DOJ Files Dozens of Charges Against Rioters, Why is the Democratic Party Supporting Anarchy?

The Justice Department revealed Wednesday it has filed dozens of charges for riot-related federal offenses in the aftermath of George Floyd’s in-custody death — including for aiming a green laser pointer at an FBI aircraft overhead in Milwaukee, torching the Third Precinct police station in Minneapolis, and impersonating a U.S. Marshal in Orlando.

The crackdown comes as President Trump has repeatedly demanded a return to “LAW & ORDER” in the country. Attorney General Bill Barr exclusively told Fox News this week that “focused” investigations of the left-wing Antifa are underway, as well as a review of the role of right-wing groups.

…As the DOJ moved to prosecute alleged rioters, New York state officials announced Wednesday that Loretta Lynch, who served as attorney general in President Obama’s administration from 2015 to 2017, will “help guide and support” authorities’ ongoing investigation into the NYPD’s interactions with the public in the wake of the Floyd protests.

…The move came despite concerns over the numerous consent decrees that Lynch’s Justice Department (DOJ) arranged with police departments, which observers said actually increased crime rates by disincentivizing policing and causing police to pull out of dangerous neighborhoods.

The consent decrees asserted that numerous police departments across the country were engaged in systemic racism. Critics, however, said the DOJ was improperly concluding that disparate enforcement numbers were necessarily evidence of police racism.

“There is no greater responsibility of government than the protection of its citizens,” Lynch said in a statement. “It is time to examine recent events to ensure that all New Yorkers receive truly equal protection under the law. I look forward to working with Attorney General [Letitia] James and her outstanding team on these important issues.”

Amid the protests during the past two weeks, some NYPD officers have been run over by cars, shot, and stabbed; others have drawn scrutiny for actions that were widely broadcast — and, in some cases, heavily edited — on social media.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio at one point called for an officer to be fired when a short video showed him brandishing a gun at protesters; a full video then emerged showing the officer’s supervisor had just been hit by a brick.

The mayor initially defended other officers filmed driving through protesters who were attacking their police vehicles before calling for an investigation. And an NYPD officer has been charged with assault for pushing a woman to the ground.

The episodes in New York and across the country came as President Trump has called for police reforms, while some Democrats and the Black Lives Matter group want the total defunding of police departments.

Gentle readers…do you realize what we are witnessing?

The purposeful unraveling of the safeguards which those before us have put in place in order that we might live in a society where we can feel safe to venture from our homes.

Not only that, but as the cry from the “New Bolsheviks” is becoming louder and more high-pitched to do away with traditional law and order, spineless Democrat Governors and Mayors are actually giving them what they want: anarchy.

Why do they want anarchy?

In an article titled “Marx, Theoretician of Anarchism, written by Maximilien Rubel in 1973, and found on Marxists.org, the writer makes the following observation…

Marxism as the ideology of a master class has succeeded in emptying the concepts of socialism and communism, as Marx and his forerunners understood them, of their original meaning and has replaced it with the picture of a reality which is its complete negation. Although closely linked to the other two, a third concept – anarchism – seems however to have escaped this fate of becoming a mystification. But while people know that Marx had very little sympathy for certain anarchists, it is not so generally known that despite this he still shared the anarchist ideal and objectives: the disappearance of the State. It is therefore pertinent to recall that in embracing the cause of working class emancipation, Marx started off in the anarchist tradition rather than in that of socialism or communism; and that, when finally he chose to call himself a “communist,” for him this term did not refer to one of the communist currents which then existed, but rather to a movement of thought and mode of action which had yet to be founded by gathering together all the revolutionary elements which had been inherited from existing doctrines and from the experience of past struggles.

…Marx developed a theory of anarchism; and further, (and) in fact it was he who was the first to provide a rational basis for the anarchist utopia and to put forward a project for achieving it.

For decades now, the Democrats have moved further and further left of the Political Spectrum until, at this point, the Democratic Party is a Far Left political entity, ridiculing, hating, and seeking to destroy America History, traditional faith and values, and, in the process, radically changing our Constitutional Republic into just another failed Democratic Socialist country.

Through the mobilization of “useful Idiots” like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and Hollywood celebrities, private and political power brokers have “taken advantage of a crisis” to make their move to stoke the fires of anarchy through the use of organized riots in major American cities.

They have used the death of George Floyd to attack and attempt to eliminate our first line of defense: “The Thin Blue Line”.

Because their efforts to take out President Trump continued to fail, these power brokers decided to follow the example of Vladimir Lenin, the disciple of Karl Marx, and start a revolution at the grass roots level with their own “New Bolsheviks”, the “useful idiots” who I mentioned earlier.

While I do not believe that they will be successful at this time on a national level, if we do not keep a strong American Patriot like President Trump in office, the Democrats’ dream of a Socialist Utopia ushered in through anarchy achieved by fiery rhetoric designed to shame Americans into not standing up to them.

They have already succeeding in having young Americans literally kiss the feet of those whom they have supposedly “offended”.

And now, they have succeeded in causing the cancellation of “Cops” after 32 years on television and “Live P.D.”, a very popular program on A&E.

They re going after every program which shows the police in a good light, even “Paw Patrol”!

It is time for America to stand up for our country…

AG Barr Says That People Will Recognize Some of the Names That Durham is Investigating and There Will Be a “Public Disclosure” of His Findings

Attorney General Bill Barr told Fox News’ Bret Baier in an exclusive interview aired Tuesday that Americans will be able to recognize “some” of the names under investigation as part of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into federal surveillance abuses — and that he is “very troubled” by “what has been called to” his attention so far.

Barr asserted that despite the coronavirus pandemic, the Durham team “has been working very aggressively to move forward,” and that there “will be public disclosure” of his findings. Part one of Baier’s interview with Barr aired on Monday.

“I think before the election, I think we’re concerned about the motive force behind the very aggressive investigation that was launched into the Trump campaign without, you know, with a very thin, slender reed as a basis for it,” Barr told Baier. “It seemed that the bureau was sort of spring-loaded at the end of July to drive in there and investigate a campaign.”

The Justice Department’s (DOJ’s) watchdog has identified critical errors in every FBI wiretap application that it audited as part of the fallout from the bureau’s heavily flawed investigation into former Trump adviser Carter Page, who was surveilled during the campaign in part because of a largely discredited dossier funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Additionally, an ex-FBI lawyer in that case even falsified a CIA email submitted to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court in order to make Page’s communications with Russians appear nefarious, the DOJ inspector general found. The FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, was allegedly told by the CIA that Page had reported his Russian contacts and was essentially acting as an informant — only for Clinesmith to allegedly omit that exculpatory information in a surveillance warrant application that framed Page’s communications with Russians as a sign that he was a secret foreign agent.

Barr said he couldn’t comment on whether criminal charges were coming, including concerning Clinesmith — but that people shouldn’t become impatient. The DOJ has concluded that the Page warrant was legally improper and lacked probable cause.

“We can’t discuss future charges. But I have to say that I do find a little irritating,” Barr said. “You know, the propensity in the American public on all sides of the political spectrum when they see something they think could be a criminal violation, I say, why hasn’t this person been indicted again? And, you know, there’s the old saying that that the wheels of justice grind slow and they do run slow because we have due process and we follow the process. But people should not draw from the fact that no action has been taken yet, that that means that people or people are going to get away with wrongdoing.”

The attorney general emphasized, however, that he wasn’t concerned about criticisms of the Durham probe in an election year.

“For the first time in American history, police organizations and the national security organizations were used to spy on a campaign, and there was no basis for it,” Barr said. “The media largely drove that — and all kinds of sensational claims were being made about the president that could have affected the election. And then and then later on, in his administration, there were actions taken that really appear to be efforts to sabotage his campaign. And that has to be looked at. And if people want to say that I’m political because I am looking at those potential abuses of power, so be it. But that’s the job of the attorney general.”

One of those “familiar names” alluded to by Attorney General Barr may be Stefan Halper.

Who is he?

To call Stefan Halper a “Washington Insider” and a member of “The Deep State” is an understatement.

This guy’s curriculum vitae reads like a Who’s Who of the American Political Scene from the Reagan Years until now.

According to The Institute for World Politics, he is a Research Professor…

From 2001 to the present:, he has been employed at Cambridge University as a Professor in the Department of Politics and International Studies where he also serves as Director of American Studies.

His work in the field of Politics is a lot more interesting that his accomplishments in Academia

Halper served in the White House (1971-1977) during the Nixon and Ford Administrations.

“[Stephen] Halper, who assisted the FBI in the Russia investigation, appears to also have significant ties to the Russian government, as well as sources connected directly to President Vladimir Putin.” Now, this is new.  Halper is part of the MI6 bunch in the U.K. that partnered with the FBI and agents from Harvard and Yale.  This is the Oxford-Cambridge, Harvard-Yale connection with the intelligence apparatus of both countries.  What it all means here so that Halper just another link from the Clinton campaign to the Russians in creating all of this phony baloney, plastic banana, good-time rock ‘n’ roll stuff on Trump, including the dossier. – Rush Limbaugh 8/28/18

With a list of accomplishments like those above, and the work he did for the Obama Administration’s Department of Defense, Halper made the perfect “mole” to be embedded in the Trump Presidential Campaign. And as Rush Limbaugh said a while back, Harper is another link tying the Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, the Clintons, and the rest of the phony FISA Dossier-related stuff all together.

This “contractor” evidently pulled a lot of weight in the previous Administration.

So, what does all of this mean?

It means that the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with the Department of Justice and President Obama “read in”, embedded a spy in the opposition party’s Presidential Campaign in order to sabotage their operations, thus insuring the victory of his hand-picked successor and retaining the seat of power for his political party. Of course, according to the raving Liberals at the New York Times, that was done to “protect” Trump.

And, if you buy that, I have stock in the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez School of Economics to sell you.

Obama and his “Deep State” Operatives made Nixon look like an amateur.

Senior Democratic lawmakers, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer knelt during a moment of silence shortly before unveiling a legislative package of police reforms Monday.

About two dozen lawmakers knelt for eight minutes and 46 seconds as a tribute to George Floyd, the unarmed African American man who died after a now-former Minneapolis police officer pinned his knee on Floyd’s neck during an arrest for that length of time.

Lawmakers, wearing African kente cloth scarves, knelt in the Capitol Visitor Center before holding a press conference to unveil their legislation in response to almost two weeks of nationwide protests over police brutality toward African Americans.

“We are here to honor George Floyd,” Pelosi said before the moment of silence began.

After almost nine minutes, Pelosi and the other lawmakers stood back up, though the Speaker needed the help of an aide due to her tall stilettos.

“You see how long it was to have that knee on his neck,” Pelosi said afterward.

Senate Democrats held a similar moment of silence last week.

“To every one of us, it was excruciating. It seemed an unbearably long amount of time. It felt so painful to get even an inkling of how this man and so many black Americans have suffered for so long,” Schumer said before Monday’s moment of silence.

Democrats’ sweeping legislative package includes several proposals from members of the Congressional Black Caucus, including a ban on the use of chokeholds and establishing a national database to track police misconduct.

Uh huh.

What The Hill is not telling you is that Pelosi, Schumer, and company were excoriated all day long yesterday from their over-the-top pandering for the sake of attempting to secure black American votes.

Those critics were wasting their time.

The word “shame” does not exist in their vocabulary.

The words “money” and “power” definitely do.

Their oblivious nature is evident by the African ceremonial scarves that they wore around their neck.

They are no more African than they are honest.

And, they have no idea about what is going on in distressed black communities because they all live in mansions in gated communities.

Now that we are months away from the 2020 Presidential Election, the Democrats’ Desperation has spun out-of-control because they have realized that nothing that they have thrown at Trump to damage him has worked.

Presently, neither riots nor Democrat-weighted push polls designed to discourage voters from casting their ballot for Trump on November 3rd are working.

And, on top of all they have tried, including mass hysteria over the Chinese Coronavirus, America’s Economy is beginning to comeback, exceeding all predictions.

Quite frankly, the Democrat Elite remain safe and secure in their own bubble, purposely oblivious to the day-to-day struggles of those of us average Americans who Hillary Clinton referred to as “Deplorables”.

Meanwhile, President Trump announced that he is going to resume his MAGA allies in a couple of weeks.

After all, if Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and the other “protesters” can gather together without social distancing and not get sick with the coronavirus, then average Americans should be able to gather together in the same manner and have a great time with our President.

New York Times Fires Editorial Page Editor Over Allowing Republican Senator Tom Cotton to Post a Conservative Op Ed “Objectivity?” “What’s That?”

The New York Times announced Sunday that Editorial Page Editor James Bennet is resigning — amid reports of anger inside the company over the publication of an op-ed from Sen. Tom Cotton about the George Floyd unrest last week.

Bennet, the brother of 2020 White House candidate Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo., had apologized late last week after previously defending the piece, titled, “Send in the Troops.” Cotton, R-Ark., called for the government to deploy troops as a last resort to help quell riots and looting that emerged amid the anger over Floyd’s death in Minneapolis police custody last month.

The publication sparked a revolt among Times journalists, with some saying it endangered black employees. Some staff members called out sick Thursday in protest, and the Times later announced that a review found the piece did not meet its standards.

“The journalism of Times Opinion has never mattered more than in this time of crisis at home and around the world, and I’ve been honored to be part of it,” Bennet said in a statement. “I’m so proud of the work my colleagues and I have done to focus attention on injustice and threats to freedom and to enrich debate about the right path forward by bringing new voices and ideas to Times readers.”

For his part, Cotton has criticized the Times for distancing itself from the op-ed.

“The New York Times editorial page editor and owner defended it in public statements but then they totally surrendered to a woke child mob from their own newsroom that apparently gets triggered if they’re presented with any opinion contrary to their own, as opposed to telling the woke children in their newsroom this is the workplace, not a social-justice seminar on campus,” Cotton told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”

The announcement of Bennet’s departure was made by Times publisher A.G. Sulzberger in a memo to staff.

“Last week we saw a significant breakdown in our editing processes, not the first we’ve experienced in recent years,” Sulzberger wrote. “James and I agreed that it would take a new team to lead the department through a period of considerable change.”

Cotton blasted the Times for a tweet that he said misrepresented his argument — specifically, that he supposedly called for “military force against protesters in American cities.”

“This is false and offensive,” Cotton tweeted. “I called for using military force as a backup–only if police are overwhelmed–to stop riots, not to be used against protesters. If @nytimes has any decency left, they should retract this smear.”

 Fox News has reached out to the Times for comment.

President Trump weighed in on the matter by commending Cotton’s op-ed piece, and denouncing the Times as “Fake News.”

In the wake of Cotton’s op-ed, the Times announced several changes, including expanding its fact-checking operation and reducing the number of op-eds, opinion pieces written by outside contributors.

Unfortunately, Senator Cotton, The New Your Times, like it bosses, the Far Left Democratic Party and the Special Interest Groups which they support like Antifa and Black Lives Matter indeed have no decency left.

Their god is the political philosophy of Marxism, which preaches hate, envy, and control.

Their political ideology is as far away from that of the overwhelming majority of average Americans as Rosie O’Donnell is from a Weight Watchers Meeting.

For years now, I have referred to the intolerant political ideology of Modern American Liberals as “The New Fascism” because of their intolerance toward traditional Americans Faith and Values and their lack of respect for our Constitution and our American System of Law and Order.

What we are seeing now, as regards the recent riots and the push in Democratically-governed cities to eliminate their police departments is a result of an amalgamation of the political philosophies of the special interest groups who have replaced average Americans as the Democrats’ Voting Base.

Hate, envy, and control are the “pillars of faith” in Marxism in all of its forms, fascism, and, of course, Islam.

All of these political philosophies are the anti-thesis of who the Far Left Democrats claim to be.

Ladies and gentlemen, I firmly believe that America is in the middle of fighting a new war against fascism which has now grown so radical as to reach the Biblical Book of Revelation levels.

It’s not a war that is being fought with guns and bullets, But instead, it is being fought with  bricks, soda bottles, and fiery racial rhetoric designed to tear our Sovereign Nation apart at the seams.

The New York Times, a longtime soldier in the Vanguard of the Modern Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media is an example of how fascistic the Far Left Democrats have become.

There is no room any more in their “woke” world for dissenting opinions, especially those from Conservative Patriots like Senator Tom Cotton.

If one of their “foot soldiers”, like the Times’ Opinion Editor, dares to allow Free Speech, they are banished from the “Woke” world of “The Smartest People in the Room”.

If this effort by the “New Bolsheviks” is allowed to go unchecked, it will not be our Brightest and Best who will die on this field of battle, but rather, it will be our Constitutional Freedoms and our form of government, including our System of Checks and Balances, which will die ignoble death, pierced by the arrows of the “New Fascism”, going under the non de plumes of “socialism” and “political correctness”.

Fascism, in any form, remains indefensible.

All of this unethical political behavior by the Far Left Democrats is reminiscent of both the Russian Revolution and Hitler and his Brown Shirts’ “Beer Hall Putsch” which probably should have been expected, given the “New Bolsheviks” track record of Liberal Intolerance and aversion to opposing viewpoints.

Just as my Daddy did when he landed on Normandy Beach on June 6, 1944 with thousands of other brave young American men, we must look this “New Fascism” straight in the face and say, “NO MORE!”

The “Defund the Police” Movement, When It Actually Started, and Why It is Still a Bad Idea

Several members of the Minneapolis City Council this week have expressed support for radical changes to how the city handles law enforcement, including a move to “dismantle” the police department and replace it with “a transformative new model for public safety.”

Jeremiah Ellison, the son of Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and a representative of the city’s Ward 5, explicitly led calls to “dramatically rethink” how the city keeps its people safe.

“We are going to dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department,” he tweeted. “And when we’re done, we’re not simply gonna glue it back together. We are going to dramatically rethink how we approach public safety and emergency response. It’s really past due.”

His call was echoed by Lisa Bender, the president of the city council.

“Yes,” she said in response to Ellison. “We are going to dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department and replace it with a transformative new model of public safety.”

That was not the first time Bender had addressed calls to “dismantle” the city’s police force this week, however. On Wednesday she posted a thread about how a “white person” should think about dismantling the police.

“If you are a comfortable white person asking to dismantle the police I invite you to reflect: are you willing to stick with it? Will you be calling in three months to ask about garage break-ins? Are you willing to dismantle white supremacy in all systems, including a new system?” she said. “I mean this quite sincerely & seriously: just look at recent conversations about City-funded neighborhood organizations to understand how explicitly we would have to work to establish alternative systems that do not replicate the same problems. White ppl need to show up for this.”

Bender on Tuesday also said “I support continued diversion of funds from law enforcement to other priorities,” following calls from many to “defund the police.”

According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Bender sees the city’s potentially revamped public safety force as potentially sending social workers or other civilian personnel into situations that are traditionally handled by police.

Another council member to come out with calls for taking apart the city’s police department is Alondra Cano, who tweeted that “[t]he Mpls Police Department is not reformable” and “[c]hange is coming.”

Meanwhile, the president of the Minneapolis police union wrote a letter calling the riots in the city a “terrorist movement” and calling elected officials’ efforts to find fault in the police department “despicable.”

“Our chief requested 400 more officers and was flatly denied any,” Bob Kroll said. “This is what led to this record-breaking riot.”

He added: “I’ve worked with the four defense attorneys that are representing each of the four terminated individuals under criminal investigation, in addition with our labor attorneys to fight for their jobs. They were terminated without due process.”

Steve Fletcher, also a member of the Minneapolis City Council, condemned Kroll and the police union in a long thread in which he said the city should “declare policing as we know it a thing of the past.”

“Bob Kroll’s letter yesterday to the Minneapolis Police Federation membership showed us what rank-and-file officers voted for in their leadership, and it is yet another sign that the department is irredeemably beyond reform,” Fletcher said. “After watching MPD officers escalate and provoke anger all week, he asserts that if they’d only been allowed to use more violence, they could have put a stop to demonstrations. This is nonsense. MPD officers chose him as their leader.”

Fletcher continued: “I don’t know yet, though several of us on the council are working on finding out, what it would take to disband the MPD and start fresh with a community-oriented, non-violent public safety and outreach capacity.”

According to the Star Tribune, the council is expected to vote Friday on a measure stemming from a state investigation into the police department that could make smaller changes in the short term. Bender, however, said the move is “not meant to be anywhere near starting this bigger conversation,” according to the paper.

Minneapolis isn’t the only city to consider major changes to its police department, either. The Los Angeles Times reported that Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti will try and cut between $100 million to $150 million from its police budget alone. But the proposed cuts to the LAPD don’t appear to include the kind of structural changes to the law enforcement apparatus proposed in Minneapolis.

The Liberals in Minneapolis and every other city who wants to “Defund the Police” have lost their minds.

What are they going to do? Post “This is a Gun-Free Zone” signs all over their cities to discourage the criminals?

Tell all of the Gang Bangers to hand over their guns?

I know.

Since Minnesota Attorney General and his family are all Muslims, perhaps they plan on installing Sharia Law in Minneapolis.

After all, they do have a large Somalian population there, who gave us the America-hating, Anti-Semite, Far Left Democrat Congressional Representative Ilhan Omar

They should have kept her to themselves.

Anyway, where did this idea of “community policing” come from?

On July 2, 2008, Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama proclaims in a speech:

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set,” he said. “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

This part of Barack Hussein Obama’s political platform was quickly hidden away, never to be spoken of again.

At least, not openly.

As is my wont to do, I have been thinking back over Obama’s Imperial Presidency, and his statements concerning America’s Municipal Law Enforcement Organizations.

When issues involving law enforcement arose during his presidency, time and again, Obama came on the opposite side from every single local law enforcement organization.

Now, isn’t the President of the United States supposed to be on the side of Law and Order?

I know for a fact that the current one is.

Why would Barack Hussein Obama not support local law enforcement?

Perhaps, because he wanted to build a National Municipal Law Enforcement Organization, under his command and the command of the Department of Justice.

Fast forward to today…

All of the cities and states which have experienced “trouble”  with police departments happen to be Blue States with Democrats in charge of State and Municipal Governments.

Instead of relying on traditional police departments and the American System of Law and Order, Democrats like those in the Minneapolis City Council want to have the power to circumvent the American System of Justice because of their issues in the past with it.

The death of ex-convict George Floyd and the ensuing riots and staged protests across the nation have given them the excuse to attempt to defund police departments.

While it does appear that the accused officers acted improperly, just like Mr. Floyd did when he was still alive, they deserve their day in court.

And, just like a criminal does not represent an entire race, neither do bad policemen represent an entire nation’s Law Enforcement Officers.

So, please allow me to end today’s post with the text of a classic narration by the late, great Paul Harvey  titled “What is a Policeman?”

It is the night of September 13, 1814. The British fleet are bombarding Fort McHenry in the harbor at Baltimore, Maryland. Francis Scott Key, a 34-year old lawyer-poet, is watching the attack from the deck of a British prisoner-exchange ship. Key had gone seeking the release of a friend. They were told that they had to remain aboard the vessel until the end of the attack. When the battle was over, the following morning, Key had his telescope on the fort and saw the American flag was still waving. The sight of the tattered Stars and Stripes was so moving that he pulled a letter from his pocket and began to write the poem. This poem eventually became the national anthem of the United States – “The Star Spangled Banner.”

Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn’s early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro’ the perilous fight’

An opinion piece published by NBC News claimed that NFL superstar Drew Brees’ “biggest mistake” when defending the American flag was “believing” that it “means anything.”

Brees unwittingly sparked a national firestorm when he defended the flag when asked during an interview about the kneeling protests that have taken place at football games over the years, insisting it was a sign of “disrespect.”

However, amid the political climate following the death of George Floyd, Brees was widely condemned even by many NFL players. The star New Orleans Saints quarterback later apologized for his remarks.

On Thursday, NBC News’ “THINK” page teased the column, “Drew Brees’ biggest mistake?’ Believing the American flag means anything.” The column’s actual headline read, “Drew Brees’ comments on George Floyd protest prioritize symbols over justice.”

“[Brees] has unfortunately become the poster child for what happens when you venerate a hollow space wrapped up in red, white and blue,” writer Noah Berlatsky claimed. “Brees believed that his comments honored the flag and America’s ideals. But valuing a symbol of justice over justice itself isn’t moral or righteous. It’s the opposite. When honoring the flag is the price of justice, then the flag does not symbolize justice. It symbolizes force, inequality and racism. It’s a flag of conquest for white people, not of mercy or freedom for all.”

Berlatsky then compared Brees’ meaning of the American flag, which Brees said reminded him of his grandfathers who served in World War II, to 1852 remarks made by Frederick Douglass describing Independence Day, “the sunlight that brought light and healing to you, has brought stripes and death to me.”

“Brees wants his interpretation of the flag honored; everyone, he insists, should put their hands on their hearts before the flag to show ‘that we are all in this together.’ But some people, like Douglass, or Floyd, or Kaepernick — banned from Brees’ league for his protest — are not equals in America,” Berlatsky explained. “Brees will not stand in solidarity with them unless they first respect his symbols. You have to say the nation is righteous before the nation will consider whether to stop murdering you.”

He continued, “There is no unity and solidarity centered on the flag, because the flag, and the nation, don’t have any virtue. Only human beings can have that. [Kaepernick] asked his country to think about its own symbols, rather than blindly worshipping them. Brees, and white Americans in general, have not risen to this challenge. This nation must care more about its soul than its symbols. It’s better to burn a flag than a person.”

It is not acceptable to burn either one.

These ungrateful punks make me want to puke.

So where does this disrespect for Old Glory come from?

It starts with Liberal leaders.

Let’s go back to 9/13/11, 2 days after America solemnly remembered the 10th anniversary of the worst attack ever on American soil by Islamic Terrorists. James Robbins wrote the following story for The Washington Times, in which he illuminated a whispered conversation between the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, and First Lady, Michelle Obama:

The internet was buzzing this week with video of First Lady Michelle Obama apparently showing extreme disrespect to the American flag at a ceremony in honor of the victims of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. As police and firefighters fold the flag to the sound of marching bagpipers, a skeptical looking Mrs. Obama leans to her husband and appears to say, “all this just for a flag.” She then purses her lips and shakes her head slightly as Mr. Obama nods.

Over the last 10 years, I have repeated the story of how my father, a young man from Helena, Arkansas, stepped out of perfectly good boat, along with thousands of other young American soldiers, into the firestorm known as D-Day.

On that day, thousands of Americans lost their lives defending the same flag that the ungrateful imbecile writing the above NBC News op ed believes means nothing at all.

The writer’s opinion is reflective of the same heinous attitude of those who have looted and rioted in major American cities from coast to coast this past week.

Anarchy and selfish ingratitude know no color.

However, it does require a lack of discipline…and character in the individual who possesses those traits.

Y’know…I do not believe that the Tuskegee Airmen believed that the flag that they fought and died for symbolized “force, inequality and racism”.

And, I believe that if you approached Lt. Col. Allen West talking in that manner about the American Flag, you would receive a dressing down that would leave your hair on fire and your butt smoking.

The flag of this Sovereign Nation is more than just a symbol.

The very fact that it still flies is a testament to a lot of very brave men and women who sacrificed everything in order to secure our liberty.

Thinking about the sacrifices made by some many to protect future generations from tyranny causes any eloquence which I may possess to escape me.

Hillary’s Former Press Secretary Joins BLM in Calling to “Defund The Police”…Probably Lives in a Gated Community

Former Hillary Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon took heat on Thursday for calling to “defund the police” as the nation is gripped with protests and riots against police brutality.

The “defund the police” movement has gained traction by Black Lives Matter activists following the death of George Floyd. 

Missouri Republican Sen. Josh Hawley asked Fallon on Twitter if this was now the “official position” of the Democratic Party.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell called on the Biden campaign to condemn the rhetoric immediately.

“Obama-Biden Justice Department Spokesman calls for defunding the police,” Grenell wrote. “This must be widely condemned by the Biden campaign immediately.”

“Hillary Clinton press secretary makes the 2020 Dem agenda clear: ‘Defund the police.’ Take away your guns. Cheer on the rioters & looters who burn your city,” Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said on Twitter. ”It’s like Mad Max at Thunderdome, brought home to America.”

“Wealthy liberals like Hillary Clinton’s former press assistant have no problem calling to defund the police—they can live in gated communities and hire security guards,” said Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark.

White House Director of Strategic Communications Alyssa Farrah sarcastically called Fallon’s tweet “brave.”

“How brave! This, coming from Hillary Clinton’s former Spox who rode around in motorcades with her with Police escorts to keep them safe,” she said.

Though the push has gained traction online, a leader with the Congressional Black Caucus seemed to reject the demand on Wednesday.

“No, I don’t believe that we should defund police departments,” said caucus chairwoman Rep. Karen Bass, noting that she was “not familiar” with that demand from Black Lives Matter and would further consult them.

Bass on Wednesday joined with the leaders of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, the Congressional Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus and members of the Congressional Native American Caucus to call for legislation to condemn police brutality and reform police departments. Leaders predicted a package of reform bills could pass later this June.

Activists calling to defund police departments want resources diverted to other investments in the black community, such as education, health care and other community services.

The #DefundThePolice petition has gotten the support of liberal celebrities, including singer John Legend.

But the progressive movement doesn’t appear to be gaining traction in the House. Instead of zeroing out police department budgets, lawmakers are focused on police reforms. The proposals are still being developed, but Bass outlined the broad themes of the “comprehensive” legislation: holding police accountable, identifying bad cops and training officers.

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on the police reforms next week, Bass said, which will jumpstart the House’s legislative response. Details of the forthcoming committee hearing have not yet been released.

The package of bills is being developed with the Congressional Black Caucus and Sens. Cory Booker, D-N.J.,  and Kamala Harris, D-Calif., in the Senate.

So, why do Democrats like Former (Thank God) President Barack Hussein Obama and others support a radical organization whose goal is to “radically Change America through fermenting Racial Animus and Racial Division?

By the time President Lyndon Baines Johnson came into office, after the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the majority of Americans totally believed that our government always had our best interest at heart.

President Johnson came into office and immediately started his push for the Great Society. These programs were designed to make Americans even more dependent on the Federal Government for their very survival.

As the Vietnam War grew more and more and unpopular, Americans’ trust in the government became more and more compromised.  Protests against the Federal Government became more and more common and it became cool to be a rebel or “hippie”.

Time passed, and while rebellious Americans calmed down, Americans’ dependence upon government programs became generational, as multiple family members from one generation to the next, relied on Uncle Sugar for their daily existence.

Meanwhile, the rebels of the 1960’s got older and began to work within the system, taking jobs within the private and public sectors.

Eventually, they moved into positions of power, becoming heads of corporations and local and national politicians.

It is not really necessary to tell you what the political ideology of these rebels was, is it?

As the last century ended and the new one began, these hippies and their offspring, solidly in place in the halls of power, began to pass more more legislation designed to keep generations of Americans enslaved to Uncle Sugar.

What we are witnessing during he “George Floyd Riots”, which are really not about George Floyd at all, is the result of anti-establishment rhetoric, spewed forth by those who are now actually now “the Establishment”, taking hold, and spreading Class Envy and Racial Animus in such a way as to inspire violent retaliation for perceived “grievances” against a fictional “White Establishment”, which actually is more representative of the Democrats who control them, and the Police, who are seen as the emissaries of “The Man”, “keeping Black Americans down”, when, in reality, Gang Violence,  Black-on-Black Homocides, and abortions, are doing more to damage the “Black Community” than “systemic racism” has.

And, now, across the nation in Democrat-run cities, Political Activists, supported by Black Lives Matter and Antifa, and funded by a guy who ratted out his Jewish Neighbors to the Nazis in Germany are attempting to “Defund the Police” and to destroy our Constitutional Republic and replace with a Marxist form of Anarchy.

It’s reminiscent of Lenin and the Bolsheviks.

Feds Investigating “Coordinated Command and Control” of Riots Across Country, “Refuse Fascism” Planning Several “Protests” For This Saturday

Federal law enforcement officials are probing whether “criminal actors” are coordinating violent activities during protests and are looking into reports that “rocks and bricks” have been dropped off to throw at police and other law enforcement as cities across the country grapple with the uptick in violence, a senior Justice Department official said.

“You see the hallmarks… We’re trying to see if there’s a coordinated command and control, you see those bread crumbs and that’s what we’re trying to verify,” the DOJ official said.

Another DOJ official said the feds have seen signs of “very organized” coordination from “professional” agitators, some linked to Antifa.

There have been more than 100 arrests in Washington as a result of the protests and riots related to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, according to federal officials. Around 20 of those people were not charged. Meanwhile, 70 to 75 people have been charged with crimes such as assault, breaking and entering, destruction of property and other violations.

That person added that officials are looking at “trends” and the possibility that extremist groups have been involved in directing violent acts in recent days.

Another DOJ official said leads being pursued and cases being developed — related to Antifa and other extremists groups — by several different U.S. Attorneys’ offices.

The official declined to elaborate further because these cases and investigations are ongoing.

…Fox News is told federal law enforcement officials are looking at “ways in which we can exploit phones and data communications that could give us a mosaic to see if there’s a coordinated command and control, that’s what we’re looking for.”

…At least one DOJ official has described how third-party agitators – more often than not claiming to be Antifa – used the cover of mayhem to “hijack” an “important discourse” in order to destroy things.

“You get individuals from the community protesting peaceably, and what happened to George Floyd was an abomination and a crime, but then you have opportunistic looters who are out there, thugs taking advantage of the situation,” the official said.

“I’ve seen very little in the way of far-right groups, but we are looking and that may be out there.”

Most troubling: the assertion that the third-party groups are providing information to others as to how best they can avoid identification and apprehension. Most agitators came from outside the community, indicating a national level of coordination, investigators said.

An uprising has begun. Day after day, night after night, coast to coast, the streets fill with Black youth refusing to face another day in fear and people of all backgrounds who have had enough of white supremacy and a culture of soul-crushing cruelty. Comparisons to 1968 fill some with dread and some with hope, but one thing is clear. Millions have been shaken awake.

Trump has thrown down a heavy gauntlet to the people who have been heroically protesting in the face of heightened repression. Under the orders of Attorney General Bill Barr, federal forces hurled unrestrained brutality on peaceful protesters at Lafayette Park on June 1, driving them out so that Trump could rant like a police-state dictator and pose with a Bible for his Christian fascist followers. He invoked the Second Amendment to call out his armed vigilante militias, threatened to send the U.S. military into the streets to restore a fascist “law and order,” and bragged about dispatching “thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers” into D.C.

Yet the people have not cowered. In the face of all the tear gas and rubber bullets, the curfews and threats of more firepower, the rulers have proven that they are not all-powerful. For the first time under this regime, the people have seized the initiative and have not let go. In contrast to the hate and bigotry of the Trump/Pence regime, these protests are infused with a love for humanity, and those in power seem more out of touch and illegitimate by the day. The splits at the top, even among conservatives, have sharpened up. A determined struggle that doesn’t yield and won’t be provoked has created a serious political crisis. This is how regimes around the world have been forced out of power.

If Not Now, When? 

We cannot allow the Trump/Pence regime to drop the hammer and impose military rule. This will lead to a further consolidation of fascist power and a nightmare for humanity and the planet. Every move the regime makes to kill this uprising must be met with an even greater mass outpouring, in which the resolve of the protesters against police murder is strengthened with a growing defiant chorus resounding across the country: Fuck Trump!

Nor can we wait until November, when talk of election cancellation or Trump’s refusal to leave office is a common point of conversation. Now, when people are in the streets, beginning to feel their own strength, we need to add to the struggle this demand: Trump/Pence Out Now!

This fascist regime poses a catastrophic danger to the whole world, and the whole world will take heart if we rise to another level of determined resistance. We have begun, but should we fail to see it through, this and every struggle for justice will be set back. If we succeed – and we can succeed – we can begin to force the boots of violent oppressors off the necks of our brothers and sisters. Let us change the course of history, not for ourselves alone but for all humanity.

It’s not our Brightest and Best who are dying on this field of battle, but rather, it is our Constitutional Freedoms and our form of government, including our System of Checks and Balances, which are dying an ignoble death, pierced by the arrows of socialism and political correctness.

By now, there’s some out there in the audience saying, “Oh Lord, the crazy old cracker’s overreacting again.”

No, Skippy, I’m not.

If you try to talk to a Liberal about this New Fascism, they will deny that there is any fascism going on at all. In fact, they will tell you that this is “the will of the people” and they will site Democratically stacked push polls in order to back their opinion up.

Liberals can not legitimately defend their positions, such as the suppression of the Second Amendment Rights of average Americans, the Silent Coup began by those members of the DOJ and FBI during the Obama Administration against now-President Trump, the “Caining” of Judge Kavanaugh, the growth of anti-Semitism within the Democratic Party, and the coordinated riots in major cities across the United States of America.

Fascism, in any form, remains indefensible.

All of this political unethical behavior being sanctioned by the Far Left Democrats is reminiscent of both the Russian Revolution and Hitler and his Brown Shirts’ “Beer Hall Putsch” which probably should have been expected, given that Antifa is now playing the role of “New Bolsheviks” attempting to clear a path for the Far Left Democrats to take over governing our Sovereign Nation, like the original Bolsheviks did for Vladimir Lenin.

Cuomo Calls De Blasio’s Response to NYC Crisis a “Disgrace” as Looting and Rioting Continues

Tense moments followed New York City’s 8 p.m. curfew Tuesday night after authorities took measures to reduce violence, vandalism and looting after days of protests.

City leaders had braced for another night of demonstrations, bolstering their presence and enforcing an even earlier curfew than the one implemented Monday.

The city, like others around the country, has been racked by protests over the death of George Floyd, which happened in Minneapolis on May 25 while he was in police custody.

In an effort to slow the violence, authorities moved city’s curfew to 8 p.m. and warned residents that only buses, delivery trucks and the vehicles of essential workers will be allowed south of 96th Street after that time. The NYPD also canceled regular days off for “all full duty uniformed members,” according to a police memo.

As part of the enhanced measures, police installed checkpoints on the streets to block unauthorized vehicles. In some places, even as protesters continued to march after the curfew, there was relative calm. But evidence of vandalism was once again visible in some parts of the city.

With less than a half hour until curfew time, thousands of protesters made their way toward Trump Tower in Manhattan. Fox News’ Bryan Llenas, who was reporting from the sidelines of the protest, shared videos of the scenes on Twitter.

They showed a heavy police presence with uniformed officers and steel fencing installed in an effort to minimize looting and violence.

“So far in NYC, it is a completely different night,” than the night before, he tweeted at 8:40.

But Fox News’ Marta Dhanis saw arrests in the city’s SoHo neighborhood and broken windows at a Manhattan Gap store.

And across the East River, as a crowd of protesters in Brooklyn approached the Manhattan Bridge at around 8:30 p.m., police blocked them off, as seen in a photo taken by Fox News science editor James Rogers.

A day earlier, protests raged — turning violent in some places with reports of looting, vandalism and even attacks on police officers. Since Saturday, the NYPD had reported about 500 burglary arrests.

“Each day, our officers leave their own families and homes to protect yours, while being shot at, having Molotov cocktails thrown into their vehicles and getting intentionally struck by cars,” NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea tweeted Tuesday. “They put their very lives on the line to fulfill the oath they took to ensure public safety.”

He was referring to an incident in which protesters allegedly hurled a Molotov cocktail into an NYPD vehicle.

Other confrontations over the past few days have involved officers being struck by hit-and-run drivers and being pelted with objects ranging from water bottles to bricks.

“I’ve got to be honest. I can’t take it. It’s so, so bad,” said Pat Brosnan, a former NYPD detective, speaking with Ed Henry on “America’s Newsroom” Tuesday.

A video shared on the Sergeants Benevolent Association’s (SBA’s) official Twitter account showed an NYPD officer being beaten by a group of men in the Bronx as onlookers shout profanities.

Critics of the city’s handling of the protests have excoriated Mayor Bill de Blasio as city officials and police try to restore the peace.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a fellow Democrat, called de Blasio’s response to the crisis a “disgrace” on Tuesday, after police said they arrested about 700 protesters overnight following the first curfew in decades, which began at 11 p.m.

He also said that de Blasio had refused assistance from the National Guard, which the mayor said would be unnecessary.

“We do not need, nor do we think it is wise for the National Guard to be in New York City. Nor any armed forces,” he told a reporter Tuesday. “When outside armed forces go into communities, no good comes of it.”

In a video posted to the New York City Police Benevolent Association’s Twitter, PBA President Patrick Lynch called on the mayor to give police officers more support and allow them to do their jobs.

“Roving gangs running up and down the street, under the guise of protests — when it’s 12 o’clock at night, it’s not a protest, it’s a riot — it’s looting,” he said. “The mayor has to say now, ‘It stops today.'”

President Trump, addressing the protests, wrote on Twitter that New York City “was ripped to pieces.”

Protesters were already out in force early Tuesday evening, marching and chanting slogans ranging from “Hands up, don’t shoot” to anti-police slurs.

Within two hours of the 8 p.m. curfew, thousands of peaceful protesters gathered in Manhattan’s Bryant Park. They eventually took a turn toward Trump Tower, which police and Secret Service officers had barricaded off, before some in the crowd began dispersing.

Mayor De Blasio must believe that his constituency and the rest of Americans have a short memory regarding how he has treated “New York’s Finest” in the past.

The New York Post reported on January 3, 2015 that

Thousands of NYPD cops turned their backs on Mayor de Blasio on Sunday outside a Brooklyn funeral home as he eulogized a murdered NYPD officer inside.

As de Blasio addressed the loved ones of Detective Wenjian Liu in the Aievoli Funeral Home in Bensonhurst, the sea of blue watching the funeral on huge TV screens outside showed their disgust for Hizzoner by turning around as he spoke.

Cops have been furious with de Blasio mainly since the grand-jury rulings involving the deaths of Staten Island dad Eric Garner and Missouri teen Michael Brown, two unarmed black men who died during confrontations with white cops. Neither cop was criminally charged.

The mayor said afterward that he worries about how his son, Dante, who is half-black, might be treated by police because of his race.

The cops say de Blasio’s comment is just another instance in which he has added to the anti-cop sentiment in the city.

Liu and Officer Rafael Ramos were sitting in their patrol car in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Dec. 20 when deranged, cop-hating killer Ismaaiyl Brinsley came up from behind to execute them. Brinsley committed suicide before cops could catch him.

Officers first turned their backs to de Blasio when he visited the hospital where Ramos and Liu were treated. They then also turned turned their backs to him outside the church where Ramos’ funeral was held Dec. 27.

NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton asked officers not to repeat that silent protest at Liu’s funeral Sunday.

De Blasio, for all of his Marxist Bravado and self- promoting propaganda, is the worst mayor in the history of the Big Apple, eclipsing even the ineffectual David Dinkins.

The city is filthy and now professional anarchists and Antifa thugs, as exhibited over the last week, are being allowed to taunt and disrespect the NYPD while they riot and loot the city, while it is all being caught on cellphones, much to the delight of the rest of the cop-hating trash in the neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, those who can afford to “Escape From New York” are continuing to get the heck out of Dodge due to an exorbitant tax rate, hitting both businesses and individuals alike.

Great legacy you’re building there, Mr. Mayor.

And, what is President Trump’s “New York Legacy”?

So, like all Marxist Political Leaders, De Blasio is a destroyer, gaining wealth and fame, while the citizens or “proletariat” suffer.

On the other hand, while he was a New York Businessman and Entrepreneur, Donald J. Trump was a builder, making the city he lived and worked in better for his fellow citizens, providing employment and making the city more beautiful while he was at it.

And, that gentle readers, is the difference between Far Left Democratic Politicians like Mayor Bill De Blasio and President Donald J. Trump.

De Blasio promises Utopia but delivers decay, decadence, and pandering to the worst elements in our society..

Trump promises hard work and greatness…

De Blasio should accept President Trump’s help while he still has a city left to be mayor of.

Trump Vows to “Take Immediate Action” to Stop Rioting and Looting Across the Country, Then Visits “a Very Important Place”

President Trump said during a statement in the Rose Garden on Monday that he is taking “immediate action” to mobilize “all available federal resources” to stop riots and looting across the country, threatening to deploy the military if states don’t send in the National Guard to protests.

“I will fight to protect you,” Trump said in an evening protest, ahead of what’s expected to be more protests in the city of Washington on Monday night over the death in Minnesota of George Floyd.

Immediately following the speech, in an extraordinary scene, the president and his entourage walked outside of the White House, across Lafayette Square, to St. Johns Episcopal Church, which caught on fire during the protesters the night before.

During the brief visit, the president stood in front of the boarded-up church and held up a Bible. He was accompanied by a variety of aides and officials, including Attorney General Bill Barr, daughter and White House adviser Ivanka Trump, Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Defense Secretary Mark Esper.

On Sunday night rioters set fire to the parish house at St. John’s. The parish house contains offices and parlors for gatherings. The basement, which was also torched, is used for childcare during church services, and had recently undergone renovations. However, the damage could have been “a lot worse,” according to Rev. Rob Fisher.

“I am happy to share with you that I could see no other real damage besides that one room, and quite a bit of graffiti and debris around the exterior of the church,” Fisher said on Facebook. “Protestors easily could have done a lot worse to our buildings, but they chose not to do that. (The damage I saw to other nearby buildings illustrated this point.)”

Prior to his visit, police used tear gas to disperse protesters in the park. In his speech, the president vowed to end violent protests.

“I have recommended every governor deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers to dominate the streets,” the president said during his speech. “We are ending riots and lawlessness, we will end it today.”

Trump said he is dispatching “thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers and military personnel” to stop the rioting.

“I want organizers of this terror to be on notice that you will face severe criminal penalties,” he said.

“We cannot allow the righteous cries of peaceful protesters to be drowned out by an angry mob,” the president added. “The biggest victims of this rioting are peace-loving citizens in our poorest communities.”

…Earlier on Monday, the president unloaded on governors in a phone call, accusing them of being “weak” in their response to the riots and urging them to “dominate.”

“Most of you are weak,” Trump said. “You have to arrest people.”

“You have to dominate, if you don’t dominate you’re wasting your time,” he said, according to a senior staffer in a governor’s office who was listening to the call. “They’re going to run over you, you’re going to look like a bunch of jerks. You have to dominate.”

“You’ve got to arrest people, you have to track people, you have to put them in jail for 10 years and you’ll never see this stuff again,” said Trump. “We’re doing it in Washington, D.C. We’re going to do something that people haven’t seen before.”

Let’s face it, boys and girls. Since the riots began, President Trump has been in a no-win situation as far as the Democrats have been concerned.

If he would have sent in the National Guard and/or the Army the second day of the Antifa Uprising, the Dems would have complained that he was acting like a dictator and pulling the trigger too soon.

Now that he is about to take matters into his own hands, they are still saying he is a dictator.

However, he has left himself an out.

The Mayors and Governors of each state curently “playing host” to outside agitators from Antifa were supposed to be looking out for the American citizens under their care.

Instead, in every Blue State and city that Antifa invaded and set on fire, the governors and mayors told their police force and the National Guard to “stand by”, the same strategy used by the stupid Democratic Mayor in Baltimore during the riots after the death of Freddie Gray that caused Baltimore almost to be burned to the gound.

Just like Nero during the fall of Rome, these Democrat politicians have been fiddling while their cities burned.

They are not the only ones at fault, though.

Antifa has been recruiting young men with minds full of mush for 3 years while the FBI did nothing.

The inexplicable thing is that it has bee happening right before our very eyes.

Besides Bomber Bill Ayers’ website, RefuseFascism.org, there have been other anarchist websites all over the Dark Web.

Today’s modern technology has made it easy for anarchists all over the country to link up and to plan the attacks which we have been witnessing since last week.

The President and the Attorney General know this very well. That is why the President is naming Antifa a Domestic Terrorist Organization and why he made, excuse the expression, a barnburner of a speech last night.

While the Democrats were upset about the President standing in front of historic St John Church holding a Bible, “Big Fredo” Cuomo, the egotistical Governor of New York was refusing the President’s offer of help while rioters were gathering in the “Big Apple” for another night of “peaceful protests” (ie., rioting and looting).

I would love to see, as Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas has suggested, the 10st Airborne drop in on them.
