The War For American Opinions …First TikTok, Now Bots

There is a whole lot more going on in the war to influence the opinions of Americans than just TikTok.

“National security experts are warning about China-linked efforts to use American artificial intelligence and social media platforms in attempts to shape U.S. debates over data centers, energy, and technology policy after X said it identified a bot farm of approximately 200,000 suspected inauthentic Chinese accounts.

X’s Global Government Affairs account announced Thursday  that the X Safety team “conducted an investigation into suspected Chinese inauthentic accounts involved in influence operations.”

“We identified a bot farm of approximately 200,000 accounts,” X said. “Within this farm, we found 200 accounts posting in a manner that could manipulate a legitimate debate about American AI and energy policy.”

According to X’s Global Government Affairs account said, “These posts contained claims that AI data centers are driving up household electricity prices and straining the grid.” The company added that other posts “included AI-generated cartoons that depicted data-center operators enriching themselves at the public’s expense.” (Courtesy Breitbart.com)

In our present society, Americans are being told how to think by professional politicians, pundits, influencers, and now, by bots created by our greatest enemy.

So, how are Americans supposed to figure out what is wrong and what is right, what is true and what is AI-generated?

I would say it comes down to Common Sense.

While there seems to be a great lack of it being exposed on social media, I would say that the majority of Americans deep down in their souls still have it.

They proved it in the 2024 presidential election when Americans decided that we just couldn’t continue in the direction we were going.

However, this massive effort by the Chinese does cause great concern.

Especially, now that the Democrat Elite, at least some of them, are so power hungry that they are supporting self-proclaimed communists running for political office.

Don’t doubt for a minute that the Chinese would not love to see our country taken down from within.

I’m not exaggerating things.

We have had a past generation of Americans propagandized and literally brainwashed into thinking that somehow, the greatest country on the face of the Earth, is bad and replacing our Constitutional Republic with a totalitarian Marxist government would be the greatest thing since sliced bread.

The problem with that is the fact that if a Marxist totalitarian government were to assume power, Working Class Americans would no longer be able to buy a slice of bread.

Go ask somebody in the former Soviet Union.

So, yeah. Our enemies are trying to influence our opinions.

My hope Is that there are still enough Americans left with the Spirit of discernment that the Bible refers to.

If a politician, an influencer, or a spokesperson tells you something that is too good to be true or tells you something that is against everything our country stands for is right and just, take a moment and think about it for yourself.

Until He Comes,

KJ
