Former Vice President Joe Biden said Friday he is “embarrassed” for his former Senate colleague Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., over his request for documents pertaining to Hunter Biden and Ukraine.

Biden also criticized President Trump during an interview with CNN’s Don Lemon, claiming Graham cannot break with the president for fear of losing his Senate seat in 2020.

Lemon told Biden that Graham once called him the “nicest person” and recalled how the two worked together for many years.

After a pause, Biden turned to Lemon and said, “They’re asking Lindsey Graham. They have him under their thumb right now. They know he knows if he comes out against Trump he’s got a real tough road for reelection.”

On Thursday, Graham — the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee — sent a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo requesting the release of any documents related to contacts between Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

Graham’s letter, which was released as the final day of public hearings in the House impeachment inquiry into Trump wrapped up, asked Pompeo to release a series of documents and transcripts of conversations in 2016 between Biden and Poroshenko in relation to an investigation into the Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma Holdings.

Burisma – specifically, Hunter Biden’s role on the company’s board of directors – has become one of the main talking points from Trump and the Republicans amid the impeachment inquiry into the president.

In his interview with CNN, Biden said he is “quite frankly… angered” by Graham’s move.

“He knows me. He knows my son. He knows there’s nothing to this,” the former Delaware senator said.

He claimed Trump is “essentially holding power over him [Graham] that even the Ukrainians wouldn’t yield to.”

“Lindsey is about to go down in a way that I think he’s going to regret his whole life,” he said, going on to address Graham directly: “Lindsey… I’m just embarrassed by what you’re doing — for you — I mean, my Lord.”

Rudy Giuliani, the president’s lawyer, tweeted Friday that Biden’s remarks constituted “a threat to a US Senator.”

“This is getting to be more and more like my old mafia cases,” Giuliani added. “They sure do sound like crooks.”

Earlier this year, former South Carolina Democratic Party Chairman Jaime Harrison announced he would challenge the three-term Graham in the 2020 election.

Prior to his election to the U.S. Senate, Graham served as a U.S. congressman from upstate South Carolina and played a key role as “manager” during the House of Representatives’ Clinton impeachment investigation.

This was not the first time this past week that Sleepy Joe had sounded like a Mafioso.

Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden tangled with a Fox News reporter on Thursday when the former vice president was asked about a recent report and court filing saying that his son Hunter is the biological father of a baby whose mother he initially denied having sex with.

“I’m wondering if you have a comment on this report, and court filing, out of Arkansas that your son Hunter just made you a grandfather again,” Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked.

“No, that’s a private matter and I have no comment,” Biden fired back before attacking the reporter.

“Only you would ask that,” Biden said. “You’re a good man. You’re a good man. Classy.”

Back during the 8-year nightmare that was the Obama Presidency, everyone used to joke about “Crazy Uncle Joe” Biden being handcuffed to a chair in the bunker under the White House with duct tape over his mouth to keep him from saying stupid things that would further damage the Obama Presidency (if such a thing was actually possible…Obama did that all by himself).

That fact that his handlers decided to restrict his appearances early on in the Primary campaign is a signal as to just how bad a shape Sleepy Joe is in, mentally and physically.

With Biden’s deteriorating condition clearly visible for the American voting public to see for themselves, the Democratic Party Hierarchy at one time started pushing Kamala Harris again.

There was one problem with that: she’s not electable, either. She is a morally and ethically challenged individual who slept her way into politics.

With crazy old socialist Bernie Sanders already marginalized, that left “Pocahontas” herself, Elizabeth Warren, who was even more of a “regional” candidate than Sleepy Joe is.

And now, she has begun to fizzle out.

The ego-driven arrogance of the Far Left Democratic Party, which ran wild during the Obama Presidency, has come back to bite them in the butt.

Average Americans can see right through Joe Biden, just as they did the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton.

They want nothing else to do with ANYONE associated with the Obama Administration or anyone who wants to take us back to the failed foreign and domestic policies of those 8 long nightmarish years.

As unorganized, unappealing, and unapologetically didactic as today’s Democratic Party is, average Americans will not be able to warm up to any candidate that they run for President in the 2020 Election.

The Democratic Party has embraced and now champions a different set of values than average Americans do, as exhibited during Adam Schiff’s Soviet-style Tribunal otherwise known as the Impeachment Inquiry Hearings.

And, whether they impeach President Trump or merely censure him. or whether they run poor ol’ Joe or one of the Primary Candidates from the Far Left, they are going to get their clocks cleaned by President Trump in the 2020 Election because Americans vote with their wallets.

And, electing a socialist would empty them.
