Governing By Judicial Fiat: After Trump Meets With Congress, Liberal Judge Blocks Further Work on DACA…For Now. – A KJ Analysis

untitled (218)

In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American…There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag… We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language… and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people. – Theodore Roosevelt 1907

I had a post already written for today, when a California Judge, appointed by President Clinton, decided that he knew better than the President of the United States of America what was right and just as pertains to the most precious gift that our Sovereign Nation offers: the gift of American Citizenship.

According to Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, in the following Federalist Paper, Americans have nothing to fear from the Judiciary when they act alone. It’s when they act in concert with others, such as Liberal Politicians on the State and Federal Level, that Americans need to be afraid.

The plaintiffs in the suit ruled on last night by California District Judge William Alsup included, among others, attorneys general from California, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota and the University of California.

From The Federalist #78

Whoever attentively considers the different departments of power must perceive, that, in a government in which they are separated from each other, the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.

This simple view of the matter suggests several important consequences. It proves incontestably, that the judiciary is beyond comparison the weakest of the three departments of power1; that it can never attack with success either of the other two; and that all possible care is requisite to enable it to defend itself against their attacks. It equally proves, that though individual oppression may now and then proceed from the courts of justice, the general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter; I mean so long as the judiciary remains truly distinct from both the legislature and the Executive. For I agree, that “there is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers.”2 And it proves, in the last place, that as liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have every thing to fear from its union with either of the other departments; that as all the effects of such a union must ensue from a dependence of the former on the latter, notwithstanding a nominal and apparent separation; that as, from the natural feebleness of the judiciary, it is in continual jeopardy of being overpowered, awed, or influenced by its co-ordinate branches; and that as nothing can contribute so much to its firmness and independence as permanency in office, this quality may therefore be justly regarded as an indispensable ingredient in its constitution, and, in a great measure, as the citadel of the public justice and the public security.

Do you think that Hamilton foresaw the rise of Activist Judges, whose sole purpose, working in concert with an out-of-power Political Party, to sabotage a president trying to protect and do what is right and just for American Citizens?

The repeated, desperate actions taken by these “Activist Judges” prove that Liberals are more concerned about their politics than they are the safety of our nation and the rights of American Citizens.

This is nothing but a deliberate political effort to keep a fairly-elected United States President from doing his job.

USA Today reported yesterday that

WASHINGTON — President Trump promised Tuesday to sign what he called a “bill of love” to extend protections to 800,000 immigrants who entered the United States illegally as children — if Congress can work out the details.

“You folks are going to have to come up with a solution,” Trump told 25 lawmakers in a remarkable televised negotiation at the White House. “And if you do, I’m going to sign that solution.”

But funding for a wall along the border with Mexico remains a sticking point, as Trump insisted that border security remain a part of any deal.

Lawmakers are under a March 5 deadline — imposed by Trump — to come up with a legal fix to the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. DACA, as it’s known, is now the main stumbling block holding up a wide range of other Trump administration immigration priorities.

Conservative Republicans in the House want to link DACA to Trump’s request for $18 billion for a border wall. That would give immigration talks even more urgency, as the spending bill must pass by Jan. 19 to prevent a government shutdown.

So Trump and his top advisers sat down Tuesday with 25 members of Congress — 16 senators and nine representatives, 15 Republicans and 10 Democrats. And in an unusual move, the White House opened nearly an hour of the meeting to the press.

The Republicans came with a common talking point: Congress needs a permanent fix to immigration enforcement, or else have to deal with the issue again. Democrats said the urgency of saving DREAMers from deportation meant that extending DACA must take priority.

The so-called DREAMers are the children of immigrants who remained in the country illegally — growing up as Americans but without the legal status. Obama’s solution was to use his enforcement discretion to give up to 800,000 DREAMers a quasi-legal status, but the Trump administration has said Obama exceeded his authority and that any fix must come from Congress.

Trump said repeatedly on Tuesday that he would sign any bill Congress sends him to make that deferred action program legal. But then he later clarified that such a bill must also include border security measures, including funding for a border wall.

“A clean DACA bill, to me, is a DACA bill where we take care of the 800,000 people,” he said. “We take care of them and we also take care of security. That’s very important.”

Sen. Richard Durbin, D-Ill., the number two Democrat in the Senate, expressed optimism that such a deal could get done.

As of March 5, one thousand people a day will lose their temporary status, Durbin said. “Lives are hanging in the balance. We’ve got the time to do it,” Durbin told Trump.

“We feel that we can put together a combination for the future of DACA as well as border security,” said Durbin, sitting to Trump’s right. “We want a safe border in America, period, both when it comes to the issues of illegal migration, but also when it comes to drugs and all these other areas.”

But Republicans also want two other issues on the table: elimination of the diversity visa lottery program and family based “chain migration.”

“Yes, we’ve got to do DACA, and I agree with you 100%,” said House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif. “But if we do not do something with the security, if we do not do something with the chain migration, we are fooling each other that we solved the problem.”

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer of New York, who was not in the meeting, said he was encouraged by Trump’s more productive tone. “The fact that he limited things to just the four areas that were talked about — something we have been seeking for a while to see what the limits are—was a very good sign,” he said.

After the reporters left, Trump showed even more flexibility, said Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz. — especially on the issue of how much money he wants for the border wall.

“I went in very skeptical that anything would be accomplished, but the biggest part of the meeting — the best part — is what the president did actually a little more explanation of what the wall actually means to him,” said Flake, who has been a frequent critic of the president in the past. “The wall is really a fence.”

Tuesday’s meeting in the Cabinet Room of the White House was scheduled to be closed to reporters, but opened up on short notice. It quickly became perhaps the most extended open discussion between the president and congressional leaders since President Barack Obama’s Blair House summit on health care eight years ago. Sen. Lindsay Graham, R-S.C., called it “the most fascinating meeting I’ve been involved with in 20-plus years in politics.”

“I like opening it up to the media,” Trump said. “Because I think they’re seeing, more than anything else, that we’re all very much on a similar page. We’re on the same page.”

The open negotiation also came amid growing questions about Trump’s command of the issues following the release of a tell-all book last week. Often sitting with his arms crossed and directing the conversation, Trump delved into immigration policy with occasional tangents into earmarks, military spending and whether Oprah Winfrey will run for president. (“I don’t think she’s going to run,” Trump said.)

After 55 minutes, Trump finally gave the signal for aides to usher reporters out of the room. “Thank you all very much. I hope we gave you enough material. This should cover you for about two weeks,” he said.

Going live with these negotiations was a stroke of genius.

Not only did it give the American public an insider’s view as to how these sort of negotiations work, it also decimated the latest Democratic lie that President Trump is somehow “mentally impaired”.

Any plan that Congress may come up with as regards to the “Dreamers”, will be met with close scrutiny by Trump and his Administration.

President Trump is quite aware that if he has a “Read My Lips” moment, his decision will have detrimental consequences for average Americans and our Sovereign Nation.

And, any plans he might have for a reelection bid.

What makes those benefiting from DACA, who wish to stay here forever, exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world?

These “Dreamers” must go through a strict process such as other generations of immigrants have gone through.

In other words, a stringent, controlled pathway to citizenship that will end with them going through the same procedures as all other legal immigrants before them.

Just like those who have wanted to be American Citizens before them, these “Dreamers” must also pledge:

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.

The Democrats have sought to make political hay for years now by erroneously claiming that the reason that President Donald J. Trump, along with the majority of Americans, want to build a wall in order to secure our Southern Border, is because we have a fear of people who look different from us.

If that were the case, American would have never become the “Great American Melting Pot”, as the old cartoon from Scholastic Rock, that we used to watch as kids on Saturday Mornings on ABC, so aptly explained.

And, “The Donald” would have employed an all-white workforce in his companies.

This country was built by LEGAL IMMIGRANTS of all Ethic Backgrounds, who assimilated into our culture and became AMERICANS, who were loyal to their now-found country, not the country that they left behind to come here for a better life.

For decades, Liberals/Democrats have purposefully assigned a “nobility” and “righteousness” to those who would enter this country illegally, to take American Jobs , while remaining loyal to their country of origin and to those who have been entering illegally for the purpose of destroying our nation through the mindless violence of Islamic Terrorism.

The overwhelming majority of Americans have stated repeatedly that they want our borders to be secure.

President Reagan kept his word. Congress did not.

President Trump must not let that happen to him.

When this Activist Judge’s opinion is struck down, and I am confidant that it will be, President Trump and Congress, before they do anything else, must…

SECURE THE BORDER FIRST.

Until He Comes,

California Becomes a Sanctuary State in Violation of Federal Laws. – A KJ Analysis

untitled (214)

You may have seen this already, however, it explains illegal immigration as succinctly as anything I’ve come across:

Let’s pretend I broke into your house.  When you discover me there, you insist I leave.  But I say, “I’ve made all the beds, washed the dishes, did the laundry, and cleaned the floors; I’ve done all the work you don’t like to do. I’m hardworking and honest (except for breaking into your house). Not only must you let me stay, you must also add me to your insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide these benefits to my husband, too (he will do your yard work, he’s honest and hardworking too–except for that breaking in part). If you try to force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house and proclaim my right to be there! It’s only fair, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I’m trying to better myself. I’m hardworking and honest…except for, well, you know. I will live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness and prejudice.

Oh yeah, I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me.

Good plan..don’t you think?

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform wrangled with the hot topic of Illegal Immigration for six years. President Clinton appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair. Jordan came from humble beginnings to become a lawyer and the first Southern black woman elected to the House of Representatives. A DEMOCRAT, she was a leader in the civil rights movement, a professor of ethics, a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a world-class orator (two of her speeches are considered among the greatest of the 20th century). Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.

I wonder what Rep. Jordan would think of her beloved Democratic Party and in particular Governor Jerry Brown of California, now that they have embraced and are welcoming the same illegality which she was so clear about ?

And, how would she feel about the fact that innocent Americans are being murdered by these uninvited guests?

I believe that she would stand with our current President and his Administration.

FoxNews.com reports that

California became a “sanctuary state” Monday, as a bill that Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law in October officially took effect.

The law bars police in the nation’s most populous state from asking people about their immigration status or participating in federal immigration enforcement activities in most cases, Fox News reported.

The Golden State is home to an estimated 2.3 million illegal immigrants.

“These are uncertain times for undocumented Californians and their families, and this bill strikes a balance that will protect public safety, while bringing a measure of comfort to those families who are now living in fear everyday,” Brown said on the day he signed the bill.

But the measure has drawn a rebuttal from an unidentified source, as signs mocking the law have appeared below the “Welcome to California” signs that greet motorists as they enter from Arizona and Nevada.

“OFFICIAL SANCTUARY STATE,” the signs declare. “Felons, Illegals and MS13 Welcome! Democrats Need The Votes!”

California passed the bill just as the Trump administration was pledging to crack down on sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

Trump repeatedly pointed to the case of Kate Steinle, a woman who was fatally shot July 1, 2015, on a San Francisco pier by an illegal immigrant. The defendant went on trial for murder, but was acquitted in November 2017.

“No wonder the people of our Country are so angry with Illegal Immigration,” the president tweeted after the verdict, which he labeled “disgraceful.”

Other members of the Trump administration spoke out against the California proposal.

“The bill risks the safety of good law enforcement officers and the safety of the neighborhoods that need their protection the most,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in September, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Added Thomas Homan, acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement: “By passing this bill, California politicians have chosen to prioritize politics over public safety.

“Disturbingly, the legislation serves to codify a dangerous policy that deliberately obstructs our country’s immigration laws and shelters serious criminal alien offenders,” Homan’s statement continued.

Prior to Brown’s approval, California’s Legislature passed the measure in September.

So, why are these Democratic Mayors refusing to abide by our nation’s laws by vowing to continue to HABOR FUGITIVES?

Liberals, on both sides of the Political Aisle, have continuously masked their true intentions for the political usefulness, in their incessant push to grant blanket amnesty to Illegal Aliens, by swathing it in the noble rhetoric of “Civil Rights” and “Social Justice”.

What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, they are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens.

And, yet, even as I write this, they are in our hospitals, taking advantage of our charity and the finest health care system in the world, and driving our streets, with either forged drivers licenses or those obtained from states who have acquiesced and given them to these “undocumented workers”.

This is in no way a human rights issue.

Freedom is God-given, and with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way.

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children.  We are all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight.  But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish.  But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

So, let’s take this one step at a time…

  1. Enforce our nation’s Immigration Laws.
  2. Build the Wall.
  3. Secure our borders.

America became a great nation because it is a melting pot of American-born and legally-immigrated citizens with a shared allegiance, not a multi-cultural United Nations with everyone loyal to their home country.

Too many brave Americans have died to keep our flag flying over our Sovereign Nation for that flag to be flown below any other country’s.

America First.

Jury in Sanctuary City of San Francisco Finds Illegal Who Murdered Kate Steinle “Not Guilty”. What About Kate’s Right to Live?

And, how would she feel about the fact that innocent Americans, like Kate Steinle, are being murdered with impunity by these uninvited guests?

FoxNews.com reports that

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was found not guilty Thursday of murdering Kate Steinle on Pier 14 in San Francisco in July 2015 in a case that sparked a heated national debate over illegal immigration and so-called sanctuary cities.

Zarate was acquitted of first and second degree murder and involuntary manslaughter. He also was found not guilty of assault with a semi-automatic weapon. He was found guilty of possessing a firearm by a felon. The jury had deliberated for six days.

Steinle was walking with her father and a family friend in July 2015 when she was shot, collapsing into her father’s arms. Zarate had been released from a San Francisco jail about three months before the shooting, despite a request by federal immigration authorities to detain him for deportation.

San Francisco is a sanctuary city, with local law enforcement officials barred from cooperating with federal immigration authorities. President Trump has threatened to withhold federal funding to cities with similar immigration policies, but a federal judge in California permanently blocked his executive order last week.

In a response to the verdict, Attorney General Jeff Sessions released a statement saying that despite California’s attempt at a murder conviction, Zarate was able to walk away with only a firearm possession conviction because he was not turned over by San Francisco to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“When jurisdictions choose to return criminal aliens to the streets rather than turning them over to federal immigration authorities, they put the public’s safety at risk,” the statement said. “San Francisco’s decision to protect criminal aliens led to the preventable and heartbreaking death of Kate Steinle.”

“San Francisco’s policy of refusing to honor ICE detainers is a blatant threat to public safety and undermines the rule of law. This tragedy could have been prevented if San Francisco had turned the alien over to ICE, as we requested, instead of releasing him back onto the streets,” ICE Deputy Director Tom Homan reacted.

Upon leaving the courtroom, representatives from both sides spoke to reporters. Defense Attorney Matt Gonzalez offered his condolences to the Steinle family and said the outcome of the case did not make what happened in 2015 any less terrible.

Public Defender Jeff Adachi also released a statement saying Zarate was “extremely relieved” by the outcome and that while Steinle’s death “was a horrible tragedy,” it was used as “political fodder for then candidate Donald Trump’s anti-immigration agenda.”

Adachi added, “Despite the unfairly politicized atmosphere surrounding this case, jurors focused on the evidence, which was clear and convincing, and rendered a just verdict.”

A spokesperson for the district attorney’s office said the verdict was not the one prosecutors were seeking but at the end of the day, the jury ultimately makes the decision. Prosecutors also said the Steinle family was “incredible” and that their hearts went out to them.

While Zarate’s immigration status brought the case into the national spotlight, jurors did not hear evidence about that, and it was not a factor in the trial.

After 12 days of testimony, dozens of witnesses and two days of closing arguments, the jury had to decide whether Steinle’s death was the result of an act of murder or a tragic accident.

Reporters in the room said the jurors looked very somber as they entered. When the judge was handed the verdict, the courtroom was completely silent. During the reading of the not guilty verdict of involuntary manslaughter, the defense team nodded in approval but didn’t show any emotion. Zarate sat stoically in his seat.

Earlier in the day, the bailiff and court clerk were seen entering the jury room with a small yellow evidence bag before retreating with it a few minutes later.

A source inside the courtroom confirmed that the jury asked to see the gun used to shoot Steinle. Zarate and his defense team maintained the argument that the suspect found the stolen weapon on the pier that day and it “just fired.”

The gun belonged to a federal Bureau of Land Management ranger and was stolen from his parked car a week earlier.

The bullet ricocheted on the pier’s concrete walkway before it struck Steinle, killing her. Zarate has admitted to shooting Steinle, but says it was an accident.

However, the prosecution painted a very different picture, telling jurors that Zarate deliberately shot the gun towards Steinle while “playing his own secret version of Russian roulette.”

Following Steinle’s death, Congress took action to pass new legislation called Kate’s Law. The law — passed by the House of Representatives in June — increases the penalties for deported aliens who try to return to the United States and are caught.

Unbelievable.

An individual who has entered our Sovereign Nation illegally and murdered one of our citizens is found “innocent” in a city which ignores the laws of our land and harbors these fugitives, giving them the ability to prey upon American Citizens.

Have you noticed that the Liberal Main Stream Media always leave out the word “illegal” to describe these lawbreakers, here in our Sovereign Nation without our permission, whom these Democratic Mayors of “Sanctuary Cities” are so hell-bent on protecting?

These Democrats are also ignoring that while these “guests” (as Arizona’s Famous Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s successor has called them) are in our country illegally, they are committing other crimes as well…including MURDER.

On April 24, 2010, I wrote a Blog titled simply, “For Mr. Krentz”, detailing the murder of Arizona Rancher Robert Krentz by an illegal alien…

Police say Robert Krentz, whose family has been ranching in southern Arizona since 1907, was gunned down early Saturday morning, March 27th, 2010, by an illegal immigrant while out on his ATV tending to fences and water lines on the family’s 34,000-acre cattle ranch.

Reached by phone early Tuesday at his family’s ranch, Andy Krentz, Krentz’s oldest son, said his father was a churchgoing man who routinely went out of his way to help those in need.

“My father was a very good family man,” Krentz told FoxNews.com. “He supported his kids, supported his family. He went out of his way to help anybody we could without regarding to who they were.  It didn’t matter who they were.”

Sue Krentz, Krentz’s wife, said she was “pretty overwhelmed” by her husband’s death, which coincided with her parents’ deteriorating health.

“This is icing on the cake,” Krentz said.

On May 14, 2014, on the occasion of then-President Barack Hussein Obama releasing 36,000 illegal aliens, who had committed additional crimes on our shores, back in to the populace, I posted the following information…

Per usillegalaliens.com,

  • In Los Angeles, 95% of some 1,500 outstanding warrants for homicides are for illegal aliens. About 67% of the 17,000 outstanding fugitive felony warrants are for illegal aliens.

  • There are currently over 400,000 unaccounted for illegal alien criminals with outstanding deportation orders. At least one-fourth of these are hard-core criminals.

  • 80,000 to 100,000 illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes are walking the streets. Based on studies they will commit an average of 13 serious crimes per perpetrator.

  • Illegal aliens are involved in criminal activities at a rate that is 2-5 times their representative proportion of the population.

  • In 1980, our Federal and state facilities held fewer than 9,000 criminal aliens but at the end of 2003, approximately 267,000 illegal aliens were incarcerated in U.S. correctional facilities at a cost of about $6.8 billion per year.

  • At least 4.5 million pounds of cocaine with a street value of at least $72 billion is smuggled across the southern border every year. ..

  • 56% of illegal aliens charged with a reentry offense had previously been convicted on at least 5 prior occasions.

  • Illegal aliens charged with unlawful reentry had the most extensive criminal histories. 90% had been previously arrested. Of those with a prior arrest, 50% had been arrested for violent or drug-related felonies.

  • Illegal aliens commit between 700,000 to 1,289,000 or more crimes per year.

  • Illegal aliens commit at least 2,158 murders each year – a number that represents three times greater participation than their proportion of the population.

  • Illegal alien sexual predators commit an estimated 130,909 sexual crimes each year.

  • There may be as many as 240,000 illegal alien sex offenders circulating throughout America. Based on studies, they will commit an average of 8 sex crimes per perpetrator before being caught.

  • Nearly 63% of illegal alien sex offenders had been deported on another offense prior to committing the sex crime.

  • Only 2% of the illegal alien sex offenders in one study had no history of criminal behavior, beyond crossing the border illegally.

  • In Operation Predator, ICE arrested and deported 6,085 illegal alien pedophiles. Some studies suggest each pedophile molests average of 148 children. If so, that could be as many as 900,580 victims.

  • Nobody knows how big the Sex Slave problem is but it is enormous.

  • The very brutal MS-13 gang has over 15,000 members and associates in at least 115 different cliques in 33 states.

  • The overall financial impact of illegal alien crimes is estimated at between $14.4 and $81 billion or more per year. Factor in the crime as a result of the cocaine and other drugs being smuggled in and the number may reach $150 billion per year.

That was in 2014. Can you imagine how the numbers have grown exponentially?

And, the kicker is, the clownish excuses for city officials running these “Sanctuary Cities” are not only harboring fugitives, they are allowing them to vote!

Voting is an American Constitutional Right of self-determination.

Non-citizens have no such right.

I gave the following answer to a comment made by “Benito”, who submitted a rather lengthy comment to a blog I wrote about Illegal Immigration on May 19, 2010.

Benito, I approved your comment to ask you a few questions. First, you write very well. Next, a few questions. What part of the word “illegal” do you not understand? What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, you are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens. You are no better than someone who breaks into someone’s home, does their dishes, cuts their yard, cleans their house, and then helps themselves to their food and drives their car without asking. This is in no way a human rights issue. Freedom is God-given. And with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way. Illegal immigration reminds me of the amorous boyfriend who wants everything a young woman will give him, but will leave her at the first mention of marriage. I wish you no ill, amigo, but understand this: This is not a civil rights issue. Illegals do not have the same rights as American Citizens. With our rights, come the responsibilities of being an American citizen. The Mexican flag, by protocol, will always be flown in a subordinate position to the American Flag in this country. And, the American Dialect of the English language is the language spoken in this country.

Vaya con Dios.

Our Federal Taxes are being used to pay “Sanctuary Cities” to ignore our laws and house murderers, who, if our Immigration Laws were being properly enforced, would not be here killing innocent Americans. Compassion is one thing. Sanctuary Cities are an exercise in blatant, law-breaking stupidity.

All Government Grants to these cities, who are breaking the law, must be stopped now.

Criminals are criminals, whether they are here legally or illegally.

They deserve no sanctuary.

Neither Kate Steinle nor Mr. Krentz deserved to be murdered by barbarians who had already broken our laws once by trespassing into our Sovereign Nation.

OUR FOUNDERS ESTABLISHED AMERICA AS ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE.

NOT THE TOWER OF BABEL OR SOME THIRD WORLD LAWLESS HELLHOLE WHERE LAWLESSNESS RULES.

Build the wall, Secure our borders. Enforce the existing anti-illegal immigration laws.

Kate Steinle and the other American Citizens who have been killed by illegal immigrants deserve no less.

Until He Comes,

KJ

Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.

I wonder what Rep. Jordan would think of her beloved Democratic Party, now that they have embraced and are welcoming the same illegality, which she was so clear about ?

And, how would she feel about the fact that innocent Americans are being murdered by these uninvited guests?

I believe that she would stand with our current President.

The Washington Times reported yesterday that

Surrounded by family members of people killed by illegal immigrants, President Trump urged Congress on Wednesday to pass two bills that would crack down on illegal-immigrant criminals and sanctuary cities.

Championing the victims of illegal-immigrant crime was a hallmark of Mr. Trump’s presidential run, and he vowed Wednesday follow through by quickly signing the bills when they reach his desk.

“You lost the people that you love because our government refused to enforce our nation’s immigration laws and that’s including the existing immigration laws,” he said at the roundtable meeting in the White House.

More than a dozen victims joined Mr. Trump to push the legislation, which faces opposition from Democrats.

“For years the pundits, journalists, politicians in Washington refused to hear your voices, but on Election Day 2016 your voices were heard all across the entire world. No one died in vain I can tell you that,” said the president.

Julie Golvach, whose 25-year-old son Spencer was gunned down in 2015 by an illegal immigrant during a mass shooting, demanded action.

“I want some action. If this was done years ago, my son would still be here,” said Mrs. Golvach, one of several family members who told their story at the meeting with the president.

Her son, who owned a guitar shop in Houston, was shot in the head as he sat in his car at a traffic light. The shooter, Victor Reyes, was a Mexican illegal immigrant who had been deported four times and had a criminal rap sheet stretching back 15 years.

“We lost everything. He was my only child,” she said, her voice cracking. “I want some action so nobody else has to go through the loss that we feel.”

Mr. Trump called on all members of Congress to “honor grieving American families by passing these life-saving measures.”

One of the bills scheduled for a vote this week is Kate’s Law, named after Kate Steinle, who was fatally shot in San Francisco while walking along the waterfront with her father in July 2015.

Her slaying came just days after Mr. Trump announced his presidential campaign, and he quickly seized on her death as a symbol of the problems in U.S. immigration policy.

Kate’s Law would impose strict penalties on illegal immigrant criminals who return to the U.S. after deportation.

The other bill is the No Sanctuary for Criminals Act, which would penalize jurisdictions that do not cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

“It’s time to support our police to protect our families and to save American lives and also to start getting smart,” Mr. Trump said.

The White House also brought acting ICE Director Thomas D. Homan to advocate for the two bills at a briefing with reporters.

Mr. Homan gave an impassioned pitch, fighting back tears as he recalled finding a dead 5-year-old boy in the back of a tractor trailer smuggling in illegal immigrants. The boy who died of suffocation in his father’s arms could have been spared under the pending legislation, he said.

“How do you think that 5-year-old felt his last 10 minutes of his life looking at his father that couldn’t help him, or his father looking at his child that’s dying in his arms [and] can’t help him?” he said. “These organizations are callous.”

Pressed by reporters claiming that enforcing immigration laws was “cold,” could break up families, or spread fear, Mr. Homan defended ICE’s mission.

“People think I’m standing up here and I’m the devil. Let me make something clear: Why am I so strong about this? I’ve been doing 33 years,” he said. “If you saw what I saw the last 33 years, I wouldn’t get half the bad media that we get.”

Have you noticed that the Liberal Main Stream Media always leave out the word “illegal” to describe these lawbreakers, here in our Sovereign Nation without our permission, whom these Democratic Mayors of “Sanctuary Cities” are so hell-bent on protecting?

These Democrats are also ignoring that while these “guests” (as Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s successor has called them) are in our country illegally, they are committing other crimes as well…including MURDER.

On May 14, 2014, on the occasion of President Barack Hussein Obama releasing 36,000 illegal aliens, who had committed additional crimes on our shores, back in to the populace, I posted the following information…

At least one fourth of these are hard core criminals.

Pass the laws.

Protect America and her citizens.

CONGRESS…DO YOUR JOB.

AG Jeff Sessions Vows to Enforce Our Immigration Laws: “This is a New Era. This is The Trump Era.”

15-12-10-la-bestia

“We have to listen to the concerns that working people have over the record pace of immigration and its impact on their jobs, wages, housing, schools, tax bills, and living conditions. These are valid concerns, expressed by decent and patriotic citizens from all backgrounds.

“We also have to be honest about the fact that not everyone who seeks to join our country will be able to successfully assimilate. It is our right as a sovereign nation to choose immigrants that we think are the likeliest to thrive and flourish here.” – Donald J. Trump, August 31, 2016

Foxnews.com reported yesterday that

Attorney General Jeff Sessions called Tuesday for a new focus on immigration enforcement during his first visit as the nation’s top law enforcement officer to the U.S.-Mexico border, vowing to confront the gangs and cartels plaguing the region and declaring: “This is a new era, this is the Trump era.”

Sessions met with law enforcement, members of the military and border agents in Nogales, Ariz., urging their confidence in the administration as they push to implement policies boosting agents working to secure the southern border. The tone of his comments at times echoed the explicit rhetoric President Trump himself used when discussing illegal immigration and cartels during the campaign.

“When we talk about MS-13 and the cartels, what do we mean? We mean international criminal organizations that turn cities and suburbs into warzones, that rape and kill innocent civilians, and who profit by smuggling poison and other human beings across our borders,” Sessions said.

“… It is here on this very sliver of land—on this border—that we take our stand. It is a direct threat to our legal system, peace and prosperity,” he said.

Timed with his visit, Sessions issued a memo to all U.S. attorneys asking federal prosecutors to renew focus on immigration enforcement. He asked them to focus on particular offenses that can help prevent and deter illegal immigration – and to each, designate a border security coordinator to oversee such efforts.

Sessions’ visit comes amid new questions over the future of Trump’s promised border wall.  Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has suggested the wall is not a “leading priority,” and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told lawmakers last week that the administration would not build a wall from “sea to shining sea.”

But Sessions stressed enforcement as he met border agents and toured the area known as the Tuscon Sector.

The Tuscon Sector, which covers most of Arizona, once was considered one of the most congested areas in illegal border crossings and drug smuggling. But in recent years, that reputation has shifted to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.

Last year, the Arizona area saw about 65,000 arrests—that’s roughly half the number of arrests agents made in 2012, according to Border Patrol data. Marijuana arrests also have dropped in the area by about 28 percent, from 1 million pounds in 2012 to 728,000 last year.

“We hear you, and we have your back,” Sessions said Tuesday. “We will secure this border and bring the full weight of both the immigration courts and federal criminal enforcement to combat this attack on our national security and sovereignty.”

Sessions cited an “unprecedented” 40 percent drop in illegal crossings in January and February of this year – adding that March had the lowest monthly figure for “at least 17 years.”

In his memo, Sessions added that U.S. attorneys should make the prosecution of assault on a federal law enforcement officer a “top priority.”

“If someone dares to assault one of our folks in the line of duty, they will do federal time for it,” Sessions said.

Sessions also announced that the department would add 50 immigration judges to the bench this year, and an additional 75 judges in 2018.

“The catch and release policies of the past are over,” he said.

Per usual, Rush Limbaugh had a great take on this…

…These are just existing laws being enforced, with the attorney general heading down to Nogales to make the announcement. We’re just gonna enforce the law. We’re gonna start prosecuting the law and — well, there’s one change. We’re converting some of these misdemeanors to felonies ’cause we’re serious about this. Hey, you know, you Never Trumpers, you can stuff it, because this is what Trump was elected to. And it’s clear that Trump is committed to his agenda on this.

Look at it this way. If just threatening to enforce the law has slowed the flood of illegal immigrants, think what actually enforcing it will do. Think of this. It could be dramatic! Just the threat has caused the influx of illegals to slow to a trickle in certain areas of the border. And there’s one other observation, and I have to make this. In these three sound bites, you heard the attorney general announce that we are going to be doing things that we have been told for years cannot be done. We’re never had explanations. We’ve just been told that we can’t enforce the law as written, that we can’t prosecute.

“We can’t go after the coyotes and.. We can’t.” We’ve not been told why. We’re just told, “It’s not practical. It’s not relevant in the twenty-first century. We can’t treat these people as criminals. They’re simply seeking a better life. They are oppressed people who are deserting war-torn and poverty stricken homelands and so forth.” But I remember distinctly all these things we’ve been told we can’t do it. When people say, “Why don’t just enforce the law?

“Why do we even need comprehensive immigration reform?” We ask, “Why not just enforce the law we already have?” “Oh, we can’t do that! Well, we need a new comprehensive immigration law.” Why? To satisfy the donors? So Sessions is doing what everybody’s told us we can’t do. He’s announced that they’re gonna do what everybody told us cannot be done.

So, why did the Obama Administration and Liberal Politicians through their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, tell Americans that the existing Immigration Laws could not be enforced?

The answer, boys and girls, is because they did not want to enforce them.

Average Americans, s we demonstrated on November 8, 2016, were not buying the lies of Petulant President Pantywaist and his minions anymore. And, Americans had grown tired of watching illegals garner all of the benefits of being an American Citizen, with none of the responsibilities.

So, we made a choice on that fateful Election Day, to vote for someone who would do something about the very serious problems hat America is dealing with, due to our porous Southern Border and a President and his Political Party who welcomed those breaking into our country, instead of enforcing our laws against such criminal behavior.

Gosh. a Sovereign Nation who gets to decide who enters their borders. What a novel idea.

Who would have thought of that?

Well…can you say “Founding Fathers”, boys and girls?”

I knew that you could.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other – John Adams

Isn’t breaking and entering into a Sovereign Nation an “immoral act”?

And, how can we be a “nation” if everyone speaks a different language and remains loyal to the country that they came from?

I’m just sayin’.

What about other Presidents? How did they feel about “multi-culturalism”and it’s role in immigration?

In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American…There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag… We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language… and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.” – Theodore Roosevelt, 1907

There is no right listed in our Constitution that states that foreign citizens can enter our Sovereign Nation illegally and enjoy the benefits that our citizens do.

Living in America is not a right. It is a privilege.

Former McDonald’s CEO on “Day Without Immigrants” Firings: “If You Don’t Go to Work You Get Fired.”

lib-graffiti-600-li

As the late, great Robin Williams used to say…

Reality…what a concept.

Foxbusiness.com reports that

Former McDonald’s USA CEO Ed Rensi is siding with businesses owners after dozens of workers lost their jobs for participating in the ‘Day Without Immigrants’ demonstrations.

“I would have terminated them in two seconds,” Rensi told the FOX Business Network’s Dagen McDowell.

The onus is on business owners and company managers to deliver products and services to shareholders and customers, he said.

“If you can’t make products, develop products and deliver products, what good are you?” he said. “If these folks want to make a protest, they want to make a statement—great, I’m all for that, we have freedom of speech in this country, but if you don’t go to work you, get fired. That’s the end of discussion.”

Rensi also voiced his concerns over town hall protests and explained how business owners can prevent disruptions.

“Frankly I get a little bit concerned because everybody is talking about how Trump’s unhinged. The Left in this country is so unhinged, it’s unbelievable.  What they are doing in these town hall meetings is stifling discussion, stifling discovery [and] stopping debate,” he said. “I think it’s abhorrent, but business owners must have communication with their employees and make sure that they understand what their values and beliefs are.”

I posted this story today, because the Far Left Side of the Political Spectrum, which took over the Democratic Party, through the eight-year reign of King Barack The First, has so turned our country’s traditions and values on it’s ear, or at least attempted to do so, that, to them and those young skulls full of mush whom they were able to brainwash, right is wrong and wrong is right.

This “Day Without Immigrants”, which was held the other day, is one such example.

They purposely left one very important word out of the title of their “mass demonstration”:

ILLEGAL.

Since the birth of our nation, immigrants from all over the world, have made long and treacherous journeys to this “Shining City Upon a Hill, where they came to become AMERICANS, swearing an Oath of Allegiance to OUR COUNTRY, an oath taken “without hesitation or purpose of evasion”.

They came here in compliance with our nation’s laws.

These Illegal Aliens, including the overwhelming influx of tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors, which were dropped off at our border by the Drug Cartels, during the Obama Administration and secreted away to be dispersed throughout the country, are not the same, no matter what Modern American Liberals claim.

By refusing to enter our country by the legal and proper way in which millions of legal immigrants did before them, they show a disdain and disregard of our nations laws, as does the Main Stream Media who refuse to identify them properly as ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, as well as the preening politicians who are so eager to forgive them of their crime.

THESE LAWBREAKERS ARE NOT AMERICANS. …NOT UNTIL THEY ENTER OUR SOVEREIGN NATION IN THE RIGHT WAY, AND SWEAR THEIR ALLEGIANCE AND LOYALTY TO IT.

BEING AN AMERICAN IS NOT A RIGHT. IT IS A PRIVILEGE.

And no hysterical Pajamboys or hairy underarmed Liberal women, trying to stifle free speech by shouting down Conservative Politicians or average Americans at these Town Hall Meetings are going to change that fact.

Liberals, on both sides of the Political Aisle, have continuously masked their true intentions for the political usefulness, in granting amnesty to illegal aliens, by swathing it in the noble rhetoric of “Civil Rights” and “Social Justice”.

In reality, is the fact that these Professional Politicians could care less about the well-being of illegal aliens. They are simply recruiting new Democrat Voters.

President-elect Trump’s stance on illegal immigration is one of the campaign promises that got him elected.

American’s begrudge no man or woman the opportunity to legally enter our country and contribute to our economy.

It is those who wish to break into our Sovereign Nation and live of off average Americans’ tax-derived “charity” that we have a problem with.

Trump to End Federal Funding For Sanctuary Cities. Dem City Officials Throw Massive Hissy Fit.

sanctuary-600-li-2

Jordan would think of her beloved Democratic Party, now that they have embraced and are welcoming the same illegality, which she was so clear about ?

And, how would she feel about the fact that innocent Americans are being murdered by these uninvited guests?

I can guarantee you that she would not have reacted in the same way as the following Modern Democratic “Leaders”.

The Washington Post reports that

In the past 24 hours, President Trump has signaled sweeping federal intervention in the way local and state officials carry out policing, treat immigrants and run elections, setting off a wave of defiance and apprehension from leaders of some of America’s largest cities.

In an executive order signed Wednesday, Trump directed the Department of Homeland Security to find ways to defund cities and jurisdictions out of step with his immigration priorities. That action — which could cost sanctuary cities including Washington, New York and Los Angeles millions of dollars — is the latest in a series of moves where Trump has appeared willing to step on state-level or municipal prerogatives.

In the scuffle, U.S. mayors have emerged as key players in the resistance to Trump’s agenda.

“Cities know how important local control is, because we are in touch with the people we represent most closely. This is a president who’s been clear that he wants to centralize as much authority as he can in himself,” Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges said Wednesday. “That is dangerous for our democracy, I believe, and he is using the levers of our democracy to centralize his authority.”

At the center of the sanctuary city debate is a disagreement over whether local police officers should be required to help immigration officials enforce federal immigration laws. Many liberal mayors, including Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and New York City’s Bill De Blasio, have argued that requiring local police departments to assist immigration agents with deportations could sow distrust among immigrant populations. It could also discourage undocumented victims or witnesses from coming forward to report crimes.

“This is a federalism issue,” said Jorge Elorza (D), the mayor of Providence, R.I., who is the son of immigrants. “The idea of local control is deeply embedded in American history, and what we have now is a very aggressive attempt by the federal government to commandeer our local police departments to become immigration agents.”

He vowed “massive and aggressive lawsuits,” a resistance echoed by several local leaders.

Kevin de Leon, the Democratic president pro tempore of the California state Senate, said the state legislature is prepared to “explore all of our legal options” to fight the order.

“Singling out states and cities with punitive threats and withholding federal resources as today’s order on sanctuary cities does is unconstitutional,” de Leon said. “It’s not the job of our local and county and state law enforcement to turn the cogs on President Trump’s deportation machine.”

For states and mayors, the debate also comes down to dollars.

Elorza, who has vowed to defy any federal order to change how his city handles undocumented immigrants, said that officials within his administration have watched anxiously as Trump and his surrogates have leveled threats and suggestions that federal funding for sanctuary cities could be at stake. He estimates that about 10 percent of the city’s $700 million budget consists of federal money.

Garcetti criticized the order in a statement Wednesday and stressed his city’s crucial economic stature. “Splitting up families and cutting funding to any city — especially Los Angeles, where 40 percent of the nation’s goods enter the U.S. at our port, and more than 80 million passengers traveled through our airport last year — puts the personal safety and economic health of our entire nation at risk. It is not the way forward for the United States.”

In Boston, Mayor Marty Walsh (D) said that he would open City Hall itself to immigrants if that’s what it takes to keep them safe.

“You are safe in Boston. If necessary, we will use City Hall itself to protect anyone who is targeted unjustly,” Walsh said during a news conference Wednesday after Trump signed the order. Asked about what funding Boston might lose, Walsh said, “I guess we’ll find out.”

Sanctuary city funding is just one of many ongoing concerns, though certainly the most tangible. Trump has also made other broad — if vague — statements in recent days that have caused outrage and alarm. He tweeted from his personal account Wednesday that he planned to ask for a “major investigation” into allegations of widespread voter fraud, as he reasserted a false claim that cheating caused him to lose the popular vote in November.

States oversee elections and certify results, and some members of Trump’s own party have voiced opposition to some of his ideas. Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, a Republican, said during an interview with The Washington Post on Wednesday that his state investigates voter fraud every two years and that it is “not widespread” or systemic. He said elections need to be kept in the states’ hands.

“Every time the federal government touches something, with all due respect, it gets worse, not better. Our system of elections with federal involvement, it’s not going to improve it,” he said.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) on Wednesday called the president’s call for a probe “lunacy” after delivering remarks at a National Governors Association gathering in Washington. He also expressed concerns that such rhetoric or executive action could lead to actions restricting voting rights.

“What I worry about is they use these types of comments and tactics to deny people’s access to the voting booths, make it harder for people to vote, to justify more stringent voter ID laws,” McAuliffe said.

Another flash point came Tuesday night when Trump vowed in a Twitter message to “send in the feds” if leaders in Chicago are unable to end the ongoing spate of violence in the city. Many were left speculating whether Trump meant he would send National Guard troops or expand the number of FBI agents embedded in Chicago. At a briefing on Wednesday afternoon, White House press secretary Sean Spicer clarified that Trump’s tweets were a reference to providing more federal resources to Chicago via the U.S. attorney’s office as well as other federal agencies.

Newark’s Democratic mayor, Ras Baraka, sounded a defiant note before the order had even been signed. “Newark will continue to protect undocumented immigrants despite whatever executive order is issued later today by President Trump,” Baraka said in a statement to the news media. “Newark has a policy of protecting undocumented immigrants from deportation by U.S. immigration authorities. We see no reason to change that policy.”

Did you notice that the writer for the Washington Post purposefully left out the word “illegal” to describe these lawbreakers, here in our Sovereign Nation without our permission, whom these Democratic Mayors are so hell-bent on protecting?

These Democrats are also ignoring that while these “guests” (as Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s successor is calling them) are in our country illegally, they are committing other crimes as well…including MURDER.

OUR FOUNDERS ESTABLISHED AMERICA AS ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE.

NOT THE TOWER OF BABEL.

Keep draining that swamp, Mr. President.

You are performing magnificently.

Until He Comes,

Trump to Sign EOs Today to Restrict Potential Islamic Terrorists From Entering Our Country and to Begin Building the Southern Border Wall

new-women-nrd-600-a

Before we get to the post itself, for all those who are crying about Trump writing so many Executive Orders, allow me to remind you that speed is of the essence in this situation. And, with the rate that Congress is going in the confirming  of his Cabinet Picks, it would take way too long for President Trump to wade through their self-aggrandizing BS and get what he wants to accomplish done.

Reuters.com reports that

President Donald Trump is expected to sign executive orders starting on Wednesday that include a temporary ban on most refugees and a suspension of visas for citizens of Syria and six other Middle Eastern and African countries, according to several congressional aides and immigration experts briefed on the matter.

Trump is expected to order a multi-month ban on allowing refugees into the United States except for religious minorities escaping persecution, until more aggressive vetting is in place.

Another order will block visas being issued to anyone from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen, said the aides and experts, who asked not to be identified.

The sources have said the first of the orders will be signed on Wednesday. But Trump is also considering measures to tighten border security and could turn his attention to the refugee issue later this week.

The border security measures could include directing the construction of a border wall with Mexico and other actions to reduce the number of illegal immigrants living inside the United States.

Stephen Legomsky, who was chief counsel at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in the Obama administration, said the president had the authority to limit refugee admissions and the issuance of visas to specific countries if the administration determined it was in the public’s interest.

“From a legal standpoint, it would be exactly within his legal rights,” said Legomsky, a professor at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. “But from a policy standpoint, it would be terrible idea because there is such an urgent humanitarian need right now for refugees.”

The Republican president, who took office last Friday, was expected to sign the first of the orders at the Department of Homeland Security, whose responsibilities include immigration and border security.

On the campaign trail, Trump initially proposed a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States, which he said would protect Americans from jihadist attacks.

Both Trump and his nominee for attorney general, U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions, have since said they would focus the restrictions on countries whose migrants could pose a threat, rather than placing a ban on people who follow a specific religion.

Many Trump supporters decried former President Barack Obama’s decision to increase the number of Syrian refugees admitted to the United States over fears that those fleeing the country’s civil war would carry out attacks.

LEGAL CHALLENGES POSSIBLE

Detractors could launch legal challenges to the moves if all the countries subject to the ban are Muslim-majority nations, said immigration expert Hiroshi Motomura at UCLA School of Law. Legal arguments could claim the executive orders discriminate against a particular religion, which would be unconstitutional, he said.

“His comments during the campaign and a number of people on his team focused very much on religion as the target,” Motomura said.

To block entry from the designated countries, Trump is likely to instruct the State Department to stop issuing visas to people from those nations, according to sources familiar with the visa process. He could also instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to stop any current visa holders from those countries from entering the United States.

White House spokesman Sean Spicer said on Tuesday that the State and Homeland Security Departments would work on the vetting process once Trump’s nominee to head the State Department, Rex Tillerson, is installed.

Other measures may include directing all agencies to finish work on a biometric identification system for non-citizens entering and exiting the United States and a crackdown on immigrants fraudulently receiving government benefits, according to the congressional aides and immigration experts.

To restrict illegal immigration, Trump has promised to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and to deport illegal migrants living inside the United States.

Trump is also expected to take part in a ceremony installing his new secretary of homeland security, retired Marine General John Kelly, on Wednesday.

The wailing that you hear tomorrow will not be America’s Civil Defense Early Warning System. It will be hysterical Liberals like little girls over mean ol’ President Donald J. Trump restricting the flow of these un-vetted Muslim “Pilgrims” into our Sovereign Nation.

Point of Order, Pajama boys and hairy-legged girls…:

The Pilgrims were Christians, not Muslims.

BIG difference.

The Pilgrims did not include a population made up of 70% of ultra-fit Military-looking young men with cell phones.

And, they did not riot their way across Europe before the Government of this country brought them here.

In the Fall of 2015, Ben Shapiro, writing for Breitbart News, asked and answered the following question…

Who Are These Refugees? That competition to accept refugees would be fine if we knew that the refugees plan on assimilating into Western notions of civilized society, and if we knew that they were indeed victims of radical Muslim atrocities. Unfortunately, we know neither. It is deeply suspicious that major Muslim countries that do not border Syria refuse to take in large numbers of refugees, except for Algeria and Egypt.

Turkey has taken in nearly two million refugees, according to the United Nations, and keeps the vast majority in refugee camps — a typical practice in a region that has kept Arab refugees from the 1948 war of Israeli independence in Arab-run camps for seven decades. Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq have taken in hundreds of thousands of refugees as well, but all border the chaotic, collapsing Syria, and thus have limited choice in the matter. Iran has taken in no refugees. Neither have Pakistan, Indonesia, or any of the other dozens of member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain all refused to take any refugees, and explicitly cited the risk of terrorists among the refugees, according to The Guardian (UK).

These fears are not without merit, as even Obama administration officials have acknowledged: back in February, director of the National Counterterrorism Center Nicholas Rasmussen called Syrian refugees “clearly a population of concern.” FBI Assistant Director Michael Steinbach explained, “Databases don’t [have] the information on those individuals, and that’s the concern. On Tuesday, State Department spokesman John Kirby told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that terrorist infiltration was “a possibility. I mean, you can’t, you can’t dismiss that out of hand.” He then added, “Obviously, if you look at those images though, it’s pretty clear that the great majority of these people are innocent families.”

Actually, images show a disproportionate number of young males in crowds of refugees. And those images reflect statistical reality: according to the United Nations Human Rights Commission, Mediterranean Sea refugees are overwhelmingly male: just 13 percent are women, and just 15 percent are children. The other 72 percent are men. Compare that population to the refugees in the Middle East from the same conflicts: 49.5 percent male, and 50.5 percent female, with 38.5 percent under the age of 12. Those are wildly different populations.

It was also being reported that these “refugees” were leaving a trail of waste, human and otherwise, in their wake.

In other words, these “pilgrims” believed that hygiene is a girl that they used to “date” back home.

So, what is the actual current vetting process for these “Refugees” from the Middle East ?

In November of 2015, the Ultra-Liberal BBC.com reported on the process.

After intense criticism that the United States was not doing its part to help with the migrant crisis afflicting Europe, the Obama administration announced in September that it wanted to resettle about 10,000 Syrian refugees in the US by the same time next year.

The decision was met with some fear that militants could exploit the refugee programme to gain entry into the US to carry out attacks.

After the attacks in Paris, which left 129 dead, and the news that one of the attackers may have entered Europe as a refugee, those fears have become amplified and spread to governors’ mansions across the country as well as the corridors of Congress.

Newly elected Speaker of the US House of Representatives Paul Ryan has now called for a “pause” in the US refugee program. He tweeted, “Our nation has always been welcoming, but we can’t let terrorists take advantage of our compassion.”

The process for a Syrian refugee to resettle in the US is long and arduous, involving numerous federal agencies and intense background checks.

Compared to Europe, where fingerprints and simple information are taken and migrants can resettle with little difficulty, US processes look very different and are much stricter.

It is a long road for a Syrian refugee coming to the US – so where does it start?

Step 1: Leaving home & arrival at UNHCR refugee camp
As cities, town and villages have been overrun, millions of Syrian people have become displaced both internally and externally.

But to be eligible for permanent resettlement in another country, displaced persons have to leave Syria and find a camp run by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in a neighbouring country.

Many of these camps offer only the most basic living conditions.

Upon arrival at the camp, the displaced person registers as a refugee and is given the option to apply for resettlement.

Nothing is guaranteed at this point. Not every refugee will be referred by the UNHCR for resettlement.

Refugees are allowed to express an interest in particular countries, but the decision on resettlement is ultimately at the UNHCR’s discretion.

Step 2: UNHCR referral for resettlement
The UNHCR then determines which refugees for whom resettlement makes sense, a senior administration official said.

Certain refugees get recommended to the programme in the US.

The State Department takes over after a referral is made from the UNHCR, and the Department of Homeland Security decides whether an individual application is approved.

Certain indicators for why a refugee may be recommended for the US programme include: if he or she has a relative in the US or whether it is likely he or she will be welcomed by a certain community.

“With Syrians, we’ve benefitted from years of experience in vetting Iraqi refugee applicants,” one senior Obama administration official said. The screening is “robust since large-scale Iraqi processing in 2007.”

Step 3: Vetting process with US begins
If a refugee is cleared to be considered by the US, the process for approval is lengthy – 18-24 months, said one senior administration official.

Refugees are admitted at about a 50% acceptance rate after being subjected to “the most rigorous screening of any traveller to the US,” an official told reporters in a conference call.

That involves extensive in-person interviews about their experiences with conflict, as well as the collection of both biometric and biographic information that is cross-checked with the State Department, the Department of Homeland Security and in some cases, the Department of Defense.

Step 4: Resettlement
Ten thousand people have been referred for resettlement in the US, but the US has not processed their applications yet.

After 18-24 months, a refugee may then be sent to his or her new community.

The BBC spoke with one young man who resettled with his family outside of Louisville, Kentucky in September.

A local church organisation funded by the US government helped him land a job at a car factory. He wants to attend university in the US someday.

Like the organisation that helped this man, there are nine organisations that work with the federal government to place refugees across the US.

Funny how Obama and his Administration never EVER told us “dumb rubes” in America’s Heartland that the United Nations is playing in this whole “vetting” process, huh?

Considering their track record, I trust the U.N. Security Council’s judgment about as much as I do Miley Cyrus’.

Trump’s planned issuance of an E.O. Regarding the wall across our Southern Border is connected to our concern as Americans in regards to Muslim Terrorism.

You see, boys and girls, agents of Islamic State (ISIS) have been entering from our Southern Border for quite a while now.

The following information is from a blog I posted on August 29, 2014, titled “ISIS Gathering At Our Southern Border. No Strategy = No America.”:

Former Congressman, Lt. Col. Allen B. West, reported the following on July 11th on his website…

Congressman Ted Poe (R-TX) told CBS’s local Dallas Fort Worth affiliate he believes that ISIS will use Texas’s southern border to enter the United States. “Of course the way they would come to the United States would be through the porous border with Mexico. The drug cartels will bring people into the country no matter who they are — for money,” says Poe.

The U.S. Border Patrol has a specific classification for those caught illegally entering America called OTMs (Other than Mexicans) which denotes those not of Hispanic descent. It is well known that drug cartels are assisting Islamic terrorists in gaining entrance and crossing the border. In fact it’s been going on for some time.

According to Breitbart.com, Human Events reported in 2010 that Iranian currency and prayer rugs were regularly found near the southern border.

A November 2012 House Committee on Homeland Security report from the Oversight Sub-Committee stated:

“U.S. Government officials who are directly responsible for our national security continue to affirm the vulnerability. In August 2007 former Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell stated that not only have terrorists used the Southwest border to enter the United States but that they will inevitably continue to do so as long as it is an available possibility. In a July 2012 hearing before the full U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano confirmed that terrorists have crossed the Southwest border with the intent to harm the American people. Additionally, the U.S. Border Patrol regularly apprehends aliens from the 35 “special interest countries” designated by our intelligence community as countries that could export individuals that could bring harm to our country in the way of terrorism.” From Fiscal Years 2006 to 2011, there were 1,918 apprehensions of these Special Interest Aliens at our Southwest border.”

An independent security contractor told Breitbart News last week that six Special Interest Aliens (SIA’s) from Afghanistan, Iraq, and Yemen were picked up by U.S. border patrol near Laredo, Texas. Each one had 60,000 Iraqi Dinars ($51.00) apiece on them.

Last week  [the second week in July] in Arizona, a Muslim prayer rug was found.

Wrap your heads around that information for a while, gentle readers.

Thanks to Obama’s Open Border Policy, the Radical Islamic Terrorists known as ISIS, have been coming into America, with the rest of the Illegal Aliens, via our Southern Border.

How many are already here, living among us, plotting attacks against us?

Obama’s willful and arrogant obtuseness, concerning the danger of a wide open Southern Border, exacerbated the now apparent critical situation which our nation finds itself in, concerning these barbarians, who slaughter innocent people in the name of Islam, a political ideology masquerading as a faith.

…Whose Call to Prayer, as our Former (All Praises to the God of Abraham) President once stated, was“one of the most beautiful sounds on the face of the Earth”.

Obama did absolutely nothing to stop the flow of illegal aliens entering our Sovereign Nation  because he and his political party envisioned them as future Democrat Voters.

In fact, Petulant President Pantywaist encouraged it.

By granting amnesty to these people who have broken into our country, as a burglar breaks into a home, as well as to their offspring, Obama and those who handle him, believed that they were strengthening the Democrat voter base, replenishing those ex-sycophants who figured out for themselves that Obama’s promise of Hope and Change, was not one of personal prosperity.

Hence, the illogical statement, heard time and again from Obama, that:

The most significant step we can take now to secure the borders is to fix the system as a whole so that fewer people have incentive to enter illegally in search of work in the first place.

A wide-open Southern Border is as big a threat to the Sovereignty of the United States as anything that our enemies can throw at us right now.  Thank you, President Trump , for not playing political games.

As your yourself have stated, the safety of America is at stake .

Illegal Immigration Surging Before Inauguration Day

061610_immigrally

To be filed under the heading “Future Democrat Voters”…

According to The Washington Post,

U.S. officials are grappling with a 15 percent surge in illegal immigration, reflecting continued failures by the Obama administration to deter illegal immigration along the country’s southwestern border.

Homeland Security officials apprehended 530,250 illegal immigrants and sent 450,954 people back to their home countries over the 12-month period that ended in September, according to figures released Friday by the Department of Homeland Security.

The majority of those apprehended come from Central American countries and include 137,614 families and unaccompanied children, part of an ongoing flight from high crime and violence in Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, which human rights advocates have urged the administration to treat as a refugee crisis.

The number of families and children in the past year also exceeded figures from 2015 and 2014, when illegal immigrants from Central America overwhelmed U.S. Border Patrol stations at the Mexican border and President Obama called the flow of children an “urgent humanitarian situation.”

Administration officials said Friday that the latest “removal” figures reflect a concerted policy shift to target convicted criminals over others.

“We continued to better focus our interior resources on removing individuals who may pose threats to public safety — specifically, convicted criminals and threats to national security,” Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said in a statement. “This prioritization is reflected in actual results.” More than 99 percent of those forcibly removed from the country over the most recent 12-month period fell into the administration’s three priority categories.

Overall deportations have dropped over the past few years, from a peak of more than 400,000 during Obama’s first term.

Immigration human rights advocates, including J. Kevin Appleby, the senior director of international migration policy at the Center for Migration Studies, say the priorities were a good move — probably resulting in fewer deportations overall — but have come too late.

“In the end, the president will be remembered as a deporter, not a reformer. In the first four years, he set record numbers in removals, much to the dismay of the immigrant community,” Appleby said. Immigration advocates have repeatedly criticized the Obama administration for its increased reliance on detention facilities, particularly for Central American families, who they argue should be treated as refugees fleeing violent home countries rather than as priorities for deportation.

They also say that the growing number of apprehended migrants on the border, as reflected in the new Homeland Security figures, indicate that home raids and detentions of families from Central America isn’t working as a deterrent.

According to the Homeland Security report released Friday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed 352,882 people in detention facilities in fiscal 2016, a sharp rise from 193,951 people placed in detention last year.

Officials said Friday that the shifting demographic — from predominantly Mexican adults trying to cross the border 10 years ago to a larger proportion of Central Americans crossing today — has placed an added strain on Homeland Security resources due to the costs of sending people back to Central America and because of longer processes for people with security concerns.

Many of those arriving from Central America have applied for asylum with claims of “credible or reasonable fear of persecution” in their home countries, Homeland Security officials said.

After pressure from immigration rights advocates, the administration last summer announced plans to expand a State Department program to allow Central American minors to apply for refugee status.

But human rights activists expect detentions to increase under the administration of President-elect Donald Trump, who has vowed to step up the deportation of illegal immigrants and build a wall on the Mexican border.

Earlier this month, Trump said he would nominate retired Marine Gen. John F. Kelly, a border security hawk, to run the Department of Homeland Security. Kelly has warned about cross-border threats from Mexico and Central America.
Homeland Security figures released Friday showed that nearly 84 percent of the people removed from the United States in fiscal year 2016 were categorized as Priority 1, which includes “national security threats, convicted felons or ‘aggravated felons,’ criminal gang participants, and illegal entrants apprehended at the border,” according to the department’s report.

It was also unclear how many of those convicted were violent criminals or national security threats, as opposed to those whose offenses related only to crossing the border illegally. Twenty-two percent of those sent back to their countries also had no prior criminal convictions, the report said.

I can understand trying to gain a better life for your children and grandchildren.

Average Americans want the same thing as these Central Americans who are trying to get here before Trump is sworn in as President do.

The difference between us and them is we fight against those things to get in the way of improving our country through the use of the Voting Booth, as exhibited on November 8th.

We do not illegally enter another Sovereign Country to take advantage of their blessings.

Which brings up some important questions…

Why are our representatives so intent on rewarding those who have broken our laws with impunity?

Is this a behavior we should be rewarding?

My concerns about rewarding these lawbreakers with a “Path to Citizenship” or Blanket Amnesty can be divided into three bullet points. (Hey, I used to be a VP of Marketing. What do you expect?)

1. Patriotism – Will these new “citizens” be willing to fly our flag above theirs? Will they be willing, if called upon, to serve in our Armed Forces, at home or abroad? Will they love this country, more than the one they left?

2. Loyalty – When these “new Americans” achieve the right to vote, are they all going to vote Democrat, so that they can receive more FREE STUFF? Is the Republican Party shooting themselves in both feet by pushing an outcome which will simply add new Democratic Voters? As I asked in the first point, will they honestly embrace our sovereign nation as their new home? Or, will they remain loyal to Mexico?

3.  Immigration – Are we rewarding illegal behavior, while at the same time, insulting all of the brave souls who have come here legally, seeking a better life for themselves and their families?

So, what is the solution to this “Humanitarian Issue”, as Obama and all of his hand-wringing hypocritical Liberal sycophants are calling this invasion?

Believe or not, a legendary Democrat Leader agreed with Trump on what should be done with those who have broken our laws by entering our Sovereign Nation illegally.

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform happened during President ill “Bubba” Clinton’s tenure. Bubba appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair.

Illegal Immigrants are Racing to Cross Our Southern Border Before Inauguration Day

Illegal ImmigrationThose who want to enter our Sovereign Country illegally evidently know that their time to do so is running out.

The New York Times reports that

Central American countries warned on Thursday that large numbers of migrants have fled their poor, violent homes since Donald Trump’s surprise election win, hoping to reach the United States before he takes office next year.Trump won the Nov. 8 vote by taking a hard line on immigration, threatening to deport millions of people living illegally in the United States and to erect a wall along the Mexican border.

Trump’s tough campaign rhetoric sent tremors through the slums of Central America and the close-knit migrant communities in U.S. cities, with many choosing to fast-forward their plans and migrate north before Trump takes office on Jan. 20.

During fiscal year 2016, the United States detained nearly 410,000 people along the southwest border with Mexico, up about a quarter from the previous year. The vast majority hail from Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.

Since Trump’s victory, the number of people flocking north has surged, Central American officials say, contributing to a growing logjam along the southern U.S. border.

“We’re worried because we’re seeing a rise in the flow of migrants leaving the country, who have been urged to leave by coyotes telling them that they have to reach the United States before Trump takes office,” Maria Andrea Matamoros, Honduras’ deputy foreign minister, told Reuters, referring to people smugglers.

Carlos Raul Morales, Guatemala’s foreign minister, told Reuters people were also leaving Guatemala en masse before Trump becomes president.

“The coyotes are leaving people in debt, and taking their property as payment for the journey,” he said in an interview.

Last week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection opened a temporary holding facility for up to 500 people near the Texan border with Mexico, in what it said was a response to a marked uptick in illegal border crossings.

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said earlier this month immigration detention facilities were holding about 10,000 more individuals than usual, after a spike in October of migrants including unaccompanied children, families and asylum seekers.

GANG VIOLENCE

Unemployed and sick of the lack of opportunities and endemic gang violence that blight his poor neighborhood in the town of San Marcos, south of San Salvador, Carlos Garcia, 25, said he was looking to enter the United States before Trump assumes power.

“There’s one thing I’m very clear about,” he said. “I want to get out of here.”

Guatemalan Fares Revolorio, 27, arrived in the northwestern Mexican border city of Tijuana on Wednesday after a grueling 4,200-kilometer (2,610-mile), week-long trek by bus. She was waiting to cross into the United States, where she hoped to apply for asylum.

Accompanied by her three children and her husband, she said she left Guatemala as it had become too dangerous. Her husband’s brother was killed two months ago, and local gangs, known as “maras,” had assaulted her son.

“They tell us the new president doesn’t like illegal immigrants, but we have to take the chance,” she said, as she struggled to hold back tears. “Nobody wants to die in a horrible way, and we can’t be in Guatemala any longer. My children are growing up in fear.”

During the campaign, Trump set out plans to impound billions of dollars of remittances so Mexico ends up paying for his proposed wall on the southern U.S. border. It remains unclear if he will stick to the proposal.

Humberto Roque Villanueva, Mexico’s deputy interior minister for migration, told Reuters the day after the U.S. election that Mexico stands ready to lobby the U.S. Congress and use all legal means against Trump’s plan for blocking remittances.

Victoria Cordova, who was deported from the United States in 2014, said Trump’s victory had sown fear in her poor hillside slum in the capital Tegucigalpa.

“People are very worried because many of them have family over there in the United States, and they live off the remittances they send,” she said.

The foreign ministers of Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala met on Monday to formulate a strategy to protect their migrants in the United States, in a show of regional solidarity.

At the meeting in Guatemala City, the foreign ministers asked Mexico for help to create a migrant protection network, liaise for coordination with U.S. authorities, and to meet regularly for regional talks.

In a related story from The New York Post…

A Mexican cement maker is ready to lend its services to U.S. President-elect Donald Trump to build the wall he wants to erect on the southern border of the United States to curb immigration.

“We can’t be choosy,” Enrique Escalante, Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua (GCC) said in an interview. “We’re an important producer in that area and we have to respect our clients on both sides of the border.”

Republican Trump campaigned vowing to build a “big, beautiful, powerful” wall across the 2,000 mile (3,200 km) frontier in order to stop illegal immigrants from Mexico, which he accused of sending rapists and drug traffickers north.

The campaign of the New York businessman who has never previously held public office was widely reviled in Mexico.

Parts of the border are already divided by high fences, and a huge part of the boundary runs along the Rio Grande river.

Based in Chihuahua, a large northern state bordering Texas and New Mexico, GCC is one of the biggest construction materials companies in Mexico. It generates around 70 percent of its sales in the United States, where it also has three plants.

Escalante said Trump’s plans to invest in energy and infrastructure in the United States augured well for the firm.

“For the business we’re in, Trump is a candidate that does favor the industry quite a bit,” Escalante said.

GCC, whose shares are trading at their highest levels since 2008, is 23 percent owned by Mexican multinational cement company Cemex, which at the end of September announced plans to sell its stake.

People have to make a living.

Until He Comes,
