Here’s your quick thought for this Saturday morning.

“A significant number of House Democrats voted “no” on declaring the Islamic Republic of Iran a “state sponsor of terrorism”.”

“Sponsored by Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), the resolution passed the U.S. House on Thursday by a 372-53 vote. Two Democrats voted present. While squad members like Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) were expected to vote “no,” a full 53 proved somewhat surprising.”

Actually, if you look at the direction that the Democratic Party has taken since their nomination of Barack Hussein Obama as their presidential candidate, it is not surprising at all.

Barack Hussein Obama, with his Radical Islamic ties, was the most divisive president that the United States has ever had. Do you remember when he gave his address to the Muslim World on June 4th, 2009?

Since that day, the Democratic Party has politically traveled farther and farther to the Left of the Political Spectrum until now they have fallen off that Spectrum into Bizarro World.

As they traveled to the Left, the Democrats decided that being a Patriotic American and embracing traditional American faith and values was somehow wrong and that paying off our enemies in order to buy their friendship was a brilliant strategy.

Instead, this turned out to be the worst political strategy since England’s Neville Chamberlain tried to be friends with the Nazis. It made America the laughing stock of the entire world and a footstool for all those who would take advantage of us.

Look at all the garbage that happened during Joe Biden’s presidency. You had political activists pouring over the open Southern Border along with Lord knows who else.

You had Radical Islamists infiltrating college campuses and convincing the faculty and the students that Hamas were heroes and the Israelis were evil.

And while all this was happening, you had anti-Semitic Radical Islamists Ilhan Omar and Rasheed Tlaib somehow get elected to Congress as a result of the out-of-control immigration policies of the Democrats.

This combination of the embracing of evil as good and radical totalitarianism as a preferred form of government by the Democrat Elite (aka “The Smartest People in the Room”) makes the vote of these 53 members of the House of Representatives not surprising at all.

Offensive and anti-American …but, hardly surprising.
