Per FoxNews.com, ” Mayor Zohran Mamdani previewed a new era of “big government” for New York City during his inauguration speech Thursday, saying “we will draw this city closer together” and replace “the frigidity of rugged individualism” with the “warmth of collectivism.” Evidently, the word “collectivism” is this rich guy’s euphemism for COMMUNISM. In 1942, there was a longshoreman strike in Hawaii which was ignited by the long influence of Communism in the islands. In 1952, John Wayne made a movie called Big Jim McClain, in which he and Marshall Dillon himself, James Arness, played government agents investigating communist influence in Hawaii. While the plot was thin, the movie was interesting not only for the stars in it but slso for the fact that the communists used both working class citizens and Upper Crust Society types as useful idiots to attempt to gain control of the island paradise. Returning to the present, the reason why avowed radical islamist and member of the Democratic Socialists of America, Zohran Mamdani, was able to get elected the mayor of New York City is, those who ignore history, or in the case of this generation, never learn it, are doomed to repeat it. It also doesn’t help when you import your country’s enemies by allowing them to enter illegally. Will the last taxpayer to leave New York City please turn out the lights on Broadway? God bless.
It’s New Year’s Day 2026! Here’s your quick thought to start off this new year: Last night at midnight in New York City, the Big Apple got a little more rotten as a Radical islamist Democrat Socialist was sworn in as mayor after 2/3 of the city’s registered voters did not show up to vote. His campaign promises were the usual Marxist propaganda: the same old “tax the rich and free stuff for everybody” rhetoric that they all spew. Unfortunately for the New Yorkers, there is no way that he’s going to be able to keep his promises sending the city deeper into the economic abyss which previous administrations have already sent them. Meanwhile, it has been discovered that the Somali Daycare Scam was not just operating in Minnesota but several other states as well. Last night at the New Year’s Eve Party at Mar-A-Lago, President Trump said that we have just seen the tip of the iceberg. He’s probably talking about the trillions of dollars that the former president and his cronies sent to Ukraine. The good news is that American should expect a good tax return as the Big Beautiful Bill is kicking in. Also, America seniors will get $4,000 taken off of their taxes on Social Security and $2,000 each as a result of a rebate from the phenomenal success of Trump’s tariffs. It is great that we are now on the cusp of a bright economic future. Now, we need to start arresting, handcuffing, and frog-marching those who would destroy our great nation from within. I have a quick thought for this Sunday. As we go through our daily lives, whether you are one of those fortunate enough to be retired or one of us still going to work everyday, There is a lot that is happening in this country that goes unnoticed.
The recent election of a radical Muslim as Mayor of New York City got me thinking.
Did you know that there are Courtts of Sharia Law being set up around the country? Texas Governor Greg Abbott recently outlawed CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood from the state of Texas.
Governor Abbott found out that there were two locations in the state in which they were Muslim enclaves actually ruling themselves through Sharia courts basically setting up their own kingdoms within the state.
The scary part about that is that we are going to find out that they are just the tip of the iceberg.
Years ago, I had a former brother-in-law who after serving in the Vietnam or used his Navy training to go to work for Burroughs Computer Company in Dearborn, Michigan.
All these years later, the Muslims have taken over the city marching down the street and are doing their dead level best to chase Christian Americans out.
And, of course there is Minnesota where the Somalis have been allowed to do whatever they want to do, including scam billions of dollars off of American taxpayers. My point in all this is not to target all Muslims as being evil, because they aren’t.
However, as president Teddy Roosevelt said in the following quote,
Our Constitution does not allow for a separate legal system for immigrants. All those who come to this country have the responsibility to become an American citizen and to help our nation be the best there is.
The purposeful division which is being financed in this country by countries like Qatar and others, cannot go unchecked.
Earlier this year, CBS television, which by the way, is being sold, canceled its most popular show and Friday night staple, “Blue Bloods”, supposedly because it cost too much money to produce, having a wonderful ensemble cast.
For those of you who have been living under a rock or have been watching PBS in your $500,000 home in your recliner with your eyes shut, “Blue Bloods” told the story of the Reagan family, a family steeped in tradition, serving the City of New York and their Police Department.
The patriarch, Frank Reagan, is the Commissioner of the NYPD with his father who lives there with him, being the former commissioner.
All three sons served in the NYPD, with the oldest one, Joe, having been killed in the line of duty.
The daughter was a New York City prosecutor.
The series dealt with fascinating topics and characters, and it always tried to show the best as to what New York City and the people serving it can be.
That’s why it was canceled.
CBS is the same network that has had the idiot Stephen Colbert defending Far Left politics on “Late Show” to a minuscule audience.
His show happens to originate in New York City.
I guess you guys want to know where I’m going with this.
When I woke up this morning and sat down in my recliner, Fox News reported that three people were killed and 8 were wounded at 3:30 a.m. in a New York City Lounge when a 17 year old opened fire on them.
That got me to thinking.
New York City is also in the news right now because it’s got an openly Marxist Islamic Fundamentalist named Mamdani who’s about to be the mayor unless somebody comes out of nowhere to upset him.
This schmuck wants to replace the New York Police Department with social workers.
He’s also rich and found his way into a rent-controlled apartment in New York City, meaning that he is already government-subsidized.
His main challenger seems to be Andrew Cuomo, the former New York governor who placed elderly patients suffering from COVID-19 in isolation in hospitals and nursing homes, refusing to allow their families to see them as they lay their dying.
Oh, and he also believes in abortion up to and after birth.
An absolute charmer of a guy, isn’t he.?
By the way, did I mention that it has gotten so bad in the subway system in New York City that innocent people are being set on fire?
Blue Bloods appealed to Americans who, like the president we elected, believe in traditional American faith and values and the need for security and safety in our country and in our cities and towns.
CBS had to cancel Blood Bloods.
It was making the rest of their programming, and the Powers-That-Be in New York City look bad.
That’s why those who run New York City do not want President Trump to send ICE and the National Guard there.
It has nothing to do with the Far Left Democrats’ cries of “fascism.”
