He is Risen! Resurrection Day 2025

This morning, as I lay in bed, The Lord had me thinking about Him. These thoughts were about what today, a day that Christians around the world celebrate as the day that Jesus Christ rose victorious from the grave, must have been like.

Pretend for a moment, that you are an average citizen living at the time of Christ…

[For the past three years, you have seen this charismatic young man speak about the love and mercy of God, and how His Grace and Forgiveness is freely given, IF…

And, there’s the catch…

According to this carpenter’s son from Nazareth, you have to confess your sins, and ask the Great I am, for forgiveness.

Whoa! Wait a minute. Who is this guy? A radical? Ask Yahweh for forgiveness?

And, what’s that he said? You will then have a personal relationship with His Father?

How can that be? This is the Great I am. This is the Deity of Vengeance who destroyed those escaped slaves from Egypt for throwing a party, while Moses was up on a mountain, and building and worshiping a Golden Calf.

And, remember what happened to King Nebuchadnezzar? Daniel interpreted a dream for him, explaining that his kingdom would be ruled over by Gentiles until God sent His King. Ol’ Nebby got mad, because he couldn’t rule over the Israelites and over the whole world unless God allowed him to do so. He forgot that, and became very proud. He tried to make the people think that he was very wonderful, and that they should worship him. He didn’t trust God as some of the kings of the Israelites did, but had the very foolish idea that he could be a wise and wonderful king without any help from God.

So, what do you suppose occurred?

Why, the King had another dream, and when he found out what it meant it was really terrible. In this dream God told him that he would lose his mind and would go out in the field and eat grass just like the cattle for seven years. And Nebuchadnezzar actually did this, too. Can you imagine a mighty king, as he thought himself to be, crawling around on the ground eating grass? The Bible tells us that his hair grew long and coarse and looked like bird feathers, and his fingernails became like the claws of animals.

Finally, though, Nebuchadnezzar’s reason returned to him, and when he found out what he had done he was very much ashamed of himself.

However, he learned by this experience that he was not as wise and powerful as he had thought. Learning this, he gave praise to God for allowing him to be the ruler.

This is the God that some carpenter’s son from Nazareth has been telling us that we can have a personal relationship with?

Strange indeed.

Finally, one of His disciples betrayed Him and gave Him up to the Romans, who crucified Him.

I noticed that while He was hanging there the guards and some of the townspeople there were mocking Jesus, telling Him that if He was the Son of God, to ”jump down off of that cross”. Meanwhile, some of the centurions were casting lots over His robe.

All except this one centurion, who was just watching Him, as if he was waiting for something to happen…]

And, then came the Glorious Morning…
[Wow. It’s really been amazing around here since they crucified Jesus. Did you feel that earthquake? The veil of the temple was torn in half! And did you hear? A bunch of people that had died years ago, were seen walking around the city! But that’s not all. Don’t tell me you haven’t heard?

Listen to this: He has risen! He arose from the dead and was seen by several people. It’s true! I know it sounds unbelievable. I can scarcely take it in myself. Mary Magdalene and Mary, James and Salome’s mother, went to the tomb to perform the anointing of His body and it wasn’t there! On top of that, there was this young guy there, dressed in a white robe. They said he must have been 9 feet tall. He said, “You are seeking Jesus of Nazareth. Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here. See the place where you laid him.” So they went and told the disciples. But you know how Peter is. He just had to go run up there and see for himself.

Jesus even approached two of them on the road to Emmaus. They didn’t recognize him. He even broke bread with them that night. They realized who He was and He disappeared! They ran to tell the disciples and as they were telling them, Jesus appeared right in front of them! They were all starting to panic. Jesus said, “Peace to you.” But they couldn’t believe it was him, especially Thomas. So he had him touch him in the hole in his hand where they drove the nail and where the spear pierced his side.

Jesus ate with them and performed other signs and miracles in front of them and they understood scripture as never before. He also came to them at the Sea of Tiberius. Peter took the disciples fishing and they weren’t catching anything. Jesus told them from the bank to cast the net down on the right side. They did, and they could hardly bring it in the boat! When they got back to land, Jesus already had a fire going and some fish and bread ready to eat. He asked Peter three times if he loved Him, and each time He told him “Feed my sheep’. Hey, isn’t that the same number of times Peter Denied Him?

Anyway, He taught them many things before He left. They watched as He was taken straight up into heaven. Can you imagine?

The disciples are making plans now to go out and starting spreading the Good News about Jesus’ Resurrection. They are talking about going out in pairs. Man. Nothing is ever going to be the same again.]

The despair being felt by the average citizens of Rome, at the time, is not unlike the situation which we, as average Americans, find ourselves in today.

We, too, are still struggling in the darkness before the dawn.

Our American Culture has been crumbling before our very eyes, as sin, depravity, and personal irresponsibility have been lauded by “the smartest people in the room” as normal, and values to be embraced…a Golden Calf to be worshiped by those who have turned their backs of the Almighty, because He will not give them the worldly gratification they seek…and because they erroneously believe that they are smarter than God, and can interpret and ignore God’s Holy Word in order to ignore and to rewrite to make it mean whatever they want to, in order to assuage their own consciousness, in an attempt to stifle that “Still Small Voice” within them, Who is reminding them of their sin and the consequences of it.

For the past several years, our Sovereign Nation and the rest of the world have been fighting enemies foreign and domestic, even within our own government, along with a Chinese Coronavirus, a combination of challenges which have claimed thousands of deaths in our country and the loss of jobs for millions of Americans.

Today, as we watch as out-of-control judges and political ideologues attempt to take away our American Freedom, we all need to remember the words of President Ronald Reagan:

We are never defeated unless we give up on God.

Fellow Americans….my message to you on this Resurrection Day 2025 is

DO NOT GIVE UP ON GOD. DO NOT GIVE UP ON THE FOUNDING FATHERS’ HOPE, WHICH BECAME AMERICA.

As the old country Preacher’s wife always told him when she took away his plate after supper,

Hold on to your fork, Hon. Dessert is on it’s way.

The final chapter of the amazing story of our Blessed Land has not been written yet. It is up to each and every one of us to write it, strengthened by the Grace of God.

A Day of Protests, Rallies, and Useful Idiots

Today, as Christians wait to celebrate Resurrection Day, there are protests going on in America that glorify evil.

Those who are protesting would never admit that.

However, that is exactly what is happening.

Across the nation, there will be paid protesters and useful idiots protesting on behalf of people who have entered our country illegally in order to make money off the largess and charity of Americans and, even worse, to prey upon innocent people through assault, rape, robbery, and even murder.

Meanwhile, in Frisco Texas, the family and so-called friends of Karmelo Anthony have organized a protest to raise money in defense of a thug who killed another high school boy simply because that boy was trying to get him to leave the tent of the opposition track team at a meet which Anthony entered in order to attempt to intimidate the opposing track team.

Of course, that’s not the narrative that those who are defending this Thug who is currently wearing an ankle monitor.

According to them, Karmelo Anthony was an angelic lad who just happened to go into the opposing track team’s tent with his bag with a huge knife in it and Austin Metcalf, the boy he killed, was a bully.

These useful idiots are even demanding that the twin brother of the boy who was killed be arrested.

The same young man who held his twin brother in his arms as he bled to death.

Dear Lord,

How this country has fallen.

A good friend of mine and a brother-in- Christ always tells me that what we’re witnessing is biblical.

And, he’s right. People are believing evil to be good and attending churches to have their ears tickled instead of thirsting for the Word of God.

There are times that I want to stop fighting for what is good and just.

However, just like this most solemn of Saturdays, I’m not going to stop fighting because I know that…

Joy comes in the morning.

Thoughts For a Palm Sunday: What Would Jesus See If He Rode Into Washington?

As I sit here on Palm Sunday morning, I was wondering what Jesus would see if he came into Washington, DC riding on a donkey.

I believe that Christ would see a country divided thanks to the views of two political parties.

What I mean by that is he would see one political party who is trying to bting our country back from a spiraling collapse by trying to reemphasize America’s place as a world leader while strengthening our country domestically and attempting to bring back the traditional American faith and values which made our country strong to begin with.

The other political party and their followers are advocating a cradle-to-grave totalitarian government in which 50% or more of taxpayers’ income would be relegated for use by the state to appease those they deem worthy of Americans’ money.

On this side, he would see a political party trying to rewrite the Bible as a book advocating sin, “non-traditional families”, and “fighting fascism”, while the advocates of this political ideology don’t have a clue as to what fascism is

People have taken the word of God and thrown away salvation through repentance by proclaiming that Jesus would accept people’s sin.

Yes, He loves us all, but he hates sin.

And that’s enough of my preaching for today.

The government viewpoint, which those out of power at this moment, are espousing can be seen in their fight against the elimination of financial corruption in our government.

You can also see what they really believe in their fight against Israel and their support of those who would destroy her and her people ,

The Israelis are proclaimed by God to be his people in Genesis 12: 1-3.

The bottom line is, unless this country can find its way back to embracing what is right and stop embracing what isn’t, this country could very well eventually be assigned to the Dustbin of History.

As a brother-in-Christ always tells me, it’s not politicians who are going to save this country.

It’s God.

DOGE Discovers 3 Deep Blue States Responsible for $3 Million in Phony Unemployment Payments Under Biden

Did you know that over $400 million in inappropriate unemployment payments were doled out during the 4 years of the Biden Administration?

And California, New York, and Massachusetts were responsible for $300 million of that money?

Everybody knows that all three of those States have Sanctuary Cities in them, and that California itself is a sanctuary state.

These are also three Deep Blue States, having Democrats in power in just about every state and municipal office.

I’m surprised that my Hometown of Memphis, Tennessee was not mentioned in the Fox News article that I got the above information from. It has been a Democratic Stronghold for years, full of corruption and exponential growth in government offices.

But, I digress…

Americans found out this past week that over 2 million illegals have received social security cards and Medicaid.

Is it a stretch to believe that there have been illegals have been receiving unemployment payments as well?

Unemployment assistance was meant as a safety net, not as a lifestyle.

America still has generations of families who have been relying on the benevolence of the American taxpayers instead of going out and finding jobs.

So, why have these Democrat states provided so many people with unemployment benefits?

I will give you a clue, it’s not because of their kind hearts and benevolence.

It’s about control.

The Democrat Party wants Americans to be dependent upon a totalitarian government from cradle to grave.

It is an American form of Marxism which, while providing what the recipients who abuse it see as free money, also makes them dependent upon people who really don’t care if they are still living or thriving.

It is a means of control and a way to spend hard-working Americans’ tax dollars while appearing to be working for the American people.

That is why there is so much hollering and screaming by the Democratic Party over the Department of Government Efficiency.

If President Trump and Elon Musk are successful in cutting away all of this abuse by Capitol Hill Democrats and those who receive it, then the Democrats will not be able to buy the recipients’ votes nor will all this free money be an incentive for illegals to stay in America.

Without the ability to buy the votes of those who live off of unemployment benefits and the votes of the illegals who they so desperately want to be able to vote, while some of them actually have been, the Democrats will never be able to regain power because the American people have stopped buying what they’re selling.

Astroturf “Hands Off!” Protests Held Nationwide

Yesterday, across the USA, tens of thousands of useful idiots held protests, banging drums, holding signs, and shouting epithets about what fascists that President Trump, Vice-President Vance, Elon Musk, and the Americans who voted Donald Trump into the presidency in a majority that not only won him the Electoral College but also gave the Republicans both Houses of Congress.

Today, all you will hear from the Legacy Media Outlets is how wonderful these protests were. What they don’t tell you is that these were Astroturf protests, bought and paid for, and bussed in.

If you go to the front page of the Far Left fanatic website, http://www.refusefascism.org, you will see them urging you to join the protests and offering to bus you in to the one in Washington.

As with all of these AstroTurf protests, they are funded by multi-billionaire Democratic party donors like George Soros. These evil men also were behind a lot of the NGO operations, who brought the illegals who have been attacking Americans here in the first place.

The other NGOs were run by Churches, bring illegals into America, breaking our laws in the name of Jesus Christ while filling their own coffers.

I do not believe that Our Savior, Who chased the money changers out of the Temple, would approve of this at all.

But, I digress…

It’s kind of funny to watch all this while disturbing at the same time.

These AstroTurf protests have been held ever since Trump announced that he was running for presidency the first time.

While they attempt to give the illusion of spontaneity and passion behind the scenes, they are well rehearsed, organized, and funded by the biggest fascists of all.

You will notice that these are all Democrat-run areas that they protested in.

The reasons for that are simple.

Average Americans want to make America great again.

We love our country, and we want to ship the illegals back to where they came from.

We stand with the parents of Laken Riley and those who have lost children and loved ones to Illegal gang members.

We recognize that there is a Deep State of unelected bureaucrats in our government who have been working against us for years.

Finally, average Americans are not buying what these useful idiots are selling.

The Frisco Track Meet Murder and a Divided America

During a high school track meet this past Wednesday in Frisco, TX, a member of a track team sat down in the middle of an opposing squad’s tent at a track meet.

He was asked to leave by a member of the other team.

The young men wound up “bowing up” to one another.

Then, the young man who sat in that tent for the purpose of intimidation, reached into his bag, produced a knife and stabbed the other young man in the chest who challenged him for being there, killing him.

That teenager died in the arms of his identical twin.

Can you imagine the grief of that family?

Back in the mid 1970s in Memphis, TN, forced busing was in place within the city school system.

Sure, there were some rough patches, and some parents pulled their kids out,  enrolling them in private schools.

However, an amazing thing happened by the Grace of God.

Students of different races learned how to get along with one another and found out that they had more in common than they thought.

I know. I was there.

We are living in a dystopian society in which violence among this current generation seems to be the answer to winning an argument.

Just this past week, an obviously distraught woman beat the snot out of a pro-life activist simply because she could not win an argument with her.

I believe that a lot of this evidence of a Fallen World is not only the result of moving away from the Word of God, it’s also the results of a failed Great Society, and, as we say in the south, a lack of home training.

Back in the day, black, white, or purple, high school athletes would not have pulled the stunt that young man pulled by sitting in the tent of the opposition at a track meet, much less pull a knife out and stab the opposing runner when he was asked to leave.

Yeah, back in the day, a couple of punches would have gotten thrown, but the coaches would have grabbed the young men, separating them, and “reading them the Riot Act.”

Then, they would have made the young men shake hands.

It is very obvious that American Society has been corrupted by an accent on political ideology and culture that, while being claimed by those pushing it as something that would bring us together, has actually separated Americans further apart than ever.

While I agree with a good friend who says that only God can fix what’s going on in this country, I do believe that Americans need to start taking responsibility for their children and for their own words and actions.

To put this in the words of athletic competition, the time for political and cultural showboating is over. It’s time to lace up our cleats and get on the starting line to run the race that God created us for.

Trump’s Accomplishments Versus the Dems’ Social Media Blitz

Have you ever been on social media talking about how busy president Donald J Trump is and how he has accomplished so much in such a short time, only for the Far Left Radicals who spend all day in Cyber World to come back and tell you that he hasn’t accomplished anything?

Here is an excerpt of Trump’s accomplishments just through Week 10…

President Trump’s unrelenting pursuit of American manufacturing dominance continued to deliver results.

Hyundai announced a $20 billion investment in the U.S., which will create 14,000 new jobs. The investment includes $5.8 billion for a new steel plant in Louisiana, which will create nearly 1,500 jobs.

Schneider Electric announced it will invest $700 million over the next four years in U.S. energy infrastructure.

Rolls-Royce is expected to shift production to the U.S. and expand its domestic workforce.

Vietnam announced it will cut duties on U.S. imports, including liquefied natural gas and automobiles.

President Trump continued to pursue peace through strength around the world.

U.S. airstrikes eliminated dozens of ISIS jihadis hiding within a cave complex in Somalia.

Following U.S.-led negotiations, Russia and Ukraine agreed to a Black Sea ceasefire.

President Trump’s economic agenda delivered more relief for Americans.

Large egg prices have dropped nearly 60% since last month amid the Trump Administration’s efforts to combat the avian bird flu and repopulate the chicken supply.
New data showed new home sales rose 5.1% over last year — with median home prices down 1.5% over last year and 3% over January.”

The list goes on, including executive actions that he has signed designed to make our country better.

I realize that these Docial Media Warriors and those up in Washington DC whom they take their marching orders from are a minority, albeit a vocal one.

They have to be.

Reality is showing us that President Trump has a popularity rating somewhere around 48% depending on the day, while the Democrat Party has sunk to a low of 26%.

They’re radical ideas and calls for action, which include the burning of Teslas and Tesla dealerships and the harassment of Tesla owners, have completely turned off the American people.

The Democrat Elite up on Capitol Hill, by their words and deeds, including the enlistment of activist judges to attempt to stop president Trump from fulfilling his promises, continue to turn off Americans who want things to get better, not worse.

Those Democrats, who have made it their mission to interrupt conversations and troll Facebook pages and other social media, like X, in an effort to stop this Golden Age of America from reaching fruition, are doing themselves and the country in which they were born, no favor.

It appears to me that their support of domestic terrorists who are trying to turn our country into the Socialist Hell holes, which they left to come across our border illegally is nothing but a political ploy to bring in new Democrat voters to replace the American citizens who are leaving their party en masse.

If the Democrat party ever wants to hold the presidency again, they had better pay attention to what Americans actually want and not continue down the same path which led them to lose the House, the Senate, and the Presidency.

As things stand all these years later, Reagan was exactly right.

Radical Groups like “Refuse Fascism” Call For a “Day of Action ” on April 5th

Far Left Radicals, who oppose our Constitutional Republic and those who are working hard to make America great again, like President Donald J Trump and Elon Musk, are calling for a “Day of Action” on Saturday, April 5th.

One such organization is Refuse Fascism, founded by former 60s Radical and menber of the Weathermen “Bomber” Bill Ayers and financed by Puppet Master George Soros.

You can find their Mission Statement posted on refusefascism.org:

We unite with people from diverse perspectives to stop the second Trump regime from consolidating power and carrying out great horrors. Useful Idiots, like those affiliated with refusefascism.org and the Democrat Elite, are following a well-written out plan.

Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”, a favorite of the 60s counter-culture, was on the reading list of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, and his First Secretary of State and Failed 2016 Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Let’s look at rule #8 – rule #13:

8. Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.

12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

It’s very apparent from what is happening during Trump’s Presidency that somebody’s read Alinsky’s book.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

In order to ensure that no leader of this new nation would go mad with power, and become a tyrannical despot, our Founders set up a System of Checks and Balances, overseen by Three Branches of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial, with each branch having a distinct and LIMITED role.

The situation, which we as a nation, find ourselves in today, is one which our Founding Fathers sought valiantly to avoid.

During 8 years of the Previous Imperious Obama Presidency, we suffered under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

This minority was not based on color, rather, it was one based on political ideology and self-interest.

During the past four years after the first term of Donald J. Trump as President, this minority, buoyed by money from this “sponsors”, including the Halls of Power in Washington, DC, were willing to shut down anyone who threatened “what they had” by ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including political devices and beliefs, which we, as a country, had gone to war against in the past.

What the spoiled brats of radical mobs like Refuse Fascism do not seem to grasp is that America is, as I stated earlier, a Constitutional Republic.

Our Presidents do not ascend into office by mob rule as was demonstrated in the fair presidential election 2024.

I pray to the One who gave us the Sovereign Nation that we do not allow useful idiots like those and refuse fascism to take the privilege of choosing our President away from us.

Go Woke Go Broke: Woke Snow White Remake Bombs at Box Office

Just as the rest of the Democrat Elite continue to attack duly-elected President Donald J Trump and those of us who voted for him with a hatred, vitriol, and violence that seems to dwarf everything else seen and heard in the history of American politics, so did the star of the current Woke remake of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” bite the hand that feeds her.

And, her bosses at Disney are paying a huge financial price for her running her mouth.

“The controversial film “Snow White” only brought in $45 million for its first weekend. “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” released in 1937, was among the greatest animated films ever. Based on inflation-adjusted ticket sales, the 1937 movie ranks 10th of all time. Why did Disney go “Woke” in the first place?

The embracing and advocacy of Wokeness by those who are paid handsomely to entertain us was a direct result of an isolated ignorance of average Americans’ desire to rid ourselves of those in the Halls of Power as the time who told us repeatedly that they knew what was best for us and “who we were”, while their actual mission was to turn America into a Third-World Barrio in their quest to make us a Socialist Paradise.

The Democrat Elite has always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California.

They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

Their political viewpoint is as disingenuous as the Facebook Trolls who post Opinion Pieces as “real news”.

Just like their fellow Far Left Radicals who run the Democratic Party and the disconnected “dancing monkeys” in Tinsel Town and the Big Apple, the ones who have been running Disney for the last several years can not accept the fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans living between the coasts, the ones responsible for their opulent lifestyle are sick and tired of their overbearing arrogance, and the anti-Americanism, sexual deviancy, and Liberal Intolerance which they attempt to force upon average Americans as “art”.

I don’t remember any of us average Americans asking them for their opinion as to how we should live our lives and educate our children, do you?

All their attempts at forcibly making average Americans accept Wokeness has done is to make them look like fools and to remind us of how disconnected their beliefs are from average Americans, as they have admitted in the past.

Perhaps, if they got their noses out of the air and actually associated with their families and former friends “back home”, instead of kissing each other’s hindquarters at the latest premiere or “social event”, perhaps they and reality would not have taken divergent paths, and they would conduct themselves and comport themselves like those who built Disney from the ground up through their dedication to entertainment and not indoctrination.

Now, these pampered ,self-righteous, oblivious Lightweights are all proponents of the “New Fascism” being practiced by the Modern Democratic (Socialist) Party.

And, they, like Rachel Zegler, obviously continue to see no problem with insulting and being condescending to the average Americans who “pay their salaries” by watching the movies and television shows being produced out of Disney Studios.

They overestimate their own intelligence.

And, it will continue to cost them dearly.

Democrat Hypocrisy: From Martha’s Vineyard to Activist Judges

Do you remember what happened a few years back when Governor Abbott of Texas and Governor DeSantis of Florida bussed illegal immigrants who were invading their states to the Political Elite Neighborhood of Martha’s Vineyard and Vice-President Kamala Harris’s wealthy neighborhood?

Do you remember what the Hoi Polloi’s (look it up, kids) reaction was?

They bussed them out of there.

These are the same people who are having Democrat Activist District Judges try to stop a duly-elected American President from deporting violent illegal immigrant gangs who have been intimidating, stealing from, taking over apartment buildings from, raping, and murdering American citizens.

Instead of accepting defeat and attempting to figure out why Americans tossed them to the curb, the Democrat Elite have ratcheted up the very strategy that cost them the 2024 Presidential Election.

They are defending domestic terrorism.

They are taking the side of those who want to prey on us.

It was bad enough when they were launching frivolous legal actions against President-to-be Donald J Trump when he was the presumptive Republican Candidate.

Now, they are using District Judges to stop him from keeping his Campaign Promise to protect America.

Wrap your head around that for a moment.

We have an American political party who held power over us for 4 years, refusing to accept the fact that we don’t want them in power anymore.

Their lust for total political power over us from cradle to grave has become an obsession, leading them to take the side of these domestic terrorists.

We have not seen this sort of totalitarian arrogance since the days of Marie Antoinette.

“Let the common people deal with the illegals. They’re going to vote for us anyway, and besides, we live in gated communities,”

It is time for the Supreme Court to intervene.

If something is not done, the Democrats will continue to set fire to our Constitution, and we will literally become no better than the countries that Trump is trying to send these domestic terrorists back to.
