Hillary Clinton has been likened to Eva Peron, but it’s a bad analogy. Evita was worshipped by the “shirtless ones,” the working class, while Hillary’s charms elude most outside of an élite cohort of left-liberal, baby–boom feminists-the type who thought Anita Hill should be canonized and Thelma and Louise was the best movie since Easy Rider. Hillary reckons herself the next Eleanor Roosevelt. But, standing well to the left of her husband and enjoying an independent power base within his coalition, Hillary is best thought of as the Winnie Mandela of American politics. She has likened the American family to slavery, thinks kids should be able to sue their parents to resolve family arguments, and during her tenure as a foundation officer gave away millions (much of it in no-strings-attached grants) to the left-including sizable sums to hard-left organizers. Hillary Clinton said Wednesday night that the U.S. is “witnessing an all-out attack on core values of democracy,” in what appeared to be the latest in a series of criticisms of the Trump administration.
The former Democratic presidential candidate was giving closing remarks at the annual Vital Voices Global Leadership Awards in Washington, D.C. The awards honor women leaders in human rights, economic empowerment for women or political reform.
Though Clinton did not mention Trump or specifically reference his administration, she lamented, “we’re seeing a retreat from the commitment to embrace women’s advancement as an objective of U.S. foreign policy.”
“I don’t think it’s a coincidence that at the same time, we are witnessing an all-out attack on core values of democracy: free speech and the rule of law,” Clinton went on. “A war on truth, facts and reason. So women’s voices have always been vital, but never more so than right now.”
Clinton has not been shy about criticizing Trump, who defeated her in the 2016 presidential race. One night earlier, speaking at a women-only workspace in New York City, the former first lady and secretary of state said America was in “a very bad spot.”
“I think it’s very unfortunate to contemplate but more can happen that would put our rights at risk, our freedom at risk, our values, our fundamental views about what it means to be Americans,” she said.
Clinton also took a shot at Fox News, accusing the network of “always trying to impeach me.”

Like you, they have been attacking the 45th President of the United States of America 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the vain hope that somehow all of their fake news stories and incessant whining will somehow overturn the results of November 8, 2016 and place your ever-expanding derriere behind the desk in the Oval Office of the White House.
And, Lord protect anyone of the American Citizens who voted for our current president, when they attempt to explain on Social Media that we do not live in a “Democracy”, we live in a Constitutional Republic. Your sycophantic followers’ heads do a 360, and they hurl pea soup throw-up through the computer screen at that Trump Supporter, like Linda Blair did in “The Exorcist”.
The only ones who are damaging our Sovereign Nation are you, your Former Boss Barack Hussein Obama, your political party, and your hive-minded followers.
The only “war on truth, facts, and reason” is the anti-Trump Propaganda being spewed around the clock on the Liberal-run cable news channels and throughout the Internet, especially on Social Media.
The man could cure cancer and you guys would fight against the cure simply because it was Trump’s discovery.
Don’t you understand that you are cutting off your noses to spite your faces?
The economy is booming, the Southern Border Problem is being fixed, and America’s Opioid Epidemic is getting the attention it deserves.
And, despite what you say, Hillary, Trump has several American Women playing key roles in his Administration.
Why, with the way that you and all those whom I have mentioned are conducting yourselves, average Americans might think that you “Progressives” don’t actually want our country to experience “progress” and that you want certain segments of our population to remain poor and embittered and that you want Americans to remain divided by race and economic status.
If all that is actually true, that would make all of you actually adherents to the political philosophy of Karl Marx. wouldn’t it?
Which would mean that you actually embrace a political philosophy which has never worked anywhere that it has been tried.
Oh, and isn’t Marxism the antithesis of the “core values of democracy”?
