Memphis Police Officer Killed…America’s Crime Crisis Continues

“MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Multiple sources confirmed to FOX13 that 18-year-old Jaylen Lobley is one of the teens in Friday morning’s deadly shootout involving Memphis Police in Whitehaven.

The shootout resulted in the death of one Memphis Police officer and injuries to two others.

In a news conference hours after the shooting interim Police Chief C.J. Davis told FOX13 two teens were in a “suspicious car” on Horn Lake Road and Charter Avenue after 2 a.m. Friday morning.

She said the 18-year-old was killed after he fired at officers and officers returned fire on the car. She added the teen was released on his own recognizance in connection to a similar crime last month.

FOX13 Investigates found records showing Jaylen Lobley was arrested in March, charged with theft of property, unlawful possession of a weapon, prohibited weapons, and vandalism.

But days later Lobley was released on his own recognizance, meaning without paying bail, by a General Sessions judge. The conditions of his release included random drug screenings, weekly call ins, and a curfew.

The affidavit from the March arrest shows officers found Lobley asleep in a stolen white Infiniti outside of a Whitehaven home. In that arrest, officers say he was found with two guns, including one with a Glock switch, converting it to a fully automatic gun.

Lobley allegedly admitted to stealing two cars: a red Dodge Charger as well as the white Infiniti.

Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy issued the following statement regarding Lobley’s release:

“I’m deeply saddened by Officer Joseph McKinney’s passing and extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, and colleagues at MPD. Upon learning of this tragic incident, I promptly called in TBI to investigate. Consequently, there are limitations on what I can say at this time to avoid compromising TBI’s investigation.

“What we do know is that at the time of this offense, one of the suspects, Jaylen Lobley, was released in March on ROR with various conditions including reporting and curfew. This bond was granted by a Shelby County Judicial Commissioner following a hearing where our office strongly argued against lowering the bond, citing the defendant’s danger to the community. Despite our arguments, the Commissioner approved the ROR bond.

“My office was actively prioritizing the Lobley case, identifying him as a high-risk offender and reviewing his file as part of our Project Safe Neighborhoods state-federal partnership. Even though Lobley was a first-time offender, his case had been accepted for Federal prosecution. This is consistent with my firm belief, made a part of our ‘V11’ violent crime initiative, that individuals found with stolen cars and guns, or found with Glock switches, can pose a danger and must be dealt with accordingly.

Reading about the attack on those law enforcement officers got me to wondering how the city I grew up in, my Hometown, the “City of Good Abode”, became a war-torn and ruined shell of a once wonderful city, following in the footsteps of  Chicago and Detroit.

I think I know.

One Christmas afternoon, I was sitting in my living room , beside my loving wife, step-son, daughter-in-law, and me then 10-year-old grandson, watching “Despicable Me 3,” which Santa had brought.

As we were watching the movie and dozing off from eating too much, I watched with pride as my grandson remained entranced by the movie as my “kid” had his arm around his son.

As I watched my grandson laying against his Dad, I thought about what a difference having a father makes in a boy’s life.

My father certainly made an everlasting difference in mine. He is the one who led me to Christ, counseling and supporting me, and loving me until he passed away after Christmas in 1997.

I think of him and thank God for him often.

What got me thinking about the role that fathers play in the lives of young men, is all of the gang-related violence, black-on-black homicides, and racial unrest that is happening in our American Cities, like my Hometown of Memphis, Tennessee.

In today’s modern culture, the stigma of having a baby out of wedlock is quite frankly no longer a stigma. In our messed-up society, it is actually considered a sign of feminine independence.

Among a lot of the young black male population, it is a sign of prestige to be a player, or, as we used to call it, a “ladies’ man”.

This practice has become so popular that now 72 percent of America’s black population are being born out of wedlock and being raised without a father.

Grandfathers, uncles, clergy, school coaches, and principals try to fill in the gap and help these boys as they grow up, but a boy needs a man around every day of their life.

They need a consistent role model to teach them right from wrong, how to treat women, and how to be a man.

Regardless of what all of the Democrat Pundits say, a male father figure is essential in building a young man’s self- image.

So, what’s the answer?

A song that Elton John came out with during his comeback in the 1980s goes,

“Mama don’t want you
Daddy don’t want you
Give it up, baby, baby
Mama can’t buy you love. “

Far Left Democratic Municipal Governments, such as the one that runs Memphis, can continue to blame their troubles on reminders of a troubling time in American History as an excuse for the violent crime occurring in our major cities.

Or, they can blame the gun, which is an inanimate object that can not fire itself.

And, Municipal and Federal Governments can throw as much money at the problem of gang-related and individually-caused violence as they want to.

However, until this Cycle of Irresponsibility, i.e., irresponsible parents creating irresponsible kids, somehow gets broken, through prayer, education, and community/church involvement, crime will continue to escalate in America’s Cities.

If the parents do not want to love, care for, and raise their children in the way that they should go, the gangs and the other criminals in the “Hood”certainly will.

This is proven by the tremendous rise in “incidents” like the one that occurred in the Whitehaven neighborhood in Memphis on Thursday night.

America does not have a gun problem. We have an evil problem.

And Soros-funded District Attorneys, prosecutors, and judges giving out “cashless bail” is not helping the situation at all.

Radical Islamists in Dearborn Chant “Death to America!” During International Al-Quds Day Rally

“Protesters in Dearborn, Michigan shouted “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” during an International Al-Quds Day rally held in the town.

“Imam Khomeini, who declared the International Al-Quds Day, this is why he would say to pour all of your chants and all of your shouts upon the head of America,” Tarek Bazzi, a Michigan-based activist associated with the Hadi institute, said in a video from the rally that was shared by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).

Bazzi’s comments were followed by crowds chanting “Death to America!” in the background.

Bazzi reasoned that the rallies held on the day “are so anti-America,” instead of a focus on Israel, because “it’s the United States government that provides the funds for all of the atrocities,” pointing to Israel’s continued siege of Gaza as an example.

The activist went on to quote Malcom X, who said the U.S. is “one of the rottenest countries that has ever existed on this Earth,” while arguing to eliminate the entire American “system.”

“It’s not just Genocide Joe that has to go,” Bazzi said, referring to President Biden. “It is the entire system that has to go. Any system that would allow such atrocities and such devilry to happen and would support it – such a system does not deserve to exist on God’s Earth.” (Courtesy FoxNews.com)

This is not a surprise to anyone who has been paying attention.

During his 2016 Campaign for the Presidency, President Donald J. Trump would recite the words of the classic R & B Song by Al Wilson, “The Snake”, an excerpt from which can be found at the beginning of this post.

In the song, a venomous, evil snake begs a kind-hearted beautiful woman to let him come live with her. Once she lets him in, being true to his nature, he poisons her by biting her.

Trump used the song to drive home his point concerning stopping immigration from those countries who sponsor Radical Islamic Terrorism, until our country can come up with a better screening method to prevent what has happening to the U.K.,France, and other European countries with open borders and lax immigration laws.

Europe’s “Muslim Problem” is a demonstration as to what happens when a non-indigenous population moves into a country and does not assimilate into the normal traditions and customs of that nation, and, instead, keep their own traditions and laws, separating themselves from the indigenous population in the name of “multiculturalism”, the opposite of the “Melting Pot”, which helped to form the greatest nation on the face of the Earth, the United States of America.

By bringing “their own country” with them, they have no impetus to become patriotic citizens of their host country, and are therefore, in their own minds, not subject to the laws of that nation, leading to their own internal justification of any acts of violence that they may take against the indigenous citizens of their host country.

I am not saying that every Muslim is on a jihad against “the infidels”, and, wish to invade our Sovereign Nation and over-throw our Government.

However, there is a difference between being an average Christian American and a Muslim, living in America.

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

On October 7, 2023, the Radical Islamic Terrorists of Hamas slaughtered 1,200 Israeli men, women, and children.

The Radical Islamists biting the hand that feeds them in Dearborn is just a sampling of those who are entering our Sovereign Nation illegally across our Southern Border.

For the Biden Administration and the rest of the New Aristocracy to deny that, is disingenuous at best, and just plain dangerous at worst.

America First: Trump Over 2 Times More Popular With Republicans Than McConnell

“Former President Donald Trump’s popularity among Republicans is 43 points greater than Sen. Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) popularity, a recent Morning Consult poll found.

Republicans’ preference for Trump over McConnell underscores the success of Trump’s America First movement, which McConnell largely opposes:

Trump’s favorability: 76 percent
McConnell’s favorability: 33 percent
Trump’s unfavorability: 17 percent
McConnell’s unfavorability: 44 percent

The poll sampled 753 Republican voters from March 30-31 as has a four-point margin of error.

This week, McConnell said he intends to remain in the U.S. Senate to oppose his party’s position not to fund the Ukraine-Russia war.

“I’m not leaving the Senate,” McConnell said. “I’m particularly involved in actually fighting back against the isolationist movement in my own party. …And the symbol of that lately is, ‘Are we gonna help Ukraine or not?’”

The gaping chasm between the popularity of the former President and the popularity of the former Senate Majority Leader comes as no surprise.

The Republican Establishment have grown arrogant and aloof, distancing themselves from the people who gave them their cushy jobs on Capitol Hill.

History shows the former President Trump came along and galvanized the average Americans in “Flyover Country” into a Conservative Juggernaut and a political force to be reckoned with.

And, he is poised to do it again.

McConnell has a problem: The fact is that the Republicans do not have any chance of success in the 2024 Presidential Election without the Charismatic Former President.

He knows that.

His obvious age-related illnesses have given him the perfect excuse to step down from his leadership role, in which his hatred for Trump would be very obvious to all Americans, and still remain a force behind the scenes in the Senate.

Here’s a well-known “secret”: The same average Americans who comprise the Republican Voting Base do not trust the Capitol Hill Establishment Republicans any further than they can throw them.

Americans have watched the Republicans sell them out to the Democrats for years until Trump came along.

Trump connected with average Americans in a way no other Republican has since Ronaldus Magnus (Ronald Reagan).

He lifted the Republican Party up from the mire of the D.C. Swamp and showed them how to actually stand up to the Democrat Elite.

The only problem with the alliance between Trump and the Republican Establishment is the greed and the habit of pushing for political expediency, which the Republicans on Capitol Hill have embraced for years.

It’s going to be up to Trump to keep them “honest”.

And, a MAGA Republican victory in November will certainly help get things moving in the right direction.

Extreme TDS: Sharpton Calls Trump a “Conman”…Irony is Embarrassed

“MSNBC host Al Sharpton said Friday on “Deadline” that former President Donald Trump was a “low down” conman playing “boogeyman politics.”

Sharpton said, “He was the same guy that stood on television as president of the United States and said it will be over in two weeks. Don’t worry about it. And then finally he told us to take bleach. So now we’re going – I think that the collective amnesia, that a lot of Americans are having, is the challenge that the Democrats have to put out there, say this is the guy that you voted out. Remember, now, he ran for re-election. You didn’t want him back again. Don’t let him con you now with this boogeyman politics. The boogeyman is coming, the boogeyman is coming. He was the boogeyman.”

MSNBC Host Al Sharpton has made a living for years out of fear-mongering, race-baiting, and “style and swagger.”

Remember Tawana Brawley?

Museumofhoaxes.com tells the story:

On November 28, 1987, a 15-year-old black girl named Tawana Brawley was found lying inside a trash bag outside an apartment building located in Wappingers Falls, New York. She was covered in feces and racial insults had been scrawled on her body. When questioned by police she claimed that a group of white men, including police officers, had raped and beaten her. The black community rallied around her, and a prominent black leader, the Reverend Al Sharpton, appointed himself her spokesman. Support for Brawley reached its peak on June 15, 1988 when her advisers held a meeting at the Bethany Baptist Church in Brooklyn that was broadcast to an audience of ten million viewers.

However, the material evidence did not back up Brawley’s claims. Her body displayed no signs of rape or assault. She was not frostbitten, even though she had supposedly been kept naked in the freezing woods for days. The feces on her body turned out to be from a neighbor’s dog, and even more damningly, a local resident of the apartment community where she was found claimed to have seen her climb into the trashbag alone and lie down of her own accord.

In October 1988 a grand jury issued a report following a seven-month investigation. It concluded that Brawley’s claims were a hoax. Many speculated that Brawley had made up a wild story in order to avoid punishment at the hand of her stepfather for having run away from home for three days. But Brawley herself insisted that she was telling the truth, a stance which she has maintained to this day. More than anything else, the episode and its bitter aftermath displayed the deep racial divisions that still haunted American society.

In 2012, the Reverend Al Sharpton, MSNBC Host, got out in front of the cameras once again.

The Orlando Sentinel reported that

If George Zimmerman is not arrested in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin soon, theRev. Al Sharpton will call for an escalation in peaceful civil disobedience and economic sanctions.

Sharpton would not say the efforts would be taken against the city of Sanford specifically, but he has been critical of the police department’s handling of the case.

“Hands up! Don’t shoot!”

Now, I’m not arguing that Trump says a lot of outrageous things.

He definitely does, and he does it to get the attention of Americans.

HIs flamboyant nature is what made him popular for years and years with the New York Democrat Elite and those who want to be around money like Reverend Al Sharpton and his partner-in-crime Rev. Jesse Jackson.

That’s what makes this so funny.

The Democrats are so desperate to get Trump out of the Presidential Race that they’re going to say and do anything they can on up until the election and then for the four years that he will be in office.

Like any psychosis, Trump’s Derangement Syndrome gets worse and worse as time goes by.

The sufferer gets to the point where it consumes his or her entire life like Captain Ahab going after Moby Dick or Khan going after Captain James T. Kirk.

This psychosis is so bad that it has literally consumed and taken over an entire political party. A political party that still proclaims themselves to be the smartest person in any room and which they entered.

Now, they stumble around like the zombie hordes in The Walking Dead. Their one goal in life is to ruin former President Donald J Trump and his family and to silence his supporters.

They cannot tell you what great accomplishments that Joe Biden has had during his nightmarish tenure as President of the United States of America but they can sure tell you how awful a person Trump is and why the unconstitutional Political Lawfare that they are using against him is justified.

Much to their chagrin, what they are finding out is that Trump derangement syndrome has blinded them to the reality around them. Average Americans are dealing with high gas prices and grocery bills that are 40% higher than when Trump was in office.

Americans’ savings accounts are being depleted, and their credit cards are maxed out. American homeowners are having to refinance their homes at a higher rate just to pay bills.

The Democrats have painted themselves into a corner with the American people and all their arrogance, and their flat-out lies are not resonating with Americans.

Why?

Because Americans (for the most part) live in Realityville.

Biden Threatens to Stop Supporting Israel If There Isn’t a Ceasefire… Some “Friend”

“President Joe Biden demanded an “immediate ceasefire” from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a phone call on Thursday between the two leaders, threatening a loss of U.S. support for the war if Israel does not comply.

In a statement, the White House said:

President Biden spoke by telephone with Prime Minister Netanyahu. The two leaders discussed the situation in Gaza. President Biden emphasized that the strikes on humanitarian workers and the overall humanitarian situation are unacceptable. He made clear the need for Israel to announce and implement a series of specific, concrete, and measurable steps to address civilian harm, humanitarian suffering, and the safety of aid workers. He made clear that U.S. policy with respect to Gaza will be determined by our assessment of Israel’s immediate action on these steps. He underscored that an immediate ceasefire is essential to stabilize and improve the humanitarian situation and protect innocent civilians, and he urged the Prime Minister to empower his negotiators to conclude a deal without delay to bring the hostages home. The two leaders also discussed public Iranian threats against Israel and the Israeli people. President Biden made clear that the United States strongly supports Israel in the face of those threats.

Biden’s statement confirms that the U.S. has effectively adopted Hamas’s demand that a ceasefire precede a deal to release the remaining 130 or so Israeli hostages. The U.S. previously agreed with Israel that a ceasefire depended on a deal.

…In a press briefing, White House national security spokesperson John Kirby would not state what the consequences would be, specifically, if Israel did not make the changes Biden had demanded.

Kirby said that the accidental killing of seven World Central Kitchen workers in an airstrike earlier in the week was one of the more important factors in pushing Biden toward the demand for a ceasefire, which he had long resisted.” (Courtesy Breitbart.com)

So, the Biden Administration and the Democrat Elite are acting like horses’ rears to Netanyahu over the accidential deaths of seven workers?

Lord knows, the Biden Administration has never accidentally killed citizens.

“Head of the United States Central Command Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie Jr. announced Friday that it is unlikely any ISIS-K members were killed in a Kabul drone strike on August 29, which led to multiple civilian casualties.

“We now assess that it is unlikely that the vehicle and those who died were associated with ISIS-K or a direct threat to US forces,” McKenzie said of the airstrike at a briefing, following an investigation by the Military.

“This strike was taken in the earnest belief that it would prevent an imminent threat to our forces and the evacuees at the airport, but it was a mistake and I offer my sincere apology,” Mckenzie said, adding that he is “fully responsible for this strike and this tragic outcome.”

The drone strike, which was intended to target ISIS-K operatives, resulted in the deaths of an aid worker and up to nine of his family members, including seven children. According to U.S. officials, the strike on the vehicle, formerly believed to have been a threat that included bombs and that was operated by ISIS-K militants, took place after a suicide bombing at Kabul airport in Afghanistan killed 13 U.S. service members and civilians.

So, why has the Democratic Party, including the Biden Administration, turned against our greatest ally, Israel?

Opposing God’s Chosen People and supporting the historically nomadic people that call themselves “Palestinians” fits with the Far Left Democrats’ Political Ideology, which views modern political struggles as “Class Warfare”, being waged between race and ethnic groups.

Far Left Democrats believe that the predominantly white West is somehow subjugating the non-white rest of the world. This viewpoint is an extension of the class-based, rich versus poor, categories, which they intentionally classify people in, since the Presidency of their fallen messiah, Former President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).

For years now, I have referred to the intolerant political ideology of the Far Left Democrats as “The New Fascism” because of their intolerance toward traditional Americans Faith and Values, including our relationship with our closest ally, since their birth as a country in 1948.

What we are seeing now, as regards the anti-Semitism in the Democratic Party, which began under Former President Barack Hussein Obama, is a result of an amalgamation of the political philosophies of the special interest groups who have replaced average Americans as the Democrats’ Voting Base.

Anti-Semitism is the norm in Marxism in all of its forms, fascism, and, of course, Islam.

All of these political philosophies are the anti-thesis of who the Far Left Democrats claim to be.

The Biden Administration has, of course, taken no responsibility for the Iranian-funded attack by the Radical Islamic Terrorists of HAMAS even after giving the Iranians their six billion dollars back.

They say there’s no way that the Iranians could get a hold of it with permission.

Money is fungible.

It is easily moved around and is interchangeable.

The Biden Administration and the Far Left Democrat Elites’ Anti-Semitism and naiveté regarding the mindset of the Mad Mullahs of Iran and their support of Islamic Terrorist Organizations like HAMAS made the Hamas attack diring which over 1,000 Israelis,including babies, were mercilessly slaughtered, possible.

That’s unforgivable.

And dangerous.

Two-Tier Justice: Jack Smith Admonishes Judge in Trump Documents Case… Who is this Guy?

“Special Counsel Jack Smith attacked Judge Aileen Cannon in a filing submitted late Tuesday in the Justice Department’s case against former President Donald Trump alleging that he mishandled classified material after leaving office.

Smith’s team accused Cannon of a “fundamentally flawed” understanding of the case, after she requested draft language from both sides on potential jury instructions that they argue embrace Trump’s claims that he had broad authority to take classified government documents. Smith’s team also threatened to seek an appeal court review.

Cannon asked each side for instructions for two scenarios: One in which they would tell jurors to assess whether the records fell into the categories of “personal” or “presidential,” and another that assumes Trump had complete authority to take records he wanted from the White House.

“Both scenarios rest on an unstated and fundamentally flawed legal premise — namely, that the Presidential Records Act and in particular its distinction between ‘personal’ and ‘Presidential’ records, determines whether a former President is ‘authorized,’ under the Espionage Act, to possess highly classified documents and store them in an unsecure facility,” Smith’s team wrote in the filing.

Trump’s defense team argues that the former president had broad authority to characterize any record from his time as president as personal and that the case should be dismissed. Smith’s team called that argument “pure fiction.””

Of course they did.

“Since the passing of the Presidential Records Act, presidents and vice presidents are required by law to hand over all presidential records to the National Archives. On its website, NARA dubs itself as “the nation’s record keeper,” that its collection of records “help us claim our rights and entitlements, hold our elected officials accountable for their actions, and document our history as a nation.”

Well, it appears the National Archives has fallen quite short of its mission following the revelation that Biden had classified documents from his tenure as vice president and as senator in various locations in his Wilmington, Delaware home including his garage and his Penn Biden Center think tank.

The records, which reportedly include at least 25-30 documents marked classified, were found in five separate disclosures since Nov. 2, the week prior to the November midterms, and were in Biden’s possession anywhere between a minimum of six years when he left the vice presidency and at least 14 years when he first left the Senate. 

Yet, the National Archives formally requested Trump’s large trove of records in May 2021, less than four months after he left office, which had spurred into a years-long dispute between him and the federal agency that ultimately led to the FBI raiding his Mar-a-Lago home in August 2022. 

Trump and his defenders have said that unlike Biden when he left the Obama administration, Trump had the authority to declassify his documents as an outgoing president.”

Why isn’t Biden on trial?

Smith is a Harvard Law graduate who embarked on a career in the American legal world with a job as a prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in 1994.

…Smith made the jump from the state to the federal level in 1999, taking a job at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn.

…Smith also worked several stints as a prosecutor in Europe, first as the investigation coordinator in the International Criminal Court prosecutor’s office from 2008-2010 and then as the special prosecutor in the KSC, prosecuting war crimes — where former President Thaçi comes into the frame.

[When Jack Smith announced the indictments against President trump, Grinnell noted that “His Kosovo case is falling apart and his own witnesses there are now claiming he and his team at The Hague faked CIA officials to intimidate them.”]

…Federal Election Commission records show that Smith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, in September 2020 made two $1,000 donations to Biden’s efforts to beat former President Donald Trump, with one donation going to the Biden for President campaign committee, and the other made to the Biden Victory Fund super PAC. Moreover, in 2008, she apparently made a $150 donation to Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s (D-MN) campaign, Open Secrets shows. As I have been writing recently, the majority of Americans are not buying this Political Lawfare against former President Trump.

They are already upset about the prices of the food that they need to eat in order to stay alive  and the gas that they need to buy in order to get to work.

The American people, judging by all the polls, are more than ready for Donald J Trump to become President again on November 5th of this year.

The miserable failure of Bidenomics, out-of-control violent crime, and the invasion of illegals into our country via a southern border left wide open by a president and his political party who are desperate to replace the American voters who are turning against them, have Americans very upset and not in the mood to hear any more lies from the Biden Administration.

If they go ahead with this documents case, all it will do is throw a spotlight on the Democrats’ two-tier legal system.

When Special Counsel Jack Smith announced the indictments against former President Donald J Trump, he said, “We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.”

“The judge in Donald Trump’s April 15 hush-money criminal trial declared his family off-limits to the former president’s rancor on Monday, expanding a gag order days after Trump assailed his daughter and made false claims about her on social media.

Manhattan Judge Juan M. Merchan amended a week-old ban on Trump making public statements about witnesses, jurors and others connected with the case after the presumptive Republican nominee lashed out at Loren Merchan, a Democratic political consultant in several posts on his Truth Social platform.”(Courtesy apnews.com)

“Democratic political consultant” is putting it mildly.

“Loren Merchan is President and Partner of Authentic Campaigns, which, according to their byline, is “[U]nleashing the power of the internet to advance progressive ideals.” Loren Merchan previously described herself as “Director of Digital Persuasion for Kamala Harris.” She previously worked for Revolution Messaging.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Loren Merchan has been with Authentic Campaigns since April, 2018. Now, do you understand why former President Trump has  been shouting to the High Heavens about the conflict of interest in this case? This judge can not reasonably claim that this is not a conflict of interest.

Trump was set up from the get-go.

Every single case of Political Lawfare against former President Trump was coordinated by the Democratic Elite in the Halls of Power in Washington DC.

This is a practice that has never been seen in the United States of America before. In the past, it was restricted to Marxist countries like Russia, China, and third-world dictatorships.

The Democrat Elite has forsworn the United States Constitution and what it stands for. They are now following teachings of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, and Mao Zedong and his “little red book.”

They are so power hungry, they are oblivious to the way that this attack of Political Lawfare looks to average Americans.

In fact, they believe that average Americans are beneath them and are replaceable with the new Democrat voters that are entering over our Southern Border.

But I digress…

The Founding Fathers  did not mean for our Legal System to be used in this manner.

They believed that every man deserved a fair hearing and a just verdict.

If our Founders were here to see the Legal System which they so brilliantly devised being used in such a manner, they would arrest those who had temerity to do so and put them on file as traitors.

Come to think of it, that is not a bad idea at all.

Trump Posts $175 Million Bond Paving Way for Appeal of NY Civil Fraud Ruling

“Former President Trump on Monday posted a $175 million bond in his New York civil fraud case, preventing the state from seizing his assets while he appeals.

A New York appellate court had given the former president 10 days to put up the money after a panel of judges agreed last month to slash the amount needed to stop the clock on enforcement.

If Trump wins, he won’t have to pay thep state anything and will get back the money he has put up now.

Until the appeals court intervened to lower the required bond, New York Attorney General Letitia James had been poised to initiate efforts to collect the judgment, possibly by seizing some of Trump’s marquee properties. James, a Democrat, brought the lawsuit on the state’s behalf.”

Let’s break this down. Judge Arthur Engoron was extremely biased to begin with.

According to Law Professor Jonathan Turley,

“Engoron has given more than $5,000 to Democrats over the past 25 years, the Daily Wire first reported. The money has primarily gone to local committees; his most recent donation from 2018 went to Manhattan Democrats.

The money has also gone to Democrat candidates such as former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, former Gov. David Paterson and other state lawmakers, the publication reported.”

And then, there is Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James, who ran on the promise to “GET TRUMP”.

So, Trump had about as much chance to win in Judge Engoron’s court as someone appearing in a Russian political trial.

The original ruling was for him to pay $454 million dollars which he would have to pay in full in order to appeal the original ruling for somehow violating a law that had not been used a long long time. 

He was charged with overvaluing his real estate properties, a practice which is used in every real estate deal in america.

The Democrats dug it up in order to get the presumptive Republican Candidate for President out of the way.

In fact, District Attorney James was salivating at the prospect of being able to grab Trump Tower and other properties if Trump failed to pay the outrageous ruling.

All of these legal actions currently being taken against former President Trump have backfared spectacularly on the Democrats. 

They have sent a message to average Americans that the Democrats in power are no better than the Russians. They will do anything they have to do in order to get Trump out of the way.

If all this Political Lawfare is allowed to continue, it will be used as a political weapon.

And it won’t just be used to get politicians out of the way.

It will also be used to keep average American citizens in line from speaking out against the Far Left Democrats who plan on remaining in power in perpetuity.

Former President Trump is being used as a object lesson.

On Sunday, the overwhelming majority of Americans celebrated Easter, also known as Resurrection Day, the day that Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

However, not Joe Biden, his handlers, and the rest of the Democrat elite.

They celebrated transgender Visibility Day, one of a myriad of made-up holidays celebrating 1 to 2% of America’s population who have embraced sexually deviant behavior.

After a backlash of monumental proportions, the White House was forced to issue an acknowledgment of Easter. Whoopee.

I don’t believe that God was impressed because as the White House flunkies and inviting guests all arrived on the White House Lawn along with children for the annual egg roll, which was ordered to be secular in nature with no eggs having religious themes, the bottom literally fell out and thunderstorms forced a delay in the festivities.

I did notice that Sleepy Joe was up on the White House balcony with Secret Service Agents dressed in Bunny suits. They were undoubtedly on each side on him to make sure he didn’t fall off.

But, I  digress.

For those of you who may be reading this that are atheist, you won’t understand or believe in what I’m speaking of.

However,those of you who are Christians will.

I believe with all my heart that it was no coincidence that it thunderstormed on Monday morning after the ignorance displayed by the Biden Administration and Democratic Party on Resurrection Sunday.

This Administration and that political party have embraced sexual deviance in a manner not seen since Sodom and Gomorrah.

I know that even atheists have heard the story of Lot and the towns of Sodom and Gomorrah, who had so fallen into the abyss of sexual deviance and evil behavior that God wiped them out.

Since Christ shed has blood on this cross, Christians have been under a New Covenant with God.

However, as everybody has figured out during  the maturation process, there are still consequences for our actions.

We live with them every day.

Perhaps Monday morning’s thunderstorms were a warning.

I believe they were.

As history has shown us…

God will not be mocked.
