Rush Limbaugh: Mueller “Made It Clear” That He Wants Trump Removed…May I Offer a Reason Why?

mueller-press-conference-1024x545

Shortly after Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller was seated, I wrote that he was a political weasel, just like James Comey.

I hate it when I’m right.

FoxNews.com reports that

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s comments Wednesday “made it clear” that he wants President Trump removed from office, this according to conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh.

“Robert Mueller made it clear as a bell today that he wants to nail Donald Trump and he wants Donald Trump out of office, he just doesn’t have the evidence. And so he’s asked Congress to take over the job,” Limbaugh said Wednesday on his radio show.

“He kept talking about how guidelines, regulations in the DOJ prevent the indicting of a sitting president. They can’t do it. So, what was the purpose of this? Why do this investigation at all if from the very beginning you could not nail the president?”

Mueller, in his only public remarks on the Russia investigation since being appointed special counsel, said Wednesday his team did not have the “option” to charge the president.

Mueller also detailed the findings of the Russia investigation, underscoring that there “was not sufficient evidence to charge a conspiracy” with regard to whether members of the Trump campaign coordinated with the Russian government during the 2016 presidential election and he addressed his inquiry into whether the president obstructed justice.

“If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said that,” Mueller said. “We did not determine whether the president did commit a crime.”

Limbaugh emphatically claimed that the point of the Russia investigation and today’s statement from Mueller was to hurt Trump’s reputation with the hope of “reversing” the 2016 election.

“This investigation was not an investigation. It was an attempt to reverse the election results of 2016. It was an attempt to imply the guilt of the president and that attempt to imply the guilt of the president continued today with this shameful performance of this guy and his eight-minute statement,” Limbaugh said.

The radio host also accused Mueller of implying to congress they should impeach the president even though Mueller could not find any evidence and said it was all part of an “attempted coup” to take down the president.

“He begged ’em to impeach. He gave them the green light. He said that’s what you people have to do. I can’t do it because I don’t have any evidence,” Limbaugh said.

“This was a phase today in the still-happening attempted coup to get rid of the president of the United States

Per usual, Rush is exactly right.

Mueller wants Trump Impeached.

However, it is not just because he wants the 2016 Presidential Election reversed and to cover the actions of those involved in “Spygate”.

Although, that’s part of it.

I believe that the Trump Russian Collusion Fairy tale was actually a False Flag Operation designed by the Democratic Party Hierarchy, their Propaganda Arm, the Main Street Media, and their operatives on Capitol Hill and within the Trump Administration itself, to keep the nation’s attention diverted to the Trump/Russia Lie, when in reality the Uranium One Treasonous Operation by Hillary Clinton WAS AND REMAINS THE STORY.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush, whom he served under for 10 years.

When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years. During that time, he acted as a “mule” for Secretary of State Clinton, carrying a sample of the before-mentioned seized uranium BACK to Vladimir Putin via the Russian Embassy.

Mueller’s past, plus the fact that he recruited lawyers who were Democratic Donors to fill out his “Investigative Staff” led me and others to throw up a red flag about this guy from the get-go, knowing that he was another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

Trump’s “Russiagate” was an invention of the Democratic Party in more ways than one.

Not only was Hillary Clinton guilty of nefarious dealings with the Russians when she was Obama’s Secretary of State, she and her Campaign Staff attempted to work with the Russians in an attempt to sabotage the campaign of Donald J. Trump in order to overcome her own shortcomings and win the Presidency.

When that didn’t happen, she, along with the Democrat Elite, made up the version of “Russiagate” which the MSM and Liberal Political Activists (but, I repeat myself) have been bombarding skeptical Americans with for the entire presidency of Donald J. Trump.

Mueller and the former members of Obama’s Administration, including Hillary Clinton, who have been so vocal about the Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale have known the truth all along…that they were the only ones guilty of “colluding with the Russians”.

There are several players involved in the Obama Administration who knew about Uranium One and they ALL need to be heard from, including Obama, Hillary, and Holder.

As I have written before, this whole massive misdirection play which I call the Trump-Russian Collusion Fairy Tale is going to go down as one of the biggest “nothingburgers” in American History.

And, the Obama Administration will be known as the most corrupt Administration in American History, with Hillary Clinton being the most corrupt Secretary of State.

Obama will leave a legacy, alright. A legacy of corruption.

Halper Spied on Page for “Deep State” Even After Mueller was Appointed

Stefan-Halper-1

“[Stephen] Halper, who assisted the FBI in the Russia investigation, appears to also have significant ties to the Russian government, as well as sources connected directly to President Vladimir Putin.” Now, this is new.  Halper is part of the MI6 bunch in the U.K. that partnered with the FBI and agents from Harvard and Yale.  This is the Oxford-Cambridge, Harvard-Yale connection with the intelligence apparatus of both countries.  What it all means here so that Halper just another link from the Clinton campaign to the Russians in creating all of this phony baloney, plastic banana, good-time rock ‘n’ roll stuff on Trump, including the dossier. – Rush Limbaugh 8/28/18

FoxNews.com reports that

Following President Trump’s decision to allow the declassification of key Russia records at Attorney General Bill Barr’s discretion, former Trump campaign aide Carter Page told Fox News his contact with alleged FBI informant Stefan Halper at a pivotal period in the Russia probe was more extensive than previously reported.

Separately, Fox News has learned congressional investigators have been renewing their focus on a text message sent nine days before the government’s Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) application to monitor Page, in which then-FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page questioned “who’s playing games,” “scared” and “covering.”

Carter Page said he first met Halper in July 2016 after receiving an invitation to an overseas seminar. He added that his contact with Halper continued for more than a year through September 2017, after Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed to investigate potential collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian actors.

Page said that “during that period, amidst frequent terror threats,” Halper was one of the few people he felt comfortable confiding in. “He [Halper] was one of the few people who would talk to me. He seemed understanding of my predicament and the incessant personal security risks that stemmed from the (Democratic National Committee) consultants’ false reports.”

Page confirmed to Fox News that he visited Halper’s farm in Northern Virginia several times beginning in August 2016 — starting three weeks after Strzok officially opened the FBI counterintelligence probe into possible Russian election interference in late July. On October 21, 2016, the FBI and DOJ obtained a surveillance warrant to monitor Page.

Fox News asked Page if he made any statements to Halper, during this period, that would show he was not acting on behalf of Russia, or would refuse to act on behalf of the Russian government.

“I’m sure Russia came up,” Page responded. “We talked international relations. It must have. … I can’t imagine anything I said could conceivably lead to a FISA.”

Page told Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Tuesday evening that he wants to see the country to continue to “grow” once people who “have been obstructing” the Trump administration’s agenda are brought to justice.

Republican critics have suggested the earliest records to be declassified and publicly released could reveal so-called exculpatory evidence regarding Page and Trump aide George Papadopolous. Because the FISA court is ex parte, meaning it involves only the government providing evidence without any defense team present, the government has a unique constitutional and procedural responsibility to provide not only evidence supporting its surveillance application, but also exculpatory evidence that could undercut the application.

Some GOP lawmakers have alleged that exculpatory evidence was available but likely withheld from the court.

“There was western intelligence sent to spy on Papadopoulos and there’s a recording and transcript of the conversation,” Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz told Fox News. “And there, Papadopoulos denies any illegal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. So, they had evidence presumably that was against Papadopoulos and for him. What they will never be able to defend is that they never presented that evidence to the FISA court.”

To call Stefan Halper a “Washington Insider” and a  member of “The Deep State” is an understatement.

This guy’s curriculum vitae reads like a Who’s Who of the American Political Scene from the Reagan Years until now.

According to The Institute for World Politics, where he is a Research Professor…

From 2001 to the present:, he has been employed at Cambridge University as a Professor in the Department of Politics and International Studies where he also serves as Director of American Studies.

His work in the field of Politics is a lot more interesting that his accomplishments in Academia

Halper served in the White House (1971-1977) during the Nixon and Ford Administrations.

1971-1973 White House Domestic Council;
1973-74 White House Office of Management and Budge. Assist. Director, Management and Evaluation Division
1974- January 20, 1977 White House Office of the Chief of Staff. Assistant to the Chief of Staff . (responsibilities included summary and analysis of foreign developments and security issues)
1977-79 Legislative Assistant to Senator William Roth (R-Del.) and Special Counsel to the Joint Economic Committee.
1979-80  National Director, Policy Development. George H.W. Bush. Presidential campaign
1980  National Director, Policy Coordination, Reagan-Bush 1980 (presidential campaign)
1981-1984 Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Politico-Military Affairs.
(Portfolio included China-US relations, Taiwan, non-proliferation, technology transfer, unconventional warfare.)
1984-1990 Chairman and majority shareholder:

The Palmer National Bank, Washington, D.C.
The National Bank of Northern Virginia, Leesburg, Va.
The George Washington National Bank, Alexandria, Va.
1990-2000 Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Halper, Roosevelt and Brown.

1984-2001 Senior Advisor to the Department of Defense and a Senior Advisor to the Department of Justice.

With a list of accomplishments like those above, Halper made the perfect “mole” to be embedded in the Trump Presidential Campaign.

This “contractor” evidently pulled a lot of weight in the previous Administration.

So, what does all of this mean?

It means that the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with the Department of Justice and President Obama “read in”, embedded a spy in the opposition party’s Presidential Campaign in order to be a pipeline of information and to enable Obama’s DOJ and FBI to sabotage their operations, thus insuring the victory of his hand-picked successor and retaining the seat of power for his political party.

And, when that plan failed, the remaining Deep State Operatives kept Stefan Halper spying on Carter Page, even after Robert Mueller was appointed as Special Counsel to investigate “Russian Collusion”.

Of course, according to the raving Liberals at the New York Times, that was done to “protect” Trump. And, if you buy that, I have stock in the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez School of Economics to sell you.

Obama and his “Deep State” Operatives made Nixon look like an amateur.

Trump Tweets “Sleepy Joe” Biden About Being Associated with 1994 Crime Bill and its “Unintended Consequences”

trump-sleepy-joe-biden-hasnt-apologized-for-involvement-in-1994-crime-law

With Black Unemployment at a record low and more and more black Americans walking away from the Democratic Party, a stark reality has hit these potential voters: The Democratic Party has done absolutely nothing for black America.

I’ll take that back. They have done something.

And, late yesterday, President Trump pointed it out.

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump late Monday criticized former Vice President Joe Biden, the front-runner among Democrats seeking to unseat Trump in 2020, for his support of a controversial 1994 crime bill, saying he hasn’t “apologized” for supporting it.

Trump tweeted that his own criminal justice reform legislation – The First Step Act – “had tremendous support” and “fixed” problems in the law Biden championed.

Biden, who in the late 1980s became chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee as Delaware senator, said at the time his aim was to pass legislation that would combat violent crime.

The 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, signed by then-President Bill Clinton, was seen by many analysts as the culmination of efforts of those like Biden.

However, in the decades that followed, critics blamed the law for an increase in prison populations among other developments.

A 2015 headline in the New York Times, published in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, claimed that Biden’s “role in ’90s crime law could haunt any presidential bid.”

In his tweet Monday, Trump claimed African-Americans “will not be able to vote” for Biden because of his support for the crime bill.

“I, on the other hand, was responsible for criminal justice reform, which had tremendous support, [and] helped fix the bad 1994 bill,” Trump continued.

Trump claimed “anyone associated” with the bill “will not have a chance of being elected.”

He revisited his recent nickname for the former vice president, labeling him “Sleepy Joe Biden” in the tweet.

“That was a dark period in American history,” Trump wrote. “But has Sleepy Joe apologized? No.”

In 2016, Hillary Clinton, then a presidential candidate, apologized for some of the law’s “unintended” consequences but stood by what she called the “positive aspects,” like its efforts to prevent violence against women. Clinton was first lady at the time of the crime bill’s passage.

Biden did not immediately respond to Trump or his tweets.

There’s a good reason why he did not: He cannot defend the results and still be thought of as “Liberal”.

Thomas Frank, a Liberal, wrote an op ed for The Guardian back on April 15, 2016, about the unexpected results of the 1994 Crime Bill. In the article he wrote that…

…what is most shocking in our current journo-historical understanding of the Clinton years is the idea that the mass imprisonment of people of color was an “unintended consequence” of the 1994 crime bill, to quote the New York Daily News’s paraphrase of Hillary Clinton. This is flatly, glaringly false, as the final, ugly chapter of the crime bill story confirms.

Back in the early 1990s, and although they were chemically almost identical, crack and powder cocaine were regarded very differently by the law. The drug identified with black users (crack) was treated as though it were 100 times as villainous as the same amount of cocaine, a drug popular with affluent professionals. This “now-notorious 100-to-one” sentencing disparity, as the New York Times put it, had been enacted back in 1986, and the 1994 crime law instructed the US Sentencing Commission to study the subject and adjust federal sentencing guidelines as it saw fit.

The Sentencing Commission duly recommended that the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity be abolished, largely because (as their lengthy report on the subject put it) “The 100-to-1 crack cocaine to powder cocaine quantity ratio is a primary cause of the growing disparity between sentences for black and white federal defendants.” By the time their report was released, however, Republicans had gained control of Congress, and they passed a bill explicitly overturning the decision of the Sentencing Commission. (Bernie Sanders, for the record, voted against that bill.)

The bill then went to President Clinton for approval. Shortly before it came to his desk he gave an inspiring speech deploring the mass incarceration of black Americans. “Blacks are right to think something is terribly wrong,” he said on that occasion, “… when there are more African American men in our correction system than in our colleges; when almost one in three African American men, in their twenties, are either in jail, on parole, or otherwise under the supervision of the criminal system. Nearly one in three.”

Two weeks after that speech, however, Clinton blandly affixed his signature to the bill retaining the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity, a disparity that had brought about the lopsided incarceration of black people. Clinton could have vetoed it, but he didn’t. He signed it.

Today we are told that mass incarceration was an “unintended consequence” of Clinton’s deeds.

Uh huh.

By insulting Biden’s involvement in the 1994 Crime Bill, President Trump has hit Biden where it hurts the most: the taken for grated Black Vote.

The Democrats, decades after the advent of LBJ’s “Great Society”, naturally assume that they are going to get the majority of black Americans’ votes in every Presidential Election.

They not only expect it, they rely on it.

However, the problem is the fact that Trump has made great inroads into securing some of that “expected” support from Black American Voters.

Candace Owens has done a great job of waking black Americans up to the reality of the Democrats’ feigned “benevolence”.

The other problem that the “unintended consequences” of the 1994 Crime Bill poses for the Democrats is the fact that it shows their hypocrisy.

Instead of fighting against the bill and the “sentencing disparity” which it allowed to continue unabated, Joe performed his imitation of a matador and waved it on through, allowing “Bubba” to sign it into law.

I thought Sleepy Joe was supposed to be a “friend of the common man”.

Sheesh.

With “friends” like “Sleepy Joe” Biden, Black Americans don’t need any enemies.

Until He Comes,

Memorial Day 2019: Liberty is Freedom With Responsibility

memorial-day-true-meaning-ftr (2)

Memorial Day isn’t just about honoring veterans, its honoring those who lost their lives. Veterans had the fortune of coming home. For us, that’s a reminder of when we come home we still have a responsibility to serve. It’s a continuation of service that honors our country and those who fell defending it. – Pete Hegseth

Today is a day of solemn remembrance, during which we honor our fallen heroes.

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation’s service. There are many stories as to its actual beginnings, with over two dozen cities and towns laying claim to being the birthplace of Memorial Day. There is also evidence that organized women’s groups in the South were decorating graves before the end of the Civil War: a hymn published in 1867, “Kneel Where Our Loves are Sleeping” by Nella L. Sweet carried the dedication “To The Ladies of the South who are Decorating the Graves of the Confederate Dead” (Source: Duke University’s Historic American Sheet Music, 1850-1920). While Waterloo N.Y. was officially declared the birthplace of Memorial Day by President Lyndon Johnson in May 1966, it’s difficult to prove conclusively the origins of the day. It is more likely that it had many separate beginnings; each of those towns and every planned or spontaneous gathering of people to honor the war dead in the 1860’s tapped into the general human need to honor our dead, each contributed honorably to the growing movement that culminated in Gen Logan giving his official proclamation in 1868. It is not important who was the very first, what is important is that Memorial Day was established. Memorial Day is not about division. It is about reconciliation; it is about coming together to honor those who gave their all.

Memorial Day was officially proclaimed on 5 May 1868 by General John Logan, national commander of the Grand Army of the Republic, in his General Order No. 11, and was first observed on 30 May 1868, when flowers were placed on the graves of Union and Confederate soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery. The first state to officially recognize the holiday was New York in 1873. By 1890 it was recognized by all of the northern states. The South refused to acknowledge the day, honoring their dead on separate days until after World War I (when the holiday changed from honoring just those who died fighting in the Civil War to honoring Americans who died fighting in any war). It is now celebrated in almost every State on the last Monday in May (passed by Congress with the National Holiday Act of 1971 (P.L. 90 – 363) to ensure a three day weekend for Federal holidays), though several southern states have an additional separate day for honoring the Confederate war dead: January 19 in Texas, April 26 in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi; May 10 in South Carolina; and June 3 (Jefferson Davis’ birthday) in Louisiana and Tennessee.

Last night, as I sat down to write today’s post, I tried to think about something pithy to write. Then, I realized that today is not a day for witticisms and sarcasm.

I thought about all of the American lives, all of the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives out of love and devotion for our Sovereign Nation and their fellow Americans, both their comrades and their families back home.

The unselfish devotion shown by these brave Americans is made fun of and remains the source of derision by many devotees of the anti-American political philosophy who consider themselves to be the “smartest people in the room”.

These same “enlightened” individuals consider “patriotism” to be a bad word.

They have replaced it words like “nationalism” and “jingoism”.

The devotees of this political philosophy do not believe in American Exceptionalism.

They believe that America is “just another country”, certainly not worthy of sacrificing their lives for.

These people just don’t get it.

Freedom is not free.

That is why brave men and women of the past and the present age have fought and died while wearing the uniforms of our Armed Forces.

When they went into battle, they did not just represent their hometowns…they represented all of us.

From the germ of an idea to the greatest country on the face of God’s green Earth, this country has stood strong because of resolute men and women who were willing to “pledge their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor” to protect “The Shining City Upon a Hill”.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. – John 15:13-17

May God bless and comfort the families of our Fallen Heroes and may their memories and our American Freedom endure.

Until He Comes,

KJ

Missouri Governor Signs Law Banning Abortions After 8 Weeks…Why Dems’ Push for Late Term Abortion Was a Wake-up Call

maxresdefault (7)

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you.” (Jeremiah 1:5)

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” (Isaiah 5:20)

[Where am I? This is May…not October. What are all these bright lights? What’s that smell? I don’t understand. I was inside my mother, sucking my thumb, all nice and safe and warm. The next thing I know, I feel this pressure on either side of my head, and I was ripped out of my mother.

Why is this happening to me? I have a whole life ahead of me.

I deserve a Mother and a Father. I will never have those. Grandparents, either. Heck, I won’t even get to know my cousins.

I want to know what milk tastes like. I want to hold a Cheerio in my hand and put it in my mouth. I want to know what it’s like to get my first tooth…to take my first step….to hear music for the first time. I want to hold a puppy. I want to have a first day in school. I want to have a best friend. I want to ride a bike. I want to have a best friend and go out to play with them. I want to know what Christmas is all about. I want to eat a turkey leg at Thanksgiving…and to see a fireworks display on the 4th of July. I want to wear costumes on Halloween. I want to go to ballgames with my Father.

I want to watch cartoons. I want to love and be loved.

I want to fall in love. I want to experience my first kiss. I want to have my parents drop me and my date off at the movie and then pick us up. I want to play sports in school…or be an artist…or be a musician…or, just be a kid.

I want to go to a pep rally. I want to dance at a prom. I want to get a report card. Heck, I want to taste a school lunch.

I want to graduate and go to college. I want to start work…and have a family.

I want to live!

Wait! What are you doing with those scissors! Don’t…]

I was born three days before my mother’s 40th birthday. To say I was a surprise is an understatement. As I recently wrote, I truly believe that they were going to name me “Oops”. That being said, I am grateful that God convicted them, regarding the sanctity of the life that my mother was carrying within her.

Some good news regarding Americans’ Views on abortion can be found in a post from TheHill.com,  published less than one month before 2016’s President Election…

The most recent Marist Poll from this summer shows that a 53% majority of Americans support a strong pro-life policy of limiting abortions only to cases of rape, incest, or medical emergencies. An overwhelming 78% supermajority support, at a minimum, limiting abortion only to the first three months of pregnancy. Sixty-two of Americans oppose forcing taxpayers to foot the bill for abortions.

There are several states which are taking steps to protect the rights of the unborn.

FoxNews.com reports that

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson on Friday signed a bill that bans abortions on or beyond the eighth week of pregnancy without exceptions for cases of rape or incest, making it among the most restrictive abortion policies in the nation.

Under the law that comes into force Aug. 28, doctors who violate the eight-week cutoff could face five to 15 years in prison. Women who terminate their pregnancies cannot be prosecuted. A legal challenge is expected, although it’s unclear when that might occur.

The measure includes exceptions for medical emergencies, such as when there is a risk of death or permanent physical injuries to “a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.” But the lack of exceptions women who find themselves pregnant after being raped or subject to incest has drawn sharp criticism, including from wealthy GOP donor David Humphreys, a Missouri businessman, who had urged the Republican governor to veto the bill and called it “bad public policy.”

Parson defended the lack of exceptions as he spoke to a group of abortion opponents gathered Friday for the bill signing in his Capitol office.

“Is it a terrible thing that happens in those situations? Yes it is. … But the reality of it is bad things do happen sometimes. But you have two months to decide what you’re going to do with that issue, and I believe in two months you can make a decision,” he said.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri said it was exploring “all options, including litigation, to block the law from going into effect.” The organization’s state legislative and policy director, Sara Baker, in a statement said the bill is “unconstitutional, and it must be stopped.”

Alabama’s governor signed a bill on May 15 making performing an abortion a felony in nearly all cases. Supporters have said they hope to provoke a legal challenge that will eventually force the U.S. Supreme Court to revisit its landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that legalized abortion nationally.

Unlike Alabama’s near-total abortion ban, lawmakers who helped draft the Missouri bill say it’s meant to withstand court challenges instead of spark them. If the eight-week ban is struck down, the bill includes a ladder of less-restrictive time limits at 14, 18 or 20 weeks.

Missouri’s bill also includes an outright ban on abortions except in cases of medical emergencies, but that would kick in only if Roe v. Wade is overturned. Missouri Right to Life called it “the strongest pro-life bill in Missouri history.”

Missouri state House Democratic Minority Leader Crystal Quade said in a written statement the new law treats women “as little more than fetal incubators with no rights or role in the decision, even in cases of rape and incest.”

Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio and Georgia also have approved bans on abortions once fetal cardiac activity can be detected, which can occur in about the sixth week of pregnancy. Some of those laws already have been challenged in court, and similar restrictions in North Dakota and Iowa have been struck down by judges.

Missouri already has some of the nation’s most restrictive abortion regulations, including a requirement that doctors performing abortions have partnerships with nearby hospitals. Missouri is down to one clinic performing abortions, which is in St. Louis.

A total of 3,903 abortions occurred in Missouri in 2017, the last full year for which the state Department of Health and Senior Services has statistics online. Of those, 1,673 occurred at under nine weeks and 119 occurred at 20 weeks or later in a pregnancy.

A total of 2,910 abortions occurred in 2018 in Missouri, according to the agency.

The bill also bans abortions based solely on race, sex or a diagnosis indicating the potential for Down syndrome.

It also requires a parent or guardian giving written consent for a minor to get an abortion to first notify the other parent, except if the other parent has been convicted of a violent or sexual crime, is subject to a protection order, is “habitually in an intoxicated or drugged condition,” or lacks legal or physical custody.

Have you ever tried to have a discussion with an ardent  pro-abortion supporter, either on Facebook or face-to-face? You won’t hear these “Champions of Tolerance” call those innocent lives, babies, human beings, a life, a soul, a gift from God, or anything remotely resembling something that they should feel remorse about killing.

Heck, Pro-Abortionists are opposed to the taking of sonograms of the woman’s womb, before she has an abortion. They’re afraid that the “seed-carrier” will realize that IS a HUMAN BEING inside her, and will decide not to kill that baby.

The push by the Far Left Democratic Party over the last several decades to dehumanize the human fetus (Latin for BABY) has been taken to its barbaric and inevitable limit over the past several months with the advocacy of abortion up to birth by Democrat Politicians such as New York’s Governor Mario Cuomo, and Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam, a Pediatric Neurologist.

To deny the humanity of the life growing in a woman’s womb is a horrifyingly callous way of denying responsibility for that life.

Who defends the “right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” for those who cannot yet speak for themselves?

They have no voice in the decision to end their lives….lives which they have not yet had a chance to live.

Or, as President Ronald Reagan observed,

“I have noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born.”

Here are some thoughts from The Book provided by The Author of Life…

Did not He who made me in the womb make him, And the same one fashion us in the womb? (Job 31:15)

Yet Thou art He who didst bring me forth from the womb; Thou didst make me trust when upon my mother’s breasts. Upon Thee I was cast from birth; Thou hast been my God from my mother’s womb. (Psalm 22:9-10)

For Thou didst form my inward parts; Thou didst weave me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to Thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Thy works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from Thee, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth. Thine eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Thy book they were all written, The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them. (Psalm 139:13-16)

Thus says the LORD who made you And formed you from the womb, who will help you, `Do not fear, O Jacob My servant; And you Jeshurun whom I have chosen. (Isaiah 44:2)

Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, and the one who formed you from the womb, “I, the LORD, am the maker of all things, Stretching out the heavens by Myself, And spreading out the earth all alone, (Isaiah 44:24)

Why,  even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not;  you are of more value than many sparrows.”(Luke 12:7 )

From the scientific perspective, Dr. Carlo Bellieni, in his book “Dawn of the I: Pain, Memory, Desire, Dream of the Fetus,” writes:

As soon as it is born, the child shows in a scientifically demonstrable way that it recognizes its mother’s voice and distinguishes it from that of a stranger. Where has he learned that voice other than in the maternal womb?

There are also direct proofs. For example, we register how the movements and cardiac frequency of the fetus vary if we transmit unexpected sounds through the uterine wall. And we see that at first the fetus is startled, then it gets used to it, just like we do when we hear something that does not interest us.

In fact, the scientific evidence is immense. We cannot understand how it can be thought that it becomes a person at a certain point, perhaps when coming out of the uterus.

From the physical point of view, at the birth very little really changes: Air enters the lungs, the arrival of blood from the placenta is interrupted, the type of circulation of blood in the heart changes, and not much more.

As I often say, only blind faith in magic arts or some strange divinity can lead one to think that there is a “human” quality leap at a given moment — certainly not science.

I know that there are some of you that read my blog that are non-believers.  For you and for my Christian brothers and sisters, I offer the following closing thoughts:

There is a curious unique enzyme found in the human body. Laminin is defined by the Webster Medical Dictionary as a “glycoprotein that is a component of connective tissue basement membrane and that promotes cell adhesion.”  In other words, a glue within the body.

Colossians 1:15-17 tells us:

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

Choose life.

Judicial Activism: How Democrats Bypass the Constitution

maxresdefault (6)

The following three rulings have been handed down since Wednesday…

A federal judge in New York on Wednesday ruled that Deutsche Bank and Capital One may provide President Trump’s financial records to House Democratic lawmakers after the administration attempted to block the move.

U.S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos, an Obama appointee, made the ruling    in a New York courthouse Wednesday afternoon after hearing arguments from both parties in the case.

A federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked Mississippi from moving ahead with a so-called “heartbeat” abortion law that bans the procedure after a cardiac activity is first detected, which occurs at around six weeks of pregnancy.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves stops the order from taking effect July 1.

“Here we go again,” Reeves wrote. “Mississippi has passed another law banning abortions prior to viability.”

Reeves also struck down a 2018 Mississippi law that banned abortion at 15 weeks. The state is appealing that ruling.

A federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s plan to spend billions to construct a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border with Defense Department funds.

U.S. District Court Judge Haywood Gilliam’s ruling applies to wall construction in specific areas in El Paso, Texas and Yuma, Arizona. Trump declared a national emergency in February to redirect funding from the Department of Defense to begin construction of his long-promised border wall.

“In short, the position that when Congress declines the Executive’s request to appropriate funds, the Executive nonetheless may simply find a way to spend those funds “without Congress” does not square with fundamental separation of powers principles dating back to the earliest days of our Republic,” wrote Gilliam, who was appointed to the bench by former President Barack Obama.

All three of these federal judges have something in common: they were all three appointed to the bench by Former President Barack Hussein Obama.

Coincidence? Hardly.

For years now, Democrat Politicians and the Liberal Special Interest Groups who donate to their campaigns have used America’s Legal System to overthrow the will of the majority of Americans.

In fact, they have made an art form out of it.

However, the focus of these rulings made by Obama appointees is not about allowing two hairy-legged gents to roll around under the sheets together and label it a “marriage” in the name of “love”.

Rather, these activist judges, just as was done when Trump announced his “Travel Ban” designed to stem the flow of Radical Islamists into our Sovereign Nation, seek to “neuter” President Trump and render him and Conservative Governors, like Mississippi’s Phil Bryant powerless to accomplish the wishes of those who put them in political office.

According to Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, in the following Federalist Paper, Americans have nothing to fear from the Judiciary when they act alone. It’s when they act in concert with others, such as Liberal Politicians in Congress, that Americans need to be afraid.

From The Federalist #78

Whoever attentively considers the different departments of power must perceive, that, in a government in which they are separated from each other, the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.

This simple view of the matter suggests several important consequences. It proves incontestably, that the judiciary is beyond comparison the weakest of the three departments of power1; that it can never attack with success either of the other two; and that all possible care is requisite to enable it to defend itself against their attacks. It equally proves, that though individual oppression may now and then proceed from the courts of justice, the general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter; I mean so long as the judiciary remains truly distinct from both the legislature and the Executive. For I agree, that “there is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers.”2 And it proves, in the last place, that as liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have every thing to fear from its union with either of the other departments; that as all the effects of such a union must ensue from a dependence of the former on the latter, notwithstanding a nominal and apparent separation; that as, from the natural feebleness of the judiciary, it is in continual jeopardy of being overpowered, awed, or influenced by its co-ordinate branches; and that as nothing can contribute so much to its firmness and independence as permanency in office, this quality may therefore be justly regarded as an indispensable ingredient in its constitution, and, in a great measure, as the citadel of the public justice and the public security.

Do you think that Hamilton foresaw the rise of Activist Judges, whose sole purpose, working in concert with an out-of-power Political Party, would be to sabotage a president and State Governors trying to legislate according to the wishes of the majority of American Citizens?

The great American Economist and Conservative Pundit (who just happens to be Black) Dr. Thomas Sowell, wrote the following in a paper on the subject of Judicial Activism:

The claim that judicial activism is necessary to rescue us from bondage to the past– from having the writers of the Constitution “rule us from the grave”– defies both logic and history. There is no contest between the living and the dead. The contest is between those living individuals who wish to see control of change in judicial hands and those who wish to see it in other hands. There has been no argument that either statutory or constitutional laws are not to change. The only meaningful question is: Who is to change them? The reiterated emphasis on change, like the reiterated emphasis on morality, argues what is not at issue and glides over what is crucially at issue: Why are judges the authorized instrument? The original cognitive meaning of laws– constitutional or statutory– is important, not out of deference to the dead, but because that is the agreed‑upon meaning among the living, until they choose to make an open and explicit change– not have one foisted on them by the verbal sleight-of‑hand of judges.

Existing social philosophies and political alignments cannot be presupposed in discussions of long-run questions, such as constitutional interpretation. Even within the judiciary, differences in “substantive values” have been drastic over time, and by no means negligible even at a given time. The belief that a constitutional structure can be maintained while jurists with radically different visions make “substantive choices” within it seems dangerously similar to a belief that one can slide half-way down a slippery slope. The argument for judicial activism must stand or fall in general and enduring terms, not simply on whether some current political or social creed is considered so superior to competing creeds as to justify judges’ decisions in its favor. It is ultimately not a question of the relative merits of particular political or social creeds but of the long-run consequences of opening the floodgates to the generic principle of constitutional decisions based on “substantive values.” Once you have opened the floodgates, you cannot tell the water where to go.

What must be rejected is precisely the general principle that judges’ “substantive values” should govern constitutional decisions. Nor is anything fundamentally changed by saying that judges are only agents of general moral ideas, rather than their own personal inclinations.

From the beginning of Trump’s presidency, the Democrats and their Special Interest Groups have attempted to thwart his plans to fulfill his Campaign Promises by seeking out sympathetic Liberal Activist Judges who would rule in their favor.

The Founding Fathers never meant for Americans to be ruled by the Judiciary.

That is why they created three distinct Branches of Government with their own fields of authority.

The Judicial and Legislative Branches were not created to steer the Ship of State.

The Executive Branch is responsible for the leadership of our Sovereign Nation.

Elections have consequences.

The Democrats keep on showing the American People exactly who they really are: a bunch of sore losers embracing relative morality and situational ethics.

And, it needs to end.

Trump’s Wild Week: Just When the Dems Think They Have All the Answers…Trump Changes the Questions

trump-looking-out-window-oval-office

In just 48 hours of time, President Donald J. Trump has changed the focus of the Main Stream Media and the American people from the Democrats’ cries for his Impeachment to cries of terror from the Dems as he instructs Attorney General William Barr to declassify all of the intelligence documents pertaining to the covert operation by the DOJ, FBI, and CIA under President Barack Hussein Obama known as “Spygate”.

And to top off the declassification of those documents, the President ordered the heads of those intelligence agencies to fully cooperate with the Attorney General/.

Call me a crazy ol’ cracker, but I believe the garbage that Pelosi and Schumer pulled after Trump told them off in the planned Infrastructure meeting by telling that press that President Trump was mentally deranged and “in need of prayer” was the final straw which convinced him to “release the Kraken”.

The holier-than-thou feigned innocence of the deceitful Democrats had finally become too much for a straight shooter like Trump.

He decided that it was time to reveal the players in the largest tale of political corruption and seditious treason in the history of the United States of America.

This whole Democrat-supported “Deep State Covert Operation” against Trump, resembles a spider’s web in its malevolent intricacy with its “alarm thread” leading directly back to the Obama and Hillary.

The incestuous nature of this covert operation resembles something out of a Tom Clancy Novel, only twice as large a conspiracy and three times as unbelievably dangerous.

This has been a well-planned “silent coup” designed to keep the Democratic Party in control of the Presidency and to further their goal of turning the United States of America into a Democratic Socialist Country, where the Politboro (Central Government) would prosper and we average Americans would spend our lives working for the glory of the State.

The election of a “Citizen Statesman” in the form of Donald J. Trump to the office of the Presidency ruined their plans.

That is why the Democrats have been attempting to overturn the results of a fair election.

Merriam-Webster.com defines “sedition” as

: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority

That being said, the intentional interference in the passage of Presidential Authority from one political party to another as the result of a fairly held election as prescribed by our Constitution can not be considered to be anything less. According to Federal Law, the punishment for Seditious Conspiracy is detailed as follows..

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

The Trump Administration and its specified duties regarding the operation of the Government of the United States of America and the oversight of the safety and welfare of its citizens have been under attack by both members of a Former Presidential Administration and by members of our own Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Not to mention operatives from other countries who were used in this plot by our intelligence agencies.

It’s finally time to drain the Swamp, gentle readers.

Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

So, as the Fifth Dimension used to sing,

“Let the sunshine in!”

I’ll grab the popcorn.

Pelosi Accuses Trump of “Cover-Up”, Trump Walks Out of Meeting With Her and Schumer, Scorches Dems in Rose Garden Speech

Trump-Scorches-Democrats-As-Pelosi-Broaches-Prospect-Of-Impeachable-Offense-725745133-1558546213

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump on Wednesday demanded Democrats end what he called their “phony investigations” before he’ll negotiate with them on issues like infrastructure, as he delivered a fiery statement from the Rose Garden after cutting a meeting short with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer.

The president had met for mere minutes with the two Democratic leaders in a session scheduled to discuss a possible bipartisan infrastructure package. But moments before that sit-down, Pelosi accused Trump of having “engaged in a cover-up” regarding the Russia probe.

Trump suggested the comments, and the numerous investigations into him, prevented them from negotiating.

“You can’t do it under these circumstances,” Trump said. “Get these phony investigations over with.”

The president said he wanted to pursue an infrastructure proposal, but “instead of walking in happily into a meeting, I walk in to look at people that have just said that I was doing a cover-up.”

Trump added: “I don’t do cover-ups.”

One source told Fox News Trump walked into the Cabinet Room and immediately made his comments to the Democrats in the room. Then, as Pelosi began talking, Trump turned on his heel and walked back to the Oval Office.

Asked what happened during the meeting, a senior House Democratic source told Fox News: “Nothing good.”

Schumer, back at the Capitol, said Trump’s decision to bolt the meeting and address the press in the Rose Garden was hardly spontaneous. Speaking alongside Pelosi, he called it a “pre-planned excuse” — citing the ready-made sign about the Russia probe that Trump had at the podium.

“We are interested in doing infrastructure,” Schumer said. “It’s clear the president isn’t. He is looking for every excuse.”

Pelosi appeared exasperated, telling reporters, “He just took a pass. And it makes me wonder why he did that. In any event, I pray for the president of the United States. I pray for the United States of America.”

In later tweets, the president said, “So sad that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer will never be able to see or understand the great promise of our Country.” He also said, “Nancy, thank you so much for your prayers, I know you truly mean it!”

The flare-up comes as top Democrats have steadily ramped up pressure on the Trump administration. On Tuesday, the Justice Department reached an agreement with House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., to turn over some documents related to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, in a rare de-escalation. But it only came after Democrats issued a subpoena, one of many that congressional Democrats have approved for Trump-related investigations. They’ve also pursued a contempt citation against Attorney General Bill Barr and could do the same for former White House counsel Don McGahn.

In the Rose Garden, the president stood at a podium displaying a sign that said “no collusion, no obstruction.” He also lashed out at media for their coverage of the Russia probe.

“This whole thing was a takedown attempt at the president of the United States, and honestly you ought to be ashamed of yourselves for the way you reported so dishonestly,” he said.

Last month, Schumer and Pelosi said Trump had agreed to support a $2 trillion infrastructure spending package. But, at the time, they said no decisions were made on how to pay for the plan. The president – a real estate developer before he was elected president – has long sought to strike a big infrastructure deal, but has faced some resistance from conservatives in his party over concerns about the country’s rising debt.

But questions have remained over whether Pelosi and Schumer can strike deal with Trump on infrastructure, as congressional Democrats ramp up investigations of the president and subpoena members of his administration in the wake of the release of Mueller’s Russia report.

Schumer and Pelosi were obviously taken off-guard by the President, as evidenced in their awkward remarks to the press.

Pelosi could barely string sentences together, while Schumer tried to cover himself by lying like a Persian Rug.

What in the world did they expect after Pelosi accused the President of participating in a cover-up while her colleagues in the House attempt to rewrite the outcome of the Muller Report by recalling all of Mueller’s witnesses and others whom they are subpoenaing in order to come up with a result that Mueller’s report failed to give them?

The Democrats’ reaction to President Trump fighting back is priceless.

Did they actually expect him to sit there and take it like Dubya did?

If they did, they are the most ignorant, arrogant bunch of scallywags to work within our Federal Government since the Carpetbaggers came south after the “War of Northern Aggression”.

By running her yap, Pelosi has escalated the Dems’ War against Trump and placed The Democrats in an untenable position, politically.

If they go ahead and begin Impeachment Proceedings in the House of Representatives, it will probably pass. However, it will fail in the Senate.

And that failure will ensure their failure to regain the presidency in 2020.

If they stop their crusade to take Trump down, they will still look foolish, having wasted so much time and taxpayers’ money.

Right now, as I sit here in my Man Cave, the election is already shaping up to be a repeat of 2016 with arrogantly oblivious Democrats in the Beltway and on the coasts, believing that average Americans living in the states between them in the Heartland are actually buying the BS that they are shoveling.

These average Americans, or “Deplorables” as Hillary called them, are solidly backing the president, as they see their paychecks increasing along with their opportunities to seek a better job.

They also seek Trump speaking to them at his MAGA Rallies in the same manner in way they talk to one another: down to earth, straight forward, from the heart, easily understood, and with some great laughs thrown in for good measure.

At this juncture, it is very evident that President Trump is working hard to help Americans and our nation prosper.

All the Democrats are doing is trying to overturn the 2016 Presidential Election because Trump hurt their feelings by getting elected President.

And that, gentle readers, is not a winning Political Platform through which to win back a presidency.

Until He Comes,

Congressional Democrats Putting Heat on Party Leadership to Impeach Trump…For What?

e590c0ba5b11d96bfe0f7e2378853318667adc89979aeba8e33738229e22342d

He’s blowing up their very restrictive class distinctions. He’s blowing up the way they talk about things inside the Beltway. He’s blowing up diplomacy. He’s blowing up foreign relations. And it’s being done in a way these people can’t figure out. For the life of them, they can’t understand straight talk. To them, straight talk is thuggery, it’s insulting, and it’s mysterious. And so Trump is like an invader, an alien, and he’s gotta go. – Rush Limbaugh, “The Rush Limbaugh Radio Program”, 7/19/18

FoxNews.com reports that

A rapid-fire string of developments has congressional Democrats putting increased pressure on party brass to launch impeachment proceedings against President Trump, with one rank-and-file lawmaker reportedly saying the president is “raping the country” and others indicating it’s only a matter of time before leadership changes course on the politically fraught issue.

Amid the internal tensions, Speaker Nancy Pelosi called a special meeting of House Democrats for Wednesday morning, where the impeachment issue and other battles are expected to be discussed.

Prior meetings involving Pelosi and top Democrats held Monday evening escalated into heated exchanges, with the party torn over how to address Trump controversies — most recently, the decision to block the former White House counsel from testifying. Democratic leaders, who for the most part have not been publicly in favor of impeachment, are now finding it difficult to maintain their position as calls grow from the ranks to flip that switch.

A senior House Democrat told Fox News late Monday that Pelosi “isn’t going to be able to hold off on impeachment much longer,” and that the speaker may have to change her position “within the next two weeks.”

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., while saying Pelosi is working to bring the party together, suggested Tuesday that politics are the main element preventing members from pressing ahead at this stage.

“Just as impeaching without cause could be construed, and is, politically motivated, choosing to not impeach when there is an abundance of cause could also be construed similarly,” she told reporters.

Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn., reportedly confronted Pelosi during a Democratic Steering and Policy Committee meeting as he demanded the president’s impeachment. According to Politico, Cohen said that while former President Bill Clinton was impeached “over sex,” Trump was “raping the country.”

Cohen reportedly suggested Pelosi is worried about politics in her reluctance to proceed, but Pelosi countered, “This isn’t about politics at all. It’s about patriotism.”

Cohen is among the most outspoken Trump critics in Congress. He drew attention by eating fried chicken during a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing as a commentary on Attorney General Bill Barr’s refusal to testify. Cohen referred to the attorney general as “Chicken Barr,” despite Barr having testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee the previous day. Cohen has also called for the House to use its inherent contempt power to throw Barr in the Capitol jail.

But as House Democrats weigh contempt proceedings for Barr, another fight broke out Monday after former White House Counsel Don McGahn was instructed by the president’s team to defy a subpoena from the same committee. Democrats wanted him to testify regarding information he provided to the Special Counsel’s Office, but the White House directed him not to appear, with the Justice Department asserting he has immunity from testimony about his official duties.

“The Democrats do not like the conclusion of the Mueller investigation – no collusion, no conspiracy, and no obstruction – and want a wasteful and unnecessary do-over,” Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., said after a closed-door meeting with Pelosi that Trump is “making it very difficult to avoid” considering impeachment.

Pelosi insisted that her party remains united, saying Tuesday that she’s not feeling pressure from colleagues.

“There’s no divide,” she said a day earlier. “We’re fine. We’re good.”

Nadler, meanwhile, told CNN’s Chris Cuomo that he intends to hold McGahn in contempt of Congress for not complying with the subpoena. Nadler said the White House’s effort to keep McGahn from testifying was part of a pattern of “lawless behavior,” and Trump is “willing to go to any lengths to prevent testimony that might implicate him.”

Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., head of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee, said Monday that McGahn’s failure to testify on Tuesday would be grounds for opening an impeachment inquiry.

I was going to say that Rep. Steve Cohen of Tennessee’s majority-black 9th District is an embarrassment to our mutual hometown of Memphis, but, considering the shape of Memphis nowadays, probably not.

But, I digress.

So, the Democrats are going to miraculously come together and impeach President Donald J. Trump.

Really? Over what, exactly?

The fact that he tweets too much?

He is bypassing the Main Stream Media, just like Ronald Reagan did.

The fact that he shut down the government in order to get the funds to place a wall on our Southern Border?

The majority of Americans wanted him to.

Or, is it because he is not allowing thousands of illegal aliens (future Democratic Voters) to invade our country in “caravans”?

They should have come here legally.

The fact that he is stopping Obamacare?

It was failing before he won the 2016 Presidential Election.

Perhaps you would like to impeach President Trump over the fact that he supports our Armed Forces and he wants them to be better equipped than our enemies?

And, in turn, they love him, as demonstrated during his and Melania’s trip to visit them in Iraq at Christmas?

During the Obama Administration, our Brightest and Best were used as guinea pigs in social experimentation for your political causes.

Perhaps you Democrats are upset because his Foreign Policy of America First is working so well that he is bringing home our troops from Syria and Afghanistan.

I thought you guys were anti-war?

Perhaps you’re upset that we have such a gracious, classy First Lady who speaks 6 languages and who represents her husband and our nation so well at home and abroad?

In the cellphone sales business, that’s called an “UPGRADE”.

“But…but…RUSSIAN COLLUSION!!!”

Prove it. Mueller didn’t.

And, as President Trump and his staff have been telling you…

THE REPORT IS DONE. THERE WILL BE NO “DO-OVERS”

He beat Hillary Clinton on November 8, 2016 for the Presidency of the United States of America despite the best efforts of the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice and FBI Hierarchy and all of George Soros’ money that was spent on “Astroturf Protests”.

Sorry. Not sorry.

The fact that you guys in the Far Left Democratic Party are a bunch of undereducated, immature, poor losers whose entire Political Platform is composed of nothing but hate for President Donald J. Trump is NOT grounds for impeachment.

Keep on living in your bubble on the East and Left Coasts while pulling away ideologically from average Americans and the Democratic Party will be destined to go the way of the Whigs. (Look it up, if your fellow “writers” haven’t taken them out of the history books, also.)

Especially, when the results of the investigations by Inspector General Horowitz, Attorney General Barr, and Special Investigator Durham come in.

Then, as Rev. Wright would say,

Your chickeeens will have come home…to roost!

Hey Dems…when this push for Impeachment fails, please don’t try a “Russian” Revolution.

Average Americans still proudly cling to our Bibles and guns.

And, you guys don’t even know which restroom to use.

Until He Comes,

Trump Instructs McGahn to Skip Today’s Judiciary Committee Inquisition Citing Executive Privilege Ruling by DOJ

trump-don-mcgahn_CNNPH

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump has directed former White House Counsel Don McGahn to skip a House Judiciary Committee hearing scheduled for Tuesday, citing a Justice Department opinion that he cannot be compelled to testify about his official duties.

In a statement released Monday afternoon, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders blasted Democrats for continuing to pursue Trump investigations, saying they want a “wasteful and unnecessary do-over” in the wake of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe — and describing the subpoena for McGahn as part of that.

“The House Judiciary Committee has issued a subpoena to try and force Mr. McGahn to testify again. The Department of Justice has provided a legal opinion stating that, based on long-standing, bipartisan, and Constitutional precedent, the former Counsel to the President cannot be forced to give such testimony, and Mr. McGahn has been directed to act accordingly,” Sanders said. “This action has been taken in order to ensure that future Presidents can effectively execute the responsibilities of the Office of the Presidency.”

The related DOJ memo said McGahn, like other senior advisers to a president, has “immunity” from being compelled to testify about his official duties.

“This immunity applies to the former White House Counsel. Accordingly, Mr. McGahn is not legally required to appear and testify about matters related to his official duties as Counsel to the President,” the memo said.

The New York Times first reported that the president would likely direct McGahn to skip the hearing.

The move could set the stage for the panel to vote to hold the former White House counsel in contempt for defying a congressionally issued subpoena. Fox News is told the committee still intends to meet on Tuesday, whether or not McGahn is present.

The committee announced the hearing last week, but it was unclear whether McGahn would appear due to the ongoing battle between congressional Democrats and the White House over his testimony.

Earlier this month, Sanders said she did not “anticipate” that a hearing would take place. “We consider this to be a case closed and we’re moving forward to do the work of the American people,” Sanders said on ABC News’ “The Investigation” podcast.

The committee, led by Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., subpoenaed McGahn on April 22, days after the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report, which featured McGahn prominently in its section related to the obstruction of justice inquiry. This included a claim that McGahn disobeyed Trump’s call to have him seek Mueller’s removal.

“On June 17, 2017, the president called [White House Counsel Don] McGahn at home and directed him to call the Acting Attorney General and say that the Special Counsel had conflicts of interest and must be removed. McGahn did not carry out the direction, however, deciding that he would resign rather than trigger what he regarded as a potential Saturday Night Massacre,” the report stated, referencing the Watergate scandal.

The report also revealed that when the media reported on the president’s request, the president directed White House officials “to tell McGahn to dispute the story and create a record stating he had not been ordered to have the special counsel removed.” He did not.

The House committee’s subpoena, coming amid a fight over access to the unredacted Mueller report, called for McGahn to appear before the panel to testify and provide documents related to the Mueller investigation.

But earlier this month, now-White House Counsel Pat Cipollone first notified the committee that McGahn would not be allowed to comply with the subpoena, saying requests for documents and materials must go to the White House.

“The White House provided these records to Mr. McGahn in connection with its cooperation with the Special Counsel’s investigation and with the clear understanding that the records remain subject to the control of the White House for all purposes,” Cipollone wrote. “The White House records remain legally protected from disclosure under longstanding constitutional principles, because they implicate significant Executive Branch confidentiality interests and executive privilege.”

He added: “Because Mr. McGahn does not have the legal right to disclose these documents to third parties, I would ask the Committee to direct any request for such records to the White House, the appropriate legal custodian.”

Cipollone wrote that acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney “has directed Mr. McGahn not to produce these White House records,” adding that the Justice Department concurs with their legal position.

But Nadler has stressed the importance of McGahn’s testimony, saying it would “help shed further light on the president’s attacks on the rule of law, and his attempts to cover up those actions by lying to the American people and requesting others to do the same.”

Trump, though, said he never told McGahn to fire Mueller, and tweeted last month that if he “wanted to fire Mueller, I didn’t need McGahn to do it, I could have done it myself.”

I am quite positive that he would have.

Nadler refuses to end his vendetta against Donald J. Trump.

Nadler and the rest of the House Democrats are not the Head of the three branches of our Constitutional Republic.

The House of Representatives was established by our Founding Fathers to be like the British House of Commons, that is, the LOWER House of Congress with the Senate being patterned after the House of Lords, or, the UPPER House.

The president does not answer to Congress. He can act on his own accord concerning matters of national security and foreign policy. And, the Judicial Branch has the ability to overturn legislation passed by Congress.

In their horrible grief over the disappointing outcomes of both the 2016 President Election and the Special Counsel’s Investigation, the Democratic Party, as evidenced by the Judicial Committees in both Houses of Congress, has been experiencing a psychotic break for quite a while now.

They cannot and will not except the reality in front of them.

Nadler and company can subpoena Former White House Counsel Don McGahn, Attorney General William Barr, and even Trump’s children and grandchildren, but as they finding out the hard way, it will all be for naught.

They can all tell Congress to “talk to the hand”, just as Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress over the “Operation Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal.

The reason being, per The Washington Post, Trump, just like Obama, can invoke executive privilege.

According to the writer of the opinion piece, Michael W. McConnell,

…the House should recognize that the executive is an equal branch of government with constitutional privileges of its own. For a president to assert the rights of his office, as almost every president has done, is neither blameworthy nor impeachable.

The House Democrats need to stop their Impeachment/Not Impeachment Kangaroo Court before the America Public gets hopping mad.

Attorney General Barr and Asst. Director of the DOJ Rosenstein thoroughly reviewed the Mueller Report and determined that there was no collusion and no obstruction of justice.

However, that is not good enough for the Democrats.

Make no mistake about this, gentle readers, they are not still asking for the release of the full report because they care about the cause of justice or the wellbeing of American Citizens.

Just as it was in the case of their support for Special Counsel Mueller and his team of Investigators comprised of 19 Democratic Donors, the Democrats want to obstruct, delay, and derail President Trump from his mission to fulfill the Campaign Promises which he made to Americans.

Also, just as I have been writing concerning the Mueller Investigation for the last two plus years, the REAL story remains the corruption of the Obama Administration. Specifically, all of the malfeasance of Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, including E-mailgate, the Clinton Foundation Pay-for-Pay Scandal, Uranium One, and the Benghazi Massacre.

For the Democrats in the House of Representatives to perpetuate a false narrative through the arduous and interminable schedule of “Investigative Hearings” which they are attempting to carry out with vengeful glee, they have willingly participating in an exercise in futility which will do nothing but deepen the hole which they have already dug for themselves with average Americans even deeper.

As I have repeatedly warned, by concentrating their energies and the taxpayers’ time and money on their vendetta against the 45th President, instead of actually bringing up legislation that would help average Americans, they are not only liable to lose their phony boloney jobs in Washington, they will once again (at least) be denied the Presidency, as well.

However, thinking about it, their hate for Trump and us “Deplorables” is all they have.

The President and the American Citizens who voted for him, stand in the way of their goal to bring Marxism in the form of “Democratic Socialism” to “The Shining City Upon a Hill”, subsequently turning America into a Third World Barrio.

Hopefully, the Far Left Democrats and their “New Bolsheviks” will eventually figure out that average Americans still do not want what they are offering.

If we did, we would be suffering under the thumb of President Hillary Clinton.

And, since there was NO RUSSIAN COLLUSION by President Trump or his Campaign Staff, it means that Americans were the ones who stopped Hillary Clinton from becoming President.

Perhaps the Democrats should stop their tantrum long enough to reflect on that for a while.

Until He Comes,
