Political Lawfare Ad Infinitum: Democrat Political Activist Merchan to Sentence President-elect Trump on January 10th.

On January 10, 2025, Democrat Activist judge Juan Merchan will sentence President-elect Donald J Trump for an act that was not a crime at all.

This act of Political Lawfare should be dismissed and will be dismissed upon repeal.

The only reason that Trump is being sentenced is the fact that the Democrats want him to enter office as a “convicted felon.”

Petty?

Yes.

However, it is standard operating procedure from a political party who has foresaken their constitutional oath to serve the American people and has instead chosen to serve themselves and their never-ending pursuit of totalitarian political power.

The judge has worked on behalf of the Democratic Party and has contributed to them heavily. His daughter Loren is even more heavily involved with the Democratic Party that he is.

Now, do you understand why former President Trump has  been shouting to the High Heavens about the conflict of interest in this case? This judge can not reasonably claim that this is not a conflict of interest.

In fact, they still believe that average Americans are beneath them and are replaceable with the new Democrat voters that are entering over our Southern Border.

The Founding Fathers  did not mean for our Legal System to be used in this manner.

They believed that every man deserved a fair hearing and a just verdict.

If our Founders were here to see the Legal System which they so brilliantly devised being used in such a manner, they would arrest those who had temerity to do so and put them on file as traitors.

Come to think of it, that is not a bad idea at all.

Trump Gets Hit With $9,000 Fine For Speaking The Truth

The former President of the United States of America, Donald J Trump, was fined $9,000 yesterday and threatened with jail time for speaking out against an unjust trial which is based on a charge that the Soros-bought-and-paid-for District Attorney had not even publicly announced.

Judge Juan Merchan is a Biden donor, and his daughter, Loren Merchan, is the head of a digital marketing agency Authentic Campaigns, which works with Democratic candidates and non-profits, including Kamala Harris.

The reason for the fine was that the judge had put Trump under an unjust Gag Order to prevent him from blowing the whistle on the whole corrupt fraudulent indictment brought against him.

Trump wa speaking out against Michael Cohen, his ex attorney who has already been convicted for lying.

That conviction, however, did not stop District Attorney Bragg from making him his Star Witness.

The presumptive Republican Presidential Candidate can not speak about the political trial that is going on that is keeping him off the campaign trail. However, a convicted liar can go on television and talk about him.

This whole corrupt trial is being presided over in a biased manner that makes Judge Roy Bean look like Thurgood Marshall.

The good news is the fact that former President Donald J Trump’s popularity continues to grow and his lead over installed President Joe Biden continues to grow as well, even in the CNN polls, in which Trump leads Biden by almost at 7%.

The Democrats are about to be crushed by a political machination of their own creation.

Average Americans can see corruption plainly in all of the Political Lawfare brought against former President Trump as clearly as they see the high gas prices, mortgage rates, and grocery bills that are plaguing Americans to the point where a lot of Americans have had to max out their credit cards in order to continue living their daily lives.

The Democrats thought that they could get rid of Trump by weaponizing our Justice System against him.

What they do not understand and possibly never will is the fact that Americans do not agree with their Marxist political ideology and do not want somebody to tell them how to live from cradle to grave.

Americans love their individual freedom.

The Democrats’ Trump Derangement Syndrome is going to cost them the 2024 Presidential Election.

And, for the future of our children and grandchildren, that is a good thing.

Trump Get a Fair Trial in Manhattan? Fuhgeddaboudit!

Jury selection started yesterday in the trial against Donald J Trump being brought by Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg in an attempt to take the presumptive Republican candidate out of the 2024 Presidential Election.

“New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan has yet to say that former President Donald Trump can attend his son Barron Trump’s high school graduation, refusing to rule on the former president’s request to not attend the trial that specific day for that event.

…While jury selection has begun in the criminal trial, Trump’s attorneys are looking ahead and have requested that Trump be able to skip the trial on May 17 so he can attend his son Barron’s high school graduation, which is taking place in his home state of Florida. According to Business Insider, Merchan has acknowledged the request but has refused to make a ruling.

“It really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial,” Merchan said, according to the outlet.

Going after a presidential candidate that you want to take out from the race is one thing. Ruining a young man’s proudest moment and memory by not allowing his father to come to his high school graduation is criminal in itself.

I thought the Democrats were supposed to be the ones who were so sympathetic to the needs of others?

This proves they don’t give a rat’s rear about a high school kid not having his father at his graduation. Make no mistake about it. This trial should never be occurring.

If Trump had not decided to run again, this would not be happening. Alvin Bragg is a weasel of the highest order, and just like Ney York Attorney General Leticia James, he is trying to make his political bones off getting rid of trump.

Just as the Roman Emperors entertained the citizenry with “bread and circuses”, so the Manhattan District Attorney is appeasing the Trump Derangement Syndrome-addled leaders and members of the Far Left Democratic Party by attempting something that his predecessor, Cyrus Vance, refused to take on.

Bragg and his fellow Democrat politicians believe that by indicting Trump, they will disgrace him in the eyes of average American Voters.

It is no coincidence that Manhattan was chosen for this farce. Manhattan is 85% Democrat.

And, Judge Juan Merchan is a Democrat and his daughter, as I have written before, owns a campaign company that caters exclusively to Democrats in Congress and as high up politically as Biden and Harris.

Even if  Trump were found guilty, the case would be thrown out on appeal.

Bragg does not have the authority to bring federal charge, which is what he is actually seeking but has not named what the felony is.

The Democrats are digging a political hole with the American people with a shovel in each hand, and they don’t even seem to realize it.
