SC Ruling for Christian Baker Shocks the Intolerant Left

A Gallup Poll, published on December 22, 2017 showed about 3/4ths or 75% of America’s Population self-identify as Christian.

The same polling company, Gallup, reported in 2015 that just 3.8% of America’s population self-identify as “LGBT”.

So, what happens when someone from the 3.8% attempts to force someone belonging to the 75% to perform an act which goes against their faith and that American takes it all the way to the Supreme Court?

America found out the answer to that question yesterday.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday handed a victory on narrow grounds to a Colorado Christian baker who refused for religious reasons to make a wedding cake for a gay couple, stopping short of setting a major precedent allowing people to claim exemptions from anti-discrimination laws based on religious beliefs. The justices, in a 7-2 decision, said the Colorado Civil Rights Commission showed an impermissible hostility toward religion when it found that baker Jack Phillips violated the state’s anti-discrimination law by rebuffing gay couple David Mullins and Charlie Craig in 2012. The state law bars businesses from refusing service based on race, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.

The ruling concluded that the commission violated Phillips’ religious rights under the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment.

But the justices did not issue a definitive ruling on the circumstances under which people can seek exemptions from anti-discrimination laws based on their religious views. The decision also did not address important claims raised in the case including whether baking a cake is a kind of expressive act protected by the Constitution’s free speech guarantee.

Two of the court’s four liberals, Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan, joined the five conservative justices in the ruling authored by Justice Anthony Kennedy, who also was the author of the landmark 2015 decision legalizing gay marriage nationwide.

“The commission’s hostility was inconsistent with the First Amendment’s guarantee that our laws be applied in a manner that is neutral toward religion,” Kennedy wrote.

But Kennedy also stressed the importance of gay rights while noting that litigation on similar issues is likely to continue in lower courts.

“Our society has come to the recognition that gay persons and gay couples cannot be treated as social outcasts or as inferior in dignity and worth,” Kennedy wrote.

“The outcome of cases like this in other circumstances must await further elaboration in the courts, all in the context of recognizing that these disputes must be resolved with tolerance, without undue disrespect to sincere religious beliefs, and without subjecting gay persons to indignities when they seek goods and services in an open market,” Kennedy added.

The case marked a test for Kennedy, who has authored significant rulings that advanced gay rights but also is a strong advocate for free speech rights and religious freedom.

Of the 50 states, 21 including Colorado have anti-discrimination laws protecting gay people.

The case pitted gay rights against religious liberty. President Donald Trump’s administration intervened in the case in support of Phillips.

Mullins and Craig were planning their wedding in Massachusetts in 2012 and wanted the cake for a reception in Colorado, where gay marriage was not yet legal. During a brief encounter at Phillips’ Masterpiece Cakeshop in the Denver suburb of Lakewood, the baker politely but firmly refused, leaving the couple distraught.

They filed a successful complaint with the state commission, the first step in the six-year-old legal battle. State courts sided with the couple, prompting Phillips to appeal to the top U.S. court. Phillips has said a backlash against his business has left him struggling to keep the shop afloat

The Homosexual Lobby and their supporters, affectionately known as the “Gay Mafia”, have been stepping it up a notch for quite a while now, suing Americans and getting them fired over their Christian faith.

Even the real Mafia does not attack people’s faith. In fact, the legendary Mafioso, Al Capone, gave tons of money to Chicago’s Catholic Charities. And, when the Mafia has to terminate the employment of one of their soldiers, emphasis on the word terminate, they make sure that their family is taken care of.

Not so with the Gay Mafia. If you do not support their agenda, they will sue you, see that you are fired, make you lose everything that you have in this world, and will not care one bit, if you and your family are put out on the street.

Just as the decadent leaders of ancient Rome fed the early Christians to the Lions, so is the unconscionable Gay Mafia tossing aside Christians in their quest for their deviant sexual behavior to be classified as normal.

In fact, I’ll go you one better: these idiots’ fanatical insensitivity to the welfare of believers who have the moral courage to oppose their hedonistic lifestyle, is reminiscent of those Radical Muslims we know as the Taliban.

Which is the height of irony if you think about it, because Radical Muslims not only behead Christians, they remove the heads of homosexual Muslims as well.

You have seen me saying time and time again, that it is funny how those among us who claim to be the most tolerant, are actually the least of all.

The Gay Mafia or, more appropriately, The Gay Taliban, are prime examples.

As with any liberal, as long as you believe what they believe, you’re one of the smartest people in the room. However, as soon as you cross them, and stand up for your own Christian Heritage of Faith, you are labeled a stupid “Christianist” and/or an “intolerant”, inbred hillbilly.

Additionally, after American voters in the majority of states got together to express their opposition to homosexual marriage through their right to vote, the Gay Mafia found a sympathetic (at the time) Supreme Court to rule that marriage is a “Civil Right”, instead of a Holy Sacrament…a bond between a man and a woman, ordained by God.

The problem that Christians and Conservatives alike face is the fact that being Pro-homosexual marriage is the “cool” thing to be now.

Even if it is at the expense of the First Amendment.

The Far Left members of the Modern Democratic Party have proven that they cannot stand Christian Americans. It is evident from their condescension toward us and derision of our traditional values and ethics in their propaganda. Our Constitution gives us Religious Freedom in its very First Amendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Please note that this amendment does not say “in some circumstances”.

Those who are in the Pro-Homosexual Marriage Liberal Lobbying Group, or “Gay Mafia”, firmly believe that their right to force us to accept their belief system trumps our First Amendment Rights as Christian Americans to practice our faith in the workplace.

As Monday’s ruling by the Highest Court in the Land so starkly demonstrated…They’re WRONG.

The concerted effort by the Gay Mafia and the Liberal Activists in America’s Legal System, which quite frankly appears to be fascist in nature, to force Christian Businessmen and Businesswomen to forgo their faith, in order to service gay marriages, has been meeting a backlash from average Americans living in the Heartland for quite a while now, which is being desperately covered up by the Main Stream Media and the shrieking Progressives.

These same average Americans elected Donald J. Trump as our 45th President.

These average Americans with common sense have been asking all along…

Why can’t these gay couples simply go to other businesses, who will bake their wedding cakes for them, instead of trying to force Christian Americans to do something which is against their faith?

Because that would not make the news nor would it provide the impetus for “radical change” (remember THAT term?).

Neither would it serve their purpose to go into a Christian Baker for a dozen donuts, a cinnamon roll, or a “bear claw”.

Joseph Goebbels, Adolf Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda, once said that

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.

Clinton Says Impeachment Hearings Would Be Underway If a Dem Was President

Former President Bill Clinton argued Sunday that impeachment hearings would already be in full swing if a Democrat were in the Oval Office and if the special counsel’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election were as deep as it is now.

“I think if the roles were reversed — now, this is me just talking, but it’s based on my experience — if it were a Democratic president, and these facts were present, most people I know in Washington believe impeachment hearings would have begun already,” Clinton told “CBS Sunday Morning.”

Clinton, who appeared alongside James Patterson to promote the political thriller “The President is Missing” that the two penned together, noted that these are “serious issues” that the country is facing.

So far, the special counsel’s investigation, which is headed up by former FBI director Robert Mueller, has charged 19 people – including three former campaign aides of President Trump – along with three companies, and has received five guilty pleas. Perhaps the most high-profile of those guilty pleas came from Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Clinton, whose wife, Hillary, lost the 2016 election to Trump, is no stranger to impeachment hearings. After a lengthy investigation by independent counsel Ken Starr, the Republican-controlled House in 1998 voted to impeach Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice in relation to the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

Clinton, however, was acquitted of both the perjury and obstruction of justice charges when the impeachment trial went to the Senate.

During the interview with CBS, Clinton also blasted Trump for the president’s bombastic style and his use of nicknames to poke fun at political opponents. Trump labeled Florida Sen. Marco Rubio “Little Marco” and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz “Lyin’ Ted” during the 2016 campaign season, has referred to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un as “little rocket man” and continues to refer to Clinton’s wife as “Crooked Hillary.”

“I don’t like all this. I couldn’t be elected anything now ​be​cause I just don’t like embarrassing people​,” Bill Clinton said. “My mother would have whipped me for five days in a row when I was a little boy if I spent all my time badmouthing people like this.”

While the former president said that the press would have been just as “hard, or harder” in covering a Democratic president, he did defend the media against Trump habit of labelling certain news outlets as “Fake News.”

“I think they have tried by and large to cover this investigation based on the facts,” Clinton said.

Back in the Bill Clinton era, White House advisor Betsey Wright coined the term “bimbo eruptions” to describe a long list of presi­den­tial gal pals.

BIll “Bubba” Clinton’s Bimbo List” includ­ed, but is not limit­ed to (I’m sure) Jennifer Flowers, Former Miss Ameri­ca Eliza­beth Ward, Paul Corbin Jones, and, of course, Monica Lewin­sky.

The Lewin­sky scandal was a sensa­tion that enveloped the presi­den­cy of Bill Clinton in 1998–99, leading to his impeach­ment by the U.S. House of Repre­sen­ta­tives and acquit­tal by the Senate.

Paula Corbin Jones, a former Arkansas state worker who claimed that Bill Clinton had accost­ed her sexual­ly in 1991 when he was gover­nor of Arkansas, had brought a sexual harass­ment lawsuit again­st the presi­dent. In order to show a pattern of behav­ior on Clinton’s part, Jones’s lawyers questioned sever­al women believed to have been engag­ing in sex  with him. On Jan. 17, 1998, Bubba took the stand, becom­ing the first sitting presi­dent to testi­fy as a civil defen­dant.

During this testi­mony, Clinton denied having had an affair with Monica S. Lewin­sky, an unpaid intern and later a paid staffer at the White House who worked in the White House from 1995–96. Lewin­sky had earlier, in a deposi­tion in the same case, also denied having such a relation­ship. Kenneth Starr, the indepen­dent counsel in the White­wa­ter case, had already received tape record­ings made by Linda R. Tripp (a former cowork­er of Lewinsky’s) of telephone conver­sa­tions in which Lewin­sky described her involve­ment with the presi­dent. Assert­ing that there was a “pattern of decep­tion,” Starr obtained from Attor­ney Gener­al Janet Reno permis­sion to inves­ti­gate the matter.

The presi­dent publicly denied having had a relation­ship with Lewin­sky and charges of cover­ing it up. His advis­er, Vernon Jordan, denied having counseled Lewin­sky to lie in the Jones case, or having arranged a job for her outside Washing­ton, to help cover up the affair. Hillary Clinton claimed that a “vast right-wing conspir­a­cy” was trying to destroy her husband, while Repub­li­cans and conser­v­a­tives portrayed him as immoral and a liar.

In March, Jordan and others testi­fied before Starr’s grand jury, and lawyers for Paula Jones released papers reveal­ing, among other things, that Clinton, in his January deposi­tion, had admit­ted to a sexual relation­ship in the 1980s with Arkansas enter­tain­er Gennifer Flowers, a charge he had long denied. In April, howev­er, Arkansas feder­al judge Susan Webber Wright dismissed the Jones suit, ruling that Jones’s story, if true, showed that she had been exposed to “boorish” behav­ior but not sexual harass­ment; Jones appealed.

In July, Starr grant­ed Lewin­sky immuni­ty from perjury charges, and Clinton agreed to testi­fy before the grand jury. He did so on Aug. 17, then went on televi­sion to admit the affair with Lewin­sky and ask for forgive­ness. In Septem­ber, Starr sent a 445-page report to the House of Repre­sen­ta­tives, recom­mend­ing four possi­ble grounds for impeach­ment: perjury, obstruc­tion of justice, witness tamper­ing, and abuse of author­i­ty.

On Dec. 19, Clinton became the second presi­dent (after Andrew Johnson) to be impeached, on two charges: perjury—in his Aug., 1998, testimony—and obstruc­tion of justice. The vote in the House was large­ly along party lines.

In Jan., 1999, the trial began in the Senate. On Feb. 12, after a trial in which testi­mony relat­ing to the charges was limit­ed, the Senate reject­ed both counts of impeach­ment. The perjury charge lost, 55–45, with 10 Repub­li­cans joining all 45 Democ­rats in voting again­st it; the obstruc­tion charge drew a 50–50 vote. Subse­quent­ly, on Apr. 12, Judge Wright, who had dismissed the Jones case, found the presi­dent in contempt for lying in his Jan., 1998, testi­mony, when he denied the Lewin­sky affair. In July, Judge Wright ordered the presi­dent to pay nearly $90,000 to Ms. Jones’s lawyers. On Jan. 19, 2001, the day before he left office, Presi­dent Clinton agreed to admit to giving false testi­mony in the Jones case and to accept a five-year suspen­sion of his law license and a $25,000 fine in return for an agree­ment by the indepen­dent counsel, Robert W. Ray (Starr’s succes­sor), to end the inves­ti­ga­tion and not prose­cute him.

In a later inter­view, Hillary claimed that Bill suffered child­hood abuse which may have caused him to philan­der­er and experi­ence “bimbo eruptions” later in life. She described her philan­der­ing husband as “a hard dog to keep on the porch”.

THIS is the guy who wants to judge President Donald J. Trump.

Which prompts the question:

IMPEACH TRUMP FOR WHAT???

The House Investigative Committee found no evidence of collusion and as Harvard Law Professor Emeritus (and Liberal) Alan Dershowitz explained in an interview with Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on December 3, 2017…

I think if Congress ever were to charge him with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional authority under Article II, we’d have a constitutional crisis. You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional power to fire [former FBI Director] James Comey and his Constitutional authority to tell the Justice Department who to investigate, who not to investigate. That’s what Thomas Jefferson did, that’s what Lincoln did, that’s what Roosevelt did.

We have precedents that clearly establish that. When George Bush, the first, pardoned Casper Weinberger in order to end the investigation that would have led to him, nobody suggested obstruction of justice. For obstruction of justice by the president, you need clearly illegal acts. With Nixon, hush money paid. Telling people to lie. Destroying evidence.

Even with Clinton they said that he tried to influence potential witnesses not to tell the truth. But there’s never been a case in history where a president has been charged with obstruction of justice for merely exercising his constitutional authority. That would cause a constitutional crisis in the United States, and I hope Mueller doesn’t do that and Senator Feinstein simply doesn’t know what she’s talking about. When she says it’s obstruction of justice, to do what a president is completely authorized to do under the constitution.

A majority of the members of the House must vote for these charges in order to impeach the president. After the charges of misconduct are filed, the Senate has the power to try impeachment cases like a court. Two-thirds of the senators must vote for conviction.

With the congress being controlled by the Republicans, there is no way that President Donald Trump can be impeached unless his party can be convinced that he is guilty of impeachable offenses, qualifying charges that are undeniable.

And, after one year of Special Council Robert Mueller and his cadre of Democratic Donors investing Trump as if they were accountants with the IRS, they have found exactly two things: “diddly” and “squat”.

So, Former President Clinton, I hate to disappoint you, but the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump has done nothing to be impeached for.

I mean, it is not as if he used a smitten young intern as a humidor for his cigars during an extramarital fling.

By the way, Bubba. What would your mother have said about that?

The War Against Christianity – Business Sues Church for $2.3 Million Because It Won’t Host LGBT Event

If you thought that the “War Against Christianity” ended when Barack Hussein Obama left office…you haven’t been paying attention.

An Oregon business has filed a complaint against a church that prohibited it from hosting an LGBT event in a building owned by the church, claiming that the fallout from that decision has harmed the company.

In 2015, Ambridge Event Center, which once rented out a space owned by Holy Rosary Church for various events, was compelled to reject an LGBT group’s request to hold an event on the property due to the church’s “morals clause.”

In a lawsuit filed last week in Multnomah County Circuit Court in Oregon, Ambridge alleged that the church’s rules against them hosting the LGBT event caused them harm. They are seeking $2.3 million in damages.

The PFLAG Portland Black Chapter, an African-American LGBT support group, sent a request to Ambridge to have an event held at the venue they were renting from Holy Rosary.

Ambridge had to decline the request and then apologized, stating that the refusal came at the order of Holy Rosary.

Although PFLAG considered filing a complaint with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, the organization did not do so in part because churches are exempted from state antidiscrimination law, according to Oregon Live.

Rod Dreher, a senior editor at The American Conservative and author of the book, The Benedict Option, wrote in a column published Tuesday that “this will not be the last challenge of this sort against churches.”

“If an LGBT activist group targets a private business for working with a church it considers to be anti-LGBT, and its campaign results in that business going under, will the business owners take the church to court seeking damages? It would seem to me to be a frivolous lawsuit, but then again, in this climate, who knows?” wrote Dreher.

“The fact that Holy Rosary Church has to defend itself in this ridiculous lawsuit is a burden on a charitable organization that no doubt operates on a very tight margin.”

In its lawsuit against the church, Ambridge claims: “Even businesses and government entities that had previously scheduled events with Ambridge who were not affiliated with the LGBTQ community but had equity-driven internal policies, refused to work with Ambridge after reading or hearing about the discriminatory policy involved in its employment relationship with the church.” Ambridge also took issue with the church’s decision to end their contract deal after the company hired an openly gay events coordinator as part of their efforts to “restore its image with its clientele and its relationship with the LGBTO community.”

“The church breached the contract by refusing to discuss or mediate the contract termination with Ambridge, by issuing unilateral restrictions on use of the event center and adjoining property, by demanding Ambridge pay taxes not owed under the contract, and by failing to exercise any effort, best or otherwise, to reach an amicable and mutually agreeable solution to the issues arising under the contract,” continued the complaint.

Ambridge’s complaint against Holy Rosary comes months after the Oregon Court of Appeals ruled against a Christian couple who were sued for $135,000 for refusing to make a gay wedding cake due to their religious objections.

Aaron and Melissa Klein, former owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, lost their appeal last December when the court decided that their effort to get an exemption was “a special license for discrimination.”

“The Kleins seek an exemption based on their sincere religious opposition to same-sex marriage; but those with sincere religious objections to marriage between people of different races, ethnicities, or faiths could just as readily demand the same exemption,” argued the appellate court.

My Christianity has always played an important part of my life. In fact, that it’s probably an understatement.

Without Christ, I would be nothing.

He lifts me out of the valley and carries me to the mountaintop.

He restores my soul.

My mind has been on my Christian faith this morning, as it has been the rest of this week.

Boys and girls, if you haven’t noticed yet, Modern American Liberals, still having a National Temper Tantrum over losing the 2016 Presidential Election continue to try to tear this country apart at the seams…all in the name of “tolerance”.

They have completely taken over the Democratic Party, touting a platform which embraces the practice of murdering babies in the womb, and declares that deviant sexual practices, which were one of the factors which led to the downfall of ancient Greece and ancient Rome, are healthy, normal, and a “Civil Right”.

What’s next?

Your Honor, my German Shepherd and I want to get married. We are in love.

We have a church out in Oakland, California telling its members not to trust the Men and Women in Blue, who are there to protect them and to enforce the law.

Does that make any kind of sense to you? What in the Wild, Wild World of Sports is a’goin’ on around here?

I believe it all starts at home.

This current American Generation has, in many cases, been raised without knowing Jesus Christ, or if their parents tried to introduce them to Him, they became seduced by popular culture, and tossed their parents’ Christian Faith aside, because it actually required them to exercise individual responsibility, moral courage, and humility, which involves caring for someone other than yourself.

Popular culture, espoused by Modern American Liberals, teaches that no one is more important than you are and that self-absorbed philosophy is what we are seeing being played out before our eyes today.

From out of this culture has risen a generation of spoiled brats who have grown into selfish adults.

As the aftermath of the election of President Donald J. Trump has shown us, they want their way no matter who they hurt or what damage they may cause to our country.

Growing up, I always noticed that the worst bullies were actually intolerant little nobodies who wanted you to feel as miserable as they did.

That is what is behind the continued push by intolerant Liberals to attempt to force Christians to only practice the Faith of Our Fathers from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday mornings, a practice no longer supported by the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue…thank God.

Just as with other fascists before this current generation, the thought of an omnipresent God interferes with their belief that they are the most important thing in the universe.

You see, as long as they are the master of their own destiny, which in fact they are, because God gives us free will, their selfish behavior and their sinful lifestyle, present no personal consequences to them, and therefore, do not keep them awake at night. And yet, when you enter into a conversation with a member of this hedonistic generation, you soon find out that they aren’t as personally happy with their lifestyle choices, as they want you to believe that they are.

Consequently, this whole effort by political and social liberals alike, to push this new set of morals values and ethics on average Christian Americans, stems from the fact that they are all miserable, selfish, little cretins, who want their poor lifestyle choices validated and deemed as normal.

And, that includes the miserable individuals who are attempting to force their lifestyle choice onto the church in the article above.

America remains 75% Christian. And, this fact drives the Far Left, including the “Selfish Generation”, absolutely crazy….and desperate.

Desperate times lead to desperate measures. Hence, this continued push, from the Democratic Party’s Halls of Power on down to activist groups on college campuses, to minimize the roles which Christian Americans play in Popular Culture, and American Society, as a whole.

That is the reason that schoolchildren continue to be told that they cannot mention Jesus in their schoolwork and our Best and Brightest are being told that they cannot tell others about Him during the performance of their duties.

Unfortunately, for the Gay Mafia and the other members of the Far Left, including those in Portland, Christians won’t be listening to them.

Why a “Roseanne-less” Reboot Would Bomb Bigger Than Hiroshima

Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views. – William F. Buckley, Jr.

According to Nellie Andreeva at Deadline.com,

There is some cautious optimism that Roseanne, cancelled by ABC on Monday, could continue without co-creator and star Roseanne Barr. I hear the show’s producers will be meeting with Disney-ABC executives on Monday to pitch a revamped Roseanne without the title star (and likely the original title too). 

Details about the concept that will be pitched are unclear but the show is expected to stay true to the praised first season of the revival — the series’ 11th overall — featuring the other cast members except Barr. There could be stronger emphasis on Sara Gilbert’s character Darlene, which can be expected since the revival was centered mainly on three characters, Roseanne (Barr), Dan (John Goodman) and their daughter Darlene (Gilbert) who moved back home with her kids.

As we previously reported, executive producers Tom Werner, who also executive produced the original series, and Gilbert, the main driving force behind the revival, are believed to be spearheading the efforts to continue the show and keep the writers, led by executive producer/showrunner Bruce Helford, and crew employed post-cancellation.

While prospects for a Roseanne 2.0 look a little brighter today than they did immediately after the show’s sudden cancellation. Still, sources close to the situation caution that there are major hurdles to overcome. While independent production company Carsey-Werner owns and produces Roseanne, there are legal and rights issues that need to be settled as Barr was co-creator and executive producer on the series and has ownership/backend. Warner Bros. TV’s decision to fire Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen and continue the show without him resulted in him filing a $100 million lawsuit against the studio, eventually settled for $25 million that WBTV paid him to cover his backend.

Barr already attacked two of her Roseanne cast members, Michael Fishman and Gilbert, who had condemned her Valerie Jarrett tweets before announcing that she forgives them. She also has indicated in her relentless tweeting over the past few days that she is ready to fight back. It is unclear whether that would involve litigation but she may mount a legal challenge should a Roseanne spinoff without her goes forward.

I am sure that Sara Gilbert wishes to move forward. This would be the starring vehicle that, I am certain in her mind, could propel her to stardom, as it did Roseanne.

There’s just one problem: Americans are already familiar with Ms. Gilbert from her role as a co-creator, producer, and panelist on the Afternoon female gabfest “The Talk” on CBS and a recurring role on “The Big Bang Theory”. She is also a “married” lesbian, political activist, and environmentalist, who has written a book titled “The Imperfect Environmentalist: A Practical Guide to Clearing Your Body, Detoxing Your Home and Saving The Earth (Without Losing Your Mind)”.

The problem is…she is not ROSEANNE.

While I am certain that the Liberal Echo Chamber in the Halls of Power at Disney/ABC/ESPN sees that as a plus, average Americans here in America’s Heartland will not.

For all her faults, missteps, and loudmouth obnoxious behavior, average Americans had come to embrace the revival of her television show after 20 years because they felt that it painted a realistic picture of a family attempting to cope and navigate their way through the tough issues of today.

It also helped that Roseanne and her producer were both Trump Supporters.

Even Roseanne admits that what she tweeted was harsh and she apologized for it.

However, as has been pointed out in the last few days, the behavior of Liberal Television celebrities and Talking Heads towards the 45th President of the United States of America and average Americans who voted for him and who support him to the day has been so over the top that it makes Roseanne’s tweet about Valerie Jarrett pale in comparison.

And that, gentle readers, is the main reason why a Roseanne-less Reboot would fail.

The majority of Americans will not want any part of it because of ABC’s perceived Liberal Agenda to oust Roseanne and the Liberal hypocrisy toward their own insults and vulgarities toward the President, his family, and his supporters, which the American Public has witnessed en masse nightly on their TV screens since before the 2016 Presidential Election.

If ABC is so insulated that they believe that a politically correct version of “Roseanne” featuring her television daughter would be a success, then they really have no clue.

However, Self-Absorbed Liberals that they are, they will try it, it will fail, and they will place the blame on the “limited intellect” and “closed-mindedness” of Trump Supporters.

It’s just what they do.

Mueller’s Team of Dem Donors Have Spent $16 Million of Taxpayers’ Money…So Far

President Donald Trump declared Thursday that he didn’t fire FBI Director James Comey over the Russia investigation, despite previously citing that as the reason. His lawyer, meanwhile, blasted federal investigators as “a lynching mob” the Trump team will “knock the heck out of” in the end.

The president has said at least twice that Comey’s firing in May 2017 was related to the FBI’s investigation into whether Trump’s campaign associates coordinated with Russia in an effort to sway the 2016 election. And his lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, told Fox News earlier this month that Trump fired Comey because the FBI director wouldn’t publicly state that he “wasn’t a target” of the Russia investigation.

Trump’s attempt to revise his public statements on Comey’s firing came as Giuliani drew criticism for comparing special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation to a “lynching mob.”

So, exactly how much has this “lunching mob cost American Taxpayers?

Bloomberg.com reports that

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election has cost more than $16 million during its first year, according to the Justice Department. 
 
The department on Thursday released the latest spending tally, compiled by Mueller’s office, showing that $10 million was spent from Oct. 1 to March 31. Mueller’s direct spending during the time period was about $4.5 million.
 
The rest reflects spending by Justice Department components in support of his investigation, which includes whether President Donald Trump or anyone close to him colluded with Russians. The department said the components would have incurred those expenses even if the special counsel didn’t exist — an indication of how embedded investigative activities are within the department. 
 
The Justice Department previously reported that about $6.7 million was spent from the time Mueller was appointed special counsel in May 2017 to the end of September. 
 
Personnel and Travel

The majority of funds spent by Mueller in the latest period — about $2.7 million — went for personnel, with the rest going to travel, office space and contracting services, the Justice Department said.

The Justice Department has budgeted $10 million for Mueller to spend in fiscal 2019, which begins on Oct. 1. Trump has seized on that figure in tweets attacking the investigation.

If you look at the Total Percentage of Political Contributions made by the Law Firm that Robert Mueller and several of his “investigators” worked for, you will notice that over the last 28 years, Wilmer Hale has donated approximately 8.5 million dollars to individual political candidates with 66% of those funds going to Democrats and only 31% going to Republicans.

Now. let’s get down to the number crunching….

Check out WilmerHale’s political donations for the 2016 Election Cycle. They gave $1,484,082 in total contributions. 76% of that total went to Democrats, including I am sure, a sizable chunk to the Presidential Campaign of Hillary Clinton. Only 21% of their Political Donations for the year of 2016 went to Republican Candidates.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was a partner at Hale and Dorr LLP, an affiliate of WilmerHale, from 1993-1995. In 1994, that Law Firm gave a Total of $64,525 in Political Donations to Individual Candidates. $40,550 went to Democrats. $23,975 went to Republicans. The percentages broke down to 63% and 37%, respectively.

Robert Mueller was hired at WilmerHale in March of 2014 and stayed there until he was appointed Special Counsel in May of 2017.

That means that he was a contributor through his Law Firm to two Election Cycles, the 2014 Midterm Elections and the 2016 Presidential Election.

For over one year now, we have been hearing from the Democratic Leadership as to how Special Counsel Mueller’s integrity is above reproach. I do not personally know the man, so I have no first-hand knowledge of whether it is or not.

However, is it just me…or does it appear to be a gross Conflict of Interest for the Special Counsel and several members of his staff, who are conducting an exhaustive, no boundaries investigation searching for possible malfeasance of the part of a sitting Republican President and his staff, to have been members of a Law Firm with a very long and lucrative history of heavy donations to the Democratic Party?

With no evidence of collusion with the Russians on the part of Donald J. Trump having been found and assurances from Mueller that Trump is NOT his target, then what, at this point, is the purpose of the Special Counsel’s Ongoing Investigation?

The only logical conclusion that can be made is that Mueller and his Investigative Team are performing a service not unlike the service that David Axlerod performed for Barack Hussein Obama when he ran for the Senate in Illinois. Mueller and his team are digging up whatever dirt that they can find, using whatever means necessary, including going way out of their jurisdiction, is order to damage and possibly end the Presidency of Donald J. Trump.

That being said, it is time for Trump to get a new Attorney General and for that Attorney General to pull the plug out of the wall from Special Counsel Mueller’s Money Machine.

The IG Report is due out on June 5th.

There will be some actual investigating of government officials that will need to be taken care of after it is released.

And, Mueller and team won’t be able to do it.

MSNBC’s Hayes Tweets That Roseanne’s “Xenophobia” Represents a “Significant Chunk” of Trump’s Base

MSNBC host Chris Hayes went after Trump supporters Tuesday when he took to Twitter to offer his thoughts on ABC firing Roseanne Barr for making a racist comment, saying her xenophobic worldviews represent a “significant chunk” of the president’s base.

On Tuesday, ABC pulled the plug on the wildly popular reboot of “Roseanne” after its namesake posted a racist and offensive tweet about former President Obama’s aide and close friend Valerie Jarrett. Barr wrote that Jarrett, who is African-American and was born to an American couple living in Iran, is like the “muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby.”

Hayes, who hosts MSNBC’s 8 p.m. show “All In,” felt that Barr was behaving the way elite liberals envision Trump supporters behaving. 

“Roseanne’s problem turned out to be that she far too authentically represented the actual worldview of a significant chunk of the Trump base,” Hayes wrote.

A follower responded that Hayes is “better than this sort of cheap snark,” before MSNBC contributor Josh Barro asked, “Is it unfair to suggest that racist, looney tunes conspiracy theories were a key way that Trump bonded with enough Republican voters to win a presidential primary?”

Hayes responded that Barr is “closer to a repeat Trump rally-goer than a median Trump voter.” The MSNBC star was mocked by Trump supporters for the comment. One wrote, “This type of broad statement can’t end well for Democrats. Similar to ‘deplorables,’ but by all means keep it up,” while another added, “You’re one simple-minded man.”

So, Chris Hayes just called the majority of us average Americans who voted for Donald J. Trump on November 8, 2016 “racists.”

Isn’t it funny how those who claim to be the most tolerant among us, are actually the most intolerant of all of us?

According to a Gallup Poll, published on January 16, 2016, Conservatives are still the leading Political Ideology in America at 37%, followed closely by “self-described” Moderates at 35%. Liberals remain the Minority Political Ideology in America, comprising only 24% of our population.

That is why I call the actions of these insufferable idiots, like the ones on full display in their desperation to somehow unseat Donald J. Trump from the Presidency of the United States of America, “The Tyranny of the Minority”.

So, anyway, here we are…with a bunch of paid and unpaid “useful idiots”, as represented by the Liberal Talking Heads at MSNBC, such as Chris Hayes, telling all of us normal Americans, living out here in the Heartland, how stupid and intolerant we are, for actually holding on to Traditional American Values and wanting to “Make America Great Again” after electing Donald J. Trump to the office of the President of the United States of America.

I have heard this kind of garbage before.

Back in 2011, I got into a discussion on Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government website with some Cheetos-munching, Mom’s basement-dwelling Lib with no home training, who proceeded to tell me that he would be proud to defecate on the American Flag.

If I could have reached through my computer monitor and throttled that useless, ungrateful spoiled brat, I would have.

That “dude” was yet another example of the useful idiots of this present generation, such as Miley Cyrus, that seem to be garnering a lot of national attention for their outrageous, disrespectful…and, yes, intolerant, behavior.

Just as we bore witness during the Obama Presidency, through the glorification of thugs and the vilifying of our local police departments by the Obama Administration and the local “communities” which they lay their lives on the line for, every day they put on their uniforms, the effects of LBJ’s “Great Society” on American Culture and the Black Family Unit, so are we witnessing, through the egocentric behavior of this present generation, including self-proclaimed Liberal Political Pundits, what happens when children are left to “their own devices”, instead of being raised “in the way in which they should go”.

These “spoiled brats”, like their Failed Presidential Candidate, Hillary Clinton herself, do not care about the “Will of the People”, but, rather, they are intent on implementing and enforcing their Far Left Political Ideology, resulting in a “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we are seeing play out, as paid and unpaid protestors contain to have public temper tantrums over the issues of the day, in an attempt to stifle Free Speech and to hold on to their “FREE STUFF” bestowed upon them by the “benevolent masters” of the Democrat Party, in a vain attempt to block Donald J. Trump’s fulfillment of his Campaign Promises.

If you have ever attempted to debate a Liberal on a Facebook Political Page or a Political Website, they always attempt to present their opinions as facts, with nothing but Political Rhetoric to back them up.

The use of Karl Marx/Saul Alinsky-inspired “Class War Politics”, including “Racial Rhetoric”, promising a continuance of Barack Hussein Obama’s own “share the wealth” failed Domestic Policy, has inspired these self-absorbed Modern American Liberals leading to a divided nation, the likes of which has not been seen since “The War of Northern Aggression”.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

And, that Sacred Document, our United States Constitution, gives each of us the right, including President Trump…and yes, Roseanne Barr, to speak our minds and be heard.

It gives the protestors of President Donald  J. Trump that right, too…but, not at the expense of others, by spreading lies and innuendoes as legitimate news, or by insulting average Americans for the expressed purpose of delegitimizing their votes in the last Presidential Election.

It also allows ungrateful NFL Players, making millions of dollars to disrespect our Sovereign Nation and those who died for our flag to refuse to stand during our National Anthem., but not during their employer’s time.

Our Constitution, in fact, even allowed Former Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton to call all of us who believe in Traditional American Values and the preservation of American as the Greatest Country on God’s Green Earth “Deplorables”.

However, that same Constitution, which Americans have fought and died for to preserve, also gives me the right to label Liberals’ such as Chris Hayes and Hillary Clinton’s Self-entitlement-driven, condescending, hypocritical Political Ideology for what it actually is:

Roseanne is Fired, Yet “The View” Remains…Liberal Hypocrisy Abounds

Unless you have been living under a rock, like the guys in the old Geico Commercial, you probably know by now what happened to Roseanne Barr yesterday.

If you don’t know, here is the big news, courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter…

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said Tuesday. 

ABC, in a stunning move, has decided to cancel its Roseanne revival following star Roseanne Barr’s racist tweet Tuesday. 

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said Tuesday.
 
Early Tuesday, star, head writer and executive producer Barr attacked Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to former President Barack Obama, in a since-deleted tweet in which she said “Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj.” Barr subsequently apologized: “I apologize to Valerie Jarrett and to all Americans. I am truly sorry for making a bad joke about her politics and her looks. I should have known better. Forgive me — my joke was in bad taste.”

Every American who has paid any attention at all to the goings-on at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, knows who Valerie Jarrett is.

She was the Obamas’ aide-de-camp, friend and confidante during Barack Hussein Obama’s Presidential Tenure and she remains so to this day, having moved into their Washington home to help him run his “Shadow Government” just scant blocks from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Valerie Jarrett was born in November 1956 to American parents in Shiraz, Iran, where her well-known physician father ran a children’s hospital. When Valerie was five, her family moved to London for one year before arriving in Chicago’s elite Hyde Park neighborhood in 1963.

Jarrett’s maternal grandfather was a Chicago Communist named Robert Taylor, who was involved in the 1940s with the Communist Organizations, the American Peace Mobilization and the Chicago Civil Liberties Committee.  Also a member of these groups was Frank Marshall Davis.

Frank Marshall Davis (1905 – 1987) was an author, liberal activist, Stalinist agent, and self-admitted pedophile (Would you let your children hang around him?) . Davis was involved in Chicago’s South Side Community Art Center, “a meeting place for young African-American writers and artists during the 1940s”. Coming out of the New Deal Federal Art Project, the Art Center was a hangout for the “Culture Group,” a circle of Communist Party members and sympathizers including Richard Wright, Margaret Burroughs, Marion Perkins and Arna Bontemps.

Jarrett’s mother (Robert Taylor’s daughter) is early childhood education author Barbara Taylor Bowman. She was a co-founder of a Chicago-based graduate school in child development known as the Erikson Institute, named after the psychoanalyst Erik Erikson. Back in 1950, Erikson became a hero to the Radical Left when he resigned from professorship at the University of California, rather than submit to sign an anti-communist loyalty oath as the school required.

Additional evidence of the Erikson Institute’s Radical Left political orientation is the make-up of  its board of trustees, which has included, along with Bowman, Tom Ayers (father of Marxist Bomber Bill Ayers (the man Obama called “just a guy in the neighborhood”) and Bill Ayer’s wife, Bernardino Dohrn. Bill Ayers referred to Bowman as “a neighbor and friend” in his 1997 book “A Kind and Just Parent”, in which he wrote that his neighbors also included Louis Farrakhan and “writer Barack Obama”.

Jarrett received a B.A. in psychology from Stanford University in 1978, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School in 1981. In 1983, she married Dr. William Robert Jarrett, son of the Chicago Sun-Times reporter Vernon Jarrett. Vernon Jarrett was a pioneering black journalist who in the 1940s wrote columns for the communist-influenced Chicago Defender extolling Communist poet Langston Hughes and lifelong Stalinists W.E.B. DuBois and Paul Robeson. Also in the 1940s, Mr. Jarrett was a leader of the Chicago chapter of American Youth for Democracy—youth wing of the Communist Party USA.

Just an All-American Girl, huh?

As several Conservative Pundits correctly observed yesterday, ABC was chomping at the bit for an excuse to cancel Roseanne Barr’s hit comedy.

A series returning to television after a 20 year hiatus about a working class family living in a town in the Heartland of America, whose outspoken matriarch was an adamant Trump Supporter, kicked major behind in the ratings.

Who’d da thunk it?

Certainly not the Liberal Expert Television Programmers and Critics in Hollywood and New York.

You know them. They are the same geniuses who came up with the idea for the Rosie O’Donnell variety show, “Rosie Live”…that mercifully lasted for only one episode.

The same Liberals who were in shock over the ratings success of the return of “Roseanne” were the same ones who had been crying since November 8, 2016 because they did not get their way.

This continuing epic meltdown by those who are paid handsomely to entertain us is a direct result of an isolated ignorance of average Americans’ desire to rid ourselves of those in the Halls of Power who told us repeatedly that they knew what was best for us and “who we were”, while their actual mission was to turn America into a Third-World Barrio in their quest to make us a Socialist Paradise.

All during the Presidential Campaign, the Democratic Party, along with those in “Showbiz”, through their minions in the Main Stream Media, assured us that it was a foregone conclusion that Hillary Clinton would be our 45th president.

And, when it did not happen, they lost their collective Hive-Mind.

As Liberal Democrats always do, by cancelling of “Roseanne” and purging the show’s reruns owned by Viacom from TV Land, Paramount, and CMT, they grossly underestimate the intelligence of Americans living in the Heartland and overestimate their own East and Left Coast Metropolitan hipness and savior faire.

American Liberals only make up 24% of America’s population.

The majority of America’s population, especially those of us living between the coasts, could care less about the Liberal “god” known as “Political Correctness”.

Americans want to entertained when we turn on our televisions, not didactically lectured to through shows designed to amplify the effect that the Liberal Political Philosophy of relative morality and situational ethics which goes by the alias of “Political Correctness” has on our daily lives.

There is a reason that John Wayne remains the #4 most popular Movie Star in America all these years after his passing.

As profoundly demonstrated on November 8, 2016, average American still believe in the things that made our country great.

The Disney Empire will pay for their hypocrisy in firing Roseanne while keeping the Harpies on “The View” and all of their other employees on ABC and ESPN who continuously attack President Trump and anyone, including average Americans, who support him.

In fact, it has started already. Disney stock fell 2.5 points yesterday as a result of Disney’s hasty actions.

The irony of Disney’s display of hypocrisy is that if this “standing up for what you believe in”, in the name of  “political correctness”, emanating from the mouths of “the enlightened”, was coming from the mouths of Christian Business Owners, it would be labeled as “hateful bigotry”…wouldn’t it?

2020 Election Survey Shows Trump Ahead of 2016, Dems Floating Desperation Candidates

With President Trump succeeding in fulfilling his campaign promises during his first 18 months in office, The “Blue Wave” predicted by Political Pundits for the Midterm Elections in 2018 and the 2020 President Election is rapidly becoming a “Blue Drip”.

The Washington Examiner reports that

President Trump has chipped away at big Democratic leads in a key 2020 election survey, and top aide Stephen Miller said that internal polls show the president doing even better than in 2016 when he beat Hillary Rodham Clinton.

In the new survey from Zogby Analytics, the gap between leading Democrats including former Vice President Joe Biden and Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders has tightened, though the Republican still trails considerably.

Trump, however, beats rising Democratic star Sen. Kamala Harris by three points.

“Overall, the data points to Trump making gains with his base and key groups such as NASCAR fans and Walmart shoppers. The president is also making small gains with key Democratic groups such as Millennials, Generation Z, independents and women, while his Democratic rivals are losing ground with these groups,” said the analysis of the poll, a redo of a January 2020 survey.

“This is all simultaneously happening while Republicans are making gains against Democrats regarding the congressional midterms,” it added.

The nationwide online survey of 881 likely voters has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.2 percentage points.

Since January, Biden’s lead over Trump has dropped 5 points, to 48 percent to 38 percent. Biden is doing well with some voters associated with Trump.

“President Trump struggles against Biden because Biden beats the president with his base of voters-those who frequently shop at Walmart (43 percent to 42 percent) and voters with no college education (Biden leads 44 percent to 40 percent), while Trump wins 53 percent to 39 percent with NASCAR fans. All these categories have tightened between the two candidates since January, but Biden still leads with most groups, especially important groups that are favorable to Trump,” said the poll.

The lead held by Sanders also dropped and is at 48 percent to 42 percent. Sanders is winning men and independents against Trump, said Zogby. “Sanders numbers are down slightly outside the margin of error this time around, especially with many key groups such as Millennials, Walmart shoppers and minorities,” the survey analysis explained.

Warren also saw her lead over Trump cut by three points, and is now 43 percent to 37 percent.

Unlikely 2020 candidates Oprah Winfrey and former first lady Michelle Obama also do well over Trump. Winfrey leads 53 percent to 47 percent. Obama’s lead is 48 percent to 39 percent.

Rising potential Democratic candidates, Sens. Cory Booker and Kamala Harris, struggle against Trump.

Harris loses in the new poll, 36 percent to 39 percent for Trump.

Booker is tied at 38 percent.

Top Trump aide Stephen Miller told Secrets that the administration’s internal polls are better.

“Our poll numbers are better today than they were on Election Day,” Miller told Secrets.

“In today’s country with the nonstop negativity in the media and everything else the political success that we’re having in what you’re seeing in the numbers, the generic ballot and everything else, is all enormously positive,” he added.

Oprah and “Mooch”? Seriously?

As you may or may not remember, Oprah Winfrey was very active during Barack Hussein Obama’s ascension to the Presidency of the United States, remaining a close friend and a trusted advisor to him and Mooch…err…Michelle throughout both terms.

The circle that she has traveled in and the causes which she has championed have made her a darling of the Liberal Elite on both the East and Left Coasts.

The hoi polloi fawn over her as if she is royalty. So, it really should not surprise any of us that the Democrats continue to float her name out there, even though she has denied that she wishes to seek the presidency.

And then, there’s “Mooch”…

Like her husband, Former President Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama has done her best to play The Race Card at every opportunity.

On January 23rd, 2008, during a speech given in Columbia, South Carolina, Michelle Obama said:

We don’t like being pushed outside of our comfort zones. You know it right here on this campus. You know people sitting at different tables, y’all living in different dorms. I was there. Y’all not talking to each another, taking advantage of the fact that you’re in this diverse community because sometimes it’s easier to hold onto your own stereotypes and misconceptions, it makes you feel justified in your ignorance. That’s America. So the challenge for us is, are we ready for change?

Then, in February of 2008, while campaigning for her husband in Wisconsin, Mrs. Obama said:

Let me tell you something. For the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country, because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.

And let me tell you something. I need to believe that we live in that kind of nation, where hope and possibility and unity is still what drives us.

She made the “proud” comment twice in 2 different speeches. David Axlerod, Obama’s Chief Strategist, tried to explain it away at the time, saying:

She gives this talk all the time, and I don’t think she formulates the words quite that way generally. But if you look at the whole quote and read beyond it, she was plainly talking about this burst of participation, this sense of hope, the sense of possibility and so on. And she was talking about the politics of our country.

In an article titled “The Other Obama”, published on March 10, 2008, in The New Yorker Magazine, writer Lauren Collins gave us the following insights into the Future First Lady’s true feelings about America:

The four times I heard her give the speech—in a ballroom at the University of South Carolina, from the pulpit of Pee Dee Union, at an art gallery in Charleston, and in the auditorium of St. Norbert College, in De Pere, Wisconsin—its content was admirably consistent, with few of the politician’s customary tweaks and nods to the demographic predilections, or prejudices, of a particular audience.

Obama begins with a broad assessment of life in America in 2008, and life is not good: we’re a divided country, we’re a country that is “just downright mean,” we are “guided by fear,” we’re a nation of cynics, sloths, and complacents. “We have become a nation of struggling folks who are barely making it every day,” she said, as heads bobbed in the pews. “Folks are just jammed up, and it’s gotten worse over my lifetime. And, doggone it, I’m young. Forty-four!”

From these bleak generalities, Obama moves into specific complaints. Used to be, she will say, that you could count on a decent education in the neighborhood. But now there are all these charter schools and magnet schools that you have to “finagle” to get into. (Obama herself attended a magnet school, but never mind.) Health care is out of reach (“Let me tell you, don’t get sick in America”), pensions are disappearing, college is too expensive, and even if you can figure out a way to go to college you won’t be able to recoup the cost of the degree in many of the professions for which you needed it in the first place. “You’re looking at a young couple that’s just a few years out of debt,” Obama said. “See, because, we went to those good schools, and we didn’t have trust funds. I’m still waiting for Barack’s trust fund. Especially after I heard that Dick Cheney was s’posed to be a relative or something. Give us something here!”

Her expensive tastes, during his time as “First Lady”, which included Wagyu Beef and Lobster, her penchant for taking the most expensive vacations ever imagined by man (with larger entourages than an NBA Player), along with her attempts at telling Americans what we HAVE to feed our children and grandchildren, and how we should be raising them, did not exactly endear herself to the overwhelming majority of Americans.

Especially when she started telling us how to feed our children and grandchildren…

Past First Ladies always took a cause to tackle during their husbands’ terms.

Usually, it was a non-intrusive cause such as literacy or combating hunger in America.

Not, in the case of the globe-trotting (on our dime) Former First Lady, “Moochelle” Obama. Under the guise of battling Childhood Obesity, she decided to sic the food police on America’s school menus, turning our children into the Liberal Administrations’ own personal lab rats and overruling the parental authority of the average American Family.

Mrs. Obama eventually had to adjust her diet plan, because children were not receiving enough nourishment from her Diet Plan and literally falling out by the middle of the afternoon.

In response to this danger to the health of their students, several school systems across the nation told the Former First Lady what she could do with her non-nutritious Diet Plan, including the Liberal Bastion of New York State!

Most of the other First Ladies in my 59 years brought a certain degree of class and decorum to their unelected position as “FLOTUS”.

Hillary Clinton being a notable exception.

Where that woman spits, grass never grows again.

But, I digress…

Michelle Robinson Obama was the most useless, racially divisive, and downright hateful excuse for a First Lady that this country has ever seen.

Bess Truman was Mother Teresa compared with the woman whom I affectionately refer to as “Mooch”…

Quite frankly, all of us out here in the Heartland, think she stinks on ice.

Democrats have regressed way beyond desperation to even think of nominating either Oprah Winfrey or Michelle Obama as their next Presidential Candidate.

I thought Modern American Liberals were supposed to be the “Smartest People in the Room”?

At least, that’s what THEY always claim to be.

How lucky we are, as mere 9 to 5 peons, to have our choice for the next President of the United States of America be between 2 such eminently qualified individuals as selected for us by those who view themselves as our intellectual superiors.

Why, it just takes one’s breath away, doesn’t it?

And makes you want to blow chunks.

The “Smartest People in the Room”, as they did on up until the night of November 8, 2016, remain clueless.

Memorial Day 2018: “Freedom Is Not Free”

Memorial Day isn’t just about honoring veterans, its honoring those who lost their lives. Veterans had the fortune of coming home. For us, that’s a reminder of when we come home we still have a responsibility to serve. It’s a continuation of service that honors our country and those who fell defending it. – Pete Hegseth

D-Day, also called the Battle of Normandy, was fought on June 6, 1944, between the Allied nations and German forces occupying Western Europe. To this day, 74 years later, it still remains the largest seaborne invasion in history. Almost three million troops crossed the English Channel from England to Normandy to be used as human cannon fodder in an invasion of occupied France.

Among the young men who stepped off those boats, in a hail of gunfire, was a fellow named Edward, whom everyone called Ned, from the small town of Helena, Arkansas. Already in his young life, Ned had been forced to drop out of school in the sixth grade, in order to work at the local movie theatre to help support his mother, brother, and sister, faced with the ravages of the Great Depression.

He was a gentle man who loved to laugh and sing, having recorded several 78 rpm records in the do-it-yourself booths of the day. And now, he found himself, a Master Sergeant in an Army Engineering Unit, stepping off a boat into the unknown, watching his comrades being mercilessly gunned down around him.

Ned, along with the rest of his unit who survived the initial assault, would go on to assist in the cleaning out of the Concentration Camps, bearing witness to man’s inhumanity to man.

The horrors he saw had a profound effect on Ned. One which he would keep to himself for the remainder of his life. While his children knew that he served with an Engineering Unit in World War II, they did not know the full extent of his service, until they found his medal, honoring his participation in the Invasion of Normandy, going through his belongings, after he passed away on December 29, 1997.

Today is a day of solemn remembrance, during which we honor our fallen heroes.

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation’s service. There are many stories as to its actual beginnings, with over two dozen cities and towns laying claim to being the birthplace of Memorial Day. There is also evidence that organized women’s groups in the South were decorating graves before the end of the Civil War: a hymn published in 1867, “Kneel Where Our Loves are Sleeping” by Nella L. Sweet carried the dedication “To The Ladies of the South who are Decorating the Graves of the Confederate Dead” (Source: Duke University’s Historic American Sheet Music, 1850-1920). While Waterloo N.Y. was officially declared the birthplace of Memorial Day by President Lyndon Johnson in May 1966, it’s difficult to prove conclusively the origins of the day. It is more likely that it had many separate beginnings; each of those towns and every planned or spontaneous gathering of people to honor the war dead in the 1860’s tapped into the general human need to honor our dead, each contributed honorably to the growing movement that culminated in Gen Logan giving his official proclamation in 1868. It is not important who was the very first, what is important is that Memorial Day was established. Memorial Day is not about division. It is about reconciliation; it is about coming together to honor those who gave their all.

Memorial Day was officially proclaimed on 5 May 1868 by General John Logan, national commander of the Grand Army of the Republic, in his General Order No. 11, and was first observed on 30 May 1868, when flowers were placed on the graves of Union and Confederate soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery. The first state to officially recognize the holiday was New York in 1873. By 1890 it was recognized by all of the northern states. The South refused to acknowledge the day, honoring their dead on separate days until after World War I (when the holiday changed from honoring just those who died fighting in the Civil War to honoring Americans who died fighting in any war). It is now celebrated in almost every State on the last Monday in May (passed by Congress with the National Holiday Act of 1971 (P.L. 90 – 363) to ensure a three day weekend for Federal holidays), though several southern states have an additional separate day for honoring the Confederate war dead: January 19 in Texas, April 26 in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi; May 10 in South Carolina; and June 3 (Jefferson Davis’ birthday) in Louisiana and Tennessee.

This Day of Remembrance, honoring the sacrifices of our Brightest and Best is very personal to me.

On a night in 1966, a 7 year old was laying on his family’s den couch in Memphis, TN, watching his favorite TV Series “Batman” with a fever of 105, brought about by a severe bronchial infection. Tending to that sick child were 3 veterans of World War II: his Daddy, a Master Sergeant with the Army Engineers, his Uncle “R” (Robert), US Air Force, and his Uncle Perriman, a full-blooded Indian from Albuquerque, who was an Army Corpsman.

Those three veterans, now all gone, took turns putting cold washcloths under the child’s arms and on his forehead, until his fever finally broke, sometime during the night.

That child was me.

Growing up during the Vietnam War, I was privileged to have a brother-in-law who served in the Navy. I also knew a fella who served in the Army, a friend of my older sister’s, who stayed on our couch during high school often, after fighting with his family. And, I had a cousin who served then, as well.

Recently, in America, our Brightest and Best are being callously mistreated by an incompetent authoritarian centralized bureaucracy. One whose cavalier attitude toward them as being simply pawns, to be used to give their lives for a failed Foreign Policy and the morale-weakening Social Experimentation of Barack Hussein Obama and his Progressive Minions, led to our veterans dying, while they waited for the Medical Treatment, which they had been promised and so richly deserved.

For all of his photo ops and posing for the cameras, United States President Barack Hussein Obama viewed our armed forces as beneath him… assets to use when he needed to, in order to backup his failed foreign policy, and an ancillary service to trim, when it was time to cut the budget.

Obama’s actions were in stark contrast to our previous president, George W Bush, who, every year at Thanksgiving, would go and serve Turkey to troops stationed around the world, during secret trips that Main Stream Media would not even know about until the president landed at the base.

And, when Bush wasn’t doing that, he was secretly visiting our wounded warriors at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC, again, out of the limelight of the cameras.

Even though Bush is no longer president, he is still showing his respect for our wounded warriors. He has held picnics in their honor, visiting with them and dancing with our brave young ladies who were wounded in the service of their country.

But, I digress…

The actions of Obama and his Administration were not how a nation is supposed its wounded warriors.

I thank God that we have an American President, once again, who respects and honors our Fighting Men and Women.

These men and women are OUR FAMILY. They are not just numbers on some Federal Government Profit & Loss Database.

President Trump must fulfill his campaign promises to clean up the Department of Veterans Affairs and the malfeasance and abuses found within its hospitals.

Those who have sacrificed so much for our country deserve no less.

I was privileged to be raised by members of the Greatest Generation. The legacy that they gave to me of love of God, Family, and Country is a heritage that I hold very dear.

It is today that we pause to remember their sacrifices at home and abroad. Not only theirs, but the sacrifices made by our Brightest and Best, and their families, yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. – John 15:13

May God bless them all and may He hold them in the hollow of His hand.

“Solo” Movie Crashes – How Liberals Ruin Everything

Variety.com reports that

“Solo: A Star Wars Story” is struggling to make the kind of opening weekend impact now expected from a Star Wars film, with an estimated $114 million from 4,381 domestic sites over the four-day Memorial Day weekend. Earlier estimates had pegged the film in the $130-$150 million range.“Solo” earned about $35.6 million through Friday, including $14.1 million from Thursday grosses, the highest Thursday for a Memorial Day opener. But a $114 million opening would have “Solo” trailing the three-day debut of the last anthology film, “Rogue One,” by $41 million — to say nothing of “Star Wars: The Last Jedi’s” $220 million opening.

The Disney-Lucasfilm venture is the 10th Star Wars movie and fourth from Disney in less than four years. Should the holiday estimate hold for “Solo: A Star Wars Story,” it will raise questions about franchise fatigue and Disney’s strategy of opening the tentpole a mere five months after “The Last Jedi” debuted on Dec. 16.

At $114 million, “Solo” would be the fifth-biggest film to open on Memorial Day weekend. Disney’s 2007 release “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” currently holds that title with $139.8 million, followed by “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull,” “X-Men: The Last Stand,” and “Fast and Furious 6,” with $117 million.

“Solo” follows Alden Ehrenreich as a young Han Solo, who befriends his future co-pilot Chewbacca and meets the gambler Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover). Emilia Clarke, Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton, Paul Bettany, Joonas Suotamo, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge round out the cast. Ron Howard directed from a screenplay by Jonathan and Lawrence Kasdan. Howard replaced the directing team of Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who left the project in June, citing “creative differences.”

Critics have been mostly positive about the film, which holds a current 71% “fresh” score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Of course, Professional Movie Critics were positive about it. They’re Liberals.

But, gentle readers, this isn’t the same Star Wars Universe that began with “Star Wars: A New Hope”, which I watched in amazement in the air conditioned comfort of the Paramount Movie Theater in the Eastgate Shopping Center on Park Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee on a hot summer night in 1977.

Oh, no.

When “Solo: A Star Wars Story” hits theaters on Friday, moviegoers will finally be able to ascertain whether Alden Ehrenreich’s Han lives up to Harrison Ford’s portrayal, or if the infamous director switcheroo affected the quality of the film. But viewers will have to look off-screen for the answer to another burning question: Is Lando Calrissian queer?

Co-writer Jonathan Kasdan says yes. He “emphatically” confirmed to HuffPost last week that the suave smuggler, played in “Solo” by Donald Glover and in the original trilogy by Billy Dee Williams, is pansexual.

“There’s a fluidity to Donald and Billy Dee’s [portrayal of Lando’s] sexuality,” Kasdan said. “I mean, I would have loved to have gotten a more explicitly LGBT character into this movie. I think it’s time, certainly, for that, and I love the fluidity — sort of the spectrum of sexuality that Donald appeals to and that droids are a part of. He doesn’t make any hard and fast rules. I think it’s fun.”

Glover elaborated on the screenwriter’s claims this week in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. Williams had told Glover to “be charming,” and the younger actor echoed Kasdan’s words by describing Lando as someone who “doesn’t have hard and fast boundaries about everything.”

Does that make your skin crawl? Or, is it just me?

The Star Wars Franchise’s entry before this “The Last Jedi” was roundly criticized by fans of the original movie trio as being a “Social Justice Warrior Movie”, meaning that the old fashioned movie serial feeling of George Lucas’ original trilogy has been replaced by movies filled with Liberal Ideals and values, such as Lando’s newfound “pansexuality”.

Yuck.

Liberals and their penchant for cramming their political ideology in their movies are succeeding in driving their customer base away.

The Hollywood “Elite” on the Left of the Political Spectrum, who voted for Hillary Clinton to be our next President of the United States of America, and who covered for Serial Abuser Harvey Weinstein for decades, continue in public to force their failed political ideology upon us in entertainment venues, while throwing the longest temper tantrum that the world has ever seen over the results of an American Presidential Election, that happened over eighteen months ago.

These self-proclaimed activists, are making a lie out of the claim that they have made for years that they are the most tolerant…and “gifted” among us.

In fact, these sore losers remind me of the hysterically sobbing children that you hear in every Walmart across the country.

It’s not that those children are crying because they are physically hurt. Just like these Hollywood Liberals, they’re crying because they did not get their way.

This epic meltdown by those who are paid handsomely to entertain us is a direct result of an isolated ignorance of average Americans’ desire to rid ourselves of those in the Halls of Power who told us repeatedly that they knew what was best for us and “who we were”, while their actual mission was to turn America into a Third-World Barrio in their quest to make us a Socialist Paradise.

All during the Presidential Campaign, the Democratic Party, along with those in “Showbiz”, through their minions in the Main Stream Media, assured us that it was a foregone conclusion that Hillary Clinton would be our 45th president.

There is a reason for that.

They are completely and totally disconnected from reality.

The Liberal Elite have always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California. They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

Just like their fellow Modern American Liberals who run the Democratic Party, the disconnected “dancing monkeys” in Tinsel Town, who insist on turning every awards show on television into an Anti-Trump Hate-fest, never saw actually saw Trump’s victory coming in the first place.

At this point, all their incessant national temper tantrum is doing, is making them look like fools, as evidenced by the continuing decline in box office returns.

As I have written before, I don’t remember any of us average Americans asking them for their opinion as to how we should vote, do you?

Their own haughtiness and super-sized egos have cost the Hollywood Liberal Hierarchy untold millions of dollars by allowing their own preconceived prejudices about average Americans and our “lack of intelligence” to drive a wedge between them and American Moviegoers.

The Hollywood Elite, as clearly demonstrated by the Harvey Weinstein Scandal and the self-serving, hypocritical “Me, Too” Movement, has no use for the ethics and morals of average Americans, until it is economically and politically expedient for them to erroneously claim that they do, indeed, share our values.

A claim which is proven to be false the moment they release another movie which glorifies evil or attacks Traditional American Values and/or America itself.

There is an old adage that warns “Do not bite the hand that feeds you.”

Hollywood not only bit the hands of average American Moviegoers in America’s Heartland, it has gnawed on them for over a decade.

Just as Liberals still do not understand that the fact that their political ideology is not popular among average Americans is the reason that Donald J. Trump is our 45th President, so do they not realize that we do not want them to preach their Liberal Philosophy to us in movies where we come to be entertained and not didactically lectured to.

President Ronald Reagan was exactly right when he quipped,

The trouble with our Liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.

Now, with the Disney Star Wars Production Team turning Lando Calrissian into the male equivalent of Madonna, I shudder to think about what they are going to do to the Wookies.
