Last night, the 45th President of the United States of America delivered an address to the nation concerning the National Security and Humanitarian Crisis on our Southern Border.

During his presentation, President Trump was factual, focused, passionate, and presidential as he masterfully laid out the case for securing our border, including provided the reasoning for the $5.6 billion which he is asking for in order to erect a steel barrier to help end the drug trafficking, human trafficking, and breaking and entering of our Sovereign Nation by illegal aliens, some of whom possess criminal records as evidenced by the 266,000 whom ICE Agents have arrested. Others have come into our country and murdered 4,000 of our citizens, committing 100,000 assaults and 30,000 sex crimes.

He also pointed out that, in the past, Democrats have supported building a wall on the Southern Border.

The Senate on Thursday passed the most monumental overhaul of U.S. immigration laws in a generation, which would clear the way for millions of undocumented residents to have a chance at citizenship, attract workers from all over the world and devote unprecedented resources for security along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The vote was 68-32. Fourteen Republicans crossed the aisle to vote with all Democrats in favor. Thursday’s vote now puts the onus of immigration reform on the Republican-led House, where leaders have been resistant to the Senate legislation.

“The strong bipartisan vote we took is going to send a message across the country, it’s going to send a message to the other end of the Capitol as well,” said Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), the leader of the so-called Gang of Eight. “The bill has generated a level of support that we believe will be impossible for the House to ignore.

Schumer was wrong. The bill did not make it through the House of Representatives.

After the president spoke last night, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer responded in what came off as desperate, immature, and out-of-touch attempt at a rebuttal on behalf of the Far Left Democratic Party.

Quite Frankly, they sounded more concerned about the inconvenience which delayed paychecks were causing 800,00 Government Workers than they were about the safety of American Citizens, calling all of the violence and human suffering caused by an unsecured Southern Border a “manufactured crisis”, accusing President Trump of “misinformation” and “malice”.

The two Democratic Leaders, giving the appearance of a couple of stereotypical clueless bureaucrats on auto pilot, insisted that the president end the shutdown first and then “we can work to resolve our differences over border security”.

Priorities. Priorities.

Isn’t that the same sort of line that the Democrats handed President Reagan when they got him to bestow amnesty on thousands of illegal aliens back in the day?

Last night’s Democratic Rebuttal was the biggest exercise in hypocrisy since Obama used the horrible mass murder in Sandy Hook to call for gun control, using children as stage props.

Dems in walled mansions shouldn’t throw stones.

As the president so eloquently put it last night,

Some have suggested a barrier is immoral. Then why do wealthy politicians build walls, fences and gates around their homes? They don’t build walls because they hate the people on the outside, but because they love the people on the inside. The only thing that is immoral is for the politicians to do nothing and continue to allow more innocent people to be so horribly victimized.

Schumer and Pelosi Demand Equal Air Time After Trump’s Address to the Nation Tonight…He’s the President…You’re Not

Democratic leaders on Monday night called for equal airtime in response to President Donald Trump’s primetime address to the nation on southern border security scheduled for Tuesday evening.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., argued that since Trump’s speech will be broadcast, the other side of the aisle should have their fair share of broadcast time, too.

“Now that the television networks have decided to air the President’s address, which if his past statements are any indication will be full of malice and misinformation, Democrats must immediately be given equal airtime,” they said in a statement.

Trump said he’ll be talking at 9 p.m. ET about the U.S.-Mexico border — the fight over which sparked the partial government shutdown. The address will be carried live by ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox Broadcasting, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, MSNBC and NBC.

Pelosi and Schumer said that Democrats “and an increasing number of Republicans in Congress” have urged Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., to “re-open the government while Congress debates the President’s expensive and ineffective wall.”

The government is on day 16 of the partial shutdown — the second-longest in history slated to become the longest this weekend.

Trump told congressional Democratic leaders during a meeting on Friday that he was willing to keep the government shutdown for as long as necessary — possibly months or even years — in order to get the border funding he wants.

After a weekend filled with meetings about the shutdown, the president moved to call for a steel wall, rather than a concrete barrier, at the southern border. Trump framed the pitch for a steel wall as a concession to Democrats to move negotiations along, although they do not appear moved by the president’s message.

“President Trump keeps rejecting the bipartisan House-passed bills, which have already received strong bipartisan support in the Senate, to re-open the government,” Pelosi and Schumer’s statement read. “Instead, he is still demanding that American taxpayers pay at least $5.7 billion for his wall, which can’t pass either chamber of Congress and of course Mexico is not paying for.”

Demanding equal time?

The Democrats must be awfully nervous.

I performed an Internet search after reading the above article. The only times that I found where the opposition party was given air time after a Presidential Address was after every year’s State of the Union Address by the sitting President.

And, tonight’s Address to the Nation will not be made in front of Congress.

It will made in front of the people they are supposed to be answering to…American Citizens.

Supposedly, the Dems want equal air time to “combat lies”.

The only lying that has been going on concerning what is happening at the border has been coming from them.

Heck, they wouldn’t even acknowledge the murder of Sheriff Deputy Ronil Singh by an illegal alien.

Yes, I called that murderer an “illegal alien”.

The Democrats want equal air time so that they can continue to lie to the American people concerning the make-up of the Migrant Caravans and who is sponsoring them.

These caravans are not some sort of spontaneous cry for help. They are a purposeful invasion of our Sovereign Nation, being funded by a very familiar name.

Leftist billionaire George Soros is funding the well-organized anti-Trump migrant caravan invasion from Central America that has been hitting the United States-Mexico border in defiance of immigration enforcement.

“The caravan is organized by a group called Pueblo Sin Fronteras, [b]ut the effort is supported by the coalition CARA Family Detention Pro Bono Project, which includes Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLIN), the American Immigration Council (AIC), the Refugee and Immigration Center for Education and Legal Services (RICELS) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) – thus the acronym CARA,” WND reported. “At least three of the four groups are funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation.”

Former AILA President Victor Nieblas Pradas is behind the Soros-led caravans and contends that detaining mothers and their children who break into the U.S. illegally is inhumane, unfair and unjust.

“There is simply no humane way to detain families,” Pradis declared in an AILA announcement. “Asylum seeking families should be given due process, not expedited removal – and the end of the road must be the end of family detention entirely.”

Don’t be surprised if Chuck and Nancy do coerce someone to grant them air time tonight, that they try to bring “morality” into their argument for open borders, alluding that it is the “Christian” thing to do without saying the “C” word which is anathema to the Far Left Democratic Party.

Americans are the most compassionate people in the world.

Attached to the church I attend, is an independently-run Food Bank which feeds 2,000 people per month while assisting them in finding the state services that they need. It is manned by a volunteer staff of members from my church and other denominations in the community.

That being said, while we are told to be compassionate, we are also told to be “wise as serpents”.

While we are instructed in the Old Testament to “treat foreigners nicely”, there is no scripture in the Old or New Testament which instructs us to automatically make strangers citizens of our country. It is quite a stretch to use the Bible to make a case to “abolish all borders”.

However, getting back to the “wise as serpents” quote, I believe as a Christian that my faith in the Triune God does not require me to be naïve.

One would have to be a fool to intentionally bring in thousands of people into our “home” when there have already been dangerous criminals, including those with weapons meant to be used against us, found within their ranks.

President Trump is NOT disobeying God by enforcing our immigration laws and protecting our Sovereignty and our citizenry. Those who are attempting to cross our borders illegally are the ones who are in the wrong here.

And, Sheriff’s Deputy Ronil Singh, Katie Steinle, and all the other Americans who have been killed by illegal aliens would agree…if they were here to do so.

Dem Chairman of House Armed Services Committee Admits Trump has Authority to Build Wall

The Washington Free Beacon reports that

Rep. Adam Smith (D., Wash.) on Sunday admitted that President Donald Trump has the authority to use the U.S. military to build the border wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Smith, the chairman of the House Armed Service Committee, appeared on ABC’s “This Week” to talk about the government shutdown and wall funding.

“Does President Trump have the ability, have the authority to declare a national emergency and have the military build his wall?” host George Stephanopoulos asked.

“Well, unfortunately, the short answer is yes. There is a provision in the law that says the president can declare an emergency. It’s been done a number of times, but primarily  it’s been done to build facilities in Afghanistan and Iraq and in this case I think the president would be wide-open to a court challenge saying, ‘Where’s the emergency?'” Smith said.

Trump was asked on Friday whether he had considered using emergency powers to allow himself to build the wall with the military without Congress’s approval.

“We can call a national emergency because of the security … I haven’t done it. I may do it but we can call a national emergency and build it very quickly,” he said.

Smith went on to say that if Trump used this authority, it would be “terrible use of Department of Defense dollars.” He said that taking $20 billion out of the defense budget would be a waste of money because he believes that it won’t improve border security.

“All border security experts that I talk to  say where a wall makes sense has already been built,” Smith said. “We should have a conversation about border security, but first we should reopen the government and start paying our border patrol agents and the other 800,000 federal employees who are furloughed.”

“Where’s the emergency???!!!”

A record number of “migrants” from Honduras and Central America have been arriving at our borders, overwhelming border agents, overcrowding holding cells and putting their own children’s lives at risk through the endangerment brought about by coming from Third World Barrios, battling diseases which America has already taken steps to prevent.

This is not the first time that diseases previously eradicated from our Sovereign Nation have been brought in by “migrants”.

It was the spring and summer of 2014 under the benevolent reign of King Barack The first, when 50,000-100,000 unaccompanied minors made the long arduous journey from Central America across Mexico to our Southern border, where they were graciously welcomed to our Sovereign Nation by President Obama.

Even though a significant number of these “unaccompanied minors” were found to be carrying measles and other childhood diseases which our country had all but eradicated, they were spirited away on military transport planes to bases around the country and were later dispersed among our general population.

That move by Obama put Americans in danger just as allowing these migrants to lay siege to our Southern Border is an intolerable danger today.

All along, during all of the heated battles in our country over illegal immigration, Liberal Democrats have argued that illegal aliens somehow have the “right” to be here.

They could not be more wrong.

American citizenship is earned by those not born here, not their “right”.

Foreigners become American Citizens by swearing an oath of loyalty to OUR country.

The invasion which continues to head our way has no intention of doing so, as proven by the Honduran Flag which they proudly carry in front of them.

As those in our government who have knowledge of exactly what is happening at our border have warned us, there is no way of knowing the character of those who are attempting to enter our country illegally.

There is no way of knowing their past criminal activities, either…until they are caught.

An open border endangers Americans lives. That is a National Security Issue which constitutes emergency action.

That is why I believe that President Trump should just go ahead and build a wall on the Southern Border.

As an average American living in America’s Heartland, I can tell you for a fact that the majority of people whom I speak to on a daily basis support building a wall to protect our Sovereign Nation.

I realize that is not a scientific statement, but, heck, the so-called professional pollsters all over-sample Democrats in their polls to get the answer that they want.

That is why they all predicted that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 Presidential Election.

And, speaking of Democrats if walls are “immoral” and “do not work” why do the wealthy Democratic Leaders like Nancy Pelosi have them surrounding their mansions?

Trump Signs EO, Dems Still Mad, Will Their Hatred Eventually Lead to Violence?

Okay. Folks, I’m just gonna say it here. If the media keeps this up — if they keep up generating this hysteria — somebody’s gonna get killed. I think we’re pretty close to somebody getting killed already, and I’m not being hyperbolic, and I’m not trying to call attention to myself. What Rush is referring to is the sphincter-clinching, high-decibel hyperbole that has come over the last several days from the Far left Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media, and the hoi polloi in Hollywood.

In response to the release of the IG Report concerning an out-of-control Hierarchy in the FBI doing the bidding of the Obama Administration in an effort to keep Trump out of office and to get him out once average Americans elected him, the Democratic Party and all of their minions attacked President Trump over the separation of children from their parents once they entered our country illegally.

Of course, the practice originated under a Democratic President named Barack Hussein Obama. However, we’re not supposed to bring that up.

Turning on my local news yesterday morning, they were covering the latest hypocritical action by the Democrats against the president with sadistic glee, adding to an already half-psychotic lynch mob mentality among the Far Left, whose unbridled hatred for the 45th President has been growing steadily since the evening of November 8, 2016 when he ruined their dreams of a Hillary Clinton Presidency.

So out-of-control is the anger of these lunatics that washed-up actor Peter Fonda directed a vulgar tweet to First Lady Melania Trump, calling for someone to “rip Barron Trump from his mother’s arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles.”

Yesterday, President Trump decided to end what the Democrats started and signed an Executive Order calling for the children who crossed our border illegally to be able to remain with their parents.

But, guess what? The Democrats still are not happy.

Per FoxNews.com,

The order Trump signed allows children to stay in detention with their parents for an extended period of time. It does not, however, end the “zero-tolerance” policy that criminally prosecutes adults entering the country without proper documentation.

Trump’s order came after he and other officials repeatedly said only Congress had the power to stop children and their parents from being separated.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., tweeted Wednesday night that the executive order “merely replaces one inhumane act with another.”

“In response to the overwhelming public outrage at his policy of tearing children away from their parents at the border, this administration thinks the appropriate response is to indefinitely detain families,” Sanders said.

The senator said he’s “hopeful … the courts will step in to rein in these unlawful actions.”

Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, of California, shared similar sentiments, tweeting: “It’s extremely troubling that the president’s executive order would require immigrant families with children to be detained indefinitely.”

“This Executive Order doesn’t fix the crisis,” Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., wrote. “Indefinitely detaining children with their families in camps is inhumane and will not make us safe.”

Are you beginning to see a pattern, gentle readers?

It was NEVER about “the children”.

As I mentioned earlier, Democrats desperately needed something to take attention away from the IG Report.

Not only that, they want amnesty for these illegal immigrants so bad they can taste it.

They need more Democratic Party Voters because they are about to be shellacked in the 2016 Mid-term Elections and the 202 Presidential Election.

They have no Party Platform except “Hate Trump”.

This same hatred that has the Liberal Masses whipped up to the point of possible violence has absolutely alienated the Democratic Party from average Americans who now view them as holding our country back from a bright future.

The hatred for President Trump could lead to violence but they need to remember that they are still in the minority in America.

If they continue to ratchet up their hateful rhetoric toward President Trump and average Americans, just like the story of Moby Dick and Captain Ahab, the Democrats’ hatred of President Donald J. Trump will lead to the death of them as a viable political party.

This is 2018. Not 1917.

This time the Bolsheviks will not win.

Emailgate: Hillary’s Excuse for Jeopardizing National Security? “I Can’t Remember.”

Well, just as has happened so often on Friday nights during the Obama Administration, yesterday bore witness to another “Document Dump”.

Laura’s Ingraham’s Lifezette.com reports that

Hillary Clinton told FBI agents that she could not recall issues related to her email server at least 26 times, according to an 11-page document released by the FBI on Friday.

Clinton’s memory lapses are frequent during the interview, marked often by agents as “could not recall” and “did not remember.” But the “could not recall” remarks are often related not to long-distant emails, but things she should perhaps definitely recall.

And Clinton told the FBI she could not recall any briefing after her December 2012 fall that left her with a concussion, an admission that will surely stoke concerns about Clinton’s health and physical fitness to serve in the job of president.

Most surprisingly perhaps: Clinton said she “did not recall receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system.” Clinton said she relied on employees’ judgment in sending her emails.

But Clinton’s memory doesn’t just fall short on email servers, vital procedures and possible security problems. When asked by the FBI to give an example of how a federal document arrives at classification, Clinton couldn’t. The FBI document is sure to raise issues about how Clinton and President Obama’s State Department handled secure papers and emails.

Clinton could not even recall when she got her security clearance. She told FBI agents she wasn’t sure if she carried it over from the U.S. Senate or if she got it from State. But perhaps even worse, Clinton told FBI agents she couldn’t even remember any briefing or training by State “related to the retention of federal records or handling of classified information.”

That admission could raise the question if Clinton was ever trained at all in handling secret information.

Below is the list of things Clinton could not recall in the FBI interview:

Any briefing on how to handle very top-secret “Special Access Program” material

Ever getting a message that her storage was almost full
Anyone besides Huma Abedin being offered an account on the private server
Being sent information on state government private emails being hacked
Receiving cable on State Dept personnel securing personal email accounts
Receiving cable on Bryan Pagliano upgrading her server
Using an iPad mini
An Oct. 13, 2012, email on Egypt with Clinton pal Sidney Blumenthal

It is a “time-honored tradition in Washington scandals” to claim one doesn’t recall as they were busy being busy Washington officials, The Associated Press said in a 2005 report on common criminal defenses inside the Beltway.

The Trump campaign leaped on the disclosure.

“Hillary Clinton is applying for a job that begins each day with a Top Secret intelligence briefing, and the notes from her FBI interview reinforce her tremendously bad judgment and dishonesty,” the Trump campaign said in a statement to LifeZette. “Clinton’s secret email server was an end-run around government transparency laws that wound up jeopardizing our national security and sensitive diplomatic efforts. On more than 2,000 occasions classified material was exposed on her private server, including highly sensitive Top Secret information and intelligence.”

Please allow me to repeat that last sentence:

And, she can’t remember?

These e-mails contained vital information pertaining to the security of our Sovereign Nation and the safety of our Covert Operatives serving overseas.

This garbage being pulled by Former Secretary of State and current Democratic Candidate for the Presidency of the United States of America, Hillary Rodham Clinton, reminds me of the old story that Richard Pryor told about how you don’t have to teach a child to lie, they just do it naturally. The example he gave was that of a child knocking his mother’s favorite vase off of a table and breaking it. Pryor thought that the child’s fumbling attempts to lie about it, by saying “I DON’T KNOW” were hilarious.

In this situation, Hillary’s explanation for her incompetency as Secretary of State, like that child’s lie, not only strains credulity, it rips it apart faster than Michael Moore’s inseam at an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet.

Back on May 16, 2014, in a post titled, “Bubba Spills the Beans About Hil’s Head Injury”,  I related the following story…

Former President Bill Clinton divulged on Wednesday that it took former secretary of state Hillary Clinton ‘six months of very serious work’ last year to recover from a fainting spell in December 2012 that resulted in a concussion and blood clot.

Her long recovery is ‘something she never low-balled,’ Bill said.

But Bill’s timeline contradicts the State Department’s claims just after the conclusion of Hillary’s treatment in January 2013 that ‘she seems to be fully recovered.’

Former George W. Bush adviser Karl Rove reignited the debate about Hillary’s physical and mental condition last week when he suggested at a conference that she was hiding something about her health.

‘Thirty days in the hospital?’ Rove said, according to the New York Post. ‘And when she reappears, she’s wearing glasses that are only for people who have traumatic brain injury? We need to know what’s up with that.’

The Post insinuated that Rove claimed Hillary may be suffering from brain damage as a result of the clot.

‘Karl Rove has deceived the country for years, but there are no words for this level of lying,’ Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill fired back.

‘She is 100%. Period,’ he said of Hillary’s heath.

Rove told Fox News on Tuesday he never said Hillary had brain damage.

‘She had a serious health episode and my point was that I think it was from the 7th of December in 2012 through the 7th of January of 2013, she underwent, first she had apparently a serious virus,’ he said after being confronted with the fact that the former secretary of state was only in the hospital for three days, not 30 days.

After Rove explained his comments on Fox, Merrill accused Republicans of politicizing Hillary’s health.

‘First they accused her of faking it, now they’ve resorted to the other extreme — and are flat out lying,’ he said.

‘Even this morning, Karl Rove is still all over the map and is continuing to get the facts wrong. But he doesn’t care, because all he wants to do is inject the issue into the echo chamber, and he’s succeeding. It’s flagrant and thinly veiled.’

Speaking at an event in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, Bill Clinton said he was ‘sort of dumbfounded’ by Republicans’ on going questions about Hillary’s health. Clinton said they would do ‘whatever it takes’ to sully her political career, and ‘there was nothing to’ claims she was untruthful about her health issues.

‘They went to all this trouble to say she had staged what was a terrible concussion that required six months of very serious work to get over,’ he said. ‘It’s something she never low-balled with the American people, never tried to pretend it didn’t happen.”

Clinton laughed Hillary’s critics off, saying, ‘You can’t be too upset about it.’

‘It’s just the beginning. They’ll get better and better about it,’ he said. ‘It’s just part of the deal.’

As for Rove, Clinton said, ‘I got to give him credit, you know, that embodies that old saying that consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds.’

Clinton said his wife was in good health.

‘Look, she works out every week. She is strong. She is doing great,’ Clinton said according to Buzzfeed. ‘As far as I can tell, she’s in better shape than I am.’

Hillary left the State Department in February of 2013, less than a month after returning in the wake of her accident. She hit the speaking circuit just five months later in July of 2013.

The presumed 2016 candidate has spent the last year giving speeches on he own behalf and on behalf of the Clinton Foundation and working on her memoir, Hard Choices, which comes out in June.

She was also in Washington for a speech, yesterday. Unlike her husband, she did not discuss the controversy surrounding her recovery, however. 

Please allow me to state the obvious:

  • Even if Hillary and Bubba are both telling the truth,
  • AMERICA DOES NOT NEED A BRAIN DAMAGED PRESIDENT!

The fact of the matter is, however, judging from the direction that the “rigged” national polls, whose samples are manipulated to favor Hillary, are now taking, Americans are not buying what Hillary and her sycophants are attempting to sell us.

Back in the early 1980s, America’s Clown Prince of Comedy, Richard Bernard “Red” Skelton, appeared in a series of concerts, filmed in Canada, for HBO.

Red, in his late 70s, was as hilariously masterful as ever, establishing a rapport with the audience and then, taking them on a seamless flight of comedic bliss and fancy, including a quite memorable “poetry reading” by Red’s  legendary character Clem Kadiddlehopper, performing a take-off of Rudyard Kipling’s classic “Drums”, with the title of “Frogs”, during which, at the end of each quatrain, the words, “…and, there’s no silence in the night”, was followed by a licking of his thumb , and a rhythmic page turn.

Frogs. Frogs. Frogs, they are everywhere.
Frogs. Frogs. Frogs croaking fill the air.
Louder. Louder. Louder is their blasting blare
and there’s no silence in the night.

Frogs. Frogs, croaks heard three miles away.
Five. six. seven beyond that they say.

At one point during this performance, Red is telling the audience how wonderful his second wife is, and how much he loves her…then, at just the right moment, he looks to the left…then to the right, makes a motion for the crowd to lean in toward him, while he leans in toward them, and says softly, with a wry grin,

But, where she spits…grass never grows again!

I believe that the American People are coming to that same conclusion about the woman who wants to be the First Female President of the United States of America.

You see, it really doesn’t matter what sexual body part that God gave you…

It’s whether you obey His Commandments that matters.

…including the one about “BEARING FALSE WITNESS”.

Clinton to Give Address Attacking Trump on “National Security”. Irony is Embarrassed.

Have you ever known someone who had been an abysmal failure at their previous job, but still claimed to be an “expert’ at it?

Case in point…

Thehill.com reports that

Hillary Clinton will launch an attack on Donald Trump’s national security policy Thursday, focusing on an issue the likely Democratic presidential nominee could use to her advantage over the billionaire New Yorker.

The address in San Diego will “make clear the threat that Donald Trump would pose to our national security and to put forth her own vision for keeping America safe at home and leading in the world,” Clinton’s campaign said in a statement Wednesday afternoon.

For Clinton, the move is part of an effort to paint Trump as fundamentally unsuited to lead the world’s most powerful military as she hopes to pivot away from the extended Democratic primary and toward a general election match-up with the presumptive GOP nominee. Trump has at times appeared ignorant of major global dynamics and stumbled on foreign policy in the past, exposing what could be a vulnerability in a campaign against Clinton, a former secretary of State. Prominent officials in both parties have criticized his “America first” foreign policy doctrine.

The attacks on Trump’s lack of national security bona fides have increased speculation that he might pick a running mate with more experience in the defense or foreign policy, such as Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker.

“Throughout this campaign, Trump has refused to outline any coherent foreign policy doctrine, failed to demonstrate a basic understanding of world affairs, and repeatedly proven he’s temperamentally unfit to serve as our commander-in-chief,” Clinton’s campaign said on Wednesday. 

“Clinton will rebuke the fear, bigotry, and misplaced defeatism that Trump has been selling to the American people,” it added. “She will make the affirmative case for the exceptional role America has played and must continue to play in order to keep our country safe and our economy growing.”

Despite his apparent weaknesses, however, Trump benefitted the most when the GOP primary contest took on a national security focus following deadly terror attacks in Paris and San Bernardino last year. Notwithstanding their radical nature, Trump’s proposals to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and temporarily ban foreign Muslims from entering the country have attracted a fair amount of support from fellow Republicans.

Let’s talk about what a bang-up job that Former Secretary of State Clinton did in preserving our “National Security” during her tenure in that position, shall we?

Here are seven Foreign Policy Disasters, which happened under Hillary’s watch as the Architect of “Smart Power!”, in no particular order:

The decision to overthrow President Gaddafi in Libya – The short-sighted, ill-conceived action not only undermined an ally in the (now defunct) “Global War on Terror,” it also served to throw gasoline on the bonfire known as “Arab Spring”.

President Ronald Reagan had a missile fired into Gaddafi’s bedroom, resulting in him keeping quiet for 25 years. Just sayin’…

The Afghanistan “surge”- A military campaign that fails to result in a desired political outcome is con only be considered a failure. What exactly was Obama and Hillary’s desired outcome when they called for this?

It is a fait d’accompli that the Karzai Government will be able to survive long once the U.S. completes its withdrawal of its combat forces from the country in 2014. This is can only be considered a failure, A failure which cost too many of our Brightest and Best.

Granting Afghanistan major non-NATO U.S. ally status – Why did Barry and Hill decide to grant Afghanistan the status of a major non-NATO ally? When we pull out, our enemies will pour in. And, with “friends” like these, you don’t need enemies.

Maintaining the status quo with Pakistan – Pakistan has a long history of sponsoring Sunni jihadists of various stripes. Following the 2001 attacks on the United States, they did an about-face, becoming a chief partner in the U.S. military campaign in Afghanistan as well as its “global war on terror.”

10 years later, following the successful May 2011 raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan that resulted in the death of Al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden, Pakistan promptly denounced the U.S. and closed its vital supply routes to NATO-bound shipments to Afghanistan.
Hil and Barry got “played”.

The East Asia “pivot” – Strictly an exercise in containment,attempts at containing China will only fuel Chinese fears of foreign encirclement, that will encourage Chinese assertiveness, that will further encourage containment.

This pivot is only a bluff on behalf of the feckless purveyors of “Smart Power” to begin with.

As shown by the continued drawing of “Red Lines”, they will not stand up to our enemies.

Arab Spring – The Arab Spring was a series of protests and uprisings in the Middle East that began with unrest in Tunisia in late 2010. The Arab Spring has brought down regimes in some Arab countries, sparked mass violence in others, while some governments managed to delay the trouble with a mix of repression, promise of reform and state largesse.

Through this all Hillary and Obama have back the Muslim Brotherhood, the Godfather of Muslim Terrorist Organizations, in deposing Moderate Muslim Leaders.

Doesn’t make a while lot of sense, does it?

BenghaziGate – On September 11, 2012, Muslim Terrorists stormed the US Embassy Compound in Benghazi, Libya, slaughtered 4 brave Americans, including US Ambassador Chris Stephens, whose lifeless, sexually assaulted body they drug through the streets, while taking cell phone pictures of his corpse.

I have written several blogs about the Administration’s Cover-up of this atrocity, but the seminal moment, regarding Hillary Clinton came in January of 2013, during an exchange between her and Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin at a Foreign Relations Committee hearing.

Johnson asked her about the administration’s conflicting explanations for the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which killed the ambassador and three other Americans. Hillary, as we say down here in Dixie, “got on her high keys” and said,

With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.

When I first sat down to write today’s article, I considered the ironic Bizarro-World suspension of reality of  Failed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton criticizing the Presumptive Republican Candidate for President Donald J. Trump’s lack of experience in the field of National Security.

A  great many thoughts entered my head…some of them even repeatable.

In fact, there are a lot of images that race through my mind, right now, as I sit here at my computer.

I remembered the image of a lone terrorist, brandishing a machine gun, standing in front of the burning Benghazi Consulate.

I also remembered the image of Benghazi Barbarians dragging a murdered Ambassador Chris Stevens through the streets, taking pictures every few yards, with their cell phones.

My mind envisioned the image of two brave Americans, up on a roof holding off 100 Muslim Terrorists, trying desperately to hold out for help which was denied to them, until finally the overwhelming numbers which comprise the horde of barbarians, murdered them as well.

I imagined Ambassador Stevens’ elderly mother, making the trip from the West Coast to the East Coast to pick up the lifeless body of her abused and murdered son, whom she and her entire family were so proud of.

Finally, I remembered the show of hypocrisy involving members of this anti-American Administration, including then-Secretary of State Clinton, solemnly welcoming the bodies of those brave Americans home.

Former Secretary Clinton…the truth makes a big difference…even after all this time, to the families of those that were so savagely murdered that fateful night…and to the millions of Americans who still believe in this “Shining City on a Hill”.

Americans deserve the truth.

You have no room to criticize anyone concerning their National Security “Bona Fides”.

And, you should be ashamed to be running for the office of President of the United States of America.

But, your Machiavellian Ego and sense of entitlement will not allow you to be.

Obama to Cut US Military to Pre-World War II Levels. [Neville Chamberlain Lives!]

MILITARY CUTS, OBAMA CARTOONSI think all of us here share the belief that we have to maintain the strongest military on the planet, that we have to support our troops and make sure that they are properly trained, properly equipped, that they are provided with a mission that allows them to succeed. All of us here also agree that the strength of our military has to be combined with the wisdom and force of our diplomacy and that we are going to be committed to rebuilding and strengthening alliances around the world to advance American interests and American security.- President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama, while introducing his National Security Team on December 1, 2008

All of Obama’s promises come with expiration dates.

That was then. This is now: Obama has ordered his Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, to offer a budget proposal which would reduce America’s Military prowess by 1/8th, taking it down to Pre-World War II levels.

Yahoo News reports that

The proposed 13 percent reduction in the army would be carried out by 2017, a senior defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told AFP.

The spending plan is the first to “fully reflect” a transition away from a war footing that has been in place for 13 years, Hagel said at a press conference.

The plan comes amid growing fiscal pressures and after years of protracted counter-insurgency campaigns, which saw the army reach a peak of more than 566,000 troops in 2010.

Having withdrawn US forces from Iraq in 2011, President Barack Obama has promised to end America’s combat role in Afghanistan by the end of this year

The proposed cut in manpower along with plans to retire some older aircraft and reform benefits for troops could run into stiff resistance in Congress.

A senior US military officer, speaking on condition of anonymity, acknowledged the political challenge.

“We’re going to need some help from our elected representatives to get this budget across the finish line,” the officer said.

Several members of the Senate Armed Services Committee immediately expressed reservations about the budget proposal.

Republican Senator Roy Blunt of Missouri, who sits on the committee, said the proposals had the “potential to harm America’s military readiness.”

The Pentagon had previously planned to downsize the ground force to about 490,000.

But Hagel warned that to adapt to future threats “the army must accelerate the pace and increase the scale of its post-war drawdown.

Hagel also said the army national guard and reserves would be cut by five percent.

The smaller force would entail some “added risk” but it would still be able to defeat an adversary in one region while also “supporting” air and naval operations in another, he said.

The Pentagon for years had planned to ensure the army could fight two major wars at the same time but that doctrine has been abandoned.

Distinguished American Veteran, Former United States Representative Lt. Col. Allen B. West wrote the following, concerning this announcement:

Instead of “investing” in the most important task of our federal government — providing for the common defense — we shall now focus on “investing” in the expansion of the welfare nanny-state. There is no doubt where President Obama’s priorities lie.

We have departed from the maxim of “peace through strength” to a belief in “appeasement through weakness.” Obama somehow believes kumbaya is a strategic objective. And don’t give me the crap about drones, because we learned during Vietnam that a president should not be directing strikes from the White House – implemented by another failed progressive president, Lyndon Baines Johnson.

We should be examining how we create the capability and capacity to meet the challenges of the enemy globally. That means looking at each geographic AOR (Area of Responsibility; CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUCOM, PACOM, SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM) and ensuring they have the appropriate level of force mix to meet the threats in their AORs.

We don’t need massive endeavors into new technologies, we need a massive focus on capability to meet and defeat the enemy by way of deterrence. Of course I support the defense industry, but the defense industry shouldn’t be the drivers of our national security strategy.

For Obama and Hagel to believe taking the US Army down to pre-World War II levels is a smart decision evidences their abject stupidity in comprehending the global conflagrations in which we are embroiled — the enemy has a vote. This whole inane statement about “pivoting to the Asian-Pacific rim” is more empty rhetoric as we decimate our US Naval strength while China builds theirs.

Barack Hussein Obama cannot be seen as a Commander-in-Chief and I will never refer to him that way. His fundamental transformation of America means weakening our nation and leaving our Republic less secure. I can just imagine how appreciative and elated his Muslim Brotherhood friends are at this point, to include Turkey’s President Erdogan, as well as the mad mullahs in Iran.

Spot on.

The greatest American President in my lifetime, Ronald Reagan, once said, 

Of the four wars in my lifetime, none came about because the U.S. was too strong.

Reagan was a realist. He realized that, as President Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt once advised, the best way to keep America safe, is to “Speak softly and carry a big stick”. Unfortunately for us, we are presently suffering through a president who speaks like a wuss and carries a feather pillow….and a prayer rug.
