the upcoming executive board meeting where the endorsement question will be decided.

“Republicans would like nothing more than to see Democrats fighting each other, and a formal endorsement in our race will divide our party at the exact time we need to come together and focus on the general election,” Feinstein, who is seeking a fifth full term, wrote in an email to state Democrats.

The drama over an official endorsement is another indication that California’s Democrat-on-Democrat fight for the Senate seat, born out of the state’s top-two primary system, is exposing fractures among the party’s moderates and progressives. Neither candidate won a primary endorsement but De León came close, winning 54% of votes, shy of the 60% needed to secure the nod. Feinstein received just 37%.

And, don’t forget her fondness for Red China(but never with a blue tablecloth)…

An alleged Chinese spy reportedly infiltrated Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) office by posing as her driver for 20 years, according to multiple reports.

Reports from Politico and the San Francisco Chronicle revealed the alleged Chinese government mole posed as a staffer in Feinstein’s San Francisco office— serving as the California Democrat’s driver, Asian-American community liaison, and stand-in for the senator at Chinese consulate events.

Politico reported that the staffer allegedly delivered non-top-secret political intelligence to Chinese consulate officials in San Francisco. Five years ago, the FBI told Feinstein—who served as chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee—that her staffer was a spy.

The California Democrat was reportedly “mortified” by the news and fired the staffer but did not disclose the news to the rest of her staff.

The FBI could not charge the individual with espionage because none of what he leaked was considered to be classified information, making it difficult for the agency to prosecute him.

Feinstein is definitely from the old school of Democrats.

She has done quite well for herself as a professional politician. However, just like Nancy Pelosi, she finds herself in the twilight of her career, seeking desperately to hold onto what little power within her state and within the New Far Left Democratic Party while somehow remaining relevant.

Through a strategy born of desperation, she attempted to slander a very good man who is destined to be our next Supreme Court Justice.

Her strategy has failed miserably as even members of her own political party are seeing it for the weak sauce that it is.

Feinstein and her fellow Democratic Senators could not make Judge Brett Kavanaugh look bad during the Confirmation Hearings. In fact, he made THEM look silly.

Of course, that doesn’t take much. However, Judge Kavanaugh still more than held his own and looked impressive while doing so.

Feinstein, through her attempted slandering of Kavanaugh has actually proved us with a prime example of the present mindset of the Democratic Party Hierarchy.

They are all so desperate to somehow damage President Trump, to somehow, someway derail “The Trump Train” which is bringing back our economy and accomplishing more in less than two years than his predecessor did in 8, that they will unashamedly slander anyone connected with him in order to do so.

This ineffectual strategy by Feinstein and her fellow Democrats has already grown old and tiresome in the eyes of average Americans and will be one of those responsible for the political “Red Wave” which will occur in less than two months in the Midterm Elections.

Even “Sainted” ol’ Jimmy Carter, himself an ineffectual Democratic President, warned the Democrats this past week against their current political strategy of moving to the Far Left of the Political Spectrum.

However, I doubt that they were listening to the 90-something year old from Plains, Georgia.

They did not listen to us average Americans in 2016, why should they listen to him now?

After all, they are way too smart for that.

Just ask President Clinton.

Dems’ Fears Realized as Trump Picks a Christian Constitutionalist to Fill SCOTUS Vacancy

As you probably know by now, last night President Donald J. Trump announced that Brett Kavanaugh will be his nominee to fulfill the seat on the Supreme Court vacated by Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Christian American Conservatives praised Kavanaugh’s nomination last night…and with good reason.

As a young lawyer, Kavanaugh clerked for Kennedy, the man he may now replace. In 2003, he was appointed to the DC circuit by George W. Bush, though he wasn’t officially confirmed until 2006 after a long stall by Democrats who expressed skepticism of his record and level of experience.

A staunch defender of religious liberty, Kavanaugh rejected challenges to prayers at the president’s inauguration and the phrase “so help me God” in the presidential oath.

“We cannot resolve this case by discounting the sense of anguish and outrage plaintiffs and some other Americans feel at listening to a government-sponsored religious prayer,” he stated in the 2010 case. “We likewise cannot dismiss the desire of others in America to publicly ask for God’s blessing on certain government activities and to publicly seek God’s guidance for certain government officials.”

In the 2015 case, Priests for Life v. HHS, Kavanaugh opposed a decision against a challenge to the Health and Human Services contraceptive mandate, dissenting from the DC circuit’s decision not to review the case.

According to Kavanaugh’s dissent, the HHS regulations “substantially burden the religious organizations’ exercise of religion because the regulations require the organizations to take an action contrary to their sincere religious beliefs (submitting the form) or else pay significant monetary penalties.”

Kavanaugh also dissented on a recent, contentious case in which a pregnant teenager in immigration custody sought an abortion, arguing that as she was a minor, the US government had a responsibility to attempt to transfer her out of government detention and into the care of a sponsor before she made her final decision on whether to seek an abortion. His opinion was overruled by his fellow judges, but some pro-life advocates critiqued Kavanaugh for not going far enough in condemning the girl’s right to an abortion in the first place.

Early in his career, Kavanaugh worked on the recount that led to George W. Bush’s election to the presidency. Before that, he made a case for President Clinton’s impeachment following his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, a fact that may pose a stumbling block for some Republicans in light of Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation into foreign interference in the nation’s presidential election and Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.

The next appointee will further cement the judiciary’s conservative shift, as early last year, President Trump nominated Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. He was confirmed last April.

Ever since Justice Kennedy announced that he was stepping down, the Far Left Democratic Party has been protesting Trump’s pick for Kennedy’s successor.

Of course, the Dems and the Never-Trumpers, all Nattering Nabobs of Negativity, had no clue as to whom the President was going to pick. All they knew was that they were against him/her.

One of the fears of those who oppose whatever Trump does was that he was going to pick someone who was a Christian and who was unashamed of their faith.

And, of course, Trump did.

Christians still make up 75% of America’s population, so odds were that Trump’s nominee would believe in the Triune God.

And, that’s a good thing.

The legendary Judicial Giant who Trump’s first appointee, Neil Gorsuch, replaced, Antonin Scalia, was.

Here is what he said about the role of Christianity in our government, which remains in sharp contrast to the Rewritten History and wish-casting of the “Democratic Socialists” whose heads are exploding even as we speak.

In his dissenting opinion in the 2005 case McCreary County v. ACLU, Justice Antonin Scalia explained:

Those who wrote the Constitution believed that morality was essential to the well-being of society and that encouragement of religion was the best way to foster morality. The fact that the Founding Fathers believed devotedly that there was a God and that the unalienable rights of man were rooted in Him is clearly evidenced in their writings, from the Mayflower Compact to the Constitution itself…

President Washington opened his Presidency with a prayer, and reminded his fellow citizens at the conclusion of it that “reason and experience both forbid us to expect that National morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.” President John Adams wrote to the Massachusetts Militia, “we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion… Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

After going on to quote similar sentiments from Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, Scalia continued:

Nor have the views of our people on this matter significantly changed. Presidents continue to conclude the Presidential oath with the words “so help me God.” Our legislatures, state and national, continue to open their sessions with prayer led by official chaplains. The sessions of this Court continue to open with the prayer “God save the United States and this Honorable Court.” Invocation of the Almighty by our public figures, at all levels of government, remains commonplace. Our coinage bears the motto, “In God We Trust.” And our Pledge of Allegiance contains the acknowledgment that we are a Nation “under God.” As one of our Supreme Court opinions rightly observed, “We are a religious people whose institutions presuppose a Supreme Being.”

With all of this reality (and much more) staring it in the face, how can the Court possibly assert that “the First Amendment mandates governmental neutrality between… religion and nonreligion,” and that “[m]anifesting a purpose to favor… adherence to religion generally,” is unconstitutional? Who says so? Surely not the words of the Constitution. Surely not the history and traditions that reflect our society’s constant understanding of those words.

While the ever-increasing turn toward Marxism and the constant protesting and threatened violence by the New Bolsheviks of the Democratic Party, is very troubling, I find solace in the fact that they are still a minority in this country.

In my opinion, President Trump picked ANOTHER winner.
