Mueller May Subpoena Trump in Attempt to Indict on “Obstruction of Justice”

In a tense meeting in early March with the special counsel, President Donald Trump’s lawyers insisted he had no obligation to talk with federal investigators probing Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential campaign.

But Special Counsel Robert Mueller responded that he had another option if Trump declined: He could issue a subpoena for the president to appear before a grand jury, according to four people familiar with the encounter.

Mueller’s warning – the first time he is known to have mentioned a possible subpoena to Trump’s legal team – spurred a sharp retort from John Dowd, then the president’s lead lawyer.

“This isn’t some game,” Dowd said, according to two people with knowledge of his comments. “You are screwing with the work of the president of the United States.”

The flare-up set in motion weeks of turmoil among Trump’s attorneys as they debated how to deal with the special counsel’s request for an interview, a dispute that ultimately led to Dowd’s resignation.

In the wake of the testy March 5 meeting, Mueller’s team agreed to provide the president’s lawyers with more specific information about the subjects that prosecutors wished to discuss with the president. With those details in hand, Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow compiled a list of 49 questions that the team believed the president would be asked, according to three of the four people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk publicly. The New York Times first reported the existence of the list.

The questions focus on events during the Trump campaign, transition and presidency that have long known to be under scrutiny, including the president’s reasons for firing then-FBI Director James Comey and the pressure he put on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to resign.

Now Trump’s newly reconfigured legal team is pondering how to address the special counsel’s queries, all while assessing the potential evidence of obstruction that Mueller might present and contending with a client who has grown increasingly opposed to sitting down with the special counsel.

Mueller is desperately attempting to find something, ANYTHING to will allow him to indict the President of the United States of America on Obstruction of Justice.

There is just one problem with that. Congresa has to be the ones to do it. And, according to Harvard Law Professor Emeritus (and Liberal) Alan Dershowitz, who said in an interview with Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on December 3, 2017…

I think if Congress ever were to charge him with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional authority under Article II, we’d have a constitutional crisis. You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional power to fire [former FBI Director] James Comey and his Constitutional authority to tell the Justice Department who to investigate, who not to investigate. That’s what Thomas Jefferson did, that’s what Lincoln did, that’s what Roosevelt did.

We have precedents that clearly establish that. When George Bush, the first, pardoned Casper Weinberger in order to end the investigation that would have led to him, nobody suggested obstruction of justice. For obstruction of justice by the president, you need clearly illegal acts. With Nixon, hush money paid. Telling people to lie. Destroying evidence.

Even with Clinton they said that he tried to influence potential witnesses not to tell the truth. But there’s never been a case in history where a president has been charged with obstruction of justice for merely exercising his constitutional authority. That would cause a constitutional crisis in the United States, and I hope Mueller doesn’t do that and Senator Feinstein simply doesn’t know what she’s talking about. When she says it’s obstruction of justice, to do what a president is completely authorized to do under the constitution.

Back on April 4th, I posted an article about Mueller telling the President in March that he was NOT a target in the Russian Collusion Probe.

Now, the news is that Mueller wants to subpoena the President of the United States of America.

So, which is it?

Here’s the thing, gentle readers…

I have written from the get-go that this is all just a Dog and Pony Show designed to distract the President from fulfilling his Campaign Promises, along with being a Democratic Party Gambit that somehow, someway, even with it being completely unfounded, it could possible drive Trump from office.

Now, with the news coming out that the House Investigative Committee has found no evidence of collusion on the part of the 45th President of the United States to somehow “fix” the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election, Obstruction of Justice is the only chance for indicting Trump that Mueller has left.

However, again, there is no “there” there, as Professor Dershowitz pointed out. And, as the President has been reminding the country, the true collusion happened between Hillary Clinton and the Russian Government while she was the Secretary of State in the Obama Administration.

In an event now known as the “Uranium One Scandal”, Obama and Clinton gave one-fifth of America’s uranium supply to Russia.

Mueller is very familiar with that fact, because he acted as a “mule” during the transference of the uranium.

Rudy Giuliani, who is now a member of Trump’s Legal Team, has praised Mueller for being a professional, whom he plans to reason with in an attempt to bring this Dog and Pony Show to an end.

Good luck with that.

Mueller is acting as the center in the Democratic Offensive Line in a political game of football.

His mission is to keep President Trump from reaching the end zone, thus winning the game by making good on his Campaign Promises and securing re-election.

It is time for Mueller and his Defensive Squad to go sit on the sidelines.

With Trump’s popularity steadily rising, it is quite evident that the Democrats and their Defensive Center Mueller have already lost the game.

Rudy Giuliani Joins Trump’s Legal Team…Why Now?

The Daily Beast reports that

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is joining President Donald Trump’s personal legal team to help with Special Counsel Bob Mueller’s probe into potential Russian meddling in the 2016 election, The Washington Post reported on Thursday.

News that the two had been discussing a role was first reported by The Daily Beast earlier in the day.

Though talks had been ongoing, a formal announcement was delayed by a slew of foreign policy matters that took over much of the president’s time and agenda. A source familiar with the arrangement said that Trump had been preoccupied by North Korea and Syria, which limited his availability to speak with potential new members of his legal team.

Giuliani told the Post that he was joining the team “because I hope we can negotiate an end to this for the good of the country and because I have high regard for the president and for Bob Mueller.”

In a statement, the president said: “Rudy is great. He has been my friend for a long time and wants to get this matter quickly resolved for the good of the country.”

And Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow added: “I have had the privilege of working with Mayor Giuliani for many years, and we welcome his expertise. Mayor Giuliani expressed his deep appreciation to the President for allowing him to assist in this important matter.” Sekulow additionally announced the hiring of Jane Serene Raskin and Marty Raskin, both former federal prosecutors, to join the president’s legal team.

This is very welcome news.

Many Americans, including myself, wanted Giuliani to be Trump’s Attorney General or Homeland Security Director.

The reason being, Rudy Giuliani is a very capable man, as he proved as the Mayor of New York City on the horrific day of September 11, 2001.

So, why now?

Why is the President pushing hard to end the Dog and Pony Show known as the “Russian Probe”?

Probably because he feels like Mueller will be receptive to overtures to fold up his tent and go home.

It came out yesterday that the Inspector General’s Report which everyone has been waiting on will come out on May 8th.

If that report truly does contain all the information about the shenanigans going on during the Obama Administration involving Obama, Hillary, the FBI, and the rest of the Deep State, Mueller had better wrap things up post hate, since he was the mule who facilitated the sale of one-fifth of our nation’s Uranium Supply to the Russians.

His friends in the FBI already have problems of their own, with McCabe being referred to the DOJ for prosecution and Comey throwing him under the bus while on his tour to promote his book which isn’t selling.

Meanwhile, 15 pages of Comey’s infamous memos, which he took while having confidential meetings with President Trump, were released yesterday. In one of them

Comey wrote that Trump told him directly, “I need loyalty.””I replied that he would always get honesty from me,” said Comey. “[Trump] paused and said that’s what he wants, ‘honest loyalty.’ I replied, ‘you will get that from me.'”

“It is possible we understood that phrase differently,”

Gee, DiNozzo. Ya think?

I have been writing for months that the Trump Russian Collusion Fairy tale is actually a False Flag Operation designed by the Democratic Party Hierarchy, their Propaganda Arm, the Main Street Media, and their operatives on Capitol Hill and within the Trump Administration itself, to keep the nation’s attention diverted to the Trump/Russia Lie, when in reality the Uranium One Treasonous Operation by Hillary Clinton WAS AND REMAINS THE STORY.

However, I was wrong. Uranium One is just a PART of the story.

The Machiavellian Machinations of the Obama Administration in their attempt to prevent Donald J. Trump from becoming our 45th President is a spider’s web of intrigue and dirty tricks resembling a Tom Clancy Novel on steroids.

With the addition of Rudy Giuliani to Trump’s legal team, perhaps we can put an end to the investigating of a fairy tale and begin a full and righteous investigation of the treasonous activities of an out-of-control Presidential Administration and their Deep State Operatives who sought to retain the power of the Presidency for the Democratic Party and thereby maintain the Washingtonian Status Quo by any means necessary.

McConnell Stops Bill Designed to Protect Mueller’s Job

The Associated Press reports that

WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Tuesday thwarted a bipartisan effort to protect special counsel Robert Mueller’s job, saying he will not hold a floor vote on the legislation even if it is approved next week in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

McConnell said the bill is unnecessary because President Donald Trump will not fire Mueller.

“We’ll not be having this on the floor of the Senate,” McConnell said on Fox News.

His comments came amid widespread opposition to the bill among members of his caucus, with several GOP senators saying the bill is unconstitutional. Others said it’s simply not good politics to try and tell Trump what to do, likening the legislation to “poking the bear.”

The bipartisan legislation was introduced last week as Trump publicly criticized Mueller, who is investigating potential ties between Russia and Trump’s 2016 campaign as well as possible obstruction of justice by the president. Trump, fuming about a raid of his personal lawyer’s office by a different division of the FBI, said last week that the Mueller investigation is “an attack on our country” and is “corrupt.”

Trump has also privately pondered firing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing Mueller’s investigation.

Within a day of Trump’s criticism, Republicans Thom Tillis of North Carolina and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina combined two bills they introduced last summer to protect special counsels. They introduced the new bill along with Democratic Sens. Chris Coons of Delaware and Cory Booker of New Jersey, and Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, a Republican, announced that his committee would vote on the bill.

The legislation would give any special counsel a 10-day window to seek expedited judicial review of a firing, and would put into law existing Justice Department regulations that require a firing to be for “good cause.”

Democrats immediately jumped on the legislation, but many Republicans have been cool to it.

Well, gosh.

While it is refreshing to see Sen. McConnell act like a Republican Leader for a change, one has to wonder why he is acting as if he has grown a spine overnight.

Well, gentle readers, I have a couple of ideas about that…(I know. You’re shocked.)

  1. Per RasmussenReports.com, President Trump’s job approval poll numbers continue to hover right around the 50% mark, give or take a point either way. All of the Democratic Party Shenanigans, including the Mueller Prove and the Stormy Daniels Timely Distraction, are not swaying the opinion of those Americans who elected Donald J. Trump to be the 45th President of the United States of America.
  2. The House and Senate are going to have their hands full with another matter in about a month. And, Mueller is going to have his own troubles to worry about.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz expects his wide-ranging report on the FBI and DOJ’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe to be finished next month and has been asked to testify before the House oversight committee on May 8, according to letters reviewed by Fox News.

Now, the Democratic Elite and the Vichy Republicans would not mind if the Mueller Probe went on for all four years of Trump’s First Term.

Trump’s mission, given to him by average Americans, is to drain the swamp of those whose sole mission is to serve themselves by lining their pocketbooks at the expense of the American voter.

Trump, the Billionaire Outsider, is not even taking a Presidential Salary. Instead, every quarter he gives that salary to a worthy charity.

Most of the Professional Politicians sent to DC by voters in the past have gone up there rich and come back home richer.

And, McConnell and the rest know that they have to keep in the good graces of their constituencies to keep getting richer.

As I have written in the past, all of these political strategies being utilized against President Trump have been put in place to slow him down, neutralize him, or even get him out of office, so that he cannot keep his campaign promise to the American people to “Make America Great Again”.

The sad truth of the matter is that the Democratic Party want to keep Americans struggling and divided, as Former President Barack Hussein Obama did.

It is more profitable for the future of their politicians and the popularity of their political philosophy, just as it was for the Politboro in the Soviet Union.

The Democrats, Political Pundits, and the Main Stream Media are still in shock that Hillary Clinton is not the President of the United States of America.

Their quest to regain power by getting rid of President Trump has blinded them to the fact that the American People have to actually vote for them in the Midterm Elections in order for them to regain power in Washington, DC.

That will never happen the way that they appear to the American People right now.

All the Democrats stand for as a party is being opposed to everything that Trump is trying to accomplish while telling Americans that we need to turn over our guns and to put down our Bibles because we are being “divisive” by practicing the “Faith of Our Fathers”.

And, the Democrats still can’t figure out why average Americans are not buying their B.S.

Trump’s Lawyers Ask Judge to Block Feds From Reviewing Cohen “Privileged Communications”

Lawyers for President Trump wrote a federal judge on Sunday asking her to halt federal prosecutors from reviewing documents seized in Michael Cohen’s office and home, arguing that the Department of Justice cannot fairly evaluate the materials.

A trio of lawyers for the president wrote to Judge Kimba Wood in the Southern District of New York to request Trump and Cohen be allowed to identify privileged communications prior to a fuller review.

Trump’s lawyers – Joanna Hendon, Christopher Dysard and Reed Keefe – wrote that potentially privileged information was seized during the raid. They argue that Trump should be able to review those documents before a taint team made up of federal agents and prosecutors to ensure his right to attorney-client privilege.

“The President, the public, and the government have a vital interest in ensuring the integrity of the privilege review process, and the taint team procedure is plainly inadequate to the task,” the lawyers wrote, according to a copy of the letter published by Talking Points Memo. “There is, as well, cause for concern that a taint team could not evaluate Mr. Cohen’s files (and, in particular, those relating to the president) fairly,” they continued, arguing that prosecutors would be disinclined to see certain communications as privileged.

Trump has criticized his own Justice Department on multiple occasions, focusing on Attorney General Jeff Sessions and special counsel Robert Mueller in particular.

Cohen, who has worked as Trump’s lawyer for years, had his office and hotel room raided last week. He is reportedly under investigation for bank fraud and campaign finance law violations.

Federal agents reportedly seized bank records, communications between Cohen and Trump, and documents related to related to payments to two women who alleged they had an affair with the president more than a decade ago.

Prosecutors in Manhattan obtained the search warrants for the raid “in part” based on a referral from special counsel Robert Mueller’s office, which prompted President Trump to launch a series of attacks on Mueller and his investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

So, would someone, anyone, please tell this ol’ cracka what in the name of Dow Jones and all his little averages does a “Get Lost!” Payment made to a gold-digging you-know-what by a private citizen’s lawyer have to do with any sort of covert or nefarious actions taken by Trump or his Campaign Staff long after that payment was made?

And, what the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks does an “affair” which has yet to be proven have to do with a fairly elected United States President’s ability to do his job?

As I have written before, this entire Stormy Daniels kerfluffle is the height of irony.

Those who wish to dispose of President Trump through impeachment or any means necessary expect America to make some sort of noble heroine out of a woman who for years has made a living on her back.

This is the same bunch who thought that Hillary would win in a landslide.

Per Breitbart.com,

Despite weeks and weeks of media hype about porn star Stormy Daniels, not only has President Trump’s job approval rating jumped in the latest Quinnipiac poll, but only 23 percent of Americans believe the alleged affair is an important issue. A massive majority of 73 percent say it is not.
Even 51 percent of Democrats agree it is not an important issue, along with 79 percent of Independents. Moreover, there is also no notable gender gap on the question.

In worse news for the media, although Trump denies the affair, by a margin of 58 – 14 percent they do not believe him but they still do not care.

By a margin of 59 – 24 percent, people also believe Trump knew about the $130,000 payoff to silence Daniels (Trump denies being told about it). But by a margin of 59 – 38  percent, they say Trump’s possible knowledge of the payoff is not an important issue — this includes 63 percent of Independents. And again there is no notable gender gap on the question.

Quinnipiac sums up the Stormy findings this way, “Yes he did it. No we don’t care. A big yawn from voters on Stormy Daniels, President Trump and the payoff.”

I will take Breitbart’s analysis a step further.

This poll means that not only do the overwhelming majority of Americans not care, they do not buy what the Democrats and their Vanguard, the Main Stream Media, are selling.

You want to know why, gentle readers?

The old adage remains true:

Americans vote with their pocketbooks.

“It’s the Economy, stupid!”

Taxes have been cut. Americans are seeing more of their hard-eared money on their paychecks. And, more Americans are actually receiving paychecks.

So, go ahead Deep State Operatives.

Try to somehow link a two-bit …err…woman of ill repute, a private citizen’s lawyer (Trump WAS a private citizen at the time), and a Russia Collusion Case based on a discredited Dossier compiled by people of questionable character.

That dog wouldn’t hunt even if you waved a stained blue dress in front of it.

The majority of Americans will laugh at you and count their extra money.

And, all the Democrats will see out of it will be a backlash at the polls this November in the Mid-Term Elections.

Senate Reps Want Trump to Keep Mueller…What Will He Do?

Evidently, the Senate’s Republican Leadership disagrees with Former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino.

According to ChicagoTribune.com,

Senate Republican leaders sharply warned President Donald Trump not to fire Robert Mueller III on Tuesday – but they once again stopped short of embracing legislation to protect the special counsel. Their reluctance to take more forceful action came as Democratic leaders voiced new urgency to shield Mueller a day after Trump said he had been encouraged by some to dismiss the special counsel. At least one rank-and-file Republican endorsed moving forward soon with a bill to protect him.

But Senate GOP leaders were not budging from their position against taking preventive action, underscoring the downside they have long seen in being too confrontational against the leader of their party. Even at moments of great uncertainty about what Trump will do next, congressional Republican leaders have opted not to further agitate him.

“I haven’t seen clear indication yet that we needed to pass something to keep him from being removed, because I don’t think that’s going to happen,” said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. McConnell did not elaborate on why he believed that.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, his top deputy, said he also didn’t believe Mueller would be removed. Asked why, he replied, “I think the consequences of doing so are some that not even the president can anticipate. And I think it would be a mistake.”

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, issued Trump a sharper warning. He said on Fox Business Network it would be “suicide for the president to want, to talk about firing Mueller.” Grassley said the less the president said about it, “the better off he would be, the stronger his presidency would be.”

Grassley has refused to consider a pair of bills released last year to protect the special counsel before they were merged into one. A combined bill that a bipartisan group of senators have been working on would institute a 10-day delay before any order from a top Justice Department official to fire a special counsel could take effect, according to a congressional aide with knowledge of the legislation.

The ousted special counsel would have those 10 days to appeal the decision to a three-judge panel before their termination is complete. The bill would also require all staff and documents be preserved during that window.

Why shouldn’t the President of the United States of America fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his “investigative” cadre of Democratic Donors?

Well, as per usual, the Godfather of Conservative Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, has an opinion on that…

The worst thing Trump could do is start firing people. That’s what he’s being goaded into doing. Many of you think that’s what Trump should do. Many of you think this is the just and proper thing. But this is more than just and proper right now. This is about survival. And Trump and his people and by extension those of you who voted for Trump are up against people who aren’t playing by any rules. There’s no reason you should, either, then. There aren’t any rules governing what’s happening here. They’re violating rules. The first rule violated was the appointment of Mueller! He should never have been appointed, and when he was, he wasn’t given a specific crime to pursue, unlimited budget, no boundaries on where he could go. By the way, that’s the interesting thing here. On this whole raid of Trump’s lawyer’s office, Mueller didn’t do this. Very wisely.

What Mueller did was refer this to the U.S. attorney’s office for the famous now SDNY, Southern District of New York Manhattan. That is the mother court. In the DOJ the Southern District of Manhattan is the court. The district for Washington is number two. This is the court.

So Mueller refers what they think they found with Cohen. By the way, let’s review what they think they have with Cohen. The charge here bank fraud campaign contribution, Washington Post, the FBI was looking for evidence of bank fraud and illegal campaign contributions. That’s what all of this, according to the Washington Post, is about, and their headline: “Michael Cohen is in Serious Legal Jeopardy.”

The bank fraud is supposed to be the $130,000 loan that Cohen took out to pay the porn star, Stormy Daniels, whom Trump had a meeting with, whatever happened at it, one time 12 years ago. I didn’t know it was against the law to take out a loan to pay somebody for a nondisclosure agreement, but they’re saying that it was an illegal campaign contribution.

Cohen’s payment, illegal campaign contribution. The reason is he was paying her to shut up a couple of weeks before the election. And that we’re told is the equivalent of a campaign contribution, and it’s way in excess of the individual limit. Can you imagine the unreported contributions in the Clinton years alone? You want to talk about illegal campaign donations, Hillary Clinton was selling her presidency all over the world via the Clinton Crime Family Foundation which shut down after she lost.

There was no more reason to keep it open because there was no more reason to give the Clintons any money! And it was never once looked at.

But, that’s different. It’s always different when Democrats do it.

Besides, quite frankly, the GOP Elite do not care if President Trump gets impeached or not.

Hillary would not be successor, not matter how long the Liberal National Temper Tantrum lasts.

Vice-President Mike Pence would become President, which the Republican Establishment would not mind at all.

You see, gentle readers, they way the feel about the matter is that good ol’ Mike Pence is a Professional Politician, just like they are.

Therefore, they feel like he would be “easier” to get along with”, i.e. more malleable.

The problem with their assumption is the fact that Mike Pence is a very good man, who relies on his Christian Faith to guide him.

Meanwhile, their intended prey, President Donald J. Trump, had dinner last night with Harvard Law Professor Emeritus, the renowned Alan Dershowitz, who said Tuesday that the raid on Michael Cohen’s office was unconstitutional.

“Remember who comprises the firewall and taint teams [the investigate teams dealing with the raid]. It’s ‘other FBI agents, prosecutors and government officials who have no right under the Fourth and Sixth Amendments, even to see private or confidential materials, regardless whether it is ever used against a defendant.”

So, now, everyone is wondering exactly what President Trump is going to do about this abuse of power by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the Deep State-riddled FBI.

Hopefully, he will come up with a strategy which will effectively squash this coup by the Democrats.

Because if they get their way and somehow remove Trump from office, thereby negating the votes of average Americans in 30 states in America’s Heartland, it will threaten to split America apart at the seams.

Which, just like the Marxists in other countries before them, is probably exactly what those who are carrying out and supporting this Deep State Coup want.

FBI Raids Trump’s Attorney’s Office…Are We in the Middle of a Coup?

On the evening of April 14, 1865, John Wilkes Booth, a famous actor and Confederate sympathizer, assassinated President Abraham Lincoln at Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C. The attack came only five days after Confederate General Robert E. Lee surrendered his massive army at Appomattox Court House, Virginia, effectively ending the American Civil War.

…He and his co-conspirators believed the simultaneous assassination of Lincoln, Vice President Andrew Johnson and Secretary of State William H. Seward–the president and two of his possible successors–would throw the U.S. government into disarray.

The Lincolns arrived late for the comedy, but the president was reportedly in a fine mood and laughed heartily during the production. Lincoln occupied a private box above the stage with his wife Mary Todd Lincoln, a young army officer named Henry Rathbone and Rathbone’s fiancé, Clara Harris, the daughter of New York Senator Ira Harris.

While no assassination attempt has been tried against our current President, Donald J. Trump, I believe that America is witnessing a full-blown coup in progress.

President Trump reacted angrily Monday to news that federal agents had raided the office and home of his personal attorney, Michael Cohen — calling the action “disgraceful” and describing special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation as “an attack on our country.”

Before a White House meeting with top military advisers, Trump took several minutes to blast the raid and the Mueller probe.

“It’s a disgraceful situation. It’s a total witch hunt,” said Trump, who claimed that he had “given over a million pages in documents to the special counsel. They continue to just go forward … and I have this witch hunt constantly going on for over 12 months now. Actually it’s much more than that. You could say right after I won the [2016 Republican] nomination it started.”

Trump also accused Mueller’s investigators of being “the most biased group of people [with] the biggest conflicts of interest” and said Attorney General Jeff Sessions “made a terrible mistake for the country” when he recused himself from overseeing the Russia investigation last year.

A source close to the White House told Fox News’ John Roberts that the raid showed that the Mueller investigation “is out of control” and was a “demonstration of bad faith” on the part of the special counsel.

“What in the name of God is Mueller doing?” the source told Roberts. “He wants to take down the President.”

Cohen’s attorney, Stephen Ryan, said Monday’s raid was conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s office in Manhattan and was based at least partly on a referral from Mueller.

“The decision by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New York to conduct their investigation using search warrants is completely inappropriate and unnecessary,” Ryan said in a statement. “It resulted in the unnecessary seizure of protected attorney client communications between a lawyer and his clients.”

A source close to the White House also agreed with Trump’s take on the alleged bias of Mueller investigators, saying that “the hiring of all those Clinton people for Mueller’s team was not an accident. It was done to bring down the president.”

Gentle readers, do you get the feeling that you are smack dab in the middle of a conspiracy at the higher levels of our government, designed to circumvent both the Constitution and the right of American Citizens to choose our President?

For a year now, we have been hearing how Special Counsel Mueller’s integrity is above reproach. I do not personally know the man, so I have no first-hand knowledge of whether it is or not.

However, is it just me…or does it appear to be a gross Conflict of Interest for the Special Counsel and several members of his staff, who are conducting an exhaustive, no boundaries investigation searching for possible malfeasance of the part of a sitting Republican President and his staff, to have been members of a Law Firm with a very long and lucrative history of heavy donations to the Democratic Party?

Say what? You didn’t know that 16 members of the Mueller Investigate Team are Democrat Party Donors and that Mueller and others worked for the huge, prestigious law firm of WilmerHale?

Well…

If you look at the Total Percentage of Political Contributions made by this Law Firm that Robert Mueller and several of his “investigators” worked for, you will notice that over the last 28 years, Wilmer Hale has donated approximately 8.5 million dollars to individual political candidates with 66% of those funds going to Democrats and only 31% going to Republicans.

Now. let’s get down to the number crunching….

Just for fun, let’s look at WilmerHale’s political donations for the 2016 Election Cycle. They gave $1,484,082 in total contributions. 76% of that total went to Democrats, including I am sure, a sizable chunk to the Presidential Campaign of Hillary Clinton. Only 21% of their Political Donations for the year of 2016 went to Republican Candidates.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was a partner at Hale and Dorr LLP, an affiliate of WilmerHale, from 1993-1995. In 1994, that Law Firm gave a Total of $64,525 in Political Donations to Individual Candidates. $40,550 went to Democrats. $23,975 went to Republicans. The percentages broke down to 63% and 37%, respectively.

Robert Mueller was hired at WilmerHale in March of 2014 and stayed there until he was appointed Special Counsel in May of 2017.

That means that he was a contributor through his Law Firm to two Election Cycles, the 2014 Midterm Elections and the 2016 Presidential Election.

Additionally, Mueller’s involvement in the Uranium One Democratic Collusion with Russia places him in another position of possible Conflict of Interest. Even if he is the man of integrity that all of the Washington Establishment claims him to be, the activities of the FBI Before, during, and after the Uranium One Deal and during the past ten months have been less than exemplary, to say the least.

Mueller’s history with the FBI, the WilmerHale Law Firm, and as a Washington Democratic Establishment Insider makes his motives suspicious to say the least.

The Interim Federal Attorney for the Southern District of New York, whom Mueller got to facilitate yesterday’s raid on the offices of Trump’s attorney, is Geoffrey Berman, who was appointed by AG Jeff Sessions last January.

Berman was the co-managing shareholder of the New Jersey office of the law firm of Greenberg Traurig when he was appointed.

Per OpenSecrets.org, Greenburg Traurig has donated $291,498 to Democrats and $138,739 to Republicans so far in the 2018 Election Cycle.

Do you see a pattern here, gentle readers?

You have Washington Insiders, Deep State Operatives if you will, working to overturn the will of the American People, as expressed in the Presidential Election held on November 8, 2016.

And a Washington Insider, seated as the Attorney General of the United States of America, recusing himself from the whole thing.

Mueller – Trump Not a “Criminal Target” in Russia Probe…Stay Vigilant, Mr. President

Special counsel Robert Mueller told President Trump’s attorneys last month that Mueller does not consider Trump to be a criminal target in his investigation of Russian actions during the 2016 campaign, The Washington Post reported Tuesday night.

The paper, citing “three people familiar with the discussions,” reported that Mueller made the comments while negotiating with Trump’s attorneys about a potential interview with the president. The Post also reported — citing “two people with knowledge of the conversations” — that Mueller reiterated his need to interview Trump to determine whether the president intended to halt the Russia investigation while in office.

According to the Post, Trump has “privately expressed relief” at Mueller’s description of his legal status, but some advisers have warned that the special counsel may be baiting the president into letting his guard down for any interview.

Mueller also has said he needs to interview Trump in order to complete a report he will present to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing the investigation and who could decide to make Mueller’s report public.

The report added that John Dowd resigned from Trump’s legal team last month after the president ignored Dowd’s advice to decline Mueller’s request for an interview.

According to the Post, Trump’s other attorneys — Ty Cobb and Jay Sekulow — have told the president that refusing to sit down with Mueller would create an awkward situation since the president has repeatedly described the Russian investigation as a “witch hunt.”

Here’s the problem with this new revelation…

I believe that the Trump Russian Collusion Fairy Tale was actually a False Flag Operation designed by the Democratic Party Hierarchy, their Propaganda Arm, the Main Street Media, and their operatives on Capitol Hill and within the Trump Administration itself, to keep the nation’s attention diverted to the Trump/Russia Lie, when in reality the Uranium One Treasonous Operation by Hillary Clinton WAS AND REMAINS THE STORY.

President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton gave the Russians ONE-FIFTH of our Sovereign Nations Uranium Supply.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush, whom he served under for 10 years.

When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years. During that time, he acted as a “mule” for Secretary of State Clinton, carrying a sample of the before-mentioned seized uranium BACK to Vladimir Putin via the Russian Embassy.

Mueller’s past, plus the fact that he recruited 16 lawyers who are Democratic Donors to fill out his “Investigative Staff” led me and others to throw up a red flag about this guy from the start of the “investigation”, believing that he is another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

Trump’s “Russiagate” is an invention of the Democratic Party in more ways than one. Not only was Hillary Clinton guilty of nefarious dealings with the Russians when she was Obama’s Secretary of State, she and her Campaign Staff attempted to work with the Russians in an attempt to sabotage the campaign of Donald J. Trump in order to overcome her own shortcomings and win the Presidency.

When that didn’t happen, she, along with the Democrat Elite, made up the version of “Russiagate” which the MSM and Liberal Political Activists (but, I repeat myself) have been bombarding skeptical Americans with for the first 15 months of the Presidency of Donald J. Trump.

There are several players involved in the Obama Administration who knew about Uranium One and they ALL need to be heard from, including Obama, Hillary, and Holder.

As I have written before, this whole massive misdirection play which I call the Trump-Russian Collusion Fairy Tale is to going to go down as one of the biggest “nothingburgers” in American History.

And, the Obama Administration will be known as the most corrupt Administration in American History, with Hillary Clinton being the most corrupt Secretary of State.

Obama will leave a legacy, alright. A legacy of corruption.

In conclusion, if I were President Trump, I would not trust Special Counsel Mueller any more than the owner of an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet would trust Rosie O’Donnell to only go back to the buffet line one time.

If he is determined to go answer Mueller’s questions, he had better be prepared to “keep on his toes” while sitting on his hindquarters.

Is Mueller Tainted By Working at a Law Firm Which Donated Heavily to the Democrats?

President Donald Trump on Sunday took out his frustrations over the intensifying Russia investigation by lashing out at special counsel Robert Mueller, signaling a possible shift away from a strategy of cooperating with a probe he believes is biased against him. In a series of weekend tweets naming Mueller for the first time, Trump criticized the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and raised fresh concerns about the objectivity and political leanings of the members of Mueller’s team.

Trump also challenged the honesty of Andrew McCabe, the newly fired FBI deputy director, and James Comey, the bureau’s former director whom Trump fired last year over the Russia probe.

The president’s aggressive stance followed a call Saturday by his personal lawyer for Rod Rosenstein, whom Trump appointed as deputy attorney general and who now oversees Mueller’s inquiry, to “bring an end” to that investigation.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee, which spent the past year conducting a parallel investigation, recently said they had drafted a report concluding no collusion or coordination between Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia. Committee Democrats vehemently disagreed.

“The Mueller probe should never have been started in that there was no collusion and there was no crime,” Trump tweeted Saturday. “It was based on fraudulent activities and a Fake Dossier paid for by Crooked Hillary and the DNC, and improperly used in FISA COURT for surveillance of my campaign. WITCH HUNT!” Trump was referring to a dossier of anti-Trump research funded by the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Likely adding to Trump’s growing frustration, The New York Times reported last week that Mueller had subpoenaed the Trump Organization and requested Russia-related documents. Trump had said Mueller would cross a red line with such a step.

“Why does the Mueller team have 13 hardened Democrats, some big Crooked Hillary supporters, and Zero Republicans?” Trump tweeted Sunday.

Some of Mueller’s investigators indeed have contributed to Democratic political candidates, but Justice Department policy and federal service law bar discrimination in the hiring of career positions on the basis of political affiliation.

Mueller is a Republican.

Uh huh. In name only.

Actually. months ago, it was reported that 16 members of Mueller’s Investigative Team were Democrat Donors. But, 13…16…what’s a few more of the opposition party in Mueller’s lynch mob, anyway?

Mueller and his cadre of Liberal SS Troops continue to undermine Trump through the continuance of their Dog and Pony Show, which they euphemistically called “an investigation”.

The more that Mueller and his troops insist that they are non-biased, the more information comes forth that they have been and still are holdovers from the Clinton Administration, working as Deep State Operatives to do unto Trump as Brutus did unto Caesar.

They are proving themselves to be nothing but Trump Haters with no actual evidence of any kind that President Trump “colluded” with the Russians.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team of investigators is looking into whether an adviser to the de facto leader of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has influenced White House policymaking.

The New York Times reported Saturday that Mueller’s team is looking into a Lebanese-American businessman and adviser to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan, the crown prince of the UAE.

That businessman, George Nader, visited the White House frequently last year, according to the Times. That investigators are examining Nader’s role in the White House’s policymaking and asking about efforts by the Emiratis to influence the Trump administration suggests that Mueller’s probe has broadened beyond Russia’s election meddling.

According to the Times, investigators have been asking witnesses about possible attempts by the Emiratis to buy influence in the White House by supporting President Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Really? The UAE bought somebody else’s ” influence” during the year before the 2016 Presidential Election…

On February 18, 2015, The Washington Post reported that

The Clinton Foundation has dropped its self-imposed ban on collecting funds from foreign governments and is winning contributions at an accelerating rate, raising ethical questions as Hillary Clinton ramps up her expected bid for the presidency.

Recent donors include the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Australia, Germany and a Canadian government agency promoting the Keystone XL pipeline. . . .
United Arab Emirates, a first-time donor, gave between $1 million and $5 million in 2014, and the German government—which also hadn’t previously given—contributed between $100,000 and $250,000.

Just how corrupt was the pipeline between the Clinton Foundation and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?

By the time Clinton left office in February 2013, the charity had received millions of dollars in new or increased payments from at least seven foreign governments. Five of the governments came on board during her tenure as secretary of state while two doubled or tripled their support in that time, according to data provided by CHAI spokeswoman Daley…CHAI should have told the State Department before accepting donations totaling $340,000 from Switzerland’s Agency for Development and Cooperation in 2011 and 2012. However, it was not just governments who sent money to the Clintons through their Foundation. Again, according to discoverthenetworks.org…

That didn’t stop the foundation from raising millions of dollars from foreigners with connections to their home governments, a review of foundation disclosures shows. Some donors have direct ties to foreign governments. One is a member of the Saudi royal family. Another is a Ukrainian oligarch and former parliamentarian. Others are individuals with close connections to foreign governments that stem from their business activities. * During Secretary Clinton’s tenure at the State Department, “More than a dozen foreign individuals and their foundations and companies were large donors to the Clinton Foundation… collectively giving between $34 million and $68 million…. Whether the revelation of “the gift” of massive quantities of Uranium to the Russians in the Uranium One Deal or the formation of an Iranian Connection, as a result of money given to the Clinton Foundation, as was previously reported in 2015, or the revelation involving “dual-staffer” Cheryl Mills, this was not just a scandal involving money and unscrupulous political ladder-climbing through the peddling of “favors”, the actions of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State crossed the line into the abhorrent abyss of a Conflict of Interest involving possible Treason.

Time and time again, from Watergate to Travelgate to Benghazigate, and to E-mailgate and the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton proved herself to be a ruthless, untrustworthy, Machiavellian professional politician, who only cared about herself and her ascension to the Presidency of the United States of America.

As I have previously written, Clinton’s trail of corruption leads all the way back to when she was fired from the Watergate Investigative Committee for dishonesty.

However, to practice “Pay-For-Play” on a Global Scale, while holding the Office of Secretary of State of the United States of America, is downright treasonous.

For almost 1 and one-half years, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his SS Cadre of Democratic Donors have desperately attempted to prove that President Donald J. Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin and the Russian Government, resulting in his victory of Hillary Clinton on November 8, 2018.

Mueller and his team have found exactly two things pertaining to the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election: Jack and Squat.

There was no Russian Collusion.

Now, Mueller has “expanded the scope of his investigation” in a frenzied attempt to prove something…anything with a hint of illegality on the 45th President of the United States of America.

It’s time for the President to blow his whistle and end this game.

It has cost Americans Taxpayers too much money with no ROI (Return on Investment).

Plus, as Former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino tweeted, all the special investigation has accomplished is to provide a smokescreen in order to cover up the illicit activities of Hillary Clinton while she still had the governmental authority to commit them.

It is time to end the investigation into President Trump and to begin a full investigation into ALL of Hillary Clinton’s illegal and treasonous activities carried out during the time period in which she was Secretary of State, continuing up to and including her failed Presidential Campaign.

The American people have had enough of Mueller’s smokescreen.

It is time to clear the air of the stench that is still wafting through Americans’ nostrils from the Machiavellian plans and schemes of Hillary Clinton.

Nunes: FBI “Violated Criminal Statutes” By Using Steele Dossier. Is IG Horowitz “Deep State”, Too?

The FBI may have violated criminal statutes, as well as its own strict internal procedures, by using unverified information during the 2016 election to obtain a surveillance warrant on onetime Trump campaign aide Carter Page, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee charged Thursday in a letter obtained by Fox News.

House Intelligence Committee (HPSCI) Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., wrote in his letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions that “in this instance, it’s clear that basic operating guidance was violated.”

Nunes cited the Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide (DIOG), which was created by the bureau and approved by the Justice Department, to say he believed the FBI violated procedures requiring verified and documented evidence in applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

An Oct. 2011 version of the operations guide states that the “accuracy of information contained within FISA applications is of utmost importance… Only documented and verified information may be used to support FBI applications to the court.”

The guidance also states that information in a FISA application must be “thoroughly vetted and confirmed.”

A memo released by the intelligence committee last month stated that the FBI and DOJ sought surveillance warrants to spy on Page by using an infamous, Democrat-funded anti-Trump dossier that included salacious and unverified allegations about Trump’s connections to Russia.

“Former and current DOJ and FBI leadership have confirmed to the committee that unverified information from the Steele dossier comprised an essential part of the FISA applications related to Carter Page,” Nunes wrote Thursday.

Nunes listed five criminal statutes that were possibly violated, including conspiracy, obstruction of justice, contempt of court. It also cites statues that make it a crime to willfully deprive a person of a right protected by the Constitution and another preventing unauthorized electronic surveillance.

In the letter, Nunes asks Sessions whether these protocols requiring verified information have changed, and if not, what steps the DOJ or FBI taken to hold officials behind the Page application accountable.

The letter is carbon copied to FBI Director Christopher Wray and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

And, there’s the rub.

Sessions has now confirmed that he has IG Horowitz investigating the surveillance of Page.

And, President Trump is not happy about it.

He believes Horowitz to be an “Obama Guy”.

Is the President right?

Let’s look at the IG’s history.

  • He received his Juris Doctor from Harvard, where he was taught by the likes of upstanding individuals like Barney Franks.
  • Horowitz worked in DOJ from 1991 to 2002. In the early 1990s, he worked for former fired FBI Director Comey while the two of them were in the Southern District of New York.
  • He worked from 2002 to 2012 as a partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham, & Taft LLP, where he specialized in on white-collar defense, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Horowitz was nominated by President Obama in July 2011 to be Inspector General of the DOJ.
  • He has been Inspector General since starting in 2012 under the Obama Administration.

To this day, there is no evidence that he ordered any sort of inspection into AG Lynch’s meeting with Former President Bill Clinton on a tarmac in 2016 and then a week later when Hillary Clinton was given a pass by crooked FBI Director Comey.

In fact, we don’t know that the IG looked into any number of Obama era crimes and corrupt actions.

It appears that as far as he and his boss, President Barack Hussein Obama were concerned, Obama did indeed have a “Scandal-Free Administration”

However, we know that was not the case.

So, AG Sessions has turned over the investigation of possible criminal activities by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to someone who used to work with Former FBI Director and Bureaucratic Weasel, James Comey.

Wouldn’t this be grounds for the IG to recuse himself from the investigation in the same manner that AG Sessions recused himself?

Just how well-connected within the Bureaucratic Deep State is IG Horowitz?

Meanwhile, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his cadre of Liberal Democratic Donors continue to undermine Trump through the continuance of their Dog and Pony Show, which they euphemistically call “an investigation”.

The rumor going around now is that they are about to indict some more Russians .

I suppose that they are attempting to show that they are actually doing something through the indictment of individuals who will never set foot in this country again.

But, I digress…

Being an Obama “Holdover” himself, I wonder how well IG Horowitz knows Mueller and his “Investigators”?

The only way for a happy ending to this real life spy novel is for the 45th President of the United States to fulfill another one of his campaign Promises and “Drain the Swamp”, i.e., the Justice Department and all of the “alphabet agencies” of disloyal embedded operatives left behind by previous Administrations, including Mueller and his “SS Troops”.

And, if HIS true colors reveal themselves as Former FBI Director James Comey’s did, Inspector General Michael Horowitz should be shown the door, as well.
