Political Lawfare Ad Infinitum: Democrat Political Activist Merchan to Sentence President-elect Trump on January 10th.

On January 10, 2025, Democrat Activist judge Juan Merchan will sentence President-elect Donald J Trump for an act that was not a crime at all.

This act of Political Lawfare should be dismissed and will be dismissed upon repeal.

The only reason that Trump is being sentenced is the fact that the Democrats want him to enter office as a “convicted felon.”

Petty?

Yes.

However, it is standard operating procedure from a political party who has foresaken their constitutional oath to serve the American people and has instead chosen to serve themselves and their never-ending pursuit of totalitarian political power.

The judge has worked on behalf of the Democratic Party and has contributed to them heavily. His daughter Loren is even more heavily involved with the Democratic Party that he is.

“Loren Merchan is President and Partner of Authentic Campaigns, which, according to their byline, is “[U]nleashing the power of the internet to advance progressive ideals.” Loren Merchan previously described herself as “Director of Digital Persuasion for Kamala Harris.” She previously worked for Revolution Messaging.

Now, do you understand why former President Trump has  been shouting to the High Heavens about the conflict of interest in this case? This judge can not reasonably claim that this is not a conflict of interest.

Trump was set up from the get-go.

Every single case of Political Lawfare against former President Trump was coordinated by the Democratic Elite in the Halls of Power in Washington DC.

This is a practice that has never been seen in the United States of America before. In the past, it was restricted to Marxist countries like Russia, China, and third-world dictatorships.

The Democrat Elite has forsworn the United States Constitution and what it stands for. They are now following teachings of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, and Mao Zedong and his “little red book.”

They are so power hungry, they remain oblivious to the way that this attack of Political Lawfare looks to average Americans, even after Trump received a mandate in the 2024 Presidential Election.

In fact, they still believe that average Americans are beneath them and are replaceable with the new Democrat voters that are entering over our Southern Border.

But I digress…

The Founding Fathers  did not mean for our Legal System to be used in this manner.

They believed that every man deserved a fair hearing and a just verdict.

If our Founders were here to see the Legal System which they so brilliantly devised being used in such a manner, they would arrest those who had temerity to do so and put them on file as traitors.

Come to think of it, that is not a bad idea at all.

New Year’s Eve 2024: A Night for Remembrance and Hope

It’s New Year’s Eve. Another year is about to vanish into the dustbins of history. It was quite a tumultuous year.

There were revelations that shocked a lot of Americans. However, those who had been paying attention just shook our heads with disgust.

2024 was the year that America found out that they’ve been lied to by a political party who put a man suffering from dementia into the most powerful office in the world.

Think about that.

Theit lust for power and control dwarfed their love of their country and its people.

The same party of political hacks and mega-donors acted surprised when the American public voted them out of office and did not give them the chance to place another puppet in the White House.

As we enter into this new year Americans enter hopeful that a true change is in the works from the nightmare which they have lived through during the previous presidential Administration thay cost them economic stability, financial opportunities, and peace of mind.

So, tonight, as we remember the old year and get ready for the new one, let’s all remain hopeful and say a prayer that Happy Days Are Here Again.

Christmas Day 2024: “One Solitary Life” Made All The Difference

“Tis the season for Christmas movies.

From the Hallmark romance movies to Bill Murray’s “Scrooged” to “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”, there are movies to be found on television for everyone’s taste. However, there is none quite like Frank Capra’s “It’s a Wonderful Life”, the Holiday Classic starring Jimmy Stewart.

In the movie, Stewart plays the role of George Bailey, an average man whom, through a series of circumstances, finds himself living a life which he had never really envisioned himself leading. When dire circumstances arise, he contemplates killing himself, only to be stopped by an angel named Clarence, who shows him what his hometown would be like if he had never been born.

After viewing the difference which he had made in his sphere of influence, Stewart prays to the Lord to return him back to his family and his life.

The movie ends happily, with all the people whom he had helped over the years coming to his aid in his moment of crisis.

The last time I watched this movie, I had not seen it in quite a while and I found myself with tears in my eyes at the end of it.

It was then that I realized that God puts us where He wants us to be.

It is up to us to navigate around the pitfalls of life caused by our own Free Will by using the Gift of Discernment which we have been blessed with and by listening to that Still Small Voice which resides within each and every one of us.

Each and every one of us can make a difference within our own sphere of influence.

However, there remains only One who walked this Earth in human form who is still making a difference and whose birth we celebrate today.

Many stories have been written about Him.

On this Christmas Day, please allow me to present to you one of the best and the gentleman who wrote it.

Dr. James Allan Francis was born in Nova Scotia, Canada. He became a pastor at age twenty-one and served in ministry for the remainder of his life. His first pastorate was in New York City at the Riverside Baptist Church, and after serving in other varied pastorates in the East, he came to Los Angeles in 1914.

Though he had a busy life as a pastor, Francis was able to publish a handful of books: Drops from a Living Fountain (1895), Christ’s Mould of Prayer (1924), and Christ is All And Other Sermons (1928). His publications are full of passionate encouragement for Christians to know their Lord, to rely on him, and to follow his example.

Francis’ most famous words, now known as “One Solitary Life,” originated as part of a sermon that he delivered on July 11, 1926 to the Baptist Young People’s Union at a Los Angeles Convention. A friend transcribed the message titled “Arise, Sir Knight,” and Dr. Francis published it that same year in a collection called The Real Jesus and Other Sermons.

Today, we celebrate the birth of Our Savior Jesus Christ.

As you spend today with your family and friends, please stop for a moment and say a prayer for our nation and those who are away from home, protecting you and me.

Here is a man who was born in an obscure village as the child of a peasant woman.

He grew up in another obscure village.

He worked in a carpenter shop until he was thirty and then for three years was an itinerant preacher.

He never wrote a book.

He never held an office.

He never owned a home.

He never had a family.

He never went to college.

He never put his foot inside a big city.

He never traveled two hundred miles from the place where he was born.

He never did one of the things that usually accompany greatness.

He had no credentials but himself.

He had nothing to do with this world except the naked power of his divine manhood.

While still a young man the tide of popular opinion turned against him.

His friends ran away.

One of them denied him.

Another betrayed him.

He was turned over to his enemies.

He went through the mockery of a trial.

He was nailed upon the cross between two thieves.

His executioners gambled for the only piece of property he had on earth while he was dying, and that was his coat.

When he was dead, he was taken down and laid in a borrowed grave through the pity of a friend.

Nineteen wide centuries have come and gone and today he is the center of the human race and the leader of the column of progress.

I am far within the mark when I say that all the armies that ever marched, and all the navies that were ever built, and all the parliaments that ever sat and all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man upon the earth as powerfully as has this one solitary life.

From The Innkeeper’s Point of View

Luke 2: 1-7 (ASV):
1 Now it came to pass in those days, there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be enrolled.
2 This was the first enrolment made when Quirinius was governor of Syria.
3 And all went to enrol themselves, every one to his own city.
4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David;
5 to enrol himself with Mary, who was betrothed to him, being great with child.
6 And it came to pass, while they were there, the days were fulfilled that she should be delivered.
7 And she brought forth her firstborn son; and she wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

I remember it like it was yesterday. Caesar Augustus had come up with the bright idea that a census should be taken of the whole Roman Empire, in order to more effectively tax the stew out of all of us.

It especially hurt small businessmen like me. You see, I’m nothing but a lowly innkeeper, barely keeping my head above water, working 16 hour days. Oy! I could continue to gripe, but who would listen?

Anyway, like I said, Caesar decreed that everyone should get themselves registered for the Census. In terms of business, that actually turned out to be a good thing.

I was about to lock up for the night, when a young man and woman came to the door.

He was a strong,rugged-looking young man. I think he was a carpenter. She was a beautiful, pregnant little thing. Bless her heart, she looked like she would deliver at any moment.

Their names were Joseph and Mary.

My inn was packed, for once, and I had no rooms available. But, some part of my heart told me that I just couldn’t send them away.

So I offered them my stable, which would at least offer some protection from the elements.

What happened that night was wondrous.

Men are still talking about it to this day.

A precious little baby boy was born that night, and the most miraculous things happened. People said that animals actually spoke!

And, the local shepherds said that angels came to them and told them about this baby.

They sang His praises and told the shepherds that they needed to come to my stable to see and worship that little baby.

Three wise men, sent by Herod, showed up later, bearing gifts for that special infant.

They were overcome by that little one and decided that they would not report back to Herod, but, instead, would return to their homes.

It was quite a remarkable time. As the years went by, I heard stories about that child.

They named Him Jesus.

He grew in knowledge and stature. At 12, his parents lost Him. They found Him in the synagogue, teaching the old men that should have been teaching Him!

Can you imagine?

He grew up working beside His father in his carpentry business and when He was 30, I heard that He was baptized by that wild man, John The Baptist.

According to witnesses, the heavens parted, and they heard the voice of God saying:

This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased.

For three years, He traveled with a group of twelve disciples, performing miracles, preaching and teaching about God’s love and His plan for mankind.


And, now I’ve heard that just yesterday, they nailed Him to a cross, executing Him as they would a common criminal.

So sad.

But, you know, there is a still, small voice inside of me that’s telling me that His story is not over, yet.

I truly hope that you enjoyed this post today. I originally wrote the preceding story 14 years ago today in honor of this special night.

Biden (His Handlers) May Commute Death Sentences of 40 Federal Death Row Inmates Before Christmas

‘President Biden is considering commuting the sentences of most, if not all, of the 40 men on the federal government’s death row, people familiar with the matter said, a move that would frustrate President-elect Donald Trump’s ability to resume the rapid pace of executions that marked his first term.

A broad coalition of religious and civil-rights groups has been pressing Biden to take the step, and the effort gained momentum earlier this month after Pope Francis, in his weekly address, prayed for the commutation of America’s condemned inmates. If their death sentences were commuted, the prisoners, all convicted of murder, would serve life without parole. Biden, a devout Catholic, spoke with Francis on Thursday and is scheduled to meet with him at the Vatican next month, the White House said.” (Courtesy wsj.com)

Shortly before 2:50 p.m. Eastern, on April 15, 2013, as exhausted runners crossed the finish line at the annual American Sporting event known as the Boston Marathon, they were not greeted by the cheers of the jam-packed crowd. Instead, terror, once again, struck on American soil. Two Improvised Explosive devices were detonated by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother, spraying their explosive power, laden with ball bearings, and shrapnel through the assembled throng of spectators. Later, at the JFK Library, another device detonated. Two more devices, which did not detonate, were also found by authorities.

134 Americans were wounded. 3 were murdered, including a precocious 8 year old boy.

On the evening of June 17th, 2015. 21- year old Sociopath Dylan. Roof walked into historic New Emmanual AME Church in Charleston, SC, and shot and killed 9 Christian Americans attending an evening service.

President Biden’s handlers are considering commuting the death sentence of these two monsters and 32 others on Federal Death Row because socialist Pope Francis and other liberals who call themselves “religious leaders” consider  the death sentence to be inhumane.

They would rather Americans have to pay for the room and board of these sociopaths and psychopaths for the rest of their natural lives.

The fact is, the Supreme Court has held the death penalty to be constitutional.

The 5th and 14th mendments carry express approval of the death penalty: a person may not be “deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” 

Even though some of those awaiting execution of Federal Death Row have received Salvation through repentance of their sins, that does not free them of their punishment for breaking the law.

There remains a consequence for every action.

For the unelected officials who make the decisions for the mentally impaired president to overthrow the wishes of the majority (60%) of American citizens who approve of the Death Penalty would be an egregious misuse of the “Power of the Pen”.

And, a massive insult to the loved ones of their victims.

Radical Islamist Drives Car Into Christmas Marketplace in Germany… Could It Happen Here?

“A festive Christmas market in Eastern Germany erupted into chaos after a car was driven into a group of people in the city of Magdeburg on Friday in a suspected terrorist attack.

Between 60 and 80 people have been injured, according to a spokesperson for the local rescue service, as reported by AFP as officials continue to investigate the incident.

Several of the injured are said to be in critical condition, and multiple reports citing the German public broadcaster MDR, said at least two people had been killed, one of the two reportedly a child.” (Courtesy FoxNews.com)

“According to Saxony-Anhalt state Prime Minister Reiner Haseloff the suspect has been interrogated by police. The man, who is reportedly from Saudi Arabia, is a 50 year old doctor who lived in the nearby town of Bernburg. According to Saxony-Anhalt’s Interior Minister Tamara Zieschang, he had been granted an indefinite residence permit.

…The attack appears to be similar to the 2016 terrorist attack on a Christmas market in Berlin when a man hijacked a truck and used it to plow down people attending the market. In total, 13 people died as a result of the attack and dozens were left injured. The attacker, a failed asylum seeker from Tunisia named Anis Amri, fled to Italy and was shot and killed by police in Milan days later.” (Courtesy Breitbart.com)

Germany’s “Muslim Problem” is a demonstration as to what happens when a non-indigenous population moves into a country and does not assimilate into the normal traditions and customs of that nation, and, instead, keep their own traditions and laws, separating themselves from the indigenous population in the name of “multiculturalism”, the opposite of the “Melting Pot”, which helped to form the greatest nation on the face of the Earth, the United States of America.

By bringing “their own country” with them, they have no impetus to become patriotic citizens of their host country, and are therefore, in their own minds, not subject to the laws of that nation, leading to their own internal justification of any acts of violence that they may take against the indigenous citizens of their host country.

I am not saying that every Muslim is on a jihad against “the infidels”, and, wish to invade our Sovereign Nation and over-throw our Government.

However, there is a difference between being an average Christian American and a Muslim, living in America.

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

On October 7, 2023, the Radical Islamic Terrorists of Hamas slaughtered 1,200 Israeli men, women, and children.

One of the problems which returning President Donald J Trump will face when he takes office next month is the fact that there very well could be sleeper cells of Radical Islamic Terrorists scattered all over this country thanks to the open border policy put in place by the Biden Administration.

America could well be facing the exact same peril which all the countries in Europe, like Germany, who took Muslim refugees in, are now currently facing.

Countdown to Inauguration Day: Trump Wins the Army-Navy Game

“President-elect Trump took in the Army-Navy football game with a power posse that included his running mate, the world’s richest man, a host of cabinet hopefuls and a newly cleared subway hero from New York City.

The soon-to-be 47th president arrived at the 125th edition of the game Saturday at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland, less than 15 miles from the White House. Trump was joined in a suite by his running mate, Vice President-elect JD Vance; Speaker of the House Mike Johnson; incoming Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Elon Musk, nominee for Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Trump’s choice for director of national intelligence, and Daniel Penny, who was recently acquitted of charges in the death of subway menace Jordan Neely.” (Courtesy FoxNews.com)

There’s nothing unusual about the reception that President-elect Donald J Trump received at the Army Navy game.

The cadets and the Midshipmen have absolutely loved him every time he has attended.

The real story is his special guest, Daniel Penny, the brave Marine who stopped the crazy guy from killing people on that New York Subway only to be unjustly indicted and tried by Democrat Politician District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

President Trump was making a point yesterday.

We are America.

We believe and support our Brightest and Vest and honor their service to our country.

We are also a nation of law and order with a fair and impartial judicial system, ideally, that believes in justice for all.

That wasn’t an exercise in Justice, which Bragg launched against the Marine.

It was a political piece of lawfare, such as he’s been waging against President Trump.

Our legal system was never meant to be used for political lawfare against the political enemy of the political party holding power in Washington DC.

I believe that was one of the reasons why Trump received a mandate in the 2024 Presidential Election.

Americans are tired of seeing the Democrats use our Department of Justice as a bludgeon to beat down Donald J Trump and anybody else who dare to speak against them.

Just as their minions in the Legacy Media and the social media try to shout down average Americans, the Attorney General of the United States and all those under him tried to eliminate a threat to the Democrats’ power.

Just as Daniel Penny was trying to do the right thing and protect those people in that subway car from that psychopath, so is President Trump trying to protect us from our enemies domestically and abroad.

For some reason, there are those among us who have embraced evil and call it good and equitable.

The Bible said there were to be times like this.

I never thought that we would see these days, but I am glad that we have someone about to reenter the White House who will fight for average Americans who want to do the right thing like Daniel Penny did for those New Yorkers in that Subway car.

Where Are These Drones Coming From? Could It Be China?

“President-elect Donald Trump joined the conversation on the ongoing sightings of mysterious unidentified drones and called for the government to “shoot them down.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump questioned if the drone sightings could be “happening without” the government’s knowledge and added that the government should provide the public with answers.

“Mystery Drone sightings all over the Country,” Trump wrote in his post. “Can this really be happening without our government’s knowledge. I don’t think so! Let the public know, and now. Otherwise, shoot them down!!! DJT.”

Trump’s post comes as people have reportedly seen unidentified drones in the sky in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Maryland, among other states.

Lawmakers such as New Jersey state Sen. Jon Bramnick (R), Rep. Thomas Kean Jr. (R-NJ), and former Gov. Larry Hogan (R-MD) have called for the government to take action on the alleged drone sightings.

In a joint statement from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), both agencies stated they have “no evidence at this time that the reported drone sightings pose a national security or public safety threat or have a foreign nexus.” (Courtesy Breitbart.com)

I disagree.

I believe that, just like the “Weather Balloon ” that Biden refused to shoot down until it gathered information about our military bases, these drones could very well belong to China.

Are you beginning to get the picture?

China has been engaged in clandestine operations for decades to bring down the United States of America by any means necessary.

They have infiltrated our colleges and universities while at the same time “stealing ” our brightest minds to help develop their own technology.

They have been buying land around our military bases while at the same time buying up our farmland.

Now, thanks to the outgoing (Praise God) President of the United States of America, whom they bought, along with his brother James and son Hunter, they can fly drones all over our Sovereign Nation directly over key Air Force Bases and Missile Installations, transmitting data directly back to Xi and the Chinese Government.

When asked about the National Decurity threat that the drones represent, feckless DHS Secretary Mayorkas claimed that they do not have the authority to shoot these drones down.

Yes, they do.

Returning President Donald J Trump said, “Shoot ’em down!”

Countdown to Inauguration Day: Trump at Notre Dame Cathedral, Assad Falls in Syria, Biden Gives Another Billion to Ukraine

Yesterday was the grand reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France.

The 861-year old Cathedral was almost completely destroyed in a fire in 2019 supposedly caused by the cigarette of a worke in the middle of a restoration project.

The rebuilding of the cathedral took 2,000 people 5 years to complete

It was attended by several world leaders, including United States President-elect Donald J Trump.

Attending as an unelected representative of the United States of America was Jill Biden.

The absence of both America’s current President and Vice-President was not surprising but still pathetic.

President Trump was greeted by several world leaders including Ukrainian President Zelensky and Prince William of the United Kingdom.

After the ceremony, Trump met with Prince William at the United Kingdom Embassy.

Meanwhile, the Assad regime in Syria was falling. It was a dictatorship handed down from father to son in which the Syrian people were gassed by their own leadership, bringing then-President Trump to launch missiles in Syria to stop the madness.

President-elect Trump wrote that the United States should not get involved in this, and he was right.

Meanwhile, current President Joe Biden, through his Department of Defense, announced that America had just given another billion dollars to the ongoing Russia/Ukraine conflict, which will fund missiles and Weapons Systems that will escalate the conflict.

Do you want to know why Trump received such a warm reception by world leaders in Paris yesterday?

It’s because those world leaders are relieved that he is returning to the presidency.

The world is in desperate need of a strong America, and the last 4 years have been a nightmare for these world leaders, just as they have been a nightmare for us.

The 16 billion dollars that Biden gave to Ukraine could have been and should have been used to get American citizens affected by the hurricanes out of tents and back into warm homes.

Because of the feckless Biden Administration, the Middle East has become a tinderbox and has become more unstable than ever before.

The funders of Radical Islamic terrorism, like the Mad Mullahs of Irans, who Biden gave $16 billion dollars back to, have been acting with impunity, terrorizing not just the Middle East but the entire world.

The phrase “Peace Through Strength” is not just a snappy slogan. It is a fact.

Trump’s promise to put America first and to keep us out of unnecessary wars is part of what got him reelected as President of the United States of America.

Those world leaders who greeted him with open arms yesterday understand that.

They also understand that a strong America is in their best interest

A weak America invites World Chaos.

A strong America invites World Peace.

Countdown to Inauguration Day: Optimism, Anticipation, and a Miserable Washington Swamp

While watching clips from Fox Nation’s Patriot Awards, it struck me that Americans are actually becoming optimistic again.

After 4 years of failed leadership, the emphasizing of weakness instead of strength, and, quite frankly, perversion, instead of the things which made America the greatest country on the face of the Earth, Americans are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not, for a change, an oncoming train.

Americans across the country are doing the dance that President-elect Donald J Trump does to the song “YMCA”.

Meanwhile, when they’re not blaming Biden for the political tsunami, which reelected Trump, the Democrat Elites are running around proclaiming that the sky is falling like Henny Penny in the children’s story.

The Democrats seem particularly upset that Trump is already working to fulfill the promises that he’s made to the American people.

That is to be expected because the Democrat Elite and Biden’s handlers did nothing for the American people except to make everybody more miserable.

Speaking of miserable, these Democrats and certain Establishment Republican Warhawks seem intent on fighting against Pete Hegseth, Trump’s choice for Secretary of Defense.

The reason for that is because Pete is an outsider, a straight shooter who doesn’t hobknob with the Democrat Elite and their, shall we say, “fellow travelers.”

Pete is not a warhawk.

He is a warrior.

A lot of Americans have come to Pete’s defense and have spoken about his faith in Jesus Christ.

I’m pretty sure that fact has gone straight over the heads of the Democrat Elite.

They don’t understand salvation and being born again.

Encased in a self-imposed bubble of political power in Washington, DC, these professional politicians and bureaucrats remain oblivious to the things that matter to average Americans.

All of the Democrat Elite, Establishment Republicans, and Deep State Bureaucrats need to understand and accept the fact that Trump was given a mandate by the American voters.

It’s time for them to work for the American people and not against them.

It’s a little over a month before President Trump will be inaugurated again.

Americans can see the sun beginning to come up over the horizon.

That is the reason for the growing optimism.

It will be Morning in America again.
