Kavanaugh Accuser’s Attorney Says Ford Wanted to Tag Him with an “*” Before He Could Start Ruling on Abortion-Related Cases

The attorney who represented Christine Blasey Ford during Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court contentious confirmation hearings said in a speech earlier this year that Ford was motivated to come forward in part by a desire to tag Kavanaugh’s reputation with an “asterisk” before he could start ruling on abortion-related cases.

The high-powered progressive lawyer, Debra Katz, made the remarks at the University of Baltimore’s 11th Feminist Legal Theory Conference, entitled “Applied Feminism and #MeToo.” Her comments were first quoted in the book “Search and Destroy: Inside the Campaign Against Brett Kavanaugh” by Ryan Lovelace, which Fox News has obtained.

The Daily Caller News Foundation on Wednesday posted a video of Katz’s comments.

“In the aftermath of these hearings, I believe that Christine’s testimony brought about more good than the harm misogynist Republicans caused by allowing Kavanaugh on the court,” Katz said in the video. “He will always have an asterisk next to his name. When he takes a scalpel to Roe v. Wade, we will know who he is, we know his character, and we know what motivates him, and that is important.

“It is important that we know, and that is part of what motivated Christine.”

Katz’s disclosure shocked D.C. observers, some of whom regarded the remark as a possible breach of attorney-client trust.

“Why would a competent lawyer say this?” asked Megan McArdle, a columnist at The Washington Post. “I’m stunned.”

Ford, in her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee last year, said she was coming forward out of a sense of “civic duty.” She did not make mention of the landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade or abortion rights.

“I am here not because I wanted to be,” Ford said. “I am terrified. I am here because I believe it is my civic duty to tell you what happened to me while Brett Kavanaugh and I were in high school.”

Ford’s narrative that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in high school underwent some changes during the confirmation process as several apparent disparities surfaced, even as the California professor insisted she was forcibly attacked and that she had not mistaken Kavanaugh for anyone else. No witnesses corroborated Ford’s account — including Leland Ingham Keyser, Ford’s close friend and former classmate, whom Ford said was at the house party in question.

According to Lovelace’s book, Katz, speaking to the friendly audience, also wondered whether Republicans in the Senate would have silenced other accusers who lacked Ford’s background.

“We must ponder the very real possibility that had Dr. Ford not come from the same background, and the same race, and the same class, and the same country club as Brett Kavanaugh, had she not had an impeccable academic record and stellar professional credentials, if she was not on the faculty of Stanford with 70 publications to her name, if she wasn’t married to a man with two children, would she have been given the opportunity?” Katz asked.

Katz is a longtime Democratic donor and activist known for representing sexual harassment accusers.

Katz has also attended anti-Trump rallies, telling ABC News last year: “We are going to resist. We will not be silenced.”

At the same time, Katz has a history of minimizing or dismissing accusations made by women against Democratic politicians — including former President Bill Clinton and former Minnesota Sen. Al Franken.

“Paula Jones’ suit is very, very, very weak,” Katz said on CNN’s “Talkback Live” in March 1998 in a discussion about Jones’ claims against Clinton, according to a show transcript. “She’s alleged one incident that took place in a hotel room that, by her own testimony, lasted 10 to 12 minutes. She suffered no repercussions in the workplace.”

Particularly since the Kavanaugh hearings, Katz has emerged as something of a celebrity in feminist circles. Katz was given Ms. Magazine’s “Wonder Woman Award” for her “work fighting for gender equality, and increasing awareness of injustices faced by girls and women because of their gender.”

She was also named one of the 2019 Lawyers of the Year by the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.

So, it’s okay if you abuse women in Ms. Katz’s eyes…as long as you are a Democratic politician.

But, I digress.

During the entire time that Christine Blasey Ford appeared during the Kavanaugh Confirmation Hearings attempting to defend her B.S. accusations against the now-Associate Supreme Court Justice (sounds good, doesn’t it?), I felt like there was something else going on.

The fact that the Democrats wanted to bring Kavanaugh down by any means necessary was as obvious as Soros’ money being behind all of the paid protestors who were bussed in.

Now, the other shoe has dropped.

Ford was there to attempt to block a man of conscience who would stand up for the rights of the unborn from being on the Supreme Court.

After all, according to the over-whelming majority of Democrats, who happen to be Liberal, the right to end a human life in the womb before he/she even has an opportunity to live, is a “sacred” right…and a woman’s “choice”.

After all, Former President Barack Hussein Obama said that he did not want his daughter “PUNISHED with a baby”, didn’t he?

I was going to say that I just don’t understand…but, I do.

…And, it scares the mess out of me.

Abortion has always struck me as the precursor to the creation of the process known in the science fiction move of the same name as “Soylent Green”, especially after Americans found out that Planned Parenthood was selling baby parts.

What sort of vile, amoral individual would intentionally lie in front of Congress and the entire world in order to keep a good man from possibly defending the rights of the unborn as a Supreme Court Associate Justice.

And, what sort of a hypocritical political hack attorney praises her for doing it?

This whole sorry episode is really quite chilling when you take time to think about it.

The same Democrats who want to take away average Americans’ guns, for fear that Americans will go hunting and kill “precious” animals or commit crimes with them, do not give a second thought about ending a unborn human life, who might grow up to cure cancer, by yanking it from his/her mother’s womb.

Remember when a distraught Charlton Heston yelled out in the movie:

“Soylent Green is PEOPLE!”…?

Well…so were all of the unborn who were aborted.

Except, they didn’t get a chance to live their lives.

And, Democrats like Ford and Katz could care less.

Their amoral, sick behavior is a perfect example of why the Democrats must be kept out of the Oval Office in 2020.

AOC Explains Dorian’s Destroying of the Bahamas: “This is What Climate Change Looks Like”…No, Really

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., said Tuesday that climate change was to blame for Hurricane Dorian’s devastating impact on the Bahamas.

“This is what climate change looks like: it hits vulnerable communities first,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted on Tuesday.

Dorian’s punishing winds and torrential rain battered the islands of Abaco and Grand Bahama, which have a combined population of about 70,000 and are known for their marinas, golf courses, and all-inclusive resorts.

The Grand Bahama airport was under 6 feet of water and at least five deaths were reported.

The freshman New Yorker dismissed “climate deniers” who claim the latest hurricane has nothing to do with climate change.

“I can already hear climate deniers screeching: ‘It’s always been like this! You’re dim,’ etc. No. This is about science & leadership,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote. “We either decarbonize & cut emissions, or we don’t & let people die.”

Have you ever wondered why politicians representing the Far Left Democratic Party, like AOC, are still so preoccupied with the faux science of Global Warming/Climate Change?

The Climate Change Hoax was a big money-maker for Liberals under the Obama Administration.

It is so much a part of Congressional Liberals’ personal mantras, they still believe that literally EVERYTHING is secondary to this faux science.

When you attempt to discuss the Global Warming/Climate Change/Whatever-They-Decided-To-Call-It-Today Hoax with one of the members of the Cult, they will tell you that 97% of the World’s Scientists are believers.

Have you ever wondered where they get that outlandish figure from?

Back on May 26, 2014, Joseph Bast, of the Heartland Institute, and Dr. Roy Spencer, Founder of The Weather Channel, wrote the following article for The Wall Street Journal…

Last week Secretary of State John Kerry warned graduating students at Boston College of the “crippling consequences” of climate change. “Ninety-seven percent of the world’s scientists,” he added, “tell us this is urgent.”

Where did Mr. Kerry get the 97% figure? Perhaps from his boss, President Obama, who tweeted on May 16 that “Ninety-seven percent of scientists agree: #climate change is real, man-made and dangerous.” Or maybe from NASA, which posted (in more measured language) on its website, “Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree that climate-warming trends over the past century are very likely due to human activities.”

Yet the assertion that 97% of scientists believe that climate change is a man-made, urgent problem is a fiction. The so-called consensus comes from a handful of surveys and abstract-counting exercises that have been contradicted by more reliable research.

One frequently cited source for the consensus is a 2004 opinion essay published in Science magazine by Naomi Oreskes, a science historian now at Harvard. She claimed to have examined abstracts of 928 articles published in scientific journals between 1993 and 2003, and found that 75% supported the view that human activities are responsible for most of the observed warming over the previous 50 years while none directly dissented.

Ms. Oreskes’s definition of consensus covered “man-made” but left out “dangerous”—and scores of articles by prominent scientists such as Richard Lindzen, John Christy, Sherwood Idso and Patrick Michaels, who question the consensus, were excluded. The methodology is also flawed. A study published earlier this year in Nature noted that abstracts of academic papers often contain claims that aren’t substantiated in the papers.

Another widely cited source for the consensus view is a 2009 article in “Eos, Transactions American Geophysical Union” by Maggie Kendall Zimmerman, a student at the University of Illinois, and her master’s thesis adviser Peter Doran. It reported the results of a two-question online survey of selected scientists. Mr. Doran and Ms. Zimmerman claimed “97 percent of climate scientists agree” that global temperatures have risen and that humans are a significant contributing factor.

The survey’s questions don’t reveal much of interest. Most scientists who are skeptical of catastrophic global warming nevertheless would answer “yes” to both questions. The survey was silent on whether the human impact is large enough to constitute a problem. Nor did it include solar scientists, space scientists, cosmologists, physicists, meteorologists or astronomers, who are the scientists most likely to be aware of natural causes of climate change.

The “97 percent” figure in the Zimmerman/Doran survey represents the views of only 79 respondents who listed climate science as an area of expertise and said they published more than half of their recent peer-reviewed papers on climate change. Seventy-nine scientists—of the 3,146 who responded to the survey—does not a consensus make.

In 2010, William R. Love Anderegg, then a student at Stanford University, used Google Scholar to identify the views of the most prolific writers on climate change. His findings were published in Proceedings of the National Academies of Sciences. Mr. Love Anderegg found that 97% to 98% of the 200 most prolific writers on climate change believe “anthropogenic greenhouse gases have been responsible for ‘most’ of the ‘unequivocal’ warming.” There was no mention of how dangerous this climate change might be; and, of course, 200 researchers out of the thousands who have contributed to the climate science debate is not evidence of consensus.

In 2013, John Cook, an Australia-based blogger, and some of his friends reviewed abstracts of peer-reviewed papers published from 1991 to 2011. Mr. Cook reported that 97% of those who stated a position explicitly or implicitly suggest that human activity is responsible for some warming. His findings were published in Environmental Research Letters.

Mr. Cook’s work was quickly debunked. In Science and Education in August 2013, for example, David R. Legates (a professor of geography at the University of Delaware and former director of its Center for Climatic Research) and three coauthors reviewed the same papers as did Mr. Cook and found “only 41 papers—0.3 percent of all 11,944 abstracts or 1.0 percent of the 4,014 expressing an opinion, and not 97.1 percent—had been found to endorse” the claim that human activity is causing most of the current warming. Elsewhere, climate scientists including Craig Idso, Nicola Scafetta, Nir J. Shaviv and Nils- Axel Morner, whose research questions the alleged consensus, protested that Mr. Cook ignored or misrepresented their work.

Rigorous international surveys conducted by German scientists Dennis Bray and Hans von Storch—most recently published in Environmental Science & Policy in 2010—have found that most climate scientists disagree with the consensus on key issues such as the reliability of climate data and computer models. They do not believe that climate processes such as cloud formation and precipitation are sufficiently understood to predict future climate change.

Surveys of meteorologists repeatedly find a majority oppose the alleged consensus. Only 39.5% of 1,854 American Meteorological Society members who responded to a survey in 2012 said man-made global warming is dangerous.

Finally, the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change—which claims to speak for more than 2,500 scientists—is probably the most frequently cited source for the consensus. Its latest report claims that “human interference with the climate system is occurring, and climate change poses risks for human and natural systems.” Yet relatively few have either written on or reviewed research having to do with the key question: How much of the temperature increase and other climate changes observed in the 20th century was caused by man-made greenhouse-gas emissions? The IPCC lists only 41 authors and editors of the relevant chapter of the Fifth Assessment Report addressing “anthropogenic and natural radiative forcing.”

Of the various petitions on global warming circulated for signatures by scientists, the one by the Petition Project, a group of physicists and physical chemists based in La Jolla, Calif., has by far the most signatures—more than 31,000 (more than 9,000 with a Ph.D.). It was most recently published in 2009, and most signers were added or reaffirmed since 2007. The petition states that “there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of . . . carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate.”

We could go on, but the larger point is plain. There is no basis for the claim that 97% of scientists believe that man-made climate change is a dangerous problem.

So, why do the Dems continue on their Quixotic Crusade to make a belief in a pseudo-science birthed by the P.T. Barnum of our time, Al Gore, an “International Crisis”?

Per usual, I have some opinions on that…

1. Appeasing the Gullible –Hey “The Facts Are In.” The “science” is true. And, as P.T. Barnum said,

There is a sucker born every minute.

Remember…these “true believers” of the Goreacle, also voted for Obama and Hillary. They are easily fooled. For a visual reference, watch Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

2. Money, Money, Money – Too much money invested by Democrat “Power Brokers” and to much of American Taxpayers money spent needlessly to back down now. The Democrats are perpetuating it because they have political promises to keep.

3. Hey, look! Squirrel! – Dems continue to grasp for whatever national distraction they can come up with to attempt to sabotage Trump’s Presidency, in the hope that, somehow, Trump will get impeached, recalled, or something, and they can continue their quest to turn America into a Third World Socialist Utopia.

4. Modern American Liberals are heartbroken – Obama left, Hillary lost, and they have to have something to worship. Mother Gaia and Captain Planet will have to suffice.

5. Man is his own god – It is an unbelievable arrogance that allows those who believe in “Climate Change” to proclaim that man can lay claim to the Sovereignty of the God of Abraham, by controlling the very weather around us, by recycling plastic bottles, etc.

So, there you go. I wonder how the “Gaia Worshippers” will distract the American Public next, with Trump having proclaimed in 2017 that “Climate Change” never was the “National Security Threat” that Obama claimed it to be?

How will they continue to distract from the immature, absurd, and corrupt nature of their ongoing National Temper Tantrum over the lost of the 2016 Presidential Election?

Next, AOC will probably host a showing of “The Day After Tomorrow”, the movie starring Dennis Quaid, which bombed spectacularly at the Box Office, in which the ice was chasing everybody.

Odessa Gunman “Was On a Long Spiral Down” Per Investigators…Can Mass Shootings Be Prevented?

The gunman in the West Texas rampage that killed seven people over the weekend “was on a long spiral down” before he was fired from his job on the day of the shooting, investigators said Monday.

The gunman had been fired Saturday morning from his job at Journey Oil Field Services and made “rambling” phone calls to both the 911 and the FBI afterward, the investigators added.

FBI special agent Christopher Combs said the gunman had gone to work that day “in trouble.”

Combs said Monday that the killer’s home was “a strange residence,” and that the condition “reflect what his mental state was going into this.”

“Texans are strong. We will get through this,” Odessa Mayor David Turner said Monday on “Shepard Smith Reporting.”

The gunman killed seven people and injured at least 22 others Saturday before officers killed him outside a busy movie theater in Odessa, investigators said.

Officials said those killed were between 15 and 57 years old but did not immediately provide a list of names. Family and employers, however, said that among the dead were Edwin Peregrino, 25, who ran out of his parents’ home to see what the commotion was; mail carrier Mary Granados, 29, killed in her U.S. Postal Service truck; and 15-year-old high school student Leilah Hernandez, who had been walking out of an auto dealership.

The attack began Saturday afternoon when Texas state troopers tried pulling over a gold car on Interstate 20 for failing to signal a left turn. Before the vehicle came to a complete stop, the driver “pointed a rifle toward the rear window of his car and fired several shots” toward the patrol car stopping him, according to Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Katherine Cesinger. The gunshots struck a trooper, Cesinger said, after which the gunman took off and continued shooting. He fired at random as he drove in the area of Odessa and Midland, two cities over 300 miles west of Dallas.

Police used a marked SUV to ram the mail truck outside the Cinergy Movie Theater in Odessa, disabling the vehicle. The gunman then fired at police, wounding two officers before he was killed.

The shooting came at the end of an already violent month in Texas following the El Paso attack at a Walmart that killed 22 people.

The problem in stopping mass murders from happening is not that there are not enough gun laws. The problem is the gun laws on the books are not properly enforced.

The dissolution of the Family Unit, the revolving door state of our Municipal Justice Systems, and, in the case of the perpetrator of last weekend’s massacre in Odessa, the lack of recognition and treatment of the mentally ill and wannabe Terrorists, have a lot to do with the rise of these horrible massacres in America and the horrible violence which plagues cities like Chicago and Memphis.

In Democratic Politicians’ and Political Activists’ zeal to grab our guns, there is an “inconvenient truth” that they always fail to mention:

A 1997 Justice Department survey of more than 18,000 state and federal convicts revealed the truth:

• 39.6% of criminals obtained a gun from a friend or family member
• 39.2% of criminals obtained a gun on the street or from an illegal source
• 0.7% of criminals purchased a gun at a gun show
• 1% of criminals purchased a gun at a flea market
• 3.8% of criminals purchased a gun from a pawn shop
• 8.3% of criminals actually bought their guns from retail outlets

This fact remains unchanged to this day.

And, Modern American Liberals are quite aware of these numbers.

So, why attempt to restrict the gun ownership of law-abiding Americans?

Have you ever watched a mother, when their toddler bumps their head on a table, attempt to distract their child, by pretending to spank the table, while saying, “Bad Table”?

That, in a nutshell, is what the Democrats and their minions are attempting to do through their incessant attempts to limit the Constitutional Right of American Citizens to own guns.

By creating new restrictions, instead of enforcing gun laws which are already in place, they shift the blame from the Radical Islamic Terrorists and those who operate outside of the law to America and her citizens.

Restricting private ownership of firearms by a country’s citizens is nothing new.

Back on January 13, 2013 while researching another post on the subject of Gun Control, I found some truth from a very unexpected source: Pravda.

(That’s pretty bad when Pravda is telling the truth and America’s Main Stream Media is not. But, I digress…)

Before the Revolution in 1918, Russia was one of the most heavily armed societies on Earth.

This well armed population was what allowed the various White factions to rise up, no matter how disorganized politically and militarily they were in 1918 and wage a savage civil war against the Reds. It should be noted that many of these armies were armed peasants, villagers, farmers and merchants, protecting their own. If it had not been for Washington’s clandestine support of and for the Reds, history would have gone quite differently.

Moscow fell, for example, not from a lack of weapons to defend it, but from the lying guile of the Reds. Ten thousand Reds took Moscow and were opposed only by some few hundreds of officer cadets and their instructors. Even then the battle was fierce and losses high. However, in the city alone, at that time, lived over 30,000 military officers (both active and retired), all with their own issued weapons and ammunition, plus tens of thousands of other citizens who were armed. The Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and their weapons: where they were promptly shot.

Of course being savages, murderers and liars does not mean being stupid and the Reds learned from their Civil War experience. One of the first things they did was to disarm the population. From that point, mass repression, mass arrests, mass deportations, mass murder, mass starvation were all a safe game for the powers that were. The worst they had to fear was a pitchfork in the guts or a knife in the back or the occasional hunting rifle. Not much for soldiers.

To this day, with the Soviet Union now dead 21 years, with a whole generation born and raised to adulthood without the SU, we are still denied our basic and traditional rights to self defense. Why? We are told that everyone would just start shooting each other and crime would be everywhere….but criminals are still armed and still murdering and too often, especially in the far regions, those criminals wear the uniforms of the police. The fact that everyone would start shooting is also laughable when statistics are examined.

While President Putin pushes through reforms, the local authorities, especially in our vast hinterland, do not feel they need to act like they work for the people. They do as they please, a tyrannical class who knows they have absolutely nothing to fear from a relatively unarmed population. This in turn breeds not respect but absolute contempt and often enough, criminal abuse.

For those of us fighting for our traditional rights, the US 2nd Amendment is a rare light in an ever darkening room. Governments will use the excuse of trying to protect the people from maniacs and crime, but are in reality, it is the bureaucrats protecting their power and position. In all cases where guns are banned, gun crime continues and often increases. As for maniacs, be it nuts with cars (NYC, Chapel Hill NC), swords (Japan), knives (China) or home made bombs (everywhere), insane people strike. They throw acid (Pakistan, UK), they throw fire bombs (France), they attack. What is worse, is, that the best way to stop a maniac is not psychology or jail or “talking to them”, it is a bullet in the head, that is why they are a maniac, because they are incapable of living in reality or stopping themselves.

The excuse that people will start shooting each other is also plain and silly. So it is our politicians saying that our society is full of incapable adolescents who can never be trusted? Then, please explain how we can trust them or the police, who themselves grew up and came from the same culture?

No it is about power and a total power over the people. There is a lot of desire to bad mouth the Tsar, particularly by the Communists, who claim he was a tyrant, and yet under him we were armed and under the progressives disarmed. Do not be fooled by a belief that progressives, leftists hate guns. Oh, no, they do not. What they hate is guns in the hands of those who are not marching in lock step of their ideology. They hate guns in the hands of those who think for themselves and do not obey without question. They hate guns in those whom they have slated for a barrel to the back of the ear.

So, do not fall for the false promises and do not extinguish the light that is left to allow humanity a measure of self respect.

What Liberals have never understood, in their continuous quest to take away the Second Amendment rights of average Americans is that we will never surrender our Constitutional Right to defend ourselves and our families from enemies foreign and domestic.

What part of the words “shall not be infringed” do you Liberals not understand?

Passing more restrictive gun laws is not the answer.

Criminals are called “outlaws” for a reason.

They will find a way to get guns. They do now.

In this age of apathy, it is time for families, friends, and neighbors to once again pay attention to those around them in order to prevent massacres like those which the nation has witnessed lately, such as the one in Odessa, Texas.

This is a people problem. Not a gun problem.

Remembering Jerry Lewis and the MDA Labor Day Telethon…and Why It Could Not Be Produced Today

Another Labor Day will pass by today without a Muscular Dystrophy Labor Day Telethon.

I know that there are millennials reading this post who are wondering what in the world I am talking about.

Well, boys and girls, a long, long time ago, in a nation where citizens actually cared about one another, an American Icon, Comedian, and Philanthropist named Jerry Lewis poured his lifeblood into producing a nationally-televised program specifically designed to raise money on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association to aid in the fight against Neuromuscular Diseases.

Born Joseph Levitch in Newark, New Jersey, his career in show business spanned 70 years. beginning with his first appearance with his parents, who were both entertainers, in the Catskill Mountains Circuit at age 5.

He passed away from natural causes on August 20, 2017 at the age of 91.

For 45 years, American families would, while spending time together, watch the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethon. The telethon would begin on Sunday Evening and continue for 21 1/2 hours, ending on Monday evening at 5:00 p.m. Central. Co-hosted in later years by Ed McMahon and Norm Crosby, stars of stage, screen, and television would appear, alongside corporate executives, all there to raise money for “Jerry’s Kids”.

And, when I say “stars”, I mean STARS.

Jerry’s good friend, Sammy Davis, Jr. would come on every year, on Monday afternoon, and do a solid 30 minutes of entertaining, usually badgering Jerry, until he would come out and do a couple of songs with him, usually ending in a tap dance “challenge”.

Here is an example of how their friendship and antics together would entertain us every year:

Mr. Las Vegas himself, Wayne Newton, would come on after that and bring down the house, with several high energy numbers, wearing his huge American Eagle Belt Buckle and “TCB” Necklace, which Elvis Presley gave him as a sign of friendship and respect.

Speaking of the King, while Elvis did not appear live every year, usually, also sometime Monday Afternoon, Ed McMahon would say,

Jerry, we just received a call from Graceland.

Which meant that Elvis, known throughout my hometown of Memphis for his great generosity, had just phoned in a huge donation.

Perhaps, one of the most poignant moments in the history of the telethon came during the 1976 Program, when the Chairman of the Board, Francis Albert Sinatra, showed up. Frank told Jerry that he had brought a friend with him and asked him to come out. That friend was Jerry’s ex-partner, Dean Martin. The two had been estranged for years. Jerry became emotional. He hugged Dino, and, when everyone became silent, he asked,

So, how ya been?

8 years ago, after 45 years of magnanimous service, raising untold millions for the MDA, Lewis was cruelly and unceremoniously dumped. In fact, the MDA did not even have the guts to tell Jerry Lewis that they dumped him!

We honor Jerry Lewis, we admire the work he’s done for us, and we respect his decision to retire.

That particular quote came from Valerie Cwik, the MDA’s interim president, at the time. She replaced Gerald Weinberg, who was reportedly behind Lewis’s ouster and who stepped down as president, after 54 years with the organization.

She made the lame argument that the changes in the telethon were part of a necessary evolution in fundraising strategy, to put less emphasis on the once-a-year event.

It has to change because the American audience has changed. A 21.5-hour show doesn’t fit in a 140-character world.

During 2016, the President of the MDA reached out to Lewis and attempted to smooth things over with him, opening the door for possible voice-over projects in the future.

Sadly, the gesture turned out to be too little, too late.

I swear, “The Smartest People in the Room”. a.k.a., Modern American Liberals, screw up everything.

Okay. I know that Lewis had a reputation as an ego-maniacal pain-in-the-rear to work with, but, these were people’s lives that the MDA was messing with. It could have, and should have, been handled differently.

However, Jerry Lewis also devoted over half his life for “his kids”, visiting them in hospitals around the nation, with no cameras around, along with calling and visiting Corporate CEOs and A-List Celebrities, getting them to help him raise money for those kids and adults struck down by these debilitating Muscular Disorders.

His ouster by MDA showed no respect or gratitude, whatsoever.

What happened to Jerry Lewis, has happened to American Society in general.

The lack of respect shown to Jerry had become Standard Operating Procedure for Modern American Liberals.

Jerry Lewis, if he were still alive, could not produce his Labor Day Telethon in the political climate of today.

The majority of those in the Entertainment Industry would not “lower themselves” to do it.

After all, critically ill average Americans, both children and adults, are not a part of the special interest groups which they prefer to “donate their time” to.

And, knowing the kind of American that Jerry Lewis was, they would have been told that any bashing of our country or the President would result in them not being invited back.

The focus of those telethons were those Americans afflicted with the terrible diseases which the MDA provided support and care for.

Quite frankly, I do not believe that our present bunch of “stars” could leave their hatred of President Trump and their own oversized egos in check long enough to perform on Jerry Lewis’s MDA Telethon.

In fact, after watching the behavior of Hollywood Liberals like Alyssa Milano, Bette Midler, and Tom Arnold during President Trump’s first term in office, I would say that my belief in a solid truth.

As far as today’s “stars” “shining” in Hollywood are concerned, they just don’t make them like they used to.

Jerry Lewis’ legacy will be that of a man, who, with all of his flaws, left an indelible mark on both the Entertainment and Medical Industries. The money which he helped raise for the Muscular Dystrophy Association helped advance their fight against neuromuscular disease.

And, while he was able to lend his talents to that great cause, “Jerry’s Kids” knew that they never walked alone.

Today’s Hollywood can not even admit that Donald J. Trump won the 2016 Presidential Election.

Dems’ God Problem Continues: DNC Passes Resolution Praising Values of “Religiously Unaffiliated” Americans

Evidently, the Democrats have decided to appeal to the least number of American Voters.

FoxNews.com recently reported that

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) passed a resolution [last] Saturday praising the values of “religiously unaffiliated” Americans as the “largest religious group within the Democratic Party.”

The resolution, which was unanimously passed at the DNC’s summer meeting on Aug. 24 in San Francisco, Calif., was championed by the Secular Coalition of America, an organization that lobbies on behalf of atheists, agnostics, and humanists on public policy. The group celebrated the DNC’s move as the first time a major party “embraced American nonbelievers.”

“Religiously unaffiliated Americans overwhelmingly share the Democratic Party’s values,” said the resolution, which adds they should advocate for “rational public policy based on sound science and universal humanistic values.”

Sarah Levin, director of governmental affairs for the Secular Coalition of America, praised it as a way “to ensure that policy is driven by science and evidence, not sectarian beliefs.”

The move comes as Democratic presidential candidates have ramped up their religious rhetoric on the campaign trail, but the party announced it is targeting “nonreligious voters” to try to beat President Trump, who solidified the evangelical vote in 2016.

“America was founded as a secular government charged with representing and protecting the freedoms of people of all faiths and none,” Levin added. “I am proud to see the Democratic Party take that to heart by bringing secular Americans into the fold.”

Political pundits have pointed out Democrats’ so-called God problem in the past and their efforts to solve it.

“Democrats boo God.” In 2016, attendees heckled a preacher during the opening prayer. And on Saturday, Democrats took a shot at believers who use “religious liberty” to threaten the civil rights of LGBTQ Americans.

The Freedom From Religion Foundation’s co-president, Annie Laurie Gaylor, called the resolution a “political landmark” that is “long overdue.”

The Wisconsin-based FFRF “is optimistic that the DNC resolution is a sign of bigger and better things to come for freethinkers, and would like to see every party at every level of government adopt similar resolutions.”

For what now seems like an eternity, those on the Left side (along with some of those who claim to be on the Right Side) of the Political Aisle, have focused their attention on “radically changing” America.

They soon realized that they simply could not do it through popular culture and educational indoctrination, inundating America’s children with both overt and subliminal imaging designed to countermand the Traditional American Values that they were being raised with, in normal American Households, out here in “Flyover Country”, otherwise known as America’s Heartland…or “the Red States”.

Modern Liberals soon figured out that the way to program Americans into believing that “all paths lead to God” and that cradle-to-grave Nanny-State Government were the new American Standards for living our daily lives, was to turn Christian American Houses of Worship away from being instructors of the Word of God and a sanctuary in which to worship Our Creator, to, instead, being purveyors of the joys of Popular Culture. Wednesday Night Bible Studies were soon replaced by Yoga Classes and Encounter Groups. Religious Leaders were soon quoting philosophy, instead of the Bible in their Sunday Morning Sermons.

And, instead of taking a stand against those things of the world which were directly opposed to what is found in God’s Word, these “new, enlightened” churches started standing up for the “right” of a woman to have her baby prematurely yanked out of her womb with a set of tongs, standing up for the right of Adam to “marry” Steve, when the Bible states that marriage is between a man and a woman, and standing up for the equality of all faiths, when the Son of God firmly states, in John 14:6, that

I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

So, when is all this Christianity in America going to “fade away” as predicted and hoped for by “the Smartest People in the Room”?

As polls have shown…not any time soon.

America remains a nation whose population consists of 70-75%, who proclaim Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior and 92%, who believe in God.

However, if you read some of the comments posted on Websites and Facebook Political Pages, by self-appointed “pundits”, you would think that Christian Americans are the minority in this nation.

I can testify from personal experience, having caught flack for sticking to my Christian American Conservative Principles, since beginning my daily posts on this blog in April of 2010.

My posts, concerning American Christianity, seem to “touch a nerve” in both Liberals and Atheists, alike. (But, in at least some cases, I repeat myself.)

Their reaction has hardly been unexpected.

Of course, one of the Hot Button Issues, which those Liberals and Atheists who responded, over the years, immediately denied, was that our Founding Fathers were Christians and that our country was founded on a Judeo-Christian Belief System.

Evidently, they had never read anything, except what their like-minded, non-believing soothsayers, allowed them to. Or else, they would have read historical documents like President George Washington’s Thanksgiving Day Proclamation, written on November 1, 1777, and found at wallbuilders.com:

Of course, the Poster Boy for the claim by Liberal/Atheist responders, concerning the Founders’ lack of Christianity, is Thomas Jefferson.

Atheists like to bring up the fact that he wrote a version of the Bible which left out Christ’s miracles. What they are reluctant to do, though, is explain why he wrote his book that way. David Barton explains on wallbuilders.com:

The reader [of a newspaper article which Barton is replying to], as do many others, claimed that Jefferson omitted all miraculous events of Jesus from his “Bible.” Rarely do those who make this claim let Jefferson speak for himself. Jefferson’s own words explain that his intent for that book was not for it to be a “Bible,” but rather for it to be a primer for the Indians on the teachings of Christ (which is why Jefferson titled that work, “The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth”). What Jefferson did was to take the “red letter” portions of the New Testament and publish these teachings in order to introduce the Indians to Christian morality. And as President of the United States, Jefferson signed a treaty with the Kaskaskia tribe wherein he provided—at the government’s expense—Christian missionaries to the Indians. In fact, Jefferson himself declared, “I am a real Christian, that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus.” While many might question this claim, the fact remains that Jefferson called himself a Christian, not a deist.

Atheist Activists and young and/or misinformed Liberals and self-proclaimed “Libertarians” (but, in a lot of cases, I repeat myself), who reply to my posts, insist that Crosses and other Christian symbols have no place in the Public Square.

Relying on Far Left Ideologues or their own opinion as their “highest authority”, they continue their push to eliminate the practice of American Christianity and the Traditional American Morality and Ethics which go with it from Everyday American Life, attempting to regulate Christians’ role in American Society as remaining unseen and unheard from, worshiping in private, on Sunday mornings, only.

Or, as Actor and Professional Wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would say, Modern American Liberals want American Christians to

Sit down, shut up, and know your role!

Unfortunately for them, our Current President Donald J. Trump reinforced our rights as American s to our Faith with an Executive Order early in his Presidency.

The First Amendment to the Constitution still holds.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Being filled with human beings, America’s churches have made a lot of mistakes, However, they have also done a lot of good in the Name of the Lord.

For example, the church I attend, helps support a Food Pantry, operated in co-operation with other churches in our area, which feeds 2,000 people per month, counseling them, and getting them the assistance that they need.

Churches today have to walk a fine line.

The spiritual battle raging between the influence of American Popular Culture and those seeking the Will of God in their lives, takes all the strength…and prayer, that Christians can muster.

Modern Liberals seem to have great difficulty comprehending the role which Our Creator, the God of Abraham, played and plays in this Grand Experiment, known as the United States of America.

Why have Liberals ratcheted up their anti-Christian Vitriol and Negativity since January 21, 2009?

Why are they so focused on removing America’s Christian Heritage?

Well, as is usually my wont, I have been doing some “reckoning” about this.

It seems to this ol’ Southern Boy, living here in the Heartland, that America’s Christian Heritage and the very real fact of His influence in building and shaping America’s growth into the greatest country on the face of God’s Green Earth, not only stifles and interferes with Modern Liberals’ “anything goes”, “share the wealth”, “hive-mind”, “man is his own god” Political Ideology, but the reality of God’s very existence, somewhere deep in their miserable, bitter psyches, scares the mess out of them.

Why else would they be trying so hard to fight against the influence of Someone Whom they really don’t believe in?

And, a second and final thought occurred to me while watching the Far Left Democrats refuse to acknowledge God and the solid points which President Trump made pertaining to Traditional American Values a while back…

That is why the Democrats lost on November 8, 2016 and why they will continue to lose in the future.

First Circuit Court of Appeals Overturns Conviction Against Kate Steinle’s Illegal Immigrant Killer on “Technicality”

A California state appeals court Friday overturned the lone conviction against an undocumented immigrant who shot and killed Kate Steinle on the San Francisco waterfront in 2015, a case which drew national attention and became a flashpoint in the debate over illegal immigration.

Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate, who was in the U.S. illegally had been deported to his native Mexico five times, was acquitted in November 2017 of first and second-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a semi-automatic weapon. He was convicted of one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

On Friday, the 1st District Court of Appeal in San Francisco overturned that conviction because the judge failed to give the jury the option of acquitting Garcia-Zarate on the theory he only possessed the weapon for a moment.

Prosecutors argued that the jury instruction lapse was harmless because Garcia-Zarate admitted firing the gun and experts said he couldn’t do so without pulling the trigger. The court disagreed, saying the jury’s verdict showed they rejected the prosecution theory that the shooting was intentional or even negligent and they had asked the judge to define possession and whether there was a time requirement for possession.

“These questions go to the heart of the momentary possession defense,” Justice Sandra Margulies wrote in the 3-0 decision. “The fact the jury asked whether there was a time requirement for possession suggests jurors were wrestling with how long [the] defendant had the gun.”

Garcia-Zarate remains in custody and is facing federal charges of gun possession and being in the country illegally. His attorney, Tony Serra, told The Associated Press that trial is scheduled to begin Jan. 13 and added that the appeals court reversal will give prosecutors the option to re-try Garcia-Zarate.

“That kind of error causes reversals all the time. Then the prosecution has the prerogative of going again,” Serra said. “The state case is a heavier case because it’s a homicide and a gun. … It’s going to be a big potential decision on what they’re going to do.”

The San Francisco district attorney’s office was weighing its options, spokesman Alex Bastian said.

Steinle, 32, died on July 1, 2015, after she was struck by a bullet while walking with her father and a family friend. Garcia-Zarate claimed he unwittingly picked up the gun, which was wrapped in a T-shirt, and it fired accidentally.

The gun belonged to a federal Bureau of Land Management ranger and was stolen from his parked car a week earlier.

Earlier this year, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court decision to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Steinle’s parents against San Francisco. The lawsuit maintained that the city’s so-called sanctuary policy and San Francisco County Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi bore responsibility for Steinle’s death.

Three months before the killing, Garcia-Zarate was released from custody after a drug case against him was dropped. The sheriff’s office, which had ended contact between jail employees and immigration officials, ignored a request by federal authorities to hold Garcia-Zarate until they could assume custody and did not inform them that he was being released.

Unbelievable.

An individual who entered our Sovereign Nation illegally and murdered one of our citizens is freed by a Liberal Appeals Court on a technicality so that he may go out and kill another young woman, sentencing her parents to grieve for the rest of their lives like the parents of Katie Stienle’s parents are..

Have you noticed that the Liberal Main Stream Media always leave out the word “illegal” to describe these lawbreakers, here in our Sovereign Nation without our permission, whom these Liberal Lawmakers from the First Circuit Court to congress to the Democratic Mayors of “Sanctuary Cities” are so hell-bent on protecting?

These Democrats are purposefully ignoring that while these “guests” (as Arizona’s Famous Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s successor has called them) are in our country illegally, they are committing other crimes as well…including MURDER.

On April 24, 2010, I wrote a post titled simply, “For Mr. Krentz”, detailing the murder of Arizona Rancher Robert Krentz by an illegal alien…

Police say Robert Krentz, whose family has been ranching in southern Arizona since 1907, was gunned down early Saturday morning, March 27th, 2010, by an illegal immigrant while out on his ATV tending to fences and water lines on the family’s 34,000-acre cattle ranch.

Reached by phone early Tuesday at his family’s ranch, Andy Krentz, Krentz’s oldest son, said his father was a churchgoing man who routinely went out of his way to help those in need.

“My father was a very good family man,” Krentz told FoxNews.com. “He supported his kids, supported his family. He went out of his way to help anybody we could without regarding to who they were. It didn’t matter who they were.”

Sue Krentz, Krentz’s wife, said she was “pretty overwhelmed” by her husband’s death, which coincided with her parents’ deteriorating health.

“This is icing on the cake,” Krentz said.

Rhe kicker is, the clownish excuses for city officials running these “Sanctuary Cities” are not only harboring fugitives like the ones who killed Kate Steinle and Robert Krentz, they are allowing them to vote!

Voting is an American Constitutional Right of self-determination.

Non-citizens have no such right.

I gave the following answer to a comment made by “Benito”, who submitted a rather lengthy comment to a blog I wrote about Illegal Immigration on May 19, 2010.

Benito, I approved your comment to ask you a few questions. First, you write very well. Next, a few questions. What part of the word “illegal” do you not understand? What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, you are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens. You are no better than someone who breaks into someone’s home, does their dishes, cuts their yard, cleans their house, and then helps themselves to their food and drives their car without asking. This is in no way a human rights issue. Freedom is God-given. And with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way. Illegal immigration reminds me of the amorous boyfriend who wants everything a young woman will give him, but will leave her at the first mention of marriage. I wish you no ill, amigo, but understand this: This is not a civil rights issue. Illegals do not have the same rights as American Citizens. With our rights, come the responsibilities of being an American citizen. The Mexican flag, by protocol, will always be flown in a subordinate position to the American Flag in this country. And, the American Dialect of the English language is the language spoken in this country.

Our Federal Taxes are being used to pay “Sanctuary Cities” to ignore our laws and house murderers, who, if our Immigration Laws were being properly enforced, would not be here killing innocent Americans. Compassion is one thing. Sanctuary Cities are an exercise in blatant, law-breaking stupidity.

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children. We are all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight. But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish. But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

Criminals are criminals, whether they are here legally or illegally.

They deserve no sanctuary.

Neither Kate Steinle nor Mr. Krentz deserved to be murdered by barbarians who had already broken our laws once by trespassing into our Sovereign Nation.

Rosenstein Slams Comey, CNN, and MSNBC on Twitter…Why Comey’s Troubles are Just Beginning

Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein took an apparent shot at former FBI Director James Comey on Twitter Thursday and derided commentators from CNN and MSNBC following the release of the Justice Department inspector general’s report.

While Rosenstein didn’t explicitly mention Comey, his initial tweet quoted a letter in which he cautioned against violating Justice Department policy because of short-term circumstances.

“It is important for the Department of Justice to follow established policies and procedures, especially when the stakes are high,” Rosenstein wrote.

In the preceding paragraph, he mentioned that Comey seemed to argue that circumstances justified both his disclosures about the Russia investigation and his 2016 letter about the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails.

“It may seem tempting to depart from Department policies and traditions in an effort to deflect short-term criticism, but such deviations ultimately may cause a loss of public confidence in the even-handed administration of justice,” Rosenstein added. “We should be most on guard when we believe that our own uncomfortable present circumstances justify ignoring timeless principles respected by our predecessors.”

Rosenstein’s tweet came as Comey responded to a critical Inspector General report by highlighting its conclusion that he didn’t leak any classified information — despite the fact that the report also blasted his decision to violate FBI policies.

CNN Legal Analyst Renato Mariotti responded to Rosenstein by accusing him of a double standard, arguing that the deputy failed to call out Attorney General William Barr.

“You speak up about Comey failing to ‘follow established policies and procedures’ but stood silently beside Barr when he misled the public about Trump,” Mariotti said, apparently referring to Barr’s decision to summarize former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on the Russia investigation.

Mariotti also criticized the president, accusing Trump of using “his power to try to quash investigations of him and his friends.”

Rosenstein responded to Mariotti by saying: “Notice how this pundit completely misses the point and thereby illustrates it.”

The former deputy attorney general also called out MSNBC analyst Matthew Miller, who criticized the inspector general’s claim that Comey set a dangerous precedent by ignoring FBI policy.

“Asinine. Comey did what he did because the president was actively trying to dismantle DOJ’s normal way of operating,” Miller tweeted.

“The AG [Jeff Sessions] and the DAG [Rosenstein] were both complicit, so Comey had no where [sic] else to take his concerns,” Miller added.

Rosenstein responded by linking to Miller’s own Washington Post op-ed which blasted Comey’s “abuse of power” in the Clinton email investigation.

“Another pundit illustrates my point: In 2016, he agreed policy violations ‘should trouble anyone who believes in the rule of law and fundamental principles of fairness’ Rosenstein tweeted. “Many employees dislike supervisors, but most keep faith with government institutions.”

However, as average Americans found out during the Obama Administration, the rules did not apply to the Obamas or anyone who worked for them, as James Comey did.

Let’s face it, y’all…Former FBI Director James Comey is a self-righteous Prima Donna, not unlike the Democrats in the House of Representatives.

People like Comey believe themselves to be smarter than everyone else. So therefore, the rules do not apply to them.

I am certain that when he found out that President Trump was going to keep him on as FBI Director, he, along with his “fellow travelers” conspired as to use his position to aid in the ongoing Deep State Operation to remove President Trump from office.

So, why is the Department of Justice not seeking to file charges against Comey?

I am guessing it is because he will be charged along with other members of the “Silent Coup” Operations Team for FISA Abuse, which is a part of the DOJ Probe which was ordered by Attorney General Barr and is currently being carried out by U.S. Attorney John Durham.

The FBI formally documented the anti-Trump bias of British ex-spy Christopher Steele months shortly after the November 2016 presidential election — yet despite the red flags, continued to use his unverified dossier in multiple Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court warrant application renewals, records obtained by Fox News show.

The partially redacted documents, first obtained by Judicial Watch, also revealed that top Justice Department official Bruce Ohr maintained contact with Steele for at least six months after Steele was fired by the FBI for unauthorized media contacts in November 2016.

The records further confirm that Ohr knew of Steele’s anti-Trump bias before the 2016 election.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told Fox News’ “Hannity” Thursday evening. “I know personally there’s a lot more out there.”

The summaries of FBI interviews with Ohr, known as 302s, showed that Ohr knew by September 2016 — a month before the initial FISA application to surveil the Trump campaign — that Steele was “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being the U.S. President.”

A source close to the matter told Fox News “this had the effect of putting a senior DOJ official on notice that a witness/source had an extreme bias.”

Nevertheless, the FISA warrant application went through in October 2016 with multiple renewals.

Of course, to this day Comey denies knowing who funded the Steele Dossier.

If you believe that the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation did not know what his top agents were involved in nor have any knowledge of the Secretary of State’s activities and those of her confidantes’, I have two bridges over the Mississippi River at Memphis, Tennessee to sell you.

DHS Bars Dem Staffers From Border Facilities Due to Them Being “Rude” and “Disruptive”

House Democrats are forcing those in authority to treat them and their staffers like children.

EXCLUSIVE: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has barred Democratic staffers from the House Oversight Committee from visiting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities at the U.S.-Mexico border as part of a planned trip this week after committee staff allegedly were “disruptive” and refused to follow instructions during their last trip, Fox News has learned.

Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., had sent his staff to visit border facilities for “oversight inspections” last week and planned to send staff again to view Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and CBP centers.

But sources told Fox News that DHS has revoked access to CBP facilities for the upcoming visit, citing staff behavior that “interfered” with law enforcement operations — including refusing to leave one site after their scheduled window, skipping some tours and being “rude” to officers. A DHS official said that ICE visits will still be allowed this week, but with a two-hour time limit. One of those visits took place on Tuesday.

“Due to the operational burden placed on the field by their refusal to comply with instruction during last week’s STAFFDEL [staff delegation visit], CBP pulled the trip in which more site visits were to take place at CBP and ICE facilities this week,” a senior DHS official told Fox News in an email Wednesday. “DHS communicated to the committee that due to their conduct, CBP could not support visits from the committee this week.”

A Democratic source suggested the visit is being nixed due to concerns about what staff were learning from detainees about conditions on the ground.

That’s not how the agency described it. Last week, following a visit to one of the first facilities on the committee staff’s itinerary, DHS Assistant Secretary of Legislative Affairs Christine Ciccone wrote to Cummings, notifying him that due to his staff’s violations of guidelines, their planned follow-up tour could not be accommodated.

“During discussions between Department and Committee staff, however, the Committee staff repeatedly stated that they do not intend to abide by DHS guidelines,” Ciccone wrote in the letter obtained by Fox News. “In light of this, we are unable to accommodate your staff’s visit … unless we receive a firm commitment that the Committee and its staff will comply fully with all existing guidelines and policies.”

She added that the staff’s attempts to “conduct interviews and take photographs” without limitations are “a significant deviation” from DHS policy and “could jeopardize” the department’s ability to meet legal obligations.

The night before last week’s visits, DHS officials had a “late-night” phone call with committee staff, urging them to “respect officers on the ground” as to not “disrupt business” at facilities.

But according to a CBP official, the committee’s chief counsel, who led the delegation starting in Yuma, Ariz., “refused to leave the facility after the hour-long tour,” despite previously agreeing to a 45-minute tour at each location.

“I informed him that his actions on behalf of the Committee made a huge operational impact by not communicating back to CBP his true intent and expectations for this delegation,” the official said, noting that because of this, part of the delegation only toured Yuma and had to cancel other facilities that were previously scheduled. “This left agents in a position where they were waiting on staff to show and then they did not show at all.”

The official added that another part of the delegation began in the San Diego Sector. The official said that two staffers missed the first portion of the tour, and “apparently ended up crossing the border due to following their GPS guidance and were unable to make it.”

Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, in a letter to Cummings, also said Democratic staff crossed into Mexico “without consultation from the Department of State.” Jordan said the Democratic staff was “rude” and “dismissive” of law enforcement officials during the visit.

…“DHS asked the Committee to abide by the instructions of DHS personnel on the ground and to respect the significant operational interests of the border facilities visited,” Jordan wrote. “Unfortunately, at your apparent direction, Democrats refused to listen to law-enforcement instructions and made demands at the facilities ‘against the express written notice DHS had provided earlier.’”

Jordan said Democratic staff “abandoned” the agreement with DHS for limited photography and detainee interactions, and accused them of “wasting DHS manpower and taxpayer resources.”

Jordan also accused Democrats of withholding information from Republican committee staff and being “secretive” about details of itineraries and locations of meetings and visits.

Jordan also claimed that Democratic staff took “direction from liberal special interests” before last week’s tours, citing a meeting with representatives of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a liberal organization currently suing the Trump administration over detention facilities at the border. Jordan claimed the SPLC gave directions to Democratic staff about what to look for and ask about during their tours, as well as suggested questions for staff to pose to detainees and DHS officials during their visit.

“One aspect missing from your staff travel to date has been any interest in the well-being of, or resources provided to, the brave men and women who serve to secure our border,” Jordan added. “Several Border Patrol agents told us the nasty rhetoric from Democrats in Congress—one Member of this committee even likened them to Nazis—hurts morale and makes some agents reluctant to tell people what they do for a living.”

The member Jordan was referring to was Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., who has referred to border facilities as “concentration camps on the Southern Border.”

Last week’s altercations between DHS officials and committee aides are not the first such dust-ups. Last month, a delegation of lawmakers visited the border—a trip that became the subject of controversy after witnesses told The Washington Examiner that Ocasio-Cortez was “screaming” at agents and behaving in a “threatening” manner.

I’m shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

A bunch of self-entitled staff members representing Democratic members of Congress violating an agreement they made with DHS to attempt to try to prove negligence in order to once again slander President Trump and his Administration concerning the treatment of illegal aliens at our Border Detainment Facilities?

Ohhh…say it isn’t so.

Are you as tired as I am of this never-ending temper tantrum being thrown by the Democratic Party over losing the 2016 Presidential Election?

And, the worst among them are the House Democrats, including horse-faced AOL and the rest of her Squids…err…Squad.

Since they gained the majority of seats in the House of Representatives in the Midterm Elections, they have done absolutely nothing to benefit average Americans.

All they have done during their tenure is attack President Trump, trying to drive him out of office by whatever means necessary.

The uncalled-for disrespectful antics by their staffers at our Border Detainment Facilities are just another example of the Stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome which they all suffer from and which they are making our Sovereign Nation suffer through.

Just who in the name of Hubert Horatio Humphrey do they think they are?

Their lack of devotion to their actual job is so egregious that, quite frankly, I am surprised that recent Congressional Popularity Polls are not showing negative numbers.

Not since the days of the Pharisees has there been such as display of ego-driven self-proclaimed piety.

And, you had better believe that the obsessive behavior of the House Democrats and their lack of popularity will reflect on whichever loser that they nominate at their upcoming National Convention to be their Presidential Candidate.

Average Americans are just plain tired of the Democratic Party attempting to sabotage the best economy America has seen in years and the man who is responsible for it.

The thing is, though, the Democrats will keep going in a circular direction down the porcelain receptacle because they believe themselves to be smarter that us average Americans, or “Deplorables” as their last Presidential Candidate called us.

And, that’s fine by me.

Ilhan Omar Named in Divorce By Wife of Political Consultant She is Having an Affair With…Her Campaign Gave Him $230,000, Too!

Rep. Ilhan Omar has been busy.

The wife of a prominent Washington political consultant has filed for divorce, claiming her husband made a “devastating and shocking” revelation that he was having an affair with freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn.

Beth Mynett, 55, submitted divorce papers in Washington, D.C., Superior Court on Tuesday, saying her husband, Tim Mynett, 38, informed her earlier this year that he was having an affair with Omar.

“The parties physically separated on or about April 7, 2019, when Defendant told Plaintiff that he was romantically involved with and in love with another woman, Ilhan Omar, who serves as a U.S. representative from Minnesota,” read the filing, obtained by Fox News.

The filing continued: “Although devastated by the betrayal and deceit that preceded his abrupt declaration, Plaintiff told Defendant that she loved him and was willing to fight for the marriage. Defendant, however, told her that was not an option for him.”

The couple lived together for six years before getting married in 2012. They have a 13-year-old son.

“It is clear to Plaintiff that her marriage to Defendant is over and that there is no hope of reconciliation,” the filing stated.

The news of the divorce filing, first seen in the New York Post, comes just over a month after it was reported that Omar had separated from her husband and father of her three children, Ahmed Hirsi, and moved into a luxury penthouse in Minneapolis.

Omar’s campaign has paid Tim Mynett’s E. Street group around $230,000 for fundraising consulting, digital communications, Internet advertising and travel expenses since 2018, records showed. The 37-year-old congresswoman was spotted back in March with Mynett at a California restaurant.

“Defendant’s more recent travel and long work hours now appear to be more related to his affair with Representative Omar than with his actual work commitments,” the court filing read.

Omar’s office did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Beth Mynett is said to be seeking primary custody of the couple’s son because of her estranged husband’s “extensive travel” and concerns about his judgment in caring for the boy.

The court papers said Mynett “put his son in harm’s way by taking him out in public with Representative Omar, who at that time had garnered a plethora of media attention along with death threats — one rising to the level of arresting the known would-be assassin that same week.”

Omar received death threats in April after President Trump tweeted a video that combined comments from the congresswoman — which critics said were dismissive of the Sept. 11 attacks — and footage from Ground Zero. The threats became so concerning that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., had Capitol Police conduct a security assessment to safeguard Omar.

Per FoxNews.com, Representative Omar has a long history of anti-Semitism.

In 2012, she tweeted that “Israel has hypnotized the world, may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel. #Gaza #Palestine#Israel.” She did not apologize for posting the tweet until last month.

In January, Omar argued in a Yahoo! News interview that Israel could not be considered a democracy and compared it to the Islamic theocracy in Iran.

“When I see Israel institute laws that recognize it as a Jewish state and does not recognize the other religions that are living in it, and we still uphold it as a democracy in the Middle East I almost chuckle because I know that if we see that any other society we would criticize it, call it out,” she said. “We do that to Iran, we do that to any other place that sort of upholds its religion. And I see that now happening with Saudi Arabia and so I am aggravated, truly, in those contradictions.”

Ilhan Omar built a vast coalition of East African voters to defeat the incumbent in Minneapolis.

The liberal media forgot to mention Ilhan was married to her brother.

In 2017, several months after Omar’s marriage history briefly created a national news item, Omar quietly petitioned family court for a default divorce, claiming she could not locate Elmi.

Democrat Ilhan Omar ran against the BDS – anti-Israel -movement.
But now that she won her election she is open about her support for BDS.

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement works to end international support for Israel’s oppression of Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law.

BDS is the organization who arranged for Omar and Rep. Tlaib to visit Israel, the trip which the Israeli Government denied to them because they were going over there to encourage Palestinians to stage a revolution.

Okay, gentle readers. Let’s summarize what we know so far about the esteemed Congresswoman from Minnesota.

She arrived in America when she was 14, where she was placed in a Refugee Camp.

Her brother was a British citizen. “As soon as Ilhan Omar married him,” the post continues, “he started university at her [a]lma mater North Dakota State University where he graduated in 2012. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Minneapolis where he was living in a public housing complex and was later evicted. He then returned to the United Kingdom where he now lives.”

So, she was legally married AND married her brother while married to Hirsi, finally legally divorcing her brother in 2017.

And now, she has broken up a marriage by having an affair with a prominent Washington, DC political consultant while “serving” her constituents as a U.S. Representative.

Oh, and just breaking as I am writing this, the man she has been having an affair with received $230,000 from her campaign, per Sara A. Carter.

All of that would make her a corrupt Radical Muslim bigamist and adulterer.

Rep. Omar is indeed a shining example of the diversity to be found in today’s “Democratic Socialist” Party.

I was going to write that they need to boot her camel-riding butt out of Congress…but, you know that San Fran Nan and the rest of the Squad will not allow that to happen.

And, she has been in the forefront of those Dems trying to drive President Trump out of office.

Ah, Liberal Hypocrisy.

New Survey Shows That Millennials Don’t Value God, Country, and Family as Much as Preceding Generations

What happens when the Traditional American Values of God, Country, and Family are not taught to a generation of Americans?

FoxNews.com reports that

Millennials don’t value patriotism, family and religion as passionately as previous generations, according to a new survey.

“The values that Americans say define the national character are changing, as younger generations rate patriotism, religion and having children as less important to them than did young people two decades ago,” Wall Street Journal reporter Chad Day wrote about the results.

The survey, conducted by Wall Street Journal/NBC News, began 21 years ago when Americans were asked which values were most important to them and the majority responded that “principles of hard work, patriotism, commitment to religion and the goal of having children” were critical.

“Today, hard work remains atop the list, but the shares of Americans listing the other three values have fallen substantially,” Day wrote.

Patriotism being “very important” fell 9 percent, religion dropped 12 percent and having children fell a whopping 16 percent. Older participants still feel that patriotism is a priority, but younger people aren’t as enthusiastic.

“Among people 55 and older, for example, nearly 80 percent said patriotism was very important, compared with 42 percent of those ages 18-38 — the millennial generation and older members of Gen-Z,” Day noted before adding that the survey did find a few points of unity.

The study indicated that “a majority” of Americans are satisfied with the economy, while two-thirds aren’t confident the next generation will be “better off” than the current generation. The survey indicated the Democrats have changed more than Republicans.

“In fact, the views of Democrats over age 50 were more in line with those of younger Republicans than with younger members of their own party,” Day wrote. “In addition to differences in personal values, the poll lays out how the country has divided along partisan lines on many other views of society.”

When asked if “the country is becoming more diverse and tolerant of different lifestyles,” 63 percent of Democrats agreed with the notion compared to 16 percent of Republicans. Roughly half of Republicans feel the country is in good standing when it comes to race relations, while only 21 percent of Democrats agree.

The survey was conducted with a sample of 1,000 adults from Aug. 10-14.

If America was led by the likes of Modern American Liberals during the frightening days when Hitler rose to power after the Beer Hall Putsch and that faithful day of December 7, 1941, “a day which will live in infamy”, while at the same time the young Americans of that era were the millennials of today, would America have stood up the Axis of Evil?

Would the millennials that we are watching throwing hissy fits and railing against the President and traditional American Faith and Values on the Evening News and the Social Media have the guts to do what the Greatest Generation did?

Would Modern American Liberals be willing to make the sacrifices that my Daddy and Mother and the rest of their generation did?

I seriously doubt it.

There wouldn’t be long lines at the Armed Forces Recruitment Office trying to sign up to serve their country.

Heck, these days it is hard to get them to move out of their parents’ house, much less be willing to fight and die for their country.

There are those millennials out there who would rather defecate on our flag than to die for it.

And, while they talk a good game about being “Stronger Together”, when the rubber meets the road, it’s every man (or woman) for themselves.

Instead of the Greatest Generation, we are presently having to deal with the selfish “Generation Snowflake”.

It’s like watching an angry child in their Mom’s shopping cart at Walmart.

I want…I want…I…I…I…me…me…me…

No wonder they viewed Obama as their “messiah”.

As long as he had himself, he was never alone.

The survey in the above article has really driven this home to me.

Even with the Attorney General of the United States of America, along with Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller told Americans and the rest of the world that President Donald J. Trump did not work with the Russians to defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential Election, Generation Snowflake, like the child at Walmart who is told that they are not getting a toy that they see, firmly believe that if they keep crying, whining, and making stories up about how bad and evil that Trump is, somehow, Hillary Clinton, the deserving heir to their messiah, will magically become the President of the United States of America or one of the losers running for the Democratic Nomination will win the 2020 Presidential Election.

Just like you have to tell a petulant child over and over again why they cannot have a toy, average Americans here in the Heartland are having to explain ad infinitum to millennials of Generation Snowflake that WE are responsible for Donald J. Trump being the President of the United States of America.

There was no collusion.

There was no obstruction.

There was no Russian inference.

There WAS a visceral anger over the poor stewardship and performance of the Previous President and a deep and abiding concern for our children’s and grandchildren’s future.

And a lousy, unlikable Democratic Presidential Candidate who was and still is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

It is time for these precious snowflakes whom we call “millennials” to understand that there are no safe spaces and you do not always get your way in this life.

It is time for the National Temper Tantrum to end.

And for those throwing it to place country over self.

In other words…it is time for millennials to GROW UP.
