According to MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, Biden’s Runaway Inflation is Not a Problem…Americans Can Afford It…(Let Them Eat Cake!)

Stephanie Ruhle reports that

MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle argued Americans have to put the high inflation rate and rising costs of food and other every day items “in perspective” on Sunday.

The consumer price index rose 6.2% year over year in October, according to the Department of Labor, the largest annual gain since November 1990. And prices rose 0.9% month over month.

But the soaring costs, Ruhle said on NBC, were expected after the worldwide pandemic, before telling anchor Willie Geist that Americans “on average” can actually afford the higher prices.

“The dirty little secret here, Willie, while nobody likes to pay more, on average, we have the money to do so,” she said. “Household savings hit a record high over the pandemic, we didn’t really have anywhere to go out and spend.”

Ruhle added that the U.S. is expecting “record” retail sales this year, home values are up, and the stock market is experiencing record highs, to justify her argument.

Conservative pundits predicted that, if adopted by Democrats, the kind of messaging Ruhle was espousing will derail their chances in the next round of elections. Others referred to Ruhle as “Stephanie Antoinette,” in reference to Marie Antoinette, the arrogant Queen of France during the French Revolution.

Others called her “tone deaf,” “elitist” and “out of touch.”

Andrew Wagner, the director of public affairs for the Minnesota House Republicans, called Ruhle’s comment “next level out of touch stuff.”

Ruhle was accused of out-of-touch thinking after she argued that unvaccinated Americans can just work from home or homeschool their children, despite studies showing that it was harder for less well-off Americans to have the ability to work from home.

“If you do not want to get vaccinated, you can work from home,” she said in September. “You can home school your children. You can shop online.”

Inflation is credited as one of the driving factors causing Democratic senators like Joe Manchin, W.Va., from supporting President Biden’s social spending bill. The bill has reportedly dropped from $3.5 trillion price tag to under $2 trillion.

The president argued the reconciliation bill will help reduce inflation.

“It is important that Congress pass my Build Back Better plan, which is fully paid for and does not add to the debt and will get more Americans working by reducing the cost of child care and elder care, and help directly lower costs for American families by providing more affordable health coverage and prescription drugs — alongside cutting taxes for 50 million Americans, including for most families with children,” he said.

Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, argued the Democrats’ spending bill will “add fuel to the fire.”

Indeed, it will.

You know what else is adding fuel to the fire?

The overwhelming arrogance of the Far Left Democrat Elitists.

From Joe Biden on down, the Democratic Party has demonstrated in the last 10 months that they do not care what Americans think…nor what we want and need.

All these oligarchs care about is their special interest groups who help them grow their political power and wealth.

The Democrat Elite view themselves not only as the “Smartest People in the Room”, they view themselves as superior in ever criteria to average Americans.

Stephanie Ruhle remains oblivious as to the condescending tone of her comments.

To her, average Americans like us deserve to be talked down to because we cannot possibly be as intelligent as she is.

Biden feels the same way.

When Biden leans forward at the podium and whispers when he is trying to make a point during a speech or when he says that Americans do not understand how the Supply Chain operates, his dementia-riddled brain is allowing his Democrat Elitism to come out from behind his “Lunchbucket Joe” façade.

That is the reason that Biden, Pelosi, and the rest of the Democrat Snobs in Washington are still trying to pass the fiasco known as the Build Back Better Bill.

They want to “radically change” America into a Marxist nation so that they can get richer than they already are and rule with impunity like the old Soviet Politburo.

Americans have had enough.

Trump at Lake Charles MAGA Rally: Dems are “Pursuing an Illegal B******t Impeachment”! Why He’s Right

Screen-Shot-2019-10-11-at-8.07.20-PM-1 reports that

President Trump slammed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., at his second campaign rally in as many nights Friday, saying “Nancy Pelosi hates the United States of America.”

Trump ridiculed the ongoing impeachment inquiry spearheaded by House Democrats, who he called “scammers and con artists,”

“They know they can’t win an election so they’re pursuing an illegal unconstitutional b—s— impeachment,” the president roared before a packed arena in Lake Charles, La.

Trump also attacked Joe and Hunter Biden over their Ukrainian business dealings for the second night in a row, accusing the media of covering up potential Biden corruption and complaining that if any of his children were similarly accused, the media wouldn’t call the allegations unsubstantiated — “They would be saying, ‘Where’s the nearest cell?'”

The president decried the “rage-filled Democrat party that has gone completely insane” accusing them of waging a “nonstop battle” to “overthrow” his presidency.

Trump also mocked ex-FBI officials and lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page again saying “these people are corrupt. These people are disgusting.”

“This is the witch hunt,” he said. “They’ve been trying to stop us for three years with a lot of crap.”

Trump’s appearance in Louisiana was scheduled to help rally Republican voters against the state’s Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards.

“Tomorrow you will head to the polls and vote to replace a liberal Democrat who has sold you out, John Bel Edwards, with a great Republican governor,” Trump said in his remarks, encouraging Louisianians to get to the polls before Saturday night’s big college football matchup between unbeaten Louisiana State University and the University of Florida or else they would feel guilty and “it will ruin your entire afternoon.”

The president was joined onstage by both U.S. Rep. Ralph Abraham and businessman Eddie Rispone, but did not endorse either candidate in order to maximize chances that Edwards will fall below the 50 percent vote threshold needed to avoid a runoff in Saturday’s gubernatorial “jungle primary,” in which all the candidates appear on a single ballot.

“You’re not allowed to hit your Republican opponent, you’re only allowed to hit John Bel Edwards,” Trump said, extending an olive branch between the two GOP candidates, who have been at loggerheads in the race to the governor’s mansion.

The president’s trip to Louisiana comes one day after another fiery rally in Minneapolis, Minn., during which Trump also slammed House Democrats and their impeachment inquiry against him.

The president touted the country’s economy and boasted about the truce reached with China just hours before he landed in Louisiana, which stipulates that China will purchase up to $50 billion worth of agricultural goods from American farmers and also will postpone tariffs on Chinese goods that were originally set to take effect next week.

“I just made a great China deal today for energy, for the farmers, for the banks… I want to tell you, I got China to order a lot!”

He did not mention the growing issue of censorship in the U.S. over ongoing pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong.

“We’ve ended the war on American energy, and with your help, right here in Louisiana, the United States is now the number one producer of oil and natural gas anywhere on the planet!” Trump also boasted.

He also slammed Edwards for the state’s tax hike, which was passed with Republican support.

“You are going to fire your Democratic governor who has done a lousy job and send a great Republican to the governor’s mansion,” Trump said.

Other top Republicans, including Vice President Pence and Donald Trump Jr., have paid visits to the state, which Trump won by nearly 20 percentage points in 2016.

Neither Abraham nor Rispone has been able to break away as the top competitor, even as Rispone poured $11 million of his own personal wealth into the campaign. Party leaders’ efforts to keep the men from fighting each other have failed, raising concerns the backbiting could wound both GOP contenders and help Edwards. Republicans blame attacks among their own candidates for helping to elect Edwards four years ago.

Edwards isn’t the type of liberal, anti-Trump Democrat with whom the president usually clashes.

Louisiana’s governor is an anti-abortion, pro-gun West Point graduate who avoids criticizing Trump, talks about his strong rapport with the White House and calls the impeachment inquiry a distraction for Washington.

“He’s 100 percent going to drop the second Amendment … John Bel Edwards will not protect your second amendment,” Trump told the crowd.

While Edwards’ efforts to keep the president at bay in the governor’s race have been unsuccessful, the Democratic incumbent isn’t complaining about the rallies. Instead, he has downplayed them, calling it unsurprising that Trump backs members of his own party in the “hyperpartisan” environment of Washington. He said he would continue to “work well” with the president and focus on his own, bipartisan approach to governing.

“When my opponents realized just how much support my campaign had from the people of Louisiana, they started calling in help from forces in Washington, D.C.,” Edwards said. “My opponents are obsessed with political partisanship because the only way they think they can win is to divide the state of Louisiana.”

Republicans nationally have targeted Edwards for ouster since his longshot election victory four years ago. But work to unify around one major contender failed, with the state’s top-tier, well-known GOP officials passing on the race.

Trump was also joined on stage by Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., who said: “I told you, Donald J. Trump loves Louisiana like the devil loves sin.”

He also invited the Eastbank All-Stars, the Little League baseball championship team that joined him at the White House earlier in the day and then flew on Air Force One to the rally, to come on stage in Louisiana.

President Trump is amazing, isn’t he?

He continues his tireless work for our country and goes out on the stump for Republican Candidates from coast to coast.

All while dealing with a Democratic Party who has literally gone insane after throwing a nonstop national temper tantrum since the night of November 8, 2016

The very fact that a Deep State Operation involving members of a previous Administration, including members of the DOJ and FBI, designed to prevent him from becoming the Republican Presidential Candidate and later, attempting to frame him for “colluding with the Russian failed miserably, has driven the Democrat Hierarchy, including Nancy Pelosi, absolutely stark raving mad.

The House Democrats have thrown all pretense to the wind and are now holding secret meetings and interviews just like the days of the Politboro in the Soviet Union where innocent people were pronounced guilty without a trial and sentenced to hard labor in the Siberian Gulags.

The President was exactly right to call this Marxist-style mockery a “b******t impeachment.”

And he was exactly right about San Fran Nan Pelosi, also.

She could care less about the United States of America and what Americans want.

What we are witnessing, boys and girls, is sedition, a planned coup d’etat against Trump which, after going awry, has morphed into a “Star Chamber”, where the House Democrats are playing judge, jury, and executioner.

Stalin and Breshnev would be proud of Pelosi, Nadler, and Schiff.

Just like President Trump and the rest of my fellow “Deplorables”, I think those Dems stink on ice.

Ending on a positive note,

Today was a day that the players and coaches of the Eastbanks All-Stars will remember the rest of their lives.

And, rightfully so.

They got to ride in Air Force One with a GENUINE AMERICAN PRESIDENT.

God bless him for his kindness to the Eastbank All-Stars and for his tireless work toward

Making America Great Again!

Obama’s Tax Plan: America’s New Kulaks

obamamyworkA while back, on April 30, 2011, I wrote a post titled, “The New Politboro”. In it, I compared the propaganda and total media control of the Obama Administration to the rise of Lenin and the Soviet Politboro. Little did I know how right I was.

Word came out last night that Income Tax Rates are going to exceed 50% in California, Hawaii, and New York City!

The word came out through a paper written by Gerald T. Prante & Austin John, both of Lynchburg College, School of Business and Economics,Top Marginal Effective Tax Rates by State and by Source of Income, 2012 Tax Law vs. 2013 Scheduled Tax Law. The Abstract (Summary) states that

This paper compares state-by-state estimates of the top marginal effective tax rates (METRs) on wages, interest, dividends, capital gains, and business income for tax year 2012 to the rates scheduled for 2013 under scheduled law. Scheduled tax law for 2013 assumes the expiration of the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts and the new PPACA taxes. Overall, the average top METR on wage income is scheduled to increase by approximately six percentage points (41.8 percent to 47.8 perent), while taxes on dividends would increase the greatest (19.0 percent to 47.9 percent). The top METRs on wages, dividends, interest, and partnership/sole proprietor income would exceed 50 percent in California, Hawaii, and New York City.

However, it’s not the uber-rich, that will be hurt.

Ironically the new taxes will have relatively little effect on the detested Romney uber-class, who derive most of their income from capital gains, taxed at a much lower rate. They also have access to all manner of offshore dodges. Nor will it have much impact on Silicon Valley millionaires and billionaires, or the Hollywood moguls and urban land speculators who constitute the Democratic Party’s “good rich,” and enjoy many of the same privileges as their wealthy conservative counterparts.

The people whose wallets will be drained in the new war on “the rich” are high-earning, but hardly plutocratic professionals like engineers, doctors, lawyers, small business owners and the like. Once seen as the bastion of the middle class, and exemplars of upward mobility, these people are emerging as the modern day “kulaks,” the affluent peasants ruthlessly targeted by Stalin in the early 1930s.

The war against the kulaks (successful people, a class known in Russia, as the bourgeoisie) actually started before “Uncle Joe” Stalin. explains:

kulak, (Russian: “fist”), in Russian and Soviet history, a wealthy or prosperous peasant, generally characterized as one who owned a relatively large farm and several head of cattle and horses and who was financially capable of employing hired labour and leasing land. Before the Russian Revolution of 1917, the kulaks were major figures in the peasant villages. They often lent money, provided mortgages, and played central roles in the villages’ social and administrative affairs.

During the War Communism period (1918–21), the Soviet government undermined the kulaks’ position by organizing committees of poor peasants to administer the villages and to supervise the requisitioning of grain from the richer peasants. But the introduction in 1921 of the New Economic Policy favoured the kulaks. Although the Soviet government considered the kulaks to be capitalists and, therefore, enemies of socialism, it adopted various incentives to encourage peasants to increase agricultural production and enrich themselves. The most successful peasants (less than 4 percent) became kulaks and assumed traditional roles in the village social structure, often rivaling the authority of the new Soviet officials in village affairs.

In 1927 the Soviet government began to shift its peasant policy by increasing the kulaks’ taxes and restricting their right to lease land; in 1929 it began a drive for rapid collectivization of agriculture. The kulaks vigorously opposed the efforts to force the peasants to give up their small privately owned farms and join large cooperative agricultural establishments. At the end of 1929 a campaign to “liquidate the kulaks as a class” (“dekulakization”) was launched by the government. By 1934, when approximately 75 percent of the farms in the Soviet Union had been collectivized, most kulaks—as well as millions of other peasants who had opposed collectivization—had been deported to remote regions of the Soviet Union or arrested and their land and property confiscated.

The similarities between the Bolshevik Revolution and rise of Lenin’s Soviet Union and Obama’s Economic Policy are frightening, aren’t they?

The aim of Obama’s drive to increase taxes on “the wealthy”, is actually nothing but a plan, inadvertent or well-thought-out, to “radically change” OUR country and create a new cradle-to-grave nanny state, or Politboro, and to overtax America’s successful citizens (i.e., the Job Creators), thereby, creating a new Proletariat Class, totally dependent on the state for its very existence.

Elections have consequences.

Please allow me to leave you with some quotes from Vladimir Lenin.  Their relevancy is amazing.

A lie told often enough becomes the truth.

Democracy is indispensable to socialism.

Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted.

It is true that liberty is precious; so precious that it must be carefully rationed.

One man with a gun can control 100 without one.

Our program necessarily includes the propaganda of atheism.

Sometimes – history needs a push. The best way to destroy the capitalist system is to debauch the currency.

The goal of socialism is communism.

The press should be not only a collective propagandist and a collective agitator, but also a collective organizer of the masses.

The way to crush the bourgeoisie (kulaks) is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.

Obama: Style Over Substance

Yesterday, a desperate-looking 44th President of the United States, one Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm), delivered a speech that was supposed to turn around his rapidly-tanking presidency.

To say that he failed is an understatement.  Even the Liberals were disappointed in their messiah. reports that

Despite the hype, the speech was mainly a rehash of themes and ideas from the president’s recent stump speeches and his remarks were widely panned as overly long by the political press corps.

In the speech, President Obama outlined his view that this election is a choice between “two fundamentally different views of which direction America should take.” He characterized Mitt Romney’s vision as being the same as the “policies of the last decade,” specifically deregulation and tax cuts for the wealthy while he described his own “vision for America” as boiling down to five things: “Education. Energy. Innovation. Infrastructure. And a tax code focused on American job creation and balanced deficit reduction.” President Obama also stressed that the economic crisis began during the Bush administration and that is “started growing again” after he took office and has since “continued to grow.”

All of these points have already been featured in the president’s other recent speeches. Between the pre-speech hype from the campaign, the lack of new material and the overall length of the speech reporters were clearly dissatisfied with end result. Read on for a sampling of Tweets from the political press slamming the president’s speech.

Before the speech was over, Politico’s Mike O’Brien begged the president to stop.

Evidently, ol’ Scooter is now an embarrassment to the Liberals.

But, hey, Libs…there’s good news!  What Obama lacks in substance, he makes up for in style. Yeah, right…

Anna Wintour is becoming quite the fashionable fixture on President Obama’s campaign team this election season.

The Vogue editrix hit Chicago on Tuesday – flanked by supermodels Iman and Chanel Iman, designer Rachel Roy and Obama campaign manager Jim Messina – for an evening of haute fund-raising at Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios.

Wintour was on hand to preside over the Windy City debut of the “Runway to Win” collection, a line of Obama-themed clothes and accessories by designers like Prabal Gurung, Jason Wu, Marc Jacobs, Beyoncé & Tina Knowles, Tory Burch, Tracy Reese and Narcisco Rodriguez – several of whom are favorites of First Lady Michelle Obama.

Tickets ran from $150 for a guest pass to sip cocktails and shop the collection to $1,000 for a VIP package, including a photo reception with Wintour and Iman (aka Mrs. David Bowie) and a limited edition bag, to $2,500 for access to the show, the reception and an exclusive dinner party at Oprah’s Harpo headquarters. Donations benefited the Obama Victory Fund, according to a dedicated page on Obama’s website.

The “Runway to Win” line is also being promoted on the site, with most tops, bags and accessories going for under $100 – a much lower price point than those designers’ creations typically command.

Wintour has been ramping up her involvement, and her visibility, in the president’s reelection effort of late. Proving she’s good for far more than dispensing fashion tips to FLOTUS, Vogue’s longtime editor-in-chief has emerged as one of President Obama’s top boldfaced bundlers, raising over $500,000 for his second run on the White House.

The British-born Wintour’s rising profile in the American political arena has stirred up rumors that the 62-year-old fashion doyenne could be in the running to become America’s next ambassador to the United Kingdom, replacing the outgoing Louis Susman. However, an individual with knowledge of the situation told TheWrap that Wintour is happy at her current job.

Tuesday’s summit for Chicago-area fashionistas was a repeat of a “Runway to Win” campaign event co-hosted by Wintour and Scarlett Johansson in New York on February 7. On Thursday, Wintour will return to Manhattan for yet another fund-raiser, this time with the high-end asking price of $40,000 per guest to join Barack and Michelle Obama and Sarah Jessica Parker at the “Sex and the City” star’s home.

Okaaaay…let me try to get a handle on this:  Obama gives an speech on the economy , sporting all the gravitas of Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits singing “I’m Henry VIII I Am”.

Second verse, same as the first…

Meanwhile, Mr. Class Warfare himself is hanging out and begging money from the nation’s Liberal Elite…the 1%, if you will, while Moochelle is picking out her Fall Wardrobe while clutching the White House Credit Card in her hot little hands.

Remember back in October of 2008, Presidential Candidate Obama urged Joe the Plumber to “spread the wealth around”?

Well, hypocrite thy name is Soetoro…errr…Obama. reported on 5/16/11 that

President Barack Obama’s wealth reaches upward of $3.8 million and possibly much higher, financial disclosure reports issued by the White House Monday show.

The forms, which only provide wide ranges for each category, show most of his assets are tied up in treasury notes and bills — $1 million to $5 million each, with another $1 million to $5 million in book royalties. Obama and his wife, Michelle, also have at least hundreds of thousands of dollars more tucked away in retirement funds and education funds for their two daughters.

At the lower level, Obama probably is worth $3.8 million and at the upper end would have as much as $16.8 million, the reports indicate.

Huh.  I wonder why OWS didn’t Occupy the White House Lawn?

Oh, yeah.  The Proletariat never picketed the Politboro, either.
