Holder Says Barr is “Paying a Price” for Leading a Probe into Possible Misconduct by the Intelligence Community

Former Attorney General Eric Holder told Fox News on Tuesday that current Attorney General Bill Barr “is paying a price” and sacrificing his credibility by spearheading U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into possible misconduct by the intelligence community at the outset of the Russia investigation.

Holder also remarked separately that it was a “reality” that Republicans will “cheat” in the 2020 elections by trying to “move polling places” and “a whole variety of things” — prompting Republicans to dismiss his “outlandish and baseless accusations.”

Holder’s comments came a day after The New York Times reported that President Trump had privately pressed Australia’s leader to help Barr in that probe. However, a letter obtained by Fox News showed that Australia had proactively reached out to Trump in May to offer assistance after Trump publicly told reporters he would direct Barr to contact a variety of countries as part of the probe.

“The whole thing that the attorney general is involved in is highly unusual,” Holder said. “Ordering an investigation of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies when there was already an investigation underway by the inspector general.”

Holder continued: “And then to see how the president is now involved to help the attorney general in that effort gives me pause. I think the attorney general needs to be a little more sensitive to the appearance that that gives. You have to not only be substantively neutral — you have to appear to be neutral when you are the attorney general of the United States. And I fear that he has crossed a political line.”

A DOJ official stressed to Fox News on Monday that this has been a routine procedure in diplomacy and that Barr would not usually reach out to his direct counterpart in another country unilaterally. Instead, there would be an introduction of sort, made at the head-of-state level.

“Mr. Durham is gathering information from numerous sources, including a number of foreign countries. At Attorney General Barr’s request, the President has contacted other countries to ask them to introduce the Attorney General and Mr. Durham to appropriate officials,” DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said in a statement.

And a senior Australian diplomat told Fox News: “After the president said what he said — we initiated the contact. There was no pressure — we acted in order to help.”

A Trump administration source echoed those comments. “The countries have been helpful,” the source said. “There was no pressing required.”

Holder acknowledged that it’s not unprecedented for presidents to introduce their attorneys general to other countries’ law enforcement agencies.

“I wouldn’t say it was standard but I wouldn’t say it was unprecedented,” Holder said. “But involving the president in a Justice Department investigation is something that would be reserved for the most important investigations that the Justice Department would do — usually those that would have a direct impact on the national security. More often than not, the contact with other governments goes from attorney general to the attorney general’s counterpart in the other country. You don’t involve heads of state in these matters unless the consequences are really significant.”

Pressed on whether Durham’s investigation — which began back in May into alleged misconduct and improper surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016, as well as whether Democrats were the ones who’d improperly colluded with foreign actors — rose to that level of significance, Holder said the probe was simply unnecessary.

“Again, the question I have for this new investigation is what does it do that the inspector general wasn’t already doing?” Holder asked. “It seems to be this is duplicative in a lot of ways. And I think kind of unnecessary. But, the attorney general has made that determination and I think is paying a price for it — both in terms of questioning whether he’s acting as the president’s lawyer as opposed to the attorney general, and then it has a negative impact on the Justice Department as well.”

Holder added: “I think when people of this country look at the Justice Department and think it is in some ways politicized, that has a negative long-term impact on the department. FBI agents have to testify in trials all around this country, and to the extent a person looks at an FBI agent and thinks that person serves in a politicized agency, that could make a person — a juror for instance — think the FBI agent is not telling the truth, in a way we traditionally have.”

Holder was also pressed on why former Vice President Joe Biden’s actions in Ukraine didn’t come under scrutiny during the Obama administration. Biden has acknowledged on camera that in spring 2016, when he was vice president and spearheading the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire top prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

…”The question is: Is there a predicate?” Holder asked. “That’s how you do investigations. Is there a basis to think there was something that went wrong — some basis for us to order the investigative resources of the United States to be involved. … On the basis of what I know, it seems there is not that predicate.”

Asked if an ongoing impeachment inquiry against Trump would help or hurt Democrats, Holder demurred.

“I’m not sure that anyone can really gauge that,” Holder said. ” I’m not sure if this is going to help Democrats or hurt Democrats. But I think it’s the right thing to do.”

In a separate interview on Monday, though, Holder suggested Democrats might have a tough election year — for a head-turning reason.

“It’s going to be hard because the reality is that Republicans are going to cheat. They’re going to try to keep people away from the polls, they’re going to move polling places, they’re going to do a whole variety of things,” Holder told “The Breakfast Club” radio show.

Holder went on to argue that Republicans were able to suppress voting because of the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down part of the Voting Rights Act in 2013.

“Sad, but not surprising, to see that disgraced former Attorney General Eric Holder has taken a break from threatening to ‘kick’ Republicans to leveling outlandish and baseless accusations against Republicans,” Republican National Committee spokesman Steve Guest told Fox News.

Let’s face it, boys and girls.

Of course, Former Attorney General Eric Holder is going to be all for trying to impeach President Trump.

It takes the heat off of his Former Boss Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, and everyone else from the preceding Administration involved in what will probably be revealed as the biggest political Scandal in American History, “Spygate” and the resulting “Silent Coup”.

Holder is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. According to JudicialWatch.org, he

…was a senior partner in a prestigious Washington D.C. law firm (Covington & Burling) that represented more than a dozen Yemeni terrorists held at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay Cuba. While Holder was a senior partner the firm employed a number of radical attorneys to provide the Islamic extremists with thousands of hours of free legal representation, according to a news report.

Another highlight in Holder’s resume is that he orchestrated Bill Clinton’s shameful last-minute pardons, including that of a fugitive financier and a pair of jailed domestic terrorists. In fact, shortly after the pardon scandal, Holder predicted that his public career was over. Under his leadership the DOJ has been embroiled in a number of high-profile scandals, including a gun-running operation (Fast and Furious) in which weapons were sold to Mexican drug cartels. One was later used to murder a federal agent. Judicial Watch has sued the DOJ to obtain records involving the operation.

And, let us not forget how he and his boss purposefully worked to divide the nation and protect the guilty during the Ferguson Riot and the riots thereafter, while supporting the professional race-baiters.

Of course, Holder staffed his Department of (In)Justice with lawyers from his old law firm.

What we are witnessing play out before us is a political party attempting to undo the results of a previous Presidential Election by threatening impeachment because all of their other Machiavellian Plans have failed and the extent and treasonous intent of these plans is about to be public by the current Attorney General.

The crimes of Joe and Hunter Biden are as underwhelming as Madonna’s vocal range in comparison to all of the unethical activities which occurred during the Obama Administration, such as Hillary Clinton’s Pay-for Play scheme involving using her and her husband, Bubba’s “Foundation” to secure “funds” from foreign leaders in exchange for attention from the sitting Secretary of State, who just happened to be Mrs. Clinton herself.

Of course, there’s E-mailgate, Benghazigate, and other little “bumps” in the smooth sailing of the Obama Administration.

But, we mustn’t talk about all of that, boys and girls, that would ruin the Democrat’s narrative which is being perpetuated by the MSM. According to them, Trump MUST BE IMPEACHED…even though he has done nothing impeachable.

Biden’s Campaign Sends Letter Asking News Networks to Ban Giuliani After Rudy Goes on News Shows Revealing Sleepy Joe’s Corruption

Joe Biden’s presidential campaign requested in a letter on Sunday that major news networks not invite President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani anymore, after Giuliani spent the morning on a series of talk shows aggressively highlighting what he called Biden’s apparently corrupt dealings in Ukraine and China.

The Biden campaign wrote to NBC News, CBS News, Fox News and CNN to voice “grave concern that you continue to book Rudy Giuliani on your air to spread false, debunked conspiracy theories on behalf of Donald Trump,” according to The Daily Beast, which first reported the existence of the letter.

The memo, drafted by Biden aides Kate Bedingfield and Anita Dunn, continued: “While you often fact check his statements in real time during your discussions, that is no longer enough. By giving him your air time, you are allowing him to introduce increasingly unhinged, unfounded and desperate lies into the national conversation.”

Should a network choose to book Giuliani, the Biden campaign called for “an equivalent amount of time” to be provided “to a surrogate for the Biden campaign.” The letter noted Giuliani was not a public official, but Trump’s lawyer and personal advisor.

Responding to the request, Trump 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale tweeted: “Can we request the removal of Democrats on TV that push hoaxes? Wait, but then who would do the interviews?”

Hours earlier, Giuliani made the rounds on several Sunday shows, including “Fox News Sunday,” to argue that evidence of Biden’s possible corruption has been hiding in plain sight for months.

Biden has acknowledged on camera that, when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire that prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings — where son Hunter Biden had a highly lucrative role on the board paying him tens of thousands of dollars per month, despite limited relevant expertise. The vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion in critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

“Well, son of a b—h, he got fired,” Biden joked at a panel two years after leaving office.

Shokin himself had been widely accused of corruption, while critics charged that Hunter Biden essentially might have been selling access to his father, who had pushed Ukraine to increase its natural gas production. Giuliani, on Sunday, suggested Shokin was the target of an international smear campaign to discredit his work.

In a combative interview on ABC News’ “This Week” on Sunday, Giuliani presented what he said was an affidavit signed by Shokin that confirmed Hunter Biden was being investigated when Shokin was fired.

“I have an affidavit here that’s been online for six months that nobody bothered to read from the gentleman who was fired, Viktor Shokin, the so-called corrupt prosecutor,” Giuliani said. “The Biden people say that he wasn’t investigating Hunter Biden at the time. He says under oath that he was.” The Shokin affidavit purportedly said the U.S. had pressured him into resigning because he was unwilling to drop the case.

Later, Giuliani added: “I have another affidavit, this time from another Ukrainian prosecutor who says that the day after Biden strong-armed the president to remove Shokin, they show up in the prosecutor’s office — lawyers for Hunter Biden show up in the prosecutor’s office and they give an apology for dissemination of false information.”

After anchor George Stephanopoulos expressed skepticism, Giuliani fired back: “How about if I — how about if I tell you over the next week four more of these will come out from four other prosecutors? … No, no, no, George, they won’t be [investigated], because they’ve been online for six months, and the Washington press will not accept the fact that Joe Biden might have done something like this.”

When Stephanopoulos called it “not true” that Hunter Biden had taken more than $1 billion from China while the U.S. was negotiating with the country, Giuliani again said the former Clinton administration official was being too dismissive.

“There’s evidence that they got $1 billion directly from China, specific date, 12 days after they returned from a trip to China,” Giuliani asserted. “There’s evidence that another $500 million went in, and there are three partners.”

Giuliani went on: “Can I — can I make a contrast? Can I just make a slight contrast with the so-called whistleblower? The whistleblower says I don’t have any direct knowledge, I just heard things. Up until two weeks before he did that, that wouldn’t even [have] been a complaint, would have been dismissed.”

That was a reference to an explosive report in The Federalist showing that the intelligence community recently changed its form for reporting improper conduct. Earlier this year, the intelligence community’s form for whistleblowers explicitly stated that complaints based on secondhand information were not actionable.

But, that admonition was removed sometime afterward — around the time that an unnamed whistleblower filed a complaint, based on secondhand information, alleging misconduct in the White House. Although there has been no strict legal requirement for whistleblower complaints to contain only firsthand information, the previous intelligence community form made it clear that such secondhand complaints would not be investigated as a matter of procedure.

Wow. What a coinky-dink.

Almost as if this latest Witch Hunt was planned way in advance.

Sitting back and watching this attempted undoing of the results of the 2016 Presidential Election, something struck me as I sat down to write this post.

It has been the widely shared opinion of average Americans living here in the Heartland and Professional Political Pundits as well, that AOC and the rest of “The Squad” are now running the Democratic Party.

I believe as well that they and their fellow SJWs/Democratic Socialists are indeed running the show.

The actions and reactions of these Far Left Democrats, including Sleepy Joe, remind me of those who were in control of the old Soviet Union for all those decades, known as the Politboro.

When they came to power after the Russian Revolution, the first thing they did was to gather up the Proletariat’s guns. The next thing that they did was to begin to censor free speech and any opposition voices who might speak out against their true nature of corruption and tyranny.

Then, the National Media itself became a government entity, i.e., a means of spreading PROPAGANDA, treating the Russian citizens like mushrooms, keeping them in the dark and feeding them BS.

Pretty soon, schoolchildren were rigidly tested and told which job they were going to have when they grew up.

And, as creativity became a rare thing, the Russian Economy began to collapse to the point where, as the late Robin Williams showed in “Moscow on the Hudson”, citizens could not even get a decent roll of toilet paper.

Being programmed from the time they could speak, the citizens of the Soviet Union grew to view the Central Government as mother, father, and god.

No dissension was allowed or else you were sent to the Siberian Gulags or you “disappeared”, as in “from this life”.

What the Far Left Democrats are attempting is as un-American as you can get.

Trying to remove President Trump from office because he won the 2016 Presidential Election simply because they do not like him, by using employees of our own Federal Government known as the “Deep State” and now, attempting to cover up the crimes of Sleepy Joe and Hunter Biden by censoring Rudy Giuliani, one of the heroes of 9/11, is insane.

President Trump launched a social media broadside Saturday against House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry, calling it the “single greatest scam in the history of American politics.”

“How do you impeach a President who has created the greatest Economy in the history of our Country, entirely rebuilt our Military into the most powerful it has ever been, Cut Record Taxes & Regulations, fixed the VA & gotten Choice for our Vets (after 45 years), & so much more?” he asked.

The president specifically attacked the complaint by an intelligence community whistleblower, who accused Trump of “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election.” Democrats, following the whistleblower’s lead, have accused Trump of threatening to withhold military aid to Ukraine in a July 25 call unless the Eastern European country’s newly elected president, Volodymyr Zelensky, agreed to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, his son Hunter, and their business dealings there.

“The Whistleblower’s complaint is completely different and at odds from my actual conversation with the new President of Ukraine. The so-called ‘Whistleblower’ knew practically NOTHING in that those ridiculous charges were far more dramatic & wrong,” said Trump.

A memorandum of the Trump-Zelensky call was made public Wednesday. It shows that while Trump sought an investigation into the Biden family for corruption, the president did not explicitly leverage military aid.

Trump again defended his call on Saturday, saying: “The conversation with the new and very good Ukraine President, who told the Fake News, at the United Nations, that HE WAS NOT PRESSURED BY ME IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, should by and of itself bring an end to the new and most recent Witch Hunt. Others ended in ashes!”

While meeting with Trump on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York this week, Zelensky told reporters that “nobody pushed me” during the call with Trump.

Trump also attacked House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., accusing him of “fraudulently and illegally inserted his made up & twisted words into my call with the Ukrainian President to make it look like I did something very wrong. He then boldly read those words to Congress and millions of people, defaming & libeling me.”

The president then repeated his claim that Schiff “must resign from Congress!”

…On Saturday morning, Trump sent a series of tweets using all capital letters, saying: “Presidential Harassment!”, “Make America Great Again!” and “Keep America Great!”

He also called out several Democrats by name and said they were the “Do Nothing Democrat Savages.”

“Can you imagine if these Do Nothing Democrat Savages, people like [Jerry] Nadler, [Adam] Schiff, AOC [Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] Plus 3, and many more, had a Republican Party who would have done to Obama what the Do Nothings are doing to me,” Trump said. “Oh well, maybe next time!”

The initial whistleblower complaint was forwarded to Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire on Aug. 26, who testified before the House Intelligence Committee on Thursday. Maguire said the complaint alleged serious wrongdoing by the president but that it was not his role to judge whether the allegations were credible or not.

On Friday, the Democratic chairs of three House committees subpoenaed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for documents related to Ukraine that they say pertain to the inquiry.

Schiff, Foreign Affairs chairman Eliot Engel, D-N.Y.; and Oversight chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., said in a letter they would consider the State Department’s refusal to comply by Oct. 4 as “evidence of obstruction.”

As I have written previously, the President has done nothing wrong.

Congress has no right to those phone calls.

If Congress wants to hear some phone calls, fine.

Let’s de-classify all of President Barack Hussein Obama’s phone calls with the mad Mullahs of Iran while he was “negotiating” the failed “gentleman’s agreement” with them concerning their ongoing nuclear proliferation program.

Congress continues to politically distance themselves from average Americans.

In video posted above, President Trump says,

“The Democrats want to take away your guns, they want to take away your health care, they want to take away your vote, they want to take away your freedom, they want to take away your judges, they want to take away everything,”

And, he is exactly right.

Far Left Democrats view themselves as superior to average Americans.

Over two and one-half years into the Presidency of Donald J. Trump, the gaping maw that is America’s Political Division is more cavernous as ever.

Those of us who live in America’s Heartland, between the coasts, continue to support the man whom we elected to the most powerful office in the Free World…because he is not a politician…which makes the Far Left Democrats and the Vichy Republicans like Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, hate him even more.

Liberals who seem to spend their entire day on Social Media posting fake news stories, pulling “facts” out of their hindquarters, and posting anything and everything that they can, in order to attempt to remove President Trump from office, are probably in diabetic shock from consuming too many Cheetos and donuts in their Mom’s basement, as they attempt to comprehend what I am writing.

None of these fake news stories, Democrat-heavy polls, photoshopped pictures, and stupid Occupy Democrat Memes on Facebook designing to somehow add credence to the out-of-control actions of the Democrats on Capitol Hill are making any difference to average Americans.

The Democrats and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and Left Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, continue through their sheer arrogance and hatred for the traditional American Way of Life, to not only distance themselves from the people whom they continue to claim that they “love”…Average Working Class Americans, but to also attempt to take their Constitutional Freedoms away.

Yet still, they expect us to believe the false allegations and unjustified push toward impeachment which they are desperately trying in a vain attempt get Trump out of office, which they are distributing through the Fake News Media and which Liberal Trolls are posting on Social Media ad nauseam, so that they and the rest of the “useful idiots”, in their shared madness, can somehow get a do-over, enabling Hillary Clinton to somehow miraculously become the President.

Americans do not care what the Far left Democratic Politicians on Capitol Hill and Main Stream Media “journalists” such as Dave Wiegel think.

To put it mildly and in Marital Terms, which even the Liberal Trolls who inhabit President Trump’s Twitter Account can understand, Average Working Class Americans and the Democratic Party and their minions in the MSM and on Social Media are no longer “evenly yoked”.

The Democrats have become the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who, as Dave Wiegel so clearly demonstrated, look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

Dems Placing Party Over Country, Subpoena Mike Pompeo for Ukraine Documents Pertaining to “Impeachment Inquiry”

The Democratic chairs of three House committees subpoenaed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Friday for documents related to Ukraine that they say pertain to the impeachment inquiry against President Trump.

The chairmen of the House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Oversight committees initially requested a laundry list of documents on Sept. 9 and sent a follow-up letter on Monday.

“Your failure or refusal to comply with the subpoena shall constitute evidence of obstruction of the House’s impeachment inquiry,” wrote Intelligence chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif.; Foreign Affairs chairman Eliot Engel, D-N.Y.; and Oversight chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md.

The chairmen asked for State Department correspondence and documents dating from Jan. 20, 2017, to the present. The documents relate to reports that Trump pressed Ukrainian officials to investigate potential 2020 election rival Joe Biden, his son Hunter and the Bidens’ business activity in Ukraine.

The Democratic lawmakers also demanded any copies of the transcript of Trump’s July 25 controversial call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and a list of State Department officials who might have been involved with the conversation, according to the letter. The chairmen are additionally requesting any State Department records about Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal attorney, and any records that relate to U.S. military aid to Ukraine.

They said Pompeo has until Oct. 4, to comply with the requests.

In a separate letter, the chairmen notified Pompeo that they had scheduled depositions for five State Department officials between Oct. 2 and Oct. 10. Those officials are former Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker, Deputy Assistant Secretary George Kent, Counselor T. Ulrich Brechbuhl and U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland.

All of the officials except Kent are named in a complaint by an intelligence community whistleblower who accused Trump of “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election.”

“The failure of any of these department employees to appear for their scheduled depositions shall constitute evidence of obstruction of the House’s impeachment inquiry,” the chairmen said.

Trump has called the impeachment probe, which centers on his policy toward Ukraine, “another witch hunt,” and has repeatedly said his call with Zelensky was “perfect.” He has also adamantly denied withholding military aid from the Eastern European country as a condition of a probe of the Bidens.

He pushed back against media reports questioning his call with Ukraine again on Friday, tweeting, “If that perfect phone call with the President of Ukraine Isn’t considered appropriate, then no future President can ever again speak to another foreign leader!”

Zelensky said this week that “nobody pushed me” during his July call with Trump.

A memorandum of the call was made public Wednesday. It shows that while Trump sought an investigation into the Biden family for corruption, the president did not explicitly leverage military aid as had been suggested.

I am 60 years old.

I do not say that to brag.

I say it in order to tell you that I have seen a lot of scary, goofy things in my life…from the murders of John and Bobby Kennedy to the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr, just scant miles from the living room where I was watching the Lone Ranger as a 9-year old in Midtown Memphis, Tennessee to the Challenger blowing apart on national TV right after launch to President Bill “Bubba” Clinton getting impeached for kanoodling on the Oval Office rug with a young intern to the Islamic Terrorist Attack on our country on 9-11 to 8 years of a President who tried to make America into something she is not.

I’ve even survived two crazy exes.

But, I digress…

All that being said, I have never…EVER…witnessed a political party so determined to commit political mass seppuku as the Far Left Democratic Party, now being run by a bunch of anti-American lunatic Marxists and Islamists.

Growing up, I can remember representatives of the two parties disagreeing and attempting to outsmart each other up on Capitol Hill in order to pass a piece of legislation, but I do not remember Democrats ever wanting to destroy the future of our Sovereign Nation by taking a successful sitting President out of office so that he could not investigate actual crimes by politicians no longer in office.

I also cannot remember them attacking a President simply because they lost the preceding Presidential Election and are still having a Temper Tantrum over it.

However, boys and girls, that is exactly what we average Americans are seeing play out before us.

As far as the Congressional Subpoenas sent to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for documents which the House Dems have no right to…I would love for Pompeo to tell Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, et al, to go take a long walk on a short pier.

Just like the Russian Collusion Fairy Tale did, this current BS kerfluffle is already backfiring on the Democrats, threatening to nail Joe and Hunter Biden for their shenanigans in Chana and Ukraine, instead of their intended target of President Trump.

What will really be telling after they finally decide between Sleepy Joe and Fauxahontas and their Presidential Candidate tours such states as Mississippi and Texas, is the reception that they will receive.

If this “Read to Impeachment” Strategy is still being employed, I predict that the Democratic Candidate will not receive a warm response anywhere but the blue areas of the East and Left Coasts.

Americans want those whom we send to Washington to actually accomplish something to benefit the American People.

Soros “Investigative Organization” Referenced as Source in Whistleblower’s Complaint Receives Partial Funding from State Department!

Aaron Klein of Breitbart.com reports that

Sections of a so-called whistleblower’s complaint alleging President Donald Trump was “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country” in the 2020 presidential race relies upon a self-described investigative journalism organization bankrolled massively by billionaire activist George Soros.

The complainer admits, “I was not a direct witness to most of the events described.” Still, the so-called whistleblower goes on to allege that Trump pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

The transcript of the phone call authorized for release by President Trump evidences no such pressure or quid pro quo and shows the request to investigate alleged corruption involving Biden and his family was a small part of the call.

The “whistleblower” concedes that his information is based on secondhand knowledge: “However, I found my colleagues’ accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another.”

One key section of the so-called whistleblower’s document claims that “multiple U.S. officials told me that Mr. Giuliani had reportedly privately reached out to a variety of other Zelensky advisers, including Chief of Staff Andriy Bohdan and Acting Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov.”

This was allegedly to follow up on Trump’s call with Zelensky in order to discuss the “cases” mentioned in that call, according to the so-called whistleblower’s narrative. The complainer was clearly referencing Trump’s request for Ukraine to investigate the Biden corruption allegations.

Even though the statement was written in first person – “multiple U.S. officials told me” – it contains a footnote referencing a report by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).

That footnote reads:

“In a report published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) on 22 July, two associates of Mr. Giuliani reportedly traveled to Kyiv in May 2019 and met with Mr. Bakanov and another close Zelensky adviser, Mr. Serhiy Shefir.”

The so-called whistleblower’s account goes on to rely upon that same OCCRP report on three more occasions. It does so to:

Write that Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko “also stated that he wished to communicate directly with Attorney General Barr on these matters.”

Document that Trump adviser Rudi Giuliani “had spoken in late 2018 to former Prosecutor General Shokin, in a Skype call arranged by two associates of Mr. Giuliani.”

Bolster the charge that, “I also learned from a U.S. official that ‘associates’ of Mr. Giuliani were trying to make contact with the incoming Zelenskyy team.” The so-called whistleblower then relates in another footnote, “I do not know whether these associates of Mr. Giuliani were the same individuals named in the 22 July report by OCCRP, referenced above.”

The OCCRP report repeatedly referenced is actually a “joint investigation by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) and BuzzFeed News, based on interviews and court and business records in the United States and Ukraine.”

BuzzFeed infamously also first published the full anti-Trump dossier alleging unsubstantiated collusion between Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia. The dossier was paid for by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee and was produced by the Fusion GPS opposition dirt outfit.

The OCCRP and BuzzFeed “joint investigation” resulted in both OCCRP and BuzzFeed publishing similar lengthy pieces on July 22 claiming that Giuliani was attempting to use connections to have Ukraine investigate Trump’s political rivals.

The so-called whistleblower’s document, however, only mentions the largely unknown OCCRP and does not reference BuzzFeed, which has faced scrutiny over its reporting on the Russia collusion claims.

The group paid $3.3 million to Bean LLC., the holding company that controls Fusion GPS. Another $250,000 was paid to Walsingham Partners Ltd., a London-based firm owned by Steele and his partner, Christopher Burrows.

TDIP paid another London-based intelligence firm called Istok Associates Ltd. nearly $150,000, also for “research consulting.” The company has released investigative reports looking into whether Russia helped fund the Brexit campaign.

Nearly $130,000 was paid to Edward Austin Ltd., a London-based intelligence consultancy operated by Edward Baumgartner, a Fusion GPS contractor. Another $148,000 was paid to the law firm Zuckerman Spaeder, which has represented Fusion GPS in a variety of dossier-related legal matters.

As those of you who have been reading my posts on a regular basis know, I believe that the whole Spygate/Russian Collusion fiasco is a all a part of a Deep State Operation began while Trump was still a candidate, carried out by professional bureaucrats, Deep State Operatives within the previous Administration.

I also have believed that this whole thing is one gigantic spider’s web, with the alarm thread leading directly back to Former President Barack Hussein Obama.

Dem Senators Sent Letter in May, Told Ukraine Top Prosecutor Not to Close 4 Cases Critical to Mueller Probe…Implied U.S. Aid to Ukraine Was at Stake

A defiant President Trump said during a press conference in New York Wednesday that he wants “full transparency” not only over the “so-called whistleblower” allegations leveled against him, but also “from Joe Biden and his son Hunter on the millions of dollars that have been quickly and easily taken out of Ukraine and China.”

Trump additionally demanded “transparency from Democrats who went to Ukraine and attempted to force the new president … to do things that they wanted under the form of political threat. They threatened him if he didn’t do things — now that’s what they’re accusing me of, but I didn’t do it.”

The aggressive move signaled that the White House would seek to turn the tables against Democrats who have initiated an impeachment inquiry, following the whistleblower’s complaint that Trump had improperly pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Biden. Zelensky, speaking across from Trump just an hour earlier, told reporters he did not feel “pushed” at all in his conversations with the president.

Earlier in the day, the White House released a transcript of Trump’s July call with Zelensky, showing Trump sought a review of Biden family dealings in the country. But the transcript also did not demonstrate that Trump leveraged military aid to Ukraine to obtain a “promise” on a Biden investigation, as a widely cited report in The Washington Post had claimed.

At the press conference, Trump specifically called attention to a little-discussed CNN report from May, which described how Democratic Sens. Robert Menendez, Dick Durbin, and Patrick Leahy pushed Ukraine’s top prosecutor not to close four investigations perceived as critical to then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe — and, by Democrats’ current logic, seemingly implied that their support for U.S. aid to Ukraine was at stake.

“The Democrats have done what they’re accusing me of doing,” Trump said.

The Democratic senators wrote in a letter to Ukraine’s leader at the time: “In four short years, Ukraine has made significant progress in building [democratic] institutions despite ongoing military, economic, and political pressure from Moscow. We have supported [the] capacity-building process and are disappointed that some in Kyiv appear to have cast aside these [democratic] principles to avoid the ire of President Trump.”

The senators called for the top prosecutor to “reverse course and halt any efforts to impede cooperation with this important investigation.”

The Post’s Marc Thiessen initially flagged the letter on Tuesday, calling it evidence of a “double standard” among Democrats.

“Senator Chris Murphy literally threatened the president of Ukraine that if he doesn’t do things right, they won’t have Democrat support in Congress,” Trump added.

That was a reference to the Connecticut Democrat’s comments at a bipartisan meeting in Kiev earlier this month, when Murphy called U.S. aid the “most important asset” of Ukraine — then issued a warning.

“I told Zelensky that he should not insert himself or his government into American politics,” Murphy said, according to The Hill. “I cautioned him that complying with the demands of the President’s campaign representatives to investigate a political rival of the President would gravely damage the U.S.-Ukraine relationship. There are few things that Republicans and Democrats agree on in Washington these days, and support for Ukraine is one of them.”

Responding to Trump’s statements, Murphy said that “in the meeting Republican Senator Ron Johnson and I had with President Zelensky three weeks ago, I made it clear to him that Ukraine should not become involved in the 2020 election and that his government should communicate with the State Department, not the president’s campaign. I still believe this to be true.”

But in colorful language, Trump told reporters that the evidence clearly showed Democrats were disingenuously attacking him for political gain.

“We have the greatest economy we’ve ever had,” The president said. “When you see little [House Intelligence Committee Chair] Adam Schiff go out and lie and lie and stand at the mic, smart guy by the way. … Then he goes into a room with [House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry] Nadler, and they must laugh their asses off.”

Not all Democrats in the House have been on board with impeachment. 2020 presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, said Wednesday that the Ukraine transcript did not present a “compelling” reason to impeach the president.

Taking the fight to the Democrats over the scores of Democrats who do support an impeachment inquiry could pay dividends for Republicans ahead of next year’s elections. The National Republican Congressional Committee indicated Wednesday that its fundraising was up 608 percent after Democrats’ impeachment push.

And the Trump reelection campaign and GOP announced they had raised a combined $5 million in just 24 hours.

The fact that the Old Guard of the Democratic Party, including Nancy Pelosi, have surrendered control to the Far Left Impeachment Hawks including AOC, is proof that the Democratic Party has become a regional party, guided by power brokers on the East and Left Coasts, including special interest groups who are funded by George Soros.

Because they have become encapsulated by their own egomaniacal grief over losing the 20116 Presidential Election, they continue to lash out against President Donald J. Trump, hoping to get him out of office to somehow regain control of the White House and the direction of our Sovereign Nation.

There are some who are saying that the Democrats will not really care if Joe Biden is taken down during this latest “Impeachment inquiry, since it is very apparent that Joe committed a crime while Vice-President by pulling strings in both China and Ukraine on behalf of his cocaine-snorting son, Hunter.

Even if Fauxahontas herself, Elizabeth Warren is chosen by the Democratics as their candidate, what is she going to run on, the success of Obama’s Presidency?

I told a friend yesterday that I would love to see Warren campaign down here in Mississippi, where Americans open carry, as it is legal.

She would be as out-of-place as Madonna doing a commercial for Virgin Mobile.

But, I digress…

If the American public believed that Obama did a great job as president, Hillary Clinton would have been elected to succeed him.

When you say that to a Democrat, of course, they will bring up the “Popular Vote” argument.

And, of course, the answer to that is the fact that we are not a mob-ruled Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic and Trump won an overwhelming majority of states, giving him the Electoral Votes he needed.

Our Founding Fathers, in their infinite wisdom, created this Blessed Land as a Constitutional Republic in order to provide fair and equal representation to all areas of the country, whether they be densely populated “urban” areas or sparsely populated “rural” areas.

No American’s vote is more important than somebody else’s.

When I voted down here, outside Memphis, Tennessee, in the Northwest Corner of the Magnolia State on November 8, 2016, it counted the same as a Democrat voting in one of the boroughs of New York City.

The Founders created and put in place the Electoral College in order to prevent just what the “Democratic Socialists” in the New Far Left Democratic Party have been crying for since they lost the 2016 Presidential Election: a nation where its leaders are selected by mob rule in which special interest groups of a minority political philosophy joined together to form a voting bloc in order to “radically change” the course of a Sovereign Nation.

One of our Founding Fathers, James Madison, explained in no uncertain terms why he and his fellow patriots did not form our Sovereign Nation as a “democracy”…

Madison, who would go on to become president, was a prophet.

He not only predicted the problems of governing by “democracy”, he predicted the flaws in Marxist Theory, including the “Democratic Socialism” which the Democrats are advocating.

However, some people, especially Liberals, never learn.

When the Mueller Investigation ended the toothless House Committees began a new search to get Trump on something…ANYTHING…resulting in this comedy of errors leading to Pelosi’s less-than-inspiring “Impeachment Inquiry” announcement which will lead to another failed impeachment vote.

There is nothing in the transcript of Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian President that is cause for impeachment..

And, even if they succeeded in getting it out of the House, the Senate would block it.

They had better circle their wagons around Sleepy Joe and his useless kid, they are going to be in serious trouble.

Finally, if Inspector General Horowitz’s Report and Attorney General Barr’s Investigation come back the way it is believed that they will, the Democrats won’t be able to win a election for Dogcatcher…much less for President of the United States of America.

And, it couldn’t happen to a more disserving bunch.

Per Inspector General: Whistleblower Had “Political Bias” in Favor of “Rival Candidate” of Trump…Can You Say “Set-Up”?

A senior Trump administration official told Fox News late Tuesday that the administration will release a document showing the intelligence community inspector general found the whistleblower who leveled an explosive accusation against President Trump concerning his talks with Ukraine had “political bias” in favor of “a rival candidate” of the president.

The official did not identify the name of the rival candidate. Separately, a senior administration official told Fox News the White House has been working as quickly as it can to release to Congress the whistleblower complaint involving President Trump’s conversations with the leader of Ukraine, as long as it’s legally possible.

The news came just hours after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi initiated a formal impeachment inquiry by alleging that the administration was hiding the complaint.

The senior administration official told Fox News that the White House had nothing to hide, that there has been no wrongdoing, and that the White House’s general position has been that it will make everything possible available to Congress or the public regarding Trump’s conversations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint to the intelligence community’s inspector general.

A source familiar with the matter told Fox News this week that the whistleblower had no firsthand knowledge of Trump’s July call with Zelensky. Trump vowed earlier Tuesday to release a “complete” transcript of the call by Wednesday.

A senior administration official told Fox News there are a “few words” in the transcript that will raise eyebrows, but it is nowhere near as inflammatory as Democrats have suggested.

The contents of the call, as well as the whistleblower complaint, could throw cold water on Democrats’ explosive suggestions that the president improperly threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine unless it investigated Joe Biden and his son Hunter. Republicans had predicted over the weekend that such an impeachment inquiry could backfire on Pelosi, and administration officials have said Trump was concerned only with broader corruption in Ukraine.

Joe Biden has acknowledged on camera that, when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, while Shokin was investigating the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings — where Hunter Biden was on the board. Shokin himself had separately been accused of corruption.

The House speaker specifically charged that the administration had violated the law by failing to turn over the whistleblower complaint. Citing testimony that the director of national intelligence was blocking the release of that complaint, she said: “This is a violation of law. The law is unequivocal.”

Fox News also was told the White House has taken steps to alleviate concerns about the precedential nature of releasing a transcript of the phone call with Zelensky. With the release of the transcript, the White House has put in place protections to preserve the confidential nature of conversations between the president and world leaders.

And, The New York Times reported that the White House had dropped its objection to the whistleblower speaking to Congress. That came after the GOP-controlled Senate passed a unanimous resolution seeking access to the whistleblower’s complaint.

DNI Inspector General Michael Atkinson said in a Sep. 9 letter to the House Intelligence Committee that the whistleblower complaint “appeared credible” and related to an “urgent” matter. But the DNI general counsel said days later that, after consulting with the DOJ, the matter did not meet the legal definition of an “urgent concern,” and was not subject to mandatory disclosure to Congress.

“Furthermore, because the complaint involves confidential and potentially privileged communications by persons outside the Intelligence Community, the DNI lacks unilateral authority to transmit such materials to the intelligence committees,” Jason Klitenic, the DNI general counsel, wrote.

Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire will testify before the House Intelligence Committee at an open hearing on Thursday.

Just when you thought that the Fat Left Democratic Party could not be more tone deaf….

Pelosi goes out and announces that her and the rest of the useless self-aggrandizing camera hogs known as the House Democrats are going to attempt to impeach President Donald J. Trump on information gained from a Deep State politically-biased whistleblower, who has no firsthand knowledge of the phone call which launched this overreaction of the Democrats’.

So, basically, boys and girls, this will turn out to be as big a waste of our time AND MONEY as the failed Russian Collusion fiasco turned out to be.

San Fran Nan finally caved in to the “Impeach 45” House Democrats.

I think that Pelosi and the rest of the “Old Guard” in the Democrat Hierarchy are panicking over their own internal polling which is showing a political massacre in the 2020 Presidential Election in favor of President Trump.

She and the other House Dems are attempting to somehow combat Trump’s rising popularity and their tanking favorability ratings.

The past almost three years have clearly shown that the Far Left Democrats remain consumed by their grief over losing the 2016 Presidential Election and their hatred for the man who is now sitting in the Oval Office, Donald J. Trump.

The Democrats had put all their eggs in one basket: their fervent desire that somehow, someway, Robert Mueller could find some sort of impeachable offense against President Trump.

When he did not, they brought him in to testify, thinking that he would give some sort of information which would set the President up to be impeached.

That didn’t happen and the floor of the House of Representatives suddenly resembled the Tower of Babel…a whole lot of taking going on with no one listening to each other because they did not speak the same language.

By going forward with this impeachment process, even when there is nothing there, Pelosi and company hope to galvanize the Democratic Base with the help of all of the Trolls, paid and unpaid, who will be inundating social media every day with anti-Trump lies, just as they have since his election.

The biggest problem with their plan that the Democrats face is the fact that the President keeps on succeeding in fulfilling his Campaign Promises even though the Democrats, their Social Media Trolls, and their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, have thrown every thing that they could think of at him, including Fake News Stories that they desperately made up.

The economy is booming, Trump keeps winning, and the Dems keep losing.

Despite the Fed’s efforts to slow America’s comeback down, new homes are being built and unemployment remains low.

And, average Americans are loving it.

They learned nothing at all during their almost 3 years out of power.

For the Democratic Party to begin winning elections again, they are going to have to not only abandon this absurd quest to impeach President Trump, they must abandon the Far Left Political Ideology, inspired by Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky, which they have bitterly clung to as their “religion” for the past several decades.

The absurdity and downright anti-Americanism of their “Tenets of Faith” have been anathema to Americans living in America’s Heartland, the ones responsible for an American Businessman and Entrepreneur being elected our 45th President.

Those who sit in judgment of us average Americans like the Pharisees in the ancient Holy Land are going to have to climb down from their bar stools at the Washington Capitol Hill Country Club, and come home to visit us “common” people, attend ballgames, picnics, charitable public events, and even…GASP!…attend church with us, if they wish to represent average Americans in our Sovereign Nation’s Halls of Power again.

However, realistically, I do not see any of my suggestions coming to pass.

Democrats are too ensconced is their own belief system which states that…

Americans are “jingoistic”.
America is responsible for all of the world’s ills.
The evils of American Capitalism are responsible for the world’s climate, not the God of Abraham.
Perversion is perfectly normal.
They ARE “The Smartest People in the Room”.

There are many more “Tenets of Faith” that the Democrats believe. However, for the sake of brevity, I will move on.

Years ago, the Democratic Party and reality took divergent paths.

Instead of serving the wishes of the American people as they are SUPPOSED to be doing, the Democrats in the House of Representatives are only serving themselves by refusing to end their quest for impeachment.

If they do not wake up and smell what they are shoveling and start taking care of the “will of the people” instead of their obsession with attempting to get Trump out of the Oval Office, the Democrats will go the way of the Whigs.

Their party’s slow and painful demise will be quite a spectacle to watch.

Judging from their lack of accomplishments thus far, this new attempt at impeaching President Trump by the Pelosi-led House Democrats is going to do nothing to halt the Dem’s downward descent into oblivion.

As Sir Isaac Newton wrote,

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

The reaction has already started and will build to a climax on November 3, 2020.

And that is when the Constitution, which Pelosi so blithely quoted yesterday after her party has shown unbridled disdain and disrespect for it for all these years, once again shows that our Founding Fathers bequeathed to us not just a country, but a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.

Just hours after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., said her party’s failure so far to impeach President Trump amounted to a major “national scandal,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi appeared to relent on Sunday — and warn that a “whole new stage of investigation” could be approaching.

Pelosi, who has long resisted calls to impeach Trump because the move would imperil the electability of moderate Democrats in the House, outlined her new stance in a statement Sunday. Pelosi specifically said that a whistleblower who reportedly alleged that Trump acted improperly during a July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy must be allowed to speak to Congress, and the full whistleblower complaint must be provided.

Her aggressive push came as top Republicans, including California Rep. Devin Nunes, predicted that the gambit would backfire for Democrats. Later in the evening, Trump sounded a similar note, saying the “real story” was that “Sleepy Joe Biden” had “forced a tough prosecutor out from investigating his son’s company by the threat of not giving big dollars to Ukraine.”

The whistleblower drama escalated after The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that Trump repeatedly had asked Zelenskiy to investigate Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s son who had a key role in a natural gas firm that a Ukrainian prosecutor had been investigating as part of a corruption probe. At a conference two years after he left office, Joe Biden openly bragged about successfully pressuring Ukraine to fire that prosecutor when he was vice president.

CNN later reported the whistleblower had no direct knowledge of the call, and a top Ukrainian official on Saturday defended Trump’s actions. Unverified reports circulated on left-leaning media outlets claiming that Trump could have promised something improper in exchange for Ukraine’s compliance, although the Journal reported there was no “quid-pro-quo” involved.

But if Democrats’ demands were not met, Pelosi said, the Trump administration’s “grave new chapter of lawlessness” would necessitate drastic action.

“We must be sure that the President and his Administration are always conducting our national security and foreign policy in the best interest of the American people, not the President’s personal or political interest,” Pelosi said.

Speaking to CNN’s “State of the Union,” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., also said impeachment was on the table. Schiff previously has claimed to have hard evidence that the Trump team improperly colluded with Russia.

“Why doesn’t the president just say, ‘Release the whistleblower complaint.’ Clearly he’s afraid for the public to see,” Schiff said. “This would be the most profound violation of the presidential oath of office, certainly during this presidency, which says a lot, but perhaps during any presidency. There is no privilege that covers corruption. There is no privilege to engage in underhanded discussions.”

“We may have crossed the Rubicon here,” he added, referring to the river that Julius Caesar fatefully traversed in 49 BC. “I have been very reluctant to go down the path of impeachment. … but that may be the only remedy that is co-equal to the evil that that conduct represents.”

The top Democrats’ rhetoric came soon after Ocasio-Cortez on Saturday night kickstarted a dormant, but long-simmering and occasionally explosive feud with top House Democrats in the form of a fiery tweet: “At this point, the bigger national scandal isn’t the president’s lawbreaking behavior – it is the Democratic Party’s refusal to impeach him for it.”

Pelosi and Ocasio-Cortez appeared to reach a truce of sorts after a closed-door meeting in July, in which both sought to ease infighting that some Democrats viewed as counterproductive. That meeting came shortly before the departure of Ocasio-Cortez’s chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti.

Trump acknowledged Sunday that he had communicated with Zelensky about Biden, and that the conversation concerned “the corruption taking place and largely the fact that we don’t want our people like Vice President Biden and his son [contributing] to the corruption already in the Ukraine.”

The president and top officials maintained Sunday that nothing inappropriate occurred on the call.

Okay, let us reason together, gentle readers.

Pelosi and the rest of the “Fools on the Hill”, otherwise known as the House Democrats, are going to try to impeach a highly successful President over wanting to investigate the crimes of a Former Vice-President and his son, which were committed in another country by using the power of the American Government for leverage and privilege.

Say what?

First, they disregard their duties to those who sent them to Congress by pursuing false allegations against President Trump and his family for the first two and one-half years of his presidency, simply because their candidate, the “Queen of Mean”, Hillary Clinton, lost the 2016 Presidential Election, screwing up their plans to turn America into a “Socialist Paradise”

Now, a White House “Deep Stater”, who has no first-hand knowledge of the content of the phone call in question, accuses President Trump of trying to force the new President of Ukraine to investigate the Bidens’ crimes.

And, THAT is somehow an impeachable offense?

Are they serious?

Have they been taking “How to Be Stupid” lessons from AOC?

The president is well within the scope of his Executive Powers to make PRIVATE phone calls to other leaders around the world.

Pelosi, Schiff, AOC, et al, have absolutely no grounds for impeachment.

And, Americans know it.

As Rush Limbaugh said on last Thursday’s program,

This is internal Democrat Party polling data.

“Polling for the Democratic Party found that 54 percent of voters said that Democrats were more focused on impeachment than any other policy. But only 10 percent of voters believed that impeachment should be their focus.”

It’s a Democrat Party internal poll. Ninety percent think the Democrats are way off and on the wrong track. See, this is why they’re gonna be hitting the panic button, not just because of what it says on the surface, but why are they doing this impeachment business? There are two reasons. It’s actually a combination of two.

One is that many of these Democrats are as crazy, they are as poisoned with hatred as that faceless blob that makes up their base. Their Twitterverse of anonymous, nobody knows who they are radical, insane, angry, outraged liberals. They’re ticked off they’ve been lied to. They’ve been promised that Trump was gonna be sent packing. They’ve been promised that Trump colluded. They’ve been promised that Hillary really won.

They’ve been promised that Trump was gonna be impeached. They’ve been promised that Trump was gonna be go to jail. They’ve been promised that Trump was gonna be revealed as a traitor, all of this stuff, MSNBC promised them, the New York Times promised them, CNBC promised them, MSNBC promised them, the Washington Post promised them, all of the experts and unnamed sources in all these places promised them.

None of it has happened! Trump is still there! Trump is still president! He’s in California raising money! He’s right in their faces raising money. He’s implementing his agenda. They’re beside themselves. They are telling the Democrats, “You better! You better do what you said you were gonna do. You better get rid of this guy.” So the Democrats, Nadler and this crew, are listening to this base. They think — this is the key — they think that their base is a majority of people in this country.

So, now the Democrats are attempting to stop President Trump and his Administration from continuing to rebuild America’s strength, both at home and abroad by rerunning their Russian Collusion Fairy Tale Strategy.

The Democrats believe that unless they can somehow damage President Trump between now and the 2020 Presidential Election, they are facing a Political Massacre.

And, once again, they are going to fail.

Because, it’s not President Trump who committed a crime, it was one of their top two Democrat Primary Candidates, his son, and his Former Boss.

But…hey…San Fran Nan…here’s a shovel for your other hand.

Dems Call for Impeachment Because Trump Asked Ukraine Prez to Look Into Biden’s Burisma Holdings Scandal

The controversy over President Trump’s mysterious call with a foreign leader that prompted a whistleblower complaint ratcheted up Friday afternoon as a new report said it involved Trump asking the president of Ukraine numerous times in a single phone call to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden’s son.

Meanwhile, after Trump called the whistleblower a partisan and dismissed the allegation as “another political hack job,” Democrats in Congress accused the president of trying to intimidate whistleblowers and demanded the administration hand over the complaint and a transcript of the call, while 2020 hopefuls renewed calls for impeachment.

The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that, in a July phone call, Trump repeatedly asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to work with Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani on a probe into Hunter Biden. The call came a month before Trump put a hold on $250 million in military aid to Ukraine — a hold that was eventually released after objections from the Senate.

Joe Biden, now a Democratic presidential candidate, has faced scrutiny for months over his past role pressuring the country to fire its top prosecutor while he was leading a corruption investigation into a natural gas company that had ties to Hunter. Giuliani has suggested that Biden, as VP, worked to protect the company from investigation.

In a lengthy statement Friday evening, Biden said that if the reports were true “there is truly no bottom to President Trump’s willingness to abuse his power and abase our country.

“This behavior is particularly abhorrent because it exploits the foreign policy of our country and undermines our national security for political purposes,” Biden continued. “It means that he used the power and resources of the United States to pressure a sovereign nation—a partner that is still under direct assault from Russia—pushing Ukraine to subvert the rule of law in the express hope of extracting a political favor …”

“At minimum,” Biden concluded, “Donald Trump should immediately release the transcript of the call in question, so that the American people can judge for themselves, and direct the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to stop stonewalling and release the whistleblower notification to the Congress.”

What initially touched off the controversy is a secret whistleblower complaint that the director of national intelligence has kept from Congress, reportedly involving a “promise” Trump made to an unnamed foreign leader. In the latest development, The Washington Post and The New York Times reported Thursday that the complaint relates to Ukraine. Fox News has not confirmed the reports.

Trump called that initial story “ridiculous” in the Oval Office, and said he doesn’t know the identity of the whistleblower. He wouldn’t say what was discussed in the call but said someone should “look into” Biden family connections to Ukraine.

“I have conversations with many leaders. It’s always appropriate. Always appropriate,” Trump said. “At the highest level, always appropriate. And anything I do, I fight for this country.”

Afterward, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and other Democratic committee leaders issued a statement demanding the administration hand over the complaint, after acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire would not share details of it with lawmakers.

“President Trump just went on national television—from the Oval Office—and personally attacked an Intelligence Community whistleblower who reported an urgent matter involving serious or flagrant misconduct,” the statement said, adding that the “brazen effort to intimidate this whistleblower risks a chilling effect on future whistleblowers.”

After the publication of the Journal’s story, 2020 Democrats quickly weighed in. Former Housing Secretary Julian Castro said that Trump “is a criminal.”

“He must be impeached immediately,” he said.

Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., said that Trump “appears to be collaborating with foreign governments to attack America’s democracy” before she urged the whistleblower to come forward.

“I would absolutely urge this whistleblower to go directly to Congress, whether in closed session or in open session,” she said.

Schiff told reporters Friday that the whistleblower claim “deserves a thorough investigation.”

“Come hell or high water, that’s what we’re going to do,” he said. Democrats have been looking into whether Giuliani traveled to Ukraine to pressure the government to investigate the Biden activities, and have also sought a transcript of the July call between Trump and Zelensky.

The inspector general for the intelligence community received the whistleblower complaint and, according to correspondence with Schiff, considered the allegations “credible” and dealing with an “urgent concern.” Inspector General Michael Atkinson wrote that the DNI, “after consulting with the Department of Justice,” determined the complaint does not have to be shared with the intelligence committees under law. He wrote that he will “abide by that determination,” but disagrees with it.

In a letter Tuesday, the general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Jason Klitenic, wrote that the agency is protecting the whistleblower and argued the allegation does not meet the definition of “urgent concern.” He said the complaint “concerned conduct from someone outside the intelligence community and did not relate to `intelligence activity’ under the DNI’s supervision.”

Maguire is expected to testify publicly about the whistleblower complaint on Sept. 26. after being subpoenaed by the House intelligence committee. Schiff had accused Maguire of withholding a whistleblower complaint from Congress and questioned whether he had been directed to do so by the White House or the attorney general.

Hold on, just a cotton-pickin’ minute!

Now, let me try to wrap my Deplorable head around this.

Former Vice-President Joe Biden and the rest of the D.C. Democrats are trying to accuse President Trump of corruption for asking the new President of Ukraine to look into a major scandal involving not only Joe and Hunter Biden, but Former President Barack Hussein Obama, as well.

I can’t believe this.

The Democrats are engaging in the legendary Pee Wee Herman Defense:

“I know you are…but what am I”

They are ignoring their own criminality in order to try to force Trump from office for asking for an investigation of it!

Do you all have the feeling that we are living on Bizarro World…or is it just me?

For those of you who didn’t grow up in the 1960s reading comic books, Bizarro World was the home of Bizarro Superman, where everything is the opposite of what it should be.

Wheels are square. Cats bark. Dogs purr.

You catch my drift.

The Democrats are still acting as if they are the ones in power in Washington.

Even worse, they are so far out-of-touch with reality that they are believing their own lies and political propaganda.

So much so, that they are unconsciously exposing the total and absolute corruption of the Administration of one of their own, Barack Hussein Obama, who was a participant in the Burisma Holdings Scandal in Ukraine along with Joe and Hunter Biden.

By running the same playbook over and over again in their attempts to remove Trump from office, the Democrats are not only showing their own corruption, they are further alienating themselves from average Americans, as shown by the fact that the President’s poll numbers are at 52% approval, a number above where Obama was during this time in his presidency.

Here’s an idea for you Democrats on Capitol Hill:

Why don’t you do some work for a change?

Drop your nonstop attacks against the President and join him in trying to make America great again.

You might actually gain a vote or two.

Or, just keep doing what you are doing and be the laughing stock of the Free World on Election Night 2020.

DOJ Cites Dems’ Confusion Over Whether It’s an “Impeachment Investigation” to Block Dem Access to Grand Jury Material

The Justice Department, in new court filings, sought to block congressional Democrats’ bid for secret grand jury material from the Robert Mueller investigation by citing the confusion inside the caucus over whether or not they’re pursuing an “impeachment investigation.”

In the Friday court filing, the DOJ argued that the House Judiciary Committee clearly is not.

“The committee’s own description of its investigation makes clear that it is too far removed from any potential judicial proceeding to qualify,” the DOJ said.

After muddled messaging on the matter, committee Democrats last week argued that they are leading an impeachment investigation, as the panel took its first formal vote establishing the procedures for those proceedings and hearings.

The lawmakers, in a related case in court, are seeking the release of secret grand jury material from Mueller’s investigation. A small percentage of the report remains redacted, as grand jury material must remain secret according to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, with narrow exceptions. But in a recent court filing, the committee claimed their investigation of Trump’s possible wrongdoing falls under the exception for judicial proceedings, including impeachment proceedings.

But the DOJ countered that what Democrats are doing is hardly such an investigation.

The DOJ also quoted House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., as once saying, “[a]n impeachment inquiry is when you consider only impeachment. That’s not what we’re doing.” Since then, Nadler has gone back and forth over whether or not his committee’s investigation is indeed an “impeachment inquiry.”

The developments come as President Trump on Monday accused the committee of botching their efforts. He then referred them to former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama’s deal with Netflix, and the Obamas’ book deal from 2017, as well as other deals made by lawmakers.

“House Judiciary has given up on the Mueller Report, sadly for them after two years and $40,000,000 spent – ZERO COLLUSION, ZERO OBSTRUCTION. So they say, OK, lets look at everything else, and all of the deals that ‘Trump’ has done over his lifetime. But it doesn’t work that way,” Trump tweeted Monday. “I have a better idea. Look at the Obama Book Deal, or the ridiculous Netflix deal. Then look at all the deals made by the Dems in Congress, the ‘Congressional Slush Fund,’ and lastly the IG Reports. Take a look at them. Those investigations would be over FAST!

The IG reports include recently released findings that former FBI Director James Comey violated policies with his handling of memos documenting conversations with Trump — leaked to help bring about the appointment of a special counsel for the investigation of Trump campaign ties to Russian election interference efforts. Another report, expected to be released in the near future, will discuss whether the FBI acted improperly with regard to FISA warrant applications to conduct surveillance of former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page during the early stages of the Russia probe. DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz turned over a draft of his findings to Attorney General Bill Barr last week.

As for the Obamas, this isn’t the first time Trump implied that their book deal with Penguin Random House – which reportedly paid the former president and first lady more than $65 million for their memoirs – involved wrongdoing.

“We want to find out what happened with the last Democrat president,” Trump said in July. “Let’s look into Obama the way they’ve looked at me. From day one they’ve looked into everything that we’ve done. They could look into the book deal that President Obama made. Let’s subpoena all of his records.” The president did not elaborate on what such an investigation might find.

The “Congressional Slush Fund” Trump referred to is a Treasury Department fund that was used to pay millions of dollars in settlements to sexual harassment accusers.

President Trump makes some excellent points.

The Congressional Democrats, through the use of committees as political weapons have, since gaining control of the House of Representatives after the 2018 Midterm Elections, devoted the overwhelming majority of their time in session trying to undo the results of the 2016 Presidential election, by any means necessary.

Just as Captain Ahab did not care 4that he was the only one on his ship obsessed with killing the Great White Whale, Moby Dick, so are the Democrats in Congress oblivious to the fact that the majority of Americans do not want the 45th President of the United States of America to be impeached.

The Democrats are nothing but a bunch of hypocrites on a fool’s errand.

Instead of working on behalf of those who sent them to Washington to pass legislation to better our Sovereign Nation, the Congressional Democrats are instead on a quest to take down the man who has turned around his predecessor’s failing economy into a job boom which has created the lowest Black American Unemployment Numbers in our nation’s history.

These imbecilic Democrat Lightweights don’t care that Former President Obama is running a shadow government just blocks away from the White House. They don’t care that he sent Former Secretary of State John Kerry to go advise the Iranians as to how to “handle” President Trump, in what cannot be called anything but an act of treasonous sedition.

And, they could care less that Former President Obama and members of his Administration have taken over Netflix and are producing propaganda and, drawing exorbitant salaries while doing it.

Heck, they don’t even care that one of their own, Rep. Ilhan Omar, married her brother.

All the Democrats in Congress care about, now that they see that they cannot remove President Trump from office before the next Presidential Elections, is to somehow damage him to the point where “Sleepy Joe” Biden or “Lieawatha” Warren might have some sort of chance to beat Trump in the 2020 Presidential Election.

Yeah sure. Good luck with that.
