Dem Elite and NeverTrumpers Wake Up to the Smell of Eggs on Sunday Morning… All Over Their Faces…WINNING!

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump’s successful operation to take out Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi sent Democrats scrambling on Sunday, as several top party leaders had complained publicly in recent days that the White House had no “real plan” to combat the terror group following the U.S. pullout in Syria.

In a dramatic sign of how Democrats’ messaging apparently backfired, NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” ran an ill-timed sketch suggesting that Trump had created “jobs” for ISIS — just hours before the president held a news conference announcing al-Baghdadi’s demise. The sketch aired around the time the two-hour late-night raid in northwest Syria was underway.

“It’s genuinely fascinating watching Democrats in real-time struggle to figure out what to say about this,” journalist Glenn Greenwald wrote on Sunday. “They want to be patriotic and anti-ISIS, but also need a way to malign Trump without contradicting their gushing Obama praise over [Usama bin Laden]: not an easy balancing act. Good luck!”

Through the day, the Democrats — including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Foreign Relations Committee ranking member Bob Menendez and former Vice President Joe Biden — seemingly settled on a new strategy. They praised the troops who executed the historic raid, while pointedly avoiding complimenting the president in any way.

Congressional Democrats also lamented that they were not informed in advance of the operation, while the Russian military was told so that their airspace could be used. The president suggested Sunday that Democrats in Congress, who have been conducting an impeachment inquiry against him that has been fraught with leaked information to the media, were not notified before the raid because of concerns they might compromise the operation with leaks.

“I congratulate our special forces, our intelligence community, and all our brave military professionals on delivering justice to the terrorist Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi,” Biden, one of the many Democrats seeking to unseat Trump in 2020, said. He went on to call on Trump to “keep up the pressure to prevent ISIS from ever regrouping or again threatening the United States.”

Pelosi, meanwhile, praised the “heroism, dedication and skill of our military and our intelligence professionals and acknowledge the work of our partners in the region,” then condemned Trump’s “green-lighting of Turkish aggression into Syria against our Kurdish partners.”

However, in May 2011, when President Obama announced Usama bin Laden’s death, Pelosi, D-Calif., was much less reluctant to praise the commander-in-chief.

“I salute President Obama, his national security team, Director Panetta, our men and women in the intelligence community and military, and other nations who supported this effort for their leadership in achieving this major accomplishment,” Pelosi said at the time.

Some commentators also noted that The Washington Post also had applied a different standard on Sunday than it did when bin Laden was killed. “Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, austere religious scholar at helm of Islamic State, dies at 48,” read a head-turning, since-changed headline in the Post.

The sympathetic obituary described the terror leader as “a shy, nearsighted youth who liked soccer but preferred to spend his free time at the local mosque” and noted that “despite the group’s extremist views and vicious tactics, Mr. Baghdadi maintained a canny pragmatism as leader.”

But in 2011, the Post’s headline announcing bin Laden’s death flatly called him the leader of a “terrorist group.”

In her statement Sunday, Pelosi further demanded that the “House must be briefed on this raid, which the Russians but not top congressional leadership were notified of in advance, and on the administration’s overall strategy in the region.”

In what can only be described as brilliant strategy and leadership by a Commander-in-Chief, the 45th President of the United States of America, in an amazing bit of sleight-of-hand, made the entire world believe that he was abandoning Syria to the Islamic barbarians known as ISIS.

And, once again, while all of his and America’s enemies believed that they have all of the answers, President Donald J. Trump changed the questions.

And, stole the spotlight of the 24-hour News Cycle away from the Democrat Elite…again.

The President was exactly right when he gave his explanation of why he left Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats out of the loop as to the nature and timing of the military strike.

Years ago, I would not have believed that I would have been writing this, but I firmly believe that there are those in the Democratic Party Leadership who would have found a way to contact ISIS in order to tip them off in order to damage and embarrass President Trump.

House Dems such as Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, etc., are so eaten up with Trump Derangement Syndrome and their all- consuming thirst to regain the power of the Presidency that aiding a sworn enemy of our country, the murderous Radical Islamists of ISIS, would not have bothered them at all. Not one little bit.

And, for them to oppose Trump’s secrecy is the height of hypocrisy, considering that they are attempting to impeach him behind closed doors in an ultra-secure room.

However, the House Democrats are not the only ones with egg on their faces.

The Far Left actors and “comedians” of Saturday Live, including the boorish idiot, Alec Baldwin, looked awfully stupid for their skit about President Trump’s “benevolence” toward ISIS.

But, then again, SNL has been unwatchable since the days of Eddie Murphy and Joe Piscopo.

I have a couple of last thoughts I would like to share with the Democratic Party, the House Dems, the Hollywood Libs, and the rest of the NeverTrumpers:

Speaker Pelosi, if you and your fellow travelers want respect from the President, perhaps you should have respected him

Underestimating the President cost you the Presidency.

And, that same arrogant attitude is about to make history repeat itself.

Eric Erikson Calls Christian Trump Voters “Hypocrites”. This “Christian American Conservative” Rebukes Him.

untitled-110Erick Erickson is a politically conservative American blogger who hosts radio show Atlanta’s Evening News with Erick Erickson, broadcast on 750 WSB. He previously served as an editor-in-chief of the conservative political blog RedState and was a political contributor for CNN.  Now, he runs an online political magazine titled “TheResurgent.com” and appears on Fox News as a contributor.

Also, in the past, he has been privileged to be one of the Guest Hosts who fill in for the Godfather of Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, on his nationally syndicated radio program.

He has not had that privilege lately.

There may be a reason why.

Yesterday, Mr. Erickson tweeted the following…

The people who cheered on Comey months ago suddenly attack him. As intellectually dishonest as Christians defending Trump.

You guessed it, boys and girls.

Mr. Erickson, if you have not heard of him before, is one of those who considers themselves “TRUE Conservatives”

That’s right. he’s a #NeverTrumper.

Mr. Erickson’s generalization of “Christian American Conservatives” who are voting for Trump as “hypocrites”, got this Southern Man’s dander up…because as the sub-title on my blog states:

I AM ONE. (Praise God.)

That being said…

I believe that Trump is not as Conservative on some issues as I am. However, while I do disagree with Trump every now and then, I also believe that

  1. He genuinely loves this country and cares about the American People.
  2. He is not a Hillary Clinton plant, simply running to secure the election for her.
  3. He is not a part of the plot by the Illuminati to destroy America.

…Or, any other cockamamie “theory” that the “TRUE Conservatives” on the Internet have vomited forth about him, in order to justify their America-endangering ongoing temper tantrum, caused by Ted Cruz’s failure to win the Republican Primary.

I am a member of a Contemporary Evangelical Church, which I attend regularly, when I am not working on Sunday.

My faith is not marginal. I stand on The Solid Rock, not shifting sands.

America is a Constitutional Republic, not a Theocracy. And, as such, Americans, including the 75% of us who declare that Jesus Christ is our Personal Savior, must each make our own individual choice as to whom would best represent us as the Leader of the Free World, based upon both logic and the Spiritual Gift of Discernment.

Logic dictates that I vote for someone who will keep my family, my friends, and my country safe from the murderous barbarians that are at our gates. It also drives me to keep Hillary Clinton out of the White House as the representative of the political party whose sitting President has driven this Sovereign Nation straight down the Highway to Hell, over the last seven years.

Judging from the Republican Primaries’ outcome, and the overflowing crowds at his Campaign Rallies that the MSM, with eight days to go until Election Day, and with the possibility of a Federal indictment of Hillary Clinton looming, still refuses to acknowledge, the overwhelming majority of voters believe that candidate to be Donald J. Trump.

During the Republican Primary Season, I was called everything but “a Child of God”, simply because I wrote factual posts about Donald J. Trump and stated that I would pencil in the bubble beside his name as my choice to fill the Office of President of the United States of America.

According to “TRUE Conservatives” like Eric Erickson and the amateurish self-proclaimed “TRUE Conservative” Political Pundits who hang out on Facebook Political Pages, spamming them ad infinitum, you are not truly a Christian, nor a “True Conservative”, if you are willing to make that choice.

However, I beg to differ.

#NeverTrumpers are so consumed with their hatred for Trump and their disappointment over the results of the Republican Primary Elections, that they simply do not care was sort of damage they can do to the quest of average Americans to keep the Queen of mean, Hillary Clinton, from succeeding President Barack Hussein Obama.

Their hatred  over Trump’s political success has eradicated their rationality.

What caused the spectacular collapse of the campaign of their candidate of choice, Senator Ted Cruz, which has now led to Citizen Statesman Donald J. Trump being on the cusp of being elected our next President?

A while back, I wrote that, in the case of Senator Ted Cruz, his image of not being just another politician, was tarnished by the actions of those working for him, in regards to the political shenanigans that were being played against Donald J. Trump.

Also, instead of trying to reach out to other parts of the voting base, as Trump did, Cruz instead reached out to fellow politicians, seeking their support. However, upon reflection, I believe there is even more to the story of the collapse of the Cruz Campaign.

As I have documented before, the success of Donald J. Trump and his Campaign, is one of a visceral and palpable anger, that is presently held by Americans for Professional Politicians.

I believe that this anger has not only been caused by the blatant self-serving interests of those we have elected to serve us in Washington, DC, but also by
the realization by average Americans that our country is under attack by enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Average Americans, like you and me, love our country.

We are tired of being told by the present Administration and their Liberal Minions in the Main Stream Media, that America is “just another country”, when we have been raised to believe, by those who exemplified it, in American Exceptionalism.

Our ancestors, relatives, and friends have died in the defense of our nation and our Traditional American Values.

And, our love and respect for those who have gone before us, simply will not allow us to stand idly by, and watch the continued degradation and purposeful destruction of a nation that was built through their sacrifices.

Modern American Liberals call this attitude “Nationalism” and/or “Jingoism”.

Those of us here in America’s Heartland, simply call it “being an American.”

The bold and brash nature of Trump and his “Political Correctness be d*mned” way of speaking, continues to strike a resonant chord in the hearts of average Americans, who, quite simply, are fed up with being told that we’re wrong for believing in these Traditional American Values.

What the Liberals, to this day,  do not seem to understand, is the more that they send paid protesters out to stop Trump from speaking and the more baseless propaganda that the Main Stream Media attempts to force-feed us every day on local and national newscasts, the more average Americans will support him, because, despite all of their best efforts to turn America into a Democratic Socialist Nation , we remain the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

If this was any other time in the history of presidential elections, Senator Ted Cruz would probably be faring better.

Unfortunately for Senator Ted Cruz, thanks to his own bad choices and the contempt of the American Voting Public for professional politicians at this time, Trump sailed to victory in the Republican Primary.

One of those bad choices was forging an alliance with Radio Talk Show Host Glenn Beck.

Imperceptible at first, Beck slowly, over a span of years, changed from being an analyzer of the news, to a maker of it. He changed from being a commentator to being a self-appointed prophet.

Now, with the very real possibility of Donald J. Trump becoming the next President of the United States , Beck, whose severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, has made his once-entertaining radio program unlistenable, has turned into an Old Testament Prophet, shaming those Christians who may even be thinking about voting for Trump.

I do believe that Beck’s Holy Garments have ridden up into a dark and lonely place.

Once one of my favorite radio show hosts to listen to, Beck has, in the last couple of years, become unlistenable.

Quoting Conservative Radio Talk Show Host Laura Ingraham, from an article written for her website, Lifezette.com,

…a Donald Trump administration that would face real checks and balances, or a Hillary Clinton administration that would face almost none. Under these circumstances, it seems obvious that the prudent thing for a skeptical conservative to do is work with the Trump supporters to defeat Hillary Clinton — she is the much greater, and much more immediate, threat. I believe that a lot of conservatives realize these facts, but are troubled with the notion that by voting for Trump, they would be personally endorsing everything he says and does. But that is simply not true. We are talking about a temporary political alliance to keep Hillary Clinton out of the White House. No one seriously believes that John Adams supported slavery because he worked with slaveholders to throw the British out of Massachusetts. No one seriously believes that Churchill supported communism because he worked with Stalin to defeat Hitler. No one seriously believes that Hamilton and Madison agreed on everything because they cooperated on the Federalist Papers. There’s a reason we say that “politics makes strange bedfellows” — because political crises sometimes force people to form alliances with people they would otherwise oppose. For some conservatives, the 2016 election is plainly one of those times.

In short, when you apply the Cruz test to this election, it is clear that conservatives of good conscience can and should support Donald Trump. Indeed, failure to do so will put our entire political system — with all of the civil liberties we hold dear — at risk. I urge those conservatives who are concerned about Trump to think very, very carefully about this election, and work with the rest of us to defeat Hillary Clinton.

According to those “TRUE Conservatives”, like Eric Erickson, who believe that they are more “principled” than those of us Christian Conservatives who are going to vote for Trump, you are not truly a Christian or a “Principled Conservative”, if you are willing to support and vote for the Republican Presidential Candidate.

However, I beg to differ, and I stand with the Reverend Franklin Graham on this issue.

In  a  Facebook Post, written during the Republican Primaries, Rev. Graham wrote:

Trump Madness—It’s “trumping” everything in the news, even March Madness. Do you believe protesters blocking the road to his rally to stop people from getting there today? There are those who passionately support him and others who are adamantly against him. He’s a political phenomenon like our country hasn’t seen before. I don’t think America has ever had a presidential candidate opposed by both establishments, Republican and Democratic, as well as the sitting president. I just hope that as a result of this unforgettable campaign season, politicians on all sides will get the message loud and clear that Americans are tired of the status quo and the corruption that has gripped Washington. Join me in praying for the 2016 elections and for the future of this nation.

That being said, Rev. Graham, in a previous interview, done with CBN, stated that  “a left movement within the evangelical community that are telling people, ‘If so-and-so wins or this person wins don’t vote.’ ” Rev. Graham went on to add, “I’m just saying, I don’t care who wins and who’s out there, you have to vote.”

If Hillary Clinton wins the presidency, how does that prove your Christianity or prove you to be a person of principle? All it proves is that you stood by and let the country go to hell in a hand-basket.

I do not believe that Jesus would be a part of the Social Justice Movement, which is so popular among Liberal Churches, today. His was and is a soul-saving movement. One that still brings hundreds of thousand of people to individual salvation on this terrestrial ball every day. A movement that, in fact, was embraced by the founders of this cherished land.

Now is not the time to be pressing Christian Americans to make a “collective” choice to not support Trump, to move as “a Body”, if you will.

That being said, allow me to also state that I believe that American Evangelicals must excise their Spiritual Gift of Discernment in choosing between Donald J. Trump and Hillary Clinton for the job of President.

When Mitt Romney was the Republican Candidate for President in 2012, a lot of Americans stayed home, rather than vote for Romney.

That may have helped those individuals feel better about themselves, but it also helped to bring them and their fellow citizens four more years of economic suffering under the Presidency of Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).

Just as a Christian’s Salvation is not manifested as a Collective Experience, but a Personal one, so is a Christian American’s Voting Rights a Personal Experience.

I had somebody tell me during the Primaries, that they would “pray for me” to make the “right” choice, in the upcoming Presidential Election.

While the prayers of others are always appreciated, that hit me as if it was “The Church Lady” saying,

Well, bless your heart.

That’s an old Southern insult, in case you didn’t know.

My support of Donald  J. Trump, through the articles that I write, is my individual choice, made through a detailed study of facts and with a heart-felt reverence toward this Sacred Land and the One who brought our Forefathers here.

Can you vote for Donald J. Trump and still be a Christian?

Certainly you can.

Your Salvation is not determined by your vote…but, by God’s Grace.

And…

As Christians we are instructed to individually listen to that “Still Small Voice” inside us.

While Christians, in church and outside of it, represent the corporate Body of Christ, according to scripture, we each possess the Spiritual Gifts of Free Will and Discernment.

These gifts are used by each of us on a daily basis, including aiding in our decision to support a Presidential Candidate in the Election of 2016.

Unlike Liberals and Marxists (but, I may be repeating myself), we do not vote as a collective, nor should we.

There are no Saints who will be running as for the President of the United States of America, on either side. Just men and a woman…a very mean and evil woman.

And, America’s Christian Churches are not a Shrine for Saints. They are a Hospital for Sinners.

I’m just sayin’.

Each of us must decide for ourselves, whom we will vote for.

Since the “Shot Heard ‘Round The World” was fired on that fateful morning of April 19, 1775, this country has been built by Christian Americans making individual choices.

While we can not know what the actual future of America under either candidate would bring,  what is known , is that there was only one Perfect Man.

What is also known, is that there are only two legitimate choices for President in this election. And, staying home or voting stupidly is what got us Barack Hussein Obama.

America cannot afford to elect Hillary Clinton. God does not call upon us to destroy the very nation which he created through the hard work and sacrifice of Christian men and women.

There is a great difference between being “principled” and being hurt, angry, and hardheaded because your favorite political candidate did not win the Republican Primary Election.

Just as mistakes are made in our local churches by believing that the wishes of man are the Will of God, the choice you make to not vote or to vote stupidly is your choice alone, made through God’s Gift of Free Will.

As I said earlier in this post, our Individual Salvation is not determined by whom we vote for…but, by God’s Grace.

However, the much-needed Reclamation of America most certainly will be.

And, that is why this Christian American Conservative is voting for Donald J. Trump.

In closing, to those self-identified “True Conservative Facebook Political Pundits” out there, who seem to be suffering from a “logic impaction” (i.e., their head is presently lodged in a very dark and lonely place):

If your own personal , emotional, visceral temper tantrum-inducing hatred of Donald Trump precludes you from exercising your right to vote or causes you to think that a “protest vote” for a non-viable candidate is the correct action to take in this crucial election which will determine America’s Future…

…perhaps it is YOU who is not a “TRUE CONSERVATIVE”.

Emailgate, The Rule of Law, and the “NeverTrumpers”

Cut-Off-600-nrdUp on Capitol Hill this morning, those who are supposed to be our Public Servants will put on a Dog and Pony Show, which promises to be interesting, but not impactful.

I hope that I am wrong.

Foxnews.com reports that

FBI Director James Comey will explain Thursday to House lawmakers his bombshell decision not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton over her handling of sensitive emails.

Comey, who took no questions after announcing his decision Tuesday, agreed to go before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee after several lawmakers sought an explanation. In saying he would not press the Justice Department to pursue an indictment against the likely Democrat nominee for president, Comey nonetheless laid out a strong case that she had violated laws regulating government employees’ safeguarding of sensitive emails.

“The FBI’s recommendation is surprising and confusing,” Committee Chairman Jason Chaffee, R-Utah, said. “The fact pattern presented by Director Comey makes clear Secretary Clinton violated the law. Individuals who intentionally skirt the law must be held accountable. Congress and the American people have a right to understand the depth and breadth of the FBI’s investigation.”

Comey said 110 emails in 52 email chains discovered on Clinton’s unauthorized server were classified at the time they were sent or received, including some that were “top secret.” He also said that while the probe did not prove Clinton’s server was hacked, it may have been – and he pointedly noted that she used unsecure devices while visiting countries hostile to the U.S.

In addition to Chaffee, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., wrote the FBI director demanding to know how he justified his decision.

House and Senate judiciary committees could also seek testimony from Comey and his boss, Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Lynch was already slated to testify next Tuesday at a House Oversight Committee hearing where Fox News has learned she will be questioned about the email investigation, and possibly her secret meeting with former President Bill Clinton just days before her department dropped the email case against the former first lady.

Coney’s decision was seen in many quarters as a punt. By branding Clinton’s use of unauthorized servers to send and receive sensitive — and in some cases top secret — information as “extremely careless,” Comey gave Clinton’s critics plenty of ammunition.

Rush Limbaugh made the following observations during his nationally syndicated Radio Program, yesterday…

Now, obviously criminal types have no respect for it, by definition.  But we’re not talking about criminals.  We’re talking about people in public life.  We’re talking about elected officials who campaign and seek our votes for all kinds of reasons.  And one of the things that is paramount in every election is the attempt to elect people who are of impeccable character, who are honest, who have integrity, who will thus respect the rule of law.  They run for president, they run for vice president, Senate, House, mayor, whatever, there is a United States Constitution, there are state constitutions, there is the oath of office.  It all matters.

We assume that the people who seek votes, who want to hold these high offices, we have always been able to assume they were people, we might disagree with politically or ideologically, but they had a common acceptance and reverence and respect for the governing documents that held the country together and defined it.  That’s what we’re losing here.  You can see it in the fight over the Second Amendment.  You can see it in any number of ways that the Democrats feel like they’re hamstrung by it.

To them, the Constitution is unfair, it’s too limiting, it’s is antiquated, it’s outdated, and it’s so insignificant now, you don’t even have to go through the legal process of amending it.  You can just ignore it because these are modern times, and it was written so long ago, and the Founders couldn’t possibly have anticipated what life would be like today.  Therefore, what they wrote should not be automatically applicable to life today.  That is the absence of respect for the rule of law.  And it’s exactly what’s happening.

Liberalism scares me, folks.  I come across here as adamantly opposed to it, but I do so because it scares me.  Liberalism, socialism, communism, they scare me. They frighten me because of what they portend life to become should they become dominant governmental mandates, should it become the way our government is operating.  Because it all equals the loss of liberty.

No matter how you slice it, the advent of liberalism, the spread of liberalism must, in order to spread, in order to grow, people have to lose freedom, people have to lose liberty, because liberalism is the amassing of power at the government level and as much as they can get.  And in order for them to have it, they have to take it.

As I was thinking about where to go at this point in this post, in regards to the chances of Presumptive Republican Candidate, Donald J. Trump, my mind (such as it is) began to analyze what Trump has said in the past.

If he had “played by the rules”, regarding upholding the Washingtonian Status Quo, he would not be where he is.

He continues to fight, not only those on the Democrat Side of the aisle, who are determined to make the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton, our next President, but, also those Republicans, and self-proclaimed “True Conservatives”, who want to keep Trump from becoming President of the United States of America at all costs, even if it means sacrificing our children’s and grandchildren’s future to do it.

You have either watched them on television, encountered them on Facebook Political Pages, or attempted to have a conversation with them in person.

They are the #NeverTrumpers.

For example, once one of my favorite radio show hosts to listen to, Glenn Beck has, in the last couple of years, become unlistenable.

The times that I have tuned in, during the course of the Republican Primaries, it sounded like Beck was possessed with the spirit of the late, great Ricardo Montalban, in his scene-stealing role as Khan in “Star Trek II”. I still fully expect to hear him say at one point:

[quoting from Melville’s Moby Dick] To the last, I will grapple with thee… from Hell’s heart, I stab at thee! For hate’s sake, I spit my last breath at thee!

As the spot-on cartoon that I used for the blog this morning, courtesy of the creative genius of Antonio F. Branco, illustrates, the #NeverTrumpers’ selfish obsession hurts themselves, as well as the country.

Holding one’s breath until they turn blue, or telling a Christian American Conservative that they are somehow condemned to Hell and are Unpatriotic, for voting for and supporting Donald J. Trump in his quest to become the next President of the United States of America, is not going to change the reality of the situation.

Neither will staying at home and not voting this November.

That’s been tried before.

That is how we got stuck with Petulant President Pantywaist.

Finally, if these “NeverTrumpers”, who claim to be Republicans, like Political Pundits Bill Kristol and George Will,  decide to pull a last-minute double-cross and have a Brokered Convention, or form a “Third Party”, nominating their own Moderate Milksop of a Presidential Candidate, America will be swearing-in Crooked Hillary as President next January.

Quite frankly…

If you hate Donald J. Trump so much, that you are willing to sacrifice America’s Future to get your “revenge”, seek professional help.

Or…change your last name to Khan…or Ahab.

We must never have someone who believes that they are above the law sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office in the most powerful position in the Free World.

Until He Comes,

KJ
