Trump Nominated. How? (A Primer for Liberal Internet Trolls and Those With Hurt Feelings)

High-Ground-600-LAAs you have heard by now, unless you have your fingers in your ears and are screaming at the top of you lungs and jumping up and down until you turn blue, like the Liberal Internet Trolls and those who are still throwing a temper tantrum because their candidate did not win , Donald J. Trump was officially nominated last night as the 2016 Republican Presidential Candidate.

Foxnews.com summarizes the second night of the convention…

Republican congressional leaders, joined by vanquished primary candidates, immediately worked to rally the party behind Donald Trump Tuesday night after their national convention formally nominated him for president – with House Speaker Paul Ryan calling on voters to hit the polls like never before and “see this thing through.” “Our candidates will be giving their all, they’ll be giving their utmost, and every one of us has got to go and do the same,” Ryan said from the convention podium in Cleveland.

Night Two of the Republican convention contained plenty of rhetorical body slams against presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. Chants from the crowd of “lock her up” were frequent. But the night was also an opportunity for the so-called GOP ‘establishment’ to make a very public show of unity and close the book on the raucous primary season.

Perhaps more than any other GOP leader on Capitol Hill, Ryan has had his share of scrapes with Trump over the nominee’s controversial remarks and tactics – but he closed his address Tuesday night with a call to action, saying, “Only with Donald Trump and Mike Pence do we have a chance at a better way.”

“Fellow Republicans, what we have begun here, let’s see this thing through, let’s win this thing, let’s show America our best and nothing less,” Ryan said.

Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, a former primary rival turned supporter, later warned that the country “may never recover” from another Clinton presidency — saying, “I’m proud to support Donald Trump.”

“Now is the time for us to rise up and take America back,” Carson said.

The speeches came on the heels of Republicans formally nominating Trump for president, with Indiana Gov. Mike Pence named to the ticket as his running mate.

Trump afterward addressed the convention hall via video message, saying: “This is a movement … but we have to go all the way.’

While party leaders called for unity, many of the convention speakers focused heavily once again on Clinton.

“Hillary Clinton has changed her position so many times, it’s impossible to tell where the conviction ends and the ambition begins,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who was considered for running mate before Trump ultimately chose Pence, delivered one of the toughest speeches of the night on Clinton. His address was frequently interrupted by chants from the crowd of “lock her up.”

“We cannot promote someone to commander-in-chief who has made the world a more violent and dangerous place with every bad judgment she has made,” Christie said. “The facts of her life and career disqualify her.”

Clinton fired back on Twitter:

“If you think Chris Christie can lecture anyone on ethics, we have a bridge to sell you.”

But Christie got a positive response inside the hall.

“The way he delivered the speech, I think, spoke to the undecided. He presented the case against Hillary Clinton in a way the average person would understand,” said Phil Phillips, of the Alabama delegation.

Even as some of the addresses were more Clinton than Trump, the day’s proceedings as a whole served to restore a sense of party unity at a convention that faced some disruptions a day earlier, when anti-Trump delegates tried to force a roll-call vote on rules that bound many of them to back Trump. The bid failed, but the anti-Trump forces caused a commotion on the floor.

For the most part, protests were few and far between, and largely kept under control, during the roll call for the nomination Tuesday evening. Trump’s home state of New York put him over the top in the delegate count, with Donald Trump Jr. delivering the news on behalf of the delegation.

“Congratulations, Dad, we love you,” he shouted, as the giant TV screen on the floor declared him “Over the Top.”

He and Trump daughter Tiffany later addressed the convention, continuing to give Republicans a better picture of Trump as a man and father.

Donald Trump Jr. touted his father’s drive to tackle challenges and described the look in his eyes “when someone says it can’t be done.” He said he saw that look when his father was told he couldn’t “possibly succeed in politics.”

He paused and said with a chuckle, “Yes, he did.”

Indeed.

However, for the benefit of those who may be reading this post today, still in denial over the growing Political Tsunami that will reach land on Election Day 2016, please allow me to explain how this happened.

One of the secrets to Donald Trump’s Political Success, is, in fact, his masterful manipulation of the scavenging vultures that comprise the Main Stream Media.

Trump has played the media like Charlie Daniels plays the fiddle, with outstanding expertise and unerring accuracy.

Additionally, the ability to speak truth to power, to relate to average Americans, and to communicate in a fashion that gets his message across to the American Public, is exactly the reason that Trump won the Republican Nomination and continues to be steadily gaining popularity among the American Public.

Trump’s willingness to strike back at the Clinton Campaign and the Main Stream Media, when they malign him and publish false stories about him, has tapped into the American Public’s feelings about both the MSM and the Washingtonian Status Quo.

Americans are viewing Trump as someone who is not afraid to fight, for himself or for Americans.

One thing is for sure: unlike Crooked Hillary, Trump is not in it for the money.

So far, every hit piece in the Media, or things that his political opponents, including Hillary, has backfired in spectacular fashion.

Regarding his upcoming battle in the General Election with the “Queen of Mean” herself, Hillary Clinton…

Unfortunately for both the Democrats and the “Eeyores” and “Prophets of Doom” in the “#NeverTrump” Crowd, the American people have her figured out, as her long and bloody Political History is there for everyone to see.

Lying comes as naturally to The Former First Lady as breathing in and out.

As I have written, from the time she was fired from the Watergate Investigative Committee to wiping her private e-mail server, Hillary Rodham Clinton has been as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

Machiavellian in political ambition and armed with a vocabulary that would make the legendary Gong Show Judge, Jaye P. Morgan, blush (look her up, kids), “the Hildebeast” has cut a wide swatch in her path to Political Power.

It should be obvious to Americans by now, that she believes that morality and ethics are for “the little people” (i.e., you and me).

We already have a congenital liar in the White House.

We certainly do not need another one.

Regarding the failure of Senator Ted Cruz in his quest to become the Republican Nominee: His failure is attributable to no one except his Campaign Advisors and the Senator, himself.

Instead of attempting to form a coalition, as Trump has been able to do, the Cruz Campaign, along with the unsolicited help of Radio Talk Show Host and Real-Life Elmer Gantry , Glenn Beck, positioned themselves, whether accidentally or on purpose, to resemble an old fashioned Tent Revival, at times, reminiscent of the old Neil Diamond song, “Brother Love’s Traveling Salvation Show”.

While I am also extremely concerned about the social issues which face this country and the slippery slope that we seem to be traveling on, at this time, that is not what is foremost on the minds of the American Voting public.

Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck, while more and more of us, through no fault of our own, are being expunged from the American Workforce, with that number now being well over 94, 400, 000.

Meanwhile, up on Capitol Hill, those whom we have voted into office to represent us, are more intent on reaching across the aisle, fulfilling the interests of a small minority of Americans, who would radically change this nation into something unrecognizable, turning The Shining City Upon the Hill into the World’s Piggy Bank and Doormat.

Certain members of the Republican Establishment have shown by their absence at the Convention that they will not support Trump, even though he is the Republican Nominee.

It would be the height of irony and a disservice to American Conservatives who have gone before, if a bunch of voters with hurt feelings destroys all the hard work of those who have tried to prevent this country’s destruction by an out-of-control Federal Government which panders to Special Interest Groups, instead of the American voters, while inadvertently aligning themselves with these Establishment Republicans.

Now is not the time for temper tantrums, now is the time for maturity.

It is time to begin the process of taking America back.

So, as I have related before, my Prediction for the upcoming Presidential Campaign, leading up to the election of Donald J. Trump, as the 45th President of the United States of America?

Grab your popcorn, boys and girls, this is gonna be fun.

Oh…and Ambassador Christopher Stevens remains unavailable for comment.

Independence Day 2015: These Colors Don’t Run.

Fourth of July 2015Back in 2011, as I was contemplating what to write about on the 4th of July, I came upon an article titled, “Down on the Fourth of July: The United States of Gloom”, on the London Daily Telegraph’s website, written by Tony Harnden, their U.S. Editor. Mr. Harnden presented a synopsis of the state of our country and came to the following conclusion:

On this day in 1776 a group of 13 colonies broke away to found a new nation free to govern itself as it saw fit, pledging that each citizen would have the unalienable right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. A nation, as Americans are apt to declare without equivocation, which became the greatest on the face of the earth.

That’s the good news. On the flip side, however, a country whose hallmark has always been a sense of irrepressible optimism is in the grip of unprecedented uncertainty and self-doubt.

With the United States mired in three foreign wars, beaten down by an economy that shows few signs of emerging from deep recession and deeply disillusioned with President Barack Obama, his Republican challengers and Congress, the mood is dark.

The last comparable Fourth of July was probably in 1980, when there was a recession, skyrocketing petrol prices and an Iranian hostage crisis, with 53 Americans being held in Tehran.

…The 2010 mid-term elections showed that the Tea Party movement, drawing its small-government, low-tax inspiration from the revolutionaries who overthrew the British, was a phenomenon that could turn American politics upside down.

Previous elections had been about choosing the lesser of two evils but 2010 was about throwing the bums out. Luntz, a Republican, predicts that 2012 will be a “none of the above” contest. What is needed above all is optimism: it is a prerequisite for the risk-taking needed to invest and start new businesses. Its absence could turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy as belief in American decline helps ensure that the halcyon years are indeed in the past.

The 1980 election was won by Ronald Reagan with his “Morning in America” message. Today, a 10ft bronze statue of Reagan will be unveiled outside the US Embassy in London’s Grosvenor Square, which, in another sign of the times, is due to move to Battersea next year because of concerns about its vulnerability to terrorists. Thus far, there is no sign of a new Reagan emerging.

More worryingly, the optimism he embraced and came to personify is all but absent in America this Fourth of July.

Pretty depressing, huh?

Mr. Harden was a bit of a prophet. Things have not gotten any better. In fact, under the poll-proven Worst American President Since World War II, things are actually getting worse.

America’s populace is still struggling through the worst economic situation our country has seen since the Great Depression. Approximately 20% of our countrymen are unemployed, underemployed, or have just plain given up. One-sixth of our nation has to rely on assistance from our government just to have food on the table, while remaining under the governance of a president who worships a Far Left political ideology steeped in the redistribution of wealth teachings of Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.

Americans have watched, feeling helpless, as he and his self-centered minions in Congress took our tax dollars and spent all of it and then some, as if there was no tomorrow, leaving our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with a debt that this shining city on a hill may never recover from.

We’ve watched, with our mouths hanging wide open, as the President of the United States and his State Department, have reached out to embrace the very barbarians that want to murder each and every one of us, while at the same time, criticizing and alienating our closest allies.

And, at the same time, taking away our Freedom of Self-Determination through the use of activist judges, at the state level to overthrow the will of the people, and then, through a Liberal-Majority Supreme Court, who decided to legislate, instead of performing their actual job description, changing the definition of a sacred ceremony, which has meant one thing for centuries.

Meanwhile, my beloved Dixie, is finding itself under attack by condescending Liberals, led by the leaders, who have decided that a Battle Flag from the American Civil War, has the ability to come to life, and willfully kill innocent people, and somehow, constrain their lives., hiding their real goal of eliminating the region’s political and economic power.

Finally, on this 4th of July, in the year of our Lord 2015, our Southern Border continues to be invaded by tens of thousands uninvited guests, bringing disease, and perhaps, being accompanied by our enemies, traveling in secret, among them.

However, even now, I do not subscribe to Mr. Harnden’s assessment of gloom and doom. Rather, I stand with this man, who embodied the American Spirit that is beginning to once again, reawaken across our Sacred Land.

John Wayne with FlagWhy I Love Her

You ask me Why I Love Her? Well, give me time and I’ll explain.
Have you see a Kansas sunset or an Arizona rain?
Have you drifted on a bayou down Louisiana way?
Have you watched a cold fog drifting over San Francisco Bay?

Have you heard a bobwhite calling in the Carolina pines,
Or heard the bellow of a diesel at the Appalachia mines?
Does the call of Niagara thrill you when you hear her waters roar?
Do you look with awe and wonder at her Massachusetts shore,
Where men who braved a hard new world first stepped on Plymouth’s rock?
And do you think of them when you stroll along a new York City dock?

Have you seen a snowflake drifting in the Rockies, way up high?
Have you seen the sun come blazing down from a bright Nevada sky?
Do you hail to the Columbia as she rushes to the sea,
Or bow your head at Gettysburg at our struggle to be free?

Have you seen the mighty Tetons? Have you watched an eagle soar?
Have you see the Mississippi roll along Missouri’s shore?
Have you felt a chill at Michigan when on a winter’s day
Her waters rage along the shore in thunderous display?
Does the word “Aloha” make you warm? Do you stare in disbelief
When you see the surf come roaring in at Waimea Reef?

From Alaska’s cold to the Everglades, from the Rio Grande to Maine,
My heart cries out, my pulse runs fast at the might of her domain.
You ask me Why I Love Her? I’ve a million reasons why:
My Beautiful America, beneath God’s wide, wide sky.

-John Wayne

Our American Spirit of Independence, Courage, and Love for our Country , embedded in our souls by the generations of brave Americans before us, often presents itself in the most bleak of situations, as this now-famous account from World Ward II demonstrates:

mcauliffePer military.com:

Gen. Anthony Clement McAuliffe is best remembered for uttering a single word — no mean feat, considering that even the shortest Bible verse has two. Commanding the U.S. Army’s beleaguered and surrounded 101st Airborne Division during World War II’s Battle of the Bulge, McAuliffe received a German surrender ultimatum. “Nuts!” he replied, and became a lasting symbol of American courage and determination under fire.

A 1918 West Point graduate, McAuliffe held various field artillery positions before World War II. On the eve of D-Day, McAuliffe jumped with the first wave as a commander of division artillery, although he had never received formal parachute training.

In December 1944, during the siege of Bastogne, Belgium, McAuliffe was acting commander of the 101st in Gen. Maxwell D. Taylor’s absence. The Americans had been holding the Belgian town “at all costs,” and on Dec. 22, Gen. McAuliffe received the encouraging news that the 4th Armored Division was beginning its drive north to relieve the 101st. Later that morning, members of the division’s glider regiment saw four Germans coming up the road carrying a white flag. Everyone hoped they were offering surrender. Instead, they presented two pages demanding the Americans’ surrender: “To the USA Commander of the encircled town of Bastogne. . .There is only one possibility. . .the honorable surrender of the encircled town.”

McAuliffe glanced at the message and said, “Aw, nuts!” When he told his commanders he didn’t know what answer to send, Lt. Col. Harry Kinnard said ‘That first crack you made would be hard to beat, General.” Everyone laughed as a sergeant typed up the succinct response: “To the German Commander: Nuts! The American Commander.”

Between this stoic reply, Patton’s troops from the south, and a change in the weather that allowed air reinforcement the following day, the 101st was able to hold Bastogne. Their victory resulted in the first full-Division Presidential Distinguished Unit Citation.

McAuliffe’s actions at Bastogne helped assure the final defeat of the Germans. Gen. McAuliffe continued to serve on active duty, including assignments as Head of the Army Chemical Corps, Commander, 7th Army, and Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Army, Europe, until his 1956 retirement. He died in Washington, D.C. in 1975 and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

In the opinion of this 56-year-old, sitting in the Northwest corner of the Magnolia State in America’s Heartland, the current administration and Mr. Harden have underestimated the American Spirit, just as King George and the British Aristocracy did, so many years ago.

As our enemies, both foreign and domestic, have discovered since the birth of our nation, Americans will fight for our freedom. And we shall prove it again, in November of 2016, with an electoral explosion of nuclear magnitude, which shall make November of 2014 seem like a firecracker in comparison.

May God Bless you and your family on this 4th of July, the Year of Our Lord, 2015, and may God Bless America.

Until He Comes,

Eric Garner, Michael Brown, and the Dissolution of the Black American Family Unit

Black Crime Statistics Fox News 12614I posted the above statistics, in an effort to share some truth with you, this morning.

As a lifelong (56 years young) resident of the Memphis area, I continue to witness the dissolution of the once strong and proud Black American Family Unit.

I am also, as are most of you, bearing witness to Black and White Liberal Politicians making excuses for the out-of-control, self-inflicted genocide of 13% of America’s Population. as they blame it on “Racial Inequality”, while a Black Man sits behind a desk in the Oval Office at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, holding the most powerful leadership position in the Free World.

America’s Far Left Political Activists, including the President of the United States, are presently attempting, what is known in both sports and military strategy, as a “misdirection” play.

CNN.com reports that

Red tail lights snaked for hundreds of yards down an interstate in Oakland, California, as motorists stood still for protesters blocking traffic for a few minutes.

The marchers were making a statement about alleged unchecked police brutality and racially uneven justice in America on the third day of marches, sit-ins and die-ins over a grand jury decision in the death of African-American Eric Garner in Staten Island, New York.

Many people around the country have been as shocked by the decision not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who put Garner in a chokehold, as they have been horrified by the cell phone video of it that went viral.

The outrage has weighed heavily especially after the police shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. When the jury announced it will not indict Pantaleo, protests dotted the American map.

A coast away in New York City, protesters attempted to block traffic on FDR Drive — a six-lane thoroughfare that hugs eastern Manhattan — and on the iron trellised Manhattan Bridge, which connects the island to Brooklyn.

But at the end of a long, cold, wet Friday, police had had enough and pulled up in detention buses. The sight of them alone was a deterrent to most protesters.

After a handful were arrested, the remaining group called it a night.

New York multitudes

Nowhere in the country have streets overflowed with as many outraged people as in New York City.

Friday’s crowds appeared to be smaller than previous nights’, as cold rain trickled down jackets and hats. But marchers were still passionate about being heard. Some passed out a list of demands to the media regarding Garner’s death.

All officers involved should be fired, they demanded, and a special prosecutor should investigate complaints of excessive force. The state legislature should make chokeholds punishable.

Earlier, Eric Garner’s daughter, Erica, told CNN’s “The Lead with Jake Tapper” that she wanted to see people punished for her father’s killing.

“Justice to me is basically doing what’s right,” she said. “I wouldn’t be happy with (Pantaleo) just losing his job or being suspended or still getting paid. I wouldn’t want that. I would want him to face time in jail.”

She said that anyone who contributed to her father’s death should go to prison.

Christmas tree die-ins

At Herald Square, where Broadway cuts an elegantly slanted path through streets and avenues to create a picturesque gathering place, protesters flooded Macy’s century old flagship store — a national historic landmark.

Store management allowed them to stage a die-in under the eyes of holiday shoppers and ceilings decked with Christmas cheer.

They marched up a few blocks to Times Square and blocked traffic for 10 minutes, then turned down 42nd Street chanting, “This is what democracy looks like.”

They stopped again in Bryant Park and encircled some shops. Many of the workers in those stores came out and, in support, raised their hands in the air.

The crowd set off up Sixth Avenue, traversing against the flow of yellow cabs and other cars. A cacophony of horns greeted them, and cab drivers held their hands out of their windows in approval.

Eric Garner had a criminal record that included more than 30 arrests dating back to 1980 on charges such as assault, resisting arrest, grand larceny. An official said the charges included multiple incidents in which he was arrested for selling unlicensed cigarettes.

This is a fact that has been scrubbed off of just about all Liberal Websites, including Wikipedia, literally overnight.

Why are these black Americans, along with their stupid white Liberal Brethren, glorifying a career criminal?

Simple. These Americans, unlike the majority of us, have grown up without appropriate parental guidance, i.e., no one teaching them “the way in which they should go”

Take Michael Brown, for example. Here’s a photo from Conservative Talk Show Host’s Ben Ferguson’s Facebook Page, that explains Big Mike’s affinity for “Thug Life”.

Michael Brown's Parents 12614

Back in the 60s, President Lyndon Johnson (whose big hand I once shook, at his ranch, as a little boy, after his presidential term) and the Democrats, brought forth a plan, called “the Great Society”. It was decided, in order to ensure that everyone would have an equal opportunity in America, that Uncle Sugar would step in to fill in the gaps.

Two seminal pieces of legislation were passed.

First, the Civil Rights Bill that JFK promised to sign, before his assassination, was passed into law. This Act banned discrimination based on race and gender in employment and ending segregation in all public facilities.

It also helped to cement in stone, minorities’ loyalty to the Democratic Party, which continues to this day.

The second bill that LBJ signed into law was the sweeping ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1964. It created the Office of Economic Opportunity whose stated purpose was to attack the roots of American poverty. A Job Corps was then established to provide vocational training.

A preschool program designed to help disadvantaged students arrive at kindergarten ready to learn, named HEADSTART, was then established. Then came VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA (VISTA), which was set up as a domestic Peace Corps. Schools in impoverished American regions would now receive volunteer teaching attention. Federal funds were sent to struggling communities to attack unemployment and illiteracy.

What Johnson told Americans, as he campaigned in 1964, was that the establishment of this “Great Society” was going to eliminate the problems of America’s poor.

It had the opposite effect

The Great Society created a dependent class, which, instead of diminishing as it’s members joined the workforce, increased from generation to generation, relying on the federal government to provide their every need.

Uncle Sugar became Mother, Father, Preacher, and Doctor to generations of Americans. This “plantation mentality” continues to this day.

A couple of years ago, I worked at our county’s State Employment Center Office.

While at the Employment Office, I was able to observe Americans, both Black and White, down on their luck, struggling to find work and survive in this economy. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of “unemployed ” who came to this particular office were Black.

I saw Black American Families whose existence living on the Government Dole, had become generational.

It is these people whom Obama and the Democrats have hypnotized into believing that Uncle Sugar loves them, and is their only solution to surviving a stifling existence.

They are so, so wrong.

The strength and vitality of America does not come from the benevolence of a Nanny-state Federal Government.

As the greatest American President of my lifetime, Ronald Reagan said:

The nine words you never want to hear are: I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Being enslaved to the Government Dole steals one’s ambition. It takes away any impetus or desire to create a better life for yourself and your family, to challenge yourself to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and pursue the American Dream. It makes you reliant on a politically motivated spider’s web full of government bureaucrats who view you and your family as job security.

I watched American citizens trapped in this web of government bureaucracy, so numbed of any initiative that they once had, that they seemed offended that they actually had to prove that they inquired about three jobs that week in order to keep their “benefits”. Others seemed puzzled that they had to search through the state data base and pick out a job that they wanted to talk to an interviewer about receiving a referral to, and weren’t just simply handed a job when they walked through the door.

Instead of moving forward, by exercising the self-reliance that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. preached so well, these people I saw, were content on being “taken care of” by Uncle Sugar, as if being held down by their own poor, miserable circumstance, was a good thing.

As a Republican, I am sure that it would have offended you, Dr. King, to hear the tenants of Marxism, i.e., “sharing the wealth” and Class Envy, being “preached” to the same Black Americans whom you tried so mightily to raise up and inspire.

This week, the results of LBJ’s “Great Society” have been the lead story in every television newscast, on every newspaper front page, and on every internet news/political website.

Dr King, I am sorry to tell you that racism and injustice is still going on in America. Unfortunately, it will not end any time soon, There are too many race-baiters profiting off of it.

Including, the President of the United States.

The part of your magnificent speech about “the content of their character” has been purposefully ignored by the professional race-baiters and assorted politicians (but, I repeat myself), once again, in the aftermath of the death pf Career Criminal Eric Garner.

Dr. King, your call for self-reliance took a back seat to their self-serving agenda, a long time ago.

Until He Comes,

KJ
